| I know you've spoken to this a little bit already. | ||
| Yes, thank you for that question, actually, because there's a really important distinction that needs to be made between the information provided, as we discussed earlier. | ||
| You see that with a lot of the anti-vaccine community, that a large portion of the foundation that they build to communicate with parents is on a very anecdotal level, sharing stories and experiences. | ||
| And that speaks volumes to people because, at least for even my family, my mom would reaffirm that her position was correct because she knows people and she's seen stories. | ||
| Regardless, that roughly $4 billion has been quietly doled out from vaccine-related injuries according to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. | ||
| Despite the government admitting to and paying $4 billion for vaccine injuries, no informed consent is used or required when you vaccinate your child. | ||
| This may be the only medical procedure in today's medical world where an informed consent is not required. | ||
| But if the fear of this is valid, are we to find that next we'll be mandating flu vaccines? | ||
| Between 12 and 56,000 people die from the flu or are said to die from the flu in America, and there's estimated to be a few hundred from measles. | ||
| So I would guess that those who want to mandate measles will be after us on the flu next. | ||
| Yet the current science only allows for educated guessing when it comes to the flu vaccine. | ||
| Each year, before that year's flu vaccine or strain is known, the scientists put their best guess into that year's vaccine. | ||
| Some years it's completely wrong. | ||
| We vaccinate for the wrong strain of flu vaccine. | ||
| Yet five states already mandate flu vaccines. | ||
| Is it really appropriate to mandate a vaccine that more often than not vaccinates for the wrong flu strain? | ||
| As we contemplate forcing parents to choose this or that vaccine, I think it's important to remember that force is not consistent with the American story, nor is force consistent with the liberty our forefathers sought when they came to America. | ||
| I don't think you have to have one or the other, though. | ||
| I'm not here to say don't vaccinate your kids. | ||
| If this hearing is for persuasion, I'm all for the persuasion. | ||
| I vaccinated myself. | ||
| I vaccinated my kids. | ||
| For myself and my children, I believe that the benefits of vaccines greatly outweigh the risks, but I still do not favor giving up on liberty for a false sense of security. | ||
| Of course, vaccines are also responsible for disease prevention, as the CDC estimates. | ||
| That vaccinations will prevent more than 21 million hospitalizations and 732,000 deaths among children born in the last 20 years. | ||
| But the true debate remains at a standstill as since 1988, over 20,428 petitions have been filed with the VICP. Over that 30 year time period, 17,718 petitions have been adjudicated. | ||
| With 6,430 of those determined to be compensable, while 11,288 were dismissed. | ||
| And again, total compensation paid over the life of the program is approximately $4 billion. | ||

| And so it's like they defame the whole thing and they say this is an anti-vax propaganda. | ||

| They're not showing you how they can prove that vaccines are safe. | ||
| I've said over and over again, they have not done a single safety study on a single childhood vaccine you give your kids. | ||
| I can say that. Merck can't sue me. | ||
| Pfizer can't sue me. | ||
| You know, Sanofi and Bentis, you know they would want to, but they can't because I'm telling you the truth. | ||
| They've never used the gold standard of a placebo-based safety study. | ||
| Now that we've been hitting them with that, now they're saying, well, that's true because it would be unethical to do that study. | ||
| That's not an answer. If I told you, you know, the parachute you're about to use in this plane, we never tested it actually for safety because it was unethical to do so. | ||
| Does that suddenly mean that parachute is safe? | ||
| No. It just means you never tested it. | ||
| So now we have the reason for not doing safety studies, but they can't answer to then, how are you saying they're safe? | ||

| But this is actually hilarious because they tell you what's going on, but then somehow, just by acting like they're joking about it, they view it as a success story. | ||

| I mean, you can make your own decision on whether they're compromised or corrupt or not. | ||

| Yeah, people are being affected negatively by vaccines. | ||
| I mean, it's in the insert. It can cause Guillain-Barre syndrome and other such things. | ||
| So, yeah, those are genuine problems. | ||
| You don't have to exaggerate them. | ||
| We just point them out. And then it says, divide the world into cowardly sheeple and courageous truth seekers. | ||
| Ask the audience which side they want to be on. | ||

| And then offer up secret salvic knowledge, rinse repeat. | ||

| People say, well, how are you refuting science using a sitcom? | ||
| Well, I'll tell you why, because it shows the sentiment of the time. | ||
| They try to say the reason people aren't vaccinating is they don't remember how horrific these diseases we've eradicated were. | ||
| No, the opposite is true. | ||
| We've forgotten how simple these diseases were. | ||
| We've forgotten how trivial they were. | ||
| Because we used to have, you know, cartoons made about the measles. | ||
| There you go. If you're gonna get sick, you can't beat having the measles. | ||
| That's how the Brady Bunch saw it. | ||
| So, I think that's pretty indicative of the times. | ||
| I don't remember us ever having a sitcom that made fun of AIDS. I don't remember a sitcom making fun of smallpox. | ||
| I don't remember a sitcom making fun of cancer. | ||
| But you can find multiple television commercials and shows that made fun of measles. | ||
| So talk about exaggeration. | ||
| And they're saying that the anti-vaxxers are spreading fear. | ||
| No, you're spreading fear of a trivial childhood illness. | ||
| When tens of people in Washington, that's why they said tens, get the measles. | ||
| It's suddenly a national emergency. | ||
| I think it was 21 people in the state of Washington got the measles. | ||
| They declared a state of emergency in Washington. | ||
| That's right. And there's another level of this, too. | ||
| And we could talk for days, so you can stick around if you want. | ||
| But like they wrote a story about a measles outbreak and it was connecting it saying you have to take a vaccine. | ||
| I forget who wrote the story like, oh, you know, measles is coming back because of anti-vaxxers. | ||
| And then the same site has a story about how 200 people that cross the southern border illegally are being detained in Texas have measles. | ||
| So the measles are coming here from the southern border crossings. | ||
| They know it. They're reporting it. | ||
| And then they blame anti-vaxxers. | ||
| I mean, it doesn't make any sense. | ||
| But you know, it's so funny that you said that, Del. | ||
| I remember a friend of mine had measles, okay? | ||
| And it was like, no big deal. | ||
| They said, yeah, okay, you're pretty contagious, but if you're going to go out in public and live your life, we suggest you just put on, and they give you one of those masks so that you don't breathe on people and cough on people. | ||
| And that's it! And it's like, they act like, yeah, like you said, like the bubonic plague is about to break out if you don't take a measles shot. | ||
| Right, exactly right. | ||
| And so, I mean, you want to get to the Congress and the Senate. | ||
| And we have hearings now that are pushing this propaganda straight out of our government. | ||
| Again, this is terrifying, Owen. | ||
| We're talking about medical products. | ||
| We're talking about pharmaceutical drugs being pushed by government agencies. | ||
| It's really scary. And in both those hearings, you had a congressional hearing. | ||
| And one of the points I want to make to you, Owen, I don't know if you knew this, but the congressional hearing they had was in the Energy and Commerce Commission. | ||
| So energy and commerce, if you remember, my nonprofit won two lawsuits against Health and Human Services and the National Institute of Health because we proved that when they took liability away from the vaccine makers, they put it on our government agency, Health and Human Services. | ||
| And in that law, it said that Health and Human Services was supposed to report every two years how we were going to make this product safer since the reason we took liability away was because there were so many lawsuits they couldn't make money. | ||
| So Health and Human Services takes on this faulty product. | ||
| They're supposed to report every two years to Congress. | ||
| And I've said that on your show, but guess what? | ||
| Specifically, not just Congress, the Energy and Commerce Commission. | ||
| So the very commission that was supposed to be being reported to every two years that we proved never ever had a single meeting, not one. | ||
| Mandated by law every two years, but not one since 1986 ever happened. | ||
| So they never had the meetings to make vaccines safer. | ||
| They never did their due diligence. | ||
| They never even adhered to the law that took liability away. | ||
| But now suddenly they'd love to have a meeting on forcing this product that they never did their job to make safer upon every American. | ||
| Can you imagine that hypocrisy? | ||
| Where was their concern when Health and Human Services wasn't sticking to the law and reporting to them on how to make vaccines safer? | ||
| So that's one issue just with the Congress right there. | ||
| And then the Senate hearing, of course, they bring in the 18-year-old super kid who... | ||
| You know, they've combed America. | ||
| 320-something million Americans found a kid that wanted to vaccinate once he was 18 and his mom wasn't into it, as though that's an authority. | ||
| But what I think is shocking here, Owen, is democracy. | ||
| The idea that we're supposed to have all sides represented and come to a decision to vote for what we want, to see opposing sides debate a topic Not a single victim that received a payout from the secret vaccine courts? | ||
| Not a single one? No, buddy. Not a single one. | ||
| This was all a one-sided charade. | ||
| And I want to point out, other times when we've had discussions like this, yes, the anti-vaxxers or the vaccine risk awareness movement, it's a minority. | ||
| It's a minority group that's being oppressed. | ||
| Can you imagine if the Senate and Congress had had hearings back during the civil rights where only white men were allowed to the meeting and none of the African Americans were allowed to discuss what it was like to live in this time and what was going on? | ||
| That was your average That was your average Democrat town hall back in the day. | ||
| Right. So the idea is that minorities allowed is supposed to have a voice in America. | ||
| We are a minority that have this opinion that vaccines are dangerous. | ||
| It will eventually be the majority when people learn to read the science we're putting before them. | ||
| But right now we're still a minority and to not be allowed in the room. | ||
| Not Bobby Kennedy, who's been campaigning and talking. | ||
| And by the way, he even reached out to family members to say, can you please get me into that meeting so I can speak some truth from our side? | ||
| Couldn't do it. They are stonewalling this conversation and forcing the pharma agenda. | ||
| And this is why I've been saying for years Pharma is the number one most powerful lobby in Washington. | ||
| They are outspending oil and gas two to one. | ||
| What are they doing there? Preparing for this moment right now, where they get politicians to push agendas that will make the pharmaceutical industry better. | ||

| And Tyler, I believe the Paul Manafort story is the perfect example. | ||
| Now, we were talking about this the other day, and I wanted to get your legal expertise on this, but essentially, my understanding is that All the stuff that Manafort got charged with had already been through the judicial system and the original prosecutors said that they didn't want to charge him with any of these things and they didn't think jail time was necessary. | ||
| Well, then Trump gets elected and all of a sudden there's renewed interest in these charges. | ||
| They bring in Tony Podesta to testify. | ||
| He gets immunity. | ||
| Manafort gets 47 months in jail. | ||
| And it all seems to me... | ||
| be a response to the fact that Trump won and the Mueller probe gave them nothing so they brought up these old charges so that they could put out a story saying see the Mueller probe worked we got Manafort even though none of it had to do with Donald Trump. | ||
| So is this story of Paul Manafort and now facing jail time is this not the best example that you can find for how the Justice Department and the judicial system has been politicized or is my analysis wrong here? | ||
| Well, I think you're absolutely spot on in terms of the politicization aspect of it. | ||
| I think the details are a little bit different than you had recounted there. | ||
| To clear it up, Judge Andrew Napolitano, who I once had respect for, but I don't know what is going on with the judge today. | ||
| But every time I've heard him on Fox News commenting, I mean, he has just been like a knee-jerk defender, a knee-jerk apologist for the Mueller people, the FBI, every sort of federal jackboot. | ||
| And I don't know what his deal is, but he said several months ago, or excuse me, it was I guess about mid last year, that Paul Manafort's defense should be that he had these charges, these similar conduct brought up eight years prior, and the U.S. attorney who essentially took a pass on it and decided it wasn't worth prosecuting was none other than Rod Rosenstein. | ||
| Now, that has been challenged, although it's neither been proven nor debunked, and as far as I know, Napolitano is the only source for it. | ||
| Now, I will say this. I may disagree with what he has to say, what his opinions are these days, and his sort of establishment or, you know, his sort of almost deep state defense that he's doing lately. | ||
| Yeah, it's almost like a one of us swamp creature type of mentality. | ||
| No, it really is. It really is. | ||
| It's almost as though, and it was a very sudden turn, too. | ||
| You know, I think some of these guys feel like they would rather be buddies with their old cronies in either the Justice Department or, you know, I don't know that Napolitano was in the federal bar or federal officer. | ||
| He was a state judge. But nevertheless, there's a sort of, I think, a cronyistic aspect. | ||
| I don't know if he's angling to position himself for the post-Trump years. | ||
| Who knows what he's doing? | ||
| But it was a very abrupt changeover. | ||
| And I will say this, though. | ||
| I've never heard the judge present anything factually that was not true. | ||
| So and nobody's presented anything that would nobody's challenged that and said that's absolutely not true that Rob Rosenstein didn't pass on these charges. | ||
| Now, the larger issue, I think, here, Owen, is in terms of politicization. | ||
| It really is a structural issue, unfortunately, that I think most Americans have to come to grips with, which is the fact that we have had about 50 to 70 years of a massive national statist progressive project to essentially make the national government a unitary government, a unitary government that has complete authority and control and literally just there's nothing, no part a unitary government that has complete authority and control and literally just there's nothing, no part of American life that is not touched, | ||
| By this leviathan super state. | ||
| And the bottom line is this. | ||
| Three felonies a day. | ||
| I've mentioned it before. It's a book in which most Americans unwittingly commit three federal felonies a day by some measures, whether it be environmental regulations, God knows what. | ||
| You throw out a CFL, a compact fluorescent bulb, or something like that. | ||
| You've committed some sort of felony. | ||
| And we have had 50 to 70 years of legislation stacking and packing and racking from the likes of people like Joe Biden, frankly, was a big leader in this kind of thing with the drug war, with his Biden crime bills and so forth, but also in so many other areas that the bottom line is this. | ||
| It really comes down to you're at the mercy of the political temperament of your prosecutors and whether they will become persecutors instead because they have such... | ||
| A disadvantage in terms of what they can charge you with and even with, say, the drug laws, the mandatory minimum sentences, they hold such a huge deck of cards that if you dare challenge them, the mere attempt to assert your innocence and to fight back against a prosecution or even a persecution can result in your facing literally decades in prison. | ||
| And so, you know, most people don't take that chance. | ||
| Most people plea out. | ||
| Conrad Black is an individual who was a politico, who was prosecuted similarly, and in many ways unjustly. | ||
| He was a wealthy, you know, individual who, I'm not sure of his exact background. | ||
| I know he did write some definitive material on President Nixon, a very, very dense book on President Nixon. | ||
| But he was prosecuted and sent to prison, and he has written many articles about How they use that prosecutors are bullies who use these excessive penalties, these excessive sentences in jail terms that can be imposed for nonviolent crimes. | ||
| These are for disobedience crimes, as I would call them. | ||
| It's not that you have a victim. | ||
| It's not that you harmed anybody. | ||
| It's not that anybody can testify against you that's an actual person in interest in terms of being harmed, in terms of actual quantifiable damage. | ||
| damage. | ||
| It means you disobeyed Uncle Sugar's dictates as to how you're going to live, how much tax you're going to pay, what forms you have to file, what you have to comply with. | ||
| And this is such a dangerous situation because it puts so much power into the hands of, first of all, prosecutors generally, who in my opinion, most prosecutors have a very almost maniacal, ruthless desire to rack up convictions and to grind people through the system. | ||
| We We've seen so many instances of abuse where there has been either excessive prosecution or frankly malicious prosecution or withholding of exculpatory evidence, that kind of thing. | ||
| Quite frankly, Tyler, I think it all goes back to the politicization thing because it's a mindset It's like a mindset where, oh, my job isn't to enact justice. | ||
| It's, oh, I'm the prosecutor now. | ||
| It's about to stack. | ||
| It's like padding my stats. | ||

| Personally, I've dealt with prosecutors. | ||
| I've said before... I almost feel like there should be a rule against, you know, you can be a prosecutor, you can work in the justice system, but if that's the case, you cannot pursue higher office because it creates incentives, I think, for excessive prosecution. | ||
| And here's the problem. The problem is that this power has largely been in the hands of people who just have what I said is sort of that prosecutorial drive and ambition. | ||
| What it hasn't been affected by, at least for the most part, are political considerations, yet it is totally ripe for this. | ||
| It is totally set up for this. | ||
| And they can arbitrarily make these political judgment calls behind the scenes and target and persecute people, and it looks just the same as a regular prosecution in the sense that all they have to say is, hey, we're just pursuing it to the fullest extent of the law. | ||
| This is what it says, 50 years for lying to whatever the case may be. | ||
| And so they've set up these gotcha crimes, these, like I said, disobedience crimes, like lying to the government, lying to a federal officer, lying to the FBI is a crime. | ||
| I'm sorry. I think that law should be abolished. | ||
| Well, it's all entrapment. | ||
| It's all entrapment, and that's what Mueller's doing right now. | ||
| And look, Tyler, I try to avoid the whole race issue because I think just talking about it adds to the issue, and I think most Americans don't care. | ||
| America's not racist. They don't care what color your skin is or whatever. | ||
| But I've been... | ||
| Let's just say I've had people tell me from the judicial system, and I've never wanted to talk about this, but since we're kind of on this right now, there are judges that because of, let's say, not equal incarceration rates for black people and white people that will have an exact same case in front of them, one white, one black, and they will intentionally put the white person in jail just to try to balance out that ratio. | ||
| And I've been told this off the record, and I never want to talk about it because I'm not one to sit here and bitch about identity politics, but this is what they're doing. | ||
| Their political agenda trumps their actual role in making sure that there's justice in this country, folks. | ||

| It has attempted to put in activist judges. | ||
| It has put in lawless judges in many cases. | ||

| I mean, this, quote, living Constitution nonsense that you hear about, you know, the flexibility of, you know, it's got to adapt to the times. | ||
| No, that's the point of the Constitution, and it's not just what's written in the actual, you know, text of the Constitution itself. | ||
| It's also how the structure is set up. | ||
| The bottom line is, for example, the Electoral College. | ||
| That's not just like, these are all parts that fit together. | ||
| This is not some like, you know, menu where you can pick and choose which, you know, balance of power mechanisms or which, you know, different sort of curb on power mechanisms, I guess you'd say, or, you know, what they designed, what they wanted to design was competing interests, you know, ambition to counteract ambition. | ||
| And, you know, there was a sense that, look, the judiciary has to be, to an extent, neutral. | ||
| And, you know, I think you saw with John Marshall the decision originally in Marbury v. | ||
| Madison, the attempt for the Supreme Court and the High Court to seize the ability to determine the constitutionality as though that's the be-all, end-all. | ||
| That is not the case. | ||
| Every branch itself has an obligation to determine for its actions what is constitutional. | ||
| Now, granted, the courts can issue orders, and I think in many cases they've overset their bounds. | ||
| You'll recall, I believe, either Thomas Jefferson, I'm not sure what the deal, excuse me, said, you know, I appreciate Mr. Marshall's order. | ||
| Now let him go enforce it, meaning they have to rely on each other. | ||
| I mean, you know, the judiciary relies on the lawmakers to write laws that are clear, that they can be, you know, righteously and justly enforced. | ||
| and just the same thing with the executive branch. | ||
| And the executive branch is relied upon by the other branches to enforce these laws, to actually, you know, put them into effect as the executor of the laws. | ||
| And, you know, with obviously the two branches, the executive and legislative, they're political branches. | ||
| I mean, they are clearly elected, they're partisan. | ||
| But in the end, they divide up the ability to, you know, nominate and confirm members, for example, of the high court and to create the courts and so forth. | ||
| Because that has to be the place where the partisan – that is the water's edge as far as partisanship goes. | ||
| Look, there may be ideological and philosophical differences, but when you insinuate partisanship and partisan interests and ulterior motives, and particularly criminal ulterior motives, such as we have seen with the most corrupt – FBI and Justice Department leadership in this country's history, frankly, since the likes of, frankly, J. Edgar Hoover, really. | ||
| I mean, as corrupt as he was, I mean, these people have taken it to a new... | ||
