| Well, it's been an extraordinary week. | ||
| Interestingly enough, even though it has been firmly established that CNN was permitted to set up a camera tripod and film my arrest the Friday before last in a stunning pre-dawn raid in which 29 heavily armed FBI agents arrived in 17 vehicles, | ||
| including two armored vehicles, a helicopter, and an amphibious unit on the canal behind my house To take me into custody because I'm charged with a series of non-violent process crimes that all allegedly took place after the 2016 election. | ||
| What the mainstream media doesn't seem to tell you, Harrison, is that I don't own a gun because in the state of Florida, one cannot own both a firearm and a medicinal marijuana card. | ||
| I don't own a valid passport. | ||
| And the idea that I was a flight risk is disproved by the fact that a federal magistrate allowed me to be released essentially on my own signature without cash bond. | ||
| But then there's the nagging question of why, if I am so dangerous, CNN was permitted to set up a tripod and film my arrest a mere 25 feet from my front door. | ||
| In fact, Alex Jones was the first person to show the world the actual security camera video that shows FBI agents essentially directing the CNN shoot. | ||
| Here's what the video showed. | ||
| We know for an absolute fact that CNN arrived roughly 50 minutes before the FBI, and we know that they took their cameras out roughly nine minutes before the FBI arrived at my home. | ||
| Now, we also know that a CNN reporter emailed, pardon me, texted a copy of my arrest warrant to one of my lawyers, and in fact, my attorney learned from a CNN reporter that I had been arrested. | ||
| Not the government, but yes, CNN. So it's very clear that CNN had a copy of my indictment prior to it being unsealed. | ||
| Now, Anderson Cooper, who I kind of like, calls that a conspiracy theory. | ||
| Well, Anderson, in the days ahead, it will be proven that the special counsel's office leaked my indictment to CNN and that that is, of course, highly illegal. | ||
| No, there is no conspiracy theory, only hard, cold fact. | ||
| The bottom line of this is now, Harrison, that a federal judge appointed by Barack Obama, who is overseeing my case, wants to impose a gag rule against me in which I would not be permitted to exercise my First Amendment right to defend myself in public. | ||
| Now, I would argue that the two years of insidious Assault on my home, | ||
| in which armed FBI agents burst into my bedroom to take my wife into custody and remove her from the house, even though she is not charged with any crime, and she is both hearing impaired and was taken out in the street in her night clothing, barefooted, is so outrageous and abusive that the American people don't like the taste and look of this. | ||
| That was done to depict me as guilty before I had an opportunity to produce evidence and prove my innocence. | ||
| No, they're the ones who are poisoning the jury pool, so my lawyers have vigorously objected to the proposed gag rule that the judge discussed. | ||
| The judge also admonished me that this was not a book tour. | ||
| I'm not planning any book tour. | ||
| I have a new copy called The Myth of Russian Collusion coming out, which is a paperback version with an updated introduction of my previous book, The Making of the President, 2016, but I propose no book tour. | ||
| On the other hand, I hate watching the mainstream media depicting me like El Chapo or Pablo Escobar I could have saved the federal taxpayers a half million dollars. | ||
| The special counsel knows I was represented, and they could have simply contacted my lawyer, in which case I would have turned myself in. | ||

| We need to pay attention to this because it really lays out what's going on with the Democratic Party, what their plan is for Trump as they move forward. | ||

| And so, you know, that wouldn't have happened two years ago. | ||
| So I think that, you know, what... | ||
| Those of us, the InfoWarriors, the Mike Cernoviches, the Jack Basopics, the Cassandra Fairbanks, myself, you, what we're doing is, you know, I'm not a big believer in the Overton window, but what we are doing is we are kind of expanding what is acceptable discourse and what is true. | ||

| And the fact is, is that the GOP is, I think, slowly learning, but we need new leadership. | ||

| You know, dictate what these companies can and can't do, who they can and can't host. | ||
| You know, it's like we're being attacked on all fronts. | ||
| To me, that's signs that they are scared. | ||
| They know that they're going down, whether it's sooner or later. | ||
| They are frightened by what you represent, what I represent, what InfoWars represents. | ||
| They're frightened. They're on their back foot. | ||
| But we've seen what they do is when they get put in this position, it's like a cornered dog. | ||

| You know, Montel Williams is famous for payday loans and scamming the black community in my assessment of it. | ||
| And, you know, his business partner has used this highly sexualized language to C.J. Pearson, who's 16 years old. | ||
| Yesterday he gave a death threat to Jacob Wall, who's making major headlines all the time with Michael Avenatti and then Bob Mueller. | ||
| But the fact is, is that until we call the police on these people, which we did, and take these people to court, there's not really going to be a chilling effect. | ||
| They're not afraid of our judgment. | ||
| We don't own the TV networks. | ||
| We don't own Hollywood. We don't own Wall Street. | ||
| We really don't even own D.C., even though we had the majority. | ||
| So what we have to do is we have to take them into the courts. | ||
| We have to call the police. | ||
| We have to start using the system that we built, that the founders built, or else there won't be any chilling effect for bad behavior. | ||

| Yeah, well, and the liberals know this, and that's why they've spent a lot of time getting the judges in the right positions, and the cases that are important always happen to fall to the same judges who they already know what position they're going to take. | ||

| I don't know. I have so little hope in the court system. | ||
| So maybe you can buck me up because it seems to me that when you go against the SPLC, what you're going against is a bottomless money pit full of lawyers. | ||

| Well, the SPLC has about $500 billion in their bank account. | ||
| And then they also have a bank account at the Cayman Islands. | ||
| So we estimate they might have another $500 million. | ||
| So $500 million, half a billion dollars is what the SPLC is sitting on. | ||
| And then who knows how much they have in the Cayman Islands. | ||
| So what we need to do is we need to raise about a million dollars to challenge them. | ||
| And this number isn't insignificant. | ||
| This number is what we've calculated with the two legal teams that we're working in, one in Alabama. | ||
| So we took the lawsuit directly to Alabama. | ||
| As soon as I got on the case, we did a strategy call. | ||
| And I said, I have a political network and I have a legal network in Alabama. | ||
| So we're kind of making news. | ||
| But we were originally going to file elsewhere. | ||
| And then we thought that, well, let's go to their backyard. | ||
| Let's go to Montgomery, Alabama. | ||
| Let's tell the people who are potential jurors what. | ||
| What this organization is actually doing. | ||
| The misrepresentation of the South, quite frankly, where race relations are good. | ||
| The riots are what you see up north. | ||
| And so we need a million dollars. | ||
| And what I would say, Harrison, is there are many ways to skin this cat. | ||
| We have to survive this case so that other people come. | ||
| We have to get discovery. | ||
| We have to survive a motion for summary judgment a couple of different times. | ||
| You know, get glowing profile pieces in the New York Times all the time. | ||

| But we've outlined a very compelling case in a 61-page complaint. | ||

| So we've got hundreds and hundreds of millions into fighting hate. | ||
| Now, when that is your business plan, you need to expand the net of hatred. | ||
| It can't just be the KKK. It has to be homophobia. | ||
| It has to be Islamophobia, transphobia. | ||
| It has to be Christian conservatives. | ||
| I don't know why it doesn't include jihadists. | ||
| For some reason, extremist Islam gets a pass. | ||
| But outside of that, if we really hone in on Christian conservatives, we could probably expand this hate map and make it look like America is a racist hellhole, a dangerous place to be. | ||
| And you look at their hate map on their site, and there seems to be more hate groups than there are post offices. | ||
| They're everywhere! And it depicts this picture of America, which is basically The worst of the 1930s coast to coast. | ||
| They cast this wide net of everyone's a Nazi and they start destroying lives. | ||
| Yeah, destroying lives. | ||
| And that's not an understatement by Gavin. | ||
| And yeah, if you're a radio listener, that building literally looks like something Darth Vader would come out of. | ||
| I mean, that was an evil architect. | ||
| It's not something you see in Montgomery, Alabama. | ||
| You wouldn't think so, but the SPLC does whatever they want, I guess. | ||
| And I saw stories of where... | ||
| And Gavin's neighbors are harassing him about what they've heard, these rumors that they've heard. | ||
| And he writes this very long, very thoughtful, very kind letter saying – just trying to disprove them and just say, look, I'm not the person that they've made me out to be. | ||
| I'm not hateful. I'm not racist. | ||
| Right. Please, like, just look at the facts and don't listen to these people. | ||
| And they just laugh at him. | ||
| They actually post and just go, ha ha, this Nazi's trying to trick us. | ||
| And that's the power that places like the SPLC have. | ||
| You can't underestimate their influence. | ||
| Yeah, well, you know, there's a narrative And then there's the frame and CNN, ABC, NPR, these mainstream media outlets that work with groups like the ACLU, the SPLC, groups that started out with noble intentions and fought for people who look like me. | ||

| And, you know, these groups have now turned into partisan, hyper-partisan hate machines, bigot machines. | ||
| Gavin shouldn't have to say, I'm not a bigot, because if he was a bigot, we ought to debate him in the public square. | ||

| And, you know, the organization that he founded, Proud Boys, has always been a multiracial organization. | ||
| It has, you know, gays, blacks, Jews, whites. | ||
| Christians, Buddhists, all kinds of these guys. | ||

| But it's sad that he had to distance himself away from essentially a Trump drinking club, a pro-Trump drinking club, to protect his family and his reputation. | ||

| But they're going after that now. | ||

| Because what do you do? What do you do when you're broke? | ||

| And just to give the folks out there a quick timeline of what exactly has been the big cause celeb around this recently was Sargon of Akkad, who's a... | ||
| He calls himself a traditional liberal or whatever, but he's sort of a conservative YouTuber, and he got kicked off of Patreon because of something he said on somebody else's live stream, and you can get into whether that was an appropriate thing to say or not, not. | ||
| But the point is that they deleted his Patreon, which is a huge source of income, which is, you know, sort of sets itself up to be the platform by which these creators get paid. | ||
| And it sort of came out, you know, bit by bit that it may have been some some payment processors that encouraged Patreon to to do this. | ||
| Now, they weren't explicit about this with Sargon of Akkad. | ||
| But earlier in 2018, they had specifically said that MasterCard says we must remove your remove your account from Patreon to Jihad Watch's Robert Spencer. | ||
| So Robert Spencer runs Jihad Watch no longer has a Patreon because MasterCard came in and forced them to stop supporting him. | ||
| And I want to go to this video now. | ||
| I actually found this clip on a video from a YouTuber named ShortFatOtaku, which, you know, funny name, but he does very good work and very good research, ShortFatOtaku, and he breaks down in this video exactly what's going on with Patreon. | ||
| But this A particular part is Jack from Patreon, CEO of Patreon, I guess, and somebody else. | ||
| I'm not sure who the other person is, but he claims to speak for Patreon. | ||
| And listen to the way they talk about the position that they have now appointed themselves to. | ||
| I mean, they literally... Theoretically, they should just be payment processors. | ||
| They're just there to facilitate money from the user to the artist. | ||
| They've taken on a new role for themselves. | ||

| So if you're a YouTuber and you want to tell people to go to Patreon, well, they'll put a little icon in the top corner of your page, and it'll always be there, and that's their preferred platform. | ||

| I view it flavorably. I think that we need to cut our reliance on fossil fuels. | ||
| It's definitely a great idea. I like that it's progressive. | ||
| I like that it is going to push the world forward in the way we need to be. | ||
| I would say it's a favorable act. | ||
| Just from knowing who's endorsed it and just some little things, it sounds great. | ||
| I think it'd be great for us. | ||
| I think if we didn't do that, then we're going to be killing ourselves, basically. | ||

| I think it's very important to support that. | ||

| To be honest with you, I think we need those things to live. | ||
| I do not think it is feasible in 10 years. | ||
| I don't think that that would be something that would be able to be done in such a short amount of time. | ||
| I think 10 years is a little extreme because I feel like there's such a big global market and economic impact of oil businesses. | ||
| It might not be good for the environment, but you can't deny there's a big economic impact to these companies. | ||
| What's your thought on that? Sounds like a reach, honestly. | ||
| Do you think that's feasible? No. | ||
| If you're unwilling to work, we will still supply help for your salary and help for a living wage. | ||

| What was your observations with what happened with the Grammy, with Joy Villa and the Make the Wall dress? | ||
| I try to use it as a segue to talk some real talk to my friends around the world that probably don't like Trump or don't like libertarianism, where I was like, listen, it's a matrix breaking moment. | ||
| I get it's off-putting to people who don't like it, but the pitch I was making is they're using social justice, they're using black activism, they're using LGBT activism, and they're using the music industry to kind of hijack the cultures and the movements. | ||
| So I was like, I get that you might not like it, but the reason it's so openly, outwardly acceptable to be like, I hate Trump, I hate Trump, it's all over the place. | ||
| It's because that's what they want you to think. | ||
| So if you do that, I saw everyone freaking out. | ||
| I understand why. | ||
| It's a pretty loud dress. | ||
| But I was like, listen, if you like freedom of speech, This new side is not for you. | ||
| If you like the Second Amendment, and a lot of rappers clearly do, and then they're like, why are we getting taxed? | ||
| Cardi B's on Instagram. I'm like, I don't know why I'm getting taxed. | ||
| I'm like, well, one side of the debate takes 40% to 45% of your taxes, and the other side is taking 30%, in my opinion, still too much. | ||
| Maybe you should look into that rather than being like, yo, should I talk at the Democratic Convention? | ||
| It's like, I don't know. Do you like extremely high taxes and plans like in California where they have the highest taxes but the most poverty and the most small businesses fleeing to China? | ||
| It's an ideology that doesn't make sense, but they've been master manipulators of social justice and social engineering to make people think that it's the right thing when it's really not. | ||
| Yeah, and they have this incredible ability. | ||
| I mean, branding is like a superpower for the liberals or something. | ||
| Because they... I'll go on and you'll see... | ||
| There was something posted on Reddit. | ||
| It was an image that had been posted in New York City that said, you know, keep the trash out of NYC. And it showed basically Trump supporters, people wearing Trump hats and basically was insinuating that these people were trash. | ||
| And there was a comment there saying, you know, I'm a Democrat, but I don't agree with this. | ||
| And I don't think this is good. And my response is, well, this is... | ||
| This is what Hillary Clinton says. | ||
| This is what Barack Obama says. | ||
| This is what Joe Biden says. | ||
| So this isn't like some fringe element of the Democrats. | ||
| This is like a core belief of yours. | ||
| And so why do you continue to support this party if they go against something you so fundamentally believe? | ||
| And it just speaks to what you're saying that, you know, Gun rights or whatever it is, somehow people go, yeah, I'm against that, but they will not even consider supporting anybody but the Democratic Party. | ||
| How do they have such a vice grip on people's minds? | ||
| I think the education system, they have largely taken control of. | ||
| Social media does a number on socially engineering people. | ||
| They have almost 100% total control over social media as far as the liberal elites. | ||
| The television, pretty much everything but Fox News and One American News Network. | ||
| So they have a grip. But the thing is, it really isn't working. | ||
| As far as Donald Trump won the presidency, Howard Schultz is talking about running and they're smearing him because he's even saying, listen, The left has gone too far left. | ||
| I mean, Roseanne said it, and look what happened. | ||
| Although you could say it's for another reason, but I think it's largely because she was questioning the narrative breaking the matrix. | ||
| And then you have a lot of people I talk to, because I talk to a lot of Democrats and liberals. | ||
| If you ease in on it, because people say they like my approach, like you said, it's naturally who I am, but I'm... | ||
| I'm like, do you like this? | ||
| Do you like political correctness? | ||
| Like Kevin Hart getting yelled at? | ||
| No. Do you like this? No. | ||
| And then I get to the truth and I cut through the Trump hate. | ||
| And once I get through their emotions, they're like, you know what? | ||
| That is too far left. | ||
| It doesn't work in California. | ||
| No, I see it doesn't work with homelessness. | ||
| They're incentivizing homelessness and they're not being tough enough on it. | ||
| And I was like, that's why we like Trump, you know, because he is tougher. | ||
| He might be a little too tough for you, but if you're just open your arms, it doesn't remove poverty and it's Clearly not going to stop illegal immigration and stuff. | ||
| It's going to incentivize all that stuff, not help anyone, not help the hundreds of millions of legal immigrants here. | ||
| And honestly, it's not really helping them in this great way. | ||
| You ask them, you're like, why do you want that? | ||
| And they're like, oh, well, they need to do the labor. | ||
| I'm like, that doesn't make you sound very virtuous. | ||
| So the whole... The whole argument's a lie, but it isn't working. | ||
| And a lot of these companies like HuffPost, Vice and stuff, they're having to downsize and they're all crying. | ||
| But it's like, you're not honest. | ||
| You're not wise. You're... | ||
| Splitting the Democratic Party, you have the socialist, communist, progressives, and you have the normal liberals, but then you also have a small, intersectional, super activist, like, I'm 900 pounds, and I have 50 cats, and this is the way you should be, and everybody else is racist, sexist, and xenophobic, and you need to die, and you're like, what? | ||
| That's such a small minority that they're giving so much power to, and it honestly isn't popular on the left. | ||
| They're split into a few different things, so it's backfiring totally, and for the sake of... | ||
| Everyone, it's like, just stop already. | ||
| It's not working. Yeah, you know, I think you're right, and I have to remind myself of this, because you see all the news, and you see how insane people are getting, and it's easy to think that this is how everybody is, but then I always tell the story of, you know, this guy was test driving a car, | ||
| and anyway, the guy sitting next to me, he was like, oh yeah, you know, you gotta not go with the parties, man, and then he's talking sort of anti-Trump stuff, and I said, well yeah, but you know, one side doesn't think that gender exists, and now they don't think that walls work So how do you trust these people with governance of the country if they literally don't think that walls work? | ||
| I mean, there are some basic level common sense ideas that just aren't there with the Democrats. | ||
| It's a little bit troubling. | ||
| It's a little upsetting. But I think you're right that they're pushing a little bit too far and they're not going to be able to survive. | ||

| So it was really just a pursuit of truth and also trying to get the right message out there without being too negative and negative. | ||
| Like you were saying earlier, a lot of conservatives, not only do sometimes I just see them straight up lie as well, but their message is so off-putting to the youth, to the music industry, to the tech industry. | ||
| I understand why they're losing the culture awards because I don't blame liberals for that. | ||
| I blame conservatives and libertarians for not stepping up. | ||
| We got to take self-accountability too. | ||
| Yeah, and I find it not overly difficult when I'm on a one-on-one situation to sort of convince people or just lay out the information in a kind and considerate way that people don't just automatically push back with what I'm saying. | ||

| And then my family was like, no, you can't be atheist. | ||
| And now the crazy thing is I'm the more religious, spiritual one, and now they're all kind of not. | ||
| So the tables have turned. | ||
| But I went through a phase of atheism and agnosticism, and then I really got into Taoism. | ||
| Not really, but I read a few books, and I was like, wow, this wisdom and knowledge from Taoism, or Taoism as they call it, the Tao, is very profound. | ||
| And then, you know, this election came around, and I just got closer to God, and, you know, I have a lot of good Christians in my life, so I don't call myself a Christian. | ||
| Christian, I believe in God, I believe and pray to Jesus Christ, but I feel that certain texts and also certain organized religions manipulate people and humans have taken the word of God and perverted it and used it for nefarious purposes. | ||
| So my relationship with God and Jesus Christ is great, but I don't look down on others who don't believe, and I find that a lot of people do that and And I also, I'm just playing my role and my purpose, so I am, you know, I'm trying to take a lot of things in, but that's kind of my path to where I'm at now. | ||

| They want me to hate them. They want me to hate Alex Jones, and I don't really hate anybody. | ||
| There's people I strongly dislike and don't agree with, but I don't want to be the crazy one or the out-of-control It doesn't work. | ||
| And the point I'm really trying to make is the mainstream media and the tech companies, they claim that they're loving and compassionate and that they're pro-everybody and they're pro-equality, but they're actually really the most racist, crazy ones. | ||

| There's a lot of not-so-good things, but I believe in self-accountability, self-reflection, and if you work hard, especially in this country, you can fill the gap. | ||
