| And as soon as that sinks in to these congressmen and women's heads... | ||

| He says, A, this is entrapment by Mueller and the FBI, 110% proven by the Mueller document, I believe, today. | ||
| But then goes with the total troll move and says President Trump should pardon Mike Flynn and make him chief of staff. | ||

| So I want to actually recount something that you saw there and then apply it to what we may see coming up here in just a few hours, where I think you're going to be reporting there live as well. | ||
| You can update us on that. But Talk about when you saw the non-French, I believe it was the EU-UN army, actually going through the streets of France, dispersing rioters and protesters, tear gassing them. Talk about what that was like, that moment, and the response from the French citizens. | ||

| It was quite a scene there. | ||
| I kind of went in not knowing what to expect beyond the videos that I had reviewed from the previous weekends, but I did see that there were going to be some military tank-ish type armored vehicles in town. | ||
| I didn't realize that they were not with any French insignia on them. | ||
| Only EU flags, which was, of course, one of the most interesting takeaways from that weekend for many of us who were paying attention. | ||
| I kept an eye out for those vehicles all day. | ||
| I did finally come across them in the evening on Champs-Élysées. | ||
| I was doing a report from there. | ||
| It was basically under de facto martial law at that point on the Champs-Élysées and the surrounding area. | ||
| And they were lining up all the military vehicles to make their way kind of in a line Oh, come on, Come on, that's fun. | ||
| Oh, yeah. | ||
| No, I mean, it was spicy, to say the least. | ||
| But, you know, you get enough of it in the face and, you know, you start tearing up a bit as it's intended to do. | ||
| But, yeah, it was quite a day. | ||
| It was the way I would describe it is pandemonium broken with moments of tension waiting for the next rush of pandemonium. | ||
| And at times, you know, I'd be filming something and my assistant would have to just grab me because I couldn't see that there was a crowd rushing us from, you know, an angle that I wasn't watching. | ||
| And it was just moving so quickly. | ||
| It was such a dynamic situation. | ||
| It was very interesting. | ||
| Well, and the difference with this one, at least from my takeaway, it seemed like this one was kind of more expansive. | ||
| Like, I've been to a lot of stuff like this in the West in America, you know, Ferguson, big protests in Portland and other stuff like that, but it's usually pretty concentrated, centered around like a four-block, five, six-block radius. | ||
| I mean, this seemed to be like 10, 20 blocks. | ||
| I mean, is that accurate? It was big. | ||
| And what part of Paris is this? | ||
| Like the heart. | ||
| Like the epicenter, I would say. | ||
| Yeah. So it'd essentially be like this going on outside of the White House or the White House or something like that, right? | ||
| I'd equate it to Times Square, let's say. | ||
| Let's say Times Square or Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. | ||
| And then so everyone congregated there. | ||
| And then it was kind of just like pulling everyone together into one spot. | ||
| And then as the day went on, the masses of crowd would kind of move around the city in different areas and the police would move with them. | ||
| But then it'd be other factions broken off on side streets and stuff like that. | ||
| And then in addition to that, there are certainly troublemakers taking advantage of the chaos in general to just it was like this combination of martial law meets total anarchy. | ||
| I remember like one of the weirdest moments was in the evening walking around. | ||
| After things had calmed down in the area that they had been in, it was kind of deserted after that, but there was so much damage, all these burned out cars. | ||
| And I walked by these two little kids that were just on bikes. | ||
| They couldn't have been more than eight or ten years old, and they were just out biking in the middle of the night with like Amongst the rubble and the chaos, and I couldn't... | ||
| I was wondering where their parents were. | ||
| Like, you're in a third world country, like, war-torn now, is what it's feeling like. | ||
| Yeah, because another thing that they did was, you know, they were setting all these cars on fire. | ||
| And I would say that there were bad actors definitely doing things that they shouldn't be doing. | ||
| But in general, as I explained to Alex earlier in the week, a lot of these people are just normal, working class, good people. | ||
| And I don't think they were looking for trouble. | ||
| So I think the people that are doing that kind of stuff are just uniquely bad actors and also people that are just like capitalizing. | ||
| For instance, I was walking in the evening as well, kind of surveying the damage and walked by a hotel that I had actually eyed for booking for myself earlier in the day and decided not to. | ||
| And all the windows in the front were smashed out and they had what appeared to be a gang all handcuffed sitting on the ground in front of the hotel. | ||
| A huge police presence and they were smashing bottles that I believe they had confiscated from the gang. | ||
| Something like perhaps Molotov cocktails because they were very abrasive on the face and the smell of them. | ||
| And so you could tell that there's just people out looking for trouble because they can kind of get away with it if they're slick. | ||
| Which, of course, means that's going to be amplified, and really I would expect everything to be amplified, which, again, actually you had... | ||
| Yesterday, another group of protesters in Yellow Vest shut down Tower Bridge. | ||
| So that's now expanding into the UK as well. | ||
| They're in London. And you've got them fighting with May right now, who somehow saved her skin. | ||
| I think that's a rigged election, her remaining in. | ||
| But she cuts the worst deal for Brexit. | ||
| They vote for Brexit. They get, you know, I won't even say, but... | ||
| Just totally screwed. And so Macron, though, right now, and this is the big question that I have for you, and we'll start with this now and go into the next segment, but this is the big thing that I'm going to be on the lookout for when it comes to the next round of protests, which are going to start here in just a few hours, and I know that you'll be covering those for Infowars Europe. | ||
| Will Macron, because, and tell me how, either accurate or inaccurate, or if you agree or disagree, I expect, because we've already seen police, firemen, people that work at the hospital and everything, join these protests, so... | ||
| I expect that to continue, which means Macron is going to be more desperate for control of the situation, which I think means he's going to call in the EU army again. | ||
| So what do you expect to see as we're just hours away from the next wave of large protests in France? | ||
| Do you think they will be as big? | ||
| Do you think they'll be calmed down? | ||
| And do you think Macron is going to be more desperate here and have to call in the EU army again? | ||
| To answer your first question, I've seen speculation that people saying that they think it's going to be a calmer weekend, like last weekend was the big one. | ||
| I don't think so, personally, because this week you had a terrorist attack in France committed by someone who was on the watch lists. | ||
| He was well known, and they took so long to find him. | ||
| And I think that that was just like just pouring gasoline on a fire because that's that's really what a lot of these people are concerned with. | ||
| The mainstream media still keeps calling it like fuel tax protests and all that. | ||
| That's just like that was just the impetus to get this going. | ||
| The real issues are immigration and terrorism and economic side effects of immigration as well and just the taxation. | ||

| So you're telling me that these brutish men are basically walking around unidentified but operating as officials? | ||

| So you could tell that they were definitely officials of some type. | ||
| They weren't protesters. | ||

| So they'd haul someone off and be ripping through their bag and very well armed. | ||
| They had tear gas. Some of them had the tear gas launchers. | ||

| And the way that they treated some of the people was quite rough. | ||
| More like mercenaries that, you know, they had no connection to the people there. | ||
| They didn't care at all. As you've seen with some of these videos, some of the French police officers, they tend to actually be sympathetic with these people because it's their people. | ||
| It's their friends. It's their family members. | ||
| And the few that I spoke to, the few police officers that were definitely French police officers, they weren't friendly, but they weren't unkind. | ||
| Pleasant enough, and we were able to make a couple jokes with them while they looked through our bags. | ||
| But these other guys looked like they weren't having any jokes, and they were running around and looking for people and dragging them away when they found someone. | ||
| There were some pretty rough videos with these particular guys that I've seen. | ||
| Yeah, and I was actually just asking the crew to find a video. | ||
| It's not it, guys, but I'm not mad. | ||

| I make impossible demands to the crew sometimes here live. | ||
| But there was one video where you can clearly tell, and it's funny 'cause it's the exact type of men that you're describing, just totally covered in black. | ||
| It's actually like a shot from above, guys. | ||
| It looks like it's from a drone or something. | ||
| But the reason why I wanted to show this footage is because it's the exact type of men you're describing, and it's just one person just walking around. | ||
| You don't even see him doing anything. And one of these people literally just drags them aside to the curb. | ||
| And then like five or six of these people just start beating them half to death. | ||

| If I may, you can actually, one of them that you could look up probably, there's There's one where a girl gets dragged by the hair, kind of, and one of these guys realizes they're being filmed and he runs up to the camera and sprays it with a substance to cover the lens. | ||
| That was the type of guys that we saw. | ||
| These are different type of guys. | ||
| I saw plenty of them. They were out. | ||
| Okay, so who are those guys? | ||
| That's actually the video I was talking about. | ||

| Who are those guys? I believe that's the gendarmerie, and that would be like the French military police, if I'm not mistaken. | ||

| For instance, inside it looks like a fast food restaurant that is closed down. | ||

| And these guys think that they're not being watched. | ||

| It's hard to tell. And then I heard a projectile hit the wall right behind me above my head. | ||
| And that's clearly somebody, I mean, you don't just go out and behave like that unless you've been given orders in some regards to behave like that. | ||
| But in the final four minutes we have with you, I kind of want to shift to a different, I mean, same topic but different vein. | ||
| What are the people saying about this? | ||
| I mean, what is the overall attitude in France? | ||
| What are the people on the streets saying about this? | ||
| How do you think this is going to go for Macron coming up here? | ||
| Let's say it does get bad and we see more videos like this and the EU army come out. | ||
| What are the people saying? What's kind of the attitude and how do you just see it going? | ||
| This is such a dynamic situation because there are so many different groups and different factions and different types of people that are getting involved with these protests. | ||
| There's the far left, the far right. | ||
| There's the people right down the middle. | ||
| So it really is hard to say how it's going to play out. | ||
| But one of the things that I do see happening is there are starting to be spokespeople for the yellow vests or leaders that the press is quoting. | ||
| And I would personally be very wary of anyone. | ||
| Yeah, I was going to say that's actually potentially dangerous. | ||
| Yeah, I would take anything to anyone who claims to be representing the Yellow Vest with a grain of salt because you don't know if they're chosen for a reason by the media. | ||
| Right, exactly. It's all about co-opting these movements. | ||
| Exactly, definitely. | ||
| What I do also see happening is, this is not just a French thing now, as you mentioned, this has spread to the UK, but also it's spreading to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and one of the most poignant videos from last weekend actually came out of Brussels. | ||
| It was quite an intense demonstration, and the Yellow Vest there actually attempted to storm the EU Parliament building, and they were turned away by riot police there. | ||
| But those protests are slated to continue, and they will be continuing this weekend in Brussels as well. | ||
| Now, the optics of the gilets jaunes storming the EU Parliament, if they were successful, I think would be devastating for the globalists. | ||
| It would just be symbolic, just a moment. | ||
| So I could see Brussels really being another area where they're really going to have to focus their attention. | ||
| And if they do have this EU army that they're deploying all over the place, it might start getting stretched a little thin. | ||
| Well, there's one thing that I don't think there's any doubt about, and that's French is done with Macron. | ||
| He's been a total disaster, a total failure. | ||
| So they want him out. That's not going to change. | ||
| But I don't think he's going to go anywhere. | ||
| I mean, this is the globalist puppet. | ||
| They got him in there. He's got to stay. | ||
| So how do you think that goes? | ||
| I mean, his popularity is going to continue to go down as he continues to be obstinate and act like he has nothing to do with these protests, but he's trying to help when everybody knows that's not the case. | ||

| I don't know. I think Macron is interchangeable. | ||
| I don't think that he needs to stay by any reason. | ||
| I think they can just put someone in that they could claim that they're putting in someone more moderate. | ||
| They could claim that they could do whatever they need to to mollify the people, at least temporarily, and just put in and install someone else. | ||
| But what's interesting is Marie Le Pen and her party, her renamed party, they are actually surging well past Macron in the latest polls that I've seen. | ||
| So there is definitely some headway there. | ||
| But, of course, that's not the kind of person the globalists would install in replacement. | ||
| Does Marine Le Pen have enough leftover momentum, though, to to kind of revamp herself with this yellow vest protest? | ||
| I don't know, but I do know that a large contingent of the Yellow Vest would be the type that would vote for her. | ||
| As I mentioned earlier, these are a lot of blue-collar workers, a lot of just middle-class people, lower middle class, and they are being joined by more and more people from the government sector as well. | ||

| Reading the 235 pages of the transcript from Comey's interview with the Committee on the Judiciary and the Committee on Government Reform and Oversight, it becomes blatantly obvious that the former FBI director is playing dumb when the questioning opens up surrounding Comey's knowledge of the Steele dossier. | ||
| From the transcript, Trey Gowdy asks, Do you know whether Chris Steele relied on sources and subsources to compile the information that ultimately made it to the FBI? Mr. | ||
| Comey responds, My recollection is he did have a source network of sources and subsources, and that this collection of reports reflected reporting by those that source networked. | ||
| Mr. Gowdy then asks, did the FBI make any effort to identify those sources and subsources that Steele would have relied upon? | ||
| Mr. Comey responds, yes. | ||
| Mr. Gowdy then says, with success. | ||
| Then the former director of the FBI says... | ||
| I don't remember and I think I don't remember because the work was not finished before I left. | ||
| Mr. Gowdy then says, I'm not asking you for names, but I'm asking you for a sense of scope. | ||
| How many sources and subsources did Steele rely upon? | ||
| Whereas Ms. Bessie interrupts Gowdy, claiming such information could harm the Mueller investigation. | ||

| The Federal Bureau of Investigation was directed by a man who had no clue as to every source and subsource the Steele dossier relied upon in order to open up a larger investigation of the President of the United States. | ||
| With that admission, shouldn't the American people lose all confidence in the top brass in the so-called Federal Bureau of Investigation? | ||
| Are you getting the impression that the truly powerful really don't face legal consequences? | ||
| It's always the little guy, it's always Jerome Corsi, some 72-year-old writer for Newsmax, who gets threatened with prison, but Jim Comey, the FBI director, gets to do whatever he wants? | ||
| That kind of seems like the list. | ||
| Well, it's not necessarily powerful, but it's a partisan process. | ||
| Because President Trump's powerful, but he's being attacked and abused. | ||

| We were able to insert the word Russia 50 million times as a result of these plea deals that really didn't have anything to do with Russia collusion. | ||

| But now what we have done is to seize on what is essentially a campaign finance violation and then whip that up with a hysteria into a grounds for impeachment. | ||

| Then his handmaiden allies in the mainstream media, like CNN and MSNBC, and particularly the New York Times, whip this up to a fever pitch. | ||
| Now, there are two external factors that need to be factored in, but what's going on here is laying the groundwork for a vote for the articles of impeachment in the new Democratic House and then moving to the Senate to see if they can find two-thirds of the votes to remove the president. | ||
| The backdrop on that of course would be a Kavanaugh level type hysteria, which is what the media is working so hard to generate at this point. | ||
| But there are two external factors that have to be considered to determine whether or not this could conceivably be successful. | ||
| When the Washington Post and the New York Times say Republicans in the Senate are getting wobbly, Republicans are nervous about the White House, that's not because that's what's happening. | ||
| That's projective. | ||
| That's what they want to happen. | ||
| They're trying to create a self-fulfilling prophecy by reporting that line of thinking. | ||
| But there are two external factors here that I think may in the end be determinative. | ||
| One is the state of the economy. | ||
| The economy under this president has made an extraordinary rebound. | ||
| The president's not wrong when he says we have one of the strongest economies we have had in many years. | ||
| We have record job growth, 4.2 million new jobs created, record wage growth, record low unemployment, record low Hispanic and African-American unemployment, billions coming back into the country for reinvestment, record stock market, even with some corrections. billions coming back into the country for reinvestment, record stock And the establishment types, as Alex Jones has been warning now for some time, are prepared to do exactly what Bill Maher said. | ||
| They will even crash the economy to create a backdrop for the president's removal. | ||
| But then across the ocean, you see something else going on that is a definite factor. | ||

| They had to get rid of him. And quickly, you had a monolithic media with one narrative, which didn't tell us a lot of things that we know today. | ||

| We didn't know that Judge John Sirica had been communicating illegally with the Watergate prosecutors and precooked not only their trial, but also their appeal. | ||

| Tell me what your experience was like. | ||
| Now, I worked on Ronald Reagan's inaugural committee. | ||
| I worked on Richard Nixon's inaugural committee. | ||
| So I had some of that experience. | ||
| But what was it like when Alex Jones and I went to Washington for the inauguration? | ||
| We saw you. But what was it like? | ||

| So I went there for one reason and one reason only. | ||
| It's not because I wanted to go to the swamp. | ||
| I went there because I wanted to make sure that my friend, my mentor, our new president was going to move into the White House and have a great inauguration and do that all swimmingly without any hiccups and without any problem or without any sabotage from people within. | ||
| So I actually went there to have eyes and ears on the ground so that I could report what was happening if in fact there was shenanigans. | ||
| And of course there were shenanigans. | ||

| But what I noticed were the people within the Presidential Inaugural Committee, let's just call it PIC, there was a lot of people in there that as I was looking around and investigating, they were never Trumpers. | ||
| I swear to God, if I could have given them a polygraph test, they would have failed if I asked, did you vote for this man that you're taking a paycheck from? | ||
| And a lot of them were never Trumpers. | ||
| So I kept my eye on them. | ||
| I watched that they had no work ethic, that they weren't doing their job. | ||
| They were sabotaging perhaps their job that they were supposed to do. | ||
| But I kept my eyes on the ground. | ||
| I didn't see any funniness with the money, even though I wasn't in charge with any of the finances. | ||
| I didn't see any reason to believe that there was false spending. | ||
| But let's just say, well, we won't say that there was because I don't think there was. | ||
| But that's not for us to blame our president on. | ||
| There's other people to blame for that. | ||
| So once again, as you said in the beginning, Roger, why are we not looking at The collusion and the corruption from the other side. | ||
| You know, now we've moved off of, you know, this being a Russian investigation to now we're on to something else. | ||

| What I found in the inauguration most disturbing was the large number of early Trump supporters, effective Trump supporters, grassroots Trump supporters, who contacted me and said, I can't get any tickets to any events. | ||

| Why is it that the establishment Republicans, the Bush supporters, The Kasich supporters, the Cruz supporters, why were they in the choice seats? | ||
| Why were they enjoying the inaugural festivities when the people who did the actual grassroots work to elect Donald Trump president, the people who made the phone calls and rang the doorbells and did the volunteer work and went to the rallies and proselytized among their friends and neighbors and got out to vote, they seemed to have been ignored. | ||

| Obviously, Roger, you're very much the center of attention when it comes to this in a lot of regards. | ||
| And I am joined now by Tyler Nixon, and I called him today because I wanted to get his expert take on this. | ||
| A document just released from Mueller today. | ||
| Basically, honestly, Tyler, my measurement of this is this is kind of like a press stunt, really, if you think about it from Mueller. | ||
| I mean, I don't really see any need for this or any of the garbage put in here. | ||
| You know, citing reports in the Washington Post, all of this other stuff, trying to act like First, Flynn shouldn't be downsizing what he did, but also admitting that the whole thing was an entrapment. | ||
| It's really just crazy stuff. | ||
| We can get to some of this, but Tyler, reading this, what was your first takeaway from this latest release from Mueller? | ||
| To me, he's admitting entrapment. | ||
| I'm just bowled over, Owen. | ||
| First, by the Utter, dripping sanctimony that's included in this document that is just so far beyond what is necessary or what is frankly credible coming from the special counsel's office or any prosecutor. | ||
| And then on top of that, the hypocrisy of the document. | ||
| I mean, you know, I'm going through this. | ||
| I'm just stunned that they would write this. | ||
| I didn't even think about that level. | ||
| I mean, they're claiming Flynn lied. | ||
| This is unbelievable. So just real quick, here was the missing link. | ||
| I thought that, because I was confused, because I thought there was no way the meeting that they're talking about in here was the meeting that McCabe sprung on him in the White House and told him not to have a lawyer. | ||
| It's the same meeting! | ||
| So the meeting they're citing in here is the entrapment meeting. | ||
| When Flynn didn't know he was being interviewed, they told him not to have a lawyer. | ||
| Yeah. And then they all lie. | ||
| Meanwhile, they're all lying. | ||
| But then they say, oh, Flynn lied. | ||
| No, I know. It's literally, it's like a murderer going, you know, prosecuting somebody for, I don't know, for jaywalking or something, and, you know, like, scolding them in the street. | ||
| My attorney, when I had to appear before the grand jury, Brian Lloyd, who's an excellent, very incisive thinker, pointed out how you look at language and hear like, oh, it was very cordial. | ||
| General, you know, the general is friendly and all that, as if that, like, It obviates the fact that they have set this man up. | ||
| But doesn't that prove it? | ||
| That's what I'm saying. Oh, he just walked right into it and just, you know, he just put himself in handcuffs right there for us, you know, and he was cordial about it, too. | ||
| That doesn't make a difference. | ||
| You're setting somebody up like this. | ||
| You're using deception. | ||
| You know, you're basically manipulating the entire thing. | ||
| I mean, they cite Washington, you know, I mean, if you would believe the way this was set up. | ||
| Hold that thought right there because let's just lay the groundwork here. | ||
| So Flynn's been in the White House, I think it's six days. | ||
| He gets a call from McCabe on the phone who says, hey, we need to talk to you. | ||
| We just need to have a brief conversation with you. | ||
| You know, just normal routine stuff. | ||
| You know, you're here in the White House. We're here. | ||
| Just normal routine stuff. No big deal. | ||
| And Flynn, you know, this is after they're already pushing the fake Russia investigation thing. | ||
| So I think Flynn says, maybe perhaps tongue-in-cheek, who knows, says, is this going to be about the media reports with Russian contacts? | ||
| And so McCabe's just kind of like, oh, yeah, we'll be talking about that. | ||
| But, you know, it's no big deal. | ||
| You know, and even says, you don't need a lawyer. | ||
| This is just a run-of-the-mill thing. | ||
| No big deal. We're just going to question all this stuff. | ||
| So as in the document says, so Flynn's like, okay, cordial. | ||
| He's like, oh, we're on the same team here. | ||
| I have nothing to fear. And it was all a setup the entire time. | ||
| It has Andrew Scumbag McCabe's dirty cop fingerprints all over it. | ||
| You recall how he set up, what was the instance where he walked, I believe it was one of the, it was Reince Priebus, how he walked Priebus into that deal where he said, well, I can't announce or I can't, you know, in other words, he suggested a meeting And said, you know, the president's not actually under investigation. | ||
| And then Priebus said, well, can you let, you know, make an announcement to this effect? | ||
| He said, well, let me go back and think about it. | ||
| And then immediately says and comes out with a story saying the president's chief of staff is trying to influence Andrew McCabe to come out and say that, you know, that the president's not under investigation. | ||
| And then they bully Priebus to give them a comment they want. | ||
| And that's even in here. | ||
| Yeah. No, it's, I mean, these people are, I mean, I think it's just, it blows my mind, honestly, Owen. | ||
| Like, this is such an affront to justice. | ||
| This is such an affront to rationality, logic, due process, fairness. | ||
| I mean, just basic decency, what they've done to this man. | ||
| So, Tyler, let's get into the nuts and bolts in this, nuts and bolts on this on the other side. | ||
| And I want to get Roger's take on this real quick, because, Roger, The exact same thing almost happened to you. | ||
| I won't get into all the stuff I know about this, but they tried to set you up the exact same way. | ||
| So they set Papadopoulos up. | ||
| They tried to set you up. | ||
| They tried to set Flynn up. | ||
| So they set all these entrapment setups out there, and you caught on to it. | ||
| So talk about when, again, let's go back to when they tried to set you up, Roger. | ||

| It's time to investigate the investigators. | ||
| This is an abuse of power that is extraordinary. | ||
| There is no interest whatsoever in the crimes of the Clinton or Obamas. | ||

| There's no interest by the special counsel in the greatest treasonous financial crime in American history. | ||

| reading this document when I was first candidate about two hours ago, this Mueller document released today in response to Michael Flynn's upcoming sentencing just proves that it was entrapment. | ||
| Now, I've got some bullet points I want to go over, and then we're going to get Tyler Nixon's take on it, Roger Stone's take on it. | ||
| And I want Tyler, if he is thinking about this, to talk about the significance of the FD-302 in relation to Peter Stroke. | ||
| But let me just hit a couple of these, my bullet points at least from this. | ||
| First of all, it starts off, the defendant made his decision to lie about his communications with the Russian ambassador two weeks before his interview with the FBI. That is such a misnomer, it's ridiculous. | ||
| As if, first of all, talking to a Russian ambassador is a crime. | ||
| It's not. And then he didn't lie about it. | ||
| That means consciously trying to deceive. | ||
| That's not what he did. | ||
| And he had no idea that there was an official FBI interview. | ||
| He asked if he needed a lawyer. They said, oh no, it's just run-of-the-mill stuff. | ||
| And then what do they do? They cite the Washington Post article. | ||
| Two Washington Post articles, actually. | ||
| Oh, I'm sorry, three! I'm sorry, three Washington Post articles. | ||
| Sorry, I'm just going through this. | ||
| And then a CBS News story. | ||
| So what the hell is that? | ||
| That doesn't seem normal, precedented legal documentation. | ||
| They then go on and sort another CBS interview. | ||
| I mean, so it's just ridiculous. | ||
| And then they say, and then by the time of the next FBI interview, the defendant was committed to his false story. | ||
| Again, totally unaware that there was any investigation going on. | ||
| He was told the exact opposite. | ||
| So they entrap him by making him say something. | ||
| They then run all these stories to make him commit to it. | ||
| And then they say, oh, we knew that you lied the whole time when it was all set up. | ||
| It goes on. Decision to make false statements was voluntary and intentional. | ||
| That's just an outright lie. | ||
| FBI Director McCabe informed the defendant about the topic of interview. | ||
| That's an outright lie. | ||
| Memo of Andrew McCabe dated January 14, 2017. | ||
| That's when the interview happened. | ||
| McCabe called the defendant to arrange the interview and explain the FBI needed to talk to him in light of the media coverage and public discussion about his recent contact with Russian representatives. | ||
| Not mentioned, he told him he didn't need a lawyer. | ||
| During the interview, the FBI agents gave the defendant multiple opportunities to correct his false statements by revisiting key questions. | ||
| No, that's not how this works. They just repeat the question knowing that the answer he already gave was false based on some other intel they have that he is not even aware of. | ||
| That's the definition of entrapment right there. | ||
| And then it says the circumstances of the defendant's interview do not lessen the seriousness of the offense. | ||
| That's Mueller admitting that the circumstances were entrapment! | ||
| Right there! He admits it! | ||
| Then he says, So that's his, let's say... | ||
| This is how you can play ball Flynn moment at the end. | ||
| He's saying, look, be like Cohen, sell out, believe in us, the deep state, and don't believe in Trump and the American people. | ||
| And if you cooperate with us, then we'll give you a less sense. | ||
| Now, those are my bullet points. | ||
| Tyler Nixon, your response. | ||
| I mean, it's just, again, I keep coming back to the big picture here. | ||
| First of all, Why was the National Security Advisor being wiretapped? | ||
| And don't tell me that, oh, he was speaking to a Russian, the Russian whoever, the Russian ambassador. | ||
| So what? He's the National Security Advisor. | ||
| You don't just wiretap this guy because of whoever he's talking to. | ||
| What is the FBI doing that in the first place? | ||
| That led them to this. | ||
| And you look at, okay, so here's where we get into the real hypocrisy, where these people in the FBI, these people who are currently, you know, conducting this hoax, along with McCabe and others, think they're some kind of like, I don't know, like the guardians of everything. | ||
| Like, they're above all of, I mean, Mueller, he's bigger than Trump. | ||
| The great Mueller, you know, he can't be touched by anybody. | ||
| We'd sooner take out the President of the United States than, you know, fire Bob Mueller, right? | ||
| So here you have this line. | ||
| A sitting National Security Advisor, former head of an intelligence agency, retired Lieutenant General, 33-year veteran of the Armed Forces, knows he should not lie to federal agents. | ||
| And it goes on. He does not need to be warned as a crime. | ||
| He, unlike Vander Zwan, was a senior national security official with extensive federal government experience, had led an intelligence agency, had worked with the FBI, and was steeped in the importance of accurate information To decision making in the areas of national security. | ||
| Who is making the decisions on national security? | ||
| The FBI and Andrew McCabe or the National Security Advisor? | ||
| So we need to get to, like, the heart of this here. | ||
| This is a power play. | ||
| I mean, they're trying to undercut the authority of the president's National Security Advisor incoming. | ||
| You know, who cares who he's talking to? | ||
| The president could have ordered him to say, look, you're not to disclose your discussions under any circumstance to anybody. | ||
| And, you know, I mean, obviously Flynn, you know, was took these people in good faith, you know, foolish as that was. | ||
| Right. | ||
| Roger, he actually talked about that. | ||
| Roger and I kind of talked about that before the show. | ||
| But, Roger, hearing this, what is this kind of compare and contrast this to the setup that they tried to get you on? | ||
| I mean, do you see any similarities here? | ||
| Well, my lawyers would probably not be very happy if I talked about that on the airwaves. | ||
| But let me say this, because we know they tried to set up Alex Jones in a very similar sting operation and they failed. | ||
| Tyler's exactly right. | ||
| The incoming National Security Advisor certainly has the authority to speak to the Russian ambassador and may have been doing so at the President's direction. | ||
| That is his job. | ||
| But James Clapper can testify under oath in front of the Congress saying, oh no, we have no metadata collection program whatsoever. | ||

| And the idea that he would be the national security advisor drove them crazy. | ||

| Now, there's one part of this I do not understand. | ||
| I don't understand why General Flynn decided to be represented by Eric Holder's law firm. | ||
| I don't understand why he pled guilty to anything because I don't think he committed a crime. | ||
| I don't know why he did not change his guilty plea on the basis of all this new information. | ||
| But I do know that he has been virtually ruined financially. | ||
| And it is widely speculated in Washington that the special counsel threatened to prosecute his son on some grounds. | ||
| So I think this is a true patriot being wronged. | ||
| I am hopeful that he will receive no jail time. | ||
| In fact, I'm hopeful the President of the United States would pardon him. | ||
| And no, I've never discussed that with the President, nor have I said anything about it previously up until now. | ||
| But I hope the President will pardon him because this is a setup and extraordinary miscarriage of justice. | ||
| Now, Tyler, I haven't passed the bar, but I know a little bit. | ||
| Enough to know that anyone... | ||
| I mean, essentially the entire first section here is nothing but stating or citing CBS and Washington Post stories. | ||
| I mean, since when... | ||
| I'm serious, Tyler, again, I haven't passed the bar, but I'm not new to this stuff. | ||
| I worked for a lawyer for a few years. | ||
| Since when do you use news stories as a reference for information when you're a former FBI director and the head of a special counsel? | ||
| Aren't you supposed to get your own sources? | ||
| I mean, isn't that the whole purpose? | ||
| Oh, no, but we have a circular symbiosis now between the fake news media and the corrupt, seditious cabal within our government that's being operated, you know, the deep state, whatever you want to call it, that's trying to destroy the Trump presidency, to undercut it, do everything it can to short-circuit it. | ||

| I mean, literally, you have the media citing Mueller and his people in the FBI, and then the FBI citing them. | ||
| It's literally just, I mean, it's worse than circular reasoning. | ||

| It's circular, bogus setting people up, planting stories. | ||
| I mean, the same was done with, you recall, the Michael Isikoff deal for the whole dossier in the first place that founded all this. | ||

| And I would point out—and I want to just get this quote real quick because I thought it was so actually just emblematic of the hypocrisy and the double standard— Senator Angus King was on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace. | ||
| He said this when asked about the potential that all Trump said was, I'm not taking off the table the possibility of a Manafort pardon. | ||
