| After the first round of yellow vest protests that left two dead, 750 injured, and an estimated 1.5 million euro in damages, Macron told the French thugs, as he called them, to essentially eat cake. | ||

| Yet, regardless of the massive response by average citizens to an impossible cost-of-living hike, Macron is staying the course on the tax increase of 7.6 cents per liter on diesel and a further increase of 6.5 cents on diesel planned for the 1st of January 2019. | ||

| To add insult to injury, literally, in a recent speech, Macron reminded the French that the wording of the Paris Agreement would shut down 14 of the country's 58 nuclear reactors currently in operation by the target date of 2035. | ||
| Three-quarters of France's electricity comes from its nuclear plants. | ||
| But these protests are nothing new. | ||
| Protests against the taxation of petrol in France go back to the 1930s. | ||
| The Yellow Vest protests are simply a concentrated version of earlier protests in the face of the elites rampaging madness to ram carbon taxation down the throats of a republic. | ||
| In case you forgot, globalists, a republic is a state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch. | ||

| When they reached the Mexican border, the border gates were not opened for them. | ||

| And on Sunday, November 25th, the caravan made a run to the border in an organized assault. | ||

| Instead, they tried to force their way through the border fence before being repelled by tear gas. | ||
| President Trump temporarily closed the border at San Ysidro, sending a message to the Tijuana government, which has always relied on the crossing for its tourist economy. | ||

| Tijuana Mayor Juan Manuel Gastelum evicted the migrant caravan from their encampment right on the U.S. border and began bussing them all to an area about 30 minutes south of the border in the Mariano Matamoros area. | ||
| The organizers of the caravan were furious. | ||

| So what's the latest with that, where a lot of these people that made the journey, now they're stuck, and they're trying to get back? | ||

| And they're being used for their photos, reporters, for all kinds of different things. | ||
| It's so awful to see what's going on. | ||
| And then the situation gets worse because, let's be honest, Again, you could have a lady like that who genuinely is having a rough time and wants to maybe seek asylum in America. | ||

| This whole thing becomes more than just people wanting to seek asylum. | ||
| Drug mules want to get in. | ||
| Human traffickers want to get in. | ||
| Coyotes want to get in. | ||
| Criminals and felons and people that have been already deported want to get in. | ||
| So it becomes this huge massing of just all different types of people that want to get in. | ||
| And maybe 10% of them genuinely probably need a refugee status or asylum or what have you. | ||
| But we can't even address that because we can't even filter out what's good, what's bad. | ||
| So now she's stuck in a situation where she's like, well, wait a second. | ||
| I just wanted to come here with my kids and maybe try to get in and get a better life. | ||
| But 90% of the people here are military-aged men. | ||
| They've arrested about 40 of them. | ||

| And so now you've got the Mexican government and the United States government saying, look, we have to deal with this as a criminal situation. | ||

| A friend of mine told me about Brandon's situation. | ||
| So I'm really going to let him tell the story so that I don't screw up any of the details. | ||
| But essentially, I'm just going to kind of lay it out and then we'll let Brandon correct anything I said wrong and give the full story. | ||
| Brandon is a law student at University North Texas Dallas Law. | ||
| He has conservative political beliefs. | ||
| He noticed there was no group or affiliation to UNT that housed conservatives or Republicans on campus. | ||
| So he thought to himself, maybe that's something that I could take up. | ||
| He went to a Federalist Society meeting to just meet some like-minded people, meet some other leaders to help him build an organization. | ||
| And then once he started getting things off the ground and wanted to organize having a conservative group on campus, he was then deemed a threat to campus and other such accusations, told he needed counseling and a psychological evaluation, and has also been suspended. | ||
| That's the latest information I have. | ||
| So I'm going to let Brandon tell his story. | ||
| And then we'll kind of see what he's going to do from here or what's going on the latest. | ||
| So, Brandon, did I lay that out accurately? | ||
| And is there anything else that I didn't mention? | ||
| What is going on right now with your situation? | ||

| There's a bit of a middle ground, but I think you did a fine enough job talking about what happened there. | ||
| And to go into that a little bit... | ||
| Everything you mentioned about starting the Federal Society and all of that, pretty much all of it stemmed from me going to the state conference back in September. | ||
| And then all through September is when we were building the society at the law school. | ||
| I found like-minded students in our first year class. | ||
| And then at the end of all that, we finally were able to have a vote. | ||
| And we got voted into existence. | ||
| And from there, the primary thing that we do at the law school is it's a mixture of discussion and debates that go on just around various legal topics. | ||
| But we're still pretty much in our infancy trying to get everything together. | ||
| And as far as my current situation, everything stems from True. | ||
| Two weeks back. Sorry, give me a sec. | ||
| The 20th, that's it. But you've been, but basically you've kind of been going to these meetings, you've had this idea in your head to create a group on campus that had, you know, conservative, you know, political people kind of organized and just have a place to go. | ||
| But you're not even thinking, you're not even thinking while you're going to these meetings or organizing that anybody on campus is watching you or monitoring you, thinking you're a threat or trying to shut you down, right? | ||
| I mean, you never had any clue that this was going on, right? | ||

| The worst I got was basically, and mainly upperclassmen, nobody that I go to class with day in, day out, kind of pulling me aside, saying, you know, phrasing it as advice, like, hey, maybe you don't want to be doing this. | ||
| Imagine how this could look later on for you. | ||
| You don't want your name attached to that, that kind of message. | ||
| So there were some peers just kind of trying to intimidate you or bully you out of it? | ||

| But... Besides that, at least definitely on the administrative end, I didn't get any pushback, at least that I could see. | ||
| And most of that, most of the resistance is really when we were forming and through October. | ||
| The first big debate that we had was about Kavanaugh's nomination. | ||
| And there was just really high on emotions naturally there. | ||
| And then right after that, we had a speaker named Nicolai Nikas. | ||
| He's the president of the Bioethics Defense Fund, talked to us about legal ethics and cloning and that sort of stuff. | ||
| I would imagine that it was probably your opinions during the Kavanaugh stuff that had them irked, and so they wanted to probably find anything they could at that point to shut you down. | ||
| But tell me, though, because what I was reading, because you sent me the emails that they sent you, you sent me the email you sent to them, and then they're responding, a corresponding email. | ||
| We'll get into the details of that, but... | ||
| I'm trying to figure this out. | ||
| How are they reaching this conclusion? | ||
| I mean, what evidence did they provide you that they've reached this conclusion that you're somehow a threat or you need to be asked about whether you have any firearms? | ||
| I mean, what makes them think that they should be questioning you as if you're some sort of threat to campus or you're unsafe? | ||
| I mean, did they give you any reasoning for that? | ||

No. The only thing the school has told me is basically about Until I actually sat down at a meeting with their Title IX investigator, it was just vaguely that there was an accusation, and in one of the notices it said, alleged threat. And that's about as specific as I ever got until that email came to me right before we left for Thanksgiving break. | |
| Uh, on the evening of the 20th while we're outing outing with the professor, and that was vague. | ||
| And thank God I got it there, because I immediately took my laptop, showed it to everybody, and everyone started speculating what it could be about, who was this anonymous person, all of that. | ||
| Wow, wow. So that was almost a blessing for you to receive that when you were with everybody. | ||

| And, uh, our professor was actually treating us. | ||
| He gave me pretty general advice, basically saying he'd, uh, I've seen similar stuff go down, just be responsive, try to get after what they want and not hide anything. | ||
| So I emailed them back immediately. | ||
| I got an email back, that correspondence is what I sent to you from the investigator. | ||
| But they never actually told me exactly what the allegation was, just that it was an alleged threat. | ||
| And I had to meet with the schools. | ||
| They call it the care team. I'm still a little unclear on what that is. | ||
| So at that meeting is where I found out most of the information. | ||
| And from there, you know, I went. | ||
| I talked to that care team. Then I talked to the investigator and her assistant. | ||
| And pretty much everything that I have to go off of is not anything they sent me. | ||
| It's on what I can piece together myself and what people have been telling me from just other students from the school. | ||
| Well, this to me is a clear case of political harassment. | ||
| Now, we got two minutes left in this segment. | ||
| I want to get into the big bombshell thing, at least to me, when it comes to your story on the other side of this break. | ||
| But basically, they've given you – well, they laid it out as four parameters, but really it's five parameters if you read it out that they're saying you have to do here – Two of them, obviously, they've said that they've suspended you. | ||
| They've put you on disciplinary probation. | ||
| And there's some other things. I want to do kind of a classic radio tease, and we'll get to it on the other side, because that is the most shocking. | ||
| But what is your current status as a student? | ||
| Did they go through and actually suspend you and put you on disciplinary probation? | ||
| Are you allowed to go to class right now? | ||

| And the thing that we constantly get told and reminded of is, this is the third most diverse law school in America, and they're so proud of that, and that's the mission. | ||
| So this entire situation is ironic. | ||
| And it's almost this reversal of actual progressivism where they say we want to be diverse, but it's all about skin color and not about ideas or thoughts or anything else, which is the exact opposite of progressivism. | ||
| Progressive is getting away from identity politics. | ||
| Stop judging people by the color of their skin and actually listen to what they say. | ||
| Try to get and figure out why they think the things they think. | ||
| But it's like they're going the opposite direction. | ||
| It's like they want to judge you by your skin. | ||
| They want to claim they're diverse because of whatever your skin color is. | ||
| But then if you open your mouth and you don't say what they want you to say, then they literally shut you down. | ||

| This is huge because I've seen things. | ||
| I was in college for six years studying psychology and media, and for a couple of those years, I wasn't exactly an ideal student. | ||
| I've dealt with colleges. | ||
| I've heard other stories. | ||
| And, you know, there's people that'll write you up for anything and want to put you on DP, and they'll put all kinds of crap out there. | ||
| So when I saw that, I was kind of like, okay, this is kind of standard stuff. | ||
| Obviously, you're being harassed for your politics, but as far as the punishment's concerned, okay, it's kind of just standard stuff you're going to see. | ||
| But then... And I couldn't believe it. | ||
| And if it's okay with you, can we show the email that says what they're saying that you need to have to go through here? | ||
| Is that okay if we show this email, the correspondence that you sent me? | ||
| Yeah, I don't mind at all. So they have now suggested that Brandon has to be psychologically evaluated and receive counseling. | ||
| Now, ladies and gentlemen... | ||

| This is obviously not an individual that needs any psychological evaluation or counseling. | ||
| If anybody watched the video, they'd probably think that was me. | ||
| But all jokes aside, they're now telling a student, they're now telling Brandon, a student, that he needs to go to counseling and have psychological evaluations because he has a political opinion. | ||
| Brandon, when I saw that, I was floored. | ||
| I was stunned. I think this needs to be a national story. | ||
| How dare they? | ||
| How dare they say that you need a psychological evaluation? | ||
| And by the way, I didn't even think of this. | ||
| Did they have any doctor tell you that? | ||
| Was there any doctor that said you needed to have a psych evaluation? | ||
| Where do they get off saying that? | ||

They didn't really cite why, and I don't know if that was just her thing or maybe something the care team said, but the care team is made up of one lady introduced herself as the counselor for UNT, and the other guy was the chief of police, so neither one said doctor or anything. | |

| Have they said anything else about what this means? | ||

| And the only thing I've heard back since was yesterday morning when she said that she couldn't print it and she needed it to be in print form. | ||

| And then she had the campus police arrest me on my way in my car. | ||
| Oh my gosh, I wasn't even aware of that aspect. | ||

What did they do? Basically, an officer stopped me on my way to my car, ordered me to go into the building with them, had me drop everything, put me in handcuffs, and then she was waiting. | |

| And basically I corrected her saying, you know, the part of the paper I sent you, there was a notice not to show up at the law school. | ||
| So I told her I wasn't at the law school and, you know, you had me here last week. | ||
| All I did was come to your desk to give you papers you claimed you couldn't get. | ||
| And so we had like a back and forth about notice. | ||
| All of a sudden she disappears. | ||
| The police officer writes me out an actual notice. | ||
| And sends me on my way. But that would be, accurately, our last interaction. | ||
| I can't believe that. | ||
| I didn't know that. Now, I want to ask you what you plan on doing from here. | ||
| But first, I mean, what does it mean to you? | ||
| I mean, a law school, you know, these are supposed to be liberal bastions of free speech and philosophy and debates and sharing ideas competitively. | ||
| And they're just erasing you from the whole process. | ||
| What does it mean to you that you're not even allowed to have a dissenting opinion or organize on your campus right now without being deemed a threat? | ||

Well, the only thing that truly blindsided me, I have to say, is I somewhat expected something like this could happen when I started the organization. | |

| Uh, the big thing for me is the huge, basically, you know, due process implications. | ||
| Uh, the fact that a decision gets issued, uh, literally before 24 hours pass from when they even tell me what the notice is. | ||
| And, uh, in the document I sent you where she made her decision, um, I was real patient up till then because I thought maybe they had things that I didn't know. | ||
| But when she doesn't cite any evidence and when they don't talk about basing anything in fact, that's I guess the moment, you know, it hit me and I decided I need to take some action. | ||
| So I filed an appeal. | ||
| I started looking for legal counsel since I am pretty certain this is about to spill out into court. | ||
| Well, look... | ||

I can't imagine, because you're in a situation now where you've spent all of this time and effort, you want to get your law degree, you're at school, you're in your final years, and now all of that is kind of hanging in the balance, and it's like you have to make a decision here. | ||
| What are you going to do? Are you going to try to finish school there? | ||
| Are you going to try to defeat them in a lawsuit? | ||
| Are you going to basically tell them to get bent, and you're going to have to start over elsewhere? | ||

| I'm, uh, right now my main priority is I at least got to finish out this year. | ||
| And, uh, looking back over everything, that's actually what I think might be, uh, why there, or why she's approaching it this way. | ||

| But, again, if they schedule the appeal late enough, I'm just, uh, I'm going to be kicked out, and they can cite academic reasons because I'm not turning in assignments. | ||
| I'm not in class, and I'm about to have not taken finals. | ||
| So, you know, there goes a semester's tuition. | ||
| And then when I reapply to any law school, not only do I have to explain why I have all these failing grades, I also have to explain why, you know, there's a disciplinary report against me. | ||
| So, I think that's the... | ||
| Well, I think if you make a national story to national case out of this, I think you can beat that, and there'll be some other law schools and professors out there that'll want to help you out. | ||

| I'll drag the school through its own process because legally, I'm not at all concerned. | ||

| And also, I didn't really want to get into it just because of time, but... | ||
| For example, she directly misquotes something that I said as part of her evidence, and thank God I was reporting, because otherwise it would just be in arguments back and forth on that one. | ||
| And also, at the meeting, she told me to have all these people that I was with at the really broad time frame. | ||
| They gave a contact to her letting her know that. | ||
| So, you know, even before I walked out, I had messaged them, and by the time I got home, one of them messaged me back saying he got all the others to email her. | ||
| So, you know, I know for a fact five people went and contacted her saying, you know, that's outside of his character. | ||
| that supposed time frame he was with us and things of that nature. | ||
| And she didn't mention that at all in her report along with several other things. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| This is clearly political harassment Brandon, this is clearly political harassment. | ||
| They've clearly targeted you for political police. | ||
| I know I'm not telling you anything you don't know. | ||
| We just have to hammer these points home because it's totally unfair. | ||

| But before you get into that, let me just kind of put a little background here because that video was from a month ago. | ||
| Right. Strictly more in Paris, more in migrant camps. | ||

| Police are joining in. | ||
| Hospital workers are joining in. | ||
| There's a lot of symbolism there. | ||
| And in my defense, maybe Macron wasn't the worst a month ago. | ||
| But the point is that this has been going on for a while. | ||
| It's reached ahead now, and it's become a national news story. | ||
| So where are we at today? Well, where we're at now, so we know that these protesters are referred to with the yellow vests that they wear. | ||
| These are vests that they're required to keep in their car any time that it breaks down. | ||
| They have to wear it on the side of the road if they're changing a tire or whatever. | ||
| So it's something that's cheap. | ||
| Basically, everybody has it, especially if you have a car. | ||
| And, of course, these protests started sort of nominally on this gas tax hike that went into effect or rather was going to go into effect before these protests start. | ||
| The French government has actually conceded some of these, has made concessions and said, OK, you know, we won't we won't institute the tax quite so soon. | ||
| And people are saying basically, no, that's not good enough. | ||
| We're not leaving until essentially they just want this government taken down and they want to replace Macron. | ||
| They know that Macron was... | ||
| I believe he was a Rothschild's banker before he became a politician. | ||
| He is just the... | ||
| He's the globalist puppet. | ||
| He's the... He just does exactly what they want. | ||
| He's entirely a part of this neoliberal corporatocracy that has been robbing and completely gutting the middle class of France for a long time. | ||
| So if you ask French people, they'll tell you that rioting is really kind of a national pastime for them. | ||
| I mean, they'll riot over a 50-cent hike in a... | ||
| Hot dog price, but these are different. | ||
| These are very different. | ||
| And I think it was like the 1930s, they rioted over gas prices, and then I think again in the 1940s. | ||
| So there is a history here. | ||
| And like you said, though, there's all this symbolism now, like the yellow vest, the police taking off their helmets, the hospital workers laying down on the ground. | ||
| But it's like, oh, oh, oh, yeah. | ||
| Okay, oh, you know what? | ||
| Oh, you're upset we're going to euthanize you? | ||
| Okay, we'll do it next week. | ||
| Yeah, exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah. | ||
| That's exactly what it's like. And so these are different not just in scale, which it is. | ||
| The scale of these protests is much larger. | ||
| But the reason these are different is because... | ||
| There are no long-standing groups that formed the gilets jaunes or the yellow jackets or the yellow vests. | ||
| It's totally independent. | ||
| It's left and right. | ||
| No political party. They started about six months ago, I believe in May, maybe March in 2018. | ||
| They started organizing, mostly on social media. | ||
| And the sort of final straw that broke the camel's back is this tax... | ||
| This tax on gasoline. | ||
| Because basically what you have is you have the middle class in France, again, absolutely gutted. | ||
| They pay about 70% in taxes because of all of the austerity and all of the money that's given to corporations and banksters and all that sort of stuff. | ||
| There's been austerity on a lot of these smaller French towns, on a lot of the countryside. | ||
| So all of the services are now centralized in these big economic centers, these big cities like Paris. | ||
| And They've literally priced out the ability for French people to live in the country and to live off the land. | ||
| Or any upward growth. A lot of people don't realize there's a salary cap in France. | ||
| When you hit a certain amount of money you make, they cut you off. | ||
| You can't make any more money. | ||
| Right. Well, and so Macron has done things. | ||
| He got rid of the ISF, which is the Solidarity Tax on Wealth. | ||
| That was a tax that specifically you had to be a millionaire to pay. | ||
| So he's gotten rid of these taxes for the rich and put the burden on the lower classes, on the middle class and the poor, because what they have is they're called indirect taxes, and that's taxes on everyday items like gasoline or like toothpaste or cigarettes or any of these things that don't take into account how much the person paying the tax is. | ||
| And so the people who aren't well off take a bigger hit to their own personal budgets. | ||
| And then you have this gas tax. | ||
| Now, gas in France is already $7 a gallon. | ||
| Seven dollars a gallon is what they pay in France. | ||
| And now they're putting a tax on top of that, strictly a punitive tax, right? | ||
| This isn't, oh, we're going to tax diesel and then we'll go put it in wind energy or anything like that. | ||
| No, no, it just goes into the coffers. | ||
| It goes into whatever, you know, corporations or projects that the French government has. | ||
| But it's just punitive. | ||
| It's just trying to punish people and trying to convince people not to use their diesel cars. | ||
| Exactly. But they'll never phrase it that way. | ||
| And that's what's so key about this. | ||
| They want to price you out of driving a car. | ||
| Right. Yeah, if we're going to stop climate change, we have to make drastic changes. | ||
| Your life is going to change. | ||
| You're going to have to make sacrifice. Exactly. | ||
| So that's what it is. They're saying, we want to price you out of driving a car. | ||
| Oh, you don't like the fact that it now costs you twice as much to fill up your car? | ||
| Good! Don't drive your car. | ||
| That's what they want to do. They just won't say that. | ||
| No, I mean, they're actually fairly open about it. | ||
| Basically, they say, hey, we can't afford this. | ||
| We have to drive these diesel cars. | ||
| I have to drop my kid off at work. | ||
| I have to, you know, go here. | ||
| I can only afford to live in the country because I have a car. | ||
| And basically, LeCron says, well, buy an electric one next time. | ||
| That's basically their response. | ||
| So in a very real way, the only way you can afford to live in the country, in a village outside of these big megalopolises and actually have a job where you can't even own a house. | ||
| It's all apartments and condos. | ||
| Right. But the few people that do live out there, they don't have the services that they used to have. | ||
| The trains don't run out there as often. | ||
| The healthcare is even worse. | ||
| If you listen to... There's a doctor that talks about all this. | ||
| He's a commentator on YouTube, a French doctor. | ||
| And he talks about how they've basically gotten rid of all the country doctors. | ||
| There aren't little hospitals, little doctor's offices. | ||
| They've all been consolidated and centralized. | ||
| You have to go and sit in a waiting room for 10 hours just to have your foot looked at if it has a crack or whatever. | ||
| Like... It's everything. | ||
| It's being centralized. It's being drained away from the country. | ||
| It's just Agenda 2030. | ||
| The UN Agenda 2030, the replacement migration, that is what people are rioting against. | ||
| So the gas tax was the final straw that broke the camel's back, and that's where a lot of the impetus comes from, and that's where a lot of the symbolism comes from, and that's where they're hitting back at the French government. | ||
| They're shutting down toll booths and actually opening them up and saying, don't pay the toll. | ||
| They're stopping the French government from collecting the tolls. | ||
| They're breaking radar speed cameras and that sort of thing. | ||

| Yeah, very big. And not only that, this one doctor that, again, I listen to, you can find his videos, you can find tons of videos of this protest on a YouTube channel called Mozar Faker, M-O-Z-A-R Faker. | ||

| Very good source. And one of the other things that this guy mentioned was the fact that, and he's a doctor, he's a medical doctor in France, and he talks about the fact that Macron is putting forward, has put forward, is putting forward a bill. | ||

| You can see videos of his motorcade going down the street, and people are just chasing after it. | ||
| People are building guillotines in town squares all over France. | ||
| This is not just a Paris thing. | ||
| This is in all big cities throughout France as well as small towns throughout France. | ||

| They're taking down toll booths. | ||
| They're setting up guillotines. | ||
| I mean, the French people are boiling over, and this is not going to go away anytime soon. | ||
| So these massive riots break out. | ||
| This was on December 1st. | ||
| First was what they called Act 3. | ||
| They've been basically rioting for two or three weeks at this point, starting on November 17th. | ||
| And by this point, it's been $400 million in lost transit goods due to Paris road blockages, $4 million a day in damages for the days that they were rioting. | ||
| 50% of Parisian shop sales are down, costing hundreds of millions, possibly billions by Christmas. | ||
| There have been six large buildings burnt down in Paris. | ||
| Over 160 cars have been torched. | ||
| Four civilians are dead, some at the hands of police officers or having been hit by tear gas canisters. | ||
| 730 plus are wounded. | ||
| There have been 100 plus wounded police officers. | ||
| 570 plus arrests so far. | ||
| And the real big gathering is not happening until Saturday. | ||

| What do the police unions say about the gathering on Saturday? | ||

| but one thing i wanted to to just tack on to this is the idea that when you look at europe right now and over the last couple years you have you have one of two types of countries either a country is dealing with the crisis of globalism they're dealing with this incredible backlash in this rising populism legislatively and through the government or you have people rioting in the streets So you have England with Brexit. | ||

| And they're doing things through the government. | ||
| Look at the Catalonia protests in Spain. | ||

| Then on the flip side, look at G20 in Hamburg in Germany. | ||
| Look at the riots going on in France right now. | ||
| Look at what's happening as these riots spread to Belgium. | ||
| Those are the countries that are ignoring their populace. | ||
| They're ignoring their people. | ||
| They're forcing the globalism down their throat despite their peaceful protests. | ||
| The protests are turning violent. | ||
| The protests are becoming more irrational and more crazy. | ||
