| So this is a pretty wild story. | ||
| Now, Griffin is a Vikings defensive lineman. | ||
| Very good. And if anybody who watches NFL football or has ever seen it from the field, the linemen are basically in a car wreck every play. | ||
| Well, Griffin... Apparently had some mental breakdown. | ||
| He wasn't on the sideline for this weekend's game. | ||
| He was dealing with a personal matter according to the team. | ||
| But he's now under hospital supervision after he had a nervous breakdown. | ||
| Then threatened to shoot hotel employees. | ||
| Jumped out of an ambulance and believed somebody was trying to kill him. | ||
| And so he's having all sorts of personal health issues. | ||
| His wife has pointed this out in the past. | ||
| So, Roger, this is just another example, though, of what we've been talking about. | ||
| And you've had exclusive conversations with former players and their wives about how the NFL is doing nothing about these problems football players are having with their brains, their psychology, because of all the head trauma that they deal with. | ||
| Here's another story that the NFL is pretty much burying They didn't want anybody to know why Everson Griffin wasn't on the sideline. | ||
| Oh, but now they will know because it's gotten so bad. | ||
| Well, Owen, the truth is that it's far worse than even you describe it. | ||
| The NFL reached an agreement in 2017 that's potentially worth as much as $2 billion, a settlement with NFL players, 80% of whom are African American, who are suffering from degenerative brain disease and other effects of brain concussions. | ||
| It's not just that the NFL hasn't paid. | ||
| It is a nefarious scheme in which all of the claims are essentially denied or sent to audit where they die a slow death. | ||
| Essentially what they're trying to do is run out the clock because if an injured player dies under the agreement, their family is entitled to nothing. | ||
| Their survivors are entitled to nothing. | ||
| They have paid less than 16% of the claims out. | ||
| This is the scandal that the NFL should be criticized for rather than the question of players kneeling during the national anthem. | ||
| This is a racist scandal. | ||
| Disgrace. If these players were white, there's no doubt in my mind they would have been paid by now. | ||
| And the lead lawyer for the plaintiffs in the case, the one who's supposed to be representing the players, he's pocketed $52 million in fees from the NFL, essentially to short-circuit the awards due to injured players. | ||
| This is a monumental disgrace. | ||

| After all, they're making tens of millions of dollars, so they don't want to do anything to kill the Golden Goose. | ||

| Now, they think that they can just bury this because they own the media, and anybody who wants to air NFL media is going to have to cooperate with the NFL, but You know, you can read this story and you realize that this is not a new deal with Everson Griffin. | ||
| He's been dealing with some psychological problems in the past, but there's a culture in the NFL, Roger, that's, you know, shut up and play, bitch. | ||
| Essentially, I'll just leave it at that. | ||
| And the players kind of agree with that. | ||
| So, you know, it's not just a one-sided thing, but the NFL is trying to have its cake and eat it too right now. | ||
| Where they want to try to, quote-unquote, clean the game up. | ||
| They also want to have the political messages there. | ||
| And they also want to hide the story about what's happening to players when they retire. | ||

| Ratings on television continue to decline. | ||
| The attendance at these games is the real story. | ||

| But on a larger level, you're seeing a new crackdown on free speech in the UK, in Britain. | ||
| You're a test case. | ||
| What do you think is coming next? | ||
| Do you think more people are going to be arrested? | ||
| Do you think more Tommy Robinsons will come up? | ||

| Nine people a day are currently arrested for hate speech online, posts on Twitter, posts on Facebook. | ||
| What I've witnessed is that they use laws that they have for different reasons. | ||
| For example, British police use laws that were passed for football legislation. | ||
| So to prevent football hooligans during football tournaments, at a time when a football tournament was on, The police arrested me and they used the law that's only available to them during this tournament, which is to give people bans from areas. | ||
| So they put forward a five-year ban that was used when England were playing out in France. | ||
| And the reason for it, they said, was because I was a risk. | ||
| Now, that five-year ban would have banned me and prohibited me from entering my own town centre. | ||
| And I was actually given a map. | ||
| And they drew every road that I wouldn't be allowed to enter. | ||
| And it was basically the entire Muslim community of Luton. | ||
| So they were creating an exclusion zone using football laws and legislation. | ||
| When I got to court on this case, I had a brilliant barrister represent me, Alison Gurdon, and the judge's comments were that the case against me was vague, cagey and dishonest. | ||
| So she didn't give them the ban they wanted, but they still tried to do it with football legislation. | ||
| What we see now at Crown Courts across the country, every single court case that involves gangs of Muslim men raping young non-Muslim children, the judges are passing orders that means that no one whatsoever can report or talk about these cases. | ||
| Now, these cases could go on for six weeks, eight weeks, 12 weeks. | ||
| Every day, if they didn't have these reporting restrictions, every day the public would hear The details of what these men are doing to these victims. | ||
| The comments they're making, the religious and the racial comments, and the reasons they're doing these rapes, and the horrific barbaric crimes that are being perpetrated against these children, the public would hear. | ||
| But by putting a reporting restriction, the only time the judge will lift the reporting restriction is at the very end of the trial. | ||
| So then, all the British public will get is one day's news. | ||
| One day's news where it will tell us that 20 or 30 men have been convicted for child sex offences. | ||
| Now, this is what we see now being used across the country. | ||
| On every single court case, it's actually what I was in prison for breaking one of these conditions. | ||
| Now, it appears with your case, and most cases in Europe, it has to do with Islam. | ||

| And that's the worrying thing that currently what's happening now, I stand trial again on Thursday at the Old Bailey. | ||
| The Old Bailey is the highest court of our land. | ||
| I am in court for speaking on my iPhone like I'm doing now. | ||
| I'm in court for... | ||
| I'm expressing public information. | ||
| I gave names of men who were charged. | ||
| I made sure that I didn't assume guilt. | ||
| I made sure I mentioned that they were innocent until proven guilty. | ||
| I made sure I stayed within the confine of the law for contempt of court. | ||
| Yet I was arrested and imprisoned. | ||
| And I've spent two and a half months on solitary confinement. | ||
| And they're not happy with that. | ||
| Because I got out, they now want to retry me. | ||
| I'm being told I can get two years in prison. | ||
| And I was told to basically take a deal where I plead guilty and I apologise. | ||
| If I plead guilty and I apologise, then I will come home on Thursday from court. | ||
| If I don't, the likeness is I'll end up in prison. | ||
| Now, I know the world is watching, and I know everything that's happening is going to be recorded and remembered. | ||
| I will walk into court on Thursday and read a statement out to the court, to the government, to the judge, and to the British public, and to all those around the world that are watching. | ||
| To say that I stand by my convictions, I stand by the fact that these crimes must be highlighted, the court has a duty, as I have a duty, to protect children. | ||
| Now, the argument they keep using on this is the right to a fair trial. | ||
| These men can have a fair trial. | ||
| In fact, what I've got is I've got the evidence and the transcripts from the court case where the judge sent me to prison. | ||
| He and the CPS talk in these transcripts. | ||
| They both say the CPS is the Crown Prosecution Service in Britain. | ||
| It's the independent governing body which decides if there's enough evidence to charge you and prosecute you. | ||
| Both of them state clearly that nothing I said Could have prejudiced a jury. | ||
| But of course that's not it. It's the fact that you're willing to say it and you have the courage to do so. | ||

| And do you know what's so... What I witness of people is how passionately they're feeling about this subject, how passionately they're feeling about their freedoms that are being taken, and how so many people come up to me and say, look, I can't share it that I support you, but I follow everything you do. | ||
| And they can't share it, and they can't say it publicly, because we're living in this country without real freedom, without real free speech. | ||
| People are scared, and I've seen the same when I've travelled into Europe, in East Germany, when I've met East Germans. | ||
| Where they're fighting against the Islamisation of their city. | ||
| They said, we've been here before, where you have to whisper about Islam. | ||
| We had to whisper. | ||
| It's just like communism all over again. | ||
| You can't talk about that. | ||
| If you stick a camera in the face of the majority of the British public and ask them their views, they won't open their mouth. | ||
| They're scared. And that's what I believe a lot of this court case is about. | ||
| A lot of the targeting of myself is to warn the public, is to say, if we can do that to him, we can do it to you. | ||
| And that's where I don't understand that even the people who oppose me, the people on the left, aren't terrified by what's currently happened. | ||
| For example, I'm going to be taken to court on Thursday. | ||
| I am being charged with breaching a Section 4 reporting order. | ||
| Now, the day that I breached it was on a Friday afternoon. | ||
| That weekend, three other reporters from national newspapers breached the same order, plus another order. | ||
| They committed the identical crime that I was sentenced to 13 months in prison for. | ||
| Not one of those people, and I've got the evidence of this, the judge who sentenced me to prison was also made aware of this two days after I was in prison. | ||
| He was told that they had breached it. | ||
| When one of the journalists was issued with the order to remove her article, she refused. | ||
| None of those journalists have faced arrest or prosecution. | ||
| Now, justice is said to be blind. | ||
| It's not meant to be deaf and dumb. | ||
| This is nothing other than a political prosecution to silence someone who is speaking out against the horrific and barbaric crimes that are being put against English and British children at the hands of migrant, the migrant invasion, an Islamic invasion upon Europe. | ||
| And there can be no other explanation for it, but the more dark and sinister it gets, I expect to be waking up in prison on Friday morning. | ||
| That's what I expect. I expect that they're unhappy because of my early release. | ||
| Again, if I hadn't had the support and the public support that I got, if people hadn't signed up and paid for my legal fees, I wouldn't be sitting there now. | ||
| And many of you would have seen, when I come out of prison, I come out three stone lighter. | ||
| Three stone lighter, and I was suffering from conditions that That can only be described as similar to Guantanamo Bay. | ||
| I was put on complete solitary confinement and isolation. | ||
| They held back letters from my wife, so I couldn't have contact with my wife. | ||
| The only time they got me out of the cell for 30 minutes a day to walk around on my own, They made sure the only time they got me out was at a time when my children are at school and my wife's at work. | ||
| So they tried to completely isolate me, whilst at the same time as that, visiting my wife at home and telling her there's intel she's going to be attacked with acid by Muslims, visiting my mother at home. | ||
| So then when I do finally get hold of my family, I have to deal with what's happening at home. | ||
| And what's happening at home is police intelligence that my family are going to be violently attacked with acid. | ||
| What the police then done when they visited my family was give them a leaflet on what to do when you're attacked with acid. | ||
| And one of their main things they said was, you are not allowed to arm yourself to defend yourself. | ||
| That's why, as Americans, I wish I lived in America. | ||
| I wish I'd feel a hell of a lot safe. | ||
| I'll tell you what, we've got three minutes left with you, Tommy, and I want to ask you one more question. | ||
| But, I mean, I wish that President Trump would offer you asylum and bring you here so that you wouldn't have to deal with this. | ||
| And this is where men are made. | ||
| Tommy Robinson has the option to be selfish and to let these people bully him and to not do the right thing for the world so that he can do the right thing for himself and his family and apologize for not committing a crime. | ||
| Or he can do the right thing and put the world in front of himself and say, no, I'm not going to be intimidated. | ||

| I'm going to stand up for truth. And I'm going to stand up for my country in hopes that my culture won't die in the back end of this. | ||
| But Tommy, you say you expect on waking up in prison Friday. | ||
| Do you care to enlighten our audience with perhaps a clue as to what you will say in your statement in court on Thursday? | ||
| I will address the fact that what I said was the truth. | ||
| I guess what I'm being charged with now, I'm being charged with derogatory comments against Islam. | ||
| The derogatory comments that I said about Islam are all factual. | ||
| The fact that under Islamic ideology, under Islamic belief, under Sharia, that they believe that a child becomes a woman when she starts her appearance. | ||
| I actually am going to go into the facts of Mohammed. | ||
| The facts that Mohammed married a six-year-old child. | ||
| He raped her when she was nine. | ||
| This is all part of the reason we see this absolute epidemic. | ||
| 90%, just so your public are aware, 2% of the British population is Muslim men. | ||
| They are responsible for 90% of the convictions for child grooming rape trials. | ||

| You can still uphold a fair trial with that happening. | ||
| I'm still yet to find a legal representative who I ask every time, how would it prejudice the trial if the public were told what the alleged crimes were every day in the trial? | ||
| You don't have to give the conviction. | ||
| You don't have to say if they're guilty or not guilty. | ||
| I knew many things about that trial that I didn't say in the video. | ||
| I made sure that all I said in the video. | ||
| The other thing is, when I got to court, I checked the court guidelines for contempt of court. | ||
| It stated that on the screening in court, it must tell you the information about the reporting restriction and on the courtroom door. | ||
| I have got photographic evidence from that morning showing the list of names on trial and not one word of a reporting restriction, least of all any details about it. | ||
| The same with the court door. | ||
| They did not follow their own guidelines. | ||
| They did not make me aware. | ||
| So you've got the evidence that they've broken the law. | ||
| You're going to break it all down. | ||
| You're going to show them the truth. | ||
| And what do you think is going to happen, Tommy, and why? | ||

| And it seems that there isn't a prosecutor, which there should be, It seems that the judge, this is what it seems, that the judge is going to be the prosecutor, and obviously he's also the man who's decided whether I'm guilty or not. | ||
| Because I don't have a jury. | ||
| There's no jury. I'm not allowed a jury. | ||
| So there's no, usually we have 12 members of the British public who decide your guilt. | ||
| Not for this. | ||
| I'm only being tried by a judge. | ||
| Of course, I'd love a jury, but I haven't. | ||
| I'm not allowed one. I've got a judge. | ||
| So my fate lies in the hands of the judge. | ||
| So the statement is basically just what I'm going to read out in court. | ||
| And what I'm going to read out in court is calling out the hypocrisy in the law, in the procedure, and in who they target with it. | ||
| And just of my view that this is This is not about what I've done or what I said. | ||
| This is about who I am. | ||
| And I should not be being punished for who I am. | ||

| A lot of people have seen the interviews you've done since your arrest. | ||
| Obviously, most of these people saw what you did previously. | ||
| People are asking if your experience in jail and everything that you've experienced here has negatively impacted you, kind of made you self-censor or even made you less aggressive. | ||
| In your campaign for free speech and truth and to try to save your culture. | ||
| Is that accurate? No, it would be accurate to say that it has affected me. | ||
| I come out... It's quite an embarrassing thing to talk about, if I'm honest, because I spent five months on solitary confinement in 2012. | ||
| Now, when I come out of prison, I struggled a lot. | ||
| I struggled to reintegrate my own family. | ||
| But at that time, I dealt with that five months a lot better than I just had this two and a half months. | ||
| I don't know if it's because I'm older, because my children are older, because of the worries of my family, because it's all got so much bigger. | ||
| So when I come out this time, bearing in mind, I saw no one. | ||
| I didn't come out of my cell. | ||
| So it sounds so ridiculous. | ||
| It sounds so ridiculous because it's just like, if you look, I was diagnosed in 2012 with post-traumatic stress disorder from five months on soldier confinement. | ||
| Now, when I come out this time, and I never spoke publicly about that. | ||
| And the reason I never spoke publicly about that is because, A, it's embarrassing because you've just been sat in a room. | ||
| What is there to be that bad about it? | ||
| But B, post-traumatic stress disorder is something that's linked with soldier's Who are in the army who have seen horrific things. | ||
| I never want to try and say I had anything sort of similar to a warlike experience because I didn't. | ||
| Okay, I'm locked in a room. That's the embarrassing thing. | ||
| When I've come out this time, being honest, I come out and a lot of people said I seem shell-shocked. | ||
| I feel a lot better now than I did the first couple of weeks I've come out, but I still know myself I'm not right. | ||
| Can I say something here? | ||
| And I just want to get your response to this. | ||
| To me, it feels like the most devastating, at least for me it would be this, the most devastating thing would be the fact that here you are being politically persecuted, being persecuted for free speech, being persecuted for saying the truth. | ||
| To me, the most shell-shocking thing or ground-coming-from-underneath-your-feet thing to me is not about that they're destroying you. | ||
| It's that you now live in a world, you now live in a country, you now live in a culture that won't stand up for free speech, won't stand up for truth, and if Tommy Robinson can be destroyed, you understand that they can destroy anyone, and you look at your country, and it's like they're dead. | ||
| It's like they're just dead. | ||
| They're spiritually dead, they're intellectually dead, and you think that they're going to be able to get away with this. | ||
| That, to me, is what would really destroy my spirits. | ||
| My spirits were actually, it's not my spirits were destroyed because my spirits were actually completely lifted in this whole experience. | ||
| My thing is, if you put something in front of you, I will fight it. | ||
| If there's something there that I need to fight, I can fight it. | ||
| And my reaction to everything for the last 10 or 12 years is I get back up and I go back out and I do exactly the same. | ||
| If someone says they're going to kill me, I'll go to the town or the area where that is and say this is where I am. | ||
| That's my reaction to everything. | ||
| Now, the frustrating thing is, by trying to mess with me mentally, when I'm in that situation, and the problems I had coming back out, I went into a phone shop to try and get a new phone. | ||
| I freaked out in the phone shop. | ||
| It's embarrassing. And it's something I haven't known what to deal with or how to deal with it at that time. | ||
| And the most angry thing, the frustrating thing is that they've been allowed to do this. | ||
| And they've been allowed to try and mentally destroy me. | ||
| And so that's the most frustrating thing. | ||
| Now, when I was in prison, I'll be honest with you, up until I went to prison, what I thought is, I wholeheartedly believed I would be killed doing what I do, yeah? | ||
| But I didn't think it would make a difference. | ||
