| Director Comey in the final draft of his statement allowed FBI agent Peter Strzok to replace grossly negligent, which is legally punishable under federal law, with extremely careless, which is not legally punishable under federal law. | ||
| There's also the June 27, 2016 infamous meeting between A.G. Lynch and former President Bill Clinton aboard her plane on the tarmac in Phoenix, Arizona. | ||
| Immediately thereafter, Hillary Clinton was exonerated. | ||
| On July 5, 2016, Director Comey violated DOJ rules and unilaterally exonerated then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in a public statement to the media. | ||
| One day later, on July 6th of 2016, an announcement followed from AG Lynch that the DOJ investigation into then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton would be formally closed with no charges. | ||
| In September 2016, the FBI, during examination of the personal laptop of former Congressman Anthony Weiner as part of an unrelated investigation into him sending sexually explicit messages to a teenage girl, discovered previously unexamined Department of State classified emails belonging to his spouse, Todd Clinton aide, Huma Abedin. | ||
| It took until October 28th of 2016 for Director Comey to announce via a letter to the chairs of the relevant congressional committees that he was reopening the investigation to Hillary Clinton, an additional egregious delay after the FBI failed to even examine the illicit emails after the FBI discovered them on Anthony Weiner's computer. | ||
| It's fact. In all those text messages back and forth between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, we have that one on September 2nd, 2016. | ||

| And, you know, to me, it's worth it, because this has got to get out. | ||

| So they say, yes, well, I think it's perfectly reasonable because this, this, this. | ||
| And I say, well, all three of those things are false. | ||
| What do you think about it now? And they say, oh, well, you know, and they sort of dither or whatever. | ||
| But, you know, what's really... | ||
| What's really scary is that people are misinformed and they don't care. | ||
| And that's really my takeaway with it. | ||
| They're being lied to and they're okay with it. | ||

| Whatever legal tactics or precedents they used, to me, that's just icing on the cake, which is really he's going to jail for reporting on Islam and free speech. | ||
| And I'm talking to a friend of mine over the weekend because I'm out at the lake and I'm like, yeah, I'm like, Alex really has to go do this live. | ||
| I wish I could be there with him. | ||
| And they're like, what is the big deal? | ||

| Like, what's the big deal? What are you making such a big fuss of this? | ||
| And I said, you know, this is the equivalent of Alex Jones getting arrested here in America. | ||
| And if Alex Jones got arrested for his free speech, yeah, there would be people protesting and climbing the walls of the jail to get Alex out. | ||
| So I want to have this conversation with Harrison right now. | ||
| What would you do, Harrison, if a similar situation or let's say the report that Alex filed at Google, They call the police and the police decide to arrest Alex Jones for reporting at Google. | ||
| And so they go lock him up and they say, Alex, you're going to be in jail for six months for reporting in front of Google. | ||

| Google said they couldn't do it. | ||
| They tried to shut you down. You did it anyway. | ||
| You're going to jail for six months. Well, I would definitely be involved in that protest. | ||
| I would be the tip of the spear in that protest. | ||

| But you know what? If that happened, Alex Jones, I think I might be inclined to scale the walls of a jail to try to get him out. | ||

| I have a feeling that if Alex Jones was sent to prison, he would be treated like a celebrity and he would be best friends with everybody, whereas Tommy Robinson is literally in danger for his life. | ||
| So it is a little bit more extreme in that aspect. | ||
| However, I would be right there with you, scaling the wall, and I don't want to I don't want to go too far with it, but there is a reason that we have a First Amendment because you use it as long as possible, and then there's a reason we have the Second Amendment. | ||
| And I honestly think a lot of the protections that the English people have given up over the years just allows their ruling class to get away with whatever they want. | ||
| They have no fear of the people. | ||
| And when the government can just run roughshod over the people that they're supposed to be governing, they can get away with anything. | ||
| And so that's why it's so important that we in America understand that it's not about hunting animals. | ||
| It's not about any of that stuff. | ||
| The reason we have our guns is to make our government scared of us. | ||
| Explicitly, that is the reason. | ||
| And I think if England had some of those protections, a much more large percentage of their populace armed, they would think twice about doing things like this. | ||

| It's not something I hope for or wish for. | ||
| But, you know, I have to say that it's the constitutional protections that we enjoy that prevent things like this from happening. | ||
| And there's a good reason for it. | ||
| Well, I actually think that you just thought of something that's so obvious but that hadn't really been put into words. | ||
| Why do we have a Second Amendment? | ||
| Well, imagine an authoritarian government that decides they can just jail whoever they want, whenever they want. | ||
| Well, okay, like you said, we've got a right to free speech. | ||
| We can redress our grievances to the government, whether that be in form of a protest, city council speech, a speech in front of a major monument or something like that. | ||
| And then you can try to sway certain legal action via public opinion and via a large public outcry. | ||
| So that's what the First Amendment is for. | ||
| But, as you said, well, the authoritarian regime doesn't want to listen to you. | ||
| Okay. We're going to go grab our rifles. | ||
| We're going to go grab our shotguns. | ||
| And we'll be back. | ||
| And now our right to free speech has just become a right to bear arms. | ||
| And you know what? You're going to let this guy out of jail because that's what the people want. | ||

| There have been some, well, I guess you could call them developments in the Mueller probe. | ||
| It's really not developments. | ||
| It's just happenings that the media spins like a development. | ||
| That's really how everything has been. | ||
| If it was a development, then Mueller would have showed up for the court date when you had the Russians asking for discovery when they were indicted. | ||
| Mueller skips that court date. | ||
| Somehow that's not obstruction of justice, though. | ||
| It does seem, though, Roger and Tyler, that as the Mueller probe gets more and more desperate, there seems to be different angles taken, different measurements being reached for them to try to legitify it again or to just create a news headline to make it seem legitimate. | ||
| I know that there was another appointment by Mueller. | ||
| Roger, if you want to get into this, and then we'll get Tyler's expertise on this. | ||
| But it seems to me like every development now is or just for lack of a better phrase, is a quote unquote development just to create a news headline to act like the Mueller probe is still relevant and still legit. | ||
| Well, it was interesting to me that as Spygate began to proliferate in the media and it became clearer and clearer that the FBI had infiltrated the Trump campaign, not to look for Russian collusion, but to plant faux evidence of Russian collusion. | ||
| Immediately it was leaked that Donald Trump Jr. | ||
| had a meeting with a Saudi prince prior to the election, who evidently offered to help in the election, but whose offer was never acted upon. | ||
| This is a classic example of the special counselor leaking information to try to get other news off the front page. | ||
| It was Tyler Nixon who pointed out to me this stunning political, legal opinion by Professor Stephen Calabrese of Northwestern, which questions the underpinning of Mr. | ||
| Mueller's entire appointment, makes the case that his appointment is unconstitutional in itself. | ||
| Tyler, can you capsulize this for us? | ||
| Sure. No, and I would also give credit to Mark Levin as well, who brought that out, and there's another legal scholar who validated this. | ||
| Basically, Mueller has been operating as a U.S. attorney. | ||
| He's been operating way outside of the scope of what the original supposed Russian collusion narrative was supposed to be. | ||
| Now, you have a special counsel because you want someone, first of all, because of conflicts of interest within the DOJ, right? | ||
| But also because it's a narrowly defined investigation. | ||
| It's not supposed to be just generally dragnet, you know, U.S. attorney stuff. | ||
| So he's been offered. | ||
| At this point, it's had no definition, really. | ||
| Right. | ||
| No, it's just like, oh, in theory, totally open. | ||
| Not in practice. | ||
| The way Rosenstein wrote the actual appointment, he said, you know, when anything you find, and he's validated him to, you know, go after Paul Manafort for supposed money laundering activities. | ||
| Which we're about to get that document declassified. | ||
| Yeah. And so, you know, the thing is, under the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution, which is Article 2, I believe it's Section 2, Clause 2, actually, says that the president will make appointments and that in certain with everything but inferior officers, the Senate or the, you know, the Congress has to sign off on it. | ||
| So, in other words, you cannot just have a executive, you know, top executives, in other words, like the attorney general, and in this case, the deputy attorney general, just making appointments in and of themselves. | ||
| They have to have the consent of the Senate. | ||
| So, in Mueller's case, he's been appointed effectively as a U.S. attorney. | ||
| I mean, he's acting as a U.S. attorney. | ||
| They're not referring cases out to U.S. attorneys in the case of Manafort, which should have been referred out. | ||
| It should not have been, has nothing to do with his original charge, uh, You know, they're obviously scrutinizing Roger. | ||
| They're scrutinizing anybody they can get their hands on to, in many ways, as you said, keep the investigation alive. | ||
| But the bottom line is that Mueller is operating in capacity. | ||
| By the way, he also has actual special assistant U.S. attorneys in Virginia, so they can keep that Manafort case alive, even if they were to rule against him, you know, the validity of his appointment. | ||
| But long story short, Mueller is operating with such a wide swath and such authority that, And was appointed not even by the Attorney General, but by the Deputy Attorney General, that it's effectively like, you know, appointing a king within the kingdom, so to speak. | ||
| It violates the Appointments Clause, and I believe that Mueller is absolutely, his appointment is unconstitutional, and certainly is played out that way because he's operating way outside the scope of what a special, unique, narrow counsel would be. | ||
| He's operating like a U.S. attorney, and U.S. attorneys have to be confirmed by the Senate. | ||
| You can't just have some second counsel You know, fiddle at the AG, DOJ, appointing effectively a U.S. attorney, which is what's happened here. | ||
| Well, and I can't remember who it was, whether it was a Senate intel committee, a House intel committee, or whether it came from somewhere else. | ||
| It may have even been a Tom Fitton deal, or Michael Horowitz. | ||
| I forget who it was, but someone is about to release the unredacted, and they're going to declassify the document, That Rosenstein is supposed to be laying out the definition of where Mueller is allowed to go in his investigation. | ||
| Now, when they first released that, it was basically just a redacted black piece of paper, right? | ||
| So they fought it. Now they're going to say we're going to get it again. | ||
| So we're going to find out what the scope of Mueller's actual investigation was supposed to be as laid out by Rosenstein. | ||
| We'll see if that has any interesting developments. | ||
| But we were talking about this in the break, Roger, me and Tyler. | ||
| Where Trump today tweets out, he talks about the fake Russian witch hunt, how he's saying this is the Democrats meddling in the midterm elections. | ||
| And then he's saying that he doesn't have time to be dealing with this anymore. | ||
| He's got to focus on the North Korea deal, bad trade deals, veterans affairs choice, the economy, etc., etc., He can't waste his time anymore on the Russian witch hunt that should be investigating Clinton, Russia, FBI, Justice, Obama, yada, yada, yada. | ||
| So the question always comes back to me then, and Roger and Tyler jump in here in the final three minutes before the break. | ||
| Trump obviously knows everything. | ||
| He knows what went on. | ||
| He knows about Mueller. | ||
| He knows about all of the lawlessness of the Obama administration, the lawlessness of Mueller. | ||
| And the question that we just continue to have every day is, You're the president. | ||
| When are you going to make the move? | ||
| So I'll start with you, Tyler. | ||
| I mean, we're seeing Mueller making all these moves for whatever reason. | ||
| When does the president finally decide to strike back? | ||
| Well, I think that's a frustrating part for many of us. | ||
| And as you feel, the frustration is that I think the president thinks he's appealing to a larger constituency or some sort of like power that's going to swoop in and save. | ||
| You know, OK, well, we agree with you now, Mr. President. | ||
| So therefore, maybe, you know, Jeff Sessions, nobody's going to do that. | ||
| He's the president. | ||
| He's the chief executive. | ||
| This is his branch of government. | ||
| He's responsible for it. | ||
| The Department of Justice is his branch. | ||
| He needs to make the final decision. | ||
| And what I hope is that his laying out this case by tweets, which he's done very effectively, is. | ||
| He's laid out what are all the essential, the core of the argument. | ||
| I would think he's been listening to Infowars and to this show. | ||
| And the real players, too. | ||
| No, exactly. And I think what he's doing, and you've got Giuliani in the mix now. | ||
| I think, you know, internally, there's got to be Republican leadership has said, you know, you cannot let this go on into the midterms because this is exactly what they want. | ||
| They want to taint the midterm elections. | ||
| I said on this very show a couple, I don't know, six, eight weeks ago, that he should set a deadline and say, that's it. | ||
| Pass that. You're fired. | ||
| Period. If you can't wrap it up by then, we're not going to have this impacting the midterm elections. | ||
| So I would hope that the president is laying the groundwork, frankly, to where There's going to come a break point. | ||
| It's going to be like, you know what? Enough. | ||

| And he'll just one day, as he's prone to do, just come out and say, you're fired. | ||
| That's it. It's over. And what are they going to do? | ||
| He's the president. And I think that's what he needs to realize, and he needs to exercise his power as president. | ||
| He was elected, not Rod Rosenstein, not Bob Mueller. | ||
| Well, and he has to realize that his role in this deal is going to be the dark night and not the white night. | ||
| Because... It'll be vilified no matter what he does. | ||

| And you might as well just accept the fact, if you're President Trump, and he knows this, that Whatever he does, they're going to ridicule him on CNN. They're going to ridicule him on MSNBC. They're going to use the consortium of the ABCs, NBCs, CBSs to bring him down as well. | ||
| You can pepper in the Bloombergs and everybody else that goes into that. | ||
| Honestly, Bloomberg, I'll be honest, their media hasn't been that bad as far as their coverage of Trump because they do more economic stuff than they have to admit. | ||

| I don't know if you have any insider information on this, Roger, but I mean, what would you think is going through the president's head when he tweets all this stuff out, saying the Democrats are meddling, saying it's a witch hunt, calling out the Obamas, the Comeys, the Lynches by name, What is he thinking while he tweets all this out, yet he himself personally doesn't act on it? | ||

| There are a number of things he can do short of that. | ||
| Simply order the declassification of the documents regarding the FISA warrants that were levied by the Obama administration on Donald Trump's associates. | ||
| Simply order the release of the documents that Mr. | ||
| Rosenstein has been hiding from the Congress that outline the scope and authority of Mr. | ||
| Mueller's appointment. He can also direct the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Uranium One, the largest treasonous financial crime in U.S. history. | ||
| Donald Trump has the power, and his advisors are telling him, oddly, Mr. | ||
| President, if you fire Mr. | ||
| Mueller, Mr. Rosenstein, Mr. | ||
| Sessions, you will be impeached. | ||
| On the contrary, if he does not fire them, he will be impeached. | ||
| Having now gotten a wartime conciliary, Rudy Giuliani, and Giuliani having made the point That under both Republican and Democrat justice departments, we have determined that a sitting president cannot be indicted for a crime. | ||
| It becomes increasingly clear that the purpose of the Mueller investigation is to produce a report in September that accuses the president of some bogus illegality to give the Democrats an issue to run on in October. | ||
| With the understanding that if they win control of the House, they will vote articles of impeachment against the President. | ||
| It takes a two-thirds vote of the U.S. Senate to remove the President. | ||
| He should fire Mr. | ||
| Mueller, Mr. Sessions, Mr. | ||
| Rosenstein. He should order the investigation of those three gentlemen... | ||
| And Mr. McCabe in the Uranium One matter, and he should dare the U.S. Senate to attempt to impeach him. | ||
| We have 4% economic growth. | ||
| We are on the cusp of a historic peace deal in North Korea. | ||
| The American people would not stand for it. | ||
| I think Giuliani said it best. | ||
| He said that the impeachment question is one that's going to lie in the court of public opinion, first and foremost. | ||
| You're absolutely right, Roger. | ||
| People think impeachment somehow means removing the president. | ||
| No, that just means the president would have to go to trial in the Senate. | ||
| And two-thirds of the Senate would have to vote to remove him. | ||
| And you look at the economic conditions in 1998 when Clinton was impeached, and I sat in the Senate gallery and watched a portion of that trial. | ||
| There's no way that Senate was going to vote him out. | ||
| And even so, if the Democrats even took control of the Senate, you would not get enough Republicans that would be willing to remove a Republican president from office. | ||
| So, you know, he's almost guaranteed he will not be removed from office. | ||
| And if he's impeached, hey... | ||
| Put on your show trial. | ||
| Have at it. You know, they have such thin evidence. | ||
| They have nothing, literally nothing, that I think would backfire on the Democrats to untold degrees in Trump's popularity, as Clinton's did, would go through the roof. | ||
| Well, and that's why I keep saying he has to be the dark knight. | ||
| It's like where the Democrats put out that picture from 2014 of the children in a cage, right? | ||
| And they say, look at what Trump is doing to children. | ||

| Mueller is, quote, circling, and they love to talk, he's circling around Roger Stone. | ||
| We don't have that in our government. | ||
