| A few days ago I made a video predicting that Donald Trump would solve the issue with Iran the same way that he would have solved the issue in North Korea. | ||
| I still stand by that, but there are some new factors that need to be considered in the debacle with Iran. | ||
| Israel recently came out saying that they had stolen documents, compact discs, etc., that say that Iran is still developing nuclear weapons. | ||
| Now, I wouldn't put it past the Iranians, but I think it's important to consider a few different things and about our national security interests. | ||
| We need to remember the campaign promises of Donald Trump being America first. | ||
| And he did display that he was still America first in his use of the Syria strikes. | ||
| Now, on one hand, we were told that there were WMDs in Iran just a few days ago, just the same as the way we were told that there were WMDs in Iraq in the early 2000s. | ||
| Netanyahu was also the one that told us that. | ||
| Back in the Iraq days. | ||
| We were also told that we would be welcomed as liberators. | ||
| We're hearing the same thing now in the new narrative with Iran. | ||
| So that's important to consider. | ||
| Israel has also drawn a red line in the sand saying that if Iran or any of their proxy arms, like Hezbollah, for example, as Israel has called them, if any of them attack Israel, then Israel will respond in kind with harsh military actions against Iran. | ||
| This opens the door for false flags. | ||
| It's an important thing that needs to be considered, for example, how Obama drew a red line in the sand about chemical attacks in Syria, and then suddenly we have chemical attacks in Syria justifying a war. | ||
| Of course, public backlash required Obama to go to Congress to try and save face, and it didn't really work because Congress, of course, shot it down due to public backlash. | ||
| These things need to be considered, but just because Donald Trump may acknowledge publicly that, oh yeah, Iran, they're developing nuclear weapons, it's not a good situation, blah, blah, blah. | ||
| He did the same thing with the chemical attacks in Syria, and we got three facilities bombed in a one-off attack No casualties, three empty facilities. | ||
| So it's important to acknowledge that just because Donald Trump acknowledges publicly, at least, that there are nuclear weapons being developed in Iran, it's not an indicator that we will be going to war or that he privately believes that in earnest. | ||
| These are very, very important things to remember. | ||
| Now, also, this is the purpose of the Syria strikes, because notice that despite the harsh rhetoric leading up to the strikes in Syria, we did not initiate a ground invasion. | ||
| There's no long-term ground war in Syria. | ||
| It was used to show so-called rogue nations developing weapons that we don't like, that we're not afraid to bomb them, even if Russia tells us not to. | ||
| That's perfectly tailored for the situation in Iran, because Iran is backed by Russia. | ||
| So what this tells Iran is that, look at what we did to Syria over chemical attacks. | ||
| How much more will we do to Iran if they're developing nuclear weapons? | ||
| So, like I predicted in the last video that I made on this subject, we can expect heightened tensions with Iran the same way that we did with North Korea. | ||
| Just five months ago, there was tweets about a big red button on the desk, fire and fury, all different kinds of stuff going on. | ||
| The North Koreans were using very harsh rhetoric. | ||
| So we can expect the same thing with Iran before we eventually get to peace. | ||
| Trump also talked About a new Iran deal to get rid of the old one. | ||
| So we will likely be using these recent revelations to pull us out of the old Iran deal. | ||
| And I still believe that Donald Trump will create a new deal encompassing the entire Middle East to solve many of these problems. | ||
| The Saudi Arabian crown prince has also come out and said that the Palestinians must accept the United States' plans for peace if they ever want peace at all. | ||
| Which means that the Saudi Arabians are setting up... | ||
| There's about to be a paradigm shift. | ||
| They're saying effectively... | ||
| Look, you guys can get on the train and you can ride into the future with us, or you can stay behind and we're going to move on past you. | ||
| We're not sure exactly where bin Salman will stand in the future, but he is pushing the Palestinians towards peace, toward accepting whatever plan Donald Trump puts forward. | ||
| So, my prediction still stands. | ||
| Don't freak out. Don't freak out when you see increased harsher rhetoric or talking about nuclear weapons in Iran. | ||

| You know, and literally, talk about making up conspiracy theories. | ||
| You know, there's lots of stuff to attack me on, if you wanted to attack me as a congressional candidate. | ||
| You know, and lots of stuff that's true. | ||
| If they attack me on stuff that's true, I would have said, fine. | ||
| You know, whatever. You know, that's politics. | ||
| But instead of going after things that are true, you know, I've got more than 3,000 articles up on the economic box. | ||
| Right. Yeah, taking a task on some articles. | ||
| Endoftheamericandream.com. I've been on, you know, and most of those articles have been republished on either Infowars.com or PrisonPlanet.com over the last several years. | ||
| And most of them are just about taking real life things and going, here's 20 bad things about this or 10 bad things about this. | ||

| Michael was a lobbyist in Washington, D.C. Untrue. | ||

| Michael was a plant from Washington, D.C. He was sent out here to Idaho, been here all these years just waiting for the perfect time to kind We're going to spring to life and then to destroy the conservative movement in Idaho. | ||
| You're waiting for Trump to win so you can step right in there and go, here I am. | ||
| You can actually find this on Facebook, a theory that I'm like some type of secret agent that's been planted in Idaho to destroy the conservative movement after all this time. | ||
| There's also a conspiracy theory that I had predicted when the return of Jesus Christ would be. | ||
| Never happened. Never happened. | ||
| You can go back, look at all my work. | ||
| Never, ever happened. | ||
| But this is the kind of things that they're saying because they're so desperate. | ||
| And so they were saying these things to try to keep me out of debates. | ||
| Didn't work. I got into the debates. | ||
| And then, you know, I've been hammering my opponents. | ||
| And, you know, it's been very, very lively. | ||
| But shaking things up there. | ||
| And that's what we need people to do. | ||
| Because today I want to talk about solutions, Rob. | ||
| Sure. Because ultimately we talk about what's going on in D.C. People hate it. | ||
| We talk about all these things. And people hate Congress, as I mentioned earlier. | ||
| Everywhere I go, no one raises a hand, says they approve of the job that Congress is doing. | ||
| But I'm talking to Republican audiences. | ||
| I'm talking to conservative audiences. | ||
| But Republicans are in control of Congress. | ||
| Right. You would think they'd be all happy with it. | ||
| And they're still not happy because... | ||
| This is what's going on. They're seeing the stifling. | ||
| They're seeing the fighting, the infighting going on. | ||
| And it's fake infighting. | ||
| To me, it's WWE wrestling. | ||
| Both sides are owned by lobbyists and corporations. | ||
| And they don't really care about the American people. | ||
| There's a select few in there that I think do. | ||
| But I think for most part, these people are in there for themselves and to enrich themselves. | ||
| And we're already starting to hear Trump talk about term limits. | ||
| And where's your stance on term limits? | ||
| Oh, I'm all in favor of term limits, you know, because ultimately our founding fathers wanted people to go to Washington, serve, be servant leaders for a time, and then move on and go back to what they were doing before. | ||
| They never envisioned someone like Nancy Pelosi. | ||
| Right. She could literally keep winning as long as they can keep carting her out because she's in a very safe district. | ||
| She got the name recognition. | ||
| She can raise tons of money. | ||
| She has a political machine. | ||
| So she could keep winning forever as long as they can literally keep pumping air into her lungs. | ||
| And so I'm in favor of term limits, but talk about something that's going to be hard to get, Rob. | ||
| I'll tell you what. I mean, going through this process, I've learned a ton. | ||
| And one of the things I've learned is that politics in America is all about the money. | ||
| And so we were doing quite well. | ||
| We were very happy with how things are headed. | ||
| But then the establishment stepped in. | ||
| It's a seven-way race, but they picked their guy. | ||
| And so they... Washington, D.C. PACs are now literally trying to buy this election in Idaho. | ||
| Open seat, no incumbent, but they picked their guy, poured tons of money into his campaign, spending money on their own ads, and literally trying to buy this election. | ||
| Now, we're not going to let them do it. | ||
| We're not going to let them get away with it. | ||
| But literally, and normally, if you look around the country, over 90% of the time, the candidate with the more money wins. | ||
| And, I mean, it takes money to get your message out there and all the rest of it. | ||
| But literally, this election in Idaho, it could end up being determined from Washington, D.C. because they picked their guy and they're funding him hard. | ||
| Well, you know, if you just spent $100,000 on Facebook like the Russians did, I mean, you could swing the whole election. | ||
| I mean, you realize that, right? | ||
| I mean, that's how easy it is, right? | ||
| You just give $100,000 to Facebook and they go, oh, we'll place your ads wherever you want. | ||
| We have a bots farm all ready for you. | ||
| Oh, but that's not really how it works? | ||
| Is that how... Yeah, talk about this Russian collusion. | ||
| The Mueller investigation, which was a witch hunt from the beginning. | ||
| In fact, we just had our big final debate. | ||
| The last debate televised all over the state of Idaho. | ||
| I was there, five other candidates. | ||
| But this came up, the Mueller investigation. | ||
| They said, what should be done? | ||
| And, of course, I said, it's a witch hunt. | ||
| Mueller needs to be fired. | ||
| And this investigation needs to be brought to an end, a total waste of taxpayer resources. | ||
| Did the crowd clap for hearing that? | ||
| Well, they weren't allowed to clap because we were in a studio there, kind of a PBS-style setting. | ||
| Okay. Yeah. | ||
| Then right next to me in the center of the stage was my main opponent who's probably going to win if I don't win. | ||
| And then he got the same question. | ||
| And you know what he said? | ||
| He couldn't even answer the question because he admitted on camera to all the people of Idaho. | ||
| He said, you know, I haven't really been following that closely. | ||
| He admitted that the biggest news story in all of Congress for a whole year, and he's running for Congress. | ||
| He didn't even know enough about it to answer the question. | ||
| He said that he hadn't been following closely. | ||
| He said that not only once, three times. | ||
| If you roll back the tape, and we'll get this tape when we do some of the shows, hopefully here in a couple days. | ||
| He literally said it three times for a televised audience all across the state of Idaho that he had not been following the Mueller investigation closely. | ||
| And he ultimately didn't answer the question about how he would come down one side or the other on the Mueller investigation, which is the most important thing Congress has been dealing with for a year. | ||
| Yeah, it really makes you wonder, did he just crawl out from under a rock? | ||
| Maybe he just thinks he has it in the bag and he only has to do what his handlers say. | ||
| And they're probably saying, don't talk about the Mueller investigation. | ||
| That would be bad. We don't want to bring up that. | ||
| Because I don't think the Republicans really, they didn't want Trump from the beginning. | ||
| The mainline Republicans. | ||
| That's why I don't consider myself a Republican at all. | ||
| I joined the party to vote for Ron Paul. | ||
| That was the only reason. And because I felt back in 2008 and 2012, he was the best chance we had to get somebody in who was going to at least not be controlled, who has the ability to say no to things. | ||
| And so I guess you wanted to get into solutions. | ||
| So let's talk about what do you think some big solutions are in government that on a national level that they could do to change the way... | ||
| Let's start with the gay wedding cake, where the government, or at least a federal court, can order a group to bake a cake for a group of people, yet Facebook can go around, it was also a private company, and censor people for using the word T-R-A-N-N-Y, and tell them they can't say that word, but other groups on Facebook can. | ||
| Yeah, complete and total double standard, because ultimately, you know, the left doesn't want free speech. | ||
| They want free speech when they can say what they can say, but they don't want free speech for all the rest of us. | ||
| And so it's a major problem. | ||

| And we were like, what is the approval rating right now? | ||
| Because it's been as low as 9%, which was in November of 2013. | ||
| And it's been, I think the highest I'm seeing here is 28% of 2017, which is about, I think, maybe the time the tax cuts got passed. | ||
| Around that time? Or when they were working on that? | ||
| It's down to 18% right now of approval. | ||
| And that's February... | ||
| Or no, April 2nd. | ||
| April 2nd through 11th. | ||
| People don't have trust in government anymore because government has kind of pulled away what they were supposed to be, public servants, and they've become tyrannical overlords, it seems like. | ||
| And people are sick of all the rules and regulations. | ||
| They're sick of the stifling environment to try and start a business. | ||
| And it's starting to... | ||
| It's going to get, I don't think it's going to get any better before it gets a lot more worse, is where I think it went. | ||
| And this 2018 polls, guys, pulled that poll y'all showed me during the break. | ||
| It looks like they're, according to these polls, but these polls are also the same way. | ||
| Well, yeah, the generic congressional vote looks like the Democrats are leading by six to nine points, three to nine points, depending on the poll, of people who are going to vote Democrat over Republican. | ||
| What do you think that means? You think that means we're going to have a blue wave? | ||
| They've been talking about a blue wave, and Republicans need to get their act together. | ||
| And I think conservatives have felt so betrayed. | ||
| We had the $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill, which was 2,232 pages long. | ||
| And members of Congress were given less than 24 hours to read it before they were expected to vote on it. | ||
| That's what Democrats used to do. | ||
| Remember with the whole Obamacare thing, Nancy Pelosi, to find out what's in it. | ||
| Well, now Republicans are doing it. | ||
| And then they did pass. | ||
| It was Paul Ryan's bill, pushed it through. | ||
| Then we find out, okay, there are all kind of liberal priorities in there, full funding for Planned Parenthood. | ||
| But for conservatives, other than a bump in military spending, there really wasn't much of anything in there for conservatives. | ||
| So conservatives felt betrayed. | ||
| And when conservatives feel betrayed, they stay home. | ||
| And so we need to make it very clear if we want to earn the votes of people like you and me, good conservatives out there, good patriots, we've got to make it clear that if we're going to Washington, we're going to do something different. | ||
| That's what I intend to do. | ||
| And so I had taken a pledge already, but I reaffirmed my pledge that I would never vote for Paul Ryan for Speaker of the House. | ||
| And so I requested that everybody else in my race take the same pledge. | ||
| And you think that would be a slam dunk, right? | ||
| Paul Ryan, Speaker of the House, terrible. | ||
| We need to get rid of him. And this was before we had gotten to use his leave. | ||
| So this was a few weeks ago. | ||
| So in fact, we had a candidate forum. | ||
| I went there, and I already knew what they were going to say. | ||
| But I repeated my pledge. | ||
| I raised my hand. None of them would join with me in that pledge for Paul Ryan for Speaker of the House. | ||
| So we get to the evening, another candidate forum. | ||
| And literally, I'm answering a question. | ||
| I go stand right in the middle of them. | ||
| Some were seated on one side, some were seated on the other side. | ||
| I got up right in the middle of them. | ||
| I said, I'm begging one of you, join me in this pledge not to vote for Paul Ryan for Speaker of the House. | ||
| Not a single one would. Not a single one would, even though Paul Ryan's been horrible, betrayed conservatives. | ||
| But that's the thing. These guys, these professional politicians, are committed to the status quo, and the American people hate the status quo. | ||
| They do. They're sick of it. | ||
| I've got to ask you this question just in general. | ||
| Your other opponents, do they just walk around with this stiffness that we're professional politicians, we are here, and they don't point, they do this and this? | ||
| I mean, are they robotic? Because you have emotion, which I like. | ||
| You're animated. You're in the game. | ||
| I was watching a political ad from a guy from West Virginia who's going up against Joe Manchin. | ||
| And he talked like a brick wall. | ||
| And I think he was doing it for effect. | ||
| But that, I was looking, I'm like, wow, that is what I think of as politicians. | ||
| I'm not going to say anything that might rile people up. | ||
| I'm going to stay right here, centered. | ||
| I'm not very concerned about where our country is going. | ||
| I mean, how are your opponents? | ||
| Are they like that and robotic? | ||
| Or do they have a little bit of emotion in them? | ||
| Or is it just the walking dead? | ||
| It's totally zombies. | ||
| Totally zombies. And meanwhile, because I show a little bit of passion, a little bit of energy. | ||
| You're crazy. You're a kook. Well, yeah. | ||
| In the newspapers, one reporter actually said, and this is a quote, she said, I was literally screaming and yelling at the other candidates at one of the debates for not being conservative enough. | ||
| I was just showing a little bit of passion, a little bit of energy, and people are like, well, politicians aren't supposed to talk like this. | ||
| Politician isn't supposed to seem like he's actually alive or have opinions or independent thinking, but that's what we desperately need. | ||
| And so, I mean, the difference between me and the other guys are glaring. | ||
| That's why the establishment's freaking out and putting so much money in this race, because they're like, oh my goodness, we could actually lose this seat to someone like a Ron Paul or someone that we can't control. | ||
| And so... They're in full-blown panic mode. | ||
| They're dumping money in. | ||
| And it's going to be very interesting because we've got 11 days. | ||
| 11 days to May 15th, which is voting day. | ||
| But people can literally go out and vote right now. | ||
| Right now because early voting has begun in every county in my district, which is half the state of Idaho. | ||
| So if you live in Idaho right now, you can go out, if you're in any of the western counties, and you can go out and you can vote for Michael Snyder for Congress. | ||
| The early voting is usually at your local county courthouse. | ||

| We've caught them on Twitter and Facebook using the hashtag never-Trump. | ||
| This campaign director used that hashtag, went to the Republican National Convention in 2016, helped lead the floor revolt against Donald Trump. | ||
| That's his campaign director. | ||
| And then the PAC that has put the most money into his campaign, the Club for Growth, actually spent more than $7 million to keep Donald Trump out of the White House. | ||
| So this is what his campaign is doing. | ||

| But then he's running TV ads saying, oh, I'm going to go to Washington and help Donald Trump. | ||
| Totally disingenuous. | ||

| Since last July 4th. | ||
| Okay, last July 4th. I actually, if you go all the way back to last May, I came on the Alex Jones Show first and announced that I was thinking about it very strongly. | ||
| Yeah, yeah, I remember that. I remember that. And then we officially launched July 4th, Independence Day, great day to launch a campaign. | ||
| Ever since then, I basically put my writing, because you probably know it's the economiccollapseblog.com. | ||
| I've hardly posted anything on that or my other websites, you know, throughout this past year. | ||
| Literally taken a year of my life and sacrificed. | ||
| People say, you know, what can we do for our country? | ||

| It's a lot harder to hide that vote or put it somewhere. | ||
| I've lost faith in the election system itself because of the computerization. | ||
| Because there's no receipts when you vote. | ||
| They do everything paperless now. | ||
| I've really lost faith in that, and I think that's another thing that Trump really needs to work on. | ||
| And if you get in, hopefully you'll work on that too. | ||
| Getting faith back in our elections is what I'd like to see. | ||
| Now, I've got to ask you about this before we go to our calls. | ||

| Well, Raul Labrador is actually the member of Congress right now, but he's giving up a seat to run for governor. | ||
| So that's why there's no incumbent here, because normally if you're running for Congress, you're running against somebody who already has the seat. | ||
| But in this case, Raul Labrador said, okay, I want to run for governor, which is more prestigious. | ||
| He's running for governor of the state. | ||
| That's a very close election, too, but that means the seat was open. | ||
| That's why we have so many candidates running to fill this open seat, because when you don't have an incumbent, it's much easier. | ||
| So you've got a whole bunch of people running. | ||
| But at this point, it's going to come down to being filled by a guy who's surrounded by never-Trumpers, being funded by people who want to keep Donald Trump out of the White House, or me, an Infowars candidate, loves Donald Trump, loves the Make America Great Again agenda, and the fate of this seat in Congress for the next 20 years, because whoever wins this primary is going to win the general election, because Idaho is so conservative, so Republican, Democrat is not going to win. | ||
| So, November, it's going to go to the Republican, and once a Republican gets in in Idaho, it's virtually impossible to get that person out, even if they're horrible, like Mike Simpson in District 2, who's a big-time rhino over there in East Idaho. | ||
| He's a big-time rhino, but he's an incumbent, so he gets to basically stay there as long as he wants. | ||

| He says we've got to ban knives because people are getting knifed. | ||

| What was going on there. They're seeing that now in London. | ||

| He's always apologizing. But literally over in Europe, we're seeing the transformation because we're seeing the decline of Christianity, former churches being turned into mosques. | ||

| Even in Dearborn, Michigan here in the United States, now the Islamic call to prayer goes out several times a day over the loudspeakers. | ||
| You know, they plan to take us over, but they're not going to do it with military force because the West right now is at least too powerful for them. | ||
| But, you know, they're going to get up, they're going to gain momentum, and then they're going to get a mayor in London, for example. | ||

| But there's no money to teach people how to weld or work on cars. | ||

| Now, does that ever actually happen? | ||
| No. So then the government has to go back and ask the Federal Reserve and say, hey, Federal Reserve, we need even more money. | ||
| I mean, literally since 1913, that's when the Federal Reserve came in. | ||
| The system was designed to create government debt, and our national debt has gotten more than 6,000 times larger since 1913 because the system is doing exactly what it was designed to do. | ||
| Now, of course, our politicians spend too much money, and we understand that. | ||
| That accelerates the process, but we're never going to deal with our national debt until we get rid of the Federal Reserve system because the system itself is designed to create as much government debt as possible. | ||
