This is The War Room with Owen Schroer.
Watch the live stream right now at Infowars.com forward slash show.
Well, Merry Christmas to everybody out there and welcome to the War Room.
I'm your host, Owen Schroer, and we are just days away from Christmas.
The big news, of course, is President Trump's Christmas gift to America in the form of massive tax cuts.
That story is developing.
You saw the big celebration on the Hill today.
President Trump gave a speech and he handed the podium as well over to other members of Congress that were instrumental in getting these tax cuts.
And while they are not perfect and there will be many legitimate beefs.
And if you live in New York or Illinois or California, you're going to realize how much your governments are screwing you over with taxes.
And Christmas spirit is back in America.
I think decades, decades, we haven't really felt this type of Christmas spirit.
As well as such a sentiment of God coming out of the White House.
Now this is a clip from earlier today when President Trump was announcing the big announcement that was going to be the tax cut push.
That was this morning. | ||
And he asked Ben Carson to give a prayer.
So I wanted to go to this prayer because I thought it was so key.
Because Carson is so...
Well-spoken in what he says when delivering this prayer.
And I think that there's an overall message that America needs to understand that I think is happening right now.
So here's Ben Carson delivering a prayer today before Trump's announcement of the tax cuts.
With that, I'm going to ask Ben Carson, and you can stay if you want it, because you need the prayer more than I do, I think.
He's talking about the fake media right there.
Maybe a good, solid prayer, and they'll be honest, Ben.
unidentified
|
Is that possible? So, Ben, we'll ask you to say grace.
Thank you. Our kind Father in heaven, we're so thankful for the opportunities and the freedom that you've granted us in this country.
We thank you for the president and for cabinet members who are courageous.
Who are willing to face the winds of controversy in order to provide a better future for those who come behind us.
We're thankful for the unity in Congress that has presented an opportunity for our economy to expand so that we can fight the corrosive debt that has been destroying our future.
And we hope that that unity will spread even beyond party lines so that people recognize that we have a nation that is worth saving and recognize that nations divided against themselves cannot stand.
In this time of discord, distrust, and dishonesty, we ask that you would give us a spirit of gratitude, compassion, and common sense And give us the wisdom to be able to guide this great nation.
In the future, we ask in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Amen. Thank you, Ben. | ||
Beautiful. Thank you very much. Now, I can't remember a moment like that ever inside of the Obama White House.
But there were three key points that I thought...
Carson mentioned during that prayer that were key.
He talks about braving the winds of controversy.
He knows, and all these people know, that getting behind the Trump agenda means getting attacked and excoriated by the media and being demonized as one of whatever 12 acists they want to call you that day or they got their whole list of insults.
He calls for unity. This is something that directly exposes the current state of leftists and liberals in this country.
They don't want unity. They hate America.
They can't get behind the make America great again agenda because they don't want America to be great.
They hate America. And he calls out the dishonesty.
It's so key to have people calling out the fake news and the fake media and the fake Trump investigation.
unidentified
|
People need to know that the dishonest people are going down.
I'm so excited. The new product at infowarslife.com, in a glass bottle, two-month servings, filled to the brim, filled to the absolute top, the real red pill.
This is a heart and brain pill, a nootropic, but it doesn't have any stimulants in it.
But boy, does it stimulate, because it's beyond that.
Quite frankly, I just went off what I saw medical doctors prescribing to their patients, but it wasn't prescription, but they were charging people $100, $200.
For the formulae, and I came up with our own formula working with some scientists and developers, non-GMO, made right here in America, 120 capsules.
And ladies and gentlemen, you add the preglanone to it, which is the precursor to all the hormones that your body has to have to even make the hormones in your glands.
It is amazing. | ||
Red Pill, now available at InfoWarsStore.com and your purchase follows the operation.

Let's make talk radio great again.
This is the War Room. | ||
through. | ||
This is The War Room. | ||
I'm your host Owen Troyer and we are live right here till 6 p.m.
Central on a day that will live in empathy or in history.
It's funny. Empathy. | ||
When you think about what Trump is doing and The message being delivered right now with the tax cuts, with Christmas, with our culture, and these people that can't get on board really just hate America.
And that is what is being exposed so much today.
Wow. These tax cuts may not be perfect, and there's going to be a lot of people that don't like them.
There's going to be a lot of people that point out the flaws, especially those in blue states like California and Illinois and New York, where you are just getting hammered by your state government for taxes.
But this is going to bring jobs back.
This could bring manufacturing back.
This could bring some of those corporations back that have money overseas.
That is the goal of all of this.
And it's just, I mean, we played the clip, I think it was yesterday or the day before, where Sarah Huckabee Sanders just lists off all Trump's accomplishments.
I mean, you can't even think of them all.
Getting us out of TPP. Getting us out of the Paris Climate Accord.
Not being PC. Ending the stranglehold that PC has on our speech.
Not going on an apology tour for America, but instead...
A trip around the world to make deals to make America great again, bring the economy back to a roar.
Oh, but I saw Jake Tapper and Don Lemon said he was a racist, so I don't care if the stock market keeps breaking records.
I don't care if... | ||
Oh, what's the news today?
Yesterday it was new home ownership hits records.
Today it's U.S. home sales hit 11-year high.
I mean... I don't care that Trump is trying to fight for America.
I don't care that Trump is trying to save America.
I don't care that Trump is making the American dollar stronger, the American economy stronger, saving American culture and traditions, making our borders strong again, trying to get us out of these bad trade deals.
It just all gets nullified by he's a racist.
He just nullifies all of it.
So if we would have gotten Hillary in, who's obviously not a racist, I mean, she just said that black people needed to be healed, I mean, super predators, so she's obviously not a racist.
But that's what I'm saying.
This is their mindset. This is their mindset.
So Hillary could have got in.
You wouldn't have seen a 3% GDP growth in any quarter.
You probably wouldn't have even seen two.
You wouldn't have seen the 22 regulations cut for every new one that gets implemented.
You wouldn't have seen all these stock records.
You wouldn't have seen Weinsteingate exposing all of the sexual assault going on in Hollywood and in the government.
You would have gotten none of this if it wasn't for President Trump.
So for all of the sad minions out there that still fall for the he's a racist or he grabs women by their genitals, it's time to wake up, smell the coffee, and get on board the Trump train.
Because we're making America great again, and your impeachment trials with everything that you've waged against him, with the sexual assaults to the he's unfit for office and everything in between, it's not going to work.
Now this is a great story from Kit Daniels at Infowars.com.
The Obama individual mandate will be eliminated.
And I actually, you know what, now is the perfect time to actually say this.
From now on, in fact, this will be the meme of the day.
The meme of the day challenge.
Submit it to at War Room Memes.
Guys, pull up the Twitter account.
At War Room Memes. | ||
Nothing specific as far as the image.
You can get creative with this one.
From now on, though, I am no longer referring to President Obama as that.
It is no longer President Obama.
It is now President Hezbollah.
So President Hussein Hezbollah is now what he will be referred to as.
So Hezbollah care has essentially been repealed by the tax cuts.
So the meme of the day, President Hezbollah.
So you could do, I don't know, an image of Barack Obama just letting terrorists with weapons and drugs and child trafficking just walk over a border or something.
Obama says, yep, you're good to go.
You know, and you put the InfoWars logo on there, obviously the InfoWars bug, you know, something like that.
Something like that's good. Just a quick idea that comes to my head for the President Hezbollah.
President Hussein Hezbollah meme of the day.
And the reason why I bring this up, even though the story has already gone through its 24-hour news cycle and been in the spin cycle for 48 hours now, this should not be forgotten.
You know, because they say Obama was a scandal-free president, yet what about Fast and Furious?
What about Hezbollah? | ||
What about the Iran deal?
What about Hezbollah care?
You know, it's funny. | ||
President Obama became president.
In eight years, he crushed our GDP growth.
He crushed our economy.
He crushed the housing market.
He crushed the job market.
And he crushed our healthcare market.
He successfully did all of that in his eight years.
And in one year... | ||
In one year, President Donald Trump has almost erased entirely Barack Obama's legacy.
In fact, the only part of Obama's legacy that Trump has not eradicated yet is the social aspects.
Thank you. Did somebody just work that up right quick?
Great job. Great job to the crew.
Nathan, that was your work right there?
Excellent stuff. Look at how quickly...
See, the crew is amazing here, folks.
Telling you, they make me look a lot smarter than I am.
There it is, President Hezbollah!
Ha ha ha ha! Let that young man run across the border with those drugs and those weapons!
unidentified
|
I need to get the Iran deal passed!
So everything that President Hezbollah, everything that President Hussein Hezbollah did to this country, President Trump has almost erased in less than a year, except for the social aspects.
What am I talking about? Well, Obama left the fomenting war between police and minorities out there, and then the white social justice warriors.
Obama left the fomenting racial tensions stronger than ever after he left office.
So the social aspects of the Obama years are still there.
But legislatively, I mean, President Trump, for the most part, has just erased Obama's legacy.
And in fact, I think Obama is so mad.
He's so upset that everything he worked for for eight years, everything that he went gray-haired for for eight years has just been erased.
He's so mad. That's why he does this little follow tour.
If you've been following Obama, you notice Trump goes to China, Obama goes to China.
Trump goes to India, Obama goes to India.
Trump goes here, Obama goes there.
Trump says this, Obama says that.
So he's totally doing this follow-up thing.
It's because Trump followed him up as president and just erased him.
Just think about that. Barack Obama is literally going to be a crap stain on America's underwear that we're just going to throw out.
Great job, Hezbollah. | ||
President Hezbollah is gone.
President Trump has erased his legacy and made America great again.
So we're going to have all kinds of news here.
But what I think is about to come with these tax cuts, folks, is The Russian narrative is dead.
The Trump grabs women by their genitals whenever he wants to.
Narrative is dead. The Trump is a racist.
Narrative is dead. They've got nothing.
They have nothing left.
They'll come after him and say he's unfit.
They're going to keep trying to do the sexual assault stuff, but none of it is working.
And I really think that at this point, America can control its own destiny more than ever before.
And that's why President Trump is in.
And that's why it's so key.
And that's what people are going to realize here, I think, in the next coming months.
So, wow, the tax cuts come down.
Historic tax cuts. | ||
This is a day that will live in infamy, folks.
This is a day that will be historical.
Our children will read about these tax cuts.
Not because they're perfect.
Not because they're what...
Would be the best, but because they're so much better, and what we're going to see after this is going to expose just how much America has been burdened by all the regulations, by all the tax cuts, and now that people don't have to pay for Obamacare, excuse me, Hezbollahcare, they're going to find out what a free market insurance does.

Yeah! Dr. Group, you developed Living Defense for us.
It took you over a year to do it.
Why is this so good? Because people are actually waking up to the problem that pretty much scares me the most.
I mean, I try to make sure that I don't put toxins from food and water and beverages in my system.
But right now, we're dealing with massive parasites, which is anything that's harmful to your body that lives off a host mechanism.
Right now, with all the refugees spreading disease around, we have biological warfare going on everywhere.
These are all parasites.
Tell us about all of a sudden there's so many things that are in it.
unidentified
|
You have the neem in there.
You have the organic clove bud, the organic wormwood.
I recommend doing a parasite cleanse at least twice a year.
All right, well, I'm glad we've got some back in because I'm going back on it today.
It just came back in yesterday. LivingDefense, InfoWarsLife.com.
And folks, you can't lose. It's full of stuff that's great for your body, period.
And you support the broadcast.

The House passed a sweeping $1.5 trillion tax bill Tuesday.
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act lowers individual tax rates.
Paul Ryan said, today we are giving the people their money back, adding that a typical family would average about $2,000 in tax cuts in 2018.
unidentified
|
Zero Democrats voted to lower taxes.
Instead, they were busy pushing the narrative that the sloppy bill is a Franken-monster set to benefit only corporations and the rich.
unidentified
|
But are they really just worried about a legislative accomplishment that will translate to more cold hard cash for middle class pockets?
According to the Independent Tax Policy Center, 80% of taxpayers will get a tax cut in 2018.
Only about 5% will pay more next year under the GOP plan.
With approval from both chambers likely, the biggest overhaul of the U.S. tax system in more than 30 years could be signed into law by President Trump before the end of the week.

President Trump delivers on yet another promise, sweeping tax cuts and reform, as well as basically a repeal of Obamacare.
Today, President Trump delivered a speech on the Hill on these tax cuts with Congress.
Here was President Trump today.
I have to tell you, hasn't been done in 34 years, but actually really hasn't been done because we broke every record.
It's the largest, I always say the most massive, but it's the largest tax cut in the history of our country.
And reform, but tax cut.
Really something special.
And I noticed this just came out two minutes ago.
They handed it to me. AT&T plans to increase U.S. capital spending $1 billion and provide $1,000 special bonus to more than 200,000 U.S. employees.
And that's because of what we did.
So that's pretty good. | ||
That's pretty good. | ||
This is so important because it's not fake.
I have a whole list of accomplishments.
This is real. Trump wants the economy booming, folks.
...in terms of this administration and this Congress, but you've heard it before.
Records all over the place, and that will continue, and then some because of what we did.
But $3.2 trillion, just think of it, in tax cuts for American families, including doubling the standard deduction and doubling the child tax credit.
The typical family of four earning $75,000 will see an income tax cut of more than $2,000.
They're going to have $2,000.
And that's, in my opinion, going to be less than the average.
You're going to have a lot more than that.
One thing very important for the farmers, the great farmers and the great small business owners that were forced to sell their businesses at bargain basement numbers.
We have provided for the most part estate taxes wiped out so they can keep their farms in the family and that to me is a very big factor.
Very big. This is going to mean companies are going to be coming back.
You know, I campaigned on the fact that we're not going to lose our companies anymore.
They're going to stay in our country.
And they're going to stay in our country.
And you've been seeing what's been happening even at this prospect.
Wait, they're not going to Russia? But they have tremendous enthusiasm right now in this country.
And we have companies pouring back into our country.
They're not going to Russia? That means really the formation of new, young, beautiful, strong companies.
So that's going to be very, very important.
The pass-throughs you know all about, and the small businesses are going to be big beneficiaries.
We are going to bring at least $4 trillion back into this country, money that was frozen overseas and in parts and worlds, and some of them don't even like us, and they had the money.
Well, they're not going to have the money long.
And so it's really... | ||
I guess it's very simple when you think you haven't heard this expression, but we are making America great again.
You haven't heard that, have you? I want to have them get up and get the glamour and the glory.
This is genuine excitement. This is genuine camaraderie amongst patriots that are doing something for this country finally.
We can get all of you. We'll get everybody up, right?
But I want to thank Mitch McConnell.
I want to thank... | ||
What a job. What a job. | ||
And I want to thank Paul.
They're going to speak. They're going to say a few words.
But Paul Ryan... | ||
You've got to give them credit, folks. They signed the bill that essentially repealed Obamacare without actually having to do it.
It was a lot of fun. President Trump is...
I mean, he's running laps around these people.
If you work hard and lose, that's not acceptable.
President Trump could complete the race before Obama started.
Excuse me, Hezbollah....that I saw so much over the last month and really over the last almost year.
Because when you think of it, we haven't even been a year.
And we did the largest tax cut in our history.
We, I hate to say this, but we essentially repealed Obamacare because we got rid of the individual mandate, which was terrible.
And that was a primary source of funding of Obamacare.
It's so huge. And Anwar, so a friend of mine, oh, congratulations.
And Dan, where's Dan? | ||
unidentified
|
Don, Don, right behind us.
No, and Don, too, where's Dan?
unidentified
|
Thank you. Where's Dan?
He's not here. Lisa Murkowski's on.
I'll tell you, between Dan and Don and Lisa...
These are guys that actually were working to get good deals.
Not to screw America. They're proud of themselves.
He said, you didn't get ANWR. And I said, tell me about ANWR. He said, we've been trying to get that passed.
The whole country, the world, they tried in Ronald Reagan.
They tried with the Bushes.
They tried with everybody. They never got ANWR. But we got ANWR in this bill.
So we have ANWR. We have mandate...
And we have the tax cut and we have the reform.
I mean, when you add up the size of this...
Just like every other president said they would say Jerusalem is the capital and then no one did until Trump.
So John Cornyn, the great chairman, Orrin Hatch.
Great job, Orrin. | ||
Wow. Orrin is a special person.
Tim Scott, who has been so incredible, he's going to say a few words.
Thank you. Thank you. | ||
Yeah, this isn't like Obamacare where they tell you that they have to pass the bill to see what's in it.
This isn't like Obamacare where Jonathan Gruberheimer Schmidt comes out and says, oh, we got Obamacare passed because Americans are so ignorant.
No, this is, we're trying to make America great, and we're trying to get the economy going, bring energy, free energy here.
I mean, this is crazy. How could you not like this?
Unless you live in California, New York, or Illinois.
I want to thank, I said hello to John Cornyn, Pat Toomey.
He has been, we rode together in Pennsylvania.
But Pat, where's Pat? | ||
Pat? Great job. | ||
He knows his business. | ||
Susan Collins we want to thank.
Susan's around someplace.
Thank you, Susan. All friends, I mean, I look at these people, it's like we're...
Warriors together. Kristi Noem on the House.
We have Kristi Noem and Diane Black.
Our great speaker, Paul Ryan, and he is a great speaker.
Trump is actually uniting these people.
unidentified
|
I mean, this is amazing stuff. Kevin McCarthy.
Kevin. What a job, Kevin.
We had fun. Think about the Schumer.
Oh my gosh, this is it! | ||
Oh my gosh. | ||
He's braver. Where is he?
You know where Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi are right now?
Crying alone in the corner, just like they have been since grade school.
Bunch of losers. It's a hell of a way to lose weight, Steve.
You said you lost. It's not a good way.
We love you, Steve. Great job.
unidentified
|
Great job. Kevin Brady.
Kevin. Kevin Brady. | ||
So maybe what I'll do...
And by the way, I mentioned AT&T, but many companies have come forward and say they're so happy and they're going to be doing similar announcements.
We're going to see something. I think AT&T announced a billion today.
Let's look that up real quick. AT&T announced a billion dollar investment in America today.
You're going to see what happens. And there was a little bit of dip in the stock market this morning.
It's going to be really a very special period of time.
We're in a very special period of time, and it's going to be even more so.
This is incredible, folks. All right, we've got to go to break here.
Real quick, though, the small business administrator's statement regarding historic passage of the Tax Cuts and Job Act.
This comes from Linda McMahon.
As the first major update to the tax code since 1986, passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is a monumental achievement that can serve as an inspiration for every American who has ever dreamed of opening a small business.
And she talks about how she traveled around the country, and this is all documented on her Twitter account.
She's really been doing amazing work.
Folks, they talk to people, they know what people need, they know what people want, and they're delivering.

All right, so Tyler Nixon is going to join me in the second hour.
And... There's a couple of things I want to talk about with Tyler.
We'll talk about... | ||
The story came out today, Facebook giving more data to the U.S. government than ever before.
And then you may have seen this story, Rosie O'Donnell.
I mean, you want to talk about a complete idiot.
Rosie O'Donnell... | ||
I mean, I don't know if there's a precedent here.
I really don't. In fact, I'd be shocked if there was.
Maybe now, maybe this will spur some sort of precedent for this situation.
Rosie O'Donnell, if this was real, I mean, again, I don't know the precedent for social media and Twitter, but if this was a genuine offer, Rosie O'Donnell committed a felony bribing Susan Collins and Jeff Flake on Twitter to vote no on the tax bill.
Offered each of them $2 million.
So we're going to talk about the legality of that from Rosie O'Donnell, who is standing by it, even though it's already passed and it's been called out as a potential felony.
She still stands by that.
Let's just take a quick look at some of the other news here.
Kim Jong-un is testing a new warhead loaded with anthrax for his intercontinental ballistic missiles.
That is according to South Korea.
South Korean intelligence says North Korea is conducting experiments with anthrax warheads on their intercontinental ballistic missiles.
So Kim Jong-un seems to be...
Getting more insane. | ||
You know what? I actually want to delve into this.
Here's another story, too.
I'll hit these two stories, and I think I may have time.
Actually, I'm going to do this in the next segment.
So let's just hit the rest of this news, and then I'm going to get more into this tax bill and what they're telling you about it, which is true or what's not true.
Hollywood producer Gary Goddard accused of sexual misconduct by eight former child stars.
This could be just beginning, this story.
But it's funny... You know, and I actually have to say, I don't know, it's just nuts.
Because you tend to forget in just the mass of all these accusations coming forward.
It's almost like the propaganda works just because they bring it out in mass.
That it's just like, oh yeah, of course he's guilty, of course he did it.
But then part of you is like, well, yeah, I mean...
But again, it's just an accusation, so I don't know.
But this story is just beginning. But why is this a bigger story?
Why is it that Al Franken gets all the press or Weinstein gets all the press but nothing much on Gary Goddard?
I didn't see anything on television about this.
And this is potential children victims we're talking about here.
Again, allegations that are nearly 40 years old, but regardless...
You have to wonder why these accusations don't get as much publicity as accusations against Franken or Weinstein.
When here we're dealing with children victims.
It's like yesterday I had a story that came out of a couple small local news outlets.
I forget the name of them now.
I think one of them was in Houston and then the other one was WXIA, I think, where they basically broke down.
How child sex trafficking is a billion dollar industry in this country and it just, you know, just running rampant.
Hey Owen. Are you live right now?
unidentified
|
Yeah, what's up? Yes, I am.
I was mentioning that before the Gary Goddard article and the one thing I wanted to fill people in and I wanted to kind of throw it out there so people kind of had a better idea of what I caught.
And they can maybe look into that for themselves too.
unidentified
|
Yeah, so we can kind of get the ball rolling here, but Gary Goddard owned a company that built amusement park rides, and he did it in conjunction with Michael Jackson and received the funding by none other than the Saudi prince that was just recently detained in Saudi Arabia, Al-Talwaleed. So it all smells and stinks of something rotten there, so I figured I could throw that out so people can actually investigate that.
Yeah, it's always interesting when you look at these connections that are out there.
And, of course, people dive deep into that research.
And, again, maybe there's nothing illegal happening with deals with amusement parks and stuff.
It's just the connection, it's the association that makes you skeptical.
Especially, you're looking at Kevin Spacey, Bill Clinton, Charlie Rose.
They all seem to be in a little club together.
But that gets no publicity on mainstream news somehow.
Mistrial declared in case against Nevada rancher Clyman Bundy.
Now, this is good for them.
So basically, you know, they're, I guess you could say, currently off the hook.
But the story is not over because if another court were to pick up these charges, let me find the exact number.
I think there were still, yeah, 15 felony charges.
That they could still be facing should another prosecutor pick up the case.
So hopefully that doesn't happen, but that is still the case.
So perhaps off the hook for the moment, the Bundy's in this case, but another prosecutor could pick it up.
So we'll be able to make sure to keep you tuned in on that.
Before we go to break here, the new Star Wars movie is a total failure.
It made half as much money this Monday as the last one did.
That, to me, says that Star Wars fans thought it sucked and so they didn't go see it again.

So Trump delivers on his promise to cut taxes, repeal Obamacare, stock market trends up.
And now this, Wells Fargo, Fifth Third Bank, unveil minimum wage hikes after the GOP tax bill passage.
Just keep that music rolling in the background.
Isn't that nice? No, no, turn it up.
I could read, I could honestly read news to this all day.
Look at this. Thank you, President Trump, for delivering on your promise to cut our taxes.
And now in response, American companies are hiring more people, raising their wages, and small businesses will be popping up across this land thanks to President Trump following through on his promises to cut our taxes and reform our trade deals overseas.
Thank you so much, President Trump.
And thanks to those big businesses that will take advantage of this and start hiring more people and bringing manufacturing back to the United States.
So the New York Times, though, in this terrible time where the stock market is booming and the economy is soaring and new homeownership is up and all of that and unemployment is down, the New York Times wants you to feel bad for the IRS. No, I'm not kidding. The New York Times ran a story saying, have you ever felt bad for the IRS? If not, now's the time.
And to which everyone said, no, I've never felt bad for the IRS. But except the New York Times just, you know, they gotta find some new angle to make Trump look bad.
unidentified
|
Oh, the poor IRS is being attacked by Trump.
Oh my gosh. | ||
What are we going to do? | ||
But that's just the failing New York Times that Carlos Slim just got rid of half of his stake in.
Now, this is a story, though, a big story from the Washington Post today that I really wanted to delve into and respond to here because...
These are the talking points that anti-Trumpers are going to move forward with when they try to say how bad this bill is, at least some of them, so I want to arm our audience with the proper response.
Alright, so the first bullet point here they have is, it's the biggest tax overhaul in 30 years, but it's not the biggest cut.
That actually could be true, but that depends how you measure it, to be honest with you.
If you measured it in just straight dollars, I think it would be.
If you measure it in percentages, probably not, especially for individual rates, probably not.
But as far as dollars are concerned, could be, especially when you take into consideration the individual mandate that has now been repealed from Hezbollah care.
Second bullet point, the bill will add about $1 trillion to the nation's debt over the next decade after taking its economic impact into account.
So this is just literally made up, is the basic breakdown of this.
There's no way that they can actually know that number.
So basically, the way that they get to this number is to say, okay...
The federal government or whatever government is going to be receiving $1 trillion less in taxes.
Okay, maybe based on your formula, but what you're not taking into account, which what we saw when JFK did tax cuts, more people are going to be paying taxes.
So you're going to have more people paying taxes.
You're going to have corporations that aren't currently paying taxes here moving here and paying taxes.
So whenever someone tries to use that as an argument against this tax plan, that can be put to rest really quickly by simply reminding people that more people will be filing their taxes now.
That's what we saw after JFK's tax reform.
And that You cannot accurately measure this yet until you see how many companies come to America or move back to America or start manufacturing in America that end up paying taxes where they weren't before.
So that's just a big nothing bullet point there.
Nice try, Washington Post. Third bullet point.
Most of the long term benefits go to corporations.
Perhaps. There's a fair point in there, actually.
You could say that. They are getting the biggest cuts, no doubt.
But we just got the news.
Wells Fargo, Fifth Third Bank, are upping their hourly wages to $15 an hour.
What do you know? They didn't need a law to do it.
You didn't have to legislate that to raise the minimum wage.
All you had to do was cut taxes.
It's amazing how that works, isn't it?
But even though the corporations are getting the biggest tax cut from 35 to 21, they've been the ones that hit the hardest.
But the key is that the benefits, at least the idea, is that the benefits...
We'll go to new jobs. | ||
The benefits go to we, the people.
The benefits go to the republic in that there will be new jobs in manufacturing.
There will be new jobs with Amazon starting up places and all these big corporations.
Whether you like them or not, that's the plan.
So... While you could say that the direct benefit is to big corporations and make a fair point, I do believe that the payoff is, at least the goal, is that there's going to be massive numbers of new jobs coming in with new big corporations having businesses here.
The fourth bullet point here, most Americans will get an immediate tax cut, but the wealthy get much more.
Now this, see, I love this talking point.
This is the best talking point ever.
In fact, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, we played the video, kind of broke down the reality about this.
So whenever they tell you that the wealthy are getting the biggest tax cut, well, first of all, you need to understand, based on the numbers, The wealthiest are actually getting the smallest tax cut.
If you actually look at the percentages, the highest tax bracket is actually getting the smallest tax cut.
But what they're saying here is that they're gonna be paying, as far as money is concerned, they get the biggest tax cut as far as actual dollars are concerned.
But do you know why that is?
Because they pay the most taxes!
It's like, I don't understand how people just don't even accept basic fact when trying to have a debate.
unidentified
|
It's like, yeah, but the rich are going to be getting the biggest tax cut here.
And it's like, yeah, well, do you realize that the rich are paying like 90% of the taxes to begin with?
So of course they're going to get the biggest cut.
They're paying the most money.
So just whenever they try to use that talking point against you, remind you who pays the most of taxes in this country.
Of course, there are people that get away with not paying much tax at all.
Look at the Facebooks. But that's another topic for another day.
Another bullet point. In the long run, most Americans will see no tax cut or a tax hike.
It's amazing how they just know what's going to happen in the long run.
So that's just pontification and just making assumptions that they are just making.
Blue states benefit less than red states in the legislation.
I love that the Washington Post admits that.
Oh my gosh, you know how much joy I got out of reading that bullet point today?
Yeah, I'll just leave that right there.
Absolutely. Yeah, Democrats tax the hell out of you.
Yes. Yep. Okay. | ||
Thank you, Washington Post, for pointing that out.
Number seven. It would benefit some industries more than others.
unidentified
|
Oh! Ooh! | |
What? Oh! | ||
Some industries might have a different takeaway from this than...
Oh my... Wow! | ||
Groundbreaking! Oh! | ||
I mean, like... | ||
Duh! | ||
Really, some industries are going to be hit different.
You mean some industries make more money than other industries?
unidentified
|
I just... I can't believe it.
Number eight. Oh, oh, just...
It's like they're reaching out to my heart.
It takes away a key part of the Affordable Care Act.
unidentified
|
Oh, my gosh, I'm... | |
We're all crying. | ||
We're all so upset. And I love how they've been trying to say that Liberal media is saying that this tax deal is going to be Trump's Obamacare.
So basically they're now admitting Obamacare is a failure.
Admitting Obamacare was an utter failure that collapsed.
And so they're trying to pin the tax bill like Obamacare as a failure already.
But then they're still crying over Obamacare getting repealed.
Excuse me, Hezbollah care.
So yes, yes, Washington Post.
It gutted the Affordable Care Act, Hezbollah care.
That's what we wanted. | ||
It's politically unpopular, but Republicans thought they need to pass it.
Wrong again. | ||
Actually, the majority of people want this tax cut.
So again, they are just giving you misinformation, just like Hillary will win the election and everything else in between that you've heard.
And then number 10, the tax plan sets up years of future decisions for Congress.
Oh, yeah, because Congress didn't have to make any future decisions anyway.
But I'm telling you, the decisions that are going to be talked about now is people are going to be looking at these blue states like California, New York, and Illinois, and they're going to be scratching their heads...
Why they are paying so much.
Because it's obscene how much tax you pay in California and New York and Illinois.
It is obscene. So yeah, they're going to have that debate because, you know, do you realize that we have tax refugees in Texas?
Yes, we have tax refugees that come from California to Texas.
And tax refugees. | ||

It's The War Room with Owen Schroer at Infowars.com forward slash show.
Well, we know why the salt states are so salty over the new tax reform and the tax cuts.
Harrison Smith here, our Infowars reporter, is going to be joining me.
So basically, as I was just breaking down, the blue states like California, New York, and Illinois, the people there are basically about to realize how much their state government is gouging them for taxes.
Harrison was breaking down what a salt state is.
Harrison, break that down for our audience.
Yeah, so SALT stands for State and Local Tax.
And basically, prior to this, the deduction that you could take would be unlimited, which means if your state is taxing you a lot for a state income tax or something, you could deduct that amount from your federal income tax.
I'm not sure if income, but your federal tax.
And under this new one, there's a limit of $10,000 in total that they can deduct.
That just means that these states like California and New York who charge a lot of state and local tax, you know, typically people go, oh, well, my state charges me a lot, so I'm not going to pay that to the federal government because I pay it to my state already.
Well, those deductions are going away, and now they're going to have to pay both federal and state, and it's not going to be good for the salty states like California and New York.
And it's so perfect, too, because it exposes...
How these liberals that want to try to dictate how the federal government operates every day in California, in New York, in Illinois, don't even pay their fair share of taxes.
They are the ones that don't pay their fair share of taxes.
And then on the back end, people are going to look at this now, and this is why I brought up the tax refugees.
People are going to look at this now, Harrison, and they're going to say...
Oh, I'm filing my taxes.
Here, let me get that big tax cut.
Let me get that big federal reduction in my taxes cut here because I'm paying my state tax.
And then they're going to hit that $10,000 mark and they're going to end up paying through the roof.
I wonder, what do you think their response is going to be when they realize this?
Well, it will probably be to drop their champagne glass.
And I say that because according to the Tax Foundation, almost 90% of the SALT benefit goes to taxpayers with an income higher than $100,000.
Of course it does. They're the only ones that are over $10,000.
Yeah, and so if you're, you know, this...
This is hilarious. Yeah, it's only for the rich.
Oh, yeah, but this is only for the rich.
Yeah, yeah, thank you. Exactly. Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, so this only, or not only, but 90% of the people affected by this are the most wealthy in the country.
So this should be something that anybody who, you know, wants the lower middle class to do better should be in support of.
Think about this. They say that Trump, this tax cut, only benefits the rich, yet here we are pointing out an aspect of this tax bill that literally only taxes the rich.
And that's not the only one.
There's another one that has to do with how much people hide their taxes by keeping their assets in buildings and realty and stuff.
And this is one that would directly affect Trump since he owns a lot of realty in a place like New York.
And they can just do these little maneuvers where they transfer property rather than money, and so it's taxed differently.
And he did away with that as well.
So that's another thing that I don't know a lot of poor people who own giant skyscrapers in New York.
But the people that do own those, those are the people being affected by this.
Yeah. And it's amazing, too.
And they try to... Thank you, Harrison, for coming on.
unidentified
|
Thank you. And they do this thing, too.
With Trump, you're going to hear this.
unidentified
|
Trump, he made these tax cuts.
Trump's family is going to benefit from these.
Donald Trump is going to benefit from the tax cuts.
unidentified
|
Oh my gosh! Good! | |
Donald Trump is an American businessman.
Donald Trump has created thousands of jobs.
Donald Trump invests in America.
Yeah, that's good. | ||
That's good that Trump is going to benefit.
I hope other Americans benefit too.
Trump is an American after all.
So, but you know what? Yeah, I'm sure, though, I'm sure these tax cuts are really gonna benefit Russia.
I mean, it is just ridiculous.
What was it today? I mean, I got a clip here.
I got a clip today! | ||
What is a clip today? | ||
James Clapper goes on CNN, and this is absurd, and says that Putin is handling Trump like an intelligence asset.
Boy, folks, let me tell you, the swamp creatures are like...
Boy, they're going insane.
They don't know what to do right now.
|
But are they really just worried about a legislative accomplishment that will translate to more cold, hard cash for middle-class pockets?
According to the Independent Tax Policy Center, 80% of taxpayers will get a tax cut in 2018.
Only about 5% will pay more next year under the GOP plan.
With approval from both chambers likely, the biggest overhaul of the U.S. tax system in more than 30 years could be signed into law by President Trump before the end of the week.

|
This is the war room. | |
Oh, my gosh. | ||
The arms will restore order in the gallery.
Ladies and gentlemen, you are just listening to some protesters today.
A small group of protesters that were chanting, kill the bill, don't kill us today.
Right ahead of the tax cut vote.
This is another one of the talking points that liberals are putting out there.
That the tax bill is going to kill people.
In fact, that's what Rosie O'Donnell said.
Hold on, hold on. I mean, folks, we are breaking this down.
So Rosie O'Donnell tweets out, no, I will not kill Americans for the super rich, referring to the tax bill, and then she bribed Susan Collins and Jeff Flake to vote no, which is a felony, potentially.
I don't know about the precedent on Twitter, but then, oh my gosh, These poor souls, man.
These poor souls. They go out and they actually believe Rosie O'Donnell.
Wow. And so they go onto the floor of the hill and chant, don't kill us, kill the bill.
Wow. So A, these people apparently follow the word of Rosie O'Donnell.
I wouldn't do that. | ||
And then... It's like they don't even have enough critical thinking.
This requires like an ounce, not even, like less than an ounce of critical thinking.
How does a tax bill kill people?
Nope. No. | ||
Nope, not even that. And so then they go out and they protest because Rosie O'Donnell said a tax cut is going to kill people.
But you know what? Here's why we want tax cuts.
Here's why we want jobs.
Here's why we want the economy roaring.
Because we don't want a welfare state.
Now, you've got to realize that Trump has an agenda, folks.
Ending chain migration and ending the visa lottery program is going to take a ton of people off of the welfare program.
It's going to take a ton of people off the welfare state because a lot of these people come here with no assets, no skills, no prospects, and they just end up on welfare.
And so now, though, you're having a situation where Trump is attacking it from both ends, trying to stop people from going on welfare that are coming here just to get on welfare, whether it be chain migration, visa lottery program, open borders, refugees, what have you.
Then on the other side, Trump is cutting taxes, cutting the corporate taxes, trying to get more jobs, unemployment rate down so that people can get a job and then they don't need to go on welfare.
And this is really key and this is really important.
And Darren McBreen did a great job putting together this compilation of people who are on welfare and food stamps who are just very happy to be so.
I know people, they work three jobs.
And they live next to somebody who doesn't work at all.
And the person who's not working at all and has no intention of working at all is making more money and doing better than the person that's working his and her ass off.
And it's not going to happen.
Not going to happen. | ||
unidentified
|
Give me my food stamps. | |
Do you really want to work or you just want to get a free chat?
I just want to get a free chat.
There's a sign behind you that says Waverly Job Center.
You have any intention of going in to get a job?
Or are you just going to get the food stamps?
Not looking for a job. | ||
Why should I have to go work at retail and deal with snobby customers?
Why? Good lord! | ||
Why should I have to dare choose to do that?
We called the Department of Children and Families to see what they've been doing to help.
DCF says Hillsborough Kids Incorporated has been helping by paying Adam's rent, even providing her purse.
Can porpoises go on welfare? Adam says it isn't enough.
unidentified
|
Somebody needs to pay for all my children and my and Gary, all our suffering, all our pain.
Somebody needs to be held accountable and they need to pay.
Yeah, not me. Honestly, yeah.
unidentified
|
Oh my God, she's back! | |
Don't want to work. | ||
I need my food stamps. | ||
I need them. Is this too much?
Okay, this is not a joke.
Just give me my food stamps.
That's all I'm asking for.
unidentified
|
They are not incapacitated in any way.
They don't have a mental or physical disability that's documented and or could be observable.
More counties will join them as federal exemptions to the requirements expire now that unemployment is below 10% for each affected county.
I felt really bad about being on food stamps for a while.
They're just for people who really, really need it, I thought, and I'm like living this flippant lifestyle in San Francisco.
Do you think you really, really need it?
Well, yeah, and eventually I just sort of realized that even though I'm 24, like, I still have responsibilities, I still have, like, hopes for...
Look at this, she lives in a...
unidentified
|
I mean, that's a nice place!
It looks like a perfectly decent place she lives at.
How do you feel about that?
unidentified
|
I'm comfortable with it and I feel like I don't need to look for one because...
Now that's the very key psychological thing she just said there.
unidentified
|
Do you feel guilty about using your food stamp card when you have $850,000 in the bank?
No. No, I don't. | ||
I'm going by the rules, and if they need to change their rules, they can change their rules, but I don't see I'm doing anything wrong.
How much do you collect in benefits?
I give $780 in food stamps, $500 in tennis, and I get Medicaid and WIC. Give me my food stamps.
So, what you have is that you have a bunch of people that take advantage of this program.
And the one guy says, I mean, to his credit, he's like, yeah, I mean, I don't need it, but why not?
I qualify. And then look at this.
The crew found this during that video.
Food stamp president. | ||
President Hezbollah. | ||
Enrollment. On food stamps was up 70% under President Hussein Hezbollah.
You heard me. | ||
70% increase in food stamp usage under President Hezbollah.
In case you're behind, President Obama is President Hezbollah now.
unidentified
|
It's President Hezbollah is what we call him now.
So, that's what you got under Obama.
More people... Needing the government to take care of them.
But did you see? There's a psychological aspect of this.
You saw the woman. She's entitled.
She says, someone has to take care of my family.
Do you own a mirror? Like, what is the deal?
Like, how long ago? | ||
Seriously, think about it. How long ago was it where if you had eight kids, you're not going to no government for money, hon!
unidentified
|
Right? No way! | |
I mean, seriously, what is that?
Someone needs to take care of my kids?
And then there's the other thing.
Yeah, I'm perfectly comfortable on it.
That's the other thing. Some people say, yeah, it's the rules.
Why not take advantage? Some other people say, well, yeah, I mean, America's bad.
I'm oppressed. Of course I deserve these food stamps.
And it was amazing. Actually, yesterday, Michael Savage told a story on the air about when he was a young kid and he worked for...
It used to be called the Welfare Office.
Now it's the Social Security or Social Services Office.
It used to be the Welfare Office.
Now it's the Social Services Office.
And he used to work there when he was a college student.
And he said he used to go into these houses and he'd be taking the role for what these people need for welfare...
And he'd go into these houses and he'd have these women filing out for welfare to get new couches, new counters, new stuff.
And one day he sat there and he realized, he was like, wait a second.
These people have more than me.
He's like, I don't have a couch in my apartment.
I don't have a new chair in my apartment.
I can't get this stuff. | ||
They have more food in their fridge than I do.
I'm working for the welfare company here.
And it was like... And so he asked a woman one day, he was like, why do you feel entitled that government should pay for all of this when I don't have any of this and I'm not trying to get all of it?
And the person just said, why are you asking me about that?
That's none of your business. And it's like, well, wait a second.
You're taking my tax money.
This isn't free. | ||
This stuff just doesn't appear out of thin air.
Somebody has to build it, manufacture it, sell it, and buy it.
So... I mean, it's just ridiculous.
And then these people want to complain about the debt and the deficit.
unidentified
|
Well, stop giving away money for free!
Duh! I mean, it's like, is this really that complicated?
So that's the situation that we've been dealing with, and President Trump is reversing all of it, and he's doing so, and he's actually fixing the problem.
He's not just addressing, you know, symptoms.
He's fixing the actual disease.
Top scientists and researchers agree.
We are being hit by toxic weapons in the food and water supply that are making us Fat, sick, and stupid.
unidentified
|
So what do we do about it?
Well, for starters, don't just sit there and take it.

Wells Fargo, Fifth Third Bank Corp, unveil minimum wage hikes after tax bill passage.
Fifth Third and AT&T are paying employees special bonuses after getting tax cuts under the Republican-Trump tax plan.
Wells Fargo said Wednesday that it would boost minimum wages for employees to $15 an hour following Fifth Third's similar announcement.
That's right. President Trump has effectively raised the minimum wage without having to do it with legislation.
Thank you, President Trump.
Thank you, capitalism. Thank you, free market.
Thank you, America. | ||
You know how juicy this is?
Where you have the mayor of Seattle come out, or maybe it was a governor.
I don't remember. But there was some legislator, lawmaker out of Seattle that says we need this $15 an hour minimum wage, very outspoken.
Then the rubber was about to meet a road on the vote.
Actually, I think that was Baltimore.
Look this up. I want to actually find this.
I'm pretty sure it was Baltimore mayor reversed his decision on minimum wage, and then she comes out and she's like, yeah, I realize that if we did this minimum wage hike, it would crush our economy because nobody could afford to hire anyone.
So, what do you do? | ||
How do you increase wages?
How do you give businesses more money to invest on themselves?
You cut their taxes! | ||
And then they invest in themselves.
That's what President Trump has done.
It is honestly amazing.
Meanwhile, Rosie O'Donnell may or may not have committed a felony on Twitter.
There is no precedent, as far as I know, legally, as far as whether a tweet can be considered bribery or not.
So Tyler Nixon is going to join me in the next segment to break that down.
But I wanted to go to this clip.
We've got another clip.
You've probably already heard this.
We may get to this one, too, of James Kallstrom talking about how patriots inside the government and the FBI are about to expose the deep state and all of the corruption.
And that's why I think you're having people like James Clapper freaking out and saying things that Putin is handling Trump like an intelligence asset.
So let's go to this on CNN, the only place that would allow tripe like this to be aired.
James Clapper saying Trump is being handled like an intelligence asset.
unidentified
|
You heard the president's speech today.
He calls out Russia and China, describes them as rival powers, rival powers to the U.S., but also says he wants to build a great partnership with them, and then had all this friendly stuff to say about his phone calls with Vladimir Putin this week.
Is that a contradictory message?
Well, it is to me. This past weekend is illustrative of what a great case officer Putin is.
He knows how to handle an asset, and that's what he's doing with the president.
You're saying that Russia is handling President Trump as an asset?
Pause right there. | ||
Yeah. Yeah. | ||
Yeah, Russia and Putin are handling Trump like an asset.
I mean... Hold on a second.
Think about this. James Clapper basically just complimented Vladimir Putin on being such a great, I don't remember the exact word he used, but saying he was great.
He was a great handler. You know, he's really good at this stuff.
And then he talks about how Trump is being totally handled by Russia and by Putin and they're so good at it.
Well now, but wait a second.
Something doesn't add up here, Clapper.
Something ain't clapping here.
If Putin and Russia were so good at handling Trump as an asset, why is it that it's America that's prospering under Trump?
I haven't seen the Russian economy booming.
Trump is cutting Russian taxes.
I'm not seeing that. | ||
Trump is negotiating new deals with Russia so that they can have a huge deficit in their favor.
I'm not seeing that. No.
Hmm. Still a lot of tension in Syria.
You know, there's still an oil pipeline they're trying to get through there.
But yeah. | ||
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, Trump is clearly an intelligence asset.
I mean, this is amazing.
Nobody buys this. | ||
They know nobody buys this.
They know the only people that still believe in any Trump-Russia collusion are quite literally the dumbest of the dumb.
The most brainwashed, soul-sucked saps on planet Earth and possibly that planet Earth has ever seen.
And then Clapper can come out and say that Putin is handling Trump like an intelligence asset while Trump is literally working around the clock.
And we're seeing him deliver for the voters, for his constituency.
Was there anything left in that clip, guys?
Let's finish that clip off.
Let's finish that clip off.
James Clapper has just gone completely insane here.
unidentified
|
That's the appearance to me.
So, you know, we've shared intelligence with the Russians for a long time.
Collusion! What? Stop it, stop it, stop it.
You know what? Just play it again.
You heard what he said. | ||
unidentified
|
I mean, this is insane. We provide them intelligence and we don't get much back.
I just want to be clear here, though.
You're saying that Russia is treating the president of the United States as an asset.
I'm saying this figuratively.
I think you have to remember Putin's background.
He's a KGB officer. | ||
That's what they do. | ||
They recruit assets. | ||
And I think some of that experience and instincts of Putin has come into play here in his managing a pretty important account for him, if I could use that term, with our president.
Now, I am yet to hear anything out of James Clapper with the collusion between the FBI and Hillary Clinton and Obama and the DOJ and Fusion GPS. I mean, you want to talk about a scandal?
You want to talk about an asset?
Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama basically were handling the DOJ and the FBI and the State Department like an asset.
I just... Nobody's buying that, though.
So it really shows you how desperate they are for James Clapper to come out and say that.
Now, he knows nobody's watching CNN, so maybe that's why he goes on CNN and says it, because he knows nobody's watching.
But nobody is buying that Putin is handling Trump.
I mean, it is so absurd. | ||
It's like... It's just unbelievable, folks.

I'm Tyler Nixon. | ||
Johnson joins us now. | ||
Before we go to Tyler, though, I've got the proof and I've got the documents.
I have to apologize to James Clapper.
He was right. Vladimir Putin thanks Donald Trump for CIA's help in stopping terror attacks.
So there it is. There it is.
Vladimir Putin is using Donald Trump as an intelligence asset to stop terror attacks.
I mean, this is out of control.
How dare President Trump share intelligence with Vladimir Putin about terrorists that may have killed innocent people?
I mean, clearly a Russian agent here, folks.
I mean, I don't know. I don't know what you do about that.
And then look at this. Trump cuts the taxes today.
You get Wells Fargo, Fifth Third Bank increasing their minimum wage.
You've got AT&T giving increasing bonuses to their employees.
Now you've got Boeing CEO Applauds Tax Law announces $300 million in employee-related and charitable investments to spur innovation and growth.
Folks, honestly, there might not have been a more exciting time to be an American and live in America since 1776.
This is just... | ||
Merry Christmas. | ||
Merry Christmas to you, Tyler.
Tyler Nixon joins us now.
Merry Christmas, Tyler. How are you?
Merry Christmas, Owen. It's great to be with you, as always, on InfoWars.
And I think it comes down to this.
We're going to make America prosperous and great whether they like it or not, whether the left likes it or not.
They like economic distress so they can effectively get more people into the fold, onto the teat of Uncle Sugar, I hate to say.
These tax cuts will definitely help working class people, middle class people.
And I do so love that they've really kind of stuck it to the tax and spend states, the big states like California, which is a complete tax nightmare.
New York also way over the top.
I think it's wonderful that they're going to make those people who live in those states realize what they've elected, what they continue to elect.
And frankly, the deduction of excessive taxes in these excessive tax states comes at the expense of the rest of the country.
So, you know, if you live in a high tax state, maybe you should consider voting new people in and get your taxes lowered.
And we'll get some reform and some revolution going at the state and the local level.
And while I do expect to hear complaints from Trump supporters in those states, I think that it's not Trump's fault.
I look at this and I say, these are the people that were elected in your state.
This is your state that's taxing you that much.
Because of the past situation, they didn't even have to pay their fair share into the federal government.
They were not paying their fair share of taxes.
Now they're going to have to pay that full share and they're going to realize just how gouged they're getting.
And I'm not sure if that was kind of another what we've been calling 60 chess move from Trump to kind of, like you said, stick it to the Democrats.
But these people are going to look when they're filing their taxes and they're going to say...
Why am I paying so much more and they're going to have to look at it and realize it's their own state government, not Trump.
Yeah, and working people don't pay, on average, I think, you know, people who are modest means, middle class, don't pay more than about $10,000 in state and local tax.
And that was the cutoff that Trump had.
So it really is just for the richer people in those regions.
Exactly, exactly. So the elite leftists in these, you know, New York, Los Angeles, and so forth, they can bear the brunt and pony up, as Joe Biden said a few years ago, it's time to pony up, time to pay up.
Well, they're going to pay up fine.
And, you know, the passage of this tax legislation, I wouldn't call it tax reform.
I guess it remains to be seen how much of the code structurally changes.
It's obviously a Byzantine nightmare.
The last tax reform was 1986, which was, what, 31 years ago.
I remember that was a banner event that occurred.
And it's nothing ever since.
And we attempted in 1995 with the new Republican Congress.
I remember it was circulated a flat tax proposal.
Dick Armey was big on the flat tax.
That would be wonderful to see that happen.
Unfortunately, I think with the politics as they are now, with the division that's going on, and frankly with the establishment GOP still very much in the grip of the Chamber of Commerce.
I just don't think there's yet quite the momentum and the consensus that we would need to really revise the federal tax code and completely scrap it or just move it off to deal only with specific situations, whereas the rest, everybody could fill their taxes out on a postcard.
In fact, during the next break, I'll pull out the actual single card that was passed around in 1995.
Which, you know, would get you excited if you've ever filled out even just a 1040, any 1040 form.
To be able to do it on a simple card like that was, you know, just to eliminate that.
The elimination of the regulatory and compliance requirements on the federal tax code alone.
You got to think of how many billions of man hours probably there are between accountants and between people who have to sit and prepare, as I do, prepare your taxes if you run a small business.
Thank God for TurboTax, I would have to say, ultimately.
But I think if we could really, I mean, you want to talk about kickstarting the economy, sure, there might be accountants and sure, Quicken, you know, and TurboTax might take a hit on it.
I mean, that's no reason to keep, you know, we're not in the full employment for tax accountants business.
I think people's ease and, frankly, not having to be concerned and worried constantly about, well, did I do it right this year?
Because, I mean, there's instances where you can get it right, and for some odd reason, the way a tax auditor might read your tax situation might actually trip you up.
So, you know, it's really, it's full of pitfalls.
It costs us tons and tons of opportunity costs, the country, in terms of the lost man hours.
And then, of course, the distortions.
People trying to avoid taxes creates distorted economic situations where, you know, misallocation of capital, in addition, of course, to the misallocation of resources and labor, just to comply.
And unmentioned is that, of course, the manufacturing companies that send their manufacturing overseas where they don't have to pay what used to be the exorbitant tax rate here of 35%, now lower to 21%.
But you and I were talking about that yesterday, how...
We, you know, we're not gonna, I'm not gonna cry because this isn't a perfect tax bill.
I'm not gonna cry because I could find a hundred ways to make this tax bill better.
I'm gonna take the tax bill for what it is compared to what we had and then look at what the results are gonna be and I have to applaud it.
I mean, that's just how I feel.
Well, it's also a victory, I think, that has been I mean, my God, at this time, I would say, well, not this time, I guess it was around this time into the second year of the Obama presidency, they were really ramping up Obamacare, you know, and then there is plenty.
Here's the thing. Democrats know how to really legislate.
They know how to control. They know how to write Byzantine humongous bills to control the universe.
And they're good at ramming it through.
They hang together ultimately in that because they don't care.
They just want to get some massive either appropriation or piece of legislation.
Yeah, just look at Obamacare. Perfect example.
And there was no consensus on Obamacare.
I mean, it was completely a partisan vote.
The Democrats want to get in sort of this situation where they didn't vote for any tax cuts, they didn't vote for any tax reform, and just screech at the top of their lungs and call it this, a tax scam.
Their playbook is so played out, honestly.
It's just old. | ||
It's like, what are you here to contribute?
We know you're the opposition, but at least put something forward constructive and try to get on.
I mean, I'll say this for the establishment Republicans and most Republicans.
They try to work within the system that the Democrats usually, when the Democrats control, they would try to work within what What was, you know, sort of the landscape at the time.
Try to make a difference.
Try to take the edge off the massive, you know, Leviathan, super-statist Democrat way of legislating, of governing.
The Democrats don't care, though.
As we said, as we touched on yesterday, I think they'd rather just burn down the whole system than not be in charge of it.
Well, that's basically what they did to themselves after Obamacare.
I mean, you look, they lost the House, they lost the Senate.
A lot of people attributed that to Obamacare.
And I don't expect you're going to see the same type of backlash in Congress from this tax cut.
I think that whether you identify as a Democrat or Republican, if you get your taxes cut...
You're going to like that.
And I think that that's what Americans are going to see.
And that's why it's sad for me when we see these videos of these protesters going out and they literally follow what Rosie O'Donnell tweets.
We'll get into that in the next segment, too.
Don't kill me. Kill the tax bill.
How is a tax bill going to kill you, man?
Like, come on. Come on, people.
Let's come back to reality here.
Another segment with Tyler Nixon on the other side.
Don't go anywhere. The House passed a sweeping $1.5 trillion tax bill Tuesday.
unidentified
|
The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act lowers individual tax rates.
Paul Ryan said, today we are giving the people their money back, adding that a typical family would average about $2,000 in tax cuts in 2018.
|

All right, a couple of breaking news a couple of breaking news stories here.
Heaven alive. | ||
This comes from Josh Rogan at the Washington Post, who actually, I think Josh Rogan is one of the most fair-minded liberals that I've ever seen at the Washington Post.
But he writes an opinion piece, and I don't understand how this is an opinion.
Opinion, Trump administration approves lethal arms sales to Ukraine.
Again, this is just coming down to me here.
Again, I don't know how that's an opinion.
I haven't read the story yet. However...
Uh, yeah. | ||
I mean, clearly Putin is the one telling Trump to do an arms deal with Ukraine.
Oh, yes. | ||
That makes all the sense in the world for the Russian asset Trump to be approving a lethal arms sale to Ukraine, which is an opinion piece from Josh Rogan at The Washington Post.
I haven't read that yet, but again, I found that odd.
And then you have Glenn Thrush.
Back in the news today with his sexual assault allegations, the good liberal over there at the New York Times, Glenn Thrush, suspended But now we go back to Tyler Nixon.
And Tyler, I know you wanted to show the audience that postcard.
But before we reveal that postcard, that piece of history there, I have to get your legal take on this.
Now, as far as I know, and I'm assuming this is the case, there is no legal precedent when it comes to tweets, essentially, when it comes to things that you tweet.
I'm really not sure there's any legal precedent there because I don't know if you've heard this or not, but Rosie O'Donnell may or may not have committed a felony on Twitter today when she tweeted a bribe.
Bribing Susan Collins and Jeff Flake, $2 million apiece, to vote no on the tax bill.
Now, you can go look at those tweets.
She's such a moron. | ||
She hasn't even deleted them yet.
But, I mean, I've got the law right here, bribery of public officials and witnesses.
I could read from it, but I did earlier.
I'm sure you're familiar with this, but again...
No, I've got it right. I've got that up here as well.
It's 18 U.S. Code, Section 201, which is...
It's a bribery of public officials and witnesses, and it says, whosoever or whoever, directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers, or promises anything of value to any public official or person who has been, you know, which means a congressperson, or offers or promises any public official or any person who has been selected a public official to give anything of value to any other person or entity with intent, A, to influence any official act.
She didn't qualify it at all.
We know she's a comedian.
We know the context. We know she's an idiot.
And she's a screecher. | ||
I honestly feel like there was a collective psychotic break that happened when Donald Trump got elected.
These folks, they're so out of touch with reality in their manic, megalomanic, I would say, just...
I don't know. It's like this.
They feel they have license with Trump to do anything, to say anything.
No, that's what it is. | ||
See, you just hit it on the head.
These liberals have been beyond reproach, untouchable for eight years under Obama.
And now all of a sudden they're seeing pushback.
And I think you're hitting the nail on the head.
They're literally going into this tizzy because they're actually getting pushback.
They're desperate. I mean, they're honestly – unfortunately, I think there's a whole generation of people that grew up under Obama's administration, grew up politically in some sense, if not came of age.
And I think that they honestly were lulled into this sense that, oh, it's just going to go on this way forever.
We're just going to have this slick – B.S. artist of a president who spouts the type of rhetoric that we want to hear, who pushes constantly the leftist agenda, who's able to sort of be the darling of the mainstream media and the mass media, constantly stroking him, constantly propping him.
Constantly pushing his agenda and, you know, conversely, constantly bashing the opposition, constantly vilifying, demonizing those who would oppose, you know, the dear leader at this point.
Well, they lost their dear leader.
Their dear leader stand-in, Hillary Clinton, was, you know, destroyed basically by Donald Trump, I mean, for all intents and purposes.
And let's face it, regardless of what the actual national popular vote was, The fact that the odds against him to win means he destroyed her.
You know what I'm saying? It doesn't have to be a landslide for him to have destroyed her.
She had every advantage you can imagine.
She spent close to two billion dollars, probably five times what he did, which is unheard of in American history.
It's usually been sort of neck and neck or close to it as far as what the major party candidates spend ultimately for the campaign.
But, you know, she was destroyed.
And, you know, we see this also in the national security complex and what's resulted out of it with the Russian collusion, delusion, fantasy versus trying to cover up their actual national security crimes and abuses of power that make Watergate look like tiddlywinks, frankly. And then I think Same thing we see in sort of the leftist hive mind, the havens of leftist thinking, that they cannot believe it happened.
They're still just like, I think they're in a daze, really.
And it's almost like a psychotic break.
Yeah, they're stunned and they're in this psychotic break.
And people who are in shock act in many different ways.
Some people just become almost catatonic.
Others lash out and totally lose it.
And I think that's what we've seen a lot of in the last year and a half.
And I think the build-up to it over two years of the campaign set them up for even worse.
You know, I just, their tears are delicious.
I'm sorry, they just are.
Oh, believe me, I go right to the source, Tyler.
I go right to the source. Yeah, we should get a product line in there, leftist tears, you know, bottled up for your delicious Christmas present.
Are you telling me I need to take an empty water bottle out now when I go to these protests in case one of them starts crying and I get to collect the tears?
Well, you know, I think we'll manufacture something that's not actually, you know, the secretions of leftist street dogs.
But, you know, whatever.
So I'm going to show this real quick because this was what Dick Army passed around.
Or actually, it was Citizens for a Sound Economy.
This is 1995, so I'm dating myself here.
But let's see. I can't really see if you can see.
There you go. Yeah, there it is.
Form 1, individual wage tax, 1995.
Yep, there it is. And what they did was they bumped up the personal allowance was $22,700 for married filing jointly, $11,350 for just a single person, which obviously would probably amount to close to $20,000 today if they were to just have a single exemption or one single deduction.
At any rate, it would be difficult because you would have to eliminate the mortgage interest tax deduction and a bunch of other deductions that have been embedded in the American economy and that people are used to and they will not want to see go away, and I think are somewhat beneficial in the context of the larger Byzantine tax code that we do have.
You know, what I want to see next and what really needs to happen, Owen, is spending cuts.
We really need to get spending under control.
There's been no talk of that whatsoever.
Where's the slashing and burning of these ridiculous, massive, bloated, useless, wasteful bureaucracies in Washington, D.C., the Department of Education, the Department of Commerce?
I'm Rick Perry and right now I'm forgetting the rest that should be cut but like I guess you tell the one you know go by the ones you keep the Department of Justice the Defense Department you know I mean past that as a libertarian I don't know what much more you need really but you know that's what we need to get to next because the deficit is still there and the debt of course is really still there and God forbid they start pushing you know interest rates get a little out of control We'll have a situation 20 years from now where half the federal budget just goes to debt service.
And it's unsustainable.
I mean, we're on that path now.
I don't know what they're thinking.
And the problem is when, you know, you collapse an economy, when the currency collapses, essentially, because they've literally printed too many dollars and spent too much money into oblivion.
And they literally are foisting that onto the next generations, not just in terms of an actual debt on paper, but in terms of just the economic collapse and the horrible outflow, the product of that profligate spending.
I mean, this is sort of this is the Democrat way.
This is the leftist way, which is like spend, spend, spend for the now, now, now, because we're here.
We want the money. | ||
We want the political advantage.
We want to be able to get everybody on board.
And who cares what happens years down?
Who cares what happens two, three generations down the line?
I mean, they talk about trying to create a progressive society for the future and so forth.
Well, they're progressing this society and our nation into debtor's prison, ultimately.
I mean, you get to a point where we owe the Chinese so much money.
We're really—it's perilous, and I'm just a little bit miffed that nobody is really talking about this.
Where are the fiscal hawks on the spending side?
So, you know, we'll see who steps up maybe in the next Congress.
I don't know. It was really exciting— One thing that has kind of happened here, though, is, you know, you mentioned those departments, the DOJ, you know, the FBI. I mean, they're being exposed right now, too.
You know, not that there aren't good people there, but, you know, I mean, they've been exposed.
Where's the oversight? No, I agree.
And now they've been exposed.
Well, they've been tainted.
They've been corrupted. They've been abused.
And, you know, the I think the really it started under the Clintons.
I mean, when the Clintons came into power, You have to understand, I mean, I wish there were folks at your age and younger who could have experienced politics back in the 1980s and the 70s and 80s.
Yes, there was partisan combat, but there was a seriousness to it.
People took their jobs seriously, and I think most public servants were earnest people.
And you know what? I'm starting to feel that again.
I felt that today with these tax cuts.
I'm starting to see that coming from these congressmen, especially if we elect a good congress in 2018.
Tyler, thank you. | ||

Let's make talk radio great again.
This is The War Room. | ||
Don't you dare, don't you tread on me.
If you are a regular audience member of The War Room here, live, 3 to 6 p.m.
Central, Central at warroom.show, infowars.com slash show, you know that I regularly visit with Paul Nealon and that I regularly visit with Dr.
Shiva Ayyadurai, both running for Congress here in 2018.
And it was just the other day when I, I think it was last week or so, when I had both of them on, and then someone had a great idea.
Why don't you get both of them on at the same time?
So that's what we did. | ||
And now Shiva and Paul both join me now.
Guys, thanks for joining me. Great to be here, Owen.
Thanks for having us. Alright, so this is going to be fun.
Obviously, the big story right now, guys, has to be these tax cuts.
The biggest cut coming to corporations going from 35% to 21%.
But there's a lot of other ripples in this deal, such as kind of a repeal of Obamacare.
It's going to expose the high tax rate of states like New York and California.
Shiva, let's start with you.
You're out there on the East Coast.
What are you hearing right now about the tax bill?
What's local media reporting?
What do you think about this?
Shiva Ayyadurai. Well, Owen, you know, the traditional sort of liberal establishment obviously will attack this tax bill saying it hasn't done enough.
But one of the key things that I like about it is particularly the lowering of the corporate tax for small businesses or LLCs.
You know, typically the pass-through income on those businesses, like if you're a startup company, I think that's extremely valuable because it's going to really drive innovation.
It's really going to support small businesses, starting up small businesses, and supporting their local innovation.
Ultimately, in the United States, we have anywhere between 15 to 20 small businesses.
That's what really drives innovation and growth.
The other side of this is in Massachusetts, Elizabeth Warren's policies, which supported Dodd-Frank, actually destroyed over 1,200 community banks across this country.
And community banks are really the fuel that supports small businesses.
So that still needs to be addressed.
And Dodd-Frank never addressed that.
But I think the whole notion of really supporting small businesses is extremely favorable in this bill.
Yeah, and especially even with the big corporations getting that tax cut, the hope is that manufacturing comes back, more jobs come back.
You know, Paul, one of your biggest campaign messages has been to cut taxes.
You've been all about cutting taxes.
You tweet about it all the time.
This has been one of your strongest points.
What are your takeaways from the tax bill that got passed today?
Well, I think Dr. | ||
Shiva hit really on the head of a good point.
Equalizing small businesses with large businesses is a very, very critical piece of it.
This tax cut doesn't go far enough to motivate multinationals, American corporations who have factories in China to repatriate those jobs back to the United States.
That would need to be somewhere 15% or lower in order for that to happen.
But Trump could fix that with a And I really strongly believe in the scaled tariff concept, which basically says if somebody is manipulating their currency or they're otherwise waging economic warfare against the United States, tariffs are a very useful way to do that.
And the history of the Republican Party is protecting American jobs, as opposed to, let's say, NAFTA. And in my book, Wage the Battle, I talk about The terribleness of Trans-Pacific Partnership.
And if you look at these huge trade deals, I'll start with one.
In the 1980s, we passed a free trade agreement with Israel.
It's 15 pages long, roughly.
And fast forward a decade, NAFTA, 1700 pages.
Fast forward two more decades, Trans-Pacific Partnership, if they had got it through, would have been 5,500 pages.
And I'm glad that Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin said, I'm not going to vote for this unless they equalize small business and big business.
And that was extremely important.
And the reason he did that is because he's run businesses like me.
I ran Fortune 500 businesses around the globe.
I've shut down two Mexican factories and one Canadian factory and bought all those jobs back to the United States.
And you know, those jobs are still here.
I've saved failing businesses.
There's a business in North Carolina that was closing down in 2005.
While you're talking about this, and I want to hear from Shiva too because he has experience too, specifically though, talk about while you were starting those businesses then with the current tax structure versus what you would have been experiencing, say, doing that in 2018 with the new tax structure.
Well, one of the big things, Owen, is I run right now three different companies.
You know, they're S-Corps or they're LLCs.
All of this will basically benefit from this tax structure.
The key thing is most small businesses were not hiring.
We were not. Basically, we were doing a lot of things because the amount of money that was being taken away from us.
To essentially not hire people on W-2s, for example, right?
Because you're not incented to do that and give benefits, etc.
This is one of the most critical things.
The related thing to this as a small business person is the immigration process.
The American worker has been completely devastated by the policies of the liberal establishment over the last 30, 40 years, which has essentially incented people to get people in on H-1Bs Which has essentially supported the hiring of illegal aliens and using that group of people to support votes.
And that's why the Democrats really like many of the immigration sanctuary city policies.
And this is concomitantly tied to tax policy.
Is how we deal with immigration.
So I think the key thing is when you really lower the tax structure for SMBs, what I call small, medium businesses, you're really initiating people to start hiring.
You're starting to support people to start reinvesting.
It really does reinnovate, you know, invigorate the economy.
And that's what we really need to do because ultimately it's innovation is what drives the economy.
All the businesses that I've started Oh, and they've actually come out of things that I've created, invented, you know, be it at MIT externally, and then taken to market, being a practitioner, taking those products to actually be used by people.
And that's a very, very difficult process.
One thing is to be a mad scientist, you know, inventing something.
The other thing is to take those products, hire salespeople, hire people to push your product out there.
And tax policy significantly supports that.
And I think to Paul's point, you know, obviously, you know, the 15 percent, you know, many of these countries move their money abroad because the incentives they have, particularly on dividend payouts, you know, the taxes are much, much lower on when you do dividends in other countries, like particularly Ireland. To lower that to below 15 percent, I think, is also the right direction at that par because that incents people to also repatriate their money back.
Do you concur, Paul, that this is going to ease a lot of stress on small businesses to expand?
Oh, absolutely. It will absolutely do that.
The question becomes, okay, this is a tax cut for businesses.
And I do believe that it will create jobs.
The thing that it's not, though, is tax reform.
Because the tax code, they started with, I want to say, 72,000 pages.
It's longer. And the way we know it's longer is because if it were shorter, they would be telling us, they would be screaming it from the mountains that, look, we took this from 72,000 pages down to 50,000, 20,000.
They did none of that. It's probably 80,000 or 82,000 pages now.
And what you see the picture of there is Trump cutting Trump.
Regulations from agencies.
Yeah, and this is something he does a lot with optics, with these regulations and stuff, where he just stacks the paper up on a desk.
It's awesome. He said, I will cut two regulations for every one new regulation.
And it ended up being 22.
Yes, he's up to 22 to 1. | ||
And that is in Congress.
The reason Trump had to do that and the reason the administration has to do that is because Congress outsourced their role to the administration.
They basically passed so many laws and so many things that give special interest money.
Very few large corporations were paying the 39% rate.
They had loopholes. | ||
And the reason they put it so high is so that you have to basically pay We're about to go to break here.
Again, Paul Nealon and Shiva Ayyadurai on with us.
We're about to go to this break here.
But it's going to be interesting to see how this does play out.
I mean, will these businesses, you know, start manufacturing in America again?
We'll be right back on the other side.

Yeah!
Tell us about all the stuff you said that there's so many things that are in it.

|
InfoWarsLife.com. Thank you, Dr.

Thank you so much for all your work, sir, on this great product.
|
Zero Democrats voted to lower taxes.
Instead, they were busy pushing the narrative that the sloppy bill is a Frankenmonster set to benefit only corporations and the rich.
unidentified
|
But are they really just worried about a legislative accomplishment that will translate to more cold hard cash for middle class pockets?
According to the Independent Tax Policy Center, 80% of taxpayers will get a tax cut in 2018.
Only about 5% will pay more next year under the GOP plan.
With approval from both chambers likely, the biggest overhaul of the U.S. tax system in more than 30 years could be signed into law by President Trump before the end of the week.

It's the most wonderful time of the year.
With the kids jingle belling and everyone telling you be of good cheer.
It's the most wonderful time of the year.
Hard to say it's not the most wonderful time in eight years.
10 years, 20 years, I don't know.
Here we are in the fight for our republic and we have a president that is actually with us, not out to screw the country over.
It's really amazing. We are speaking right now with Paul Nealon and Dr.
Shiva Ayyadurai. Both are going to be running for Congress in the midterm elections.
Shiva running against Elizabeth Warren.
Paul running against Paul Ryan.
And I want to stay with tax cuts here for another segment, guys.
We're seeing the reaction, well, we saw what the Democrats were doing before the vote today, saying that, you know, it's going to kill Americans, these tax cuts, saying it's only for the rich, these tax cuts, going with the same liberal talking points.
But I want to start with you on this one, Paul.
This to me was a huge legislative victory for Trump today.
A huge legislative victory for the Republicans today.
And I think that more than anything, that's why the Democrats are so upset.
They didn't want Trump to have any victories.
They wanted him to go over and he keeps having these victories.
So they can't actually attack what's actually in this tax bill.
And they really aren't.
They just kind of have these very shallow arguments.
I think they're just totally flabbergasted at the victories Trump is having.
Well, yeah. God bless President Trump.
I'm thrilled. I do feel like this is a double Christmas with him in office.
I mean, look at this thing up over my head here that one of the guys in my district made for me, this Trump plaque.
I mean, look, I'm thrilled with President Trump being out there and decimating the laughter.
These guys are attacking.
They're calling everybody Nazis and racists and just everything under the sun because they really have nothing, right?
They're trying to run actually now on we want more jobs and we want lower taxes and we want to do things for...
They're basically trying to co-opt Trump's platform.
They have no good message because now they're blasting...
Our job creating, they're saying, oh, Obama did all this and Trump's just getting the benefit of it, which is laughable.
President Obama was driving this country into the ditch, into the sewer in the ditch.
And luckily, Trump got a hold of the wheel and we're back out on the road again.
And we're seeing GDP numbers that we could only dream of during COVID. Both really the Bush and the Obama presidency.
So we are going up and I'm thrilled about it.
Now Shiva, you actually are going to be running against one of those Democrats that is calling foul over the tax cuts, Elizabeth Warren.
What about the people in Massachusetts though?
What has been their response to this?
unidentified
|
What are you seeing locally? Well, it's interesting to ask that, Owen.
You know, this past weekend, Elizabeth Warren was speaking at Gloucester High School.
It was one of her quote-unquote open forum town meetings.
So we're on the ground pretty much every day.
I'm going to be going on the ground in a few hours.
So we went to one of the local malls, we distributed flyers, and we took our bus up to meet Elizabeth Warren.
And we gave out our flyers to about 800 people who were leaving her event.
And then one of the police, in fact the police were very supportive of us because a lot of the police are essentially Trump followers, So they said, hey, you know, you guys should go and get a picture with Elizabeth Warren.
So we waited in line. And the interesting thing was right as we were about to go on the stage, she directed people not to allow us on stage.
Now, what's fascinating is this was supposed to be an open forum, and I wanted to ask her some questions.
One of the things during her talk was she talked about how— Because she won't talk to you.
She won't even talk to you. So you've got to slip in at a public forum.
We're her worst nightmare because the establishment Republicans in the mass GOP, and as you know, we have a fake Trumper here, these guys have no intention of winning.
So I'm the only guy who actually wants to defeat her.
So one of the interesting things was when she was talking to this audience of primarily a lot of quote-unquote liberal drones, she was talking about how awful this tax cut was.
So I yelled out, hey, why don't we tax Harvard?
Now, here's a woman who's part of Wall Street, essentially, because Harvard runs the largest hedge fund, a $45 billion hedge fund, which she's a part of.
If she benefits from, that's where her salary of $350,000 a year comes from.
And yet Harvard has not paid a single dollar in tax.
There's actually a bill in Congress right now, which is, in fact, to tax The two tax, essentially, universities and their endowments.
And I'm very supportive of that because the universities like Harvard are essentially running as a fake university, have not paid a single dollar in taxes, and they're essentially, in this case, a $45 billion hedge fund.
So when you really look at someone like Elizabeth Warren and the policies, they're fundamentally hypocritical policies.
I talked earlier about Dodd-Frank, which was supposed to really take away power from big banks.
It actually supported the large banks and took away power from small community banks, destroying essentially 1,200 of them.
So you go on and on and on down the line, Owen, and essentially what you're looking at is a hypocrisy.
And I think Trump's getting this tax cut through, you know, lowering these regulations.
Every day Trump is in office, every day he gets anything through, which the liberal wing of the establishment, as well as the Republican establishment, does not want, is a win for this country.
And it gives us forward momentum.
So that's why I pointed out the small business tax cut.
Obviously there's other things that could have been done better, but that is a huge win for America.
And we need to have this forward momentum for a president who's essentially fighting a massive establishment of Democrats and Republicans who do not want him to succeed at anything, including Paul Ryan up where Paul is.
Yeah, and I was just going to say that because, Paul, you're going to be running against Paul Ryan.
It sounds to me like you want even more tax cuts.
If you do get in, you'll push for even more tax cuts.
But Paul Ryan, to me, I feel like he gets kind of a bailout right now with this tax cut because...
Here's a guy who failed to get Obamacare repealed all those years he was in office.
He didn't do anything to push Republicans into repealing Obamacare.
Now Trump fits it in with this tax bill with the mandate being repealed essentially.
You don't have to pay it. Paul Ryan kind of gets a bailout here.
How are you going to hold his feet to the fire on this?
Well, that's a great question.
And the answer is... It had to come out of the Senate.
Paul Ryan did not stand his ground and say, in this tax cut, we are going to put in there this provision that says we're nuking the individual mandate.
Paul Ryan didn't do that. He waited for the Senate to do something.
And it really is disingenuous to say, well, we passed this bill before and the Senate didn't pass it.
That's why I didn't put it in there.
No. If you are carrying the torch, if you are carrying the burden for the people who elected you, then you keep going back for that fight.
But Paul Ryan doesn't go back for that fight.
Paul Ryan doesn't even have the fight.
And the same thing that's going on with Dr.
Shiva, and man, I'm telling you, I empathize with your situation.
I got locked out of an event here in my district by the Republicans.
They didn't invite me. | ||
So I paid for my own way, and they emailed me and said, we're going to refund your money because we don't want you coming.
And do you know that was the best thing?
Because people in the district, Republicans in the district who said, you know, I wasn't going to vote for Nealon, but now I'm going to volunteer for his campaign.
They said that because, yeah, look at that, that picture you guys have up there right now.
It's my lovely wife and I with the governor.
I mean, I was an absolute supporter of the Wisconsin GOP. I went out and campaigned for these guys.
And they loved me when I was supporting them.
That's the amazing thing to me about both of you guys.
We're about to go to break here. The amazing thing to me about both of you guys is the ground game is strong.
You're reaching out to the people.
You're actually out with the voters.
You're not too high and mighty for them.
You say, I'm one of you. That's the big difference here.

All right, I've I've got two massive trolls here.
Let's start with this one.
If you watched the speech today on the Hill with the tax cuts, Tim Scott was one of the speakers and one of the men that was complimented by President Trump on his great work.
So Andy Ostroy, I don't know who this guy is.
What a shocker. There's one black person there, and sure enough, they have him standing right next to the mic like a manipulated prop.
Way to go, Senator Tim Scott.
Hashtag Trump. Hashtag tax scam bill.
Well, Senator Tim Scott decided to troll this guy and hit back pretty hard.
And he says... And that exposes the liberal mindset right there, folks. They are the real racists.
Then you have this! I mean, you want to talk about master troll manipulator.
President Trump threatens to cut aid to countries that oppose his Jerusalem decision.
Let them vote against us.
We'll save a lot. We don't care.
So he already wanted to pull all this funding from the UN and all of this, and now maybe he has his excuse.
Folks, we've got Paul Nealon and we've got Shiva Ayyadurai on us, both running for Congress in 2018.
And the only way that this is possible for us to have these great guests at the same time and do this broadcast is because of your support at InfoWarsStore.com.
We've got crews that work these shows that make it all possible, and that's why we need your funding, because we want to continue to expand.

Everything I just mentioned is 50% off.
The entire store has free shipping right now.
And let me just say one thing as you guys continue to support us and help grow our platform.
I think that we're building essentially a new platform.
I'll just, I'll come out.
It doesn't sound good, but we're building a new media government complex here where we're deciding who gets elected.
We are vetting these people.
We get the guests that are going to be elected to the next Congress.
We get the guests that are willing to come on here and say the things that need to be said because they're brave and because they're patriots.
And we hope with your support, you spread these names, you spread these videos, you spread these links, you spread their campaign sites so that we can get a Congress elected that is going to back Trump's agenda and is going to have real talk, real discussions on real issues in this country.
And so with that, I go back to Paul Nealon and Shiva Ayyadurai.
Guys, there was one thing I noticed today while you had all those congressmen and President Trump out on the Hill celebrating the tax bill.
There felt like a lot of camaraderie, like a lot of patriots that had been in there really trying to fight for this country, but have never really been able to to get one in, have never really been able to make the buzzer beating shot.
And it felt like a lot of them felt that way today with the Tim Scott speech and all the others.
I feel like there's a new wave coming.
This was actually your guys' idea to do this joint interview, to have both of you guys on at the same time.
Are you kind of seeing now that there's a camaraderie up and coming with the people that are trying to get into Congress in 2018 to drain the swamp like other members that have been on the show?
We've got Carla Spaulding down in Florida.
I mean, is there a camaraderie?
I'll go to Shiva first. Are you seeing this?
Not with just Paul Nealon here, but are you reaching out to other people that are running for Congress right now, too?
Yeah, I think, Owen, what's happening is within Massachusetts and externally, there's a growth that's explosively growing of this new idea that we need to have a new American Revolution.
President Trump's win was extremely important, of immense historic value, because what it did was he essentially was a new shot, which I've said before, that was shot like in Lexington, which essentially was a necessary disruption, which has enabled people like Paul and I and others to start coming together People actually work for a living, like the president and others.
I think Paul's an engineer.
I'm an engineer. People have actually produced stuff, created businesses, and that was really the intention of the founders of this country.
It was supposed to be everyday people participate, and then they go back to work.
And that feeling has been extremely productive in the camaraderie that's building not only among people like Paul and myself and others, but a whole bunch of people are now expressing interest in wanting to actually participate in governance.
You know, our campaign is fundamentally founded on the notion of declare your independence.
Like Paul, you know, we attempted to work with the mass GOP, but they have no intention of defeating Elizabeth Warren.
They work in collusion with her.
They're essentially two wings of the same establishment.
So our campaign for declare your independence is really like a dog whistle that's really waking up people.
There's 2.3 million independents in Massachusetts who've always had to choose the lesser of two evils.
And that notion of choosing the lesser of two evils with President Trump's win is literally galvanizing a whole set of people to say, look, I don't need to choose the lesser of two evils.
I'm going to choose the right person.
Forget which party that they're labeled on.
I'm going to look at really at their policies and the rational talk that they do.
And that's really what's going on, Owen, and it's a very, very exciting conversation.
You know, for example, we've exposed Elizabeth Warren on the Monsanto issue.
You know, typically that's a lefty issue, but we have all of these people are saying, wait a minute, here's a woman who claims that she's against evil corporations, yet she supported the Monsanto Protection Act, voted for it, and we expose that at a very deep level.
And then you also, don't sell yourself short here, you also got her a Christmas gift, the Monsanto Death Star.
You literally bought a star for Elizabeth Warren.
It's the Monsanto Death Star.
But do you think that's the biggest difference here, Paul, is the big difference that these new American patriot candidates are not going to the GOP to get into office.
They're not going to the establishment.
They're not going to the big donors.
They're going to the people.
They're running ground campaigns.
unidentified
|
Is that the difference here, Paul? Yeah, that's a great meme you just put up there.
I'm sorry. There it is. | ||
That's awesome. Pocahontas to the power of two.
And this woman gets away acting as though she's the fighter against big corporations.
One of the things is, when we started attacking her over and over again, Monsanto, finally she gives a speech a week ago claiming she's against a Monsanto-Bayer merger.
And Tom Feelpot at the pro-democratic Mother Jones then gives her coverage acting as though she's a fighter.
And this is how these guys work.
They seek to co-opt the real fighters, like Paul and I and others, with fake fighters like Elizabeth Warren.
And that's the real fight here, to continually expose them at every step of the way.
And that's what we're going to be doing. And that's what gets really exciting, and I think people are ready for that, Owen.
And the people are seeing it where you're coming from, Paul?
Yeah, absolutely. In fact, you know, the very interesting thing here is...
Dr. Shiva is as close to a brother as I could have, right?
From another mother. | ||
I mean, the guy is for lower taxes.
He's suggesting, I'm going to tax a fake hedge fund, also mislabeled as a university.
The second half of that is, he wants to reduce total taxes, which none of this tax reform actually did.
They didn't cut spending anywhere.
The federal government is seven times bigger, seven times bigger than when FDR was president.
You mean to tell me they couldn't find anywhere to cut?
It's absurd. President Trump has suggested places to cut.
He suggested cutting money to the State Department.
They didn't want to cut money to the State Department.
But an engineer like Shiva, like myself, like Peter Thiel, like other folks who have created wealth and created new things are hugely positive for this country.
It doesn't matter that his color is not the same as my color and maybe his religion is not the same as my religion.
But I'll tell you what, I am not going to...
I'm not going to not go after somebody because their color's different or their religion's different.
If they are going against America first, I'm going to go after them.
And the big thing here is, it's time to, you know what, you want to drain the swap, it's time to stop electing career politicians.
And that's why you two are the big difference here.
You're not career politicians.
Final segment, on the other side, don't go anywhere.

The War Room. | ||
Infowars.com forward slash show.
Final segment here of The War Room.
Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones from everybody here at InfoWars.
Final segment here with Dr.
Shiva Ayyadurai and Paul Nealon both trying to make Congress great again in 2018.
We're going to get some final thoughts on some other subjects that they want to talk about.
I know that Dr. | ||
Shiva is about to talk a little bit about net neutrality, just kind of In the range of that subject is this story today.
Facebook giving the U.S. government more and more data, and it basically breaks it down.
Now, this is no secret. It's just amazing to me What is on your mind today about net neutrality?
Yeah, I think, Owen, let me just take one step back.
I think the key things that are driving this campaign, our campaign, I think very similar to Paul's, is a notion of decentralization of power.
You know, there are sort of four I's that drive our campaign.
You know, innovation, integrity, integration, and independence.
Declare your independence. And those four things are really about decentralizing power away from what, you know, President Eisenhower and later on Senator Fulbright called a military-industrial-academic complex.
Where I'm located here, you know, right now in Cambridge, the sewer that feeds Washington literally is Harvard University.
And what I mean by that, if you look at Massachusetts, rated one of the worst in corruption, worst in public infrastructure, three times the national average in opioid addiction.
And that's brought to you by Mitt Romney.
Charlie Baker, both Republicans, establishment Republicans, and Elizabeth Warren, an establishment Democrat.
All of these people come out of Harvard.
Again, as we shared earlier, Harvard gets away without paying a single dollar in tax, yet these are the people that talk about centralizing power.
They're the ones who supported Romneycare and Obamacare.
So what we really need to understand is these are the people who are the twin heads of the establishment.
So I wanted to give you that background, Owen, because from that background we can look at net neutrality.
What's fascinating about net neutrality is the following.
Over the last year, we've had essentially a ruse, a distraction, to put all the attention on the telcos.
Look, the telcos actually have some level of competition, at least, and they're, you know, the pipe that lets a content developer reach the consumer.
But what's fascinating is the insidious nature of this entire discussion that took place is the real evil people, the real people who are against net neutrality are Google and Facebook.
And they're the ones who have acted as though they're the supporters for net neutrality.
And they've promoted this whole thing to attack the telcos while they hide behind the fact they're the ones who control the gateway to in fact even get on, you know, onto the pipe.
So, you know, 1993 when I started one of my first businesses, you know, you built your local website, you had your local telco and you put it on.
Well, nowadays, all your content essentially on social media, Facebook has monopolized.
Similarly, Google owns the search engines.
They own the index. They manipulate all of that.
Both of these guys are the real criminals that do not want net neutrality.
And as a deflection, they went after the FCC's quote-unquote protection of telcos.
That's really not the issue. The telcos actually do compete, but there's really no competitor to Google and there's really no competitor to Facebook.
So my issue is Google needs to be busted up.
And I'm going to give a talk tomorrow on details of net neutrality.
But this is the not-so-obvious establishment.
Google and Facebook are really the main tip of the spear of the establishment, how they control content.
And if you look at what Google wants to do, they want to do Google Fi right now.
So they want to vertically integrate, Owen.
So they want to own... Oh, vertical integration.
That's what they want to do. They want to vertically integrate.
So the telcos are really their competition, right?
So they put chains around the telcos while they had a free reign to do what they wanted.
And because the people in Congress are not engineers, they don't understand what a search index is, they're able to pull the wool over the world.
You know, whoa, whoa, whoa. What does Dr.
Shiva Ayyadurai know? I mean, it's not like he invented email or something.
I mean, come on. Give me a break here.
But, Paul, you've actually, I mean, Paul got censored on Facebook.
You know, Paul gets no love from the GOP. I don't know if you want to respond to what Shiva was just talking about here, Paul.
We got five minutes left if there's something else on your mind here.
What do you want to close us out with?
Two things, two things that are really important, and they attach to what Shiva said.
So, we have to build a wall.
Let's just start right there.
We've got to build a wall because if you think of how a plumber treats a broken pipe anywhere, they don't grab the mop.
And that is essentially what we're doing with opioid addiction in this country.
We're suggesting that we can treat all of these people who are being addicted to opioids.
Meanwhile, the southern border is wide open.
If you look at the 2016 We have a DEA report on where all of the opioids are coming from.
The illegal opioids, they're coming across the southern border.
We have got to fix the broken pipe.
And that's only one of the two pipes that's broken, or one of the many pipes, is having a porous border.
The other is the illegal manufacturing and selling of opioids.
We believe that they are intentionally losing opioids to And so we are getting prescription opioids on the street when they shouldn't be on the street.
And this is an entire insurance scam.
But that goes back to what you were going to do.
And by the way, I'm not meaning to interrupt you, but this is very key to what you're talking about.
There's also a program where the government buys back Pharmaceutical pills.
So they have no concern.
They can sell all these pills, buy them, sell them, just get them all out there.
And then at the end of the day, they never take a hit because everyone still buys them.
And then the government buys them back from the consumer that doesn't use them.
Yeah, that's right. I'm sorry, Paul.
Concomit with that is you also have the solution that's being promoted for the opioid addiction is methadone.
Mitt Romney aggregated a bunch of methadone clinics at about $715 million and then flipped them shortly thereafter for $1.2 billion.
So methadone is also not the solution.
And you also can look at the other problem, is that if you look at the correlation between opioid addiction and the loss of manufacturing jobs in the United States, they're essentially linked.
Because the depression and all the different problems that got caused by that Steve Bannon has talked about this.
And one of the things is, as Paul said, you've got to have strong borders.
Every human cell has a border around it.
So anyone who studies biology knows that you have to have strong borders.
So our cells are racist. Oh my gosh, Shiva Ayode Ray, cells are racist.
But I think the other thing is that we have to increase the manufacturing jobs in this country.
We have to bring jobs back home.
When you don't have jobs, you create these problems also.
Yeah, and I think that's why Trump thinks bringing these jobs back will help so many of these issues.
People will get to work. They'll start making more money.
And going back to the border wall for a second, Paul, I think you're kind of actually hitting on an angle here that I haven't really thought of as far as the wall construction.
Is kind of getting away from the immigration angle and saying, hey, look, people are just literally carrying burlap sacks of drugs across our border.
You know, that is a great point.
Well, they are. And the last thing that I want to touch on is the talk has really been around the net neutrality.
And I started white knighting free speech because...
We have seen so many people be thrown off of the de facto public square that I believe we need to have one law, one law that says you cannot censor lawful speech on major social media outlets.
And what that would do, you know, this is different than if you send a letter to the editor and they pick the best letters for whatever reason, whatever their criteria is, You are self-publishing on Twitter or Facebook or YouTube.
And when they demonetize you or they throttle you or they stifle your speech, if you look on my Twitter feed, I put out a video and I put out a media release that said, here's how this law should work.
And It's very unobtrusive.
And I think that anybody who argues against this...
In fact, I'm going to blow the Libertarian Party to smithereens with this because...
They're suggesting that, well, they use the my private business meme.
When in fact, if you look at, there are so many businesses that are already regulated.
In fact, I've got an oxygen sensor to put on my truck here in a few minutes.
Not in this outfit, by the way.
Yeah, you can't even build a warehouse without having to meet a bunch of regulations.
No, you have hardhats out in construction sites.
You have all sorts of regulations on food and beverage manufacturers.
Well, I'll tell you what, Paul, we've got to take a break here, but I think that the big link in that case is what they did to Gab.
As soon as they erased Gab from the marketplace, I think that that's when the case really got hot.
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai running against...
Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai running against the fake Indian.
Paul Nealon running against Paul Ryan, the swamp creature.
Thank you guys so much for joining me today.
That's great stuff, guys.
This is how we're going to make Congress great again.
Stop electing career politicians.
