[00:00:52]  The unrighteous frequently seem to fare pretty well in this life, and so many often mistakenly conclude that judgment is a myth.
[00:01:02]  These people misinterpret the patience and grace of God in delaying the day of judgment to indicate that it will never actually take place and that they have been granted a license to sin without consequence.
[00:01:14]  However, the biblical account of the flood serves as a warning that the righteous judgment of God is imminent.
[00:01:21]  In light of this, we must accept the means of escape which God has graciously provided.
[00:01:27]  God graciously provided one means of escape.
[00:01:31]  from his global universal judgment of the flood during the days of Noah.
[00:01:37]  That one means of escape was the ark.
[00:01:40]  God so too has provided one means of escape for the final judgment that is imminent and coming.
[00:01:46]  It will be a historical judgment.
[00:01:49]  It is an actual date that is fixed in the decree of God.
[00:01:53]  It is coming.
[00:01:54]  It is not a metaphor.
[00:01:55]  It is literal and it will be universal and none will escape unless they lay hold of the one means of escape which God has provided.
[00:02:04]  In the days of Noah, that one means of escape was the ark.
[00:02:07]  In our day, that one means of escape is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
[00:02:14]  There is one way of salvation.
[00:02:16]  Jesus is the only God, the only savior who is powerful to save us from the judgment of God, which we deserve.
