Tonight, the crew has returned from their investigation into the death of Justice Scalia.

As soon as this man's name came down over the wire, this place should have been locked down.
They should have called for an investigation.
They should have done an autopsy, toxicology, and all of that.
Instead, they take the body and drive it to El Paso.
Now, we have an investigator in El Paso right now who just spoke to the mortician who did the embalming.

Veteran homicide investigators all across the country have some very serious questions about the way local and federal authorities in Texas handled, or better said, mishandled, the death of Supreme or better said, mishandled, the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
With confirmation that he was found dead last Saturday morning with a pillow over his head and his clothes unwrinkled, Retired police detectives nationwide began to look into the case and then publicly expressed their concerns that the official investigation and handling of the case has thus far been a complete disaster and highly unusual.
In fact, it was former head of criminal investigations for the DC police, William Ritchie, who told the Washington Post, my gut tells me that there is something fishy going on Well, you could say that again, and how's this for a botched investigation?
You have a Supreme Court Justice who died mysteriously on his bed in a far-off remote location, the Cibolo Ranch and Resort in Marfa, Texas.
The owner of the ranch is Texas millionaire John Poindexter.
Shown here shaking hands with President Barack Obama.
And that's because Poindexter is also a huge financial donor to the Democrats and a big time Obama supporter.
He also happened to be the first guy to discover the body there at the scene of Scalia's death.
It was Poindexter who then called the local authorities.
He told them that Scalia had died and they officially declared that he was dead over the phone without an official medical examination.
No autopsy was ordered for the Supreme Court justice.
Presidio Judge Cinderella Guevara pronounced that Scalia had died of natural causes.
The death certificate will say that he suffered a heart attack.
Remember, there was no medical examination, but they're going to tell us that it was a heart attack.
And there was also nobody there to examine the body who was trained in homicides.
So nobody there to look around and see if there was any foul play involved.
Very strange.
I guess we're supposed to just take their word for it.
Poindexter said that there's no doubt in his mind that there was no struggle and that Scalia died peacefully in his sleep.
And you know what?
Maybe he's right.
Maybe Scalia did die of a heart attack in his sleep.
I mean, the guy was 79 years old, so it could have happened, right?
But any reasonable law enforcement agency, they would have immediately set up a crime scene, and then they would have launched an investigation into his death.
In fact, they broke Texas law by not following standard operating procedures.
I believe that in this day and time, with someone as important as a sitting justice on the Supreme Court, that you would have such a haphazard death investigation.
And that was former head of the Homicide Division in Washington D.C., William Ritchie, with a big WTF thought bubble over his head.
Look, Scalia held one of the most important positions in the world and there's no doubt that he has some very powerful enemies.
There needs to be an investigation and they should have done an autopsy.
Upon hearing Scalia's death due to natural causes, most people brushed it off.
He was 79 years old.
But then the fumbling of the details began.
Presidio County Judge Cinderella Guevara pronounced Scalia dead due to natural causes without seeing the body or even ordering an autopsy.
If you believe that, you ought to go back to monarchy that the people are such sheep.
That they just swallow whatever they see on television or read in the newspapers?
And the highly decorated Vietnam veteran and prized Democratic Party donor and Cibolo Creek Ranch owner, John Poindexter, continually changed his story until he finally blurted out that Scalia was found with a pillow over his head and the sheets were unwrinkled.
The Washington Post reports, quote, William O. Ritchie, a former commander and former head of criminal investigations for D.C.
police, wrote, You have a Supreme Court justice who died, not in attendance of a physician.
You have a non-homicide-trained U.S.
marshal tell the justice of the peace that no foul play was observed.
You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of a heart attack.
What medical proof exists of a myocardial infarction?
Why not a cerebral hemorrhage?
End quote.
Any signs of strangulation uncovered by a mandatory standard autopsy, such as patechial hemorrhage, would have sounded off alarm bells.
Yet an autopsy of one of the most powerful people in the United States was neglected.
Meanwhile, towns like Fowl Furious, Texas shell out money they don't have to perform autopsies on illegal aliens.
The meager funds that Brooks County accumulates from their property taxes and funds given to them by the state of Texas and not the federal government go here to bury undocumented migrants crossing illegally across the border just 60 miles south a day's walk To their deaths of dehydration.
The effective tax rate cannot exceed 80 cents.
And the effective tax rate at that time would have been 97 cents.
So we had to reduce our budget by 17 cents.
Because it cannot go over that, and that's by law.
Compounded by the amount that we spend, and that figure is dealing with autopsies, it's dealing with the wear and tear of the vehicles, the sheriff's department, the JP's, the magistrates, the death certificates, all the paperwork that's entailed, getting out to these areas that are very, very remote.
I personally have been taken to pronounce a body when the sheriff officer with me says, oh, there went the transmission.
Currently, it may not appear that Scalia's suspicious end at a West Texas resort amounts to much to the average citizen, 32% of which have never even heard of him, according to a Gallup poll.
But in the months to come, if all goes well for Obama by way of a corporacratic faux-Republican majority in Congress and Obama's go-it-alone approach to the executive office, Scalia's death will be regarded as the final nail to be driven into the Federal Republic of the United States as Obama transforms the United States into a unitary republic, legally ruled by an all-powerful central government.
It's always suspicious when a judge, at any level, gets killed.
Because judges sit in a position where they make decisions that can destroy people's lives.
And so they make a lot of enemies in the course of their work.
But when you've got a Supreme Court Justice, this Supreme Court Justice is deciding the life and death of entire industries.
He's deciding the life and death of global agendas.
Exactly.
And as a matter of fact, he just had a decision like that a few days before he died.
Shutting down all the carbon plants.
No, we're going to defend the Second Amendment.
No, we're going to control the border.
No, we're not going to let the TPP run everything.
And they went, oh really?
You're dead!
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
That is what is very suspicious.
Because you've got him being involved in something that is not only shutting the coal industry down, but that decision that they made to put a stay on Obama's EPA orders to take down the coal industry also had massive impacts on their whole climate change agenda.
So that decision wasn't just of national importance, it was of international importance.
And the globalists, according to the Financial Times of London, have spent more than $60 billion the last 20 years pushing the global warming carbon tax bull.
And he just shot it down.
And so maybe it's just a message to the rest of the court.
You do what you're told or you're going to end up with a pillow over your head.
That's right.
Scalia had some very powerful enemies.
And if this was indeed a hit job, well, it certainly would send a powerful message to anyone standing in the way of the globalist agenda.
Perhaps Scalia felt as if he was one of the untouchables.
What can he do to me?
Or to any of us.
We have life tenure.
And we have it precisely so that we will not be influenced by politics.
By threats from anybody.
What the hell is this?
It's a Sicilian message.

And it gets even more suspicious when the people out there in Presidio County won't talk to anybody.
When the people in charge of the case refuse to answer questions.
When they don't participate in interviews.
And when they turn their backs on our cameras.

To me, this looks like a cover-up.

She says we can talk to the local paper.

She's given them a statement.
She's not going to talk to anyone else except the local paper.
I wonder what their relationship is.
But she doesn't have a relationship with us.
She doesn't want us to ask her any questions.
That's what this is all about.
Meanwhile, InfoWars reporter Joe Biggs also on the scene investigating all this.
Well, he talked to a former deputy from the area and he says that the way local authorities handled the Scalia case was very irregular.
So why do you think the ball was dropped, so to say, in dealing with Justice Scalia?
You know, there was a body in a room at the Cibola Creek Ranch.
No one was there when this happened, from what we've been told.
Someone walks in, they see this guy laying there with a pillow over his face, over his head, however you want to put it, and the sheriff initially comes in, they call a few judges.
No one can make it out.
They contact the judge here, and she does an over-the-phone thing.
Now, what would have you done differently?
Again, I would have quarantined the area.
Sorry, gathering the bed sheets, the pillows, everything that was there as evidence to get sent off to the labs for testing.
And I would have requested the judge to give me an autopsy.
See, this is the situation we have.
You have a case where an illegal alien comes across the border.
It's mandatory standard operating procedure for them to cordon off that area, gather evidence, submit that evidence, and then get a request or contact and try to get an autopsy done.
And then we have this man Antonin Scalia, who is a Supreme Court justice who was found dead at a ranch known to hold celebrities.
And this is not done.
This is extremely irregular.
Yes, I would have to say it is very irregular.

Like you said, I mean, hopefully if you can win this race, you can become sheriff, you can make sure that these kind of situations and scenarios will be dealt with properly.

And of course, Alex Jones, who the Washington Post says is the vector of universal conspiracy theories.
They are trying to discredit and ridicule anyone who dares to question the official narrative of the bizarre and strange circumstances surrounding the death of Justice Scalia.
See there, they even put us alongside space aliens and a group of wackos who think that Leonard Nimoy faked his death to join the Illuminati and kill Obama.
I guess we're supposed to be with that group.

For the few who have seen them, they're known as the 28 pages.
In those pages are names of people who allegedly helped the Al-Qaeda killers, but who have never been held accountable.
Potential sources of foreign support for the September 11th hijackers.
Classified by the Bush administration.
Why the 28 pages remain hidden from the public remains a mystery.
We know the 28 pages from Senator Graham and Senator Jones that have seen it, and military we've had on that have seen it.
It says Saudi Arabia ran the attacks to blame Iraq.
That was always the plan.
And then our own government, bare minimum, stood down.
And of course it was more than that.
But we have the fact that it now, to a great extent, was an inside job.
I have read the 28 pages and the 28 pages have nothing to do with national security.
Nothing.
I wouldn't be standing here.
It's all about relationships and involvement in 9-11.
I want those documents declassified.
I'm embarrassed to be associated with a work product.
That is secret.
I am convinced that there was a direct line between at least some of the terrorists who carried out the September 11th attacks and the government of Saudi Arabia.
He called it a smoking gun.
And he went on to say the reason for this cover-up goes right up to the White House.
This is sort of shocking when you read it.
As I read it, we all had our own experience.
I had to stop every couple pages and just sort of absorb and try to rearrange my understanding of history for the past 13 years and the years leading up to that.

What do we know is in the 28 censored pages of the 9-11 report?
People that have seen it said it would bring down the whole system.
I've met with and talked to multiple members of Congress who read it.
They are convinced the American people need to see it.
It has to do with information which is not convenient to the White House, either White House, the Clinton White House or the Bush White House.
And it has to do with an ally, but since it looked the other way, it allowed a lot of support for the terrorists who conducted the attack.
We're here today to call for the release of those 28 pages.
The survivors, civilian heroes, and families of the victims of September 11th terrorist attacks, some of whom are here today, deserve the full truth.
We cannot let page after page of blanked out documents be obscured behind a veil, leaving these families to wonder if there is additional information surrounding these horrible acts.

He's backed out of that event and we know he did because what happened was is Matt, my cameraman and I, we were at a Rubio event earlier in the day.
Trey Gowdy, Tim Scott, Senator Tim Scott from South Carolina and The governor of South Carolina, they were all tied at the hip with Marco Rubio all day long.
Well, Tim Scott and Craig Gowdy for sure showed up at that event last night, and they were willing to be surrogates in Marco Rubio's place, and to the event of the credit, to the credit of the organizers of the event, they said no because they had disallowed a surrogate for Jeb Bush days ago.
They said no, we're not having surrogates.
So the big angle is Rubio in no show, chickens out of the bait.
The headline is, Rubio peed his pants.

You know, he's famous for being absent on Senate votes.

I'm David Knight, your host, and joining me now is Wayne Madsen as well as our reporters who went with us to West Texas to investigate the hotel where Antonin Scalia died.

Before we get into the Scalia death and the investigation that we did there, Wayne, I want to ask you.
What do you make of the fact that Donald Trump is now talking about the missing pages from 9-11?
Well, he's certainly talking about something that no other candidate would even think about delving into.
Most of all, Jeb Bush.
Oh yeah, oh yeah.
He avoided that.
His family, of course, has a lot of reasons to keep that information secret.
I think Trump is starting to even be more open about what he thinks about What's wrong with this country that even H. Ross Perot was?
Oh, I think so.
Very much so, yeah.
Perot, of course, also fed on a lot of discontent.
But Trump has done a couple of things here that I think are interesting.
Not only is he basically overthrowing the Republican Party establishment, and Sanders is doing it for other reasons on the Democratic side.
But he's also, he was ruled out by all the political professionals last year.
Every time he made some controversial statement he said, that's it, he's done.
When he went after McCain and other things.
He's probably going to destroy the professional political consultants.
The advertising, political advertising consultants, because he's... Oh yeah, it's not having any effect.
They've spent hundreds of millions of dollars for Jeb Bush.
He came in with this massive war chest that that was supposed to scare all the competition away.
He's spent most of it now and it hasn't done anything for him.
Absolutely.
Trump says he spent five million dollars, whereas Jeb has wasted 140 million at least.
And if this is the case, if Trump wins South Carolina, which it looks like he's going to do, and grabs another 50 delegates.
He's unstoppable.
And in the future, people will say, why do I need these political, professional hacks, the Carvilles and the Karl Rove's of the world?
All I need is a Twitter account, a Facebook page, and a website.
Because that's basically how he's getting his message across.
I think that's a key part of what's going on with both his campaign and Sanders' campaign.
The fact that people are able to get the news directly, they're able to bypass and are more and more willing to bypass the established mainstream media and get their information directly from the candidates, get it from alternative sources to make up their own minds and do their own research.
And that's really what we're trying to do with this investigation.
I don't have any conspiracy theories about how Antonin Scalia died.
I am skeptic of the various stories that we've heard, which they're conflicting with each other, that have been offered by the government.
I don't think that it, you know, you don't become a conspiracy theorist simply because you're a skeptic.
You want to see a criminal investigation.
Since when is a criminal investigation a conspiracy theory?
It's not.
We should have an investigation to rule out criminal actions.
That's not a theory being offered.
Absolutely.
And the thing is, without the autopsy, there's going to be questions obviously raised.
And even those who are dismissing the idea that there was foul play involved are saying, well, why wasn't there an autopsy?
There's so many aspects to this story.
But even the Washington Post, which only really exists in Washington, D.C., to shoot down alternative explanations for news events.
Even they're saying, what was the purpose of this get together?
36, from what we know, males show up on the long Valentine's Day weekend, it was President's Day weekend, at this secluded ranch out in the middle of nowhere, where you have to sign a waiver over the medical issue There's no medical.
You have to sign a waiver.
All of us had to sign a waiver when we went in there saying that we acknowledge that there's no medical help for ours.
We know that people are coming to this ranch to engage in physical activities like whale hunting, horseback riding, ATV riding, okay?
All of this stuff.
So all of that brings to question the stories about his particular health, okay, that we've heard, as well as what was really happening at the ranch.
And you've got a story about that.

Give us your quick take on what you think behind the Trump exposure of the missing pages, calling out the Bush family for being liars about the weapons of mass destruction.

I think it's exceptionally great that he is doing that.
You know, I was more, like you said, on Rand Paul's side, and now that he's out, there's really nowhere else to look other than Donald Trump.
And the fact that he's coming out, he's willing to put himself out there, make himself a target, and he has made himself a target by bringing up the situation with the 28 pages.
It's unprecedented to see someone like this, a candidate running for this position, for President of the United States, and seeing him coming out, hitting hard, going after the Pope when the Pope attacks him, you know, going after the Bush family, going after the Clintons.
You know, I'm moving up too as far as, you know, my wanting to back Donald Trump.
I think he's doing some amazing stuff now, you know, his unfiltered view on the world and how he gets up there and says what he wants.
I believe he's going to do some great stuff for America.
What do you think?
Yeah, I think it's really key that he's got a very unfiltered view of the world.
I mean, most politicians, when you see in a general election, there's always something that's off limits for all of them to talk about.
I think even in the 90s and 92 when Bill Clinton and George H.W.
Bush were running against each other, they had a gentleman's agreement not to talk about the sub scandal they had going on in Arkansas about guns.
And I think it was at the time that that's what it was.
But it's yeah, it's great.
He's talking about 28 pages.
That's typically something that's completely off limits for any politician, no matter what kind of election you're running to talk about.
I mean, even like in a local like county commissioner, you can't talk about 9-11.
You're going to get run out of office.
So he's really kind of pushing the Overton window, like I've said before, about what he what politicians are are allowed to say.
That's not going to kill them in the election in the polls.
Yeah, it's weird because anytime I've ever spoke to any kind of political person, it's always got to be off-record.
They'll kind of be like, you know, we watch your show, or, you know, we agree with this.
This is the first time I've seen a candidate, someone in this position, with this kind of power, this kind of social pull, so to say, to actually come out And hard charge these issues, really important issues that Americans should be concerned about.
I mean, the fact that he's saying, hey, if I if I'm elected president, I'm going to give you the information.
You're going to know who brought down those towers.
And like you said, Iraq, Saddam Hussein, nothing to do with it.
I think the key thing, let me break in here quickly, Joe and Kit.
I think the key thing with this, too, for me is, as I said before, I'm very much interested in shutting down the attacks on our civil liberties.
But where did they all begin?
They all began with 9-11.
That was always the basis for, well, we have to take all of your freedoms, we have to shut down the Constitution, because 9-11.
If the people understand that they have been lied to, that the basis of the security state Is a lie.
That is huge.
And so, that is a key thing.
If he will attack on that particular basis and say, you've got these pages that you're not releasing, let us see that.
And he's already called out Jeb Bush on lying about weapons of mass destruction.
It's amazing to me that he would get booed for that at the GOP debate because everybody knows that it was based on a lie.
Do you think it was a smart play though, David, for him to come out now and say that?
Or do you think he should have waited until, you know, maybe after he wins the election possibly?
No, I think he should do it right now because I think it's going to, look, when he called out, regardless of what happens with the 9-11 issue, a lot of people, most people don't realize there are missing pages from the 9-11 report that had not been released.
They don't realize that congressmen have wanted to see that as well.
So I think that's very important to get that on the table.
But everybody knows that the weapons of mass destruction lie, the basis of Iraq, they all know that that was a lie.
To call him out on that, Gives him stature that he did not have before in a lot of people's eyes.
In terms of my viewpoint, it gave Trump a great deal of stature to call out Jeb on those lines.
What do you think, Wayne?
Well, think of something else here.
Trump is a major real estate developer in New York City, especially Manhattan.
He's been in this game for a long, long time.
He knows all the players.
He knows a lot about the World Trade Center from the time it was being built.
And so, you know, we have Bloomberg, for example, threatening to get in because he doesn't like Trump.
Yeah.
And Trump doesn't really care for him, I guess.
