[02:08:27] And Barack Obama brought together China, Russia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States and the European Union to enforce a nuclear deal that restricts Iran's enrichment of uranium. [02:38:53] Almost every Democrat voted against, with the exception of John Fetterman, who voted in favor of the resolution. [02:39:02] Or rather, I have that reversed. [02:40:42] 375,000 of his new ALP pouches, which are about to be released. [02:40:49] Timing is very interesting, isn't it? [02:40:52] Apparently, this happened sometime between Tucker's interview with Mike Huckabee and the war beginning in Iran. [02:41:00] Some say this is part of a pattern of burglaries of celebrity products. [02:41:05] I'm not so sure about that. [02:41:08] He's put out a $100,000 bounty for information leading to the culprit behind it. [02:41:14] I think that's something the FBI or the CIA should maybe look into because that's pretty disturbing. [03:12:28] And the IDF would shoot them in the back of the head, shoot ordnance at them and blow them up. [03:13:04] And he began to protest. [03:13:06] He got up in the middle of the hearing and said, We don't want to fight for Israel. [03:13:11] And then something that I have never seen happened. [03:13:16] Capitol police ran and jumped on this guy, literally knocking people over, seated beside him, out of the way, violently grabbing him, throwing him to the ground, shaking him, literally dragging him out of the hearing. [03:13:33] I've never seen anything like that. [03:13:36] Have you ever seen a BLM protester get handled that way? [03:13:40] When the illegal immigrants, when they protest inside the congressional office building, do they ever get manhandled like that? [03:13:49] I've never seen anything like that. [03:14:39] It says, quote, Senator Tim Sheehee, the Republican from Montana, helped U.S. Capitol police officers arrest a man protesting the war in Iran at a Senate hearing on Wednesday. [03:14:51] Sheehee said on X, Capitol Police were attempting to remove an unhinged protester from the armed services hearing. [03:14:58] He was fighting back. [03:14:59] I decided to help out and de-escalate the situation. [03:15:03] Yeah, you're really macho. [03:15:05] You're really brave shutting down that Israel-critical protester. [03:15:09] What a hero you are. [03:15:11] Capitol Police identified the man as Brian McGinnis of North Carolina, who now faces three counts of assault on a police officer, as well as three counts of resisting arrest and crowding, obstructing, and incommoding in the unlawful demonstration. [03:15:26] McGinnis is running for the U.S. Senate in North Carolina as a Green Party candidate. [03:15:30] He is a Marine veteran. [03:15:32] The incident happened during a Senate Armed Services subcommittee hearing. [03:15:36] Sheehi helped remove McGinnis, who at one point wrapped his hands around the room's door. [03:15:41] Yeah, so it was his fault. [03:15:42] Sheehi said in his post, this gentleman came to the Capitol looking for a confrontation and he got one. [03:15:48] I hope he gets the help he needs. [03:15:50] McGinnis said in a video on Wednesday morning, I'm here in D.C. trying to speak out against the Senate and ask why they're going to send our men and women into harm's way when our elected officials said it would be no world war. [03:16:04] Anybody who feels disillusioned and betrayed by our government, you're not alone. [03:16:07] Join us in demanding accountability for this betrayal. [03:16:10] The Capitol Police statement called McGinnis an unruly man starting an illegal protest during a hearing, putting everyone in a dangerous position by violently resisting and fighting our officers' attempts to remove him from the room. [03:16:24] Not what happened at all. [03:16:26] By the way, he didn't violently resist. [03:16:29] He did resist. [03:16:30] He tried to remain in the building, but he wasn't throwing punches or elbows or kicks. [03:16:34] He simply tried not to be removed. [03:16:37] It was actually Capitol Police that were extremely violent. [03:16:40] He's the one with the broken hand. [03:16:43] And to me, does this not say it all? [03:16:46] This is a U.S. Marine. [03:16:48] This is somebody that voluntarily risked his life for our country, wears the uniform, shows up at the Senate, which, by the way, this is the people's house. [03:17:08] This is a constitutional government. [03:17:10] It represents us. [03:17:12] We are in a war right now that nobody voted for. [03:17:16] This is a war that was launched illegally by the President of the United States without a declaration of war, without a vote. [03:17:39] So not only did he launch the war without any kind of congressional authorization, no authorization of the use of force, no formal declaration of war, he also did it unilaterally in contravention of his own campaign promises when he was elected. [03:21:48] The resolution failed, largely along party lines. [03:21:52] It was every Republican, with the exception of Rand Paul, that voted for it, or rather voted against it, against constraining Trump's ability to continue the war. [03:22:03] And it was every Democrat that voted in favor of it, with the exception of one, John Fetterman. [03:22:07] And this is the story from CNN. [03:22:10] It says, quote, Republican senators rejected a war powers resolution on Wednesday requiring the Trump administration to seek congressional approval before continuing military action against Iran. [03:22:21] One Republican, Kentucky's senator, Rand Paul, joined the Democrats in voting for the resolution. [03:22:27] Democratic Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania joined Republicans to vote against it. [03:22:33] The Senate Majority Leader John Thune had argued that Trump did have the authority to order strikes on Iran, despite the fact that the military operation was not put to a vote in Congress. [03:22:45] And this is arguably one of the most damning aspects of all of this. [03:22:51] Just whose decision is it to go to war in Iran? [03:22:55] Again, because you have no authorization from Congress. [03:22:59] And last time I checked, we do have three co-equal branches of government, and Congress is one of them. [03:23:05] And that is the representative body. [03:23:09] Trump goes into Iran unilaterally, not only without authorization from Congress, but again, explicitly promising the people who voted for him, that gave him the office, that he wasn't going to do it.
