Good evening everybody!
You are watching America First.
My name is Nicholas J. Fuentes.
We have a great show for you tonight.
Very excited to be back with you here tonight on Friday.
We have a lot to talk about tonight.
Lots to get into.
We have another update on the ongoing Great Patriotic War that Russia continues to wage against the evil Empire America.
In Ukraine and our featured story is about how Facebook and Instagram have now changed their terms of service and rules to permit their users to threaten violence against Russian people and the Russian government.
So as you know, Facebook, Instagram, like all other social media, their terms of service prohibits people from threatening violence.
But as of this week, they changed that, and they changed that specifically to allow people to threaten violence against Russians in light of the war.
So we'll talk about the rule change.
Pretty sick stuff.
Pretty sick.
You know, if they were changing the rules about anybody else, they would call it another Holocaust.
But because it's the Russians now apparently that's okay.
We can threaten to kill them all we want.
So we'll talk about that.
We'll also be talking tonight about DuckDuckGo, which is a Google alternative.
It's supposed to be a free speech search engine, free speech alternative to Google.
But now even they have come out in this past week and said that they are going to downgrade so-called Russian misinformation or propaganda in their search results.
So if you go and look up any kind of information on the Russia-Ukraine war, DuckDuckGo is going to curate the results for you based on the kind of information contained in those results.
So Russia Today, I assume, and other state-sponsored Russian media will be pushed to the back and State Department propaganda, US and British propaganda will be put at the front.
Duck, duck, go!
That's supposed to be the free speech alternative to Google is now putting in place the exact same policies as Google.
And it seems like that's every, every one of these big tech alternatives, they all do this.
It's honestly, it's a giant scam is what it is.
With the exception of Gab and Cozy, every other one of these alt tech platforms is just a giant scam, because they always do this.
This was Getter, of course, Parler, even Rumble.
You know, Rumble's a livestream video platform.
Even they had to accept a Terms of Service to bring Trump onto the platform.
And, you know, what good is an alternative to Google when, at a time like this, they're not going to allow free information?
So we'll get into all that.
It should be a pretty good show.
I'm exhausted.
It's been a long week.
My first week back.
First full week of shows in a long time and honestly I'm tired.
I'm tired.
It's a grueling schedule.
I've been working all week.
I've been on the phone all week.
I've been unpacking.
Doing this show.
Been playing a lot of Valorant.
This UX man... Oh my...
I love this guy, but this stream has caused a lot of headaches for Mr. Businessman over here.
unidentified
Sheesh.
nick fuentes
You know, now I'm beginning to understand why every other platform censors.
Now I understand why the world is so gay.
Because man oh man, I mean this stream that this guy did, I got people calling me all day.
Oh, what's this about this stream?
This is a hate raid platform.
This and that.
Media requests and all kinds of stuff and I'm putting out all these fires all day because of this one duck man, this little ducky man, this man in a duck costume.
You know, freedom and fun comes at a price.
unidentified
Comes at a price.
nick fuentes
Oh boy, no more monkeys jumping on the bed around here because I keep getting hassled over this.
But it's worth it.
But it's worth it, and we love them.
We love them!
We love you, X, and it's totally worth it.
But man, what a long day because of that.
We love it!
We implemented a report function and we take this very seriously.
I told you yesterday, we take these reports very seriously.
There were hundreds and thousands of reports that a streamer on the Cozy Platform by the name of UX Was spreading vile bigotry and hatred on his stream yesterday using this platform to spread hatred and negativity and evil in the world and we take this very seriously.
We take the safety and the trust of this community very seriously and particularly the most vulnerable among us.
The homosexuals, transgenders, blacks, Jews, women, we take all of this very seriously.
So in response to your concerns, which are extremely serious and valid, we've implemented a report function on the site.
You'll be able to report any channel and any replay of any video if you see any of this bigoted, hateful content.
And believe me, our trust and safety team will be reviewing Every report and we will be monitoring all future streams to ensure compliance with our terms of service I can assure you when you type of those reports.
We are absolutely receiving them.
And the community can be assured that every report that is written out, no matter how lengthy it is, we are receiving those.
We are, in fact, they are coming to us.
They are being delivered to us.
We are definitely getting them.
And they are not just remaining on your browser.
If anybody suspects that this is the case, this is totally, rest assured, rest assured.
We take this very seriously.
They are, in fact, leaving your browser, and they are arriving on our end, and we are getting those.
And it's all in an effort to ensure the safety of the global population, and particularly the Jews.
And we need to ensure that what happened during the Holocaust can never happen again.
And, you know, really every day here on COSI is a Holocaust Remembrance Day, and I hope everybody will join me in never forgetting the atrocities of the Holocaust.
We take it all very seriously.
So all of your reports, Holocaust, we'll be reading them to ensure safety and humanity for our democracy.
It's who we are as Transgender black homosexuals here on the platform.
So thanks everybody.
Thank you You know, thank you for your patience with us.
We're a new and growing platform The Holocaust is very present in our minds.
We strive to prevent it at all times We know the six million died for democracy a hundred thousand years ago and we know it's our duty and it's our obligation to step up.
It's time for us to step up, do the right thing for humanity.
And that is our mission statement here at COSI.
So I hope everybody is confident in our process.
I hope that will inspire some confidence that, you know, here at COSI, we take all of those concerns very seriously.
As I said, we are absolutely receiving and reading them.
So thank you very much.
But yes, UX, he remains on the platform.
He's been a real naughty computer boy.
Real naughty.
But we gave him a good talking to.
We reminded him of the consequences of trolling and harassment.
It can lead to another holocaust.
He now understands the stakes here he understands the gravity and the risks associated We gave him a very thoughtful little educational seminar on What can happen?
The kind of Adolf Hitler type things that can happen with that kind of bullying and harassment.
It's just not okay.
It's 2022.
It's just not okay.
It's just not okay anymore.
So thank you for joining us in our mission to free the world of vile antisemitism.
Thank God for this platform.
But anyway, we're just having a little fun here.
We're just having a little casual Friday.
Now that that serious portion is out of the way, we're gonna have a little casual Friday fun.
Wow, thank God it's Friday.
It's been a long week.
I'm so ready for the weekend.
Remember, no meat.
I hope you're not eating meat.
It is the Lenten season.
We're not eating meat.
I had a pizza.
You know, that's a fun Lenten thing.
Order a pizza every Friday.
There's no meat on Friday.
So here's a fun twist.
Order a pizza.
You know, it's your Lenten fast.
No meat.
Just order one 12-inch pizza for one individual.
You know, and there's your Lenten meal.
So I had a pizza with spinach and ricotte.
That was my Lenten Meal very delicious.
I had a can of Pepsi and this is this is all you know, and it's all very consistent.
So I hope you're not eating meat.
I'm just hanging out here.
Like I said, we're gonna have a casual chill low-key stream here this Friday before we get into our news.
Honestly, it's kind of a slow news day.
That's why I'm procrastinating a little bit because it's really not much going on.
The war is underway.
The war is awesome.
I mean, well, I should rephrase that.
Let me retract that.
War is never awesome.
It is never awesome to have death in the world.
And it's definitely not awesome to see videos of buildings being destroyed by missiles and tanks driving around.
There's nothing awesome about that.
Certainly there's nothing awesome about the live footage of a 21st century European war.
Nothing cool about that at all.
But I have to say, I'm really enjoying the developments.
Finally, something is happening.
It's been so long since something cool happened in the world.
And finally, we get something really neat.
And it's also refreshing to see Russia stand up to the evil empire.
Honestly, it really is refreshing to see that.
Because for so long, America, and particularly the American regime, just gets away with everything, spreading their evil around the world.
And it's a beautiful thing to see Russia take a stand.
And I love to see all these all these homos with the Ukrainian pin and like I said all this blue and gold shit stand with Ukraine and all this and it's so awesome that Russia is just bulldozing this country and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
We shut down McDonald's!
We shut down Visa and MasterCard!
And his approval rating went up!
His approval rating went up 10%!
And all these suckers here in America are paying $5 a gallon per gas because the Biden regime is waging this futile economic war against the greatest statesmen in the world?
Simply awesome!
I just haven't even left the house.
I haven't even been driving at all.
I'm not paying for that gas.
I'm sitting here and I'm enjoying the war from home base.
And...
I was going to say something else, I just lost my train of thought, but what was I going to say about Russia?
Totally forgot.
Whatever I don't know it's like I said it's been a long week long day but we're happy we're happy finally something cool is happening but before we get into the news I just want to remind you follow me on gab and telegram links are down below follow me here on the cozy platform right here cozy dot TV slash Nick to get a push notification whenever my show begins what the hell was I gonna say I totally forgot I don't know But it is a very patriotic war.
I really do believe that.
These guys are heroes.
These Russian soldiers, they're heroes.
Vladimir Putin is a hero, and I love to see it.
It's so awesome to see something like this in the 21st century because we were supposed to believe that nothing cool could ever happen again.
And now something cool is happening.
Finally, one country is going to take a stand, not be bossed around by the Jewish West, not be bossed around by the World Economic Forum.
And also, here's a little something for the haters.
You know, some people have been saying, oh, Russia's part of it.
Russia and China, they're part of this globalist regime.
They're part of the West.
Well, as of today, Klaus Schwab has expelled Russia from the World Economic Forum.
So, for anybody that was saying, oh, Russia's fake, Russia's part of the system, screw you.
You're wrong.
They just got kicked out of the WEF because they're standing up to the satanic world order.
People are posting Z. Yeah, can we get some Z's in chat?
Can we get some Z's in the live chat?
Get the Z's up!
Post Z if you support.
The news are President Putin... Can we get some Z's going?
In case you don't know, Z has become the new symbol of the Russian campaign.
I don't know... No one knows really what it means, but it's been appearing all over Russia.
Yeah!
unidentified
Yeah!
nick fuentes
Let's go!
unidentified
Look at that!
Oh, I'd love to see that.
nick fuentes
Look at all the Z's.
Yes!
Get the Z's going in the live chat.
Let's show Zelensky, let's show the Ukrainian dogs that we support the Tsar.
Let's get those Z's in chat.
Oh yeah, let's show that dog Zelensky who's boss.
unidentified
He is a dog.
nick fuentes
Comparing himself to Churchill.
You know, he is like Churchill.
In a bad way.
I hope Zelensky surrenders.
Zelensky must be crushed.
Zelensky and Kiev will be crushed.
There's no resistance.
No running.
Pretty awesome.
Pretty awesome.
It's an inspiration.
He's truly inspirational.
He's following in the footsteps of Stalin in the best possible way.
Putin following in the footsteps of Stalin.
Another great patriotic war.
And he will emerge from this after two decades.
Two decades of leadership.
And Russia will once again be a world power.
Really, you love to see it.
So, it's inspirational.
unidentified
But, anyway.
nick fuentes
We're going to move on.
We're going to get into the news.
I'm trying to remember.
What was that thing I was going to say earlier?
I totally forgot.
It was about Putin and... What was it?
Was it the... I covered the WEF.
unidentified
I don't know.
nick fuentes
Whatever.
It's just one of those things.
When you're 23, you just start forgetting things.
Anyway, so we'll dive into the news here.
Yeah, I don't remember.
Okay.
So, OH!
You know what I was gonna say?
I was gonna say, how about Madison Cawthorn?
Can we get an M in chat for Madison Cawthorn?
Did you see this latest development?
I put it in my telegram the other day, but he really pleasantly surprised me.
I've been critical of Madison Cawthorn, you know that, and I've been skeptical about a lot of the things that he's said and done since getting into Congress, like divorcing his wife after eight months, but He put out a statement the other day where he said Zelensky is a thug, he said Zelensky's a dirtbag.
I'm paraphrasing here, but he said something like, Zelensky's a Western dirtbag and he'll be grouted at the heel of the new Tsar Putin.
He said something to that effect, something like that.
And I saw this clip and I was like, you know, say what you will about Madison, but that was a really brave and bold thing to say.
That was really fresh and a bold new flavor.
Really crisp and I really love to hear that.
I was really pleasantly surprised because you don't really hear that too much from all these rhinos.
You know, these rhinos will never stand up to this thug, this Western dog, Zelensky.
These other rhinos, these cucks in the GOP, they will never support the new czar of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
Finally, thank you Madison Cawthorne, thank you based Madison Cawthorne, for standing up for Russia.
We really appreciate that.
We really appreciate you.
We really appreciate Madison Cawthorne taking a stand for Russia.
I mean, God bless.
No one will step up to the plate.
Nobody will stand up for their rights.
And we just appreciate that Madison has the courage to do that.
No one else has the fortitude to get up off the couch, get up off their seat, and take a stand for what's right.
unidentified
No one else can do that.
nick fuentes
So, you know, Madison, he's really courageous.
Really courageous for doing that.
Anyway.
He really knows how to roll with the punches.
And I know he's gonna get a lot of heat for that.
He's gonna get a lot of criticism.
But he really knows how to roll with the punches.
Rolling right along.
God bless him.
So thank you, Madison.
Thank you, Madison, for backing me up.
I know everybody was attacking me over Putin and based Madison.
Thank you for having my back, bro.
I appreciate you.
You're a real one.
Fellow handsome white man, we appreciate you.
We have to stick together.
Us handsome white men, like you and I, Madison, we're under attack in America.
We have to stand up for each other.
We have to hang together, or they will hang us separately.
You know?
Madison, you know, try as you might.
Run away, but you're a handsome white man.
They'll hate you for that.
And people like us, we gotta stick together.
Madison's more handsome than me.
But he also has some other things going on.
But he's still somewhat on the same page in that regard.
But thanks a lot, Madison.
Thanks a lot for the moral support.
Maybe he speaks at AFFPAC.
You know, hey, I didn't want to say this, but, you know, I was talking to our producers.
Maybe we're going to need a wheelchair accessible ramp at AFFPAC 4.
Don't want to drop any hints.
I don't want to make it too obvious, but hey, I know everybody's been saying, hey, Nick, you're going to need to shell out another $20,000 for a wheelchair accessible ramp at AFFPAC 4.
I said, I know.
We've already made the preparations.
We're already getting the resources together.
For that wheelchair accessible ramp.
Because we're going to need some differently-abled patriots to roll up to our next conference.
unidentified
Just report the white blue and red.
Oh.
It's so wrong, isn't it?
nick fuentes
It's so mean.
unidentified
- No. - So we're enjoying that.
nick fuentes
We're having a lot of fun.
We're having a lot of Friday fun.
Hey, listen, Madison.
Don't take it personally.
We're just having a little Friday fun, Madison.
We're having a little Friday fun.
We want Madison to... I know he doesn't like me, but come on, Madison.
You gotta come around.
You gotta come around.
I'm extending my hand.
Will you take my hand, Madison?
I'm extending my hand.
In friendship.
Will you take my hand?
Will you join the Groypers?
Will you become who you are?
It's your destiny, Madison.
It's your destiny.
You know it's true.
unidentified
Oh no.
nick fuentes
For all the liberal media watching, that was all a joke.
We're not, you know, he didn't say what I said about Putin.
He did call Zelensky a thug, which was epic.
But I'm just saying that to get a rise out of him.
But it's all fun.
unidentified
I'm not saying that in a mean, malicious way.
nick fuentes
Alright.
Okay, alright.
Let's get into the news.
Enough, enough.
Let's dive right into the news.
Let's see what we got going on tonight.
The old Madison Cawthorn.
unidentified
Representative Cawthorn.
nick fuentes
From North Carolina.
He has a little bit of a southern accent.
Little bit of a southern accent.
North Carolina?
The problem is he's a simp, Madison.
Stop simping, my friend.
You know, listen, pal.
You gotta get it together, man.
I mean, if you want to go anywhere, you gotta stop simping.
It's no good.
We hear these things.
We believe in you, Madison.
We believe you can come around.
Anyway, so let's get into our news.
Our first story is about DuckDuckGo and For those of you that don't know, I'm sure you guys are all familiar, but DuckDuckGo is supposed to be a free speech alternative to Google.
It is a search engine, like Google.
And their whole claim to fame is that they are the privacy, in particular, the privacy, as well as the free speech alternative.
Because, of course, Google tracks you, you know, they track all your search queries, they track your location, they track your credit cards.
I mean, they track everything.
And in addition to this, they also now will curate the search results.
So for certain keywords and things that you might search on the Google search engine, they will manually determine what results you see.
And they also, of course, devise the algorithm that determines what you see for every other search query.
And so DuckDuckGo is created to get away from those problems.
It does not have the censorship, or so they say, of Google.
And they also don't spy on you like Google does.
But that all changed this week when DuckDuckGo put out a statement and they said that they would actively be targeting Russian disinformation and pushing it further down in the search results.
And this is the story.
It says, quote, from National File.
It says, quote, DuckDuckGo, a search engine dubbed by many as the free speech alternative to Google, has announced that it will be taking steps to combat Russian disinformation.
The move was announced by DuckDuckGo founder Gabriel Weinberg in a tweet.
Gabriel Weinberg.
You know, you just can't seem to get away from these people.
It's kind of interesting how that works.
Gabriel Weinberg.
Weinberg wrote in a tweet, quote, Like so many others, I am sickened by Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the gigantic humanitarian crisis it continues to create.
At DuckDuckGo, we've been rolling out search updates that downrank sites associated with Russian disinformation.
Further down in a Twitter thread, Weinberg said the company would be downraking sites associated with disinformation.
Weinberg did not make it clear what the company considers to be Russian disinformation.
Several narratives that have come out of Ukrainian media since the Russian invasion began have been debunked or called into question, such as the ghost of Kiev and Snake Island stories.
Weinberg's statement did not address the possibility of Ukrainian or Western misinformation and disinformation being disseminated and spread online through DuckDuckGo, rather that they would use news modules and information boxes to highlight quality information for rapidly unfolding topics, which means censorship.
All of that is a roundabout way of saying censorship.
We are going to curate the news.
We will determine what information that you see.
That's what that means.
Highlight quality information.
What does that mean?
What is quality information?
Quality information means it came from the State Department.
It came from CNN.
It came from the Washington Post.
That's what that means.
And highlight means they will prioritize that.
The algorithm will prefer that.
And those will be the highest traffic search results on the search engine.
So in effect, what he's saying is I will control what people see.
I will control what people see about the conflict.
That's what it is. - highlight quality information about rapidly unfolding topics.
But of course, they never will censor State Department propaganda.
That is a lie, like this article says.
They're not going to do that with the ghost of Kiev and Snake Island and this stuff about, oh, they destroyed the Russian Air Force and all this other crap.
No, no, that's...
That's not disinformation.
Those are oopsies.
Those are rumors.
That's still high quality information.
The disinformation only comes from Russia.
Anybody that is pro-Russia is just spreading disinformation.
And that will just be suppressed.
Of course.
It says DuckDuckGo, which is headquartered about 40 minutes outside Philadelphia, has been marketed as a privacy alternative to Google.
The search engine has gained widespread popularity among Western political dissidents in recent years who use it due to its lack of algorithmic suppression that is common with Google.
DuckDuckGo also markets its commitment to privacy and seeks to guard users from personalized search results based on collected data.
DuckDuckGo's move follows the general crackdown of U.S.
and European companies against Russian interests.
Russian nationals have been barred from air travel to and from the U.S.
and the European Union, while various Russian exports have been banned across the world.
On the tech front, Russian gamers have been barred by Xbox and Sony after requests from the government of Ukraine.
So, it's DuckDuckGo now too.
And you know, it really defeats the purpose of having these alternatives if they behave in the exact same way as the mainstream company.
Why even do you have DuckDuckGo if they're suppressing Russian information during a critical time like this?
You do not need DuckDuckGo in peacetime.
You don't need DuckDuckGo to look up recipes about chicken pot pie.
You need DuckDuckGo for exactly these kinds of circumstances.
The point of having a censorship-proof platform is not so that people could say the N-word.
It's not so that people can show nudity.
It's not so that people could, even to some extent, say a right-wing political narrative any day of the week.
The purpose of these kinds of platforms is specifically to be a platform for information that is contrary to the establishment agenda.
That's what it's for.
Free speech, all these other arguments, That's really, at the end of the day, just a cover for the fact that we are seeking a platform where we can disseminate thought, opinion, narrative, and information that goes contrary to the agenda of the elites.
It's really that simple.
The security apparatus in America, which is comprised of the Pentagon, the intelligence agencies, the bureaucratic state, to some extent the defense contractors, the broader military-industrial complex, they understand that part of our security is control of information.
Like, they understand this.
They know that The political narratives that dominate the conversation, controlling that, managing that, that is part of our security posture.
And they write about this.
The Atlanta Council puts out papers on this.
State Department, United Nations, Department of Homeland Security, they all put out bulletins and papers about exactly this.
That part of securing the homeland is controlling the political narrative.
And they've talked a lot about this in the past year, ever since January 6th.
They said that part of their security strategy is to embed confidential informants, to spy on dissidents, to monitor the emergence of fringe or extreme narratives, because, and I think this is correct actually, from their perspective, they know that if a lot of people in America start to believe that, hey, the whole government's corrupt, And the government's illegitimate and, you know, the Russians are right and all this.
It is going to undermine the State Department policy.
It is going to undermine America's ability to project power and have credibility on the world stage.
Absolutely.
And so the American regime, public and private, has been in the business of managing opinion for as long as the security apparatus has been around.
But particularly in the age of social media, they've been doing this.
And they do that by controlling what's on TV, they control what comes out of Hollywood, they control what can be printed.
And lately, in the past seven years, they've also been controlling what's online.
And so the State Department, the intel agencies, the Ivy League schools, and the social media companies have been working like this to control emerging political narratives.
And so this war over free speech is really anything but.
It's really anything but.
It is more about fighting in this information war and being able to tell the truth, but it's a particular kind of truth.
It's the ability for us to disseminate information, again, opinion and narratives, that the State Department and the intel agencies and big tech are suppressing because that would undermine the power of the American regime.
That's ultimately why we do this stuff.
That's ultimately what that's all about.
I don't think the State Department, at the end of the day, and Twitter and all that, I don't think they really care so much...
That you make a racist joke.
They may care about that for purposes of monetizing the platform, for advertisers, like that's certainly valid.
And there is a broader political agenda about making us think a certain way.
But big picture stuff?
It's a security problem.
It is a security problem to have unfettered information and political narratives in the global village, which is the global social media.
That is why they have such a vested interest.
That's why they care so much.
That's a big part of why they control the financial system for the same reason.
The reason you need to show an ID to open a bank account is because they know that if just anybody opens a bank account and you can't track that, anyone can access the power of money.
Once again, that could be used to undermine the security posture of the American homeland.
So you have all these tight controls over finance.
It's the same thing with regards to speech.
It's the same thing with regards to political narrative and discussion.
So the point I'm trying to make is these cutesy free speech platforms...
It doesn't matter if every day of the week it's a free speech platform, if on the day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, they're suppressing so-called Russian disinformation.
Because it's made.
It's made.
So that when Russia invades Ukraine, it can be a place where you can get the real story about the most consequential topics in the most consequential time.
We don't need a DuckDuckGo if they do this at this moment.
We don't need a getter if getter bans Russia today at a time like this.
It's not to say that we can't make use out of these platforms.
We should instrumentalize these platforms for our purposes to the extent that we can, like we do with the others, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook, and all the rest.
But it is to say that it really defeats the purpose of their stated goals.
The goal is not to create a free speech platform so you could Google, like, QAnon stuff or whatever.
It's so that when false flags happen, when something big like this happens, when the cataclysm arrives, that is going to change the political dynamic fundamentally.
When the thing arrives, it's going to undermine for once and for all the credibility of the institutions.
It's for that moment.
so that people know People know where to go, where to find it, and the consciousness can be raised.
That's why you have these things.
So if it's not doing that, it's failing, just stop.
Just don't do it.
Stop making things like that.
Weinberg, I mean, really?
Gabriel Weinberg with DuckDuckGo.
Oh, and by the way, Russian disinformation, really?
So thank God for Gab.
Gab appears to be the only platform that is not censoring Russia.
Telegram, Gatter, DuckDuckGo, they're all censoring Russia. - Bye.
And it seems like Gab is the only one.
And that's critical.
But that is really what all of this censorship business is about.
And you know what?
And I'm going to say this, and this may sound controversial, but hear me out first.
When you look at it this way, the actions of the government become actually very rational.
their response to 1-6 becomes actually rational when you look at it from that perspective.
In the sense that America is a global hegemon.
America projects power all over the globe, and we've got many adversaries, and our adversaries do try to undermine our security.
Often it is defensive, but yes, Russia and China and our adversaries, Iran, they are trying to undermine our security.
And when they see someone like Trump, who is a disruptor and shaking things up, and then there's a siege at the Capitol, When the Justice Department rounds up all those people and throws the book at them and throws them in jail, it's actually an extremely rational response.
Because they have to demonstrate for the same reason that Obama had to follow up the red line in Syria in 2013.
For the same reason that Trump had to strike Syria in 2017 in April.
For the same reason he had to send out carrier strike groups and all the rest.
It's the same reason that the Justice Department has to round all these people up.
It's to present a strong security posture to say to the world, this is not a country that's falling apart.
This is not a third world country where half the population's in open revolt and the capital's being besieged.
Because it's the same thing when there's protests in Russia.
It's the same thing when there's mass protests in Iran or Venezuela.
It's about demonstrating sovereignty.
It's about demonstrating that they're in control and they're not vulnerable.
That's why they had to come back so strongly.
Now that I say that, and again, it's not justifying it.
It's merely to say that their response read a particular way can be rationaled.
That's where they're coming from.
That's where they're coming from and that's where normies are coming from.
When they say our democracy is under attack and we and people say, oh, that's a grandma.
It's a grandma walking around.
It doesn't matter.
Because if there is this, if visibly to the world, there's this presentation of hey, guess what?
The Capitol is not secured.
What kind of problems do you think that invites for the security apparatus in America?
If that's broadcast to the world live on a stream, then hey, guess what?
Proud Boys and Grandmas are breaking into the seat of the sovereign!
Like, you know, that's a bad message.
And of course, you could say, certainly, that the intel agencies had prior knowledge of it.
And then they, you know, it really has no bearing on the rest of that, which is all true.
But that's their perspective.
That's why they're coming at us so hard.
That's why they're doing it.
Fundamentally, though, in some sense, that explains the correct position that we should have on Russia and China.
Like, understand, the regime is waging a war against its own people.
With the elite and with nism stuff, the trannies, the gay people, the women, the Muslims, the black people, the Hispanics, the poor, the homeless, the criminals, let them all out of jail, the felons, and so on.
And Sam Francis writes about this, it's a war of the top working with the bottom against the middle.
Now, All of that being said about, you know, the Trump coalition disrupting America and showing the inadequacy of the security apparatus and that's broadcasting a message to Russia, that kind of tells you about, like, sort of what our posture should be towards these foreign countries.
You know, I see all these conservatives saying like, you know, I'm a conservative, sure, but I'm also a patriot and I back America against Huawei and China and Putin and all this.
It's like, why are you doing that?
The elite is working with the homeless and the criminals to screw you over and kill you and steal all your resources and devalue the currency and so on.
And you're gonna work with the government?
To take on China or Russia?
Like, what are you thinking?
You're gonna go sign up for the military to go fight over Taiwan?
It should be the opposite.
You should be saying, hey, guess what?
We're being canceled like Russia.
If the regime is working with the poor against the middle, then maybe we, you know, the enemy of our enemy is our friend too.
I don't want to say it too explicitly, but you understand what I'm getting at here.
I'm not talking about foreign collusion.
I'm not talking about working with foreign governments to take down the... I'm not saying that at all.
But I am saying I have no sympathy for the American regime.
I have no sympathy for the American state.
And I think that we have to have a more practical view of how these things are happening on an institutional level.
Which is to say, once you look at it from that perspective, things become very clear.
I don't want to spell it out too explicitly, but maybe you understand what I'm getting at there.
It's not about, you know, like, liberals want us to this and that, or whatever.
It's like, no, it is the regime against the people.
It is this American regime against the people.
It's this regime which is holding on to a precarious position, which is world domination from the unipolar moment, and they're trying to hold it together at home.
Home is the base of their power, of course, in America.
They've got trouble at home, trouble abroad.
I'm just saying the trouble is good.
Trouble is good for us.
Our enemy is the American regime, and trouble for them in Ukraine, trouble for them in Taiwan and Afghanistan, trouble for them in America, in Canada, It's all good.
It's good trouble.
It's like John Lewis said.
We're getting into some good trouble.
That's what I mean.
I mean to say it's good trouble.
Like John Lewis said.
But that's what this, that's what the free speech stuff is really about.
That's what it's all about.
It's about security apparatus.
And yeah, it's not just that.
It's a little bit more complicated than that, but that's a big part of it.
So when they're coming at you with the censorship and all this, it's about control of information, control of opinion, control of narrative for the sake of so-called national security.
