Another last night You're not allowed to make jokes anymore You're not allowed to make jokes It's not funny Sipping wine Having some pasta Having some pizza Oh I'm weird I'm normal I'm the father I'm normal I'm a Christian I'm working I'm original Alright, I'm an original One person
Raise this voice.
The teacher couldn't believe it.
The classroom couldn't believe it either.
But in the end, he had logic on his side.
And at the end of the day, he proved his point.
The classroom couldn't believe it either.
The classroom couldn't believe it either.
The classroom couldn't believe it either.
Verified.
You are a real human being.
The mayor also just announced the city will start requiring proof of COVID vaccination for a range of indoor activities, including going to a restaurant or to the gym.
New York is the first major U.S.
city to introduce a mandate like this.
It requires people to show proof of at least one vaccine dose and will be phased in starting later this month.
You have to abide by the rules and you have to have a mask on.
It's not.
Businesses have the right to refuse service even if you're not one of them.
That's their choice.
Yeah.
Take a seat.
Good.
Take a seat.
Ken and I, we're out.
Okay.
Take a seat.
Where's your next?
Where's your next?
It's still a city order.
Leave the property or you get a citation.
Period.
Don't argue with me.
It's real simple.
Put your hands right here.
You don't need to take.
Yes, you are.
I will take you right now.
You are in violation, and I gave you an awful order.
nick fuentes
I'm not going to Walgreens to get an mRNA, non-FDA approved, and even if it wasn't, experimental vaccine that goes inside your cells and manipulates your DNA to start producing spiked proteins, experimental vaccine that goes inside your cells and manipulates your DNA to start producing spiked proteins, which are killing Thank you. you Because I'm afraid of the flu, which kills like .00013%.
unidentified
I think it's even less than that.
nick fuentes
This is paving the way for a lockdown.
And if you thought this was over, if you thought that we were getting out of this, you're not.
We're not.
It's not going back to normal.
You're not going back to normal.
This is the beginning.
That was phase one.
unidentified
I believe that they probably had to let people out of the lockdown.
nick fuentes
Give people a taste of what things used to be like.
To one, let out pressure.
It's a pressure release valve.
unidentified
And two, it's a mental trick.
nick fuentes
People get a small taste of what they used to have, the hard lockdown comes back, and then people are more desperate to do what they're told in order to get full normalcy.
But I think that's the agenda.
And they're already talking about that in Iceland.
They say in Iceland it's a 15-year lockdown plan.
And they're talking about that with the vaccines.
unidentified
Regular, every six months, booster shots.
Booster shots.
nick fuentes
Vaccinations for COVID.
So you're gonna get your two shots, and then get sick, and then you gotta get a third shot, and then you know, you just get a shot every six months or something.
mRNA poison.
And that's with the 15-year lockdown plan, and that's with the masks, and the plexiglass, and the lockdown, and the vaccine passport.
I think the endgame is the vaccine passport.
When all of this is said and done, there will be no independent businesses left.
There will be no public institution, public or private institution that is open to the public that will not be controlled by the state, that will not be controlled by bureaucrats.
There's not going to be one place that you could go to outside where other people gather that will not be restricted based on vaccination status or some other arbitrary thing.
And if they announced it tomorrow that that's what they were doing, people would resist it.
And the only way to stop this, by the way, is to stop it where it is.
You can't stop where it's going.
You gotta stop it where it is.
You gotta stop it in its track, right?
I mean, do people not understand how that works?
I think people have it in their minds.
They're like, well, if it gets really bad, you know, I don't know if I'd go that far.
Well, it's not really up to you.
These things have momentum.
And they're contingent.
They're building one thing on top of the previous thing.
So people have it in their heads, like, well, if it got that bad, you know, then I'd have a problem with it.
Well, look how bad it is now.
Look how bad it has gotten.
Take a look back a year, five years.
I mean, at everything, but specifically with the pandemic.
unidentified
Take a look back at one year ago, you know.
nick fuentes
People say, well, if it got so bad, you know, then I might say something, then I might do something.
I might not like that.
Okay, well, the only way we're gonna stop it from getting over there is if we stop it over here.
If we start saying no over here, we gotta start thinking how we're gonna stop it here.
unidentified
If people just stop doing it, there's a chance we could avert that outcome.
nick fuentes
We are continuing to wage our war against the mask mandate.
I'm a big believer in just making everybody's life harder.
You don't have to get fired over this stuff, but just make everybody's life difficult.
Don't let the CDC guidelines be an imposition on you.
Let it be an imposition on the people that have to enforce it.
You know, let the people that work at these places of business remind you five times when you're in a store or wherever to put your mask back on and put it on over your nose and do this and that, right?
Here's my challenge to you.
Go into one of these stores when they reimpose the mask mandate and get in a confrontation with the worker and get in a shouting match and get kicked out.
And you're going to feel adrenaline.
You're going to go into Target.
You're going to go into Walmart or wherever.
And you're going to get in a big fight.
And your mouth is going to twitch.
And you're going to feel shaky.
And you're going to get adrenaline.
Some of you, yes, some of you maybe are used to this.
And that's a good thing.
It feels good.
It reminds you you're alive.
You're human.
And the more that you do it, the more you'll be able to, you know, maintain your grip.
But start getting used to that feeling.
That's a good feeling.
We want to start to feel that.
Fuck these people.
Ruin their day.
Make these people that work at Target go home and cry because they have to enforce this bullshit.
Make them lose their minds.
Make them go to their therapist and get on antidepressants and cry because you walked into Target and ruined their whole day because gas is $4 and they don't know how they're gonna pay their rent and their relationship with their parents is bad and they're getting used and Tinder hookups and then they gotta go to Target and they gotta deal with some smug right-wing asshole not wearing their mask.
And let those people go off the rails.
And let the whole fucking system go off the rails.
That's what we have to do.
unidentified
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
That's what we have to do.
nick fuentes
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry, Brittany and Betsy, but I just can't do it.
You're an e-girl.
You know the rule.
No e-girls.
Who's got the clip?
No e-girls.
unidentified
Never!
nick fuentes
Hashtag never e-girls.
unidentified
Not even once.
I've never heard of him.
What is that?
Americanism, not globalism.
We'll be our freedom.
I've never heard of Bigfoot.
Who's that?
you It's the kingdom.
It's the kingdom.
And the power.
And the power.
And the glory.

Thank you.
wall.
Outro Music.
Outro Music.
It's unstoppable.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And the reason why is because it's not cool to share a big business.
It's not cool to share a big business.
It's not.
It's hell.
Have you been too much for favor on your side?
Except for me to support your savior, I replied.
That's a bad neighbor, not the black.
I'm a guy.
That's on God.
It's like the brightest in the dark.
People you know they got my heart.
And all my books are locked up on the yard.
You can feel me anything you want to be.
One from one to four to one to three.
Thirteen from them.
Yeah, the end is just a beat.
He didn't have the man to end the cheat.
I fear and love God.
When you remove the fear and love of God, you create the fear and love of everything else.
You're talking to somebody right now that only fears God.
Jesus has won victory.
Bro.
This is...
This is a Christian nation.
This is a miracle.
Come on, man.
This is the free man talking.
I'd like to propose it to us.
Thank you.
To our funnel.
nick fuentes
I'd like to propose a toast to the Voipers, to White Boy Summer, White Boy Century, To the reaction and the reclamation of the United States.
unidentified
Let's cheers, everybody.
It's going to happen.
It's going to happen.
They kick me off the plane, you know what that means?
White boy summer road trip.
They give us lemons, we make lemonade.
They throw me behind bars.
And I start throwing baseball up against the wall.
And now I'm playing catch.
Because you know what?
The only time that they win is when they triumph over our spirit.
But they never can.
They never take that away from us.
nick fuentes
Because I believe in God.
unidentified
And I believe in America.
And I believe in what I'm doing.
nick fuentes
We are still enjoying.
unidentified
White Boy Summer is still on.
I don't care if I have to try.
nick fuentes
I don't care if I have to get in Lake Virginia and go all the way around the Panama Canal.
unidentified
Nothing is going to stop White Boy Summer.
Nothing is going to stop America First.
America First, bitch.
There's always a way.
White people found in this country.
This country wouldn't exist without White people.
Wouldn't exist without White people.
And White people are done being bullied.
Done being bullied.
nick fuentes
We're the keepers of the American tradition.
unidentified
And I think our ancestors can smile on us right now while we're doing.
Cheers!
Every day and every week and every year that we live in this country, do they care about our health?
No!
They prescribed poison to us from the pharmaceutical companies.
They're poisoning us with the seed oils that we're eating, the high fructose corn syrup.
They're poisoning the water with heavy metals, which is in the tap water.
They're poisoning us with what's on television and out of Hollywood and pornography.
They're poisoning us in every way that you can imagine, but we're supposed to believe now, suddenly, they care so much about our public health.
That's why they're doing this?
Does anybody believe that?
No!
They don't care about our health.
They don't care about the public.
They don't care about any of us.
What they care about, ultimately, is profit.
You're looking for the tyranny coming to America?
It's here, right now.
Now is the time to take a stand.
We are faced with the question about whether or not we will get the vaccine and surrender and capitulate to the system, a devil-worshipping system that hates us and hate our country.
The answer has to be always no.
I will not be black.
I stop playing games.
And at any moment I can check that day button I'm going to go first Okay
Not my words, not my rules I can enjoy them, alright?
I can enjoy them, alright? alright?
nick fuentes
Everybody dare to vote.
unidentified
All right.
nick fuentes
This is from your biggest Protestant family.
unidentified
One day, see the light.
nick fuentes
Well, hey, thanks.
Love you, too.
But sorry.
I believe in religion that makes sense.
unidentified
So.
We're standing on the shoulders of great American patriots.
Amen.
Amen.
They didn't have a lot of money.
They didn't have a lot of luxury.
But they had grit.
donald j trump
And they had faith.
unidentified
And they had courage.
And they had each other.
donald j trump
Right?
unidentified
But they all had one thing in common.
They loved their families.
They loved their country.
And they love their God.
We are calling for a great reawakening of a man, a resurgence of confidence, and a rebirth of patriotism, prosperity, and pride.
And we are returning to the wisdom of our founders.
donald j trump
We assembled here today are issuing a new decree to be heard in every city, in every foreign capital, and in every hall of power.

From this day forward, a new vision will govern our land.
From this day forward, it's going to be only America First!

They didn't have a lot of luxury.
But they had grit.
And they had faith.
And they had courage.
donald j trump
And they had each other.
Right?
unidentified
But they all had one thing in common.
They love their families, they love their country, and they love their God.
Our beautiful ancestors won two world wars, defeated communism, and put a man on the face of the moon.
We're calling for a great reawakening of America, a resurgence of confidence, and a rebirth of patriotism, prosperity, and pride.
And we are returning to the wisdom of our founders.
donald j trump
We assembled here today are issuing a new decree to be heard in every city, in every foreign capital, and in every hall of power.

From this day forward, A new vision will govern our land.
From this day forward, it's going to be only America First!
America first.

It's not cool to shill for Israel.
It's not.

With respect, the respect that we deserve.
From this day forward, it's going to be only America first.
America first.
nick fuentes
Good evening, everybody.
You are watching America First.
My name is Nicholas J. Fuentes.
We have a great show for you tonight.
Very excited to be back with you here tonight on Wednesday.
We have a lot to talk about tonight.
Lots to get into.
Sort of a big day.
Sort of a big day for America First, Nick Fuentes, the Groipers.
Our featured story tonight is about The subpoena of a very important U.S.
patriot.
His name is Nicholas J. Fuentes.
And I'm sure you've all seen it, you've all heard about it.
Yes, tonight our featured story will be talking about how I have been subpoenaed by the U.S.
Congress, specifically the U.S.
House Select Committee, investigating January 6th, I was subpoenaed this afternoon in order to turn over documents pertaining to January 6th, what we call Patriot Day, U.S.
Patriot Day, as well as testify about my involvement And so we'll go into what it is they want from me.
We'll go into the subpoena.
I'll read you the press.
It's been all over the news today.
New York Times, Politico, USA Today, The Hill.
It's everywhere.
So, we'll talk about that tonight and I'll give you my thoughts on that within the bounds of what I'm even allowed to discuss.
I think my lawyer might be watching.
I hope that I don't upset him.
But we're gonna try and keep it, you know, I don't want to get myself in any more trouble.
But of course we'll be talking about that.
We'll also be talking tonight about Jason Miller's appearance tonight on TimCast Live.
I didn't know I'd be talking about this tonight.
But, you know, when it rains, it pours.
Two big things happen.
Big surprise today.
Well, subpoena I actually knew about.
But the Jason Miller thing, total surprise.
I'm getting ready for my show.
It's a big show.
Already record-breaking audience.
Biggest audience we've ever had on Cozy, as I'm saying this right now.
And then I discover...
Jason Miller CEO of Getter is making an appearance with Tim Poole on TimCast Live and to my pleasant surprise Tim Poole is just raking this guy over the coals about my permanent suspension.
On Getter.
And I have to say, I'm a little bit surprised that Tim brought it up because he won't have me on his show for whatever reason.
I don't know why.
I'm an articulate, entertaining guy.
Easy on the eyes as well.
I mean, that helps.
That helps.
So he doesn't want me on the show.
He seems reluctant sometimes to say my name, but he brought me up in this case and said, hey, Jason Miller, CEO of the cancel-proof Free speech, Twitter alternative getter.
Why'd you ban Nick Fuentes?
And they went around and around on this for like a long time.
This took up, I think I was watching this for like the past hour.
Which was great.
I mean honestly I was pleasantly surprised.
So, we'll watch a clip actually from that.
And we'll go over the latest on this.
I know I've covered this at length already.
I covered it as it happened.
And you actually watched me get banned five times from Getter.
Which, I did this on stream I think one or two weeks ago.
You know, I had been banned on Getter in December.
And I said, you know, let's just see, let's kick the tires.
You know, Jason Miller's on Tim Pool saying, you know, and all this corporate jargon.
These people are so ridiculous.
He's saying, you know, we gotta kick the tires on the platform.
Okay, let's let's take a Groyper sledgehammer to the platform.
So I went on live, on the air, on stream, made an account on Getter, brand new, you watch me do it, and I was banned within an hour.
I made another account, I was banned within 20 minutes.
I made another account, banned in two minutes.
Banned another account, made another account, banned instantly.
So you saw it happen and, you know, so I've been covering this.
This saga has been going on now for a month and we'll see what the outcome will be.
But we've got a new development tonight so we'll discuss this.
And it should be a pretty good show.
It's been a long time since something cool has happened.
Something cool involving me.
You know, maybe we'll get war with Russia.
That would be exciting.
I don't want that to happen, but it would be interesting to cover on this show, I'm not gonna lie, because it's been very boring and slow in the news lately.
We have Biden in, Trump out, and it feels like Obama administration all over again and everything just sucks.
So finally something cool happened.
And honestly, before we get into all that, I just want to say, you know, all these liberals are celebrating the subpoena on Twitter.
And they're saying, oh, I hope he goes to jail.
He's not going to fare so well in jail.
And he's going to get what's coming to him and all this.
I gotta say, that I'm subpoenaed by the U.S.
Congress at the age of 23, I think it just gives me credibility.
I mean, I don't know about you, but I'm a young, virile, high-test, U.S.
patriot man.
I see a subpoena from the U.S.
Congress, I take great pride in this.
I'm 23 years old, I'm banned from everything, I'm debanked, I'm on the no-fly list.
FBI investigating me, seize my money, I'm banned from PayPal, I'm banned from every pay processor, every social media, and now a subpoena from the U.S.
Congress.
I mean, I don't want to go to jail, but going to jail would almost be... I really don't want to go to jail because I have a lot of work to do.
There's so much work to be done in radicalizing America's youth.
In pursuing this total Groyper offensive, which is underway this year.
But the subpoena, you know, maybe if it takes it further, it just validates.
Here I am, young guy.
Young guy with nothing other than my words and a webcam.
And just the order in which I say the words, the things I say, it's gotten me all the way.
I spedrun becoming the number one political dissident In America, number one political dissident of the globalist American regime.
Not bad.
So I feel badass, actually.
I think it's pretty hardcore.
Who else can say?
Who else has the credibility that I do?
Nobody.
Maybe Assange, Snowden, Anglin.
It's a short list.
It's a very small list.
It's a very small list.
And I feel, you know, I think it's pretty cool that I'm a part of it, so... So, you know, they're all like, oh boy, I bet he's gonna... He's not gonna do so well in jail.
I have no plans on going to jail, but, you know, I feel pretty good about it, actually.
I think all this is doing is just helping me, really.
You know, I mean, because people would have no reason to talk about me otherwise.
And not that I need people to talk about me.
People say, oh, that's for his ego.
But look, I'm trying to get across a very important message about white genocide and about the destruction of our people and that we need Christ in our lives.
And I'm trying to save this country.
And every step of the way, I get censored, blacklisted.
They treat me like I'm radioactive.
And if it wasn't for the overt, explicit, over-the-top Political persecution.
Nobody would have any reason to say my name and bring attention to the message.
Me?
It's whatever.
I'm a quiet person in my normal life.
I'm really an introvert.
But it's about bringing attention to the message.
So, you know, whenever they do these things, you're just turning me into an international political figure.
I, you know, do what you want, but I mean, I feel just fine.
So, I don't plan on going to jail, but you know, it wouldn't be the first time.
Not that I've gone, I've never gone to jail, but it wouldn't be the first time that a truly great political dissident, destined for greatness, they thought they could just get rid of him by throwing him in jail.
You know, think about certain revolutionaries, think about certain people during the old days, like Lenin or Stalin or, you know, or anyone else.
Or anyone else.
You think, hey, you know, maybe jail time.
Get time to, you know, work on a book.
Work on a little book.
You know, get sentenced.
Maybe give a rousing speech during the hearing.
unidentified
I don't know.
nick fuentes
I don't think it's my time yet.
unidentified
I don't want to go there, but...
nick fuentes
Needless to say, we're trusting the plan, is what I mean to say.
So we'll get into all of that, but before we do, I just want to remind you, get your tickets for AFPAC if you think this is cool.
Look, country's falling apart, freedom is dying, our race is dying, they're killing our country.
You see what they're putting me through.
With both of our stories tonight, banned from Getter, the only free speech, well I shouldn't say the only, free speech alternative, I'm even banned from that is my point, subpoenaed by the U.S.
Congress for committing no crimes, it just goes to show we're the only legitimate, we are the only truly principled opposition, the only and the strongest truly principled opposition to the system that there is.
We're the only ones.
We reject it completely.
We reject the whole foundation of their liberal consensus.
And that is why I'm the most targeted political dissident at age 23.
That's why.
If you want to be a part of it, if you want to see me live in action, we're doing our conference February 25th in Orlando, Florida.
It's our third annual AFPAC conference.
You can get your tickets at afpac.events.
We're selling out.
We only have a hundred tickets left actually.
So we sold out of our reception tickets last week.
You know that.
And now we only have 100 tickets left over up.
So you gotta get them while you can.
We got a lot of people watching the show tonight.
I think they're gonna go very quickly.
We may be sold out by the end of the week.
We'll be announcing our speakers very shortly.
I think you'll be very excited.
They're pretty impressive this year.
It's gonna be our biggest event ever.
Twice as big.
More than twice as big as AFPAC 2 last year.
Which was our biggest conference to date.
Now we're gonna blow that right out of the water in a huge facility.
So very excited about that.
Make sure you get your tickets.
And we also have sponsorship packages as well, if you're a big money guy.
Listen, it's about sponsoring my cause.
I'm the most effective fighter for America First.
I'm the most principled fighter for America First.
I'll just tell you, we've brought in an insane sum of money for this conference.
People that sponsor AFPAC, you're paying for the conference.
You're also funding the America First Foundation.
And we've got some big projects planned this year.
We're going to be doing a lot of campaigning.
In the 2022 midterm elections, I've already talked to three or four major congressional candidates that we are going to be backing.
Phone banking, door knocking, monetary support, PACs, the works.
We're going to be building a facility this year so that we could have a studio and all the proper things that we need.
There's going to be a lot going on.
So, you see me, you see what I represent.
What do I represent?
I represent Christianity, number one, first and foremost.
Jesus Christ is our king before anything else.
I represent the historic American nation.
We want to protect that by securing the borders, stopping immigration.
I represent opposition to these vaccine mandates.
I'm against the vax and the mandates and all the lockdown.
And we're against big tech and political censorship.
I mean, these are some of our core issues with the foundation.
So just put in the pitch.
Hey, while everybody's watching, just put in the pitch out there.
For our big money wagees, our crypto millionaires, zoomers, everybody.
We've got sponsorship packages, sold a lot of them, and that's going to help make this conference the biggest ever and fund our activities through the year.
And you can see, case in point, we're doing pretty well bringing awareness to these things and fighting for our cause here.
So, that's the sales pitch.
Okay, that's AFPAC.
February 25, Orlando, Florida.
If you got your tickets, great.
If not, they're running out.
Probably going to sell out this week.
Like I said, it's fewer than a hundred remaining overall.
And then they're gone.
When they're gone, they're gone.
Follow me on Gab and Telegram.
The links are down below also.
Follow the only superior, the number one, and really the only free speech social media platform in the world, Gab.
Get on Gab.
Make an account if you haven't already.
You're just, you're stupid if you're not on Gab yet.
And follow me there, okay?
unidentified
Okay.
nick fuentes
So with that out of the way, we're gonna dive in here.
unidentified
Yeah, it's been quite a day, hasn't it?
nick fuentes
So we'll get on to the subpoena later.
That's how I'm going to reel you in.
The good stuff is later on.
That's how we do it.
So our first story tonight is about this Getter ban.
And so as you know, I'm banned on Getter.
And I'm actually not the only one.
There have been a few people, a few friends of mine actually, since I got banned that have been banned as well.
If you're not familiar with the whole story, Getter, they're trying to be a free speech alternative to Twitter.
It's run by Jason Miller.
Jason Miller is the former communications director from the Trump White House.
It's not run by Trump.
Trump doesn't even have an account on the platform.
He's not affiliated.
It's run by this guy Jason Miller.
Nobody really knows who he is.
He's got some very shadowy connections.
Global special interests control him.
Everybody thought the getter was created by Trump last year and that he would be on.
I think that was part of a deliberate deception.
Trump's got nothing to do with it.
This is Jason Miller, who nobody knows, nobody's ever heard of this guy, and like I said, he gets all his money from global special interest billionaires.
That's who runs Getter.
And so they're out there and they say, well, we're a free speech platform.
They say that we're, you know, in response to Donald Trump's banning, particularly from Twitter, as well as other people being banned from Twitter, they say that we're going to create a similar platform, which is short form written content, but we're going to have free speech.
That's the story.
And so in December, I made an account.
And I basically made an account as a joke.
I never took these guys seriously.
They banned my friend Baked Alaska and Tim G&A way before they banned me.
They banned several other of my friends.
Prominent Groipers.
I knew there had been a ban wave on Getter for people that support me months before I ever got on the platform.
And so I went on really just to see what was going on.
I made an account.
I posted on Telegram.
I said, LOL.
Here's my getter account.
Not that anyone even cares.
Because nobody cares about getter.
And I think I posted like five things on getter.
I think I complained about their character count.
They have like this 800 character character limit.
Which is just ridiculous.
On Twitter I think it's what 280 or something.
777 I think is what it is on getter.
So I complained about that.
I think I made a post saying this is my official account.
I made a post saying retweet if you're a groiper.
That was it.
And then within a couple weeks, my account was permanently suspended.
And it's funny because I wasn't even told that it was banned.
I didn't get a strike.
I didn't get a warning.
And then when I was banned, they didn't even email me.
I found out because somebody tried to find me on Getter and they said, Your account's suspended.
I just tried looking you up and it says your account's suspended.
So I go and check my email thinking, because you know even Twitter.
Twitter will give you a 12-hour suspension, a 24-hour suspension, a 7-day suspension, and then sometimes they still won't even ban you after 3 or 4 or 5 temporary suspensions.
Then ultimately they may ban you permanently, and even then they'll let You know, and they'll say, here's the policy you violated, this is a tweet, and you're banned forever.
That was my experience on Twitter.
And I was on Twitter for 7 years?
From 2014, I believe, until 2021.
And I had gotten many warnings.
I'd gotten 12, 24-hour, 7-day bans.
And I lasted for 7 years.
Getter?
No warning.
No 12 hour.
No 24 hour.
No 7 day.
Not even an email when they permanently banned me.
Not a rule that I violated.
Not an example of the rule I violated.
Not the tweet that violated the rule.
Nothing.
Nothing at all.
So objectively, it's worse than Twitter.
I lasted two weeks on Getter.
I lasted seven years on Twitter.
I got no warnings on Getter.
I probably got a dozen, half a dozen warnings on Twitter.
When Getter banned me, they didn't even tell me.
When Twitter banned me, they told me.
When Getter banned me, they told me which rule I violated and why I violated it.
Or they did not do that.
When Twitter banned me, they gave me all that information, and they gave me the option even to download my data, and I could still access my account now that it's been banned.
None of that's true with Getter.
Objectively worse.
So then I come back on the platform in January, live on my show, and I said, okay, well let's see.
Let's see.
Was it a fluke?
Was it a mistake?
So I made an account live on the show, And posted nothing against their terms of service, nothing even really political.
I just tagged Jason Miller and I tagged Bannon and other people involved with the platform and said, hey, I think you made a mistake.
You banned me.
I'm the most banned man in the world.
I'm really the litmus test for free speech.
Why'd you ban me?
And they banned my account live on my show within an hour.
I made another account.
I even made a custom email to make the account live on the show, just so there's no funny business.
I made it all on the stream and they banned me within 20 minutes then, you know, and I went through this earlier.
So I'm not allowed in any way, shape, or form.
And they've been asked about this.
They've been asked about this in the press.
There's been a big pressure now on Jason Miller and Getter to explain, how do you call yourself a cancel-proof platform?
How do you call yourself free speech?
And the most censored, canceled man in the world is not allowed on there.
And that is my unique distinction.
I am banned from more things than anybody else.
I am banned from things that Laura Loomer is not.
I am banned from things that Alex Jones is not.
My censorship goes above and beyond anybody that you can think of.
I'm banned from it all.
Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, TikTok, PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, StatPath.
I'm banned from Venmo.
I'm banned from almost anything that you can think of.
I'm not on there.
I'm on Telegram.
I'm on Gab.
That's it.
No payment processors.
We've tried payment processors and banks in Russia.
We've tried payment processors and banks in China.
Banned.
I'm banned from Coinbase.
Can't buy and sell Bitcoin on Coinbase, the number one or one of the biggest crypto exchanges.
I'm under investigation by the FBI.
I'm on a federal no-fly list.
I cannot board a domestic or international flight.
You know when some people say, oh well I may be on a no-fly list or I might soon be on one or I get enhanced screening, I am not allowed to board an airplane in the United States of America and haven't been since January 2021.
In January 2021, the federal government seized all my assets in one of my bank accounts.
And earlier this year, U.S.
Bank closed one of my business checking accounts and sent me the account balance in a check in the mail.
That's the level that I'm at.
And so, point being, if I'm banned on Getter, and I'm banned so many times that it's not a fluke, and I'm the most canceled, I'm really an expression of free speech, Can't go around saying you're a cancel-culture-approved platform.
And so Elijah Schaeffer, notably, has been questioning Jason Miller about this.
Other journalists have come forward.
And Jason Miller says, well, Nick Fuentes was recruiting white nationalists.
Which, I'm not a white nationalist.
I've never called myself that.
In fact, I've denied it.
You could go to my Wikipedia page.
And my Wikipedia page says I deny it.
My Wikipedia page says that the ADL calls me a white nationalist, and the SPLC calls me that, and they also call Tucker Carlson that, and they call Donald Trump that, and they call many people this.
But even my Wikipedia page, which is biased and uses ADL sources, even they will acknowledge that I don't accept that label.
But so he says, well, I'm recruiting for white nationalism.
And he says, we're not going to be a playground for white nationalism, which I would say, even if all that were true, even if I was a white nationalist, even if I was recruiting, would that not fall within the bounds of free speech, even if it were true?
If the claim by Getter is that they're a safe space for political free expression, well you know what?
Expressing white identity or even a white nationalist sentiment, that clearly falls within the bounds of political free expression.
Now it'd be one thing if you went on the platform and said, you know, certain members of a race should be killed or deported or I hate them or there should be violence.
That would be one thing.
But the way that even the ADL or anybody would define white nationalism is you believe that there should be a whites-only nation or something.
Which I don't believe in that, for the record.
I've never professed that.
But if someone were to, point being is, even their excuse doesn't work.
It's wrong, but even if it were true, hypothetically, you know, let's say they're ignorant, let's give them the benefit of the doubt, even still, it doesn't work.
White nationalism, black nationalism, ethnic separatism, talking about race.
You have to do this in politics.
It's actually part of politics.
And if you look at the history of politics over hundreds or thousands of years, you really can't talk about politics without talking about ethnicity, race, talking about national identity and what defines a nation's identity.
It can't be done.
And so to say that any expression of racial identity or racial nationalism falls outside of political expression, that is actually taking a political stand.
That's actually, that position is colored by a political ideology.
To say that discussions of race and racial nationalism and racial identity are illegitimate, That's a political stance.
You can't say that we're gonna have a totally free political conversation, but then have your whole political conversation defined by a particular political worldview.
Doesn't make any sense, even if that were true.
So that's what they've been saying.
They defend themselves, and they say, well, yes, we banned Nick Fuentes because he posted something white nationalist.
Not true.
He is a white nationalist.
Not true.
He's recruiting white nationalists.
Not even true.
I posted three things, and I think what they're referring to is, I said, repost this if you're a groiper.
Repost if you're a groiper.
I believe that's the post they're referring to.
And Jason Miller can correct me if I'm wrong.
He's got the posts.
He's got it archived.
I didn't screenshot everything I posted.
I didn't anticipate I'd be banned in a week.
He's got them.
If he wants to show the post that is recruiting for white nationalism, yeah, he's welcome to do that.
And he can prove me wrong.
If I'm lying about this, hey, make me look like a jerk.
Show the post.
But I think what they're referring to is, I said, repost if you're a groiper.
Recruiting for white nationalism, I guess.
Making people feel unsafe, apparently, is what that is.
Should be banned forever.
So, it's been part of this inquiry.
Elias Schaefer has asked, others have asked, and then since then they've banned other people, like John Miller, who is black.
John Miller put the word nigga in his bio.
He is a black man.
A black man was banned on Getter for saying nigga.
He also happens to be a friend of mine and spoke at my conference last year, so maybe that had something to do with it, too.
Nevertheless, the big development today is that Jason Miller finally somebody put the screws to him and asked him these questions and This was on Tim cast live with Tim pool.
I want to play a clip actually from The show and this I think is the first time in a long time.
I've played a clip on the show So if it's a little bit, you know, if the technology is not great if it's not smooth don't get mad at me But here I'm gonna play the clip for you.
I'll put my headset on and And I'll play this.
This is from Gab, a superior free speech platform.
This is Jason Miller on Tim Pool.
So let me play this for you.
And this is just a one and a half minute clip from this from Sean McCrossan, one of our favorite gripers.
I'll play this.
This is Jason Miller who, by the way, by the way, can we just point out what an awful physiognomy.
I mean, what is going on here?
Talk about offensive.
Talk about not feeling safe.
This is offensive.
This offends me.
This bulbous, balloon-shaped head, which seems to be filled to the brim with garbage.
Talk about offensive.
That, and unsafe.
This man's bulbous, balloon-shaped head looks like it's about to burst open at any second.
Blasting shrapnel and debris, you know, I don't know.
jason miller
I mean I talked about being offended I don't know repost if you're a griper or this anyway So this is the class even the fact that If you're out there trying to organize and collect with a group that don't even think just to me I mean look at many people who've self ID'd As being part of that group or part of that ideology, bro.
unidentified
I don't think you got an argument here, man It sounds like complete bullshit I don't think you know anything about this group.
I gotta be honest, I don't either.
But this is just talking in circles.
I've not listened to Nick Fuentes.
I don't know a lot about him.
I know that he's been banned across the board.
I know that he's had trouble getting on planes.
I can hear what his fans are saying, but I don't know.
Maybe they're just lying because they want to support him.
I really don't know.
So it's really difficult for me to be like, you know, to understand exactly what he did wrong.
The issue for me is, when I ask you, you don't seem to know either.
jason miller
No.
unidentified
All you said is that he posted who else here is a grouper.
I'm like, well, it's a grouper.
You don't know.
You just read it in the media and said something bad about him.
Is that justification?
For me, I have no idea.
I thought you were going to come on and be like, look, Nick Fuentes said this and he said this.
And you got to understand, we did research on groupers and found this, but you don't even have that.
jason miller
Look, and I'm going to say on this that you're not going to make everyone happy when you're running a social media platform.
And people are going to have different opinions.
So your opinion might be that, hey, that that's BS.
There are other people are going to say, look, these guys are making sure that this is a safe platform and we respect what they're doing.
They're giving us that ability to have that political free speech.
And look, we might just disagree on this one.
nick fuentes
And, you know, what's almost What's amazing about this clip, Tim Poole hits it right on the head here and I have to give credit where it's due.
He did a phenomenal job and I don't even think this was unfair.
This was not partisan.
Tim Poole certainly is no fan of mine.
Like he said, he doesn't even watch my show.
He doesn't know anything about me.
I've never talked to him.
I've never been on a show.
I've got no indication or signal that he likes me, sympathizes with me, anything like that.
So there could be no accusation that that he's biased, a partisan, an advocate, anything like that.
But he says straight up, you know, You're full of shit, basically.
I mean, that's what he said in the clip.
I mean, you're saying that you banned Nick Fuentes because he posted, where's the groipers at?
I asked you what a groiper is, you don't know.
You took it on faith from the ADL and from others that he is, but you don't even know.
And he goes, and I expected you to come on here, basically, and at least have that.
At least have the post, at least have the reason, at least be able to explain what it is.
He goes, you don't even have that.
And to me, that clip is just devastating.
That whole exchange, if you could even call it that, is just devastating because it lays it out all right there.
Like, you don't even know.
You don't even know what you're talking about.
And then the response.
I mean that was just brutal and I think concise and perfectly summarizes the whole thing.
And there's much more.
I encourage people to watch the full show because it goes on like that for an hour.
I think that was the highlight.
I think that was by far and away the most devastating.
That was a kill shot.
But this went on for like an hour and it was bad.
And the whole live chat, 42,000 people watching, the whole live chat was calling Jason Miller out, Free Nick Fuentes, etc.
But that one and a half minute was the best part.
And then the response is somehow worse.
You know, rather than say something like, we'll review it, you know, some kind of a mea culpa, hey, you know, whatever.
What does he say?
He goes, well, we're not going to make everybody happy.
Yeah, I'm sorry.
I mean, that just doesn't even work.
And that's almost a concession.
I mean, that is almost just a straight-up capitulation, basically saying, you know, well, it is what it is.
He's banned because we said so.
You don't like it?
You don't have to like it?
We're not going to make everyone happy.
I mean, that's essentially what's implied there, right?
I mean, that is implicitly what he's saying.
Here's this complaint which just is not resolved.
I mean, logically, it's not resolved.
Here's the thing, and this is sort of what I love about the internet.
This is what I love about live streaming.
This is why free speech is so important.
Jason Miller has a bigger megaphone than I do, and that's because he has more money than I do.
He's got more institutional backing than I do.
He's got global investors, billionaires, putting money behind his platform.
And so, he had a position in the government.
He's got more money, he's got more powerful friends, he's got institutional backing.
So if Jason Miller, in a conventional media landscape, wants to go out there every day and lie, and lie about why he banned me, and lie about me, and lie that his platform is pro-free speech, etc.
He could do that and get away with it, and nobody could challenge him.
I could stand here all day long and say, that's not true, you banned me, what about me?
I don't have as much money.
I'm banned on all the platforms.
I don't have a billionaire exile friend from China, ex-pat, exile political asylee from China that's backing me up and paying for me to do interviews and so on.
You could just get away with that.
But he goes on Tim Pool and it actually matters what you say.
You can't just repeat yourself.
You can't just say it louder.
You can't just ignore the criticism.
On a show like this, these logical questions have to be resolved.
And so for, you know, an hour, hour and a half, Tim Pool is going at him and saying, okay, you say your free speech, you say, you know, what I've been saying now for the past half hour.
How can you then ban Nick Fuentes?
Is that not arbitrary?
And, you know, in this conversation, it has to be resolved.
You know, he could repeat himself, which he did, and he could say it more loudly, which he did, and he could pretend that he's saying something else, but really just say the same thing over and over, and he did.
But Tim Pool hit it on the head.
He said, you know, look, you just don't have the answers here.
You just can't explain this away.
You cannot resolve this problem.
You know, the question is, well, you can ban Nick Fuentes and not be a free speech platform, or you can not ban people arbitrarily for their political views and be a free speech platform, but you can't have both.
It can't be resolved that way.
Which is it?
Well, You know, over the course of this questioning, it's proven that it's the former.
And when he's got nowhere to go, and you know, like I said, Tim Pool just concisely, straight to the point, says, you know, you're full of shit.
You don't even know why you banned this guy.
How could you say?
And he goes, well, you know what?
You don't like it.
Well, I can't make everyone happy.
And that essentially says, I can't resolve this.
It cannot be resolved.
You're right.
And in other words, it's conceding the point.
Yeah, you're right.
It makes no sense.
I am full of shit, but you don't have to like it.
Because we can't make everybody happy.
So we get to do...
And really, this is the problem with big tech to begin with, is it not?
This is the problem with the elites in our country all together.
You know, when the elites push mass immigration, and diversity, and vaccines, and everything, and the people say, hey, wait a minute.
Experimental mRNA?
I don't want to inject that in my body.
Mass immigration?
How does that help us?
And so on.
And the elites say, well, we can't make everybody happy.
Well, you have to live with it.
We can't resolve this.
Yeah, we are full of shit, but we make the rules.
That's the same mentality.
And, you know, he's part of that system.
He's with them.
Is Jason Miller one of them, or is he one of us?
Is Jason Miller America first, or is he America last?
Well, I think he gave some pretty big clues in this interview.
They asked him point-blank.
They said, why don't you prioritize free speech in America?
And he said, well we're a global company.
We have global investors.
We have global investors in London.
We have global investors all over the place.
And one of our biggest markets is India and Brazil and... And Jason Miller, who worked for the Trump campaign and now works for billionaires.
Is he one of them or is he one of us?
Me, my show is called America First.
I do the show in English and it's always about American news and it's about Americans.
This show is funded by Americans.
It's funded by you.
It's watched by you.
I'm one of you.
I'm a 23 year old kid from Chicago.
You know, I'm an adult I guess now.
I'm a man.
But point being is I'm a young man from Chicago.
I went from high school to my freshman year in college and started doing this.
I didn't work for a Trump campaign.
I don't work for billionaires.
You know, my parents didn't even go to college.
So, who's with you, and who's with them?
Well, Jason Miller's with them, clearly.
And he goes on this show, and he does, and you can even just see in his answers, is this a guy that embodies free speech?
Is this a guy that seems like a free speech advocate?
Or does he seem like another corporate opportunist, even in the way that he talks?
His language, his diction, when he's all, if anyone tries to buy us and tells us to censor, we're going to tell them to pound sand.
And then they ask him point blank, they said, what about GAAP?
He goes, we're better than any free speech offering on the market.
Wouldn't even say GAAP.
Wouldn't even say the word GAAP.
Another corporate douchebag.
Another corporate opportunist.
And is that what we need?
Is that what America needs right now is another corporate opportunist?
Another one-percenter, globalist, billionaire-funded political opportunist who's going to see a big market of gullible, naive conservatives to exploit?
Oh look!
70 million Trump supporters disenfranchised.
Their president was kicked off Twitter.
You know, some people see that as a real problem.
Other people see that as a big opportunity to make money off of email lists, and marketing, and metadata, and artificial intelligence.
Which is, I believe, what Jason Miller is.
I don't think he's trying to resolve the problem of free speech on the internet for people like me, people like you.
He's trying to resolve the problem of how can I opportunistically take advantage of this market which has been created by hubristic left-wing big tech elites.
It's clearly the latter.
So, Getter must be destroyed.
It's not enough that people log off Getter.
Getter must be destroyed, because they are sucking all the money out of the room, they're bringing people to the platform, and it's going to be another Twitter.
You know, what is the problem with Twitter?
It's too big.
Twitter is this runaway train, and if the minority gets banned, they can't do anything about it.
If Twitter bans a handful of dissident right-wing voices, You know, maybe they ban the biggest right-wing people in the country, which they've done.
And between the 5 or 10 of them, they've got a million followers, 10 million followers.
Twitter's got 350 million active users.
They can ban really as many people as they want.
They can ban lots of civilians.
They can ban major pundits and major voices.
And the problem is that so many people are on Twitter that it perpetuates itself.
It is too big to fail.
People are on Twitter because everybody else is on Twitter.
And if Twitter excludes some people from the platform, people are not going to go to an alternative.
They're not going to follow them to their thing.
They're on Twitter because that's where mostly everybody is.
And so we've got this problem then with Twitter where they get to control the conversation, and the people that they don't like are excluded from this sort of global village, this global conversation.
The same is true of Getter.
Some might say, well it's slightly better, it's marginally better, but the same thing is being created.
If five years down the line, a hundred million people are on Getter, and that's the monopoly on the free speech alternative, well guess what?
You've just done Twitter with extra steps.
Now instead of Jack Dorsey, or the new guy, deciding who gets to be on and off, now it's Jason Miller, and Miles Guo, and Steve Bannon.
Steve Bannon, who I will remind you, worked for Naval Intelligence, then Goldman Sachs, then was a producer in Hollywood, then he worked with Cambridge Analytica with Jewish hedge fund managers, and Cambridge Analytica is also this big artificial intelligence firm, and they're involved in a lot of shady stuff.
That's where Bannon comes from.
Bannon has nothing to do with Donald Trump.
You know, a lot of people look at Steve Bannon and they say, oh, he was the brains behind Donald Trump.
He was the juice behind Donald Trump.
Wrong.
Bannon was installed in the Trump campaign in the final hour in August, I believe, August or September of 2016 because the Mercer family paid for him to be on the campaign.
That's why.
Because Bannon was wrapped up with the Mercers.
And you should look into the Mercers.
Billionaire family.
And they're involved in, like I said, investment and things.
And Bannon's got quite the background.
You know, Goldman Sachs?
Really?
Military intelligence?
Oh, but he's a patriot, right?
He was put on the Trump campaign in the final stretch.
He was not there when Trump came down the escalator.
He was not there when Trump was on the Fox News debate stage.
He was not there when Trump called for Muslims to be banned from America.
He was not there when Trump lost the Iowa caucus.
He was not there when Trump Cleared away through to, you know, 1237, whatever the delegate threshold was.
He was not there with Trump at the convention.
He was installed at the last minute by the Mercer family because of their money.
The Mercer family wanted to back Cruz because they're conventional Republican donors and Bannon convinced them, because Bannon was in with them through Cambridge Analytica and other things, Bannon convinced them to get behind Trump and Mercer's installed him there.
And it was only in the last three months of the campaign that he was on there.
So, before people say, oh, Bannon's some conservative, this platform is run by Jason Miller, who nobody knows, Bannon, who's Goldman Sachs, Hollywood, military intelligence, installed by some billionaire family in the homestretch who thinks that we need to form some kind of diversity coalition for Republicans to win elections.
And Miles Guo, a Chinese expat political asylee from China.
Chinese billionaire.
That's who's running the new free speech alternative.
So like I said, it's Twitter with extra steps.
Instead of a Silicon Valley big tech guy making the decisions about who gets to be a part of it and who doesn't, now you've got a Goldman Sachs guy and a Chinese billionaire deciding who gets to be online and who doesn't.
And the thing is, Getter has not reached its breakout capacity yet.
Once it does, it is on an inexorable path towards becoming too big to fail like Twitter, and we've created the same problem.
And there's now just a much smaller market of consumers to build a genuine alternative to Twitter.
So it has to be destroyed.
It's not enough that people say, I'm not going to go on.
It's not enough that people criticize it.
It either has to become a free speech platform, or it has to be destroyed.
Otherwise, it will become another Twitter.
And, you know, if you could get in a time machine and go back in time 12 years, with Twitter in its infancy, would you say, you know, Twitter, uh, well, I guess they could ban Milo, I guess they could ban Pax Dickinson, what could go wrong?
Or would you say Twitter must be destroyed?
Twitter must accept free speech or it must be destroyed?
I think you'd say the latter.
So anyway, that's Getter.
That's the latest development.
It just proves what we knew.
They put the screws to him, they put the pressure on, and what did he say?
So it's gotta go.
It's gotta go.
Total Groyper offensive.
Getter must allow Nicholas J. Fuentes.
It must free Nick Fuentes.
Or Getter must be destroyed.
But there's no other option.
So let's get her.
But I want to get on to the subpoena.
And this is the big news of the night.
I've been subpoenaed now by the U.S.
Congress as of this afternoon in connection with Patriot Day, January 6th, and the riot that happened at the U.S.
Capitol.
And so full disclosure, I'll just tell you how all of this came to be.
It was back in October, I believe, That the House Select Committee, investigating January 6th, sent a letter to me and they asked me if I would voluntarily testify and turn over documents.
And I refused, because I think it's a witch hunt.
You know, they asked me, they said, we need documents pertaining to the 6th, and I don't want to get into the details, but they said, turn over everything pertaining to the 6th and we're going to investigate you.
And I said, no, I refuse to voluntarily comply.
I invoked the Fifth Amendment and basically I said, fuck you.
You know, this committee is illegitimate.
And it is.
What they should be investigating is that the election was stolen on November 3rd.
That should be the concern.
You know, 80-90% of the Republican electorate believed, at the time of that transition, that the 2020 presidential election was illegitimate.
And we never got a ballot audit.
And when we did, a year later in Arizona, we found tons of inconsistencies, hundreds of thousands of inconsistencies and discrepancies.
We need a ballot audit in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia.
We didn't get that, though, during the transition.
We got recounts, which are really not worth it.
You know, what we claimed is that the ballots were not legitimate.
A recount just recounts all the ballots they counted the first time.
Okay, we counted them right, but you counted ballots that didn't have matching signatures.
You counted ballots where there were duplicates.
You counted ballots where there were tons of problems.
So they did not do that during the transition.
And so that's why this whole thing is a farce.
They want to make it about the 6th.
They want to use the 6th as a pretext to expand the jurisdiction of law enforcement and the intelligence community to investigate patriots.
So they asked me to comply and I said no.
I will not comply.
I will not voluntarily go along with the investigation.
Fully expecting them that they would subpoena me.
And so they did this afternoon.
And they sent me a letter.
And I'll read the article here about the contents of the letter and what's going on here.
This is from The Hill.
It says, quote, The House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol on Wednesday subpoenaed the two leaders of the alt-right America First, or Groyper, movement.
Committee Chairman Benny Thompson said in a statement that the panel believes Nicholas Fuentes and somebody else have information relevant to the planning, coordination, and funding of events that were held in the lead-up to the January attack.
Thompson said, quote, The Select Committee is seeking facts about the planning, coordination, and funding of events that preceded the violent attack on our democracy.
We believe the individuals we have subpoenaed today have information relevant to those questions, and we expect them to cooperate with the Committee.
He added, quote, The Committee will continue to push forward to get answers for the American people and ensure nothing like January 6th ever happens again.
Fuentes is a prominent far-right figure who in the past has touted false claims regarding the 2020 presidential election and called for the destruction of the GOP once it failed to overturn the vote tally.
The ADL has labeled Fuentes as a white supremacist leader.
Both men were on Capitol grounds on January 6th according to the select committee.
The panel said it does not appear that Fuentes entered the building but did not provide additional information on the other person's movements.
The committee is now asking that the pair produce documents by February 2nd and appear for depositions by February 9th.
Thompson noted in the subpoenas that both individuals previously declined requests from the panel to voluntarily participate in the investigation.
In the subpoena, the panel outlined a number of instances when Fuentes, quote, advanced efforts to challenge the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election.
On November 11, 2020, the committee said Fuentes organized a stop-the-steal rally at the Michigan State Capitol, where he said conservatives should be, quote, more feral in their efforts to reverse the election results.
On November 14th, 2020, Fuentes reportedly attended a rally with his supporters where he encouraged them to storm every state capitol until January 20th, until President Trump is inaugurated for four more years.
The day after the riot, Fuentes reportedly wrote on Twitter, quote, the capitol siege was fucking awesome and I'm not going to pretend it wasn't.
Which is true.
The committee also appears to be following the money involved with the January 6th attack.
Thompson said Fuentes reportedly received a Bitcoin donation worth more than $250,000 that the FBI is looking into quote to assess whether the money was linked to the capital attack or otherwise used to fund illegal acts.
So this is where we are now and it's pretty amazing because you know I just read to you basically the The main points of the letter, you know, and for people that don't know, just to clarify, I know a lot of people are concerned about me, a lot of people are worried about me.
All that a subpoena is, is they're compelling me to give them documents.
They're compelling me to give them testimony, under the threat of prosecution, essentially.
If I were to tell them I'm not giving you the documents, I'm not testifying, they could charge me with obstruction of justice, they could refer me to the Department of Justice, and then the Department of Justice would decide whether or not to prosecute me and sentence me.
So, that's all that a subpoena is.
People are saying, oh, you know, you're in great trouble.
There is a danger in being subpoenaed.
It shows that there's an interest in me in connection to what they're calling a terrorist attack.
And there's also a danger in that if I say something that's incorrect or if I say something, you know, that's inconsistent with maybe what they know or something, intentionally or unintentionally, then they could charge me for that.
So it's sort of, it's a dangerous thing, but it's not necessarily, by definition, it's not an indictment in itself.
All they're doing is they're compelling me to give them documents and testify.
So this is what it is.
So then, I want to stress, I read through this article, I didn't read the letter itself, but these are the main points.
Nowhere in here is there any criminal activity.
And this is the point about the entire January 6th investigation and the committee.
What they're alleging is that there was this organized effort to overthrow the government.
That's what they're saying.
They're saying that January 6th was not a riot.
It was not, uh... And when we say a riot, we mean something like spontaneous, ad hoc violence against police, vandalism...
A riot.
We all know what a riot is.
It's exuberance.
It's a gathering.
And for it to be a riot, it's spontaneous.
It's not premeditated.
It's not planned.
There's no geopolitical objective.
There's no direction at all.
It's entropic.
It's chaos.
There's a large gathering, it's unruly, and because of the size of the crowd, because of the mood of the crowd, violence occurs.
Violence is sort of a product of it.
It's not a tool in the service of some other thing.
So when we say riot, it's acknowledging was there violence?
Yes.
Was there criminal act?
Well, by definition, yes.
There was trespassing, there was disorderly conduct, there was vandalism, there were a number of things going on.
So we could say that it was a riot, but what they're claiming is that this was an insurrection, which is a wholly different thing.
They're saying that this is people that went to the Capitol with the intention, premeditated, of breaching the building, overthrowing the government, occupying the building, occupying the government, installing a new government.
That's what an insurrection is.
They're saying that the people there on the 6th were trying to overthrow the American government.
And what we see in this letter is indicative of what we see with the rest of the investigation, which is that there is no evidence that that occurred.
They're comparing it to 9-11.
They're comparing it to Pearl Harbor.
Even in the language here, they're saying it's an attack on our democracy.
It's an attack on our Capitol.
Was no attack.
Was no attack.
Was no attack on democracy, on the Capitol, anything of the sort.
Truth is that the day of, Donald Trump called his supporters for a peaceful rally where speeches were given on the ellipse, which is his prerogative as the president.
He then called on his supporters to demonstrate outside the Capitol.
His supporters found out that Mike Pence betrayed them by refusing to look into some of the elector votes that were being certified, like for example from Michigan or Wisconsin or Georgia.
And that is when I believe that there was, like I said, some kind of spontaneous violence, spontaneous, you know, overflowing, the mood of the crowd turned, and that's what happened.
And then, within hours, the Capitol was secured.
Not just the building, but the district, the whole city, the capital of the day was secured, and the whole thing was over.
There was no indication from the events of that day that there was any effort to occupy the Capitol or pursue anything more than a protest, which is what it was.
And there's evidence of this here.
What they say in the letter, their main point, you know, they're investigating me, they issued the subpoena, because they're trying to get to the bottom of the six.
And they believe that there's this criminal activity.
And what do they mention in the letter?
Well, And this is pretty important.
The main things that they thought to include, this is the relevance, this is why I'm being compelled to testify, are what exactly?
Because I was at the completely peaceful Stop the Steal rallies in Washington, D.C.? ?
That's the relevant context?
That's part of the relevant complaint?
They're saying this was a terrorist attack like 9-11.
They were trying to overthrow the government.
And we demand you tell us what happened because you're relevant to the investigation.
And here's why we think that you are important.
And one of the reasons out of just a handful that they give is that I went to a completely peaceful rally at DC in November and December.
unidentified
Right?
nick fuentes
There was no criminal activity, no violence.
I was charged for nothing, investigated for nothing.
That's part of the complaint.
In addition to that, they say that, well, I said I wanted to destroy the GOP.
They said at another rally, I said that we should be feral.
Which, what even does that mean?
In another one, I said that we should storm state capitals, which, given the context, given what we had been doing, pretty clearly meant demonstrate.
You know, if I go to Michigan and protest peacefully and say, we want the state legislatures to hear our voices, and we want the Republican state legislators to retake their right to appoint electors and appoint electors that will vote for Trump, and I do that in Michigan, and I do that in Atlanta, and I do that in Phoenix, and I do that in Harrisburg, and then I go to D.C.
and say, hey, we need to storm state capitals like we've been doing, you know, it's pretty clear from the context what that means, but that's included.
And so this, in short, oh, and then they add to that that I received a donation in December.
I received a large Bitcoin donation in the first, or I should say the second week of December.
And this is part of their complaint.
And so how does this make any sense?
You know, I'm a person who has not been indicted, not been charged, did not enter the Capitol.
There's no criminal activity.
And believe me, if there was, I'd be charged by now.
I was at, I went to nearly every Capitol.
During the Stop the Steal period.
Every one of the contested battleground state capitals.
I was at all of them except for Wisconsin and Nevada.
But I was at every other one.
And I was in D.C.
two times before the 6th.
And I spoke alongside Alex Jones and Ali Alexander and many people.
And then I was at the city.
unidentified
They've charged 700 people.
nick fuentes
And they even said that people like me would be a priority.
In the first month, in the first two weeks of the investigation, Michael Sherwin, who was running it in the DOJ, said that they prioritized these so-called internet celebrities to send a message of shock and awe to all the Trump supporters so that they wouldn't demonstrate at the inauguration on January 20th last year.
And that was true.
They charged Baked Alaska, they charged Brannon Strzoka, they charged all the people that were famous that they could first.
So not only was I investigated for over a year, and I believe it's ongoing, and not only have I already been punished more than anybody else, Who is being investigated but not charged.
No fly list.
Asset seized.
But I also would have been a priority.
I would have been a priority.
They've been investigating me for a year plus and I'm a priority.
And given what they've done, they've already taken drastic actions in the investigation.
And they don't have anything.
They don't have anything.
They've charged more than 700 people.
And they've charged the internet celebrities and they've They put me on a no-fly list and they've seized my money and they don't have anything.
But a year later, now that there's these questions about Oath Keepers, Proud Boys, etc., etc.
Now they want to compel me to testify and say, oh well we just need to get to the bottom of it.
Get to the bottom of it?
They're requesting documents they probably already have.
They've had my phones tapped for a year.
They've been reading my emails, all that, for a year.
They probably know more about my involvement than I do.
Because my memory is only so good.
But I'm sure the text messages, the financial statements, Bank of America turned over the financial statements without even being asked.
We covered that a year ago.
So they probably know more even than I do.
You know what this is about?
They want to get me there.
Number one, it's about chilling free speech.
It's about trying to scare people like me into submission.
Well, you know what?
I'm not scared.
You're gonna have to kill me.
Well, don't kill me.
I don't want you to kill me.
But you can't scare me.
Look at my life.
I'm on a federal no-fly list.
I'm banned from everything.
I'm basically banned from making money on the internet.
You think you're gonna give me a little subpoena and that's gonna scare me?
You can't scare me.
But that's what they're trying to do.
They're trying to hit me with subpoena.
They're trying to investigate me so that I'll stop doing what I do.
That's what the whole thing is about.
It's political.
It is meant to scare people who are not doing anything wrong to stop doing the things that are perfectly legal, which is political activism.
They want to put down the Trump revolts and stop talking about election fraud and stop talking about the vaccine mandates and everything.
So, that's partially what it's about, is to scare people like me.
I haven't done anything wrong.
I'm not doing anything wrong.
I'm exercising my First Amendment right, but they're trying to scare me into refraining from doing that because they can't get me for anything else.
The other part of it is this.
The more that they put me in a jeopardizing situation like this, the greater the likelihood is that they could charge me after the fact.
Now, I haven't done anything wrong so far.
But if they subpoena me, and if I go in and testify, and if I say something that is inconsistent with what they know about me, again, intentionally or unintentionally, if I lie, maybe I just misremember something, then they can charge me anyway.
And then they got me.
And so make no mistake about it.
Oh, and add to that, all along the way, this is costing me tens, hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Because while all this is ongoing, and the FBI, and the DOJ, and Congress, which have limitless resources, while all this is going on, I've got to retain legal counsel.
So it's not enough that I've got this specter hanging over my head of they're going to throw you in jail for no reason.
It's not enough that they're putting me in jeopardy with this subpoena.
But also they've dragged this on for as long as possible so that I've got to pay a lawyer and I've got five lawyers on retainer and I can do it because I have very generous donors who are patriots.
But those resources, I mean I've raised a lot of money.
I could have spent that on doing AFPAC.
I could have spent that on doing a lot of things.
But it's also about draining resources and time and energy.
It's all a game.
That's why they seized my assets from my bank.
Take chips out of the casino.
Take resources out of the playing field.
Right?
That's the whole point.
So chill my free speech, put me in jeopardy, and all along the way...
Bleed me of resources retaining legal counsel so that they can't just arbitrarily ruin my life.
And that's the endgame.
It's not about getting to the bottom of it.
They know it.
They know what's going on at this point.
The FBI said in August, they put out a big report in August of last year.
And they said, we have found no conspiracy.
We found no conspiracy in the White House, no conspiracy in the Trump campaign, no conspiracy with Women for America First, which is the Kramer sisters, with Stop the Steal with Ali, Infowars.
They said the only thing that we could find is that some of the militias And that is the report they put out in August based on their findings.
Biggest investigation in American history.
700 people plus charged.
And that's what they could find.
But now they're compelling me for testimony?
And why are they compelling me for testimony?
Well, let's see.
I said some things and I got money.
That's why I'm being compelled to testify.
That's what's in their complaint in the letter.
Well, he said this in Lansing.
He said this in D.C.
He went to this rally.
Oh, and this guy gave him a lot of money.
That's what they got.
Not, he punched a cot.
Not, he broke a window.
Not, he trespassed on the Capitol.
Not, he broke cameras.
He did this or that.
Not, he posted... I mean, think about it.
I do a show every night, and at that point I was on Twitter and off the cuff all the time.
And they've got texts, they've got emails, they've investigated other people.
And so you'd think they'd be able to produce, even in this letter, oh well he said this about the Capitol, he said this about the 6th, he said this on his show.
What do they have?
Things that are spuriously, dubiously, hardly could be considered connected to 1-6.
Oh, and I got money.
So they say, well, he was at the 6th, so any money that he got beforehand is somehow connected.
Like, I made money, and then I was at the 6th, so they're drawing this spurious connection between the assets received and the 6th.
Ridiculous.
It's a political witch hunt, as we know.
And I'm a real American patriot.
That's what this is about.
It's about silencing me.
It's about bleeding me of resources.
It's about scaring me.
It's about putting me in legal jeopardy.
But, you know, I said this in American Renaissance back in 2018.
You can't scare people that believe in God.
I don't fear anything other than God.
I don't fear the government.
I don't fear the FBI.
I don't want to die.
I would like to live longer.
I really would.
But I don't fear death.
Because if anything, if I get killed, I'll become a martyr in this world and in the next.
If they come and kill me, you've just created 10,000 terrorists.
Now, I don't want to impugn my followers and say, oh, they're all terrorists or something.
But look, if they kill me, I become a martyr.
And the name Nicholas J. Fuentes becomes a legend in the world.
As an American dissident gunned down by a liberal government, by our democracy, by the open society.
And that marks the death of any kind of political outcome to this dilemma.
Because if I can't even live in America, if they kill me, then there's no way, there are no way that this regime is gonna produce any kind of change.
So, now I mean when I say 10,000 terrorists, I mean that very metaphorically.
My followers are peaceful, my followers are non-violent, I'm non-violent, and of course we condemn terrorism.
We're Christian.
We don't believe in violence.
But the point is this.
You kill me, you make me a martyr.
You kill me, you create a lot of problems for yourself in this world.
In the next world, I go to heaven instantly.
Kill me.
And I go to heaven the second that I die.
Skip purgatory.
I'm passing through.
Do not pass go.
Do not collect 2,000 years in purgatory.
Collect 200.
I'm good.
I go to heaven.
Day one.
Instantly.
Beatific vision.
I get to meet God.
I would like to meet God later though, you know?
I want to meet God, but I got a lot of work here to do here.
So, you know, please pray for me.
Please say, you know, St.
Michael's Prayer for me.
Please pray a rosary for my safety.
I do legitimately fear for my life these days.
That's why I'm saying this.
You create a martyr out of me in this life and the next.
I don't fear it.
I don't want it, but I don't fear it.
I fear God alone.
We're all gonna die one day.
We are all gonna die one day.
Maybe not today.
Maybe not tomorrow.
Who knows?
Maybe today.
Maybe tomorrow.
We are all going to die one day.
And then we will stand before the author of the universe.
And he will see everything that we've ever thought, said, done.
We can hide nothing.
We cannot run.
And then he will judge.
Then there will be a judgment which will be permanent and forever about your fate in the afterlife.
I don't know about you, but that scares me a lot more than the FBI.
You know, you think the FBI is pretty scary?
You see these faggots in their suits, and it's women that work there.
How could you take that seriously?
You see the FBI, you see the DOJ, you see the federal government, and you go, oh boy, that's some serious stuff.
Well, then you think about the fact that all this is temporary.
Jail, charges, political nonsense, the games they play.
It's all temporary.
Afterlife is forever.
God is forever.
It's God's world.
We're just participating in it.
It's God's existence.
We're just participating in it, at least in creation, for a time.
I don't know about you, but I fear what happens in the next life if I don't do the right thing here.
Jesus Christ was crucified on a cross, and I don't know if they're gonna nail my hands and feet to a wooden cross.
They could do a lot of bad things to me, but that's what happened to God.
And that's what we're called to do.
And I said that in American Renaissance.
A people that fear God and nothing else We're ready to drink death-like water, and a group like this cannot be defeated.
That's the most important thing.
You can't scare us, you can't defeat us, because you can't conquer our spirit.
And you can't conquer our faith.
You can do whatever you want, but you cannot conquer our faith.
All of this is just in passing.
Anything you can do, anything you can say, You can make it hurt.
You can make it hurt for a long time, but it's only temporary.
It's God's world, buddy.
This is Jesus's world.
You may think you're the king.
You're just here temporarily.
Wait until the Lord comes back.
Anyway, not to get too religious, but point being is this.
The goal here is that they think after this The revolution, really, that Trump launched in 2016, they think that they can put us down by scaring us.
Scaring us into complying, scaring us into submitting, and fundamentally, into not doing what's right.
They want to demoralize you, they want to convince you that we have no chance, that they're so powerful and there's nothing you can do, and we're never going to win.
And if you try, you're just going to get destroyed.
It's just going to hurt.
But, I hate to tell you this, but we like the pain.
Suffering, that's kind of the basis of our whole religion.
So they say, oh, you know, you're not gonna win!
I think they said that to Jesus, you know?
How did our whole religion start?
Suffering, despair, hopelessness, they thought they conquered him, and then the whole world shook.
And then in three days, the tomb was empty, And that's set the tone now for 2,000 years.
You want to know who runs the world?
Tell me what year it is.
unidentified
2022.
nick fuentes
Since what?
You know, time to start to turn that current year meme around and people say, it's 2022!
Get with the times.
Yeah, 2022.
Since what?
Not since the creation of the FBI.
Not since the World Bank was founded.
No.
We all know.
unidentified
2022.
nick fuentes
Since what?
unidentified
The year of our Lord, buddy.
nick fuentes
So, you know, they could subpoena me, they could do the worst to me, but you shouldn't be so concerned.
Pray for me, because here's the thing.
I want to win.
We're going to take over America.
Newsflash.
This movement is going to take over America.
America First is inevitable.
We are the future.
We want the glory in this life.
We wanted the next, but we want to win in this life.
Through suffering we can get closer to God, but you know what?
It's time to deliver a victory for the people of God.
It's time to deliver a victory for the real chosen people, the Christians.
It's time to save the world.
We're going to do it.
So, insofar as you're concerned for that goal, please pray for me and my health and my safety and all of that, but that being said, everything that happens in between is just what's going to happen, and it's all part of God's plan, and God is in control.
So pray, have faith, believe, Trust the plan.
Trust his plan.
But don't worry.
Don't be anxious.
Whatever happens, it's all going according to plan.
It's all gonna be right.
So, you know, I see this stuff and I want you to know, you know, I'm talking to my lawyers.
I have great lawyers.
I have many lawyers on retainer and the two that I'm retaining for this in particular are fine lawyers and I'm following their advice and they're good people and, you know, and I'm gonna be very prudent about how I approach this.
But I just want people to know, when they send this to me, it only strengthens my resolve.
My resolve has never been stronger.
Subpoena me, investigate me, take my money, put me on the no-fly list.
It just shows we're doing something right.
I'm not backing down, and I'm not going anywhere.
I have no plans to.
I am putting on the armor of God.
I'm asking for His protection because it's a tough situation, and I know that God does not abandon His people.
I hope you'll pray for me.
I hope you won't abandon me either.
But, you know, I'm going into this subpoena.
Whatever I got to do, I'm going to talk with my lawyers a little bit more tomorrow about how we're going to proceed.
And that's obviously private, but 2022 is going to be our year.
And this stuff just helps us.
Believe me when I say that.
It only makes us stronger.
You know, why do you keep giving us your hardest battles?
Because we are the strongest soldiers, and it's the strongest soldiers that are going to win the war.
So, I've been subpoenaed, yeah, yeah, what else is new?
I'm doing something right.
So, America First is still inevitable.
The plan is still destined for completion.
So that's our subpoena and I'll keep you updated as much as I can with what's gonna happen.
I believe that I have to submit documents.
I don't think I can get away from that.
I think I have to give over the documents and then as far as the testifying goes I'm gonna have to figure out what we're gonna do with that but Yeah, just publicity at this point.
It's just publicity.
Just keep saying my name, Libtard.
Hey, journalist that makes less money than me, just keep saying my name.
That's all I ask you to do.
They think they're so smart.
They write these reports about me.
They post these clips about me.
Please, just keep spreading the message.
I'm banned on Twitter.
So, New York Times, Politico, Independent, Right Wing Watch, you know, Daily Beast.
Just please, just keep saying my name.
Just keep saying my name.
Just keep searching my name.
There's power in a name.
That's a very esoteric thing.
There's power in a name.
The Bible, full of names.
Our opponents in the Bible, they care deeply about names and about saying names.
It's a very important thing.
So hey, just keep saying my name and we'll all be okay.
But, so that's, so that's a subpoena.
But I'm gonna move on.
I'm gonna get on to our Super Chats and we'll see what you guys have to say about all this.
unidentified
Pretty, pretty crazy day.
nick fuentes
I'll get my LaCroix out here.
Pretty wild though.
We have our biggest audience ever on CozyTV.
I don't, I didn't see what it peaked at, but I think we had 11,000 people watching.
That's the biggest audience we've ever had on CozyTV.
So, pretty good stuff.
11?
On a custom platform!
We built our own platform, now we got 11,000 people watching.
Can you say inevitable?
Can you say America first is inevitable?
That's something.
They said we peaked at 11-2, 11-3.
That's something.
So think about it.
We got banned on...
YouTube years ago.
We got banned on DLive, banned on Twitch, banned on Twitter, and they said it's over.
His biggest social media platform is gone.
He's banned from all streaming services.
We made our own.
We made our own and now we have 11,000 people watching on our own platform.
And it's just, that's not a testament to how anti-fragile and invincible we are.
I don't know what is.
I mean, they thought they were going to throttle me in the crib years ago.
When Media Matters is writing headpieces about me, right wing lodge, Jared Holt, when they ban me.

Thank you.
Get your ass to AFPAC, you're going to catch flack, Jack.

like Nice, nice, uh, nice rhyme scheme there.
Hey, thanks a lot for the big super chat.

Big shout out.
He's an old head.
Good to see you, buddy.

On the bright side, there's no better choice a person to be given an opportunity to troll Congress.
Yeah.
We'll just see if it gets televised.
Dresden says, I envisioned you all hopped up on McDonald's and coffee with bloodshot eyes and clenched fists, beating your table and barking at your audience.
Get your ass to AFPAC!
Get your ass to AFPAC!
I couldn't stop laughing.
You then proceeded to pull out a custom-labeled AFPAC baseball bat before smashing your cozy TV mug to smithereens.
At this point, you've erupted.
Okay, so what are you even talking about, man?
What is this?
Some kind of funny idea you had?
This is some kind of funny SNL bits, I don't know what you're going for here.
unidentified
And then what if Nick and then what if he was like banging on the desk and and then and then what if he had McDonald's and what if he smashed a mug and then a mug got smashed?
nick fuentes
Yeah, that's hilarious, man.
That'd be really funny if someone acted that out or something.
That's great.
So yeah, I don't know.
Is that what you're getting at?
I'm not really sure.
I didn't really catch the first part there, but thanks a lot.
Yeah, that's funny.
It's really hilarious.
You have autism by any chance, sir?
unidentified
And then, and then, what if, uh... Dresden Verge, welcome back, buddy.
nick fuentes
Foy says, another new year, another new glowy op at a synagogue.
FBI gets to look like a hero shooting their patsy in the head last week in Texas, yeah.
Groibsheg with a big super chat, 07.
Hey, thanks a lot, buddy.
Big shout-out.
No message, just a prayer emoji.
Thanks a lot, buddy.
Valerio says, can't wait to see you at AFPAC 3.
Also, fat faggot Jason Miller is getting griped into oblivion.
You love to see it!
Yes, we do.
We love to see this.
Yeah, I'll see you there, buddy.
Valerio says, why is Jason Miller's face so fat?
I don't know, man.
A lot of trans fats?
Phytoestrogen?
I'm not sure.
Mississippi Gropers says they're scared of what you have built and are pulling out all the stops they can think of to take you down.
God is with us and not these monsters in Washington.
God bless you and may you remain strong.
Thank you so much, man.
I appreciate it.
Tenryo says you are my best friend and I will die for you.
You have my undying loyalty.
I will forever be in service to the true king of the United States, Nicholas J. Fuentes.
Well, thank you, Tenryo.
You're a great friend, too, man.
I love you, buddy.
And I'm with you until the end.
Do we love Tenryo or what?
Our New York nigga!
We love this man!
Do we love Tenryo or what?
Can we get an 07 for Tenryo?
Can we get a T in chat for Tenryo?
Do we love this guy?
Everybody should follow his channel on Cozy.
Cozy.tv slash Tenryo.
I love you buddy.
Thank you so much.
And I appreciate it.
I really do.
He was out there, man.
He was out there in New York at our anti-vaxx rally.
He was out there, standing in between me and Antifa.
Guy's an absolute king.
So, we love you, bro.
Chad Champion says, it's kinda cackin' ironic the last week you were asking why they were calling people for testimony, and then this happens.
Also, what's the plan if you are arrested?
Groyper standing back and standing by.
Stand back and stand by!
Well, if they arrest me, I've got legal counsel, I've got money.
If they arrest me, you've got to protest.
If I get arrested, wherever I'm being detained, you've got to protest outside of it.
And I won't be there to say it!
So, my interns, they've got to put it on my telegram, they've got to call all my friends and they've got to put it out there.
Wherever I'm being detained, there's got to be a mass demonstration.
And they've got to say, Free Nick.
Now, no violence.
No violence.
No nothing.
But you gotta go where I'm being held, and you gotta turn out for me there.
You gotta protect me, okay?
You gotta protest.
I don't think that's gonna happen, but if it does, you gotta turn out.
It'll be, uh, calling all patriots.
Stand back and... Hey, listen, we're on standby.
Groypers are on standby.
Stand back and stand by, because...
One day it's going to be calling all patriots at the Nick Fuentes Jail.
Nick Foytta's jailhouse.
unidentified
So.
nick fuentes
Nonviolent.
Nonviolent!
unidentified
So.
nick fuentes
That's that's the message.
Okay, but I don't think they'll do that.
But I you know, who knows they might so Dark times dark times sort of like Star Wars 3.
Honestly, that's what it reminds me of Kansas zoomers is Christ is with this movement prayers to you, buddy.
We've all got your back.
Love you big guy.

Well, thank you, man.
I appreciate you.
unidentified
God bless.
nick fuentes
I'm so lucky to have the best supporters in the world.
You know, I put myself on the line and you know what?
Faith and humanity restored.
Reddit gold for you.
Okay, this is wholesome.
Wholesome 1000.
I put myself on the line, and you know what?
When you do that, people reciprocate.
There's a lot of cynics and critics and careerists that try to run this thing, but you know why people support me?
Because I believe.
I'm a true believer.
And you know, when one person has real courage, when one person has a real faith to step up, the faithful are there.
And that's what needs to be activated.
And you're not going to activate faithful people by being a cynic.
You're not going to activate them by thinking you're going to be so clever and just with your clever little lies and marketing schemes and focus group tested slogans.
I'm real.
I believe in being real.
You know?
So I'm not naive or anything, but I believe in God and I believe in doing the right thing.
You know, if we're gonna make miracles happen, we have to believe that they can happen.
I said this all last week.
If you think that miracles can happen, if you really believe, you gotta act in a faithful and miraculous way.
So, you can't be a cynic.
You can't be hedging your bets and going, well, if this miracle faith thing doesn't work out, well, we'll always just lie.
Well, we'll always just do a calculated deception.
No, you gotta believe.
So, amen.
Well, thank you, man.
Temple says congrats on approaching the mugshot phase of the Stalin Arc 07.
Yeah, we're approaching 1907 Tiff Lee bank robbery status.
You know, this is my Chad handsome, you know.
And then in the future, I become the Man of Steel.
So, yeah.
Yes, absolutely.
Absolutely.
We're approaching Stalin mugshot level.
The mustache is already coming in.
It's already there.
unidentified
So, just waiting.
nick fuentes
Art school failure, bank robbery, and what is it?
Tiflis, I believe it's pronounced.
Yeah, we're getting there.
We're approaching that.
We're approaching these levels.
The prophecy is being fulfilled all day long.
So the prophecy says.
Is he not the chosen one?
Is he not to bring balance to the force and destroy the Sith?
So the prophecy says.
Perhaps, what does Yoda say?
Perhaps misread the prophecy we have.
So.
Jacked Gamer says Jason Miller is a fat faggot.
Can't answer a single question properly.
Low T responses.
Beating around the bush with this hamster cheek fag face.
Hate that guy.
Praying for you not getting jail.
I agree.
Agreed on all fronts.
American Dreams is ordering my copy of Groyper goes to the Senate from Scholastic right now.

unidentified
My Groyper.
nick fuentes
My Groyper by Nicholas J. Fuentes, national bestseller.
SmileyTheFed says, if Nick Fuentes goes to prison... Okay, I'm not gonna read that part.
There is no prison strong enough to contain this smile.
Hail Groyper!
Hey, thanks a lot, SmileyTheFed, but you know, careful with some of that.
Careful with some of the things you're posting, buddy.
But hey, I... the sentiment, I agree.
It's true.
I get it worse than Rosa Parks, than any of these people.
I'm the most censored man alive.
Love you, man.
Big prayers.
It's true.
I get it worse than Rosa Parks than any of these people.
I'm the most censored man alive.
God Emperor says they want to ask about the Groyper Movement.
Leave a big fat Groyper Movement on the house floor, Nick.

Defecation Department.
Yeah, hello.
Custodian Department?
Clean up on Aisle Senate Chamber.
Clean up in the House Select Committee Room.

Yeah, we got a big steaming pile of griper pellet in the House floor.
Yeah, can we get some mops?
Can we get some cleanup here?
Cleanup crew?
Can we get some toilet paper?
Tamaracks, as we stand with you, Nick, may God bless you.
Thank you.
Based, er...
Basselmere says congrats on 10k my nigga.
Can't wait for you to read passages from the Talmud as part of your testimony to Congress.
See you at AFPAC.
Yeah, that'd be funny.
Sneetowns is banned from 109 platforms and every time.
Was the company's fault?
Does that sound kind of Jewish?
Well, it was.
But it was in response to my subversive behavior, I guess you could sort of say.
I don't know what that has to do with Jewish people.
I was banned from a lot of platforms and people say well you know it's sort of like your behavior you know it's your behavior that got you banned you were acting in a way that sort of subverted the interest of the platform and for that reason you're banned and that's what some say I think that's hateful I think that's hateful and bigoted that people would suggest that Mac Man with a big super chat says, Lil Kodak once said, Lil Kodak, they don't like to see you winning.
They want to see you in the penitentiary.
I feel like you can relate to this.
Consider the plan trusted.
Well, thank you for the big super chat.
Big shout out.
That's true.
They hate to see a nigga winning and they do want to see me locked up.
They would love nothing more than to see me go to jail.
They're never gonna defeat my spirit.
Smiles.
It's all smiles.
It's all smiling the fad all day long.
Devil's Avocado says, would you say you're a person who supports the perceived political interests of the white population within a particular country, especially to the exclusion or detriment of other racial or ethnic groups?
Sounds like a dumb question.
Blake Mitchell says, what's going on big guy?
Big love from Melrose Park.

Thank you.
God bless.
Oh boy.
Oh boy!
Well hey, thanks a lot for the super chat.
Woman or not, I appreciate the sentiment.
I love you too.
You're welcome for being me.
That's a long time.
Charlottesville, that was like four and a half years ago.
That's a long time to follow me.
Well, thanks a lot.
I appreciate it, and I'm glad to hear that.
It means a lot to me that you feel this way.
But, wow, I didn't know women watch this show.
Well, thank you.
O7's in chat to Jason Miller and the mystery of the disappearing chin.
Yeah, I don't think he's got one.
No neck, no chin.
Just sort of this bulbous head like a snowman sort of just plopped onto a bulbous plump body.
Well thanks a lot for the big super chat.
Sentosa, sorry I can't make it to AFPAC 3.
I really wanted to attend.
Here's the money I would have spent on the admission.
May the full armor of God protect you through the trials ahead.
Thank you Nick.
Well hey thanks a lot man.
I really appreciate it.
Thanks for the big super chat.
Big shout out!
I appreciate it.
And yeah, I'm sorry I didn't get to see it, AFPAC, but hey, maybe next year.
Jed Winchester says, God bless and keep you through these hard times against the forces of the global satanic coalition.
I truly feel for you the way that we feel about Trump, but more so with you.
As The Rush Collins said about Trump, I would die for you and if you check the live chat, you'll see I'm not alone.
Well, that's exactly what we're gonna need, man.
I appreciate it.
I'll die for this thing, and if we're all willing to die, you know, hopefully we won't, but if we're all willing to die, we're gonna make change.
That's how it's gonna happen.
It's gonna be a solid group of people that are willing to take it all the way, not a larger group of people that signed up for an email list.
I appreciate you, man.
Well, thank you, man.
It's true.
We're everywhere.
I don't know what that means, but thanks.
Kyle Psycho says, The Beast System subpoenaed Nick Fuentes.
Proof Nick Fuentes is a real human being and a real hero.
When this is all over, Nick Fuentes will be king or he will be a saint.
Satan is overplaying his hand as minions will cry, we were just following orders.
And we will say, so are we!
God bless Nick Fuentes.
I hate the Antichrist.
Awesome super shout.
I love that one.
So true.
So true.
I feel like I'm being sanctified.
I feel like sanctified, purified by this.
And it's true.
Satan is overplaying his hand.
And we have the final victory.
It's so true.
And I love that.
Yeah, and we'll say we're just following orders.
Yeah, Satan's minions are following their orders.
Well, guess what?
We're gonna have our orders as well.
So if you want to play that game, by all means.
Hitler 6,000s as could it be.
Nick Fuentes going mainstream.
Just had to congratulate you, King, for this epic historic moment.
Praying for your safety and we've got your back until the end.
0-7, boys.
I think that just happened.
I think Nick Fuentes just became mainstream.
We did it, folks.
And the full Groyper Offensive is underway.
The Groyper Offensive of 2022 is underway.
Towards the mainstream.
We are marching towards.
Mainstream status and ultimately primacy in the right wing.
That's happening.
John Sparrows says, fuck the feds and the corrupt city billies that gain their power via welfare-fueled human farming and illegal human trafficking operations and all the illegitimate, weak, silly losers who have no right to our land and certainly not to our allegiance.
Losers!
Yeah, that used to be funny when that guy said that, but not anymore, I guess.
unidentified
So true, so true.
nick fuentes
Jason.
unidentified
Thank you.
nick fuentes
Okay, alright.
Hi.
So we are back.
Apologies for the interruption there.
unidentified
It turns out I talked to our developer.
nick fuentes
I don't know where I left off but I'm doing the show and I'm like okay live chat's not moving.
We had so much traffic just now the whole site crashed.
This is our biggest, this is more viewers than we've ever had on CozyTV before ever.
More than we had on AFLive.
It was the biggest audience we've had since I left DLive.
The site crashed because we had so many people watching, so... We're back now, but it took us a second to get locked and loaded back up.
It's like few people less... fewer people watching now, but we're back now, so... But that's a good problem to have, ultimately, right?
Good problem to have.
Just goes to show.
We gotta expand.
We gotta... I don't know what computer thing you have to do is buy more RAM, buy more memory, server, buy another computer.
We had to buy another computer because the site is so big.
So I don't know what... But we're expanding.
CozyTV clearly.
And here we are.
unidentified
So...
nick fuentes
So, anyway.
So, where was I?
Pardon the interruption.
I believe we were at... I'm just gonna resume here where I left off.
Okay.
Here we go.
Goy says, what?
I need to testify before the January 6th Committee?
Oh, sorry.
I can't make it.
I'm on a no-fly list.
Yeah, I wish I could say that.
They'll make me drive there.
Jack St.
Clair says, Thank you, Nick.
God bless you.
Thanks.
Blattrick Gruyper says, Nerd clusters?
Gas or pass?
Gas, straight up.
Or, well, which is which?
Does gas mean, like, good?
Because if so, then gas.
Lane says, Nick Fuentes versus the world, truly.
Just another testament to the sacrifices you made for this movement and the objective truth.
Always praying for you, man.
You're a patriot and a hero of mine.
Godspeed.
Well, thanks a lot, man.
unidentified
It's true.
nick fuentes
It's been a tough year, bud.
I'm hanging in there.
Based Coops's Revelations 27 to 9 is about white genocide.
Yeah, I don't know if I agree with that.
Can't wait for God to something something.
Thanks.
Groyper Maker says, God bless you young man.
You are doing the Lord's work and they are terrified of you.
There is a line and Nick Fuentes is the line.
We will protest, mostly peacefully, outside any hole they put you in.
My man.
Well, thanks for the big super chat.
I appreciate ya.
I don't think they will, but if they do, stand back and stand by.
Gotta be ready for Magnet Night at the Big House.
Because who knows?
Who knows what could happen?
They would love nothing more than to see me go to jail.
That's the only reason I don't want to go to jail is because they would like it, but otherwise I think it'd be kind of interesting.
Smokey Bones says, it's disgusting how evil these people are to ordinary citizens, but it just makes me want to donate more to spite them.
Someday Nicholas Chafe went to stay will be a federal holiday.
God bless.
Yeah, we'll see man.
I believe it.
Based Coops, as if you've seen 100 Proofs, the Israelites were white.
It's so obvious, yet the only people trying to prove Jesus and the Israelites race are Jews and anti-white atheists.
Oh, so you're trying to say Jesus was like European?
Interesting.
John Andrews says, don't forget to tell the January 6th committee the story about Jaden and the Pop-Tarts.
Relevant detail, yeah.
You know, it goes along with, like, the, they were walking between the velvet ropes!
Grandmas!
And then, you know, in the same sort of genre is, Jaden McNeil was eating a Pop-Tart!
unidentified
Come on!
nick fuentes
Look at this guy!
Exhibit A. And we'll show a picture of Jaden in the backseat drinking a Blue Icy.
Exhibit B. And then in the midst of all the chaos, there's Jaden emerging from the tent eating a Pop-Tart.
Ladies and gentlemen of the House of Representatives, my friend Jayden McNeil was wearing a spinny hat and eating a Pop-Tart.
How could you say this is an insurrection?
Grandmas, people walking between the velvet ropes, a little boy eating a Pop-Tart, or a very tall adult man with the disposition of a little boy eating a Pop-Tart.
Your Honor, Your Highness, ladies and gentlemen of Congress, what insurrection is this?
Yeah.
I mean, we're out there, I'm giving a speech, groipers are fighting, there was this wignat that tried to threaten me, some groipers, yelling at him.
We're doing chants, some guy's screaming the rosary, and in the midst of all this, Jaden emerges from this tent who's like, they got Pop-Tarts in there!
Pop-Tarts!
unidentified
We're at war!
No, kidding.
I mean, we're not at war.
nick fuentes
We're peacefully demonstrating.
unidentified
Pop-Tarts!
nick fuentes
You know what I mean.
unidentified
Pop-Tarts!
nick fuentes
This is our country we're talking about.
unidentified
We're not at war.
nick fuentes
We're not at war.
unidentified
We're at a peaceful protest.
nick fuentes
Nobody, yeah, he's eating a Pop-Tart.
I'm hungry.
I'm cold.
unidentified
I want a Pop-Tart.
nick fuentes
Good times.
Some insurrection.
Does the insurrection have Pop-Tarts?
Apparently.
Pragmatic Culture with a big super chat says I've been following you since 2016 and through all the trials I've trusted the plan.
I will continue to trust now.
Take this for your lawyers and see you at AFPAC.
God bless you and America first.
Well thank you man.
That's the thing that got everybody to be 2016.
That's a long time.
Well, thanks a lot, man.
See you at AFPAC.
Dylan says, Hey Nick, long time fan.
I'm a Wignatt and constantly have to explain to retards that you're not gay or that you're not a controlled op.
They're idiots.
No bad blood.
You're a Wignatt?
Come on, man.
Why would you be a Wignatt?
How could you watch a show and still be into that?
Cozy Biker says, Raise your right hand!
I SWEAR I'M GONNA VOTE FOR DONALD TRUMP!
We're gonna do that at AFPAC 3.
We're absolutely gonna do that at AFPAC 3.
unidentified
RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND!
I SWEAR I'M GONNA VOTE FOR DONALD TRUMP!
Man, those are the good days.
nick fuentes
So true.
Raise your right hand.
Absolutely.
James Farmer says, hey Nick, just to let you know, Mr. Girl's a creep that thought the girls and cuties were hot.
His words, not mine.
Oh boy.
Okay.
Well, I gotta look into that then.
Howard says, just some change for the war chest.
You were definitely born to do this.
God bless you and your family.
Thank you.
Van says, are they going to fly you to the testimony?
No, I think I have to drive.
Max says, are you coming to the March for Life in DC or will there be an organized AF presence there?
No and no.
Michigan Zoomer says, we're gonna be okay.
God's not finished.
Praying for you, Nick.
Hey, love you, buddy.
Praying for you as well.
We love Michigan Zoomer.
John Smith says, Hey Nick, I just heard that Jesse Watters was going to get his own primetime show on Fox on Monday.
What do you think about him?
Is he one of us or just another Hannity?
Could he be converted?
He really is not.
I have no strong feelings about Jesse Watters at all.
Seems sort of bland.
Masato says, just watched the video from Saturday.
Legendary stream.
Will re-watch many times and God bless AF lawyers.
Yeah, big time.
Kyle says, you should look up Sidney Powell's response to the subpoena.
Pretty much same as yours.
Gee, thanks guys for the platform to prove election fraud.
You're in my prayers with all of our brave leaders.
22 is gonna be our year.
Gotta watch the election fraud though.
A lot going on in Texas and Nevada right now.
Not in a good way.
So true.
Modern Monarchist, as I was thinking nearly an hour ago, Jason Miller looks like a corpulent pudgy thumb that got slammed in a screen door, all swollen and misshapen.
Eyes and features lopsided.
Yeah, that's a good observation.
Hunter says, 07Hero, very recent follower, but greatly respect and pray for you and other Christian streamers and free speech warriors out there, especially you.
Wurzelroot and Andrew Torba, thank you man.
Yeah, we love Torba, we love Wurzelroot.
I'm very aware of this.
This is Matthew 5:11-12.
"Blessed are ye when men shall revile you and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake, rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." Very true.
Very true.
I'm very aware of this.
You know, I mean, yeah, I'm not a perfect person.
I'm not as pious of a Catholic as I should be, but you know what?
If they're hating me for being a believer, it's got to count for something.
If I'm converting people, I hope that's going to take some time off my sentence in purgatory.
Young Lungs is 07, Nick.
We're with you.
Hey, thank you, man.
Quack says, standing by and ready to quack on your order.
May God be with you, friend.
Hey, God bless you too, buddy.
Modern Monarchist says, I was restraining myself until Super Chatting until my birthday in March, but I could not restrain myself because self-control is easily overcome by love.
I'm back.
I lasted as long as I could.
Well, welcome back, buddy.
Good to have you here.
We would have missed you if you waited until March.
Kyle says, and by nothing terrified of your adversaries, which to them is an evident token of perdition, but to you salvation and that of God Just speak the truth bro.
Let God do the rest.
Amen, man.
Thank you for the super chat.
I appreciate it.
It's true.
It's true Nathan sizes, who's your favorite WWE wrestler Randy Orton?
Probably he's the coolest in my opinion.
Love the RKL love the punt love the What's the other?
Signature movie does the legend killer I think or what the hell is it called?
Oh Yeah, Randy Orton or Triple H. Triple H is kind of gay now, though.
Undertaker, he was a little campy, but always cool.
Chokeslam, Tombstone, Apollo Driver, Last Ride, Hell's Gate.
unidentified
Good stuff.
nick fuentes
A little campy, but a legend, of course.
Undertaker, Randy Orton, Triple H, Kane was cool, but not really very active when I was watching.
unidentified
Edge?
nick fuentes
Yeah, Edge was cool.
Edge kind of retired though a little after I started watching.
Yeah, I kind of am relating to Edds the more I get older.
The sort of unhinged, rated R superstar, you know, you know, pushing his hair back, spear.
He's kind of awesome.
I kind of thought he was gay when I was a kid because he was, when I was watching, he had a big feud with the Undertaker when they were on SmackDown and Vickie, Vickie Guerrero was the GM and it was the Guerrero family.
They were horrible.
And Undertaker is just throwing him through tables and throwing him in the coffin and stuff.
So he was sort of a heel when I was watching, but in retrospect he was awesome.
Chris Jericho, another favorite.
Those are my favorites.
Pretz says, can't wait for your book to come out after you get out of prison.
I can imagine if not Nick's little white book.
Hey, yeah, maybe like Gaddafi, right?
Yeah, a little Yeah, unironically, we gotta make something like that.
Absolutely.
We're making it happen.
Raise your right hand.
unidentified
Put your hand on your little white book.
nick fuentes
The Manifesto.
Idaho Catholic says, I haven't watched you in a year, but something is calling me back and I see I'm not the only one.
Something big is happening and the energy is unreal.
It can only be God's providence.
Yes, I can feel it.
You can feel it.
It's tangible.
I know what you're talking about.
Yeah, if you wear it like with a suit jacket over it, sure.
For a second, I really thought you were Nick Fuentes, jail guard talking to baked Alaska stand-in prisoner.
Chad Champions says, if you are arrested, we have to do some Harvey Dent prisoner swap.
For a second, I really thought you were Nick Fuentes.
Jail guard talking to baked Alaska stand-in prisoner.
Yeah, that'd be funny.
Nate Smokes says, Groyper Legionary is at the ready.
Praying for you, Nick.
The world is against you and the amount of fortitude you have is inspiring.
Thanks.
Varsity Nationalists says, we're all praying for you in Connecticut.
You have balls of steel standing back and standing by always.
So true.
Virginian says, yo, 0-7 Nick.
Fuck the feds.
And Jason Miller, take care and God bless.
Congrats on 11k.
Thanks.
Varsity Nationalist says, FYI, the pedophile hunt that resulted in that knife attack incident has since been successful.
Don't know what you're talking about there, but great.
Excellent content is on the way.
Can't wait to hang in Orlando.
God bless you.
Hey, great to hear it.
Devil's Avocado says, that was one definition of a white nationalist that I cited earlier.
A white nationalist is not necessarily a person who believes in a whites-only nation.
Okay, whatever.
Kenneth Starks is praying for you, man.
You shall overcome.
God bless.
Thanks.
Modern Monarchist says, this year was long.
Sometimes though, Nick, the years have seemed to have been short to me.
It seemed to be nearly so long ago when I found you in 2018.
You were always a beast, a warrior and king among men.
