Matt Walsh details Donald Trump's six assassination attempts, contrasting them with Barack Obama's single incident and highlighting the 2017 North Dakota forklift attack where an ADHD diagnosis led to a light sentence. He argues that recent political violence is overwhelmingly leftist, citing murders of Charlie Kirk and Brian Thompson, while alleging Democrats dismiss failed attempts as hoaxes. Walsh contends that media figures like Jimmy Kimmel normalize this violence through jokes, suggesting conservatives are surrounded by those who want them dead in a "Mad Real World" climate where victims are blamed for their safety. Escalating Assassination Attempts00:14:46
After Saturday's attempted assassination at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, we're now at the point where it's truly challenging to keep track of all these serious attempts on Donald Trump's life.
You might think that's an overstatement, or you might think you can name all those assassination attempts from memory, but I'm willing to bet that that's not true at all.
So here's a test.
What happened on September 6th, 2017, during Trump's first term as president?
He was in North Dakota to give a speech at a refinery.
While he was in transit, A 42 year old man from North Dakota stole a forklift, drove it into Trump's motorcade route, with the intent, according to the state's attorney, of quote, flipping the limo and killing the president.
Now, the plan, as creative as it was, was foiled when the forklift got stuck on a fence.
In the end, it was basically a Timu killdozer.
Ultimately, the attacker settled for lighting a few buildings on fire.
For all this, he received an extremely light sentence, time served, because according to his public defenders, He suffered from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
So yes, his excuse, this is not a joke, was ADHD.
And it worked.
You see, ADHD is a disorder that could explain literally everything away from getting bad grades to trying to kill the president.
If ADHD had been invented in the 1860s, maybe John Wilkes Booth could have saved himself the trouble of running away and being an outlaw and then getting shot.
In addition to the forklift attack, by my count, Trump has faced five other Serious attempts on his life.
Now, most people at this point say it's three attempts.
Actually, it's six.
There was Michael Sanford in 2016 who tried to grab a police officer's gun to shoot Trump in Las Vegas, Thomas Crooks on the infamous sloped roof in Butler, Ryan Ruth with the sniper's nest at the golf course, Austin Tucker Martin with the shotgun at Mar a Lago, and now the attack at the dinner on Saturday.
And that excludes all the people who sent Trump Rison in the mail.
These are all cases in which assassins. moved well beyond making threats or planning an attack even.
They went out in the world ready to throw their lives away with the goal of murdering Donald Trump.
This has happened six times at least.
Those are the ones we know about.
No other president in the history of this country has been directly targeted this many times by serious assailants.
That is a straightforward, uncontested fact.
Gerald Ford had two serious assassination attempts.
Truman had one.
Reagan had one.
Andrew Jackson had one.
FDR had one.
If you go looking up assassination attempts on, say, Barack Obama, who we were told was the first black president, and therefore he was being hunted relentlessly by white supremacists, you'll find just one incident that's remotely on the level of the Trump attacks.
And that incident involved a guy named Ortega Hernandez, who fired rounds at the White House from a quarter mile away when Obama wasn't there.
Beyond that, nothing.
If you pull up the Wikipedia page for security incidents involving Barack Obama, the first entry reads, North Carolina Waffle House threats.
So that should give you some idea of the quantity and severity of the threats that Obama was facing.
And we could generalize even further.
In the past two years, can anyone name a single major act of political violence that was committed by a Trump supporter?
The shooter who targeted those Minneapolis lawmakers claimed that he was taking orders from Tim Walz, which is not exactly a right wing motivation.
Thomas Crooks, who we can conclude from his social media posts, as well as the fact that he shot Donald Trump in the head, Wasn't exactly a MAGA guy.
He was a Trump supporter at one point, but he was radicalized against the president during the pandemic, apparently.
On the other hand, violence committed by the left has been very hard to miss.
Putting aside the Trump assassination attempts, Charlie Kirk was murdered on camera in front of the entire world.
Brian Thompson, the health insurance CEO, was gunned down by a schizophrenic leftist.
ICE agents in Dallas were nearly shot to death by a sniper who somehow missed and hit a few illegals instead.
Two Israeli embassy staffers were executed by a guy screaming, Free Palestine.
A law enforcement officer was shot in a coordinated plan to assault an ICE detention facility in Alvarado, Texas.
Multiple Tesla dealerships were set on fire and dozens of Tesla vehicles were vandalized.
The headquarters of the New Mexico GOP was hit with firebombs.
Josh Shapiro's residence was set on fire by another Free Palestine freak.
Multiple officers were shot in an attack on a Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas.
A gunman opened fire on an ABC station in Sacramento after the network suspended Jimmy Kimmel for lying about Charlie Kirk's murder.
All these attacks happened in just the past two years.
If you go back a little bit farther than that, then you start getting into all the attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers, of course, BLM, the Summer of Love.
There is simply no comparison here.
This is not a both sides issue.
Now, that's not to say that there's never been violence in this country that was motivated by extremist right-wing beliefs, but especially in the past two years, the past five years even, the political violence has basically gone one way.
If there's any comparison to be made here to the epidemic of left-wing violence today, well, the comparison is to the epidemic of left-wing violence in the past, especially the 1970s, which has largely been memory hold.
Schools certainly don't talk about it, but it definitely happened.
In his book, Days of Rage, Brian Burrow quotes a retired police agent as saying, people have completely forgotten that in 1972, we had over 1,900 domestic bombings in the United States.
From 1971 to 1972, just a one-year period, the FBI reported more than 2,500 bombings in the United States.
That averages to about five every day.
And almost all of them were committed by leftist organizations like the Weather Underground, the Black Liberation Army, the May 19th Communist Organization, and so on.
Now, what's different now is that the average left-wing attack is far more lethal than it was in the 1970s.
And more importantly, unlike the 1970s, the violence reflects the consensus view of most Democrat Party politicians and voters.
Consider the embarrassingly bad Reddit-tier cringe manifesto of the man who tried to kill Trump at the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday.
That man's name, as you know now, is Cole Allen.
Now, this is a guy who donated $25 to Kamala Harris and believed pretty much every piece of Democrat Party propaganda imaginable, judging by social media posts.
He called Trump a Nazi.
He abandoned Twitter and fled to the open-air asylum that is blue sky.
And he even believed that Kamala Harris would win the state of Iowa based on that ridiculous poll that dropped shortly before the election.
He bought into all this.
He wrote, quote, based on Iowa predicting that Kamala wins all swing states, And at least three red states.
So the guy was a bit delusional.
I mean, there were signs.
There were signs.
And when you read his manifesto, it becomes obvious just how deeply held these beliefs were.
The key takeaway is that there's nothing in the manifesto that's out of step with mainstream Democrat Party talking points.
Now, Ted Kaczynski's manifesto, by comparison, was at least thought-provoking and well-written.
There were some interesting ideas in there.
He didn't sound like a generic cable news talking head, but Cole Allen simply writes a summary of various Democrat hoaxes and propaganda.
He calls Trump a traitor, alluding to the Russiagate hoax.
He also says Trump is a pedophile, alluding to non-existent evidence in the Epstein files.
He implies that inmates are getting sexually assaulted in detention camps and that innocent fishermen are getting blown up by a Nazi president.
All of that is, of course, not true, but the point is that it's all stuff you hear on CNN every day.
Watch.
The dehumanizing rhetoric of Adolf Hitler is once again alive and well on a national political stage.
This time, of course, in the United States, Donald Trump a couple times over the weekend referred to immigrants from South America, Africa, and Asia.
He did not mention Europe.
South America, Africa, and Asia as, quote, poisoning the blood of our country, which it's not hyperbole.
That does very directly echo Adolf Hitler's language before World War II.
Open up a copy of Hitler's Mein Kampf.
you would find the Nazi leader describing the mixing of non-Germans with Germans as poisoning.
There's really no other way to say it.
Donald Trump's language mirrors this directly.
Everyone who heard Trump's remarks understood what he was saying.
It was a variation of his argument that third world countries aren't sending their best to the United States.
They're making us weaker rather than stronger.
That's what poison does.
And rather than debate this self-evident observation, the press would rather pretend that Trump was talking about racial purity, which he never actually did.
He was talking about foreigners who came into this country from mental institutions and prisons, drug traffickers, and generally low quality migrants from all over the world.
That's not what Hitler was writing about.
He was talking about race mixing, which is not what Trump was referring to.
But the corporate press exists to ignore all of this context so that they can convince as many people as possible that Trump is the moral equivalent of Hitler.
And in the same breath, leftists will advance explicitly anti white racial politics of their own.
Which could be why in his manifesto, Cole Allen explicitly writes that Mr. Patel, as in Kash Patel, the FBI director, is not a target.
Now, he doesn't elaborate as to why that might be, but that's an interesting omission.
It's an interesting exception for this guy to make.
It's not unreasonable to conclude that Cole Allen wanted to prioritize white targets.
After all, in this manifesto, Allen goes out of his way. to identify as half black as a way of suggesting that white leftists should be the ones shooting at the president.
In the part of his manifesto where he addresses hypothetical issues somebody might have with the assassination, he writes, as a half black, half white person, you shouldn't be the one doing this.
Rebuttal, I don't see anyone else picking up the slack.
And then he states, administration officials, not including Mr. Patel, they are targets prioritized from highest ranking to lowest.
So, Paul Allen is channeling stock Democrat Party rhetoric when it comes to racial equity and oppression narratives.
He doesn't think that he should have to do the work, as they say.
And when he does feel compelled to act, he's going to spare the first non white administration official he can think of, even if that official is widely known as a loyal Trump supporter.
So, race, as always in Democrat Party politics, is the primary fixation.
And we all know that Cole Allen, had he been successful, would have been widely celebrated on the left.
At this point, there's a pattern emerging with these assassination attempts.
Every time something like this happens, you see one of three responses from the left.
If the assassination is successful, like it was with Charlie Kirk, they'll openly celebrate it all over social media, which we saw with not only Charlie Kirk, Brian Thompson as well.
On the other hand, if the assassination is unsuccessful, they'll either lament the fact that the shooter didn't finish the job, or more commonly now, they'll claim the whole thing was a hoax or a false flag.
Because those are the two categories of assassination attempts in the mind of a leftist.
Either a successful one or a hoax.
If it's not successful, then it must be a hoax.
A legitimate assassination attempt that doesn't work is like impossible in the minds of a leftist now.
But the one thing for sure is that in no scenario will Democrat voters in large numbers condemn the violence.
That never even enters into their minds.
This is a party that exists to do two things replace white American voters with loyal foreign servants.
And kill everybody who stands in their way.
And therefore, within hours of the shooting, videos like this one were all over social media.
Watch.
Another staged pew pew jest so that Orange Child Grapist could get the ballroom that he wants, that the judge said he couldn't use the money for, but now he's going to say that he needs it.
Also, distract everybody once again from the fact that he raped children.
Have a nice night.
Well, it's a very persuasive piece of commentary.
I mean, I'm certainly convinced.
You know, the attempted assassination at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, yeah, it must have been a hoax.
Because, I mean, this is what happened.
The Trump administration recruited a leftist Kamala Harris voting Trump hater to participate in a staged assassination that would include the shooter getting shot at.
And then locked in federal prison for the rest of his life.
The Kamala Harris voter agreed to this plan that works against both his political and personal interests because he's, you know, a really nice guy.
He's a really generous guy.
The Fake Hoax Theory00:07:08
Meanwhile, the Trump administration, despite dastardly planning multiple assassination hoaxes, apparently, decided to keep their patsy alive and a permanent liability to them rather than just killing him like they could have easily done.
And they did this because they are also really strangely generous in a very odd and specific way.
So, in summary, we have a plot where all parties involved are working against their own interests with no real discernible benefit to any of them.
There's no evidence of this plan.
It doesn't even make any intuitive sense.
And the motives for everybody involved are unclear, if not insane.
But still, I believe it because I'm a very smart person.
Oh, and he did all this, by the way, all this, the hoax was really so that.
For an excuse to build the ballroom.
That's the other part of this theory.
The ballroom, which is already being built, but it's happening anyway.
But they wanted to do a whole assassination hoax just to justify the thing that's already happening.
Now, this is very common.
We can laugh about it and we should laugh at it.
But this is very common on the left.
According to a recent survey, nearly half of Democrat voters, not just random people on the internet, believe the assassination attempt in Butler was staged.
And that theory is perhaps even more ridiculous.
It's even more ridiculous because we know that real bullets were fired at Trump during this attempt.
We know that because somebody seated behind Trump was hit and killed.
So, in order for this attempt to be a hoax, Trump would have had to volunteer to have real bullets fired at his head.
Which means they not only recruited somebody to participate in this hoax, knowing that they would die or go to prison forever, but they also placed absolute faith in the marksmanship.
Of their mentally ill Patsy.
And of course, this is to say nothing of the large number of people who would need to be involved or complicit in this hoax, all of whom have somehow kept their mouths shut, even though the Trump administration, through two terms, is notorious for leaks and anonymous sources gossiping to the media.
They've kept this to themselves, though, somehow.
None of it makes any sense.
But just to give you an idea of how widespread this kind of thinking is, on social media, Cole Allen himself endorsed the idea that the Butler assassination attempt was a false flag.
Yes, the latest wannabe Trump assassin sincerely believed that previous attempts on Donald Trump were staged.
Here's what he reposted.
He said, How do you get shot with no scar?
And there's a zoomed in shot of Trump's ear.
And at this rate, before long, we're going to get a Trump assassin who's convinced that his own assassination attempt was staged somehow.
I mean, these are people who find the idea that everything is fake or a simulation.
You know, to be extremely intoxicating.
So I guess that's where all this is heading.
It's tempting to call all these people morons, which, of course, they are.
It would be an accurate characterization.
But if you look at the profile of a leftist assassin, it's hard to ignore the fact that they're, you know, mostly above average intelligence, or at least they think they are.
By all accounts, Luigi Mangione was not a dumb guy, neither was Thomas Crooks.
And Cole Allen was educated at Caltech, which is one of the most competitive schools in the country.
So this is not just some random flunky.
Their acceptance rate is around 3%.
Granted, he was almost certainly a DEI candidate who wasn't remotely qualified to pursue mechanical engineering, which was his major.
And I can make the determination for a few reasons.
First of all, his career flatlined.
He quickly became a teacher for a strip mall SAT tutoring company, as well as an indie game developer who didn't actually make any games.
Not exactly the profile of a competent engineer.
And secondly, when the shooter was in school, he appeared in this local news report, which strongly indicates that he's much less impressive than he thinks he is.
Watch.
Sala student Cole Allen developed a prototype for a wheelchair emergency brake.
The wheelchair brakes tend to lock the wheels, but don't actually lock the chair to the ground.
The idea with this is to prevent it from moving at all.
His grand invention is sticking some PVC pipe into the bottom of a wheelchair to function as an emergency brake.
And because he's black, or at least half black, we're all supposed to be impressed by this.
It was kind of reminiscent of that kid, if you remember, Ahmed Mohammed.
Who, way back in the day, supposedly designed a clock and brought it to school only to be accused of carrying a bomb because he had this weird, like, ticking thing that he was carrying around.
And Obama and every media outlet told us the kid was a genius, even though he just took a store bought digital clock, ripped the casing off of it, and put it inside a pencil container.
But it was a miraculous invention because, after all, he's not white.
And even though from a distance it definitely looks like a bomb, we're all supposed to ignore that.
Otherwise, we're racist.
Cole Allen's life story is similar in that respect.
Instead of telling him to accept his natural limitations, leftists promoted him as a genius at every opportunity.
And when that fake reality collapsed, Cole Allen wasn't intelligent enough to realize he'd been lied to.
Instead, in what presumably was his final act as a free man, unless he successfully pleads to having ADHD, who knows, Cole Allen attempted to charge into a ballroom on a mission to assassinate Trump administration officials on behalf of the very same party that had been deceiving him for his entire life.
Now, by the same token, the assassin who murdered Charlie Kirk had obviously come to believe Democrats' unscientific and deranged views about gender to the point that he was dating a furry who was taking off-market cross-sex hormones because he believed that he was really a woman.
Luigi Mangione internalized all the eat-the-rich propaganda from the left.
He cited Michael Moore in his manifesto, which reused many of the typical talking points that you hear from Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.
Ryan Ruth fell victim to the Democrats' obsession with advancing the interests of Ukraine over the interests of the United States.
All the people shooting at ICE officers, of course, are also taking Democrats' rhetoric about death camps and Gestapo to its logical conclusion.
These shooters aren't going down rabbit holes.
They're simply taking the corporate press and the Democrat Party in the mainstream at their word.
Put another way, if you stop a random Democrat on the street, there's a good chance that they want to see Donald Trump and all of his supporters die a horrible death.
There are too many examples to go through to make this point, so we'll settle for just a couple.
But here they are.
We're cooked as a country when my first reaction to hearing the news about Trump's attempt was it was probably fake.
Like immediately I was like, oh, that wasn't real.
Ignoring Real Distractions00:02:54
Probably fake.
And the second was, oh, they missed?
So happy they missed.
Yeah, that's sad.
That's when you know we're cooked.
Man, there's been a few creators on here saying that like Friday or yesterday could have been the day.
And then I wake up to that news, but not that news?
We're gonna have to pay really close attention to what they're trying to actually distract us from.
You mean to tell me that a pedophile was almost eliminated from this earth and I'm supposed to feel anything other than disappointed?
Right.
They missed again?
It's America!
They missed again?
So, you get the idea.
And you'll notice it's entirely women and low testosterone men in these videos.
Several of them are public school teachers.
Here's one more example.
This is apparently someone who sits on a school board.

Victim Blaming on Cable News00:11:28
Now, we're well past the point where conservatives need to get serious about the extent of this threat.
And to do that, we need to be honest about why all the hoax theories are circulating on social media right now among both conservatives and leftists.
For the most part, for most people, it's a lot more palatable to believe that these assassinations are staged than to confront the truth, which is that indeed a large percentage of this country's population has been radicalized.
If you're a conservative, they want you dead.
I mean, that could very well include your next door neighbor or your doctor, your Uber driver, the person serving you food at a restaurant.
Take a look at this data point.
According to a poll by YouGov and The Economist, 25% of people who describe themselves as very liberal and 17% of people who describe themselves as liberal believe that violence can sometimes be necessary to achieve political goals.
So basically, one in five Democrat voters at a minimum believe that political violence is acceptable.
Less than 9% of conservatives, including people who describe themselves as very conservative, held the same position in this poll.
So like we said, this is not a both sides thing.
In other words, leftists are more than twice as likely to admit openly to a pollster that they support political violence.
And you factor in all the ones who feel that way but don't want to admit it to somebody, and what do you end up with?
I don't know, but it's a lot of people.
That's why Jimmy Kimmel is still on the air.
The executives ABC know that he has a reliable audience, albeit a relatively small one.
Millions of Americans want to see someone lie about the deaths of conservatives and encourage more assassinations.
That's what Kimmel did after Charlie Kirk's murder.
It's what he did just two days prior to the White House correspondence dinner.
Watch.
Our First Lady Melania is here.
Look at Melania.
So beautiful.
Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.
Throughout all of American history, until very recently, most people would be repulsed by something like that.
It's crass.
It's not funny.
It's not clever.
It's obviously trying to appeal to leftists, and there are many of them who fantasize about the brutal murder of the president.
For a comparison, here's how Johnny Carson opened the 1981 Oscars shortly after the assassination attempt on Ronald Reagan.
This is how Hollywood reacted to the attempted murder of a Republican after delaying the ceremony 24 hours out of respect.
And then this is what happened.
Watch.
Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen.
I'm sure that all of you here and most of you watching tonight understand why we'd have delayed this program for 24 hours.
Because of the incredible events of yesterday, that old adage, the show must go on, seemed relatively unimportant.
The Academy, ABC Television, and all of us connected with the show felt because of the uncertain outcome, as of this time yesterday, it would have been inappropriate to stage a celebration.
But the news today is very good, as you know.
The President is in excellent condition at last reports.
He's been conducting business.
When you import tens of millions of foreigners and flood everybody's brain with nonstop social media slop that's designed to reward their worst impulses, you get a very different country, one that's a lot more deranged and destructive.
And that's where we are now.
That's why Michelle Obama and Rachel Maddow and all the other feminists won't say a word about what Jimmy Kimmel said.
Neither will the women on The View or anybody else.
And even after Saturday's attack, predictably enough, the corporate press is doubling down.
CNN's Jake Tapper just launched a very painful extended defense of Kimmel.
One of the more excruciating segments you'll see on cable news.
Watch.
I'll get into the responsibility that we all have to help bring down the temperature in a second.
But first, let me touch on the news today and what was perhaps inevitable that the Trump administration would try to use Saturday's horrific act of violence to try to clamp down on criticism and free speech.
Today, the president and the first lady, Melania Trump, citing a joke that comedian Jimmy Kimmel made last Thursday on his show, tried to connect that joke with the assassination attempt.
There is zero evidence, zero evidence that the would-be alleged assassin heard the joke.
In fact, authorities say the suspect left California for Washington, D.C. by train on Tuesday, so his trip to D.C. started long before Jimmy Kimmel told this joke on Thursday night, airing this pretend correspondence dinner skit.
Earlier today, the first lady tweeted, quote, corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America, it is time for ABC to take a stand.
How many times will ABC's leadership enable Kimmel's atrocious behavior at the expense of our community?
Unquote.
This in response to a joke she did not like.
This afternoon, President Trump followed with a Truth Social post that said, quote, this is something far beyond the pale.
Jimmy Kimmel should be immediately fired by Disney and ABC.
Unquote.
There was more.
But let us just take this moment and say, is it fair to judge Jimmy Kimmel's joke in light of what happened at the dinner two nights later?
This is coming from the same network that banned Ryan Jardusky for making a joke about beepers going off.
They were outraged about that for weeks.
And more to the point, this is the same Jake Tapper who was outraged, genuinely furious, over Aaron Rodgers joking about how Jimmy Kimmel was on the Epstein list.
Watch.
New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is facing intense and frankly well deserved criticism over comments he made on ESPN's The Pat McAfee Show, in which Rodgers made false allegations about accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and a popular late night comedian.
A lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn't.
FIRE!
False, defamatory, wildly irresponsible, and not funny if Rogers was trying to be funny.
This is child sex trafficking.
I should note CNN has reached out to a representative for Rogers and one for ESPN and one for ABC.
They've all declined to comment.
Frankly, just the latest example of Aaron Rogers using his platform to spread misleading and false information.
So wildly irresponsible.
There are lunatics out there who believe this kind of stuff.
I mean, Kimmel's right when he says he's putting his family at risk.
So you don't get to imply that Kimmel is on the Epstein list because crazy people might take it seriously, but making a joke about Trump getting murdered is totally fine, apparently.
Tapper goes on like this for several more minutes.
And first of all, there was no joke here.
It's kind of an important point.
Jimmy Kimmel hasn't been funny in about 15 years or longer, he hasn't really told a joke in that long.
And this particular moment was no exception.
As a one liner, it had all the humor of a trans activist on Reddit gleefully celebrating Charlie Kirk's assassination.
And on top of that, his whole argument is a straw man.
No one is saying the killer was motivated specifically by Jimmy Kimmel's joke.
The point is that the entire left-wing media apparatus, which is to say virtually every media outlet in the country, constantly repeats this kind of rhetoric.
And when leftists are exposed to this kind of venom all the time, it has the effect of turning many of them into dangerous and unstable people.
Or I think more accurately, many of them are already unstable.
And then you're dumping all of this nonsense on top of it.
Some of them are going to go to the logical conclusion.
What it's worth, Kimmel's routine went on to repeat the same Nazi tropes that CNN uses every day.
They want people to marinate in this stuff because they know the effect it has.
Watch.
Oh, look at who we have here Stephen Miller.
Stephen Miller is so racist.
The reason he went bald is because his hair was black.
Stephen Miller puts the cyst in white supremacists.
He's like if baby Hitler traveled in time to kill us.
Again, there's not even an attempt at humor here.
It's the same old standby.
Trump is Hitler.
His administration is Hitler, Nazis.
And when multiple gunmen decide to take this seriously and attempt to murder the president, this is the kind of response that follows.
This is Chuck Todd, the former Meet the Press host.
Watch.
I'm not going to any more events where Trump's at him.
I don't feel safe.
Wherever Donald Trump is.
Chaos follows him.
Chaos follows him.
And you are less safe, right?
If you decide to go into his orbit, you have become less safe.
He does not care about your safety.
He's not going to protect you if you go into his orbit because he's always going to protect himself first.
He's more likely to throw you under the bus.
He's more likely to have you be the target of Iranian assassins if you're John Bolton or Mike Pompeo.
And he's going to pull any sort of federal support, right?
You know, I think about when somebody.
Using Donald Trump's words and actions targeted me and a bunch of other members of the press.
You know who I didn't hear from?
Donald Trump.
Right.
So the guy doesn't care when people commit violence in his name.
He only cares when the violence is committed against him and he does not see that he is a contributor to the atmospherics of the world we're living in, right?
So now Trump is responsible for the people who are trying to murder him.
Victim blaming, you know, is something the left used to.
Pretend to care about, but that doesn't even begin to describe this.
I saw somebody on X say that this is like that Chappelle show sketch, Mad Real World, where they stab the white guy's father and sleep with his girlfriend and then kick him out of the house because he makes them feel unsafe.
You really can't parody this kind of pathological way of looking at the world because it's so farcical on its face.
I don't like how you looked at me.
Why you gotta look at me like that?
Sandra, I apologize.
I don't know how I'm looking at you.
Like that?
Like what?
Oh, look!
Look, you're doing it!
I'll look over here!
Don't look at me!
You don't know how to talk to people.
Why you gotta be looking at me, white man?
I'm not looking at anyone.
If someone could- You're gonna be- I've been stabbed!
Sandra, I've been stabbed!
The reason why we call this house meeting is because we just don't feel safe with you in the house anymore, Chad.
Are you serious?
I don't feel safe.
Who kind of thought you should leave?
Dad.
I should leave.
No, not yet.
Tyree, you stabbed my dad.
In a span of 20 years, this has gone from sketch comedy to mainstream Democrat Party orthodoxy.
They will shoot at you multiple times and then blame you for it.
And again, this is coming from the guy who hosted Meet the Press.
He's one of the most prominent journalists in the country, or was, claims to be one of the sane ones.
Matt Walsh Protein Bar Ad00:02:25
The takeaway is clear.
If and when these people finally do kill Trump or another prominent conservative, they'll do exactly what they did after Charlie Kirk's murder.
They'll say he had it coming.
We all know that.
Summer has a way of reminding you what actually matters.
The family vacations, road trips, your kids are outside, your family's together, life feels full.
These are the moments that raise the question Am I actually protecting this or am I just enjoying it?
Because it's easy to assume everything will be fine.
It's harder to take responsibility for what happens if it's not.
The responsibility of protecting your loved ones and planning for the future is heavy.

You've heard me talk about Equip's Prime bars before, but now I'm actually, I'm also really liking their Prime protein, too.
Men's Health called it the cleanest protein on the market.
Starting today, my listeners will receive an exclusive discount on Prime protein, which has become our team's favorite clean protein.
This stuff is really delicious without any of the junk and toxins that fills a lot of the powder on the shelves.
Equip keeps it.
Simple, real food ingredients with your choice of clean sweeteners.
Each serving has 20 grams of grass fed beef protein, no whey, no seed oils, no junk.
Plus, every batch is third party tested for heavy metals, plastics, pesticides, mold, you name it.
When they claim to be the cleanest protein bar out there, they can actually prove it.
And they have great flavor options.
So, adding it to your daily routine, drinks, baking, anything really is simple.
Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, even chocolate, mint, and cinnamon roll are all flavored.
I tried them all, and they are all great.
So, you can't go wrong.

The more this type of propaganda ramps up from every angle, the more prepared the right needs to be.
Instead, the opposite seems to be happening.
As Fox News is a comedian who was at the correspondence dinner, he was caught on A hot mic before the shooting, remarking about how the front door to the hotel was being propped up by two random women who were not affiliated with the Secret Service.
He was marveling at how lax security was.
Watch.
I love that they have like two random chicks holding the front door open.
Like, where's the guy?
We're not even trying anymore.
It's just, I just mean, like, they're not even like Secret Service people.
It's like the girls who work here are holding the door.
Even if it was the guys, it wouldn't even make it better.
It's like, Like, they might as well put a doorstop in.
They put up a doorstop and a scarecrow.
Don't f this guy.
So that's Jimmy Fela in the clip.
He's someone who, unlike Jimmy Kimmel, actually tells jokes from time to time, doesn't just make death threats, tries to tell jokes, what comedians are supposed to do.
In fact, he's often pretty observant.
And in this case, he made the same basic observation as the gunman in his manifesto.
Cole Allen repeatedly expressed his surprise that the Secret Service presence in the hotel was so minimal.
He wrote If I was an Iranian agent instead of an American citizen, I could have brought a Modus in here and no one would have noticed.
That's a reference to a.50 caliber machine gun.
And he raises a good point, actually.
If the Secret Service isn't going to screen anyone in any way until they try to enter the actual ballroom, it's a big problem.
According to reports that we've seen, it looks like the Secret Service shot several times and managed to shoot one of their own agents, not the actual assassin.
They only arrested him because he tripped and fell after running straight through a checkpoint.
With that in mind, imagine what 50 highly trained Iranian commandos could have done.
They could have stormed into the ballroom easily.
From the surveillance camera footage we saw, some of the Secret Service agents wouldn't have seen it coming.
Now, you can see it here.
The Secret Service agent in the suit there isn't even looking in the right direction, and no one at the checkpoint even attempts to tackle the guy.
Imagine the Secret Service was actually dealing with a well-trained group of assassins, which isn't exactly unthinkable since we're at war with a country that has a documented history of organizing terrorist attacks on American soil.
And by the way, running through the checkpoint is just one of their available options.
They're completely free to roam around the hotel, rent as many rooms as they wanted.
They could have planted explosives.
And possibilities are endless.
And it doesn't appear the Secret Service had considered many of those options.
Instead, by all accounts, they ran the exact same security plan that they've run for the last 50 White House correspondence dinners.
Now, if nothing else, it's a solid metaphor for how unprepared we are in general on the right.
Social media, along with the corporate press, has fried the brains of millions of Americans.
A total break from reality, a mass psychosis that poses a direct threat to every sane person in the country.
It certainly poses a threat to everybody serving in public office on the right.
It can't be overstated that nothing like this has ever happened before in American history.
And as tempting as it may be to conclude that there's some vast international conspiracy here, the truth is actually a lot more disturbing.
No matter where you live, if you're a conservative, you're almost certainly surrounded by people who want you dead.
That is not hyperbole.
It's not paranoia.
It's a factually true statement.
If you take it seriously, which you should, it could very well save your life.
That will do it for the show today.
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for listening.
Talk to you tomorrow.
Have a great day.
Godspeed.
I do believe that if people have committed treason against the United States of America, their statues should not be in the Capitol.
History Written by the Victors00:00:39
History is written by the victors, and since the 1960s, we've been told, mostly by people whose ancestors didn't even live here during the war, that the South committed treason.
But if the Confederates were traitors, then why was Jefferson Davis never put on trial for treason?
What were Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson afraid of?
Did they know something they're not allowed to say today?
It's time for the truth.
So here it is.
Robert E. Lee was a military genius and a man of immense honor.
He was beloved by Americans from the North and South for a century after the war.
