Today in the Matt Wall show, a left-wing agitator is killed by ICE agents while trying to run one of them over with her car.
Now, Democrat officials are, of course, doing everything they can to turn this into another George Floyd moment.
We'll talk about it.

Is this an attack on the free markets or a way to protect the free markets?
We'll talk about all that and more today on the Matt Wall Show.
Whether we realize it or not, we all have a tendency to assume that nothing ever happens.
That's the Zoomer way of referring to a well-known phenomenon called normalcy bias.
Essentially, most people generally believe that life as we know it will continue in more or less the same way for the rest of our lives.
We'll learn about major civilization-defining events in world history, like World War I or the Revolutionary War.
And we'll assume that, well, history is history.
You know, those kinds of events simply don't happen anymore.
Nothing ever happens, as the saying goes.
The idea of a new civil war or a new world war seems too distant, too implausible to consider very seriously.
Seriously, we're simply too advanced for that kind of thing these days.
But the funny thing about World War I and the Revolutionary War and most other conflicts throughout history is that at one point, they also seemed unthinkable.
In fact, in 1909, somebody named Norman Engel wrote a book called The Great Illusion.
And the premise of the book, which became an international bestseller, gained a massive following on college campuses, was that war was a thing of the past.
Countries that were economically connected, he argued, would never fight major conflicts with one another because they had too much to lose.
You know, at the time, everybody thought that the book made a really compelling point.
Nobody took issue with it.
War had been solved.
And then five years later, tens of millions of people died.
And then World War II.
And in fact, the 20th century became the most war-torn century in the history of human civilization.
I begin with this context because we're now trending very clearly towards a particularly brutal war that seemed unthinkable until recently.
It's increasingly evident that millions of people living in this country are so committed to an explicitly anti-American post-national ideology that they cannot be reasoned with.
Video evidence means nothing to them.
They're not interested in logic or laws or decency.
And in some cases, they don't even care about self-preservation.
Their primary beliefs system revolves around a mixture of nihilism, irony, ghoulishness, and intense jealousy and insecurity.
And these millions of people are well represented in government.
They're represented by politicians who are now openly threatening that they will start a new civil war over the fact that the Trump administration is enforcing immigration laws that were passed in a free and open democratic fashion.
And those politicians include Tim Walz, who's obviously eager to distract from his involvement in a generational scheme to defraud taxpayers out of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Now, in a moment, we'll get into the specifics of the shooting involving the ICE officer and the professional agitator who tried to run him over.
We will demonstrate beyond any doubt whatsoever that the ICE officer was fully justified in shooting and killing this woman.
But it's important at the outset to reject the framing that the left and much of the corporate press is attempting to establish here.
So let me say it outright.
Even if all of their lies were true, which they aren't, even if an ICE officer had somehow decided one day, for no reason, to brutally murder somebody on camera, there would still be no justifiable reason whatsoever for politicians to talk the way they're talking now in the Democrat Party from Minnesota to Washington.
There would be no justifiable reason to foment an insurrection against the United States of America in response to something like that.
There would be no reason for a politician like Tim Walz to imply that his state is now at war with the federal government and to suggest, as he did yesterday, that the National Guard might be ordered to defy or even attack officers of the federal government.
Watch.
Look, I don't know, I don't think any governor in history has had to fight a war against the federal government every single day.
Well, I said this yesterday.
We've never been at war with our federal government.
Order to prepare the Minnesota National Guard.
We have soldiers in training and prepared to be deployed if necessary.
I remind you, a warning order is a heads up for folks.
And these National Guard troops are our National Guard troops.
They're teachers in your community.
They're business owners.
They're construction professionals.
They are Minnesotans.
Minnesota will not allow our community to be used as a prop in a national political fight.
We will not take the bait.
We will continue to update you, Minnesota, as we get more information.
By the way, just a quick historical note.
He said that no governor in history has fought a war against the federal government.
What?
The Civil War.
You heard of that?
That happened.
And it seems like he wants another one now.
So what does it take for the DOJ to haul this guy away in handcuffs?
You know, this is the most crooked, corrupt, one of the most crooked and corrupt public officials we've seen in modern American history.
I mean, fresh off of scamming the taxpayer, he's now declaring war against the United States government.
He should not be a free man at this point.
Okay, he should be frog marched in shackles in front of cameras.
He should be looking at charges for insurrection and treason.
There's no need to read between the lines here.
The implication is obvious.
Tim Walz is deliberately laying the groundwork for a scenario in which the Minnesota National Guard will fire upon ICE officers or vice versa.
Will he give the order himself?
Probably not.
But Tim Walz understands that in general, when you put the National Guard on the street and order them to undermine ICE in defiance of the Constitution, then the likelihood of a catastrophic incident, a modern Boston massacre situation, becomes very, very high.
And that's what he wants.
Very clearly.
The strategy Will Walls is using is very familiar to left-wing terrorists.
The entire reason that this lesbian poet was stalking ICE agents yesterday and blocking their vehicles by stopping in the middle of the road was that she wanted a confrontation.
She wanted her partner, quote unquote, or whoever it was, to film everything.
She was desperately trying to get a reaction out of ICE so that she could present them as fascists and upload the footage all over the internet.
There's no other reason why you would park your car perpendicular in the middle of the road.
And that's been their strategy for months now.
Usually they stand in front of ICE vehicles and try to block their access to detention facilities.
We've seen this all the time.
Walls is applying this strategy on a much broader scale.
He's being transparently phony about his motivations when he praises the National Guard in that clip.
He doesn't mean a word of what he's saying.
As Mike Cernovich pointed out during the BLM riots, which Democrats, of course, encouraged and endorsed and facilitated and funded, Walls openly mocked the Minnesota National Guard, saying they're poorly trained and useless.
Watch.
Mayor knew what he was asking for.
He wanted the National Guard.
And what does that mean?
I think to the mayor, yes, I think it's a perception.
I'm certainly not questioning that.
I think the mayor said, I requested the National Guard.
This is great.
We're going to have massively trained troops.
No, you're going to have 19-year-olds who are cooks.
Walls' views of the Minnesota National Guard haven't changed, right?
What's changed is that in 2026, he's hoping that one of these National Guardsmen, who he says he thinks are not well-trained and not reliable, he hopes that one of them will take a shot at an ICE agent or try to run one over or something along those lines.
And that would enable Democrats to launch a domestic color revolution on an even greater scale than what we saw in 2020.
Now, make no mistake, if an ICE officer had been murdered yesterday, every single one of these people would be celebrating right now.
Just as they celebrated the assassination of the healthcare CEO, the assassination of Charlie Kirk, the multiple assassination attempts on Trump.
They're not remotely upset that this person died.
They're thrilled about it.
They think they can use her death for their own political gain.
And, you know, they're not going to stop with this one lesbian agitator who they're now calling a legal observer to make her sound like a UN monitor in some third world war zone.
But she wasn't a legal observer, whatever the hell that is.
She was intentionally obstructing ICE, according to eyewitnesses.
Watch.
They clearly wanted her out of there because she was the main car leading the protest, is my understanding.
I talked to another guy who was driving behind her.
But she was very successful in blocking traffic.
She was doing what she was set out to do.
And so they wanted to get her the hell out of there.
Yeah.
So it looked like she was impeding ICE vehicles.
Definitely.
Yeah.
That was her goal.
So what was actually happening here was, you know, this was not a mom running errands.
This was not someone dropping her child off at school.
She was trying to stage an illegal blockade of the road to interfere with ICE agents, okay, and that, which is a serious crime already.
I know this comes as a shock to left-wing activists who just do whatever the hell they want all the time, especially blocking traffic.
They do this.
The anti-ICE activists do it.
The BLM, climate change.
They love doing this.
But like, you're actually not allowed to do that.
Not only are you not allowed to do that, that's a serious crime to just say, I'm going to block the road.
I'm going to blockade this road.
Doesn't matter if there are federal agents trying to enforce federal laws.
There could be an ambulance with someone in a medical emergency.
It could be all kinds of things.
But you know what?
Because I want to, I'm going to block the road.
That's what she decided to do.
And they tried to go and detain her for it, which, of course, because you're committing a serious crime.
And then she rammed her car into one of them when they attempted to apprehend her.
That's what happened.
Now, by now, you've probably seen many different angles of the shooting on Wednesday.
We'll start with the first clip that everybody saw, which isn't really remarkable because of the shooting, but because of how utterly and completely annoying all of the bystanders are.
I mean, Reddit must have been having some kind of convention on the sidewalk during the shooting.
That's the only way to explain this.
Watch and listen if you can muster.
Get the f**k out of our neighborhood.
So they're hounding the ICE agents the whole time.
They're spitting on them.
And then after the woman is shot while driving directly at an ICE officer, some guy shouts, dude, you did a murder.
Yes, dude, you did a murder.
That's how these imbeciles speak.
Not even capable of sounding like normal people.
They've spent so much time online racking up tons of Reddit points.
They might as well be speaking a different language at this point.
And they're doing all this supposedly to protect foreigners who are breaking our laws and in many cases stealing our money.
I mean, they're doing all this specifically in Minnesota to protect Somali scammers.
Okay, this is all, this woman gave her life in the commission of a crime to protect 68 IQ Somali scammers who, by the way, couldn't give less of a damn about her.
You notice when you see all these like protests now and riots and the vigils and everything, you notice how the Somali community is not showing up en masse.
You notice how they're not showing up.
You know why?
Because they don't care.
They don't care at all.
All of you idiots that are flooding the streets to protect scam artists who are stealing money from you.
Yeah, the Somali community, they're not even going to say thank you.
They won't even show up at your candlelight vigil.
Guess what?
Because they don't care.
In any event, very quickly, more videos came out, which made it even more clear that this was self-defense.
And this one, shot by someone on the scene and put in slow-mo by Colin Wright, is one of the most, one of the best ways to visualize what happened.
And you can see it here.
We'll put it up on the screen.
And as Colin points out, quote, the car is in drive and the woman steps on the gas while the wheels are turned to the left.
And you can see right there.
Yep, there it is.
Going right at the guy.
Because the ground is frozen, the tires have no traction and they spin in place.
Had there been no ice, the car very likely would have head-on struck the officer standing in front of the vehicle.
That's Colin Wright's description, which is true.
And indeed, from another angle, you can clearly see that the car did in fact strike the officer in a glancing blow that physically moves his body.
And we'll show that angle here now.
And keep in mind, as you watch this footage, that we're only seeing it because of X.
I mean, if it weren't for X, this would be another Michael Brown, hands up, don't shoot type of thing.
It would be another George Floyd, which it might be.
I mean, they're trying to turn it into that.
But it'd be yet another case where a mob forms around the body, concocts a false narrative, and burns down entire cities.
And to the extent that we may be able to pull back from the brink here, which remains to be seen, it's because the public, if they know where to look, has access to this footage and they can share it without getting banned for spreading Russian disinformation or whatever.
Now to be clear, under the law as well as common sense, law enforcement officers have every right to shoot and kill you if you ignore their orders to stop and drive a two-ton automobile towards them.
You know, when officers don't react with lethal force in this scenario, they often end up like this.

She almost struck me.
Now, just the past year, there have been more than 100 incidents where criminals and vehicles have targeted ICE and Border Patrol agents.
A few months ago in Chicago, an ICE officer was dragged under a vehicle.
In December, two ICE agents were hit by a car.
You know, it's becoming a major problem for law enforcement.
And this is why if you drive a car towards a police officer, you get shot.
And that's nobody's fault but your own.
And it's why in general, it's a bad idea to disobey law enforcement officers.
When you disregard the law and behave as if the rules don't apply to you, then you run a very significant risk that one day you will pay a very severe punishment for doing so.
Now, you get the sense that for many of these left-wing terrorists, they've never suffered real consequences for their crimes at any point in their lives.
And as a result, they're emboldened.
They think that because they've run 20 red lights with no issue, therefore there's no harm in running one more red light.
Like that's the kind of mentality, even though what they're doing is a lot worse than running red lights.
Eventually, though, they inevitably learn the hard way that indeed, you know, there's a very good reason to stop at red lights.
And if anything, that's an argument for dramatically scaling up the punishments that these agitators face.
Don't let them block another ICE vehicle or spit on another ICE officer without going to federal prison.
These people can't be coddled anymore.
And by the way, if you care about them and preserving their own lives, that's also best for them to suffer severe consequences.
And if they suffer those consequences now, maybe they'll be spared the fatal consequence down the line when they finally cross the line.
And emphasize that point, a demented woman posted this video to social media after the shooting in which she laments the fact that she may not be able to terrorize ICE agents anymore.
Watch.
This was not self-defense.
This was an execution.
I am shocked because only a few weeks ago, I was driving around this town that I live in in Charlotte doing very similar things, looking for ICE agents, trying to prevent them from kidnapping people off the street.
And there was a lot of other people out there doing that on a daily basis, as is our right to drive around the streets of our city.
It's frightening right now.
Please be peaceful in your protests and don't give them any excuse because it doesn't look like they need any right now.
I cannot believe that they just took this woman's life, a U.S. citizen, for no reason.
Now, as difficult as it may be to watch this woman humiliate herself, there's an important lesson here.
You know, terrorists on the left, particularly the women, are not going to stop committing acts of terrorism unless they know they will face serious consequences if they do so.
You know, I could sit here at a rational level and explain to this woman that she does not actually have the right to drive around her city with the intention of disrupting ICE operations and harassing ICE officers.
They actually don't have that right, but she wouldn't understand it.
What she does understand is that she doesn't want to get arrested.
She doesn't want to get shot.
She doesn't want to be punished in a meaningful and long-lasting way.
These people, again, are coddled, living lives of luxury, and they go out and it's all a game to them.
They go out because they're bored and they get to feel like they're freedom fighters or whatever.
And then they go home to their houses and they eat dinner and it's like it never happened.
So the only way to get through to them is with severe punishments.
That's the only message that works.
And the same is true for Democrat politicians who have avoided any kind of consequence for their criminal behavior for far too long.
Jacob Fry, the mayor of Minneapolis, who speaks Somali and cries like a girl when he's reminded of all the bad checks that George Floyd used to pass while he was high on fentanyl, did everything he could to stoke the riots that burned his city in 2020.
And now he's doing it all over again.

The second was to get ICE off of the scene.
There were dozens, if not hundreds, of ICE and federal officers that were there at the time.
Having them there was only causing more chaos.
Having them there was only making a difficult situation even more problematic and one that, yes, they created themselves.
There's little I can say, again, that'll make this situation better, but I do have a message for our community, for our city, and I have a message for ICE.
To ICE, get the f out of Minneapolis.
This guy is just a vile parasite.
He's one of the most evil, one of the most incompetent officials in American history.
And the Trump administration should finally just cuff this guy and throw him in prison for inciting insurrection, which is what he's been doing for five years now.
This communist scumbag, a big tough guy saying to ICE, get the f out of our city.
How about you get the f out of America?
How about that?
That's the message from Americans to you, Jacob Fry.
How about you get the f out of our country?
We don't want you here.
And if you're here, you should be in a cell next to Tim Walz.
As a mayor, you don't get to tell federal agents what to do.
You don't get to declare your independence from the United States government, which is what Jacob Fry is now doing.
And if you're going to continue to do so, if you're going to encourage acts of rebellion and terrorism, then you should be treated like an enemy combatant.
That's the only way to respond now.
Okay, there is no way out but through at this point.
Until a crackdown takes place along these lines, we're going to continue seeing anti-American terrorists in Minnesota all over the country torching our flag, calling for the murder of ICE agents, advocating for rebellion against the country.
It's going to continue.
Now, on Wednesday, at the direction of Tim Walz and the rest of the Democratic establishment, rioters gathered from New York to Seattle to do exactly that.
They didn't engage in peaceful protest or lawful First Amendment speech.
They called for mass murder.
They threatened law enforcement officials.
They defied the rule of law.
And they're not doing so because the lesbian agitator was shot to death in Minnesota.
They're doing it precisely because it's rare to see ICE respond with lawful and appropriate force when they're threatened.
That's the lesson the Trump administration should draw from the left's response to yesterday's shooting.
These terrorists are panicking and writhing because they never expected and aren't equipped to handle serious consequences for their actions.
The lesbian agitators never expected to face the music.
And if we want to keep our country intact, which isn't remotely guaranteed at this point, then many more terrorists, to include Tim Walz and Jacob Fry, must face the just and legal consequences for their actions.
Now let's get to our five headlines.
We discussed at the start of the week the esteemed Sia Weaver, a housing official in Mamdani's administration who believes that private property should be abolished, especially for white people.
And private property is a white supremacist conspiracy theory or conspiracy.
She says those are her stated beliefs.
Well, the Daily Mail caught up with this woman and specifically to ask her about some interesting details about her family.
And in light of her stated beliefs, some details about her family are pretty interesting.
And it didn't go well.
It didn't go well for Sia Weaver.
It was, I mean, pretty great for the rest of us.
But here's what the Daily Mail report.
A woke aides in New York City's new socialist mayor burst out crying when confronted over the assertion that it's racist for white people to own homes, despite her own mother owning a $1.4 million craftsman house.
Weaver, who runs Mayor Zorhan Mamdani's office to protect tenants, was overcome with emotion when confronted outside her apartment in Brooklyn on Wednesday morning.
The 37-year-old began running down the street after seeing a Daily Mail reporter outside her home and then said no through tears when asked if she wanted to comment on her professor mother, Celia Applegate's ownership of the $1.4 million property in fast gentrifying Nashville.
So the sadly, there's no, and I was skimming through this article in hopes of finding it, but sadly, there's no video of this outburst, I guess.
There's pictures of it.
The Daily Mail got photos, but as far as I know, there's no video of this happening.
So we have the photographic evidence, but we don't get the video, which is unfortunate.
We don't get to see this woman sprinting down the street crying, saying no after she was asked a basic question.
This is a public official, by the way, just to remind you.
Have we ever seen this from a public official before?
Have we ever seen that?
Have we ever seen someone in public office or holding some kind of official position run away in tears, shouting no when asked the question by a reporter?
This feels like a first.
So Cia Weaver is, she's making history.
She's breaking the glass ceiling here.
This is one glass ceiling that she has definitely broken.
Now, you know, when we talked about Weaver earlier in the week, I said that these liberal women, these communists like Weaver, always have this kind of sing-song-y corporate tone.
They speak with the tone of an HR executive.
Everything is very sanitized.
Everything is very corporate.
She talked about, remember, kicking people out of their homes.
But the phrase she used, she said that When you kick someone out of your home, you're giving them a different relationship with private property, which of course, it's like taking somebody up the gallows to the guillotine and saying that you're going to give them a different relationship with their own head.
I mean, that's basically what it is.
And that's how they sound.
And yet, in reality, these are ruthless tyrants.
These are evil, psychotic vultures who will eat you alive.
I mean, they will cut you open and rip your guts out.
They have no soul.
They have no compassion.
They have no empathy.
These are sharks.
You know how a shark's eye is like black and empty and full of malice.
Well, it's the same thing when you look into the eyes of a woman like this.
This is like terrifying blank stare.
There's nothing inside there.
No heart, no soul.
But then on the other hand, these people are also absolute weaklings.
They're sensitive.
They're scared.
They're weak.
They're pathetic.
They're cowardly.
Weaver is a scared little girl running away in tears, running away in tears to go cry in the bathroom.
She's going to go lock herself in the bathroom and cry because of the slightest bit of pushback.
So all these things are true.
They try to present as inoffensive and sort of corporate drones.
In their souls, they are evil and full of wrath and hate.
They delight in the suffering of those that they deem to be their enemies.
And they are scared, cowardly, pathetic little nothings.
And meanwhile, to top off the list of contradictions, while they rail against white supremacy, they all live in gentrified neighborhoods, obviously.
They all live in craftsman homes, you know, with their built-in bookcases and their exposed beams and all that kind of stuff and their nice countertops, renovated bathrooms.
And then they go to coffee shops and order $12 lattes while they lament the evils of whiteness.
So it's nothing but contradiction.
There's no authenticity inside these people at all.
You dig down to the core of somebody like this and you'll find that there's just nothing there.
There's no core.
All that lies at the bottom is hate and fear.
They don't have any kind of real personality.
They don't even have any real beliefs, except for a desire for power.
And that's what the Sia Weavers of the world are.
Now, earlier in the week, she did do an interview apparently that was supposed to be her cleanup operation.
I guess she did one interview, one official interview with Spectrum News.
And this is what her team had selected as, okay, we're going to deal with this controversy over the past remarks.
We're going to deal with it one time.
That's what they hoped.
And little did she know that she would then be asked by a Daily Mail reporter and she panicked and cried.
But here's how it went in the interview.
Listen.
The former mayor Eric Adams said that you were, quote, out of your effing mind.
That was in response to a resurfaced tweet from way back when of something you'd said on Twitter about home ownership being a tool of white supremacy.
I wanted to give you a chance to respond.
You're not out of your mind, right?
I don't think I'm out of my mind.
You know, I think that some of those things are certainly not how I would say things today and are regretful.
But, you know, I do think my sort of decades of experience fighting for more affordable housing sort of stands on its own.
I'm proud to be in this role fighting for stronger tenants' rights.
And I think that for many years, people have been locked out of the property market.
That has produced a lot of systemic and racial inequalities in our system.
And I want to make sure that everybody has a safe and affordable place to live, whether they rent or own.
And that is something that I'm laser focused on in this new role.
Now, I admit that this is kind of a petty complaint.
It's sort of a pet peeve, but I hate how these educated white women.
And it is, I mean, it is, from what I can tell, this is a specific to college-educated white women, to a lesser extent, college-educated white men.
But how they all use the phrase sort of, I don't know if anyone, this is a very specific, it's very, very specific pet peeve of mine.
But now that if you haven't noticed it, now that I pointed out, you'll hear, you'll hear it every time.
So she says, you know, my, my sort of decades of experience sort of fighting for affordable housing sort of stands on its own.
I don't know what that is.
I don't have a theory for what that is or why they do it.
I don't know what the sort of thing is, but I know that white women with college degrees do this.
For some reason, sort of is their verbal crutch.
I don't know.
And I find it annoying.
I find it sort of annoying.
I sort of listen to them sort of using the phrase sort of.
And I sort of want these sort of pretentious assholes to just sort of shut up.
And I guess it's all, it's all, I guess I could, there is a, you can see why actually this is their verbal crutch.
It's all, it's all, it's all part of the corporate thing.
It's all, it's like the up talking thing where every sentence sounds like a question.
It's all part of that to make everything sound more sanitized, everything sound less sort of, now I'm doing it, make everything sound less declarative, less aggressive, even though what they're saying is horrible.
Anyway, you notice how she doesn't retract or walk back anything she said.
She doesn't repudiate or disavow the idea that homeownership is white supremacy.
She only says that it's not how she would phrase it today.
You notice that?
That's her response.
That is the response that her team, the one time they thought they would have to respond to it, because they figure the media is on their side.
Like, hey, guys, we're all on the same team.
And this is going to be her, is their very clever way of getting around it.

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday that he is taking immediate steps to ban large institutional investors from purchasing additional single-family homes, arguing that corporate ownership has pushed homeownership out of the reach of many Americans.
In a post shared Tuesday afternoon, Trump said buying and owning a home was long considered the pinnacle of the American dream, but claimed that record high inflation under the Biden administration and congressional Democrats has made that goal increasingly unattainable, particularly for younger Americans.
Trump wrote, for a very long time, buying and owning a home was considered the pinnacle of the American dream, but now because of the record high inflation caused by Joe Biden and Democrats in Congress, that American dream is increasingly out of reach for far too many people.
Trump said he would move to prohibit large institutional investors from buying more single-family homes and urge Congress to codify the policy into law.
People live in homes, not corporations, he wrote.
He said he would also discuss this announcement in a couple of weeks in greater detail.
So I think this is great.
I mean, I'm fully on board with this.
I think this is actually a major win.
And it's interesting because it's a perfect example of why just like pure unfiltered capitalism can't be the lodestar, can't be the guiding light of the conservative movement.
And that's not to say that we shouldn't be capitalist.
I am a capitalist.
We're not saying that.
Capitalism is vastly preferable to any other economic system that's ever been attempted.
As far as I know, I'm not aware of a better option that's really on the table.
But it can't be our religion and it can't be the be-all and end-all.
I mean, that's kind of the point about capitalism.
The purest kind of free market position on something like this would typically traditionally be that if investors, corporations want to buy up homes, then we can't stop them.
In some ways, that seems like the purest free market position.
That basically, well, you have the freedom to do whatever you want.
And if you can buy up the homes, then go ahead and do it.
And going to corporations and saying, well, yeah, you have the capital to buy up these homes.
You can do it, but we're not going to let you do it.
That would typically be the kind of thing that Republicans, it would make Republicans very squeamish and very uncomfortable.
And I'm sure it is in this case.
I haven't really paid much attention to the, obviously there are other news has kind of drowned this out.
So I haven't paid much attention to the reaction from the right to this, but I imagine there are going to be plenty of people on the right who are not comfortable with this for that reason.
That it doesn't, it feels like not consistent with purest kind of free market ideals.
But it's obviously the right thing to do because homes are for people to live in.
And as Trump said in his statement, homes are for people, not for corporations.
A corporation cannot live in a home.
I mean, a corporation can be stationed, could have a building, could have an office building.
I mean, there's valid reasons why corporations need to have physical buildings, obviously.
But you're not going to have a corporation move in next door, right?
Into the three-bedroom, two-bath, single-family home next door.
And American families just looking to buy a home and participate in the American dream shouldn't have to compete with mega corporations who are buying up homes in their neighborhoods.
Homeownership should be, needs to be accessible to ordinary people.
And, you know, by the way, like there's nothing wrong with buying investment properties, but there's a big difference between, because what I also don't like on the other side of this is the constant demonization of landlords, which is especially popular on the left.
And you're seeing this now in New York with the rent talking about rent control and all these things.
And the ideas that landlords are a bunch of evil, sinister, greedy capitalists and who are hiking up the prices on rent for no reason.
And the only way to stop them is to tell them they can't hike the prices up anymore.
I think that's also silly, but there's a big difference between a sort of a mom and pop landlord, an individual who owns a few properties in the neighborhood where he lives or nearby.
Big difference between that and Blackstone buying up, I think they have 80,000.
I think that number is correct.
I think they have 80,000 homes all across the country that they've purchased.
And there's a big difference.
And the latter should not be allowed to happen in a totally unfettered, uncontrolled way.
It's a travesty if an American family trying to buy a home and gets outbid by a billion-dollar corporation.
It's not right.
It's not fair.
It's not American.
And it kind of brings to mind, I think it was, I'm going to butcher it, but I think it was Chesterton who said something like, the problem with capitalism is when there's not too much capitalism, but too little.
Or when you have not too many capitalists, but too few, or something like that.
And this is the perfect example of that.
Perfect illustration of the argument.
When these massive institutions buy up homes, you now have, in effect, fewer capitalists.
You have fewer people who are able to participate in the market.
And which is why you could also argue that a move like this is not at all in defiance of free market principles, but totally consistent with them.

Finally, Daily Mail has this report, which I'm going to read to.

A shocking admission by the CIA has just reopened the mystery surrounding 3E Atlas, the interstellar object speeding through our solar system.
Although NASA has claimed the object as an ordinary comet, an icy rock with a long tail of gas and dust, intelligence officials have refused to answer whether they investigated the possibility that 3E Atlas is an extraterrestrial craft in response to a November 2025 Freedom of Information Act request.
This is interesting.
It's like never a good sign when I have to tell you that it's interesting because you won't.
But this is interesting.
Be interested by it.
So here's what they said.
The CIA, well, in fact, they didn't say anything.
They said that they could neither confirm nor deny the existence or non-existence of records regarding 3E Atlas.
The federal government had maintained that the object showed no signs of harboring alien life or that it was artificially constructed spacecraft since it was detected in July 2025.
However, the CIA still decided to provide what is known as a GLOMAR response.
It's a way for the government to say, we're not going to tell you if we have information or not, because even admitting that could reveal sensitive secrets.
So that's pretty fascinating.
You've got this interstellar object, 3E Atlas is what it's called, which we've been tracking on this show, much to the consternation of 95% of the audience.
Mainstream scientists say that it's just a big rock, definitely not any kind of alien technology.
But then you have other scientists who say that one scientist in particular who says that there are some indicators that it may be something more than that, maybe something more than a rock or a ball of ice.
And now the CIA is saying that they could neither confirm nor deny that it has any records or information on the object at all, which is interesting because if it's just a big harmless rock millions of miles away, which is what they're saying that it is, I think it's on its way to Jupiter right now, then doesn't pose any threat to us, then why would they not be able to confirm or deny?
I mean, why would they have any records in the first place?
Why would our intelligence agencies be investigating a big rock millions of miles away in space?
I can get why NASA would be, but why would the CIA have anything to do with it at all?
So that's strange and interesting.
At least I find it interesting.
I'm very invested in this story and I check in on this story like every day.
And meanwhile, I'm so dumb that I've been calling it 31 Atlas this whole time.
I've been reading about this story for months.
And I only realized this morning that it's actually 3i Atlas because the I is for interstellar.
Because when it's written out, which I've only read articles about it, when it's written out, it looks like 31, not 3i.
So anyway, look, even if this thing is just a big ball of ice and rock, it's still totally fascinating that it came from another solar system.
This thing, in that case, would be billions of years old, traveling here from another solar system, an artifact.
This is an artifact of another world, another solar system, another time.
This thing's like millions or billions of years old.
And yet most of the people I try to talk to about this don't care at all.
When I go up to someone and say, hey, have you heard about, well, like, what do you think about 31 Atlas?
And then they say, oh, you mean three Eye Atlas, you dumbass?
And I say, yeah, that.
What do you think about it?
They say, I don't care.
That's basically how the conversation goes.
How could you not care?
That's the sad thing about it to me.
And I've said this many times.
People these days are so disinterested in the cosmos, so shockingly, to me, confoundingly bored by the vast mysteries of space.
I will never understand it.
I will never understand how you could not find it interesting.
But they are.
And so much so that even if this thing was confirmed to be an alien spaceship, still nobody would care.
Like they could somehow confirm, they could pick up a radio signal from this thing saying, hi, we're aliens, or what I probably wouldn't say that, but whatever the message would be.
In theory, they could pick that up.
And I think that still nobody would care.
I think it would still be me and like five other people who care.
If that were to happen, we have a confirmed alien spaceship in our solar system.
It could be even be the message could say, yeah, we're aliens and we're coming to Earth.
Get ready.
I could, I would lead my show with it the next day at the very least, and I'd get like 20,000 views on YouTube.
And all the comments would be like, this is bored.
Why are you boring?
Why are you talking about this?
That's what I don't get.
Man, it's the cross I carry.
This is my great burden.
I can't talk about space stuff on my show without my whole audience shrugging their shoulders and turning the show off like you're all doing right now.
I'm just talking to myself at this point.
Like no one is listening.
Even the control room, they've fallen asleep.
