Time Text
Mike Pillow guy, Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Pillow guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Good evening.
My name is Rick Weibel and I'm subbing in for Mike Lindell once again tonight and excited to have the guests on that we had on yesterday, Laura, Hava, and Jill.
Tonight, we're going to kind of continue our discussions regarding kind of what would we like to see in our stocking stuffers for election integrity.
But time is running out, so make sure you do get some stocking stuffers.
So if you find out that you have been hurt by the Amazon strike, you still have time to order at my pillow to be able to get those stocking stuffers or slippers or anything else that you might need to stock up on.
In breaking news tonight, it is actually fantastic that we see that the House moves to stop the partial government shutdown, but the Senate still needs to sign on to it.
This is not good for America.
I'm just going to flat out tell you this.
And there's the list of 34 Republicans who voted against the resolutions.
And so feel free to take a screenshot.
We come back tomorrow and look at this list, but also the Gateway Pundit has this list as well.
Unfortunately for your host here, my congressman did not uphold and try to save us from this disaster.
But one of our guests actually has the elf on the shelf and the rest of us got coal, if you will.
All right.
So moving on, kind of what's interesting here is there's the NCA lawsuit that is starting to happen where thank God for Riley Gaines.
She has been absolutely incredible and on top of this.
And what we're seeing here at the San Jose State, they're now facing consequences of not protecting women.
And there's a mass exodus of players from their own volleyball team, but also so many other teams that are refusing to play because they do not want to get injured from this monster.
I'm just going to say it flat out.
It is absolutely wrong.
We have to stand up and protect women's sports.
The science is settled.
I don't know why we continue to have this type of discussion.
All right, next up, we see that Donald Trump is actually taking action to try and stop the disgusting Biden sale of the border wall materials for five bucks, for example.
And so we see that both these amicus briefs have been filed in Texas and Missouri to stop this absolute disaster that we've paid for and now that they're trying to sell at a discount.
And so the Democrats will stop at nothing to basically prevent Donald Trump from being successful.
And in local news in Minnesota, today this is breaking.
A judge found that a DFL legislator-elect is not a resident of his district and not eligible to serve in the House.
This is critical because right now we have a tie in the Minnesota legislature of 6767.
And so this will temporarily put the Republicans in charge of the House stopping the disaster of the trifecta in Minnesota.
And this will give a little bit of breathing room up until the election for the Republicans.
to strong arm the Democrats into some sensibility.
I'm not sure if that can actually happen, but let's see what happens.
Now, going in with, we actually see the news here that now eight of the Democrat senators that formed the Blue Dog Caucus claim they won't vote for new tax increases.
See how cause and effect works.
So a little bit of reality actually had happened.
And so this is why it's so important for election integrity folks to understand what is going on.
There's also a little bit of sad news kind of happening that I'm aware of behind the scenes.
And so we're asking for prayers.
Yes, this is the other side of the aisle, but a Minnesota DFL senator has shifted to remote work.
And this is back in April.
And it appears she is not doing well.
And so we want to offer our prayers for her during this Christmas season and encourage that she continues to do well.
But at some point, she may have to make a decision and step aside to deal with her lingering health issues and potential struggles that she continues to face with long COVID.
Also in more humorous news, unfortunately, Tim Wolz just can't stop himself.
And thankfully, Jimmy Kimmel had sent Tim Walz an action figure of himself.
And what's hilarious is that Tim Walz believes that this is the nicest thing that anyone has ever given him.
And so he was actually pretty excited.
And it's funny how it says tiny Tim Walz.
And it's the GI Joe action figure from like basically the 80s dressed up.
And so I find it quite toned up that once again, we have a candidate who ran for vice president that doesn't understand what's going on.
And unfortunately for Minnesota, they have to deal with the consequences of his administration.
But don't worry, back at the national news, Biden was just recently interviewed and he says that there's not a single thing he regrets about his disastrous presidency.
Don't worry, the Gateway pundit quickly put a handful list there of his accomplishments of complete disasters there.
And so it wasn't hard for the Gateway pundit to come up with this list.
And so you can go view that there.
Now in Minnesota, there is some breaking news that we are continuing to watch.
There's the 54A case, which could flip another seat and potentially cause another election.
And we just got word that the Minnesota Supreme Court will finally hear the modem case that has been pending out of Rice County.
If you have news and tips from your region, please send them to tips at midwestwampwatch.com and we'll go ahead and try to put them here on the Lindell report.
And please support our work over at Midwest Swampwatch.
Also, we are still looking to raise funds for the software audit on Dominion and ESNS source code, looking at these four areas.
And if you want to support that endeavor, please support us over at uscase.org.
Tonight, I am so excited to have Jill Kaufman on, Laura Schar, and Hava Louden in from Ohio.
And Jill's from Wyoming.
Laura is from South Carolina.
So, ladies, what are your thoughts on this porculus bill?
Let's go ahead and talk politics because the reality is we are political figures in all of this.
Are you surprised that your own folks aren't really trying to help save America?
Now, Hava, in your case, JD Vance, who's the vice presidential elect, he was actually out there trying to work the floor.
Now, at least for Laura, you've got Nancy Mays, who kind of stood up and actually voted against this thing.
She's one of the beautiful 34, but Jill and I, we've got no one.
No, it was quite an eventful day, the ups and downs.
And unfortunately, no one is surprised that it went through, and it's a not so great bill, and it's just pretty sad all the way around.
It's not a happy Merry Christmas bill.
You're right, political theater.
It's political theater, Rick.
And I think really what we're seeing and what this bill exposes is the dirty business of the sausage making.
And it used to be that that was done traditionally, like they try to shove this thing last minute right before Christmas break.
So no one's paying attention, right?
And there goes the whole issue of transparency that we're always fighting for in elections.
So this is about bringing these bills back to what the people want, allowing them to see the bills and actually comment on it before they happen, allowing these representatives their ability to read these bills and comment on them and talk to their constituents about them before they're voting on them.
These last-minute porculus, like you say, bills, that just does not, it just feels dirty.
It doesn't feel like it's for the people.
And for me, I just feel like it's political theater.
And we need to get Trump and his whole administration in to get that worked out.
Yeah, you're right.
And one of the other things you pointed out too before the show started is that there's this whole new Social Security Act in there that is just going to explode the Social Security and explode the debt.
You're not wrong in that.
And before yesterday's show, I actually looked at the original 1500-page bill.
It was in a PDF format and I just searched on the word election.
And you know what's funny?
There is not one thing that helps election integrity whatsoever.
There was nothing there to help secure the elections.
There was nothing there about cast vote records and making them public for all federal elections.
There was nothing there to help us in being able to do post-election audits.
There was no reforms there whatsoever to basically help our elections.
And plus all the cases that we've had across the country regarding voter rolls, all the cases regarding invalid voters and cleaning up the list, crickets.
So for us in the election integrity realm, this was a big goose egg.
And not only that, for our pocketbooks and the future of our country, this was a complete disaster.
And so I want to applaud those 34 that were willing to stand up and point this out: that there were no cuts in this thing.
Hava, your thoughts.
Oh, your microphone's not working.
Sorry, guys.
I think that it's complicated because we have how many years of this, right?
And I think sometimes that change can be incremental.
So, I like one of the things that obviously I don't like the spending, of course, but one of the things that bothered me the most was some of the things that were in that $1,500 page bill that had absolutely nothing to even do with money.
That is something that I have a huge problem with.
We do the same thing here with our budget in Ohio: we pass things that have absolutely like they stick stuff in there.
And some of the worst stuff I think that was in there had nothing to do with money.
So, I'm glad that that's removed.
Shout out to my congressman, not my personal congressman, unfortunately, but Warren Davidson.
He is Ohio's best congressman.
I don't think one other congressman from Ohio even has weighed in on this, including Jim Jordan.
He just doesn't, he does not show up like in these times when it really matters.
So, I do appreciate Congressman Davidson weighing in and fighting for what we at least got.
You're right.
And so, I just want to remind people, and so people are probably going, wait a minute, why are you guys departing from the election speak?
We tuned into Lindell to talk, you know, to actually hear you guys talk about elections.
Well, you're right.
And this is one of the things that I want to kind of just reiterate: I truly believe that when you look at elections, it truly is the gateway to understand how the rest of your government is going to operate.
And so, when we don't have transparency in our elections, are we going to have transparency in the budget process?
If they're going to put out these large, huge bills out there to try and hide it from the public during an election, do you think that they're going to do that during the budgeting process?
Of course.
And when we talk about accountability where we don't even have true post-election audits and we can't see the actual details of this, here I am sitting in one of the states that has one of the worst sunshine laws that I can't get transparency to even find out what the work product is of the legislature or even of any of the state agencies.
And so, I think this is important and emblematic that we, the people, have to start rising up in our elections, but also through all of the different other flavors of our government at the state level to start cleaning this up because the federal government is running away.
It's completely out of control.
And we have to hold these elected officials accountable through elections.
It has to start now.
And the election cycle is not just the day that you go in and pull the lever and fill out a ballot.
It truly is the entire cycle.
And so, now, kind of looking at this, I don't know about you guys, but this just kind of confirmed a checklist of, you know what, Congressman, Congressman Johnson, I think I'm going to work on somebody who's going to primary you because, based on this vote, you just sold us down the river.
Thank you, not very much.
That's your Christmas present, Mr. Johnson, as I'm giving you a heads up right now that I no longer support you.
I think that's a great idea.
And all of us across the whole United States really need to take a close look at the records of our elected officials on what they're doing.
And I'm sorry, when I was looking at ours, even in a conservative state, it's really bad.
We have our state elected officials, and unfortunately, they have this new program that they're bringing out.
And it's part of the Freedom Caucus and so on and so forth.
It's supposed to be a really strong conservative situation.
And what we're finding is there's only one thing in there for our election.
It's election integrity on to get drop boxes removed.
So, pretty scary with all the bills that they have.
They said they were telling us that they had over 1,500 bills to put in and went on their website, and there's not one for election integrity.
I am livid.
I am totally upset.
So, we need to do a better job of communicating with them.
And what bills I did see on the website, which I'm sure you guys are all understanding this, not one of them benefits the people.
It's all for corporations or something, some government thing that they have to do better, or Bill Gates coming in and not funding.
He's coming in for a nuclear plant in our state, but the state is going to be funding it all.
And it's just, it's pretty scary.
So, we have to go out there and we have to be pretty bold and remind them with statutes that, you know what, you work for me, and here's some things that I want.
And this is what the people want.
And of course, do it, you know, very nicely, but boy, be bold because they're not listening when we're being nice.
Sorry.
No, they're not.
Yeah, and we look at our poor kids, you know, going into the future.
As we get together with our families this Christmas season, it's going to be hard to look at our children across the table and just kind of go, Yeah, I'm sorry, but our government is awash and we just handed you more debt.
Merry Christmas.
Here's the coal, you know.
And so the pressure that they're putting on all of our families to work extra jobs, to be separated away from our families, just to try and make ends meet because of food, energy, all of the prices.
And we're just not getting ahead.
And this bill just further damages every single family in America, you know, with this extra debt.
It is going to hurt prices across the country.
And this shiv from the Democrats and the Rhino Republicans to hurt our country like this is such a slap in the face.
Apparently, they're so tone deaf and they just don't care.
And the way that the left sits there and screams, oh, Elon Musk is basically running Donald Trump.
You know what?
Isn't it funny that we have a South African who has come here to the United States and clearly sees the mess that South Africa had and is here in the United States to actually make America great with his space program, with his vehicles and all of his other inventions.
And the fact is he employs thousands of people.
And the fact is that he is one of the most unique individuals that is inventing so much and changing America for the better.
And they want to sit there and smear him, you know, and they feel that he hasn't paid his fair share of taxes.
Wait a minute, you have no right to his work product.
And the reality is he's done us a huge favor.
And thank God for the X platform.
Thank God for people like Lindell who have put everything on the line, who understand what it's like to try and save this country.
And you three ladies, the way that you've conducted yourselves and raising a family, having wonderful support from your husbands, being able to be on a program like this, out there sounding the alarm on election integrity.
I mean, America should be thankful for people like you and all the other activists around the country, where these are the moms who are out there teaching our kids in the future and leading by example of what it is to be a patriot, but also an American, but a Christ-loving American, where we want to protect our country and have more time with our families.
And they're destroying it every step of the way.
I don't think they get it.
Well, Rick, it all goes back to elections, right?
So it's a swamp.
It is the swamp.
And you've got swamp creatures that have been in there for how many years?
There's one.
I know whether she's a senator congressman.
I was just reading about her.
And she's been in like an assisted living facility for six months, and yet she still has her job.
I mean, I remember in South Carolina when Strom Thurman, they were wheeling him in on a wheelchair.
He was like asleep the whole time, and yet he was still functioning as a senator for South Carolina.
And something tells me that our elections just have not been clean, and these people keep being selected as opposed to elected because the people want to stand for that.
We don't want to just vote for puppets.
We want people who represent us, who listen to us, who want to put together laws for us.
And so we need, like you're saying, this bottom-up pressure.
And that means everybody out there has to get involved in their local politics.
Even if it means you just go to a local party meeting, or you may be participating in the reorganization of your party, or you maybe just download the app that shows you all the bills that come into place for your local state.
Or maybe you just focus on one topic and you follow, you know, one of us, or you follow your local election group.
The point is, get involved.
So we need that bottom-up pressure, but we also need the top-down pressure.
We're going to need this new administration to put some pressure on the swamp creatures and say, guys, enough.
You need to make elections better.
You need to make sure that people's vote counts.
It must be secure, verifiable, transparent, and accessible.
And, you know, we've developed this gold standard.
We have the paper out there.
Trump, if you're listening, President Trump, we've got a nice paper here for you.
And there have been a number of people, not just us, because we don't want to take all the credit.
There are a ton of people across the nation that have worked on this, like the Jills, like the Havas, like the Ricks, like myself, all over the United States that people don't even know about, that Trump doesn't even know about, that we don't even get credit, but we're working day in and day out on our own time and our own dime.
So somebody better start listening because we want reform and we want it now because we don't want the swamp, get rid of the swamp creatures.
That would make America great again.
That's absolutely right.
And start calling it out.
And so thank God for Elon and Vivek for pointing this out and basically showing the details of what was happening out there.
And so many other great patriots that have been out there uncovering the details of this porculus, some of the name changes, some of where the money is going.
It's just sick.
If Amazon wasn't under strike right now, I would actually encourage everyone who's watching this program to go to Amazon, order a lump of coal, and send it to their congressmen and women who voted for this porculus.
And if Wendell had it available at my pillow, I would direct you to go over there and send them a lump of coal.
You know, just we've had enough of this.
This has to stop.
This is so insane.
So, Hava, when you look at the future vice president coming out of your state, I've seen that he's been pretty good about kind of coming out and saying, look, we have to get this budget under control and the deficit under control.
And especially this week when he's been caught on camera, kind of in the hallway, you could see his frustration that he is just not liking this trajectory.
And so give us a sneak peek as to what kind of a character you think he will be when he potentially has to go in the Senate, kind of rattle some cages when he oversees some of those meetings.
Yeah, I'm not, I'm not entirely sure, to be honest with you.
I've been and a lot of us, not just me, have been really surprised at how he's been in the Senate because that race was, there's like seven in the primary.
It was, it was kind of crazy.
And he was not like my first pick.
I actually was helping someone else that had declared earlier on.
But, you know, I feel like he's represented Ohio extraordinarily well.
And so my hope is that really continues in the Senate.
I don't think he is easily intimidated.
So I'm hopeful that he'll continue moving that forward.
Great.
And so now as we kind of look at some of the stocking stuffers that were looking for election integrity, at the federal level, it was a huge miss with this porculus.
I mean, here, there could have been reforms on the NVRA.
There could have been reforms on HAVA.
There could have been requirements to say in all federal elections, the cast vote records shall be public.
One simple sentence is all we were asking for.
And they couldn't cram that in or tuck it in somewhere in there to give us a little bit of a help.
And it would have cost nothing for them.
And yet, the left gets their wish list on all of this.
And so I really want to start kind of focusing in on some of these congressmen and women, especially, I guess I'm really frustrated because here we have the Republicans with a lot more votes than what they're going to have after the new Congress is sworn in.
And so there's going to be less Republicans.
And so how much more are we going to cave during the first two years of Trump's administration?
And so if this is where we're at now, can you imagine what the next two years are going to be like?
I'm not hopeful in this regard.
And so luckily the Senate, the Republicans will pick up additional seats, but was it enough to make a difference because we already have traders there that are willing to cave and go vote with the Democrats every single darn time.
And who knows?
You know, should we take bets on McConnell now and how long he's going to last?
Yeah, Rick, you had said that we could have our Christmas wish list for legislation tonight.
Yep.
So if I could, I would like to kick that off.
Let's do it.
My wish would be that Congress would put as much effort into defining and laying out the means, manner, and time of elections like we talked about last night as they do into the IRS code.
Because in the IRS code, and this is kind of a segue from the budget that we were talking about, but they are very, very specific, you know, about what a foreigner is and the paperwork that's needed and the verification that's needed and all this kind of stuff.
And our Constitution does not even go into, you know, charge them with that, right?
But our Constitution does charge them with overseeing this in the election.
And there's almost zero, you know, they're just basically doing nothing in that.
And so I think that we need to start talking about the conversation from that vantage point is why are they not doing their job?
And one thing I want to say, you know, right up front too, is don't underestimate like the ignorance and just like of what they're dealing with, because I think it is hard.
And this is where I will give them a bone, if you can say that.
If you've never been in that position, it's hard to kind of relate to what it's like, you know?
And so I think kind of interacting with them and kind of getting into that position is helpful.
And one of the things that I've discovered that I'm sure you guys have as well is even some of the very, very best ones, they have no clue.
They have no clue what this is and how to do it.
And so I think the first thing that the first move that we should make is make them aware because you can understand if they don't know.
What I am not going to give them a path on is not reaching out to the people who do.
You're absolutely right.
And so for the kids at home, those of us who are adults, just like when you guys, little kids, were writing your wish list to Santa Claus, we need to write our wish list to our congressmen and women as to what our expectations are and what we want for our election toys, if you will.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
A couple of the things that I think that they would be very beneficial for all of them is if they would go back to the good old town halls, come into the communities of their constituents and actually communicate with them.
Right now, we have all of our representatives, at least in our counties and in our states, they're off going to these associations, whether national or statewide or so on and so forth.
And they're getting a lot of this training.
And what we're finding on this training is a lot of the training comes from, unfortunately, UN and the agenda 2030 situation.
That was kind of an eye-opener.
And it's not talking about the population and the people and how that they're to be serving them.
So I would encourage all of the candidates to at least talk to their people or have town halls.
You know, if they say they don't have enough schedule, well, stop scheduling these associations because I know they like to be a part of.
Normal human psychology is that you always want to be a part of something.
You want to belong.
You want to just to be comfortable in some of that aspect.
But the thing that they don't understand is they are a part of our community and they're a part of our counties.
And that's where their first priority should be.
And we have to help them.
And I'm willing to set up town halls, however.
Rick, you and I know very well going across the state, it's not hard to do.
It just takes a little time to go and talk to the people.
And boy, did we always get an earful.
So anyway, I think that would be a good thing for some of the, for all of them.
I think it'd be fabulous.
I think you're right.
And that's an excellent point.
And so Hava and Jill have already put up excellent points.
And all the pressure is on Laura here on kind of what you would recommend, but also the Christmas list.
Well, I think that if I really wanted something nice little miracle, a Christmas miracle, something stuffed in my stocking, it would be that we could take the Help America Vote Act, as we affectionately call Hava, not to be confused with Hava, who's right here with us tonight.
But this is here first.
I always like to say that.
This was instituted in 2002 in response to the hanging Chads.
And it was really their way of, in some ways, federalizing elections because they brought, they instituted the machines.
And they also, Hava is the source of a lot of funding that goes to all the states where they purchase their equipment.
It's millions and millions of dollars.
And it has failed us because if we cannot count our ballots by election night, why are we using computers?
If we can't really feel confident and trust these computerized systems are accurate, then we need to scrap them and do something else.
So, my wish list is these on the federal level, because really the specifics, like you say, the state, the manner, the place, the time, that all has to be set by our state's general assemblies.
But what the feds can do is they can say, listen, we acknowledge, we agree, something's wrong with our election systems.
Hava's failed us.
Get rid of Hava, completely abolish it, get rid of the National Voter Registration Act, which keeps our voter rolls quite dirty because it establishes how they remove the people from the lists.
And it's really ridiculous.
I'm just going to say it.
Go read it.
It's ridiculous.
It needs to go.
So that would be great.
And mainly, Trump and his new administration has to put out the call to action.
This has got to happen.
And then the states, you go to it.
You develop a good system that we can count on.
And we don't have a lot of time, Rick.
This has got to happen before we get to the 2026 election.
And that means we only have about a year, 12 to 18 months.
You're right.
We only have two bites at the Apple within the state legislatures and two bites at the Apple at the federal level.
And really, you're actually more right than you realize because next year, during the U.S. Congress, is the time for them to act.
So that way the states have enough time to react if they do eliminate HAVA, which they should, or and/or eliminate the NVRA.
They should eliminate both of them right away in the beginning in March when they have to do their next continuing resolution and abolish those two.
So then that would save the federal government money.
So Vivek and Elon, there's one of our recommended cuts at the federal level that can save federal dollars to help with the deficit, force the states who are required to have balanced budgets actually invest in their own people to conduct the elections.
It's more expensive to continue to use these machines than it is to invest in your own people and pay them to hand count.
And then you keep the money local versus giving it to these corporate overseers that are managing our elections without our permission.
You know, and so after the commercial, I want to come back and kind of talk about, okay, so now if we get rid of the federal side, what are some of the stocking stuffers and coal items that we have to be concerned about within the states themselves?
What are the roadblocks and what are the shining pieces that we should be able to gift ourselves, if you will, and be able to help legislators see the light.
So when we come back after this commercial break, make sure you support Mike Lindell and the other advertisers on this program.
And remember, Amazon Strike, not too late to order from MyPillow and to at least get on my pillow, some nice little towels, all of the other cool things, and go ahead and use code.
I believe it will be at the bottom down here.
So that way you can get free shipping.
and that code is L77 when we come back.
As you all know, when I believe in something, I'm all in.

The more energy efficient that we become, the more airtight that we make our houses, the more toxic it is for our environment.
Our technology is vibrating the air at a rate of speed.
Anything that is 0.001 microns or larger does not stand a chance in the presence of not only photocatalytic oxidation, but needlepoint negative ionization.
We're sending out an ion wave that is going through walls, doors, floors, carpets, paddings, draperies, and it's synergistically vibrating the air and it's going to drop it down to the ground as a biologically inert substance.
Now this is where you're going to come in.
You can mop this matter, you can vacuum it, you can sweep it, but our technology is going to make sure that you're not continuously breathing this in.

Welcome back.
Here with three great ladies from Wyoming, Ohio, and South Carolina.
And we're actually talking about our Christmas wish list of election integrity things that we would actually like to see from our states.
So, Laura, what are the top three things that you would like to see your legislature accomplish if they're still in session or even starting in the new year?
What's on your Christmas wish list?
Well, I would, as you know, I'm all about hand-marked, hand-counted, paper ballots at the precinct, one day of voting.
So that would just all kind of go together.
That's kind of, I think, what we all believe in.
But I think, too, just making sure that that is fully observable and videotaped so that in a sense, we can audit it very easily just by replaying the tape.
So that's the one thing that I think is kind of major, which is the whole crux of what our gold standard white paper is at thegoldstandardelections.com.
The other thing that most people don't think about is I don't think that our voter rolls should be sent out or maintained by third parties.
I think that should be done in-house because a lot of times our private information is going out to these NGOs, non-governmental organizations.
And so I'd like to see that in-house.
I'd also like to see it free to the public so that we can easily do analysis and that can also be shared with other states.
So that would be number two.
And I guess number three would be really minimize the amount of early voting because we have a two-week period and at most make it a day, you know, if at all, because we know that that's an issue.
So I think those would be the three things that to me would make the biggest difference for elections.
And by doing so, would make it super transparent and verifiable.
Great list.
That is fantastic.
Hava, what's on your top three wish list for the state of Ohio?
Well, before I get to legislation, I think my top thing is that I just want more honesty from our Secretary of State because there's a lot of confusion in Ohio about what we even have currently as laws.
Because, for example, like we do this thing about, okay, our machines are not connected to the internet.
You know, well, okay, let's just like, it's just such a red herring because we have Albert sensors in all 88 of our counties and the ePoll books are connected via APN.
And so it's, it's just, but we like do this, this argument like back and forth and back and forth about whether or not they're connected to the internet.
It's a moot point, you know, that type of thing.
I just wish that we would stop arguing about.
And I wish that our Secretary of State would just be more up with us because it's hard to even have these conversations, right?
If you're not starting from the same vantage point.
But I'm going to give three things.
I love Laura's, what all those things do.
But one thing is I want standing for citizens.
Like I want them to have a route.
And I want along with that, election officials to have a pathway other than certification.
Because we literally, what we have in our election system is we have a funnel.
And it's just like cattle in a funnel.
You guys thought Wes, you know what I'm talking about.
There's movement and the movement cannot stop and the movement all funnels to one uh event and that is certification, and it doesn't really matter what happens along the way.
There's no out, there's no alternate path and there's nothing really uh, very little, that a citizen can do.
A candidate has a little bit more uh, but ultimately not.
So they need, like I don't think a lot of people realize how much the voter is written out of the law essentially, so I want standing for citizens um, because I think that in itself would open up a lot of doors for them to to make change, like to go after stuff that would make changes in other ways, um.
Secondly, I want vendors to be barred from for any information that citizens do not have because um, and please, I think if anybody's uh considering you know legislation, please read our white paper.
It's, not the be all, end all, but we put a lot of time into um thinking through the entire election ecosystem and um, because a lot of times, what we see people talking about election integrity it's like whack-a-mole.
You know what I mean.
So they'll be talking about somebody will focus on like tabulators, somebody will focus on this, somebody will focus on that.
Well, there's four phases of the election process and every one of those must be thoroughly done in an accessible transparent, secure and verifiable way, because if it's not, that leaves a hole.
Um, so please read that.
But one of the things that we talk quite a bit about in there is um, the outside interests, and whenever you have outside interest when whenever um, somebody at my church said this to me about something completely unrelated, and i'm like man, this applies to elections.
But whenever there are stakeholders, the stakes are high and in our election holders, we don't even know the names of all the stakeholders.
They're not all, even Americans okay, and so our elections represent power and money.
There isn't an untold number of people who want access to it.
Like, the idea that we do not protect this infrastructure better is asinine when you understand the way that it works and what's um and what's at stake, right.
So, coming back to my second thing is, vendors have a lot of access they, they sometimes have access directly to okay again, throughout the internet topic, because our vendors can get into these systems to fix them, you know.
So something's going on there.
So um, and then it was kind of funny.
Just really quick, i'll tell you this is kind of an ongoing thing, so i'm not going to get into it, but but um, I requested a Cbr record from a county and I also got the ballot images.
And they said to me, okay, but just you need to know that the the cbr is going to be redacted.
And I said, what are they going to redact?
I got the ballot images.
There's no more personal identifi, identifiable information on the cbr than the um, than there was on the ballot images.
And I said to them, I said the only thing that there is is, like machine information like, in other words, the only thing there is to protect is the vendor right, and so our systems should not be protected from us And the vendor be protected.
And I have to find out.
Like they told me they would give me the legal reason, and I'm super curious about that.
So I just want to see.
So, and then the third thing is our voter role.
So, like, and tighten this up, and I know like I'm grouping stuff in because I'm totally cheating on my three things, but that's how I roll.
So, for voter registration, clean that up.
So, we have, you know, our, this is how I like to say it because I don't want to accuse anybody of anything.
But if you're trying to write our voter rolls in Ohio to keep the rules dirty, they would be written how they're written.
So, people have four years, you know, even like we had 20,000 voter registrations that, and this was just comparing to seven other states, like half of our counties.
Like, this was probably very small percentage.
20,000 people that are currently registered to vote in Ohio and currently registered to vote in another state.
They can't remove it based on that.
And again, there's nothing, this is not even a sensible thing in any kind of business.
You know, we just don't function like this.
It's not normal.
And so, and I think all registration needs to be done with ID in person.
Like, there cannot be this.
Well, you could register in Ohio with the last four of your social or last four of a driver's license remotely.
That's that needs to stop.
It needs to all be in person.
And see, once again, that's where then that's where the National Voter Registration Act just really hurts us because it says, oh, they can email it.
Oh, they can fax it in, blah, blah, blah.
It doesn't have to be in person.
They say that you can't remove the name unless they've gone through two general election cycles and you've contacted them and they haven't voted until general elections and then you can take it off.
So even if someone dies, they're still not going to remove them.
And even then, they make them inactive.
Well, I don't know about you, but most dead people don't suddenly activate themselves, although we do find them on our registration lists and also voting.
So there you go.
Right.
Now, Jill, what's on your list?
What are the top three things on your Christmas wish list for election integrity?
Well, thank you again.
But my first one is absolutely remove the voting machines and systems from our elections because it's a perversion of everything.
It makes everything impure.
Selection is what's going on and return to hand counting.
And I enjoy training people in that aspect to help them.
The second thing that I think is really important is that we would remove these associations and their impact that we're having on not necessarily just our counties.
For instance, there's, you know, there's clerks' associations, commissioners' associations.
We have the Secretary of State Associations and Freedom Caucus Associations.
And I know you can get good information, but what we're finding out is they're basically, when they go to these associations, they actually give everybody a game plan across the United States and then they bring it back to their states instead of looking at the people.
And that is absolutely wrong.
The last thing that I absolutely want is with all of the challenges that Wyoming has had, I think we need to start holding people accountable.
We do have statutes in Wyoming that will hold people accountable to what they have done wrong: fraud, misdemeanors, felonies, and nothing's happening.
And it goes back to, I believe, one of the gals were talking about, we have no standing to be able to grasp and get something done about this.
And then they just continue going on and on, making the same mistakes, not even worrying about anything coming against them.
They do the statutorily minimum of everything.
And I think they need to be statutorily paid the minimum wage as well.
And I think that's actually a key piece, Jill, that you just kind of laid out there.
When these election officials are saying that they're only going to do like a 3% or 5% post-election audit, and I think when they agree to those terms, we should say, okay, then we agree that during that time of the post-election audit, during that entire time of that conduct, we're going to give you minimum wage because that's what you're asking for.
And if you want 100% of your wage during that time, then do 100% post-election audit.
I think that would be a creative solution to some of this because you're right.
The reality is the laws are not protecting the voters.
And Hava, you're exactly right.
The voters do not have standing unless you are, in essence, a candidate.
And then you barely have standing in some of these cases.
And we have not enough lawyers that understand the laws.
We don't have judges that understand it.
And it's unfortunate that we activists have had to learn the law and try to figure out how to change the law.
But then also we've all been involved in cases regarding elections, whether Hava, you as a candidate challenging your elections and trying to provide oversight and going through that life lesson.
Laura, you've been trying to uncover the cast vote records because that should be a public document.
And you're right.
Why does a third party vendor have more rights than you do?
And then Jill, you've seen the logic and accuracy test where you're supposed to be able to trust the elections, but then all of the counties failed the logic and accuracy test during your primary election.
And we still have a court case that's still not going to be, in essence, having a meeting until January to decide the next time that they'll meet in the court.
So your general election wasn't protected.
And so when we, you know, when people sit there and basically accuse us of giving them lumps of coal, you know, for Christmas all the time when it comes to election integrity, no, we're trying to give you the gift of citizen oversight and control of our elections so that we have better accountability.
And so that's what we need to do as patriots for each other is we need to do exactly what you ladies have recommended.
Number one, we have to get these elected officials to have town hall meetings so that they can understand what the people want to do.
People yourselves are going to have to attend your county commission meetings, your larger city meetings, and your legislative meetings to go in and talk about some of these election integrity bills that are going to be popping up across the country.
Some of us are working on bills within our legislatures, and there's other great patriots that are out there as well.
Please connect with Cause of America to sign up to get engaged with a local group that's working on election your area so that way you can help them, whether it's financially, letter writing, et cetera.
And if you're not plugged into a group, don't be afraid to write a Christmas wish list to your representative and your state houses to say, part of my Christmas wish and New Year's resolution for you is to have more accurate elections based upon paper, pens, precinct-based voting, and people.
And we don't trust the machines.
I'm sorry.
Hava has failed us, not the Hava here, but the actual HAVA at the federal level.
And so kind of like office space, where there was the debate about Michael Bolton and the other Michael Bolton, the other Michael Bolton was a fraud and the one that was born before is the real one.
And so our HAVA.
Can I add to that real quickly, Rick?
Most people don't understand that these machine companies are owned by very opaque private equity companies.
We don't even know who owns these companies.
Most Americans don't understand that.
Would you feel comfortable with that?
It could be a foreign entity.
We have no idea.
And like Cava said, you've got the government monitoring all the data through Albert sensors.
I don't feel comfortable with that.
Right.
And Christine, now that you're going to be in charge of Homeland Security, what are you going to do for background checks of all these election officials, all of these companies that have their fingers in our elections?
That I'll ask of you right now on this station.
So thank you, ladies.
Awesome program.
I think we kind of gave a good highlight on a Christmas wish list that all 50 states can use to basically go ask their legislatures in the coming weeks for election reforms.
And so I want to thank Chris behind the scenes there.
And I also want to thank Apollo.
I want to thank Mike Lindell, all of the patriots out there doing great work out there.
Keep up the work.
Merry Christmas.
Happy Hanukkah.
We'll see what next week looks like and also the New Year's.
And if we do a show before the New Year's, we'll actually have New Year's resolutions on election reform as well.
So thank you, everybody.
Stay awesome.
Keep your chat up.
Enjoy the family.
Merry Christmas to my great guests here.
Thank you for all your hard work.
And God bless everyone.
Stay awesome, everyone.
Take care.
