I am your host, Rick Weibel tonight, substituting for Mike Lindell.
Uh, what a great time to be alive.
Uh, thank god we have Uh Trump as uh president.
tomorrow is Thanksgiving.
And I just want to remind everybody, absolutely, Jesus is my savior and Trump is going to be my president.
And so, and I think that's the distinction that a lot of liberals don't understand about us conservatives and those that supported Trump.
We understand the distinction and the difference.
And so hopefully this Thanksgiving, whether you're in control mode, or you want to be gracious and I'm praying.
that you do that be thankful for the future of where our country can go, and it requires all of us, as Americans, to work together to get towards that bright future that Trump uh hopefully, can be a symbol of and embodies.
And the reality is that we have to look at what Trump has really overcome, and he really is an American icon in that regard.
You look at all the successes and failures mistakes, but he's overcome it all, even assassination attempts, whether it's political, whether it's physical uh, whether it's the law fare uh, the false accusations, all of it across the board.
There is no one in American history that has endured such evil i'm just going to flat out say it and i'm thankful for him as an individual and his character and his family and all of you that supported Trump to make sure that we could get our country back on the right track and hopefully end this dystopian nightmare that has come upon us.
And so, as we gather with our families, we have to be open to the lies that the media has told so many of our family members and we have to make sure that we're not fighting with our own families.
Now, some of you it's going to be necessary uh, some of them are so broken um, that we have to be more defensive to protect our hearts and allow some of what they're going to say to kind of wash off of our back and basically allow that heart to make sure that we can slowly educate them and have at least a decent thanksgiving and then hopefully not destroy Christmas.
Because as we enter this season for all the reasons why we celebrate our holidays in the United States and even our Jewish brothers and sisters, as you get ready to celebrate Hanukkah, it is so important that we look at our faith as Americans and what founded our country as we give Thanksgiving tomorrow.
And so I hope we can do that together unified.
But first, let's look into some of the breaking news that is happening across the country.
And one of the things, I hate to kind of go back to Minnesota, but Minnesota is kind of where it's at.
And here's another dystopian story that has come fresh out of Minnesota.
It is absolutely crazy that Minnesota election officials likely discarded 21 ballots in a closely contested race decided by just 14 votes.
Preliminary investigation reveals it was thrown in the trash.
The it were ballots.
And so this race covers parts of Shakopee and parts of Scott County where a mere 14 votes, which costs the Republicans a majority in the state house.
This is big news.
Right now, there's a tie in the House based upon this election.
And the Republicans just needed one more vote to stop the nightmare that Tim Walz has created in Minnesota.
And so on election night, discrepancies in the absentee ballot count became apparent.
By November 7th, Scott County staff identified a 21-ballot discrepancy across two precincts, with P10 showing the most significant issue.
329 voters were checked in, but only 309 ballots were reported and processed.
So then they did a further investigation.
And apparently, that 20 absentee ballots in P10 were properly accepted for counting on October 17th and should have been counted.
That these ballots are the ballots that were not counted.
That the ballots were most likely never removed from their secrecy envelopes.
That the ballots were likely in their secrecy envelopes when the secrecy envelopes were thrown away.
That the ballots most likely will not be recovered.
And that even if the 20 ballots were found, it is unlikely that their chain of custody can be proven to assure they have not been tampered with.
So the revelation has prompted House Republicans to take decisive action.
Well, I have a recommendation for them as well because I've just been working on new evidence.
And so this is an absentee ballot area.
What's interesting is that there is a state statute as well for the record of voting for these ballot boards is that they must be immediately entered into the voter registration system.
However, that still isn't completed.
As of 1124, the latest data set that I just received today to start looking at, only 759,000 absentee ballots out of 1.2 million are connected to a voter.
So that's another violation of state statute.
Again, we saw this in 2020.
We saw it again in 2022.
And all these clerks have to do because they use these electronic systems is literally click the button to transfer the data over to the voter histories.
And we have these unmatched records because we were cut off to where we couldn't get the complete absentee data.
And so this is absolutely disgusting.
And my recommendation to the Republicans is because so many voters were disenfranchised with those 20 ballots, a new election should be demanded for that race.
And on top of this, whatever the candidates spent on their previous race, the county should be responsible for reimbursing them the entirety of the cost for that race, for the House race.
I'm so livid and pissed.
This is absolutely disgusting.
People need to be held accountable.
And there is more stuff like this happening in Minnesota, where we've even observed that election officials try to dissuade challengers from challenging ballots where they didn't have the authority to do so.
And so now those cases are closed.
And I wrote the campaigns regarding those issues today as well.
Now, getting into election news, those last three races that we've been kind of waiting for, well, three weeks after election day, finally in California, Democrat Derek Tran Ous, Republican incumbent Michelle Steele.
And what's interesting about that is Steele served two consecutive terms in Congress, and most of the other counties actually went more Republican in California, but not this one.
And so Michelle is just a class act.
She will have a bright future.
I'm hoping that she will rerun again.
And she absolutely understands in her statement: this is what happens when ballot harvesting is legal and ballot occurring for weeks after the election is allowed, and there is no voter ID.
And I believe this is a statement by Christina Layela of Gateway Pundit.
But I'm going to believe that Michelle, when she discovers what happens, she's not going to put up for this.
So we'll see what happens there.
Now, I'm thankful that there has not been any injuries to the Trump cabinet so far, but I'm not thankful that there have been death threats, bomb threats, and even swatting.
But what we're finding from the left is that they're targeting Trump's cabinet nominees with death threats and the extreme.
And so last night and this morning, several of Trump's cabinet nominees and administration appointees were targeted in violent un-American threats to their lives.
And especially some of their family members who are not used to this, they're absolutely frightened by this.
And so the attacks range from the bomb threats, swatting, those are fake, but they force law enforcement to go there.
And it's expensive to do this to make sure that they're safe.
But you know that these families are absolutely terrified.
But I just want to be thankful and grateful for law enforcement's swift action and actually the investigations that will continue.
But these acts of intimidation and violence will not be tolerated and it will not deter the Trump Vance team at all.
Now, here's some of the, and what's interesting is that the news media is still not happening, still happy with us.
And the fake news has to be called out because they're the ones flaming this, and it needs to stop.
But what's incredible is we go back to earlier this week when we looked at CNN's data and they showed in a recent poll that Trump is outperforming his 2016 administration already with 18 plus positive points in his transition team.
And so that is just disgusting that that's happening to our new administration already.
And I would be really thankful if the existing administration would come out publicly and say this is not acceptable behavior.
And I'm hoping that they will do so shortly.
Now, the other thing, too, is that we have John Kerry sounding off that apparently we're on the brink of needing to declare a climate emergency and we need to get people to behave.
Well, you little tyrant, no, and we don't believe in your garbage science.
And you, tyrant, can stop traveling on your private plane at any time.
There are more efficient ways to meet with people like we do here stateside, which is Zoom and teams meetings, etc.
And so, the very fact that he's just come out with this yesterday is absolutely disgusting.
And so, I'm glad to see him and the rest of the administration kind of sunset peacefully through our wonderful election.
So, another reason that I'm thankful.
I'm also thankful that Israel announces a ceasefire in Lebanon as a gift to President Trump.
But don't worry, Joe and Kamala took credit anyways.
And we have there from the Washington Post basically an Israeli government minister discussed a proposal with Trump and Jared Kushner at Marlago a Sunday before traveling to the White House for talks.
And so we know that this has actually happened.
But I'm just thankful that we're starting to a path towards peace in the Middle East.
And that is good news.
Now, what's also kind of funny is that our lack of trust in the media, again, is kind of exposed here.
And we see thankfully that David Puloff has finally come forward and he accidentally exposed how legacy media lied to the American people with junk polls.
And he even admits, he even admits that the internal polling of the campaign never had Harris ahead of Trump.
And if we go back and rewind to the Iowa pollster that basically said, oh, Harris was ahead of Trump in Iowa by 3%.
And then the media ran with that without even checking its accuracy.
And oh, by the way, Seltzer's poll was off 16 points and Trump won the state of Iowa by plus 13.
And he complained that we didn't get the breaks we needed on Election Day.
And what's he even has quoted, I think it surprised people because there was these public polls that came out in late September, early October, showing us with leads that we never saw.
And so that tells us that the media was out there doing these fake polls and it was just absolutely, absolutely disgusting and incorrect.
Now, in other news, kind of happening over on the Democrat side, unfortunately, these thankless folks are out there, liberal women protesting Trump's victory with a primal scream on Lake Michigan.
There's videos out there on YouTube that you can go out there and look at this.
And it's interesting if you look at the image on the right, you can see some of the organizations there, and especially that socialist Black Lives Matter hand there.
But yet all the people on the beach seem to be white women.
But, you know, it's funny on the social media where they're sitting there saying, yes, let's get our frustration out collectively.
You know, wrote another screaming to ease the sadness and come together and move forward as a community.
And then even a person in DC still basically said, I'm still in DC Sunday night, but I'll scream into a pillow from where I am in the meantime.
Oh, it's sad.
But for those of us that may not be familiar with the primal scream, here's the image of that during the inauguration where that woman kind of gets down on her hands and knees and just screams no during the inauguration.
So she has become a famous internet meme and actually costume during Halloween.
So it's really sad.
I'm thankful we have a different positive view on things.
The other thing that is really sad is that DNC staffers were fired after election, reduced to begging for money with a GoFundMe account.
Wait a minute.
I've worked in many campaigns.
I've never known people that after a campaign, you have an expectation of employment or benefits after an election.
What kind of scam organization is this that they're doing this stuff?
But, you know, don't worry.
You know, after you blow a billion dollars, I guess this entitlement that the left has.
And what's funny is, I never knew that there was a staff union that existed for the DNC.
And so this is just absolutely ridiculous.
And I'm glad to see part of this entitlement finally break and we actually get a wake-up call with a large swath of these Democrats that are out there.
But looking forward, this actually isn't by the Onion or even the Babylon Bee.
This is real.
Can you believe that Joe Biden receives the 2024 White House Christmas tree?
But there's a little detail that is causing a steer.
A little of a stir there.
The tree, a Fraser fir, came from a Christmas tree farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina.
Oh, yeah, the place hit by the hurricanes.
Joe Biden said the Blue Ridge Mountains was recently devastated by Hurricane Helene and that the Kartner family lost thousands of trees in the storm.
But this one remains standing and they named it Tree Mendis for the extraordinary hope that it represents.
Don't worry, they chopped it down and delivered it.
And so go out and look at the internet.
The comments are absolutely hilarious and it's quite symbolic of this administration.

You know, I mean, it's just absolutely hilarious.

And it is absolutely incredible what Donald Trump has done.
And so that positivity, Americans are excited to move forward and to be able to look at this holiday season, but also after the inauguration, how successful will Trump be during the first 100 days is going to be a measure of his administration right away.
But also, it may be a measure and a critique of both the House and the Senate themselves.
Before we get into that, I do want to give you an update regarding the news that we kind of broke yesterday along with the Gateway Pundit.
Actually, Gateway Punt gets credit on this.
This Missouri AG, Andrew Bailey, wins a second court challenge on voter ID laws.
And The Missouri court sided with attorney Andrew Bailey on Monday.
But here's what's interesting: now all of a sudden, we get a little bit more detail in here.
And one of the things that he talked about is that their claim that their provisional ballots may be rejected is purely speculative, Beatman wrote, or Beatham wrote.
In addition, the evidence at trial confirms that rejection rates for provisional ballots are low, and the rates specifically for signature mismatch are exceedingly low.
In his ruling, Beatham argued that photo ID requirement enhances election integrity, stating it protects the fundamental right to vote by deterring difficult to detect forms of voter fraud.
Thank you, Judge.
That is the right way to write it.
Now we've already learned from a local news writer that apparently this challenge is now heading for appeal to the Missouri Supreme Court.
And so this means that we're going to have to watch this.
We're going to have to continue to watch this because they are the left.
They are trying to make up reasons here where they want to expand the elective franchise to people that they're basically, in essence, lying about.
And so they're basically saying that people are being harmed because they can't get an ID.
And that's just, and the judge sniffed it out right away, and he wrote that the burdens were not onerous on any individual voter.
And so their law in Missouri requires a voter to show a Missouri or federally issued identification that includes a photo, the holder's date of birth, and an expiration date.
Identification that has been expired for less than a year is even acceptable.
I mean, that, so it just doesn't wash.
And it's just really sad this.
Now, in what's happening with the elections here, and when we look at how the left is trying to circumvent our voter ID laws, this is something that we definitely have to make sure that we're aware of and tracking these cases.
There are a lot of cases that are hitting the courts right now by the left where they're trying to break down more and more of these voter ID laws.
Our state in South Dakota was also impacted by this in just voter registrations.
And to where our state now, the address area of where you live can actually be blank or a descriptive area.
And this just doesn't, it's such garbage.
We have to get real.
We know on other legal documents, you have an address.
And especially in our state where we actually have mail forwarding companies, and the law doesn't even require that now.
And I have issues with even some of these mail forwarding companies where people are saying that's my residential address, but yet they're in an industrial zone.
And I don't know about you, but I can't fit into a PO box or a small mailbox.
So let's stop the lie.
That's not where you reside.
And so we have to get stronger in these laws.
Now, kind of looking at the updates in the elections, we do actually have a couple of updates here.
And what's interesting is that Trump's lead continues to grow in the popular vote.
So he's now at 76.88 million votes, still at 50%.
So he still has the majority there.
So you're going to need that going into Thanksgiving.
And then Kamala Harris is at $74.4 million.
And what's interesting is I did take a little sneak peek.
And if you look at Team Trump, which also would include RFK, RFK has half percent of the vote.
So that means Team Trump with RFK has 50.5% of the vote.
Ha ha, they're done.
So it's a good thing we have RFK on our side that will hopefully clean up the medical industry, the pharmaceuticals, the FDA, as well as the chemicals in our food and some of that processing.
And I hope and pray that he can do that.
And I am really thankful for him supporting Trump and helping him in that endeavor.
Now, getting back to the elections here, the Senate hasn't changed, of course.
It's still 53, 47.
We'll have to see if there's more picks out of the Senate into the Trump administration that could affect any of these numbers.
Who knows?
Anyone trying to predict Trump might be off at this point.
Now looking at the House, there are two of the three House seats that were still open as of Monday that have kind of finally settled down.
Now we see in California, there's still one open race up there in the 13th district.
But in the 45th district, that's the one that we talked about earlier, and the Democrat has been declared the winner.
Now in Iowa, the Republican has been declared the winner there.
And so each party now has gained an additional seat and there's just one seat left.
So with the GOP currently having 220 and 218 was required for the majority, that doesn't really leave many votes on the table that we can basically shed out to pass legislation in the halls of Congress.
And so this is where I'm actually a little bit concerned about the Trump agenda during the first hundred days.
How well will the Senate and the House with their thin margins be able to support Trump?
So for example, with the filibuster rule, of course, the Republicans can't cross over the 60 threshold.
They're going to need Democrats to cross over on some of those contentious bills.
Now in the House, we know that we have some soft Republicans.
Some people call them rhinos, Republican in name only.
And the Democrats do a better job of playing the team sport of politics and staying unified.
And the Republicans can't expect Democrats to come over and help them.
And so this is going to be really interesting to see how successful Trump is going to be during the first 100 days.
And so I am my recommendation to Team Trump is shoot big now and go for the gusto.
Do the things that matter to the people right away.
Number one, immigration reform, deportations included in that.
And what's funny is we should not be fickle about this because even the Democrats were getting tough on illegal immigration.
As a matter of fact, Kamala Harris even runs ads that she was a prosecutor basically being tough on illegal immigration.
And so any Democrat that sits there and says, oh, well, you know, we're not really, well, you supported a Democrat that came out in the end tough on illegal immigration.
So that's a departure from where the Biden administration was.
So most of the people that were voting, America spoke, we want this illegal immigration fixed.
So I'm imploring the Senate and the House, do something, stop draining our country and putting our citizens at risk.
And especially when you look at the border areas, you can overwhelmingly see the support for Trump's agenda in securing our borders.
And so this is where we have to come together and we have to make sure that we are thankful for our new representatives and call and encourage them to get this fixed.
Number two is going to be the economy.
Number three, of course, is going to be election reform.
And then there are going to be a host of other things that are on the agenda that we need to go back and fix.
And we look at some of this green energy policies that are there.
We have to walk that back because it's destroying our country.
It's destroying our economy.
And it's hampering and creating such a divergence of people to where these fake corporations are being created to basically steal money from the federal government and the honor of green energy.
It's a scam.
We all know it.
Let's just call it out for what it is.
Now, what's interesting is getting into the next segment, I've been asked by several people to analyze their elections.
And especially when it gets down to down ballot, I have to remind people: when you get into the races where you're not a Republican or Democrat and you are your party designation is not listed on the ballot, it's actually hard for you to really overcome that because so many people do just vote straight party lines.
And when we get down ballot, there are so many positions that people don't vote for.
And so we see that peel off of voters.
We even see the peel off of people who even know who you are.
And that is absolutely incredible.
And so I'm looking back at an old ABC News survey that was done back in basically 2016.
And so when you had their survey go out and look at Mike Pence and Senator Tim Kaine, and as the vice presidential picks, 41% of respondents said couldn't name Pence and 46% of respondents couldn't name Kane.
And I always kind of laugh at some of the latest memes that are out there, like by Sarandon and some of the others on the left that basically say, oh, the Republicans are uninformed voters and that they're dumb and all that.
Well, based upon historical surveys, that's not true because what we see on these surveys from you guys is that actually you guys who spend more money than us, they know your candidates less.
So the uninformed voters are from your side, not our side.
And so I want that, I want people to remember this.
And so if you go back and look at these historical surveys, you'll actually see that time and time again.
And it's really, really sad that they sit there and they put all these negative connotations on Republican voters and they try to disenfranchise us.
And we don't do that to Democrats because they're our fellow neighbors and they're Americans.
You know, and so we have to do a better job on the conservative side of educating them about our republic, not our democracy.
And we have to get real about that because when we look at the number of people that voted for Kamala Harris, she was an absolute bad candidate.
Her policies were absolutely terrible.
And Tim Walz was an absolute dumpster fire on the campaign trail.
I just, I don't, I don't understand how many people could actually support Kamala Harris.
Now, I understand that there's a lot of people that don't support Trump or have their hesitations and don't trust him.
I get that.
And so a percentage of those votes could be protest votes.
But then there's also a number of people who don't vote in those elections, anyways.
Now, but the reality is we have to get back to protecting our elections as well as educating.
So one of the first things that we need to do is we have to look at the election reforms that we're going to have to do locally.
We can't expect Trump to do everything.
We ourselves as activists and Americans are going to have to ask for reforms.
We have to look for voter ID reforms, voter role cleanups, eliminating the national popular vote, software audits, and better oversight of election processes and vendors.
And let's kind of go through these here again.
So when we look at, for example, our voter ID laws across the United States, all of these red and yellow states, including mine, are in serious risk of where we are at today to where people can basically manipulate the elections and claim that they are a valid voter.
This is not acceptable in our country.
We have to get a grip on this and we have to fix this.
And when we peel this out as to the areas of, say, for example, the next area, the national popular vote, why is there such a strong relationship between the states that have moved towards the national popular vote,
which is kind of funny because it will, in essence, take effect when enacted into law by states possessing 270 electoral votes.
And it will be enacted when they get an additional 61 electoral votes.
This is scary.
And I'm glad you're watching tonight because when I did the overlay between the national popular vote and voter ID issues, this is where these states stand in regards to national into voter ID requirements.
All of these states either require no voter ID, they can have a non-photo type of an ID, the lighter red, and then the yellows are less strict photo IDs.
So for example, a college card, a credit card with your photo on it, etc.
This is really compelling.
And it's really scary.
And I think we might be able to have a chance to get these states to back away from national popular vote because I think it's so un-American.
And when we look at the election results here, and we see kind of a weird correlation between those states with weak voter ID and Harris's wins here and the national popular vote.
So now let's look at the national popular vote election results.
They all went for Harris.
Well, that's interesting.
So all of the states with weaker voter ID, national popular vote, they all went for Harris.
Not one went for Trump.
So let's make the correction.
Let's say they enacted the law now and they were forced to go to Trump.
Do you realize that the election would look like this if we said, if you truly support national popular vote, why don't you go ahead and enact it right now today?
That would flip all those states from blue to red.
And then the final result would be Kamala would have 17 electoral votes and Trump would have 521.
That's what it would look like if it was enacted today.
This might be one of the best arguments to get those blue states to get out of the national popular vote because of the success that Donald J. Trump had already in this election.
And so I think this is also a reason why so many of these states are trying to pad their votes.
They were trying to rig the election and now they've been caught red-handed that they can't do it.
They were trying to do it in Pennsylvania.
They were trying to do it in California.
They were trying to do it.
I think they were trying to do it in Minnesota.
I think they're trying to do it in so many other states that they kept counting and waiting and waiting.
It's absolutely disgusting.
We need to wake up to this and we need to go to our legislatures and we need to get this stuff turned around.
So even you conservatives that feel that you're lost in a blue state, you need to take graphs like this and show them.
Are you sure you want the national popular vote?
Because the election results would have been a lot different.
And so I think both sides of this should really look at this and say, no, we need to protect individual states' rights.
This is not a democracy.
This is a constitutional republic.
And I'm really disappointed that these states have already started down this path.
And it has to stop.

Now, the other thing I'm really thankful for too is the support and encouragement that I've had from all of you.
I did not expect to have this type of a journey in my life.
You know, I started out January with two kidney stones and had to pass those out while going to a football game to follow the South Dakota Jacks for the championship game in Texas.
I couldn't go to the stadium.
I had to sit in a hotel room screaming passing those stones.

We need to make sure that the encryption is in compliance as well in the way that they process that.
We also need to make sure that the modem hardware and software is in compliance with the EAC standards and even some of the states.
We also need to make sure that the basic security is in compliance as well.
We have a team of GSA certified evaluators ready to come in and actually do this.
And then we need to make sure that all the materials and software is properly supervised by the two vendors so that we're not releasing any source code.
And so that means we have to actually buy the equipment, buy the laptops, the desktops, all of the hardware and software.
So that way, when we're done with the evaluation, both Dominion and ESNS can take that material, dispose of it as they wish, and then we can write our report and the vendors can be assured that their products are absolutely protected.

The other thing that I'm actually really concerned about too, right now is part of this.
And we're going, we have a, I'll be working on a separate report on this as well and keep everybody up to date quarterly.
And this is about my concern about Windows 10 and of support in October of 2025.
So right now, we don't see many vendors stepping forward to put new systems out there that would be in compliance of moving everything towards Windows 11.
And so when we look at the EAC's website, and these are the four systems that are under test, and we see two are using the old standard VVSG 1.0 and two are using the new VVSG 2.0 standard.
This is creating a dual track system that concerns me greatly because there are differences between the 1.0 and 2.0 standard that I think states are going to have to be aware of as they look at new systems, but also the election coming up in 2026.
