And so I want to thank all of you activists, all of you viewers that supported this channel, all of the voters that got out there and voted.
Thank you.
And so I'm Rick Weibel subbing in for Mike Lindell.
And I am so proud of everybody out there and how we conducted ourselves with a great election night.
Now, granted, there are still some elections still happening where they're still counting Arizona and even some of the other states.
And so we don't know all of the Senate seats yet.
We don't know all of the complete House races.
But I want to do a little bit of a rewind and kind of let's look at everything that happened literally just in the last two months.
Yes, there was the assassination attempt on Trump.
Not once, not twice, but now we're learning of a third one as well.
I'm sorry, but this man, President Trump, is really the American story.
Everything that he has been through business-wise, and now this political story has completely unfolded.
And all of us that witnessed 2020 and lived through that, we are seeing the evidence right now in front of us.
And so I want to thank you for your steadfast support of this channel, all of us activists that are out there.
There's a lot of call-outs to make.
And I want to kind of show you some of the articles that had come out during the election cycle.
And it's just amazing.
You know, so here we had breaking news.
Detroit activists blow city election fraud machine wide open.
Elections whistleblower has evidence that people are being illegally registered to vote and votes are being cast using their identities.
The RNC steps in, sues Milwaukee Election Commission for limiting the poll watchers.
Same thing in Minnesota.
Oklahoma purges more than 450,000 ineligible names.
Stopbogusballots.com to start posting lists of thousands of cast ballots from bogus addresses.
Guarding the ballot and then just everything that we were doing.
And then the news just kept hitting and hitting where Milwaukee to recount 30,000 absentee ballots due to tabulator issues.
Election day chaos hits key swing state counting voting machines down in Apache County, Arizona.
Then we have Pennsylvania voters stay in line.
RNC secures another victory, extends voting hours until after 10 p.m.
Harris County Clerk issues a statement after early vote shift mysteriously favoring Democrats.
Claims it was an accident.
Arizona and Pennsylvania ballot registration harvesting update.
Primary far left group behind the scandal.
Banana Republic, widespread voting issues reported in Cambria and other counties in Pennsylvania on election morning.
Nearly 14,000 Nevada mail-in ballots could go uncounted unless voters verify signatures by November 12th.
Huge win.
Biden-Harris G-O-J blocked from entering Texas polling stations hours after Ken Paxton sues the department.
Then, you know, the RNC wins the huge lawsuit against Milwaukee Election Commission over its plan to limit poll watchers.
RNC forces Center County, Pennsylvania to keep counting ballots all night after officials plan to stop.
We know what happened last time.
Ghastly forces evacuation closure of one of Northville's two voting precincts on election day.
Hmm, doesn't normally happen on other days, right?
Justin, Arizona judge rules polls in blue Apache County will stay open until 9 p.m. Mountain Standard Time due to printer failures.
Rhino, Georgia Secretary of State blames polling place bomb threat on Russia, Russia, Russia.
Oh, yeah, we heard that before.
Judge orders Democrat poll workers to remove misleading voter protection badges after voter intimidation complaints in Allegani County.
Urgent, stay in line.
Judge extends voting hours in one Luzerne County, Pennsylvania precinct to 9:30 p.m. after voters were unable to cast ballots due to delays.
Arizona Secretary of State reports multiple unsubstantiated bomb threats at four Navajo County locations.
Points to Russia.
Through all of that garbage, all of that garbage, it didn't matter.
It didn't matter because the faithful stood in line.
They were ready to vote.
They were tired of the economy.
They were tired of the lies.
They were tired of the word salad and they wanted real meat.
And it is just absolutely fantastic to see where the country landed and to see the election results that carried us through the night.
And here we are so far.
Now, Nevada and Arizona still have to be counted according to Fox News.
And already Trump is at 73.6 million votes and Kamala Harris at 69.3 million votes.
But Trump is on target to surpass the 2020 election results.
And that is just absolutely incredible.
And for him to basically take the swing states and run the table.
And that happened because of you guys, the activists, the RNC, everybody coming together to stop the election fraud because we learned the lessons of the past.
And there are some great heroes out there like Peter Berninger.
There are great heroes like Jessica Palmea.
There are great heroes out there all over the country.
The members of Cause of America, the people who are behind the scenes, out there working the voter rolls, looking at what's going on.
Then you have the Wyoming state party taking action to clean up their elections as well, looking at the logic and accuracy test.
And the amount of information sharing in this channel on the apps through Cause of America, through the RNC, through the Republican Party, it was all hands on deck.
And so that created a whole movement, and we're not done yet.
And so as we continue to wait for some of these other results to come in, it is absolutely incredible to see that as we continue to kind of wait for Trump.
You know, here they're already predicting at the decision desk 312 electoral votes for Trump, but yet we can see in California that only 63% of the vote is in.
In Arizona, only 80% of the vote is in.
And the same thing in Utah.
And so there could be another million votes for Trump quite easily, plus all of the remainders that are out there with the other states as well.
And so then again, it raises the question when we look at the charts that even the gateway pundit had put out there.
And we look at the Democrat kind of ceiling sitting there, just over 65 million votes, and then the 80-some-odd million votes that supposedly Joe Biden got, it begs the question: how did he do that?
And so there's kind of like three options here.
Number one, the Democrats truly are sexists and racists, and so they really wanted the old white guy.
Or because of 2020, maybe those missing voters that didn't want to support Kamala died because of COVID or the COVID shot.
Or number three, it was all complete crap and it was truly election fraud.
So which one of the three pieces do the Democrats want to take responsibility for?
That is the discussion we need to have going forward.
And we need to be serious about this because the reality is we have to get to the bottom of all three of those.
The other thing is that when we look at Trump himself, I kind of mentioned this early on in the breaking news here: that ABC News is reporting that three charge in Iran-linked murder plots, one with targeting Donald Trump as revenge for killing Qassam Soleimani, according to the Department of Justice.
This is absolutely incredible that we're now hearing about this, but thankfully, they were able to take action and save Trump's life once again.
And so we're not done yet.
And so I want to make sure that for those of you in the other states that are still counting ballots, especially when it comes to the House and the Senate seats, make sure that you still are reporting any election-related incidents on the vocal app.
So the electioncrimebure.com is where you go to actually report those incidents so that we can pass those on to the legal professionals and then review them.
So currently in the Senate, four have flipped towards the Republicans.
And so the Republicans have 53 seats.
I really hope the Republicans don't waste this effort like they did last time during the first term after Trump was elected to make some changes to actually help save our country.
Now, as we look at this, we still don't know what's going on quite in Arizona, but it looks like right now the new ballot dump favors Cary Lake 58% to 40%, and the margin is cut to less than 40,000 votes with still over 750,000 ballots still uncounted.
Marcopa County is claiming that it could take about two weeks to count the ballots and determine a winner.
Holy cow.
It really does feel like a repeat of the 2020 election where this could be stolen again.
And so we have to have the watchful eyes out there.
And so if you see something, please report it.
Now, the other thing is for the Arizona folks that are out there, please check your ballots.
Make sure you check to see that your vote was counted.
And these are the two websites that you can go in and actually check: beballetready.vote and my.arizona.vote.
Please go on and check your ballot status.
If you find that your ballot isn't there, make sure you report it to the party there or also put it on the vocal app so that we can follow up with it as well.
Now, on to the House side of things, it's absolutely incredible right now that the Republicans have flipped six seats, but the Democrats have flipped four seats.
But the net result is that the Republicans have two more seats, and so the race to 218 still continues.
And there are still quite a few races to basically finish up, Arizona being a large area of that, than some spots in Iowa, and also up in Washington as well.
And so, as we look at this, we just have to continue to make sure that we are properly communicating and properly supervising these elections to make sure that there's no extra ballots coming in and that we keep election integrity at the forefront.
But the reality is we have a lot to basically talk about.
The president has to do a lot of cleanup, and there has to be an answer to what he has been put through.
This whole Russian collusion thing can never happen again, where a fake dossier was purchased by a political opponent and then brought into the political sphere to use as an impeachment process.
I don't know how Trump did it.
All of that pressure, all of that negativity, most people would have given up.
That man is so strong.
It is absolutely incredible.
But I think on day one, he is going to have to address this.
All the spies who lied about the Hunter Biden laptop should have all of their security clearances revoked.
We need to be asking for that right now.
And so I'm asking this viewership to please start writing your congressmen, your congresswomen, your senators to make sure that all of this is taken into account, is investigated, and that their clearances are revoked.
We cannot allow this.
Now, I know Trump can make that decision, but we also need to make sure that these people and their associates don't have any security clearance through the Senate or through the House.
And we need to basically hold them accountable because this type of misinformation, this type of action of what they did damaged our country.
And this is unforgivable.
And they need to be held accountable.
And What I'm happy about, step number two, that Trump needs to do immediately once he takes office, because Biden isn't going to do it.
We have to remember: we have these great Americans who have been sitting there for over 1,390 days since January 6th.
He's been incarcerated, waiting for his trial.
He has not been to trial.
And what's disgusting is that is an absolute threat to our republic because that's a violation of his constitutional rights to a speedy trial.
To sit there and be a political prisoner is an affront to our constitutional republic.
And I pray that Trump will release all of the J-Sixers and that we can restore our republic.
And those people that incarcerated these people and also played this game to where they weren't going to give them a proper trial need to have their law licenses completely revoked.
They should not be able to practice law ever again.
Because what they did to these people, what they did to Trump, is such banana republic-type stuff that we can never, ever allow it again.
We can never forget what they've done to our country.
And thank God so many of you were praying, being patient, being relentless in your prayers, and making sure, taking notes, doing what you could to educate people.
And there's a whole lot of people out there that don't understand what actually happened.
They don't know that the dossier was fake.
They don't know that the Hunter Biden laptop was real.
They don't even understand the details of the corruption of the Biden crime family.
That needs to be rectified.
Trump has to be vindicated in so many of these different levels.
I am so grateful to be part of this history with all of you, and we have to help Trump get his reputation completely restored because these history books that are out there still have this negative view about Donald J. Trump and this whole thing about election deniers.
Any leftist media that sits there and uses that anymore, we have to go after and correct them to basically say, no, you're the ones that lied.
You perpetuated so many lies.
And we're starting to see the consequences of that already.
There are subscriptions being unplugged of so many of these content creators that lied to the American people.
And we have to keep up that pressure.
And we have to keep up that pressure to end wokeism.
And we have to restore our country.
And it is just, I guess, the other person that we really have to thank, not only Mike Lindello is a great patriot, but also somebody who got us the evidence that we needed.
Elon Musk, and he's right.
Voting should be in person with paper ballots and identification required.
He's right.
Electronic voting machines and anything mailed is too risky.
We even saw this year that the post office decided not to scan the ballots, the envelope.
They also decided not to stamp postmark the ballots.
And we really should mandate paper ballots and in-person voting only.
And he's right.
Those three things, paper ballots in person with ID, is the best way to ensure election integrity.
And because of his platform, where Facebook started out, where people could be engaged, then we got filtered out.
We got kicked off the platform.
Now, with X, we see this true discussion out there.
So now's the time to start reminding people of how much damage the Democrats did and what the truth is.
And we need to expose who's running our country right now while Kamala was out there campaigning and this other fool is sitting there dithering in the White House.
There are serious problems going on right now, and it's absolutely disgusting that we're allowing our country to operate like this.
Inauguration can't happen fast enough.
And it's unfortunate that we have such a high risk for our country between now and inauguration.
And with the threats already against Trump, I hope that they will get minimized and that the healing can start.
And so as we have Thanksgiving coming upon us, as we have Hanukkah, as we have Christmas, and we have New Year's coming, these are opportunities to connect with our family and friends and to help start that healing process and talk about what had happened and point to the truth.
Because so many, like my mom, she's a hardened Democrat in Minnesota.
She believes that Trump is evil, a felon, and that he is disgusting.
That's not who Trump is.
We all know that.
And so we're going to have to start sharing some of the truth about Trump and how he's helped people, how he has really had open the conversation.
And I have, from my political science standpoint, I have never seen somebody who understands the political landscape better than Trump.
He has some of the best instincts for his campaign to transition to go to social media platforms and even to podcasters, sit there and have these conversations with voters.
These are incredible.
They need to be shared.
We need to share them over the next 30 days so that even the left starts seeing them.
We need to share some of the old stories about Trump, where he even found a young gentleman, a boy in England who couldn't get the surgery that he needed in England and flew him to the United States on his own private jet to save his life.
How he has been so gracious in using his own wealth to help lift people up and during hurricanes when he wasn't even president, how he's donated so much stuff.
What a kind, generous gentleman he really is, and how he loves the country.
I think it's phenomenal.
And I can certainly understand the pressures of Melania that she just doesn't like Washington, D.C., and the pressures, the threats, the inconvenience of all of this oversight and all of the chaos that happens in the White House.
I get it.
If she doesn't want to be around D.C. and she wants to be in Florida where it's more peaceful, I get it.
My wife is that way.
She doesn't like the political lifestyle.
She doesn't like the activism.
She felt betrayed by other politicians.
It's hard for her.
And so I get that Melania may be in the same way as she looks at the people that attack her family, her husband.
It's got to be extremely heart-wrenching for her because she is such a wonderful, spirited lady, and she wants the best in people, but she sees all of this evil attacking her husband, and it's just not fair.
You know, it's really heartbreaking to see that.
Now, part of what needs to happen as well as we look into the future of the voting equipment, we need to get to the truth.
When we sit here and we see audit results of primary election in Torrance County, New Mexico show a difference between hand counts and SOS records of up to 25%.
That's a problem.
When we see a Republican wins an Iowa House election by 11 votes after a recount, machines declared the Democrat a winner, but the hand count revealed the Republican actually won.
Then we see articles out of Politico where the nation's best hackers found vulnerabilities in voting machines, but there was no time to fix them.
Well, that's true.
But the other thing that we had discovered at USCase.com is that when we did the analysis, we went into an election with most of the election equipment without any Windows updates or Linux updates for the last two years and no antivirus updates for the last two years as well.
And what's incredible is that here in South Dakota, we used election equipment without an antivirus update on the four laptops that handle the election results.
It's been five years.
Five years since the antivirus was updated.
That's negligence.
We have to do better.
And so we're going to have to create some new laws that require better security.
And it's going to be the states that have to do this.
Congress doesn't really have the authority to do it because it is the states under Article 4 of the U.S. Constitution that set the time, place, and manner of the elections.
And so it is our state responsibilities to fix this.
And we have to do it.
We have to be committed to doing it.
And so there are some other things that we need to do across the United States.
And so when we come back from the commercial break, we'll get into that and we'll start talking about what do we need to do over the next two years in our states to get control and get ready for the next election, which is the midterms.

We also have breaking news out of Wyoming.
It's a story that I broke on ACTS yesterday.
And what's interesting is that it's almost unbelievable.
And so it took a while for us to get to the bottom of the evidence.
What had happened is that in one of the House races, it was incredible to see that a very popular house member got a lot less votes than they were supposed to get.
And so what do I mean by that?
Well, when I looked at the race, it was absolutely interesting to see that when we compared what he got in the primary to where he got in the general election, it was a significant drop off.
And so in Weston County in House District 1, I believe it is, in the primary, he got 645 votes and there were only 96 under votes and he was unopposed.
Then come the general election.
He has 166 votes only and then 1289 under votes.
It didn't make sense, especially when his district is split between two counties.
And we went and looked at Crook County, the good county, so no pun intended.
In the primary, he had 1,610 votes.
Then in the general election, it increased to 3,827.
So we knew something was up.
But right away, the county clerk tried to defend it to say, oh, no, there were just a lot of protest votes and don't worry about it.
Well, it's come to light that when we reviewed the sample ballots online, there was a clue there.
And in Wyoming statutes, it's required that for every office, the term of office be listed on the ballot.
And in this particular race, the term of office was not there, you know, whether it was a two-year, four-year, eight-year term, depending on the position.
Then we heard that the ballots were reprinted.
Then more of the story came out that her test X weren't updated.
The new reprinted ballots had the term of office shifting the rest of the ovals down.
Luckily, that was the last race in that column.
So we finally have the evidence here, and she's taking responsibility.
But it raises a lot of concerns about due diligence, oversight, and transparency.
They did a hand count today.
We found out That there was at least another 1,100 votes for this person.
That's absolutely incredible.
The other thing is that this is ESNS equipment.
It is not ESS's fault.
However, when we look at partnerships, I think there should be some discussions between ESNS and some of the legislatures and Secretary of States.
I think we have to kind of look at when the clerks are ordering, or I'm going to say election officials are ordering new ballots from ESNS and they're being redesigned.
What responsibility does ESNS have to help protect our elections to make sure that number one, there's some kind of an alert or workflow that gets the clerk to order new test X, to redo the test, and to make sure that the previous ballots are destroyed.
Because it's obvious that some of the old ballots were still there, and then some of the new ballots were also there, but some set of the ballots were not counted correctly, and some testing didn't happen to make sure that this error would have been prevented.
So a lot of this is kind of assumptions.
I would like to talk to her to find out more exactly what happened so we can kind of write a manual and a process so that those areas that are using machines, because mistakes do happen, how do you restart the process to ensure that A, you have the right ballots, B, they're not getting mixed in, C, if you are running into a situation where some of the old ballots are released, how do you update your programming and the machines to accept both ballots?
Or do you do a process like what Minnesota had to do in 2022, where they had their absentee ballot board retranscribe the error ballots that were missing the party line, and then it shifted the ballots down to where they had to retrain transcribe onto the new finished ballot so that the machines could tabulate those ballots correctly.
And so I think this is a good discussion to look at the 2022 case out of Minnesota, looking at this case here in Wyoming, so that Secretary of States and legislatures can come up with policies to really help safeguard future elections.
There's good lessons here that can be learned.
And then I think there's even a role for ESNS because a lot of the clerks, they have to sign in to an ESNS portal.
And then there's that partnership.
And so I think there should be kind of a workflow system that they could develop to kind of help guide these election officials.
Because, I mean, the reality is that as we spoke with Leah Anderson last week about kind of the election processes and getting ready, that's a very chaotic time when you've got voters calling in asking questions.
You're trying to get prepared for the elections.
You've got absentee voting going on during this time.
There's a lot of preparation work for your camusing, plus all of the other duties that these auditors, election officials, and clerks have that they have to somehow do all of this all at the same time.
And so I think it's good to make sure that we are supporting our election officials appropriately, whether it's through staffing, through processes, better manuals and guidance and training, and all of that.
And so this is an area where we can certainly improve, and we have to do it.
So now we get into the next phases, the parties.
I really want to focus on the parties that they do have a role in training the election judges, the poll workers, the party leaders, the candidates, the campaign teams.
They also need to train in hand counting.
They need to review and audit the voter rolls as party units.
So, during this next odd year that's coming up, party units should be out there looking at who the new voters are in their districts.
They need to start asking questions, inviting them to events, getting them folded into the parties themselves.
It's unfortunate that a lot of states and a lot of counties will pick from their own lists of people that they know, assuming that they're Democrat or Republicans, and let them work the elections.
What we found out in Minnesota is: I think it's so important, and even in Michigan and Wisconsin, it's so important to make sure that the party lists are adhered to.
So, that way, the county party chair and the state party chair have proper supervision to make sure that their lists of Republicans are the ones that are participating in this.
And I believe that the party should be training them on things on what to look for, looking for extra envelopes coming in, looking for other election irregularities to protect it.
They should also be training poll watchers for the candidates, for their own party, etc.
They also have a role to play in training the party leaders, making sure that they have the manuals to train across the board, but also training the candidates and their teams, making sure that they understand the election laws, making sure that they're ready,
making sure that they understand the party organization where to go to to get help and what resources are available.
Because some candidates who are running at a state level need different help than at a county level, at a city level, and especially a federal level.
And so, those types of building blocks need to be better documented and better organized.
And as I've traveled the country kind of talking to different state parties, they're not the same.
There are some parties that really have their act together.
I'm going to say Wyoming.
You guys are fantastic out there and what you're doing as a state party and how well versed you are on election integrity, but also just as a support mechanism for your candidates and your activists.
It's incredible to see what you guys have done out there.
My state, I'm embarrassed.
We have to do a lot more, and we can.
I'm happy with my county party, but the state level really isn't doing what it needs to do to really help legislative candidates.
The party should be at the front line of Hand County.
They should be helping be the front line to support our election officials that when the system goes down, our party is there ready to help the election officials hand counting.
And I think through legislation, we're going to have to do some of these things.
So, it was interesting looking at what Wyoming does, they have deadlines in their state statutes when the county chairs are supposed to present their election judge list, their hand count kind of team, and then also their alternates.
And so, we don't have that in South Dakota.
We only have election judges in Minnesota.
And so, I think having that depth of the alternates and also the hand count teams is so important.
And I think we need to start recognizing that in other states so that we can raise the level of election integrity.
And I would encourage all parties to start doing that: Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Libertarians, etc.
Because without proper oversight of our elections, how do we restore the trust in the elections?
And so, just because we won an election doesn't mean that it's game over and we're ready to go now, that everything is going to be fixed.
No, we have to step up to the plate.
So, some of the next things of ideas for the legislature is we have to look at how do we lock in the voter rolls?
Do we create a deadline for voter registration so that our election officials have time to make sure that everything is cleaned up, printed, and organized?
Do we go for a shorter absentee period, like one week before the election, Monday through Friday, in person?
And do we end same-day voter registration?
And do we force voter ID requirements, no vouching, no self-signed affidavits, none of this garbage anymore?
And we have to go to paper voter roles.
We should no longer allow outside actors to have instant access to digital voter roles where they could do predictive analysis and cheat to see who's voted and who hasn't.
It's one way to secure the elections.
Plus, when we saw, even in South Dakota and other states, that during their absentee balloting process, when these online voter registration systems crashed and they couldn't print the labels, it was interesting to see how election officials handled it.
There were some election officials that turned voters away.
That was the wrong decision.
We had other election officials step up to the plate, already had a printed copy of their voter roll, and they handwrote the labels that they needed for the envelopes.
And then, once the system came back, then they re-entered in the data and then affixed the new label on top of there.
And so, that was actually an approach.
It's not well documented, but I think that's documentation that does need to be explored and worked on immediately from all the Secretary of States as to lessons learned from this election since it's so fresh.
It has to be done.
And I encourage all of you that were election judges, please go on to the Franks, the vocal app, and write some of those incidents in there so that we can see the positive things that election officials did so that we have an idea of what the good things were of how they addressed incidents that came up.
And then also, if they were unresolved, let us know that as well.
And if you have an idea for improvement, use that app to basically document that as well so that we can have that nice centralized database to make those recommendations.
And then going back to the list here, when we're looking at cleaning and auditing the voter rolls monthly, we need to be looking at the death records.
We need to be looking at the national chain of address.
We need to be looking at the address validator that basically says, is this a well-constructed address that the post office can deliver to or not?
And I think we need to really look at hand count paper ballots as well.
So this is kind of where the legislature has to really step up.
Now, the other thing that we have to do is we have to ban ranked choice voting.
We can't allow it.
It's too complicated.
We need to ban vote centers.
It's less secure.
For those of you that don't know what a vote center is, it's growing in popularity in so many of the states.
We have it partially in South Dakota, and I live in one of these counties that has a vote center.
A vote center basically is your one big precinct where you can vote anywhere in the county.
And so even though we have 16 precincts in Brookings, plus or minus, I can show up at any precinct on election day and cast my ballot.
So that means if there are 16 precincts, my ballot for my precinct is in 15 other locations unsupervised by local people within my precinct to ensure election integrity.
And so if there's a bad actor out there, they could be filling out ballots and checking them into the poll pad and then inserting that into the system.
That's not acceptable.
We need to reduce that.
And plus it creates extra waste where now you have all of these unused ballots all over the place that were just wasting paper and resources.
And I think it's more complicated than it needs to be.
And so that's why I'm a proponent of getting rid of it.
I think it's just absolutely disgusting.
The other thing is that I think we need to have more static dates.
The thing that has really been kind of irking a lot of activists and has really wasted a lot of time for candidates is that you have to chase down when they're going to do logic inaccuracy.
You have to chase down when they're going to do canvassing.
And in so many states, it's a 24-hour notice, a two-day notice.
I'm sorry, but that's really disrespectful and disgusting.
I'm asking and calling for the legislature to actually codify in law that maybe if you're going to be using these machines, the logic inaccuracy needs to be completed 60 days before the election.
So that way you know your absentee ballots are going to be good because, and your Yakova ballots, because so many states have 45, 46 days of absentee balloting, that if there's a problem, you need a little time to fix those ballots and printing issues so that your machines are ready to go.
Then I think you should also require logic and accuracy night of the election before tabulating any of the ballots to make sure that nothing else has changed.
And the canvassing should be done potentially maybe the Friday of the election.
And if we're going to keep using these electronic poll pads, those voter histories ought to be done before canvassing at the county level.
The other thing is if we're requiring the use of the machines, the ballot images and cast vote records have to be available election night or whenever they're done.
And then I think we have to require a 100% post-election audit.
And the hand counting would start the following day at 8 a.m.
And I know a lot of people are going to give me criticism for this, that that's just too much work.
Well, the reality is these machines have not been transparent, and it's because we haven't asked for it, but we're asking for it now.
And these legislators better step up.
And I understand some of the arguments out there that we need to maintain voter privacy and voter secrecy.
Well, in many of the counties in Wisconsin, those cast vote records and ballot images are available online.
They're available in some counties in Texas.
They're available in some counties in California.
And the reality is we have a right to know whether or not our machines are working properly or not.
And it should be up to the people to basically look at these election results and determine whether or not these machines are working properly.
The vendors already make it available and it is our data we should be looking at.
And by getting rid of the vote centers, you wouldn't have these strange anomalies within some of the precincts where somebody else from another precinct voted in there.
And so it would be tougher to figure out who voted at a particular location.
And so by randomizing, which these machines already do, they randomize the order of the ballots, they randomize everything, and so they are ready to go so that we are clean and secure.
The other thing that I kind of want to wrap up on as well is we have good resources for you, and we're going to get the team together here over the next couple of weeks.
And we'll start working on model legislation over at uscase.org.
We already have the white paper regarding the gold standard elections where we take a look at the voter rolls, the management of the voter rolls, hand counting, but also the proper oversight of the elections themselves.
The other breaking news that we have too as well is we want to continue on that if we are going to continue to use the machines, we want to make sure that we're doing a source code audit of both ESNS and Dominion.
And the first five areas that we really want to look at is we want to look at the modem software and hardware audits of both vendors.
We want to look at the cast vote records and ballot images randomization process.
We want to do an encryption audit to make sure that things are on the up and up.
We also want to do an audit on the operating system software patches as well as the antivirus protection audit to make sure that these systems are secure.
So please donate if you can over at uscase.org.
It is a tax-deductible donation.
And if you look over at the left-hand side, you'll see down towards the bottom a source code audit area that you can donate to.
And so, the faster that we get enough donations, the faster that we can actually get the answers to the public to let you know exactly where these machines are at.
And that will help with the legislative process to help secure our elections because it's time that legislators understand exactly where things are with the machines.
