Fox. Mike Pillow Guy.
Mike Lindell.
He is the greatest.
The Mike Pillow Guy.
Mike Lindell.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
Somebody has to help this country, and if they don't, the country and the world are in big trouble.
Someone's gotta overturn the tables in the temple.
Trump jumping into the presidential race.
She's a bit worried.
Of the apprentice guy?
You know the feeling of power.
Put your hands on it or would it devour?
They fear that power.
You didn't do an insurrection.
Had you called for one, there would have been one.
And there would be one if you called for one now.
I'm not sure I want that power.
I want the power just to make the country better.
America first! And that scares them.
A lot about Donald Trump scares them.
Let's look at everything. Campaign, his family.
Let's get foreign eyes on him.
We have one target.
You know who he is. Going after their companies, their families.
That is a dictator.
It's a very dangerous time for our country.
The goal is to put him in jail because they're so afraid of his voice.
I am your voice!
You'll bury him so deep and legal, it'll bankrupt him.
Broke Donald. In jail right before the election.
Sorry for being that guy, but isn't that election interference?
It's not interference if we do it.
We just want a free and fair election.
Sounds expensive. Ballots ain't cheap.
Wait, wait, wait. Did you actually say the word buy the ballots?
We were able to purchase 10,000 ballots.
That's terrifying. They cheat in many different ways.
That's all they're good at. Ready to save democracy?
We need to stop him permanently.
And that person will be risking his life.
Too bad it's not the 60s, right?
It's the way you survived.
I said, get me up.
Trump has beaten back every attack against him.
He's like the damn termite.
We're going to fix our borders and we're going to fix our elections.
We're going to win. This is my legacy.
Vendicating Trump. The best is yet to come.
Only in theaters September 27th Hello everyone, I am Rick Weibel and I'm hosting tonight
for Mike Lindell Thank you for this great opportunity.
And if you haven't seen Vindicating Trump, I really want to encourage you to go see that movie.
Dinesh D'Souza and his team did a fantastic job of this movie.
I've already seen it twice, and it really, really puts a different perspective compared to the mainstream media of what you hear about Trump.
It really will give you an emotional rollercoaster because you will realize how much you've been lied to over the last nine years in regards to how Trump is portrayed in the media, how he is portrayed even in social circles, and how he has really stood the test of time.
He has been personally attacked, attacked in his business, and I'm going to tell you that When I saw the movie, it really moved me in such a way in how he feels about the country, his family, and especially the scenes with his grandkids.
There is something there that is such a great connection as a family man.
And you look at the How he has raised his children through the New York skyline, everything that they have gone through as a family.
And so, number one, please pray for Trump.
Pray for our country. Three, go see this movie.
Four, if you're not registered to vote, please get out there and register to vote.
We need you to vote.
We also need to have prayers for everyone impacted by the latest hurricane out there.
Try to help out in any way that you can.
There are a lot of scam organizations out there, but if you have family out there or friends out there that you can support directly and get them the money locally or supplies locally that they can get out there, That is definitely going to be needed.
And also for all of the state parties out there, I really hope those party chairs are in contact with these states in need because we are going to have election officials as well as poll watchers, as well as volunteers that are going to be struggling to get through this election cycle.
And so please connect with your state party to find out how you can help North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, all of these great states to make sure that we're able to make sure that they can vote, but also to make sure that their needs are taken care of and that we start rebuilding those areas as fast as possible.
We're hearing a lot of negative stories out there and conspiracy theories and we need to rise above that to make sure that our fellow countrymen Are taken care of.
But also when it comes to the elections, we really need to make sure that the ballots are pre-printed and we have enough for the election.
We got to do away with these ballot on demand printers.
It's another vector for cheating that has to be eliminated.
And we must make sure that we are protecting our pre-printed ballots.
And we want to make sure that there's a special stamp on there from the jurisdiction.
Or if your jurisdiction requires initials by the election judges, we should not be allowing any ballot to be counted that does not have the proper stamp or election judges initials on them.
We need to know exactly how many ballots we start with and end with so that way we have a full accounting of everything.
With that, I am so blessed to be here in Wyoming with Jill Kaufman.
What's incredible is that today, we actually had a logic and accuracy test.
We'll get to that just a little bit later, but there's a lot of breaking news that's happening.
In Oak Grove, Minnesota, they have voted for nothing, not to use the electronic poll books, but of course, this is subject to review of the legal counsel because right now they've not been able to find a contract between the county and the city and so Oak Grove has been in the news before where they were looking at a post-election audit in the state of Minnesota to expand that beyond where it's at.
I think it's really important to kind of go back and just kind of Create the solid framework that the 2002 HAVA Act had put out through the Help America Vote Act.
And they had established the United States Election Assistance Commission.
And as part of that, in 2005, they came out with the standards that we're operating under right now going into the general election here in 2024.
And that's the voluntary voting system guidelines.
Now some states look at that directly and they adopted the use of those
guidelines before those machines could be used in their states. And so it became
statutory for states that adopted that. Other states decided, hey we're not going
to seek approval through the EAC, but we're going to utilize the test labs to
follow these standards to be able to have voting systems in our states. And so
understanding that, there's this great little paragraph in there and it's true
back then as it is today. Because if we remember what 2002 was all about for the
Help America Vote Act, it came on the heels after the Hanging Chads in
Florida. And so this is a way to get rid of those punch cards and get rid of the
Hanging Chads. And so this statement that the EAC wrote in there in their manual
on page 3 is as follows.
It is well known that deficiencies in election management and administration procedures can have just as much impact on the enfranchisement of voters and the outcome of elections as the functioning of the voting machines.
The overall integrity of the election process depends on both of these elements working together.
This is really important when we look at some of the breaking news that is coming out,
especially when we look at, say for example, the news that happened with Tina Peters out of Mesa, Colorado.
Gold Star Mom, now she's jailed for nine years.
Peters was convicted of three counts of attempting to influence a public servant,
one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, first degree official misconduct, violation of duty, and
failing to comply with the Secretary of State.
Now this really seems foreign to all of us because what the heck here?
She was the person in charge of the elections, and she was trying to make sure that the elections were top-notch.
And there are criticisms out there that I think are really, really unfair.
So she's got a system that's about to be upgraded.
She wanted to make sure that the system was Well, that's in conflict with where it basically says she's responsible for the election materials for 22 months after a federal election.
And so some of those election materials would have been on the system such as a cast vote record, the log files, etc., And so trying to make sure that there's a proper way to back up a system before an upgrade, when there are general principles out there from Microsoft and many vendors, it's just abhorrent that they did not listen to the evidence or allow the evidence in her case.
I really hope that this is appealed so that way she can have a true day in court versus this kangaroo court.
I understand the criticisms that the county has spent working North of a million dollars in this case, but the reality is they shouldn't have had to spend that money.
They should have come to terms.
They should have looked at this, and they should have investigated the Her claims and allowed her to pursue those to basically work with the vendor and determine if there's really issues with these systems or not.
Instead, we still don't know the truth.
Yes, there's a new person in their place, and it'll be interesting to kind of see over the next few days here how that public accuracy test will go and whether or not there is openness regarding the systems.
So, I'll be interested to see how things go in Mesa, Colorado for this election, and I'll help out any way that I can as well for those states.
Now, one of the heroes of the week is my good friend, Clay Farik.
And he basically just said it straight out.
Look, these election systems are vulnerable to attacks.
And yes, I mean it when I sit here and I have that little flag down there with the Banana Republic.
Because the reality is, like, these thoughts of what happened to Tina Peters and just the attacks on Clay, who literally right there in court showed...
All of the different ways that the system is vulnerable to attacks.
I want to give credit to the Georgia GOP that has been, the county GOP that's been working on this case with Clay for quite a while and to actually bring to the forefront regarding the Dominion systems the issues.
Now some of the critics say, well they would have to have physical access to these systems.
What's really sad is It's actually really easy to get physical access to these systems.
We observed just last month in South Dakota, in one of the county clerk's offices, it was completely unsupervised.
The DS-450 was sitting right there wide open, not tethered down, not locked securely, and it was not in a locked environment where the clerk and no one else in the office was around.
And so I have visited enough places around the country to say, we need to get our stuff together.
This is absolutely ridiculous to see this time and time again.
Now when it kind of comes into where we looked at that earlier statement from the EAC, where We have to see the election officials, but also the system basically working together to make sure that things are working properly.
So as you know, I've been out there working on kind of the validation process to determine whether or not these validation tests are actually working appropriately.
Oh, what's interesting, a friend of mine posted...
A little alert for me to kind of go, hey, Rick, take a look at this.
Dallas County Elections Department fails the public validation test, uses illegal voting systems for upcoming election.
This is posted by the Dallas County Republican Party.
We are seeing more and more Republicans.
This is no longer fringe.
This is part of the party.
This isn't a takeover of the party.
These are actual grassroots and established leadership coming together to see that there are issues in our election equipment.
And they actually posted on their press release.
That's shocking. Now, they have two more tests coming up to try and get their stuff together.
But the reality is, these standards really haven't changed since 2005.
And here we are going into a general election of 2024.
And we are still facing these incredible problems across the country.
And they're not alone.
And I'm going to give you kind of a brief preview of a couple other areas that I've looked at.
And then I want to go in depth with Jill as to what happened in...
But just to kind of set the stage, in those areas that primarily use ES&S, we typically have two ballot styles right out of the gate.
Dominion's going to be close to this as well.
They're going to name it a little bit differently.
But on the left-hand side, we have what's called an express vote ballot.
It's on the top, and that is typically for people that need extra assistance.
Where the ballot can be read to them, they can use visual enhancements to be able to see the print on the ballot, be able to use a touch screen, be able to use a joystick, all those different pieces.
Then on the right hand side we have what's called the standard ballot and that is the one where most people fill out the ovals.
Now of course in a lot of states they're using the touch screen only and so they're forcing even regular voters To use the express vote ballot as well.
And so then you just have the one style.
But there are quite a few states that are mixed use.
And so they would have these two ballot styles.
Now, Wisconsin, for example, I kind of broke up their statute 5.84 into a couple of different areas.
And when we see most states like number three here, the test shall be open to the public.
Okay, so we can participate and see how they're actually doing it.
Then we actually see in four, that's supposed to be a predetermined number of valid votes for each candidate and on each referendum.
Okay, perfect. And they're supposed to test overvotes and undervotes as we kind of see that in five.
So now let's look at the results in the primary here.
And we see here that the writing is not tested.
And so that's a violation of state statute.
Right there, zero.
They didn't test it. Then we look at the next one here.
The overvotes was not tested.
That's a violation of law as well.
Then we look at the next one here.
This isn't a violation of law, but it's just a violation of common sense.
Especially when we look at the two races on the right-hand side where it's talking about, you know, questions on the ballot for referendums, as an example.
The yes has two votes.
The no has two votes.
So we would have no idea if the votes were actually flipped or not.
This is just not recommended and they really should have different votes for each candidate.
You have to check with your state laws to find out what their requirements are, but it is just absolutely reprehensible to see stuff like this happening across the United States.
So Jill, I want to bring you on and let's talk about what happened in Wyoming.
So we've had a little bit of a history here where 23 out of 23 counties in Wyoming failed in the 2024 primary to do everything based upon the letter of the law and inclusive of what they signed on the certificate stating that they had tested the three ballot styles.
Ballot on demand, pre-printed ballots, and then the express vote ballots.
Yeah, that is correct.
And it was frustrating to see that all the clerks, knowing that they, because we talked to many of the clerks and let them know that they had failed in their test text.
And our Secretary of State, I'm glad that he did this, he sent out another letter, sent out actually three correspondence letters to them stating the statute and how to follow the law.
And on the third one, he asked them, Knowing that they all failed their first one, so they would retest the second one.
Most of them opted to retest and did not do well either, failed mostly.
And then there was a couple of them that were a little defiant and decided not to even retest.
And today we're finding a little bit of, I don't know, arrogance thinking that...
They are doing a very good test deck and they constantly talked about, at least today, they are doing the minimum that it takes to do a test deck.
Well, I don't know, but that doesn't give me warm and fuzzies to see that they're trying to do the minimum allowable per statute.
And with that, it's just kind of scary and they're a little bit defiant and even asking questions on how How things actually work.
One thing that was real frustrating with me is we were kind of aggressively talked to when they're saying that we, meaning Rick and the people going around We're trying to help them out that we're throwing them under the bus, which the total opposite is true.
We have, for this whole year, we've had Zoom calls with the leadership.
We've had Zoom calls with clerks.
We've had presenters.
Rick Weibel has come into Wheatland himself, plus he went to like seven or eight other counties.
We've had Clay Parikh come in and present.
We've had Dr. Clements come in and present.
We have invited all these clerks, all our elected officials.
So I'm really getting to the point where I just think it's almost intentional.
I know they got invited.
I know they were receiving that flyer because I sent it myself.
And the response we get back now is like, we're trying to set them up.
That is just... Out of this world insane.
We are trying to help them.
I do not want my counties failing.
That is insane to even think that we do.
We want our counties and our state to succeed.
Yeah, and that's exactly right.
And it was really shocking to hear that she felt like we were throwing them under the bus when we're looking at scientific principles, we're looking at the state law.
And when we sit here and we look at what she started with today, and we tried to give her advice to say, are you sure you want to go down this road?
Because this doesn't seem correct.
And so you and I actually sat down and we went through the stack of ballots that was used for one of the precincts to kind of Create the environment of what we were looking at.
And so here in this picture, you can see that one and only express vote card.
And then you can see the stack of ballots there on the right-hand side.
And this is for one of the precincts there.
And this is the CAMPLEX 2-01 precinct.
And here, when we look at the express vote card, this is where I want people to understand.
That is a set of barcodes.
Then on the right-hand side, those are ovals.
And what happened in this is we can clearly see on the express vote card, sorry for those of you on computers, it may be a little hard to see, but underneath that first barcode is a selection for President Trump.
And then on the right-hand side stack of ballots, we see an overvote situation where Trump is selected, and then so is right-in.
But nothing is written in for right-in, which is kind of comical.
And what is shocking here is that is the only Trump vote, which is on the express vote side.
And then on the ballot side, on the right-hand side, There was no other ballots of the 29 that had a Trump vote for it.
So that means it was not tested in isolation.
And what's discussed when we look at that express vote ballot on the left-hand side, it is the only one.
So that meant that Kamala Harris and also Oliver were not tested, as well as write-in, not tested in the express vote environment.
And that is just absolutely dangerous to go into an election where she feels that this is okay and that this is supported by logic, that this is supported by law, and it is just not.
It defies both of them.
And so when we actually look at the ticker tape, we can see here For the totals of everything combined, and you'll notice at the top there, total paper sheets.
And what's interesting is that this is an unusual combination in the way that the report was configured for this county.
In most of the other counties, I see a separation in this line between standard ballot and express vote cards.
And for whatever reason, I even brought this up to her to ask her, could you separate this?
And she said, no, this is the way we always do it.
And I said, this is not what I've seen from other counties in Wyoming.
So she resisted.
Then here we are with the combined sheets and there it is.
You can see it. There's only one vote for Trump.
And so that means it was one express vote, and then we see that there was no other express votes for other candidates in the presidential race was tested.
So that means Harris didn't get tested, Oliver didn't get tested, and Wright didn't get tested from the Oval Perspective.
Now, it even gets worse to where it gets more dystopian.
The express vote card had yes votes and all of the judicial retention and then also the other ballot questions on there, which means that the standard ballot yes votes, none of them were tested.
Let that sink in.
That means that the ballot style for standard ballots...
Was not tested.
So those people that are potentially early absentee voting in Campbell County, I cannot honestly tell them that your ballot styles on either side of the equation are properly tested and mapped that your votes will count accurately.
So this is going to be a decision for the county party to determine what are they going to do for the next steps because we've already had a foundation of failure for the entire state.
These are felonies in two different areas and I explain this to the county clerk that there's two areas.
There's election law and then there's the certificate that's being filed with the Secretary of State.
And she did not agree.
She interprets the law differently.
And she's like, well, I guess we're just going to have to go to court, you know, in essence to be able to determine this.
We shouldn't have to.
And she even made the comment, and you were right there with me hearing this, where we do the minimum standards.
She did. Why?
Actually, there was three times she mentioned that to us, that she's all very proud that she does the minimum standard available, with emphasis on minimum.
Sorry, I'm not looking for minimum.
I'm looking for accuracy.
And we're not there.
And I even warned her.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry. But when I look at the express vote ballots being woefully under-tested across your county, the 14th Amendment, that equal protection clause for all voters, and I wonder, and I said, do you understand that the people with disabilities have a lot more money to pursue you on cases of unequal treatment?
Than those of us on the standard ballot who feel that Trump wasn't properly tested or any of the yes votes on these ballot questions.
Nobody really cares on that side.
And they just say, whatever, okay.
But now when it comes to disability rights and these election officials saying that, oh, they care about this and we have to have the express vote, I'm sounding the alarm right now.
These express vote machines are not being properly tested and represented to protect people with disabilities' rights in using these machines.
That's disgusting.
And I told her, I'm not okay with this.
Yeah, some other observations...
Yeah, true story.
Some other things that we observed with these express votes, and I back you 100% because we observed such crazy things, is they did not test all the audio part of it.
They did not test all the handheld capacity.
So we don't know if it's speaking the election, the people running the candidate's name correctly because they didn't check for that.
They only did on, I think, two machines of the election vote, the handheld where you actually click in and move from place to place, kind of like the old Pac-Man way.
Sorry. Anyway, but that was not covered across the thing.
They only did two or three of them.
And the rest of them were not.
And they had, I think, over 18 of the express votes in that room.
And that to me was very disturbing.
Very disturbing. I agree.
And when I saw that and I had my back turned to them while they were doing the testing, I was just listening.
And that's when I commented to you, it's like, okay, now they're finally using the joystick, the controller.
Because I could hear the bounce back of the buttons as they were doing it.
And I was hoping that they would continue on.
And then we commented about the language.
Are they actually saying the names correctly?
And they said, oh, it's a computerized voice.
And they kind of commented how it wasn't great.
And I said, well, what are steps that you can do to kind of make it It may get better should the candidates be announcing their own names.
And they don't want to go down that road.
And so for candidates, I think you need to be part of this logic and accuracy test and understand it because you should make sure that your name is spelled correctly.
You should make sure that your name is pronounced correctly.
And there's two cases already in Minnesota where candidates have the wrong parties assigned
to them and they didn't catch it before the absentee ballot processing started in Minnesota.
And so what a mess we have.
And I just look at this whole process to where we've created this roadmap since 2002, 2005.
And here we go dealing with the same issues, the same problems.
I think there's more awareness now that we as partisans of the Republican Party, but
I would even say of the Democrats, we have allowed election officials to autopilot thinking
that they had this and they understood how to do this stuff.
Just today, I'm just like, this is a farce.
This isn't anywhere where it needed to be.
And it's really, I hate to say it, demoralizing, but at the same time, encouraging to where we have to take action.
We have to do something to clean this up.
And so after this commercial break, Jill, I want to start talking about what the options are that we can take as activists within our states to be able to look at How do we come to terms with fixing this?
There's a spectrum of solutions out there.
And so, Apollo, whenever you are ready, let's go ahead and go to commercial.

Look at the case right now.
We still have plenty of time that it's before the two-week deadline before the election.
For a logic and accuracy test to pass.
And so we're not trying to throw the auditor or the clerk underneath the bus, but we're trying to make sure that they're able to reach the deadline of when the logic test must pass the statutory requirement in Wyoming.
And so I would, number one, this is directly to the clerks in Wyoming.
Please, please have a sufficient number of ballots for all ballot styles to conduct a true and honest scientific logic and accuracy test to ensure that all of the voter selections are going to be mapped correctly.
And by doing it now, you have plenty of time to work with your partner, ES&S, to get the programming corrected or any type of ballot issues corrected before the election to make your life easier.
This statement should not be threatening to any election official whatsoever.
We encourage you to do it now.
And also when it comes to threats, we're aware of your good Secretary of State, Chuck Gray, being threatened at least twice that we know of publicly through the postings that he's had on the Wyoming SOS website.
The first time was a call where he shared that audio call on Axe.
The second time, I believe, was a letter that was sent with white powder.
And so I am really upset that people think that it is okay to attack, to threaten any elected or election official.
And so you'll notice that I'm saying that in broad terms.
I was an elected official, I'm appointed now, and currently serving the public.
There are many good men and women out there that are trying to do their best to protect the elections, to run their cities, to run their counties, And to represent you in the state and national legislatures.
But there's also a lot of bad people out there as well.
The way we correct the bad people is right here.
You take that pen, you show up on election day, and you vote them out.
And if you don't vote them out, you take this pen, you write letters, you pray, you make sure that you get your voice out there knowing that there are options to help this person make better decisions.
And if that still doesn't work, when it comes time for nomination process and signing on the dotted line to run for office, this pen can be used to put another candidate's name on there.
That may be you, that may be a friend, or you may find someone else to support.
So this pen has the power of petitioning, voting, and signing on the dotted line to basically start the trajectory.
But this pen also has another area.
When we continue to see violations of election law, You may have to use this pen and file a police report.
You may have to use this pen and talk to an attorney and file a case to go after the bad actors.
You may have to use this pen to file a complaint against the insurance bond if your elected official requires it in order for service.
Yes. You may have to use this pen to get away from the machines and help your election official hand count ballots.
None of this is threatening.
These are simple due actions that fall under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
You have the right to freedom of press, speech, petitioning your government.
Use them. Jill.
Go ahead.
No, go ahead. So Jill, in your thoughts, so looking at both Campbell County and looking at your county, give me a sense of where you think some of those options are more specifically for Wyoming.
Well, Wyoming, I am really excited because the GOP has stepped up tremendously, and our state GOP has done that.
So my hat's off to our chair, who is Frank Ethorn.
And he is actually taking action in the county of Laramie County in Wyoming.
And they're trying to bring light to the challenges that this clerk is refusing to do.
And she's had multiple chances of trying to correct the test logic and accuracy done in these public testings.
And she's becoming very defiant, or I guess she was defiant in the beginning.
I was not down there, but...
So what I've been told.
And after seeing today what we have, this gal that we were dealing with today, probably a really, really nice gal, but we weren't really even allowed to have a conversation with her about some of the things that she could help and treat other than what we have already expressed here on this podcast.
And then it was just she shut down and didn't want to have Anything to do with it.
And I am sad for our state.
And I know we're not the only state that's dealing with this.
I've had people call me from Idaho just a few months short term from what we're doing right now.
And within six months, they'll probably be exactly where we are because they're having challenges with their clerks as also.
I don't know what's going on.
It's systemic throughout all of our counties, and we're seeing the same thing throughout all the counties.
It's sad. You're exactly right.
And there was an activist out of South Carolina that asked for the logic and accuracy test before they had happened.
And it was more of kind of a heads up to say, hey, while you're doing this process, can you print out a secondary report?
What's interesting today is, let me back up.
So it was interesting in Laramie County, the clerk there had no problem printing out a secondary report, winning on the spot, made sure that she had extra rolls there and printed it out and handed it to the various teams.
Then today, it was an excuse of, no, we're not going to do that.
If I have to print it out, then I've got to keep it.
It's election material. All of this stuff.
And it's just like, okay, that's not quite true.
You could. And we've seen it before.
Then this other gentleman in South Carolina where he asked for it ahead of time, the clerk basically just said, no, because it doesn't exist yet.
And so I'm denying it.
You'll have to reapply later.
Like, really? So we're all about kind of playing a game here with the timer?
And so I suggested to the person, go ahead and rewrite another letter again and date it into the future of when it would actually happen so that way the clerk has it on file and can process it at that time because we should be respectful of our clerks and our auditors to basically say, look, we want to come alongside and we have questions and if we give them enough time ahead of time, We're good to go.
$150, $450, you know, for this simple little report off of one DS-200.
This isn't right.
And you and I, I mean, I've told you multiple times where I believe that looking at elections is really kind of the sneak peek as to the rest of the way that your government is going to operate.
And so if your elections are not transparent, you're confused by them, they're closed door about it.
I'm going to guess that the rest of your government, you had a recent meeting with your county commissioners.
How did that go? Well, it was nerve-wracking.
I went in there and I chatted with them a little bit, and I really reiterated that after Clay Parikh and his testimony, I was encouraging them to go find and watch that, whether snippets or the whole I thought it was very important that they understand that.
Along with, I wanted them to read some information that come out from CISA and DOJ. And then I heard, well, they actually kind of like...
Blew me off. They just, yeah, yeah, yeah, we got that.
We're not going to remove the machines.
Nothing's wrong. We have safe and secure elections now.
And I had just had a call when I left that meeting from another participant who had said not more than two presenters prior in the commissioner's meeting, they had gotten an update from our county EMS, and they were talking about bringing in extra We've had sheriffs about, you know, four times more than what we've had before in our polling election places.
And I'm just, like, appalled.
And it's like they didn't even mention that, your EMS said that we're having some challenges too.
And I am just absolutely stunned at all the pushback we're getting when
all we have done from the first of this year until now is to try to help
our county out, every county.
and we're just getting major pushback.
Just one little most recent thing is many county personnel and activists in all counties, they're applying or sending in public request formats.
And they did that at the primary.
Well, now they're redoing that and we're finding out that these counties have taken the time to change these forms.
Some of these forms don't allow you to put a date on it.
Another form doesn't allow you to put an electronic signature on it.
So you have to go through the extra amount of Printing it out, signing it, scanning it back in, and then linking it to them.
There's multiple ones that I know of.
They've shortened up the body so that you can only get one or two requests.
And so they've taken the extra effort to go and make it really hard and painful for an individual voter to ask questions.
Questions that are publicly available to us.
So none of this stuff is acceptable and it's very, very nerve-wracking and the people in Wyoming are very upset about this and they're coming around to Starting to say, you know what?
Not acceptable. We need to change.
And we need to change now because this is not how Wyoming is.
This is absolutely not.
And what we're seeing is it's a systemic problem.
I mean, 23 counties out of 23 counties, that doesn't happen by accident.
It absolutely does not.
So please forgive me for being a little upset.
I don't like it when somebody accuses you of trying to throw them under the bus when all you have ever done was try to educate them and bring information to light.
You're exactly right. And so part of the professionalism that we should be expecting of our elected officials or appointed is it should be really consumer-based driven.
Now, I understand that we can be somewhat annoying by asking a lot of information.
And so to the activists, please try to work together and pace this information.
Try to share it. Don't try to overwhelm them.
But also on the flip side of this, you elected officials, you could be posting this on your website If there are quite a few people asking for it.
When I look at Places like Dodge County, Wisconsin, where they post a lot of their test results online.
We look at other counties throughout the United States that do post their logic and accuracy information out there, and those are good things.
We really deserve to have transparency in our government.
When we see people like Jill getting treated so negatively, and she spots that How is it that 23 out of 23 counties all of a sudden change their public request forms?
That's disgusting.
Now, remember when I talked about elections kind of being the gateway to this?
So it's through elections that Jill has found out that there's been this manipulation and change to make information harder to get from her government.
We should not be accepting that.
And so thank you, Jill, for sounding the alarm on that.
And I think it's important for people to let me know if that is actually happening in your area.
Send an email to tips at midwestswampwatch.com and we'll start kind of creating that scoreboard that if you've seen We want to know about that and I think we'll work with the media.
There's this whole separate group that really works on sunshine laws and transparency.
And so we'll get that information over to the media and let them verify that and see what they can do to help us protect the transparency within our government.
Absolutely. Another thing, if I could take a second to mention, is when I was asking for an electronic PDF of something, it was a sheet, and they were going to charge me $70.
$70 to electronically transfer.
I mean, I think that's just ridiculous.
I don't have a problem maybe spending $5 to $10 or whatever, but $70 to just link something?
Yeah. It's just getting beyond ridiculous, and this should not be.
This should not be at all.
It is not acceptable.
Yeah, you're exactly right.
And we should not be putting up with this, especially when a lot of this stuff is already a sunken cost, and it's already generated.
And some of the excuses that we get letters back, not from the official we're asking the data from, but we get responses back from the state's attorney or the county attorney where they're writing.
And it's funny to kind of read some of this stuff because they basically have no idea how the elections work.
They have no idea how the software works.
They have no idea what the report names are.
And it's like, ah, sheesh, um...
You're telling me...
So I had one of these examples from Nebraska.
I laughed.
The letter came back from the county attorney basically saying that for the logic and accuracy test, no such records exist.
And I'm like, okay, please don't say that.
Please don't say that.
Don't say that because it's just not true.
And so it's such a waste of time that we have to go back and educate them and kind of go, here's the statute.
So are you telling me that this does not exist?
Because if you're saying from a county perspective that this doesn't exist, You've just created a federal violation.
You've created a state violation.
So are you sure this is your final answer?
Right. The other thing that we have to look at, especially in Wyoming, we have some really good laws.
And we have to look at ourselves.
I know we as Republicans and conservatives, because we're a very strong conservative state, and we talk about holding our government and anybody to account.
And here we have an opportunity to hold some of this to account.
And we have laws in place.
And we also...
With some research, Rick had found out that we have no statute of limitations for any type of a felony or misdemeanor.
So anybody that has committed these challenges and those that have intentionally committed things that are going on, I hesitate to say evilness, but it almost looks like it because you have 23 counties doing the same thing, and they're just fighting the people.
The people are done.
We are tired of being not even a second-rate citizen the way they treat us.
We want to be heard, and we want to be listened to as well because we My understanding of the Constitution is the people rule.
That's right, and it's also where I come from, South Dakota state model.
Under God, the people rule.
And so for South Dakota, for Wyoming, and the rest of the country, do we want to take our country back peacefully to find good people that will run for office and actually do the right things?
I'm sorry, but these county commissioners and these city officials, they need to wake up.
They need to become more engaged into our election process.
And I'm thankful that so many of the parties are starting to wake up and actually start posting publicly some of the issues that they're finding across the country.
And it is so important that we work together in a bipartisan way.
Yes, the Democrats, the independents, they need to be part of the solution because when we have bipartisan oversight of our elections, our elections That trust is established because when we actually start working together in a bipartisan way, we create the foundation to be able to work with each other in managing our government and deciding what the best answers are for our society, whether it's in the city, the county, the state, and the nation.
And we've lost our way in regards to that.
And we need to get that back.
Norman Rockwell was right in all of his paintings that he had, talking about The beauty and the richness of what it meant to be An American.
And so I look back at some of those paintings that he had and cartoons where he's showing the America that I believe we still have in all of us to be able to serve our community, serve our country, be able to show up on Election Day.
And so what if the little gal or little boy is tussling with their parents and the parents is a little frustrated and embarrassed and they shouldn't be?
But it's beautiful that they're bringing them to the polling location on election day and ready to cast that ballot because you're training your kids how important it is to vote.
And so I want to make sure, number one, make sure you are registered to vote.
Two, make sure you have a plan to vote.
Three, help others get out there and vote because this is a critical election.
It is our America today.
It is our cities. It is our county.
And it is up to you to be the change.
No single raindrop believes it's responsible for the flood.
So let's do this. Thank you so much.
Jill, great talking with you.
And Apollo, behind the scenes, you're awesome.
And the rest of America, thank you.
God bless and stay awesome.
