The MyPillow guy, Mike Lindau.
He is the greatest.
The MyPillow guy, Mike Lindau.
And he's been with us right from the beginning.
How do you buy a ballot?
You can go to the shops that actually have the ballot and you can buy them straight up.
Well, I mean, most people think that to get a ballot you've got to request one from the state.
And you are now making the shocking claim that no, anyone can buy ballots.
It's very simple.
He purchases the ballots.
It goes to any printing company you want in the nation.
Certified blank ballot stock used for printing emergency Omniballot BB.
And just print them out.
That's it.
Actually, you can order online and they'll ship it right to your house.
How do you actually get all the information on the ballot?
Many of the county and secretary of states, you can actually look up what your ballot would look like or request an absentee ballot for your region and just copy that.
Could I print a thousand ballots?
So we were able to, the first time, purchase 10,000 ballots.
Vindicating Trump.
Tickets available now.
opens nationwide in theaters September 27th.
Good evening.
My name is Rick Weibel.
And yes, I am in that movie coming out, Vindicating Trump.
And that is very shocking, some of the evidence that we will have there in the movie.
I encourage everyone to go see it.
And there are some things that people are going to ask right away.
Holy cow, what can we do to protect our elections?
So number one, we must pre-print enough ballots for the election now.
And we want to look at the voter rolls, look at how many registered voters there are for each of the precincts, and make sure election officials are ordering enough ballots now to cover everyone plus 20% now.
Number two, we must demand that all sample ballots with timing marks must be taken down off of all city, county, and Secretary of State websites immediately.
Three, we must protect the pre-printed uh the pre-printed ballots by having a special stamp on them or election judges initials on them.
We also need to know exactly how many there are in the beginning and at the end so we can reconcile how many ballots from the beginning to the end.
And then four, we must immediately ban all Ballot on-demand printers.
There should be no more new ballots being printed during this election season, especially when many states already have absentee balloting beginning.
We should already know what the predetermined number of printed ballots are.
There is no excuse when we know this is going to be a high voter turnout to not have enough ballots.
We know how many registered voters there are.
We can look at the historical evidence.
We know how many people live within a community.
We know how many potential people there are that could do same-day registration.
We have the technology to figure this out.
We have the smarts.
We have the people.
And we need to make sure that we are protecting our elections now.
And so I encourage you to go out and see this movie.
Get out there.
Bring your family and friends.
You may want to see this a couple of times because there is so much information out there.
And I want to thank so many great people that have helped me along the way to gather this evidence, to be able to make this happen, and especially Dinesh D'Souza and his producer, Bruce, to make sure that they got the story right, they followed up on it, and Ezra, who actually helped us extend our knowledge base and actually test it in other states, and just the overwhelming support from so many of you out there.
Got a great show for you.
We have an update with Jill Kaufman out of Wyoming as to some of the great things that have happened there with the logic and accuracy test.
So Jill, what's happening in Wyoming?
Oh my goodness, thank you for having me on again and it's fabulous to be here.
What a great day in Wyoming.
We had our really, really stepping out.
Wyoming GOP sent a letter to our clerks and they went through a step-by-step detail on how to do a test deck to follow the statutes, to follow the rules, and to follow guidelines from ES&S.
We are just ecstatic about our GOP doing something like this.
This is fabulous.
This is speaking for the people.
So my hat's off to our Wyoming.
Frank Ethorn is our chair, and Brian Shuck, he is the lawyer for the GOP, and we are so proud of them for stepping up.
And I don't know if you want me to go through details of what it is or take it from there.
Yeah, go ahead and let's take some of the details.
I'll show the slide here, and as you kind of walk through it, I kind of put some of the eight main things up there, the issues that were found in the letter, and I took the head part and the bottom part of the letter.
But go ahead, take it away.
That's great.
Well, the first one, there was actually eight of them.
Yes.
And the first one was using the same number.
We tended to have a systemic way of, they would just do repetitive numbers over or, or two different types of repetitive numbers.
So we would never have known if any ballot was flipped or not.
So that's a no, no.
And the statutes say to do that.
We had 21 of the 23 counties doing that.
So that's pretty interesting.
Another one is they, they assigned zero, votes to people and zero is not a number to count so it can't it can't correctly count anything or see if that position is functioning.
Another one was we didn't have any write-ins and they didn't test some of the write-ins on some of these ballots and some of these precincts.
That's a no-no according to our statutes.
Now I hear via through you and many other people that Wyoming has some really good statutes and Some of these are felonies, which is interesting.
Another thing they did was not test for overvotes.
That's pretty critical.
We have both statutes and guidelines from our SOS on how to do that and they did do that on either the DS
250s or excuse me 200s or the 450s. So Just not looking real good there
Not testing all parts of the voting system, including the ballot styles.
And they even, at the end of the testing, signed a document stating that they tested these, and there was three ballot styles that they didn't all test for, and that's pretty crazy.
In explaining what the ballot styles are, one is the ballot on demand, the other one is the express vote, and the other one is the ballot that you fill in the oval on.
So there was three different types and sometimes they didn't test for, you know, like we had zeros and ones or not enough to test all across the board.
So we were pretty pretty shocked that Rick and I, and mostly Rick, I have been digging for this for quite some time and I am so grateful for him when he stepped up and said, yes, Jill, I'll come to Wyoming and help you.
And oh, man, it's been history ever since.
So I'm grateful for that.
A couple other things.
It says all the tests, excuse me, test all components of the system.
In other words, they didn't test the Dell laptop and the ballot-on-demand printer at all.
So, pretty crazy.
And the county clerks must notify the political party chairs on all testings.
Sometimes they all have to do the testings before two weeks prior to the election and they did these test decks in our public logic and accuracy training and they did them and then they failed.
And we had a Secretary of State, just a little recap, he had sent out notices to our clerks on June 5th and June 12th, I believe, Please don't hold me to those dates.
And then on June 25th, he sent out, or July something, I can't remember what it was, he sent out a notice to them stating you need to retest because we have found that a high percentage of all the original testing was done incorrectly.
So that was just a great thing that our Secretary of State did, was he was observing that And watching that as we shared information with him.
So he stepped up to the plate on that.
And then the last one is, which is kind of interesting, the rules of Wyoming is we have no statute of limitation on felonies and misdemeanors.
So we're kind of excited about that because sometimes, you know, the Republican Party and the conservatives always talk a lot about, you know, let's hold people to accountability.
Let's do this.
Well, We now may have an opportunity to do that, and depending on where the GOP wants to go with this, it's quite exciting, the options that we have.
So anyway, I am, again, I'm so excited for the Wyoming GOP to step up, and boy did they step up!
And from my understanding, they might be the first GOP that stepped up with such strength in talking about election fraud and challenges in everybody's business and everybody's elections with all these vulnerabilities.
Now, the other thing that I wanted to talk about is not only are the test decks the problems, With doing these test decks, we couldn't get through any of the test decks and they all failed.
So we couldn't get to the next step of actually seeing if there was algorithms or programming errors or something in there.
And the other thing that we have to remember is there's so many other vulnerabilities of our machine.
We don't have antivirus updated since in 2022.
We don't have Windows Update since a long time ago.
I believe it's 2022.
As well.
There are so many things that are going on.
So it's not just the test decks in Wyoming.
It's a whole plethora of information that the vulnerabilities that we have found in our research.
And I'm grateful for you.
And we've also had Clay Parikh from Alabama come and share with the communities.
And we also had Dr. David Clements come and share also and perform his Gideon 300.
So it's just been wonderful to try to get this information to people.
Yeah, and I really do appreciate what you've done as well.
And so, one of my favorite statements that comes from despair.com, they have the dystopian demotivators instead of the motivational posters.
And so, one of their sayings is, no single raindrop believes it's responsible for the flood.
And so, a great credit goes to you for reaching out and Seeking the help that you needed, but also just having a great conversation with you to kind of find out that, wow, Wyoming really does have some fantastic statutes for election integrity.
And then to come find out that complementary, you have a state party that is really about protecting people's votes.
And so hats off to the Uh, state GOP of Wyoming, uh, and especially, uh, its chair, all of the, uh, party chairs within the, uh, counties as well at the state central meeting, uh, who are dedicated to ensure that everyone's vote will count.
And so what the message is, if there's problems with the machines.
We need you to vote because Wyoming has your back and we are going to ensure that we have proper oversight of these elections no matter what and we are going to get to the bottom of this and make sure that every valid vote is going to be counted and that if the machines are still not calibrated correctly we will move towards hand counting if we need to and so be rest assured everyone you get out there and you cast that ballot.
Make sure you do it in person on election day and you make sure that you are there to help your county clerk.
election official or auditor to make sure that those ballots are going to be secured.
Make sure that all the votes are going to count.
You make sure you drive your neighbors there to the polling location.
You get out there and vote.
So when you see great states like Wyoming out there setting the gold standard to say, we need to make sure that we have valid test decks in our elections, the rest of the United States better be watching and better be learning as to what the Wyoming GOP has done.
And make sure you understand Just like in Royce Wright's campaign in Minnesota.
The people are coming too late.
We're here and we demand answers to make sure that our elections are going to be 100% accurate.
100% validated.
This whole garbage about safe and secure, I want to ask every single Secretary of State, how many injuries have been caused by a DS-200 crushing somebody's foot?
I'm serious.
What the heck are you talking about safe and secure?
You know, so if there are threats out there, this is why we have police officers to make sure that those threats are reported.
And this garbage of these Secretary of States being threatened, Don't do it.
I'm sick and tired of this stuff.
Hearing that Chuck Gray had a phone call threatened to him out in the great state of Wyoming and then white powder sent to him.
That is not acceptable.
Absolutely not acceptable.
Yep, this is your weapon right here.
Yes, thank you and thank you for being fired up about because that is absolutely spot on and I just wanted to give a little bit more information with all this stuff that's coming out.
I have been contacted by a lot of Counties and their chairs, and they are now asking to come in and share the hand counting because they are worried about the continuity of government situation.
You know, we may not have elections, whatever, and they may shut them down and say you can't vote, but oh baby, the people are coming and we are going to be teaching as many as possible So that in every county, they can teach in their county and have an accurate election if these machines and vulnerabilities just try to just go berserk.
So we got your back, Wyoming.
And boy, I tell you what, please, please, please continue to look into your systems.
And there are things that you can do.
So look deep into your statutes.
And I thank you again, Wyoming GOP and Rick again for coming in.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
Great catching up with you and I can't wait to see you guys next week.
We've already identified that there's one logic and accuracy test that was done already in Wyoming.
We were reviewing that already.
And it looks like I'll be able to review another one in person when I'm out there on Friday doing a test deck.
Sorry, a test deck review.
But also, we're going to be doing a hand count process with 37 precincts, I believe, to kind of show how that process will work.
And it sounds like this County Clerk is willing to kind of work with us to see how this process would work.
And there's going to be some exciting news about that in the coming days.
So kudos to her for opening up her door and working with us.
And kudos to the activists for stepping up to actually work together.
This is the way it is supposed to be.
So thank God for your great state and everything that you guys are doing.
So great catching up with you.
I can't wait to connect with you later on.
So thank you so much, Jill.
Thank you.
Have a good one.
Yep, you too.
Thanks.
So we're going to go to Gary Meyer out of South Dakota with a great update.
And hopefully Gary is ready.
Gary, what is happening in South Dakota with the county commissioners out there?
So it sounds like the commissioners are a little fired up, the activists are a little fired up, and sounds like this time there were a little extra deputies there in the meeting.
So what's going on here?
Oh, yeah, the activists are fired up, the commissioners are running scared, along with the state's attorneys, I think, are running scared.
We've got them cornered.
This started, to back up a little bit, this started quite a long time ago when we elected our Patriot Auditor Leah.
Uh, for the county auditor, and she's been trying to look into elections and investigate and our commissioners and state's attorneys are doing everything in their power to stop her.
But she just keeps moving forward.
And so she was at 2 weeks ago at the meeting.
She was on the agenda to give an update of some of the research findings that she has done.
And during that time, one of the commissioners went off the rails and went off subject and started attacking her character.
He ended up accusing her of breaking the law and calling her names and saying that they needed to put extra funds in the budget for the inevitable lawsuits that were going to be coming up.
And of course, he did this at the end of the meeting when no public feedback was allowed.
It was quite a disgrace.
Wow.
That is absolutely incredible.
Yeah, he accused her of lying, said she is not credible, she's a walking lawsuit and he finished it up by saying her demeanor was useful idiocy for election conspiracy grifters.
And then at that point, the meeting was shut down and nobody was allowed to respond.
So we put out a plea for the next meeting, which was this past Tuesday, for everybody to show up and fire back.
And we had a room full of patriots.
Unfortunate thing is we weren't on the agenda, so we had to use our public comment time at the end of the meeting.
And just so happens that this commissioner, Joe Kipley, Uh, he walked out halfway through the meeting, said he had another, uh, another meeting to attend.
I think this was on purpose.
Either they didn't want him there or he didn't want to face the music.
Um, but at the end we had Patriot after Patriot stand up and, uh, go to bat for Anderson Lea.
And, uh, I think they were pretty scared because we had, uh, one person got up and say, uh, you can't hide from us anymore.
We're coming after you.
Another person called out the commissioner for using his position of power to slander another elected official.
And then another patriot got up and actually started explaining some executive orders that anybody interfering with election will be dealt with harshly.
But just to give you a few examples, this commissioner, it is plain as day that we have a commissioner that is using his position to get rid of a political opponent.
Over the past year he has used names. He's called her Pontius Pilate.
He's called her supporters sore losers and a vocal minority.
He's called her an embarrassment to the county, incompetent, needs to resign, accused her of breaking the law,
accuses her of lying, not credible, a walking lawsuit.
It is just unreal.
And at the last meeting, uh, they had a, they approved the 2025 budget.
And so I actually got up and I requested, uh, where is this line item that this commissioner typically called to have extra funds in?
And they refused to answer me.
And, uh, said that they don't answer questions.
And I kept after him and saying, I want to know, because this commissioner accused Leah of breaking the law.
And, uh, to this day, he has never come forward and said what, and said what laws she breaks.
But the chairperson, Commissioner Karski, called me out of order and demanded that I sit down.
And yet all these tirades that this Commissioner Kipley does, he never wants, says a word, or stops him from speaking.
He is a disgrace to our county commissioners.
One thing I do want to say, we put out a plea to have all these people come and show up.
And we have a good showing.
People take off work, they get permission from their supervisors to come and attend, and South Dakota Canvassing really wants to thank all the volunteers for coming and for speaking.
We have some fantastic speakers, and the support is wonderful.
Great.
So a couple things here.
So this new meeting had a bunch of deputies there, and I want to remind people That they called in the deputies, but they don't understand that the sheriff's office, maybe they're actually called to protect you guys from the tyrants because that's their oath of office in essence, right?
Funny you should say that.
One of the commissioners got up halfway through the meeting for For a bathroom break.
And of course, by this time, he's seen all the people there and they know us.
He knew what we were there for.
They knew they were going to get hit during public comment.
And on his way back in, one of the patriots sitting by the door heard this commissioner say to the deputy, can I borrow your gun?
So yeah, and this commissioner does not like us.
He has told us that to his face.
We have cornered him and he says, I don't even listen to you guys when you talk.
So it is a very hostile environment and very unprofessional for this commissioner to even suggest to the deputy that he wants to borrow his gun.
That is alarming.
No, what's also alarming too, and I was there a couple of commissioner meetings ago at this point, but Isn't it fact that Leah Anderson got more votes than any of the commissioners did individually?
Yes, it is.
So if you guys voted for Leah, you're part of the majority, not the minority.
Yes.
I think the commissioners feel that their constituents have more money.
than than us patriots do.
And so that's who they represent.
Well, that's fine.
But luckily, you have more votes than they do.
Because money doesn't buy votes enough, especially with the patriots.
And as the knowledge is spreading about what is happening, I think it's going to be really interesting.
And at some point, I think these commissioners better be careful because There is a law in the books in South Dakota that if you guys have had enough of your county government, you could petition to abolish them all.
I think that's what scares them.
We had so many people at that meeting.
They have a rule, of course they make up all their own rules, but they only allow each person to talk for five minutes and at the end of 30 minutes they cut it off whether there's more to talk or not.
And when it got to the 30 minute mark, the chairperson did not wait for anybody else to get up.
He immediately said, that's the end of your 30 minutes.
And they went to the close of the meeting.
And what's interesting is they asked for commissioner liaison reports and any closing remarks.
And the chairperson gave a few closing remarks, but none of the other commissioners said a peep.
And it's also interesting that our state's attorney sits up in the commissioner's meeting, and he works directly with Auditor Lea.
And they work together to make sure that she isn't breaking any laws.
And all the while, these accusations were going on that she's breaking the law.
And by the way, the local news media was there as well during this meeting when he accused her of breaking the law.
So he uses them to get his message out.
But the state's attorney sat there and never said a word.
And he knows she's not breaking the law.
And the chairperson sat there and never said a word.
And of course, the other commissioners didn't say a word either.
And I called them out on it.
And they just, they really feel like they are above the law.
Well, I think we may have to take some action here.
And Maybe work with a reporter to go ask specifically what laws does he believe that she is breaking?
And if there are actually laws that are being broken, we need to make sure that we are discussing those.
And working through a legal process, sitting there going through the media and going through public forums is not the way to deal with this.
And that is absolutely disgusting.
It is not good for the voters within Minnehaha County.
It's not fair.
And I find it really disgusting that you have a commissioner that sits on the County Commission and Potentially allocates money to the city.
And is receiving a paycheck from the city to be a health czar and is not staying for all of the meetings and is potentially creating this conflict of interest between the city and the county that I don't think is good for the city nor the county to have this type of lack of professionalism hindering your county right now.
This is this is not good.
I just cannot believe it.
And I I know Lea Anderson very well.
I want to say she is probably One of the best true Christians that I've seen out there, and I thank God for her husband, who is there supporting her during this day in and day out, hearing the pain that she has gone through, the promises that were made by other elected officials that would be supporting her, and they have failed.
But she has stayed true to her campaign promises of having and maintaining election integrity and transparency.
And she is just getting roadblocked by, I'll call it the state, endlessly, and then by some of the commissioners as well.
And this has got to turn.
And I want to thank S.D.
Kavinsing for helping her out, helping the community, educating the community, and people like you and your wife and so many other great volunteers that have shown up to the County Commissioner meetings to actually talk truth to power.
I think you just have to keep at it and we may have to do some additional activities to educate the public to understand where their government is.
And this whole thing that you've brought up of extra money kind of sitting on the side, that's just not appropriate.
And so I look at elections as the gateway to understanding how your government is going to run.
And so if you right now in Minnehaha County have this battle, You have an auditor that wants to keep things open and transparent, but you have a commissioner team in a bureaucracy that is just like, no, we don't want that.
And we are resistant to this.
And so kudos to Leah Anderson for being the lighthouse in Minnehaha County to Um, work with both parties, all parties, uh, to make sure that the elections are going to be conducted.
And I look forward to reviewing her logic and accuracy tests.
And hopefully that'll be a gold standard that we can showcase out of South Dakota for the rest of South Dakota, but also the rest of the country like Wyoming.
And so, um, what Leah has learned and what she has done is nothing short of a miracle upon miracle.
Of all the things that she has had to put up with.
And what was interesting is she's talking during one of the last commissioner meetings where she's not given access to the ballots yet.
She's supposed to be the supervisor of all the election materials.
And she talks about how there are two data sets within the laptop that aren't making sense.
And the only way to actually make sure everything makes sense is to physically inspect the ballots themselves and the commissioners.
are creating a roadblock to prevent that from happening.
And, um, this Kipley character just cannot fathom the idea that you should inspect the ballots to determine which one of the numbers in the laptop is correct.
You know, and it's just the way he bends his words to create a narrative that is just not true and accurate.
So I mean, it's just a complete abysmal failure of basic evidence and scientific standards.
So I just can't understand it.
If that's the way he acts here, I'm afraid what he does at the city level.
Oh yeah.
And we too, we try hard to support Leah behind the scenes, but of course she has to She has to go into the swamp every day, and along with the elections coordinator, Mike Mathis, he too, he dives into the swamp every day, and we are so appreciative of them.
And I just got word that we did find some peculiar coincidences today, and it looks like the Secretary of State, Monae Johnson, seems to be collaborating with Kipley to take her out, or with Leah to take her out.
Oh, excuse me, I think I'm saying this wrong.
The Secretary of State seems to be collaborating with Kipley to take out Leah.
There's some events that happened today that are very peculiar, the timing doesn't seem random, so we'll keep you updated on that.
And another thing is, Leah has specifically requested a meeting with this Kipley character, with her liaison, the chairperson, Dean Karski, and with the state's attorney and to date Kipley refuses and the other
two have never set up that meeting and as far as I know she has never found out yet what laws he's
accusing her of breaking.
All right, perfect.
Well, let's keep investigating.
Keep me posted.
And I can't wait to see the opening in South Dakota with you and your wife and other great patriots in Sioux Falls for the Vindicating Trump movie.
So I'll be there tomorrow night autographing ballots so that you can have a piece of history.
Okay, just one last comment, Rick.
We'd like to thank other counties that are fighting just as we are.
They're fighting their government officials and many other counties regarding petitions or home rule charters and just a few Davison, Hamlin, McPherson, Butte, just to name a few.
We've got a lot of patriots around the state and we are fighting.
I want to thank Mike Lindell and President Trump for fighting for us and with us.
Thanks, Rick.
Thank you, Gary and Cindy behind the scenes, keeping them in line.
All right, thank you.
Hopefully, well, let's go to a commercial break, and if you have a pillow already, maybe you should buy a pillow for the White House, so that way when they lose the election, they can have a soft landing.
let's go back to one of Mike's commercials, and then we'll come back after the break.

🎵Music Fades🎵 Welcome back.
Rick Weibel here again, hosting for Mike Lindell.
The next guest that I have, a great friend of mine out of Ohio.
And yes, we'll get into that as well.
She has a fantastic cat story.
Just kidding.
But Hava Loudon is also a co-author of the gold standard elections at uscase.org.
And also, she is a candidate for Ohio State Board of Education.
And we'll also kind of see how things are going within her campaign, but also in the great state of Ohio.
Hava, welcome to the show.
Hey, Rick.
Good to see you.
Good, likewise.
It's been fantastic working with you over the last, oh my gosh, it's been over a year since we met down in Missouri and actually kind of started thinking about what can we do to provide solutions for the elections.
And so this is where we kind of, the four of us, Beth Beasle, you, Laura Scharr, and myself sat down and we just kind of said, Let's create a gold standard for elections.
And I've got to say, working with the three smartest ladies in the country, you guys really outclassed me.
But just the different ideas really exposed me.
I mean, just what's happening in Ohio and then kind of what's hilarious is that Little did we know that our states are going to become important where we represent for the elections.
My former state of Minnesota would have the vice president for the Democrat ticket.
Your state ends up having the vice president for the Republican ticket.
And so when we talk about election knowledge and what our two swing states could actually Bring to the elections.
Little do we know that our election gold standard book would be kind of the roadmap for what to do, but also we create a hand counting system that is the perfect disaster recovery plan out there as well.
And now that Homeland Security has said our elections are under threat, the FBI is trying to scare us, but you have winter, right?
Snow storms and ice storms.
Could they impact an election up in your neck of the woods?
Yeah, I gotta tell you, I'm actually a northern girl, so I get the Minnesota thing, and Ohio weather doesn't go over well in Ohio, not like a northern state, so definitely could.
Right, right.
And so tell us about your campaign and running for the Ohio State Board of Education.
And of course, I want to tie in because you have an important district.
Springfield, Ohio is part of your district, correct?
It is, yeah.
Yes, I actually have 16 counties.
So it's an extremely large district as far as like land mass goes, you know.
Um, and I'm in the, literally on the northern border of it.
So, and I'm, I'm not too far from Columbus and it goes all the way down to the, the Kentucky border.
So, yeah, it's a very large district.
Um, and I decided to run because it's a very red district and there wasn't going to be a Republican on the ballot.
And so our Supreme, or sorry, we also have a Supreme Court race really intense right now, but our State Board of Education has changed a lot over the years.
But I just think to leave a vacancy in any place, that's a problem.
We've had a very rough year as it comes to children and protecting children in the last year.
And so this is not the time to leave a space or a vacancy.
Well, you're exactly right.
So I'm proud of you for stepping up and we need more conservative voices at all levels of government.
And so when we talk about kind of like the missing link, you know, what is it that you can do to help elections?
You're an example of actually stepping up.
So it's not just about helping candidates.
You as a candidate do need help.
And so sometimes when we look at a person like Gary, our previous guest speaker, it might be he who might have to become a commissioner to replace the bad ones that are out there.
And you have some very specific issues that are basically now front and center.
So with so many new immigrants coming into your state, how does that impact the State Board of Education to make sure that You have enough resources to take care of your existing students so they don't fall behind, but to potentially now have to solve problems for students that maybe were not planned for by an education system.
So what are your thoughts on some of those things?
So, just to kind of clarify, that's actually 1 of the things with the state board of education, the role has been narrowed quite a bit in the 2023 budget bill.
They actually moved a lot of the responsibility over to basically the governor.
So, we have a lot of, we have purview over teachers, disciplinary action.
Licensing and that type of thing, but not handling a lot of that day to day district stuff.
But you're absolutely right about the school, and I'm going to give credit to our former rep, Kyle Kaler, and he's also a senate member.
My background, for people that don't know, is in anti-trafficking.
And so whenever I look at immigration, that's the first thing that's on my radar, is because a lot of this immigration is not nearly as altruistic as people make it out to be.
But specifically, when it comes to school, Kyle has said that, and he is closer to that district than I am, I don't actually live in that county, it's just in my district.
But the school's about 8,000 students, and they now have 1,600 students that don't speak English.
And they're enrolling adult males and females, but obviously the males concern me most, but they're enrolling them as freshmen with 13-year-olds.
And so that, on the school side, there's a lot of reason for concern there.
Oh, absolutely.
That's a huge concern, especially when we have different cultures that may not understand our laws that we're used to here in the United States.
And in different countries, the age of consent is at different years.
That could be a very big problem.
And so we need to make sure that we are protecting our kids and so thank you for bringing that up.
We really hope and pray that the education officials in Ohio and so much and so many across the country are taking these serious matters and making sure that they're creating the standards and having the right resources for teachers and When we talk about elections, teachers are part of that front line because they have to teach new immigrants as well as existing students what our elections are all about and part of that freedom.
And so this is incredible.
So what's the temperature in Ohio for the elections?
What are you seeing there for your wonderful swing state?
You know, Ohio is very weird because Ohio was Considered a swing state and now it basically isn't, um, you know, we, the Trump campaign is giving us no resources.
So we actually have to buy our Trump signs, um, RNC, you know, same way in our parties.
I'm very proud of our county parties, the way they've come together.
We have someone who's.
Able to get just huge quantity of signs and, you know, get them at prices and we've been working together very well for that the ground game in.
So, obviously, again, 16 counties varies by county ground game is strong.
What I'm seeing is.
The people who are doing the work are the parties.
TPUSA Action's very busy here.
AFP, America for Prosperity, they're busy.
These are people that are door knocking.
They're working fairs.
They're doing parades and stuff like that.
So it's very busy.
We also have a constitutional amendment on our ballot, which is issue one.
Um, which is a very serious, serious issue.
And you guys are, you are going to keep hearing us talk about these issues because now that the left found out they can legislate this way, you know, we, we have like $26 billion toward this, and this is really, um, to create redistricting maps.
It's really a gerrymandering bill.
And the problem with this is that it will affect, you know, if it passes, it could affect the entire nation.
If our maps get withdrawn, redrawn, sorry, it could change the makeup of Congress.
You're right.
Ohio traditionally is one of the states that kind of has a lot of these gerrymandering laws that are out there.
So between Ohio and Minnesota, yeah, between Minnesota and Ohio,
we've had the most court cases regarding redistricting outside of the Southern states due to civil rights issues.
So stay tuned.
This is gonna be absolutely interesting.
And plus, talking with you earlier in the week, you actually gave strong credit
to a lot of the other Republican candidates that seem to be sharing resources
and kind of knowledge base to be able to kind of go out and co-campaign.
And so that's really good to hear and positive that there are Republican candidates out there
finally working together on message, but also making sure that every door is hit,
every person that wants to be registered to vote and everybody is out there working together
to protect the election as well and sharing resources for poll watchers and volunteers
and just making sure that people's votes are going to count in this election.
So, Um.
Hava, thank you for everything that you're doing.
I hope you well during this election season and I really hope the voters vote for you because you are one of the smart ones out there and you've got a bright future and I can't wait to work on our next project that we'll be working on in the next couple of months because she just kind of gave a little tip there And we've kind of talked lightly about this in the past regarding human trafficking, and there's a group of us working around the country, and HAVA is going to be an important part of this project that we are going to solve here in the United States.
So, thank you again, HAVA.
Yeah, it is.
I've been kind of working behind the scenes in another area, and a person that I worked with on this We've been exchanging notes and we've got some incredible evidence that we'll be releasing next year, so stay tuned.
Thanks, Rick.
Good to see you.
You bet.
Stay awesome.
All right.
The next person I've got is from my original home state of Minnesota, Susan Sjogren-Smith.
And of course, The People Are Coming is kind of the campaign slogan that she came up with for the Royce White campaign.
And I think that is a message across the country.
And one of the things that she has been able to discover within the Minnesota election laws, she is a fantastic, another one of the smart women that I know in my life.
We have known each other for a couple of decades and have really worked well together over the last, oh my gosh, four and a half years now, specifically on election issues outside of politics.
And Susan, tell me more about what's happening with Guard the Ballot that the Royce White campaign
has launched in the state of Minnesota in partnership with other candidates across the state.
Oh, I'm not hearing you, Susan.
Boop.
Can you hear me now?
Yeah.
Okay.
Perfect.
So we are in Minnesota, very fortunate to have a law that is literally called guard the ballots.
It's literally called guard the ballots.
And again, any average person can read it.
You don't need to be a lawyer.
It's pretty clear.
Any candidate in an election has the right to initiate a demand to guard the ballots during the election.
It says in the election.
And they, when they make this demand, they just have to notify their opponents that they're
going to do it.
And so Royce is a candidate who very much believes that the people, the people are what
elections are all about.
The elections belong to the people, not the government, and we have a pretty serious issue in Minnesota, and I think across the country, where people are questioning the validity of some of the results.
There was just a poll, and I did send you the link, Rick, you might not have noticed it though, but of a poll that was just out that is talking about the confidence in our elections, And people's intent to vote at the absentee ballot board versus in person.
And what is interesting is that it's not only Republicans.
Independents and Republicans both have serious concerns about these elections.
So one thing that we believe is that the way to restore the trust In our elections is to make sure that the people get to participate in the entire process of our elections from beginning to end and the absentee ballot boards, which really were initiated after the norm Coleman recount debacle in 2008 that led to these creations of these absentee ballot boards across not just Minnesota, but the country.
And at these absentee ballot boards, oftentimes there are not members of the public present during it in the process.
It's really people that work for government, whether it be the counties or however the ballot boards are set up in various cities, and that the people just simply are not a part of it.
And we know in Minnesota, and I think Rick has the data to support this, that even though we have a law in Minnesota that very clearly requires all absentee and mail-in ballots to be immediately connected to a voter history in the statewide voter registration system, we know that there was a gap of 700,000 votes on November 29th, 2020.
So we know that these precincts and these counties were in fact using the statewide voter registration system because it wasn't an all or nothing thing that we literally were able to watch as the databases got released after November 29th, this slow creep of backfilling of voter histories, which literally needed by law to be done.
So if anybody says that there's no laws ever broken, there potentially are like two million legal violations in Minnesota just on this one issue alone.
Because every time a single voter didn't have their ballot connected to their voter history, that's a That would be a violation of the law.
So what we want to do is make sure that the people are present, that we know how many ballots are actually cast by voters at the absentee ballot boards, and that there is no black hole of data where we don't have information for like that 10 days before the election.
We would like to be sure that they're processing the ballots.
in the order received so that we shouldn't be jamming in a bunch of ballots 18 days before the election that haven't been vetted, that people haven't had a time to digitally canvas, that there's no accountability for.
So our idea with Guard the Ballots is that this is a this is about unity.
This is about all of us coming together, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Libertarians, all of us coming together Candidates across the spectrum, the nonpartisan candidates, county commissioners, city councils, school boards, etc.
Everybody coming together to watch what happens at the absentee ballot boards so that when this is over on election night, we're all going to know exactly how many ballots were received.
Right?
And that there's accountability so that we can move forward, no matter whether our side won or lost, but that we're all going to work together.
And so we actually are working with Democrats.
We are.
We have reached out to all the Democrat campaigns.
We have, I think, Libertarian, a candidate statewide who is going to join this effort.
Hopefully the independent candidate as well is going to join this effort.
And we have multiple candidates at all levels that are signing on and agreeing to do this.
So we are forming a non-profit.
We've talked with the FEC.
We've confirmed that if this is a multi-party, multi-candidate effort, that it doesn't fall under FEC guidelines.
We can run it as a non-profit.
It's educating people about their rights, about voter rights, to be a part of the process.
So I hope I didn't go on too long, Rick, but you can let me know if I missed anything.
No, I think you are exactly right.
And so some of the keys there that we're hearing from the Royce White campaign, but other campaigns are joining you in Minnesota to guard the ballots.
So no matter what, Minnesota is on top of it to protect the elections.
And so we want to make sure that people are Look, I don't like voting absentee.
If you got to do it, please do it in person.
Do not send your ballot through the mail.
We know about mail delays.
We already know that Secretary Simon is now head of the National Association of Secretary of States, and they've written a letter already to the post office with this very concern.
And now they're trying to do drop boxes.
I'm sorry.
The only reason that they want drop boxes is that they want to remove The federal penalty of mail fraud by putting in a drop box.
I mean, that is the absolute truth.
And then also, Susan, I don't know of anyone who lives closer to a drop box than the own mailbox that is right outside of their house, or the business that they work at, or the homeless shelter that they're staying at, or any other type of institution that they're at.
There are mailboxes in all of these buildings.
And plus, For those that are senior citizens, there are plenty of options available.
And so we are coming to the end of our show.
I want to thank you, Susan, and I want to thank the Royce White campaign and all the great Minnesotans out there for everything that is going on.
I am Rick Weibel.
Thank you, Mike Lindell.
Stay awesome, everyone.
Go out and see Vindicating Trump.
Thank you so much, and stay awesome, everyone.
You ever see this guy with the pillows on Fox?
