Flashpoint.
Glad to have you with us tonight.
Joining me this evening, Pastor Hank Kunneman, Mike Lindell, and Rick Green from somewhere in his garage, I think.
Welcome, gentlemen, for being here.
We're going to talk about a lot of stuff, but Mike, first off, it's been good to see you.
Give me a real quick what's been going on with you before we move on.
Well, I've been trying to secure our election platforms and my pillow, stabilize it.
You know, we've been the most attacked company probably in world history since last August, and it just doesn't let up.
They don't want paper ballots hand-counted, Jean.
We announced a great part of the plan, which I can fill in for you in a little bit.
And then the other thing we've been doing with our platform, Frank Speech, we've got a lot of things going on over there.
Today was the first day when Rudy Giuliani came over there.
You know, we take everybody that gets canceled.
Lou Dobbs, Emerald Robinson, Rudy Giuliani.
So we're building up a great audience over there and a great way to get our voice out.
That's marvelous.
All right, Rick and Hank, you both were in Ohio.
What did you think about Ohio real quick?
Rick, I'll let you go first.
Well, fantastic, man.
I missed the first night, but the flash talks were incredible.
The crowd was amazing.
Friday night was incredible.
And, of course, the cool part, Gene, was as, you know, we were getting all these Supreme Court decisions as the Flashpoint event was going on, and we had a chance to respond to those in real time with the audience.
So, for those people that were there actually in person, they got a little special treat in all of that.
And the folks that weren't there, you know what?
Hurry up.
Make your plans.
We're headed to Chicago.
We're headed up to Hank's place in Omaha.
You better join us at one of these live events if you really want the coolest Flashpoint experience.
That's correct.
All right, Pastor Hank, what'd you think?
Well, it's always a great honor to be with the people, and I'm noticing something, Pastor Gene.
It's like every flashpoint, there's more of a determination from the people that they want their country back, and they're not satisfied with anything else but the freedom that God gave them and our founding forefathers.
And so I really noticed the unity that you could just feel among the people, but I also thought it was really interesting When we were able to, you know, discuss about the debates and different things, to Rick's point, it's no coincidence that these rulings are coming out right at the same time that they had the debate.
God is showing up and He's showing that He is intervening at this time to bring the greatest reset and reversal probably in the history of our country.
I believe that to be true.
Absolutely.
In Jesus' name, amen.
All right, before we get further, before I forget, I want to make sure that we celebrate our Canadian Flashpoint Army members today.
Happy Canada Day.
Glad you guys are a part.
And you're saying, what?
I live in Canada and there's a Canadian Flashpoint Army?
Yes, there is.
And you can be a part.
You want to be a part of the Canadian Flashpoint Army?
Email list, govictory.com slash FPCanada.
FPCanada, you be a part.
And you will find out what's going on and stay in touch with us.
We'd love to hear from you.
Alright, so before we get into the show too much further, I want to share my heart with you about something.
Flashpoint is a show that provides commentary on the news of the day, whether it be political, social, and even entertainment.
All those topics get discussed and bantered about, all in an effort to keep you informed about many of the weighty things that we are having to deal with in our world.
As we work to do that, we many times inject levity into these conversations with heavy content.
Often we do find the proper balance, but sometimes we don't.
Lance?
Lance isn't here.
No, I'll take responsibility.
Many have very strong opinions about the current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
His statements, his awkward public moments, and even his staff decisions make his entire administration a very easy target for political satire.
But tonight, I want to make a commitment to our Flashpoint Army.
This is after we saw what happened at the debates and the ongoing flurry of videos that we've seen.
We're going to be more mindful how we speak about Joe Biden.
And you've heard me say here before, this is not an age issue.
problem that we're dealing with with Joe Biden.
It's a cognitive, and he doesn't need to be in the place he's in.
But we're not going to make fun of him.
We're going to keep him in our thoughts and our prayers.
We will discuss policies, administration, and misstatements, which is, in other words, for lies.
And when he or his administration lies to you, we'll continue to call him out.
We choose to do as instructed in 1 Timothy chapter 2.
We'll pray for him.
And that's on me.
We haven't prayed for him enough.
The presidential debate last Thursday revealed to the world at large what many of us known for a long time.
He's not well.
And regardless of what happens in the next five months politically as Christians, we need to pray for the man, Joe Biden.
In fact, Watch this recap of what happened Friday night.
And Luke Ball in there exhorted us to do that very thing last week in Ohio.
Watch.
Stay focused, stay in the word, continue to pray for our nation, continue to pray for
our leaders, pray for Joe Biden.
My goodness, pray for everybody involved in the political arena, but pray that God will
raise up a leader who is going to fix our nation, who is going to bring us back to him.
We are going to ensure that the people who are in charge of this nation are once again recognized and they are forgotten no longer.
I believe that God's going to make it happen.
There is a real God, and He sent His Son, Jesus Christ.
And when people love Him and honor Him, and are absolutely after His sacred heart, a country, a city, a neighborhood, He shows up!
And He is gonna show up!
Don't step back.
Don't withdraw.
Don't take offense to what you've seen happen in the public arena.
That doesn't keep you from fulfilling the call of God on your life and the place that God's called you to.
It's time for you to step into that!
This is the key to changing America.
It was an amazing event.
Thank you to all of you that came and those of you that watched.
Of course, you can catch it back on social media and catch up if you missed it.
Thank you for being a part of the Flashpoint Army.
All right, let me show you this.
I'm going to go to you right off the top here, Pastor Hank.
This was from June 9th, a prophetic word where the Spirit of the Lord is theirs liberty.
Talk to us about this one, Pastor Hank.
Well, first of all, thank you, Pastor Gene.
And I want to thank you, first of all, for always being a class act, always being a statesman.
But I do want to remind those of us who know the Word of God something in regards to your statement.
Nobody on Flashpoint is making fun of anyone with Alzheimer's, dementia, or anything else.
But at the same time, we have to go back to our Bibles.
God does laugh at wickedness.
He does, according to Psalm chapter 2.
My wife brought this scripture out on Sunday, and then we'll get to the prophecy.
Psalm 2 says that God has turned a heathen over to derision.
And that word derision, you could look it up yourself, it means to make a laughing stock and even to be a butt end of jokes.
We're not making fun of a person.
We're making fun of someone we must be reminded who has brought incredible wickedness their administration through the years.
They have trafficked kids, opened borders, they've done everything they can to destroy our country and our freedoms.
And you know what?
Elijah At some point before the Almighty God had to say to the false prophets and those that were trying to affect the liberties and the freedom of a country and had to literally mock them and say, we are not going to stand for your lies.
So let's just get it into focus.
I appreciate your statement.
But at the same time, I know myself and what my intent is as an impersonator and a man of God, and that is to remind people They're a laughingstock, and we are not going to accept evil.
Now, God said at the beginning of July, or at the beginning of June, to reference your prophecy, He said on June 9th, that the Lord said, as we enter into July, we're gonna start seeing the liberty of God coming over this country.
And He specifically said, Pastor Gene, in regards to those that have been accused falsely, like the J6ers.
We saw the Supreme Court rule, Right before we entered into July and then also this particular ruling that came from the Supreme Court today, July 1st.
It's no coincidence.
God said watch this because it's going to mark a new freedom that's going to begin to rise and things are going to begin to turn very quickly.
Lastly, I brought my flag feathers.
Don't forget what God said.
He said all of these indictments with President Trump are going to begin to fall like feathers.
They're going to have no weight to them.
That's so good.
For where the Spirit of the Lord is, there's liberty, and that's what we're going to stand on.
All right, so Rick Green, let's talk about the fallout from the debates.
Now, we talked all this weekend.
It's great when we're all together because I can talk to you guys off camera and get your insight into all of this.
There are so many different directions this debate can go.
And so many ways things can happen.
People say, well, what's going to happen?
What's going to happen?
I mean, I don't think there's anybody has the corner on what will happen or could happen.
But I thought this was interesting.
Let me show you this first.
This is the graphic of Fox, who won the debate the first day after the debate.
Of course, you see Biden 33 percent, Trump 67.
This was.
Almost across the board, this was actually that night.
So, I mean, everybody, I mean, it was amazing to me, CNN from the very beginning said he lost.
He couldn't do anything, he should step down.
In fact, that was a little surprising to me.
Vox post, in politics, Joe Biden should save his legacy by ending his candidacy, the case for somebody, anybody else.
I'm like, really?
It goes on.
President Biden's my friend.
He must bow out of the race.
From Thomas Friedman.
Frank Bruni.
Biden can't go on like this.
Patrick Healy.
I'm hearing high anxiety from Democrats over Biden's debate performance.
Nicholas Kristof.
President Biden.
It's time to drop out.
And then this is the big one.
Time Magazine.
Yes, this is a real magazine cover.
Panic with the picture of Joe walking over.
Out of the cover.
What do you think?
Listen, I've got to show you this one, Rick.
You'll like this one.
This is Matt Gaetz.
How long until the Democrats claimed the debate was actually Russian disinformation?
Any thoughts there, Rick?
Well, I thought Matt Gaetz may say it was an AI impersonation of both guys.
It didn't actually exist.
But, I mean, several thoughts.
You know, first of all, those numbers after the debate, I don't know that there's been one that bad, that lopsided since Reagan-Mondale in 1984.
I mean, it was truly astonishing.
Uh, secondly, I noticed when you were playing the Ohio Clips that I haven't changed shirts since Friday night in Ohio.
So, you know, that tells you how hard I'm working, uh, across the country.
That's right.
It is.
Anyway.
It does.
I hope you have more than one of those.
I watched it and I was like, oh my, I'm wearing the same shirt I was wearing Friday.
Oh, well, so much for wardrobe.
All right.
Listen, I also, you mentioned Canada.
Listen, To our fellow patriots and our fellow believers in Canada, don't forget that your Charter of Rights and Freedoms is based on the American Bill of Rights and based on our Declaration of Rights all the way back to Virginia.
So you enjoy many of the same freedoms despite the tyrant Trudeau.
You need to get Trudeau off the stage and the rest of the tyrants in Canada and restore freedom in Canada the same way that we're trying to do here in America.
So thank you to the truckers and others in Canada that are leading the way on that.
All right, back to you.
And one last thing.
The statement that you made, Gene, listen, you're right.
You're right about most of that.
But I'm going to side with Hank on this from this perspective.
Joe Biden's the one that put us all in this position.
Joe Scarborough and the rest of the media that lied to the American people for the last four years.
We've known that Joe Biden was not capable of doing this job from the time he got elected.
The 25th Amendment should have been invoked years ago and it wasn't.
And they put us in this position to where you have to poke fun to get people to pay attention.
It's so absurd the things that he's done and said And it's been so obvious and they've sat there and lied to the American people over it.
And so sometimes, like you said at the beginning of your statement, we try to use some humor to frankly deal with a subject that is really sad.
And we've said that on this program.
That this is sad what they're doing to him.
It's elder abuse and Jill Biden is responsible for it as much as anybody else and the others that are holding on the power behind the scene.
Okay, I'm sorry for taking so long on that.
What was your original question?
Nothing, nothing.
I'm going to go to Mike Lindell now.
Mike, I want to hear that.
Mike, tell me what you thought about the debate.
Yeah, well, here's what I, here's what was very surprising to me, and it was, you kind of touched on it, Gene.
I watched CNN and all the left right afterwards.
So I wanted to see how they were going to comment.
And now I find it very strange that all of them across the board, including Anderson Cooper, went after Kamala Harris and said, no, we're talking about this hour and a half.
And she tried to stick up for Biden and say, you know, he's not like this all the time or whatever he said, but he is right now.
And I, you know, I find it strange that they have a debate months early and that, you know, so I really believe that this was kind of staged for them to get that they knew Biden would, you know, show the whole world that he does have these problems.
Because I think they've gotten to a point where they know that, you know what, Donald Trump is the candidate, he is the Republican choice, and no matter how much they indict him and do all these things to them, he's going to be there running for office and going to win.
And so right now, because of the polling and everything, if you look at it going, they had to do something.
I believe you're going to see something come about, probably at the Democratic Convention, I don't know, where they do a shift, whether it's bringing a different VP or do something so that they can Brainwash, or not brainwash, or at least put out the propaganda that, you know what?
This team could beat Donald Trump.
So then if they do this big election steal like they did in 2020, then somebody might believe it, okay?
But that's not going to happen because you're going to have to add almost 10 million more votes to what happened You know, evil always overplays its hand, Gene.
That's true.
And I don't think they did it again here.
Just like they did it when it was 34-0 for Donald Trump with the indictments.
It's like, why don't you make it believable?
29 innocent, 5 guilty or something.
They didn't even have time to deliver it.
I was very surprised, but yet I'm going, you know what?
They all said.
Now, one outlet came forward and said, well, you know, Donald Trump, they didn't even badmouth Donald Trump.
I mean, think about this.
They didn't even badmouth Donald Trump.
They just spent their whole time talking about Biden.
You know, he's got to go.
You know, he's got to go.
That's what I think is going on. All right. Well, let me let me Rick, I'm going to let you watch
this clip. Maybe you'll respond to it. So this is CNN. Now, watch this. One of the moderators,
something you probably didn't see. I didn't see it until somebody put this out. This is
bash as she was trying to get. Watch how she's trying to point Joe over to the other camera.
Watch President Biden. A record number of migrants have illegally crossed the southern
border on your watch. Overwhelming border states and the issue of immigration and border security.
President Biden, a record number of migrants have illegally crossed the case temporarily.
All right. So you see that the point there is they were trying to help the man out. And I
appreciate that. But anybody watching that night.
I think and honestly say this was not a good decision to debate.
Rick, I'll let you comment.
Yeah, honestly, man, I was surprised they didn't help him more.
I shouldn't say I was surprised.
You know, we talked about this months ago here on Flashpoint that, you know, we have thought all along that they would remove him as the candidate, that he would not be the candidate in November.
They had to do something.
And we also thought that eventually the media would turn on him and that this was a, this was a hit job, a setup.
And so I think that's why they came across more fair than they typically do in a presidential race, especially against Donald Trump.
I mean, normally they are so biased against him, it's terrible.
But I want to remind Mike of something that he said when we were sitting there at his church.
What was that, a year ago when we were there?
When we did the Flashpoint event at Mike's church?
But you remember, Mike, whenever we were talking about this and we said, what if it's so-and-so?
What if it's so-and-so?
And you said something I want to remind everybody of, because I thought it was so good.
You said, I don't care who it is.
Whoever it is, Donald Trump is going to be our nominee, and he's going to be full steam ahead, and our team is ready.
So whether they remove Biden or not, our game plan doesn't change.
I don't know if you remember saying that or not, but I thought that was important.
And here we are.
Everybody's wondering, who's it going to be?
Who's it going to be?
I think what you said nearly a year ago still stands, regardless of who they put up.
Our game plan doesn't change, and it needs to not be.
We said this in Ohio Friday night.
We need to make sure that when we talk about the evil that's been perpetrated over the last three and a half years, it wasn't just a Joe Biden evil.
It was the Democrat Party.
It was the administration and the entire team.
It was all of the things they did at the open border.
The gender stuff.
Everything they've been doing is much more than just one person, and they're going to have to find somebody that doesn't have fingerprints On all of that evil, and I think that's going to be very difficult to find somebody in the Democrat Party that would fit that bill.
Yeah, I agree.
I don't under, you know, thinking back as I know we all have over the weekend, I'm like, why would you do, why would you do a debate before this early, before you've been officially Deemed the nominee.
Why would you do that?
And why would you make it so late in the evening if your candidate has an issue anyway?
You know, I got to tell you from just my personal opinion, it feels like they set the man up.
Pastor Hank, it feels like they just set him up to fail.
Well, I think their whole system and administration and their agenda is failing, Pastor Gene.
God already said this when we first started on Flashpoint.
I don't know if you remember, and those of you that were with us from the beginning, God said there would be a great unraveling and there would be boomerangs and we would see a pushback that ultimately would lead to a put-it-back.
But, you know, I really feel like, you know, one of the things that's happening is we cannot forget that this Fake administration is what I always call it.
You know, they laughed when they introduced this COVID.
And they laughed when they made up six feet social distancing.
They laughed when they didn't care about our loved ones, some that died because they blocked different methods to be, you know, cured from COVID.
So they've been laughing right along.
And we got to remember something about Psalm 126.
God said, That one of the ways that you turn a nation is when God begins to fill his people with laughter.
It begins to turn the captivity of the nation.
So I say that because even though there's a lot of things that maybe you're looking at it right now, like with the debate, you're going, man, how can they put this guy up here?
We can't forget their agenda and how evil it's been.
But lastly, Pastor Gene, I sense that God is doing something.
You have to look at it from God's perspective.
There was a day when God rejected a kingdom.
It was a kingdom of Saul, and it began to unravel and fall apart.
That's what you saw in the debate.
Right.
And then don't forget about Eli, a corrupt priest who also had Corrupt sons.
Remember what happened?
God came in and Eli fell backwards and his sons were taken out.
This is what's happening because of the level of wickedness that this administration has been a part of for many, many years.
God is dealing with it with his righteousness and his justice.
Alright.
Mike, I know you had a comment.
I want to get your comment before I move on.
Yeah, yeah.
There's a couple comments there.
One is, did anyone notice the other deviation that both of the moderators were fair?
I mean, let's think about this, guys.
They were probably the fairest moderated debate I think I've ever seen.
I'm going, that's strange, okay?
But there's that, and I want to tell everybody, they overplayed their hand again.
So let's say their whole purpose was to have everybody look at their and go, we've got to replace Biden.
So to get everybody, the media, getting all the people in the country, the Democrats on the side.
But the backfire is this.
They got to watch Donald Trump and sit back and say, he didn't make fun of Biden, other than the one time he couldn't understand him.
He focused on the problems we have right now in our country.
He brought out the blacks and Hispanics with all the illegals taking their job.
He brought out all these things and it was great because anybody that was sitting in the middle or even on the left was going, wait a minute.
I did have it pretty good back then.
I didn't like this guy before, but you know what?
I did like what his decisions manifested to.
So I think it was a great, great campaign benefit for Donald Trump.
for our great real president.
And so even if they did say they even if they did fulfill their agenda of getting rid of Biden and getting a new someone new in there, those people that watch that that was watched by both sides everywhere.
And I guarantee you that they're not going to change their mind easy because they all they have to do is look around at the destruction of our economy, this country and their jobs.
Yeah, it's true.
And I thought that they probably really thought, you know, we all kind of winced when we heard all the rules, no audience, you know, the whole mics on and off.
And, you know, that would President Trump be able to actually contain himself?
I bet there was some wagers being made that he won't be able to do this and he'll blow it.
And he did.
And he did a great job.
He didn't he didn't lose it.
He's the one, when they got into the golf thing, he even said, hey, let's stop being childish, let's move on.
I think, Gene, you can't be overstated with what Mike's saying right now because everybody
focused so much on Biden's poor performance.
There wasn't a lot of talk about honestly how outstanding Trump did.
This was his best performance ever.
And, you know, we've seen him go overboard and talk over and say things that were like, I wish he hadn't said that.
Man, there were no cringe moments in the evening that I remember.
And there were moments where I was really, really impressed with how he handled it.
And even to that statement that Mike was referring to, the one time that he did say, I don't know what he said and I don't think he knows what he said.
Even then it was almost like it came across to an average viewer that doesn't maybe is not sold out on either side and really behind either player that he's actually handling this opposition that's awkward right now this guy is not all there and I've got to debate him and I've got to deal with this but he's even handling that well so I thought the debate was absolutely outstanding I think the numbers were 50 million plus when you add up the viewers on all the different outlets and the social media and everything else that's a lot of people and and to Mike's point I mean this allowed Trump to show himself as still presidential, as in command of the facts.
He had a plan for everything that was asked.
You can tell he's got a plan for how to deal with it.
So absolutely his best performance yet, and that goes to the next stage of this.
Whoever that candidate's going to be, this shows that Trump's ready for anybody from the other side.
All right.
Let me show you, Pastor Hank.
I want you to watch this video, and then I'll get to you.
This is CNN's dismal debate performance, was the way they called it.
As they're sort of going through how they get beyond that dismal debate performance, one of the options right now is that he would sit for a high-profile interview to try and show that that North Carolina rally the day after the debate was not just a one-off, that he actually can do a sit-down interview, he can do a spontaneous interview.
But the fact that we're even having this conversation, that the president can do an interview, sort of shows you where They are right now.
I mean, the Biden campaign is trying to move beyond and sort of quiet the questions, but they've really struggled to do so over the last several days.
All right, just more information about them struggling.
Okay, Pastor Hank.
Well, I think that's exactly what you're seeing, is they're scrambling for an answer.
And I don't think putting him out there for a debate, or not a debate, excuse me, an interview, is really going to make a difference.
But what has made a difference, and President Trump was absolutely smart, and that was to show up in what would be considered hostile territory.
And he showed up, as we suggested, we prayed for, if you remember last week on Flashpoint, something that I spoke, I felt very strongly, and I prayed for him, I know others did, that he would show up as a father figure to this country, and I applaud him, because that's exactly what he did, and he was brilliant, He thought of America.
He also reminded us that he is with us and he understood the harshness of these last four years.
And I think what that did is cause more and more people to get on the Trump train and begin to see that he is more than qualified to lead this country.
But also about this, God's hand is on the man and God's hand is on this country.
It sure is.
It sure is.
All right.
I think we're going to go to break early here because those of you wondering, I know everybody's want to know what about the immunity case.
We're going to talk about that.
We're going to get more information from Mike about election stuff.
So much more to come.
We'll be right back after this break.
Don't you go anywhere.
Be right back.
Bye.
This comes after many major beef processing plants have shut their doors for good.
It's time for cows to move over.
The insatiable insects have now overtaken cows as America's favorite animal.
A market change that has even caused McDonald's to shut down.
I forget, but cows are now a specific species as a marriage means we are no longer using any of the abominable cows to
put on the endangered species list.
And here is why that might not be the case.
Consider this.
Marrows are harmful to humans.
Cows will go extinct.
The Insatiable Insects FrankSpeech.com
Three years ago, FrankSpeech.com was launched during the height of mass media censorship to give voices back to
those who had their voices silenced.
Today, we stand at the precipice of a new era covering the most important presidential election in American history.
An era defined by the battle for some of our most fundamental rights.
Freedom of speech, freedom of press, and secure elections.
We at Frank Speech refuse to be silenced.
We refuse to bow down to the forces that seek to dictate what we can and cannot say.
We are the media now.
You might not want to hear what we're saying, but we're going to say it.
And welcome back to the second half.
Much more to come.
I'm holding the book that gets released tomorrow, Killing America, by myself and Terry Bailey.
I'm glad you could.
I just want to open it up.
I want to read this.
This is from the chapter called State of Confusion.
So let me get this straight.
We're a nation that accepts pornography but hates abuse.
A nation that doesn't believe in gender but fights for women's rights.
We're a nation that believes no child should be left behind.
But we've aborted 60 million babies.
We're a nation where heroes have died so our flag can fly over a free nation, but then we give the title heroes to wealthy athletes who kneel in disrespect.
We're a nation where political parties ignore the corruption of their own party while condemning the corruption of the other party.
We're a nation of laws, yet we're also a nation that only applies them if you're not politically powerful.
We're a nation that has in God we trust print on our money, but we're a nation where the ACLU sues people who make his name known in public.
We're the greatest nation on earth, yet we consume more antidepressants than any other nation in the world.
We're a nation that pledges we're one, yet we're a nation of aggressive division.
And we wonder why there's so much confusion.
Want the answer to all that?
It's right here in the book.
You can get it at killingamericabook.com.
It comes out tomorrow.
And speaking of tomorrow, Terry and I will be on Daystar tomorrow, live on Ministry Now, talking about the new book release.
Hope you go over there and catch us.
All right, so we talked about Ohio.
What an amazing, amazing event.
But listen, there are so many more events coming.
The next one is in Fort Worth, Texas.
Just one night only.
Now let me tell you about this event.
This is July 28th at the Hilton Fort Worth, and here's my guests.
Pastor Hank Kuhneman will be there, Dutch Sheets, Lou Engel, and Jenny Donnelly.
Now that's just For people for one night only and we are so that's kind of a different event.
It's going to be and we moved from the arena.
We put it over in a ballroom because I wanted it will be a smaller event and you can find all the information of course there on the website, but I want you to understand something.
This event is not about.
politics only. If you were in Ohio on Friday, you saw that this is not just that.
And what we're endeavoring to do is to bring you to a place where you can meet other people, but where you're going to
absolutely enjoy when you see God move in a way that you didn't expect.
This is going to be a very special event. I want to see there.
It's free.
All you need to go is to 2024flashpoint.live.
If you'd like to buy the VIP package, you can.
Tickets are $1.59 and includes more stuff.
You can find all about it on the website.
I want to see you there.
The sound of rain, the sound of revival is here and it's going to be right there.
All right, let me play this from Fox.
And coming up, you heard our good friend Rick there talk about we're gonna be in Chicago,
and we're gonna be at Pastor Hank's church, which I think that's gonna be an amazing,
not his church, at his conference, Open the Heavens Conference there in September.
We got so much, Jesse's in October.
We got all kinds of stuff.
Make sure you go to the website and check it all out.
All right, let me play this from Fox.
Jonathan Turley talks about the Supreme Court opinion.
It's kind of long, but stay with it.
Watch this.
In reading through this opinion, I can't see how this doesn't induce cardiac arrest with the special counsel.
You know, at one point in the opinion, they say, look, this is a quote, the indictment's allegations that Trump attempted to pressure the vice president to take particular acts in connection with his role with the certification proceeding thus involve official conduct.
And Trump is at least presumptively immune from prosecution for such conduct.
The court then goes on to say that the burden, of course, is on Jack Smith.
He has to show that this does not pose any intrusions into the executive branch.
And the court says that this quote may well hinder the president's ability to perform his constitutional functions.
Here, the court is imposing a very significant burden on Jack Smith when this goes back to the judge.
We talked about how this trial judge has proven to be very favorable towards Jack Smith.
She's certainly been motivated to try to get a trial before the election.
But the court here is giving much more clear lines than some people expected.
They're saying that there's a presumption here that you have to deal with.
The burden is high, and the court indicates that it may view this as something that could hinder a president's authority.
More about this tomorrow night.
We'll spend a little time.
I'm running out of time, but I want to get to Mike here.
Mike, I've got about five, six minutes here.
I want to get... When you and I talked on the phone, I said, Mike, I need an update on everything.
Flashpoint Army needs to understand what's happened.
The wins, the loses, the losses that we've had.
Give us an update on election integrity and what we should be looking at.
Well, first of all, everybody knows my biggest blockers have been Uniparty Republicans, like your Brad Rassenburgers of Georgia, Robin Voss of Wisconsin.
We had a huge effort to recall Robin Voss, and this all came to fruition about a week ago.
There were enough signatures, everything.
This was our second go at it.
We learned from the first one.
Enough signatures.
Brought them to the Wisconsin Election Commission.
Very corrupt, by the way.
And their lawyers said, yep, it's all good.
They're good to go.
We'll do an election recall and a new election on August 6th.
Two, three days ago, last Thursday, the WAC, the W-E-C, came down and said, we don't care if you got your signatures or not, we're not going to have this recall election.
Directly against the Constitution, directly against, and what do we do?
Who do you appeal to?
So now we're going to We're going to take our lawyers and go after them.
But once again, this pushes it out further and further to you're going to have a new election this fall anyway.
And what they did, they rezoned or rezoned Robin Voss's district.
I mean, this stuff, and this is a Republican, you guys.
So what we see is, you know, we're still fighting everywhere.
But one of the things that I want everybody to realize, our big wins We're going county by county across the country.
The plan I announced last August to get as secure as we can get to get rid of the machines, go to paper ballots, hand counting.
Now, you all probably heard about a month ago where all of a sudden it was all over.
Donald Trump switched to early voting, just said voting is too big to rig and all this stuff.
Okay.
That was the RNC turning point.
Everybody seems to have said, hey, we got to vote early.
This was the new thing.
Everybody's got to do what the Democrats do.
Take advantage of early voting and too big to rig.
Now, do I agree that this time around, you would have to have another 10 million votes, people's names, to seal this election because it's so lopsided right now, the polling.
And so when I come and I came up with a new plan, Everybody knows all the cyber evidence, everything we haven't been able to get to the courts.
They sanction us.
They say you don't have standing.
The Supreme Court has pushed three of our cases down and said they're not even going to look at it.
And so coming into this election, we need to basically set up kind of a trap of new kind of evidence, which is identity theft, everybody.
So we're telling everyone, if you go to LyndalePlan.com, we lay it out in every single state, every single county in the country.
We lay it out, and you're going to request your mail-in ballot, or your early ballot.
Everybody requests that.
It does a couple things.
It protects your name, pulls it off the dirty voter rolls.
Now you have that.
We're telling everybody, don't open it.
You go there and now if you do, if you do get this a couple of days before the election, I couldn't make it that day, well you got it in your hand.
But you bring them with you, you vote in person, you go there the same day.
Now if they tell you, you've already voted, Now there's a couple things you're going to do.
You're all going to download the Frank Social app, everybody.
That's my election app.
You're going to go out and we tell you step by step how to report it.
This is identity theft.
You report it to your local sheriff in your county.
By the way, they're going to give you a provisional ballot or they're going to let you vote with that ballot there.
And you're probably a provisional one because they're not going to, you know, there was many, many tens of thousands of people in the last couple elections where they got there and said, you've already voted.
It happened as recent as three months ago in Texas to a district attorney.
She went in to vote and they said, no, you've already voted.
Now they covered it up and said, you know, they didn't say how, what actually happened, but we know what happened.
Other names.
It was what she was voting for.
This works both ways.
So this will do a couple things, Gene.
One is when our great real president gets in, he's already said it very publicly, everybody, he's going to, one of the first things he's going to do, he wants to get same-day voting, paper ballots, hand-counted.
And in order to get there and get rid of all these computers in our election, You gotta have a new kind of evidence, which is this identity theft.
Having all this, the whole country, you know, he wins, the whole country's gonna go, all the people anyway, go, yeah, we don't want these computers.
We want paper ballots hand-counted, like all the other countries that have went there, like Germany, France, Philippines, most recently Argentina, the UK.
The Netherlands, Taiwan, all these places that have outlawed machines.
So you have that.
Now if Donald Trump does, if it's not too big to rig, now we have a gateway with all this identity theft in every county in the United States.
At that level, the sheriff, all these investigations, at that level, that will be the key to opening up these machines.
The public will demand it, just like if they introduced a new China virus to us in August, we wouldn't put up with all the stuff.
I know, I know.
I don't even know who you are.
What's that guy?
up with another stolen election, we're going to say open up the machines.
I hope I don't get you in trouble for saying that, Gene.
Every time I talk about machines, they pile up my lawsuits.
I know, I know.
I don't even know who you are.
What's that guy?
Who are you?
Thanks, Mike.
Alright, we're going to keep watching this and we're going to see what happens as we continue to watch that with Mike.
Oops, I lost his feed.
Alright, let me introduce somebody that I'm ashamed to say.
No, I'm sorry.
I do know this man for over 40 years.
Can you believe it's been that long?
Phil Cook, co-founder and CEO of Cook Media Group and L.A.
nonprofit Influence Lab.
Highly accomplished author.
You must have written this copy.
And a respected media expert.
I know you wrote this copy.
And produced media programming commercials in nearly 70 countries for clients like Hollywood Studios, major nonprofits, and many of the most respected faith-based organizations in the world.
Boy, that's a lot of copy, Phil.
Welcome to the program.
Good to have you on.
Thank you very much.
You're right.
We do go back a long ways.
There's no question about that.
Yeah.
We know.
Yeah.
Anyway, forget what we know.
All right.
So, Phil, you've written a book called Church on Trial, How to Protect Your Congregation, Mission and Reputation During a Crisis.
All right.
I'm going to ask this question, even though I think it's kind of silly.
How serious is this problem?
Well, if you've seen the headlines in the last week or two, you know it's a pretty serious problem out there.
It is.
And, you know, early in my career as a television producer, I started getting calls from churches and ministry organizations that were going through a crisis, and they were completely blindsided.
You know, you don't teach this stuff in seminary or Bible college.
They had no idea what to do, and so they wanted to know, do I need an attorney?
How do we tell the congregation?
Should I talk to reporters?
Should we release a statement?
Just a million questions around it, and over the years I've worked with so many churches helping them navigate a difficult time.
There's a million different types of crises, but I decided to pour all that experience into a book because, as we've seen in the headlines, pastors, ministry leaders, board members, elders really need to understand this so we deal with it properly.
It's so, so very important.
Let me go, I'm going to come back to you, Phil, but let me go to Pastor Hank Kuhneman.
I mean, Pastor Hank, you have obviously, back in the old days when Phil and I were in other ministries, we, you know, you just didn't hear a lot about having attorneys and lawyers in that.
How important is it for a church today?
I mean, you're a pastor of a thriving church there in Omaha.
How important is it to have legal help nowadays?
Well, I think it's always important, Pastor Gene, to have layers of accountability, also layers of those, as the scripture says, in the multitude of counselors, there's much wisdom.
And I think it's important to, you know, be connected to the right things that A, protect you, but how about this?
As a shepherd, it should protect your congregation, that they should feel safe, that you're a man of integrity, you're a man of honor before God, and even privately, you're not any different.
You live righteously and honorably.
So I think it's very important to have different layers of wisdom and things that not only God entrusts more to you, because too much is required, But too much is given, much is required.
But also for the congregation's sake, that they can look at you and know that you are
living upright and you're doing things right, both privately and publicly.
All right.
So, Phil, in here you talk about the best way to avoid a crisis is by building a healthy
What does a healthy culture look like and why should people, I mean, you know, we've got so many people watching this show and they're going, well, I'm not a pastor of a church, what do I need this book for?
Explain why it's important to understand what a healthy culture is and what it is.
Well, what Hank said right there was exactly right.
It's about trust.
If you lose that trust with your congregation, your donors, your supporters, you're in real serious trouble.
And I believe in creating a culture of transparency.
You know, we live in a world today where with social media, email, text messaging, word travels fast.
And we simply need to be more transparent.
So many of these things happen.
You know, the first thought that leaders often have is, can we cover it up?
Can we get out of this?
Can we keep it from keep people from finding out?
And the truth is, you absolutely cannot hide anymore.
You just can't.
We live in this digital culture.
And so I think creating a transparent culture and in the book, I talk about not only being transparent personally, But even physically, you know, I worked with a church in Chicago while I was writing the book that decided they were going to put windows and glass doors in every office in the church.
The pastor just decided integrity really matters, and I don't want to give people even an open door to doing something inappropriate.
So, you know, there's things, just practical steps you can do that I think really help make a difference when it comes to keeping your integrity intact, keeping that trust factor in there.
Those kind of things are really, really critical.
So, you talk about honor, there's a time and a place where honor can go too far.
Doesn't sound right, Phil.
What do you mean by that?
Well, you know, my dad was a pastor back in the 50s, 60s, 70s in Charlotte, North Carolina, and everybody in town respected him.
You know, pastors were really respected.
Today, not so much.
I saw a survey recently that said pastors were just a little above used car salesmen when it comes to respect out there, and that's no criticism of used car salesmen, but the world has changed, and so a lot of pastors out there feel a need to teach their congregation about respect, and I think that's important.
That's a great thing.
But I think some, particularly younger pastors in their zeal, have probably gone a little too far.
And we have a situation where people are afraid to call out things they see that are inappropriate.
They see a red flag, but they don't say anything about it.
And so I just think that we need to be really careful.
We want to balance honor and respect, also with truth and trust.
That's so very, very important.
So I think honor can go too far sometimes, because I want people around me to call me Call them out when I'm saying something stupid, or doing something stupid, or making a bad decision.
I think that's really, really important.
And actually, it's honor if you do call them out, that you're actually honoring them when you do that.
Yes.
Absolutely.
So, answer the question you evaded earlier.
Why should someone buy this book?
The average person, should they get this book?
What would help them?
If they're in sure will, number one, it can help you in any area of your life.
But if you're involved in a church or a ministry organization, you need to understand how things can go wrong.
And I think it's important that we start to notice red flags.
It doesn't give you permission to become a behavior cop at your church.
You're not there to nail people because, you know, false accusations can destroy lives and shut down churches and ministry organizations.
Seriously, they can.
And so, but we want to be aware of red flags.
You know, we're Christians.
We want to think the best of people, and I think that's great, but at the same time, we do see things.
You know, you see the youth director that's maybe spending a little too much time with one member, young, minor member of the youth group.
There's maybe that executive pastor that comes in sometimes looking strangely like he has a hangover.
Maybe in those moments, it's time to sit down with a pastor or a senior leader and say, I'm just noticing something wrong about Bob or something about Sam or Susan.
Maybe we should have a conversation about these things.
I think We could stop so many of these tragedies early on if we were just aware and noticing what's going on.
All right.
So the book releases today.
Where can people get the book?
Anywhere books are sold.
Amazon, Barnes & Noble.
You can go to our website at philcook.com.
I'm Cook with an E. And I think every church in America, board members, senior leaders, they need to read this because the more people that know how to navigate these problems, the better off the church will be.
Amen to that.
Phil, good to see you.
Thank you, Gene.
Thank you.
All right.
So as we start to wrap up here, we didn't we have so much more to cover that we will cover tomorrow night.
Rick, I want to let's go ahead and start wrapping up.
I can't I must not finish the show with with all that I've said about Joe Biden that we were going to have to pray for Joe Biden before we go off the air.
But in spite of that, I are along with that.
I want to wrap up what we've talked about so far.
Give us, you know, skim the top of it for us, Rick.
Well, and I want to reiterate as well.
I mean, we should be praying for him now.
I believe in the Precatory Psalms, and I believe in praying some of those against those who are harming our children and harming our country.
So my prayer for Joe Biden might be a little different than a lot of folks out there, but we should absolutely pray for our country and for Joe Biden as President of the United States.
And that he will do less harm to the country, and that the people behind the scenes will begin to love their country more than self, and that they will let go of the power in order to do what's best for our country.
Last thing I'll say in wrap-up is just, man, Gene, there's been so many good things that have happened over the last week.
People should be full of hope tonight, but not to the point that they get lazy or that we go, oh, OK, I guess I can take a break.
No, man, it's pedal to the metal.
Between now and November, we're not letting off the gas.
We have to go full steam ahead.
And then, of course, as we talked about at the Flash Talks and even Friday evening at Flashpoint in Ohio, after November.
So we've got to start thinking past November as well.
We've got a lot of work to do.
There's been a lot of damage in our country.
But I am so thankful for some of the mending that has happened in the last week.
Thank you to the Supreme Court and to Donald Trump for putting those three new appointments on the court.
And this is hard for me, Gene.
You know that.
Thank you, Justice John Roberts, for a good decision today on the immunity case.
I'm glad to see that he gets it right sometimes.
I shouldn't say it that way.
No, it was a good decision.
It was a good decision.
So, we got a lot of good stuff happening, brother.
Amen, amen.
Alright, Mike Lindell, you seem to be encouraged as well.
You feeling good about going into November?
Oh, absolutely.
I think we have all the election platforms.
We have a great plan in place at LyndalePlan.com, everybody.
Go check it out.
I'm very confident.
In fact, I was with our great real president a couple weeks ago, and we were talking, and I said, you know, God's got his hand in all this.
And I said, All the destruction, I said, has really opened people's eyes.
You talk about pastors.
If you can't evangelize now, you've got problems.
All of us should be able to go.
People are looking for hope, and that hope is Jesus Christ.
But I said, all of the stuff that's going on, I told our real president, is doing good.
I said, people are pouring into this bucket the greatest revival for Jesus Christ.
There it is.
into the bucket of common sense. And he said to me, he goes, but Mike, things are getting
it's like a mountain of stuff. He's destroying our country.
And it was, you could just see that, you know, is it, it's just, is it going to be insurmountable
or something like that?
I said, sir, I said, with God, all things are possible in him working through you. You're
going to get it done faster and better and stronger than ever. And he looked at me and
basically said amen, you know. I really believe that.
I'm so optimistic, as is Donald Trump.
Courageous, contagious, everybody.
It sure is.
All right, Pastor Hank, we've got about a minute and a half.
Go ahead.
Well, I think we've got to remind ourselves of what God said in 2018 and 2019, that the
decade would start off harsh, but then it would come into rest.
That's why I love Mike Lindell.
It's why I also have my pillow as well as my slippers.
I'd encourage those of you that are watching to do the same, and when you put them on, you celebrate the rest that God is bringing this country in.
Also, God is resting His case, which means His righteousness and justice is being seen through the courts, and we will see vindication.
But more than that, we are going to continue to see flops that turn into flips, and we're going to see our country, it is being saved by the intervention of Almighty God.
So don't lose hope, stay strong, and remember to give thanks as we're seeing these victories.
Amen.
All right, so join with me as we go pray for Joe Biden.
Father, we lift up the man, Joe, and his physical body, all those things that are going on with him.
Father, that you would heal his body, give him rest, give him a sense of peace that he hasn't had before.
In that same vein, Lord, we do call these things to naught that have come forward from that administration that are trying to destroy and kill America as we know it.
We speak against those things.
We call them down.
We bring them down in the name of Jesus.
We will not allow this to happen on our watch.
It's not the man.
It's what he's representing.
So Father, I thank you that all of my guests on tonight, we're all in unity.
And when accord the Flashpoint Army, we pray for the man's true salvation.
Don't know where he is with you, but Father, if he's not that he's he is saved and he comes to the knowledge of you.
And Father, I thank you for President Trump, that he is protected in these next few months as he goes, that he ends his campaign as well.
running strong, healthy, and fathers, that justice will prevail. In Jesus' name.
Amen. Amen. All right. Thank you for watching. Of course, thanks to our friend Mike Lindell.
We haven't seen him in a while. Thanks, Mike, for coming on.
Rick Green, Phil Cook, and, of course, my friend, Pastor Hank Kunneman, who actually
wore bear slippers in Ohio. Yeah, He wore them right out on the stage.
It was embarrassing.
You have to go back and watch.
Thank you for being a part of Flashpoint every week.
Look, we are so excited about the events coming up.
Go check them all out.
But until then, we're going to see you right here tomorrow night on Flashpoint.
Good night, America.
This comes after many major beef processing plants have shut their doors for good.
to take a dive. As cricket fans go rocket into May, the insatiable insects have now
overtaken cows as America's favorite animal. A market change that has even caused McDonald's
to close. As cricket has officially announced its resume as American-made, they will no
longer be seen as a product. Cows will no longer be in daily feeding boxes. And here
is why that might not be such a bad thing. Consider this. Cows are harmful to the environment.
Cows will go extinct.
