Hi, welcome to the Lindell Report with Mike Lindell.
I'm definitely not Mike Lindell.
Mike Lindell is obviously out doing patriotic things, more than likely with Trump or finding additional election integrity issues.
My name is Rick Weibel.
You can find out more information about myself and the things that we're working on in the Midwest at MidwestMopWatch.com.
And also take a look at uscase.org.
There, the team has assembled the gold standard for elections white paper, as well as some additional test decks, ES&S modem information, and we're going to have an update by the end of next week for additional modem information that you can use to determine whether or not your tabulators have modems in them on the ES&S side.
We also have some additional hand counting materials there.
Uh, that can you can actually download and actually work with a team of people to actually do hand counting to be ready because everybody should have a disaster recovery plan just in case the machines don't work and because they have failed us so much regarding the machines.
We should probably just be hand counting anyways.
With my technical expertise and background, I'm telling you right now, you can't trust the machines.
We're not doing enough.
We haven't really changed the standards since 2005 and they have completely failed us.
Today I have a special guest for you.
I have a wonderful lady that I met out in Wyoming.
Her name is Jill Coffman, and I recently did a presentation out there and got to know her and her team, as well as some of the county officials out there in Wyoming.
Please welcome Jill Coffman.
Hopefully we can get her up.
Hi Rick.
Hey Jill, how are you doing?
I'm wonderful.
Thank you so much for having me on.
Yeah, you bet.
It's my honor completely, and I hope the viewers will get to know you as well.
You are truly one of the patriots out there, you and your husband and the great team, and even your Republican county chair.
out there is on board with asking the right questions and actually trying to do a good job of making sure that your party is well represented throughout the entire process of the elections.
So I'm really proud of your team and thank you for having me out there.
So first question right out of the gate.
How long have you been in the fight?
Well, I've been in the fight thinking about it for a long time, and then finally took action about a year and a half ago.
There's a wonderful lady, her name is Chloe Butler, and she and I have been partnering in this, and we've been digging and digging, and you get turned down a rabbit hole, and we found so much information that is quite startling.
And we've just had some wonderful people to support us.
Jerry Kundle, he is our chairperson and he's been quite supportive along with many, many other people on our team.
So it's just been wonderful to help share information and expose it to what's going on with these machines to so many people in Wyoming.
Yeah, I've had a lot of great calls with Jerry and he's really gracious about asking some fundamental questions and he's got such a gentle spirit about him.
And it's great when he's just like, so there's really an issue with these machines?
How do we get to this?
And he's very tactical and wants to understand the law, the rules.
And kind of the whole certification piece.
And it was unfortunate that he had an event that conflicted with my time out there with you guys, but he did stop by later on.
And it was great to see him and some of his members of the family that stopped by and we had a good chat over at your house.
So what a great gentleman.
So you guys are well served by him.
We are.
We are blessed.
So now, what's interesting about your county is your county clerk is the head of the County Clerk's Association?
Yes, he's the president of the County Clerk's Association here in Wyoming.
We have 23 counties and he's the head of that.
Yep.
And so I'll give him high marks that he actually attended the event that you hosted where we actually presented some of the evidence regarding some of the concerns that we had in Wyoming.
And I'll present that later on here.
But he also participated in the hand count demo as well.
Yes, he did.
Yes, he did.
Go ahead.
Well, I was just saying I was very appreciative that he showed up.
He and a couple of, I guess there was one commissioner and some of the candidates were showing up as well that wanted to understand all aspects of it.
And I was very grateful for them to show up and also for you to present this.
Yeah, and so I give any county official, any elected official, high marks if they'll at least engage and at least come to these types of events so they can kind of learn what are the concerns of voters, what are the concerns of the taxpayers.
They may not be the same because not all taxpayers vote and not all taxpayers pay taxes or actually not all voters pay taxes.
So I mean it's kind of a pristine dynamic.
The ones that really concern me are the ones that won't listen, won't answer the questions, who are not transparent, And that really raises concerns and it really kind of opens the gateway.
And so this is where I've been consistent in talking about how elections really are the gateway to understanding how your government is going to operate.
If your elections are not transparent, more than likely that government entity is not going to be transparent with the rest of what they do.
Are you finding that to be true?
I would find that to be very true.
When we started this out, Chloe and I, we were very meticulous in the information.
We only presented facts and things that we could back up and put in front of people.
We went to many, many elected officials in our county.
We had multiple meetings, but for some reason it was falling on deaf ears, or maybe they knew all about it and just didn't want to change.
You know, sometimes that big change word is scary to people.
But we have some serious problems in our election systems, and there is no laughing matter on this, and we are quite vulnerable, and we have to share this with everyone that will listen, and those that won't sometimes.
So I gotta ask, it's frustrating to hear that people are afraid of change.
You're a mom.
Whenever your baby soiled their diapers, were you afraid of changing their diapers?
Absolutely not!
Okay, so it really starts there.
It's what you do in life!
Right, so change is good, it's constant, and it kind of helps us improve, right?
Yes, absolutely.
But just the change for change sake, that's not a good thing.
And so we really want to approach this kind of in that ISO 9000 spirit where there's a continuous type of improvement.
And so management teams and government and businesses that basically operate under that, they're generally going to be more dynamic.
They're going to be more receptive to that type of change to be more efficient and to also be more cost effective as well.
Yes, they very much will.
Yep, so I've got a couple of announcements.
Luckily, I'll be coming through your state again this Friday and Saturday.
I'll be out there in Gillette, Wyoming on Friday and then in Sheridan, Wyoming on Saturday.
So take a look at some of the local groups out there.
As soon as I get the information, I'll put it on Midwest Swamp Watch for additional information.
And for the South Dakota people, I have an event coming up on Wednesday, August 13th.
from 6 to 8 p.m.
in Mitchell, South Dakota, where we'll be doing a hand count demo, and then here's the invite for everyone.
I'm going to show this.
This is just breaking right now.
We've been able to reserve the Elk Creek Lodge and Resort out in Piedmont, South Dakota.
We will have multiple hand count demos.
The hand counting is free if you want to stop by and visit, but if you also want to stay there, they have Tent camping.
They have RV camping.
They have plenty of lodges and other items that you can actually rent out.
It's fantastic there.
A great couple out there.
If you call them up and you give them the code ELECTIONINTEGRITY, they'll give you 10% off.
Plus there's going to be a lot of extras.
We'll have the ES&S evidence out there.
We'll have hand count demos.
And additional workshops.
So please show up for these hand count demos.
But now I want to get into some of the evidence of kind of my trust issues.
So right away when I start looking at the actual ballots, I think people would be shocked at this.
So when we look at hand counting versus machine counting, this is the type of stuff that we see with the machines that voter intentions is completely lost.
Here the voter is very clear that they supported Joe Biden.
That they were so excited that they wrote in Joe Biden as well.
Well, unfortunately for the machines in Dodge County, Wisconsin, it missed the adjudication and this vote was completely lost.
And don't worry, the Trump supporters did the same thing.
They voted for Trump and then they wrote in Trump and unfortunately that vote was lost.
What's even scarier is our friends who like to vote absentee and they mail it in, those folds on the ballot can actually be interpreted as a black line going across the oval.
And then that vote is lost.
I bet a lot of people don't understand that.
And the fact that In all of the manuals from the manufacturers, they directly warn the designers against this type of situation.
What's frustrating is that even ES&S, who will sometimes also design and program the ballots and mail them out to the counties, they're missing it as well.
Then we see another ballot here where we actually had a two-for-one, where two candidates on the same ballot had their votes lost by this voter who turned in an absentee ballot with folds on it.
And so the very fact that even though they had overvotes turned on and it was supposed to go to adjudication, the proof that we have these CVRs publicly available from Dodge County, Wisconsin proves that their system did not work.
And so when we get into these types of trust issues, it's really, really big.
But I kind of want to take a step back and actually just kind of help kind of build the template.
of what you need to do in your states.
And so let's use Wyoming as an example where we actually looked at the Wyoming election code, and you should do the same thing within your statutes, codified law, code, whatever they're going to name it.
And you want to find out what's the requirement for your system.
And in Wyoming, they specifically say in these two points here that there's proof that the electronic voting system has been certified by the United States Election Assistance Commission.
So this is where Wyoming takes option A, certified by the EAC.
Minnesota and some other states, they actually require testing by an authorized test lab, a certified test lab.
Then, here in Wyoming, we see the other connecting piece where we see that the voluntary voting system guidelines become statutory in this regard.
So, the system must meet all of those guidelines.
But, here's the miss in Wyoming.
Because there are four standards out there and Wyoming is so ambiguous, there's actually four standards out there.
So, which one?
Do the systems actually have to comply with?
Well, don't worry.
2015, the 1.1 standard was never really certified against, and 2.0 has just started.
And so this really kind of creates a problem.
The reality is that the voluntary voting system guidelines in Wyoming become required.
So I created that little edit just to make a little bit clear for everybody, especially the person way in the back back there.
And then we see that the authority for oversight of the machines themselves is really about the Secretary of State in Wyoming.
And he has the ability to basically Approve or deny applications and also the oversight of it completely.
Other states may actually have an election commission, a state board of elections.
And so it's important to understand the building blocks by your laws.
And also don't forget about the rules that the administration may actually create.
Where they may have some additional pieces in there as well.
And so in Wyoming, we see that the Secretary of State has these additional check boxes that they have to go through.
And as a matter of fact, there's even where it talks about if there's changes or updates, or if the counties find that there's issues, there are basically catches, there are safety nets here and guardrails to basically protect the elections within Wyoming.
And that's a good thing.
Then we see that there's additional authority where here it explicitly talks about a withdrawal of certification and the remedy process that the Secretary of State would have to go through if there was a corrective action that needed to be taken.
And then we also look at some possible areas where we find that the equipment failed, the requirements necessary for continued compliance, the use of the equipment could jeopardize the integrity of an election.
And so it's really the Secretary of State that has to kind of call balls and strikes regarding this.
And so that's kind of a nice thing that Wyoming has is that they have somebody that can actually look at this and work in partnership with the counties as well.
Now the other thing that is really interesting, so now let's go talk with Jill here again, and let's talk about some of the things that we have discovered in Wyoming.
Very good.
I'm thinking Apollo may have fallen asleep.
That's okay.
All right, so we'll keep going.
So when you were originally, so, all right, so when Wyoming originally purchased the system back in 2020,
you had received some documentation from the Secretary of State's office regarding kind of the overall purchase
element there.
And so yeah, if we can do side-by-side like this, we'll keep Jill.
Leave me out because she's better looking than I am.
This is actually really perfect.
So thank you, Apollo.
Oh, okay.
So I'm going to keep it this way.
This is awesome.
All right, so we see the original certificate from 6040 that you had purchased in 2020, or the state did.
And then what we see kind of down here in the bottom, it's really interesting that we kind of discovered a little bit of a risk.
So the first risk, let's talk about Windows 7.
So in 2020, You're purchasing software that Microsoft has already told the public and running commercials, please update to Windows 10 because we're not going to put out security patches after January 14th, 2020.
So at a minimum, your systems in the 2020 election were not updated at least since January 14th, but actually before that.
That is correct.
Yes.
And then at that time, the Norton antivirus, The latest update on it was from 2019, January 22nd.
Again outdated.
Again outdated.
And it's like, holy cow.
This is, this is so out of place.
Then we looked at the DS200 equipment here and we see These little octets in there.
So that's like the third number in here.
So it's like 1.2.1, 1.2.3, and then 1.3, and then 1.3.11.
Keep that in the back of your mind.
We're going to explore that a little bit later.
You'll see why that becomes important.
Then what's beautiful about the EAC is they talk about all of the certified hardware.
Here's the short little thing of it.
When you go in and talk to your election official, if it's not on this list, they don't get to use it in the election.
That is a true story.
And we're about to show some of the things that we found.
So then you guys upgraded in 2022 to the new 6060 system and they removed
Norton Antivirus and then now it's Windows Defender.
Then we see down here at the bottom that the DS200 changed hardware version.
They did, and it shows that they changed that, and that our Defender is still not updated as of today.
So there's a lot of information.
Yeah, and so again, we get a new list with the new certification of hardware, and it's so specific that even the thumb drives matter.
And in your case in Wyoming, did all the counties buy them through ES&S?
Well, I think originally they bought all the thumb drives, but then as time progressed, they decided to purchase from another vendor because they were cheaper.
Through the A's and S's, they were $300 at the time, and they could get some cheaper for $125.
Dollars now, unfortunately, we're finding out those that they purchase cheaper.
We're not certified they were not on this certified hardware and that puts us our county and Vulnerabilities and multiple counties have done this in our in the whole state of Wyoming not all but but some Have done this another thing that they have done which is kind of if you understand what it is is they have Replaced instead of purchasing from ES&S the the formatter they purchased from a different company.
They call them DoD formatters and they're thinking that DoD had a higher certification or Whatever reason they decided to do that.
So that's what they're using as their formatters on these flash drives.
These flash drives first are not certified under the the ES&S nor the EAC rules and now also the formatters aren't as well.
So we have a double whammy that's pretty scary for our state.
You're right, and we'll cover that one again, and we'll kind of show people what to look for here.
And what's crazy here is that we have the allowed hardware, and in there you get the Latitude 5580, the Optiplex 5040, the 5050, and the 7020.
What was great is that when we look at the actual EAC or ES&SS statement, they have a disclaimer that's right in their manuals.
And I want to read this for the people in the back.
In accordance with the United States Election Assistance Commission EAC Testing and Certification Program Manual 2.0, ES&S hereby notifies the purchaser that any changes or modification to an EAC-approved voting system Which have not been tested and certified by the EAC will void the EAC certification for such EAC approved voting systems.
So then what was phenomenal is when we reviewed the purchase orders directly from the Secretary of State of Wyoming, not your current Secretary of State, but a predecessor.
We find out right in there that the Ballot on Demand printer, the Okidata 712 printer, is not on the certified list.
We also see an innocuous little piece there.
Ballot on Demand laptop with router.
That Dell Latitude 3500 is also not on the EAC certified list.
The router, we have no idea what that is, but there's no router on the certified ES&S EAC certificate.
So right out of the gate on the purchase order itself, they have three violations.
Correct.
Correct.
That is just absolutely stunning.
And so we're sitting here looking at A bad starting place right from the beginning.
And when we look at their own disclaimer, whose fault is it?
Is it ES&S's?
Or is it the Secretary of State?
Who's liable for this malfunction?
And what's hilarious is the ES&S could have asked for a change order to be in compliance.
And they haven't done it since 2022.
Correct.
I would believe that all the liability and the challenges lie with ES&S.
First, they're selling us equipment, number one, is not certified and outdated or not able to be updated once we got that because of the Windows version of Updater and Defender and so on and so forth.
And then we have not had updates in there.
Now, some of the counties have had updates, but nothing across the state, a hundred percent.
Ooh, that's not good.
That I would call on the Secretary of State to do an audit to make sure that they find out exactly where they're at.
Absolutely.
And especially when it comes to the modems, there's two great articles out there that are seminal, actually a complaint by Free Voice for the People and also Politico where it talks about the modems.
And here's where some of this kind of generates from.
When we look at this certificate here, side by side, the 6040 and the 6060 system, notice how the hardware models change for the 1.2 segment and how some are removed.
That's a significant issue.
And then also, when you talked about earlier, this little duplicator thing.
And so this PC that we're looking at here is an ES&S system, which is kind of your election management system.
And it's a little snuggle buddy there, that little black device, is this SysTor, and that's not certified.
And then that little container up above That's where the thumb drives go into, correct?
As kind of their storage?
Yeah.
And what's phenomenal about this little Cuddle Buddy is when we look at the Frequently Asked Questions page of the manufacturer themselves, The question is asked, are the duplicators manufactured by Pioneer, NEC, Sony, and they just say, no, they just provide the drives.
All the other vital parts, vital in quotes, such as the controllers, cases, power supply, et cetera, are from different manufacturers.
The duplicator is assembled and tested in our warehouse.
Okay.
Big red lights.
Big flashing red lights.
And then when you go through the website and you go through their online manuals, you see no certification, no testing documents.
And oh, by the way, just to make sure for the people in the back row, when we look at the 6060 certified hardware, Sysdor is nowhere on this list.
They are not.
And so one of the things I advised your team out there in Wyoming is, Don't certify these.
Do not format these thumb drives yourself.
You have a maintenance agreement with ES&S.
Send any used thumb drives back to ES&S to have them format it.
Make them liable and responsible, especially when they're not keeping the antivirus up to date.
Yes, wise counsel.
I shared that with our clerk.
We did a logic and accuracy testing and I shared that with him and we'll see where that goes.
Right, right.
And so when we look at that 6060 system, we see like the Windows Defender antivirus, it's flagged as non-applicable.
So does that mean it doesn't have it on there?
We don't know how to interpret this.
And then when we see the Windows updates, we see that the Windows 10 package is basically April 19th, 2021.
That's ridiculous.
But don't worry.
They actually have a statement within their manual of when they upgraded from 6040 to 6060, where they basically tell us critical security updates available at the time of certification were applied to Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.
This is in keeping with ES&S's emphasis on security and maintaining voter confidence.
Okay, so let's go look at a standard here.
Remember those required standards that your state adopted into state law.
This one right here is so easy.
It's one paragraph, two sentences, where it says protection against malicious software voting systems shall deploy protection against the many forms of threats to which they may be exposed to such as file and macro viruses Worms, Trojan horses, logic bombs.
And it says, vendors shall develop and document the procedures to be followed to ensure that such protection is maintained in a current status.
I don't know about you, but I'm thinking 2021 doesn't sound current to me.
Yeah, indeed.
Indeed.
And especially when we look at that threat matrix, where just this year alone, in 2024, there's over 55 million Malware items that this thing does not know about.
And just in the last 14 days, 3.3 million.
I mean, don't worry about it, right?
We're secure.
And this is what it didn't know about.
Then originally they didn't really have any change orders, uh, to the system, but then they finally urge one and pull one out for the print nightmare.
But that came out.
It was approved by the EAC on June 8, 2022.
There's been no other since.
So we're well over two years of no updates.
And so with that update, here's what is at risk.
Basically everything.
Yeah, basically everything.
And we know that these change orders mean everything to them.
Because look at this, even just a ballot tote bag has to be approved.
A larger thumb drive has to be approved.
Wheel struts have to be approved.
And they're not doing it.
And so when I look back at that earlier statement that we reviewed together, That last three words, maintaining voter confidence.
Do you have confidence in what ES&S is doing?
I have absolutely no confidence.
And I come from a small county here in Wyoming and became a committee person a while back.
And I have so many people approach me.
And I know we hear on media and everything that, oh, we need to get more voters.
We need to do all that.
And that is all good.
But the thing that bothers people the most is they do not trust the systems, and they don't trust the whole aspect of having the electronics anywhere in their systems, whether it's the counters, the tabulators, or the poll books.
So that has been very blatantly shared with me many places that I go, even across the state.
They are very untrustworthy of this, and I believe that falls on ES&S as the challenge here.
You're absolutely right.
And so I emailed the EAC to ask about the change orders.
And Paul over at the EAC, when I asked about it, he said, yeah, the engineering change order process can be used to update antivirus definition files and other security updates to voting systems.
This was a subject of a notification of clarification issued in 2019, which can be found here.
And so, We looked at that and it's pretty basic here.
And it looks like the EAC wants to help, but these vendors are not walking through the door.
And so you can go to uscase.org.
You can actually see my research of the last two and a half years since January 1, 2022, and look at what all of the vendors have done for all of their engineering change orders that the EAC has had oversight on.
And you see very little updates and attention to detail regarding the antivirus And malware protection.
And so what's stunning is that It's just not there.
We are not protected.
And it is a complete violation here that I recommend that every state submit an engineering change order to get their systems up to date so that we are protecting our elections.
And if you just can't do it, then you should just go to hand counting at this point.
I know I've lost faith in these systems.
And what's sad is here you are at 6060.
My state in South Dakota is at 6.1.
1.0 and yet there's 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 that have been released by ES&S and even their latest greatest version has no change orders or updates from when that system was last certified on 8.18.2023.
So we're almost a full year.
Yes, it's quite amazing to see.
If you would just be in a normal world, if they wouldn't update your systems, just in a mom-and-pop store, in your laptops and so on and so forth, I mean, things wouldn't function well.
We're putting this false.
Hope that any of these machines actually will function correctly I mean they're they are so open to vulnerabilities to where we don't know what truly can happen And it seems like it becomes a whack-a-mole series Because we're looking at this we find that's wrong then we look at the next thing and that's not up to date then we look even a third fourth fifth sixth and it just becomes so I guess what I have to say is it's basically scary and our hands are not, I mean, our vote is not being taken care of.
And the most important thing of people of the United States is to have their vote count.
Yeah, you're exactly right.
And you and I had a conversation a couple of weeks ago and you had kind of queried about the complexity of the system.
And so you kind of gave me a good challenge and my response back to you is, No, I think we've been thinking about this the wrong way.
We've overcomplicated our elections that we should be taking a complete step back, redesigning our elections to where we can basically hand a manual to anybody on the street to say, here, I need you to go run the elections.
The very fact that what we're kind of doing here at this point is we're kind of doing that.
But the wrong way.
We are not keeping the Kiss Simple principle alive at all.
And we're hiring these election officials through elections or just hiring them out.
And we're saying, here's a big system.
Protect it.
And you're 100% responsible for everything about it.
Good luck with it.
Right, and we're finding that in our state with our clerks, albeit the clerks have multiple things that they do in their position that they fulfill for the counties, but one of them is elections.
And unfortunately, Most of the clerks do not have the degree or the technology or even the experience because you know experience is very very important as well along with a degree or whatever but they don't have the experience in any of these systems so a lot of that challenge is not theirs and again we have to remember that the ES&S and EAC give guidelines to our clerks to follow and we have clerks in our counties
that follow that to a tee.
But what's unfortunate is they can't see beyond thinking, oh my, I'm not certified here.
My first thought process is, although I want to save money for the county, but am I really?
Because number one, you put your county at a very high risk of lawsuits because you are very vulnerable.
The other thing is, even if you're spending a little more for the Take the example of the thumb drive or flash drive, whatever you call it.
$125 versus $500.
That $500 is cheap if that liability lays back with ES&S, the provider.
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
And those are good points too.
So here we are looking at Wyoming.
Your population is under 600,000 people.
You pretty much know everybody there in your communities.
And if this can happen in Wyoming, it's happening across the entire states.
It really is.
And I know chatting with you sometimes and we hear about some things that are going on in South Dakota.
Some of that stuff just really scares the bejeebers out of me because you're a conservative state.
We are a high conservative state too.
I think the statistics in our state is about 78% they say is Republican.
And so we're very strong conservative.
The thing that I want people to understand is they may have this false sense of Safety with these electric electric machines, but we are very vulnerable.
Multiple reasons are we are very heavy in fossil fuels.
We have oil, we have coal, we have trona, we have uranium, and now we have rare earth minerals that's coming into our communities along with an ag industry that is just, I mean, it's just a phenomenal ag industry.
We are a target and if People don't think, oh, little old Wyoming, we are a very valuable target along with we are a conservative place.
And I think conservatives as what we've seen are under attack and they will stop at nothing to get that vote and turn it over to the people that don't want to run this country the way we see it should be run.
Right, you're exactly right.
And that is a fair warning because we're seeing the impacts here in South Dakota, where our elections are corrupted.
We're seeing it in Minnesota.
We're seeing it in so many other states.
And so there are all these bad actors that are coming in and impacting the elections, whether it's through corrupt voter registration rules, whether it's even through smurfing.
This is a new thing that we just Thankfully for Peter Bangerger and also James O'Keefe reporting on this, that it kind of woke me up to kind of go, okay, I'm gonna go collect this data.
And so I submitted a report to you on Monday, Jessica in South Dakota on Monday, and I'm working on the one for Minnesota to hopefully get that to them tomorrow.
It is absolutely stunning to see the amount of money being donated, whether they're legitimate, And especially the ones that really appear to be illegitimate, where there are thousands of donations coming from one address and they can be small dollar amounts.
But what's going on here that it just seems so impossible that that these are happening.
And I have talking with an activist here in South Dakota.
One of our members out in western South Dakota realized that they were on the list.
They didn't donate to those people.
Oh, the plot thickens then, I take it.
So, I know when I looked at that list, I was just actually stunned at the volume and the amount of money that is either being, you know, laundered to whatever, and it had all aspects, Republican, Democrat, so on and so forth.
They were all on this list, and that needs to be stopped.
Definitely looked into and needs to be stopped, because this is absolutely corrupt.
Yeah, and we've, uh, just to kind of, uh, give people to kind of name, some of the names we're seeing a lot of weird activities out of act blue and then also on the conservative side or the Republican side when Rhett.
And so there's a lot of things that are just not.
Adding up in the way that, um, this reporting is happening, but also in the way that the donations are going out.
Um, some of these seem very abusive where there are multiples within a day and they are happening multiple times within the month.
And when I mean by multiple times, hundreds, uh, it, it just, it just defies logic.
Um, And some of the other nefarious activities that we recognized in your state, South Dakota, and also starting to see in Minnesota, is where they will change a person's name just slightly so that they can then make additional donations that are illegal above the thresholds and the legal limits.
Yeah, there was quite a few of those when I was looking through that list and I was just like, oh wow, what a game we play just so that we can cheat, do something illegal to get more money.
Everything is run by this ultimate dollar.
You know, everybody dangles this dollar in front of you and it's pretty sad that it's become so corrupt.
And we got to put eyes on it pretty deep.
You're exactly right.
And so it takes creative people like us that have the election integrity experience to understand all of the threat vectors of how a vote can be manipulated or lost to then look at our friends in the accounting world to go, does this make sense to you?
What are the possibilities of this money coming in?
Is this Chinese donations?
Other foreign donations that are masking money to go into some of these large coffers?
Is this outside PAC money that's coming in to basically influence our elections?
Is this a small cabal that's trying to move money around?
Or is even some of this money fake so that they can basically create larger reports than what's really there so that they can scare away the competition.
So I am actually asking and calling out the Federal Elections Commission to get to the bottom of this.
They do have oversight, and if you find out that your name is out there, and you can go to FEC.gov, look up the donor information, and if you find donations under your name that you didn't give, Make sure you file a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission and even go to that campaign and ask for the money back.
Ask for the proof.
Because if they're documented, they should send it to you if it was misallocated.
And this, we Americans on both sides need to put a stop to this type of corruption of the dollars going around.
Correct and and I know so many people out there Don't like to do politics don't like to do this that and the other and they don't want to deal with this But it is up to us.
We have to be we have to be very very very proactive in this or we are well I'm not gonna say we're gonna we are losing our country because of this we're having the wrong people in different places where they should not be illegally and our whole goal is is to expose that and then help those overcome that and get it back to what it should be.
And my vote is not only with the money, have this money launder stopping, but it's so much simpler if we just go back to hand counting.
We wouldn't have to have all these dates of our Of, you know, the public testing, and we have to do this and that by a certain time, and we have to certify if this is going on, and we have to have the ballots this way.
If we just had a simple hand counting, that's when Jane or Johnny from the street can come in and say, I can help with the election.
And I think the elections need to be brought back to the populace.
Sometimes we are lacking it because it's easier if somebody else does it, and I'm guilty.
I'll step up there.
The number of years I didn't think about it, but boy howdy, I'm thinking about it now, and both eyes are wide open.
And I am grateful for you in enlightening us and our community, because we weren't getting anywhere with the elected officials, but when we come and bring it to the people, they are waking up.
We also had brought in a wonderful person, Clay Parikh, just this last couple weeks and oh boy he got so much uh... so many positive results i've had so many emails on on how they really related to you and then some really related to him so we have been blessed that they have you both have been able to come and share to our population because knowledge truly takes away the scare in the fear when we understand what's going on whether intentionally or not we need to know
And the population needs to know now.
Yeah, and thank you so much for those kind words.
And I've gotten to know Clay over the last few months, and now we're starting to work together on some of the cases and some of the thoughts and theories behind the scenes.
And it was great after presenting there, I called Clay.
And just kind of gave him a heads up like, hey, you're going to have some great people there.
Here's what you here's what I talked about.
Here's how you can add to it and tell me where I'm wrong or anything like that.
And sent him my presentation and and then having a chance to talk to him before he presented to kind of talk about some of the game planning and strategy in Wyoming.
What a gracious gentleman, just absolute top-notch to have somebody on our team that has worked at a test lab for nine years, who is calling out and validating the same things that I am hearing.
He's such a blessing to kind of tell me, is this like, thank God somebody like you is calling this out, because you're right.
And I wanted to be a whistleblower, Clay says this, where he was bringing these issues up in the past.
And so having another voice From the outside, you understand standards.
That's also calling this out.
It has been a blessing for him, but he's been a complete blessing for me.
Oh, and what I'm finding out is when we tap into you, you Clay, and we have Dr. Clements coming this next couple weeks, we're tapping into a great source of knowledge and experience and people that are willing to step up and dive, dive, dive in to get this information and that is so critical.
And then there are other people stepping in that are helping expose things and getting us involved with other things.
It takes a whole team.
It takes a whole country to actually do this, and so I am grateful to you, to Clay, and Dr. Clements, who's coming, and all of the team here in Wyoming, everybody that I have shared and talked with in Wyoming.
It will take us all, but we are all on the same page, and we want purity in our vote, and be able to know what we voted is what was cast.
Yeah, and I want to give a special shout out to Mike Lindell, Cause of America, Frank Speech, everything.
I mean, finally being able to go to the big event last summer really exposed me to so many great Americans and patriots that were working on election integrity.
And so meeting Hava, you know, from Ohio, meeting Beth from Texas, meeting Laura from South Carolina, and then meeting so many other great patriots that I have their cards and we've had that first initial connection.
And then now we're helping each other across state lines to realize we're not alone.
And here are different areas where states do things better.
Here's where other states are failing.
And then just kind of being able to be a resource for each other to kind of Try to help election officials understand that they are being thrown under the bus.
And that's true of every state that I've gone to.
They don't have the right support.
They don't have the right training.
This equipment is not, not certified at a point where it could even be at a military installation.
It would be tossed out immediately.
I mean, that's how bad this is.
Um, and what's great about Clay is, uh, he's also in the DoD, uh, field currently.
And I have several customers that I kind of managed through the DoD, uh, side as well.
And so as we look at stuff together from our lenses, we just kind of look at this like, Oh yeah.
This is not good.
And then I have friends that are in the DoD realm as well, and they come to me and it's like, are our election systems really like this?
And it's just like, yeah, here's the certificate and here's the information.
And they're just like, oh my gosh, this is... And they ask, does the EAC have oversight?
No, there is nobody auditing this stuff.
There really isn't.
You know, you sit back and all the stuff that we have found, it really makes you wonder if either there's mass incompetence or there's an agenda here or intentional.
You know, I don't mean to point fingers or anything, but the amount of errors and vulnerabilities that they have placed our states in.
And it's not just Wyoming, it's many, many states.
That they've placed us in a vulnerable vulnerable position.
I don't think it's quite accidental and that's sad and that just saddens my heart.
I'm gonna I'm gonna say yes and I'm gonna kind of push back a little bit to say I don't think you should discriminate this way to say either or.
I think it's actually a spectrum of both.
And so when you sprinkle both in, I think you actually get closer to the truth.
So there are bad actors out there legislatively that are creating laws to make these weak vectors.
Let's just talk about the obvious ones.
Drop boxes.
Why would you put a drop box in any location, especially, I don't know, but I believe for most Americans, their mailbox is closer than any drop box is going to be.
They truly are.
And with those Dropboxes, when you have Dropboxes, you can look at the HAVA statute, and I think Clay had said it was 301 paragraph A of Title 3, if I remember right.
So please check me, go to that.
But Dropboxes are not legal because they lose your chain of custody.
Even if you have fancy cameras on or whatever, it loses chain of custody and we can't have that.
We just can't have that.
That's right.
And even the U.S.
Postal Service put out an alert a week ago talking about how they were worried that they wouldn't be able to handle the absentee balloting and mail-out balloting, that they may have staff shortages and there could be delays.
So this is why I've been an advocate because of number one, the folds.
Number two, the chain of custody issues.
I'm a proponent that if you need to vote absentee, please show up at your city or county courthouse where it's available and vote in person.
That way you are putting it into the box.
You are maintaining that chain of custody there at the courthouse.
My preference is that you should actually vote in person because so many state laws have changed to where if you voted early, you may not be able to change your vote because look at the things that have just happened in the last three weeks.
We have an assassination attempt of one candidate of Trump.
We have another candidate that literally drops out literally after a debate before there.
And so now we have this replacement.
Uh, we are in bizarre world times right now that I don't know who's really going to be on the ballot.
You know, I mean, I'm just saying that because right now all of our bingo cards that we had for this election, you can throw those away and start writing up new ones.
Yeah.
Well, I just heard a news article coming out of Denver, and I believe it was, I can't remember exactly where I saw what news organization, but they are having problems with someone having a key to the mailboxes, the big blue mailboxes, along with all the, like homeowners have all these mailboxes along the streets, that they go in and they're stealing Everything that they have at least the checks and so on so forth and it's a it's a it's a very bad situation And they're they're hoping to get that rectified soon, and I'm sitting there going okay, so Why what would stop them from stealing all the ballots as well, so it's not necessarily You know even the mail situation
I think you should just go back to your clerks and vote on the day or if you have absentee voting or even early voting, make sure you're going in and keeping that chain of custody in a very open manner so we know what's going on and it can't be hidden behind any closed door whatsoever.
That's right.
That's absolutely right.
And so as kind of a quick Health check of your state.
I'm going to ask you some yes and no questions and let's see how you are.
All right.
So number one, do you have absentee ballot boards that are party balanced?
That are what?
Party balanced.
Yes.
Okay.
So good.
That's a good start.
Do you have, um, Your logic and accuracy tests available to you from the county?
Yes, they're open to the public on the logic and accuracy tests.
Okay.
But not all documentation that we're finding is, but which should be.
Uh, another thing I did find, and your state's not consistent in this, uh, you guys actually have sample ballots, uh, with the timing marks and barcodes on them.
Uh, I recommend that you get those removed.
Immediately.
Immediately.
Yup.
And then, uh, do you have access to the ballot images and cast vote records, um, either through the website or on election night?
Do not.
Okay.
We do not.
We can't, in our statutes, we can't even ask for them.
Oh, that's bad.
That's lack of transparency.
That's not good.
That's a failing grade there.
Does your state allow for use of modems to transmit results?
That one, we take it back to the Dell computers and they put it together and then I believe it is transferred to the Secretary of State's office.
Yes.
So that would be a yes answer.
Yeah, so actually in this one, because I don't believe any of your tabulators have modems in them to transmit to the county seat, so I think you're probably safe there.
But they do use the internet to transmit the county results to the Secretary of State, which would be a separate module typically.
That's okay.
Now, do you have an opportunity to have a signed document that an election official reviewed the overvote images and cast vote records and that they're ensuring all ballots and votes were counted?
No.
Okay.
We're going to work on that one.
Do you have unsecured drop boxes?
In a few counties, they are trying to do that in protest to our wonderful Secretary of State who said, He is rescinding the COVID-19 order for having drop boxes.
He rescinded it.
And then we have some counties saying, we're going to do it anyway.
All right.
With that, I think you're going to have to do 100% hand count audit or get rid of the machines.
With that, I'd like to thank you for being on tonight on short notice.
Thank you, Mike Lindell, for trusting me to run the show tonight.
