Hey, everybody. Welcome to the Dell Report.
I'm filling in for Mike.
My name is Patrick Kohlbeck.
Mike has been traveling all over the country this week and I'm just going to help out and kind of give you guys some updates on some really important projects that Mike is engaged in, in particular one that he revealed recently over the weekend in Detroit.
At the Turning Point USA People's Convention, and it's called the Voter Identity Protection Project.
And we're going to go into that in a little bit of detail as we go forward in today's episode.
So guys, Mike has been very tireless in his pursuit of election fraud.
You guys all know that.
And this past weekend out in Detroit, I had the honor of trying to keep up with Mike as he was going through the convention center in Detroit.
And I'll tell you, as somebody who is five years younger than Mike, I found it very difficult to keep up with him.
And of course, everybody loved him as we were walking through the halls.
Everybody wanted to have a selfie with him.
And he went through media interview after media interview, he's just relentless and making sure there is an opportunity to get the truth out about what's happening with our elections.
And I thought that it was appropriate, since we're going to be in Detroit.
To record a special segment with Mike.
And for those of you who don't know, I'm a former Michigan State Senator, served as Vice Chair of the Election and Government Reform Committee in the Michigan State Senate.
I'm the one who called for an investigation in the wake of the 2016 election because of anomalies in Detroit regarding how they were tallying the ballot.
And in 2020, I actually served as a certified poll challenger out at the TCF Center in Detroit.
And I was there in a marathon session from five o'clock in the evening on November 3rd all the way to 5 30 p.m the next day and so I saw a lot of stuff out there we're going to go over a little video with Mike but I thought it was appropriate that while I had Mike in Detroit at PCF Center which I submit was a scene of the crime when it comes to the 2020 election
I thought it was appropriate that I had a chance to give Mike a nice little guided tour of exactly what happened in Detroit during that November 3rd, 2020 election night.
So if you could, let's just roll the clip there and show the interview that I conducted with Mike at the site of the 2020 election crime in Detroit at the TCF Center.
Hi everybody.
I'm here with Mike Lindell at the scene of the 2020 election crime.
The scene of the crime!
This is it.
This is the TCF Center in Detroit on November 3rd, 2020.
I was a certified poll challenger with the Election Integrity Fund from 5 o'clock in the afternoon to 5 30.
We saw the pizza boxes up on the windows, and the fact that they were barring entry for people to get in and monitor the election activities.
I was here for the 3.30 a.m.
drop of ballots at the back of the TCF Center with zero chain of custody, and I was here as a certified Microsoft Home Business Specialist, attesting to the fact that these machines were indeed I got a quick question for you.
So those are the ballots that you said, what, a hundred and some thousand came down to find you?
Yeah, well, it was 50,000 or so.
It's kind of a tabulator.
30 is 50,000.
Now, those were not mail-in ballots?
What's the mail-in ballots in Michigan counted on the morning of the 3rd?
That's what you always say.
I know.
Well, the A.D.
County Board here in Detroit, and if you actually listen to the Detroit City Clerk, at something like 10 p.m.
on election night, he said that there was a total of 80,000 ballots that were cast absentee.
Well, the final tally, you know, when we actually collected everything, was north of 100,000, close to 150,000 ballots.
So Sumption doesn't give and she probably wasn't accounting for the 3.30 a.m.
ballot drop of ballots without any chain of custody.
So what we're going to do is take a quick tour of the locations where we had the pizza boxes on the wall and you can experience it in a much different way.
And then we're going to show some of the changes that they've done to the back of the TCS Center since the 2020 election.
Hi everybody.
Now we're at the scene of the infamous pizza box scandal.
And just so you guys know, beyond these doors is where the actual A.V.
County Board account in Detroit on election night was, Michael.
And this is where they put up all the pizza boxes that barred entry to poll challengers from getting access.
Not only did they bar entry, but they tore up the windows so we couldn't monitor what was happening.
And at the time, let's put this in context, there's 134 county boards in there.
We only had about a dozen Republican poll challengers in there to cover all those.
And they chose that time to count military ballots.
And why is that important?
Because military ballots, they'd transpose it from one sheet of paper to another sheet of paper, and they didn't want anybody looking over them, so they could think somebody had Trump brain syndrome and didn't want to fill in the Trump vote along the middle.
So there were no Republicans in there?
That's right.
And just so everybody knows, the military vote, the UOCAVA, in my investigation, we've had probably 90% went for Biden from our overseas UOCAVA vote.
Not true.
Disgusting.
It's all done by emailing.
So, you know, They changed that where it was, you had 45 days to do your mail ballot back and forth by regular mail.
I think it was changed in Obama years where he changed it so you could just email in your ballot back and forth.
No accountability everybody.
Every place we looked in the country that I've investigated, the UOCAVA being almost 90% or even over sometimes by Canada.
Well, you know, all night, they had all night long, they could monitor.
They were twiddling their thumbs, literally, between midnight and 8 o'clock in the morning.
Those military valves were there.
They could have counted them.
They didn't change it.
They changed them when you were locked out of a facility to do that transfer.
You don't see it from here right now, but I looked at this a little bit earlier this week.
In the back of this room, if you're going through those doors, at the back entry is where they had the infamous 3.30 AM ballot drop with zero chain of custody on the ballot.
What they've done now is actually changed the floor layout on this and they've put up a partition in front of the gate in the back there so that you cannot see it anymore.
So there's no... So it could happen again?
I think they're planning for it to happen again, and planning for it to be in more of a stealth mode.
So, like, there's a lot of bad things that happened in this, you know, but I'll tell you more than the other incidents.
And if you want to walk and talk to us a little bit, the last thing we're going to cover.
There's a lot of intimidation tactics that were done by some of the election officials here in Detroit and against poll workers.
And one of those poll workers that stood up and actually testified with us with Mayor Rudy Giuliani in front of the House Oversight Committee in Michigan after the election was Jesse Jacobs.
And she was so terrified of what they were going to do that she actually wrote down on a post-it note, handed it to, or dropped it, so that one of our pool challengers could see it.
She picked it up, said, go ahead and meet me in the advance room, and said that they're forcing her to backdate the dates on the SEC balance block coming in.
And so, guys, If anybody says that the 2020 election was the most secure election in history, I'll tell you, maybe it was secure for the people that were trying to steal it because they had it in the bag, but I'm telling you, if you appreciate lawful elections, no ANHEC was that done in a lawful manner and they need to be held accountable for it.

We're not going to tolerate it.
Everybody, I really appreciate the opportunity to walk Mike through what I experienced on election night and not just me, but a lot of other what I call meddling kids experience in Detroit on election night.
Literal utter disregard for chain of custody in the election intimidation tactics being used across the board and a lot of the people.
Now a lot of Democrats in particular are trying to assert that it was Republicans that were engaged in intimidation tactics, and that seems to be a continuous theme here, and it's not true.
I was there.
I witnessed what was happening, and I may have witnessed one or two tense moments involving some of our poll challengers that weren't getting listened to by poll inspectors, but overall I can say everybody on the Republican side of the fence was very, very respectful.
But on the flip side of things, not so much.
Every time I asked whether or not the tabulators were connected to the internet, I was told no by an election official.
And when I went up to one of those election officials and asked them, OK, you want to prove it?
These are Windows based machines.
I said, just take your little mouse, roll your cursor over the bottom, over the icon, the bottom right hand corner of that machine.
And what you will see is that it's going to pop up with a message that says connected to the Internet.
The election official refused to do that and he wouldn't have interfered with anything in the election.
They're covering it up.
They continue to cover it up to this day with a lot of false narratives that are out there.
But what we're doing right now and why it was so important that Mike was out at the Turning Point Convention out in Detroit and why I was there and many other people interested in the integrity of our elections were at this People's Convention.
Um, is that we're, uh, continuing to put forward efforts to protect, uh, the 2024 election results from this, uh, um, subterfuge of our, uh, elections and, and so, and the subversion of our election integrity.
So, uh, what Mike, uh, revealed out at that, um, turning point, uh, convention was designed specifically to address That issue of the 3 30 p.m.
or 3 30 a.m.
late night ballot drops with zero chain of custody.
That was a ballot injection activity that happened there.
And you kind of got to wonder, where the heck did they get the names for those ballots that were injected into the system?
Because ultimately, when those ballots come in the back of the TCF center, a poll worker has got to go off and verify that they are indeed eligible to vote as cited in the poll books.
If their name's not in there, they're not supposed to be able to get a ballot, and they're not supposed to be able to cast a vote.
There's a lot of magic going on in the back where they were inserting brand new poll books and a lot of other things like that.
That we have the only way to really effectively deal with that kind of fraud, which is mail-in ballot fraud, is typically after the fact.
Well, Mike has come up with a plan on how to address that mail-in ballot fraud during the election, not after the fact, but actually during the election.

My name is Patrick Kolbeck.
I'm filling in for Mike tonight.
And before the break, we had talked about a special event that was held out in Detroit by Turning Point USA.
It was called the People's Convention.
The President, President Trump, the real President, President Trump spoke at the event and gave Mike some very flattering shout-outs and some shout-outs that Mike's wife probably didn't want to hear, but anyway.
It was a lot of fun and Mike enjoyed himself and a lot of supporters of Mike out at the event.
And I took some time with Mike to go off and record a video because what happened at the same facility four years ago was the Detroit, the election in Detroit on November 3rd, 2020, where we had the pizza boxes up on the window, we had the late night ballot drops without any chain of custody in the back, and then we had evidence that these machines were indeed connected to the internet.
And why is that important?
Well, it ties into something that Mike's actually been on top of since day one.
You may recall quite a few of his documentary series.
The first one that came out was Absolute Proof.
He had me on for a small segment there, testifying to the fact that these machines were indeed connected to the internet and during tabulation of the results.
And I say that not only as a former Michigan State Senator, but also as a certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist.
I know when machines are connected to the internet.
I know what the indicators are.
And I know how to prove it.
And like we said in the previous segment, they were constantly denied.
But the issue is, when these machines are connected to the internet, when you get a late night injection of the ballots, what it indicates is some sort of mail-in ballot fraud.
And the president's talked about this on numerous occasions, how this is one of the most serious Considerations that we need to protect against in any election is the mail-in ballot fraud.
That's the primary attack factor for people that want to steal our election.
And why is it the primary attack factor?
Because it's very, very difficult to detect.
It's typically only detected after the fact.
But it was detected in the 2020 election by none other than good old Dr. Douglas Frank.
And if you recall, one of the documentaries that Mike put out in the wake of the 2020 election, one was called Scientific Proof.
And in that documentary, Dr. Frank provided some pretty significant evidence of machine-based algorithm involved in the manipulation of mail-in votes.
And so we're going to show you, for those of you who haven't watched that in a while, we're going to show you a quick little refresher of what Dr. Frank found and why that is so important in As the backdrop for this new initiative that Mike is launching called the VIP Project, which is short for Voter Identity Protection Project.
You'll see why it's really important after you get a chance to get this little refresher clip from the documentary Scientific Proof featuring Dr. Doug Frank and Mike Lindell.

I mean, what you showed me before, I want everybody to see in this hour.
I want to say how we met.
It was like a divine appointment here.
I actually met a gal that was running for Congress in Pennsylvania.
I met her in DC at random in January, and she said that she had won, and then all of a sudden we woke up on November 4th and had lost.
And she knew that there was something terribly wrong.
She basically went door to door.
She did her own investigation, and she proved herself.
She goes, yes, it was cheated.
She didn't really know how.
And so she went out and got ahold of different people to help her with this.
And one of them was Dr. Frank.
And when I was doing this documentary, she said, well, you need to see what he has.
It was amazing.
So let's get into it.
What's your background?
I'm a PhD scientist.
I've been doing science for about 40 years aggressively.
Got about 60 scientific publications.
Some of them are cover articles and invited articles because I happened to make a pretty good discovery once back in the early 90s.
I left academics in 1996 and ever since then I've been teaching at a special school for extraordinarily gifted kids as well as working on new inventions and Right.
Analyzing election data lately.
Right, right, right.
So, very overqualified everybody, but what you're going to see just speaks for itself.
I mean, for him to even dig in and get this and figure out the algorithms and then to have absolute proof.
What we have over here, what you're going to see when this is done, when I showed you an absolute proof the first documentary we did with all the cyber attack on our country, Who did it, when they did it, why they did it.
We know the IP addresses, the IDs of the computers, everything.
Now you're going to see that this was nationwide and these two come together and it is absolutely fits like a glove.
So why don't we just get right into it?
So what did you, what are you, what do you have?
I found where the algorithms that control how many registrations and how many ballots you need in every county to control an election.
That's what I figured out.
Right.
And it's widespread.
It's in every state that I've checked so far and to magnificent part per million detail.
So I know it's not an accident.
Right.
It has to be done by an algorithm.
Right.
It cannot be done by humans.
It could not be done.
I want everybody to know that.
But you're going to see it's impossible to be done by humans.
It had to be done by machines, i.e.
computers, and they had to be online?
Absolutely.
The whole time.
You have to beforehand, during, and after.
Before, during, and after.
In other words, you have to plan the attacks, you have to plan the algorithms, input them, then it has to be online during, and then afterwards to, what, check your work?
And clean up the mistakes.
Because computers are stupid.
They can't do anything themselves.
You have to tell them everything.
And what you tell them is a set of instructions.
That's called an algorithm.
It's just like a recipe.
A recipe is a set of instructions.
And so don't be afraid of that word.
Right, right.
The first thing you need to understand about the way elections are managed is they have what they call a registration database.
This is for every precinct, every county in the country, they have one of these.
And in each one you've got... Can anybody get this?
In most states you can download these for free, but in some states they're expensive.
You have to download them.
But politicians use these all the time because they tell them Right.
in the district and it also tells their voting history. Is this a Republican? Is this a Democrat?
Do they usually vote? Do they not vote? Because why would you want to go knock on, if you're
a Republican, why would you go knock on a Republican's door who you know is already
going to vote for you anyway? You're looking for the people that don't usually come out,
you want to go knock on those doors.
So why is this significant here?
Well, this is significant because this shows you, I mean, if you have access to this, which basically everybody does, you notice that this person here votes a lot, and they're a Republican.
But this person hardly ever votes, and only every once in a while.
This one down here hardly ever voted.
But he only voted once here, what's that?
This is the November 3rd election here, this last call.
So the only time in his life he voted was right there.
Exactly, and there are a lot of those Too many of those this time around.
Right.
But I don't think that's an accident.
I don't even think they're real.
Right.
And so when we were originally starting this work, we actually went out and knocked on doors.
To find out a person like this was real?
Yes.
Were they real?
We predicted we'd find about 30% of the houses we knocked on would have at least one phantom voter.
What that means is it says on the roll that John Smith lives at this address and that John Smith voted, but then you go knock on the door and no John Smith lives there.
Okay, so wait a minute.
That's a phantom voter.
So you were basically, when you, this raised a flag.
Yep.
And then you said, well, I'm going to go out just to make sure I'm not going down a bad path.
Let's find out if these people really exist.
Exactly.
Your theory though proved right.
30% did not exist.
It's 32.
But we predicted 30 and we found 32.
So that's really good.
So this is not just theoretical.
So that made you go, I'm going all in.
I'm going to look at this.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
In every precinct, you can show two.
Like for example, In this precinct, this is by age.
I'm sorry, this is by age and how many people in this particular precinct.
This just happens to be one from Ohio.
You notice that this is the number of people that are registered by age, this blue curve, and then this is the number of ballots you have by age.
So if you needed some more ballots, If you needed to, because you wanted to swing one of the down-ballot elections, like there's some judge you want to win, you just have to go along and find out, well, gee, I've got a few more voters here.
Let's go look and see who never votes, and let's print a ballot for them and turn it in.
It's a really simple thing.
So that's an algorithm.
Find the people that never vote, print ballots, turn in the ballots.
They don't even know.
So the only way to know, the only way to know an election, whether it's valid or not, is to actually confirm every mail-in ballot.
You have to go say, Mr. John Smith, does he really live here?
Did he really print that ballot?
Right.
So what is all these matching and stuff?
You showed me before we had a...
Everybody, I get it.
If you've watched that clip, and maybe you've seen it before, not everybody wants to go off and look at graphs and statistics, particularly on a Friday night.
But what Dr. Frank outlined there is very important.
I'm going to try to bring it into plain speak.
And by the way, since that video, that documentary was put out there, Dr. Frank has been on the road talking about this, and he often explains it as kind of an eHarmony.com exercise involving voters to ballots.
It is a matching exercise.
There's this corrupted voter roll on one end, mapped to a bunch of ballots that have been printed out to be completed in a manner that suits a certain side of the political aisle.
And what Dr. Frank is highlighting is that the assignment of these voters to these ballots is done in a mathematically predictable manner that defies what you would normally observe in an election where there was no machine manipulation of the results.
And so the What we observed in Detroit during the 2020 election indicates that there may have been a little bit of this eHarmony.com action that happened that led to the delivery of those ballots at 3.30 in the evening after all the polls have been closed for quite a bit.
They were supposed to be all delivered, all ballots were supposed to be at the clerk, but no later than eight o'clock.
We have no chain of custody for these ballots that came in, so we have no idea where they came from.
For all we know, it fit this likely fraud scenario.
And so in order to execute on all that math magic that Doug Frank talked about, what you need effectively is a ballot factory.
And that ballot factory is where they're going off and Turning out a bunch of these absentee ballots.
People are filling in blank ballots, either by machine or manually, and then stuffing those ballots into an envelope, having that envelope assigned to one of these voters that Dr. Frank was tracking in these algorithms.
One of these voters assigned from this low propensity voter list, or filtered list, in the overall um statewide voter registration rolls and um and then
Taking that ballot, handing it off to a mule, for example, like what was shown in the documentary 2000 Mules by Dinesh D'Souza, featuring the work of the folks from True the Vote, like Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips, and a lot of meddling kids here locally in Detroit.
I know that we're looking through tens of thousands of hours of videotape around those drop boxes.
You need those two ingredients.
You need that ballot factory, plan the eHarmony.com, and you need these mules to go off and drop those ballots out there.
Or in the case of Detroit, you don't even need mules.
You just need a friendly individual lot at the Detroit Elections Bureau that knows how to get in the back entrance at the TCF Center, take those ballots, and inject them into the system here, and you effectively have mail-in ballot fraud.
Well, One of the gaps in Mike's plan to date has been, how do you effectively address that mail-in ballot fraud?
And as we were talking about earlier, it's very difficult to go off and detect that fraud except after the fact.
I mean, Dr. Frank found it out after the fact, doing statistical analysis of the returns and who was getting ballots.
And he found out that the distribution of these ballots seemed to follow a pattern that Matt back to the 2010 census demographics, not to what you would expect in a randomized participation and election process so
We had to find a way to go off and try to address that fraud as it happens, or ideally before it happens.
And that's where Mike came up with the idea of this Voter Identity Protection Project.
And effectively what we're doing on this is trying to identify cases where they have allocated a vote to a real, uh, allegated the vote of a real person,
um, to one of these, um, ballots and injected it into the system without that person's
knowledge. And when that happens, that's a case of identity theft. And we think we got a
method for going off and exposing that as identity theft.
And we know a lot of these courts, they don't want to talk about anything dealing with election fraud or anything.
This is different.
This is actually somebody stealing your identity to cast a ballot.
And I recall, you know, when I was swimming through this sea of this fire hose of affidavits in the wake of the 2020 election, we had numerous anecdotal At numerous anecdotal, uh, breakouts of, uh, or examples of people being rejected at the poll saying that, sorry, you've already voted, and you need to go off, and sorry, we can't let you cast another ballot, or they'd have to cast a provisional ballot.
Um, well, we never really could capture the full magnitude of that problem, and if you can't capture the full magnitude, you can't say if it was significant enough to have impacted the results of the election.
Well, when we come back from the break, we're going to go over the details of this voter identity protection project and show how not only are we going to capture these individual incidents in a very systematic, methodical manner, but we're going to do so in a way that allows us to figure out exactly how significant the problem actually is on Election Day.

Welcome back to the Lindahl Report.
Once again, my name is Patrick Kohlbeck.
I think that's my name on this.
And before the break, early in the show, we went through a couple of key topics that I think are important for leading to what we're going to discuss during the remainder of the show here.
And we highlighted that at the scene of the 2020 election crime out in Detroit at the TCF Center, Turning Point USA held a very important People's Convention featuring among the speaker a long line of very high profile speakers including President Trump and
And during Mike's segment, during Mike's speech at that event, he revealed a new component to the Lindell plan to secure the elections that he refers to as the VIP project, which is short for Voter Identity Protection Project.
And why is this project so important?
Well, we kind of also flash back to one of the earliest documentaries that Mike put together in the wake of the 2020 election, and it was with Dr. Doug Frank, and it was called Scientific Proof.
And Dr. Frank had identified evidence of a machine-based algorithm when he started analyzing the election returns that came back and who was voting and found out that it was very interesting that it seemed to be that a machine-based algorithm was allocating ballots to specific voters based on their demographics.
And so the trick is, and all that, is that, you know, Mike has been so focused on getting rid of the machines.

You'll see a link to the Great Petition Project, which is calling on everybody across America to get rid of the machines.
Well, that's part of the equation.
That's just one attack vector that people can use to subvert the integrity of our elections.
And it's definitely an important one, and we want to get rid of it.
But the area we didn't have covered yet was specifically dealing with mail-in ballot fraud and dealing particularly with the impacts of having dirty voter rolls being used as a slush fund to allocate low propensity or fictitious voters to a ballot.
And it was, you know, really the only way to go off and detect that kind of fraud was after the election.
Well, This voter identity protection project that Mike's put together is designed to go off and help isolate and detect that fraud during the election.
For the remaining time we have on this show, I want to walk people through our current thoughts on how best to execute this VIP project.

And we're going to walk through some of the basic steps and show you guys this isn't that difficult.

But the other part is audience participation of another way.
It's actually going off and being a member or being a participant in this VIP project.
And what I've done so far, and frankly this is hot off the presses, is something that I put out there right before this program today and outlined essentially a 10-step project or a 10-step program to go off and help us to secure our elections from the type of mail-in ballot fraud that was alluded to with Dr. Frank's analysis in Scientific Proof documentaries.
So Without further ado, it all starts with one very, very simple step.
And if we can switch over into the actual VIP website, we're going to walk through step by step.
And the first step, the very important step, and very easy step in most cases, is to simply go out and request an absentee ballot.
Now, in some states, this is an automated process.
If you're sitting out there in California, for example, everybody gets a mail-in ballot, whether or not they want it or not.
That's how they vote in California.
It's all remote.
I guess they don't like their neighbors, for some reason, in California.
They don't want to see them all voting at the same time.
But for other states, like my home state of Michigan, you've got to apply to get an absentee ballot.
And due to recent changes in our Constitution and statutes, They've set it up so that you don't need a reason for applying for an absentee ballot.
If you're still living in one of those states where you do need a reason for it, obviously make sure that you're complying with your state statutes before you do this.
But if you are in one of those states like my own, Michigan, where you can apply for an absentee ballot for no reason, I encourage you to go off and do that.
So if you scroll down into step one, that's where we're at right now.
It's just go off and request an absentee ballot.
And if you don't know where to start on that, go out to your Secretary of State website, or contact your local clerk, and they should be able to direct you on how to go off and fill out that ballot.
But it's important that you do that as soon as possible, because we want these guys to think you're not turning in your ballot.
We want the bad guys to go off and assume that because you haven't turned in your ballot right after you got it, that you may not intend to vote at all.
And you'll see why that's important down the road here.
So after you've done that, feel free to go on to Step 2.
And in Step 2, what we're going through is it's important to get very familiar with a very important app that we've gone over before in the Lindell Report, but it's going to play even more of an important role in the effective execution of this VIP project, and that is FrankSocial.
So this has been part of Mike's plan to secure our elections for quite a bit.
As you may recall, and many of you have been victim of this as well, we've been victims of censorship.
Whenever we try to talk about election fraud, we kept getting blocked.
So if we're trying to tweet at the time, now thankfully it's a little bit better, less censorship on the X platform.
But we still had issues when we tried to Get information out on social media about what is happening in the election.
Facebook is notorious for that.
They're probably one of the worst censorship platforms that are out there right now.
But that's why Mike created his own social media platform and it's called Frank Social.
And what we've done ever since, you know, last year, is that what we've done is tailor the FrankSocial app so that you can report real-time election fraud as it happens.
And as it turns out, in this area, we're going to be using the FrankSocial app to help capture information specific to this vip project and we're going to walk through that step by step here but it's important right now just to simply get started if you don't have an account with frank social yet please just click on the get started button on the vip website and install it on your phone get it all configured get familiar with it
And in the lead up to the election, start getting very comfortable with how to post information on this prank social app.
Because it's a, guys, this is your communication mechanism.
This is your censorship proof communication outlet so that you can report out on election fraud.
And we're going to take some steps in there.
We're going to use some specific hashtags for specific instances that allow us to tag your posts in a way that allows us to roll up this information all across the country.
And so we can start getting an idea of what is the significance of these types of frauds in a given state or in a given county.
And so we're going to need your help to do that.
But the key step on all that is Download Frank Social, get comfortable with it, configure it, start practicing how to do posts and everything else like that.
In the coming weeks, you're going to hear a lot from a very nice lady by the name of Renee Ralph, who helped develop this Frank Social app.
And Renee is going to come on and walk you through How to exactly use the app for the purposes we're talking about tonight and help report other election anomalies as well.
But right now the focus is on VIP anomalies.
But the step that you need to take on this is to get that Frank social app.
It installs on your Android phone, on your iPhone, and if you want to wait till you get home to go off and post stuff, it also works on your desktop Macs and desktop PCs as well.
All right, so once you've done that, what we're asking you to do is, step three, is let everybody know about this project.
Get out on social media.
If you go out on my Twitter feed, which is that PJ Kohlbeck or my Frank social feed, what you'll notice is that I have Got a special little logo now that replaces my avatar, my profile on my system.
Just go ahead and click on this little button here on the VIP website and it'll download a little graphic that you can include as part of your avatar and in that way you can help share the word around this VIP project to all your friends and family on your social media network so that they can participate in this as well.
The more people that participate in this, the better, because it's going to help us isolate these specific instances of fraud and determine the magnitude of that fraud as we go forward.
So after you've helped us spread the word here, and you've probably bought enough time by this time to uh after you've submitted your absentee ballot application where you should have received your absentee ballot typically about 40 days prior to the election absentee ballots are mailed out to voters so that they can have that at the ready do their research and fill them out and get them turned back in in time to uh have them counted on election day except
This is different.
You're going to receive the ballot, but what we're hoping is that you do not turn those ballots in.
As a matter of fact, don't even open up the ballot envelope that you receive it in.
Just put it in a safe spot and hold on to it and be prepared to bring it with you because we're going to be asking for you to cast that ballot, not before the election, but on election day.
Um, and so, if possible, um, or, I mean, by the way, on all this, because we are documenting a crime, effectively, we want you to document each and every one of these steps, and, uh, you don't have to post it on social media if you want, but if you want, you can on, on, uh, subject to your respective state laws, but In this case, when you receive that absentee ballot, take a picture of the ballot envelope, both sides of the ballot envelope, just so you have a record to start building up kind of essentially an evidence sheet that you're going to be including as part of a police report should you be a victim of identity theft.
All right, the next step is an optional step, but if you can do it, please do it.
Because, you know, every time you get assigned a ballot, there's a ballot number associated with it, and that ballot number is also tracked in the poll books.
This is part of the audit trail for a particular election.
And so if at all possible, without opening your envelope, hold your ballot up to a bright light, and typically you can see through and see whether or not there's a ballot number in there, and just copy that down.
If you can't see it, if it's too difficult, don't worry about it.
This is definitely not a mandatory exercise, but it is useful to keep track of those ballot numbers because They may show that you got assigned a different ballot number in the poll book when the police do their investigation afterwards, should you be a victim of identity theft.
So it's always nice to actually have that information captured.
And by the way, if you do not receive an absentee ballot, that is something you do want to report when it happens.
And when that happens, use the Frank Social app, use the hashtag NoBallot, and we'll be able to roll up all the instances of people that asked for an absentee ballot but never got them.
And we'll be able to track that on Election Day, and I'll show you how in just a little bit.
All right, so that's Steps 1 through 5.
Now we're going to skip over into Step 6.
And this Step 6 is Election Day.
And on Election Day, we want you to bring that sealed ballot envelope to the polls.
And so, without disclosing to the poll workers that you have this ballot envelope, put it in your back pocket, purse, whatever you want to carry it in on, just check in with the poll worker and say, hey, I'd like to cast a ballot.
I cast my vote for this election.
And if you're told by the poll worker that, I'm sorry, but you've already voted, now you know, and this is exactly where Mike is headed with this plan, he wants you to highlight that, well then, you believe that you're a victim of identity theft.
And this is the end game.
We want to see what the magnitude of these types of incidents are, because I can tell you, working with folks out in Michigan from Check My Vote and others, and Tim Vedder, who's working with United Sovereign America right now, There's a voting history data in Michigan and frankly all across the country is being manipulated significantly after the election.
And so we don't know the magnitude of how this is happening on election day because they typically only give us this data in one month increments.
But this is going to start getting us some data points that we can use to audit what exactly is happening and hopefully identify who exactly is doing this and manipulating our voter rolls.
So if you've been told by the poll worker that somebody's already cast a vote in your name, You are a victim of identity theft.
And in this case, we're going to proceed to step one or step seven in this process.
And step seven is you're going to say, please, please, I'd like to cast a provisional ballot because listen, I've got my ballot envelope right here.
That's when you can pull it out and say, I got my ballot envelope right here.
Somebody cast a ballot in my name.
That's identity theft.
So I want to make sure that my vote counts.
So can you please grant me another ballot?
And so that I can Cast it as a provisional ballot.
And don't make a big fuss out of it.
If they don't allow you to do it, just document everything.
Obviously, we want to make sure that your vote counts, so please impress upon them that you want to make sure that you have an opportunity to vote, not some fictitious, you know, ghost voter on your behalf.
But anyway, make sure you have the opportunity to go off and cast that provisional ballot.
And then after that, Make sure that you take the next step, which is very important, which is report your identity theft with law enforcement.
And before the election, we're going to do our best to make sure that we've got contact numbers for local law enforcement posted in a new tool that we're going to talk about in just a sec called the Election Nexus app.
But for the time being, just make sure you take a note that no matter whether or not that is active in your community or not, we want you to go to the next step of actually reporting This as election fraud this is a matter of filing a criminal complaint with your local police officers and if they won't listen to you or they won't respond to it or if you want to just cover your bases also report it to your county sheriff's office as well and say listen I've been the victim of identity theft I need your help investigating this and and when you do that there's a lot of information remember we're talking about building a paper trail you took a photo of your ballot envelope you've got that we're also going to be making sure that you
Keep track of who, when you voted, who the poll workers were at that time, if you are able to get that information, or who the poll inspector was, so that the police know who to contact later on to make sure that they have the data.
All right, so be prepared.
This is a plan of action, so make sure you report it to law enforcement.
That's the area where we frankly had trouble or struggled with in the past, and particularly in 2020, is getting law enforcement to investigate this.
This is not election fraud.
This is identity theft, and it doesn't have the same stigma with law enforcement that election fraud does.
Then the next thing we're asking you to do is very, very important.
It's go the next step and report what happened to you on Frank's social and use the hashtag identity theft.
When you do that, your post is going to be geotagged.
So we know what county, what community, what state it occurred in, and it'll allow us to roll up that information onto our election nexus app.
And so this is just about doing a regular social media post.
Capture a photo of your ballot envelope on it and and report it up on on your social media on your Frank social app with the hashtag identity theft.
And the last step that allows us to get an understanding of how significant this fraud actually is countrywide.
It's monitor all those election incidents at a brand new application called Election Nexus.
And if you go to electionnexus.com right now or click on the Monitor Election Nexus right now, you'll see the prototype which is live and active.
It's actually monitoring right now the number of signatures we're tracking with the Great Petition Project.
But for election night, we're also going to have another data set.
And this data set is going to be tracking the number of incidents that are being reported out of the Frank Social app.
And you'll be able to identify specifically how many incidents of identity theft have occurred in your state and your county.
So guys, that's the whirlwind tour of the VIP project.
And the reason why this is so important, I hope this has been a valuable introduction into this activity.
