Today we're going to be interviewing David Schmidt.
He has the company LifeWave, and I'm telling you all, this is one of the most amazing products, if not the most amazing product that I've ever used or come across.
David, I've been with you, let's see, I started, I don't know, like three months ago, and I've noticed quite a difference, but I've got so many of my friends and employees where it's made These remarkable, I call them little mini miracles in their health and everything.
Why don't we start with who you are and how life wave got started?
Yeah.
Thank you, Mike.
Really pleasure and appreciate your time.
So my background is I'm an inventor and entrepreneur.
I've been developing products for most of my career.
And back in the nineties, I had a company.
And we were designing survival equipment for the U.S.
Navy through government contractors.
And I was put on a project where we were looking to improve the survivability of a crew of Navy SEALs that were going to be on a mini-sub.
And I was asked to see what type of contribution I might be able to make to the project.
So, long story short, I did several years of research and I came up with this concept that we could create a device to increase energy
and stamina by burning more fat on the body and then do that with light.
So I started LifeWave in 2002 and we went into market in 2004
and it's been going incredible ever since.
Wow, okay.
But now can you explain what these, I've got my hand here.
I don't know if you can show that.
They come, everybody, in these little patches you put on.
And I've got one on the back of my neck right now and one on my stomach.
And so, I guess, what is LifeWave?
What is phototherapy?
I mean, there's a couple of different words here.
I just use them.
I'm not real familiar with how they all work, but can you tell us how they work?
And are they, is there a patents on me?
I mean, can I get into the actual product itself?
Yeah, sure.
So this is a technology that I invented and we have multiple patents on.
I currently Uh, currently patents globally on this technology, along with other things that I've invented over the years.
And basically, this is a nanotechnology device.
It composes natural materials that are are such things as stereo isomers of amino acids and sugars.
And they're processed in a very specific way so that when you apply these devices to your body, they are activated by your body heat and they will stimulate the skin with very low levels of light.
So this is a form of phototherapy.
So what most people would be familiar with is you go out in the sun and sunlight will cause your body to make vitamin D. So there's this interaction between the human body and light.
And what we've done is we've applied this principle in a completely different way.
So the product that you're familiar with, which you're using and your staff is getting great results with is X39.
And this product stimulates the skin with light to activate the stem cells in the body.
And this helps support a number of natural things like improving skin, improving energy and so forth.
When the X 39, so they like everybody, if you can see this on the camera here, they all come in these little patches, you peel them off and then you put them on different parts of your body here.
When you say it reflects light, I'm going back to what originally what you had told me.
Reflecting light, let's talk about the stem cells.
Does it actually help your stem cells, multiply stem cells?
What is it actually doing?
Yeah, that's a fantastic question.
So, back maybe around 50 years ago, a biochemist by the name of Lauren Picard discovered a naturally occurring peptide in the body that declines with age.
And the name of this peptide is called GHKCU.
It's also known as copper peptide.
And so there is a parallel between decline of copper peptide levels in our body, stem cell activity.
So what's been discovered is that copper peptide causes mobilization or activation of stem cells.
Copper peptide is also a very powerful gene modulator.
So it will reset about one third of the human genome to a younger, healthier state.
So very simply, you apply X39, and we have clinical studies that show
that after you apply it, within 24 hours, blood levels of the copper peptide goes up.
So it's just like the example, you go out in the sun, sunlight elevates vitamin D, you put on X-39, it elevates copper peptide.
These elevated levels of copper peptide in turn activate the stem cells so they can do a better job at repairing the body.
Right on.
Okay, then you have another one.
I'm just telling my audience you have, there's this is the X-39 everybody, but there's also There's many of them.
I'm going to go to one that's worked really well with.
I have a gal that she had so many stories already that I've heard that at first you're fine.
How can this work?
How can these little patches work?
One of them is a it's called the ice way patch.
And that's a it's the Now why does that, does that one work different than an X-39?
Is there some different, different material on there?
Does it still work with the phototherapy?
And is it, well I have another question.
Let's go with that first.
I have a lot of questions about the pain one.
Because I've, you know, I've seen it work.
I've heard it from my employees.
I have one that's an amazing story where she, she couldn't, she has a Metal in her neck and all this stuff.
And she was in chronic pain.
Two car accidents.
And she's one of the biggest ones going around going, you won't believe it!
It's a miracle!
It's a miracle!
What is that one, particularly the Ice Wave?
Yeah, so Ice Wave I developed back in 2005.
And this also is a phototherapy product.
So all of our patches work based on phototherapy.
And to your point, each one contains different materials that stimulate the skin with different wavelengths of light.
And we have over a dozen studies on We did at General de Santé Hospital in Lyon, France.
And we did that with the most well-known pain management medical doctor in France, Dr. Pierre Volkmann.
And that was a clinical study that was double-blind, placebo-controlled with 75 people.
And 96% of the people in the study got relief of pain.
So that's extraordinary because usually with pharmaceutical drugs, 40%, 50%, 60, this was 96% responders.
And the only thing we're doing is stimulating the skin with light.
So, essentially what this product does is it improves energy metabolism within the cell, And because there's two ice wave patches that you apply around the pain, what this does is it normalizes tissue conductivity and reduces inflammation.
So, within two, three minutes, people can get drug-free reduction in pain.
Right.
Now, another question that's come to me, I'm just getting it from different people because You know, you get people that are skeptical and then they're surprised when it does work.
And one of the things they say is, is it relieving the pain?
It's not, is it relieving or basically, it's relieving the pain.
I get that.
But is it, Is it carrying it or is it just masking the pain?
These are questions I get all the time.
Now, the gal I told you about with her neck, she doesn't use that one anymore because it's gone.
I'm just saying her individual experience.
I'm asking you, is it, or do you know, is it more of a Is it doing both sometimes or is it?
Go ahead.
Yeah, it's not an analgesic like a drug like aspirin or Tylenol, right?
So it's not masking the pain.
And we're not building a model here, a business model like the pharmaceutical companies.
We don't want people dependent on our products.
These products are designed to facilitate healing.
The human body is always going to heal itself.
It's the question is, can you provide the right environment?
So when people get proper rest, they get a great diet, they exercise,
they drink lots of water.
Providing the environment for healing.
So that's what these patches are doing.
They're stimulating the skin with light to help support the human body's innate ability to heal.
So in with the Ice Wave product, what we're doing is we're stimulating the skin with light This improves energy production within the cell.
This then in turn helps to normalize tissue conductivity by reducing inflammation and this reduces pain.
So this is not blocking the pain.
It's not an analgesic.
It's supporting the process of relieving the pain as nature intended.
Wow, that's actually really good news, actually, because I've been asked that and I haven't had the right answer, but I don't know.
My simple things to these questions are, I don't know, which brings up one here since a lot of people are going to be seeing this.
I always I get asked, how about the FDA?
Is it approved by that?
Is it, you know, what can they, what can other people say?
Like, all Christina does is, that's her name, I have the pick in her neck, so to speak, and then it's gone.
She's just going around telling what her experience, but Do the clinical studies back up claims and is the FDA approved or do they have to approve it or because you're not really taking anything in?
You're just putting your patch on.
So, can you explain that somewhat?
Yeah.
So, we've been in business now since 2002 and we went to market in 2004.
So, we get inspected by FDA roughly once every two years and we operate a global business.
So, we have facilities all over the world.
So, we comply with Irish Medicine Board, with Ministries of Health in various countries and with FDA.
So, with FDA, we're regulated as a general wellness product.
So, FDA has four categories, Class 1, 2, and 3.
Class 1 is a self-declaration, Class 2 would be a medical device, and Class 3 is a drug.
The other class, which we're in, is general wellness.
So, the FDA has a guiding document, basically says, if you have a product that improves the flow of energy in the body, And you are not making medical claims, then you can self-declare under this category.
So that's what we've done.
And the other thing with FTC, which is a different matter, there you've got to have clinical studies that support the claims.
So over the past 20 years, we've done over 80 clinical studies, and we've done traditional blood, urine, and saliva testing.
Okay, let's talk about the FTC.
And we also do a variety of different types of bioelectrical tests like heart rate variability,
EEG.
And they all demonstrate that the products are safe and they do exactly what we say.
Okay.
Let's talk about the FTC.
For anyone out there that's not familiar, it's when you do commercials and stuff, everybody
on TV and any claims you make have to be backed up.
So when you see me out there with my pillow products and we, you know, we'll make a claim made in the USA.
That's got to be backed up.
You make you make a claim that it does whatever it does and it improves your sleep or or There it's actually very when you get very into very specific claims on where you need to have that backed up by like you say a clinical study.
Can you give us a couple?
A couple things that can be said, big things that could be said right now that's backed by a clinical study.
Something, you know, has it been proven to reduce your inflammation?
Stuff like that.
Yeah, absolutely.
So for, you know, a really complete list, if people go to our website lifewave.com and they click on The product pages, then they'll see for each product the approved claims that we have.
So, for example, with IceWave, you know, we're claiming that it is a tool for managing pain.
That's the proper, you know, legal language that we use with it.
Our energy patches improve the flow of energy.
They actually, what's based on clinical studies, is they actually improve and increase the amount of energy that's in the cell.
They increase the flow of energy through the body.
Our Eon Patch relieves stress, reduces inflammation, and as a result helps to manage pain.
So yeah, we have all of those claims documented on our website.
So the website that I can put, and I'll be posting up here all the claims that can be made that are backed by clinical studies, correct?
Yeah, absolutely.
I can say it, right?
If it's on your website, if it's on my website, you can say it and it's backed by a clinical study which is also on the website.
Okay, that's awesome.
I know one thing, so let's go back to the, and there's so many different ones everyone, and I've never, like I said before, I've been, I've given this my own due diligence of three months of non- Of using it every day.
I've used them every day and I've noticed improvements, so many improvements myself that just personally, but heard so many stories.
I've never heard not one negative about the product at all.
Your skin has improved since the first time we spoke.
I was going to say my biggest thing has been my skin.
I can tell that for sure.
I guess a couple things, a couple other questions.
If I skip a day, or if you forget a couple of days, is it, do you lose the momentum you have, or is it you pick up where it leaves off?
I guess something's better than nothing, or what's that question?
That's another question I have from someone.
Yeah, it's interesting, right?
So this, it's like vitamins.
So when you take it, you're getting the benefit.
If you go off it, you know, you gradually start to lose those benefits.
So we did studies on this on our glutathione patch.
And glutathione is the body's master antioxidant, and it helps to protect us against toxins in our food, air, and water.
And what was very interesting was we did a study, this was with Dr. Homer Nazaran, who's a biomedical engineer, and at the time he was at the University of Texas in El Paso, and we used a technique called interstitial scanning.
And we use this to measure the bioelectrical activity of the organs in the body.
But anyway, long story short is what we found was that using the glutathione patch seven days per week
gave about twice the benefits of wearing it five days per week.
And what this said to us is, we're being bombarded by all these foreign chemicals
in our air and our water and our food.
So, we have to maintain our glutathione levels all the time.
So, if you skip a day or two, you know, it's not going to be catastrophic, certainly.
But the message here was that if we want to have the healthiest lives possible, And live as long as possible.
We need to be having a proper diet, drinking water, exercising every day.
Right?
Okay.
Well, you brought up the glutathione.
That's the one.
Here's another question that comes up because I've been using the glutathione, but I've been switching off with It starts with a C. Carnicine.
Carnicine.
Yeah.
Now, my question would be then, because the carnicine, what is the carnicine one?
That's more of a brain clarity type thing?
Well, carnicine is probably one of the most important nutrients that most people have never heard of and they're not doing anything about.
Carnicine is a very simple molecule.
It's a two amino acid peptide, and it's found in the brain and the heart
and the skeletal muscle and in the skin, but it protects the telomeres in our cells from shrinking.
So in animal tests, in mammal tests with let's say mice and rats,
you can actually get a 30 to 40% increase in lifespan by giving these animals carnosine.
So, what we found in our studies, we did a study with Dr. Lisa Tully, where we showed that using the carnosine improves strength and stamina.
We did a study with Dr. Tom and Helen Budzinski, which showed that with people over the age of 60, we could reverse age-related cognitive decline with carnosine.
And we did it in only 30 days.
So, carnosine is incredibly important for our health and longevity and our stamina and strength.
Okay, which brings up my next question then.
So, for my, I was recommended, and I'm going to ask a couple of different questions about the recommendations of different things, but I would take in the 39.
Can a person take a 39, a carnogen, and a glutathione All three patches at the same time every day.
I've had different people tell me different things.
Yeah, there's no reason why you couldn't.
Now, for full disclosure, which is very important, is that the X39 will provide a mild increase in glutathione levels.
When I say mild, it's about a 30-40% increase.
We've had studies with our glutathione patch which show as much as a 300% increase in glutathione.
So, what I would say is that if someone was interested in going through a detox, let's say they've been a smoker, they have a poor diet, don't exercise, use the glutathione patch for a detox.
But on maintenance, you could just use the X39 patch.
Carnosine is a different matter.
Carnosine is something you could use five to seven days per week.
Okay, okay.
So, let's go back to glutathione.
When you go into a detox, do you suggest seven days, 14 days?
I mean, what would be a good, or a month every day of that if you were doing a detoxing?
Yeah, so that depends on what you're trying to detox from.
And I've done, you know, one hour webinars on this subject.
So there's detoxes for heavy metals, for plastics, for parasites, the forever chemicals.
So it depends on what you're trying to get out of your body.
Spike protein, there's detoxes now for people that have vaccine regret.
Okay.
It depends on what you're trying to get out of your body.
So if it was, let's say it was vaccine regret, that'd be the, what would you take?
Because that's been brought to me too.
What would you, what would a person take if you have vaccine regret?
The E39 and the glutathione?
Well, first of all, I can't make medical claims about the patches.
Right, I understand.
Yeah, so what I'm going to refer to is Dr. Peter McCullough, who's a very well-known medical doctor in this field.
A friend of mine, yeah.
Yeah, okay.
So, I'm only going to say great things about him, and that's why I'm referencing his work.
So, what Dr. McCullough would recommend in this case would be N-acetylcysteine.
N-acetylcysteine is an amino acid, and it's used to elevate glutathione.
Also, natokinase and bromelain, which is a digestive is that natokinase is capable of dissolving the spike protein and the combination of N-acetylcysteine and bromelain is also capable of digesting or eliminating the spike protein either from COVID or from one of the mRNA vaccines.
So that's what I would recommend that people do because it's well documented now.
Okay, okay.
So let's take Um, so for, for, if I was going to take the E39 and the Cartagen, is there any, this is just for me now personally, um, you're taking them, if I'm taking them too daily, is there any, another one that I personally would want to take being 61 years old?
Um, you know, I don't have any, um, you know, I probably don't eat real well, but I, other than that, I don't smoke, don't drink, that's long behind me.
Um, What would be, um, is there any other thing of those to recommend with a person that's just basically, I don't have any pain, so I don't have, you know, and then that's my question on that.
And then I also have a question on On the night one, we'll talk about the next question.
Yeah, so there's a couple possibilities here.
What I'd say is, if you're using X39 and carnosine during the day, that's fine.
I'd also recommend using the Eon patch at night.
That would be a really nice product to add.
And so Eon reduces stress, and when we look at how the human body ages, One of the complicating factors is stress, right?
So we all have stress in our lives.
We could have long work hours.
We could be under, you know, any different types of physical or emotional stress.
But over time, this has a detrimental effect on our bodies if it's a negative stressor.
An example of positive stressors would be things like intermittent fasting and exercise, right?
So exercise is we're applying a stress to the muscle and this actually can reset maybe about 77-78 genes to a more youthful state and of course it helps to maintain muscle mass and bone density.
But there are of course negative stresses and this leads to shortened lifespan and perceptible signs of aging.
So what the Eon Patch does is it helps to manage and reduce stress, put the body into a balance
between sympathetic and parasympathetic drive.
And this has a effect of reducing inflammatory.
The one I would recommend, you could take the Eon patch, just apply it, let's say on the right side of the neck
where a lot of people hold tension.
And you're gonna find it improves the quality of your sleep and it helps to manage your stress better.
Right.
And I have used that one.
That's actually what I've been doing.
So.
Okay.
So I guess I've been doing it right.
Other than I'll just be doing the Cartagena every day now.
I guess one of the last questions is the X49.
I know a lot of what does that one develop for?
What is that?
Everyone asked me about that too.
Yeah, so that's a daughter product, I would call it, to X39.
You could say X39 is the parent and X49 is the daughter.
And so X39 elevates GHK-Cu, copper peptide.
X49 elevates AHK-Cu.
It's a subtle difference, X39 is based off of the amino acid glycine and X49 is based off the amino acid alanine.
And it's a very subtle difference but basically what we found was that the X49 can help to improve bone density and improve strength and stamina and we also believe that it improves cognition.
So if let's say someone were an athlete and They wanted to improve their strength and stamina.
X49 would be a great way to do that.
If we have, let's say, women over the age of 50, they're concerned about bone loss, X49 can help preserve their bone.
Okay.
Another question, as long as you said that.
If I'm a person that has Forgetfulness.
I don't want to use any medical things, but they're starting to forget things.
Is there something that's a combination that would be better for than others for their mental clarity or for Memory.
Yeah.
You know, uh, Mike, this is what's so exciting.
I turned 60 this year.
So, and I'm an inventor by trade and I'm also at this point, you know, running a big company.
So the type of things that I think about is how can I hold on to my mental clarity and my cognition and memory.
Right.
And so fortunately over the years, we've done a lot.
Uh, you picked the two best products, X39 and carnosine because we have studies showing how both of those products improve cognition.
But there's a lot of other things that people can do.
One really important thing is DHA.
So DHA is found in fish like salmon.
It's an essential fatty acid and it can be obtained in a supplement.
It's an omega-3 fatty acid, right?
So you can get it from salmon or algae oil.
There's other nootropics that are out there for improving cognition.
And again, we can spend a lot of time, you know, kind of going through all of them.
But the basic thing is that there are nutritional answers to improving cognition.
People don't have to resort to drugs, and they certainly don't have to reside themselves to declining mental faculties.
Another really quick example is creatine.
Creatine is very inexpensive, commonly available, and it's most known as being a product that improves muscle mass.
Bodybuilders use it to improve strength and muscle mass.
However, the brain uses creatine as part of its energy production cycle.
So, creatine has been shown to help improve cognition.
So, things like X39, carnosine, omega-3 fatty acids, creatine, are just a few examples of what people can do to improve memory and cognition.

Where are the patches made?
Everyone keeps asking me that.
Are they made in the USA?
Made in the USA.
What?
I already knew that, everybody.
I already knew that.
Yeah.
But again, for full disclosure, we did open a manufacturing plant in Ireland.
back in 2010. So, but we started right here in the U.S. and we still make them in the U.S.
and as an American entrepreneur, I'm very proud of that.
Right, and I will tell this to everybody.
This is a, you're gonna find them, you chose to do a multi-level marketing versus going
to traditional marketing that I've kind of Well, I'm kind of anomaly of my pillow.
I mean, kind of, you know, being able to mean ads on TV.
And we've had to, you know, back in the day when I had my pillow.
It was very hard because you can't say on TV what it really does until studies are done and everything.
Is that the reason that you chose with the multi-marketing because it's such a word-of-mouth product?
Is that kind of why or what was your reasons for choosing that?
Yeah, actually I just wanted to stay in my lab and be an inventor.
I didn't want to get involved with running a company.
And, uh, you know, I would go and talk to different folks.
I had been in negotiations with the GNC to do a distribution deal and no one could really understand the vision that I was painting of where this could go.
They just saw it as a product.
And, uh, with network marketing, the most compelling thing to me was I had a product that I could demonstrate immediately.
So on the IceWave product.
If it's used properly, you can see pain relief in two to three minutes.
And if the product was sitting on a retail shelf, people would never understand it.
So that, to me, that's been the most, the single biggest advantage is the word of mouth selling.
Right.
And being able to hear from other people, like I just, that's what I did three months ago.

I am here today with Jonathan Rose, the co-founder and CEO of Genesis Gold.
I know we met quite a while ago and I did my due diligence on you and you have quite a company.
Can you let us know where it all started?
Why gold and why precious metals?
I love that we're here today talking about gold, something I'm very passionate about.
And good question to ask me.
Obviously, you can probably hear by my accent.
I didn't grow up in America, but I did grow up in London, England.
And when I started my financial career in London, I worked on the London Metal Exchange.
And this is where people wore those fancy jackets and they're screaming and shouting on the floor.
And they were trading physical and futures contracts in aluminum, copper, zinc, tin, lead.
This was referred to as the base metals market.
So that was kind of my grounding in the financial sector where I worked for Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, AAA rated banks.
But in my tenure of working with these American companies I was also very fascinated in other precious metals such as gold.
And when I was trading in London, there was a very famous trader.
He took me under his wing, and I always used to ask him about, look, I know we're here in the base metals market.
Across the pit to us is the gold and silver futures market.
How do I invest in gold and silver?
And he would always say to me, Jonathan, if you're ever going to invest in gold and silver, forget about futures contracts.
It's like, if you're going to invest in gold and silver, invest in the hard currency, the tangible asset.
Now that really resonated with me because as a youngster my grandfather he used to give me gold British sovereign coins and I still have these coins to this day and not only that but they're worth a lot more today than they did when I was a child so growing up Understanding the metals market, I gravitated towards, which was more of my passion, and that was educating people about the importance of having assets like gold and silver.
Now, why gold and silver?
Simply because it's a store of wealth.
And obviously, working on the futures market, I've seen people make millions and lose millions.
But people who are holding physical assets actually get to keep that commodity in its hands.
And over the past 30 years, I've seen commodities do one general thing, and that's Gradually go up over the years and it's not so much that commodities such as gold and silver is going up.
It's more of a question that the dollar the US dollar is going down in value.
So having a balanced portfolio and having something stable is going to diversify you is something that I'd like to talk to people about because I think it's an integral part of a balanced portfolio.

And you said something very interesting.
Why don't you explain that to people?
If you have your retirement account or whatever, you can switch it into physical gold, and you're not paying any tax on it, or how does that work?
You can keep it tax-deferred.
And obviously people are thinking, I have a retirement account, and they're turning on the news, they're reading these major headlines, they're worried about what's coming next.
And I always tell people, we don't have a crystal ball per se, right?
But we have a pretty good roadmap.
And whether we're talking about dollar devaluation, central bank digital currencies, whether we're looking at conflicts in the Middle East, there's more problems today than we've ever experienced before.
Price of groceries?
Going up!
gasoline going up.
So what that would be is if you switch it to gold or other precious metals,
you're basically more protected.
You're with gold.
I mean, gold's at an all-time high now.
Is that because more and more people are getting into it because they realize that there's a stability that's there, right?
Well, it's not just people buying gold.
It's central banks.
The central banks around the world are buying, buying, buying.
Why is this?
What do they know that we don't know?
Or what do they know that they're acting on?
Or what do they know that we should know?
Correct.
And that's another thing you guys do at your company is you educate people, correct?
That's the important thing.
And I think getting an education and understanding your options is something that separates us apart.
You know, over the years, people get thrown into these investments.
But what we do differently at Genesys is educate people on what their options are.
More options are better than less options.
So when people come to us and they have an IRA or 401k and they're getting ready to retire or they're retired and they want to know how can I safeguard these assets from what we believe is an impending market loss or something that's going to wipe out the value of my retirement account.
So by educating these people Right.
on the importance of gold and silver. They can really understand what their options are so we can help make that
transition into physical tangible assets that they hold on to and they
own. Right. And in the economy the way things are now I mean not just
people that are in retirement for their retirement. So many people are out there going what about right now. I mean you've
got people that are out there. I know back in the past people.
Well there's preppers out there prepping for the end times and all
this and I'm going you know it's a very good great thing to have.

I want you to talk more about if I have a 401k or an IRA and I'm right now with the way things are out there, I want to move this over to gold.
And can you talk about how easy that is, or hard is, or do you just help people through it?
Go ahead.
Absolutely.
Easy is the word that comes to my mind, because when people call Genesis Gold Group, we actually have a team of experts that specialize in tax-free rollovers.
So again, if you have an IRA, 401k, or any type of retirement plan, and you're 59 and a half, you can roll this over tax-deferred.
So again, you know you would speak to one of our knowledgeable representatives and they would actually help you initiate the rollover from point A to point B. So maybe point A you're with a custodian right now.
Maybe a Charles Schwab and Merrill Lynch and you want to get those risky assets out of their role is over to point B and then we kind of introduce our clients to what we call a trustee.
A highly specialized trust company that lets you store physical metals in your IRA.
Now once that money gets rolled over that's kind of where the fun part really begins because I like to tell people that the clients are the captain and we're the navigator.
So at this point what we're now doing is having a metals consultation call and on this metals consultation call will kind of go over what are people's goals here is this a short term hold.
A long-term hold.
Are they looking at taking possession of this eventually?
And do they want gold?
Do they want silver?
Is it platinum?
Is it palladium?
So we look at asset allocation.
And once the client tells us what they want, not the other way around, what the actual client wants, we can tick that box and then we can move on to purchasing the metals.
What if their client doesn't know what they want?
Well, that's what we're here for.
So people lean on us.
So a lot of the times, you know, like I said, we're the navigator.
We can guide these people to what they want.
And sometimes people call in and they know exactly what they want.
But, you know, it's kind of a mixture out there.
And people ask us, what do you think is silver?
What do you think of gold?
And by us kind of spending time with them, we'll find out what their wants really are.
Now, have you been doing with this IRA and these 401k things, this retirement stuff, have you been doing this?
When I first talked to you, I was blown away.
I go, really?
I didn't know about this stuff that you could do that.
It's been going on for a long time where you're able to move it over, tax deferred.
Many years.
Brokerage companies won't tell you this because they don't sell gold.
You have to find a precious metal dealer such as us.
They don't want to tell you about this, do they?
They don't want to tell you.
We do.
So again, having more options.
Now, metals in an IRA are stored in a licensed depository.
So we use a licensed depository that's backed by the major exchanges, insured by Lloyds of London, so everything is kind of documented for clients.
They log into a portal, they can see the value of their IRA.
It's still an IRA, you still get your statements.
The only difference is you have physical gold or other precious metals in there.
But it's not it what if they did want to ship to their house
Then they give us a call and we take what's called a distribution
So they can liquidate their metals or a lot of our clients do something called an RMD
You may have heard that term a required mandatory distribution and then at that point which is
Right.
why I like having options, you have the choice of liquidating the metals, taking the cash value,
or actually having the metals shipped directly to your home, which I would say 90-95% of our
clients, when they take a distribution, will have it shipped to their home, and then obviously they
keep it safe and they want that store value with them. So if they, yeah, this is so, just like my
cousin that called me, he's getting, he didn't know what to do, but he knows, everybody knows
is that gold is the safety and precious metals.
So you think that right now with the economy, with the way everything is out there right now, I think it's the perfect time in history to educate people that they have options with that IRA or 401k, because they're in fear.
A lot of them are afraid right now, and they're not going to be telling them, the guys that have these accounts, they're not going to say, hey you guys, you should go over to a gold guy, right?
The government isn't going to back up your dollars for you, but we can do it ourselves.
We used to be on the gold standard.
Which I think was fantastic until we came off of the gold standard in 1971 under Nixon.
And then that's when free trade happened and free trade was when the printing presses started.
And we're printing money at the tune of over 34 trillion dollars in debt which is going to grow to 50 trillion within the next 10 years or less.
So the big question comes how are we going to pay down this debt.
At some point in time, you can only kick that can down the road for so long before you kick that can and you stub your toe.
So by understanding the challenges that we're facing, and that's just one challenge, Mike.
Obviously, there's challenges overseas with the US dollar, with the banking system, the real estate market.
There's many things that people are concerned about and rightly so.
So the red flags are being waved, the alarms are being rung.
And people that are paying attention are being proactive and not reactive.
And that's the biggest thing here.
You don't buy the flood insurance after the flood.
You buy it beforehand.
So people now are getting educated.
And that's something that we really help our clients with is understand what are you invested in.
Right.
You know, you know, does it make sense to shift that a percentage of that into precious metals?
What does that look like?
Is it coins?
Is it bars?
What's the asset allocation strategy?
So get in that education.
That's the very first step.
And then from there, you know, clients, we kind of kind of help lead them into their main goal, which is protecting their retirement with solid gold and silver.
Right.
And I think what I really like about your company is the education on that, to educate.
It doesn't cost anything for them to call and get to find out what their options are, because having, I think right now you have so much worry out there, and gold being at an all-time high now, it's an all-time high pretty much, right?
And one of the things is, but it's so stable.
You watch, I know in When I bought my physical gold back in the day, I'm watching it, I'm going, well, I had to save it for a rainy day, and then it started raining out, and I was all worried, did it go down or up?
It's so stable, it seems like it's always kind of on the rise.
We have a saying with gold, and you don't wait to buy gold, you buy gold and wait.
And it is.
It's the rainy day.
It's the umbrella.
And if we took away all the problems that we had today and we focused on one problem that we know that we're dealing with that isn't going away tomorrow, that's inflation.
And inflation is eroding the purchasing power of the U.S.
dollar.
And the U.S.
dollar has lost over 98 percent of its purchasing power since the 30s.
So the dollar is purchasing less and less year after year.
Yet the price of gold has remained stable.
So just on inflation alone, People should be holding on to gold.
When you throw in the mix of everything else that's going on in this crazy world today, it makes more and more sense to have a piece, a sliver, your own piece of gold and silver to protect what you have.
Well, there you heard it.
If you have an IRA or a 401k, you need to be proactive now.

By the way, so people, they're getting them, you ship them, they come right to your door, right?

And we would buy gold, and one of the things I thought, well, if it got to that point, you know, a coin is worth so much money, how could you even barter with it?
And then I'm seeing these little babies.
I mean, these are so impressive.
If you can see that on camera, this is, how much is this here?
How much is this way?
That's 100 grams.
100 grams, and if you can't see, each one is segments of, what, one gram?
They're one gram divisible pieces.
So imagine a Hershey's chocolate bar.

And people were asking me, well, how do I spend silver?
And I always like to make the analogy that silver will buy the bread and gold will buy the bakery.
Right.

Other times people want bars.
A lot of the times people want something they can trade and barter with.
Absolutely.
This one really excites me.
And it is.

And if it wasn't sealed, I'd be doing it right now.
And they're all stamped individually.
Okay, if I'm gonna bring this, and let's say I get something from my brother,
and I tear up a bunch of chunks and give him some of the gold.
Now he wants to take that, and he wants to go get money for it.
What could you go, if you don't have an account with you or whatever,
could you just go to any gold guy?
You could go to any gold brokerage company, We always recommend to our clients, you know, we're a buyer as we are a seller.
So people are going to get top dollar when they sell their metals back to us.
First of all, we know the purity, where it came from.
And I tell people today, be very careful when you're purchasing precious metals.
There's a lot of fake gold coming out of China.
They'll do 70% tungsten, Mike, 30%, you know, gold.
Right.
Right.
machines even called Sigma verifiers and they have a like imagine a magic wand
and we will press the wand on the product right penetrates the metals
three millimeters deep so we know what's inside. We recommend to people when
they're purchasing metals especially from Genesis we provide what's called

Is there a minimum quantity or anything or you guys would talk to them about that or whatever?
Normally a minimum investment would be $2,500.
So in terms of like a minimum, obviously people have IRAs, normally their account balances are much larger, but we work with absolutely everybody within obviously people's budget.
And if we can't help them, you know, we would tell them.
That we can and we try and make some good recommendations to them.
But obviously, people calling in, the first step is getting that education, understanding what's happening in the marketplace.
Are they looking for physical delivery goal that they can hold on to, something spendable, you know, barterable?
Are they trying to put products in the IRA that maybe are also spendable and barterable, but they have to be parked there just for a few more years before they can take possession of it?
And obviously, with what's happening in today's marketplace, you know, the smart money is shifting into, you know, metal.
And that's what it is, you guys.
For me, the biggest thing is your customer service, dealing directly with the people.
And so whether you have an IRA or 401k or whether you just want to get coins or this amazing chocolate bar gold, pepper gold, I'll call it.
This is being prepared.
I'll tell you, I love this and you guys are awesome.
I encourage anybody out there, be prepared.
Be proactive right now with your IRA, your 401k, or just get prepared to feel safe, to feel safe with stuff that's going on right now in the economy, just to have that safety net.
