It is day 1,227 of my incarceration without a trial, held as a political hostage by the Joe Biden regime, a pawn in the Democrat Party's absolute, inquenchable thirst for power that they will destroy families and lives and use the weaponized Department of Justice and the FBI to get the means of their grasp of power.

Well, I'm hanging in there.
We are getting through.
We've got, we've been in the last nine months, my company and my pill has been attacked more than any other time in history, but we keep with God, all things are possible and we're getting through.

I know it's hard not to get run down in this late stage.
It's like the end of a marathon.
We can see the finish line.
Our legs are tired.
And it's almost like our ability to just put one foot in front of the other just feels like we're just pounding the pavement, eating it up.
You can't even feel your legs at this point, right?
We're getting numb.
We're getting so close to redemption of our country.
Absolutely.
Well, and they've turned up the, uh, they've turned it up full blast.
I, you know, this is a battle of, uh, biblical proportions of good and evil and evil's, uh, just turned it up full blast.
And, uh, so we just need the, you know, strength to get to the finish line.
That's, that's you're exactly right.

Well, let's turn it up full blast on them and get right into this.
So obviously we're six months out from the election.
I keep on saying that when Donald Trump wins, the rest of my incarceration, the three, four months it'll take until January when he's inaugurated, are going to be the easiest time I've ever done out of the last 40 months incarcerated.
So, but this six month push, we've got to put every single ounce, if you're not door knocking guys, if you're not out there cleaning up voter rolls, if you're not out there volunteering in your local Republican County office and calling people up, And passing out flyers and putting signs in lawns.
You're not doing enough.
Get active.
And Mike, I want to talk to you about the way that you're especially doing probably the most important work, which is securing our elections.

But over at the Election Crime Bureau, we're doing this nice setup almost a year ago now, and we're working from the ground up.
It's in all the counties.

These are county petitions.
to have the county commissioners and these election officials to have their back when we when we approach them for it's like a sales pitch to go to paper ballots hand counting it's working we have over 250 counties now committed in this country to go to paper ballots in this upcoming election we're working at the ground level in all 3,143 counties over 300,000 of us and So that's working.
Another thing we're doing over at the Election Crime Bureau, things like these many different lawsuits are going on right now into changes, to make changes.
For example, we just won one in Wisconsin where a judge stopped, gave a preliminary injunction, a temporary injunction, I'm sorry, a temporary restraining order, temporary restraining order to stop the WEC in Wisconsin from doing the illegal uh... valid envelopes that they were going to push out to the state of wisconsin so we're working at all different levels from the county all the way up to the supreme court now everyone knows my supreme court case was pushed back about three four weeks ago but everything is public record now and we're using that in about seven other different ways and we're going to have some very big news coming out in the next two weeks huge news that's going to be uh...
I believe game changers, as far as my biggest fight, which is the computers in our elections.
And Jake, you said it.
Everybody needs to get out and get involved.
And one of the things you can get involved in is the Cause of America.
That's one of my organizations that I...
That I fund and we're in all 50 states also, and they have all kinds of stuff for you to do.
And one of the things we have focused on is securing our election platforms as much as can be for our great real president, Donald Trump and, and others to be able to have a fair election.
And, um, so things are going real good on that on those, uh, with the, uh, crime bureau.
That's that those fronts are so important guys again.

So they say, well, it costs too much.
No, it doesn't.

It's less expensive.

It's going to take too long.
No, we've already done it.
And we have the best hand counting system in the world.
I've went to other countries, checked with other countries on their systems.
Ours is better than the ones we've developed right here in the USA.

These are a different kind of petition.
We're not going to use them to bring to the officials and say, you do this, this is what the people want.
No, these petitions are going to show them that we have their back.
A lot of these officials are in fear.
They don't want to be the first one to say, oh, I want to get rid of the machines and go to pay for ballots.
We want everyone in the county to know what your county is, to let them know that, hey, we all have their back.
We all want to go to paper ballots hand-counted.
And anybody that doesn't want to, they've got a different kind of agenda going on.
Yeah, it's kind of like the litmus test for if there's something unscrupulous going on behind the scenes.
Mike, I want an update on the swing states.
Give me an idea of where we're at, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona.
Give me an update on, because we can have action going on in all of our states, all of our areas that are deep red, but give me an update on what the battlefront looks like in the swing states, because we know that's where, it was just a few counties where they did, they perpetrated their fraud.
The vast majority were all on the up and up kosher, but it is in the few counties, give me an update on the few counties that we knew to be fraudulent.
Well, I will say this, every county in the United States was fraudulent in the 2020 election.
It's like when you skim a casino, they had to skim everywhere or it would have turned out like a sore thumb.
In this election, and this election's coming up, the swing states right now and those swing counties, our real President Donald Trump is a favorite in all of them.
But as we know, those polls are gonna, those fake polls a lot of them are gonna change or whatever, they're gonna do everything they can to steal this.
Right now, we have another campaign going on that I've been running, and that's flipping Democrats.
This is the one time in history, everybody, if you're in those swing states, if you're in the inner cities.
You know, I was just in Wisconsin, and I was in Milwaukee.
And, you know, if you talk to anybody there, this is a time where you can get your independents and your Democrats, even, and you're going, hey, you guys, this is the time to go out and be an evangelist for our elections and for Donald Trump, because they're ready to come into this bucket of common sense because of the destruction that's going on in our country.
The Hispanics and the black communities, at the biggest time in history, it's so easy to get them, to educate them and say, hey, that's another reason, go to LyndalePlan.com.
You can see all these things that Donald Trump did that manifested to December of 2019 before the China virus.
And now they can also see the destruction of what's going on in our country.
I'm going to give you an example because I'm going to be doing a lot of stuff with videos and stuff with Democrats have voted for Biden that are now going to vote for Donald Trump.
And the reasons that come out of their mouth, I'll give you an example.
The Hispanics, almost all of them say, I am tired of the illegals getting my jobs because they're coming in here and they're taking jobs from The people that are here legitimately.
And so there's so many reasons that we don't, that we might not see that you're going to see in these big swing counties that are going, oh the Democrats in these counties, all the blacks and Hispanics, they're going to vote Democrat.
Not this time around everybody.
And you need, this is the time we can all get involved there too.
If you're in one of these swing states, Talk to people.
You can talk to them and talk to them and educate them and say, you know, look what's going on.
Why this is a manifestation of decisions that are made by a regime that is evil and and and There's no time in history where we have an opportunity here.
I look at it as the biggest opportunity ever to unite all people.
I believe this is a people uniter.
Donald Trump is a people uniter of the people because all people see that decisions can be made in politics that manifest to help all people, not just one party or the other.
We're talking about people.
We all want the same thing, the American dream, which I've lived the American dream on steroids.
We can't lose the American dream to this Uniparty that's out there and this evil.
Amen.
Amen.
It's a, it's a fight to expose the Uniparty really is what to, to wake people up to conservative Christian Republican values is one thing, but the easiest way to, to hand them the silver platter is to say the people you've been voting for, even on the left or the right, um, Prior to Donald Trump's really emergence into politics as America first MAGA movement, we're part of the same uniparty.
So this is a divergence away from Democrat and Republican and what we've learned from the last 30, 40 years of this just same old, same old.
So it's not even trying to convince them to vote Republican.
It's really saying your votes for Republican and Democrats for 30, 40 years have been the same.
You've been getting one hand.
Two hands of the same body.
Now we're asking you to vote for Trump to diverge away from the political establishment.
So that's the main message.
So Mike, I want to talk to you about the American dream and what they're trying to do to crush an entrepreneur.
I'm a fellow entrepreneur.

I know how hard it is.

Well, and I can take it all the way back to before I was saved and did a full surrender to Jesus Christ on February 18, 2017, but I always wore my cross on TV, and this was back 10, 15 years ago, when I'd wear my cross and I would get calls going, you're using your cross to sell pillows, or you're in this attack because I was a Christian, and there were smaller attacks compared to now, When I, in the summer of 2020, when I had a supplement that worked against the China virus, I was attacked then.
I go, why?
Why are you attacking?
I was attacked in the summer of 2016 when I met Donald Trump in a meeting, a private meeting.
I had never voted.
I was an ex-crack cocaine addict.
And you talk about living the American dream to go from that to where I'm at now.
Um, but everything got turned up in January of 21 where they went all in and they went out.
Lawfare was used for the first time in the United States since 1790.
And they didn't let up on my pillow.
And now just last summer, um, and last August, They turned it up like tenfold.
I was debanked.
American Express left.
Demerchant server gone.
My credit was all squished.
Everything was squished.
Why?
Because their CEO wanted to have fair and free elections and preserve the American dream.
It's disgusting.
They've weaponized everything.
They've weaponized the FBI.
They took my phone in a drive-thru.
They've weaponized everything against you.
They don't want the American Dream.
This uniparty, deep state, globalist, CCP attack on our country is... That's the first thing they want to destroy is the American Dream and the entrepreneurs in our country.
That's another thing I have too, everybody.

But I want to tell a little story.
Back in 2022, in September, I went down to Florida.
We gave away my pillows to all the hurricane victims and I was in a Hispanic trailer court where You had this big river.
It was not a river.
It was a road with two dikes on each side of this dirt road.
But the dikes were all of their personal property that had been destroyed.
Just piled up.
Everything from their trailers.
And so we were praying with them.
We had interpreters.
But every one of them, it seemed like, said, Hey, keep going, Mike.
Keep going.
And they had come from places where they knew That with the American dream here, that they could get their worldly possessions back as long as we preserve that, because God, all things are possible here in the United States of America.
Hallelujah.
And that's what they say.
They didn't care about their worldly possessions.
They cared more about the end game here.
Where does it end?
If we lose our freedom, it's over.
It's incredible, Mike, just the volume of trials you've been through, of what God has brought you through in your business, in your personal life, in your political involvement.

I'm encouraged myself going through my own trials.
And it's through the sharpening of iron, sharpening iron, that the American dream really comes to fruition.

And, uh, it doesn't matter, in other words, it doesn't matter how rich you are, whatever, there's functioning addiction everywhere.
And now is the time where you can go and evangelize.
There's no time like the present.
The churches need to stand up.
There's no time.
If you can't, if you're a pastor out there and you can't go help someone now or bring someone to the Lord, you're in the wrong business.
I mean, this is an opportunity, everybody, for eternity.
And, um, You know, Jake, I look at the times we're in as the best times to be alive.
Because all the things that are going on, this is about eternity, not the time we're here.
And more and more people are coming to the Lord and pouring in.
I know where you guys have been at, your epitome of courage.
Courage is contagious, and I'd like everybody to look at.
I know you had sent me a text, and I wanted to even ask you.
You spent all these times in solitary over the last year.
What did they put you into solitary for?
How come you had to do solitary when you've been there for so long?
They just decide here you're getting the message out for God too much or what?
well a hundred percent and the
Basically the the institutions I've been in over 15 institutions Mike
All the DC jail, New York jails, Oklahoma prisons, all down through West Virginia and now in Brooklyn, New York.
And eventually the institutions, the jails, the prisons start figuring out that you're making an impact on the outside, that you're refusing to relent.
And so they start to try to stifle you every time.
It's almost the same exact pattern.
You make an impact.
People start calling up the jails and prison, wondering why the prisoners, why the Jan Sixers are being mistreated.
They see that we have a reach.
And then, so they try to isolate you.
And then our amazing community doubles down on them.
They call relentlessly.
We just did a horseback protest.
Coy Griffin, founder of Cowboys for Trump, was outside Brooklyn Federal Prison last week, horseback on his horse Red.
My father was outside.
Then they say, OK, these are not the people you can push around because when we try to stifle their freedom of speech and put them in solitary confinement, they're going to double down.
And so then they kick me out.
Then they move me to a new prison.
And the whole entire process repeats over and over again.
I get about, on average, two to four months in a prison before I get kicked out and moved to the next place because they just each individually don't want to deal with it.
And they, you know, they can't.
The calling that we have from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to expose darkness.
Well, you're doing that.
And I'll tell you, if you Google the word courage, I'm sure your name's there, Jake, in your picture, because you guys have been amazing.
You've been amazing at getting that word out.
Now, this time when you were in solitary, were you able to, did they give you a Bible to read?
You probably read the Bible cover to cover so many times now.
I just, I can't imagine being in a, Four walls in a cell for how many hours a day and then do they give you at each time or do they try and punish you with nothing to do?
We're winning on that front, Mike.
I think my phone just died.
I had to call back.
We're winning on those fronts.
And they can't handle it, so they do the most evil thing possible.
They try to remove your basic sense of humanity from you and stick you in a hole and basically drown you out like they did in George Orwell's 1984 book.
They unperson you.
And so that's the fight we're up against.
And they're trying to do it to you, too.
The deplatforming and the banning goes from the lowest and smallest thing to when you're shadow banned on social media or when One of these moderators deletes a comment or takes one of your videos and puts a little thing underneath it where they do a fact check on it.
It goes from that, which is a large encroachment on our First Amendment right, all the way up to the most extreme where they throw you in an 8x10 cell with no access to your friends, your family, your pastor, your lawyer, the court.
The censorship goes from obviously the lowest form up to the most highest form and because I'm a January 6th prisoner, I've experienced the most high form of censorship possible where they just literally remove you from society and if you believe, you know, the That it can't happen to you.
It's happened to me.
I'm a man with no criminal history and I'm a, you know, a Jan Sixer.
And so they're coming for you guys next, God forbid.
They want to put everybody in solitary confinement and take away all of our freedom of speech rights, all of our humanity, our ability to network.
So, you know, this is the map.
This is what we're up against.
This is why These movements we're doing to secure our election is not just for winning for a political party.
We're talking about saving future generations from being tossed in solitary confinement for months and years at a time where their voices are being completely removed, their humanity and their dignity is being removed from them.
This is a fight for freedom and for the human Dignity, system here, to be able to communicate with one another is to be human, Mike, and they've tried to rip that from me, and I know they've tried to take it from you and many others, and we will not relent.
Absolutely, and I want to say this, everybody, you know, people forget about January 7th and 8th of 2021, two very important dates in history.
Those are the days that 1.2 million Americans got deplatformed off Vimeo, YouTube, Suckabucks, Facebook, Twitter, every platform you could think of, if you had spoke out for Jesus, or if you had spoke out against the elections, or for that matter, even the vaccines, anything you had spoke out that they didn't like, you were cancelled.
The rest of the country was put into fear because of January 6th.
So everyone sitting there on the 7th and 8th, that's the day everybody, where our voice went down to a little tiny dot.
And that was our voice, and that dot did not go out.
That dot, that light kept shining, however small, and it's gotten bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.
And your voice, Jake, is a God's blessing to the world that you have your voice shining out from the most dark of places people could ever know.
And our voice has gotten bigger and bigger and bigger.
And that's how God's going to win here in the end.
With God, all things are possible.
And in the meantime, it's exposing the evil.
Evil is greedy, everybody.
Evil is greedy.
And that's one big advantage we have is they're so greedy.
People are seeing through that now, and our voices are getting through the blocks, and through the lies, and through the, um, the cancelizations.
And it's all about, if you think like, when they attack my pillow, or they put you in solitary, any things like this, it's all about one thing.
Canceling your voice.
That's what they've all done.
They don't want another voice out there.
The voice of truth.
The voice of freedom.
So that's where we're at, but we're winning.
We're winning on that front everywhere.
I tell everybody, you know, courage is contagious.
Everyone watching or listening right now, you need to get out there and you do not stop talking about everything you can.
From the election platforms, to getting the J6ers out, anything that's wrong, you better speak up now and don't worry about being canceled because we get one shot at this, everybody.
One shot.
Now is it a win-win?
If we're wrong and that doesn't come true, and our country and everything's gone, all our believers, we go to heaven.
So that is a big win.
But in the meantime, we have the greatest revival in history going on for Jesus Christ.
And it's because of voices like yours, Jake, that will never, ever, ever be silent.
So our country owes you so much, and we're so proud of you and everyone else that that has kept their voice going through the worst times you
could ever imagine.
I can't even fathom what you've been through.
Mike, I appreciate that brother. The feeling's the same here. And for all of the January 6thers,
we have a community that has been relentless.
We've been unbroken.
They have tried everything.
They have come and kicked our doors in with the FBI, put red dots on our children's heads, you know, flash banged our dogs, put us in solitary confinement.
I've done over 800 days in solitary confinement out of my 1,200.
They've tried every single means at their disposal to break us down.
And they're using it as a signal flare, really.
At the end of the day, they're trying to show you, Mike, and all of the people in the leadership positions
in this country, and all of the small guys, too, that what happens if you dare step out of line
and dare stand up against tyranny.
They're saying if they can break us, then the entire movement falls around it
because people then start acting out of fear.
And so our fight to remain our resolution, our constitution, our internal constitution as men, to refuse to take the plea deals, to refuse to bend and break and to grovel in front of these tyrants is, I believe, encouraging The rest of the American people out there that if the push comes to shove and they start to have mass incarcerated, mass in prison, tens of thousands of more of us, patriots and constitutionalists, we've gone through it unbroken with the spirit of God, with Jesus Christ dancing with us.
A fourth man in the fire has been with us every single day.
If I've done it and my Jan Six brothers have done it, you can do it too.
There's no excuse out there.
To not get out there and get active.
You have your legs.
That's what we call in prison when you have your freedom.
You have your legs.
All right.
And you have your voices.
Get out there and get active.
There's no excuse.
Mike, I appreciate you so much in the work you're doing.

I'd like to pray over you and the endeavors for our country.
You prayed over us last time.
It's my turn to pray for you, brother.
And we're going to win this thing.
There is no point to be in despair because we don't have a God who's in the grave.
We have a God who came out of the grave and then through that one miracle, all miracles that are much lesser are possible.
Sin was defeated, right?
The greatest miracle of all time.
And so why not believe in God for smaller miracles every single day?
For the Jan Sixers to be released, for Donald Trump to become the next president of the United States of America.
For the retribution and the justice to be swiftly handed down in a merciful way, not like our enemies, but in a merciful way where we take care of them when they're in prison.
God forbid, you know, it's a funny thing to say, but me being in prison, when the people who put me here eventually receive their just dues, I want them to be in the nicest facilities with Full ability to contact their family, video visits, family visits, you know, correct medical, correct religious treatment, all the stuff I've been denied, I want them to have.
But they do need to be removed from society.
It is, you know, justice needs to be served.
So Mike, let's pray for justice.
Father God, we thank you, Lord, for Being the God of justice, being the God of equality, Lord, that you do not show partiality, Lord, that you have inside you, in your very character, in the fabric and fibers of your being, Lord God, that you are just God.
And that knowing that, us being innocent, Lord, us being of pure hearts through the redemption of Jesus Christ, that we will not see the final judgment day.
And here on earth, as you promised us in Romans chapter 8, If you do not condemn us, how can a man condemn us?
If you have not bring charges up against us, how can another man bring charges against us?
They cannot.
It is even Christ Jesus who redeems us.
So Lord God, we're just thanking you that in advance you have purposed out a victory in the courtrooms, in the civil litigations, in the election integrity, in the Lindell Recovery Network, the victory over All of the different manners of demonic oppression that are coming and addictions that are coming and depressions that are coming against our people here in America, Lord, that you have already predestined to victory over these things.
It is just in due time.
We have to remain faithful to you, God.
And in our hearts, Lord, we cry out to you day and night from prison cells.
We cry out to you, Lord God, from solitary confinement, the blood of our brothers that has been spilled.
On the steps of our Capitol and the sisters of Ashley Babbitt, Roseanne Boylan, Kevin Greeson, and Benjamin Phillips, their blood cries out to you, Lord God, for justice.
Bring swift justice to this country.
Bring back the American way of life.
Bring back the amazing, principled, Judeo-Christian, valued country that was the shining beacon, a city on the hill for the rest of the world.
Bring it back, Lord God.
It is in your hands.
We give this into your hands.
The battle is yours, Lord God.
In Exodus 14, you tell us, we shall hold our peace and you shall battle for us, Lord God.
So today, well, we have so many things that we can take into our hands to do.
We ask you to bless those things because it is through your blessing we receive the victory.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Lord God, bless us.

I just want to give one more word of encouragement to everybody out there that we're going to get to a great place way out here, and we're going to look back, and everything had to happen, even the bad stuff.
God uses all things for good, and it's on His timing, not ours.
So, everybody keep the faith and I know you guys do it.
If these guys can do it from inside a prison cell, you guys can do it from home and get involved and get out there and make a difference because this is it.
We get one shot at this and I believe that, like I said earlier, God's given us this opportunity.
He's given us grace for such a time as this.
This is a grace and it may not feel like grace, but believe me, it is grace.
We have all the pieces to get through this and, and win this good and evil battle.
And, um, and I, uh, I really have faith that we're going to get there and it's going to be amazing.
So I look forward to seeing you when you get out, Jake, um, and everybody else.
And, uh, is there any, is there any, uh, I suppose there's the, um, what, I want to ask you your status.
So it's just a waiting game.
You never went to court yet or what?
Where are you personally on this journey?
What's going on there?
So Mike, because the 1512 obstruction of Congress charge, which is that very weaponized, overly broad applied 20 year maximum felony charge that I've been charged with, 350 other January Sixers have been charged with it.
And Donald Trump has been charged with this charge.
Because I have pushed that charge up to Supreme Court with two other Jan Sixers, Fisher and Miller, that is, we've been waiting for that to be adjudicated for like the last year and a half.
You know, the wheels of justice grind slow.
And so just on April 15th, Last month, the Supreme Court heard the arguments of, hey, this criminal statute was actually designed to prevent companies like Enron from shredding all their legal documents before they came to a congressional committee subpoena.
That's what the statute was designed for.
Why are you misapplying it and twisting it and perverting the law code to go after your political enemies?
That was the argument that was made The Supreme Court seemed extremely partial to it.
I believe that we're going to have one of the greatest landmark Supreme Court cases and judicial wins finally bringing back some faith to our country's judicial system here in June when they decide to strike down that charge.
You will see about 100 to maybe 150 Jan Sixers immediately go home from prison because that's the main charge that's holding them.
And so that's where we're at.
I've basically been waiting that long game out because, you know, I can't go to trial with this 20 year maximum felony charge looming over my head.
It's an extremely political charge.
Everybody who's been charged with it and gone to trial has been found guilty of it because it's so loosely written.
And so anyway, the Supreme Court, God willing, God will move on their heart and shift their heart like that, like the waters of a canal and make them strike down this charge.
And then from there, I go to trial September 9th, 2024.
I'd love to have a huge outpouring of, um, you know, our conservative leaders and lawmakers and And figureheads such as yourself outside that courtroom
with me, you know, making press conferences and fighting because this is going to be
one of the major battles where we're not relenting.
We're fighting every single charge.
We're fighting to the, you know, to the very nitty gritty of what happened on January 6th.
So that September 9th court date, you know, mark your calendars that we're
going to make it into an election event as far as, you know, if this is what
they're doing to Jan 6th or imagine what they're going to do if Joe Biden gets
another four years to all of the Trump campaign.
I mean, it's going to be a ruthless gutting of all of our conservative leaders and it'll be more Soviet show trials than you've ever seen in American history go on.
If you think this four years of Biden's regime is bad.
Wait until they have no more, they understand that, you know, basically
Trump's out of the game at that point.
And the next four years will be like something out of a Kafka novel.
It'll be unbelievable.
Soviet persecution.
So we're going to make a big stand on September 9th, 2024.
Mark your calendar, Mike.

Um, I want to ask you one more thing before I go.
Is, uh, So how did they let you do these podcasts and these shows from the prisons?
Do you have some that are better than others or that allow this?
So we have to MacGyver everything that we do.
Basically I call out to my fiancé and she connects me through a tape a call or literally she takes one phone puts it on speakerphone and puts it up to the butt of another phone and we've just been blessed that we're just relentless.
I mean if you know one thing about prisoners is that They will make anything out of something.
Like you could take a t-shirt and MacGyver it into a whole entire contraption.
So I've had to grow resourceful in my own ways and figure out.
I have a team of volunteers.
I have people that post on my social media.
I have people that do my websites.
I have people that do my graphics and video editing.
We have an amazing community, Mike.
There's, unfortunately, there's been tens of thousands of us that are wrapped up in this, and so everyone has a talent or a skill, and I've tapped into my community, and we've just made, you know, the organizations happen, the websites, the podcasts and stuff, and so we've been blessed by God, because He is, you know, the Bible tells us He opens up doors no man can open, and I know that in my heart, because He's opened up doors for millions of people to hear my voice from the depths of solitary confinement, and that's only by the power of God.
Absolutely.

And we're really going to get the word out.
And we're going to be praying for June for the Supreme Court.
Do you know when that's going to be?
Do we have a date on that in June?
It's usually around mid-June, and this will be so big because, Mike, out of all of the criminal charges Donald Trump has looming over his head, this 1512 charge is an actual heavy hitter.
Just getting found guilty of this actually brings, on average, just an extra two to three to four years in federal prison.
That's what my men, all my guys, If they have this charge or if they don't have the charge, it's like it rounds about to an extra two to four years.
So if God forbid Donald Trump were to go in front of a Washington DC jury with this 1512 charge looming over him and he were to be found guilty, it wouldn't be like something that he could get probation out of and stuff like that.
They slam people for this because it's a 20 year felony charge.
This is the epitome.
When you guys hear weaponized DOJ and weaponized lawfare, this is the highest epitome of it.
They have twisted and perverted the law code to actually imprison hundreds of American citizens
for walking through the Capitol, not for doing acts of violence.
Not everybody like myself had to defend their lives that day
and defend other people.
The mass majority of January Sixers has just walked through the Capitol or they were standing outside and even those people, Mike, We get through all this and I will say that none of this is going to be done in vain.
is they're willing to really misconstrue and over broadly apply the law to just pummel
people down.
Right.
Oh, so shameful.
It's so disgusting and so horrible.
But like you say, we get through all this and yeah, I will say that none of this is
going to be done in vain.
If you're saving one life out there that finds eternity.
It's all worth it.
You know, the, uh, that's the way I'm looking at everything.
I have to look at that every day, the attacks on myself and, and, um, I just can't imagine though.
I know I've, I've told you before I spent time in solitary and I can't, I can't imagine Jake, what you've gone through, uh, all those days.
And, uh, um, um, And I guess if you wouldn't have the Lord, I don't know how you'd make it through.
And I bet you there's been a lot of other people in there that have found the Lord by being in prison now.
Oh, amen.
I have some beautiful testimony.
I'll just tell you quick that the best, most beautiful part about me being in prison and being moved around to 15 different prisons is God has used me like a paratrooper right down into the heart of these prisons.
And when we did our first year incarcerated as the January Sixers did in Washington DC jail.
It was on complete COVID lockdown.
There was no chaplains, there was no religious services, and it was like God specifically placed some of his, you know, soldiers right there in the heart of these prisons all over the country because the chaplains weren't coming in.
And so, in order for people to hear the Word of God, for people to be, you know, receive salvation, Somebody has to preach it, and so God sent his soldiers, and I consider myself to be blessed and filled with grace to be chosen for such a high calling to be a COVID-bearing preacher into the heart of the prisons, because no one on the outside, even if they wanted to, Mike, could go in and preach to the prisoners.
Fulfilling, I guess, the role in the call when Jesus says, you know, when I was sick and when I was in prison, you did not visit me.
Well, God sent some people into these prisons, the Jan Sixers, and I know so many of them that have been baptizing in the name of Jesus Christ in the federal prisons.
We're in over 60 different prisons.
Holding Bible studies on a regular basis.
And so he's got like these mercenaries in all the different prisons.
So it's a beautiful thing.
And I've been blessed by God to perform 10 baptisms since I've been incarcerated on three different Jan Sixers and on seven other inmates.
And, you know, that's just a testimony to God's grace, because like you, Mike, I was a lost member of a wicked nightlife industry.
I mean, I don't think you were a nightlife, but I was a club promoter in New York City.
For seven years.
And I was filled with drugs and alcohol and lust every single night.
It was my MO.
That's all I had on my mind.
And when COVID struck, God came and grabbed me.
The hands of Jesus Christ wrapped around me and shook me awake out of my slumber and broke those chains off me.
And I'll never look back.
And I'm so grateful to God that he's chosen me for such a time as this.
And all of the Jan Sixers, we have A spirit of gratitude, because it is to be chosen and called for high calling like this, Mike, there's nothing else that compares to it.
Even if it's painful, even if it sucks, even if our families are missing us and hurt, even they can recognize, all of them, they say, wow, my husband or my son or my daughter or whoever it may be that's in their family, the family members recognize this may be a terrible thing, but it is a calling from God.
It is a mission that God is sending us on.
And so, in those ways, you can remain grateful.
Wow, amen.
