Oh, praise His name forever. His power and glory forever.
Oh, praise His name forever.
Hello, everyone.
I wanted to get on here.
That's one of our first sponsors.
You've all seen the painting that she did for me, where I did most of my commercials.
I just wanted to get on here and tell you to give her a lot of support.
We've got a lot of new sponsors coming, a lot of new advertisers, because we have a whole new lineup and format at Lyndale TV coming on January 2nd.
And we'll be adding Lou Dobbs is coming on, just for an example.
Actually, he'll be our biggest new star coming on by far.
He'll be interviewing our great, real President Donald Trump.
So, I just want to welcome our advertisers and everybody.
Give her a lot of support there, Vanessa, and you'll see her commercials.
When we're doing that, I think it'll be about one every hour here.
So, I just wanted to tell you all about our new TV lineup and welcome all our
new advertisers and she's the first one.
So thank you and the Lindell Report starts right now.
This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and
achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
Hello everybody and welcome to Lindell Report.
We're going to have a great show tonight.
We're going to talk a lot about LindalePlan.com.
And Brandon, are you there?
How you doing?
Good, good.
Can we go to that website?
I want to go right to the website.
LyndalePlan.com, everybody.
You know, we all need you all to get on board, support the fund, the Lyndale Offense Fund.
Call 800-598-6747.
When you get to this, when you get to the Lindale Plan, there's two, you see the two movies that are up there now, Brandon?
You see The State of Denial.
I was just watching that.
You guys, go ahead.
That's free, everybody.
Free streaming.
If you click on that, you can go watch it right from, go ahead and click on that, Brandon.
There it is, everybody, right here on Frank's Speech.
I've watched about three-fourths of it now.
It is absolutely amazing.
It's a full-length feature film, and it's about what happened in Arizona in the 2022 election with Gary Lake.
It encompasses all of these crooked voting machines, all the stuff that goes on, the corruption down in Maricopa County and in Arizona.
You just want to come through the screen a couple times for these officials that are there.
I forget that.
I won't even put their names up because they're all up for Raphael awards.
I guarantee you that, Brad.
But I don't want to get their names wrong.
I'm going to watch a little more of it.
Kurt Olsen's coming on at 5, at half past the hour here, and he's the star of the show, actually, everybody.
And we can have a lot of questions for him about that, the corruption down there.
But when we go to everybody support the Lindell plan, can you go back to a brand?
I want you to click on some of the menus.
I want to show for some of these links out there.
I had Patrick Colbeck to kind of make it a one stop shop.
Can you maybe pull up the menu and see what's on the menu there or scroll down?
Well, there's Mike's messages at the top.
The plan.
Yeah, and go down, I want to tell everyone about the other movie too there, Let My People Go, you guys.
That one there, you need to support that movie.
God, get that movie.
Everybody, and the funding goes for that.
The funds that go, proceeds go to help save our country.
That movie is two hours long.
It's absolutely amazing.
I don't want to dilute either movie here, but this, but both of them are available there right now at bellendaleplan.com.
So go up to the menu.
I'm going to show people.
This is like a one-stop shop or go download.
But you see the good news of the day, everybody.
Every day that gets posted there.
Keep going a little further down, Brandon.
I think that you can scroll.
Can you scroll there with that?
Yeah, there we go.
The plan is working.
So anyway, something we put up.
a demonstrates ability to change votes and remote access but if you go down below that each thing that's put up every day you can just keep scrolling over this will show you all the stuff that the plan is working when i say the good news of the day these are things that are working where your money's going to support the plan to secure our election all these things are the positives you're not going to hear about where on fox food okay uh and then you go down you see the plan at the bottom click on the actual plan brandon Okay, so there you've got copies of it, everybody.
There's three copies.
What is the first one?
The plan is the brief overview.
Yeah, that's the overview of the whole plan, then you've got the executive brief, and then you've got a very detailed white paper.
And that's been updated by Patrick Holbeck.
This is the plan to save our country, everybody, and secure our election.
It is the best plan.
It's the only encompassing plan I know of that encompasses everything.
Everything that needs to be done is in this plan.
And it will get done.
And with your help, everybody, please donate to the plan.
Help us out.
Help save your country.
All these things.
And it lays out there in the plan what the money goes for.
100% of it gets put in all the right places.
If there's money needed for lawsuits going to secure our election platform, if there's money needed for the electronic monitoring devices, the wireless monitoring devices, if it's The Election Crime Bureau.
Remember, we got the Election Crime Bureau going, and where everything comes to one hub, where all this evidence comes there, and then we distribute it out where it's needed.
Whether you're doing a sales pitch to officials, or where it's needed in lawsuits, or whatever it's needed for, that's where we're the ones sorting through all that.
Go up to the top menu if you can, Brandon, and see if there's another menu up above.
There you go, everybody.
You need to get Uh, we have one son that many read them over so you got the you got frank social you guys need to get the frank social app if you don't already have it you need to get the cause of america or you can check out the cause of america there there's the wireless monitoring devices you can read it and check out those there's the election crime bureau everybody you need to check out the election crime bureau
And you got, uh, where we're sitting on Frank's speech.
So it's your one-stop shop.
I'm trying to give everybody an easy website to think to get to thelindoplan.com where you can support us all there and, um, and help save our country.
Um, they, um, so Brandon, um, um, I'm hearing, I'm getting an echo.
Um, I'm getting a slight echo myself, guys.
Yeah.
I'm hearing myself think, no, I'm just kidding.
Yeah, but everybody and also before we before we go any further to I want to Let you all know that we still have free shipping at my
pillow. I got that here using promo code l 77 free shipping go ahead and put that up if you can in the
control room Um, I want to tell everyone we've got the file sheets free
shipping on your entire order I'm still getting a bad echo, but use promo code l77 or
call 800-544-8939 You guys you can um, um
They're saying it's not on our end.
What we could do is disconnect and reconnect again real quickly.
Yeah, maybe we should do that, Brandon.
And then we get Garland on, we come back here.
All right.
So why don't you guys take it to a commercial.
Why don't you do another one of the commercials there, that Vanessa commercial.
We'll come back right after that.
All right.
We'll be right back after this break.
You're watching Lyndell TV.
This is a video of a girl who was in a car accident.
Well you see that Brandon?
Well, all we do here is we give, give, give.
There's a free commercial for one of our first sponsors, but outside of my pillow.
And by the way, Brandon and I talked to about, well, a couple more anyway, about pretty big sponsors coming on, and they're all excited about our new lineup starting January 2nd, everybody.
Lou Dobbs is coming on.
We've got to start talking about this.
Lou Dobbs is coming over, and he will be Monday through Friday.
I believe his time slot is 4 p.m.
Central Time, and he's going to have an amazing show, and his first guest is our real president, Donald Trump.
So maybe, Brandon, I think I might be his second guest.
I've got to talk to him.
That would be a good idea.
I think what I'm going to start doing with our new lineup is maybe get on everybody's show and then have everybody on our show here on the Lindell Report.
Maybe we'll run all the hosts at once where they can talk about their show.
You know, we don't even talk about your show enough on here, Brandon.
Brandon's got the best news show in history that follows the Lindell Report.
And you do.
Everybody tells me all the research you guys put in was 18 hours a day.
About 17 man hours a day.
That's right.
Yeah, combining everybody's research.
I put you up there with it.
I won't name a couple other ones out there, but it seems like everybody's scrambling to get the first report.
At least you don't have the competition of all the other networks anymore, because when you go over to your Foxes and your CNNs of the world, they just seem to—it's the same old noise.
It's not the deep stuff, the first run, the guy that gets it first, the stuff that means something to the people.
That's what you're all about, and that's what the people—I hear it all the time.
They say, you know, they say, how does, how does Brianna get all these first run stuff all the time?
I says, I don't know either.
You need to wonder, you know, but she does have really good research.
We have very good team.
That's for sure.
All right.
We got Garland Fabarito, our favorite leader in Georgia coming on right now.
Garland, what do you got for us?
Hey Garland.
Hey, Brandon.
Hi, Mike.
Nice to be back with you.
Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to y'all.
Yeah, Merry Christmas.
You know, Colorado's starting to get more news than Georgia.
What's up with that, Garland?
I'm getting jealous, but we're going to make up for that.
We've got some big things in the works come January.
So we're going to go back into the lead news cycle starting in January.
That is awesome.
That is awesome.
You know, I'm still, it's still my favorite news of the year as we wind down 2023.
One of my best, you know, one of my favorite news reports was that judge down there when she ruled that there's problems with these machines and you don't have to wear a tinfoil hat anymore.
If you're talking about the machines, you can actually question what goes on in our election.
And I still think that's That's a landmark, at least whether it was a decision or just who's even carried it.
And isn't that January 9th?
Do you have an update on that?
Is that January 9th?
Can you tell us about that?
Yeah, we do have a little update on that.
So first of all, that was Judge Totenberg, and she said that this is not conspiracy theory.
And she is going to determine whether or not the Dominion voting system Uh, has constitutional deficiencies.
And that's, that's the last question.
And in addition, not only did Judge Totenberg say that, Michael, but Alex Haldeman also said, and I quote, no grand conspiracies will be necessary to commit large scale fraud.
That is a direct quote from his security analysis.
So both Judge Totenberg and Dr. Alex Haldeman have confirmed That you are not a conspiracy theorist.
So, no more tinfoil hat for you.
And I think even Jimmy Kimmel confirmed that on his show one night.
At least he played me taking off my tinfoil hat.
He told the whole country that, you know.
I think that I agree.
Brandon, isn't that what you got on that one?
Jimmy?
Yep.
He replayed that.
He did.
He basically said, well, Mike thinks that, and I think Jimmy thinks that, too.
He knew that all along.
You know, I talked to him off camera the last time I was on his show, and I think he believes, too, that there's massive fraud and massive things in our election platform that we need to fix.
Thanks, Mike, thanks to you and Brandon and so many else out there.
You know, the majority of Americans now know that something was wrong with the 2020 election, and they're worried about the 2024 election.
So we are winning the public battle, the publicity battle in the country, in America, and we're doing it one person at a time, and we're subverting the entire Absolutely.
Absolutely.
mainstream media, they have lost their credibility and we are basically being looked at as providing
the truth.
Yeah, absolutely.
Absolutely.
And it's actually helping when people are, as our country is getting destroyed and all
this stuff that's going on, they're more open to hearing the truth too, where they weren't
open to it before.
You had all these people out there going, you want to hear the truth?
They're going, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
They don't want to believe it.
Nobody wants to believe that our election platforms can be this corrupted.
And this, I said it before the other day, I just watched a movie.
It's called, you know, I got to look up the name of it here.
Brandon, you got the name of it there?
Which one now?
The one we just talked about?
State of Denial?
State of Denial.
I just watched that, Garland.
You're going to have to watch that.
It's on right here on Frank's Beach.
I was watching that and all this stuff, it brought you back to November 8th of 2022 in Arizona.
When I woke up that morning on the 9th, I woke up and I'm going, Wow!
Everybody's talking about these machines, even Fox News!
I go, there's problems everywhere!
And it all just got buried.
You have these officials from Maricopa County going, there's nothing to see here, we had a few little glitches as the lines were a mile long.
But we all know what came out of that.
Was the narrative, hey, we've gotta vote early and vote early because something could go wrong with the machines.
Well, if you have, let's just say for one instance, and I've said this before, let's say there was no fraud or no intentional crime with these machines.
Let's just imagine a world such as that.
Well, you know how many, then what about all the defects?
If there's a defect that they're trying to say, like, You know, with those 260 machines that went bad at the same time, allegedly.
If it happened in our cars or something, driving, can you imagine everybody running into bridges and everything?
Or you have a massive, all the computers are wrong at the banks because of air?
I mean, this is just more reason we have to get rid of these electronic voting machines.
Look in Georgia, I always bring up the nice lady that got zero votes in her own precinct with her husband.
You know, if you don't have these deviations, I think, I guess the bottom line is people now are more open to say, hey, you know, if we don't secure our elections, in this movie you'll watch this, it actually says, Everything comes from our elections.
It doesn't matter.
Everything that's in our Constitution comes from elections, so if you don't have the right people elected, they're not going to follow the Constitution, and you know that better than anyone down in Georgia.
I was going to ask you, Garland, did you see our new Raffi Awards we give out?
No, I haven't seen those yet.
I can imagine what that's going to be about, though.
Brandon, put up a picture of the Raffy so we can show God.
What we're doing is the biggest Uniparty, you know, the Brad Raffenberger Award, basically.
I think the first week Robin Voss won a hands down from Wisconsin.
We've had a lot of different nominations, but do we have that, Brandon?
Do you have a picture of that?
Yeah, I'm looking for it in my file here.
Yeah, but yeah, we call it the Raffey Award.
I'm against the United States.
Here we go.
Here it is.
Well, there's Rob and Boss one.
Yeah, they were all.
Yeah, there it is there.
Read that.
What does it say, Brad?
Brad Ratzenberger, Georgia Secretary of State, has inspired a new award category, the most compromised politician ever.
Quote, I stand against the people of the United States of America, end quote.
Raffey Award recipient.
Yeah, there it is.
There it is, Garland.
Right out of your state of Georgia.
Good old Rapsenberger.
But, you know, Garland, do you think that, you know, you've got news coming in January.
I mean, you're like me.
We've been so patient.
You've been in this a long, long time.
But do you think, With Georgia, let's just take Georgia in its own right.
You know, we're fighting, we're going county by county in this country to try and get as close as we can to paper ballots, hand counted, signature required, same day voting.
In Georgia, do you think that's even a reality?
Or do you think other states are going to beat that to it?
Or do you think that's the fight so big down there that you would be That there's a good chance before the 2024 election that you would get some counties that this could possibly happen?
Well, we've already got several counties, Mike.
We've got three or four counties who have agreed to hand count their entire elections coming up in 2024.
The Curling case, though, Curling v. Ravensburger has got one of the best promises to try to help change Change things before the 2024 election.
That is great.
The judge has ruled in that case that Brad Ravensburger will have to testify.
And his attorneys have appealed that to the 11th Circuit.
They're trying to appeal that part of the ruling to prevent him from testifying.
There's an awful lot of questions that need to be answered.
One of the good things that's come out of this, I can tell you, Mike, is that our co-founder of Voter GA is co-founder Ricardo Davis.
As I mentioned, Brandon is well aware that he's a plaintiff in this matter, and he has now been approved by the judge to have his own counsel, and he'll be able to ask his own questions of the witnesses.
So that's a great start in the right direction.
We want him to be able to call a couple of witnesses.
The judge has not agreed to that yet.
So that's very, it'll be very interesting to see if Brad Rumsfeld actually testifies or not.
So that's still up in the air.
Is that the January 9th one or is that separate?
This is all for January 9, the Curling v. Ravensburger case.
Right, right.
Did that judge say, though, or maybe I dreamt this, that if you did get rid of the machine, it would be like, so there's no answer, like, what would we do?
It was kind of something like that, to that effect, right?
Yeah, that's right, Mike.
So what she said was she does not have the constitutional authority to order the legislature or the Secretary of State what system that they can implement.
However, she, in the next sentence, says that she does have the constitutional authority to determine if these systems are deficient.
Are they constitutionally deficient?
Do they burden our right to vote?
And she's talking about both the system and the actions by the Secretary of State or inactions.
Those are all under the microscope for constitutional deficiencies starting on January 9th.
Well, Garland, if they ruled to get rid of these, melt these machines down, turn them into prison bars, like I always want to do, if they ruled to get rid of them, do you guys have the hand count system ready to Which one would you be using?
The Linda Rant one in Missouri?
Or do you guys have something ready and say, hey, here's our answer.
Do you have that ready when the time comes?
Well, we had both systems.
We've been advocating both systems.
Linda Rant's method.
In fact, Linda is coming back to Georgia in the next couple of weeks to demonstrate her method again.
And Mark Cook and Clint Curtis have been here Several times to demonstrate their method.
So we're advocating both methods or either method, whichever the elections officials feel most comfortable with.
But we believe that you have to have publicly recorded hand counts.
There's no other way to verify the election results other than to hand count the ballots in public under a video And therefore there can be no cheating.
And that the whole thing takes, based on Linda's tremendous statistics, that basically takes no more than an hour per precinct at each precinct to count the results by hand versus machines.
And then you eliminate all the machine problems and all the three weeks of delays like you had in Maricopa County.
So it's obviously the right thing to do.
But there is pushback from the legislators, but we are advocating full-blown, as I think you saw, our campaign is to unplug Georgia from voting systems.
Well, I'll tell you what, too, and everybody's got to realize this, too.
Under camera, that's also the audit, too.
That is your audit, everybody.
It's so simple.
It's like, hey, you want trust put back in the elections, and everyone says, well, it's going to take so much longer.
When they did this in Osage County last spring, everybody, it got done about 10 minutes later than the machines with 100% accuracy.
Democrats, Republicans working together.
It's just you're extrapolating the number of people and it's a lot cheaper.
It's about 10x cheaper rather than what we've done with our plan.
The plan to secure elections, we've just took any reason a county commissioner or somebody that's an election official that's in charge of the elections, any reason they would say, no, I want to keep the machines or I don't want to do this hand count, we take that out of their, you know, okay, well, I want one that's, you know, it's going to cost so much more.
No, it's going to cost you less.
I want something that's gonna take, you know, this is gonna take so much more time.
No, it's not, same time.
You know, all these questions, you take that out of their hand.
Well, our machines aren't on the internet.
Ain't wrong, yes they are.
You know, things like this.
And I think one of the biggest things, and you tell me if you believe this,
one of the biggest tools that we have now is that resolution that the RNC passed in August.
Because as you know, you know better than anyone, in Georgia, your biggest pushbacks
have been uniparty Republicans.
Call them people like Brad Ratzenberger.
That's been the biggest pushback from my teams everywhere.
It's been these people like Kim Hammers up in Arkansas.
If you keep machines, we're going to defund your counties and things like this.
It's disgusting.
So now when you go around again, And you get these rulings in Georgia, now if a Republican legislator ever raises their hand and goes, but I want to keep these machines, well then how come the RNC, how come our party or this party of the Republicans want
That's what I believe.
So it kind of filters through the unit party.
They'll stand out like a sore thumb.
And here's my prediction.
They're cowards, Scarlyn.
If they're by themselves and they stand out, they're gonna hunker down.
They're not gonna say a word, because they're gonna be outnumbered by the people
that want paper ballots hand-counted under camera.
That's what I believe.
So you believe that's a powerful tool, that resolution, don't you?
Well, yeah, Mike.
And we have a very similar resolution that the GOP here in Georgia passed.
I think I mentioned on to you on the show a few months ago that the election integrity advocates swept every officer position in the Georgia GOP.
So virtually every incumbent was was basically defeated, and all of the election integrity advocates took over.
And as a result, we have a very similar resolution to what the National RNC has here in Georgia, and the Georgia GOP wants hand-marked, hand-counted paper ballots.
They've been working on it for years.
They have a task force.
A great task force set up to try to achieve as many election integrity reforms as possible before the 2024 election, and that's one of the main ones.
Yeah, absolutely, absolutely.
Do we have Kurt Olson yet, you guys?
Yep, we sure do.
Well, Garland, if you want to stick around, let's see what Kurt's got to say.
You're welcome to stick with us.
Put up Garland's thing there.
How do we support him?
You guys put his, uh... VoterGA.org VoterGA.org Guys, help them.
These guys, uh... Garland's at the tip of the spear.
He has been for a long, long time down in Georgia to save our country, so... Thanks, Garland.
But you're welcome to stick around here.
We're gonna bring on the great attorney, the great attorney Kurt Olson right now.
Talk about his new documentary that, uh... Kurt, are you there?
Yeah, Mike.
How you doing?
Bert, I watched that.
You're like a movie star now.
It was so awesome.
One of the things... Brandon, why don't you pull up that movie.
I want you to go to... I think it was, and I'm just guessing now, 7 minutes and 10 seconds in.
I do want to show that at some point.
And I don't know why, but I remember writing that down.
Then I was gonna start writing down key things to put up, Kurt, but I was so intrigued with the movie that I didn't write anything down.
I just had to get on here.
It's, you know, and I'm not all the way through it, but I'm about 45 minutes into the movie, and everybody, by the way, everybody, it's free watching here at Frank's Speech.
You guys check it out.
You guys put the movie out for free, and thank you all for that.
But one of the things that I got frustrated watching, and it brought back a lot of memories of the day after the election, or election day on November 8th when I woke up, and I see it's all over Fox News!
The machines are bad, they're not working!
And I'm going, yes, we're up!
We're up!
You know, and how they, for them to all be able to, Suppress that.
I mean, I'm watching this movie unfold, and it's like reliving it.
And then, it's just, it brings back the frustration, which I'm sure you have more than anyone, about, you know, I think in the movie you say you were contacted on November 14th, six days after that election, to dive bomb into this, and I think you called it a hailstorm.
You were thrown into this hailstorm.
I think you're muted.
Are you there, Kurt?
Can you hear me?
Hello?
Oh yeah, there you go, there you go.
But yeah, you called it a hailstorm, and when you were making this film, did it bring back the frustrations?
Like every time you get to a thing, you find this.
I remember back then, you're going, whoa, look at this!
This is the smoking gun!
This is it, and this is it!
And I got that question, and then I got, is it frustrating Being an attorney and things that were normal for decades, or probably ever since you've been a lawyer, all of a sudden now it's like everything's flipped on its head.
What do you have to say about all that?
So, I think under normal circumstances it would be frustrating.
But here's why it's not, and it's for the same reasons that you said back in December 2020.
If the Supreme Court had granted the relief in the Texas versus Pennsylvania et al case and righted that wrong, which was that the election in 2020 was stolen, everybody would have just gone back to sleep and said the system works.
But what we have found in the past three years is that the system does not work.
And a matter of fact, it's deeply, deeply flawed and in many ways corrupted.
And so by not winning, So to speak, that's the traditional measure of success in litigation.
But we didn't win the election contest, but we continued to fight and we continued to get more evidence.
And so even after the trial in December, we forced Maricopa to admit seven months after the fact in May that they had reformatted the memory cards, that they didn't disclose They knew they were going to occur.
And it was like, oh, wait a minute, you reformatted the memory cards?
And oh, yes, we tested those machines after we supposedly did logic and accuracy testing.
And 260 of them, we found that they failed before the election.
That they knew going into the election that all those tabulator failures were going to
occur.
They knew they were going to occur.
I want to say, so Kurt, so by the way, everybody, Kurt Olson helped write the Texas versus Pennsylvania
way back when.
He's been a hero going all the way back, everybody.
You really got no no now everyone's gonna know who you are after this movie Kurt
Yeah, yeah, I I I like what you said there because I know I've been saying to this to you the public for
And to everybody for a long time When I finally realized in the spring of 21
back when we met was Hey this
If things would have been overturned, or if one case would have been won, or one thing would have happened, one judge would have been braved back then, if one senator would have, if they'd have pushed back one senator and not sold them both, any of those things happen, and we're not where we're at, which is your right.
Everybody would have got complacent and just said, oh, you know what, business as usual, and now that it's been, Evidence revealed, and people's eyes are being opened, and I'm glad that gives you a little peace as you get negatives thrown at you all the time.
This is a sometimes frustrating, but a wonderful experience, and I'll tell you why.
It's not just the evidence that's been uncovered.
It is working with people like Clay Parikh, and Kevin Moncla, Shelby Bush, Chris Hansel, all of these folks that came together for this trial with Carrie Lake.
And it was just like family.
There was so much love and camaraderie in that room.
It was amazing.
And when I say the room, it was the war room where we prepared for trial and then for two trials.
And it's that coming together that is the most powerful thing.
And it is The spirit of America.
And that is why we will win.
It is people who are coming from all walks of life to save this country for no other reason than it's the right thing to do.
And you say another thing in the film too, everybody, which I know is true, is people have done it for just no pay or just enough to get by and their other jobs have been pushed aside.
I'm sure you're at the tip of the spear of that.
I mean, you've just been all in.
By the way, everybody, I don't know what... Back when I met Kurt in... What was it?
February of 21.
I don't know what I would have done without you.
I probably wouldn't be here with all this because I would just take... People were pouring evidence on me and I'm going, Here!
Call Kurt!
Call Kurt!
This is one of the great honors of my life to work with you.
Because you are the only one That kept the flame of hope alive for the longest time.
And look at how far we've come now with everything that Garland Favarito has uncovered in Georgia, for example.
And other people like Kevin Butler and David Cross.
I mean, there is so much evidence in Georgia, in Arizona, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
There's so much coming out.
Don't forget Colorado!
Don't forget Colorado!
And there is a complaint filed.
There's an injunction that's been filed to stop that prosecution of Tina Peters based on constitutional grounds that the government is prosecuting her to cover up their own crimes.
And that's a very, very important case.
And that's ongoing as we speak.
Now, is that my cell phone?
The FBI and the government, even though they were told to give it back?
Or don't you know?
I think that's in... I don't know if that's in connection with that or not, but... Well, they still have my phone, everybody, and it's just goes to show you they can do what they want.
Three judges in Minnesota said, you know, you can get it back.
We're going, well, yeah, we'll give it back someday, but someday it doesn't come.
And it's not about the...
It's really never been about the phone, it's about you take my business, you take everything and, you know, not the physical phone, everything that it encompasses on there.
I like Kurt, but you being a lawyer, I like the one that the judge said on there.
The one judge in Minneapolis said, government, their attorney, when they were there, when I
was there for that phone, he said, well who's sorting through for attorney-client
privileges on there? And they said, well we are. And it was like, well
what do you mean you are?
So here's the plaintiff.
Let's see, they were the defendant.
I was the plaintiff.
Here's the defendant going through my phone that I sued him to get back, and they're sorting through it.
So in my mind, it's like, OK, this is really good.
We've got to pretend we didn't see this.
Yeah, well, that's because you're up against the government.
when you say something in court, they go, now just regard that, clear your memory base, right?
I mean, I thought it was pretty comical that they, have you ever heard of such a thing
where a defendant can go through every other thing and say, okay, this is attorney-client privilege,
but they've already seen it, so they set it in a pile.
I mean, what is that?
Yeah, well, that's because you're up against the government and the government makes the rules.
The rules are different, you know?
I mean, all the nonsensical things we've seen.
I asked for evidence in my own case against Dominion and a judge put sanctions on me even for asking for the evidence.
I like that in the movie you bring out a lot of that too, like lawyers getting sanctioned for things that you would normally ask for in any investigation, right?
There's the sanctions.
Have you been sanctioned yet?
Have they tried to sanction you?
There are two bar complaints against me in Arizona.
Right.
So we'll be pursuing those, and we will be showing what the truth is.
Right, right.
Do you think, is there any, with the Arizona now, what do you think this movie, what do you want this movie to bring out?
And I know we gotta share it far and wide, but what, is the awareness, what do you want, what do you hope to get for this, out of this movie?
Or what would be the greatest takeaway for the country?
I think two things.
One is that here's the evidence and you can judge it for yourself, anybody who views it, because it is rock solid.
It actually comes from Maricopa.
These are all their system log files, their documentation.
We merely put it together because it reveals the truth.
And that's with chain of custody.
That's with signature verification.
That's with the machines.
So it is there for the world to see.
So when you hear baseless claims of election fraud, Election deniers, this mantra that is repeated, that is all a bunch of baloney.
Here's the evidence.
Address the evidence.
The second thing is, as I mentioned before, this is a story and this movie shows everyday people from all walks of life coming together to save the country.
And because the case has all of the evidence, but it applies to all elections, not just in Arizona.
The evidence with respect to You know, custody and signature verification and the tabulators, these are all things that apply across the country.
And so the biggest takeaway that, at least for me personally, and what I think people should come away with is hope.
And it's hope because there are people, and we want more to join, to take a step forward and to make an effort.
As I said in the movie, Your duty to your country and to your family no longer ends when you cast your vote, or cast your ballot.
You have to become more engaged.
Because the system, the election system that's grown up around it, has become corrupted.
And it needs to be taken back.
And that can only be done by the people themselves.
Right.
And we've got a great plan to do that, everybody.
You can donate, go to the plan.
All right, go to the Lindell Offense Fund.
You see the number on your screen, 800-598-6747, everybody, or go to lindellplan.com.
Kurt, with all the people in Arizona there, and I'm gonna ask you about this, because it was just making my blood boil.
The corruption in Maricopa County, you can only call it that, I'm sorry, and I won't name the guy's name because I could get him wrong, but you have the people on election night, one of those scenes in the movie, on election day, all the machines are going bad, it's all over the news, it's even on Fox News!
I mean, it's everywhere.
The whole world is talking about these malfunctioning machines in Arizona.
And they interview the head of Maricopa County or one of the election officials.
Oh, we just have a little glitch, but you know it's busy today.
All is well.
And then I think you got a scene outside.
All is well.
All is well.
I'm going to ask you, on these officials, and there was more than one down there you're getting quotes from.
Do you think any of them are just, they really don't know what's going on?
Or are they just getting in trouble by saying that they knew exactly what was going on?
Or do you think they're like journalists out there, the horrible journalists that are watching this show right now, that won't even watch your movie, and you know why they won't watch it?
Because then they can play plausible deniability when they say, Kurt Olsen doesn't have any evidence!
Because they won't even look at it, because once you look at it, everybody, it's over.
You're gonna go, I don't care who you are, if you have any moral compass, you're gonna go, we have to save our country, and we have to secure our elections.
And so my question is, Do you think that these people, because it seems not just Mayor Cooper, you've seen it everywhere, where these officials, where it's a deviation, they could be the Republican Party, and yet they're sitting there blatantly on national TV going, no problem here.
What do you make of that?
Well, it's even worse than that.
At trial, the co-director of elections, Scott Jarrett, testified that it was all this debacle on election day.
And again, There were over 61% of the vote centers failed with the tabulators.
They were rejecting ballots at a rate of 7,000 rejections every 30 minutes.
Wow.
And Jarrett characterized that, and that was from 630 a.m.
till 8 p.m.
It was never resolved.
And this is their own tabulator system log files.
This isn't us.
It's from their own documents.
But Jarrett characterized that at trial in December as a hiccup.
And it's this continued gaslighting and deny, deny, deny baseless claims in the face of the evidence.
And this is a tactic that is, I believe, deliberately employed to just gaslight the American public.
Right, right.
Well, I'll tell you what, everybody, if you had this kind of a hiccup in any business, you'd be out of business.
You know, I have thousands of computers with my pillow.
I have literally thousands all over the country, and it would be bizarre to me that you have Some of them that would be working, and some of them are set to work a different way.
And that seems to be what happened in Maricopa County when you have 262 programmed to do a certain thing in certain areas.
That would be, I mean, anyone that's had a business going, okay, that has computers in their business going, okay, these were on a separate Setting then these over here they have to be because if
they're all if it's a they're either on a horizontal grid or they're all programmed to do the same thing or
they've had to be pre-programmed for to do a different thing this group and
My question would be what happened in court when they when they said
7,000 every half hour got put into box number three by the way everybody that turned it into a basically a mail-on
Mail-in ballot that you have no idea where that's going That's a dark hole.
That's worse than the black box itself, probably.
So my question is, there it is.
Why, with the logic there, and the guy calls it a hiccup, how could, you know, What was said after that?
How can a judge hearing this or anybody hearing this going, well, that's more than a hiccup?
I mean, it doesn't even make sense what their explanation would be for that.
Well, let me go back to what I said earlier, what we've discovered, because that evidence of 7,000 rejections every 30 minutes from 6.30 a.m.
to 8 p.m., we did not uncover that until after the trial.
Election contests are, by design, difficult to prove right away.
We were at trial basically within five weeks of the election.
And so a normal case in civil litigation, complex commercial, could be years in discovery, for example.
This was compressed in the election contest period to a matter of weeks.
And so we learned this afterwards.
We tried to bring it to the court's attention in May for the second trial, and the court Would not decline to hear that evidence.
So that issue is up on appeal.
But I want to say one thing about these massive tabulator rejections, which are which are indisputable.
In Germany recently, just last week, the highest court in Berlin upheld and ordered a new election that was conducted in September 21 when the exact same thing happened.
There were massive tabulator and machine failures that disenfranchised voters And there the court ordered a new election because of that.
And I would just say this, if this happened, this being this massive debacle with the tabulator rejection, can you imagine what would have happened if it happened in a predominantly urban area, in a Democrat stronghold, for example?
Do you think that they would be having a new election immediately?
Well, I don't know.
You know, I'm going to say I don't know because I believe I'm going to say I don't know for sure, because the way this uniparty works, I guess it would be, are these particular Democrats part of this uniparty, you know?
If you're a Democrat down in Georgia, look at that judge that ruled that we're not conspiracy theorists anymore.
That's an Obama-appointed judge.
But I do see your point.
Remember the Democrat that got zero votes in her own precinct a year ago last summer, they looked into it right away.
And she went from third place to first place.
There is that.
There is that, but I still think this goes both ways with the machines.
You know, the morning of November 8th, everybody, when I got up and Fox News was reporting this all over Arizona, I was getting reports from all over Kansas of Democrat votes being switched to Republican.
And I think I told you about that, Kurt.
I was getting these text messages and I'm going, and that's another reason we set up this network we have
with the Cause of America, the Election Crime Bureau and this thing,
because we want to have, we're basically taking all that information in
and be able to type her through it, what's important, what's not important.
But to see the logic in this, I will say this too,
when you talk about Maricopa, if Fox News would have been all over this after the fact,
after, you know, what about when you found the 7,000 ballots every half hour?
I got two things to say about that.
Is the media didn't really pick that up because they don't talk about that.
These horrible journalists watching my show right now, they're not going to talk about that.
Because that could open up the whole thing again.
But my question is, so what if you found him after the fact?
And wouldn't that be like a new case?
Let's say you have a murder, and you're missing a key piece of evidence, and you find out later, or whatever happened, hey, here's the actual murder weapon, and yes, this did happen, and is that what you're trying to do now on the appeal?
That's what we did.
We said that you need to... And the court denied that, and so it's up on appeal right now.
Right, so you've appealed that part.
Now if they deny it again, can any of this end up in the Supreme Court?
It can, but it has to go through the state court, through the state Supreme Court first.
Okay, and my guess is they'll try and slow play it before the 2024 election.
I'm just saying, just saying.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I guess I have so many questions for you, but I think we are getting out of time.
So this movie, everybody, you guys gotta watch this movie.
Brandon, show them where it is on the State of Denial.
You guys can watch it.
You can go to The Plan right there you see on the screen, theplan.com.
You can watch it for free there.
And but they need to spread this.
You need to spread it everywhere you can.
We need to get this viral post to go viral.
Everybody needs to see this because, Kurt, that was funny before.
There it is, everybody.
The state of denial right there.
And can you go to that 710 and see on there?
Can you go there, Brandon?
Yeah.
Get that ready, Mike.
You go ahead and get that ready.
OK.
Go back to that, guys.
Yeah.
All right.
So Kurt, all those, you know what's funny too is there's a lot of people out there, like all the ones you're naming, I know most of them myself.
It's funny how, they're like us, Curt.
Once you've seen what we've seen, the evidence we've seen, that's mounted from here to the sun and back a million times over, and once you know what this is all gonna manifest to if we don't save our country now, you just never give up.
I've never even, never crossed my mind to just go, hey, I'm just gonna go back to my old life and hang out.
And all these people that you're working with down there in Arizona and across the country, I don't think I know of one person that we work with that has given up and just said, I'm just going to go walk away, you know, because they know that, you know, and these are these are people from all walks of life.
But I think that... This to me is just like Lord of the Rings.
This is just like Lord of the Rings.
It's like that story.
People from all walks of life, some incredibly talented, but People who are just passionate.
One thing I do want to say.
We do have a website.
The State of Denial website will host all of the evidence.
It will have a toolkit.
There will be calls to action.
It will be a site that's continually updated with new evidence as it comes forward.
New case updates.
But this is a resource for everybody in the country.
Hey, look at the evidence yourself.
You just don't have to watch it on the movie.
You can actually go pull the evidence and then it will give a toolkit for what we can do in 2024 to help secure our election.
Well, what's the website?
What's the website?
Logan, put that up there.
Reagan, put that up there.
What is the website, Kurt?
So it's www.state-of-denial.com.
So the same place.
and we'll get that posted a link to that too on the Lindell plan so they can people can
go over there and see all that too on the offense fund.
We're going to get a lot of publicity out there for this and I really like that idea
of putting up the evidence adding to it so people can.
Kurt, can these journalists, these terrible journalists that watch my show every night,
are they okay to watch this?
And is Alan Duke... Do you think if Alan Duke would see your evidence that he would put a stamp over it that it's false, or what do you think?
Oh, that's a good question.
Maybe he'd just ignore it.
You know, Alan Duke, he can only tell you if something's false.
He can't tell you if something's true.
Shame on you, Alan Duke.
It's proven.
Yeah, but this is proven evidence, everybody.
So, you heard it from Kurt there.
The evidence that's going up on this site has been proven.
I guess we're out of time.
We ought to show them that clip.
We'll have you back on, Kurt.
As things progress, We'll have you back on as new evidence is put up there and stuff.
Once again, you're the example of courage in this country.
I just googled the word courage and there you were, a picture of you.
Everybody, courage is contagious.
I'm telling you.
You can't save your courage for a rainy day and that's what this movie that's out, The State of Denial, you've all got to watch it.
