That used to be a good website until they destroyed it.
But anyway, there you go.
All right.

Don't show my computer because I'm going to cruise on over here real quick and take a look at whatever else I can find.

Here we go.
Money from a Chinese company flowed freely into Joe Biden's personal accounts from both his brother and his son, indicating there was little separation between Hunter Biden's business and the family bank accounts.
Huh.
Here's another one I dealt with on my radio show today.
Lloyd Austin threatens to deploy troops if Ukraine aid is shut down.
That's right.
Use the troops as a blackmail on Congress.
Use the US troops as a bargaining chip.
Wow, that shows absolute disrespect for the troops.
How about this article right here?
Look at this.
This is over at Slay News.
Judge voids election After Democrats win by one vote.
Look at this.
This is a brand new article.
A Louisiana judge has voided a fraud-ridden election after the rigged local race was so-called won by a Democrat candidate by just one vote.
On Tuesday, retired Louisiana Supreme Court Justice E. Joseph Bleich ruled that a candidate's one-vote win was void due to illegal votes.
The judge ordered that a new election would have to be held.
Democrat Henry Whitehorn so-called won the race for the sheriff in that parish in November, according to KSLA.
He supposedly, quote, beat Republican John Nicholson by one vote out of the more than 43,000 cast.
The ruling the judge made found that, quote, he was proven beyond any doubt that there was at least 11 illegal votes cast and counted, end quote.
He noted that it is, quote, legally impossible to know what the true vote should have been, end quote, per the outlet.
So he's ordered for a new race.
Look at that in Louisiana.
Hmm.
All right.
Joining me now is Shelby Bush.
Shelby, welcome back to the Lindell Report.
Thank you for joining us tonight.
Thank you for having me!
So, let's remind our audience about you and who you are and your background.
You were one of the, before we get to your resolution and some other things, but you were one of the people threatened, were you not?
For doing what?
So we were part of the audit, the 2020 election audit here in Maricopa County.
Yeah.
And after that audit, we continued our research.
When we did, we were granted access to various documents to do a signature analysis of the mail-in ballots in Maricopa County.
And that was given to us by the Senate, which they received under subpoena.
So after we started coming forward with the evidence and showing That signature verification and mail-in ballots are a complete and utter disgrace.
They're a joke.
They're a failure to the American people.
They started threatening that they were going to indict us for accessing records illegal.
And then I tried to testify in one of Carrie Lake's trials, and the attorney started questioning me about whether or not I committed felony acts while I was on the stand.
And very graciously, the judge said, ma'am, I think they're asking you if you've committed criminal offenses and you don't have an attorney, so you don't have to answer these questions.
But it's funny when you start talking about the truth, how quickly people are willing to come after you, especially now that they have weaponized our judiciary system.
Yeah, indeed.
All right.
So, by the way, who all is running for the U.S.
Senate in Arizona?
Carrie Lake?
And is there also a sheriff by the last name of Lamb?
Is he also running?
Yep.
Sheriff Mark Lamb is running.
And interestingly enough, Ruben Gallego, who was a Democrat congressman, quite the failed one, and Kirsten Sinema.
Now, there's a primary.
So on the Republican side, are you telling me Carrie Lake and Sheriff Lamb are both running in the primary?
That is correct.
OK.
Well, that's too bad because I don't know much about Sheriff Lamb, but I like some of what I've seen.
And obviously, I like Carrie Lake.
So it seems like two very fine people running.
You know, that's I don't know.
I wish they could work these kind of things out so we could just get on with it.
What do you say?
Well, I say as long as there's money to be had, people are going to stay in these races, right?
So there is a movement here in Arizona to stop the America First candidates, the America First activists, and really silence their voice.
And so as long as there's a chance to beat somebody like Carrie Lake, who's very vocal, very outspoken pro-Trump, very America First, They're going to entice other candidates, whether they're good or bad, to stay in that race to try and split the vote or somehow eliminate the America First candidate.
So it's my understanding there's a lot of establishment out there right now that's starting to try and throw their support behind Mark Lamb.
Oh.
And I doubt it's because they really like what Mark Lamb stands for.
It's just Carrie Lake is much more a threat to them.
Right.
So I feel like as long as he's getting the money and the support, the odds of him dropping out are going to be pretty slim.
And they know that, too.
Right.
Yeah.
We'll watch that race.
All right.
So let's talk about your resolution, because your resolution is one of a kind.
Is that right?
Yes, yes it is.
So, I don't know, just to give a background, in Arizona we've been fighting these elections for, you know, years.
Since before 2020 and most prevalently after 2020.
So, a lot of the more rural counties, their boards of supervisors have started finally listening to the people And saying, hey, we have an obligation.
We have an oath to the citizens to figure out whether or not these election allegations are true.
And every time they get close to asking for a hand count or trying to do anything that will bring more transparency and oversight to our elections, the county attorneys have been threatening them.
So in Cochise County, we had two Board of Supervisors, Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby.
And all they simply did was say we're not comfortable with canvassing this election, so we want to postpone canvass and we want to do a hand count to confirm that the machines didn't fail and that the results are accurate.
They eventually were threatened, there were lawsuits that ensued over it, and ultimately the hand count never happened.
Now we fast forward from November of 2022, and here we are in December of 2023, and Chris Mays, the Attorney General, brought charges against them for election interference, which is really serious charges, had them indicted by the grand jury, and are going after them simply for honoring their oath to the people and trying to bring transparency to our elections.
So let me get this right.
Your Attorney General is going after and prosecuting these people.
That is correct.
And the biggest issue with this is that's a huge breach of separation of power.
So we've got the judiciary system who is now trying to enforce the Marxist regime that is controlling our elections And prevent these boards of supervisors from doing their job.
And so what we have done is passed a resolution outlining all of the things that Chris Mays has done to hinder the board of supervisors and their statutory rights and obligations to the people.
And the fact that she is using her position to interfere with separation of power and to interfere with these boards of supervisors' rights to uphold their oath of office.
So we have called upon our House of Representatives to open an impeachment hearing on Chris Mays and have her removed from office.
So, do we have a copy of that resolution, Logan, in there to show on the screen?
Can you send us, where can we find the resolution?
Is there a website we can show it real quick?
Shelby?
Yes, absolutely.
So it is available on, if you go to MaricopaGOP on the Twitter feed, it's posted up on Twitter.
Okay.
It also should be on the MaricopaGOP website.
Okay, what is that website?
MaricopaGOP.com.
Let's see if we can find it.
All right.
MaricopaGOP.org is what I got.
Oh, yes.
Yes.
Sorry about that.
That's all right.
All right.
Here we are.
Let's show her the website.
Here we are.
Okay.
And where would we find this resolution?
It should be under News.
So if you go up to News on the top.
Yep.
There you go.
The MCRC, Maricopa County Republican Committee, unanimously passes resolution calling on the
Arizona House of Representatives to impeach the Arizona Attorney General, Chris Mays.
Okay, let's read that.
That was posted yesterday.
Here we go.
On Tuesday, December 5th, and this was today's the 6th, so it looks like it just got posted today.
On Tuesday, December 5th, 2023, the Maricopa County Republican Committee Executive Board and all legislative district chairs unanimously passed the below resolution.
All right, unanimously.
Wow, good.
Here we go.
Let's see what it reads.
Whereas, The loyalty oath of office taken by all members of county boards of supervisors in Arizona requires them to swear to support the... this is direct quote part... support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the state of Arizona and defend the U.S.
and Arizona against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and to faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of their office according to the best of their ability, so help me God, end quote.
That's what they swear to, okay?
Whereas we, the Executive Guidance Committee of the Maricopa County Republican Committee, condemn Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays' illegitimate political prosecution of the brave elected officials of Cochise County.
Am I saying that right?
That is correct.
Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby for acting in accordance with their oath of office.
Whereas Article 7, Section 12 of the Arizona State Constitution states, quote, there shall be enacted registration and other laws to secure the purity of elections and guard against abuses of the elective franchise, end quote.
Whereas the legislature passed Senate Resolution 1037 finding that computerized voting machines used in Arizona were not transparent and contained components manufactured, assembled, or tested in foreign nations like China.
And thus posed a threat to the security of elections.
Whereas, in passing Senate Resolution 1037, the legislature further cited actual breaches of voting systems and uncured vulnerabilities making voting systems, such as those used in Arizona, subject to a material risk of manipulation.
Whereas, ARS 11-251.3, Powers of the Board, gives the Board of Supervisors the authority to canvass election returns.
Whereas, it cites another state law, States in relevant part quote the result printed by the vote tabulating equipment to which have been added Right in and early votes shall when certified by the board of supervisors or other officer in charge constitute the official canvas of each precinct or election district
Whereas, cites the law, the legislature especially left the decision as to when to certify any result obtained by the voting tabulating equipment to the discretion of the county board of supervisors.
Whereas widespread voting, excuse me, widespread vote tabulating equipment malfunctions occurred in Maricopa County in the 2022 election, general election.
Whereas, critical tabulation errors also occurred in Pinal County, Pinal County in the 2022 general election.
Whereas, is it Pinal County or Penal?
It's Pinal.
Pinal, well thank you.
Pinal County campus meeting, Pinal Supervisor Jeff Surdy expressed concerns of a tabulation error that was rumored to have occurred.
Election Director Virginia Ross did not acknowledge these concerns and County Attorney Volkmer stated, quote, I can tell you that I am incredibly confident, as confident as I could possibly be, in the numbers that are being provided to this board, end quote.
You want to comment on this up to now before we keep going?
Absolutely.
So what happened in Pinal County, we'll just start start there and kind of move backwards.
What happened in Pinal County is that the elections director knew that the tabulators had made critical errors that resulted in what we now know to be over 500 votes not being counted and we believe it's significantly more.
Our research has uncovered that we believe it's closer to 5,000 votes.
She knew this at the time of the canvas And she failed to disclose it to the Board of Supervisors, and the county attorney insisted that they canvass the results anyhow.
And then later, the new election director, because this one retired, took her bonus and ran, the new election director reported to the Secretary of State that the tabulators had made critical errors, that they never balanced the canvass logs, And that they needed some help in Pinal County, and the Secretary of State moved forward and canvassed the election anyhow.
All right, so let's keep reading.
Whereas public records later determined that Pinal County canvass report was never balanced.
Whereas Pinal County recorder Dana Lewis notified the Arizona Secretary of State of the errors in an email prior to the state canvass and alerted them that they had some discrepancies.
Whereas issues like those that occurred in Maricopa County and Pinal County raised significant questions about the legitimacy of Chris May's election as Attorney General in the 2022 election, which are still being litigated in the Arizona courts.
Let me just stop right there.
Are you telling me an Attorney General who may not even be legitimately elected is going after people that are maybe trying to find out if he's legitimately elected?
Absolutely.
That's exactly right.
Look, the data shows that Abe Hammaday actually won that Attorney General's race.
And it is still tied up right now in appellate court because the courts refuse to hear Abe's evidence to show the margin of victory that remains after the Pinal County tabulator errors were exposed is only 280 votes.
So if any kind of hand count occurs that can prove these discrepancies that we know occurred, Abe automatically wins, and Chris Mays is no longer the Attorney General.
So are you telling me that if you guys are allowed to do a hand count, you believe this man won't even be the Attorney General?
Woman, Chris Mays, she will not be the Attorney General.
Why?
And they have all the ballots, everything is secured, everything's there to allow for the hand count?
That is correct, yes.
So, again, the question to the audience is probably asking in their head is why won't they allow the hand count?
Who's doing this?
Is this a Uniparty thing?
Is this as much a Democrat and Republican thing as it is one or the other?
Look, it's absolutely a uniparty.
This is a Marxist regime that has taken hold of America.
So people can blame the Democrats all day long, but in Maricopa County, we have been at war with our own party since we were elected into office in last January.
And they are pushing right now to have Officers, members at large that are running for re-election, to have them thrown out so that the establishment Uniparty can take those seats and they can regain control of Maricopa County.
So this is definitely a Uniparty thing.
Right now, calling on the impeachment, I believe that there are some great House of Representatives here in Arizona that will push this forward.
I have full confidence that they want to do this, that this is the right thing to do.
But the question is, has the Uniparty taken control of the leadership of the House?
And so it's really going to come down to whether or not we can get the leadership on board to open these impeachment trials.
So we've got a lot to fight against, and it's not just Democrats.
So what do you think?
What are the odds of getting some hearings on impeachment?
I think the odds are closer in our favor than against us, but they're going to push really, really hard.
We've already gotten a lot of resistance for this resolution.
We passed it at 11 o'clock last night, and we're already receiving quite a bit of pushback.
From who?
I'm sorry?
From who?
Different people in the legislature have reached out and had some concerns that... Republicans, Democrats, or both?
Well, just Republicans, because the Democrats aren't going to call me, right?
So just expressing concerns of the pressure that we're putting on the House of Representatives with an upcoming election.
But the problem is it's not even going to matter if we don't fix these elections and we allow the judiciary system to be completely corrupt and owned by the Uniparty and to be weaponized against us.
Then the elections in 2024 are not going to matter.
I'm really hoping that these Republican House of Representatives understand the gravity of the moment we are in and do the right thing.
Is there anyone that's in favor of this resolution in the legislature whose name we might recognize?
I believe so.
I haven't talked to all of them.
I believe that Representative Jacqueline Parker supports this.
I believe that Representative Alex Culloden supports this.
So I believe there are good representatives out there that will come forward in support of this action and hopefully speak to their leadership and push this forward into their caucus.
Are you going to have other Republican committees across the state in those counties pick this up and pass this resolution as well, you think?
We're definitely going to try.
We're also going to put a revised version of this forward to the entire body of Maricopa County in our January meetings on January 13th.
The entire committee of 4,500 members will convene and we're going to put this resolution forward there as well.
That will include members of the House of Representatives who are elected PCs here in the state of Arizona.
Okay, and so the issue here is also abuse of power.
Let's keep reading here.
Whereas issues like those that occur in Maricopa County and Pinal County, I'm saying it right, right, Pinal?
Pinal.
Pinal, sorry.
Pinal County raised significant questions about the legitimacy of Chris May's election as Attorney General in the 2022 general election, which are still being litigated in the Arizona courts, as we read.
Whereas Chris Mays is using her prosecutorial powers as the Arizona Attorney General to interfere with the County Board of Supervisors' responsibility and authority to ensure the people's right to a secure election that is accurate and free from abuse or manipulation.
Whereas Chris Mays is abusing her prosecutorial powers as the Arizona Attorney General and bringing charges against, uh, how do you say that, Cochise County?
Is that right?
That's correct.
Cochise County.
Cochise County Supervisors Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby and is engaging in a transparent attempt to intimidate all supervisors from exercising their duties and authority to ensure the people's future elections are fair, accurate, and transparent in all respects.
Whereas Chris May's actions interfere with the independent powers of the legislative branch, which sets forth the responsibilities and authority of the County Board of Supervisors, and thus violates the separation of power vested by the U.S.
and the Arizona state constitutions.
Whereas Chris May's prosecution of Cochise County Supervisor Peggy Judd and Tom Crosby is an act of political prosecution common in a dictatorship or communist countries.
That's a very strong statement but it sounds very accurate from everything I'm hearing.
Therefore be it resolved that we The Executive Guidance Committee of the Maricopa County Republican Committee called upon the Arizona House of Representatives to bring forward impeachment charges against Chris Mays for her grotesque abuse of office.
In violation of her oath to Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the state of Arizona.
End of resolution.
So this really comes down to then is, as you say in here, abuse of power.
And one would have to assume that it's just open and transparent that the Attorney General is going after people that may have the goods that could unseat the Attorney General.
Right?
Absolutely.
There's no one in the state in high power saying, look, this looks like a conflict of interest.
There's no way the Attorney General should be allowed to do this.
From what I have seen, there is not one elected representative in this state who has openly been critical of the fact that she is indicting these These supervisors, but it goes beyond that.
There are other counties involved in this, but Pinal County being one of them.
There were some boards of supervisors that recognize there were significant issues in Pinal County.
And they had talked about pursuing a hand count in parallel to the machines.
So not even eliminating the machines, but saying we want to run the machines and then we want to double check it by hand counting the ballots.
They received threatening letters from the Attorney General's office and the Secretary of State's office and were threatened with lawsuits, financial fines, and imprisonment if they counted the ballots.
Same thing happened in Mojave County.
Just a couple weeks ago, the board convened to vote on whether to have a hand count.
There were hundreds of citizens that spoke in this hearing.
It went on for several hours.
They believed, unequivocally, they had the votes in Mojave County to hold the hand count.
And the attorney spoke up and said, we cannot advise you to do this because it would be violating the law.
And if you move forward with this, you can be charged with election interference and you can be imprisoned.
And at the last minute, one of the board of supervisors changed his vote to a no vote and the motion failed.
So they are intimidating and pressuring using these county attorneys and the Attorney General to prevent these election officials from doing their job.
And that is just simply to be transparent.
So who's talking about this other than you and a few others?
I mean, is this making any of the papers, any of the news stations?
Is this even a story in Arizona?
You know, it's a byline in the newspapers here and there.
It's really not being talked about.
And when it is being talked about, it's shifted and kind of twisted to say, oh, look, they're going after these horrible Republican supervisors that dare interfere with democracy.
Right.
So the whole narrative is flipped on its face.
And in reality, journalists, more than anything, journalists should be outraged at this.
They should be outraged at the fact that public transparency is just being blown up in their face.
And, you know, it's it's sad.
We are literally living in a time now where the judiciary system The one system in our country that is designed to quote-unquote be blind, right?
Blind justice.
Lady Justice is wearing a blindfold, right?
Well, her blindfold is down and they're peeking right out at us because they are using those prosecutorial powers.
They are using the judiciary system in order to advance a political agenda.
The American people really need to wake up because we are literally knocking on a door to Marxism in this country, and the idea of freedom will be no more.
Well said.
Let's take a quick break here.
What I want to do is open the phone lines up, folks.

Alright, we are back with Shelby Bush in Arizona on the resolution
challenging and calling for, actually he's challenging the Attorney General of the state of Arizona
and calling for impeachment hearings that she, she is violating
the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Arizona
using her office of Attorney General to go after and prosecute people who are looking into whether she is even
legitimately elected.
And there is strong evidence, according to our guests, that if there were a hand count, she would not be the Attorney General of Arizona tonight, if that hand count were to take place.
This has become third world, you know, communist banana republic type stuff.
What are your thoughts tonight?
Your thoughts, your comments, your questions, 901-316-8404.
Let's start out with Yancey in Virginia, line one.
Yancey, thanks for calling in tonight, Yancey.
Hi, yes, thank you for taking the call, and salutations and greetings and fantastic well done, Shelby Bush, for all your accomplishments.
I've just tuned in and started listening.
You're not alone.
The same thing is happening here in Salem, Virginia.
At polling day, the last election, a question, only asked a question, what kind of machine is that?
And the person checking in, she said, we can't tell you that.
I'm like, oh.
Wow.
Persistently, I asked again, I was like, what is it, a Dominion?
ES&S?
Smartmatic?
These words don't fall off my tongue gracefully for a reason, because I've been listening to your shows.
It's the only reason I'm informed.
And they ultimately told me it was a Dominion, but as I was putting in the ballot, she screamed across the room saying, we've already checked inside the machine.
Real ugly.
I mean, that wasn't a very pleasant experience, but that was just Slightly what you're describing, what you've encountered on a larger scale, Shelby Bush.
And again, I appreciate hanging in there and persevering.
Hopefully you'll get some resolve and I like to hear positive results and that's fantastic.
I appreciate your show.
Thank you, Yancy.
Comment?
Shelby?
Yes, just thank you for asking questions.
Thank you for educating yourself because that's what it's going to take.
You know, I think it was Thomas Jefferson said that we are a nation reserved for an educated populace.
So it's important for people like yourself to continue in the fight.
And so thank you very much, because all of this can't happen without people like you as well.
Thank you, Yancey.
I'm hoping that more things get passed about silencing those that do speak up, like for social media, kicking them off platforms such as YouTube and Facebook and some other ones.
You know, I hear some tremendous results just yesterday.
It happened December 2nd.
You know, whenever anyone mentioned election or vaccine, they got booted off.
And now what I'm hearing and what's happening in Texas, fantastic news as well.
But thank you again, Shelby, for what all you're doing.
And Brandon House, top notch, fantastic, super dresser.
I really do appreciate you.
In your show.
Thank you.
Thank you, Yancy.
You're very kind.
Thank you.
Let's go to Joyce, line three.
Joyce in Idaho.
Hi, Joyce.
How are you tonight?
Hey, Brannon.
Hey, Shelby.
Hey, I want to say you guys are awesome.
Thank you for standing in the breach of all this.
I actually have some... I've been trying to figure out how to approach this and execute a good plan for this.
I actually know that the...
Sorry, I get nervous a little bit on the phone, but... No reason to be nervous.
We're all friends here.
We're all friends here, Joyce.
I can prove that the 2020 election was stolen in Idaho.
Tell me, tell me about it.
My husband, that's actually an active National Guardsman, received an actual official mail-in ballot In May of 2020, I didn't know it was an actual ballot.
So I just put it to the side and I looked on it.
Mike would love this.
I've been actually wanting to send this to him.
I can prove that it was a person, not a glitch on that computer to change an address.
What happened is my husband was deployed in 12 to 13.
In this, on this ballot, it states Bagram and where I'm from as one, uh, for our city.
So it says Bagram and then our city, and there's no space in between.
And it was sent to our house.
Like, as in Bagram Air Force Base?
Yes.
And I have it in my possession.
Wow.
So yes, I can prove Yeah, so this is interesting.
I actually got contacted by somebody in Texas.
Her husband is military as well, and he has not lived in the state of Arizona in over five years, and he never registered to vote in Arizona.
Arizona ballots started being sent to them in Texas.
It sounds very similar.
Can you tell me whether or not you ever followed up to see if they counted a vote for your husband?
Well, I went into the actual local election office here in my county and it stated it was a local or it was an actual valid active address.
I had to ask them to remove it.
Delete it.
And when I went back in to check, they stated that it was gone, but I didn't get a printout.
My intention is to go back in there just before the primary or have my husband actually.
The only reason why I haven't really raised a red flag on all this is because he's still active and I don't want any repercussions on him.
Cause he's actually a decent guy.
It's just kind of a crazy thing that happened here in Idaho.
So his, his lawsuit, Mike's lawsuits that are here in Idaho, I could prove them wrong.
Completely.
Idaho is, they have no leg to stand on the fact that we received that.
Cause like I said, my husband has not deployed since 12 to 13.
He came home in 13.
Why don't you guys get her name and address, but go ahead, go ahead, Shelby.
Yes.
Yes.
So, um, You're going to need to request some records.
You are entitled to get copies of the records, and they legally have to maintain address change documentation to show how that address occurred, and there's a way we can walk you through that.
So, yeah, if somebody can get her contact information, I would love to follow up with you offline on this topic.
Is it okay with you, Joyce, if we give your name and phone number to Shelby?
Yeah, the other thing I wanted to state is anybody that knows a military member, they need to have them go check to see if they have extra addresses.
Because they really messed with the Yucatas.
I can guarantee that.
Because I have the proof.
Well, hold the line.
Joyce, thank you so much for this information.
Hold the line, Joyce.
We're going to get your first and last name and phone number, and we're going to send it over to Shelby, okay?
Okay, I appreciate that.
Thank you.
Hold right there, guys.
Get that, will you please?
Okay.
Thank you so much, Grace.
And thank you for your family service.
Let's go to Lori in Arizona.
Line 2, Lori in Arizona.
Thank you for calling in, Lori.
Hi, Brandon.
Hi, Lori.
I'm a good follow-up because my son is in the Navy and he's actually on the ship right now.
He left yesterday to go for another two weeks or so on military Yeah.
So, are you saying you have a similar story?
Yeah.
I live in northern Arizona.
real and he says attack and secure. So anyway, I know how she feels about not wanting to
say the name out loud. Yeah. So are you saying you have a similar story? Yeah, I I live in
northern Arizona. I called you because, you know, I'm really worried about Mays and Hogs
and Fontes being this trio against us because they're going to take the election again.
And we haven't done a whole lot to secure it.
And you know that worries the hell out of me.
And I'm in Yavapai County where in 2022 they they actually had about about a 69-31 split and it went well in Yavapai County.
Right.
I think we had a good vote.
And when I walked into my little tiny church Voting precinct.
I'm in a very small town up north.
And when I walked into my center, they handed us paper ballots and they said, we're not doing the machines.
We're only handing out paper ballots.
And I said, fantastic.
Right.
And they did it, I know, on purpose.
And we got a 70-30 split.
We got a good split.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Well, now, just about a year ago, I think it was January or February, I even have the newspaper saved someplace.
I could go back and find it if I really had to.
But there's a new city manager in our town who came from California just in the beginning of this year, and I'm afraid they sent him in to try to rig our elections here and make sure that we don't just hand out paper ballots and make sure that we do use those machines.
They're here.
The machines are here.
But in 2022, They basically didn't let them use this.
They just said, here, we're going to only give us paper.
And we had a lot of people that were there that were volunteers that were watching poll watching and stuff.
You know, I know because there was so many people and I've been here since 1973 and I've been watching them just take it, take it, take it since the eighties.
They've been just taking Arizona.
It's been this wide, wide open, wild West, easy for them to walk in easy for them to just.
We're a right-to-work state.
We mostly make minimum wage, $10 an hour.
I mean, we don't make crap.
You know what I mean?
I want to stop just in case you want to say something.
I'll cut you off.
And I'm getting his ballots.
All of a sudden, I'm getting my son's ballots shipped to my house again in the last two elections.
And he's been voting from the military for 17 years.
But he does use Arizona as his home base.
state because they do that. But still, all of a sudden I started getting county and different,
Wow.
you know, voting material for him that I hadn't gotten for the last 12 years.
Wow. You want to comment on this real quick, Shelby, for the next call?
Uh, yes. I just, I just want to say, number one, prayers with your son and his,
you know, deployment to Israel.
God bless you.
As a mother, I can sympathize with the emotions you must be feeling.
Yes, we cannot let this happen.
The military people cannot continue to be taken advantage of in these election situations.
And Yavapai maintained a lead, but I believe the lead should have been much higher.
Excuse me.
I want to go back to your resolution real quick.
Because the resolution talks about the board supervisors.
They all take the loyalty oath of office taken by all members of county boards of supervisors in Arizona requires them to swear to, quote, support the Constitution of the United States and the constitutional laws of the state of Arizona and defend the U.S.
and Arizona against all enemies foreign and domestic and to faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of their office according to the best of their ability, so help me God, end quote.
So, is this Action by the so-called quote, Attorney General.
Is this setting dangerous precedent?
Or another way to put it, is this intimidating county boards of supervisors across the state To fear doing their job, which is their duty.
Their duty to secure the elections and make sure that the elections are being operated in a legal, transparent manner.
Is this action poisoning the water and intimidating all county boards of supervisors from being able to do their job or afraid to do their job?
That's exactly what it's doing.
It's intimidating.
It's using fear tactics.
But this isn't just language, right?
I mean, they're not just saying mean things or horrific things to these people to make them feel fearful.
They are using the highest level of law enforcement, essentially, in the state of Arizona.
The highest level of prosecutorial powers and they're saying if you do this, if you do what these people are asking you to do, then we will ruin your life and we will potentially imprison you for lengthy amounts of time.
I have spoken with more than one board of supervisor in this state who has straight up said they have threatened to take everything.
They will sue me.
They will take everything away from me.
And when all is said and done, even if I win, even if I legitimately win this fight, they will ruin me by the time it's over with.
And they're not willing to risk that.
So people are intimidated from actively carrying out their constitutional duty, responsibility and oath.
Wow.
Arizona, another call tonight.
Let's go to Stacey, Line 4 in Arizona.
Stacey, thanks for calling in.
Hello.
Hi, Stacey.
Hi.
So my question is against the judicial system in Arizona.
All of these cases, they come out and their generic ruling is you don't have standing, which we all know that's crap, because if you voted in the election, you have standing.
Because if you voted for The winning team that didn't get the office then your vote was Over was not counted correctly.
And so to me, I'm trying to figure out if there's a way or something that we can do to Combat the judicial system and these judges if there's some way to to sue them or do something that to make them start doing their job correctly or lose their seat because they don't seem to be doing their job and obeying the oath that they also took.
Right.
And so my question is if there's something that any of these attorneys can look into to see if there's something we can do Yeah, so there's two things we can do here in the state of Arizona, and I'm completely on board with you on this one.
their seat and we replace them. All right, Stacy, let me have her answer before we run
out of time. We've got two more callers. Go ahead, Shelby.
Yeah, so there's two things we can do here in the state of Arizona. And I'm completely
on board with you on this one.
That is we need to start filing ethics complaints against these judges and these attorneys who are
violating our rights. And number two, we need to educate ourselves and we need to we need to vote
them out of office.
The ignorance, and I say this, you know, not in a really derogatory way, but the ignorance of all of us as voting citizens, we don't understand the judiciary system and the judges is the most under-voted race on the ballot.
We have to start informing our neighbors about these judges, and we have to remove them from office.
So, you know, join a movement.
Look online.
There's lots of people that are starting to expose this, and we've got to get them out of office.
We also need to file ethics complaints.
Yeah, and I want to make a point.
One of my esteemed colleagues has texted me and said, this is also about, I think, stopping this hand count, intimidating people so the hand
count doesn't take place, which not only will show who the legitimate winner is, not the current
Attorney General, if the facts are as I understand them, but it'll also show the problem with
machines. So this would indict two people.
It would indict the Attorney General, who may not be the Attorney General, and would indict the
machines. Correct? That is correct. That is correct.
It will prove that there are issues with the tabulators.
You know, I know we're running out of time, but just real quickly, there was a county recorder in Nevada who decided to hand count the ballots in conjunction with the tabulator.
We have visited with him and talked with him.
He got sued and he won his lawsuit.
They allowed him to do the hand count.
He determined that the sensitivity levels on those tabulators are such that there's no way they can be 100% accurate.
Wow.
Let's go real quick.
Diana in Utah.
Diana, thanks for calling in tonight, Diana.
Line three, Diana.
Yes, I'm here.
Can you hear me?
Yes, ma'am.
Wonderful.
Thank you for all your help, Brannon, and also Shelley.
I have been talking to your screen for all three years that you've been on air.
And I'm here.
I wanted to tell you that we the people, I'm speaking out to the country now, it's us that we can get involved with Arizona, every state, as well as contacting that AG, as well as any judges, but also, too, if you're around in the precincts where you're being threatened, pull out your phone and record those threats and go to major news outlets wherever you can and play them.
Or bring them here.
We'll play them here.
Exactly.
And the other thing is, go to your county sheriff and tell them what's going on, and they should step forward and protect this country and the county.
And put the pressure on your sheriffs, too, because the sheriffs can bring some heat.
Absolutely.
Great call, Diana.
Thank you so much, Diana.
Closing comment, Shelby, before the music takes it away?
Uh, yes.
I just want everybody, please stay engaged, keep an eye on what's happening in your own state, work your elected officials, and be ready to fight for them when they do do the right thing.
