It's not considered a conspiracy theory.
That's what Judge Totenberg said.
The judge ruled, everybody.
The judge ruled our machines have problems.
And that's going to court on January 9th.
A great, brave judge did that.
But you don't hear about that on Fox News or any of these other places.
So, but I'm going to tell you, as soon as this news came out, everybody, okay?
Well, we're all vindicated, right?

We're saying this stuff.
Well, a guy from Newsweek calls me today.
I'm going to be really nice.
I'm not going to put up his cell phone or his name because I haven't seen his article yet.
But I did ask him, well, what's your agenda?
He's asking me all about the Lindale Offense Fund.
I said, well, what's your agenda?
You know, because he wanted this and that and where was it formed and all this garbage.
And he told me his agenda.
And basically, his agenda is It's, do you get any money from the offense fund, like a wage, Mike?
I go, are you, are you stupid?
That's what I told him, you know?
Um, and I said, I said, absolutely not.
I've been telling the public.
I never reached out for the public for any help at all for the, to help all the stuff in this country after I spent $50 million.
Here's what I told this guy from Newsweek.
And they're very weak over at Newsweek, let me tell you.

Anyway, the guy, the first question the guy asked me, everybody, he goes, I hope he's watching today, he goes, um, you know, you were a nonprofit.
It says you were a nonprofit on your, um, on your, uh, um, On your records, I looked up, but when I go to your website, it says it's not tax deductible.
What happened?
And I go, you're a journalist?
I said, do you know what a C4 and a C3 are?
This guy ran it, and let me explain it to everybody that doesn't know.
There's all kinds of nonprofits.
A C3 is, those are tax deductible, okay?
They have a very distinct set of rules they have to follow, and they're tax-deductible.
A C4, which is the Lindell Offense Fund, is not tax-deductible.
And another thing with a C4, everybody, it's very discreet.
We don't have to put out wire because you're already paid taxes on that money.
You're not looking for a deduction.
You want to help out whatever's going on, whatever they say that the fund is for.
In my case, the offense fund is to help save our country and get rid of these electronic voting machines and get to paper ballots hand counted.
Anyway, Bran, this guy wasn't even embarrassed going, oh, oh, and he wasn't playing dumb.
I think he really was dumb.
I'm serious.

You're a journalist and you didn't do your due diligence.
I have to, you're going to do a hit job on a, on a, on a fund, but you don't even know what a, what a C4 is.
You don't even know why we put in big letters on the thing.
You can't deduct it on your taxes.
And then he goes, he kept asking me questions.
He goes, so I said, I said, tell me where, well, where's this based?
I said, I don't know.
It's formed in South Dakota.
We have a legal team that runs it in Wisconsin.
I said, this is what they specialize in.
I said, I don't know what they're all doing, but I know it's very, I knew you guys would do hit jobs on me.
So I, it's set up very good.
Like I said, everything up.
I get attacked enough, I don't have to do something wrong, Brandon.
You know what I mean?

There are no mistakes made, everybody.
So now he goes, he says, well, what does it cover?
If I may ask, you know, what does it cover?
I said, have you watched me before?

And I said, well, then you already know.
I said, we cover things like we just had a guy on that's had a lawsuit going for three years in New Hampshire.
I told this guy, I said, this guy goes to court on November 30th to the Supreme Court of New Hampshire.
I said, if he needs help, we're going to provide the money to help him.
You know, he's doing the lawyer stuff by himself.
So we're going to help him.
I said, what's been going on for three years in this country, I put in upwards of $50 million into anything that has anything to do with elections.
And I told him, I said, if it's a lawsuit, I said, like the Carrie Lake Mark Fincham lawsuit in Arizona to get rid of the machines that, that is going to go all the way to the big Supreme court.
I put hundreds of thousands of dollars into that lawsuit on my own money.
But I said, I'm out now.
I said, I'm out to be able to fund the Lindell offense fund.
So that's why we need everybody's help.
And they're responding.
And then he goes, um, he goes, um, next question.
Well, Okay, I'm going to ask you this one more time.
Do you get paid out of there?
And I go, I'm going to tell you one more time.
No, I don't fund it.
Not one dime has ever come out of there for Mike Lindell's defense fund or for Mike Lindell, ever.
I said, the only reason it was formed is because I can't afford to pay everything that's going on in this country.
That's going to help save our country.
I said, and I said, Cause of America that was formed, the Election Crime Bureau.
I said, this money funds these things.
People that need that.
This is what they're out there working in every state.
So anyway, Bran, then he goes, well, what about your defense for your lawsuits?
Does money go to that?
And I go, once again, Mr. Twister, I said, there's no money that goes for my defense.
I wouldn't feel right.
I said to him, I go, and he says, well, is it legal?
I said, yes, it's probably legal.
I could probably take it all and say, Hey, everybody help my defense too.
But I don't feel right.
I have a moral compass.
I don't, I would never do that ever.
You know, that's my own defense stuff.
If I may, you know, he says, well, you're out of money.
And I said, yeah, but I said, I'll tell you what, that's why I went and got a lower price lawyers for myself.
I said, If I want to, I could be my own lawyer.
A company can't.
But I said, I have in-house lawyers and stuff.
And I said, I'm just bringing that down.
I said, these frivolous cases, I have another angle I'm taking anyway.
They should have been thrown out the first day.
I'll, I'll, I'll get by.
I'll borrow money if I have to here.
I don't care about this part.
I care about getting the job finished to help save this country with all of the things we have going out there.
And I told this guy, and I'm out of money to fund that.
I said, the public has responded.
I said, we play every night.
When you see me asking for money, it's the offense fund.
Have you ever heard me ever be on the defense, Brandon, in your life?
I talk to you all the time.
Have I ever said, Oh, I got to move.
I'm worried to defend myself.
No, I get more worried that we're not, that we're not moving as fast as we can.
And it worries me that I don't have money to fund this anymore because we've come too far, everybody.
We are, we, we are going to finish this and we are going to win and save our country.
Anyway, this guy, then he goes, uh, what was the last one?
He says, um, um, oh, he goes, well, do you, um, he says, aren't you worried?
Aren't you worried that, uh, you know, that you don't have any money over here for your defense?
And I go, no, that doesn't worry me.
I said, the only, it worries me.
Is we don't complete what we've set out to get rid of these paper ballots.
Or I mean, get rid of these machines and get paper ballots in.
Then I told him, Brandon, I said, we have over 200 counties now that are committed.
We just got six more last week, everybody.
Everything we're doing is working.

Here's the biggest lie in this article.
It's actually a great article, everybody.
It says, Mike Lindell cheers judges' historic ruling as vindication.
Says exactly what I just told you all.
It says a historical ruling by a judge.
Anyone questioning election or election machines are not conspiracy theorists.
And then it goes on to say U.S.
Judge Amy Totenberg issued 135 page ruling last Friday in a long running lawsuit seeking to rid Georgia of its electronic voting machines in favor of hand marked paper ballots.
Okay.
It goes on to say that, you know, uh, the ruling that Totenberg said, um, Totenberg said that the evidence in the case does not suggest that plaintiffs are conspiracy theorists of any variety.
Now, remember that's what the, uh, that's what the machine companies want to tell you.
They're conspiracy theories.
Um, indeed, some of the nations, here's what she wrote, the judge.
Indeed, some of the nations leading, Cyber security experts and computer scientists have provided testimony and affidavits in the course of this litigation, she wrote.
Asked about Lindell's response to order, Totenberg declined Newsweek's request for comment.
I'm going to tell you, everybody, then it goes on to say Mike Lindell has been a Subject of various conspiracy theories, including claims that the machines helped Biden beat Donald Trump.
But here's the biggest lie, Brandon.

Lindell has refused to settle being sued.
Uh, uh, having financially drained him and forced his attorneys to quit because of millions of unpaid bills.
Now here's what it says, everybody.
I should go, I should probably sue Newsweek for this.

You had talked about, well, first of all, I wondered if the results from the plan that you did on November 7th, If there was a way that you could kind of show those based on the machine type, that way we could, you know, say I have an ES&S machine in my county.
I could take it to my county and say, look, this is, you know, ES&S machines are online.
And then the other thing you talked about going to each county with the results from that.
And I wondered if somehow if we knew When you were going to our county, we could do something to help, you know, maybe go and say, Hey, I know Michael and Del has contacted you.
Get rid of these machines or something.

That's a very good question because you know what, that is the plan.

We would not name them because we're actually going to be going to them.
A lot of them are just going to reach out for the public within the county.
to get behind them to get rid of the machines.
We've got, so we're going to have amazing, imagine 3,000, a little over 3,000, because we've already got a couple hundred counties that are already going to go to paper hand counting, so we don't have to deal with them.

So we have about 3,000 counties where we're going to, our team's on the ground, we'll be bringing to the county, we're going to announce, go through all, we're going to spend a whole day, 24 hours, it's going to be like a A plan-a-thon, we're gonna call it, Brandon.

We're gonna lay out the whole plan for every county, and each county, we can click on your county, and you're gonna see what our team's doing there, and what you can do as a citizen of that county.

Then your governor there, did the governor pass a thing because of Shasta County, because there were 18 counties in California that were going to go machine free.
And they said they passed a thing and said, Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
You got to use machines.

And if it's over a thousand people, they have to use the machines.
Isn't that something?
So, in other words, Shasta County, the people of Shasta County said, no, we don't want the machines.
But then the state comes in and says, oh no, you use the machines.
Who sets that at a thousand brand?
You know, I mean, this is just unreal.
What's going on, what went on there, that's a good reason what's going on in Shasta County is Why I'm not disclosing all the results and everything and putting all these, even though there's a lot of, a lot of counties and a lot of clerks that know now that their machines are online.
I, we gave them our word.
We're keeping our word.
And when we go out, we're all going to do it at once with some, I believe it'll end up being sometime in January.
We get all the data.
You go to the clerks and then all at once, kind of like when we did the cast vote records, Brandon, we're going to do a big announcement.
