Time Text
All my money has been spent on helping the country secure our election platforms.
These are lawsuits around the country.
These are, and not my defense, not in this defense of these frivolous billion dollar lawsuits.
This is stuff here to get to paper ballots, hand counted in every single county in the country.
Everything we've done to push that through.
And I told them on there, I said, yeah, I ran out of money to keep funding that.
But I said, the people have responded and they're helping out and they're helping out with that.
And I said, then what the media did, everybody, when they, when they heard that the public was reacting and, and helping fund this offense fund and the plan, what did they do?
They put out an article about me saying, Mike Lindell's a billionaire.
He's got Rolls Royces and two yachts and three men or 10 mansions.
And no, I told him today on the show, I have my pickup truck that I started with.
And I said, I have a house I live in.
That's it.
What are his other assets?
My other assets are my hunting equipment, my fishing equipment, and my fishing boat.
But they did this so that, you know, don't donate.
He's got plenty of money.
Now before, people wouldn't donate because they said, well, Mike's got all the money in the world.
I ran out of money.
I don't have any money.
So I need money to fund this.
All you terrible journalists that are out there, I'm not asking for money to fund my defensive lawsuits.
Every dollar that you put into the offense fund is going to help secure our elections.
It goes to things you're going to hear about tonight.
The great rulings by judges right here in Georgia.
Huge news coming out of Georgia tonight.
I want you all to stick around halfway through the hour and hear that.
We've got a big surprise for you.
Brandon, when did we have, what time is that second break tonight?
Uh, Logan, what time is our second break?
Do you know?
Logan?
No.
Well, how many?
Yeah.
What, what's what?
Okay.
What time is the first break?
In nine minutes.
So about 19, about the 19 mark.
Exactly.
19.
Okay.
I need to know when the second break was because that's the next break after that, Logan.
He's rolling down to it in the software.
About the 45 mark.
Okay, we need to... Tell him if he can move that break up to... Is he able to override it and move it up to 6.35 central time so we can get Garland on during the break and then we can... Can you take a break at 6.35 too, Logan?
Move it up?
Yep.
Okay.
All right, everybody.
So get everybody on.
You're not going to want to miss the big announcement out of Georgia.
But right now, we have Marilyn Todd.
Before we go to Marilyn Todd, I got a quick video for you, Mike.
Quick video.
Here you go.
This will fit in also with what Marilyn's going to talk about.
This is from NBC 10, NBC News Channel 10 in Boston.
These are not Far right wingers.
I think we know that.
Listen to what they're reporting.
People showing up at the polls trying to vote and they're being told, wait a minute, you already voted.
In an NBC10 Boston exclusive, state and local officials are looking into allegations of attempted voter fraud in Lawrence, and we've exclusively obtained video footage from a Lawrence man's home appearing to show a woman removing ballots from his mailbox.
NBC10's Darren Botelho spoke with Secretary of State Bill Galvin about all of this.
Darren, what did he have to say?
Well right now there are two police reports alleging voter fraud in Lawrence at this time and there could be more on the way.
We are told that there is an investigation going on at both the state and local level and one man tells us he actually caught a woman on camera going into his mailbox stealing ballots.
This is the ring camera video appearing to show a woman taking out three ballots from a Lawrence man's mailbox.
This is the man who didn't want to be identified but says he went to go vote in person on election day last week and was told, according to the list, he already voted.
That's when he checked his camera footage and then contacted police.
The Essex County District Attorney's Office and Secretary of State William Galvin are now looking into any allegations of potential voter fraud.
We're going to get all the ballots out of Lawrence.
We're going to get all the mail-in ballots.
And we're going to review everything and all the provisionals and reconcile the list.
And a further investigation contacting some of the people who allegedly voted by mail needs to be done.
We will do it.
There are two reports of potential voter fraud or stolen ballots right now in Lawrence.
It may be more.
It's premature to say how many.
The second report filed was from this Lawrence woman who's still waiting for elections officials to decide whether her in-person vote will count or the mail-in, which she says has her signature forged.
How come it's not going to be counted if I'm voting right in front of you and I'm telling you that that vote that you have there is not mine?
State elections officials are now sorting through these allegations, and we're told the results would be delivered before the candidates begin their new terms in January.
We're on it.
The minute we heard about it today, we took action.
We've had a history of sending people to jail when they've committed crimes.
That's what we'll do here.
And there's also another component to these cases.
If that mail was stolen out of those mailboxes, that's a federal offense.
And we're told there could be a federal investigation on the way.
All right, Mike.
So people show up to vote and told you've already voted.
Now, even NBC in Boston is acknowledging what we've been saying for, what, two and a half years?
Where was that?
That was in Massachusetts, right?
This is in Boston, Massachusetts.
OK, let me tell everybody.
And these are Democrats.
That's right.
People need to understand, just like in the 2022 election, when I told you all over Kansas, we had reports of people, votes being flipped right in front of their eyes from a Democrat to a Republican.
Okay.
And you have there, the one thing on there, don't be, don't be, uh, what they're trying to do that they're saying, okay, someone took your ballot and went and voted for you.
You guys, it's much bigger than this.
They're using names from the voter rolls and they're using your name and voting.
So when you get in there, it doesn't necessarily mean, Brandon, that someone had to steal your ballot.
That's what I want everybody to understand.
I'm glad they're going to investigate it, but you know, excuse me.
We know how that goes, but it's a, it's a, At least it's making the news.
That's the one thing.
It's making the news, but then what they'll try and do, which they always do, which is very disturbing.
Oh, there's a few bad apples.
They went and stole this lady's ballot out of her mail.
I rerolled my tape and somebody took my ballot.
Now you want to talk about conspiracy theories, Brandon?
How do you know that's not a setup?
Where, hey, we have a video we set up of someone acting like they're stealing ballots, so that would explain how everybody gets to the polls and, oh, I'm sorry, somebody already voted.
How about in California for the Newsom runoff when tens of thousands of people got there and they said they had already voted?
You think that somebody went around to all their mailbox and stole their vote?
Their vote was a yes or no vote to impeach or to get rid of Newsom or not.
Remember when 200,000 votes went ding ding from yes to no?
I don't know if you remember that.
I do.
This is what I'm telling everybody is, yes, it's great they're reporting it, but don't be fooled.
It's not a whole bunch of people running around.
In this case, it would be a bunch of Republicans running around going, I'm going to take their ballots and vote, you know, Republican or vote for them.
This is done with computers, everybody.
They're just trying to deflect and say, well, I, people out there that I'm sure there's hundreds, probably thousands of people that got there and said that you, you've already voted with that.
That's what they do with the mail and they have to grab product.
If you're in Wisconsin, Brandon, it doesn't matter.
They don't, I would say most people in Wisconsin, when you get there, And they're not going to say you already voted.
You know why?
Because there's 7 million names to choose from on their voter rolls and only 4 million people in Wisconsin can vote.
So there's plenty of names they can use of people that live somewhere else or that are deceased.
You follow me?
Yep.
And this is why everybody, it's all It's so much better to vote on election day.
You know why?
If you do that, it's harder for them to cheat with the computer.
Because they can't pull your name and vote, they actually have to flip your vote, Brannon, whenever you voted for it, to the other party.
And you can see that you're flipping your vote.
So, you know, these are things we need to be educated on, everybody.
It is great they're reporting it, and Massachusetts of all places.
Remember, everybody, Massachusetts is where Dr. Shiva came from, and they had this big investigation.
They proved that in a primary, every single machine, I believe it was 7030, had the same algorithm against Shiva.
All the paper ballots, all the places where they didn't have machines, he won.
Remember that?
Right.
And then they proved it, and they threw it out of court anyway.
So, it's just another place, everybody.
It's great that it's making the news.
Absolutely.
All right, joining us now is Marilyn Todd to talk about the breaking news from last night in New Hampshire, where the case they've been working on for three years is going to the New Hampshire Supreme Court on Wednesday, November 29th, at I think about 9.30 local time, 10.30 central.
Marilyn, welcome back to the Lindell Report.
Thank you for having me.
I appreciate you guys so much.
You know, um, Mike, you said New Hampshire.
A lot of people ask you why New Hampshire matters.
And it's because New Hampshire makes up all of New England, basically.
So if New Hampshire falls, all of New England falls.
That's always my argument for that.
Right.
All right.
Well, Marilyn- That's a big deal that Massachusetts reported that.
Yeah.
Did you, can you, yeah.
Can you believe they're even reporting it in the news?
But did you hear what I said, Marilyn?
It's not just people going to run around stealing ballots.
This is what?
It's done with computers, everybody.
Let's not...
They get, you know what I mean?
If we were, if I had to bet on it, that that wasn't even planted, I would go, well, you know what?
Then the media is putting it out because they can talk about, Oh, look at these.
We're going to get to the bottom of these people that went and stole these ballots.
Really?
How about the ones that won your machines?
That secretary of state there in Massachusetts, he's probably going, Hey, this is perfect.
Let's put out a story that people are running around, grabbing people's ballots and forging their signature.
Wrong.
We're going to take a break.
We'll get you to respond, Marilyn, and then talk about that case in New Hampshire going to the Supreme Court.
And we have breaking news out of Georgia tonight.
Garland Favorito will be joining us in just a little bit with breaking news.
I'm talking big news out of Georgia related to machines.
You're going to want to hear this.
It's the Lindell Report with your host, Mike Lindell.
If you appreciate what Mike is doing, he needs your support to keep fighting.
LindellOffenseFund.org, LindellOffenseFund.org or LindellPlan.com.

All right, welcome back.
We're joined by Mike Lindell, your host, and Marilyn Todd.
Marilyn and Mike, glad you're back with us.
Okay, pick it up there, Marilyn.
You're talking about your case at the Supreme Court, why this is a big deal.
This is a huge deal.
Dan Richard has done such a good job.
How smart is he?
Smart as a lawyer.
Don't you agree?
He just knows the He literally went and studied like the journals to the people who wrote the New Hampshire Constitution when the amendments were written and stuff like that.
I mean, that's how much investigation he's gone into this.
But, you know, it's so important because it's, first of all, the New Hampshire Supreme Court and it's, you know, Our legislators aren't supposed to legislate.
They're supposed to legislate.
They're not supposed to delegate.
And basically what happened to our Constitution is it was never changed by the consent of the people.
And, um, you know, the legislators aren't allowed to do that.
So hands down this, like, there's no way he won't win this court.
And like he said last night, I mean, he has, he has our AGS pleading the fifth, you know?
Um, so Marilyn, can you tell if someone didn't watch last night, what's the gist of this?
I mean, I see if I got this right.
He started well before the 2020 election and there was something wrong.
This is in New Hampshire, everybody.
What's the gist of it?
He said these electronic machines are against the Constitution.
Is that right or what?
So he realized that they were changing election laws.
And he was like, wait, you're not allowed to change the election laws.
Like, what are you, you know, what are you doing?
And, you know, so that's how he started getting involved.
And, you know, so there's basically three points of this.
And sorry, I'm not on the fly like Daniel is and like everybody else is.
So I took some notes.
I have a cheat sheet here.
So, you know, number one is legislators can't change the Constitution by statute without the consent of the people.
So, basically, they have to get our approval.
I don't know if other states do this.
Actually, I know other states do this because I voted in Florida last time.
They ask you questions about if you want to change the constitution.
So that's how they're able to change the constitution.
They never got consent by, you know, to change the constitution.
Then the second point was legislators can't create new exemptions by absentee ballot by statute.
So they're not allowed to do that either.
And then the third is you can't use voting machines to cover and conceal unverified and uncertified absentee ballots.
And, you know, basically what they're doing is they're, like Daniel said last night, they're sending absentee ballots and they're calling the envelopes affidavits.
How is an envelope an affidavit?
An affidavit can only be, you know, you have to have a stamp, a notary.
You have to be a notary or justice of the peace.
And obviously, Because you, like, so I, when I go in, I show my ID and I can't be treated different than a person who's voting absentee.
Why do they get special treatment?
So they don't have to show their ID.
That's not fair.
So we're not equally protected under the law.
Right, right.
So I'm, so I'm going to ask you this and you, you, you hit the nail on the head there.
First of all, you have, they're making, they're going, they're changing the rules and one thing, but they're, uh, When you said the mail-in, what they're doing with this mail-in, and it wasn't just in New Hampshire.
Across our country, all of a sudden, oh, it's the China virus, so we're going to change the rules for all this mail-in?
Well, that's gone.
They're trying to keep it as the status quo probably now, too.
But when he went to court now, why has it taken This is before the 2020 election, everybody.
It's what, three years later?
Did he lose in court and now it's at the New Hampshire Supreme Court?
Where are we at in the timeline of this?
Do you know, Marilyn?
He basically has so many lawsuits out there, but he's been in front of the Supreme Court before for the machines as well.
Honestly, he's filed remonstrances and he's just done so much in New Hampshire that it's hard to keep track exactly of everything going on, but I just know that being at the New Hampshire Supreme Court and being pro se is such a big deal and he's been such a motivation for New Hampshire and we're so very lucky to have him.
There's nothing lucky about it.
You're very blessed to have him, I'll tell you that.
That's what I mean.
I want to say this.
I mean, what an amazing that in New Hampshire, For just this individual to be so courageous.
On his own dime, everybody.
And I want to say this right now.
Donate to thelindaleplan.com.
Donate to the Offense Fund.
We're going to help him out whenever he needs.
Because this is so important.
Is it November 27th?
Is that when he goes to the Supreme Court?
Yeah, November 29th.
Basically, I don't know if you remember.
Yeah, November 29th.
Do you remember when we had the Wyndham 500?
Do you remember that?
When 500 people came to the selectment?
So what we're trying to do is we're trying to have a conquered 600.
So we want to up it by 100 people.
We want 600 people to show up to this court hearing.
We want to be patriotic.
We want to be peaceful.
We want just you know, just have 600 people there so that they know that
we're not stopping until we get election integrity.
These machines have to go.
You can't be switching the laws.
You've heard stories about how corrupt New Hampshire is.
You know, and the craziest part is, and you know, other states always like complain, like
when you bring up their in meetings, they'll be like, oh, that's another state who cares
what they do.
And the biggest thing that I noticed, you know, being, you know, because I was exiled from New Hampshire for my activism.
So the biggest thing that I noticed is that Florida picks their judges.
Like you, like Governor Sununu appoints his judges in New Hampshire, right?
And in Florida, if a judge makes a bad decision, we get to kick them out.
I mean, we have Gordon McDonald, who is the Chief Justice at the New Hampshire Supreme Court, who will be ruling over Daniel's case.
And he sat there and watched Four Republicans being shorted 300 votes each by the
machine, and he wanted to hide it under the rug.
That who is our...
Wow.
And then after hiding it under the rug and actually our state legislators having to make
a law for it to go to an audit, we had to force his hand to do an audit.
He was promoted to the Chief Justice after that whole situation.
So he's going to be looking over Daniel's case.
I've been talking to New Hampshire and the legislators and asking how we can switch this because our court system in New Hampshire is not very good, but the good thing that Daniel does have That's fine.
in his favor in this is a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that he talked about them last night
in his broadcast.
And I don't know them off the top of my head.
I'm sorry.
I don't know them off the top of my head.
But please go back and watch Daniel Richards' interview.
And basically— The bottom line is this could end up with the
Supreme Court, right?
I mean, that would be the next step.
And these guys come all this way.
I want to say the time again.
Brandon, do you have the time?
Are we going to be there, Brandon?
Do we have people on the ground that are going to be filming this?
Maryland and Ivan Reikland will be there.
And I think it's 930 a.m.
New Hampshire time, Massachusetts, New Hampshire I want to be live.
I want to be live.
We're going to, we're going to talk about it all the way up to, this is so important.
When I heard about this last night, there's very, everybody, there's stuff going on in this country and there's only so many things, so many cases that are just one step from the big Supreme Court, the US Supreme Court.
And here, how did they, Marilyn, what, what, um, so this day there, this is the New Hampshire Supreme Court he's up against on the 29th, right?
Correct.
It's the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
And the good thing about this case too, is what he said last night, is this case could be fast-tracked.
So it could be fast-tracked to the, you know, to the US Supreme Court.
So that's another good thing.
I mean, he knows what he's talking about and that's what's awesome that he's, you know, God definitely blessed New Hampshire, you know, with everything.
Right, to be right near the finish line, everybody.
And we got to get on board here and support him.
Go to the offense fund, everybody.
Call the number 800-598-6747.
You guys, we need funding.
He needs help.
We need help.
Everybody needs help here to secure our election.
And people that say, oh, Oregon doesn't matter, or New Hampshire doesn't matter, or Maine doesn't matter, they're not swing states.
You guys, that's not true.
You have to set a precedent.
We have to win one of these.
We have to get one.
The Supreme Court is starving to hear anything to do with elections right now.
And you know why?
Because they have deemed our elections critical infrastructure.
And we are far from that.
And Marilyn, it's just amazing.
One of the things that interested me too in this besides just the The amazing how far it is and how it is just real close to getting to the Supreme Court is it's against Governor Sununi, my little buddy up there.
What can you tell us about Sununi?
Why does, why did he lie and say he hates or that my pillows are no good when he didn't even have one?
Is this guy, you know, is he, is he a Republican or what is this guy up there, this Sununi guy?
He's definitely, I wouldn't consider him a Republican.
I would consider him establishment.
He is a Bush crony.
Um, his dad, um, his dad was our governor when I was born.
And, um, he's the one who brought the machines in.
They've had a relationship with LHS.
There you go everybody.
That's what I wanted you to say.
He brought the machines in everybody.
This guy's a uniparty.
He's part of the problem.
This guy, when we go across our country, And they do stuff that totally doesn't make sense, like this Sununi guy.
I didn't do anything to him.
Remember when he called me out on busting?
He goes, Mike Lindell, his pillows are no good.
He's a conspiracy theory.
By the way, everybody, I want everybody to tune in here in about 10 minutes.
Big news breaking out of Georgia.
You see the skyline behind me here.
Huge news!
And Marilyn, you're going to want to watch this too, believe me, because you fit right into this.
The news breaking out of Georgia, you don't even know it yet.
You need to stay, you need to watch this as soon as you get up here.
Yeah, absolutely.
Wow!
You know, it'll be a little bit of a vindication for you.
You'll be set free a little bit, okay?
We got a little victory.
Little victory.
You probably don't know what it is yet, or do you?
No, she doesn't.
I didn't tell her so she'd be surprised.
Yeah, you've got to be surprised.
It's going to be amazing, because I'll tell you, Maryland's been one of the biggest fighters for our country this country's ever seen.
And you know Maryland, too, with all the cases that you've seen.
You've seen stuff all across.
This is just one door that's open.
It got opened up, and we've got to walk through it right now, right?
Everybody's got to get behind this, and Marilyn, thank you for coming on, and everybody donate, help this effort up in New Hampshire.
Go to the Lindau Offense Fund or call 800-598-6747.
Marilyn, always great to see you.

What Mike?
Hey, how you doing?
You're not wearing a tinfoil hat, are you?
Absolutely.
It's a conspiracy theorist I am.
I read about myself.
I just googled myself and it said that Mike Lindell, an American American conspiracy theory guy. I got breaking news. I hope
it helps me out here. Well it does.
A judge in Georgia ruled today that you are no longer a conspiracy theorist. You can take off
your tinfoil hat. The judge denies Georgia voting machine critics are quote conspiracy theorists.
This is judge Amy Totenberg. So you now officially are not a conspiracy theorist or a tin hat wearing individual.
Well what?
Are you kidding me?
This is beautiful news, everybody!
I'm a USA supporter!
I'm no longer... I've been set free, Garland!
Praise the Lord!
It's not true!
Now, Brandon, I'm sure you still have other things you might need this for, huh?
I've been set free, Brandon.
Some of the stuff you talk about, I've been set free.
You can talk about voting machines and election fraud and you're not a conspiracy theorist.
I wonder if they'll change my Wikipedia now, darling.
I wonder if they'll change my Wikipedia.
I wonder if all you horrible journalists out there that are watching right now, did you hear the news?
Are you gonna report it?
Maybe Jimmy will, but I don't think any of the other ones will.
Garland, isn't that, that is great news.
I heard that and I'm going, I mean, that's huge news, everybody.
Maybe y'all don't think it's big, but it is big.
Why is it big, Garland?
Well, it's official.
You are not a conspiracy theorist, nor am I. Is that a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist?
You'll have to burn the tinfoil hat.
And not only did the judge rule that we are not conspiracy theorists, but Dr. Alex Haldeman also had this in his report.
He had a line that there is no grand conspiracy would be needed to commit large-scale fraud.
Large-scale election fraud.
So not only are you confirmed now by the United States District Court, but you're also confirmed as not a conspiracy theorist, but one of the leading experts in election integrity in the country.
So it is official, Mike.
Welcome back to the rest of the world.
It's like that song, I can see clearly now.
I want to tell you this.
So everybody watching, that being said, how about these billions of dollars worth of lawsuits that I'm sitting on?
I wonder if I could just go, Hey, this judge just ruled.
I have my first amendment right to talk about this stuff and to show the world this fraud and all this crime that was committed against our country.
You think that's going to happen?
I guess this is one step at a time, right?
I got rid of the tinfoil.
Because I love our country, now I can wear a hat that says USA.
It doesn't have to have the shiny stuff on it.
You know, this is a great day for our country, actually.
So maybe that, you know, for a judge to rule that.
And then, by the way, everybody, if you don't know who Halderman is, everybody, He's not a Republican, I believe he's even on the left, but he is one of the experts on the machines, and he was actually one of the few that ever got to look inside one and examine everything, and he puts out a report saying, we got problems!
But just like all the Democrats said for two decades that we have problems with these machines, we got to get rid of them, but they didn't get sued, Garland, and they didn't have to wear a tinfoil hat like I had to wear.
Well, now I don't have to wear the hat anymore.
We've been set free.
Why don't these lawsuits go away today?
That's what should happen.
Well, Dr. Haldeman even went much farther than just saying that we have problems.
He said, I'm trying to remember the quote exactly, but the system was never designed for appropriate security.
It was not designed for it, it wasn't tested for it, and it wasn't implemented for it, and it cannot easily be retrofitted for the appropriate security.
So what he's saying, and that was his bottom line conclusion, is the systems are broke and they cannot be fixed.
So they need to go.
Wow.
And I want to bring this up right now, everybody.
If you're watching right now, this is where we need help.
Go to thelindaleplan.com.
Everything I've been doing, everything, has been to get rid of these electronic voting machines.
Go to paper ballots, hand count it, county by county, state by state in our country.
Everything we have going on.
We need your support now, everybody.
Go there and help us.
Darling, I ran, I don't know if you know, but I ran out of money finally to be able to support my offense fund for all this stuff.
So what does the media do?
They attack me for reaching out for donations so we can finish the job we all started.
And so then they do an article this week, it says, Mike Lindell's a billionaire.
He's got yachts and he's got a Rolls Royces and all this stuff.
So that people wouldn't donate thinking I've lied to the public.
Well, you know what?
I've never had any of that.
I have the same pickup truck and house that I live in that I started, but it just shows you what the media can do.
And I just wonder how they're gonna, you know, how are they gonna, I think that's just
the most awesome ruling.
Cause it's almost like we're, we're halfway there to be able to say, you know, which all along you've been talking about elections for what, three decades, a long, long time.
And isn't it just the last three, four or five years that you were, that you were now became a conspiracy theorist where before you could talk about elections, couldn't you?
And you weren't called that.
Is that true?
For the most part, yeah, but I think I was called a conspiracy theorist even before 2020, but I don't keep track of that anymore.
I lost count as to when it started.
Well, this is very interesting, Mike, because Totenberg, Judge Totenberg, has scheduled a bench trial for January 9th, 2024.
Now see, what happened on January 9th, 2021, Mike?
Well, everybody, what did they say on January 9th, 2020?
Read that again.
What does it say there?
Judge Totenberg has scheduled a bench trial related to this case and these machines for January 9th, 2024.
Exactly three years from the day.
Guys, that's a three-year anniversary of the day that I was handed evidence that showed that everything was done through computers and machines.
On the three-year anniversary coming up, wouldn't that be, that's something to open it all up on there.
That would be amazing, Brandon.
A three-year battle comes down to that day.
That would be so awesome because... In fact, here's what she said.
She said, quote, the court cannot wave a magic wand in this case to address the varied challenges to our democracy and election system in recent years.
including those presented in this case but reasonable timely discussion and compromise in this case coupled with prompt informed legislative action might certainly make a difference that benefits the parties and the public in quote then she went on to say quote the court notes that the record the record evidence does not suggests that the plaintiffs are conspiracy theorists of any variety.
Indeed, some of the nation's leading cybersecurity experts and computer scientists have provided testimony and affidavits on behalf of plaintiff's case in the long course of this litigation."
This is one of your guys, right, Garland?
One of your guys that's in this case?
Well, that's right.
Our co-founder, VoterJ co-founder, Ricardo Davis, is a plaintiff in this case.
And so we're really looking for something we've been working on for years.
And the evidence is overwhelming that would justify this trial.
And the Secretary of State has not been forthcoming.
This is the same judge that said the Secretary of State's office is, quote, flatly not credible, unquote.
That was in her 2019 ruling that we have up on the voterj.org homepage.
This is the same judge that said that the current system that we use, the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5, is in violation of two Georgia statutes because it does not produce an elective verifiable paper ballot with human readable marks that the electors can read.
And by elector, I mean a voter.
Those are her previous rulings in this case.
She's also the same judge who banned the old system.
Under the old DRE touchscreen, under the guise that it really is in fact unconstitutional because it was unverifiable to the voter, not auditable by election officials, and not recount capable for the candidates.
It just reprinted previous unverifiable results.
There was no ballot.
It was completely non-transparent.
So in 2019, when she made that ruling, She confirmed what I was saying to the public and to the Secretary of State in 2002, 17 years earlier.
And she says this, and the article says, first, the court recognized that because the DREs, I guess that's the Dominion machines, right?
No, the DREs is the old, that's the old direct recording electronic.
Okay.
Okay.
Thank you.
She says because the DREs did not include a paper voting trail, quote, no voters could verify whether their intended votes for particular candidates were actually cast, end quote.
So no paper trail.
Hmm.
Who's asking for paper?
Oh, wait a minute.
That's you, Mike.
Yeah, absolutely.
You know, I'm going to take this, everybody, and I am going to go to Wikipedia.
Remember, Wikipedia is one of the most evil platforms they've ever walked.
They've controlled mine now since January of 2021.
They took away Galahad running Wikipedia, and they've been running mine ever since.
They've actually duplicated, so there's two Wikipedias back-to-back.
So if you Google my name, that's what you see.
The first thing you see is Mike Lindell, conspiracy theorist.
And now I wonder if I say, well, the judge says I'm not.
I wonder what's going to happen there.
But anyway, this is just a big step.
You know, you guys down in Georgia, Garland, every, this is what I want to tell everyone that's watching.
Every state, there's something, you know, Some are further than others, but you guys have been fighting in Georgia, and this is where, you know, it's basically one of the tips, if not the tip of the spear, because you've made so much successes, but to have a judge now rule, and then, you know, something like this, with this
Would this also go right into our great, real President Donald Trump?
All of us here talking about these computers and this election crime that come from these computers, they should be able to use that in every single case or indictment going, no, we have the right to show you the evidence and to talk about it.
We're sorry that these machine companies won't open up their machines and say, nothing to see here.
Nothing to see here.
Garland, you know what I've said?
I've used this example.
You know, we just had an election in Pennsylvania where there were all these votes flips, and the biggest machine company in the United States, the good old boys out of Omaha, Nebraska, ES&S, they say it was a programming error.
Well, let me tell you something.
If you own one of the machine companies, once you come forward, if you're not in the limelight, say, oh, look at inside ours.
There's nothing.
We have everything secure.
But none of these companies that are all supposedly in competition are coming forward and saying, ours are secure, look at our election, there was no problems.
But they can't do that because they're all the same.
All these machines, if you run our elections with computers, everybody, you got the same input, we're going to get the same output.
Stolen elections, Anomalies that happen everywhere, deviations everywhere, both Democrats and Republicans, it don't matter.
You know, I've said it before, Garland, if you're a Democrat in Georgia, forget about it.
Rasenberger runs the machine.
And Kemp, how are you going to win if you're a Democrat down in Georgia?
Well, Garland, the judge actually here seems to be fighting for paper.
She says even if plaintiffs prevail on their substantive claims, the courts cannot order the Georgia legislature to pass legislation creating a paper ballot voting system.
so she she she goes on to say our judicially impose a statewide paper ballot system as an
injunctive relief in this case um it sounds like she well in fact she goes on to say quite simply
the court has the legal authority to identify constitutional uh deficiencies with the existing
voting system but it does not have the power to prescribe or mandate new voting systems i.e. paper
ballot system to replace the current legislative enacted system in quote she seems to be saying
here that she thinks the legislature should be doing paper ballots well well yeah and i think
that's a very accurate uh um uh basically a rendition of what she is saying she
She draws a very fine line there, and that's really key.
And she says that she doesn't have the authority to mandate what the states should do, and of course, because the Constitution grants the time, place, and manner for conducting elections to the states.
But at the same time, she does have the authority to rule on the constitutional deficiencies of the existing system.
So therefore, she could declare, as she did before with the old system, that the system is unconstitutional.
It violates both the due process and equal protection rights of voters in Georgia in accordance with the United States Constitution and the Georgia Constitution.
So would this force, Garland, if she ruled that, would this force them to put something in place like paper ballots, hand counted, to change the input, right?
She could force, you can't use these, you better come up with something else, is that correct?
Yeah, so there's multiple things that she could do.
She could say that the existing system is constitutionally unacceptable, And therefore, that would basically rule the ballot marking devices and possibly the scanners as being unconstitutional, and she could ban those.
My point would be to her is that the system, whatever you do, you can't change, you could patch the system, whatever you do, You have to hand count the ballots, as you said, Mike, to ensure that the election results are correct.
There is no other way on earth to ensure your election results are correct if you don't hand count the ballots.
And so they can talk about how to patch the system, improve security, all of that doesn't really mean a thing.
Unless you're hand counting the results.
So that would be my argument that I would make.
So will you be there?
Will you be there on January 9th in the courtroom?
I will definitely be there in the courtroom on January 9th.
Whether I am... What actually happens on January 9th now, Brent?
That's when the hearing begins.
So I will definitely attend the hearings.
Whether or not I'll actually participate in Well, we have offered that possibility.
Okay, but you'll be there, so we could mark it down January 9th, on the evening of January 9th, here on the Lindell Report, to get a report from you on that day.
You'll report for us that night, right?
That's a possibility, yes, if I can get to some place where I can report.
Well, by that time of the day, that should be over.
I mean, we're on 6 o'clock Central, 7 Eastern.
Brandon's trying to lock you in.
I'm locking you in now.
I don't want Steve Bannon to grab you.
Okay, he's trying to lock you into something here.
He always tries to get the first story out there, and he's really good at it.
I've seen that trial.
That same trial in previous hearings has gone to 7 or 8 o'clock at night.
Really?
Yes.
I've been in the federal courtroom and I believe at 7.30 they were still going on.
So they have gone overtime before.
Will this go on for several days?
What do you think?
Yeah, most likely it would go on for several days because there's two sets of plaintiffs.
All right.
Thank you, Garland.
VoterGA.org.
VoterGA.org.
Closing comments, Mike?
Yeah, I want to help out Garland.
so he's going to counter. This case has gone on for three years so there's a massive amount of
evidence that will have to be summarized very quickly and represented in a hearing.
Thank you, Garland. VoterGA.org. VoterGA.org. Closing comments, Mike?
Yeah, I want to help out Garland. How can we help you out there, Garland?
Thank you, Mike. It's as As Brandon says, VoterGA.org.
I want to remind everybody, we are volunteers.
All the work we do is based on your tax deductible contributions.
So, thank you.
I do not take a salary out of VoterGA.
And that's the Lindell Report.
Thanks for watching.
Take care.
God bless you all.
Thank you.
