All right, good evening and welcome to the program.
Glad you are with us.
Brandon House in for Mike Lindell tonight, who is out on business.
And tonight I am going to have on Jordan Conradson about a ruling by a judge in Arizona related to Kerry Lake.
I think we may have just gotten some good news.
We'll also be joined by Joe Hoffs.
Joe has a new story out tonight that we're going to talk about.
We'll tell you about it as we get there.
And then we're going to be joined by JAG attorney Don Brown.
Many of you maybe don't know who he is, but you should.
I've interviewed him before.
He writes over at the American Thinker.
As I said, he's a former JAG attorney, and he also wrote a book on Extortion 17.
Do you remember that?
That's the name of the helicopter that was shot down uh in afghanistan extortion 17 uh with what ended up being the largest loss of life
By the Navy SEALs in one day in American history.
Remember, this is also SEAL Team 6 that Joe Biden slipped up, supposedly, and let out their names.
And then, not too long after that, this Extortion 17 helicopter was shot down.
He'll join us tonight to talk about several things, including the topic of, uh, well, Governor Ron DeSantis, you are no Navy SEAL.
That's the title of his latest article out today.
And then we'll talk about anti-Trump rhinos and the 14th Amendment and a new article by him on how the Trump indictments destroy the Constitution.
Don Brown, our guest, along with Joe Hoft and with Jordan Conradtson.
Joining me first tonight is Jordan Conradtson.
He's written a new piece over at the Gateway Pundit.
He joins us now.
Jordan, welcome back to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Brandon, it's good to be on.
Great to have you with us.
Tell me about your new piece over at the Gateway Pundit.
I think I've linked to it over at my website, worldviewreport.com.
Worldviewreport.com.
I may show it, in fact.
They just got my computer hooked up, so I'll show it.
Breaking huge voter identity theft.
Arizona judge defines voter registration record rules that mail-in ballot signatures have been compared illegally.
This is big news tonight, is it not?
That's right.
I really, I think it's huge.
It doesn't directly relate to Carrie Lake's lawsuit.
It's more of an indirect connection because Carrie Lake is going through a similar special action lawsuit right now over denied public records requests from Maricopa County because she's trying to get access to view these ballot affidavit envelopes that were accepted and verified by Maricopa County employees who weren't actually doing signature verification.
So the ruling here today, it kind of, it's a similar ruling to what, it's, it's a similar statement that was made by the judge in Carrie Lake's lawsuit to obtain these public records that, you know, they're, they're not really buying that the past ballot envelope affidavits can be added to the voter registration record.
The voter registration record is all voter registration documents, not past votes that you've put in, not, Touchscreen e-poll book check-in that you do at the polls and looks nothing like your signature by the way, so what this will do in my Clean up a lot of the issues that we're seeing with scribbles on mail-in ballot Or you can't say that.
Oh this scribble doesn't really look like this scribble, but I In addition to that, there is a worry that many of these unscrupulous Maricopa County employees won't be actually verifying the signatures.
You know, in Kerry Lake's law... Did we just lose him, guys?
There he is.
He's back.
You're breaking up just a little bit, but keep going.
Sorry about that.
Where did I leave off?
I think we got everything but the last two words of your last sentence.
Right.
Okay.
Well, so in the 2022 election, Carrie Lake's bringing this to light.
Same with the 2020 election.
This was brought to light by the Arizona Senate audit.
We had hundreds of thousands of these mail-in ballots that were supposedly verified, supposedly compared to another signature in the record and criticized.
In less than three seconds per signature.
So when you've got hundreds of thousands of signatures that they're just clicking through the system, it's the same thing that we saw in Kerry Lake's lawsuit, where we saw video of one of these, at least one of these Maricopa County employees, just clicking through signatures at one second apiece.
He wasn't even looking at the screen.
It looked like he was asleep in some of the videos.
So that's kind of how this lawsuit ties into Kerry Lake's lawsuit.
The judge has pretty much told defendants, which is Adrian Fontes, Arizona Secretary of State, that he cannot use past voter mail-in ballot affidavits and voter check-in signatures to compare to signatures on 2024 ballots and future ballots.
So this is a good thing.
Uh, we'll see where it goes.
Do you, do you, even though it's not related to Carrie Lake's case, do you believe it's obviously going to help her case?
Yes.
So that's another thing.
Carrie Lake is going to trial here later this month.
I believe it's September 15th or September 20th to go at this issue again, trying to public records request.
The signatures.
So she's trying to get the judge to make Maricopa County turn over all these millions of ballot affidavit envelopes so that her team can look at them, compare them to the signatures in the signature file.
And keep in mind, this is something that I was able to do in my reporting under an exception in Arizona law.
And when I looked at just a couple hundred of these signatures on ballots, Well, his best estimate, it's probably more than that, but that's my conservative best.
So what do you think is going to happen?
If you had to guess, what do you think is going to happen in this trial with Carrie Lake that starts here this month?
Well, what I think should happen is the judge needs to enforce transparency for Maricopa County's elections.
The evidence, which is also needed for Carrie's lawsuit right now, that she's still fighting, This is evidence.
This is part of the discovery that she needs to prove that the election is stolen.
And the fact that Maricopa County is so desperately holding on to it, not willing to give up this evidence, it shows that they're hiding something.
It shows that this would blow the whole thing wide open.
Because again, we've got hundreds, likely hundreds of thousands of Mail-in ballots that were, you know, trafficked, stuffed in ballot boxes, forged signatures, missing chain of custody.
There's all these law violations, but, you know, we don't have any real law enforcement here in Arizona, so we'll see if we ever get down to the bottom of it.
And it always blows my mind when I hear that your Secretary of State was an attorney for the Sinaloa drug cartel, correct?
I'm sorry, can you say that again?
It always blows my mind when I read an article like yours today, which reminds us that your Secretary of State, Adrian Fontes, is a former cartel lawyer.
Was he, I think I've heard Terry Lake or someone mentioned that he was a lawyer for the drug cartel, the Sinaloa Network.
Was it the Sinaloa Network?
I'm not sure exactly.
I think I've heard MS-13 and the Fast and Furious crisis.
He represents criminal cartel members who had murdered, I believe, a law enforcement officer.
You know, honestly, I'll be honest.
I need to do more research.
But I do know for a fact that he represented, as a criminal defense attorney, cartel members.
And it just shows.
It shows where his morals are, where his ethics are.
Likely where his honest... Hmm.
Let me go to a video clip, if I can, of Kerry Lake.
I don't know if you've seen this video of Kerry Lake or not.
This was testimony, I think this was yesterday, House Ad Hoc Committee on Oversight, Accountability, and Big Tech.
Control Room, I'm going to play this video in audio and have you respond to this.
It's a few minutes long, but well worth it.
Listen to what Kerry Lake had to say.
I believe this was just yesterday.
Good to see you all.
Thank you, Chairman Colloden, for putting on this really important event today so we could hear a little bit more of what we all suspected, which is that big tech does not have the interests of the American people at heart.
As a matter of fact, they are trying to destroy America through censorship.
And I think it was absolutely alarming, and I don't even know if he's still in the room, what Dr. Epstein reported, how Google's censorship and manipulation of search Results manipulate the outcome of elections.
Google has a much bigger ability to decide who is running our country, running our states, running our cities than we the people do.
I would challenge each and every one of you to think back to 247 years ago when our founding fathers fought for the ability for The people of this country to choose their destiny, to choose their leaders, to choose their representation.
They fought against the most well-known globalists, the most powerful globalists of their time, King George.
And now we find ourselves in a situation where we are on a fast track toward globalism and frankly Marxism.
And you have the ability to do something to change that.
During the midterm elections, then Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and current Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richard collaborated with Big Tech.
Collaborated with them to censor the people of Arizona.
Myself included.
And I know that because I was putting out information back in 2020 about the Sharpies that were being handed out that bled right through the ballots.
And we saw one of your experts today testify that Katie Hobbs' office actually was trying to find a way to just mass censor anybody who brought up Sharpies.
They're part of the government truth squads, these people who are sitting at the top of our government.
And we know, frankly, that at least one of them doesn't belong there.
And I think everybody in this room knows that that election of 2022 was a fraud, a fraudulent election, and it was sabotaged by some of the people who are running our election.
What I really wanted to know was Since Google is tracking us with 200 plus apps, I believe that's what your expert said.
They're tracking everything we do.
They know what we want before we want it.
And if we don't want what they're pushing, they'll find a way to make us want what they're pushing.
They know who is showing up on election day.
What I would really like to know from them is how many Arizonans got out of line because
of the sabotage of election day where 60% roughly of voting polling locations had equipment
that didn't work and lines were two and three and four and five, six hours.
How many Arizonans just walked out of line because they had children to pick up perhaps
at school or a little league practice to make or they had to get home and make dinner for
their families?
They have that data, it's out there.
Lot of people were not able to vote because of the way our elections were run.
So we have fraud being pushed on the people.
Our elections are theater.
We have Google having more power than any entity in the world when it comes to choosing our leaders here in America.
And that's not how this country was set up.
Look, I would accept the results in a fair and square election any day.
And if the tables were turned and I found out that elections are being run this way and the Republicans were winning them this way, if I found out that Google was giving an assist like this where six million Votes were going to the Republicans over the Democrats.
I would be the first one standing here saying, damn it, we got to stop this.
This is not right.
You have the ability to do something.
And I really I ask that each and every one of you, no matter if you have a D or an R or an I or whatever behind your name, will remember the oath you took to protect and uphold the United States Constitution, because it is hanging by a thread right now.
And we don't have much time on the clock.
It's not about me, it never has been.
I ran when the people of Arizona asked me to run.
And what I've seen in our elections is appalling.
It's not comfortable to be in the middle of a fight to secure and reform elections, but here I am and God's placed me here and I'm willing to take up this battle.
But I ask that you join me and you join the people of Arizona who have no faith in their elections.
Because our elections are merely theater to make us think we're choosing our elected officials when in fact we're not.
And I believe that what our experts showed today should be alarming to you and I hope that it sets a little fire under each and every one of you to do something.
Take every power you have to do something to thwart big tech from being able to influence our elections and for goodness sakes being able to influence the minds of our children.
What they're doing to our children to indoctrinate them almost makes what's happening at our schools look like child's play.
So I thank you so much for pulling this together today, and I ask that you use the power that you have to do something to help save this republic.
Thank you very much.
Wow.
That's a powerful statement.
You want to comment?
Yeah, I think she's damn right.
She's right on the nose.
Here in Arizona, you know, we had Katie Hobbs, we had Stephen Richer.
They weren't just going after Carrie Lake to interfere with the election.
They were mass censoring people on Twitter.
They were censoring critics like myself, critics, just regular grassroots supporters of Carrie Lake who know the election was stolen, who don't want to buy into this COVID vaccine mandate BS and take a vaccine that might hurt them.
And all these accounts were getting censored under the guise of elections disinformation
or medical disinformation, which is a bunch of BS.
You know, this is supposed to be a free country.
We're supposed to have a First Amendment.
And Kerry was right on the nose saying that.
What would our founding fathers say about what we are going through today, letting them
fuel our elections, letting them silence us and living in fear of our government, quite
frankly, with everything the FBI is doing, not going after real criminals.
They're going after Donald Trump and likely millions of other conservative Americans just for holding these, what they would consider radical beliefs.
Yeah, it's hard to believe we're living in these days and in these times.
It really is.
Let me ask you on that regard.
Do you fear the FBI is going to kick your door in one day?
We'll see.
They can try, but I don't know.
That would be pretty fun.
That'd be cool.
You sound like Mike Lindell now.
Well, it'd give you plenty to write about, wouldn't it?
Yeah, I'll have to call Mike and say, hey, Mike, aren't you gearing up for the day the FBI kicks your door down?
And we'll just, yeah, we'll start up a conversation like that.
That's right up his alley.
That's for sure.
He's the one that said, aren't you guys going to arrest me?
No, we just want your phone.
Oh, wow.
All right.
TheGatewayPundit.com.
TheGatewayPundit.com.
Jordan Conradson's got a brand new article out tonight.
Great job as always.
And thank you for making time for us.
Brandon, thank you so much.
GatewayPundit.com.
You can find me on Twitter at Conrads and Jordan.
You guys have a great night.
You too, Jordan.
Thanks for checking in.
Check out the site and his great articles, folks, as well as his social media that he just gave you there.
All right.
We're going to be joined here in just a minute by Joe Hoft.
Joe Hoft has a new article out tonight over at JoeHoft.com.
And here we go.
I think it's this one right here.
Georgia?
Politicians' blatant cover-up of corruption in State Farm Arena in 2020 election exposed that and more.
We're going to have on some folks tonight on my show, Charles Downs and Patrick Howley, about the supposed neo-Nazis The Biden regime has sent off to fight in Ukraine.
In fact, if we go over to worldviewreport.com, which is right here, your conservative daily newscast, or excuse me, it is your daily conservative newscast, Worldview Report, every night, but it's also worldviewreport.com is your daily aggregated news site.
So it's not just the name of my 30-minute nightly news show, it's also the name of the website where we carry the news of the day.
A lot of stories we don't have time to get to, we carry here.
Well, here is one of them.
General Flynn highlights investigation by Laura Loomer.
And warns Americans must respond before our nation reaches terminal position that is unrecoverable.
When you click to it, it'll bring you to General Flynn's page, and he talks about what Laura Loomer has been up to, and he provides information about that.
And Laura is booked solid, or she'd be with us tonight.
We'll try to get her for tomorrow night.
She said, I have conducted an investigation, I believe for the sake of the national security, public interest, and now my own personal safety.
I need to immediately release and publish what I uncovered about the United States government's involvement in recruiting violent American Nazis, white supremacists, and domestic terrorists, and turning them into mercenaries and confidential informants in Ukraine to fight against Russians and kill civilians.
Upon their return to the U.S., some of these Nazis are now engaging in perpetrating hate crimes and other felonies in the U.S., and they appear to be protected by our government from serving prison time, have received delayed prison time, and even reduced prison time.
As many of you saw this week, I stumbled upon a Nazi rally there in Florida.
She goes into more details of that.
Well, the interesting thing is she provides some pictures, and I think General Joe Hoft Was talking about this as well, two years ago.
And so maybe together we can add some pieces of the puzzle.
Joe joins me now on this, uh, collection of topics.
Joe, welcome back to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Great to be here.
Thanks.
Um, so what do you make of this?
You were covering this two years ago, right?
Yeah.
What we, uh, what we uncovered right after January 6th was that there were some, uh, some members of the, uh, Azov Battalion that were there, that were on location at the Capitol on January 6th.
Now the Azov Battalion, I didn't even know who they were, and our source provided us this information.
They are a group of individuals that are really tied to the Nazis.
They're like a Nazi group in Ukraine.
I'd never heard of them, but it turns out it was a pretty, it was a very real group, and maybe even much larger than I ever even knew.
But one of these guys was there at the Capitol.
He got a picture with the guy with the horns.
I forgot his name.
Oh, yeah.
He was incarcerated for a period of time.
Yep.
So he was there.
And I actually mentioned that in my latest book on The Steal, the cover-up, where I talk about January 6.
I'm saying, hey, it wasn't just the feds that were there.
We even had neo-Nazis from the Ukraine that were on site on January 6.
Pretty scary stuff.
Now, Laura, then, she's, basically, she stopped by some sort of rally this weekend that was in Florida, and then has done some extensive work looking into that group, this neo-Nazi group, and apparently has tied some of these individuals, or at least one individual there, to the Ukraine.
So, you know, it's pretty fascinating that this now has gone You know, full circle.
It's been two years and now we've got, now we've got Azov Battalion people apparently living here.
When we wrote about these guys originally on January 6th, it was just that I think we were even able to tie down their flights.
And how they got here from the Ukraine.
I believe it was via Brazil.
But now they're living here in South Africa.
I think this is the picture you're referring to.
I just went and found it real quick here.
It's in her feed.
Yeah, there you go.
That's the guy you were referring to that was there on... And we reported on this.
We reported on this within a few days.
But I think our source was saying he was Russian, but he's not Russian.
No, he was Ukrainian, but he was speaking Russian.
So our source was wrong and we stopped using that source pretty quick after that.
And yeah, so it was the guy put there or planted there to suggest that Trump had Russians there that were trying to riot on behalf of Trump.
But it was all made up.
The guy was Ukrainian.
So pretty bizarre stuff.
And we found some pictures of him in Ukraine, which tie him back to that Azov battalion as well.
That indeed was somebody from the Ukraine.
And now we hear talk that some of these folks are being used here in the U.S.
And of course, many of us have been saying for some time we're concerned about false flag events as things become more and more dangerous for the deep state as we see more people on the right and the left and in the middle, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, people that are apolitical, really.
They're all kind of waking up to the idea that the federal government hates everybody.
They're not for anybody but themselves.
And as the American people wake up to just how corrupt their federal government is, And people drop the left-right paradigm they want us in, and division, and we unite where we agree, and say, you know, we can talk about these other issues later, but let's unite on the fact that we want free speech, we want the right to free and peaceful assembly, we don't want forced COVID shots, mask mandates, lockdowns, destroying our businesses, pushing the LGBTQ agenda, you know, sexual mutilation of our children, you know, we don't want hate crime,
Prosecutions for speaking truth.
As we all agree on these things, and we drop the right-left paradigm they want us divided in, this and the crimes of the deep state are being more and more revealed by whistleblowers.
And I'm going to have another FBI whistleblower on tonight on my show, Steve Ferrando, come back.
As we have more of these FBI whistleblowers in the IRS, the FBI, inside the different agencies, this is becoming more and more dangerous for the deep state, which is, I think, when they start using some of these neo-Nazis, skinheads, white supremacists, and they start using them to do things and then blame it on Trump supporters.
Blame it on Second Amendment people.
Do anything they can to try to lock down on us, crack down on us, and take more of our civil liberties because they're getting very, very desperate.
And maybe they need a few of these crazies to carry out some random terrorist attacks in America.
Blame it on the right, blame it on, you know, Trump supporters, whoever, I don't know.
But we've been warning about this for some time.
In fact, for those who remember, on my Twitter, the night before January 6th, I said I thought it was a trap and I didn't think people should go, and I'm well documented on my Twitter feed saying that.
But don't you agree that we're entering more and more dangerous times as more people stop the left-right paradigm argument and realize we've all been played?
That's a great, that's a great analogy, by the way, Brandon.
I agree wholeheartedly.
I think the thing is, you know, Obama came in and said he wanted change.
He wanted to really, I think he wanted to destroy this middle class.
It was God-loving, country-loving Christians.
And, you know, they just wanted to go to work, make a living, you know, send their kids hopefully off to college and And so they can, you know, build good lives.
And, and that was a pretty, pretty good, you know, pretty good deal.
And then Obama comes in.
He didn't, he didn't like that.
He didn't like that at all.
And he started then, uh, labeling us and, and as terrorists, even Jim at the Gateway Pundit this week, just a couple of, maybe yesterday came out and said, Hey, we found that the FBI is using, you know, like cards with 3,200 people from January six on them, similar to the manner that, uh, The Bush administration did after the invasion of Iraq where they used playing cards and they put all these individuals names and faces on them as they were going after these guys that work for Saddam Hussein.
So now our government is targeting us with even playing cards and and it goes it even goes further.
It's like they're making up these groups that we've been following one group around since the 2020 election and they've been they all dress the same.
They're in khakis.
We found out that half the guys in there appear to be feds.
It's just a scam.
So here's our government setting these things up.
I think the most egregious thing was, other than January 6, was this kidnapping in Michigan.
Half of the guys involved were feds.
There's a case still going on related to that kidnapping, at least last week.
It's probably still going on this week.
Two guys got in a car.
The driver was a fed.
The driver was talking to another Fed who told the driver to go by Whitmer's cottage up in northern Michigan.
And the two guys in the back seat or whatever are being charged with crimes for terrorism, because they happened to jump in with a Fed who was being led by another Fed.
This is how they roll now.
Everything's made up.
It's produced.
And these poor guys that get caught in the middle of it, one of the guys And one of those Whitmer cases said, hey, I thought we were going out for beers.
They said they were going to buy some beers.
It's like, heck, yeah, he was in, you know?
And then it turns into this nightmare of where they're saying that this is all a kidnapping attempt.
This guy didn't have a clue.
So this is what our government's doing now.
They're making up crimes on us.
And think about that.
That whole Whitmer case came out in October of 2020, just weeks before the election.
At the same time, We learned that the police report in Muskegon, where somebody's bringing in 12,000 election voter roll applications that are completed, that all appear to be signed by the same person and put together by the same person, such that they contact the police.
And the FBI ignores that, but moves forward with this Whitmer kidnapping plot.
Well, they set all these guys up.
And then, quite frankly, the guy that was running that whole operation, then they bring him into D.C.
for January 6.
So, you know, this is our government.
This isn't this is this is this isn't due process.
This is setting people up and on, you know, on crimes that it's like, are they are they even crimes?
So, yeah, this is pretty scary.
So I guess they don't have enough white supremacists in this country, which they don't.
So they're importing them from Ukraine.
It's maddening, isn't it?
It is.
It is absolutely maddening.
Let's go to this next article you have at joehof.com.
Breaking exclusive, Georgia politicians' blatant cover-up of corruption in State Farm Arena in 2020 election exposed.
Tell me about this.
Yeah, well, some of this information is kind of old news, but there's new news to it.
There's a couple things that I think are really, really big here.
So as we all know, on election night in Georgia, there was individuals there that were found later on video, basically shoving ballots through tabulators after hours.
And we know their names now.
Everybody knows it's Ruby Freeman and Shea Moss, her daughter.
What this piece does is I kind of unwind Some of the events that occurred there.
So the event was November 3rd was the election.
On November 13th, this guy by the name of Carter Jones sent a report to the Georgia State Board of Elections and this guy named Mashburn, who was there, Matt Mashburn, and he receives this report.
This report, this Carter Jones guy was someone that the state brought in with the help of Raffensperger to be a monitor, an election monitor in Fulton County and in During the 2020 election.
So this guy named Carter Jones, who we didn't learn about until June of 2021, when John Solomon at Just the News had received this document and shared it online.
So this document created by Carter Jones back on the 13th of November in 2020, so about 10 days after the election, was sent to the Georgia State elections board and Mashburn was one of the guys.
Well, I found this video or audio basically of Mashburn where he's in a meeting and he shared it with the local news outlet there in Georgia trying to say see nothing nothing's wrong and here's why and he covers these activities that occurred at Fulton County that night and in the State Farm Arena and he says he brags about this he basically says for the first time in the state's history as part of a settlement of complaints Against Fulton County, rising from the primaries, the state elections board appointed this election monitor over Fulton County, saying for the first time in its history as if, man, we've done such a great job.
We're bringing it.
We're even brought in a guy to Fulton County to take a look.
Well, the reason the guy was brought in, it was because the primaries were such a mess.
So that doesn't bid well to any arguments that, hey, Fulton County had, you know, had their stuff together because they didn't.
And in 2020, They're even worse, because this guy by the name of Carter Jones put together his report.
And what Mashburn said in his piece is, he says, well, we actually had this guy in Fulton County.
And he sells this.
And I use his quote.
He says that Carter Jones actually sent a picture.
And nobody seems to know this.
So let's get this out there and let the public know.
But he sent a picture on election night standing in the room at State Farm Arena where the counting was taking place.
And he says, with the time written on a piece of paper that he was sending.
Is this it right here?
Is that that picture right there, Joe?
That's right.
And it says something like midnight, basically, in the State Farm Arena on election night.
So this Mashburn went on to say, see, the election monitor was there.
There's no counting in secret, period, he says.
Well, what he doesn't say is that in that memo written by Carter Jones, Carter Jones says, I left the State Farm Arena at 830 on election night to go get a bite to eat.
And then he stopped by apparently the warehouse that was near there.
And then he came back and he says he comes back at 1152.
So that's midnight.
So he's gone for three and a half hours.
That alone says, well, Mr. Mashburn, you're a little bit off here, and you're not mentioning this, and it's in the same memo where that picture is that you're talking about.
The other thing is Rudy Giuliani, in late December, or early December, which is now a couple weeks after Mashburn had received this Carter Jones report, and Mashburn's incident in the news was like on the 23rd of November.
So about a week before Rudy comes out and shares this video with all of us, the whole world, where we saw people grabbing ballots from underneath the table and shoving them through tabulators that evening.
And after everybody had been sent home.
And that's what Rudy's team shared in their presentation.
I did put that here in my piece, too, at JoeHoff.com.
And I linked to the right time frame.
But they're saying that these people left that area at State Farms Center on election night around 1030.
So that means there was no GOP observers there from 1030 on, on election night.
So the law is, and I've talked to actually a friend of mine, Professor David Kamlenitz, who's an attorney, he says, I've looked at the law and basically every state has the same thing.
You have to have observers there present.
You need to make it available for them to review.
These guys were sent home and two or three of them have signed up on affidavits to say we were told to leave at 1030.
Well, then the ballots come out, then the counting begins and nobody's there besides these people that are running these things through the tabulator until midnight when Carter Jones returns to the center.
So the key is for from 1030 on there was no GOP observers there and there was absolutely nobody there including this election monitor was from 830 on so at least till midnight and even then the GOP observers weren't there.
So I think that's a big piece of information when they're trying to tell us that there was people there.
That's just simply not true.
It's just simply not true.
Therefore.
That was against the law, in my opinion.
In addition to that, what this Mashburn didn't say when he shared this message with the media on November 23rd, is that the very next line underneath that picture, which is below in the piece, there's this wording that says this, from Carter Jones.
He says, if you go down there, towards the bottom, you'll see another, that same picture, keep going down, you'll see There, right there, I capture a piece of what was in this 10-page document by Carter Jones.
The wording right below that picture says this, from Carter Jones, order is starting to break down.
Ralph newly re-scanned some ballots that had already been processed by Shea.
So to me, that's kind of damning information.
Yeah, it is.
You know, so they are admitting that ballots are being re-scanned for a second time.
This is their document.
It's not us saying it.
It's them and their election monitor that had to be there because it was such a mess in the primaries.
This shows that I think the key thing, the order is breaking down.
And if you look at this entire document, which I did embed in this piece, You can see.
It's a mess.
So you're telling me that the Democrats' own election monitor is admitting in his own notes that they were re-scanning ballots that had already been scanned there in the State Farm Arena?
Absolutely.
There it is.
Yeah, there it is.
And actually, he's a Republican.
Oh, he's a Republican.
It's Raffensperger.
It's Raffensperger, these guys that, you know, I don't know what they are.
You know, fascists.
Uniparty.
Uniparty.
I don't think they're GOP.
So, yeah, the Uniparty.
So, yeah, they're admitting to the crimes.
So now we've got two things.
No monitors there and ballots being shoved through tabulators more than once by their own admission.
And they withheld this from us.
Think about this.
They withheld this information from that phone call with President Trump.
They knew this on election night because this picture here by Carter Jones was sent to Raffensperger's friend, his attorney, Ryan Germany.
That's the Raffensperger special counsel at the Secretary of State's office.
They knew this and they withheld this information from the American people until John Solomon, seven months later, releases it.
And at the same time, they, in my opinion, lie by omission by not telling President Trump about any of this.
They knew it was a mess there.
They knew ballots were being scanned more than once.
And they withheld it from all of us, including the President of the United States.
Wow.

Joining me now is Don Brown.
You guys can come back to me.
Joining me now is Don Brown.
He is someone that I've interviewed several times, but I'm glad to have him back tonight.
He has some very, very timely articles out tonight.
Don, welcome back to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Brandon, great to be back.
I was really enjoying that interview with Joe earlier.
And it just gets dirtier and dirtier.
You wouldn't believe some of the things that went on in Georgia.
Have Joe give me a call, and I'll share some things with him.
I will.
I'll give him your number.
So you're in Georgia, obviously.
In Carolina.
I'm in Charlotte, which is next door to Georgia, but I'm down there quite a bit, so I can give Joe some things that he might be interested in knowing about.
I'm happy to do that.
I'll give him your number.
Tell our audience, for those who don't know, you're a former JAG attorney.
What else is on your bio that our audience should know?
I'm an ex-JAG officer.
I have left active duty and stayed in the Reserves for 11 years.
Left active duty in the early 2000s.
But you know, it's been quite a ride.
I've been privileged to have 15 books published by major publishers.
Most are military type of books.
We have one I'll be able to announce pretty soon.
We're getting ready to sign a contract on dealing with some election, some Kangaroo Court Prosecution type of issues we're going to look at, but it's been a great ride.
I've been privileged to be involved with several high-profile cases.
You mentioned the extortion 17 case.
I also was on the team that represented Lieutenant Clint LaRance, the 82nd Airborne paratrooper who was prosecuted, you know, when his platoon got into a firefight in Afghanistan in 2012, given 20 years.
They threatened his men with murder charges, and President Trump pardoned Clint in 2019.
I was very involved in that, and so I've been very blessed to be on the front lines of some of these things and just love our country and hope that we're going to see a bright new day and morning in America, as President Reagan used to talk about.
But I appreciate the opportunity to be with you tonight.
Hopefully it'll do some good, Brandon.
Yeah, it will do, and it's some good.
I know that.
Thank you for your years of service.
Just to remind our audience, Extortion 17 was the name of the, was it a Chinook helicopter that was carrying 31 Americans and 17 Navy SEALs?
Does my memory serve me right?
You got that right.
31.
The 31st American was a military working dog, but there were 30 Americans, including 17 Navy SEALs.
We had Three U.S.
Air Force Special Ops guys, excuse me.
We had three, and we had five, excuse me, five U.S.
Air Force Special Ops guys.
We had three Air National Guard crew members.
It was the largest loss of life in the Afghan war, largest loss of life in the history of the Navy SEALs.
And it appears that the shoot-down was a set-up.
It appears that the guys were sacrificed.
And yes, I've done the book on that.
I'm friends with the Vons.
You mentioned them.
Salem distributed a docudrama movie in 2021 called Fallen Angel Extortion 17.
I would encourage your viewers to go over to Salem and take a look at that.
It lays that out and of course you've done your outstanding documentary as well and between those two resources folks can And learn about these guys.
We're trying to get to the bottom of what happened to them.
This was basically three months after the Osama bin Laden mission, which SEAL Team 6 carried out.
And there's so many questions involving that mission.
It looks like they were sacrificed.
I'm very, very sad to say.
The more we learn, the more disturbing it gets.
Yeah, there was a massive cover up there.
The black box.
There was no black box.
There was a black box.
The black box got washed away by rain.
That's an area that gets, you know, virtually, what, an inch of rain a year or something?
I mean, hardly anything, right?
Yeah, it's just ridiculous.
And we have since discovered new information.
We believe there were boots on the ground, ally boots on the ground.
In the interim between the shoot down and the arrival of the Army Rangers at 412 a.m., which was covered up.
We're trying to get to the bottom of that too, but we appreciate your friendship with the Vons and your dedication to keep the story alive.
We owe it to ourselves for these Americans, these SEALs and others who have sacrificed themselves for our country, sometimes sent over there by foolish politicians without any clairvoyant or clear call to purpose or mission.
They are the best we have had, and to keep their memories alive means so much, and I really appreciate you for your part in helping to serve our country by keeping their memories alive and in front of the people.
So thank you so much for that.
It's a team effort.
Thank you.
DonBrownBooks.com, as you saw there.
Again, he's got a lot of books published.
DonBrownBooks.com.
There's so much to say about Extortion 17, folks, you should know about.
I want to mention one more thing, though.
Joe Biden basically outed SEAL Team 6 as vice president that should have disqualified him, I believe, from ever becoming president, among many other things.
That's exactly right.
The Operation Neptune's Spear, which was a military operation that Deborah or SEAL Team 6 carried out against bin Laden was May 1st, 2011.
There had been a lot of negotiation prior to that mission.
that the former Secretary of Defense Bob McNamara had been insistent that no member of the Obama administration identify the unit that carried the mission out because it puts a tar on their back.
So, May 1st is when the Osama bin Laden raid was carried out by CMP-6.
Two days later, at a festival there in DC, At a dinner honoring the 50th anniversary of the North Atlantic Alliance, Joe Biden, then the vice president, steps up to the podium.
He sees Admiral James Stavridis, who at that time was commander of U.S.
forces in Europe, and he blabs his mouth.
He says, there's Admiral Stavridis over there.
It's just amazing what his SEALs did just two days ago.
Biden outed the Navy SEALs as a unit that took out Bin Laden.
As soon as that happened, we had SEAL members all over the world calling their moms and dads saying, get off social media, we're now targets.
And to make matters worse, just a month or so later, Leon Panetta, who was still the head of the CIA, had invited producers of the movie Zero Dark Thirty to the CIA headquarters and actually outed SEAL Team Six specifically as a unit among the Navy SEALs.
And the Navy Inspector General found that Pineda had compromised top-secret information.
Pineda was then confirmed as Secretary of Defense.
So these Democrats get away with absolute bloody murder with no consequence, and we have these kangaroo prosecutions against Trump and against his lawyers and others.
And the double standard is just enough to make your blood boil and your veins in your head pop, as they do with me.
But you're correct.
Biden outed them.
He should be impeached for that.
That should be remembered.
He basically violated sensitive information.
He basically, when he outed the seals of the unit, he violated classified information there in front of the entire world.
And what does Jack Smith do?
Not a daggone thing.
Nobody's looking at it.
Nobody would even know about this if it weren't for you bringing it up again, Brandon.
Of course, it's in my book, Cosine Extortion 17, The Shootdown of SEAL Team 6.
It's also exposed in the docudrome movie, Fallen Angel Extortion 17.
We actually run footage of Biden outing the Navy SEALs, and it is the most inexcusable thing I've ever heard of, and this dude is the Here's a new article out today, the timeliness of this, folks.
No, Governor DeSantis, you are not a Navy SEAL.
Army, Army forces, United States now, and he and his subordinates, meaning Lloyd Austin
and General Milley, are more concerned about stand downs, look for nationalists in the
military.
They are about military preparedness.
It is absolutely sickening.
This guy's got to go.
Yeah.
Amen.
Well said.
Here's a new article out today.
The timeliness of this, folks.
No, Governor DeSantis, you are not a Navy SEAL.
Tell me about this, Mr. Brown.
Well, I'm just Don.
My daddy was Mr. Brown, but thanks.
Listen, DeSantis, like me, was a former Navy JAG officer.
And as I say in the op-ed, there's a lot of things I like about him, but he's made crucial mistakes in this campaign.
And he's proven, as I point out in the op-ed, that he's not ready for primetime.
He's not ready to take on a once-in-a-generation leader like President Donald Trump.
He's made numerous tactical errors.
First of all, letting the likes of the Fox, of Rupert Murdoch and others, talk him into running.
I think DeSantis thought that Trump would fall from all these prosecutions if he'd pick it up.
But, you know, he's made a number of errors.
Aside from the fact that he's wasted millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars from these billionaires, they've given money to his PACs.
Fox, Rupert Murdoch, and others who are now backing away from him.
He recently attacked Trump supporters by calling us listless vessels and just totally insulted us and then doubled down on it.
And during the Fox News debate, I call them the Seven Stooges, even though there are eight of them on the stage.
I guess when you get past feedback, the rest are Seven Stooges.
But at any rate, made the comment several times that when he was in Iraq, he was with the SEALs.
And our mission was blah, blah, blah.
He made this comment several times.
I was with the SEALs stationed in Iraq.
He doesn't really clarify that he's really a Navy JAG officer.
So the comments he's making makes it look like, by omission, that he was a Navy SEAL.
And so I kind of caught him out a little bit.
You know, it's just another blunder that he's committed in a not-ready-for-prime-time candidacy, under which now According to the Wall Street Journal poll that came out on
the 1st of September, you know, he's 46 points behind President Trump in the most
recent, you know, credible poll of Republicans, and he's getting
smashed.
His numbers are close to those of Vivek Rameswamy.
And the last thing that DeSantis and his campaign operatives ever wanted was a battle for second
place with someone who was previously a political unknown, that is Rameswamy.
So in the op-ed, I basically looked at some good things about DeSantis.
He did a reasonably decent job in dealing with COVID in Florida, although not the best
in the country because, as I point out in the op-ed, Brian Kemp, who's not a bastion
of conservatism himself, opened up the state of Georgia five months before DeSantis opened
Florida.
DeSantis did order beaches closed in Florida.
He did order businesses closed, and only Kristi Noem did not close her state down.
I'm pointing out that this guy has made mistakes.
He's getting crushed in the polls.
He never should have run against Trump to begin with.
He would not have been elected for President Trump.
President Trump came into Tampa and endorsed him enthusiastically shortly after he stepped in the White House, urging Floridians to vote.
And DeSantis is running a razor-thin race against this crackhead, apparently, Andrew Gillum, who was later found in a Miami hotel room with a gay escort.
who apparently had overdosed after a 911 call.
Cops came in.
They found baggies with either suspected cocaine or methamphetamine in it.
So we came in the whisker of this communist being elected as governor of Florida, which means Florida would have been shut down like any blue state like Pennsylvania under, I mean, excuse me, Michigan under Whitmer or Newport or Cuomo.
So there's some good things about DeSantis.
He's much, much better than Gillum would have been.
DeSantis is much better than any Democrat, but he is not ready for primetime.
He should step aside and he should endorse President Trump.
And we need to, we need to now coalesce our forces to go after the Democrats.
And the sooner he does that, the better.
And frankly, I really think the longer he waits, the more he runs the risk of permanently damaging his political career in the future.
People don't realize this, but the Stanford's only 44 years old. He's got a lifetime ahead of
him. I mean, come on, but he's made numerous crucial mistakes. Well, he also seems to have, you
know, we all have our issues, you know, I've got dyslexia, so we all have our issues, but this guy
seems to look... Yeah, right.
This guy seems a little special.
I mean, I watched some of his social media stuff that shows up there, the way he's acting and responding.
He seems to have some real social quirks.
I just, I don't know.
There's a reason his campaign hasn't taken off.
He doesn't have the it factor.
No.
Okay, I applaud him for his war against woke.
I applaud him for the fact that Florida is turning increasingly Arab, but you've got to give Trump credit for that, too.
But he doesn't have the it factor.
I mean, if you take away political philosophy, and you look at politicians absent from that, Reagan had it.
Trump clearly has it.
Bill Clinton had it to a degree.
Even Obama, when you put him in front of a teleprompter, they've got the it factor.
DeSantis, when he talks, it's almost like taking your fingernails and scraping across.
Absolutely.
And so see, here's the thing about it.
The Democrats had their way.
They did jettison Biden, they would jettison Kamala, and they would put Gavin Newsom as their talk of the day.
That's what they like to do.
No question about that.
Whether that happens or not, who knows?
They might like Michelle Obama on a ticket.
Newsom wants it.
He smells it.
I would be concerned.
It was a tactical mistake for DeSantis wanting to debate Newsom.
Neither one.
Newsom's not even running yet.
But you take a guy like Newsom, who is good politically, what I mean by that is he's very smooth and a slick talker.
And when you look at that load of information chardonnay-sham-sipping voters out in the suburbs who don't know anything about issues, He can appeal to a lot of those.
DeSantis doesn't have what it takes.
No, he sure doesn't.
Very concerning to me.
Absolutely.
Let me go to your other article for a run out of time because he's got a lot of great articles.
These are all over at americanthinker.com by Don Brown.
Anti-Trump rhinos And the 14th Amendment.
I mean, I guess they're running around now, some of them, trying to invent ways to keep him off the ballot.
I mean, this is... I mean, I even saw a video the other day of Alan Dershowitz, who I've had the chance to interview several times, who's saying, you know, I'm gonna vote for the Democrat guy is, it won't be Trump, but Trump has the right to be on the ballot, you know.
So, Alan Dershowitz is saying, this is crazy, this is dangerous.
The 14th Amendment is one of three post-Civil War amendments, 13th, 14th, and 15th, and it's got a lot of good stuff in it.
It's got due process clause, got equal protection clause.
This insurrection clause is kind of an afterthought on most, but it was designed to be used against Confederate officers.
who were running for office.
Now, here's the thing about it.
If you look at, historically, Jefferson Davis, who commanded Confederate troops against American troops, although he was in prison a couple of years, was never prosecuted for insurrection.
Robert E. Lee, the commander of the Army of Northern Virginia, never prosecuted for insurrection.
His nephew, Fitzhugh Lee, who became governor of Virginia, also Confederate general, never prosecuted for insurrection.
And it goes on and on and on.
The 14th Amendment actually prohibits, it prohibits not only, you know, if you're convicted of insurrection, it prohibits you from taking a state or federal office.
We've had numerous Confederate officers who then became, at least two, became governors of their state.
So you don't even have Jack Smith, of all people, who is a nutcase who is pushing us toward banana republic prosecutions with all the crazy stuff he's thrown against Trump.
Not even Jack Smith has brought a case for insurrection.
There's a United States statute that allows prosecution for insurrection.
Not even Jack Smith has brought a charge against Trump for insurrection because he knows he could never get a conviction and be thrown out of his ears before he knew it.
But yet these, not just these Democrats, these rhinos like Asa Hutchinson, The Secretary of State in New Hampshire and others are jumping on this 14th Amendment bandwagon, which is the biggest piece of crock altogether so far, with all these crazy Banana Republic theories that Jack Smith and Fannie Wills and Alvin Bragg and others are trying to concoct.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
I don't think it's going to get very far.
We had an Obama appointee throw out a case in Florida just last week on standing.
The problem is, though, that plaintiff was not Secretary of State.
A Secretary of State might have standing, but I don't think you're going to get very far on it.
Ultimately, the Supreme Court is going to have to step up and stop this lunacy with all these political prosecutions.
Absolutely.
Folks, you now know why I had Don Brown on tonight, and he's going to be a regular.
He's going to be on here more often because he's got great information.
