Let's go to Liz Harris from Arizona, former State Representative Liz Harris.
She has a report to bring us tonight regarding Maricopa County before we go to Garland Favorito in Georgia.
Liz, welcome back to the Lindell Report.
Thanks for being here with us.
Hi, thank you so much for allowing me to introduce this breaking news to everyone.
So, as you know, Maricopa County has been One of the counties that the world's been watching when it comes to election integrity and election reform.
So in Maricopa County, this past Saturday, we had a resolution pass.
And the resolution is to ban the machines from the presidential preference election.
So some of you might be asking, what is the presidential preference election?
You see, a lot of states have their primary, which is very different, On March 5th.
Well, Arizona doesn't have its primary until August.
So what each party does, the two major parties in Arizona is they have a presidential preference election.
It's very important to note that in 2020, the Republican party did not have a presidential preference election because Trump was the incumbent.
So the Republican party said, we're going to bypass the costs of that election.
And just say, okay, Trump is going to be our nominee.
And then of course, we still had to go through the primary process.
So what this resolution on this past Saturday.
Again, it's the Maricopa County Republican Committee Executive Guidance Committee.
If you want to read the resolution, you can go to my Twitter, LizHarrisMBA, or the MCRC Republican Party Twitter, and you can read, or X, you can read the resolution.
But what it essentially says is that we don't want a government-run election.
What the Maricopa County wants the chair of the Arizona GOP to do is we want him by September 1st to withdraw from it being a government-run election.
So here in Maricopa County, it won't be Stephen Richard and Adrian Fontes running it, but instead run the election by we the people.
And what we the people are asking for, paper ballots, strong voter ID, voting at the precinct level with a hand count and no machines.
I'm gonna repeat that, no machines.
But guess what our Arizona AZGOP leadership is doing?
They are giving us 101 reasons on why we can't do it.
One of them being the cost.
Wait a second.
Counter argument.
We've got plenty of volunteers that are gonna step up to do this.
Another argument.
We're gonna upset the Trump campaign.
The Trump campaign doesn't want us to do this.
Wait a second.
I think Trump just said on Tucker the other night, That he wants this voting methodology in place.
And it's not the first time he's said it.
Other arguments are, oh my goodness, we're going to lose delegates.
What?
The RNC is going to take delegates away from us because we have a free and fair election?
So anyway, Brannon, again, if people around, you know, throughout the country, around the world can please encourage anyone in Arizona who is on the AZ Arizona GOP To please pass this resolution of no machines for the entire state.
We will get this done and the people will make sure it's successful.
Nobody wants to have eggs on our face.
Understand that the presidential preference election, it's one vote.
It's only one vote that we have to count.
This is so doable.
But I just really need to encourage people to reach out to the Arizona GOP and say, please implement One day, one vote, strong voter ID, absentee ballots for the people who really need it, military, the airplane pilots, anyone who can't show up at their precinct and vote locally.
We understand that.
But again, hand count, no machine.
I can't say any more.
Do you have any questions for me, Brannon?
No, I think you laid that out beautifully, Liz.
What I do have a question on, though, is this.
Where can people find out more about this?
Do you have a website where you've got this report, these bullet points, these action items that they can also copy, by the way, duplicate and put into action in their state?
Well, read the MCRC Republican Party.
It's on X. They have the resolution very nicely laid out.
on what we're asking for and the why. The why, in Arizona, we know where all the massive election
abnormalities happened. We know. I mean, just if you look at those signatures on the envelopes,
we know. So we would ask you to basically take our resolution, copy it for your state.
But it's not a done deal here in Arizona.
So your first action step is actually to reach out to the Arizona GOP.
I'm sure if you Google it, you're going to find it right.
I think I just found it.
Let me, let me, let me tell me, tell me if this is it right here.
MCRC, August 26, 2023, Arizona GOP chairman.
Jeff DeWitt, I don't know if you guys can show that in the control room, but I think that's it right there.
So just put into a search engine at X, now what was known as Twitter now called X for those who don't know, just put in MCRC resolution and it popped right up for me.
Right.
So that's the letter.
There's actually a full resolution with all the whereases and therefores, but it's an awesome resolution.
And I'm telling, Brandon, I'm going to tell you what's going to happen.
All the people who do not want this to pass, they're going to show their true colors.
And at least we're going to know who the good Republicans are from who the not so good Republicans are.
All right.
Excellent.
Now I don't know yet.
Look at that.
I think I found it.
There we go.
There's the rest of the resolution.
There they are.
There's the full resolution right there.
So just type in, uh, MC.
What is it?
MCRC.
Is that what it was?
Yeah.
MCRC resolution.
Yeah.
Popped right up for me.
And then you, and then folks can take that and copy that into their state as well.
Correct?
Yes.
But we still have to get 14 more counties in Arizona to say, yes, we want to do it.
Jeff DeWitt, our Arizona GOP state chair, he only has until September 1st, it's like less than a week away, to actually withdraw from the state-run government election.
for presidential preference election.
Understand the presidential preference election.
It's a party election.
So only Republicans can vote in it.
Democrats can't.
Independents can't.
So this is really up to the party.
And Brannon, this is a great test run because Maricopa County is one of the largest counties in the United States.
And we can actually have a test run for doing a ballot with no machines.
It's an excellent opportunity.
It's a no-brainer.
I just don't understand all this resistance we're getting.
Yeah, and of course the Arizona Legislature passed a resolution that allows counties to hand-count the votes.
But here's an article.
Sounds like to me they're afraid they might be honest in fair elections and they won't be able to do their cheating.
It sounds like to me they're afraid they might be honest in fair elections and they won't
be able to do their cheating.
That's what it sounds like to me.
Correct.
The Attorney General, unfortunately, is twisting some of the statutes to fit her narrative.
However, the presidential preference election, it is not a statutory election.
Therefore, we should not have to follow the statutes.
That's another point.
It's a party election.
Wow, that's excellent.
Yeah.
Excellent.
Excellent.
All right.
You have a website?
Anything else you want to promote?
I want to let you go before you have that chance.
If you want to learn more about this, follow me on X. I'm Liz Harris, MBA, and I'll be giving updates on this constantly along with MCRC.
And I'm just going to say my prayers before I go to sleep.
Jeff DeWitt and the XCOM Committee of Arizona GOP, please, please, please pass this.
Let us give it a try.
Where there's a will, there's a way.
And they're all worried about where's the money gonna come to do this.
You know, where's the money gonna come from?
I guarantee you that if we have one of the largest and first hand counts done on a state level.
That the AZGOP and MCRC will receive more donations from good patriots like yourselves.
They will donate and they will make sure this happens.
But I don't see this cost being more than a few hundred thousand dollars.
But all the naysayers are saying, this is going to cost 13 million dollars.
And I'm like, why?
How?
We're going to have volunteers, we're going to get competitive bids.
On the ballot printing, we're going to get competitive bids on the locations of where to hold the elections.
I mean, we all know that the private sector does things so much better than the government sector when it comes to spending money.
Again, it's a no-brainer.
Brannon and Michael Adele, thank you so much for having me on tonight.
This was such an important message, and I right now feel like there's really great hope if Maricopa County can pull this off for the entire state of Arizona.
Absolutely.
Show her Twitter handle here, folks, at LizHarrisMBA.
At LizHarrisMBA.
You can follow her on X, formerly known as Twitter.
And thank you right back to you, Liz, for all your great work, not becoming discouraged and continuing to persevere.
You may have been completely justified in your battles to say, oh, you know what?
Dirt in your eye and walk off and go on with your life, but you've stayed in the battle despite some people turning on you and we appreciate your commitment to the country and to freedom regardless of how you've been treated at times.
We appreciate your continuing to march forward.
Thank you again.
Liz Harris checking in tonight.
She doesn't give up, folks!
Great example to all of us.
All right, we're going to be joined by another great example, another guy that doesn't give up.
He just keeps going and going, and he's been doing this a long time, long before most of us ever thought about election integrity or any of this.
Garland Favorito was hammering this out and organizing, and he's done it again today at a big event.
We're going to tell you about it.
Garland, welcome back to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Hey, Brennan.
Thanks for having me.
Great to be with you again.
You too, Garland.
Hey, Garland, how many years you've been doing that whole election integrity fight?
20 years.
Started in 2002 when Georgia got its first unverifiable voting system here, the paperless DREs.
We knew that was going to be a disaster.
We tried to stop it, and they didn't listen to us then, and they're not listening to us now, but that hasn't prevented us from going forward.
Well, absolutely.
You're another one.
You're another guy, another person persevering, even in the face of sometimes great resistance from your own party, just like Liz Harris.
All right, let's go right to it.
You had a big event today.
We live streamed it on Lyndell TV3.
What went down today, Garland?
Oh, well, first of all, thanks for live streaming.
That's great.
We called for the impeachment of Fannie Willis for prosecutorial misconduct.
In this 41 count indictment that she's made against 19 of her political adversaries.
And we sent you the press release.
I think you've got that.
And Logan has that.
And we could probably talk a little bit more about that as well.
Okay, and we've got this little PowerPoint presentation if you guys want to show my computer.
Fanny's Phony 40.
That's a clever one there, Mr. Favorito.
Fanny's Phony 40.
Tell me about her Phony 40.
What is this all about?
Well, there's 40 and actually 41 indictment counts in this.
And it's basically a long story, but she has accused 19 of her political adversaries of being in some sort of grand racketeering conspiracy that most of it, in spite of all these accounts, it still lacks any real crime.
Uh, and in any one of the 41 indictments, and today we walk through all of the indictments, uh, all the counts to explain why, uh, that is just not, uh, uh, really it's just, it's just a farce.
It is, it's a phony indictment.
And by the way, this is a woman whose father was a Black Panther, the Communist Party Black Panther group that work with Weather Underground.
You know, again, you can't judge someone by their parents or family members.
They got to stand on their own merit or lack thereof.
But she seems to agree with that worldview, does she not?
Yeah, and we chose to judge her solely on the corruption of this indictment that she herself brought upon the people of Georgia with a, what we call, in Georgia law, calls a tyrannical partiality.
That is the definition of prosecutorial misconduct.
This is clearly a political partisan attempt to destroy her adversaries with no real basis in law and facts, and it is basically tyrannical partiality using the color of her office which is prohibited under Georgia law.
Let's go to the next slide.
Abiding by legal election challenge, quote, rather than to abide by Georgia's legal process for election challenges, the defendants engaged in a criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn the results of Georgia's presidential election results, end quote.
So says Fannie Willis August 14th in her press conference.
Tell us about this, please.
Well, the irony of that is that Donald Trump did attempt to abide by Georgia's legal process by filing a legitimate election challenge in accordance with Georgia law and it was Fulton County who failed to sign a judge, assign a judge to that case in time for him to be able to prosecute his legal challenge.
So this is a statement she made in a press conference, and it is absolutely false.
So the delay rendered the lawsuit mute and no evidence was heard.
Well, yeah, exactly.
And then President Trump had to withdraw the lawsuit because by the time they got the hearing scheduled, it was after Congress had even certified the The whole election results, so it was too late for him.
So that's the sad part about it.
And maybe if we slid on over to slide, maybe about five, let's talk a little bit about racketeering.
Yeah, that looks like a good place.
So, racketeering is what she's accused all 19 of these people of, most of whom have never committed a crime of any kind.
She has accused them of racketeering, and she hasn't really come forward with a crime.
But racketeering, as you know, Brian, this is serious crimes.
We're talking about homicide, assault and battery kidnapping, burglary, prostitution, bombs, theft, robbery, alcohol distribution, illegal alcohol distribution, these kinds of things.
None of the people have committed any type of crime like this, none of these indictments.
So the next slide shows you a few more, and that, and this is, um, she's going after things called forgery, false statements in writing, impersonating a public officer, and influencing witnesses.
So she's tried to bring these in as crimes that were committed.
So if we go a couple more slides, maybe on to that slide eight, Or so I'll walk you through some of these things.
Yeah, these are the things that she did.
So she accuses these people.
Yeah, let's go back one.
And let's back up one Logan.
There you go.
False statements in writing.
So most of the statements and many of the statements that she has in here about people making comments about the election of 2020 are actually true and she alleges that they are false and then other statements were probably true if the evidence could have been presented in court and still could and the The defendants are required to knowingly, willfully, and unlawfully make these false statements, which they did not do.
But most importantly is that even if they had made a false statement or mistake, that is protected free speech under the United States Constitution's First Amendment.
And one of the most important things to think about here is Marxists don't want free speech for their adversaries.
And this is exactly... By the way, when you say Marxist, do you believe Fannie Willis is a Marxist?
Well, look at the indictment.
The indictment speaks for itself.
The indictment is completely politically corrupt, and there are multiple attacks on free speech.
And I'll give you another example.
If we go to about slide 10, she accuses, and this is another free speech violation, this is really bizarre, Uh, Brandon.
So, the solicitation to violate oath of office.
So, she's accusing people.
Uh, let's back up one slide.
There, uh, one more slide.
Let's go back.
Um, I think it's slide 10, I believe.
There we go.
So, she's accusing these people of soliciting Officials to violate their oath of office because they are presenting evidence of election fraud errors and irregularities.
In the 2020 public Senate and House hearings, many people, including some of these victims of her indictment, presented evidence of fraud errors and irregularities in the election, and they requested the House and the Senate to do something about it.
And she calls this solicitation to violate the Senate and representative's oath of office.
President Trump reached out to House Speaker David Ralston to request a special session.
And she calls this solicitation to violate an oath of office.
Well, right now in Georgia, Brandon, we have literally had tens of thousands of people who are calling their legislators to request a special session to secure our Georgia 2024 election.
So, given Fannie Willis's logic, they are all committing crimes, thousands and thousands and thousands of them, because Fannie Willis doesn't want secure 2024 elections, and therefore people who are asking their legislature and their legislators to do something are committing crimes according to Fannie Willis.
If you requested Brad Ravensburger to do something, you are committing a crime according to Fannie Willis.
But obviously none of these are crimes.
You know, that does not violate their oath of office.
So when the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee concluded that the election was so Uh, riddled with systemic fraud errors and irregularities that it should have never been certified
How is that a crime?
If you solicited them to, by looking at the evidence, if you gave them the evidence and they reached that conclusion, how can that be a crime?
That is simply free speech.
It's your free speech as an American, and this is what Fannie Willis does not want you to have, and that is what I would contend Only a Marxist or a fascist would want you not to have free speech.
Most of us want free speech, even for people that we disagree with.
I certainly would fight for free speech of anyone.
This is not Fannie Willis.
Fannie Willis is trying to shut down all verbal political adversaries, and that is a crime in itself.
And we'll see, I think, a little bit as we go forward.
This is nothing a little bit more than racketeering.
But I got another one for you.
So wait a minute.
She's accusing Trump and the 18 defendants of racketeering, but you believe she's the one engaging in it.
Well, absolutely.
And you'll see this as we go deeper and deeper into the Fulton County Attorney's Office.
We're going to find out in the next few weeks that it's not just her in the office.
I think we haven't even talked about this yet on your show.
We may have, but I was sued personally by Fulton County Attorney, along with the candidate, for $38,000.
And that attorney, because they had won an election challenge, the attorney filed this motion or action against the candidate and myself without approval of the board, even though the board was on the case as the alleged plaintiff, so to speak.
And then she actually tried to sue us for $350 an hour in attorney's fees for staff attorneys that only make $60 an hour.
So I and these were four attorneys involved in this case so we're going to see as time goes on we're going to see racketeering in the Fulton County office and remember the same office is the one that hired criminal defense attorneys to prevent us from looking at the ballots Which we found were counterfeit for the 2020 election, and they're still withholding those ballots.
And what you're saying will make this racketeering in the Fulton County DA office is they are conspiring to do illegal things knowingly, which fits within the definition of racketeering.
Well, right, and we'll get, and in a few minutes, maybe, depending on our time, we'll get to all the things that Fannie Willis covered up and didn't allow.
Okay, let me ask you this.
I'll make sure our audience understands, though.
You're saying that you've already gone head-to-head with Fannie Willis.
Do you live in Fulton County?
I am a Fulton County resident, and I'm at risk of even doing this show because the district attorney could literally have me arrested tomorrow.
So, but we have gone head to head with the Fulton County Attorney's Office, which is just slightly different than the District Attorney, but they are all roughly in the same office.
So Fulton County, she came after you.
Explain to our audience again why she came after you and was trying to charge you with $350 an hour for four attorneys.
It wasn't Fannie Willis.
It was another attorney in the office and her name was Kay Burwell.
And we're going to do a story about this.
We haven't even had a chance to put this out yet, but on the same day that Donald Trump was indicted and the 19 Uh, individuals were indicted.
We were in court to defend ourselves against that $38,000 claim.
We successfully did that by stating that the Fulton County Attorney's Office had no basis, uh, in law to, uh, to request attorney's fees from us and that they committed perjury when they got the original ruling to prevail in the election challenge.
It's a long story, but I promise I'll come back and put that whole picture together.
And the judge ruled in your favor?
The judge ruled in our favor in that case, and he threw out their claim for attorney's fees.
Now, why do you say that you could be arrested even tomorrow by this, I believe, corrupt DA for what we're talking about right now?
Well, if you look at her indictment, I, along with 10,000 or 12, probably 20,000 other Georgians, have done the same thing that these 18 or 19 people have done by requesting a special session and questioning the election, And those types of things, so we are at risk and this is why we the people have to stand up right now so that we can prevent her from continuing to do this to more and more innocent individuals.
Alright, let's keep moving.
Criminal attempt to influence witnesses.
This is another one of her charges, correct?
Yeah, this was a case where there were some people attempting to help Ruby Freeman.
The law says that if you deter a witness from testifying freely, fully, and truthfully in any manner, you're guilty of this charge.
While in reality, they were attempting to help Ruby Freeman testify freely, fully, and truthfully, not to prevent her from doing that.
And she's charged them with a crime and this was, in fact, Ruby Freeman has never actually been a witness in any court case.
So therefore, this really is not valid either.
And remind our audience who Ruby Freeman is.
Ruby Freeman was one of the individuals on the State Farm Arena video.
And that's where, remember, you see all these violations of Georgia law.
You see on that video, first of all, there's a curved room which you cannot see all the way around it.
I was there.
They hid ballots underneath the, bags of ballots underneath the table.
Tables were skirted.
Those are both violations of Georgia law.
They told everybody they were stopping for the evening.
The monitors hung around for half an hour before they left.
Then they And you're saying Ruby Friedman was one of the people that pulled out ballots from underneath the table?
of the duplicate scan of ballots even though there was no paper jam or anything like that.
Again, those are all violations of Georgia election law, despite the fact that...
And you're saying Ruby Freeman was one of the people that pulled out ballots from underneath
the table, is that what you're saying? I can't remember if Ruby Freeman was one of them.
I'm.
Possibly Shea Moss.
I know Ralph Jones was one.
But several, there was only five of them left.
And after folks were, had left, then the crew of five that was left pulled the ballots out.
I know that included Okay, so the point is, if someone like Pastor Lee from Illinois, who's a military veteran, former police officer, goes down there, knocks on her door to try to get to the bottom of what was going on there,
Maybe there's a misunderstanding.
Maybe she just can help us clarify what was going on.
And I think that's why he went down there and knocked on her door.
And his attorney, who I interviewed last week, said that's why he's been indicted.
Because he simply was trying to ask her questions about what was going on.
Correct?
That's what his attorney told us?
Well, that's correct.
That's correct.
And other people that were also indicted were actually trying to help her.
And if you look at the webcam, well, they wanted to protect her so that she could testify truthfully, honestly and fully as the law requires.
But nevertheless, they were indicted and they have a webcam, all the webcam video for this.
And in those videos, I think you'll see that Ruby Freeman was grateful to them for coming.
They seem to, she seemed to be appreciative of trying to get some help.
So that will all come out in trial if it ever gets this far.
Uh, and then we'll know, uh, you know, what the truth is about this whole situation.
Okay.
Let's go to the next one.
Forgery, filing false documents.
Now this is, this is where we really get into some, some stuff, um, Brian, uh, Brandon.
So, um, the forgery had to do with the electors, the certificate of the votes of the 2020 electors from Georgia and the notice of the filing of the electoral, electoral vacancy.
They even tried to claim that the electors were impersonating public officers, but electors are just volunteers, and they are not public officials in any way.
They don't get any payment.
They don't work for the government or anything else.
But the most important thing about this is forgery requires you to use another person's identity, and these people were signing their own names to the document.
So That's not forgery if they're using their own identities.
Forgery is when you were doing another, trying to use somebody else's identity.
Look at this one.
All electors are contingent when selected.
Speak to that, please.
Yeah, so there's no such thing as a fake elector.
So here's what's happened in Georgia.
And this is interesting because there's a parallel of exactly the same thing that happened in 1960.
We can talk about this.
But all the Democrat and Republican electors are contingent when they were selected.
They're selected six months in advance of the election in March 4th, 2020.
Certified to the Georgia Secretary of State's office.
The Secretary of State's office published the electors list as qualified and nominated candidates.
And the most important point is that they were lawfully contingent electors from December 4, 2020, when Donald Trump filed his election challenge, all the way through to January 7, When he withdrew his election challenge.
So there's nothing illegal about this.
And if you go on to the next slide, you'll see that the electors had a meeting.
They had a meeting on December 14th, which is while Donald Trump's challenge was in play.
And They then actually had their meeting, and they did that in public, and everyone knew about it.
There was nothing tricky or underhanded going on there.
And what's really interesting about this, Brannon, if we skip over to slide 17 about Hawaii, I want to show you the exact same thing that happened in Hawaii.
I don't remember if we've talked about this.
I want to stop here real quick, though.
Look at that.
There's no such thing as a fake elector.
Dual electors were selected in Louisiana, Florida, South Carolina in the disputed 1876 election between Rutherford B. Hayes and Samuel Tilden.
Dual electors were selected identically to Georgia in 1960 for Hawaii in the disputed state contest between Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy.
Exactly, so this goes all the way back to 1876.
When there was this big dispute over 20 electoral votes, Tilden at that time had 184 to Hayes' 165.
The Republican Majority Electoral Commission that was set up, this very famous commission, gave all 20 of those votes to Rutherford Hayes, and he became the President of the United States in a disputed election.
So that would be historical.
Hawaii presidential dispute.
Hawaii 1960 presidential dispute precedent.
Hawaii governor certified presidential election winner Richard Nixon on November 28, 1960.
Supporters of John F. Kennedy challenged the election for irregularities.
The lawsuit was pending on December 19th when JFK electors met.
Three electors, including two retired judges, cast votes for JFK,
signed paperwork and sent it to Washington, D.C.
They were judges, folks.
Retired judges.
On December 30th, 1960, Judge Ronald Jameson ruled in favor of JFK.
On January 4th, 1961, the governor of Hawaii recertified the election for JFK.
Now what you're saying is, if we were using this same precedent in 1876 or in 1960, these people would all be indicted for racketeering and all kinds of other crimes.
Exactly, if Fannie Willis was the district attorney.
What's really interesting about that, Brandon, is that the Hawaii example is identical to what happened in Georgia in 2020, right to the T. There is no difference whatsoever, other than the fact that in that case, The electoral votes were awarded to the Democrats and in this case the Republicans were indicted by a Democrat district attorney for doing the same thing the Democrats did in 1960.
That is how corrupt Fannie Willis is and that is how corrupt the Fulton County District Attorney's office is.
Conspiracy to commit computer theft.
That's one of the charges.
Tell me about this.
Well, this is the thing that happened down in Coffey County, and there are all sorts, these are all the crimes that the folks in Coffey County Who questioned the voting system results.
Their voting system results actually failed.
The Dominion voting system was never able to produce an accurate vote count in 2020.
So they went out and got a forensic exam on their machines.
And there's a kind of a long story about that.
So just to maybe Fast forward on that a little bit.
They, yeah, that's kind of the story.
The system failed to count the votes three times in the 2020 election.
They finally had to certify the hand count.
They gave all of this information to the Georgia House and the Georgia Senate.
They testified And they provided 13 megabytes of documentation to the committees to explain all this.
So the next slide explains that's our press conference that we, our press release, excuse me, from December 14, 2020, that explained that.
So the forensic copy was fully authorized by the county officials.
Now when you do a forensic copy, Brandon, I think everyone knows you're only copying the data.
You're not stealing anything.
You're not removing anything.
So all of those charges of theft all lies. Nothing was actually stolen. There was no
interference with the election or anything else.
Now the question comes in of authority. Did the counties have the authority to get a forensic exam
of that voting system?
And under Georgia law, they certainly do.
And the proof of this is a lawsuit in which the Republican electors in 2020 sued for a forensic exam.
It's called Pearson et al.
v. Kemp.
And that was on 11-25-2020.
Judge Timothy Batten says that during the hearing, the Defendants Council argued that the Secretary of State has no lawful authority over county election officials.
And the defendants are Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Rattensperger, and the State Election Board.
They're all arguing that they have no authority over the county for elections and then Fannie Willis turns around and despite all that, and this is an actual federal court document, she indicts them for getting a forensic exam to protect the voters of Coffee County against a system that was never able to calculate the results of the 2020 election correctly.
So Fonny's got all kinds of political bias here.
She's been on the media.
She has spent tens of millions of our taxpayer money here in Fulton on this phony indictment.
And meanwhile, burglaries, car thefts, murders, and things are increasing in Fulton County by roughly... And by the way, what is the poverty rate?
What's the poverty rate in that county of Fulton County?
I don't know, Brad.
I would have to check.
That's a really good question.
I can't tell you.
If you had to guess, or a general idea, is Fulton County a rich county, or is it a split county?
Is it rich-poor?
Is it a mixture?
Is there a population of people that are pretty doggone poor?
It's very split.
They're very wealthy areas of Fulton County and they're very poor areas of Fulton County.
How is she spending tens of millions of dollars on this?
Where is that money coming from?
Are they going to raise your taxes now?
Well, yes, they're actually raising our property values in order to raise taxes to collect more money.
And now there is an effort underway, both federally and state, Let's talk about the infringement on the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
office, both federally and state, because this is a complete waste of tens of millions
of Fulton taxpayer dollars.
Let's talk about the infringement on the first and 14th amendments.
Let's go to that real quick.
Yeah.
So, Fannie has covered up a lot of stuff, and we can always go back to that, but she
certainly did infringe on the first amendment free speech right.
And then you've got the 14th Amendment that says no state shall enforce a law that abridges the privileges or immunities of the citizens of the United States.
So she is infringing upon both the First and 14th Amendment rights because we have, and we're supposed to still have, freedom of speech under these rights.
What did Fannie cover up?
Election, bribery, interference?
A ton of things that she covered up.
I'm not sure if we have time to go through all these, but there was bribery and interference through CTCL.
They spent $45 million in Georgia, $10 million in Fulton County, and $45 million, all went to 94%
counties that Joe Biden won.
As you know, CTCL was a partisan operation operating under nonpartisan CTCL, that's Zuckerbuck's money.
That's right.
Center for Technology, Civic, and Life.
There was enough, and that money turned around the entire election in both the federal and the state office.
Then you have the ballot trafficking operation that was operating in metro Atlanta.
We saw the geo-trafficking evidence, the videotapes of that.
We have the witnesses.
And Fannie didn't investigate any of this, now did she?
No, she didn't.
And we have witnesses of the counterfeit ballots for senior poll managers.
I think you've had Suzy Voiles on the show before.
Yeah, in fact, there it is.
What did Fannie cover up?
She covered up counterfeit ballots senior poll managers submitted.
Four sworn affidavits swearing they'd handled counterfeit mail-in ballots in the November 14th to 15th 2020 Fulton County audit not folded from being mailed.
How do you do that?
How do you mail them but not have a fold in them, a crease?
Marked by copy toner instead of writing instrument.
Won wrong paper stock.
Voted same way in all down ballot races for a hundred ballot batch.
Affidavits swore the number of counterfeits could scale into tens of thousands which would be of course make up for the margin of so-called victory for Biden.
Exactly.
And also during that audit, we found, I think, seven falsified tally sheets with 850 to nothing Biden votes on that.
Then there was the violent trafficking operation going on in metro Atlanta, including Fulton County.
You've seen the geo-trafficking evidence presented by True the Vote.
We know about the videos.
You've seen lots of videos of ballot traffickers operating the 2020 election.
You've got the evidence of the counterfeit ballots.
And then there's also statistical evidence that Seth Kessler has put together Showing that Biden got 28% more votes in Fulton than Hillary did in 2016, even though he only got a couple of percent in other counties.
So that's pretty conclusive.
But then finally you've got the audit manipulation.
Right.
The falsified tally sheets.
And then in Fulton County, we've shown this on your show before, we found out that the mail-in ballot images were electronically altered before they certified the 2020 results.
And even today, there's 17,724 more votes In Fulton County, then there are ballot images.
And as everyone knows that watches your show, they know that a ballot image is required to produce a cast vote record, which in turn tabulates the results.
So that's an impossibility that's still unexplained.
Wow.
Seven falsified audit tally sheets found with 850 to zero total Biden votes.
What's that?
Tell me about that.
Those were the falsified tally sheets in the audit where we would look at a ballot.
We got the ballot images later through Discovery.
We looked at them.
We would find a batch of ballots.
It would show 60 votes for Joe Biden and 40 votes for Donald Trump.
But you look at the tally sheet, the tally sheet had 100 votes for Joe Biden and zero votes for Donald Trump.
Pretty obvious forgery there.
Okay, now let's wrap this up.
Let's talk about her misconduct in prosecuting.
That's the bottom line, Brannon.
So this is all prosecutorial misconduct.
There is an explicit statute for it, 4511, and it's mouthpiece, it's an office, but the one that I like best is right there where it says that this is tyrannical partiality.
Prosecutorial misconduct is tyrannical partiality under the color of her office.
And this is what we've seen here.
This is literally tyrannical partiality.
She has just gone berserk with partiality, intending to prosecute many people who are perfectly innocent.
Their only crime is they don't agree with her politically.
Has she said I make decisions based on facts and law?
Has she said that?
Yes, she said that in her press conference and the indictment that she has created proves that she's a liar.
Yeah, absolutely it does.
Okay, what's the remedy?
Let's look at this.
Give our folks some hope at the closing seconds here.
The remedy is what?
Impeachment?
The remedy is really impeachment.
When Governor Brian Kemp could do something about this, we know that he won't.
You talked about him.
I think he's what we call, I think he's a controlled asset.
I think he's captured.
I think he's controlled.
It's very clear.
I mean, this weekend he was at a fish fry and he did not want us, Voter GA, to be there, nor did he want anyone who was wearing an election integrity shirt And they tried to ban us all.
It was under orders of Brian Kemp.
We covered it all last night.
We covered it last night and showed the video.
The Attorney General could do something.
The Georgia House of Representatives could do something.
So people need to step up and do something here.
Right.
And the House of Representatives has the sole power to impeach a judicial officer.
She is a judicial officer.
So we call for the impeachment of Fannie Willis today for the House of Representatives.
And I believe that the Freedom Caucus is having another press conference at the Capitol on Thursday with Colton Moore and Charlize Byrd.
And I think they're going to try to take this to the next level.
Amen.
Great, great presentation, graphics, great research.
You've been doing this since, for what, 20 years now?
20 years.
Congratulations.
VoterGA.org.
VoterGA.org if you want to support their work.
VoterGA.org.
Hero.
Garland Favorito.
Thank you as always, Garland.
Thank you, Brian.
It's always great to be with you.
You as well, my friend.
Garland Favorito.
VoterGA.org.
All right, that's our broadcast.
Brandon Howe sitting in for Mike Lindell, the Lindell Report.
Thank you so much for watching.
We're going to get this posted online and then share, share, share.
And let's expose the bogus, the bogus DA and her bogus illegal, unconstitutional war.
On people that simply want to express their First Amendment rights?
They want to have open sunshine laws to examine elections and look at what's going on.
They don't want that.
Hmm.
Well, let's expose it by sharing truth.
Spread this program far and wide when it's posted online because there's a lot of information here I bet a lot of folks don't know.
