Time Text
This is the Lindell Report, bringing you news combined with hope by offering practical and
achievable action points to assist you in defending and preserving faith and freedom.
And now, here is your host, Mike Lindell.
All right, Brandon House in for Mike Lindell.
Mike is out on business tonight traveling, and I'm sitting in holding down the fort.
And tonight we are going to have on Rick Wiebe.
He's going to give us an update on some things going on in some of the Midwestern states.
And then Garland Favorito will join us with a guest by the name of Beth.
And I guess we have a very disturbing video that's gone viral where I understand she was physically removed by the police during a public comment.
time just a public comment time where the public's allowed to go to the podium and make a public comment but they didn't apparently like what she had to say or what she was asking for when it comes to elections and election integrity as they call it We prefer the term around here, election theft, election fraud, stopping election theft and election fraud.
And they physically picked her up and removed her.
Can you believe this is where we're at in this day and age?
So she's going to join us tonight along with Garland Favorito.
We may even mix in some of your phone calls tonight.
We'll see if we have time.
But joining me first is none other than Rick Wiebe.
Rick, welcome back to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Thank you for having me.
My name's pronounced Rick's Weibel.
Don't worry about it.
It's fine.
Oh, that's right.
That's right.
I actually know a Weeby.
I know a Weeby.
That's why.
He's a former intelligence guy we know.
So, sorry about that, Rick.
Well, good.
I'm honored to be at least revered with a better person.
So, that's awesome.
I do have quite a few updates for you from both Minnesota and South Dakota regarding our cast vote record exploration and trying to get the evidence so that we can actually make sure, you know, just like your sixth grade teacher always told you, show your work.
That's exactly what the cast vote records allow us to do.
And we've updated MidwestSwampWatch.com so you can actually see one of the county auditors in Lincoln County, South Dakota, Uh, say that she doesn't, uh, that the cast vote records don't exist.
Well, that's stunning because she is one of the counties, one of four counties in South Dakota that actually have the election.
We're reporting software to be able to review the cast vote records, to be able to discover the efficiency of her machine.
So you can actually see that video where her own county commissioners are asking her questions about the cast vote records.
And that county commissioner is pretty sharp, and he doesn't appreciate the wool being pulled over his eyes.
So stay tuned for that one.
Okay, here it is.
Here's your website.
MidwestSwampWatch.com.
There it is.
Lincoln, South Dakota, Otter.
The cast vote record does not exist.
There you go.
You fact-checked him.
How long is the video?
Let's see here.
It's really short.
Let's just play it.
Here we go.
Oh, wait a minute.
You're not getting audio, are you, Logan?
All right.
All right.
I forgot.
I can't play audio off that because I have something else connected.
So what we'll do is we'll talk while I disconnect from one system, connect to another, and then we'll play it.
So anyway, keep going.
Keep going.
My error.
Sorry.
So the beauty of this is that you would be surprised that in one of the lawsuits that we had against Lincoln County
regarding the cast vote records in the insurance claim and going after their bonds,
that County auditor actually responds on behalf of the insurance company
to basically say, no, they don't exist.
So it's really interesting that there wasn't an outside investigator to come in
to actually represent the insurance company to basically say whether this was fact or fiction.
And so we've kind of got them in a weird box because A, if they don't exist,
and that's a violation of the EAC certification.
Two, the other piece that the County Commissioners may want to ask then is, what do we spend the money for, close to $8,600 a year, maybe going up to $8,900 a year, for the software subscription to be able to review the CASTCO records?
And what's really important about the cast vote records that we've learned, because we've had a team here in South Dakota actually review the cast vote records from Dodge County, Wisconsin, which are publicly available for download.
There's 39,000 ballot images there along with the cast vote records.
And so you're able to review the ballot images with the cast vote records to see how each ballot was interpreted by the machine side by side.
We actually found some interesting things here that the voters are going to want to know.
And it's important that we are reviewing these casserole records because there's a training piece for the county auditors, and there's also the training piece for the public.
And when we hide this information, we actually create a lot of issues that we're unaware of.
Issue number one.
We actually have evidence, and you can take a look at my affidavit that I have online there at Midwest Mop Watch.
On page 29, if you want to scroll to that, there's actually a warning from ES&S, as an example, that tells you that the folds on an absentee ballot, if it traverses an oval, As a vote on the ballot, there's the warning right there highlighted.
So the manufacturer is being honest to say, make sure you design the ballot so that you don't have folds going over the timing marks and also the ovals.
Here's why it's important.
If you scroll down a little bit to the next image, we actually have taken a ballot image from Dodge County, Wisconsin.
We're actually showing a line going through the oval.
Of that particular race.
And what happened in this case, if we scroll down a little bit further, the cast vote record claims that it's an overvote.
And so here's the full ballot.
And if we keep going a little bit further, you'll get the cast vote record.
And there's the cast vote record actually shows us that in that particular race, it was counted as an overvote and therefore the voters intention was completely lost.
And so that voter cast an absentee ballot that was mailed in.
And unfortunately for that race, it didn't count because the machine interpreted that fold as an additional vote and threw it out.
That's kind of important to know.
So in this case, we have evidence now that's public.
That everybody can go in and look at to actually see why this matters.
This is why it's important for the public to understand and to be able to have oversight and a partnership with their County auditors and election officials to make sure that every vote counts.
It's really simple.
Every vote counts, but because they're hiding this evidence, we don't know what we don't know.
The other piece of this is in my affidavit.
I show other examples that voter intent is completely lost.
We actually see a training piece that we have to, when voters make a mistake and they basically say, I'm voting for this candidate, but then they go down to the write-in area and write in the same candidate's name, that's considered an overvote and that vote was never cast on your behalf.
It's lost.
The voters didn't know that.
And so it's really important that if you make a mistake on a ballot, You have to turn it back in and get a new ballot.
So that way the mistake ballot can be destroyed, at least void.
Even if you make just a 5% mark inside of the oval, that's enough for it to be counted as an overrule.
So just a little slash accidental, uh, point in there.
That's a big deal.
Voters didn't know that.
And when we think about just one mistake per precinct in Minnesota, as an example, there's 4,100 precincts.
In Minnesota, there's a history of close elections.
The Coleman-Franken race was decided under 500 votes.
So I only need basically one out of 10 precincts to have an error like that.
Guess what?
It's possible.
There's at least one in every precinct.
And what you're saying, Rick, is that without cast vote records and full transparency, we wouldn't know these things so we can try to correct the process.
Yeah, so I want to give credit to Dodge County, Wisconsin, as being a leader with their ES&S equipment.
I've spoken with that county auditor several times.
She's a true leader, and by having it publicly available for the 2020 elections, for the primary and general election, the 2022 election, she's been fantastic.
And so it's up to the voters and her to basically work together to figure out ways to improve the system.
And it allows her to have transparency to basically educate the voters.
Because the other thing that she discovered is that, guess what?
She has proof on her website that if you are using a Sharpie, it'll bleed through the ballot.
It could potentially vote on the other side of the ballot.
If you're not careful.
So it's actually a thing.
So when we aren't educating the voters, we're not having honest discussions.
So this is where transparency is the inoculation to all conspiracy theories.
So good, great credit to Dodge County, Wisconsin.
Unfortunately, in Minnesota, they've taken the other approach, which is we're going to give you the cast vote records, but we're going to ban you from having any of the ballot images.
They actually passed that last minute.
So at first they were calling me a conspiracy theorist and saying that these caste vote records aren't a thing and they don't exist.
Well, we know that they exist because you can actually look at the evidence that we have.
Is that the video?
Is that the video?
Or was that the video?
Lincoln County Auditor?
Lincoln County Auditor, yep.
Okay, let's play this because I think I've got my equipment hooked in right now.
Let's play this.
Here we go.
Lincoln County Commission meeting, Tuesday, May 23rd, where the commissioner is going to say there is no such thing as cast vote records.
Here we go.
Does the agreement with ES&S prevent us from releasing these cast vote records?
No.
The cast vote record does not exist.
It's not that it can't exist.
We're aware of this.
It does not exist.
And right now, all the information for the election... Alright, we're not going to be shouting things from the audience.
The auditor has the floor.
All the election information is sealed.
It's sealed right after.
We do not currently have a CVR report.
It doesn't exist.
That's why we cannot give it out.
Let me read that.
That's correct.
Really? Castle records have been standardized by the United States Election Assistance Commission and the National
Institute for Science and Technology as an audit tool and requirement for certification since 2005.
So they were trying to tell you, did she ever admit she was wrong?
Not yet.
She still doesn't understand.
And so what's funny is that South Dakota... And what is her job?
Give us her job title again.
She is the county auditor.
She is in charge of the finances and the elections within the Lincoln County of South Dakota.
So she is... And that's how little she knows about how elections really work.
That is correct.
Our Secretary of State in South Dakota has still not come forward, Monet Johnson, to be able to provide effective training to prove how the cast vote records exist.
We've actually seen in other states, and it's in my affidavit, where ES&S actually has training on cast vote records that is a one-day training class that's available.
What page is that on?
I'm sorry I don't have it right in front of me.
I want to say it's up earlier here.
Let's take a look here.
I have a screenshot from Georgia in here where it actually has the training pieces in here.
Might be further down.
Oh, there it is. It is.
It is right on page 35.
So it's a lecture results only course, course length one day, results only.
And there it is, where you can actually take this class as part of ES&S's continuing education and support that is available.
There it is.
Valid image.
Yep.
So here, ES&S is admitting, no, there is a such thing as cast vote records, but you're telling me that a lady that's involved in the process of funding these elections and the process doesn't even know there's a such thing, as we just heard her say, of cast vote records.
Correct.
And if you go to the Frequently Asked page of ES&S, you'll actually see they actually talk about cast vote records as an important element and tool For election officials to be able to ensure the accuracy of their machines.
Wow.
And so, and I actually threw this affidavit.
And so you, I have a screenshot of that available on page 18 of my affidavit where I show the screenshot.
Yep.
Page 18.
18.
All right.
18.
Hang on.
I'm going to have to go back the other direction.
Hang on.
Yep.
Someone left the studio door open.
All right.
There we go.
Page 18.
OK.
All right.
There we go.
This is a screenshot directly from their website.
There we go.
Yeah.
So, in this app, David, I give you the manuals, the website, I give you everything out of there that talks about the cast vote records.
And we were able to get the manuals directly from the state of Colorado and California, which their Secretary of States have available for the public online.
Many of the other states don't have it there, but we even have the instructions directing the county auditors how to export The.
From the backups, the election systems, the cast vote records so that you can actually view them.
And it actually does a very good job, and there's actually a requirement that has been there since 2005.
That all of the file timestamps are the same so that you can't ascertain who cast that ballot.
So the privacy is already maintained.
by the EAC through their voluntary voting system guidelines and ES&S did a good job of maintaining that but Dominion with 5.5c failed that and that's where our hero Halderman basically created the fix and actually was part of his affidavit in so many of the cases regarding the Dominion systems and so even the Secretary of State of Minnesota had to admit it and released that notice on their website and also made the fix
available to the counties within Minnesota, but they want to refuse to give that information.
So what's funny about that is both the EAC and many states failed to do proper testing
since that was a requirement of the voluntary voting system guidelines.
So that's a huge piece for Mike Lindell regarding the Dominion case is that we have evidence
that's public that they should not have been certified.
Wow.
Powerful.
Powerful, Rick.
Anything else before we let you go, Rick?
Please help us out at MidwestSwampWatch.com.
Special thanks to S.D.
Kamenstein and so many of the great volunteers in both Minnesota and South Dakota for digging deep into this information and especially Cause of America.
They've been instrumental in getting us some additional background and I really love the support of this channel and what you guys are doing.
Thank you so much for getting this information out there into the public hands and if anybody needs more information send us An email at tips at Midwest swamp watch calm and We have a few cases that we are supporting as well both in Minnesota and South Dakota Please help us out as much as you can.
Thank you Awesome.
Thank you Rick.
Great job.
Appreciate it Midwest swamp watch calm Midwest swamp watch calm Rick checking in.
All right We're going to go to Garland Favorito, and Beth, I think it's a Marjorani.
Marjor... Let's see here.
Marjorani?
Mar... Marjorani?
I don't know.
I got to work on this one.
How about we just call her Beth?
Garland and Beth, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks for being with us.
Hey.
Thank you.
I've got a clue for you.
Macaroni with a J. Marjorani.
Marjorani.
Like macaroni, but with a J.
Yes.
Majoramie.
I bet if you had a dollar for every time you had to say that to somebody, right, you could retire?
Exactly.
Oh, wow.
Well, Beth, you have been through it.
You have been through it.
You're going viral.
I guess you know that by now.
You're going viral.
You're all over the place.
I mean, this is ridiculous what happened to you.
Garland's the one that brought this to my attention.
Garland, how did you find out about it?
Well, I found out about it because it went viral.
We had lots of folks that had videos of Beth getting hauled out of this meeting.
It's just unbelievable when you see the videos.
And, you know, we've been working with Beth.
Beth's one of our key supporters down in Savannah, Georgia.
And to watch this happen for no just reason is just unbelievable.
So that said, I think Beth can tell the story.
But I just want to mention one last real quick thing before we get into it.
Back on the previous segment, if that auditor says that there was no cast vote records exist, they would not have had any election results if they didn't have cast vote records.
They had to exist.
She was lying.
But anyway, Beth is amazing.
Let me ask you that real quick, though.
Do you think that person's lying or just ignorant?
That's a good question, and I really don't know.
It would be speculation on my part, but it's...castle records have to exist or you wouldn't have any tabulated results.
So that's the bottom line, and it's a really good question as to whether she's lying or just simply being uninformed.
It's hard for me to imagine that she's uninformed.
Yeah.
All right, Beth.
Before we show this disturbing clip, let me know when you have it ready to play, Logan.
But before we play this disturbing clip, set this up for us, Beth.
What was going on?
All right.
So a group of us in Chatham County, Savannah, Georgia, We have been working on election integrity.
We've used the precinct model that Dan Schultz came up with.
We've worked with Garland's team.
We've done all sorts of things.
And so we got together and we're going to talk about the Haldeman Report and request that our county choose to use hand marked paper ballots on watermarked paper.
That would be counted at the precinct level.
And so we had about 60 people show up at the meeting Monday at 3.30.
I being one of them, it was one of the first times that they had a formal public comment.
It had always been sort of haphazard or maybe not even existed before.
So we signed in, they had the timer.
It was, it was a dry, well not a dry run, it was the first real run they had with this.
So anyway, So I was one of the last speakers.
And so the way I tied up my package was, you know, you've heard how the through the Haldeman report, how the election integrity is compromised by the Dominion machines and the ballot marking devices, et cetera, scanner that we use in in Georgia.
Well, that's under the best of circumstances.
So in Chatham County, we have even a bigger problem because we don't have trust in our board of elections.
And then I went on to explain that I had taken the supervisor of the Board of Elections to the grand jury twice.
Actually, it took me to have two presentations in front of the grand jury over the past year from the election.
We're going way back.
It's taken me about a year to do this.
From the election of May 24th, 2022, which was our primary election that year.
Anyway, and I was a precinct chair and a poll watcher that day at my own precinct, saw some irregularities.
Anyway, went to the grand jury after I didn't get information that I wanted, including the cast vote record from the Office of the Board of Elections.
And one of the things that they submitted during the open records request was what turned out to be a fraudulent, allegedly, Throw that in.
Allegedly fraudulent document that was tracking the custody of the ballots.
So at any rate, we got in front of the grand jury.
The grand jury did not exonerate Mr. Wooten, the supervisor of elections.
They didn't charge him, but they did say that he owed me information that I should have gotten with the original open records request regarding ballot custody.
And that he was supposed to give that to me immediately.
And the day of that request from the grand jury was March 1st, and I've yet to receive it.
And it's interesting that that document did not exist all the times I asked for it before.
But on the day that he's being deposed in front of the grand jury, all of a sudden he has this new document that wasn't given to me right after the election.
Anyway, and so then he was supposed to give me information on the QR code that we have on our ballots in Georgia, which is not readable to the voter, so it makes actually the ballot illegal.
But we're still using them.
Not sure why, since they're illegal.
But at any rate, he was supposed to give me the information on the QR code within three months of March 1st, which would have been June 1st.
It's now past July 1st.
So essentially I was going to make the board aware of this and sort of doing a follow-up saying, you're sort of in contempt of court here.
You owe me something.
You haven't given it to me.
Here's my in-person open records request.
So that's why I was there.
Wow.
And remind our audience again, what state this is in?
Georgia.
The state of Georgia, where voterGA.org and Garland are located.
All right, let's play this video.
Here we go, watch this.
My name is Beth Nazarone and I'm a registered voter of Chatham County.
The message conveyed by all speakers today is that the Dominion voting system is fraught with opportunities to corrupt the integrity of our elections in Georgia, even under the best of circumstances.
However, we have an added challenge in Chatham County.
In Chatham County, I'm sure the Board is aware that Mr. Wooten was brought before a Grand Jury in February by me for allegations of voting irregularities and falsifying documents.
Based on the testimony of Mr. Wooten and his staff, the Grand Jury recommended that the Board of Elections improve training on chain of custody paperwork.
The paperwork reviewed by the grand jury had many blank lines and inconsistent signatures.
The chain of custody paperwork was supposed to be provided to me immediately, per the grand jury presentment to the judge on March 1st, and I have yet to receive it.
In addition, the grand jury noted that it received conflicting accounts from Mr. Wooten of what information is contained in the QR code printed on the paper ballot.
It is requested that Mr. Wooten obtain his information within five minutes.
They're asking you to leave.
Lower your speech.
Lower your speech.
They're not allowed.
It's against my right.
It's against my right.
Shame on you!
Does everybody have this on film?
Because I'm... On film?
Lower your speech.
Hey!
I just want to help.
National news!
National news!
Unbelievable!
Unbelievable!
This is unbelievable!
Wow!
Wow!
Wow. Wow. Unbelievable. Wow.
Unbelievable.
So wrong.
She had the right to speak.
Those are the words I was just hearing from the audience.
Wow.
I heard wow many times.
Unbelievable, I heard many times.
She had a right to speak and this is so wrong.
Who are those people that were saying that?
They were just citizens like you?
Did you know some of them?
Did you not know some of them?
I knew most of them.
We're a pretty tight group in Savannah Chatham County.
We have actually gotten all grassroots new people in our Chatham County GOP.
We're really proud and excited about that.
So a lot of them were part of that and a lot of them had spoken as well.
They all wanted the paper ballots and they were there to show in force that that's what we want.
And so you were there to show in force you want paper ballots.
Now, what was it?
There's obviously echo in that room.
What was it you were specifically saying again that upset them?
Why did they start?
I mean, they were speaking over you trying to drown you out, right?
Right.
They did not want me telling everybody in the room.
I think this is my interpretation is they were very uncomfortable that I was talking about taking one of their employees, the supervisor of elections for the city to the grand jury for Election irregularities and falsifying paperwork.
They didn't want me to be telling that.
And some people, too, do get nervous when the word grand jury comes up because they think, oh, everything's secret.
And what a lot of people don't realize is only deliberations in the grand jury are secret.
The process, the reports that come out of there.
All of that is public record.
And all I was doing, because I used public record to write my speech, I mean, some of it was verbatim from the public record.
All of it was allowable and admissible.
Okay, so what did they say to you when they wanted you to stop?
Were they saying, stop speaking?
You had, what, three minutes, four minutes?
And how far were you into your time?
You weren't over your time yet, right?
No, no, I wasn't.
My whole speech was about a minute and a half.
And I probably had a half a paragraph left regarding the QR code.
I don't know if the fact that I mentioned the QR code, which is a source of concern in Georgia, and comes up often as being something that helps or makes us not have confidence in elections.
I don't know if that was the part that got him or he was just tired of hearing the grand jury, but definitely the grand jury piece made everybody uncomfortable.
Okay, so were those real police officers or were they security guards?
They were Chatham County Police Department employed.
Okay, and so what did they say to you when they approached you?
They're like, ma'am, he says you have to leave.
And I said, you might've heard me say, it's my right, I get to finish my speech.
And then I dug in my heels and they pushed on me and my feet came out from underneath me and I hit hard on the hard floor that's there, the hard tile floor.
And then they, without any regard for my modesty at all, You know, grabbed each of my feet separated, and I had to be very careful with the outfit I had on.
It was very demeaning.
I was mortified.
Because you were wearing a dress, correct?
I was, yes, yes.
So one guy had my arms and back to my arms.
Carried you out, and what did they do when they carried you out?
They carried me out and I said, you have to leave, you have to get off the property.
And I said, but what did I do wrong?
And nobody could tell me what I had done wrong.
I said, I still had more time to speak and I don't understand why I'm being made to leave.
And they said, well, the man who was running the meeting, the chairman Mahoney, who is a lawyer and a judge, interestingly enough, a part-time judge, but anyway, He was the one who told me I had to leave, and so the police officers were saying, he says you have to leave.
Now, they put out a press release today, they being the Board of Elections.
When you say they, do you mean the police department?
No, the Board of Elections.
Board of Elections.
Put out a press release.
And said that I was not my or somebody there was not mindful of their direction for me to leave and or for that person to leave and disregarded their request for that person to leave.
And then they said, and this person tried to get back in 3 times well.
It's really difficult to leave a property if you don't have your keys, much less your cell phone, much less your purse, and your belongings.
So I was trying to get back in, so I can't go anywhere without my stuff.
So finally, a friend of mine, the lady in the red dress as she's called, What went in and got me squared away and got all my things and then I did leave after I got pictures of all So have you heard from the police department or the have you heard from the police department the city administrator the?
City attorney really okay, so are you I don't know if you're married or anything and trying to get into your private life But if I if I were your husband, I would be irate I would be livid Have you consulted an attorney?
Do you feel like you have a case and are you going to bring any kind of civil action?
I've interviewed several attorneys. I'm in the process and I do think I need to follow
up with a lawyer. So if there's somebody Yeah, well, I think it's time.
I mean, they're using attorneys and lawfare all the time, and it's time we turn around and use the law for the real reason and purpose.
And in my book, that was assault That was assault, that was a false arrest, I'm not an attorney, but they were detaining you, they were holding you, they were physically manhandling you, literally.
I think you'd sue them for all you could get out of them.
I think it's time that we use the courts to bring punitive action and damages against people who do this.
And again, how disgusting that these police officers didn't have enough respect uh for the law to turn around and say you know what it's a public meeting she has the right to publicly speak she has like 30 seconds left so finish her statement but we're not gonna manhandle her because she hasn't done anything wrong but i mean this is the kind of clowns unfortunately we have in a lot of our police departments in my opinion because we don't pay them well we don't
Defend them when they do the right thing and then we end up with substandard Police officers in my opinion that are not honoring their oath or their badge.
Would you like to comment on that at all Garland?
And we have another video clip of 30 seconds higher higher quality Logan might want to key that one up while we're talking We've been trying to also figure out why Chairman Mahoney did this because, as you already explained and Beth, Beth was just simply doing her comments and she had three minutes, she was only a minute and a half in, and he suddenly decided to cut her off for the reasons that Beth has already explained.
So we've been forcing him in the last two days to try to get him to explain why he cut her off.
And even though he's issued a press release, he has no explanation for that, other than what Beth has said tonight.
So, it was public comments, and he decided that he didn't like what she was saying in a public comment setting.
That's just not appropriate at all.
So, very disturbing there, but you might want to just show the clip, that old 30-second clip there, just to give you a real high resolution.
Let's go to that.
Yeah.
It's a minute thirteen.
Let's go to that.
that. Here we go. What's the reason on why she's not allowed to speak?
Do we have any information?
I have to read this. Please sit down. I have to read this.
I can't hear you. Well, we have... this is horrible. I claim to...
He's gonna re-rack it and go to the right clip before we go to Ivan Reikland.
Okay, go to that one.
in the grand jury. The grand jury. Alright, I'm not sure that's the right clip. He's gonna, he's gonna re-rack it
and go to the right clip before we go to Ivan Raiklin. Okay, go to that one. Go, there you go. Go.
I'm on film because I'm on film.
Hey!
Wow.
What a bunch of clowns.
Wow.
May I comment on the policemen for a second?
Please.
Would that be okay?
I would say that they lacked training.
They were younger cops.
This is not in their defense.
This is just to say, Exactly!
And I think you're being very kind.
is they should have said that they were not gonna obey an illegal order from Mr. Mahoney.
Exactly.
That's what should have happened.
And I think you're being very kind.
I think you're being very kind and I do think it's probably bad training,
but I'm not so sure it's bad training by whoever put them in the job.
It's bad training by their parents, their grandparents.
It's bad training by our society and schools because you shouldn't have to be a cop to know you don't behave that way.
Their moral conscience ought to have kicked in and told them immediately as a human being, this is not the proper way to behave and treat a lady who's not violent, who's done nothing wrong, who hasn't broken a law, to kindly say, ma'am, can you please come with us?
Okay, ma'am, they've asked you to not speak anymore.
Can you please come with us?
You know, we're going to show you out.
but to lay hands on you, I mean, again, I think you're being awfully gracious
because I think common sense, and I'm not sure in my opinion these guys got a lot of common sense
and I don't think Young has anything to do with it in my opinion, again, because I think there's
a lot of young men out there, particularly in the South, and this is Georgia, that know better than that
Thank you, Jeff, I'm sorry What are your thoughts?
I'm sorry, I'm anxious That was absurd.
In the worst case scenario, they could have used one guy on each elbow and carried her out.
That would have been the decent thing to do, even if they had no understanding of the law.
So that's the really ridiculous part.
But then in that other video that we don't really have to play, the audience then began challenging Chairman Mahoney as to why he did this.
And he had no explanation for it.
And I think that's really, really significant.
Even to this day, he has no legitimate explanation for doing what he did.
Well, again, I think once they shoved you to the ground or caused you to fall because they made physical contact with you in such a rough manner, the natural response to that would have been, oh, I am so sorry, ma'am.
Let me help you up off the floor.
And it would have shown some compassion and grace.
But no, they got to scoop you up like they did knowing you're wearing a dress.
I mean, I mean, these guys ought to be fired.
I'm sorry.
In fact, I think the chief of police should be fired, in my opinion.
If this is the kind of people he wants to hire, then I think the chief of police down there is lacking in serious discernment on the kind of officers he's either hiring or training or not training.
So frankly, I'm calling on the chief of police to be fired and those two officers.
And I think the community should demand it.
And you know what?
There was a day and time, and I'm from the South so I can say it, there was a day and time in the South when all every man in that community would have demanded it as well.
But unfortunately, we got a lot of feminized men anymore.
They don't want to speak up and defend and treat women like they should be.
So it's kind of disgusting that it's come to this point where we don't have enough Southern men standing up and saying, I don't care what your political persuasion is.
You don't treat a lady like this.
and I'm not going to pay for this with my tax dollars to have the cops act like that and
demand those guys are fired along with the police chief.
But that's my opinion.
Closing comment from both of you. Go ahead first, Garland.
So I have to hold Chairman Mahoney accountable for this because he's the one that started this
with the inappropriate basically trying to cut that off.
And he's a judge. What kind of judge is he, by the way?
Go ahead, Diane.
Part-time judge.
What kind of part-time judge is he?
Parking tickets or what is he?
It's for a little part of Savannah called Thunderbolt and he's a part-time judge there and so it's a little tiny town and so a part-time judge is what I would say.
I don't even know you and I'm already ticked.
Because that's the natural reaction that I think any man would have.
Well, I think he violated his oath of office.
That's one thing that he did.
He also violated the this is Mahoney.
I'm talking about the lawyer slash judge violated his oath of office.
He violated his code of ethics as a lawyer.
And if for the judicial part, he violated some part of the judicial canon.
So those are the three things that he did.
So he is most culpable in my eyes with what went down.
And so, as I say, I'm looking at options so that this doesn't have to happen to somebody else.
Well, keep us posted.
He was obviously intimidated by the truth.
In my opinion, he acted like a bully, but that's my opinion.
And if he doesn't agree, he's welcome to come on my show, Brandon House Live, and voice his opinion.
But I doubt he'll have the guts to come on my show and discuss this situation on my show, Brandon House Live.
But he's welcome.
But I don't think he'll show up.
All right, guys.
Thank you for all you're doing.
We want to keep abreast of what's happening here.
Keep us posted.
If you find an attorney and this gets into the courts, we want to follow it.
So thank you for what you guys are doing and for bringing this story and for having the courage to come forward and doing all you're doing, Beth.
Thank you, Beth.
And thank you, Garland.
Garland with voterGA.org.
VoterGA.org.
Thank you, guys.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We're going to be joined by Ivan Reikland here in just one second.
But before we do, let me take you over real quick to MyPillow.com.
MyPillow.com.
And there's a bunch of sales going on over there, as you know, we have going on over there right now.

$69.98 now just $19.98. King size $29.98. What a deal!
Take advantage of it, folks.
Mike is under attack, as you know, non-stop, all over the media the last two days.
They're going after him, trying to discredit him and MyPillow, saying things in the headlines that are not true.
And so he came on here the other night, last night, and explained the truth.
But, you know, the liberal media, which are largely talking heads, I believe, for the cultural Marxist, The Deep State, they're trying their best to intimidate and to demoralize us and our leaders.
Remember that's part of the goal here, folks, is to discredit leaders.
Remember from my brainwashing documentary?
When they brought our American POWs into the camps of North Korea during the Korean War, they immediately would figure out who were the leaders and move them away.
And what they found out is they only had to take away 5% of the men from the 95 and the 95 would go along.
And I warned in that documentary that came out over two years ago, almost three years, going on three years now, I warned that they were trying to destroy leaders in America, demoralize them, demoralize their followers, discredit them, because they have to.
Communist Marxist leaders have to take down those that are speaking up about the communist revolution and how they're using elections for their revolution.
So if you want to support Mike Lindell and all the folks at MyPillow, there you go, show it again, 20th anniversary, MyPillow, Giza elegance.

39 Joining me now is our reporter on Capitol Hill Ivan Rae Klin.
I Ivan's been up on Capitol Hill, I think, most of the day.
Ivan, welcome back to the Lindell Report.
Thanks for joining us.
Hey, Brandon.
How you been?
I'm hanging in there.
Were you on Capitol Hill today?
Well, absolutely.
I'm always up there, it seems like.
All right, so obviously the big hearing today was the judiciary.
You've had all your shots before you go up there, right?
You get all your shots before you go up there, all your necessary shots.
I'm not going to comment on that one.
I don't know what you mean by that.
Let me just say, I didn't bend a knee on any of the emergency use authorized products, if you're asking about that.
Okay, there you go.
But having said that, attempts to get the truth out, I mean, I was High-level sources that would be in the know told me that if Christopher Wray were to be arrested, it would have to come from the Speaker of the House and the House Judiciary Chairman.
So, legalistically, that's something that theoretically could happen, but the political courage is lacking.
So I was going and attending, thinking that possibly the .000 repeating one chance That Chris Wray would be arrested for his previous contempt of Congress, as well as perjury that he's done, would face some sort of consequences.
But unfortunately, we're in the same position that we were before.
A lot of bark and no bite.
But I happened to be there, you know, President in the room, and I had the opportunity to, as he walked into the room before he testified, I asked, I politely asked, I said, Sir, can you please stop violating our first, fourth, and fifth amendments, at least?
Wait, wait, that's what you said to Christopher Wray?
I did.
Wow, do you have that on video?
I think we have it on video.
It hasn't been posted yet, so we'll get that.
Oh, you mean you're coming on here without it on video yet?
Come on.
I want to see that.
I'm not the one that recorded it.
Did you shake his hand?
Oh, you're not, right?
Did you shake his hand?
No, no.
Initially, they had, I think, about five or six security guards.
Remember, I walk around with no security, right?
So obviously I'm so fearful of everything going on around me.
But then you have Christopher Wray.
He has not only three staffers surrounding him, he had about five or six security guards.
And then after the break, they brought in additional support, about 10.
And then I think after the long break, they went ahead and even plussed up the U.S.
Capitol Police.
Was it something I said?
So they started bringing in more people when they found out you were in the room?
I don't know about that.
I mean, you'd have to ask them, but I did ask if U.S.
Capitol Police would consider deputizing me should the need arise.
And they said that that's a decision at the highest levels that need to, you know, it would have to be the House Sergeant at Arms, for example, that would need to do something to that effect or the Or the U.S.
Capitol Police Chief, which obviously he would never do.
Not the Capitol Police Chief.
He's a Pelosi and Schumer like.
Yeah.
So what you're telling me, though, is there is the opportunity for Christopher Wray to actually legally be arrested for contempt of Congress if there was the political will to do that?
Yeah, I think so, because the way it works is that the committee chairman, if somebody is violating the committee rules, being disruptive, you know, getting in the way of the committee's procedure, You can be arrested.
And that's been known to happen.
And you've seen some protesters in the past.
I think it was the Chinese, the CCP committee where there were protesters and then the US Capitol police had to detain the individual, arrest them.
Same thing would apply to the, to the witness.
Right.
And in this instance, being disruptive to our constitutional order is a crime in my opinion.
Right.
And so there's many reasons why he could be arrested, but the political will wasn't there.
However, having said that.
With the bark that we saw today, can we play some highlights and do a little bit of quick assessment on them?
Did you send them to Logan?
Of course.
You did?
All right, Logan, if you've got them, let's play it.
Logan, here we go.
I want to play first the perjury, the biggest perjury that occurred by Chris Wray today.
Let's play that clip.
Okay.
The important point here is that all the senior managers All of the senior people from Crossfire Hurricane are gone, he says.
Huh!
That's interesting.
What about the Supervisory Intelligence Analyst by the name of Brian Autin?
What is he up to?
Isn't he one of the... Isn't he the very senior... By the way, Brian Autin was the Senior Intelligence Analyst for Crossfire Hurricane.
Is that senior management?
Well, there you go.
He's still over at the Foreign Influence Task Force doing his bidding on censoring Americans.
So that's the First Amendment component of it, right?
And then next up, we have Joseph Pientka III, who's still at the San Francisco field office as the head of counterintelligence.
And who was he before that?
Well, guess what?
He was the initial senior ops guy, meaning the supervisory special agent of Crossfire Hurricane.
There you go, Jim Jordan.
Is that enough for you to do something?
Probably not.
But let's go some more, if you don't mind, Brandon.
We have a nice little colloquy.
I think the next one is a longer one.
I don't know if we have the time.
Yeah, we don't have the time to play it.
So, let's see here.
Let's play like the first minute of Troy Nels.
I think that's going to be a good one.
And maybe the last 30 seconds.
The chair now recognizes the gentleman from Texas for five minutes.
Thank you, sir.
I will say this, Mr. Wray, I am one of those sheriffs that will be very blunt with you today.
I've had an opportunity to look at your testimony, lots of stuff, and hear about numerous task forces, crimes being committed against children, including even infants and toddlers, MS-13 gang members coming across the open southern border, the poisoning and killing of the American people with fentanyl, the sex trafficking, the human trafficking, It's quite clear, it is clear that you guys are dealing with some of the sickest bastards in our society.
I have an article here from CNN in January 2022 calling the January 6th investigation the biggest investigation in FBI history.
And what shocks me about this quite honestly is that you don't mention January 6th, again the biggest investigation, not one time in your 14 page testimony.
You don't mention it one time.
And that makes me ask myself the question, what the hell are you hiding?
Sir, you mentioned 38,000 agents and support personnel in your agency.
How many FBI agents and support personnel have you assigned to the January 6th investigation?
I don't know that I know the number.
I know we have a lot of people working on it.
Lots.
Fair enough.
Lots.
Knowing that you are dealing with some of the sickest people in our society with investigations related to child sex trafficking, have you reassigned any of these agents or personnel to investigate January 6th?
Yes or no?
I don't believe we have reassigned people away from child exploitation to January 6th.
Let me just say this, Director.
I find that answer disturbing because last month, Steve Friend, he testified before the Weaponization Committee.
Mr. Friend was a domestic terror investigator for you, and he was told by one of his superiors that January 6th was, I quote, a higher priority There you go.
Go ahead.
Pause that real quick.
Yeah, I mean, he's calling them out for what it is.
in America understand today's FBI is more concerned about searching for and arresting
grandma and grandpa for entering the Capitol building that day than pursuing the sick individuals
in our society who prey on our children and Mr. Ray your priorities are flawed.
But let's rehash what we know so far.
Less than that.
Yeah, so real quick, let me kind of recap this.
Later in the colloquy, he calls him out on Ray Epps.
What's going on with Ray Epps?
I suggest people take a look at that.
This is on my Twitter.
And the last one, real quick, is the last 19 seconds of Congressman Matt Gaetz's interaction
with Chris Wray, which nails it.
Directly in front of us.
And it appears as though you're whitewashing the conduct of corrupt people.
Respectfully, Congressman, in your home state of Florida, the number of people applying
to come work for us and devote their lives working for us is up over 100%.
We're deeply proud of them, and they deserve better than you.
Time of the gentleman has expired.
Thank you.
There it is!
And they deserve better than you!
No, there was so much there today.
I think Nate, Jordan, and Chip Roy also did a fantastic job.
the Biden's FBI director Ray is torched by his harshest GOP critics as he read as he is read
Hunter's shakedown message to Chinese Communist Party business partner during there was so much
there today I think Gates, Gordon, and Chip Roy also did a fantastic job and actually
Congresswoman Sparks just nailed them to the wall.
Excellent, excellent.
Our reporter, our reporter Ivan Reikland up on Capitol Hill.
Ivan, what is it?
IvanReikland.substack.com.
IvanReikland.substack.com.
Thank you, sir.
Alright, I'm running out of time.
Will do, will do.
I'm Brandon House in for Mike Lindell.
Got a big show on Brandon House Live tonight.
I think we figured out how it is they plan to take your money.
Remember the old Klaus Schwab comment, by 2030 you'll own nothing and be happy?
Well, we have found how they're going to do it.
They're going to take your deed, and if you got your house paid off, they'll take your deed and they'll tokenize it.
They'll digitize it onto a programmable platform.
All your assets, You got to hear about this, folks.
I covered it briefly last night for an hour of my radio show today.
Tonight, we have a big panel, lots of PowerPoint and clips.
You don't want to miss it.
My worldview report is next, then Brandon House Live, 730 Central, how they plan to steal your assets.
And I don't think anyone else is reporting this tonight.
We're way ahead of the curve.
So be back for that, won't you?
Again, Brandon House in for Mike Lindell.
Thanks for watching.
Take care.
