The greatest attorney in the country, as the president calls him now.
Wait a minute!

I didn't tell him.
I just said we were calling you, and here he is.
I trapped him.
I'm just messing with Kurt.
He's been so busy, he hasn't had time for me, but I'm not going to get my feelings hurt.
Right on.
That's right on.
Well, yeah, we're up here.
We were meeting with our real president, Donald Trump, and he said to come on up to the main house here.
The January 6th families are here, and they're raising money for the ones that are still in political prisoners.
It's horrible.
Just horrible.
I just did a little speech in there.
I hadn't planned my speech, and they said, could you come up and say a few words?
For me, it was pretty touching.
I've been talking to them all, some that were in.
One guy, he said he was in prison for Uh, three months in solitary for eight days because he wouldn't take the shot.
And he said that they, he said, Mike, if it wouldn't have been for you in January, February, and March of 21 and April, those months, he said, we were all inside.
And we thought all of our stuff had been done in vain that we wanted to fix our elections.
And he said, all we seen was you out there and them attack you and you never gave up.
He had the courage, but it was, it really inspired me that they, um, cause I didn't even think of that back then.
If we, you know, I was just sounding the alarm and never stopped.
I just told him, I said, I give God the glory.
It's on his timing.
I kind of did a little speech of hope in there for all of them.
I told him about our event, Brandon.
In there, and everybody, if you're watching, I actually told them the speech I gave in there, and we're going to show the trailer here.
Why don't we do that?
Should we do that right now?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think it's kind of ironic, though, that you're there today speaking to those families when it's all over, really, only the conservative press.
That now has come out the FBI, the IRS, and the DOJ were actively involved in covering up the crimes of the Biden family.
So there you are speaking to people who have been thrown in solitary, been thrown in, as Kurt rightly said, as political prisoners, and the DOJ, the IRS, and the FBI was, it is documented by members of Congress now, actively covering up the crimes of the Biden family and being used as a political Well, let's be clear about one thing about these political prisoners.
They've been held without trial.
They've merely been accused of a crime.
There's been no adjudication.
They haven't been convicted of anything.
And these people have been held in a prison, for many of them well over a year, without a trial.
And this isn't America.
This is a travesty that is going on right now.
Some of them over two years.
Some of them over two years.
Some reports are indicting the Attorney General of the United States in being involved in these political crime cover-ups.
Right.
Well, I've said it before, this is all the biggest cover-up of the biggest crime in history.
It all manifests from our elections, and everything is attack, attack, attack.
I was just talking to another family member in there, and they were going to... This was a completely separate issue about the election in their county, and they were going to sue.
They knew this stuff had happened.
They were going to sue in court.
That's exactly right.
This is about power.
side that the course you got these bigger lawyers and more money came over
the top and said if you sue us we're really gonna sue you and you're gonna
wish you never sued us what is that Kurt what's happened in our country with
lawfare yeah you know that's exactly right this is about power it's not about
justice Wow It really is.
And we were talking, and when we were in our meeting, I said, I said, you know, like in my case, I reached out for all these Dominion machines for evidence, and there's $8 billion lawsuits and stuff that they pile up like cordwood, and I asked for machines, because that's my evidence, and here Michigan, a judge says, oh no, how dare you ask for these machines?
You're going to get sanctioned.
I didn't even know what the word was, you know, until now.
Sanctioned and you don't have standing.
We learned what that is.
$26,000, Mr. Lindell.
So we give him 26 grand, because you have to, I guess.
It's the law.
So I give him $26,000.
Then we get to federal court and the judge says, we go, how come we can't look at our evidence?
He says, well, of course you can.
And then we go back.
You think I get my $26,000 back?
No.
It's just so corrupt.
It's disgusting.
But I gave him hope in there.
I told him about our event.
And before we roll it, I'm gonna, because I got Kurt here, before he gets away from us, you know, Bran, right?
Everybody out there, I told, like I told him in there, We have our election platforms.
We have a plan that we're going to announce on August 17th, 16th and 17th.
It needs to be the biggest televised event ever.
I want it to be bigger than what, Brandon?
Elvis Presley, Aloha from Hawaii in 1973.
It needs to be seen worldwide.
And if we get that audience, we're going to reveal one thing, and that is we're going to reveal the plan to fix our elections.
And it's going to work.
And it's never been one of the things I want Kurt here to validate, because he knows the plan.
Very few people do.
And what I want to ask you, no one's ever talked about this as far as I know.
We've been working on it for over a year.
And No one's even thought of doing it, and no one has ever done it.
Is that true?
That's correct.
That is correct, and here you got validated, Brandon.
This is validated.
It's never been done before.
People come up to you all the time.
I just did a speech in there and said that, and I said, and I can't tell you all.
If we reveal it ahead of time, everybody, we're not going to get the audience we need, because we need every one of you watching tonight to spread the word.
For you got two jobs to do.
Spread the word about the event, So everybody in the world watches it.
And then after that, you got to just spread the word about the plan.

Everyone, every single person in this country will not be able, not one person will say, well, I don't want to do that because it's, it's, but it doesn't matter if you're Democrat or Republican or independent, that has nothing to do with it.
It's amazing.
And it's going to work everybody.
Um, you know, I want to say one more thing, uh, before you show that, uh, cause I know you're bringing Garland up, but, um, I was telling, actually I was telling our real president, I said, because we had got brought up, you know, the media, because I was here, you know, the other day for the media, and I talked for an hour and 20 minutes to the media here, even ran them on a juice in their little cameras, right?
Drilling me with all these questions.
And I said, sir, the polls go up.
I said, once you're in this bucket, this common sense bucket, the new Republican party, this common sense bucket, and they're pouring in from all sides.
This is because it's like that little boy that called Wolf.
You just keep attacking and attacking, whether it's citizens, like he put on his website, it says, the only thing between me and them is, uh, is him, Donald Trump.
You know, he stands between us and the, and the corruption and he's there fighting for all of us.
Well, The people, I said, sir, once they get in this bucket, people don't jump out of that bucket.
You've done nothing wrong.
You've got nothing to hide.
And people know it.
They've tried over and over again.
They do not want a businessman, a common citizen, that only has a proven track record of saving this country and doing everything right that you can do in politics.
And I said to him, and I'm going to tell everybody about old Rhino Ron, Uniparty Rhino Ron, Establishment Ron, there's so many things, the Trojan Horse Ron, you name it, he's got it.
What Ron did, everybody, just so everybody knows, besides the crooked things he's doing now with meeting with all these Dominion lawyers and all these things.
Holding a fundraiser tomorrow night.
Yeah, having a fundraiser with the other side.
Anyway, here's what he did, everybody.
Brandon, he said, When Chris Christie, I swear they're working together.
Here's Chris Christie, bad-mouthing our real president, Donald Trump.
And then here comes Ron, sticking up for Donald Trump.
He goes, oh, you know what?
Chris Christie, he's bad.
Nobody wants him.
He's the establishment, the Mitt Romney and the Mitt Romney party.
Oh, Chris Christie, he's the establishment rhino right there.
No, Ron, you are.
Now you've got someone to deflect.
You're not at all like our real president.
You are the perfect uniparty president.
You'll probably get every party on both sides.
It's funny when you don't have the left attack right.
You've got to think of that.
When the left media, when the media doesn't attack a guy that's a Republican and they're Democrats, you've got to wonder why.
Right, Brandon?
That's right.
I'll tell you why.
Because it's uniparty.
Right?
That's exactly right.
I want to tell everybody, so if you heard it here right from the best lawyer in the country, the plan we have has never been done before.

And our real president went in.

We have to get in there.
But I want to tell you this.
You got Garland Fabarito to come on and talk about the Halden Report.
I would like you to ask you a significance of this with our lawyer here.
Absolutely.
Kurt, we've been waiting three years for this to come out.
Tell us how significant this is from a legal standpoint with all these cases.
Well, it's very significant from a legal standpoint, but it also is significant because of what it illustrates.
And this is the point I want you to ask Garland to go through.
Professor Halderman had 12 weeks with these machines to come out and analyze them and to come out with this report that shows how vulnerable they are to malware, to election manipulation that can be done on a national scale.
Professor Haldeman doesn't have a security clearance as far as I know.
He doesn't work for the government.
Why does he get to have 12 weeks to access these machines, to look under the hood, and look at what he found?
And so what I am going to say today is, Dominion, ES&S, Hart, every single one of these voting machine companies should give access to experts, to anybody, really, because this is the people's vote.
The people should be able to see inside these machines.
There's nothing special about Professor Halderman.
And look, when he was given access, what he uncovered.
Think what would happen if the voters, if people, were given access to these machines.
There are lots of cyber experts out there.
We work with dozens of them.
No, I'm not an attorney.
I'm not an attorney, as you know, so I just have to ask what lay people ask.
the truth. Now I'm not an attorney as you know so I just have to ask what lay
people ask. Now that they have done that and allowed that 12 weeks does that set
any kind of legal precedent or standard for other people to look at them?
So, in other words, can you, based on that, bring some kind of legal action that would force them to say, hey, you gave up the idea that this somehow was something that no one could see, and legally now you've opened the door that we're going to take advantage of?
Well, it certainly takes away the argument that you can't do it because it's already been done.
But I want to make this point clear.
Elections, these are the people's elections.
There is absolutely no reason...
Why, everybody, that the public should not know exactly what goes on inside these machines.
All they are supposed to do is read a ballot and tabulate a vote.
That's not a secret operation.
They're trying to keep it a black box and keep people from knowing what goes on inside them because they're hiding something.
That's the only reason.
And so Professor Halderman only looked at a machine used in Georgia.
Now they're used in six, fifteen other states, but they're the ballot marking devices.
And so what the rebuttal to this report has been, well, that's only on the ballot marking devices.
It's not on all the tabulators and all the other different types of machines.
So it's a limited report.
But that is simply untrue.
Once you get access into a system, whether it's on a ballot marking device or any other machine within the system, you have access to the entire system.
And so what Professor Halderman's report should be, it is a canary in a coal mine.
Every single one of these machines should be opened up.
They're the public's machines.
They should be opened up for inspection.
Everybody should have access just like Professor Halderman had.
And look at what he found when he was given access.
That's right.
And you too, Smartmatic.
We remember you, not just the other three.
Let's not forget.
We want to include everybody here.

So you're saying that President Trump is about to speak for these families, these January 6 families, and you guys are going to go in and listen to his speech?
Yeah, that's right.
I just, uh, I went in there, Brandon, uh, we were down after, I told you before we were down with the president.
And when I say that everybody, our real president and I came up here and we stayed, I didn't even know this event was going on until he told me, Curt and I came up here and they grabbed me right away and said, would you, you know, we meant so much of us that you kept our voice alive back there.
And we'd like you to say some words.
And, uh, Yeah, it was, uh, it almost brought me to tears.
Everybody's clapping.
I took pictures with all the, all the kids from the families where their dads and, and, uh, and are still in prison or maybe their moms.
I, you know, um, and it's, uh, it's just disgusting and shameful that our country has resorted to, uh, that's political prisoners.
Um, But, uh, I told him on there, I gave him hope.
I told him about our event.
I told him that there was hope going on in every state, every county in this country.
And I said, I said, you know, God's had His plan in all this, His hand in all this.
When we get to this place we're going, we're going to look back.
You can't, sometimes it's hard to see it now, but you're going to look back and see everything had to happen the way it did.
Maybe this manifested to this and, and all their time in there is not going to be in vain.
And, uh, I will guarantee that.
And they, uh, And when we get through it, like my life, you know, me being a former addict and everything, I wouldn't change anything in my past if I'm not where I'm at right now.
And that's where we're going to be as a country.
We're going to look back and say, boy, we went through some hard times, but you know what?
It had to happen to get us where we're going.
When I talked to our real president, I told him about that bucket, that common-sense bucket everybody's blown into.
And I said, sir, I said, you brought us to a great place in December of 2019 that it manifested from all his great decisions, decisions made that manifest to help all people, not just a party or whatever, the greatest consumer confidence in history, lowest unemployment, all these great things.
And then along comes the China virus.
Well, so we have a perfect example of what he can do and what a good politician that has the people's back could do.
But now we also have a perfect example of the worst regime in history here in the United States.
So maybe that had to happen for people to finally say, wow.
Think of the people that have been brainwashed by the media for decades.
They're pouring over, Brandon.
They don't care if they're getting free stuff and all this stuff anymore.
It's over.
They go, enough is enough.
A lot of people have awakened that otherwise I don't think would be awake.
You got that right.

The ballots are needed to confirm the election results and also detect counterfeits.
And then unleash transparency so that we can have trust in our elections.
That's our new campaign we started last weekend at the GOP convention where the election integrity advocates swept every position in the Georgia GOP executive body.
So, we're off to a really good start here, and with the release of the Haldeman Report this week, a lot of attention is on that.
No surprises for those of us who are in the election integrity movement for the last 20 years in Georgia, like myself, but it has basically stirred up a lot of interest and controversy here.
So I've been putting together that presentation for you, for you, the audience tonight.
And as Kurt said, everybody should have access to this.
This should be open source software.
Every vendor should have open source software.
And every ballot that's cast on a voting machine should be open to the public for inspection until we can get rid of all these machines.
Yeah, absolutely.
All right, so let's go to your PowerPoint presentation.

So yeah, this is basically the name of Dr. Haldeman or Professor Haldeman's report is the ICX Security Analysis to Dominion.
ICX is the name of the ballot marking device that he analyzed.
And that's a copy of the front cover page of his 96 page report there.
Okay.
And we can flip on.
I'll give you a little bit of background on the Georgia voting history.
I think we've talked about this on the show before, but Georgia bought the original paperless voting system in 2002.
It was the Diebold voting system.
And we filed a lawsuit against that machine as unverifiable and unconstitutional.
It could not be audited, could not even reprint or recount a race.
It just reprints previous unverifiable results.
So the Georgia Supreme Court denied our claim in 2009.
And then in 2019, the U.S.
Their claim in 2009 and then in 2019, the US District Court found that those old machines
were in fact, they were actually unconstitutional, abandoned for future use.
And then that was the Curling B. Ravensburger case.
And as part of that case, the plaintiffs, one of which is our co-founder here at Voter
GA, they went out and sued against the new system that Brad Ravensburger bought, because
that's also unverifiable.
And as part of that case, uh, they, um, had, uh, Dr. Haldeman has done several different, uh, declarations for the case, lots of other experts.
It was the most, um, probably the most comprehensive set of evidence ever in any kind of election, uh, uh, integrity case here in Georgia, or election case at all.
And Judge Tunberg then found that the system was, in fact, a violation of two Georgia statutes.
And Dr. Haldeman's report is a result of this Curling v. Raffensperger case, as he was an expert witness for the Curling plans.
Wow, okay.
Go to the next slide.
Yeah, so that's the background.
So, Dr. Holliman is a University of Michigan computer science and engineering professor.
He's well known in the movement for decades.
He had access to the machines, as Kurt said, for, I think, probably something like 12 weeks, while no one else has.
And he was able to find these incredible flaws Most of which we already knew and have talked about on the show, but he is now documenting these beautifully with precision as an academic researcher.
But what people don't know about Dr. Haldeman is that he participated in the Princeton University team, led by Dr. Ed Felton, who hacked the old Deebo machines in front of the United States Congress Committee on House Administration.
And ironically, that is one video that YouTube has not banned, even though it proves and shows that the voting system, electronic voting systems, can be hacked.
Wow.
So I put together some, a lot of findings for you and I'm just going to read his quotes because it's not, my opinion doesn't matter here.
What matters is his opinion.
He did the work and he shows, he says that he shows in this 96 page report that the ICX, that's the ballot marking device, suffers from critical vulnerabilities that can be exploited to subvert All of its security mechanisms.
All of them.
He says that that can be done either with temporary physical access or remotely from election management systems, as Mike has alluded to for years.
And he says that he explains how this malware can alter voters' votes while subverting all of the procedural protections practiced by the state.
So in other words, he can subvert all of the procedural protections by the state and all the security mechanisms from the machine.
He is, and we'll go into a little depth on this, he says that he can alter the QR codes on printed ballots to modify voter selections, or he can forge or manipulate the smart cards.
These are the voter cards that you use to gain access to cast one vote when you check in.
He actually forged not only the voter card, but the poll worker card, which has additional access in the poll, and the technician's cards, which has additional access throughout the county, and in our case, throughout the state.
He says that the software update that Georgia installed in October 2020 Uh, left the BMDs in a state where anyone can install malware with only brief physical access to the machines.
And he shows that the problem can be potentially exploited in the polling place, even by non-technical voters.
So you don't have to be a computer programmer to be able to hack the machine.
You just only have to have a limited amount of knowledge.
So he goes on to say that demonstrate the hackers can execute the code with supervisory root privileges and that alters the election definition file.
This is what I think is one of the key points of this whole 96-page study.
The election definition file is produced by the state and is sent to the counties Uh, for every, uh, every election.
And then the counties use that to propagate the code down to the scanners and the ballot marking device.
And he says that he can alter that election definition file, uh, so that the county workers could copy malware to every B&B for each election And this is something we've talked about on the show before.
And attackers can exploit that to spread malware to all BMDs across the county or even the entire state.
And this is what we were talking about.
The state election server was found to be exposed to the internet in 2017 so that anyone in the entire world could have come in and put Wow.
malware on that machine, have it distributed from the state server down to the counties,
to all the machines without detection. So I think this is one of the key findings that
where he has corroborated what we at Voter GA have been saying for probably about 10
or 15 years.
Wow. Okay.
He talked about this Dominion, the ICX having unnecessary applications that can gain supervisory
control and he used an example of where he went in with a text editor application that
probably should not have been on the system to begin with and he audited the ballot marking
device logs.
So obviously you don't want anybody manually adjusting logs to cover up something, but he showed that he was able to do that.
And he developed some proof of concepts, several different things you'll see in just a minute, that can be used to change the personal votes of individual voters.
And he mentions that the flaws that he found are limited.
There could be many more, but attackers only need to have one flaw in order to exploit the machine.
So this was not even a complete analysis in his opinion.
So those are the principal findings and the proof of concept.
What I wanted to do now, Brandon, is to walk you through what he says about each of these things.
About encryption and encoding, QR codes, access cards, logic and axi-testing.
How to create malware, how to spread the malware, how to manipulate the audit logs.
And then he gets into the scanner part of it, which is what we are also extremely concerned about, even though that was outside of the scope of his report.
So we could walk through these and I'll give you, he's got some fascinating comments on each of these topics.
Okay.
So what he says here, Is that despite the claims of the Chief Operating Officer, Gabriel Sterling, that the voting system, the QR codes are not encrypted to protect against hacking.
And he also mentioned that in one case Dominion even claimed that.
And he explains that no part of the QR codes is encrypted.
But at the same time, He says that this QR code, which is on the ballot when you print your ballot out, even though it is not encrypted, it is encoded so you, the voter, cannot read your selections.
And what is in the QR code is what is accumulated on the Dominion system that we have, as well as a lot of the ES&S systems.
So that is In essence, what he's saying here, which is I think significant, is that the QR code is encoded so you, the voter, cannot see what your selections are, but it's not encrypted so that anyone can hack it, any hacker can get in and change it.
So the QR code is actually the worst of both worlds to the voter.
As an example, he says that there's no mechanism for detecting duplicate QR codes.
So you can scan the ballots multiple times and add them to the results.
And we saw a little bit of that, what looks like it happened in the State Farm Arena video back in 2020.
He says, oh, the codes don't contain a serial number, which is what we've known this all along, or any kind of unique identifier.
So you can't distinguish one ballot from another.
So he uses what he calls a replay attack, which means he's just simply going to take, he describes it very well here, where attackers observe a genuine printed ballot, save copies of the QR codes with the votes that they favor, And then alter the ballots with the votes they disfavor by replacing the QR code on those ballots.
So literally copying a QR code with votes that they like and then placing it on another ballot.
So you would have maybe Biden in one QR code, place it on a ballot that's marked for Trump, but the system is going to count it for Biden.
And he says an attacker could choose to change either the QR code or both the code and the human readable text.
and if you change the human readable text as well, that will defeat any kind of audit that is performed
on the on the election.
So he goes on to talk about the the the ICX cards.
These are the cards as you go in.
To the poll, you get your card and check in.
You get a card.
You can cast one vote when you put that into the ballot marking device in Georgia or in other states as well.
Each voter has a card to cast a vote.
The poll workers have cards to do special functions and the technician has a card to do, uh, authorize many, many different functions.
So he says that he forged a Detect Nation card and the card that he created will work in any ICX across the state of Georgia.
And likely in any other jurisdiction that uses a compatible version of the machine.
So a forged technician card in Georgia could be used in Maricopa County based on his work in this paper.
Logic and Accuracy Testing.
This is another area where we've talked about as being suspect.
And he explains this extremely well, that logic and axi-testing, which is conducted before the election is done by the counties.
And he says it only involves minimal testing of the ICX.
So only a single test ballot per the ICX is required to be printed.
So to avoid detection he just simply creates malware that says how many ballots have been printed since the machine was turned on and it checks that and it skips cheating on the first number of ballots.
A very simple way to do this is something that we have talked about for years and he goes on to say Well, first of all, the system can be programmed to cheat on the day of the election.
are only during specific hours of the day and there's a couple of other ways after no end number of ballots.
This is word for word something that we have been stating at Voter GA for over 15 years.
And finally he says that it concludes with this that there is no practical method of pre-election or parallel testing that can rule out malware-based fraud.
So how do you create this malware?
Well, he explains that the ICX fails to restrict the kinds of devices that can be put on a USB port.
So that's one way to get information into the system is through the USB port.
The system doesn't really have any checks as to what devices it's willing to accept through that port.
He explained that Dominion could have used digital signatures.
This is a security feature that we use in the IT business to limit installation of applications.
But after testing the machine, he found out that it doesn't verify the signing party of any of these applications.
So any of them could be created, compiled, and signed really by anyone.
There's no obstacle there to stop invalid applications from being put onto the ballot marking device.
So he actually concluded that malware is easier to create for the new ICX system that was purchased
a couple of years ago in Georgia than it was for Georgia's old DRE system
that was purchased back in 2002.
.
Pretty devastating.
Now on spreading Uh, now how do you spread the malware once you've created it?
Well, an attacker infiltrates a county's election management server.
The EMS is the election management server that runs at the county level.
And a tagger can modify the county's ICX data file.
So every ballot marking device has a dot file, a data file, and it can modify that before it's copied to the drive.
So that could spread the malware to all BMDs in the county.
And in addition to this, it could have been infiltrated at the state level, which is also a very, very, probably even a greater risk.
He says an attacker infiltrates the facility where Dominion prepares election projects, and that is the Secretary of State's office in Georgia.
This is exactly what we've been saying.
They could modify the election definitions distributed to all Georgia counties and thereby spread malware to every ICX used in Georgia.
That is the vulnerable hole at the state level, which was open in 2017 to any hacker in the entire world.
He says you can manipulate the audit logs.
It was found that it was very easy to gain root privileges and bypass them, and therefore the attackers can edit and erase the logs.
And we've seen this actually.
Logs erased, I believe, in Antrim County, Michigan.
I believe they were erased in Maricopa County, if I'm not mistaken.
And they can change the protective counters also.
So what that means, Brandon, is that the protective counter is incremented each time a ballot is scanned.
And that protective counter is an audit trail.
And they explain how you can change, and he says in the last bullet here, you can roll back what they call the protective counter or the lifetime counter to a previous And that allows the attacker to conceal having printed a number of ballots, extra ballots that shouldn't have been concluded.
And finally, Brandon, so his report was limited to the ballot marking device.
And he barely even touched on the scanners.
If he had done a full report on the scanners, I believe you would have found an equally devastating report on the scanners as well.
But he did touch on the scanners, even though it was out of scope for this report.
And he says that the ICP, which is the precinct scanner that Dominion uses, As tested, did not require balance to be printed on security paper.
So the ICX, the ICP, excuse me, would accept photocopied paper, normal office paper, on normal office paper.
This is very similar to what we saw in the Fulton County 2020 with the sworn affidavits from senior poll managers that said that they detected counterfeit ballots which appeared to be on normal office paper and appeared to be photocopied and not written with a writing instrument.
He says that when he tested that Uh, it accepted and counted them normally.
Uh, he says, I tested scanning photocopies of the BMD printed ballots and the ICP, uh, again, accepted and counted, uh, photocopies of the ballots.
We've known that for, for some time.
So, uh, he says that the message authentication codes in the QR codes do not allow the scanners to distinguish between original and duplicate ballots.
So a check on the physical paper stack, the scanners just simply cannot detect the photocopied ballots, but has no way of doing that according to the current setup here in Georgia.
A huge risk.
And then finally, just to wrap up with the main conclusions, and he's got some incredible conclusions here, But he says that the ICX ballot marking devices are not sufficiently secured against technical compromise to withstand vote altering attacks by bad actors who are likely to attack future elections in Georgia.
And despite the fact that we've added this paper trail, the malware can still change individual votes and most election outcomes without detection.
The election results, as you know, Brian, are determined from ballot QR codes, and the malware can modify that, but the voters can't check the QR codes.
And therefore, the state doesn't really compare them to the human readable ballot text.
And they've only actually done that in one race, I think, or two and in using these machines and probably 50 or 100 races already.
So that is, again, a huge flaw, which we have been explaining and on your show for, I think, probably a year or two.

So our guess is correct that they have been manipulating our elections.
But again, what's that mean?
We haven't been able to get before a judge or a judge willing to look at it.
So now what?

We have five active cases in the state of Georgia.
You won't read about this in the lamestream news media.
But we have already won one case at the Georgia Supreme Court.
That one is going back to the Superior Court.
We want to see the ballots.
We just decided today to take another case to ban this system to the Georgia Supreme Court as well.
We have two or three cases, one a challenge on Secretary of State's primary race, that still have not had hearings yet.
So we are still very active in litigation here in Georgia.
The wheels of justice turn extremely and painfully slow, but we are trying to make some progress.

If the election was a fraudulent, And the computers say that.
Why can't Trump be put in automatically?
If the election was fraudulent and that can be proven, why could Trump not be put back
in automatically?
Garland?
So what you would have to do there, first of all, you have to prove that it was fraudulent
and that the president or any other, in our case, we have a Senate race that's questionable.
Once you have proven that, then you would have to execute what's known as a court warrant to remove someone from office who was not qualified to have been there in the first place.
So that's the procedure, but it's hard to prove that when the courts are not willing to even allow the evidence to be considered in a court of law.
And also, Garland, we have today coming out the IRS, the FBI, the Attorney General, the DOJ have all apparently been involved in covering up the crimes of the Biden family.
So clearly they are not going to help out.
They're complicit in the crimes and they may be complicit in turning a blind eye to the cyber crimes that were committed to install the person that they've now covered up the crimes and we're covering up the crimes with the laptop before the election.
So you have a lot of people involved in power now that were, some of them involved in power then, covering up things to put the man in office and many of them are, I think, criminals.
So criminals usually defend and protect criminals, and of course they're defending and protecting their own criminal backgrounds that they were involved in that got us where we're at.
So this whole thing, it's hard to expect justice from criminals at the highest levels, at the DOJ, the FBI, right?
Absolutely.
I mean, you said it best, Brandon.
The intelligence agencies are working against the American people.
That's the bottom line.
They have selected who they want.
Do you agree with me that that this was part of a color revolution?
As many of this audience knows, in the summer of 2020, I was doing all kinds of TV shows or radio shows showing the election integrity or the election transition project and all the things that these Democrats were writing and saying was going to happen and how it would go down.
And it turned out that's exactly how it went down.
I think this was all pre-planned.
And we were warning in the summer of 2020 that this was going to be a color revolution from the intelligence arena.
Would you agree with me that there is strong indication the CIA and the intelligence arena have been involved in this, including, as RFK Jr.
has pointed out, running simulations for the COVID, which allowed for the ballots, which allowed for a lot of the steal.
Not to mention, we don't know what they were up to, allowing or doing themselves, by hacking some of this equipment.
Absolutely.
showed tonight from Alex Holderman is very vulnerable. How do we know our own intelligence
arena wasn't involved in hacking? I mean, we got Congressman Bill Posey of Florida saying
there needs to be an investigation between the connections of the CIA and the voting machine
companies. Absolutely. We and I think one the fingerprints of the CIA's Operation Mockingbird.
Yes, all over the 2020 election.
And the way that you know that is because you have a coordinated orchestrated effort in the media With the same common terms to attempt to discredit people who want honest transparent elections.
So if you have not had, if the DOJ and the FBI and the media were not all running the same game, this would never be gotten away with.
In other words, if you had a legitimate DOJ, a legitimate FBI, and a legitimate media, regardless of the party, this would have never happened.
Or if it did happen, It would have been called out for what it was, if the corrupt intel agency was behind it, the good guys would call it out, the DOJ would listen to the White Hats, and the media would report on it, and then you'd have good judges taking it up in grand juries.
But the whole process is rotten from the top down.
Exactly.
And you have this orchestrated effort with the intelligence agencies, and they use the same terms.
Here's how you know.
They use the terms election denier, fake electors, conspiracy theorists, baseless claims of fraud.
Those are four or five of the common terms that are being orchestrated throughout the media, and it's obvious that they're coming from a central source.
And that central source, in all likelihood, is our very own Central Intelligent Agency's Operation Mockingbird, which we knew was still in effect as late as 2016.
Wow.

CISA has had this report as the Secretary of State for two years.
They've had it for two years and done nothing.
So your federal government, the Department of Homeland Security, CISA inside DHS has had it for two years and has done nothing.
