All right, good evening.
Welcome to the broadcast.
Glad you are with us.
We are going to be joined by Mike Lindell in just one moment as he makes his way to his studio.
And in the meantime, and by the way, let me tell you what we're going to talk about tonight.
We are going to have on Garland Favorito with some breaking news out of Georgia.
We're going to have on a new guest, Rick Weibull.
Rick Weibull will join us.
He's out of Minnesota and he's going to join us about something that's going on up there.
And then we're going to be joined by Kevin Cry out of California.
Remember the one that came under attack for talking about going to paper ballots?
We also have a video clip we're going to try to get to related to Kerry Lake.
Reporter started challenging her today and then started used a swear word, a cuss word, when she pushed back at him.
We'll try to squeeze in that video clip tonight as well.
Carrie Lai, calm, cool, collective, just delivers, just delivers the truth.
It was kind of epic to watch this guy on the left come a little unhinged.
We'll try to play that video clip for you as well before the broadcast is over.
Now remember, that's what's coming up, and if you appreciate all this, it is brought to you by you!
Many, many, many of you ask, how can we help out?
How can we help out?
Well, one way you can help out, folks, is by spreading the word about the specials at my pillow in my store.
So here's what you can do.
Maybe you've made some purchases recently, but can you do something else for us?
Can you tweet, text, email, Facebook, Gitter, Truth Social, whatever you use, Parlor, if that's even a thing anymore.
Can you let all your family and friends know about all these great specials that are running over at MyPillow.com and MyStore.com?
And would you ask them to use the promo code L77 to support and help Mike Lindell?
Again, Father's Day is coming up.
Why not let the word be known?
These are great gifts for Father's Day.
Great gifts for Father's Day.
These were $150.
Two pennies shy of $150.
So we'll say $150.
Then they went down to about $60.
Now they're $25.
Clearance.
Why clearance?
Because they're going to go to one model.
One style, I guess.
And then they need the space.
Because they're going to start manufacturing more out of that warehouse there.
Out of that facility there, and they need more rooms for sewing machines, etc.
So that's down to $25.
These make great gifts for anyone, because they're not just for men.
They have the all-season men's moccasin slippers.
They have also the all-season women's slip-on slippers, and all-season women's moccasin slippers.
And of course, then we have the women's thong sandals, the men's slide sandals.
I have that blue pair in the middle there, which I've told you about before.
I've got the men's moccasins.
I love those.
Those right here.
These are just super comfortable.
So again, spread the word.
Tweet, text, email, Facebook.
And you know what?
Here's another thing you can do.
If you have a pair of these, why not put out that you have a pair and what you like about them?
And then say, go to mypill.com, use the promo code L77, you'll get savings, and you'll be helping Mike Lindell.
So you can help us by doing that, right?
Help us market these and get these out, so we can keep funding the work of Mike Lindell, and we can also continue Lindell TV.
So you can help us get out the word and make these clearance sales really, really big.
Successful.
So we already talked about the slippers, the sandals, the slides, and then what else do we have here?
I'm going to go back one more.
I hit that button by mistake.
Let's go back one more.
Of course, the MyPillow 2.0.
Buy one, get one free.
Buy one, get one free.
I just sent Mike Lindell eight of these.
My buddy Mike Lindell was on last night.
I sent him eight of them.
Well, there you go.
That, by the way, there's another gift idea.
I sent him eight of them because his daughter got married.
Ronald Reagan's, President Ronald Reagan's youngest grandchild got married and so I sent them eight pillows from Mike and I and said here's some for Colleen and Mike and then also for Ashley and Cameron and their spouses.
So a little wedding gift from Mike Lindell and I to the Reagan family.
And there you go.
These make great gifts.
So don't think we don't do the same thing.
We do.
These make great gifts.
Luxurious Giza Dream Bed Sheets.
As low as $29.99.
Again, these are great sheets.
They come in all kinds of sizes.
We click on that.

$59.98.
Queen was $139.96, now down to $69.98.
King was $159.96, now $79.98.
So again, take advantage of these great gifts for Father's Day.
Also, great gifts for wedding, couples getting married, graduation gifts.
A king was 159.96, now 79.98.
So again, take advantage of these great gifts for Father's Day, also great gifts for wedding,
couples getting married, graduation gifts.
Again, a lot of you going to those open houses, I know those are popular,
you don't wanna show up empty-handed, but you don't wanna buy anything that's useless, right?
Not in this day and age when money is high, inflation's high.
Give those graduates something useful.
Give them some sheets, some towels, because they're gonna need them, right?
They're gonna need them.
And of course, Logan got one of these in the mail He ordered one himself.
The My Mattress Topper 2.0 with 3-inch hybrid.
Now let me let you in on this little secret here.
This is kind of almost a little backdoor, if you will, to find this stuff easy.
Go to the homepage of MyPillow.com.
Scroll down the page like you just saw me do.
Scroll down the homepage.
Do you see Mike wearing a pair of headphones in front of a microphone?
And then click that little banner, and that pops up the six-piece MyPillow towel set.
They were $99.98.
Then they went to $49.99.
Now they're $25.
Again, great gifts.
Everybody's trying to find ways to fight inflation.
Well, one way is shop at MyPillow.com and use the promo code L77.
Promo code L77.
And then finally, we'll make one more stop over at mystore.com.
This is the home for American entrepreneurs, started by Mike Lindell.
Of course, you know about the coffee.
It's been very popular.
Mild, light, dark roast, whole bean, already ground, a non-GMO, not sprayed with pesticides.
They come in the coffee pods as well.
And by the way, you can get a subscription to this.
And if you get a subscription, so you don't have to worry about running out, because You don't want to run out.
That's irritating, right?
You go there to the cabinet and it's gone.
Well, that's... then you got to wait for it to show up.
So why not sign up for a subscription of the MyCoffee?
And guess what happens when you do?
You're going to get a free Go Anywhere MyPillow.
So take advantage of that.
Take a look at what else we have there at MyStore.com.
All kinds of things.

That'd be a great thing to buy right now.
We've got Memorial Day coming up.
We've got 4th of July coming up.

That would look great.
All kinds of other great gift ideas.
Stuff for the garden.

There you go!
More stuff coming up for 4th of July.
Don't start thinking about that now.
They got stuff for the pets.
By the way, let me show you this real quick before we go to Mike.
He's in his studio now.
Automotive, bath, beauty, books, video, clothing, food and drink, garden and patio.
Look at all those different Categories up top make it real easy to find, right?
You know what the great thing about this is?
You're supporting the work of Mike Lindell and all those great employees and workers there at MyPillow in my store.
You're also supporting Lindell TV and the work of Mike Lindell fighting to save our country and getting great products made by many of them.
And of course by Americans and of course all of these guys are most of I would think all of them are pretty much American entrepreneurs, right?
Because that's what this is really all about is trying to help these entrepreneurs in America get going.
So spread the word as I said at the beginning.
Help us get out the word about these specials.
Tweet, text, email, Facebook, Gitter, Truth Social, whatever you do.
Spread the word!
Because again, some of you bought these products.
So go on there, tell them how great they are.
Invite them to join in on these great products, but use that promo code L77, will ya?
All right.
We got a great show coming up here.
We got Garland Favorito with Breaking News.
We've got Rick Weibel from Minnesota, as I said, and Kevin Krychex back in.
And of course, if we have time, we've got a couple video clips.
One of them, Terry Lake Putting a leftist reporter in his place who didn't like what she said about him, and then he used a curse word!
Well, we bleeped out the curse word so we could play it here on family-friendly Lindell TV.
So we got a lot to cover in our time slot here.
Joining us now from his studio is Mike Lindell.
Hey, Mike!
And everybody make sure that you go to this, you got the website there for those entrepreneurs, mystore.com.
You can also get, everybody always asks me about the, the Frank Speech products.
We have the, the mugs there.
We still, we have the yard signs this year again, bumper stickers, all this stuff where you can spread the word about Frank Speech.
And remember, we're going to be offering stock to the public soon.
Great things are coming.
I want to lead with the Kerry Lake clip.
I haven't seen it, Brandon.
If you have that, let's go ahead and lead with that.
Yeah, let's do it.
I'll pull this up real quick.
Mike, I just watched it a few minutes ago.
I saw the cursing in it.
I sent it to our friend Annie.
I said, hey Annie, can you clean up the cursing so we can show this on Lindell TV?
So she did.
While you're looking for it, I'll tell everyone.
So as we know, you probably heard by now, yesterday the judge Ruled once again that after the Supreme Court shoved it back to the judge and said, hey, you got to check into these signatures.
You can't validate 200,000 signatures in a couple of seconds each one.
And all the stuff that was brought back to him, the evidence that you couldn't, it's not subjective.
It's like, what are you going to do?
It's in the constitution.
You have to do this.
He didn't do it.
And they say, and so all over the media, Up and down.
I read 50-some articles or scanned through them.
Every media outlet in the country jumped on that.
Carrie Lake loses again.
Not one of them said, gee, what's the next move?
Back to the Supreme Court?
Hopefully right to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
Is he not quitting?
Yes!
There's nobody quitting down there.
We're not quitting here.
We're not quitting.
I compared it to what the fight we're up against.
I compared it to back in the day with Al Capone in Chicago.
I remember when I did that comparison yesterday, Brent.
Yes.
They tried to get him.
Everybody knew there were the murders, the racketeering, the gambling, the bootlegging,
you name it, it was going on in Chicago and he ran the whole thing.
But he didn't get arrested because he had all the cops on his payroll,
judges either threatened or on his payroll.
And so what did they decide to get him on?
Let's go off the board and let's go to tax evasion.
So in the end, it was in the end, where did he end up?
Devil's Island and in prison.
The comparison we're up against is anybody out there that's not just covering this up, or part of the cover-up, or part of protecting these electronic machines, to protecting using computers in our elections, it is disgusting and you're going to go down in history as a traitor or a hero.
There's no in-between.
So all of you out there, we're going to have Rick Weibel on Weeby.
Is it Weeby?
No, it's Rick Weibel.
You got it right the first time.
Weibel had it right.
So Rick Weibel, I'm from Minnesota.
This is my home state, everybody.
Apparently, as all of you know, we went out and got cast vote records.
All of you did.
You listened to us.
It's under the Freedom of Information Act.
You went out and got them before September 3rd of last year because they were going to run out where they could delete all the machines.
But you went out and got what we're entitled to, the cast vote records.
And now, my wonderful state of Minnesota, which used to be a wonderful state until it's getting destroyed day by day, worse than any, I believe, worse than any state in the country right now, with the decisions being made and the horrific things that are going on there.
But they are putting up a bill so that you, maybe it's already through, I can't wait for Rick to come on, that you cannot get the cast vote records.
Well, you got to ask yourself, well, why is that?
It's the one thing we could get under the Freedom of Information Act, and now you're taking that?
Already the machine companies don't let us see what's inside. So it's disgusting. But do we have the carry?
Look here's this this was just today watch and listen to this folks
They've been sanctioned twice in two different courts and he's leading the court are you gonna stick with them as you
pursue this appeal I Know you love everything. You just said you think it's yeah
Well, we're working at a very corrupt system and you can't see it. I know that you know
Are your lawyers part of that corruption?
No, they're not actually.
I have incredible, I have incredible attorneys, Bram.
And I think the first time I met you, Bram, was at a story where you're always, what I'm trying to say is you're always on the wrong side.
You're always on the wrong side.
We were at a story where we were fighting as mothers.
I was leading a rally at ASU, it was 115 degree heat, leading a rally to get our students out of masks.
And Braun was standing there rooting for our kids to be masked up.
You're on the wrong side of history.
And I remember distinctly that day because you refused to say the Pledge of Allegiance and put your hand on your heart.
So that's what we're dealing with.
That's what we're dealing with.
That's what we're dealing with.
It's unfortunate.
And I'm keeping, let me answer the question.
I remember that day, you just making...
Oh!
Oh!
No, I didn't.
I didn't make anything up.
I'm right.
Our children should not have been in masks.
They shouldn't have been in masks.
They're not healthy for our children.
And you were there cheerleading for masks and vaccines like you have been.
You're cheerleading for Maricopa County to continue to run shoddy elections.
And we're not okay with it.
And that's fine.
You don't have to say the pledge you're in America, but it tells me everything I need to know about where you stand with this country.
There you go, Mike!
Yeah, and you know what?
Ha!
Spot on!
Every single... You have two kinds of reporters out there now.
Reporters that don't report anything, that's your Newsmax and Fox, they have a list that they can't report, okay?
They can't report, so out of fear of losing their job, out of fear of being sued, who knows, right?
Then you have all the other journalists, which are out there, that are watching our show.
They watch this on their little TV nonstop to look for sound bites or something they can attack
and bounce on, which we're gonna talk about that in a minute, the $5 million challenge.
And that's what they do.
Now, they are on the wrong side of history.
And you wonder when this all comes down and everything's vindicated, comes out,
we save our country.
You know, we're gonna remember each and every one of these reporters and these people
that push to protect these machines or protect, You should ask that guy, why did you want masks?
Do you have children?
Why do you want this nonsense?
These things that they did that didn't help anybody, not Democrats or Republicans.
You should ask all your reporters watching, why don't one of you report?
In fact, you know what, Mike?
report of every day kids dying across our country and illegals pouring over our border,
mostly into Texas, just pouring over with cell phones that some of them don't have to
report in until 2030.
And you tell me that makes sense.
No, it doesn't.
In fact, you know what, Mike?
Also on the Worldview report tonight, right after this show, we're reporting on a scientific
study that's just been done that shows that these people that were wearing these masks,
They now have micro particles in their lungs.
Thank you.
Wow.
Yeah, it was horrific.
And, you know, people They weaponized all that stuff against us.
That was part, that was all planned everybody.
I don't care what anyone says.
When you got to a point in history of December of 2019, where everybody's physical lives had gotten better, the highest consumer confidence ever, All these things.
Just in addiction alone, Brandon, our real President Donald Trump had done the opiate bill to help people in addiction.
He took off a lot of regulations that said, oh, you gotta go to college for four years and swim the English Channel to counsel people in addiction or whatever it was, you know.
And it didn't make sense.
That was in 30-some states.
We had all these regulations.
If I'm in addiction, I want someone that's been there and where I can see how did he make it out and get my counseling that way.
You know, your Teen Challenge, your Salvation Armies and such.
But it was all these common-sense solutions to not just problems, but also to better people's lives, to just improvements.
And why would anyone, why would our reporters in our media, I'll give an example of how corrupt they are.
Everybody, you know, the $5 million challenge, everybody's heard out there.
I'm sure we get texts and stuff all the time.
I know I get emails going, people going, Oh, I'm so sorry, you know, that you lost that.
And no, I didn't lose that.
And then here's what happened.
This guy, cyber guy, that came to the Cyber Symposium two and a half years ago, he couldn't even open Wireshark in the first day of the symposium.
Wireshark is a thing you used to open it up, it's like a reader, then you open it up and you can read cyber data.
Well, this guy couldn't even figure out how to get Wireshark or even much less open it up.
It was, it was, um, it was disgusting.
I don't know how he got in the cyber room.
Well, anyway, everybody at the cyber symposium said, yup, the data is from the 2020 election.
And the challenge was prove that the data is not from the 2020 election.
So nobody proved it or nobody even contested it, except for this guy, this cyber.
Now he contested.
And he gets ruled three to zero.
No, you didn't prove it wasn't for the 2020 election.
Because of course it is, but you didn't prove anything.
And so he brings it to these arbitrators, right?
Last couple, three, four months ago.
Now everyone says these arbitrators, yes, are they left wing as far as you can go?
Absolutely.
Did they give money to the Clintons, the Obamas and the Bidens?
Yes, they did.
But let's just take that out of the picture.
You can't say that they made these decisions because they were on the left.
But here's the deal, Brannon.
When they ruled and made the horrific ruling, the media, of course, jumped all over that.
But what the media forgot to tell you is, I didn't lose anything.
In the arbitration, it says you have 30 days to pay, or everybody hold on it, or you can take it to court.
Because this was a sham.
And it's because of what these three arbitrators did.
It's very, very exact of what can happen in order for you to bring it to court.
So these things that could have happened, my lawyers looked at it all and said, yep, this happened, we bring it to court.
So now we're in court.
Now when I announced that when we brought him to court last Wednesday, everybody, And the media didn't tell you that we had filed these papers to bring him to court?
They didn't tell you that.
What they did is they told you nothing and then they waited till the next day, actually it might have been even Friday, when those guys came, that Ziegman came and said, well, we're going to sue you so you pay up.
Well, you can't do that.
You've, it's too late.
You've already been sued within the 30 days, or you've been brought a lawsuit to you to, to completely, um, I believe it was to vacate the whole arbitration.
That's what the lawsuit is.
So you've got this over here.
Now my lawyer's got to go in and say, okay, you couldn't do this in federal court because we did it within the time constrictions of the 30 days.
So Brandon, this is the spin the media likes to put, just like they're doing to Carrie Lake right now.
And, loser, are you going to fire your lawyers?
Are you going to do this?
What is they talking about?
You know, we expected, didn't you expect the judge?
In this day and age, Brandon, we expect the judges to say, hey, no, you know, is this a pair of glasses?
Nah, I hate to say it, but you haven't proved it is.
You know, I know you see through them.
Define glasses, define glasses.
Well, you put them on and it makes you see better.
No, no, no, I don't believe it.
I'm a judge now and I'm going to rule this.
And then all of a sudden you bring it to the Supreme Court, they send it back and say, no, these look like glasses to us.
And you look at them again and go, now who knows what's behind him or why he says what he did, but he goes, those aren't glasses, I'm sorry.
And you know the difference is the media should be furious.
The media should have been in that courtroom from day one and actually put out what the evidence was to save our election platforms.
Did you see the media put anything about Sonny Borelli and what's really the good thing happening down in Arizona?
Did you see them cover that?
Nothing.
Other than the conservative, no.
You guys, I'll give you a quick, quick update.
And we got, we got, we got garland favorito when you're ready.
Okay.
Okay.
Let me just quick go through a few things here.
You're not going to see on, on the news, any of the news, even the horrible reporters that are watching right now.
I had one from the Guardian call me this morning, and when they talk to me now, they don't even print it, you guys, because I tell them, here's what you should print.
What kind of reporter are you?
I don't know if they feel guilty or what, going, yeah, I was gonna... I answer the phone, I go, so who's the hit job?
What's the hit job on today?
You know, how do you live with yourself?
How do you sleep at night?
They can't even sleep with my pillows, Brandon.
It's so bad that I think they have a hard time sleeping with themselves because of all the, you know, the immorality that goes on with their decisions.
It goes against every piece of their being.
And so in Arizona, they put up a bill that will get rid of the machines, basically get rid of them.
You have to have the United States government made our elections a critical infrastructure, everybody.
This is what I've been fighting for, what we've all been fighting for, for two and a half years.
Why is it deemed a critical infrastructure?
Because if somebody breaks into that, you can lose your whole country.
It's the biggest, easiest way to take a country.
You break into the elections and you take the country.
You don't have to fire a shot.
That's what they did.
And so here's Arizona saying, you know, we have to protect that infrastructure, get rid of these machines.
And why?
The machines, they're made with parts made in other places like China.
So you have that.
But I want to quick say before Ireland comes on, Today, and I'll find out, Lee County, Arkansas, these are the courageous out there, they voted today whether to go to paper ballots, hand counting, we'll see what came out of that, and we'll give you that report tomorrow, but you don't hear about these things, the courage that's standing up, and you're not going to see it in the news, the mainstream news.
So, let's bring on Garland.
I love it when he comes on and gives us an update on the Brad Rassenberger Georgia corruption.
Hey, Brad!
Are you there, Garland?
Mike, thanks for having me on.
The corruption never ceases down here.
So, but this time it's not Brad Rassenberger.
What?
Hold it!
Wait, wait, wait.
I'm shocked.
Are you saying Brad Rassenberger?
Can you prove he's not involved in what you're going to tell us?
Based on Arizona standards, I can't prove anything.
Okay, go ahead now.
What do we got going on down in Georgia?
Well, OK, well, yeah, we could talk about Arizona or Georgia.
But basically what we announced today is that, as you know, Mike, our case has been moved from the Georgia Supreme Court, who agreed with us that we had standing.
It went back to the Court of Appeals, who also said that they are remanding that case back to the Superior Court.
So we got all the way back.
They adopted the Supreme Court decision for most of the plaintiffs.
And we are ready to roll for a ballot inspection in Judge Amaro's court.
And then Judge Amaro decides that he is going to dump this case over to another judge.
And I thought that we would get a fair ruling if we went back into Amaro's courtroom after he's been overturned.
But instead, Judge Amaro dumps this case to another judge, Judge Robert McBurney, who presided over the release of grand jury Uh, uh, and from information in the Trump, uh, phone call investigation that was being done by Fannie Willis.
And he also made disparaging remarks, uh, when he dismissed, uh, Senator David Perdue's case, which is very similar to ours.
So, uh, the nutshell of the announcement is that we, um, today have filed a motion to recuse Judge McIverney for a variety of reasons, which we may or may not have done today.
But, uh, that is what we did to take action to try to get an honest trial here in Georgia, uh, since, uh, Kerry Knight didn't seem to get one in Arizona, uh, for some reasons that we can go into.
I'm happy to discuss with you.
I've got your PowerPoint presentation here.
We'll go to the first slide.
We'll let you roll through this, Garland.
Well, let me just go through.
Let's go right on to slide 10 or 11 because I think we'll take too much time.
I know you're on a tight schedule today.
So let's see if I can get you to a slide where it might be some good information.
I'll talk about Judge McBurney.
So I'm going to pick up on slide 17.
Let's, let's go there.
Okay.
Because we already said that he was going to transfer.
So, Joe, you're burning while you're getting there.
Oh, that's a good slide.
I'm sorry.
Let's back up one more slide there, if you don't mind.
Now, let's start this way.
Let's do 16 and 17 for time, because I'd love to talk about Arizona as well.
But the, so here are the bias remarks.
We, we have filed a motion to recuse on the grounds that Judge McBurney is biased to us already, and his bias, here are some biased remarks that he made in dismissing Senator David Perdue's case, and David Perdue was simply wanting to do the same thing we did, was to inspect the ballots to ensure that his U.S.
Senate race was legitimate, and if not, to implement something to make sure that in 2024 we have the next elections.
Well, Judge McBurney says that his petitioners, that's himself and another lady named Grace, want to intrude upon sealed ballot materials and hunt for speculative voter fraud.
In reality, the truth is that the claims were not speculative, that we are basing our claims on four sworn affidavits from senior poll managers who said they handled counterfeit ballots in the certified results, and he claims that that's speculative.
He also claims that the petitioners in that case, who are similarly situated to us, And therefore he's showing bias to us when he shows bias to them.
He said that their whole case was sour grapes, you know, in spite of the fact they've got evidence on State Farm Arena video of multiple violations of Georgia law, just like we do.
And then finally he says that this was a quixotic journey that's not going to take place and therefore In reality, it's not quixotic.
I had to look that up.
It was foolish, unrealistic, impractical.
And all the petitioners were trying to do were to conduct, make sure the election results are correct, and if not, implement something in the future to make sure they will be correct.
That's a sincere, honest motive.
It's not unrealistic, foolish, or impractical.
Particularly not impractical since the petitioners were seeking a ballot inspection under the custody of the elections officials, and easily completed in less than one week at our cost the petitioner's cost with no taxpayer expense.
So he made these statements in the order to dismiss Purdue's case who similarly situated to us and we said that's biased against us because our case is basically the same thing.
So we filed a motion to recuse him on these grounds and then the other grounds would be on the next slide on It looks like that's not displaying correctly.
So that slide, it looks like you're not getting the graphics up on the screen.
So let me see if we can go to another slide.
So he made these, he released this grand jury, the special grand jury information.
And that was based on a decision that the Supreme Court made that he claimed that he could do that.
But he can't do that if there are identifiable witnesses in the grand jury.
And the Fulton County Grand Jury here took, they basically had interviewed dozens of witnesses, 75 for example, and many of these were identifiable.
So in Georgia, the Supreme Court has ruled, versus Thompson v. Macon, Bibb County Hospital Authority, that you cannot release information That is about identifiable persons if they testified before the grand jury.
It's very clear on that on this slide and the next slide shows some additional conclusions.
And he has decided to release that information anyway.
And that biased our case because the grand jury, as we talked about before in your show, Brian, says that there was no fraud.
And even though they were never allowed to investigate any fraud, And the witnesses are similarly situated to us.
So biased against them shows biased against us.
And maybe we go one more slide.
And that says, the grand jury, he released a statement, the grand jury says that they believe some may have committed perjury.
Well, basically, that implies that since the witnesses are people who believe that There was election fraud.
That implies bias against us, and he basically is attempting to deceive the public into thinking that we are, in fact, liars.
And in reality, this information has already been released.
These witnesses have been identified by the news media, and you can see all the publications up there that have identified the witnesses in this case.
So it's completely inappropriate for him to have released grand jury information.
This is unprecedented in the state of Georgia.
You never release grand jury information about identifiable witnesses who are not public officials.
It's just not done.
Um so the finally the probably one more slide down we've got the that the release excerpts prejudged our case by he released an expert claiming that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
The in reality the grand jury has never been able to look and see if there was any right widespread fraud.
None of the petitioners have ever been called before the grand jury.
The Purdue petitioners Our petitioners or the Caroline Jeffords petitioners who have a similar case.
So nevertheless, the grand jury was led to believe that there's no fraud and McBurney and Fannie Rose withheld the information that fraud did occur in the 2020 election from that grand jury.
So the bottom line is it leads the members of the public to think that we don't have any evidence.
And that there is, we don't have any right to gather any and present any evidence and that is completely bogus.
So we have suffered what we believe to be the greatest, on the slide 23, the greatest voting rights violation in Georgia history.
And we have gotten two judges here attempting to block the evidence of crimes from being exposed.
So the question becomes, are they accomplices to the crimes?
So that's a little bit about what we talked about today.
That's a really rushed version because I know you're going to have a pretty tight schedule tonight.
We sure do.
That's a little bit of the background.
Excellent.
Thank you, Garland.
We appreciate it.
We appreciate it.
So the bottom line is your fight's not over.
The one in Arizona is not over and yours in Georgia is not over.
You want to make a comment real quick about Arizona before we move on?
Yeah, real quick on Arizona.
So, you know, Kurt called me and he said, how'd the case go?
What did you think?
I said, you were absolutely compelling.
He gave evidence of 270,000 ballots not being verified in three seconds, or they actually were verified, allegedly, in three seconds or less.
70,000 of those in two seconds or less.
He then called an expert witness to say that's not possible.
It's very impossible.
The expert was never refuted.
None of the facts that Kurt presented were ever refuted.
And one of the most amazing facts was the fact that Many of these verifiers had 100% approval rate, 0%
rejection rate, and one of them had verified 20,000 signatures with a 100% acceptance rate.
That's virtually impossible.
So it's that that alone, I think, is enough evidence, but nothing was ever refuted.
And then on top of that, you have the amazing video of the one of the verifiers sitting there just clicking the button, not verifying that the signatures.
So the judge in this case was required under the law to to determine whether Maricopa County followed the statute that requires them to compare the signatures and he claimed that well the law doesn't say how many seconds that they have to do to verify that and therefore he's kicking it out.
Well in reality if you work with legislatures they're never going to they're never going to specify how the the signatures are verified.
They're only going to specify that the signatures are verified.
So, the judge in this case was required to determine whether or not the signatures were compared properly, and by any standard of the English-definition language, these signatures were not compared and verified as they should have been.
And I believe the evidence is clear that it should have been upheld, but it wasn't.
Absolutely.
All right, Joe.
You know, Garland, hold up, Brian, I want to chime in here.
Garland, this is very similar.
What we're up against in our country, and you've been fighting it since day one, even a lot longer than most of us, and this is very similar, and I probably say this wrong, I don't care.
Alan Duke, in fact, checked me.
I haven't heard from him in so long, because he doesn't need, his stamper now, he doesn't need one, because everything put out is true, and he knew it from the beginning, right?
Well, anyway, in Michigan, you guys, if you go back to Michigan, Back to the Antrim County, Michigan case way back when in the spring of actually it was December, I believe of 20 right after the election and started opening up when they found all the evidence.
And, you know, some gal even deleted the files and she admitted it to the FBI, never got arrested.
But one thing happened there, and I don't know if it was the governor, attorney general, one of the corrupt officials in Michigan said she had done an audit.
Now, they had ordered an audit to be done.
In the Michigan rule, you gotta do an audit.
But they didn't define what an audit was.
So they used this thing to get out of this.
This judge used it for an out saying, well, the governor, whoever it was, it could have been the secretary of state or the attorney, one of those three.
Well, they did an audit.
Well, here was their audit, everybody.
Looks good, you know, and that could be called an audit.
No, they did this.
It was disgusting, but it gave the judge an out.
This is what's happening with judges, whether they're compromised, whether they're cowards, whether they're Whatever it is, but all they're looking for is an out.
They look for an out.
Like you just said, down in Georgia, I mean, Garland, do you ever get to the point where it's, we're already way beyond this country, where it's just disbelief, where you almost expect the, I said it before, I said, all right, everybody, is this a pair of reading glasses?
No, can you prove it?
You know, I mean, it's just, it's unbelievable what we're up against here.
And you just wonder when it's gonna take for, The walls just start crumbling for him.
And I say that the foundation of what they have, with our voices, keep putting it out there and putting it out there and putting it out there.
I believe that we've got to believe that sooner or later judges are going to be courageous and they're going to make a decision that's going to send the rest of it into a just fall like dominoes.
I would guess, Garland, of all the stuff you've seen in your life with courtrooms and judges, Any other time in history, you can take any one of these deviations and they bring it in and go, eh, this is it.
Yep, there's the evidence.
And it's cotton dry.
But we're in a time where even where you have evidence that are impossible.
You just said, well, it's theoretically impossible.
But really, that judge was saying, oh, no, it could be done.
You know, they did it.
They did it.
They didn't say they have to look at every page.
But Think of this, what about down in Georgia when that nice Democrat got zero votes in her own precinct?
Now that should have been a national story.
But what did they say?
Oh, it was a programming error.
How about Pennsylvania when three elections in a row they have more votes than voters?
You know, where are we at when even mathematical impossibilities, not a one in a trillion, impossibilities aren't looked at in court?
That's disgusting, isn't it?
Yeah, and just to add a quick point and to close that one out, Mike, We're in a period today, what we've proven in Arizona and in Georgia, I think, is that the judicial system in America is totally corrupt, and unfortunately, and that is why I'm wearing my scales of justice today sideways, because it is all crooked in Georgia and in Arizona.
Well, I'll say this, I will tell you this, anybody watching right now, don't lose hope by this report.
Because God's got his hand in all of this, and we are going to reveal.
Garland, did you hear me make my comparison to Al Capone in Chicago back in the days?
Yes, I did.
That's what we're in right now, and I'll tell you, everybody, we have a plan, and we're revealing that plan on August 16th and 17th.
Garland, I know you're going to be there.
You're invited.
I hope you're going to be there.
I will be telling you that, revealing the plan, and we'll tweak it long before then, but everybody, what you can do for your country is tell everybody you know about the Election Crime Bureau Summit, August 16th and 17th.
Now I believe they can go to LyndaleEvent.com too, so that should be set up.
Mike, I'll be there and I've got a special idea for you for that conference that I think you're going to like.
All right, all right.
Garland, how do people help you out?
Let's put that up quick before we go.
Okay, thank you, Mike.
We go to VoterGA.org.
There's a wealth of information up there, but also that thing that helps us out is through donations.
We are a non-profit.
They're tax-deductible, and I don't take a salary.
We are almost completely volunteers, and we do this work, and it's those donations that keep us going in Georgia.
Thank you, Garland.
Garland, people like you and I that are all in and don't take any money, they can't call us grifters, can they?
Or we're the worst grifters in the world.
Garland Favorito, check it in.
Check out the site real quick.
Here it is.
You can go to electioncrimebureau.com, but we also just typed in lyndalevents.com, and it popped up.
Lyndale events.
And there it is.
It popped right up.
LyndaleEvents.com.
You guys can just check out the website there.
Scroll down.
There should be a thing where the countdown.
There it is.
84 days.
What is that?
84 days, 14 hours, 16 minutes and 41 seconds.
And when that clock goes down to zero, you're going to hear the plan to save our country.
It's going to be amazing.
And this is going to take all of you over the next few months to get everybody you know to watch this event.
We have to make it the most watched event ever, because that's all it's going to take is to get the word out of what we're going to reveal that day, or those two days.
Rand, let's bring in Rick Weibel.
Rick Weibel.
Hi, Rick.
Hey, how you guys doing?
Good.
Thank you for joining us.
And Rick, can you quick tell us who you are?
And I know you've been in this fight for a couple years now.
I always, every event I go to, or every time I see in South Dakota or Minnesota, Rick's around fighting for our country, trying to get rid of the electronic voting machine, trying to get our election platforms fixed.
And Rick, yesterday, so Rick, what brings you in this fight?
Let's go back, take back just a little bit of who you are.
Thank you again, Mike.
I appreciate being on the show with you tonight.
I am actually one of these weird folks where I have a political science background in the state of Minnesota.
I was an elected official here in the state of Minnesota.
My own city, the city of St.
Bonifacius, went through three post-election audits.
And so I falsely trusted the machines, but then with my computer science background as a network engineer and also a system security Uh, personnel, it's obvious that these machines cannot be trusted.
And especially when there are things that were made available by the U.S.
Election Assistance Commission through the voluntary voting system guidelines called a cast vote record.
Mr. Lindell, you were right on to ask for those cast vote records across the United States.
Those are meant to be a public document.
And to top it all off, the secretary of states of both Minnesota and South Dakota denied their very existence.
Basically said that they were either turned off, they weren't a thing, all of that, but yet there was enough public documentation within both of those states to prove that they did exist.
And actually the voluntary voting system guidelines, which both of those states adopted into their statutes, making them requirements because the federal government cannot tell the states the time, place and manner of the elections.
And so it's up to the individual states to adopt those voluntary voting standards, just like the building codes.
To have them as requirements.
And in there, under Chapter 7, under security, is where we find the independent verification systems, which talk about the cast vote records as being an essential part of our elections.
Okay, let's get back to basics.
So when we used to do hand counts, pretty much all the states required that those counts be public.
So in the absence of the count being public, when using machines, they created the cast vote records, so that way the public would actually have The interpretive file of the ballots and the ballot images so that we could ascertain how accurate the machines are.
That's the main purpose of it.
And so all of these County auditors were denying that they existed.
However, we were able to find manuals online for ES&S, Dominion, and Hart to prove that those vendors are honest about the cast vote records and they developed their systems to produce the cast vote records so that the auditors could actually review them and actually make them public.
We have all those manuals available at MidwestSwampWatch.com.
I want to cut in there once because for you guys, this is what we have you all get under the Freedom of Information Act.
They can delete them after three years, everybody, but you all got them there.
No, it was 22 months.
I'm sorry.
You could, they can delete them after 22 months.
So on September 3rd of 2022, before that, when we put out a nationwide call, everyone in the country went out and went to your county and said, Hey, I want my cash flow record.
Now, Rick, I got one question.
No, it is impossible because it was designed that way with the original voluntary voting system guidelines of 2005.
shape or form, could you find out who Mike Lindell voted for?
No, it is impossible because it was designed that way with the original voluntary voting
system guidelines of 2005.
That's how new it was.
They were smart back then.
And everybody needs to know that.
It's funny, when we reached out and the county clerks, all across the country, people go, Mike Lindell's going to ruin the election because the county clerks are so busy.
San Francisco Township, they just put up their cast vote records right on their website because it's public.
It's public!
They have the right to it.
We have the right to it.
So it's very disturbing.
You're saying Minnesota and South Dakota did not come up with these cast boat records.
Very disturbing, Governor Kristi Noem, that it happened in South Dakota.
I did not know this.
And I can understand Minnesota with all the horrible things going on there with the party that's in charge.
I've had to deal with it.
I've lived there for all my life.
But go ahead and tell us now, leading up to this horrible news that we're going to get.
Okay, so here's the horrible news.
You remember Billy Mays, how great he was?
But wait, there's more.
You won't actually believe this.
So after the Secretary of State of Minnesota basically dismisses the whole idea of casserole records, we actually get in House File 1830, a literal statement that basically is going to ban the cast
vote records where they actually have passed that in the legislature and the governor is about to
sign it and because it's so important this is one of the rare pieces of legislation that it is
effective as soon as he signs it and so they literally miss all of the different things
about the cast vote record they don't even define it because guess what
That's defined at the federal level by the National Institute of Science and Technology.
So unlike other things that we see defined in statute, they already acknowledged that this was a thing and that there was a federal definition.
But to top it all off, they're willing to give you the CastVote record result file, but they are basically classifying data stored as images are protected non-public data Wow!
under section 1302.
So this is basically like you turning in your work to the teacher and you're gonna have the final results,
but we're not showing our work.
So they're gonna hide the balance.
Wow, it's just like, it's bad enough everybody that these machine companies have been protected
never to open up so we can see what's inside of, and we have one right up here at Frank's Beach everybody.
If you ever want to scroll down and click on Inside the Machines, and the ballot images are right in there, the Mason County two elections.
It shows 100%, but they did everything, and any cyber guy can read it.
We don't just have the report there on the data.
We put the whole image there.
My lawyer said, no, don't do that, Mike.
You're going to get in trouble.
I said, I don't care.
Put me in jail!
The FBI wouldn't even put me in jail.
I've done nothing wrong.
We're trying to save our country here.
It's disgusting.
Rick, in New York, have you ever, when you first found this out, you know, there was something with the machines that it definitely pointed, all the corruption pointed to the machines and computers.
In your wildest dreams, did you think you'd ever have this much pushback?
And how much pushback have you had from our own party?
I've had significant pushback from the, my own party in both states, even as an officer of the Republican party for eight years in the state of Minnesota, as the co-chair of the third congressional district.
I was cast aside.
I was basically called an election denier, not only by the Star Tribune, but also by members within the GOP.
I've been on the front page of the Star Tribune here in Minnesota several times, accusing me of saying that I don't know what I'm talking about, yet I'm sitting here trying to tell the reporters it's right there.
It's a public definition.
It is so obvious.
And it's ridiculous that they don't care.
This is a soft coup.
Everybody needs to understand this.
And because Minnesota has basically put this legislation in place, I am telling you right now as a computer professional, we have literally taken a conspiracy theory and made it statutory right there in black and white in the state of Minnesota that it gives you 100% reason that if they don't want to show their work, you shouldn't use the machines.
Case closed.
Wow.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
This also goes to tell everybody that you've heard my own state of Minnesota.
I mean, you can say they're the home of the unit party.
We've always been blue, but that's not true.
The people that, like you say, even the GOP, that's one thing everybody with the RNC, the resolution we're working on with them.
Once it's done and approved by the RNC, these people that are part of our party, that stand up and go, oh no, I love the machines.
Oh, I love early voting.
Really?
This is not what our resolution says.
We want fair elections.
And I'm really disturbed that it also, now South Dakota's not passing this, are they?
Where does South Dakota stand?
I know, rather than Minnesota, because Kristi Noem's supposed to be one of the best governors, supposedly, over there.
Why would she let this happen in her state?
Well, it's so bad.
So as I testify in front of the South Dakota legislature, our auditors don't know what they don't know.
And the reality is that 62 out of the 66 counties don't even have the software to even extract the cast vote records properly from the fund drives.
They don't even have the ElectionWare reporting software.
And it's absolutely ridiculous that we've run elections in South Dakota this way.
The top four counties do have the ElectionWare reporting software, and we are pursuing cases against those four counties to get the cast vote records.
But Basically, they combined together, had their insurance companies represent them to prevent us from obtaining the Catholic records.
However, I'm going to put an asterisk there, because that story and that trajectory is about to change.
Stay tuned over the next 30 days as what S.D.
Kamenstein will be doing in South Dakota, but also Midwest Swamp Watch.
Right.
Well, thanks, Rick.
We're going to have you back on for continued reports on those two states.
People ask me all the time.
Well, Mike, why don't you fight in your own state?
Well, you know, what are you doing in your own state?
I'm going, well, I got a guy named Rick Weibel there for one thing, but I just, for me...
The Star Tribune and the media in Minnesota, they don't even attack me because it's like I don't even exist.
That's the best way they know to silence me because when they attack me, it backfires on them because they go, hey, there's more evidence.
I got to look it up here.
Rick, do you have any website or any place where People can go either to help you or to learn more.
In fact, here's a screenshot.
Here's a screenshot of their website right here.
MidwestSwampWatch.com.
You got about a CVR presentation, all kinds of resources right here free on their website.
MidwestSwampWatch.com.
I also hacked a laptop live in front of my county commissioners in Brookings County to prove that I could hack a laptop and reset the password set by the election official.
And I did it within the five minute speaking time that I was allowed.
And that's on the video?
That's on the video.
On the website?
Now, was this to a Republican that you showed this to?
This was to the entire County Commissioners and the State's Attorney, the County Sheriff, live during the public session of their County meeting on May 2nd of this year.
Was this in South Dakota or Minnesota?
South Dakota, Brookings County.
Brookings County, South Dakota.
There it is right there.
Look at that.
There it is.
You know what I want to do, Rick?
I want to have you back on and we're going to go through your website and all the work you've done.
And I want to call out the officials right up to the governor in South Dakota and say, you know, there was a time the governor of South Dakota, Kristi Noem, told me straight out, you know, we got to get rid of the machines.
You'd like to be the first state to be machine free.
What happened to this stuff?
All of a sudden you've got a secretary of state in there.
I thought the people elected that Secretary of State.
I thought we got rid of a bad one.
Now this other one, what's going on South Dakota?
Let's have you back.
I want to dig into this a lot more.
You know what?
To get people to stop and look forward, how about tomorrow night, Rick?
Would you be available for a longer stint?
Absolutely.
And I will give credit to Kristi Noem that she helped us take us from the bottom five states to one of the top 10 states in election integrity, because before we didn't have post-election reviews.
Now we do.
I also got a bill into us for each stronger test decks.
We now have that in statute versus rules.
And so we got 14 election integrity bills through through S.D.
Kamenstein, the Freedom Caucus, as well as great legislators.
So Stay tuned for what we're going to do in South Dakota.
We're going to be the gold standard.
Well, that's good.
I'm glad to hear that the governor is helping out there and she stands out among the Republican governors and she's got to fight for what we all want.
And I think it's a lot about educating that, for one thing, I know you say election integrity.
I say that's a weak word.
It's election crime.
We got to prevent election crime and we got to go back and figure out and keep showing all the evidence of what's happened.
But don't ever give up.
I know people watching from Minnesota, they feel a lot like people in Michigan now that there's no hope.
And there is hope.
Look at California, Rick.
Out in California, who we're going to have Kevin Cry on next.
And maybe, Rick, you can watch this.
Kevin, sadly, we've got about three minutes, so we need to get an overview and then get you rebooked, Kevin.
Kevin, we could probably have you back on tomorrow, too, but just real quick, I want to tell everybody, Kevin is part of the Brave Board in Shasta County that voted out the machines, so paper ballots hand-counted, and now something just happened, Rick, in California.
Can you tell us what it is?
You mean Kevin?
Rick just left, Mike.
Yep, sorry, Kevin.
Oh, Kevin, I mean Kevin.
That's why Rick is the announcer.
No, no, no, it's great.
So Secretary of State came out with our new regulations about hand counting on Friday, and we've been waiting for those quite some time.
It's been like building the ship at sea, essentially, because we're the first county in California to go To a hand tabulation so they've been working to come up with the regulations and I gotta tell you it's California and you know there's there's a there's a lot of links to click on and it is cumbersome and it is crazy and I can't articulate it.
In three minutes, but I believe it's a system set up for failure.
And also, when you look at like, AB 969, which we have here, which is the state is rushing through legislation.
So other counties aren't able to get rid of.
Their electronic voting system for another voting system until something's already in place.
So what they're doing is they're trying to make it where other counties that may want to go the direction we're going, they can't.
It would be basically illegal for them to do it.
And it's troubling.
And this isn't really an election thing to me.
This is really about why is our state government trying to usurp local control?
I mean, I got into politics for the first time as a county supervisor because I cared about my county, I cared about my district specifically, and I feel like the state is trying to take local control away from us in the most special of things, and that's elections.
And it's troubling to me, Mike.
Yeah, absolutely.
And Kevin, Once you get, once you told me something on the phone, and we're going to have you back tomorrow to finish this, but you told me on the phone, you said that the Secretary of State has to even approve the new system, which makes it very subjective, right?
Well, yeah, one of the things for us is like right now there's a 1% audit that they do by hand.
So we already have some procedures in place and we can unpack this more tomorrow, but there's already procedures in place.
Why are we recreating something new?
Why don't we just figure out how to do that 1% and do it better at scale?
It doesn't make any sense.
Why do we have to have all these new regulations?
Well, I can tell you why tomorrow, and I can show you a lot of factual information that will support why I think it's really fishy.
I can tell them they want to protect the machine, the electronic computers that have elected our officials for a long, long time.
Kevin, I see.
How can we support you?
We can pick it up your website and have you back tomorrow if you can.
I wish we'd have had more time, but I want to have you back tomorrow and we can talk.
By the way, everybody, they're trying to recall Kevin for his courage and he's brave and he needs support.
So go ahead and put that up on his website.
Yeah, just really quick.
Our local 1st Congressional District Congressman Doug LaMalfa, Congressman LaMalfa just came out and publicly supported me yesterday.
He did it last week just in a phone call and I got to announce that to a few people.
But yeah, if you go to supportkevinkry.com, we could use your support because they're trying to recall me because they don't like the direction our conservative board is going here in California in a very blue state, but we're a very red county.
But there are people trying to get rid of me because they know Gavin Newsom gets to appoint my replacement if they were successful.
So all the support is needed.
That's for sure.
All right.
Thanks, Kevin.
Thanks for your courage.
And we'll see you tomorrow night.
And Brandon, good show.
And thanks for your amazing product reads you're doing for us.
You do good, Brandon, because you believe in the products, right?
That's exactly right.
I got a house full of them.
