We've got great things going on.
I met with the lawyers, everybody, and the cyber guys for 10 hours yesterday.
Uh, and what were we going over?
Voting machines, electronic voting machines.
This has been a long, a long battle, but we're winning everybody.
And I'm going to have Logan run a tape here.
You know, if everyone knows the timeline of this, of helping, of all of you out there helping save our country, but it's all been on God's timing.
And remember everybody, we had the cyber symposium in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the summer of 21.
And that was August of 21, everybody.
Now, when we had that, That planted the seeds.
It planted the seeds.
All 50 states showed up.
Everybody went back to their states and said, hey, we've got a problem.
There was major problems.
Our election was stolen.
Our machines, computers, and cyber attack.
Well, then we had last year, which was the Moment of Truth Summit in Springfield, Missouri.

We as a people must stand for the American dream, one nation under God, for liberty and justice for all.
If the election of 2020 didn't happen, we would never, ever, ever have gotten to this great place we're going to get to.
Trust me on that.

This was all God's plan, and we are in the greatest revival for Jesus in history.

Yeah, and everybody, now that, from the dates you've seen, that was last year, everybody.
That was last year.
And if you leave there, you know, we've, you know, I think it gets through all the points.
God's got his hand in all this.
Everybody is there.
We need to have courage.
And we have had people stepping up.
You go back in time to the Absolute Proof series.
We put that out there to make everybody aware.
Then we did the Cyber Symposium to plant seeds in every single people that showed up there.
People that showed up and came to that, they left there with knowledge and went back to their states and said, hey, here's what's going on in our state.
It didn't happen, it just happened in Arizona and Michigan and Georgia and Pennsylvania.
No, it happened everywhere.
Oregon, Hawaii, Alaska, Maine.
It didn't matter.
New Hampshire, everywhere.
Minnesota.
Brandon, believe it or not, even in Tennessee.
So we had all these things planted there.
Then a year goes by, more people got courageous in those states as those seeds bloomed, so to speak.
Thousands and then hundreds of thousands and millions of people across our country.
Remember, Cause of America was formed right here, where we have Cause of America, people on the ground, this hub of the wheel in all 50 states.
Then we have the Moment of Truth Summit last year, which you've just seen the flyer for there.
And everybody got educated there.
What was going on?
What was the footprint?
Well, I'm here to tell you About the biggest event.
We're going to make a new one for the biggest event.
I believe it'll be one of the most important televised events in world history.
August 16th and 17th, everybody, here on Frank's Speech, 24-7, two-day event, August 16th and 17th, Springfield, Missouri, again, but it's televised.
It's not open to the public.
Uh, we're going to be, we're going to have, we'll be sending out advice to once again, it'll be, it will be a news and news outlets.
We want them there.
We want, we'll have our people from every state there for the grass, the grassroots cause of America.
We will have, uh, politicians there.
This is the time now they can get educated, but we're also gonna, we're gonna reveal the plan, the plan to save our country.
And it is an amazing, it's an awesome plan.
Everyone keeps saying, well, what are we doing with all this?
What are we doing with this?
What are we doing with that?
You know, what, what's the plan, Mike?
Right now, I'm telling you all to go to your, I've been saying, go to your county clerks, commissioners, and tell them we don't want those machines.
We want paper ballots and count it.
Now you're going to hear it.
There's been, there's been stories of courage all over our country.
I guess the one mostly in the news is Carrie Lake.
Look at Carrie Lake, right now, today, everybody, you know, what it's been now.
How many months now from trial, judges throwing it out, then we appealed it, the Supreme Court of Arizona sends it back to the judge.
This is how it's gone, everybody.
But now, right now, the trial started today in Arizona.
It'll be all done by Friday.
Then that judge has to rule.
And if that judge throws out this corruption, the corruption ballots that were just, that now they're caught, they plan this.
And that's all, that's all new evidence that was found out even after the fact.
They got caught.
Here it is.
They did it.
They got it on video talking about it.
They did it.
Well, if this judge, the relief everybody, what he should do and what, you know, it's pretty simple.
In light of this evidence, I have to rule that you cannot use the ballots or what happened in Maricopa County.
And what happens then, according to Arizona law, everybody, Maricopa County, their election gets pulled out of the general election, whatever happened in that county.
Well, if they pull that out, Carrie Lake wins.
She's the governor of Arizona.
She's been the regular governor, not Katie Hobbs.
So this is all going on.
This is why you watch Frank's speech to hear this kind of news.
This is where you're not going to hear this on any other news.

I want you to Google right now and say Carrie Lake's case in Arizona and see if it shows up in Newsmax or Fox or for that matter, even the bad media.
Well, yesterday we saw it at Newsweek.
We saw it at the Arizona Republic.
It's now at the Raw Story.
But I'm not seeing anything related to Fox News.
How about CELA Media or Newsmax?
Nothing came up yesterday.
The ones you name are the attack dogs.
That's how we get the word out.
The attack, attack, attack.
Well, I'm going to bring on Kevin here.

Hi, Kevin.
Yes, sir.
How you doing?
Hey, doing great, Kevin.
Did you watch that video?
I did.
It's good stuff.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, this is, uh, this is what, what came out of that.
And I want to talk to you about, you know, all these Patriots out there, people that are out there with courage.
What's give, you know, what gives you courage?
Tell, why don't you tell your story?
So people get a little background.
What, you know, what brings you to where you're at right now?
And I'll just let you tell people your story quick.
Yeah, I would say I would boil it down to, I was a son.
And a husband and a father of three great kids.
And I just really saw my business and everything I had built with my wife get stripped away during COVID.
And then I think the last straw for me is when they were masking my kids and then wanted to start having them get mandatory possible vaccinations of a, you know, of a very non-researched Uh, sort and so we decided we're out of California and we're lifelong Californians and we decided to move to Tennessee.
And that was on a Sunday, October.
I think it was October 16th.
And on the 17th, we decided to go to a school walkout and this is in 2021. so we went to a school walkout to support teachers and kids and.
There was like 1,000, 1,200 people there.
Most of the kids in our county stayed home.
There's roughly 25,000 kids in our county.
I think 12,000 kids roughly stayed home from school that day.
And when it was wrapping up, everyone was just kind of leaving.
And I was like, geez, that's it.
We signed some clipboards.
That's it.
And so then there was a gentleman there that invited me to go to a Board of Supervisor meeting the next day.
And I'd never been to a Board of Supervisor meeting, but I decided to go and I listened.
And there was a resolution out of San Joaquin County put forth by a gentleman named Tom Patty, and he wanted to push back on the state.
And there was a resolution that they were doing, and our county was going to vote on were they going to support this resolution and join San Joaquin County.
And it was voted down three to two.
And it just perplexed me.
It just shocked me that our local leaders, our politicians, but our elected leaders at the highest level in our county in California, your Board of Supervisors, your highest county level, and then you go state.
And they voted it down.
So I went up to speak and I was just, I couldn't figure it out.
But in about a seven minute time span that I was up there, I realized the people that we had elected to represent us.
And when I say us, I'm talking about myself, My family, my neighbors, my friends, my colleagues, my customers of my business.
They didn't represent the people I knew.
So three weeks later, I decided to run and not move to Tennessee.
And a lot of people laughed because I had zero experience in politics.
I'd never been on a school board, a little league board, a non-profit board.
Pretty much I've been busy just running my business and raising my kids and just completely staying out of politics.
But I barely made it through my primary.
I wound up winning the general election.
Kevin, I want to ask you something if you stop there.
So this was last October of 22 or 21?
last October of 22 or 21?
So 2021 was when I went to my first meeting, then my 22.
Right.
So you were going to, you were going to move to Tennessee.
Had you picked out a house, had you put your house up for sale or had you got that far?
You were, but you were set on Tennessee.
Is that correct?
Yeah.
Yeah.
We were going to go to Texas or Tennessee and decided on Tennessee and we were putting our house up.
Right.
So that, so what a big decision.
And continue on.
I just want everybody to know that.
You talk about courage because of what's wrong.
You've seen something so... It didn't make sense, right?
They're elected for the people, and it just went against common sense.
But continue on.
I just want people to realize that.
That was a big decision.
Yeah, so the election of June 22, I barely made it through the primary, and actually elected officials were trying to encourage me to drop out and concede the election.
And I'm not a quitter, I don't even know what quitting means, so I didn't, and I wound up My opponent got just under 50%, so we had to go to the general election, and I got, I think it was 42% of the vote.
Another individual got 8%, roughly, so it went to a runoff in the general election in November, and I wound up winning by six-tenths of a percent.
I won by 90 votes.
And so now I'm a supervisor, but I'm in the midst of a recall.
And I was told in November at the clerk's office by individuals that supported my opponent that if I was lucky enough to squeak it out, that they were going to try and recall me anyway.
So I knew it was going to come at some point.
I always thought I'd have probably a year, but they're already moving in that direction.
That's OK.
To each their own, you know, in California, we have new legislation now that, um, if a supervisor is recalled the governor.
And so here in California, we have the great Gavin Newsom.
Uh, so he would get to, uh, appoint my replacement and, you know, in our County, our County.
Let me tell everybody, hold it right there.
Let me tell everybody why they're not what Kevin, when you got in office, um, let's just tell everybody, cause this is the big thing they're waiting to hear.
Uh, why would they want to recall you just because they, that you were this, this person out there, this conservative Christian or whatever, or, or did you, is there something you did when you got in office?
Like, uh, maybe you wanted to fix election platforms.
Go ahead with that.
One of the votes that we made, we made a vote and it passed three to two to get rid of electronic voting machines in our County and move to, uh, a hand counting, uh, tabulation of ballots.
Um, and, And that that rocks the apple cart.
I think it goes even much deeper than that.
But that was the main that was the main thing of the recall committee was in their belief fiscal mismanagement, which.
Again, we're working through constantly with different individuals at the state and here within the county and even just across the country finding out the best ways to do it where it meets the HAVA Act, which is obviously making sure everybody can vote freely and fairly, especially those with disabilities.
That's very important to me.
And I know we're going to be able to do it fast and we're going to be able to do it much, much cheaper than the numbers that they're currently putting out.
So you had, so you had, so I want everybody to know Shasta County has been in the news.
Everybody, you've heard it here on Frank Speech.
You heard it even in the, the, you don't hear it on Fox and Newsmax and stuff, but you do hear it in ATT&CK.
I got a lot of calls from California about Shasta County.
I know, Um, Kevin, you came, you came, you asked us, you came out.
Kevin reached out to me, everybody with the, uh, you know, what are, you know, knowing that we knew maybe new best practices of, of, uh, like we have, you know, Linda Rant with her hand carving system in Missouri.
We have Clint Curtis with his, his count.
We have the best, the best, uh, the best practices there, but he knew that we had a lot of knowledge here and, and, uh, reached out for, um, for that and for support.
Well, just like.
Every other place we've had, like Cleburne County, Arkansas, when they went to paper, voted, paper ballots, hand counting, what happened?
The Republicans there just attacked and said, hey, we're going to put a bill through and we're going to defund you if you go to pay for ballots and don't stay with the machine.
Then you go over to Missouri and you have Osage County does a whole election.
It's beautiful.
I'm sure you heard about that, Kevin.
They did a beautiful election.
Democrats, Republicans working together as fast as the machines, way less expensive.
And they have problems with the machine.
Well, you don't hear about that.
Then they come in and I guess the governor or the secretary of state, who's a Republican, they come in there and make a big thing like, well, we're going to have to use machines anyway to recount this and do this.
Well, they found out that it was a perfect election.
So in your county, which you vote these machines out, three to two, right?
It was three to two vote, if I recall.
In your county, what's the rate?
I know you're in California, but would you say in Shasta County, is it 70% Republican, 30%?
Is it 70% Republican, 30%?
Where does that sit?
So, yeah, so I believe our county voted 66 or 67%, I believe, Trump in the last election.
We're broken into five districts.
I would say I have the greatest blending of registered Republicans, registered non-party preference, and then registered Democrats.
The majority of the people that signed my recall are Democrats.
So when you did this, When you push this through with courage, everybody, I want to tell everybody, it takes courage.
Right here on Frank Speech, I've told people of different counties in Arizona where the supervisors and the clerks, they weren't going to certify Arizona and they just got attacked by their own party, threatened by the Secretary of State.
I mean, the list goes on and on and on, and everyone's going, well, why?
They're doing their job.
They voted.
That's the way we do things here.
We follow our Constitution.
But they backed out, and they backed out, and they said, I'm doing this under duress.
I have fear.
I have fear.
They feared the press, their families, going to jail, whatever it would be.
And you've had courage throughout this.
I know we've talked.
Isaiah, your faith in God, where do you get your courage?
Well, yeah, I definitely lean on my faith.
I mean, the thing for me, I'm not gonna lie, I've had my moments where I feel like I'm Jonah, sitting on that hill, just wanting God to just, like, send lightning and just burn Nineveh to the ground.
But I always have to rest in, I know the Lord's in control.
I know He has me in place for a purpose.
I ultimately, like this wasn't, this was, I mean, my large rock, the thing I really
wanted to work on the most was the homelessness and the drug addicted individuals within our
Obviously, California, that's a very big topic.
That's what I spend the majority of my time on.
But like anything that comes across our agenda or something I vote on, my process is the same.
I look at it, I read it, I pray about it, and then I vote, and then I move on.
And reaching out to you was one of many steps as I try to just understand both sides And what's, too, this whole election thing.
But I do.
I rest in what I feel like the Lord is leading me to.
And that's not like a pious thing.
I'm far from perfect.
I'm a broken, flawed human being.
But I know I have a Father that loves me, and I want to honor Him with my actions.
Right.
Well, you know, one of the things I want everybody to know, when Kevin came to me and we talked, one of the things I know, He didn't ask, you know, was this election stalled?
It was more questions about transparency in elections.
You know, the trust people have because it's so transparent.
What you've heard from people, Kevin, and your own people in your district and your county, is they don't trust our elections.
Right now, everybody, 80% of all people in our country, it's between 75 and 80, I like Uh, do not trust our election platforms.
And how do you fix that?
So it's like, why would anybody not want to go to something we can all see and feel trust in?
And it's a money saver.
So you, I know you did your due diligence.
One of the things I want to say about you, you very much did your due diligence.
I mean, you, you really, You know, since I've gotten to know you better, it's like you're checking out everything and then praying about it on top of it.
And now when you, you know, here you plan to go to move to Tennessee, your family, now all of a sudden you're put into something where God's put you, which is you're kind of a spearhead now of leading this charge in California to, you know, for the paper ballots and count it in to have transparency in elections.
And, uh, that courage is contagious.
I just want you to know, you know, people that are going to see this tonight, because you're going to give courage.
What would you say to other, other supervisors that are in charge of their elections or board members?
I'm sure you're getting pushback from your other ones in your county.
They want to recall you.
I will tell you right now, the ones that want to recall you, um, that's all they don't want to recall.
They're not, this isn't a, this isn't a, once you're in the common sense bucket, Like for myself, I can go around and I can anywhere in the country.
I've been, I've been to California.
People on the street, they don't come up to me and say, Hey, we want to keep those machines, Mike.
You're, you know, what are you doing?
We love our machines.
No, they don't.
They come up and say, thank you for helping to try and save our elections.
So we have elections, whether you're a Democrat or Republican should not matter.
Did it surprise you?
That you've had this much, um, attack on you because you simply wanted to help the people have all people, whether you're Democratic or Republican, you didn't do this to make it more Republican or more Democrat, right?
You did it to make things a fair and transparent election.
I want everybody to know that about you because if this isn't a, um, this whole fight to get rid of the machines is not, It's not so Republicans get more votes or Democrats get more votes.
It's so we, the people, have elections rather than selections, or a transparent election.
So, did it surprise you that people are against this?
Yeah, what really surprised me was just the vitriol and the anger and the hostility that came out.
I mean, you know, I've lived in this community a long time.
I've coached, you know, hundreds, you know, even just probably in the low thousands, maybe two or three thousand different kids.
And it's been shocking to me that People, you know, personalize it, even come at me, you know, personally and attack me personally over this.
So, I began, I started to make that transition of realizing this isn't even about me.
This is about something far, far bigger.
I do, I believe this is absolutely a light and darkness type of thing.
And when we talk about other supervisors, you know, not in Shasta County, but just Across the country and you know even like yourself, and I'm very appreciative of your kind words, and I'm humbled by them for sure but when we think about bravery like I think about when you when you read the word and you think about like David when when Goliath is challenging
Uh, and, and, and nobody wants to go out there.
And then, you know, David steps up, who's like, you know, 14, 15, 16 years old.
And is very matter of fact, like, you know, like, who's this guy?
Like, who's this guy out here challenging our God?
And then they want to try and put.
You know, armor on him, and he's like, I don't need this armor.
You guys are missing the point.
This isn't me, David, you know, a herder, a sheep herder, or a shepherd going out there.
This is a person that is carrying the power of the Almighty, the Most High, and he goes out there and he kills him, and he cuts the guy's head off.
And to me, this has become much bigger.
When I ask questions, and this isn't even just about elections, but just in general, of government in general, when I ask questions and you get gaslit, or you say, don't worry about it, or it's out of your jurisdiction, I'm just trying to understand.
I'm asking questions that I think your average everyday guy, who wakes up at four in the morning because he hears the trash coming and forgot to put the cans out and he's running it out to the curb, I mean, that's me.
And I think I'm the type of guy that wants to know more about my government and the election process specifically.
And the more questions you ask, the more pushback you get.
And that makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up to say, wait a minute, this isn't adding up.
Help me just understand, because what I care about is I care about the people in my county.
I care about the services that we need to get people that need help.
That's the stuff I care about.
But when Individuals want to attack me personally and make it sound like, well, you're just an election denier or you're this or you're that.
It's like, no, I'm just like, this is why people don't get into politics.
And I realize that now, but what it does for me is it strengthens my resolve that, that I'm, I'm on the right track.
I'm over the target and I need to keep pushing.
I need to keep pressing forward.
Yep, absolutely.
And welcome to our world here.
This is what we've lived here at Frank's Beach.
All the people watching, except for the Well, even the reporters.
I shouldn't say that.
We're the most watched show in the country where other reporters, the fake news watch.
Well, actually, I think Fox, all their hosts watch, too, because they have to learn.
Their bosses tell them, watch Frank's speech, watch Lyndell TV, so you know what you can't say on TV.
That's what they tell the foxholes.

Whatever they say, you can't say it.
And then all the all the journalists out there, but they're all part of where we're at.
This has been a spiritual battle of epic proportions.
It's dark and light.
That's you're exactly right.
And where we've won, and I tell people this, we started winning after January 8th of 2021.
Because On January 7th and 8th of 21, right after January 6th, 1.2 million Americans got deplatformed, and they were churches, just everyday people, but anyone that spoke out got deplatformed, and the rest of them were put into fear, put fear in there.
So that was the day they tried to turn out our voice forever, where it would be just, you know, evil winds, your voice is down, and it's just, you know, that's it.
Well, it doesn't matter how much evidence, it doesn't matter how much of anything you have, if you don't have a way to put it out there, a voice.
Well, they didn't get our voice that day, and our voice has gotten bigger and bigger and bigger, and courage is contagious, and by what you've done down there, and the fight you're in, by you not giving up, and you know you're on the right side, you're going, because it doesn't make sense, I tell this to everybody out there, God's given us grace.
We're in such a great time in history where you look at all the bad things happening and the nonsense that this administration or regime is doing, which doesn't help anybody, whether you're a Democrat or Democrat, it doesn't help either of the people.
So you've got to look at, they have a hidden agenda.
Then there's another agenda.
But evil, I've been saying it before, evil is greedy.
So they overplay their hand.
They attack people like you.
You know, you're surprised all of a sudden you're getting attacked.
What did I do wrong?
You did nothing wrong.
But you know what?
And you broke through that, and you stayed courageous.
You know, I was praying when I met you, and I pray because there's been many before you that got right to this thing, and they attacked, and the media attacked, and everything, and the people, the emails, whatever, and they hate.
And they don't get through, they don't go, they don't break on through and you've done that.
And your courage, courage is contagious is going to be, I'm sure you've heard, you've probably heard.
I know we have about you.
Um, we get stuff all the time at cause of America going, um, Hey, these, these courageous people, this courageous Kevin cried on there.
They stood, they stood their ground in spite of all the, when you guys did your vote and stuff.
And that inspires other people.
And once we get to a point, instead of calling it and everybody being called election deniers, they're going to be calling us election fixers.
We need to fix these platforms or we lose our country.
And everything you talk about that you're in the right spot, Kevin, when you talk about all the stuff you were fighting for before that didn't make sense, you know, mandated shots and masks, all this stuff that That started to open people's eyes, taking away our freedoms.
In Minnesota here, we could not at a Thanksgiving during the heart of COVID, our governor made a rule.
You could only have eight people in your house for Thanksgiving and the neighbors could tell on you and you could get 90 days in jail.
I mean, where, you know, this is unbelievable, you know, so.
But what it did, that's nonsense like that woke people up and then you have to combine that with people that have courage like yourself and I know I wanted to get you on to show people, like we just had Carrie Lake on last night and People can get hit, hit, hit, hit, and go, well, I've done all I can.
It's just too big.
It's too big.
I'm sure one of the things you're going to find out right now, and you've already said it, is that this is bigger than just your county and just this getting rid of the machines there.
You've gone, whoa, this is, I've awoke something or I'm getting attacked by something that's a lot bigger evil out there.
Just remember everybody, Everything stems from our elections.
I said this, Kevin, we did a show this morning, or I think it was the other day, I was with Steve Bannon, and we talked about artificial intelligence that's coming, all this stuff that's here.
And not only can that, just think of that doing our elections, but if we don't have machines out of our elections, so we elect People that are for the people.
Who do you want regulating this artificial intelligence?
People that are elected or people that are selected?
You've lived in California for a long time and You think of California, the nonsense there.
I mean, you got to just shake your head.
When all of a sudden we hear, we hear in the Midwest, Hey, you know, I used to be a crack smoker, crack cocaine.
All of a sudden I'm hearing out there in California.
Well, you can smoke crack.
It's not even a pill.
You can smoke it, smoke it anywhere.
And, or, you know, do whatever you can steal a thousand dollars from a store and you don't get arrested.
Keep it under a thousand dollars.
You'll be okay.
This stuff is just pure evil, but every time they do stuff like that, More and more people come over to this common sense bucket, this physical common sense bucket, and then more people here are looking for hope.
Where is that hope?
And they're seeing people like yourself and myself that are following what we're supposed to do, that we pray about what we're doing.
I said this before, Kevin, I might have even told you, I used to pray reactionary prayers going, Please God, get me out of this.
And I talk to people all the time that go, yes, I prayed and Donald Trump didn't get put in on the, you know, and I prayed and Mike, I pray, what have you done?
You know, what's the plan?
What's going to happen?
And I go, you know what?
I'm not God.
It's all in God's timing.
And they said, well, my prayers didn't get answered.
I said, that might be not be God's will.
Those prayers might not be God's will.
And I say, well, where's God's will?
God's will is in the word.
And if you stay in the word, You can be proactive in prayer and they line up beautifully.
I want to ask you this, you know, it sounds like you've been proactive in prayer for a long time.
You now put into this role where you're at now that God's got, you know, and it's probably changing every day a little bit.
You know, it's probably changing and going, you know, could you imagine yourself right as you were going to go to Tennessee?
Did you think all of a sudden you'd be where we're at now?
No, but God's got big plans for you.
And even if that's just to bring courage to other people like you, because this is how we win everybody.
We've got to be proactive in prayer.
We've got to be courageous.
Where do you go?
You talked about the recall now.
So obviously you upset him by wanting to get rid of them or by getting rid of the machines.
So when they do this recall, I guess, how can we support you?
Or how can people support you?
You know, what can they do now to get behind you?
So to tell, to let these people know, we don't, we don't want, we don't want Kevin recalled.
I mean, we, we want, we want you as our supervisor.
What can people do?

Here is the headline right now, U.S.
News, and a few other outlets are reporting.

Trial begins over Kerry Lake's last challenge to loss in Arizona governor's race.
A three-day trial began Wednesday over The only remaining legal claim in Republican Carrie Lake's challenge of her loss in the Arizona governor's race, Democrat Katie Hobbs.
This is dated May 17th, that is today, and we actually have a copy here of what was filed last night.
This was 5.16 at 6.45 p.m., I'm assuming Arizona time, which would be 8.45 our time, central time here in your time zone and mine.
So here is the judge's order And I guess I'm, Kurt just texted me because I was asking him and he did say that this is going forward and there's more evidence to be presented tomorrow as well.
I guess this is, according to this right here, it's three days.
It began Wednesday.
Yeah, Brandon, I talked to Carrie right as she was walking into the courtroom today and right before I went on Steve Bannon's show, The War Room, this morning and I talked to Carrie and she's very excited.
It is, it's three days everybody.
And, but when they say that little news article there, when they say the last chance or the last law, that's a lie.
It's a lie, everybody.
Um, if this judge does, if it does, If he rules against what we have now.
Remember, evidence was found now after the fact that they're presenting, which is this was done on purpose.
These were actually found where they tested the machines.
We had Gary Lake on.
We know that this was, there was evidence that it was done on purpose.
We already knew that here at Lindell TV and Frank's speech, but whoa, it was done on purpose?
No, are you kidding?
Shocking.
Anyway, If that judge, if you know, he should rule, he's kind of, he's really trapped because it's so obvious now.
If he rules against it, see Brandon, this is the thing where we need to get to.
And this is why everybody, you guys all watching the election crime bureau summit that we have on August 16th and 17th needs to be the most watched event in our history, because it's going to be so important.
And it's important to get people here to Frank's speech so that We can tell you things like this to be watching the outcome of this Carrie Lake case.
Every single eye in the United States should be on that case.
So when we show, and by the way, we were live streaming it today.
Weren't we on Frank's Speech here, Brandon?

Yes, we were.
Right.

You watch this evidence and you're going, it's as simple as this.
Um, everybody, you show the judge, judge, here's a pen and the judge can't say it's not a pen.
You know, I mean, this gets so simple and any other time in history, this case of Carrie Lake would have been the first day going, of course she's governor.
You can't do this, this, this, this, this.
It was all illegal.
You know, I'm sorry, Maricopa County, your votes don't count.
That's in, that's in the Arizona constitution.
You pull them out.
Cary Lake is the governor.
Even if they wanted to do the other thing and say, okay, we got to have, we got to redo the election in Maricopa County.
Cary Lake wins Maricopa County by 200 and some thousand votes.
This was an absolute, the easiest path.
To get to show the people that we have to get rid of these machines because it was so blatant.
Here's the order from the judge.
Anyone can look it up.
I mean, I just searched and found it.
Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County.
Again, dated top right-hand corner, 5-16-2023.
That was last night, 645 Arizona time.
But here's what he said.
The most liberal reading of paragraph 16 of her complaint states a claim broad enough
to encompass plaintiff's current theory.
He reads in relevant part, quote, Maricopa County election officials allowed tens of
thousands of ballots with signature mismatches like this one, in quote, referring to an image
of a ballot with no signature to be counted and that the county, quote, did the same thing
in the 2022 general election, in quote.
The image and allegation are not taken as a substantive but demonstrative, namely to
demonstrate a situation where no signature is present and yet was counted could be relevant
to demonstrate that no signature verification was conducted because there was no signature
to evaluate.
Read broadly, as the court must, this state a claim that no signature verification was conducted as to level 1 in addition to allegations that level 2 and 3 verifications did not occur.
The court also recognizes a contradiction between this new theory and the other allegations in count 3 of plaintiff's complaint, specifically that her own affiance Declare that they conducted signature review at level one.
The court will give such affidavits and the evidence presented at trial the weight that each is due.
Plaintiff is further bound by her concession that she brings a RIA's claim and blah blah blah.
The court concludes that the broadest possible reading of the complaint could allow Plain enough to allege level one violations as well as her other theories.
So they're going to be allowed to present evidence that Maricopa County failed to count or conduct any level one signature verification.
So there you go.
And there was and everybody let me tell everybody too they knew the machines didn't work.
This is what we're telling.
They got tested.
They knew they didn't work.
They knew that, I think it's 167 of them were going to fail.
Could be a higher number.
I don't know.
We'll have Alan Duke fact check it.
He hasn't done his job lately.
But anyway, there was a big number.
It was in the hundreds of machines and they knew the ones that weren't going to work.
It's kind of weird they show up in Republican areas, but what that did everybody, 7,000 ballots every 30 minutes.
All day and night long till the election ended.
You know, what's that?
Um, I don't know.
It was in there.
It was 104,000.
I believe I saw a hundred and some thousand ballots, um, um, that they're looking at.
Well, uh, I think Carrie Lake, what was it?
20,000 or somewhere around that area.
They said she lost by which was, you know, Carrie Lick won by 250,000, but here's so these will easily overturn her election.
If the judge looks at in rules, it's very clear in, in Arizona, in the constitution and the law in Arizona, Brandon, this is what you do.
If this doesn't happen, this is out.
Maricopa is pulled out of the election.
If this doesn't happen, you have to certify your machine.
You have to do this.
You have to certify your signatures.
You have to look at them.
We had a tape that's been shown around the news, not on Fox and not on Newsmax, of these guys looking at ballots like, uh, I think we had the other day.
They're looking at signatures like they're, you know, I'm gonna look at a hundred signatures here.
Wait, watch.
Oh, that's good.
They're doing it in under three seconds.
Just boom, boom, boom, boom.
Yeah, in under three seconds it was, yeah.
So, if, and I'm going to say this, if this judge would rule some, I don't know how he ever could, but if he ruled against, oh, if he doesn't have a signature, Brandon, and he says, well, that's a good signature.
I mean, I don't know how, if this judge rules against this, I guarantee you, There's going to be no quit down in Arizona.
Remember, there's a bigger Supreme Court and it's called the United States Supreme Court.
And I'll tell you what, I guarantee you those nine justices are waiting for just one case to get up there to them because we're in a different time than we were two and a half years ago, everybody.
We're in a totally different time when they brought that to the Supreme Court back in, when Kurt Olson and the other ones, he helped write that to the Supreme Court back in November and December of 2020.
And all the attorney generals, remember it was Texas versus Pennsylvania.
They put a little thing out about standing or some, you know, whatever it was.
But now we're in different times.
Everybody knows about election crime now.
Everybody knows we need to get rid of these electronic voting machines.
And I mean everybody.
You can question anyone out there.
When 80% of the United States ran and say that we don't trust our elections and these machines, we got to do something, right?
Well, Kerry's bravery, and we had Kevin on, it's people like that, everybody, that have sprung up everywhere.
And Kerry, like, not giving up down there, going, no, I'm going to keep going until every single thing is exhausted.
Everything.
Just like, you know, just like we've done.
And we're going to keep going and keep going.
We showed you that tape before from last year.
This year is even, you think of it as you have the Cyber Symposium, you have the Moment of Truth Summit.
I mean, you have the absolute proof, absolute interference, the Cyber Symposium, the Moment of Truth Summit.
Everybody, August 16th and 17th, put it on your calendar.
Brandon will be there live down there doing his thing.
And we're going to be, it's called the, it's going to call the Election Crime Bureau Summit, everybody.
We are going to reveal the plan that will save, help save this country.
Everyone says, well, what are you doing with this?
What are you doing with this?
And by the way, there's many, we could go through, maybe we'll do that tomorrow night.
We'll go through and kind of give everybody a footprint of where we are now in the country with all the lawsuits and everything.
We'll give you an update on Carrie Lake's case.
And we gotta get Kevin back because what a hero.
He stood his ground down there, Brent.
He's been attacked down there, everything else.
And all he did was, they did a vote and voted to go to paper ballots in California, everybody.
And everyone says, well, California, why does it matter, Mike, in California?
Look what they did in California, in Shasta County, California.
Do you know what I get calls I get?
There's at least 19 other counties in California that are fighting to get rid of the machines.
In one phase or another.
And, you know, sure, you talk about these red states we go into and get pushed back by the Republicans.
I don't care where the example comes out of.
And, you know, now you're, let's say you're in Tennessee, Brandon, and you're in your county.
Now you can go, well, hey, how about Chester?
You've been doing it in California, paper ballots.
That's a big thing.
That's a big thing.
You know, Democrats, they're letting them do it.
You call it a Democrat blue state.
What's wrong with you red states, you governors out there?
Get rid of these machines and do it today.
Absolutely.
