By the way, we got a headline tonight.
In advance of possible trial, Kerry Lake's attorney tells judge during hearing the election was, quote, rigged with clear misconduct and intent, end quote.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson heard oral arguments Friday in Kerry Lake's election contest.
Thompson is considering a motion to dismiss filed by the defendants and a 263 page motion for relief from judgment filed by Lake's attorneys urging the court to bring back her second count regarding quote illegal ballots on demand printer tabulator configurations in quote which Thompson had previously dismissed.
The judge threw out Lake's lawsuit in December, but the Arizona Supreme Court ordered him to reconsider the issue of signature verification problems.
Lake's attorney, Kurt Olson, told the court that new evidence produced shows there was, quote, clear misconduct and intent.
In quote, he said, quote, this evidence supports our allegation that the election was rigged.
In quote, Thompson began hearing arguments addressing the motion for relief from judgment.
First, Olson said the new arguments are based on receiving new evidence, the system log files and tabulator records, which were only turned over to Lake's team within the last few months after the trial had been conducted.
And Kerry is with us now.
And before we bring Carrie, or maybe Carrie's there now.

Hi, Carrie.
Hey, Carrie, how are you doing?
I'm doing well.
Awesome.
I just got off with Kurt Olson as long as, but then I'll bring it back to you.
So what Brandon just read there, I was just on the phone with Kurt and I said, we, Carrie was coming on and I asked, well, what, what are we waiting on the judge to rule on?
And there's two things.
If he rules on a motion to dismiss by the, By the opponent, so to speak, or carries motion for relief from judgment to reverse judgment.
Now I said to him, well, what happens if there's like three scenarios, they can both be denied, one could be granted, two can be denied, one can be denied and two could be granted, obviously.
And he said, if they deny both, they go to trial on the signature claim.
I don't know, frankly, how this judge can ignore this new evidence that we brought forth.
and this new thing, Carrie, where they rigged the election, correct?
With all the new evidence.
Yeah.
Is that right?
Yes.
I don't know, frankly, how this judge can ignore this new evidence that we brought forth.
It is so damning.
And it would be akin to just thinking about it and just turning and doing an about face
and saying, forget it.
We're not doing anything about that.
Our country is on the verge of being torn apart right now.
We're watching as our borders are wide open.
Title 42 is now a thing of the past.
We have tens of thousands of people, millions of people pouring across our border.
And I was the candidate who brought forth the most aggressive, bold immigration plan.
Not immigration, but border plan, border security plan.
And they knew they couldn't have someone like me in office to stop this racket at the border because they want our borders open.
They want our country destabilized.
And they had to stop me at the polls.
But our movement is so massive and so big, it took a very obvious rigging of the election to do so.
We have all the evidence.
We're hoping the judge makes the right decision.
By granting us the ability to bring that forth once again at trial and show him and the people of Arizona, and frankly, the people of this country, how they rigged our election.
And rigged elections have serious consequences.
We're seeing it with the open border, with our own citizens struggling to make ends meet, with inflation, with the economy collapsing, with war and a threat of World War III.
We can't afford to have any more rigged elections.
We have to stop right now as Americans and realize that Reforming our elections.
Is the single most important thing we can do right now to save our- Fixing these election platforms.
Carrie, I'm gonna backtrack and tell the story.
Of course, they didn't want you in.
Of all the governors, of all the candidates in the 2022 election, I think you were number one on their list to make sure you did not get elected.
Because I say get elected, because you were elected, but they rigged it and stole it.
And I wanna backtrack.
To the summer for the primaries.
When you were in the primary, now who did you, what was the name of the gal you ran against in the primary?
It was Karen Taylor Robeson.
Yeah, yeah.
So that person, everybody, and I've told everyone on the show before, I just couldn't remember her name.
They wanted that person.
They didn't want you in the primary.
They did not want the establishment, the unit party, the Doug Ducey group.
They did not want you.
All the corruption down in Arizona that keeps coming across that border, they knew you were going to shut the borders down, and they knew you were going to fix the elections.
That's right.
They knew you were going to go after these machines, get rid of machines, get paper ballots hand-counted.
But what happened, everybody, is I tell people this all the time, do you remember We told everybody to vote same day, because it's harder, everybody, to steal full names from the voter rolls.
So I believe that last summer, then, when they all did that, remember when you and I on the phone on election night in the primaries, it was like 11 o'clock.
I go, Kerry, you were down by, I don't know, 10%.
And you go, well, Mike, all the same day is coming in now.
And all those same-day votes came in, and you get up by like 12,000 at 3 in the morning.
With about 80,000 votes left to count.
And what did they do?
They shut it down again like they did on November 3rd in 2020.
They shut it down in Maricopa County for three days.
Remember, we're at CPAC waiting for your... Come in.
And tried to figure out how they were going to come up with enough phony ballots.
That's right.
It was 70-30 Kerry, 70-30 Kerry.
So they had to sit and think.
And finally, I believe, if I'm in that room, they're just going, you know what?
We're going to have to steal it from her in the midterm, the general election, because the whole world was watching, Kerry.
They were watching your election there.
And they're waiting.
And they go, OK, we'll steal it in the midterm.
Well, what they did then, this is what, so people that are just kind of naive to this, The same thing happened then.
Everybody, your turnout on election day was massive.
Even you went to vote that day.
When I woke up on November 8th, and I woke up in the morning, I'm going, oh, thank you, God.
I said, everyone was talking about defective machines in Arizona.
Even Fox News, who never talks, was talking about these machines.
Well, if I'm the bad guys, Kerry, if I'm the bad guys, I'm going to go, OK, everyone's going to vote same day again.
Most of Kerry's supporters.
So how are we going to do this?
If I'm the bad guy, I said, let's let's make the machines not work so that they have to become basically become mail-in ballots or they become ballots.
Put the ballot in the box.
Put the ballot in the box.
And it's when you say that you have this new evidence now, is that evidence that they did something with the machines?
Well, really quick on what you just said, if you don't mind, if I can backtrack, they gave us a hint on how they were going to do this back in the primary.
Remember in Pinal County, which is a pretty big county here, nowhere near the size of Maricopa County, which has 64-65% of our state's population, but Pinal County is a pretty big county, and people showed up one hour into polling day, or into voting day on the primary, And they had run out of Republican ballots.
Pinelle County is a very conservative county.
It's where I did really, really well.
And to run out of Republican ballots?
They knew that the RINO was not going to win Pinelle County.
They knew that the America First candidate, me, was going to do well.
And that's where they realized, we're going to have to do some stuff on Election Day.
How do you have a Republican ballot and a Democrat ballot?
What do you mean by that?
That's during the primary.
So you'd show up on election day in the primary, and you'd say, I'm a Democrat or I'm a Republican.
You'd show them your card, and then they'd give you... during the primary.
They had plenty of Democrat ballots, but they ran out of Republican.
And they still couldn't stop our movement, and you're right.
I think they wanted to have the Rhino in control, but it didn't work out, so that's why we're stuck with this complete fraud in our governor's office.
And Mike... You know, what you just said there, hold on, Carrie.
Did everyone just hear what Carrie said?
They wanted the Rhino.
I call it the Uniparty.
This is what, this is who your Doug Duceys of the world, that horrible Doug Ducey wanted.
This is what they wanted down there.
Now, they would rather, Carrie, what you're saying there, that Rhino, Uniparty, whatever you want to call it, the evil that's out there, they would rather have a Democrat, one of the worst Democrat governors in history, Secretary of State, horrible Katie Hopp, rather have her than you.
Is that correct?
Absolutely.
This is one party.
It's the uniparty.
And the same way that we saw a lot of these, I call them rhinos, but establishment America last people who turned against Trump and endorsed Biden.
Think Cindy McCain.
And think of all those people who said, rather than have a Republican president who loves this country more than anyone, and will put this country first, Donald Trump, they would rather have a member of their uniparty that they can control.
Mike, this is why they hate populist candidates, because populist candidates want to actually solve our problems and help we, the people, take back our government.
And the Uniparty doesn't want that.
It's a big show and it's theatre, and we don't want theatre for elections.
We want real elections where every legal vote counts and we, the people, Choose who our elected officials are and we chart the course for our future.
Not some corrupt people working down at Maricopa County who are rigging elections.
And they thought I would walk away.
They thought because I was new to politics I would accept this cheating and just wander off into the dark night.
And they messed with the wrong mother and they messed with the wrong movement because we're not backing down from this fight.
If we back down, we lose our country.
And I'm just happy to have people like you also fighting.
You've been a great friend.
And I appreciate what you're doing.
Yeah, when I first met you and you said you had left the network, we won't name our names, but it rhymed with Fox.
And anyway, but when you left it said, I want to be able to speak out.
And it meant so much to me going, I'm tired of having my voice, you know, in media, you aren't able to talk and put it out there.
And you wanted to get the truth out there.
And you said you were running for governor.
I was all in, you had me at hello.
I had to and I walked away from my, Paycheck at Fox because I don't want to be shackled anymore, and I don't want to have to tell half-truths You asked another question about what is coming up in this case and one of the things that we discovered was that On I'm gonna look at my notes here October 7 14th and 17th and 18th
They started to retest some of the machines and 260 of them failed.
This was like a dry run, like, are these going to fail?
Are these machines going to fail?
Because we need them to fail on election day.
And then they, knowing that 260 machines failed, They used those 260 machines on November 8th.
And guess what?
They failed on November 8th.
That was a dry run.
That was a test.
That was them finding out if their plan to sabotage election day, if it would really work.
And they were secretive about that.
They never released that to the public.
We discovered that with the system log files.
It's really shocking.
And this is why we're asking the judge to basically vacate the earlier ruling he made because we
didn't have this information.
Of course, they were withholding this information from us.
It's like finding the murder weapon after you've already been here.
You're in there and now you're in the appeal.
But here you go.
Now we found we actually have here's the weapon right here.
That's right.
That's exactly right.
That's a perfect way to put it.
Right.
I want to ask you this, because I've had people down there, you know, now it's not just statistics and stuff that people, because I had, I was at the RNC when I ran for the chairman there, and I talked to some people from Arizona that had been in the establishment.
I'll call them, I'll be nice and call them establishment people, right?
So they're going, oh Kerry just should have went out and campaigned and not talked about this, or not talked about election machines, or not talked about this, like you ran your campaign wrong.
And I go, really?
I said, how do you explain where the auditor, now isn't it true that the auditor, this no-name auditor, Republican, got what, a couple hundred thousand more votes than you, the governor?
Right?
Yep, because the whole thing stinks.
It's rotten.
So what this guy said, I said to him, I said, you know, that's probably never happened in history.
He said, no, I've been following politics for 50 years.
He said, it's never happened.
I said, so you're telling me someone went in there and said, I'm going to vote down Republican down the list, but I'm not going to vote for Carrie Lake.
I'm going to vote for Katie Hobbs because Carrie's upset me talking about shutting down the border and fixing our elections.
It's unbelievable.
It makes no sense.
Again, the same with 2020.
None of it made sense, and we're being forced, it's called, you know, they're gaslighting us trying to force us into thinking it makes sense, and it doesn't.
And if we stop talking about it and if we go silent because they're trying to shame
us into repeating their falsities and their lies, then we're going to lose our country.
And when I hear Republicans, Mike, say, you know, stop talking about the past, stop talking
about the 2020 or 2022 election.
We're not going to make it to 24 if we don't deal with these corrupt elections.
I don't just blame Joe Biden for our wide open border and for millions of people coming across, for the drugs pouring.
I don't blame just him.
I mean, he's a feeble, incompetent, corrupt individual, but I blame these people who told us to sit down and shut up and not ask any questions about a corrupt election.
If you've been saying, don't ask questions about the election, if you've been calling people an election denier, if you're saying, let's move on, You are to blame as well for this wide-open border.
You are to blame as well for us rushing into World War III, for our economy being in an ash heap, for inflation.
You're to blame because we can't solve these problems if we continue to have corrupt elections and don't do a darn thing about it.
No, you're exactly right, and I've said it before.
You're going to go down, by people staying quiet out there now, or even saying, hey, just forget the past.
You are as much to blame as the people that did it, and you're going to go down in history.
You can either be a hero or a traitor.
There's no in-between here, as far as I'm concerned.
That's right.
Because we get one shot at this.
We get one shot, and when you talk about our voice, Kerry, Here at Frank's speech at Lindell TV, I just did a speech on this down in Miami, and one of the things that's happened over these last two and a half years, on January 7th of 2021, was the day they tried to put out our voice forever.
If you remember, right after the corrupt January 6th, then they took, they de-platformed 1.2 million Americans, including the president's Twitter, they took churches, it didn't matter.
And if you, that's if you spoke out against, you know, for this, you know, for the election, to fix our elections, and you said anything about the corrupt election, you were de-platformed.
And the ones that still had their platforms, they didn't talk about it out of fear.
That's right.
It's called self-censorship.
Self-censorship.
People afraid to speak out.
They didn't want to lose their megaphone, their Twitter page.
And they knew they had to speak out, but they saw people going to jail, being canceled.
And it's taken a full year and a half to kind of shake people awake and say, we can't let that stop us.
That's right.
And our voices are getting bigger, everybody.
And what you'd all see in the corruption and what Fox did over there with their big $780 million settlement with Dominion, that's a joke.
What did they do the next day?
They hit me for $5 million in this corrupt arbitration.
By the way, everybody, that's going to court too, just so you all, you journalists that are watching.
That's going to court.
Then what do they do the Friday?
They take Tucker off the air.
No, they're still paying him to be silent.
They take him off the air.
This was all planned, everybody, to silence, once again, silence more of our voice.
But this has all changed.
People are speaking out, and they're telling everyone.
I tell everyone, Carrie, get on every social media platform, even if you have 20 friends, 30 friends, and share information of hope.
Share your case.
I told everyone.
I put it out there today everywhere.
Everyone, this is the tip of the spear, what you're doing down there in Arizona.
This is it.
We have the best evidence in history.
It's like this.
Everybody, is this a pair of glasses?
And if that judge says, no, it's not, everyone's going to go, what are you talking about?
Are you a judge or what are you?
This is ridiculous.
We're going to find out, you know, just how corrupt the judicial system is, and I pray that we get a courageous judgment, not a cowardice judgment.
You know, these judges are part of our community, and eventually we're going to have to get a courageous judgment, because these judges have neighbors who are looking at them going, how could you rule again?
Like you said, Mike, are these glasses?
Yep, yep.
And if they rule and say, no they're not glasses, then pretty soon... And they have families, they have grandchildren, they have children.
I've said it before, the judges will end up bringing this country back.
I believe that once one falls that they're all just gonna, the walls are gonna crumble and the judges are all gonna get brave and stand up for all these cases.
I don't know if people know...

Hopefully our judge gives us a chance to take this back on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
We've got things happening in Georgia, things happening in Texas.
The wait is building.
And I hope that the judicial system realizes we are not going away.
We will continue to appeal.

He's going to keep appealing and moving it through.
And we're going to use every legal avenue we have and we're not going to stop.
We'll take it to the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
And we're going to put everybody on record.
We're going to put them on record.
They're going to have to decide.
Are we going to be fair and look at the evidence and let the truth prevail?
Or are we going to be cowardly?
That's right.
And everybody, just so everybody out there knows too, we're working right now, we have the Election Crime Bureau, every single county in this country, that's going to be posted by next week.
3,143 counties, Kerry, we're working on every one to get rid of the machines.
You know, what you can do in your own county, working from the bottom up.
I'm also going around to the Attorney General's again, so we're going to be bringing, hopefully get that case to the Supreme Court.
There's actually over almost a hundred lawsuits in this country, everybody, that has to do with the election platforms.
Kerry's just happens to be the one that's way out in front of everything, and it's getting the most publicity.
And I want to say this, Kerry, you might not know this, but what we're doing here at Frank's Speech, that's why we're so grateful to have you on tonight.
We, to get our voice bigger, I have, we're offering, we're going to be offering public stock in Frank's speech to expand our voice here.
We've got 4 million followers here over here at the platform, but we, our voice needs to get bigger.
And so we're going to get the, everybody can have a piece of it.

Yeah, that will get our voice, because it's all about that we have the hope, your cases and stuff are the hope, but people need to hear about it.
You know, how many people do you talk to across the country, when you talk to someone, they feel so hopeless, and then you tell them about your case, they go, you guys are still fighting?
They go, yes, yes!
Well, just today, Mike, I've been in the office here, but I had to run out for a little bit.
I encountered four people.
And all four people, one guy was on the phone and he said to whoever he was talking to, hang on a minute, I have to meet this lady.
And he said, thank you.
Oh my gosh, don't stop fighting.
I said, did you know that we're still, our case is still alive?
And he said, no, I hadn't heard that.
The fake news is lying.
We need places like Lindell TV.

Because we've had all the pieces, everybody, for over two years now.
You talk about evidence of the 2020 election.
I've had that since January 9th of 2021.
But like, you know what I was telling the other day, Kerry?
You can have all the evidence in the world, But if you can't get it heard, and you can't get the public out there hearing about it, then judges can make decisions at whatever they want, because who's going to hear about it?
You hear this all the time, but judges, maybe they're doing it out of being cowards, maybe they're afraid just to fear for their family.
You know how many politicians, just in Arizona, back in your election, there were two counties, Mojave County, I think another one, where these clerks were not going to certify the election, and they all, out of fear for their families, And that means it really, it shouldn't count.
When you certify under duress, it shouldn't count.
They all certified under duress remember that yeah, and it's just that means it really it shouldn't count when you certify
under duress it shouldn't count It's it's it's really appalling that that happened, but
here's here's the beautiful thing I want to give your viewers just a little more hope.
I don't just have hope.
I have confidence.
I know our case is rock solid.
We know the evidence is there.
We saw it with our own eyes.
I mean, they want us to not believe our eyes.
They want us to believe Joe Biden, the most feeble person to ever run for office and corrupt person, won with 81 million votes.
We just have to start believing our eyes and our heart and the evidence is out there.
But I want people to know that we're going to continue moving this forward.
and that you know when we pray to get our country back when we pray to get our
government back and and and handed back to we the people part of that is rooting out the corruption and mike you've
known about the corruption for a long time you've been working on
getting it out and now there are many more voices out there working to get it out
how do you defeat corruption without seeing where it is
And now we see very plainly where all the corruption is.
We see who the corrupt individuals are.
The crimes they committed.
And it's a lot easier to actually go after them when you've seen it all.
And we've seen it all play out.
But we have to not stop.
Or 24, they'll do the same exact thing.
Absolutely, and everybody too, I've said it before, this has all been on God's time.
If we had it our way, we wanted things yesterday to happen, right?
But look at how it's played out.
More and more things have been revealed that, you know, bad politicians out there that we thought were Republicans and they're going, why would you make these decisions?
You know, I've said it before, you know what I get blocked by more than anything are Republicans in these states.
You know, your states like Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana, these are red states and you shouldn't have to go in there and you get the county goes to paper ballots like Cleaborn County, Arkansas.
And then Republicans come in and say, Hey, we don't want you to do that.
We're going to defund your county.
It doesn't even make sense.
And everyone's going, you know, what does, you know, and everyone needs to know.
And everyone needs to know too, what you're fighting, what I'm fighting, this isn't even a Democrat or Republican thing in a way.
We just want fair elections.
I can accept what the people choose.
What's in power right now, I tell people all the time, what this has been doing is getting everybody over to this common sense bucket, which would be President Donald Trump.
That's right.
You've got this common sense bucket, whether you have Democrats or Republicans.
I'm talking the people now.
And I tell people, I talk to my friends or people that I know that voted Democrat or that are liberals or Democrats or whatever, and they go, and I go, do you really?
Have you seen one thing that this administration is doing to help you?
And they go, no!
And they go, no, why would you have open borders and people wearing the fentanyl and people dying and their children dying over here on both sides of this?
And I said to them, if a decision in Washington or by politicians don't help any people, no matter which party, then they have a hidden agenda.
And that agenda is to take over the United States of America, a world order, I say it, the Deep State, the Uniparty, the Globalists, the CCP, all in this combined, and now they got the so-called Democrat Party there, too.
Remember, the Democrats didn't want machines for two decades, and all of a sudden they're okay with it now.
Isn't that something?
And what's blocked you more down there than anyone has been Republicans in Maricopa County, right?
I speak to people all over the country, all over the world now, and I'd like to sit up here and say it was the Democrats who stole it.
And the Democrats did what they normally do.
There was a lot of funny business.
But in my case, Maricopa County was stolen by people with an R behind their name.
Republicans.
Rhinos.
And they also ran a super PAC.
Collecting tens of thousands of dollars while I was busy 525 days working my tail off for the people of Arizona with the people of Arizona to build the strongest grassroots movement we've ever seen in this state with bringing forth common sense policy.
They were busy in a back room raising money to spend it to try to bring me down because I'm America first.

274,000 ballots at less than three seconds.

Let me clarify for the record where that is.
That is, we're being told, that is live feed camera from the actual review.
And what it's trying to show is they are doing this in under three seconds.
They're looking and verifying these under three seconds.

So this is the first time you have seen this footage?

It is a sham what they're doing.
It's humanly impossible to compare signatures at three seconds.
It's criminal what they're doing, and I suggest the man in that video, if he loves this country, will step forward, come forward as a whistleblower, and explain who's behind telling him to do that, why he was doing that.
And that was Maricopa County, Maricopa County, November 2022.
Yeah, this was in our election.
November 10th, it said on there, two days after.
That's when they had to quick steal your votes there, Carrie.
That's right.
Quick, throw a bunch of phony ballots in with bogus signatures.
And when you have people who are willing to behave in that way, that's how you steal elections.
And we need more people to look deep down in their soul.
Listen, you maybe feel like you can get away with it, but there will come a day where God knows the truth.
God knows the truth, and you won't get away with it with Him.
Well, and we're gonna have a big event in August, August 16th and 17th, with the plan going forward.
Hopefully, by then, your case will win.
Hopefully, by then, you're governor of Arizona, like it should be.
We're going to have this big event, everybody, and we're going to spread the word.
We now have billboards, I believe, in Arizona now, the Election Crime Bureau, these billboards for August 16th and 17th, everybody.
It's shaping up.
The first day is going to be the footprint of our country.
The second day will be the plan going forward.

I've got some amazing things to tell you that developed over the last two weeks.

You've heard so much about artificial intelligence.
That's the big scare right now, right?
Well, can you imagine?

It's bad enough that they're going to steal our elections again with machines.
There's another way with this artificial intelligence.
But more importantly than I said, because I said it on Steve Bannon's show, You have artificial intelligence.
We're coming this way whether you like it or not with all this technology and everything.
Well, who would you want regulating this and putting the regulations on this and the penalties on this if people do bad things with it?
You want people that are elected or do you want people that are selected?
Can you imagine, look what this administration's done, and look what the evil that's in there now has done to our country.
Imagine what you can do if you have bad people regulating artificial intelligence.
So there's, of all things, you cannot have machines in.
It needs to be our elections.
So at least you're electing people.
I can live with people that are elected by the people.
Absolutely.
But they have to be elected.
You know, they have to be elected.
All I want, Mike, and I think you're with me on this, is that on election night, that Every Democrat, independent Republican, legal voter, that their vote counted.
I'll live with whatever the results are but I can't live with elections stolen.
They're putting the people of this great country, the citizens of America, through hell because
they wanted to stop President Trump.
And now they've done it in 22, putting the good people of Arizona and our beautiful state
through hell as well because they wanted to stop me.
They don't want outsiders.
They want people they can control.
The only candidates they'll allow, and those people who are running for office who refuse
to talk about the elections or say we need to move on from it, there's about a 100% chance
their Uniparty controllable candidates that have been pre-approved by the Uniparty.
We want people that we the people elect and that's why we're fighting this.
I would never been okay with this election run this way if the tables were turned and these were Hobbes voters that were being cheated and disenfranchised.
I would have put my foot down and say absolutely not.
We've got to protect our elections.
Yeah, you know, Kerry, you're just like me on this.
I want everybody to hear what Kerry just said.
I was tasked on Jimmy Kimmel the first time I was on, not from inside the claw machine, but the first time I was on after the 2020 election, Jimmy Kimmel asked me, he said, Mike, what if the shoe was on the other foot?
Would you still be sounding the alarm?
I said, absolutely.
This isn't about that I'm a Republican and I want Donald Trump in there.
Did I want Donald Trump back in right away?
Yeah, because he won.
I want him in now because he's the only one that can fix this country.
That's right.
But also, I would not take him if it was done illegally or if he wasn't elected, okay?
This is about our elections.
So anyway, I said to Jimmy, I said, if the shoe was on the other foot, I would still be sounding the alarm.
The only thing that might have been different, but now I actually think it would have been the same, I thought, well, it would have been easier there.
Everyone said, yeah, let's look into the machines.
But maybe not.
Maybe that's how deep this evil goes.
I don't know.
But I do know that the Washington Post and Politico came to Minnesota and we went around to everyone that knew me and they said, would Mike really be sounding the alarm if the shoe was on the other foot?
They couldn't even find anybody that didn't like me to lie and say, oh no, he would He would do it.
Everybody said absolutely he would still be fighting to get rid of these machines and get paper ballots, hand counting, and fair elections.
So, and Carrie, I believe you would too.
You would be, if the shoe was on the other foot, you wouldn't accept.
You know, another person that did it down there in Arizona was Liz Harris.
When she won, she actually said, I want my own election checked into.
She said this down there in Arizona.
I want to check into my own election, you know, and she's a Republican.
We should always be auditing, always be auditing our elections.
We always should be questioning corruption when we see it.
Our founding fathers, they lost lives, they lost treasure when they fought and pushed off the shackles of the monarchy.
They said, we don't want that.
We want to choose our representation.
We the people.
And by goodness, I don't want that to have been done in vain.
This country is too great.
Our constitution is too perfect.
In order to let it go without a fight, and I think it's going to be the moms and dads of the world and the true patriotic citizens of America who say, no, not this time.
We're not.
We're putting our foot down and we will stop this kind of corruption dead in its tracks.
Kerry, you're the governor, quote, governor of Arizona, certified that the logic and accuracy test was done when reality it had not been done according to Arizona law.
So.
She broke the law as Secretary of State, and now she's quote, governor, correct?
I mean, this is what is in your motion for relief, is that she broke the law.
You're absolutely right.
You're right.
I mean, they broke the law in so many different ways.
But we've seen so many times, especially lately, that breaking the law when it's done on that side means there are zero consequences.
They broke the law, they did not do logic and accuracy tests, and then they, over the course of three days in October, snuck around and did some testing to determine which machines would break, they needed a certain amount to break down, they were able to get a certain number to break down, and they put those machines that they knew would break down out in to be used on election day.
In Republican-dominated centers, right?
These were Republican areas, in Republican areas.
And so it was failing at 7,000 ballots every 30 minutes from the time the centers opened to the time they closed.
And in your motion for relief, we have conflicting testimony by Maricopa County Director of Elections, Scott Jarrett.
I mean, this thing was apparently overwhelming evidence.
It was planned and done on purpose.
It was planned and done on purpose.
He perjured himself on the stand during our original trial.
I just hope these people know that we will eventually win this, because the truth will prevail.
And it's so much smarter for them to come clean right now.
Right.
They should just come clean, turn themselves in for lesser sentences.
I've said that a year and a half ago.
But I did say, in fairness, I said, Brad Rassenberger, sorry, you better run for the hills.
There's no deal.
Yeah, Kerry, I want to ask you this.
Has it been frustrating for you, as it has me, one of the most frustrating things is, all the stuff you have down there, where they, hey, it's just like an example, this is a pair of glasses, and the judge should go, yes it is, I concur, yeah, case closed.
But isn't it frustrating when you have Fox News, Newsmax, include Salem Media, include all the big media out there, that they don't report what Brannon just said, like 7,000 ballots every half hour, we're failing.
When they don't report right now, the good news that you found all this evidence now that it's cut and dry, it's over, is if you tried to get on Newsmax or tried to get on Fox to report this, say, hey, you need to report, they're supposed to be conservative outlets.
What do you say to that?
Well, I just was on Newsmax tonight.
I wasn't on there to talk about the elections, but I always bring it in because you can't talk about the border without talking about why do we have this open border?
Because our elections are corrupt.
So I always try to bring it up.
Fox has not been as interested as having me on, especially now that they've gotten rid of Tucker.
You know, the reason to get rid of Tucker is I believe to silence a very important voice who is speaking out against the war in the Ukraine, who is speaking out about what's happening in our elections.
They can't afford to have someone going against the globalist narrative.
And it's disappointing.
They'd rather pay him to sit on the bench, everybody.
That's what they're doing.
He's getting paid.
He's under a contract.
So they're paying him to sit there and not report to you all out there the news.
That's how much money these globalists have to gain by taking this next election.
We're talking trillions of dollars, not billions.
And so to pay Tucker $20 or $30 million a year... I want to go back to Newsmax and bash a little bit there, because I know you just had you on, but how come that they don't ask you, that you reach out like a press release to them and say, Our case is still going on.
You'd think that Chris Ruddy over at Newsmax would want to say just what we had you on here and talk about their hope for the country, talk about these machines that were rigged that you have evidence for.
You'd think he'd want to roll the tape and put this out there to give the country hope, get more viewership over at Newsmax.
What do you say about that?
Well, I was on today and I found a way to get my story.
You were able to say your case is still going on?
A little bit.
I mean, I just try, Mike, where I can.
I try where I can.
I know you're trying, but did they tape you?
Was it taped or was it live?
It was taped and I don't believe they will take it out.
We'll find out.
But I appreciate them having me on because they are reaching a lot of people.
And all of the problems we're having, everything they have me on for, whether it be Title 42, the border, the economy, whatever they have me on, I always talk about we have to have honest elections or we're going to continue having these problems and frankly we won't have a country.
So I find a way to get my story in and what's happening.
And that is good.
And my point being is that is good because it's like when they see my commercials on Newsmax and Fox, everybody knows, well, Mike's still out there.
And then they go over here and see, they'll come to Frank's Beach or whatever and see that, or they'll go to your social media and see what's really going on.
And so that's keeping the presence out there.
One of the things I think that's so hard about this case that, you know, really weighs on my mind and my heart is that, There are victims of this election, this fraudulent election.
The victims are the people of Arizona and the people of Maricopa County.
When you think about what happened in Maricopa County, the people, the citizens paid for that election.
Our tax money went to pay for that election.
It was run horribly.
It was run corruptly.
And unfortunately, we are having to now fight and battle and duke it out in court.
And on top, to add insult to injury, We taxpayers in Maricopa County and in Arizona are having to foot the bill for the people who victimized us on election day for their attorneys.
And they are fighting the people of Maricopa County who pay their salaries.
That really bothers me.
They victimized us on election day.
They trampled our sacred vote.
Now we're going to court having to sue them, and we're having to pay their... The taxpayers are having to pick up the bill on this, and it bothers me that they don't care more about their fellow citizen.
But we will not stop, and we will not ever quit.
We will never quit.
When you quit, you lose, and we're not going to do that.
Well, and the country thanks you.
I'll tell you, everybody, and I've said it, the difference between Cary Lake and Arizona and every other state and every other county, there was corruption with these machines and stuff in every county in the United States, but Cary did something about it.
She's not giving up.
And I'll give you a horrible example of our country, Kerry.
I subpoenaed in my defamation lawsuits with Dominion and stuff, I subpoenaed machines in about 20 or I guess 18 different counties in the country.
Well, in Michigan, the judge said they gave me sanctions, $26,000 in sanctions for even asking for the machines in my own case as evidence.
Well then a week later, the federal judge in D.C.
said, of course you can get those machines, because it's your evidence.
But the judge, you think they're going to give back my $26,000?
No!
I mean, common sense has been thrown out, and I think people get in fear.
They go after our lawyers with sanctions.
They call it, you don't have standing.
And thank you for keeping the courage, because you're the...
People that follow you, that hear about it, once they hear about it, they're going, wow!
And they give other, courage is contagious and we all need to be, I've said it before, you don't save your courage for a rainy day now, it's pouring outside and you're leading the way and we thank you, our country thanks you.
Like someone told me, they're going to erect a statue of you someday, but they'll probably tear it down, so don't worry about that.
Well, you led the way, Mike.
You are a true patriot.
And it's not just me.
There are, as you said, 100 cases.
There are thousands of people, maybe even tens of thousands, working hard because they care and love this country like you and I do.
And they don't get the credit.
The people working on our case behind the scenes, countless hours.
I'm the face, and you're the face, and we get the thanks when we're out.
And I just want to remind people, there's so many people working behind the scenes tirelessly.
And this is a movement of people who want to save our country.
So it's, uh, I appreciate the kudos and the kind words, but there's so many more of us out there.
God's got his hand in all this and we give the glory to God.
And I know you do too.
And all the people out there, we are the voice.
We are just, we just happen to have more of the notoriety to give the voice.
I told people, this is all of their platform.
If I would think that if someone was out there and had happened what we had happened to us, or know what we know, that they would do the same thing.
It comes down to a moral compass.
It comes down to where, you know, what do you want?
I mean, are you going to sit back and just lose our country?
You know, people said to me, well, Mike, your company has been attacked.
You've lost hundreds of millions of dollars.
You're destroying your company.
I'm going, I don't have a company anyway.
If we lose this battle, it's over.
That's right.
That's why I walked away from my career and, you know, seven-figure contract.
I said, what good is that?
What good is all of that if we don't have a country and our children are living under Marxism?
