I want to thank all of you out there these past week or so here that sent out prayers for my family and myself for our father passing away.
It meant a lot.
A lot of you sent emails, cards, texts, and a lot of prayers.
Thank you for that.
We're going to have a lot of catching up to do here.
I want to first tonight, we're going to have, we're going to address the $5 million challenge that they also hit me with last week, uh, saying that I owe $5 million.
And, um, we're going to talk about that and we're going to validate, uh, by evidence one more time.
Cause the media is trying hard to say all Mike Lindell's data has been, you know, Debunked, or he got it from a con man and all these things.
Well, hopefully here in the next half hour or so, we'll get that right out of the way.

OK, and I guess he's got a report of bills that are trying to get pushed through in Florida.
And I wonder if it's the same two that DeSantis is trying to do to make it easier to sue people
like you and me for defamation.
He was remember he was colluding with the Dominion lawyers about, I don't know, three,
four weeks ago.
But first let's, so everybody, get everybody you know, text them, get on the show right now.
I want to start out with this $5 million challenge.
The challenge was in the summer of 21, August of 21 at the Cyber Symposium.
And it was put out there, the data, the challenge was, That you had to prove that the data was not from the 2020 election.
Remember, this data was collected by Dennis Montgomery that worked for the CIA, a cyber expert.
And what we did when we invited everybody there for this challenge, we were going to show this data, part of the 32 terabytes of data, Show part of it and to prove that these are real.
These are 32 terabytes.
It's like taking a movie of the whole election are there and they're real.
And that Dennis Montgomery is real, that this is all real.
Now, in that challenge, we'd said that you had to have CISSP credentials.
Now I've got, I'm just checking here.
This Zeldman or Ziedman, whatever his name is, I think it's pronounced Ziedman.
He apparently called his wife on the first day and said, honey, this is what he's saying now after last week in the media.
He's saying things like, yes, I called my wife and I said, yep, the data, I'm going to win $5 million.
And then he's also saying that anyway, this isn't about the money.
This is so people don't go spread election lies like Mike Lindell and, uh, and, uh, that we, that the election was fair and it was, it was fair.
And I voted for Donald Trump.
He said that too.
Well, um, I don't think it matters who you voted for, um, Ziedman.
Um, but anyway, um, So this challenge, we believe that, Brandon, that this guy didn't even have CISSP credentials.
We're right now, we're doing a big investigation into the three arbitrators, which are hard left-leaning Democrats and are hard leftists.
I don't even know if I was left as you can get from what I'm hearing so far.
And the lawyer, For Zeidman was the trustee in the Dennis Montgomery, uh, blitzware.
Uh, these, this couple that owned blitzware, their bankruptcy proceedings, uh, quite a few years back.
So there's, there's the odds of them getting that attorney and ties with Dennis Montgomery.
Brandon, it's not a coincidence.
Okay.
They're, they're trying to stop.
Stop the evidence and all of this from they've been doing it since day one since I got the evidence from from Dennis Montgomery and from the and with this government gag on it.
Now I want to tell everybody so here's this Ziedman that he's in the cyber room on the first day and he had to ask other cyber guys how to use wire wire shark.
Which is that this is the common thing that cyber guys used to open up any any files or of data in the cyber world and so he didn't even know how to do that and and All right, we just lost Mike, so we're gonna get reconnected with Mike Lindell.

So anyway, everybody, so this This guy that says he won this challenge or that these arbitrators made this horrible ruling, which we'll talk about in a minute what we're going to do,
This guy couldn't even open the common way you open up this Wireshark to look at data.
And he had to ask another cyber guy, which we had him in the depositions during the arbitration.
Now, what happened right after the cyber symposium, by the way, everybody, every cyber guy there, including the Facebook fact checkers, our friend Alan Duke, Shame on you, Alan Duke.
Remember that guy, everybody, that covers up stuff for false information?
Well, his team was there.
They said it was from the 2020 election.
Harry Hershey was there and didn't contest it was from the 2020 election, and he's a Democrat.
So this isn't a Democrat-Republican thing.
All the cyber guys, upwards of 100 of them, agreed that it was from the 2020 election.
Now, this guy puts in this claim, which we don't even know if he had any credentials.
We don't even know if he looked at the data.
During arbitration, he couldn't even open up the files, Brandon, in front of the arbitrators.
The other experts we had, he goes, no, you can't even open these up.
It's all just nothing.
And our guys went, ding, ding, ding.
You don't know how to do it, sir.
So now, after the cyber symposium, he went before the panel, and there was a three-judge panel, and he got ruled down.
Of course, it's from the 2020 election.
And then a year and a half goes by, or whatever it was, so I don't know how many months, but he puts out a challenge that he had the right to, I guess, in what he signed to go to arbitration.
Well, when we went to pick arbitrators, when my lawyers did, you only get to pick from a pool of seven, Brandon.
And guess where they all lean, where they're all at?
Over on the left.
This was, it was unreal when I found out that You know, the whole pool is, you talk about a biased arbitrators, right?
Let's just say they're just biased, right?
That they're thinking this is a Democrat-Republican thing, that I want to get rid of these machines and all this and get to paper ballots and count it.
Now, everybody, so then what happens is, The arbitrators, he gets there and this guy, like I said, he couldn't even open the files.
It was an embarrassment.
It was like embarrassment.
Go, well, they're going to rule.
Obviously it's from the 2020 election.
And, uh, we had, we had our experts in there and some that were at the cyber symposium that were completely just other cyber guys that were there.
Um, the one guy for sure, this cyber guy that was there, but he was the witness that Zeedman even asked, how do I open this up?
And but then he had to ask again in arbitration, he still didn't even know how to open it up.
So it was a complete either a setup, granted, we don't know, but we are doing a big investigation, everybody into the arbitrators, the lawyer that actually was ties back to Blitzware, which I owned with the Dennis Montgomery data.
And, and, and then also Ziedman himself, you know, how did he get in that cyber room without credentials?
I know he's an IT guy.
But just because you're an IT guy doesn't mean you're a cyber guy.
It's like having a, I don't know, maybe it's like having a brain surgeon, and a someone that's a nurse.
I don't know.
I don't know.
But Zelman did not even know how to open up the data.
How can you rule that he proved anything when he proved nothing, Brannon?
He proved absolutely nothing, and this was a setup, and they say, Mike Lindell owes $5 million.
Now I want to tell you, everybody, now we're going to tie it back to Fox News.
So what they did last week, What did they all do, everybody?
And by the way, you terrible journalists that are all watching the show, take note of this, too.
You've all been texting me, you know, what do you think of this?
What do you think of Tucker?
What do you think of Dominion?
What do you think of this?
Here's what I think.
They're all tied together.
Dominion makes a dirty backdoor deal with Dominion.
By the way, Fox News makes a backdoor deal with Dominion.
And Fox News, by the way, we have subpoenaed them for tapes they have with Dennis Montgomery.
And Brandon, we've had one here at Frank Speech with Sean Hannity and Sarah Carter, and I don't know who, what was the other guy's name?
Uh, that was, uh, Sarah Carter and John Solomon.
John Solomon and Sean Hannity, they talked about Dennis Montgomery, they interviewed him and everything, and talked about Hammer scorecard, talked about all this data, but yet when we subpoenaed Fox, they have not given us any of that info.
Now, no, so Fox makes this deal on a Monday or Tuesday, whatever, what, Tuesday, I guess.
Last Tuesday.
That's right.
And then the next day, they come out.
We've been waiting for these arbitrators to rule.
Hey, Ziedman, you don't even know how to open the file.
Get away from here.
What are you trying to do?
Steal $5 million?
And that comes out with this horrible ruling.
Then Tucker gets fired on Friday, and they let Dan Bojino go in earlier this week, right?
They let him go, Dan Bongino, last week.
Yep.
Last week.
Yeah.
So, so all these things happen.
They're all tied together, everybody.
They don't want you to hear the truth.
Fox News will not, they did not want to put out anything.
Um, let's just say they're afraid of getting sued.
Well, now that they've already gotten, uh, you know, seven, they've given them the most bizarre settlement ever for, um, for defamation, which is a joke.
That they, uh, they didn't defame anything and Dominion wasn't even worth that.
I mean, whatever's going on there is so bad.
They just didn't want the word to get out of what, uh, you look at what Tucker and them, they can't say on those networks.
And by the way, Brandon, I've reached out to both of them.
I text them both, both Dan Bojino and Tucker and said, Hey, you're welcome over here at Lindale TV at Frank's beach.

So they had 11 files at the cyber symposium that was given to the cyber guys.
Now this was just a snippet everybody of the 32 terabytes that Dennis Montgomery has from the 2020 election.
Now everyone says, well, where are these terabytes?
Well, we've given them.
To the, my lawyers now have given them to a third party to have them copied for both the Smartmatic case and the Dominion case, everybody.
So they have copies of that.
So it's real, it's there, and you can all check it out.
Now, we've got two reports coming out that will show the China intrusion.

It shows, like, imagine a tip of an iceberg, everybody, and here's this piece that shows our elections were intruded by China and others.
In the 2020 election.
Remember, this is from the 2020 election.
We have so much for 2022 and the 2022 primary with the cast vote records and everything else and what happened down in Arizona.
I mean, it's melt them down.
I mean, it was 70% of Democrats now and 80% of Republicans believe that our elections are not elections.
They're not transparent and they need to be fixed.
That's a fact.
So what I want to do, because the media now has been attacking me, and by the way, everybody, you know, I'm going on Chris Cuomo.
Brandon, you might not know this, but I'm going on there right when this show ends.
I'm going to be on Chris Cuomo, and I don't know what his new platform is.

Now everyone says, Mike, why are you doing that?

Because I want to get the word out, the evidence.
I don't want people sitting there going, oh, Mike Lindell lost.
His evidence was bunk.
No, it's not.
That's going to end up in court.
We're not taking this charade or whatever they did at this arbitration.
Are you kidding me?
You know, they gave 30 days to pay up.
Well, you know what?
This is going to end up in court, of course.
And, um, you know, you've got, uh, and they say, well, there's a binding arbitration.
Well, there's nothing when, when there's something wrong, there's a, there's an agenda because it was right in front of them.
This data is from the 2020 election.
I could bring in hundreds and hundreds of cyber guys and say, of course it is.
Of course it is.
So why did these three arbitrators that are far left is say, Oh no, give them 5 million.
You know, I mean, this is just unbelievable.
So we're investigating them.
We're investigating the lawyer.
The biggest thing is the lawyer.
He was the trustee back to Blitzware, which I own with Dennis Montgomery now, and bought into that, into Blitzware.
And he was the trustee back when this was formed.
So he knows all about Hammer Scorecard.
He knows all about the data.
And yet he's there with Zeidman trying to say the data's wrong.
Kind of weird, Brandon, right?
Yeah, absolutely.
But I want to read for you, everybody.
I'm tired of everyone saying, remember the 32 terabytes, everybody.
There is a government gag order on Dennis Montgomery.
But the government has said, I can put it out there in my cases.
So we've given it to the third party now, both the 32 terabytes.
That's my copy.

Those are going to the Smartmatic and Dominion.
It'll be all public.
But now, what will you be able to see in there?
You're not going to be happy if the source code isn't there because of the gag order.
We don't know how that's going to play out.
But I will show you this.
The China intrusions And these other countries that were intruded in the election, that's going to be for the whole world to see.
Without the government, they've already said what Mike has, you can put that out there.
So this will be what we're going to show here on Frank's speech first.
We're going to show it here first next week before it's even turned in.
Before it even goes to the court, we're going to bring it all the way up to the Supreme Court.
Um, and this is exciting everybody, but this this five million dollar challenge, what a distraction.
How disgusting.
It's like they did one last thing, Brandon, to try and say Mike Lindell doesn't have the evidence.
You know, he defamed him.
He defamed these machine companies.
Ooh, really?
No, I didn't.
It's the truth.
Um, so Brandon, what I want you to do is put up You have a declaration there.

I'm employed by a large defense contractor as a chief cybersecurity engineer and a subject matter expert in cybersecurity.
During my career, I've conducted security assessment, data analysis, and security counterintelligence and forensic investigations on hundreds of systems.
My experience spans 35 years performing technical assessment, mathematical modeling, cyber attack pattern analysis, and security counterintelligence linked to FIS operators, including China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia.
I've worked as a consultant and subject matter expert surrounding the Department of Defense, FBI, and U.S.
intelligence community agencies, such as the DIA, CIA, NSA, NGA, and the DHS, IA, and A,
supporting counterintelligence, including supporting law enforcement investigations. The USIC has
developed, whoa, wow, the USIC has developed the hammer and scorecard tools, which were
released by WikiLeaks and independently confirmed by Lieutenant
Gen.
Thomas McInerney, Kirby Weave from former NSA official, and Dennis Montgomery, former CIA analyst.
The Hammer and Scorecard capabilities are tradecrafts used by U.S.
intelligence analysts to conduct MITM attacks on foreign voting systems, including the Dominion voting system, Democracy Suite, and Systems and Software, ES&S voting machines, without leaving an electronic footprint.
as such these tools are used by nefarious operators to influence voting systems by covertly
assessing DVS and altering the results in real time without leaving an electronic footprint.
The DVS Democracy Suite election management system consists of a set of applications that
perform pre-voting and post-voting activities.
I have conducted data collection and forensic analysis using a combination of signals intelligence,
human intelligence, and open source intelligence data associated with Chinese and other foreign
intelligence service operators targeting U.S. critical infrastructures.
In that capacity, I have also conducted ethical hacking to support USIC missions.
I have performed forensic analysis and electronic voting systems, including the DVS Democracy
Suite, ES&S, CIDL, SOE software, and the Smartmatic system used in hundreds of precincts in key
battleground states.
I have previously discovered major exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS and ES&S that permit a nefarious operator to perform sensitive functions via its built-in covert backdoor.
The backdoor enables an operator access to perform system updates and testing via the internet without detection.
However, it can also be used to conduct illicit activities such as shifting votes, deleting votes, or adding votes in real time.
These events take place through the internet and without leaving a trace.
During my career, I've studied network communication reports that show DVS data being transferred to internet protocol addresses registered to CIDL in Barcelona, Spain.
The results showed that CIDL maintained its SOE software servers in a Barcelona data center for disaster recovery and backup purposes.
In 2020, the SOE Software Data Center was moved to Frankfurt, Germany, where, I believe, 2020 election data was transferred.
Dominion Voting Systems Corporation was founded in 2003 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, by John Poulos and James Hoover.
The company develops proprietary software and sells electronic voting hardware and software, including voting machines and tabulators, throughout the United States and other parts of the world.
DVS reportedly had a strategic relationship with Venezuela's Bidza Corporation, which was a 28% owned by the former President Chavez.
Intelligence reports indicate that DVS Bidza software was co-developed in Venezuela to alter vote counts to ensure President Chavez and later President Maduro were guaranteed to win an election.
The combined DVS-BITSA software was used in numerous countries, such as Bolivia and the Philippines, to forge election results to favor a specific candidate.
Subsequently, DVS and its international partners, including Diebold, ES&S, later acquired by DVS, Seidel, SOE Software, eClarity, and Smartmatic, to establish a global monopoly.
Reports show that DVS is comprised of several companies which obfuscate its true original and ownership structures.
The DVS companies include 1.
Dominion Voting Systems International Corporation, a Barabadas Corporation, 2.
Dominion Voting Systems Inc., a Delaware Corporation, 3.
Dominion Voting Systems Corporation, a Canadian Corporation.
Similarly, Smartmatic is comprised of 1.
Smartmatic International Corporation, Barados corporation to smartmatic USA corporation a
Delaware corporation three smartmatic international holding BV a Netherlands corporation and for
smartmatic TIM corporation a Philippines corporation based on my counterintelligence experience in
USIC I conclude that corporate structures were partially designed to obfuscate their complex relationships
especially with Venezuela China and Cuba and impede discovery by investigators according to New York Times in
April 2018 J Alex Holderman from the University of Michigan computer scientists demonstrated in a video how simple it
is to rig a DVS machine in the video. Dr. Holderman demonstrates how
easy it is to rig the DVS machine The name of the video is quote
I hacked an election so can the Russians in quote a caption next to the title read quote
It's time America's leaders got serious about voting security in quote despite DVS's
Constant denial about the flaws of its system, the company's ImageCast Precinct optical scanner system was totally hacked in August of 2019.
This occurred during the largest and most notable hacker convention called DEF CON Voting Machine Hacking Village in Nevada.
The DVS ImageCast Precinct is an integrated hybrid voting equipment by combining an optical paper ballot and ballot marking device to allow accessibility for the visually impaired.
The system runs the BusyBox Linux 1.7.4 operating system, which has known medium to high-level exploitable vulnerabilities to allow remote attackers to compromise the VDS.
Voting Village Report, DEFCON Village Report, and Association and Georgetown University Law Studies online source, the report indicated that many of the specific vulnerabilities reported over a decade earlier in California and Ohio Studies, for example, are still present in these systems today.
In 2019, a computer laptop and several USB memory cards containing the cryptographic key to access DVS systems were stolen in Philadelphia.
The company disputes the risk posed by lost USB memory cards containing the Cryptographic key.
However, according to the election security expert Eddie Perez of the nonpartisan OSET Institute, states, quote, it is very common that a USB memory card has a wealth of information that is related not only to the configuration of the election and its ballot and the behavior of the voting device, but also internal system data used to validate the election, end quote.
I have previously analyzed the contents of the DVS and other voting system of cryptographic keys.
I believe that USB memory cards were used to facilitate administrative access to the back door to disrupt polling operations and impact ballot counting across Michigan, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
In 2018, the New York Times conducted an investigation and concluded that DVS machines can be easily hacked.
Subsequently, security experts conducted comprehensive security testing on DVS in August of 2019 and discovered innumerable exploitable vulnerabilities that do not require extensive technical skill to breach.
The DEF CON report identified major exploitable security flaws in DVS that were shared with the vendor.
However, there is ample indication that these problems were not resolved.
Moreover, DVS maintains the position that its voting machines are fully secure.
They continue to avoid transparency or make their software codes to be analyzed by independent security investigators.
In turn, December of 2019, Senators Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar, along with Democrat Representative Mark Hucon, raised major concerns regarding security vulnerabilities in DVS machines.
In my expert opinion, the combination of DVS, CIDL, SOE, software, eClarity, and Smartmatic are vulnerable to data manipulation by unauthorized means.
My judgment is based on conducting more than a dozen experiments combined with analyzing the 2020 election data sets.
Additionally, a number of investigators have examined DVS and reported their security findings.
Confirming that electronic voting machines, including DVS, have glaring security weaknesses that have remained unresolved.
I have not been granted access to examine any of the systems used in the 2020 election.
However, I have conducted detailed analysis of the New York Times datasets and have discovered significant anomalies are caused by fraudulent manipulation of the results.
In my expert judgment, the evidence is widespread and throughout all battleground states I have studied.
I conclude the following.
A. The vote count distribution in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia are not based on normal system operation.
Instead, they are caused by fraudulent electronic manipulation of the targeted voting machines.
B. On approximately 2.30 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time, TV broadcast reported that Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia have decided to cease vote counting operations and will continue the following day.
The unanimous decision to intentionally stop counting by all five battleground states is highly unusual, possibly unprecedented, and demonstrates prior coordination by election officials in battleground state.
There would be no legitimate reason battleground states need to pre-coordinate election activities and stop ongoing adjudication processes.
However, is equally puzzling that the vote counting did not stop as reported.
In fact, it continued behind closed doors in early hours of November 4th, 2020.
This activity is highly unusual and demonstrates collusion to achieve desired results without being monitored by watchers.
When analyzing the New York Times data for the 2020 election, I conclude that the software algorithm manipulated votes counts forging between one and two percent of the precinct results to favor Vice President Biden.
The software performed data alteration in real time in order to maintain close parity among the candidates and without raising red flags.
The specific software algorithm was developed by Smartmatic and implemented in DVS machines to facilitate backdoor access by a nefarious operator to manipulate live data as desired.
The DVS Democracy Suite's imageCAST central optical scanner failed to correctly verify and validate absentee ballots as described in its own literature.
There is reported evidence that the optical scanner accepted and adjudicated ballots that did not have signatures or other key features.
that is required for ballot verification or validation and verification.
This indicates that DVS system configuration was modified to accept invalid ballots when they should have been rejected.
After the DVS image cast scanner validates a ballot, by design it is required to tabulate and store the results in a cast vote record along with a human readable image of the ballot that has been scanned.
The image called audit mark provides the user with scan results that is verifiable.
However, Media reports indicate that not only did the ImageCast fail to properly verify absentee ballots, it also failed to maintain records of AuditMark and that would be necessary to conduct an audit.
The only way to alter this protocol is to alter the system configuration and prevent the ImageCast scanner from rejecting illegal ballots and reprogram audit mark to store ballot images that have been verified.
This is evidence of fraud perpetrated to prevent investigators to discover the number of invalid votes that were cast.
The cryptographic key store on DVS thumb drive was used to alter vote counts prior to upchain reporting.
Since DVS uses the same cryptographic key for all its voting systems in a battleground state, the key allowed a remote operator to conduct massive attacks on all battleground state data set without being detected.
Beginning on approximately 4.30 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time on November 4th, 2020, the vote counts favored Vice President Biden by nearly 80% in many jurisdictions.
The data distribution is statistically congruent, even when considering a large number of absentee ballots were collected for Vice President Biden.
The data variance favoring Vice President continues to accelerate after 4.30 a.m.
Eastern Standard Time on November 4th, 2020, and continues until Moratorium through November 8, 2020.
Momentum through November 9, 2020, excuse me.
This abnormality in variance is evidenced by the usually steep slope for Vice President Biden in all battleground states on November 4, 2020.
A sudden rise in slope is not normal and demonstrates data manipulation by artificial means.
For example, in Pennsylvania, President Trump's lead of more than 700,000 count advantage was reduced to less than 300,000 in a few short hours, which does not occur in the real world without an external influence.
I conclude that manually feeding more than 400,000 mostly absentee ballots cannot be accomplished in a short time frame.
IE 2 to 3 hours without illegal vote count alteration.
In another case for Edison County, Michigan, Vice President Biden received more than 100% of the votes at 5.59 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time on November 4th, 2020.
And again, he received 99.6% of the votes at 2.23 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time on November 5th, 2020.
These distributions are cause for concern and indicate fraud.
DVS has acknowledged that Chinese-made parts are used in its voting machines.
However, the company is unwilling to share details on its supply chains, foreign ownership, or its relationship with China, Venezuela, and Cuba.
In particular, I have seen USIC intelligence reports showing China's espionage activities in the United States and efforts to infiltrate elections.
Since these countries are enemies, I conclude that FIS and other operators were involved to influence the outcome of the 2020 election.
A man-in-the-middle cyber attack was carried out by covert operators using sophisticated tools such as hammer and scorecard.
The MITM attack occurred in two ways.
Initially, remote operatives used USB memory cards containing cryptographic keys and access system backdoors to alter votes in battleground states.
Subsequently, the results were Two Seidel SOE software services located in Frankfurt, Germany, previously Barcelona, Spain.
The MITM attack was structured to ensure sufficient data alteration had occurred prior to forwarding the tallied results to the Seidel eClarity software electronic night reporting system.
The reason election data are forwarded overseas is to avoid detection and monitoring by the USIC to obfuscate the MITM.
In my expert opinion, the DVS, Democracy Suite, Cidal, SOE, Software, eClarity, and Smartmatic have not produced audible results in the 2020 election.
It is evident that ballots were not properly validated, system records were not kept, and the system experienced considerable instability even several days prior to November 4, 2020, that required DVS to implement software changes at the last minute.
In addition, the disparity in data disruption after 4.30 a.m.
on November 4, 2020 indicates significant Some system abnormalities that were widespread among all battleground states.
The evidence is both extensive and persuasive and indicates large-scale fraud by remote operators.
I conclude that a combination of lost Cryptographic key contained on stolen USB memory cards, serious exploitable system and software vulnerabilities, and operating system backdoor in DVS, CIDL, SOE, Software E-Clarity, and Smartmatic created the perfect environment to commit widespread fraud in all states where these systems are installed.
My analysis of the 2020 election from the New York Times data shows statistical anomalies across the battleground state votes. These
failures are widespread and systemic and sufficient to invest and validate the vote
counts. I conclude with high confidence that the 2020 data were altered in all battleground states,
resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump be transferred to
Vice President Biden. These alterations were the result of systemic and widespread
exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS, societal SOE software and smartmatic systems that enabled
operators to achieve the desired results.
In my view, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible.

And I want to point out a few things before we bring Laura on here.
I know we're crammed for time.
Everybody, at the beginning of this, what did they say?
They validated His credentials, this guy's credentials, are probably the best I've ever heard.
You can't get better than that.
Okay?
And he validated with General McInerney and Dennis Montgomery that Hammer scorecard is real, and it is real, and it was developed to steal elections in other countries.
Well, now China gets it and uses it on our country.
Okay?
But this guy, being an expert, now we have subpoenaed him, everybody.
We have subpoenaed him in our lawsuits, and the guy won't, uh, he keeps avoiding the subpoena.
Now, what does that tell you, Bran?
Doesn't he sound like a patriot, a hero, and, uh, he's gonna come forward?
Well, I would say he probably got attacked for even thinking of saying that, uh, telling the truth, like, like we all did.
And, uh, Now he's afraid.
It's the only thing we can figure out to come forward with a subpoena to get subpoenaed and to do a deposition to to validate everything we've been telling everybody.
Just one more validation, everybody.
And we need to pray that this guy gets gets brave, whatever, however they attacked him or whatever they've threatened him with, that
he will do these depositions.
The judge now can order him to do it as we get to a judge.
But as we know, Judge Nichols that we have in Washington, D.C., incidentally, where all these
cases were put to except for Fox, You know, Sidney Powell's, Rudy's, mine.
We all end up in D.C.
with Judge Nichols, who, by the way, was also part of back when Hammer Scorecard was built.
Okay?
He knows all about it!
I mean, I don't know, is that conflict of interest?
You know, that's another thing that hasn't been talked about.
I just found out about this the other day.
I'm going, okay, why is a judge that knows all about hammer scorecard out there trying to say that and trying me for defamation or being the judge and says my case against him?
Remember what he did?
He dismissed my case against Smartmatic and Dominion, on the second day of the Cyber Symposium, everybody, he says, nope, these cases can go through, and I'm going to dismiss Mike Mendel's cases against Dominion and Smartmatic.
Now, and I want to point out another thing in this article, or in this declaration, Smartmatic, ES&S, and Dominion were all mentioned.
It doesn't matter what brand of the machines, everybody, just so everybody knows that.
We've got to get rid of these electronic voting machines or we lose our country.
Do you know what Tucker said when he left Fox Brandon?
Did you see one of the quotes out there?
Was Tucker says, Hey, our country, if we don't do something, it's going to be a one party country.
That's the uniparty everybody.
Remember the Democrats wanted these machines gone and who have we had to fight more to get rid of them?
Republicans!
Crooked Brad Rasenberger, Robin Boss up in Wisconsin, all these Democrats we've had to fight.
And I mean, all these Republicans.
And then we get down to, now we're going to bring in Laura, but I want to say, I want to do a little, say a little bit about DeSantis in Florida.
Everybody, we have another camera angle called cast vote records, and all of you are great to go out and get these records through the Freedom of Information Act.
Well, of all the cast vote records, which you heard in that declaration, they either show machine manipulation or not.
It's one or the other.
We can only find one state that has no manipulation in the 2022 election.
In the counties that we got the cast vote records, including Miami-Dade County.
And it was the governor's race there with Ron DeSantis.
So I'm, you know, Ron DeSantis wins Miami-Dade County by almost 11% and sweeps Florida.
And everyone's going, Oh, if you're a good governor, look at machines are fine.
Well, you guys, there was no manipulation in those machines.
Now, why is that?
You know, why is Fox News wanting DeSantis?
Do you think DeSantis is part of a Uniparty?
You better think so, because he's the Trojan horse.

Did you hear that in counties, there's certain counties and stuff where Biden got 100 and some percent of the vote?
Okay, well, that's impossible, everybody.
You don't get 100 and some percent.
That's like that lady in Georgia last summer that got zero votes in her own precinct where her and her husband voted for her, for themselves.
And, uh, so I can't wait to hear if Brad Crook and Rasenberger's tied into this.

So there's a report.

And, you know, people like Brad Raffensperger and elections officials from Maricopa County and a lot of these states where we saw contentious election battles take place in the aftermath of the stolen 2020 election are all going to be attending and speaking at this conference.
And so a lot of people are talking about it.
The host and the founder of CEIR is a guy by the name of David Becker.
Who's the founder of Eric?
And we know that grassroots election integrity activists like myself and many of you who are watching tonight have been petitioning their legislators over these last couple of years to get rid of Eric.
And recently three GOP states actually removed themselves from Eric.
Florida being one of them.
And following those removals, this guy, David Becker, the founder of AIRC and the head of CEIR,
who's hosting this conference, actually resigned from AIRC.
And then instead of taking responsibility for his own actions, he decided to blame these attacks
on election conspiracy theorists, right, or election deniers.
So it's important for people to know that these election officials are going to be meeting in secrecy.
I would like to know what is so secret that this conference or this summit cannot be made open to the public.
It's invite only.
So you can't even buy tickets and attend.
Which is very concerning because, you know, your elections officials should be documenting what they're talking about, especially as it pertains to the outcome of our elections.
So a lot of these individuals that you got with Mike are going to be attending this summit, and it's something that everybody needs to be aware of.
What is that?
DeSantis, how do you think DeSantis... Let's talk.
We're going to have Raj on from Defend Florida here.
He's going to tell us about some more horrible bills are going through in Florida as we speak.

But what's your take on Ron DeSantis?
You know, I call him the Trojan horse.
He is Fox's pick, I believe.
He is the establishment.

Well, I've been leading the charge, exposing Ron DeSantis for months.
If you recall, in 2021, you and I have been friends for several years, Mike.
And if you recall, I was telling you in 2021 how bad Ron DeSantis was when he decided to create a faulty tech bill.
Remember when I was petitioning the legislature here in Florida to address this big tech social media censorship?
And then I told you, hey, Mike, I hear you were thinking of running for governor of Minnesota.
you know, this is going to apply to you as well, given that you were deplatformed as a candidate.
So Rhonda Santos is a Trojan horse. He's definitely a uniparty.
We see that he's being propped up by the fake news media, including Rupert Murdoch,
who owns Fox News.
He owns Wall Street Journal.
He owns the New York Post.
That's exactly what Ron DeSantis' book tour is.
It's a shadow presidential campaign.
And as I've been reporting on my Substack extensively, Rupert Murdoch owns HarperCollins, which gave Ron DeSantis this publishing deal.
So they're funneling millions of dollars to Ron DeSantis in the form of a Book deal while he travels around the country and the world.
He's in Israel today where he signed draconian hate crime legislation, which is, you know, some of the most ridiculous anti-free speech legislation I've ever seen in my life.
And he's doing this in an attempt to Silence all of his critics and all of the Trump supporters and people who are going to come against him in 2024.
So I think that he's an ingrate.
I think that he's a rhino.
I don't think that he's a great governor.
I live in Florida and as the most banned woman in the world and somebody who was the first and only deplatformed candidate in United States history, Ron DeSantis did nothing as big tech allowed for my campaigns to be silenced and targeted me.
And making me the only deplatformed candidate in this country.
So, the fact that Ron DeSantis didn't stand up for election integrity when he had the opportunity to do so, shows me that he would not be a strong president.
It's why I support President Donald Trump, and I'll be doing everything in my power to help expose Ron DeSantis and get President Trump elected.
Yeah, what do you, what, um, the last question we'll bring up, Raj, the, uh, um, The Disney thing down there.
Well, first of all, you know, Laura, that he was colluding with Libby Locke, the Dominion lawyers.
And I said to my mom, who likes, uh, she goes, well, Mike, I like Rhonda Santa.
So she lives in Florida.
I said, well, mom, he's sitting with the lawyers colluding to make it easier to sue people like me for defamation or if they bad mouth the governor.
And I said, so he's sitting with Libby Locke who, who has sued or sent out threatening letters to over 200 people on platforms in this country.
And then he puts out this thing about Disney.
Nothing came of that, right?
That's all smoke and mirrors, isn't it?
He had his wedding at Disney, didn't he?
Yeah, it's all smoke and mirrors.
Look, everything Ron DeSantis does it's explobation for press.
I like to say that Ron DeSantis' best accomplishment is his PR team.
He's got one hell of a PR team because they have been able to make and deceive and dupe millions of Americans into thinking that he's best governor in the country and that somehow he's going to be the guy, like what do they say, he's Trump without the baggage.
Oh trust me, Ron DeSantis has enough baggage of his own and it's all coming out.
And when he files in Two weeks or three weeks after the Florida legislative session, because we all know he's going to do it.
He just had the resign to run law changed in Florida.
The Senate made an exemption so that Governor Ron DeSantis doesn't have to resign his seat as governor so that he can run for president against Donald Trump.
We, as the taxpayers, people like your mother and I, Floridian citizens, are footing the bill for Ron DeSantis's shadow campaign.
It's unacceptable.
It's illegal.
And we must do everything in our power to work against Ron DeSantis because Ron DeSantis,
like you said, Mike, and you're spot on.
He's a Trojan horse.
He's been here.
He's put into this America First movement to deceive people into thinking, well, you
know, maybe President Trump is too old and no, maybe we need to move on from President
Donald Trump.
And oh, Ron DeSantis, he just fights woke so much.
When in reality, it's a Trojan horse to deceive conservative voters so that he can get to
the White House and further deprive us of election integrity and further deprive of
our constitutional rights.

And by the way, everybody, when my guys met with him, they talked about our election platforms.
As soon as machines were mentioned, Oron skedaddled out of the room.
You know, didn't want to hear about anything with the machine, but yet he's sitting with the Dominion lawyers talking about deplamation.

I mean, give me a break, Ron.
It might have been worse than that.
You know, if you look at all these endorsements that are coming in right now for President Donald Trump, the only representative that's endorsed, Ron DeSantis, is Laurel Lee.
Laurel Lee was the Secretary of State in Florida, and in 2021, remember, I exposed the fact that the Secretary of State was in attendance at this conference for the Florida Supervisors of Elections, where the 67 Supervisors of Elections in Florida had this meeting behind closed doors in violation of Florida Sunshine Laws.
And guess who the host of this conference was?
Dominion.
Dominion.
Wow.
The Secretary of State of Florida in charge of our elections.
And that's who, of course, Ron DeSantis, the lady who's in bed with Dominion.
Right.
I want to say one last thing, Brandon, before we bring in our next guest.
Everybody, what we show with our cast vote records, the one thing that showed in the 2022 election, because we finally have a place now where there was no machine crime, If you take that and you take the machines out of our country, you know what's left?
are trusting elections and this country is 70 some percent red everywhere. So, um...

We are on, and I'm on your show.
I appreciate you having me, specifically because we have a crisis in Florida.
Specifically, there is a bill, Senate Bill 7050, That was dropped at the last minute, Brandon, at the last minute, 98 pages.
And this bill has language that makes election integrity transparency in Florida go away.
It's got several problems with this bill.
So the first thing is dropped at the last minute.
Number two, amendments that are being dropped Repeatedly, large volumes.
So we have volunteers spending up all night reading the bill.
And then once they've got a handle on the bill, another bill gets dropped at the last minute, making it very difficult.
However, with regard to the bottom line of what we're having problems with here, and I've got some background noise here.
There we go.
I want to go to some specifics, Brandon, about what's the problem with this bill.
Now, number one, and I'm going to jam a lot of this in the few minutes we have.
In the past, organizations like Defend Florida, other organizations were able to go and canvass.
Our organization canvassed almost half the state, thousands of people.
We took that information, we presented to our officials.
Our officials aren't obligated to look at what we present, and that's fine, but we were able to present it to them for their consideration.
With this bill here, this is now introducing language that says government entities, official information is what's going to be used.
This is a step in the wrong direction.
Imagine 2,000 meals.
Imagine the integrity symposium that you all hosted.
Imagine volunteers coming and gathering information, attempting to present that to our government officials, and now they're able to look at this bill and say, hey, you're not a government entity.
You're a volunteer organization.
Your information is not official.
So it's silencing the people's voice, which is very, very anti-American.
Next thing, U.S.
citizens are still able to vote in the state of Florida.
We obviously have A lot of non-U.S.
citizens.
I myself came here as a non-U.S.
citizen.
I was not permitted to vote here in this country when I came and I should not have been.
But in the state of Florida, here, if someone comes in and they're on the voter rolls, they can vote and they can continue to vote.
That's another problem with this bill.
These are just basic things that Republicans and Democrats will agree on.
And this is the type of thing that is in this bill.
I also want to underscore, Brandon, that We have made repeated attempts.
Every legislator, every Republican legislator in the state of Florida has received our list of concerns and has received our solutions.
We've had teams meeting with them in their office and they are literally telling us, we have been told by someone high up that this bill needs to go through as is, no changes, no amendments.
I just get so passionate about this.
I want to just take a break here, Brandon.

Please do not allow This bill to be your legacy based on conservative estimates, this bill and everyone who's associated with it is going to take about a five point hit on their reputation just because they're associated with this bill.
So, Brandon, it's a very dire time.
We often talk about how dark New York is, how dark California is in terms of freedoms for individuals.
That never happened overnight.
It happened exactly like what's trying to happen here in Florida.
We need you, the people watching this, to stand up and take an action.
And you got the action up at the top.
You got the action at the bottom.
Take the action so that we can put a stop to this before it spreads to the rest of the country.
Because whatever happens here, believe me, this issue in the state of Florida is going to dramatically affect the 2024 election.
