Several people were killed, over 20 people killed the other day.
I think that was in Mississippi and parts of Alabama.
So again, tough weather.
All right, joining me now is attorney and former Green Beret, all-around troublemaker,
Ivan Reikland.
Ivan, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Hey, good to see you again.
Good to be back on.
By the way, I don't know if your audience knows this, but guess who's in the house?
Who?
Brannon House!
I've always wanted to say that.
I have Mike Hammond on tonight, he always has something to say similar to that when
he comes on.
He always likes to, oh I know, he likes to say, he likes to say, let's go Brannon.
That's what he likes to say.
Hey, you're a constitutional attorney.
What did you think about my opening monologue?
We didn't get an opening monologue.
Yeah, not too bad.
I agree with absolutely everything you just mentioned.
I mean, you've been in the business longer than I have, you know.
Best-dressed man in showbiz, been doing it for almost 30 years, I think.
What's your 30 years?
33 years.
Oh, 33.
Yeah.
So you're going on the same time frame as what General Flynn served in uniform.
Wow.
But you served in your own way.
Yeah.
Getting the Patriots, you know, lined up, educated, trained, advised, and equipped us in order to be able to push back against the lawless executive branch.
Which, by the way, I love doing it in person.
And I think that's what we're going to get into today.
We are going to get into that because you went up on Capitol Hill again this week and I guess you made some friends, huh?
Yeah, I wanted to introduce myself to those three people that consider themselves to be leading the three organizations that have been weaponized the most against the American people.
And specifically me personally, and what I'm referring to is the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, as well as the Department of Justice.
And so lo and behold, the three senior level officials, what they call, right, so-called senior officials of those three, I guess, members of the cabinet, they are completely illegitimate.
And the reason why I say that is because when you already know that the executive squatting in the White House and defiling it, Is wholeheartedly illegitimate.
Then all the appointments downstream from that are also illegitimate.
But we're in this quasi, we're in this state right now in our country, uh, where we're trying to essentially claw out of it.
And I'm trying to get, get us out of it in a way that's lawful, peaceful, constitutional.
Uh, but it's a difficult task.
I said back in December of 2020, the longer we wait to fix this constitutional crisis, the more difficult it's going to become.
And guess what?
I like it when it's difficult.
I like when it's challenging.
Problem is, most people don't.
So, look to your left and your right.
Eventually, I think people are going to start showing up.
Yeah.
So, do we have some videos you want to play, and in what order?
Yeah, I think if we can, since we're talking about this subject, let's start off with, give a little context.
So, if you can tee up as I explain this, let's go ahead and bring up Mayorkas 1, which would be clip 7 and 8.
We'll start off with those.
And essentially as those are brought up, I had an opportunity to introduce myself to Acting FO Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on two occasions.
So this is the first one here.
here. You can play that.
You can see there that I approached Secretary Mayorkas and I asked, excuse me, sir, can you please take me off of the secondary screening list?
Because as you know, the TSA is a subordinate entity of the Department of Homeland Security, of which he supposedly leads.
And while I asked him to go ahead, it's a packet of information.
And I have in the Raecklin report, I have a 30 minute deep dive.
I think I did it on Tuesday that explains everything in that packet of information of When and where they put me and placed me on the secondary screening list.
It all, I think, it basically started the day after the cyber symposium when the DHS put out their, you know, the terrorism threat bulletin that said that if you don't like face toilets or mutilating your DNA, then you're a potential domestic terrorist.
If you wanted to meet with your family and friends over the Christmas, you know, Christian holidays, then you're a potential domestic terrorist.
And I think the third category of it was essentially, if you are a constitutional attorney and going and traveling throughout the country and educating the state legislatures on their Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 powers and 10th Amendment powers, then you're a potential domestic terrorist.
Now, since I met all three of those categories, then obviously I was a very significant threat.
And so that's when the following day on August 17th, they pulled me off of the Trusted Traveler program.
Which is part of CBP.
TSA implements it.
And then both of those entities are part of DHS.
So I gave him that list of information.
I wanted to offer it to him before his testimony.
He refused.
He's like, that's not for me right now.
And I asked him politely, sir, can I offer this to your staff?
And he said yes.
And so I immediately handed it over to his staffer.
And you could tell by the body language and her facial expressions she wasn't really appreciative of that.
But nonetheless, in that second clip that you just showed, if you can bring that up, I followed up the next day in the house where he was testifying with the same staffers.
Wait a minute, wait a minute.
You went from the Senate side to the House side two days in a row?
Yeah, absolutely.
I guess he's starting to recognize you now.
Because I wanted to follow up.
I asked him, I mean, did you, it's been 24 hours, have you, what have you done since I put in the initial request?
How did he look at you?
What was his facial expression the second day?
The second day, what was his facial expression?
Kind of like mine when you were with me at CPAC on the second day of the first year.
Wait a minute, this guy's back?
No, but I mean, I'm not doing anything in any sort of like aggressive, assaulting manner.
No, no.
Unlike what I'm going to talk about, right?
Exactly right.
You know, it's literally, hey, I'm just cordially asking you.
I mean, technically, supposedly, you're probably one of the cabal that put me on the list.
I don't pose a threat to anybody.
Can you just please acknowledge that you made a mistake?
Or at a minimum, just reinstate my previous status, which was clear and TSA-free.
I travel, no problem.
Stop harassing me.
And then I'll stop asking for assistance to stop harassing me.
All right, let's play day two.
Where's day two?
So it was just a one second there.
Oh, it was just one second right there on day two.
Yeah, you can see them in the background.
He's sitting kind of with his head to, you know, back to me.
And then the same lady I'm handing over and basically asking her and whispering.
That was, I couldn't get the full engagement.
The person that was recording that got just a little tail end because they weren't prepared because I immediately just jumped up there because the hearing was about to start.
Now during the hearing, obviously, that would be disruptive, so I can't do it then.
So the window of opportunity is when they walk into the room as they await the gaveling in.
So that window of opportunity, that's when you're mine.
Right.
So maybe you'll hear from him, huh?
We'll see.
I'll follow up.
We'll tag him on Twitter and we'll see how things play out.
I might hear from him in a way which most people would not prefer.
I mean, they might come knocking on the door at six in the morning.
I mean, that's what they do, I guess, right?
And if they do that, I'm going to have 18 hours a day, seven days a week.
I'm not going to have to take care of family, you know, all these other obligations.
So I'll have basically three or four times, three or four more amount of time to really expose them.
So by all means, I invite that.
So you would just keep working from your prison cell?
Absolutely.
I would have so much more time to focus in on this, to really lay things out and research, Cause right now I have a lot of distractions.
I have to be on your show, you know, like I have my own show that you forced me into.
I mean, there's a lot of things going on here.
I have to take my five hour naps.
I mean, you know?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like the one you slept right through my show the other night when I tried to get you.
Hey, I was grinding, you know?
Hey.
You know, I have to take a little nap every once in a while.
Yeah, it turned into more than a nap.
How many hours were you out?
It turned into about like a 10 hour I was out.
Yeah, exactly.
Well, your body obviously needed it.
I get it.
Okay, so who's the next person you got to know and became friends with?
So on the same theme of the DHS, testifying before one of the subcommittees was the TSA administrator by the name of Mr. Pikoski.
He was appointed by President Trump in 2017.
So I treated him in a different manner because, you know, considering he was appointed by a legitimate president, he is thus a legitimate executive branch actor that needs to be treated accordingly.
So I respectfully approached him, spoke with him, I'd say maybe 10, probably at least 10 minutes.
Wow.
Kind of laying things out and exchanging with him, you know.
What method do you recommend that I go through to basically be taken off of this harass list, the political target list?
And by the way, just explain to our audience what happens whenever you go to the airport, you miss your flights unless you allow for a lot of time, because they're basically going to really, really, really take you to another room and pat you down.
Right, I need at least two hours to, you know, before, but previously I had clear and pre.
So I just literally roll in, they get my eye, you know, the eye recognition, retina scan, and then, uh, I just walk in.
So they pulled me off of that list.
Now they go through a secondary pat down where they scrutinize in an extremely invasive manner where I could call, I mean, let's call it what it is.
It's literally a fourth amendment rape, right?
And it's through all of my things.
It's all myself.
They go through everything.
My neck, my arms, they pat down like inside of my belt, wait, you know, waistline.
I mean, everywhere.
And they always ask you, you want to do this in private?
I'm like, no, I want the public to see this absolute lawlessness.
And I want witnesses to see how you're violating my Fourth Amendment, sir or ma'am.
Well, it's usually sir, the one that ends up feeling me up.
And then so, after that, when I go to the gate, at the gate, they'll deploy 9 to 12 other TSA agents to do the same thing at the gate.
And then the last couple of flights... What if you identified as bi or trans, would they then have a bi or trans pat you down?
Because if you're a guy, if you identify as a guy, they have a guy, if you identify as a girl... Ann VanderSteel actually did that on one occasion, because she was also on this political list.
So Ann VanderSteel said that I identify as a man, so I want a man to feel me out.
Please, fondle me, is basically what she said.
And they did.
And they did.
What if you said, I'm pan, and so, um, for the first 20 seconds I'm a guy, but then I'm gonna switch to a girl, and then... No, no, every, every half a second.
They would need to really line up.
Every half a second.
Yeah, they have to line up all the parts.
Next time, I'm gonna, to make it easier for them, Brandon, I'm gonna walk in there with just a G-string on backwards with no luggage, no carry-on, okay?
And then I'm gonna tell them every half a second, I identify as something different.
And then you have to run get someone that would qualify for screening you then.
Oh, sorry.
Oh, we got to stop there.
You didn't finish your screening in the half second that I allotted to you because that's what I self-identify as.
Because it's fluid.
You're fluid.
Yeah, exactly.
Always evolving.
Constantly.
And then every millisecond, I'm going to change it.
Sorry, you're too slow.
You're gonna have to get an AI system to feel me up.
That's so fast that I don't even notice it.
This is literally how ridiculous this is.
It's laughable and I just embarrass them.
The absurdity of what they're doing.
On one occasion when I flew out of Dulles Airport, the guy that was checking my things was literally shaking.
I don't want you to make a mistake just like your fellow executive branch colleagues did when they murdered Roseanne Boylan and Ashley Babbitt.
So I'm going to take a step back so that you just kind of calm down while you look through my things, okay?
And I have my hands behind my back taking the most docile stance ever, but obviously psychologically I'm just owning them, right?
Just like you said in the beginning of the show, you know, when we let them do this, like there's a way, like physically they have, you know, they can overpower me, but psychologically it's just, I dominate them so much psychologically that sometimes I have to kind of constrain myself and say, you know, these are just like low level apparatchiks as they call it in the communist union, right?
With the commies.
Just low level bureaucrats.
And so you just want to be like, all right, I'm not going to, I'm just going to kind of be docile as they kind of tone it down because they don't know what they're dealing with, right?
So what's the next clip?
Next clip.
Actually, let's show it.
The TSA guy?
It's a picture.
TSA guy.
So I'm just literally, that picture right there?
Yeah.
I'm not zooming in or anything.
That's how far away I'm sitting from him while I'm just breathing down his neck.
And so you asked him to get you off this list.
How did he respond?
You said it was a 10 minute conversation.
How did he respond?
So I talked to him and I talked to his staffer.
I'm going to follow up with a staffer.
He basically deflected it and said I showed him the email to his credit.
I mean, we had a conversation.
It was nice and cordial.
He basically looked at it and said, you know, that's an email.
The bottom is a CPP.
Maybe they took you off global entry because in essence, they can do it on an international scale.
But for domestic travel, that's not It's an anomalous event.
So what he said was because they pulled you off of global entry, the database links it to your TSA pre.
And so you just need to reapply to TSA pre and that should clear it up.
I'll hold them.
I said, OK, I don't really buy that, but I will attempt to do that.
But just at a common courtesy to you, just just know that Dan Bishop, Congressman Bishop from North Carolina, Chairs the subcommittee on oversight for the Homeland Security Committee because I feel this is a political targeting.
We're going to address this at the political level as well.
So you're going to you're going to squirm through that particular subcommittee and we'll see if we're we'll see about how much funding you're going to get.
Uh, for fiscal year 24 because of the activity that you're doing to me and people that are in my position.
So we'll see.
I mean, we'll flex as much as we can.
When you say people in your position, you're talking about any of the patriots that are calling out or questioning, just like we're going to report tonight about a guy who did a meme, a funny meme about Hillary Clinton and voting.
He's been convicted and can go to jail for 10 years.
So this is where we're going.
If the government, if we don't get control of this out of control, rogue government, there'll be a lot more people going to jail.
And I will say this, on a positive note, the House is, they're, they're stepping things up.
I'm impressed.
Now, is it because we're constantly in their face?
Me, Mickey Witthoff, Tommy Tatum's of the world, Gary McBride, a lot of these, you know, J6 are community patriots and supporters.
I think that's having a massive consequence.
And I'm going to get into it real quick, because I know you're looking at your watch.
We've got to keep rolling.
So that's the, you know, we hit that, we AG, we hit Mayorkas, we hit the TSA administrator.
Uh, actually no, we didn't even get into the acting faux Attorney General.
Let's go to that next.
Let's play clip one of me, uh, introducing myself to Attorney General Garland.
Oh, wow.
Acting faux, of course, Attorney General Garland.
All right.
No, no, this isn't the one.
That's not the one?
So this would be clip number five.
Five, okay.
You're gonna have to can your head to the side.
Look at you, wow!
Wow, look at you, got a nice handshake.
Look at you, wow.
Wow, look at you, you got a nice handshake.
You can put that on your wall at home.
So basically, as he was sitting down, he shook a couple of the members of Congress' hands.
This is a subcommittee on determining the budget for the Department of Justice for the next fiscal year.
And as he's about to sit down, by the way, the guy that sits right in front of me is his security guard.
Right.
And I just approached, you know, I said, you saw it right there.
And I said, hey, I'd like to introduce myself, Ivan Raklin.
And why do you got to continue to investigate me and folks like myself, I think is what I said.
And what did he say?
And then he's like, no, no, you can see, watch his verbal, watch his facial expression after I say my name.
I think you'll be able to.
Oh, you think he knows your name?
Watch his face.
He's like, no, no, no.
He didn't want to talk to me.
So you think he actually knows your name?
I don't know.
I mean, he didn't want to engage with me as soon as, as soon as I kind of like said my name.
And then I said, Hey, why you got to like, I think I said, why do you got to harass me and investigate me all the time?
And that's when he said, he's like, no, no, I don't want any of that.
And so I sat down respectfully, you know, I don't know what he likes and doesn't like.
I just kind of want to convey my first amendment.
In that short period of time when I'm allowed to engage with the, you know, I'm following all the rules, procedures within the House, being respectful of everything that they've laid out.
I get to give credit to the Speaker.
He did open up the House for us to be able to actually do this.
So I got to give credit where credit is due.
And who is the gentleman to the far right that seemed actually glad to see you?
Who was that?
Oh, just some random guy.
Actually, he was one of the, remember the Japanese gentleman that I interviewed at CPAC?
I don't know if you caught that.
No, I don't think I did.
His interpreter, who is local here in DC, that was him.
So he remembers me and he's been asking to provide him the copy of that interview and
it's not on Lindell TV so I'm going to somehow request Mr.
Producer to provide that.
We'll find it.
So what about Garland number two?
This is when he's out in the hallway.
Oh wow.
You just keep going back for seconds with all these guys, alright?
I gotta follow up because I forgot to give him something.
Okay, alright, here we go.
You can roll it, Logan.
You can roll it.
Mr. Attorney General, can I provide you a copy of the Biden criminal syndicate laptop report?
Oh, wow.
And his security guard at that point was like, yeah, this guy's gonna mess with the Attorney General.
But obviously, like, I'm not, you know, you can see there, I'm not- So when did he come and stand in front of you?
At what point did he say, I'm gonna come and stand in front of you?
I was a few seconds before that because the U.S.
Capitol Police officer kind of like communicated with them because they thought I was going to cause a scene and an issue.
And that U.S.
Capitol Police officer, who I've interacted with over the last few weeks that I've been there, he just said, hey, can I run your name?
I'm like, absolutely.
I got nothing to hide.
I mean, take a look.
And it was more, he said, so that people would know who I was, that I'm not like, I've been following the rules, so there's no reason to to consider me suspicious, even though a lot of people have
been calling in that suspicious Ivan Raiklin is in the hallways. Because they realize I talk to
a lot of the members of Congress, and they know that they know me. So they're like, that's
just Ivan. He's an enthusiast, is what they call me. You say people are calling in that
there's a suspicious character roaming the halls? That's what that US Capitol Police officer said.
And I don't want to throw him under the bus.
He's been very polite, professional.
I have no issues at all with that gentleman.
He's okay.
But yeah, he's just trying to address and alleviate to let other Capitol police officers know that it's just me, like with my description, he's, he's going to be attending a lot, pretty much everywhere.
And he's going to literally always be up at the line, but never cross it.
Right.
So you're up there being a citizen patriot and trying to ask polite, respectful questions of these folks and dialogue with them.
You just want to dialogue, right?
Absolutely.
Well, I wanted to give them the copy of Garrett Ziegler's Hunter Biden laptop report.
That was the 650-pager.
Well, do you know who I'm about to have on?
I'm about to have on Clint and Jennifer Lancaster, who were involved with some of this stuff related to Hunter Biden.
Before you do, I have to hit this one.
Play the first clip.
Remember the so-called Congresswoman Plastic that went crazy at the Weaponization Committee hearing?
If not, you gotta play this.
Roll it.
I have exclusive footage.
So that right there is the so-called Congresswoman Plastic becoming, she's just losing her cool.
And I basically called it this.
This unhinged and deranged lunatic must be expelled before she follows in Michael Byrd's and Lila Morris's footsteps and murders someone on the Capitol ground.
Basically, this is called the so-called representative plastic commits an assault and attempted battery on another member of Congress during the weaponization hearing.
This is grounds for expulsion from this committee, followed by mental health examination, censure, and expulsion from Congress.
Afterwards, go ahead and charge her with false statements, attempted censorship of witness, weaponizing the Capitol Police to intimidate members of the public, and then making false statements to the U.S.
Capitol Police.
And I'm going to prove that with the following two short clips.
All right.
Two short clips.
Here we go.
Which one?
Call them out, Ivan.
Two.
Number two.
Number two.
All right.
request. Gentlemen from Louisiana's recognized. Mr.
Chairman I have a unanimous consent request.
Gentlemen from Louisiana's recognized. Seeking unanimous consent to enter into the record a
letter dated January 12, 2021 by Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry where he decries
all political violence and calls for an end to that and uh ask for respect for all political
viewpoints. Without objection. Another thing we can examine because he's not here.
You can examine it, it's a document.
No, examine him for what he wrote and the intent behind what he said.
I would just point out that that's unanimous consent for documents and we got the document right here.
Mr. Chairman, I would ask unanimous consent.
The chair now recognizes Ms.
Washerman.
I have a unanimous consent request, Mr. Chairman.
So we got her on all angles.
That was the C-SPAN footage.
And then you had my footage.
And then watch what she does in the hallway.
A person from the public asks her, are you always that classy by shoving the papers in members of Congress's face?
And she looks back with a mean face, as always, and then immediately calls the Capitol Police to weaponize them to try to censor that individual from entering the room after the break.
Watch.
Watch this.
Do you normally keep it classy like that with them on papers at a committee hearing?
You do?
Always?
Well, we can't tell.
Do you normally keep it classy like that with them on papers at a committee hearing?
You do?
Always?
Well, we can't tell.
You always keep it classy like that?
Always.
She needs to be expelled.
Jim Jordan needs to expel her off that committee.
As we conclude here, we are seeing a lack of decorum and manners that we have never seen in our country.
Our elected officials never used to act this way.
Publicly, they generally did not act this way.
It just didn't happen.
They didn't behave this way.
There has been a... Right.
I should be infuriated with the three people that I confronted, right?
Based on what they're, you know, they're doing to me.
Was I expressing and exhibiting decorum?
No.
No, you were not hostile.
You were not hostile.
Right.
And so why can't they do the same?
And you know why?
Because she was angry and triggered because guess who owned that entire room of the public in that backseat?
You.
It was all the J6ers with all of them wearing Ashley Babbitt was murdered t-shirts.
Oh my.
And we were looking directly at her.
Wow.
That was the pressure campaign that we're able to provide within the limited role that, you know, we have rules that we can do it by.
And so, as we conclude, what would be the headline of tonight's segment?
What would you, what's the, what's the tagline of tonight's head segment you want people to go away with?
The panic going on amongst the Democrats is because of the escalating... I'm trying to think of this.
We're basically in their faces now that the Congress is open.
So the Patriots are holding elected officials accountable?
Yep.
I would say that that's one component of why they went ahead and indicted Trump, because we are increasing our pressure on them with the number of lumens that were shining on them, with exposing all of their lawless activity.
Wow.
All right.
I gotta jump, because I got so much to go.
One trillion lumens shined on the deep state.
That's the headline.
Absolutely.
Thank you, as always, Ivan.
Go take a nap.
Oh, I can't swear on the show!
For those who don't know, I was about to have my show the other night and he fell asleep and slept right through my show.
All right, I'm not going to let him live it down.
Thank you, Ivan.
All right, joining me now is a brand new guest we've never had with us before.
Clint, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Thank you, Brandon.
Thanks for having me.
Tell our audience who you are.
Let's get a background since this is your first time and what you've been up to.
Okay, sure.
My name is Clint Lancaster.
I am an attorney from Arkansas.
I'm also a lobbyist.
I am in Wisconsin in 2020.
My wife and I went up there for the recount in Madison, and we joined President Trump's legal team under Jim Troupas and stayed with it all the way to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
A few years ago, I went back to Wisconsin and represented Justice Michael Gableman in his role as the special counsel.
where I had the privilege of suing the mayors of the five largest cities in Wisconsin as well as
most of the members of the Wisconsin Election Commission.
Prior to that, my wife and I both successfully sued Hunter Biden for child support in
Arkansas. Wow, you have been a busy, busy guy.
That's right.
Yes, very much so.
All right.
Give me some bullet points.
I want to get you on for a longer interview, but give me some bullet points.
What is happening in Wisconsin?
We have a huge audience in Wisconsin.
What's been going on in Wisconsin?
Where is that going?
Or is that state going to be lost?
Are we making a headway there?
Well, we were making a really good headway in Wisconsin when Justice Gableman was still the special counsel.
We had just uncovered a ballot harvesting app that had been used with free poll book data that no one else could get and given to third parties, and they targeted only Biden-specific voters.
So that's the big deal, but the investigation got shut down by the Speaker of the Assembly.
And so I don't know a whole lot about what's going on now because once he shut it down, I was gone up there.
But we've been working in Arkansas on paper ballots and we have some pretty good progress.
Excellent.
All right.
Tell me about Hunter Biden and laptop in Arkansas.
I mean, Hunter Biden lawsuit in Arkansas.
What were you doing there?
So, uh, I believe it was, uh, 2020, early 2020, maybe no late 2019.
Uh, I got, I was retained to represent a woman who had a baby with Hunter Biden.
And, uh, she was from Arkansas.
She had been in the DC area.
And so we ended up filing a lawsuit for child support, um, found Hunter out on the West coast, uh, right off of Sunset Boulevard, the same apartment that is pictured in the New Yorker magazine.
Where he was talking about his recent sobriety.
Served him there.
Got discovery.
Went through child support.
Got child support set.
And then just here, probably six months ago, he decided that he was paying too much in child support.
And so he has filed a motion to reduce his child support obligation.
And that is pending again here in Arkansas.
Have you been able to see his finances?
To know what his finances look like?
To gauge the child support?
Yes, sir.
What kind of money is the guy bringing in?
Well, you know, the judge in the case has sealed that information and I tell everybody I am much too good looking to go to jail.
All right.
I hear that.
All right.
So what is this?
Is this the child that he didn't want using his last name?
That's correct.
We filed a motion to give the child the last name.
And so he is using the Biden last name.
Well, it's a girl.
And no, she's not at the moment.
We're asking the judge to legally change her name.
Okay.
To Biden.
To Biden.
I followed a motion to this effect, Brandon.
The Biden name, if you didn't know, is synonymous with getting great gigs on boards in foreign countries.
You get into really good law schools like Yale, the fly on Air Force Two.
Now you can hang out in the White House.
I mean, the Biden name has additional- It opens doors.
Well, her father is now a famous artist, and so that's even more reason.
Yeah, it opens doors.
That name opens doors and brings gigs that others wouldn't get, so why would you want to deprive this poor little girl of all the advantages that name brings, right?
Exactly.
Yeah.
You're an attorney, so tell me what you make of what's going on.
We're about to have Joe Hoff.
Guys, let me know when we got Joe, please.
Joe Hoff is gonna be here.
We're gonna talk about a few stories, but one of them is we got a guy that the Gateway Fund is reporting about tonight that has just been found guilty for doing a meme and a joke about Hillary and voting, and this poor guy could go to jail for 10 years.
We're watching what's happening to President Trump.
As an attorney, what do you make of what's happening in our legal system in America?
Well, you know, I tell everybody the best thing that left Arkansas that heads out of Arkansas were the Clintons.
And so we're glad they're not here.
But I think there is a double standard.
I mean, Bill Clinton had paid off somebody over a sexual affair allegation.
There's just rampant Things that are said that are never investigated, but you give it to a conservative and it's off with your head.
And I think that this guy who's being with this mean deal, where is this going to end?
Where are we going to stop suppressing people's free speech?
If we don't have the right to speak out about the government and the people who have been in government, well, we just need to stop now and just appoint people, stop holding elections, nationalize every business, and just quit pretending like we're free and capitalists.
Yeah, absolutely.
It's really starting to feel like a communist country in a kangaroo court and judicial system.
I mean, the way they're weaponizing the law, right?
I think so.
I think so.
I see preferential treatment, and I see preferential prosecutions, and so I don't believe the playing field is level.
And that's scary, because this is supposed to be the land of the free.
And if we can't... You know, the left talks about equality all the time, but they don't want to talk about equality in every single aspect, just the ones that benefit them.
Only those who fit their political ideology.
That's right.
If you don't look like me and act like me, then you're not going to be equal.
We're going to actually suppress you.
Yeah.
And dehumanize you and steal your civil liberties.
That's right.
So we'll have you back because I want to get more into what you've been doing with Judge Gableman and what's going on in Wisconsin.
So, but in the meantime, give a website where people could find out more about you and what you've been doing.
Yes, it's www.TheLancasterLawFirm.com.
T-H-E LancasterLawFirm.com.
You can see some of the bills that we have sent through the Arkansas legislature.
We have one out of committee that's going to give people the right to vote on a paper ballot in every county in Arkansas.
OK, now you know that's near and dear to Mike's heart.
And so we had, what was it, Senator Hammer?
Kim Hammer?
Yes.
What did his bill, did it pass?
SB 250 did pass, but, and I know that Senator Hammer has gotten, uh, you know, he's been talked about on this show.
I've known Kim Hammer for about 12 years now, and I'll tell you, he sponsored another bill, uh, that gets watermarked ballots, uh, that requires those ballots to be counted by hand.
Uh, so the SB 250 is not the be-all end-all.
This bill that's coming through the House committee that's sponsored by Senator Hammer In the Senate is going to make paper ballots a lot more secure.
So are you saying he's actually going to help us now?
Well, that's what that's what appears the I can tell you the bill is.
Give me a second.
I'll pull this up.
Let's see.
It's a house bill.
Where did it go?
Well, it was around here somewhere.
It's one of the House bills.
And it does do a unique watermark.
It's placed on the ballot.
It's going to be moved for each different election.
It's not going to require tabulation through an electronic tabulator if there's 5,000 or fewer votes.
So smaller races will not have to be tabulated.
Why is he willing to help all of a sudden?
I have always known Senator Hammer to be an election integrity enthusiast.
And I do believe that Senator Hammer has, even if he went about it perhaps in a way that a lot of people didn't like, he does have election integrity at his heart.
And that's on his heart.
And having heard from the people that this is what they want, this late bill is coming through session.
And if it gets out of committee, it's headed to the House.
And then it's headed to the Senate.
And if it's got his name on it in the Senate, and it's an election bill, it's going to go to the governor.
So you're saying he might actually help us?
That's correct.
Wow.
We're going to follow up on this.
TheLancasterLawFirm.com.
TheLancasterLawFirm.com.
We'll be having you back.
Thank you so much, Clint.
Thank you.
You have a great night.
You too.
Check out his website, folks.
TheLancasterLawFirm.com.
All right.
Joining me now is Joe Hoft with The Gateway Pundit and JoeHoft.com.
Joe, thanks for joining us on a Friday night.
Thank you, sir.
Yeah, thanks.
It's great being here.
You've got some stories over at joehoff.com.
I linked one tonight over on worldviewreport.com, and it is related to, well, let me see which one it is.
I added so many tonight.
I'm just going to go to joehoff.com.
Let me just go to joehoff.com because you had one in particular I linked to.
Oh, here it is right here.
This is what happens when you allow bad actors to steal elections.
Tell me about this article before we get into another story.
Yeah, that was my main point.
I actually received a nice compliment from somebody on the Trump team, too.
So you think alike with the Trump team there, Brandon.
So way to go.
Thank you.
My point was, you know, after last night, I went down to Mar-a-Lago, by the way, last night.
I was down there.
I did, and there were people there, and there were news crews, and, you know, it was a dark night.
Again, I went down there the night that they raided the President's home, too, In a criminal act by the FBI.
And then again last night.
So, so when I came back, you know, you start thinking about what's going on with this country.
Well, it really comes down to our election process.
We, we allowed these guys to steal this election.
We allowed Barack Obama to continue to do things while he was president that were just so detrimental to this, to this country.
We brought in a president who said he was going to clean up the swamp, but they were on top of him before he could even move.
And, um, and then, uh, the Mueller gang, all the, you know, that we had the impeachments, the impeachment to January 6th, the stolen election.
And, uh, but I think my key point is it comes down to our elections.
If we don't, if we don't win these elections, we cannot make changes.
And, uh, these people are animals and they're going to do whatever they want.
And they're going to, and, and this is where they're at.
I mean, Jim had an article similar at the gateway pundit where he says, That it's, you know, Rush Limbaugh shared this in October of 2020, that this is, he was saying, these guys are done with elections.
They are so done.
And that was the thing I pointed out, too, in my post.
It's like, nobody's voting for this.
Nobody's voting for, you know, CRT or an Afghanistan withdrawal like Biden did, giving billions to the Taliban.
Nobody's behind high inflation, a slowing economy.
Massive credit card debt, a loss of a trillion dollars in net worth last year alone.
Just economically, this country's failing.
Massive debt by the Biden regime.
Nobody's voting for that.
Nobody's voting for the open border and people coming in that are of military age that keep crossing that border.
And we have no idea who they are.
We're the only country in the world that I'm aware of that does that.
It's just amazing what's going on with these guys.
Nobody's voting for this.
But the reason that they're so bold, and that they do things like this in broad daylight, and that they indict a president of the United States after putting him through two sham Impeachments, one, because he dared to ask Ukraine about Joe Biden and their corrupt acts there.
The reason they're doing this, the reason they're not going after the Bidens or Hillary or Comey or Mueller or Weissman, none of these people, the reason all these people are still walking free and the reason Trump supporters are being attacked is because they know that they can win the next election.
And it's not winning outright, it's they can steal it.
And so that's what they act like.
They act like they know they can steal the election.
And so they're, you know, this is what you do when you know.
This is what the communists did under Stalin.
They stole the election, stole the second one, stole the third, fourth one.
Pretty soon people stopped voting.
It didn't matter.
And then it was over.
And pretty soon they start rounding guys like you and me up and throwing us in jail, in prison.
Absolutely.
And we're seeing that today.
Shocking stuff!
I want to go to this right now.
Look at this headline from the Gateway Pundit.
The other article is at JoeHoff.com.
This is at the Gateway Pundit.
He works over there too.
Pro-Trump meme maker Douglas Mackey, Ricky Vaughn, found guilty of trolling Hillary Clinton during 2016 election, faces 10 years in prison.
Apparently the federal government is rejoicing in that on their Twitter feed tonight.
Explain to our audience what this man, what his great crime is.
It would be 10 years in prison.
Yeah, so it's just so outrageous.
This is the kind of stuff that, yeah, you do this when you don't care about the rule of law.
And look back, Obama never cared about the rule of law.
Sanctuary cities, open border, everything.
He didn't care about anything.
Billions to Iran.
And this guy, this poor guy, all he did is he had a Twitter account.
And he was pretty effective.
He was pretty funny.
Some of these guys are really clever and funny.
And he said Ricky Vaughn.
And he had great, great, a lot of tweets and really, you know, impactful tweets.
So they targeted him.
He did a tweet before the 2016 election where he says, go out and vote on Wednesday.
Text this and avoid long crowds.
And so the FBI and DOJ now, what, what?
Attempting to deprive individuals from exercising their sacred right to vote for the candidate of their choice.
That's what he was charged with.
But what about all the voter fraud?
What about all the voter fraud and all the others?
Oh, no, no.
Let me show you this.
I'm going to put this in front of my screen.
This is this exact same tweet.
And it was put up by a Democrat, and it's still out there, still out there, she put it up at the same time, this Democrat, and she is free.
So it's not about the tweet.
And why was the Democrat doing it?
Was she going for Bernie Sanders or something?
No, she said the same thing, inciting Republicans to go out and vote.
And, you know, vote via text message, you know, rather than trying to trick people.
So she did the same thing.
She did the same thing.
But it was a joke.
Yeah, she did the same thing.
It's really kind of a joke.
I mean, if you're going to believe that, you're pretty dumb.
And then the DOJ is saying 4,200 people, you know, voted this way and didn't know.
You know, where do they come up with these numbers even?
I mean, it is such garbage what these people are doing.
And you talk about, you know, a free and fair You know, DOJ, it's just not there.
This lady did the same thing.
Same thing.
Same tweet.
That's the thing a lot of people don't know.
And what this shows us is that they can just write the laws, make the rulings.
They can show up on your doorstep or mine and arrest any of us tomorrow for whatever charge they want.
What is the old saying?
Show me the man and I'll show you the crime.
Absolutely.
That's exactly what's going on now.
Do you think the American people are going to tolerate this?
Or do you think at some point the American people and the states are going to say, we have a right under the federal constitution to deal with you and the Declaration of Independence.
After a long train of abuses, we have the right to alter or abolish the federal government.
I, um, uh, I, you know, I, we, we have to, I mean, our children are going to be behind, you know, they're going to, And the sick things that these people could do with the modern technology.
It's unimaginable what they could do.
Well, if you go to digital currency, they could starve us all out, make us not be able to pay our mortgages, our gas bill, our car bill.
I mean, they could make us lose everything.
Well, yeah.
Sinister stuff.
Think about evil and how evil man can be at times.
These people In the future, this is why it's so important to have a free and fair election.
There's the technology of today to put people away for a thousand years.
I mean, it could be a thousand years before anybody would be able to overcome this.
And I don't know how.
We have to stand up now.
This is to me, I was thinking today, and I heard Mike Lindell on Bannon this morning.
He was brilliant and very, very Christian.
And that should be our approach.
But I'm sitting here thinking, I think we're a communist nation now.
I think if they can do this, if they can do this, if they can do this to Ricky Vaughn, an innocent guy who put up a tweet and they're going to, you know, and now eligible for 10 years in prison.
There was a, there's another, uh, these January 6th, there was a grandmother that was indicted today because she took her elderly mother and walked her through the Capitol on January 6th and walked her out.
And she's now been indicted.
For God knows what charges, probably facing three to four years in prison.
This is insanity.
I still to this day say, nobody trespassed that day.
Not if the cops are opening the door for you and allowing you in.
Not if they open the doors from the inside and allow people in.
Not when you see all the videotape that Tucker was able to show for one day only.
No, this is a communist regime.
They're stealing from us.
They're lying to us.
They're, they're killing us.
We have four dead Trump supporters on January 6th, and now they've indicted our president.
They've indicted other innocent people, anybody near them.
This is a communist regime and we need to, and I think that's the first step.
The first step in recovery is understand your problem.
And if you're walking into a room with these people and you're shaking hands and treating them like, you know, good people of integrity, you've already lost.
People are not.
These are not.
These are not people that care about our country.
And I think I heard somebody else say that today.
These people don't like America.
They are Marxist.
They hate this country.
They're not the Democrats of the old.
They are not the people that are, you know, that we're we just don't like your policy.
Let's see.
We like we like our solution better.
That's not it.
They don't like they don't like Any of this.
They don't like us.
They don't like our system.
They want us gone.
And their biggest fear, too, is Trump.
They hate that guy.
He's more than a symbol.
He's a guy that's... They're so after him because they know this is the guy that can stop him.
He already has wants.
And they can't let that happen again.
And that's why they're after him.
And quite frankly, think about it, Brandon.
They brought up this impeachment, and then they impeached him.
And they brought up a second one, and then they impeached him.
And then they stole an election.
These people are going to bring him into that courtroom, and I believe it, right now, unless some miracle from God happens, they're going to indict him.
They may even throw him behind bars.
And it's going to be the first of several.
They're going to go after him in Georgia and several other places.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And they're all they're all bogus.
You listen to these attorneys that are experts like Mike Davis.
This is an absolute insanity.
And I still and here's last night on MSNBC.
You had Andrew Weissman talking about the rule of law.
I believe he probably is involved with this because he's the guy that has co-mingled two laws together in the past and in an effort to get Trump in an effort to take down Enron
in an effort to send Arthur Anderson into the ash heap of corporations. He's got 85,000 jobs
same guy and they have him on by the leader of the Mueller gang
on MSNBC talking about the rule of law he's you know it's it's just you just sit back and your jaw
drops every day you just can't believe what's going on
these people don't they don't love America they don't love us
They should know.
Absolutely.
It is over.
because it's really, really dark times.
And there's one answer, Brandon.
Well, other than God, we got to win the next election.
Absolutely.
We've got to give all our resources to it.
If we can't win that, it's over.
It is over, yeah.
And we can win it.
We're going to win it.
We can't let them steal it.
That's exactly right.
