One of the things I'll tell you right now, the big thing tomorrow, I don't know, we could go to the, for the president's news first, I guess, Brandon, but why don't we do that?

I said you bet a lot of people ask you about Don.
Well a lot of people are asking us, they're all, a lot of them are wanting to know what you think of it.
They're texting, emailing, they're hoping that you'll tell us what you think about what's happening with this DA in New York picking up an old dead case that even Mueller, the prosecutor Mueller, rejected to pick up.
Weren't sure about the honesty of Cohen according to the reports I'm reading.
They weren't sure the guy's even telling the truth and didn't want to pick up the case and apparently What they're accusing President Trump of doing.
Hillary last week made some kind of deal and she's just paying a fine.
And yet they're threatening to arrest Trump.
Right.
Well, you know, all I know is this.
You know, it's attack after attack after attack.
If they arrest our real president, Donald Trump, you just see they've overplayed their hand again.
He wins hands down the 2024 election, and that's probably in spite of all the machines, if there's any left, okay?
But, you know, just like when the FBI was weaponized against him and they raided Mar-a-Lago, what happened?
He went up 10 points in the polls, you know?
And so, you know, evil overplays his hand all the time.
These DAs that are bought and sold by George Soros and bringing up a, you know, I don't even know, is it a campaign violation?
What are they trying to say?
It's just disgusting.
I know one thing, I've seen old Trojan horse DeSantis today.

You know, when you sit down and you meet with Libby Locke, the Dominion lawyers, about a
month ago, everybody, and you sit there, which we have that tape, too, I believe we could
I don't know if we have that or not, but he sat with four lawyers, everybody, and the Dominion Libby Locke one included, and they were meeting to make it easier to go It's an individuals for deplomation.
They want to make it easier.
You know, and it's funny.
I was talking to my mother who lives in Florida.
She says, well, Mike, I really like the Sanchez.
I said, Mom, he's sitting with the lawyers, colluding, suing your son and my pillow.
I mean, how disgusting is this guy sitting with Libby Locke doing that?
And by the way, Libby Locke also, she went on the board of and a little bit of a question I've got this is a little

Well, and look at how he's got truth behind him, like President Trump's true social.
He's disgusting.
It's like a jab to not only President Trump, but also to anyone that's ever been sued by Libby Locke.
Remember, Claire Locke is the company that's suing.
They've sued or sent threatening letters to over 200 individuals and companies across our country.
Shame on you, Trojan Horse Ron.
You know, it's just disgusting.
And by the way, everybody, and this is a good one for the media now.
Let me tell you about our machines in this country.
So everyone knows now what cast vote records do.
Cast vote records, you can get them under the Freedom of Information Act, and you all keep getting them out there, everybody.
We've got about a fourth of the 2020 election, or 2022 election.
We have over a third from the 2020 election.
Well, you guys, these come right from the Secretary of State, right from the counties, fresh out of the machines.
And when they come out of the machines, it's the order that the votes were cast.
So in a normal election, they're all random, okay?
Well, in a computerized algorithm election, you see the pattern.
And it's a duplicated pattern across our country.
You know, same pattern, maybe different state, a little bit different pattern, but it's computer generated.
Now we found spots, Brandon, in the 2022 election, we found at least five counties Of all the cast vote records we have, we did find five where there was no computer manipulation.
You know where all five of those counties were, including Miami-Dade County?
Well, I just gave it away.
Yeah, you say Florida?
Florida.
So in the 2022 election, there was no computer manipulation that we have found in Miami-Dade County or in the state of Florida.
So why, gee, Ron DeSantis wins by 11% Miami-Dade County?
What that tells everybody is two things.
One is, you take out the machine crime in our country and the whole country is redder than red.
It's like redder than Ronald Reagan.
It's like 75% red.
Big cities are red.
My home state of Minnesota is red.
Many, many, many states and big cities are red if you take out the machine crime, the machine fraud.
Now, why did they not cheat down there in Florida for Ron DeSantis?
I don't know.
You know, we do know that he met with too many lawyers, trying to make it easier to sue people if they badmouth the machines.
We do know he did that.
We do know that when my team met with him, as soon as we brought up machine stole, Ron, Trojan Horse Ron, he left the room.
He's out of there.
Okay?
We also know that Ron DeSantis By him winning that big, it makes it look good for the machine companies going, look, if you're a good Republican, look it, you too can win.
You can win your state and overwhelmingly win.
It made the candidates that they did steal the election from look bad.
You know, oh, why didn't they win over there?
It was such a deviation, Brandon.
The state of Florida, Miami-Dade County is all red.
Well, now we know the answer why.
They can't deny this.
You guys, when cast vote records are put up, and we've had Jeff O'Donnell on many times, you either have computer manipulation or you don't.
Well, let me tell you about cast vote records, everybody.
And it's going to happen tomorrow in Arizona with the Supreme Court of Arizona.
Tomorrow, the decision is going to be made on whether or not Cary Lake, which has been appealed once and now appealed to the Supreme Court of Arizona, Her case, whether they accept the case or not, to look at it.
It is the most solid case ever put forth, I believe, of any crime ever committed in our country's history.
It broke laws in Arizona over and over.
But one of the things they did, Brandon, is do you know the crooked Maricopa County officials scrambled the cast vote records?
In other words, you took them two days after the election, they take them and scramble them, so now you can't see the manipulation, it's completely randomized.
Now why would you do that, Brandon?
Covering up a crime, maybe?
Maybe, yeah.
Well anyway, here's the evidence real quick in Maricopa County.
They disregarded Arizona law.
They did no logic and accuracy testing.
That's against the constitution, the laws of Arizona, probably against every state law too in this country, every other state law.
The machines, you guys, did not work in 62% of the vote centers in Maricopa County and mostly Republican, if not all Republican areas where they were going to vote.
That meant every 30 minutes.
Starting at 6 a.m.
in the morning to 8 p.m.
Arizona time, every 30 minutes over 7,000 times ballots were rejected by the tabulators.
Now, you guys, this is impossible unless all the computers were manipulated, of which they were.
To not accept the 20-inch ballot, they turned the setting to a 19-inch.
They rigged all of those machines on the front end because they knew people were going to vote same-day voting and it's harder to cheat on same day because you don't have all these dirty voter rolls to pull from.
Now, you think of that, everybody, So what they did, what do you do if you're the bad guys?
Well, let's just shut down the machines so they don't set ballots and they put the ballot in the box and then they become basically mail-in votes.
What happened then, Brandon, is there's no chain of custody.
They disregarded the chain of custody and more than 35,000 ballots were injected by a company called Runbeck Which is a third-party corrupt processing vendor for Arizona, for Maricopa County.
Now there's no explanation as to why 35,000 ballots were injected, but whistleblowers testified under oath that this is what they did.
They have a whistleblower, Brandon, that works for, that works at Ronbeck.
Now I'm going to tell you another thing, everybody.
This is so blatant.
The drop boxes throughout Maricopa County, they get collected up and they get trucked to the MTEC Center.
Okay?
When they get there, the law says they have to count all the ballots as soon as they open the seal.
As soon as they crack the seal, they gotta get a count.
Before they even bring them in, as they bring them in the building.
Well, they didn't do that.
They said, you know what, we're going to break the law.
We've broken enough laws.
I guess if you break, there's a certain point, you know, where they say two wrongs don't make a right.
Well, down there in Arizona, they must believe that if you do, if you break 10 laws, it's okay.
You know, it all becomes, just keep breaking the laws because no one's going to do anything anyway.
We know our judges are just going to do nothing.
We've got them in the back pockets.
But you know, that's why we have to pray tomorrow.
That the Supreme Court of Arizona, that those judges are brave, that they take this case and they look at the stuff and they make a ruling.
Now here's the ruling, Brandon.
There's two things that happen.
The first thing, under the laws of Arizona, You set aside the election in Maricopa.
It does not count.
That's written right there.
These judges, when they look at this, they don't even have to think.
Let's see, if you break this law, here's what you gotta do.
You broke the law, and actually you broke 10 of them, and under the law, oh, I know, okay, we rule, as a group, we rule to set aside the election in Maricopa County.
The election does not count for this county, and The rest of the state voted for Carrie Lake.
Carrie Lake, you're the governor of Arizona.
Now, but we gave them another out.
Carrie Lake asked for a new election in Maricopa that would be run by a court appointed special master and not the corrupt Maricopa officials.
So we've even given the Supreme Court an out, even though that they're supposed to just say, here's what you did and here's what we're supposed to do.
But we gave him another option because you know what?
I guess that would be actually fair that all the people of Maricopa County would finally righteously get to see their vote mattered.
Right?
Right?
You know, this is what this is where we're at.
And this is what's going to have to happen.
We need to pray that those judges accept that case tomorrow.
And, uh, and then, um, And that they rule right away?
Let's get, you know, Carrie Lake's the governor of Arizona.
There's no getting around it.
She won by over 250,000 votes.
Remember, everybody, the state auditor of Arizona got a quarter million more votes than Carrie Lake, the governor.
They can't explain it.
Of course we can.
Gee, or here's their explanation.
Well, you know, they might not have just liked Carrie, so they voted red on all the down ticket, including that auditor, By the way, I think I found that spot in the transcript, Mike, that I was looking for for you.
out in turn a fake governor.
So, um, anyway, it's pretty exciting there.
Um, what's going to happen tomorrow.
Um, Brandon, the, um, by the way, I've got, I think I found that spot in the

You guys, I want to talk about though, the president Trump, if
they arrest him, everybody it's over.
He wins the election.
This is disgusting.
You not only have that thing going on in New York, but now this is Fulton County.
Here, we'll show the headline.
Look at the headline at Gateway Pundit.
Breaking.
Georgia prosecutors considering RICO and conspiracy charges against Trump over his effort to challenge 2020 election.
Right.
Now, I want to tell you, everybody, I've been saying this for two years.
When our great real President Donald Trump got on the phone with the most crooked politician ever to graze our country, Brad Rassenberger, the Secretary of State of Georgia, which by the way, he cheated his own election again this last summer in the primary.
We all know that.
We've seen it happen.
He's in bed with dominion and he's quite frankly just a very evil, corrupt person.
And you can call him a rhino, but it's worse than that.
Brad Rassenberger, Yeah, it's on this call.
We're going to listen.
This was an hour long call.
If everybody remembers back then, the Washington Corrupt Post, the Washington Post leaked part of it and changed part of it to make it look like President Trump was going, um, yeah, just find any, find any numbers, find these, you know, find anything.
And we need to, I only lost by 11,000 votes, um, to overturn this.
And it's like he was, like, bribing or something.
I don't know what they tried to say he did.
But then, the whole tape got leaked.
The whole one hour's got leaked, which we're going to post it on Frank's speech here, but I want you to listen to this part, everybody, and let's roll the tape.
Okay.
Here goes the audio, guys.
Why wouldn't it be in everyone's best interest to try to get to the bottom, compare the numbers, You know, if you say, but to try to be able to get to the truth, because we don't have any way of confirming what you're telling us.
You tell us that you've had an investigation of the State Farm Arena.
I don't have any report.
I've never seen a report of investigation.
I don't know what that is.
I've been pretty involved in this.
I don't know.
And that's just one of 25 categories and it doesn't even, and as the President
said, we haven't even gotten into the Dominion issue.
That's not part of our case.
It's not part of, we just didn't feel as though we had any way to be able to develop.
No, we do have a way, but I don't want to get into it.
Exactly.
Because we have, we found a way, another state's leader, excuse me, but we don't need it because
we're only down 11,000 votes, so we don't even need it.
Right.
I personally think they're corrupt as hell.
But we don't need that.
Because all we have to do, Clayton, is find 11,000 plus votes.
So we don't need that.
I'm not looking to shake up the whole world.
We won Georgia easily.
We won it by hundreds of thousands of votes.
But if you go by basic, simple numbers, we won it easily.
Easily.
So we're not giving Dominion a pass on the record.
No, right.
Exactly.
But we just don't, you know, we don't need Dominion because we have so many other votes that we don't need to prove it any more than we already have.
Mr. President, this is Kurt Hilbert, if I might interject here for a moment.
Ryan, I would like to suggest that just four categories that have already been mentioned by the president.
Uh, that have actually hard numbers of 24,149 votes that were counted illegally.
That in and of itself is sufficient to change the results or place the outcome in doubt.
Um, we would like to just sit down with your office and we can do it through purposes of compromise and settlement, just like this phone call, just to deal with that limited category of votes.
And if you are able to establish that our numbers are not accurate, then fine.
However, we believe That they are accurate.
We've had now three to four separate experts look at these numbers.
These numbers are based upon the USPS... And certified accountants looked at them.
Correct.
And this is just based on USPS data and your own Secretary of State data.
So that's what we would entreat and ask you to do, to sit down with us in a compromise and settlement, you know, proceeding.
And actually go through the registered voter IDs and the registrations.
And if you can convince us that that 24,149 is inaccurate, then fine.
But we tend to believe that that is, you know, obviously more than 11,779.
That's sufficient to change that result entirely in and of itself.
So what would you say to that, Mr. Germany?
Kirk, I'm happy to I'll get with our lawyers and we'll set that up.
That number is not accurate and I think we can show you, for all the ones we've looked at, why it's not.
And so, if that would be helpful, I'm happy to get with our lawyers and set that up with you guys.
Well, let me ask you, Kurt.
Kurt, you think that is an accurate number?
That was based on the information given to you by the Secretary of State's Department, right?
That is correct.
That information is the minimum, most conservative data based upon the USPS data and the Secretary of State's office data that has been made publicly available.
We do not have the internal numbers from the Secretary of State, yet we have asked for it six times.
I've sent a letter over to Mr. Inouye several times requesting this information, and it's been rebuffed every single time.
So it stands to reason that if the information is not forthcoming, there's something to hide.
That's the problem that we have.
Well, that's not the case.
There are things that you guys are entitled to get, and there are things that, under law, we are not allowed to give out.
Well, you have to—well, under law, you're not allowed to give faulty election results, okay?
You're not allowed to do that, and that's what you've done.
This is a faulty election result.
And honestly, this should go very fast.
You should meet tomorrow, because you have a big election coming up, and because of what you've done today— There you go.
Yeah, you know, everybody, if you listen there, remember those numbers, those 24,000 plus votes, those ballots you guys came from, those numbers came from the Secretary of State's office publicly.
These were people that had long since passed away, didn't live in Georgia, all these other things.
And that was a very minimum number they brought to Crooked Brad.
And what did Brad tell you?
And these numbers came from Crooked Brad!
But Brad said, no, no, no, no, no, no.
We're not going to give you, they asked six times, you guys, for validation that hey, either Brad, either your numbers you're giving to the public are lies because that showed Donald Trump won.
You take the 24,000 and you minus the 11,000 and he won by whatever, the difference, just on one little thing, two little silos of people.
Out of 20, out of 25 different categories they had.
Yeah, yeah, that's just one out of 25 different categories.
Donald Trump won Georgia by over a half a million votes.
And what they're trying to do, based on that call you just heard everybody, this is what they've been trying to bring up charges and stuff in Fulton County, Georgia.
Over one of the most perfect calls in history.
They should put Brad Rasenberger in prison tomorrow.
Brad Rasenberger, this is the world we're living in.
Evil is good, good is evil, crooks are good, good people are crooked.
It's crazy.
Brad Rasenberger is the criminal here.
Brad Rasenberger, what he did to Georgia and the United States of America, When this gets through, he should be the first one behind them prison bars, the ones that say Dominion right down the side.
You know, you got a lot of other places where they have different brands like ES&S and Hart, you know, Smartmatic.
But old Brad, he's right down there in the heart of Dominion.
Remember, him and Kemp, when they buy $119 million worth of Dominion machines, and I think it was 18 or 19, and then they have the Haldeman, the curling case against Crooked Brad, And they tell you that all these Dominion machines are junk mail, and it's still going on.
They've delayed it and delayed it and delayed it, everybody.
It's disgusting!
Why don't you journalists that are watching my show write a story about Crooked Brad?
I don't get it.
Do you care that your country's going down the drain because of what these blockers, these evil people that are out there like Brad Rassenburger?

But I wanted to give you some good news, everybody.
This happened over the weekend.
I was in Arkansas, I believe it was Friday.
We did a huge event there.
A whole bunch of counties.
I was with Colonel Conrad.
He put on this event, I guess, and just amazing.
And he spoke.
And Sean Smith was there and spoke about how the machines, they gotta go.
And then I spoke.
And you know what's going on in Arkansas, everybody.
Brandon, while I'm doing this, I want you to look up, it was a Gateway Pundit article about Iowa leaving Eric.
And it's a great little visual picture.
It's pretty cool.
Jumping ship off the corrupt system, Eric.
But I want to tell everybody, that happened too over the weekend.
I want to tell everybody, you know, in Arkansas, They, the Claiborne County, they were so, you know, leading the charge in Arkansas from the ground up.
Every county can go paper or can go machine free to paper ballots and counted.
And Claiborne County says, Hey, we want to be the first ones.
And they did it.
And other counties are going to join on.
Well, then you get this horrific Senator named Kim Hammer puts a bill up.
It's called SB, I believe 250.
And this bill.
It's so horrific.
They rammed it through the Senate, the legislature, the House, and it went through like in a week.
And what it does, it de- Um, defunds these counties.
That's where they'll have to pay for their own paper and put these restrictions on where you have to use.
You might even have to use machines to count.
I mean, there's it put on all these restrictions that weren't there before.
Cleaborn County went paper free.
Then they rescinded that.
It's, you know, they got scared, I guess, rescinded it.
And then sitting in limbo, and now this bill goes through, so now they're going to be stuck.
They're not going to be grandfathered in.
They're going to be stuck, whatever this bill is, this horrible bill is doing, to discourage people from getting rid of these machines in Arkansas.
Now, I encourage their governor, Sarah Huckabee.
Governor, please, you need to do this for the United States of America.
Veto that bill.

It's absolutely a disgrace.
It's a disgrace for the state of Arkansas, and I will bring it up every single day.
And it's going to hurt the United States of America.
Arkansas was leading the way, and they're still going to be But you don't need, our own party does not need to restrict what the good citizens of Arkansas can do county by county from the county level.
So I encourage you, Governor, and I haven't reached out to you.
I'm going to reach out here.
If you live in Arkansas, everybody, you know, email her and say, please, just be polite.
You know, I don't see any reason why she would want this bill in to veto it.
And if she doesn't veto it, I think she should come forward with a statement for this country of why she would want this bill 250, this SB 250.
Why would she do that to these counties that have their right to get rid of the machines and go to paper ballots hand counted?
And then this bill that Senator Kim Hammer puts in, and obviously either Kim Hammer ...is related to the machine companies.
By the way, you know who they have in Arkansas, Brad?
ES&S, everybody, out of Omaha, Nebraska.
ES&S.
I'm telling you, they make the other... You add up all the companies in the country of these machine companies combined, and ES&S has more.
They're the biggest gorilla in the country.
You just don't hear a lot about them.
They're sliding under the radar.
They've been around for a long time.
They started all this mess.
And ES&S, when I was down in Louisiana, they were at a Senate hearing, and one of the owners got up there and said, he was asked by the Secretary of State, Kyle Ardwin, said, are your machines vulnerable?
Like we hear Dominion, you know, these other ones, and are yours better?
And that guy said, at least he didn't lie, he said, all machines are vulnerable.
All voting machines are vulnerable.
Every single brand, every single machine.

Now, Brandon, half of ES&S is owned by a company they won't disclose.
And we're trying to investigate, which we've been trying, digging deep into it.
We've got one of our teams on it to try and figure out who owns ES&S.
We know they're in Nebraska and we know there's a couple owners there, but there's a big glob of shares that's owned by this entity, which nobody will disclose.
I would love to open that on you, but it doesn't matter.
They're machines.
They, um, they've still been a lot of machine companies still on purpose, um, or are used for anyway.
Um, so, uh, anyway, do we have, there's more good news, everybody.
The, uh, corrupt, the very corrupt system called Eric.

I think what does it stand for?
The electronic, um, um, I can't remember, but what it is, people, it's a computerized voter roll system that was in 30-some states, and it was set up by, was it David Becker?

I think so, yep, and he just got off the board last week.
Soros ran, and yeah, he jumped off, he got off the board, that's right.
Anyway, seven counties, I'm sorry, seven states, It started with Louisiana, then Alabama, Iowa, everybody just jumped ship.

We pray that if you live in any of these other red states, And I'll tell you what, state of Texas, everyone in Texas should be emailing your Secretary of State and say, get rid of Eric.

Minnesota, Wisconsin, I mean, all these states, Michigan, Eric, if you take Eric out of the picture, you're getting rid of one piece of the most corrupt puzzle or the most corrupt corruption the world has ever seen.

Look at the state of Wisconsin.
7.3 million people, million names on their crooked voter rolls on Eric, when if every single registered voter registered in Wisconsin that was eligible, it's 4.2 million.

It'd be, it'd be interesting to see if I lived in Oregon, how many times I voted.
If I, especially if I never had voted before, just for the heck of it to find out if I ever voted or you, if you knew how many times you did, and then you check it out and go, Oh, wait, wait a minute.
Wait a minute.
I didn't, I was, I didn't even live in this state.
And then I went back here just to check it out.
You know, I mean, it's so corrupt to see it's pure.
I call it pure crime, pure crime.
You know, remember we said before same day voting, if you vote same day, it's a lot harder for them to steal.
So I'm telling everyone right now, and I'm going to keep saying it, paper ballots, hand counted, do not.
Do not think that you're going to go ballot harvest and you're going to go out there and vote early, ballot harvest, and all this.
We told everyone in that election, the last two elections, the primary and in the midterm, vote same day.
It's harder for them to steal.
And if they do, if they do hate a candidate so much that they want her gone, they're going to expose themselves just like they did with Carrie Lake in Arizona.
When I woke up on November 8th and all those machines were down and even Fox News was talking about it, I go, we got them!

But no, Fox went silent and everybody else went silent.
Fox went silent as soon as they said, we got a little glitch down here in Arizona, but we've got the machines fixed.
Not true.
From 6 a.m.
to 8 a.m., every half hour, 7,000 ballots were rejected by the tabulators in 62% of all the machines in Maricopa County.
Shame on you, Fox, for not reporting that.

Manhattan District DA Alvin Bragg is essentially using the same legal theory to potentially indict former President Donald Trump that Hillary Clinton's campaign was fined for, argued former United States Attorney Brett Coleman.
Coleman asserted Saturday that Bragg's legal theory That Trump tried to hide a campaign expenditure by using his then-lawyer to pay this lady, Stormy Daniels, $130,000 in hush money before the 2016 presidential election would have applied to Clinton when her campaign hid a payment from the phony Russian key dossier against Trump as, quote, legal fees.
Former New York City police officer and conservative pundit John Gardelo tweeted, quote, Bill Clinton paid Paula Jones $850,000 and no one cared.
Coleman tweeted in response quote and Hillary Clinton was actually fined for hiding the steel dossier payment under
quote legal fees in quote Essentially the same theory on the Stormy Daniels payment
the DA is running criminal investigation of Trump So again a two-tier legal system two-tier legal system

All these Biden things, all these Biden votes, and you take 11,000 votes, boom, boom, Donald Trump wins.
And then you can open up the machines and see another half a million votes.
Crooked Brad wanted, and you know what, we even had a tape from the Cyber Symposium, or no, from the Moment of Truth Summit, Where Crooked Brad said there wasn't enough votes left for Biden to win, and that Donald Trump won.

Tomorrow morning, they will decide if they're going to accept or not.
It's one of the most important.
If you know, everybody, if you're from Arizona and you know one of the judges, just encourage them to accept the case for our country.
Accept it.
And then look at this stuff.
Really look at what's there.
You broke all these laws blatantly.
But those other two judges that just threw it out, They're a disgrace to our country, both of them judges.
How do you look at something and say, you know, here's a coffee cup?

This evidence there isn't stuff that you have to be a rocket scientist to understand inside the machine.

They just start waiting for some case to come their way.
