Hello everybody, welcome to Lindell TV.
Got a lot to cover tonight, but the first thing is I want to tell you all about what we're doing at MyPillow.
We have the all-season MySlippers, and we are closing them out.
So once they are gone, they won't be brought back.
They're an all-season.
They're one of the best slippers in history.
Yeah, Brandon, can you pull them up on the website?
I want to show people what they are.
They're normally a hundred and some dollars.
We're closing them out.
We have a limit of $10, $25 a pair using that promo code L66.
Are you there, Brandon?
Yeah, I'm here.
Do you want to go to Frank's Beach or MyPillow?
Which one do you want?
Let's go to Frank's Beach.
That's where we're at, right?
Yep, that's what I thought.
The boys in the control room were telling me I was going to the wrong page.
Yeah, everybody, when you get to Frank's Beach, everybody, make sure you tell everyone to get the Frank's Beach app.
It's your one-stop shop.
There we are.
We have women's, men's, all these guys.
If you go here, $25 a pair.
They're normally, once you click on that brand, let's see what they are normally.
Okay, so I went to store, I went to FranksBeach.com, click off the top, it says store.
If you're on an iPhone or an Android, look at the top right-hand corner, it gives you those little lines.
Hit that top right-hand corner, that brings up the menu, then you hit store, and that was where we were.
Right on, right on.
You know, you guys can also go to MyPillow.com, the same promo code L66 will work there.
But Brandon, make it a little bigger.
What does it say, regular price there?
$149, so basically... You guys can compare these to the best, and I don't want to put their brand names out, but these slippers, we got... And the reason is, everybody, the reason is we're doing this closeout We are slippers when we, when we, these are a lot of USA parts on them.
Every part we can get made in the USA include this impact gel.
But what happened was over the last year and a half with stuff coming from overseas and ships, remember everybody, all the ships that were caught off the coast and, and shipping went from five, $5,000 to $30,000 a container.
I believe it was a plan to destroy our country where, where, um, You couldn't get your product.
You missed your, you missed your season.
Well, what we did here, these were the all season and you can, uh, and then we bought all of our, these were supposed to, you know, came in last spring and then we got all the new, these other slippers in, our regular slippers with the fur.
And then we had our sandals and slides.
So we're sitting on, Inventory that we're closing out this style.
So we're passing the savings on to you.
This is gonna be a real, a real fast closeout.
So get them while you can.
We put a limit of 10.
What I don't want is some retailer coming to the box stores who don't take us anyway, buying them all and then just reselling them to all you for a higher price.
That's why we put that limit of 10.
And you guys just enjoy the best, the biggest and best sale MyPillow has ever had in history.
And so, use that promo code L66.
And by the way, also, don't forget, get the MyPillow 2.0.
And another announcement, Brandon, we have the MyPillow 2.0 bed topper.
Why don't you go to that page?
We can do that on MyPillow.
Okay.
Get this part out of the way.
Yeah.
I'm just excited, my employees are very much excited to tell you, because they make, remember the MyPillow 2.0, everybody.
No, go to the top, Rhonda, go up to the top slider.
Okay, there was the Slipper Sale.
Maybe you can go back, go back, or let it keep going forward.
Okay, okay, keep going.
Keep going, keep going.
Okay, there was the 2.0 MyPillow.
Remember this made with this, there it is, everybody, the MyPillow Topper 2.0.
This is the mattress topper, MyPillow 2.0.
This is absolutely amazing.
It's got temperature regulating material.
It's actually, I believe that might, I don't know if it's patented or not.
I think it's proprietary.
This company that had the thread, they also had this technology for the topper.
There is nothing like this topper.
It helps your Delta sleep.
For your body and if one person sleeps hot, one sleeps cold, it actually adjusts and it's amazing.
So you guys, the My Mattress Stopper 2.0 is here too.
A lot of big announcements at MyPillow and it couldn't come at a better time for everybody out there.
And for my employees or whatever, because I've been out I've been very busy.
We're gonna pivot now.
The last two days, you all heard that I was in deposition.
Brandon, you did tell everybody that, right?
I did.
Okay.
You guys, we're gonna...
We're going to go to another thing tonight.
We've got, you know, updates.
I'm going to update you quick on that.
Cleaborn County in Arkansas, I talked to all them and hopefully they're going to stay with their courageous fight to keep their, keep paper ballots, hand counted, no machines.
And in spite of that, Senator Kim Hammer in Arkansas, trying to stop every, all the, Arkansas from going machine free.
Shame on you, Senator Kim Hammer.
We've already talked about that.
Just disgusting what he's doing over in Arkansas, but you know, the people, the people want fair and elections and transparent elections.
And there's only one way to have it.
Paper ballots, hand counted, same day, no early voting.
This is it.
And so, so Brandon, and then we go to, then let's talk a little bit about Shasta County in California.
There's great things going on out there.
Remember, that's right in the middle of California.
They're going to paper.
And another county I heard out in California is going to paper.
This is going to set off everybody.
You got to get behind these counties.
And if you're living in counties or living in that state, put in a note of support to your legislatures, to your county officials, to your governors, everyone, everyone watching tonight, you want to do something tonight, send a letter.
It doesn't end.
Just send a note, send a letter, email it to your governors.
Every governor in the United States, I don't care if they're Republican or Democrat, say, we would like to have paper ballots hand-counted and no electronic voting machines.
It's a real simple request.
Here's the article from the LA Times.
Is this what you're referring to?
Right, right.
Board of Supervisors has upended the county's election process. The Los Angeles Times reported
last week canceling his contract with Dominion Voting Systems. The county opted to hand count
ballot instead. Right, right. And you guys, this is, you know, remember the Election Crime Bureau
that we have now and we are going to hear more and more about that. We're in every state and
we're here to help.
We're here to help.
We're here to go back in time and check out the crimes that were committed.
And I say crimes, not election integrity.
And why do we call it election crime going forward?
It's to prevent election crime, to prevent future crime.
Future crime to prevention of future crime.
And we have all the crime and all the evidence for it.
We have more evidence.
By the way, Brandon, I want to announce this.
Okay.
Before we get into the deposition and another problem we have in our country, a big problem, and you guys should get all their friends on.
You're all going to want to hear about this.
I just got noticed today.
I'm not going to say from who.
I'm going to keep it anonymous for right now.
We all know cast vote records, right?
Everybody out there knows what a cast vote record is.
If you don't, it's a record that the way the votes come in, the order they come in, and it's your Freedom of Information Act.
You can get the cast vote records and request them.
And unless you're in Greene County, Missouri, But Shane Schoeller, we're going to show that tonight too.
And what he said, he said he would talk to Mike Lindell.
He sued this lady for, and he's going to explain why he sued this citizen.
Well, that, you know, we'll be reaching out to him.
But anyway, everybody, I got noticed today that a machine, and it was a Dominion machine in the state of Louisiana, not just one machine, it was Caspo Records branded from a certain places in, um, Louisiana, they are the worst the United States has ever seen.
The worst that we have ever seen of thousands of cast vote records from the 20 and 22 election just in the state of Louisiana has the worst manipulation by a computer that we've ever seen.
According to this, this is a cyber guy that reached out to me.
Now, as soon as we get this, Brannon, we're going to do a big story.
We're going to break the story here, but what I'm going to do is before I break the story, I'm going to reach out to the Secretary of State down there, Kyle Ardwin, because he says he's all for fixing these elections, right?
Right.
Well, we'll see.
I hope he's good for his word because these people, I'm going to get this validated when I'm hearing.
And this is big news.
I mean, for someone to say that's been directly involved and know everybody, it wasn't Jeff O'Donnell.
He doesn't matter.
He doesn't mind when I say his name, Jeff O'Donnell, Jeff O'Donnell.
It was another cyber guy that I haven't talked to in quite a while.
And Brandon, this is big news.
If he says it's the worst one he's ever seen, this is incredible.
In the state of Louisiana, everybody, but does it surprise everybody?
Remember, that's the longest running Dominion partner in the country, is the state of Louisiana.
They've been partners with Dominion the longest, and I believe they have the most per capita machines, I guess, with Dominion, but that's neither here nor there.
All right, we're gonna talk, we're gonna pivot everybody to What depositions I was in the last two days.
Now, I'm not going to talk about what was in the depositions.
I actually told the two lawyers that I didn't get along with real well there, but, um, um, but I'm going to tell the story.
Um, and we have the complaint that was served to me.
I'm going to give, here's what I'm going to do, everybody.
I'm going to give everybody the backstory and then I'm going to tell everybody what just happened two nights or three nights ago.
And, uh, You guys are going to be amazed.
What a judge.
Brandon, did you get the name of the judge by chance?
I did not get the name.
No.
Okay.
Could you...
I want you to text a few people and get the name of that judge.
Yeah, I know who to text.
Yep, yep, yep, yep.
Okay, okay.
All right, everybody, Brandon's looking up the name of the judge because we're going to talk about judges and how they have, I believe, broke their own laws, or they're trying to change our laws.
They're for sure trying to change the status quo.
They're trying to set new precedences.
So for the future that will help, that will bring down our law that just destroy our country, just destroy our country.
And this particular judge, when we find his or her name, I'm going to put it out there and tell you what this judge did.
And, um, and I, you know, it almost upsets me as much or more than the lawsuit itself.
Okay.
So now I'm going to do a backstory, everybody.
So here we are.
Everybody knows that in February of 2021, the media went completely silent on me.
They quit attacking me when we came out with absolute proof.
They quit attacking me, so I was afraid I couldn't get my voice out there.
So what did I say?
Well, there's another way to get it.
Dominion's suing everybody.
So I said, sue me, Dominion!
Sue me, Dominion!
Sue me, Dominion!
They didn't sue me.
So I called up my buddy Swin over at the Daily Beast.
I said, Swin, why don't you be a reporter and go over and check out Dominion and ask them why they're not suing Mike Lindell?
They sued everybody else.
And so Swin goes, we'll do that.
So he bops on over to Dominion and he says, you're going to sue Mike Lindell?
They said, oh yeah, we're going to sue Mike Lindell.
And then Swin comes back and he says, yep, they're going to sue you, Mike.
And I said, okay, great.
Well, I waited three days and they didn't sue me.
No, Swin wrote an article.
I said, Swin, write an article that they're going to sue me.
And he did.
He wrote an article.
Dominion's going to sue.
It's eminent they're going to sue Mike Lindell.
But three days went by and they didn't sue me.
So I called up Swin.
I go, Swin.
You better get over there to Dominion and tell them to sue me or you're going to be known as fake news.
And you know, and, and, uh, Swin's saying, you know, we made a little choke out of it there, but, but, uh, Swin, I don't know if he called or whatever, but Dominion did sue me.
So then everybody started attacking me again and attacking me again and attacking me again.
Okay.
Now let's fast forward, um, um, to, All the way, I think it was, Brandon, I don't know, now I gotta get this right.
I think it was almost, it'll be a year ago, May, I believe, or maybe it was just last summer.
Brandon, do you have the lawsuit?
Can you pull up the lawsuit and see if there's a date on it, the date I was served?
All right, all right.
You guys, you're gonna have to listen to this whole story, because it's very important But it's, I'm gonna tell it like it is and you can draw your own conclusions of what this side, what this judge did, or didn't do, basically did do, okay?
So Brandon, if you could find that date, because the date's really important here.
All right.
The court case is online right now being dated as of 11-15-2022.
11-15-2022.
I believe that's wrong.
But anyway, I'm going to tell everybody.
It could be right.
But anyway, I was in Colorado.
April 5, 2022.
Defendant removed plaintiff's case from the state court.
OK.
OK.
I got it.
OK.
So you guys.
So anyway, I was in Colorado in April of 2022.
OK, everybody?
And I'm there with all the media.
They got their big bouquet of microphones.
Probably one of the last times we ever had everybody there except for Fox, of course.
Fox isn't there.
They haven't been around.
It's people that talk about elections.
So here's this big bouquet.
By the way, Newsmax wasn't there either.
Or no, well, I don't know that for sure.
So anyway, these big bouquet of microphones.
And right after I'm doing talking, this guy comes up and serves me this lawsuit.
And I go, what is another lawsuit?
And I opened it up and I read it, and Brannon put the cover of the lawsuit, the first page where you see who it was from.
Okay, there we go.
What does it say there, everybody?
Eric Coomer, right?
Yep.
Versus Mike Lindell, Frank Speech, and MyPillow Inc.
Okay, everybody see that?
This guy, this Eric Coomer, sued Mike Lindell, Frank Speech, and MyPillow Inc.
So everybody, you know what I did?
I seen that, and I had heard this Eric Coomer works for Dominion, okay, and I'll tell you when I first heard that, but I had heard that so I go, can you believe it?
Another lawsuit they're piling on.
You know, they sued me enough for $8 billion or whatever it was, all these billions, but they sued my pillow and frank speech.
So what did I do?
You know, back then, and like every day, you know, that's another lawsuit, you know, throw it on the pile.
I never read it, everybody.
I never even read it.
Okay?
Now we get into the depositions.
Now I'm going to go to two days or two and a half days ago, Brandon.
Okay.
Okay.
It would have been, uh, let's see, my deposition was on Wednesday, Tuesday night.
I'm about ready to go to bed.
And I said, you know what?
I had had this lawsuit printed out and I said, I should probably read this lawsuit before I go to this deposition.
Right.
You know, don't, don't get me wrong.
Everybody, the lawyers had looked at it and they've been, you know, they did all this stuff.
And here it is, and by the way, so this was served on me last summer, or in April or May.
Actually, we have video.
I think we have video of you being served.
Okay, well, let's throw it up there.
Here we go.
Throw this up there.
This is what they're saying.
Mike Lindell makes his way to the state capitol steps.
He gets served on the lawsuit.
God bless you.
Thank you, Mike.
Thank you for everything.
What is this?
Sir, sir, what is this?
It's for you.
Okay, well, what is it?
It's not for me.
It's not for me.
It's for you.
Okay, I need you to open it.
That is a foot office right there, sir.
Oh, yeah.
I'm sorry, sir.
Well, there you go.
Okay.
Well, anybody, so I opened up, I seen it was another lawsuit against me, MyPillow, and Frank's Beach.
I'm going, are you kidding me?
Just like back when Dominion sued MyPillow and Smartmatic, and it's just absolutely disgusting.
Let me tell you, everybody, MyPillow has thousands of employees.
A lot of them have stock.
It's a private company.
These employees have families.
They have grandkids, children.
We have blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians, all walks of life, Democrats, Republicans, conservatives, liberals, it don't matter, everyone.
And their CEO is out there standing up to help save our country, talking about getting the paper ballots, hand counting, no machines.
And these guys, they sue, right?
But this one here, I thought it was another lawsuit, Brandon.
Now listen to this very closely, because I wanted paper ballots hand counted.
You follow that?
Yeah.
Well, I had never read it.
You guys, I'm laying in bed on Tuesday night, and I start reading this, and I jump up out of bed.
I could barely sleep the night before.
I couldn't wait to get into this deposition.
This lawsuit, As you read it, okay, this Eric Coomer is a, uh, he works for Dominion.
I don't know if he was their VP, still don't know, VP, president, whatever he was.
Okay.
I start reading this lawsuit, Brandon, why don't you pull it up and we'll go page by page and I'll explain as I'm reading this, what I'm going, well, where do I come in?
Where do I come in?
I think we got the judge's name too, by the way.
Okay, good.
Well, we'll be calling that judge out here at the end when everybody hears the story.
I hope I can get you guys to follow this.
This is the most frivolous lawsuit in the history of the United States.
This isn't about everybody, about machines, about going to paper ballots.
This is just pure evil as far as I'm concerned.
It's about pure, attack Mike Lindell and MyPillow's employees to take them down.
This is disgusting.
Now, Brandon, start the lawsuit.
Let's go to the first page.
Okay, there it is.
There's the first page.
Okay, you guys, now remember, plaintiff, the plaintiff, this is Eric Coomer sues Mike Lindell, Frank Speich, and MyPillow.
Now, we're going to fast forward through all this.
It says he came Okay, here we go.
So you start reading this, you guys.
It's all about Joe Altman, everybody.
Yeah, this under my, okay.
Eric, the Dominican claimed to have rigged.
Okay, here we go.
So you start reading this, you guys, right?
It's all about this Joe, about Joe Altman, everybody.
Now I wanna tell everybody, this whole thing, it talks about Joe Altman
and Antifa thing he said that he heard and all this stuff.
You guys, I'm reading this for the first time, but I'm gonna tell you this.
I only met Joe Altman on a podcast he had me on, like putting my pillow on any other podcast.
I believe it was February or maybe March of 2021.
I never ever asked, I never knew anything about what Joe Altman did or had anything to do with getting sued.
The only time ever I heard Brandon, I said something once, I said, well, Smartmatic, when they sued Fox News, it changed our country forever calling lawfare.
And Joe Altman made a comment.
He said, no, I was the first one that got sued.
And he said, and I said, well, who sued you?
And he said, this Eric Coomer of Dominion.
And that was and that was all I had ever heard that he was the first one that got sued by machine companies or whatever.
So, you know, and anyway, everybody, so I didn't know any of this story about Eric, Eric Coomer.
I mean, and Eric Coomer and Joe Altman.
So Joe Altman, whatever Joe Altman did and Ever!
I had never heard Joe Altman's story about why they sued Joe Altman, okay?
Now keep going, Brad, as you just go down here, you guys, and you keep reading, and you keep reading, and you keep reading, and I'm reading going, wow, this Joe Altman, what did he do?
He, okay, he told, he listened on a phone call, it says, to something with Antifa, and I'm reading, but I'm trying to find my part.
And I keep going down.
Keep going.
And I keep going down.
And hold on.
Frank Speech, go up now.
Go up.
Frank Speech is a limited liability company.
And you go down.
Defendant My Pillow is a for-profit operation.
Keep going.
And you keep going.
And you keep going, you guys.
And this whole thing now.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Okay.
Okay, keep going.
Go down further.
It just tells Mike Lindell.
It's Frank's speech itself, but now the court exercise personal jurisdiction.
Anyway, I keep reading this.
Keep going.
Keep going.
Keep going, everybody.
Keep going.
And we're going to post this because people won't even believe this if you have time to read it.
Okay, Brandon, as you're scanning through, And I'm reading this, everybody, and go a little slower.
Plaintiff Coomer.
Now, hold on.
Plaintiff Coomer is a former director of production, Dominion Voting Machines.
Anyway, you guys, as I'm reading this, I'm going, okay, Joe Altman did this or did this, and they're, you know, talked about or spoke out about Coomer.
But what I'm thinking to myself, what does that have to do with me?
You know, I mean, this is unbelievable.
And I, now keep going, Brad.
Keep scrolling, you guys, and there's gonna be a point to this.
Okay, on November 12th, go back up, where it says, on November 12th of 2020, the cybersecurity, blah, blah, blah, United States federal government says all this stuff that they said there was no election crime and all this stuff, and keep going.
And they're telling about, we all know the Bill Barr lie, and we know the Chris Krebs lie, and we know all these lies, right?
So I'm reading this going, okay, but what did Mike Lindell do?
What did MyPillow do?
What did Frank Speich do?
Why are you suing us?
You guys realize I hadn't read this ever.
So it sat for almost nine months, everybody.
And my deposition was the morning after I'm reading this.
So I'm getting more upset.
Now here it comes down.
Um, I'm going to, what I'm doing is I'm, I'm doing, I'm, I just highlighted every time your name is mentioned, I've highlighted.
Stop, go up a little higher.
Okay.
Right there.
Everybody knows.
Okay.
Um, Altman, the fabricated evidence of suggests that Google keep going down a little further.
It's all about career.
However, it has a history of publishing and amplifying any story.
Lindell has a long history of publishing and amplifying any story he hears.
Okay.
Hold on.
Stop.
Well, let me tell you the lie there.
Okay.
I amplify what I personally know.
That's number one.
That's when I really amplify it.
Right, Brandon?
Yep.
You guys, I do my due diligence.
I'm the one that got the evidence.
When I had the cyber symposium, it was all about Dennis Montgomery's evidence.
Anything else on there, anyone that was invited that got up and talked or whatever, I had nothing to do with that.
Mine was Dennis Montgomery's evidence, everybody.
Now, since aligning himself with Altman, Lindell has, if you read this, you guys, I'm lining myself with Oatman.
I had met Oatman one time at the, and this was on his podcast, not in person.
Talked to him a few times about pillows on his podcast and about podcasts.
Never talked about any election stuff.
And then everybody, I come to find out as you read through this, That Brannon interviewed him once on Frank Speech, like we do all interviews here.
I'm going to get right to it.
It's in this thing here.
So Brannon House interviews him, unbeknownst to me.
Okay.
Interviews Joe, like any other one you interview.
And now everybody, we have the Cyber Symposium and Everybody I had no idea there were other people in charge of putting people that because we had no schedule of putting people up on stage So let's get through Brandon if you go through So I get to that.
Anyway, I get to you're gonna go to page 32 I believe it is or 36.
Okay, and You guys need to trust me.
You read this, and it's all about Joe Altman.
I didn't know Joe Altman.
I didn't know he was at the Cyber Symposium.
I didn't know anything that was said at the Cyber Symposium about Eric Coomer or Joe Altman.
I had no clue.
Absolutely no clue.
Till I read this here, I'm reading this thing here, and I'm getting more and more upset.
I'm going, what did Mike Lindell do?
Where's the part of Mike Lindell?
So other people are saying stuff out there and they got sued by this Eric Coomer that's with Dominion and worked for Dominion then.
So now go to where it says, are you on 32?
I'm on 32 where it talks about May 3rd, 2021.
Frank's Beach anchor Brandon House conducted an interview with Altman titled, Joel Altman exposes Eric Coomer of Dominion voting system.
Right.
So everybody, they bring that up.
Okay.
I knew nothing about that.
I never watched it.
You know, and I'm sorry, Brandon, I don't watch all your shows.
I'm a little busy.
So anyway, and back then this is why we didn't even have a big, huge lineup.
Let's go back.
I want you to go, but, but still I'm going, who cares?
What do I have to do with Joelman?
I need to find where they, what they, maybe it's 36.
Keep scrolling.
It's where I finally say something, you guys.
I don't know anything about all this Joel Oatman stuff.
Zero.
So I'm reading this in my bed.
I'm going, well, where's Mike Lindell come in?
Where did I ever say something bad about him?
Keep going.
Keep going.
You'll see where it says, they got me in quotes.
Are we on page 36?
We are now on page 34, 35.
This is 36 right here.
Okay.
Now on page 34, 35, this is 36 right here.
Okay.
All right.
Here's where it is, you guys.
I want you to go up here.
This is the first part they say where I say something, okay?
And here's what happened, and we're gonna read what I say, but first I'm gonna tell you what, the background of it.
So remember, up until this day, which I believe was, what's the date on this right around here, Brandon?
It says May 9th, 2021.
You guys, I'm gonna tell you what happened in or around May 9th.
It changed my pillow and Mike Lindell forever.
At least one little piece.
Or one big piece, actually.
It's a big piece right now, it's a big piece, because we're selling the MyPillow 2.0.
You're going, well, what would that have to do with that?
Well, let me tell you, everybody, what Eric Coomer did, it turns out, I found this out after reading this, And, well I knew back then, but now I found out what they were upset that I said.
And I'm going to tell you why I said it.
Eric Coomer sued Newsmax.
Okay?
They sued Newsmax.
But in or around May 9th, if everybody remembers how upset I was back then, Chris Roddy of Newsmax made a deal.
They made a backdoor deal with Eric Coomer.
Or a front door deal, whatever.
Call it whatever you want, Brandon.
They made a deal, and in the deal, it said whatever money was given, I don't know that part, from Newsmax to Eric Coomer, but I will tell you this.
Here's the other part of the deal.
You need to do a public apology, Chris Roddy and Newsmax, and say that the machines are good, Eric Coomer's a great guy, he's the best ever, all this.
In other words, Brandon, they crumbled to lawfare.
You follow me?
Yep.
But they put one thing in there, everybody.
They made it so I could not go on Newsmax even to talk about MyPillow.
Like, I used to go on all the hosts or on any of these other stations and on Newsmax.
Right now, when we launch the MyPillow 2.0, I would be on Newsmax and they'd be running emails and everything.
Mike Lindell, his employees, he's got this brand new product that'll help you.
Well, what those guys did, Brandon, what Eric Coomer did, and his lawyers, putting this law, or making a deal with Chris Ruddy, and part of the deal is you don't let Mike Lindell come on?
Think about that!
Think how my employees, think how mad I was at going, you're going to hurt my employees like that?
Why would you do that?
Why would you take one of my platforms?
I lost box stores and everything else.
But here's a guy, Eric Coomer, who I never said one word about Eric Coomer.
I didn't even know the guy.
And I certainly didn't know that Joe Oldman was out talking about the guy.
With those two guys, I don't even know that's their business.
I mean, this lawsuit is beyond anything I've ever seen.
I had never seen Joe Altman speak on your show one time.
I didn't even know he was at the Cyber Symposium, and I certainly didn't put him up on the stage.
That was done by Kurt Olson.
Kurt was there, and Joe even testified yesterday.
Because I'm going, how did you get it?
Wait, were you there?
He goes, yeah.
Well, I didn't watch what he said.
And regardless, what does it have to do with me?
Or my pillow, Brannon!
Or Frank's speech!
So anyway, so here everybody, this happened.
So back then, as I went in my deposition, the night before I'm reading this lawsuit for the first time, all these months had went by.
And on May 9th, when Chris Ruddy makes this deal of Newsmax, With Eric Coomer, I can no longer go on to talk about my pillow.
They hurt my pillow.
And let's see what I said, everybody.
I'll read it.
Yes, Eric Coomer.
If I'm you right now, I can't read up my things in the way Brandon, you read it.
You said, according to their report, yeah, Eric Coomer, if I'm you right now, I'm instead of going over and making deals at Newsmax, if I'm you, I'm turning myself in and turning in the whole operation.
So maybe, just maybe, that you get immunity and you only get to do, I don't know, 10, 12 years.
I mean, you are disgusting and you are treasonous.
You are a traitor to the United States of America.
And you know what?
I can say that just like I can about Brian Kipp and Brad Rasenberger.
These are the things that I have evidence of.
The evidence is there.
You know it's sitting here.
Or there.
Well, Mike, why don't you turn it all in to the Supreme Court and bring it to the FBI?
Oh, it's getting to the Supreme Court, everybody.
Let me tell you, Brent.
So these guys, and I said, well, why would you say that?
You didn't even know Eric Coomer.
I said, because Eric Coomer made you guys, I said this to these lawyers in their deposition two days ago.
I said, you guys are as bad as they are.
I said, you guys, Bring to tell Chris Ruddy and Newsmax, not that I can't go out there and talk about my, and help my company and my employees.
As far as I'm concerned, Brad, these are made in America people.
They work in this country.
That makes them a traitor.
You're going to attack my pillow?
You know what I'm saying, Brandon?
Yes.
I was so upset.
Now get this, everybody.
That's their whole case.
You guys, that's it.
That's all I said.
Now everything, now hold it Brandon, stop right there.
Okay, now everybody, after they did that, that was in May of 21, from that point on, and Brandon you can attest to this, I even laid off a Coomer, I went after Newsmax, didn't I?
Newsmax and Fox, Newsmax and Fox, Newsmax and Fox.
And Republicans like Brad Rasper and Kemp.
So I didn't say one thing after Coomer did that to me with Newsmax.
I didn't say one thing.
I didn't mention his name.
I didn't even know what the, you know, anything about the guy.
And then what happens everybody, if you keep going through the lawsuit and you're going to get to the point where they sued me, you guys, when they sued me last spring, All the way from this point, if you read the lawsuit, Brandon, all the way to there, Mike Lindell never mentions Eric Coomer again.
It's done, right?
Until, everybody, they sue Mike Lindell, MyPillow, and Frank Speech.
And then, everything after that, Brandon, I think I got very vocal for a few days, right?
Yes.
And you know what?
I called their lawyers criminal in this complaint.
They pulled up clips of me and they showed me me making bad mouth in the lawyers and bad mouth in Coomer.
And you know what I said?
He goes, why would you call us criminals?
Why would you call us criminals?
I said, because what you did to my pillow, and now you sued my pillow and break speech?
First you kicked them!
You kicked my employees!
You attacked my employees!
When you talk, when you said, Mike Lindell, we don't want him on Newsmax anymore to talk about pillows.
We're not talking commercials, everybody.
And I would go on and talk about like, just like I did tonight here about the MyPillow 2.0 or about the, uh, the $25 slippers.
This is live talking.
I was not allowed on Newsmax after that.
That was part of their deal.
So when that happened, they attacked, they hurt my employees, Brandon.
But then what did they do?
They waited a year, everybody, and they doubled down, and they just took my employees and kicked them, kicked them while they're down, stomped on their heads, and they sued them, Brandon.
They sued them.
They sued Frank Speech.
And let me tell you, everybody, I sat there, and I go, you know what?
I told them lawyers, you know what, by you doing that, oh, Brandon, I might get in trouble for that.
You know what?
I don't care.
I don't know.
Nobody told me to sign a thing and say I couldn't say this.
So, you know what?
I'm going to say it.
I told them.
I said, you attack these guys.
And they said, what do you think a traitor is?
I said, somebody that attacks employees that remain in the USA.
These guys are great people.
They're like family.
I protect each and every one of them.
And I said, they're scared.
You sued them.
This is an employee-owned company.
And you sued them, Eric Coomer.
And you lawyers, you sued them and I didn't even know who the guy was.
Joe Altman's going out there that I didn't know either and talking about, and you sued Joe Altman.
So what does that have to do with me, Brandon?
Think about this, or you, or Frank Speech.
This is the most frivolous case in history, everybody, in the history of the United States.
You can sit there and say these other ones, well Mike could just do this and Mike could do that.
You can lie and say all kinds of things about me.
But one thing you can't say about this is, I didn't know this guy.
I didn't know Joel Oatman.
Joel is out talking about someone and you sue.
You know what?
You can sue Mike Lindell.
I've had stuff going on with him, but you kick my employees like that and then you attack free speech.
Bran, do you think there's something suspicious going on here?
Yes.
I said to these lawyers, if it's a money agenda, if you're out for money, you're barking up the wrong tree now.
I spent all my money, I told them.
I said, your mission's accomplished.
You're destroyed with these lawsuits.
You destroyed my pillow when I can't go on stations.
I said I had to borrow millions of dollars.
Yes, yes, you bad media watching.
Ten million dollars that we had to borrow this year.
Borrow.
Keep employees employed and keep things going.
That wasn't my pillow.
That's just my pillow.
They just hammered us down to nothing.
Box stores.
That wasn't enough for them.
So they gotta go after Newsmax and make a deal with them.
Don't have Mike Lindell on.
And then they, on top of it, they double down and sue my pillow.
I've done nothing.
I have done nothing, my pillow's done nothing, and Frank Speich has done nothing.
One interview that you interviewed, Brandon House, back in May, you interview like you interview all the time, and I'm interviewing a guy I didn't know.
I've been on his podcast one time and I talked about pillows!
When I read this case, everybody, I read this case start to finish for the first time three days ago.
And here's where it gets good.
I get in and I was so upset when I walked into my lawyer's office on Wednesday morning.
And you know what?
I'm going to apologize for even for my deposition, because there were a few things where even their lawyer said, that's not very Christian of you.
I called him a few things.
At one time when he said, he said something, I'm not even going to say what he said, but it was disgusting.
But I, you know, I was upset.
I couldn't believe that this lawsuit, that anybody would do something.
And I'm going to tell you right now, everybody, I want you all to wrap your head around this.
I've spent millions of dollars on these lawsuits.
This lawsuit right here, this Eric Coomer lawsuit against Frank Speech, Mike Lindell, and MyPillow.
This is, and we're going to post it, the most frivolous lawsuit in mankind's history.
Now, what do we have for protections in the United States when someone puts up a frivolous lawsuit like this?
Well, what happens is the lawyers, like in my case, my lawyers, I found out, did what every lawyer would do in something like this.
They put in a thing for dismissal.
They put it in for dismissal, going, you know, what is this?
You know, Mike Lindell doesn't, I didn't know Eric Coomer from the Man on the Moon or Joel, but I never bad mouthed the guy until he attacked my company and said that I couldn't go on Newsmax to talk about pillows or anything else.
Okay.
And so I said to my lawyers, I said, well, what, the judge didn't dismiss it?
You know what they said, Brandon?
What?
The judge hasn't ruled on the dismissal.
And I said, what?
And he goes, oh no, Mike, it gets better.
We asked in like October or November because she wasn't doing anything to rule or he or she.
Is it a he or a she?
It's a she.
It appears to be a she.
It appears to be a she.
OK.
So she, we're going to put her name out there in a minute because I don't care.
Okay, so this judge did not, just didn't rule.
You got, you put in for a dismissal, say yes or no.
No, I'm not going to dismiss this.
It looks like it was a good case.
Or yes, I'm going to dismiss it.
This is the most blatant, frivolous case in world history.
I didn't know the guy.
My pillow did nothing.
They make pillows.
These are hardworking American people.
Well, my lawyers, Brandon, On this fall, the judge said, they asked her, hey, you know, are you going to make a ruling here?
And you know what she said?
No, start discovery.
So my lawyers put a thing in and said, your honor, your honor, can we please Not do discovery until you make a ruling whether it's even a case or not to dismiss it or not.
Now, Brandon, that's common sense because when you start discovery, you guys, it gets into millions of dollars.
Millions of dollars.
If it's anybody but anybody, it would break them.
That's why you have this.
If a citizen in this country Someone came up with a frivolous case like this.
You know what?
You want to ruin someone and put them out of business?
Put in a case and if you go to get and ask for a dismissal because it's just a fake case, it's frivolous, and the judge says, no, I'm not going to rule on it.
I'm going to make you do your discovery.
That's what this judge has done, Brandon.
It's disgusting.
This will set a precedent for the whole United States.
They will be able to ruin every citizen if this is allowed to happen.
So I'm going to put her name out there right now.
What's her name?
Well, according to the website, which is public domain, the website is courtlistener.com.
It says the case has been assigned to Nina Wang.
Nina Wang.
Okay, Nina Wang, and where can they find this case before even putting it up?
If they just go to what is called Court Listener, Court, and then L-I-S-T-E-N-E-R.
Tell Logan to put it up on the bottom third there.
I want a name up, I want the judge up, and I want the case up.
It's public.
Yep.
We're not going to put her phone number up, but I'll tell you what, I wish I had an email for her where people could email her.
She needs to make a decision.
She should have made it back then.
Either say this case is real or dismiss it.
It's a joke.
Here it is right here.
Here is the website.
This is the public website right here.
That's court listener and they're going to type it in.
C-O-U-R-T-L-I-S-T-E-N-E-R dot com.
And if they go there, they could type in, you know, Coomer versus Lindell, it'll pop right up.
Okay.
There it is.
So this is in a district court in Colorado or what?
Uh, it says... Well, where's the judge's name?
Yes, it's a district court of Denver County.
Right.
Okay.
I'm going to tell you everybody... Here's the sign to, there it is.
Okay.
What's her name again?
Nina Wang.
Now let me tell you everybody, if you know Nina Wang, this is disgusting.
And you know what?
Write her a nice email and say, you know what?
Why didn't you make this ruling?
Just say, hey, I could not do nothing when you asked for a dismissal and you didn't even bother and look at this case lady.
Because I read it.
I'm sorry I didn't read it last summer.
I was so upset when I first read this case two days ago going, what?
You know, I put it on the pile.
I thought it was a bunch of machine stuff brand that I had evidence that they were, and Dominion and Smartmatic and they're all upset and yes and yes and all these people.
Hart, all the machines.
No, Eric Coomer, everybody.
Eric Coomer, he just, he worked with Dominion.
He's suing me, my pillow, and Frank's speech for what?
What's the case?
Is it deplamation?
I didn't say anything!
When I finally called the guy a traitor, it's because he made a deal with Newsmax so I can't go on there to promote my pillows!
But don't you have... Mike, what about your First Amendment right?
And isn't he kind of a public figure?
Yeah, Brandon, no matter what, I didn't know the guy.
I didn't know the guy.
I never said anything until he did this to me.
This is bizarre.
And what does my pillow and frank speech have to do with it?
I mean, you can sit there and say, well, you can do this or whatever.
No, I'm saying, I stand by my words.
I called him a criminal!
I called his lawyers a criminal!
And you know what?
I stand by that because what they did to my pillow is criminal!
What they did to me is criminal!
What they did to Frank's speech, it is criminal!
And that judge that didn't rule and that could set a precedent, can you imagine cases in the United States?
I'm going to bring a case for you for, I'm going to go to Brannon's house for, Brannon, you called me something, I think, or no, somebody called you a name and I'm going to sue you for it because I don't know you or the other person.
I'm going to sue you for deplamation.
Okay.
Now, if the judge looks at it and let's just say, I don't even, I don't even know who you are.
We've never contacted.
Let's say I never even said a word like I did.
If that happens and a judge says, and you bring in all your lawyers and you file a thing for dismissal and it should have been a slam dunk, but you don't even do anything.
You say, nope, I'm not going to rule on this.
You guys go, go ahead and fight it out.
Go do your, do your discovery and do all your millions of dollars worth of stuff you have to do.
If that's the case, Brandon, every single person in this country, we're in big trouble, everybody, because I'll tell you what, I've been able to weather the storm and borrow tens of millions of dollars, $10 million dollars my fellow had to borrow.
$10 million dollars.
I've spent $40 million dollars.
What's going on in our country and then now you have a judge that doesn't rule?
I mean, frivolous cases.
Let me tell you another part of this.
Anybody else that would be out there, Brandon, I know this, if this was you, if you were in my position and this had happened to you, one of the things, and you went to get dismissed because you never said or did anything?
And that judge ruled that, hey, I'm not gonna rule on this.
You go fight it out.
You know what that makes it look like to the outside people that the judge didn't rule on it?
It makes it look like you are guilty, Brandon.
Right.
Because otherwise the judge would have ruled on it and said, hey, I think there's enough evidence here.
You say one or the other.
You could be like all the other judges and kick the can on standing.
They've done that.
You know, when I bring up evidence, by the way, everybody, when we went around and subpoenaed machines around this country, one in Michigan, a county in Michigan, a judge there ruled that Mike Lindell and my lawyers had to pay sanctions.
I had to pay $26,000 two weeks ago or three weeks ago because part of my case with Dominion, I subpoenaed machines around the country.
Now, Brandon, you know what the federal judge ruled about last week?
What?
He ruled, of course I can have these access to these machines.
Can you believe that?
So one judge makes me pay for even asking for it.
I mean, you can't make this up.
Times are in, everybody.
And another federal judge says, which I don't think much of that guy either.
And that's a whole nother story.
But my lawyers say, oh, please don't badmouth him right now.
Okay.
So here's this judge in D.C., Judge Nichols is his name.
He's handling all the frivolous fame.
Remember what he did back then?
He shoved this through lawfare hand menus since 1796, but Nichols is the one on the second day of the cyber symposium said, yep, y'all gotta go fight it out.
Remember that?
And by the way, he sanctioned my lawyers and me for even thinking about suing Dominion and Smartmatic.
That is the same judge there.
Judge Nichols did that.
Yeah, he sanctioned me.
I forgot about that.
For me even thinking about suing Dominion and Smartmatic, or Dominion, I guess just Dominion, I want to get it right.
When I sued Dominion brand, Judge Nichols made me pay sanctions and another team of lawyers I had.
For even asking, how dare you sue these Dominion machines?
How dare you, Mike Lindell?
You don't even bring this to my courtroom.
The same judge after a month ago, where another judge in Michigan ruled when we asked for the machines that we subpoenaed on everybody.
And that judge goes, you have to pay sanctions, $26,000, Mike Lindell.
And then this same judge that sanctioned me a year ago, he goes, no, you can go ahead and get the machines.
Brandon, you see what they're doing?
They're trying to push this out past the 2024 election.
And also Mike- Also, Mike, I want to show you this.
This is January 19, 2022 from the White House.
We scroll down here.
OK, it looks like the same Wang nominated for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado by Joe Biden.
Well, yeah, there you go, because there has to be an agenda with this judge.
This judge, what she did, Could set a precedence, everybody.
And I'm fighting for all of you out there.
Because you know what?
I have borrowed millions of dollars now.
I'm so far down, it don't matter.
I will keep borrowing.
I will keep doing everything I can.
Because you know what?
If it happens to you, it's over.
You lose everything.
You lose it all.
If you get anything, any charge put up, if a judge ruled a frivolous case and this judge said, and you bring your lawyers and you say, Hey judge, look at this.
There's no, there's, this is nothing there.
Can we get this to Smith?
No, I'm going to wait around.
And you go ahead and do all your stuff all the way to trial for all I care.
I'm not going to make, I'm not going to even look at this for a dismissal.
I'm not going to rule either way, Brandon.
Do you understand that?
Yes.
I mean, you guys, I was so upset.
I can't even imagine this because I'm upset.
I'm thinking what's going to happen to all of you out there when it happens to all of you.
We're at the edge in history, the apex in history where judges and politicians And FBI and CIA and all these things, they're doing stuff to make this into, to take our country and to put stuff into the stuff that the status quo and sometimes even the laws or even that they're supposed to do.
And then it becomes the new norm.
Well, the new norm, the new normal will be, you know what?
I could come up and sue you for defamation and not even know who you are.
If I wanted to destroy you, I could sue you for defamation and you'd have to spend all the money because the judge will say, after you get a lawyer, you scrap your money and you say, would you look at this, I don't even know the guy that got us there.
It could be mistaken identity or just a complete lie.
Someone to put you down, Brannan House.
And this guy, you get a lawyer, you put it in, you say, Hey, your honor, I never said a word of this is frivolous, completely frivolous.
Please, uh, you know, could you please, um, do a dismissal?
You know?
No, there's presidents, this judge Wang in, uh, um, 2022 going into 2023 case versus Mike Lindell, my pillow and break speech with this Eric Coomer.
We have precedence.
She said no.
She would not even look at dismissing or not dismissing.
And they ran this all through and they almost ran.
I think they did run that.
Pillow got out of money.
And all his employees, they had to borrow tens of millions of dollars.
Thanks, Judge Wayne.
Thank you, Judge Wayne.
You're disgusting.
It's disgusting what you've done to this country and to good Americans like Pillow.
Brandon, it's unbelievable what we're up against.
But anyway, everybody, I want to say this.
I would like prayers for everybody.
I would like, let's pray for our judge.
Let's pray for Judge Wayne, to pray that she has a moral compass, or that she finds the Lord.
I mean, because this is just an evil that has spread throughout our country.
We need to pray for our judges, everybody.
If you know a judge, the ones that can have courage, Not the ones that this one had an agenda, Brandon, that's all I can say.
You know?
And it's sad, but we gotta pray everybody.
And the other thing is, I was so upset about this because it's just another thing that could just take down our country.
And we need the judges more than anything.
Brandon, haven't I said we need the judges to protect our country?
Yes, you have.
Absolutely.
Yes, you have.
One judge.
One bad judge.
It doesn't make them all bad, everybody.
One bad judge's decision doesn't make this judge bad.
But I'll tell you what, now she knows I made it public, and you better make a ruling.
Right now.
This case is the most frivolous case to ever be done in United States history.
I'm going to put the case up.
I'm going to talk about it once a week.
We're going to put it up online here at Frank's Speech.
You guys, it'll be up here within an hour, hopefully, or we'll give it till tomorrow morning, Brandon, okay?
Okay.
And, you know, Brandon, would you want to get sued for defamation?
Nope.
If you're in the public eye, if somebody sued you for defamation and they didn't even know you and you didn't even know who they were and you never said anything bad about them, and you're going, what?
And then what's your lawyer?
And if you went to your judge and said, hey judge, I need this dismissed.
And the judge said, no, go spend a million dollars.
Go spend 10 million, Brandon.
And then come back to me.
You see why I was upset today?
No, absolutely.
We absolutely need judicial reform.
People have been talking about it, but no one does it.
We need judges, you guys, to be the judges they are and make decisions when they're supposed to make decisions.
We need judges not to kick stuff out for standing, not to put out sanctions for a personal agenda or a political agenda.
And certainly, this judge here cannot set a precedent.
You either make this decision, Judge Wang, to dismiss this frivolous case, or you say it's a good case.
Because if you say it's a good case, that's fine, but I'm going to be showing everybody every piece of this case.
And then what kind of judge would that make you, Judge?
That's why she did it, Brandon.
This case is so frivolous, but if she says move forward with it, she's going, uh-oh.
What kind of judge would I be if I move forward a case that's the most frivolous case?
She'd have a record, though.
Maybe she wants a record.
Maybe she wants a record.
She could be the most frivolous, disgusting case in United States history.
I've said enough.
