Time Text
We've got a big lineup tonight.
Johnny with Verify.
Vote Verify.
Logan's looking to see if we can get him on by phone.
By the way, do you like the new studio as far as the upgrade?
We did an upgrade over the weekend.
Big old upgrade over the weekend.
And we're happy with the new look in here.
I love it.
It looks sharp.
But we've got a big lineup tonight.
Johnny with Verify.
Vote Verify.
Is that it, Logan?
Verify what?
Votify Now.
Johnny with Votify Now joined us.
Then we've got Marilyn Todd.
Then we've got Garland Favorito.
And then we've got Adam Steen right in candidate against Robin Voss.
And we might hear from Mike Lindell yet tonight.
What a big night.
We're all getting ready for the election coverage.
Roger Stone will be in the studio along with Mike Lindell, Pete Centelli, Garland Favorito, Jeff O'Donnell.
And am I leaving anyone else out?
I got Pete Centelli.
I got him in there.
I think that's everybody.
Oh, Trevor Loudon!
And Trevor Loudon, who's been with us the last two days already, will be with me on my show live tonight at 730 Central.
We've been talking about his new book, National Security Senators.
The National Security Senators are a risk.
At least 30 U.S.
Senators with, well, such serious security risks, they shouldn't even be allowed to be U.S.
Senators.
He's been going through it with us yesterday and then on my show today and then again tonight.
Trevor Loudon in studio.
We did a full hour last night on, is America being set up for a red dawn scenario?
Remember the movie from the 80s?
Is America being set up for a red dawn scenario?
You might want to check it out at www.tv.com where I posted that.
Let's go to a wide shot if we can before we go to our first guest.
A wide shot, you pick up Delta.
Oh, you have to pull down the lower third.
There she is!
We even put her bed out a little further in front of the studio.
She is on a MyPillow pet bed.
Again, don't forget we are brought to you by MyPillow.
Sheets, towel, look at that beautiful lap.
Look at that beautiful studio.
Logan and I and our team worked on these walls yesterday and some other things in the studio.
Anyway, beautiful studio, beautiful lab on her luscious My Pet Bed by MyPillow.
Get one for your pet.
Sheets, towels, blankets, pet beds, slippers, sandals, mattresses, mattress toppers.
All kinds of sales going on over there right now.
Don't forget to do the bulk of your Christmas shopping there, but use that promo code L77 to support the work of Mike Lindell.
Promo code L77 as we fight to save our beloved Republic.
Joining me now is Johnny.
Johnny and I have been texting now for months!
And finally, it's paid off where we've made a connection here.
I'm pretty excited to hear about his app, and I think we're going to be checking in with him tomorrow night as we start our election coverage live here on Lyndell TV from 6 p.m.
until probably 1 or 2 in the morning, and then we'll do that again on Wednesday because I think this is going to be a couple days process.
I think we're going to be checking in with Johnny as well along the way because he's got a remarkable app that I think is going to help us track the voter fraud.
Johnny, welcome to the program.
Thanks for joining us tonight.
Yeah, thank you.
Thanks for having me.
And I guess as they say, persistence pays off, because I know I've been reaching out to you and Mike for months.
You have.
And thanks for your persistence.
And of course, you know we just get hit from all angles.
But Mike today called me and said, let's get him on.
And the timing was right.
But everything else is about timing.
And we're pretty excited to hear about what you're doing.
Tell our audience about VotifyNow.org, what you're going to be doing, the app, and then how you're going to work with us and what you're going to be able to hopefully show us.
Well, let's say we hope you aren't able to show us tomorrow night because we hope there's no voter fraud.
I know that's wishful thinking.
But what do you think you might be able to show us?
But first, start out with telling us what is VotifyNow.org and tell us about the app.
Sure.
VotifyNow.org is the website where people can go to to learn about what the app does.
You can download Votify Now at Google Play or App Store, or you can go to votifynow.org to learn about what the app does and download the app right there.
So basically, it's an app that will let users quickly report any incident they see, anything from mail-in ballot issues to polling issues.
We've even added voter suppression just to Keep everything sort of fair and balanced.
We haven't got any voter suppression issues reported yet but we certainly have thousands of other incidents and we're expecting the big day tomorrow so everybody could still download the app and be ready to go and you can simply report any incident on the app, put in a description, make a quick video or a photo, Automatically pings exactly where you're at, so geo-targeted, and you hit submit.
That's it.
It comes right to us and gets secured in a database.
That's pretty geo-targeted.
That's pretty cool.
Yeah.
Yeah, absolutely.
And then even cooler is that in real time, we've got teams looking at the incidents, and then we push the Alright, so how many people are using the app now?
back through the app so that users not only can report incidents, but they can
also look and see what additional incidents are going on around them. So
we're basically trying to put a spotlight on any nefarious activity.
Basically we try to put out the little small campfire before it turns into a
raging forest fire of cheating. All right, so how many people are using the
app now? Any idea, Johnny? That's hard to say because so many people use the
website but we encourage everybody to use the app, download the app.
I would say probably somewhere close to 100,000 users.
Wow!
Yeah, we've gotten a robust, and interesting enough, we're in most of the battleground states, so most of the users and most of the incidents are coming from Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia is starting to come online, but the interesting ones is New York and California.
Blue states of all places are really starting to report incidents, and they run the gamut, the type of incidents that we're getting.
All right, so what are you anticipating tomorrow night, Johnny?
I'm sorry, I didn't catch that.
What are you anticipating tomorrow night?
Everyone's always asking me that, four or five times a day now, and I always say, well, it depends on how many people pre-voted, early voted, versus a vote on election day.
If we're following the Carrie Lake model, and a lot of people show up on election day, and I pray they are, that'll overcome the algorithms, and maybe we can see the same successes that Carrie Lake had.
Do you buy that same analysis I just gave?
Well, a great question, and I don't pretend to be a polling expert, but I can tell you we're a little concerned because we are seeing many, many, many Irregularities, let's call them, coming through.
Things that we, you know, things that you hear about like a photo of a, you know, car at a Dropbox or whatever.
Those type of incidents take a lot of vetting before we'll share any of those.
But lots of just, you know, people receiving mail-in ballots that didn't request it.
Lots of change of addresses that are peculiar.
Today, somebody reported, which I'm about to share on our social media, which is, by the way, Votify now, V-O-T-I-F-Y now, on Twitter, Getter Truth, and Instagram.
But an interesting one came through a few minutes ago.
A gal went to vote, and they weren't letting her vote because she had a Trump Girl shirt on.
Why?
Yeah, I'm going to share that on our social media in about five minutes.
That's one of the crazier things that we've heard about.
Trump's not even on the ticket.
Okay, I could see where they could... I don't know what the rules are and what the First Amendment has been ruled in regards to this with the courts, but I could see if they would say, okay, we can't have political hats or shirts on in the polling place during the election for the candidate who's on the ballot, but Trump's not on the ballot.
Yeah, actually, by the way, I'm looking at my notes.
She wasn't turned away.
They made her cover it, turn to cover her shirt.
I think she went in the bathroom and turn her shirt inside out.
So other other issues like people having to drive and this seems to be in more red areas, people having to drive sometimes an hour, two hours to their nearest location to vote in person.
So just Everything and we'll have more information and would love to give you guys an update tomorrow.
We're expecting the bulk of the incidents to come in tomorrow.
One last thing I want to say, we're not collaborating with anybody.
We're getting weird messages and notices that, hey, so-and-so is claiming to be partnered with Vodafone now.
For the most part, we're not partnered with anybody and we will be sharing the information with everybody that we're getting once it's vetted because Vodafone now is all about transparency.
So we don't want to be collaborating unless we really know it's a vetted election integrity source.
So tomorrow night, if we check in with you, what kind of things will you think, what do kind of things you think you'll be hearing about, and you're going to try to vet them before you report, but what kind of things do you think we would be hearing about tomorrow night?
If I had to guess, and by the way, we were live.
It's a newer app, but we were live for the primary, so that was our first dry run.
If I had to guess, there's going to be people running out of ballots.
There's going to be a lot of confusion about pens.
There's going to be a lot of confusion about When a location shuts down.
I think there's going to be many things that we have not even learned about yet.
So I'm glad you guys will let me update tomorrow, because I think tomorrow is when we're going to learn about all kinds of new tricks.
So I'll make sure to keep you guys updated.
All right, excellent.
Vodafone.org, right?
Vodafone now.
Or just go to Google Play or the App Store to download the app.
It's Votify Now.
V-O-T-I-F-Y-N-O-W.
All one word.
And the website is votifynow.org.
And yeah, I definitely appreciate you guys having me on.
Looking forward to having you back on tomorrow night.
Let's hope it goes smooth.
But I don't anticipate that with all the tricks that these guys are up to.
So we hope everybody goes and votes tomorrow.
And we look forward to an update from you tomorrow night.
Yeah, thank you.
Thanks for having me.
Thank you, Johnny.
Appreciate your checking in.
All right, let's move quickly.
Uh-oh, Marilyn's not answering.
Well, that's not good.
All right, let me text Marilyn.
Do we have Garland Favorito next?
All right, let's go to Garland here.
Tell you what, let's do this.
Let's take a quick break, come back.
We'll get our guest all squared away.
Come back.
It's the Lindell Report.
Again, don't forget that Mike is speaking tonight at the Trump rally.
That's why he's not here with us.
He might check in by phone before the night is over, but we still have Marilyn Todd, Garland Favorito, Adam Steen.
Tonight I'll have with me John Whitehead, the attorney.
John Whitehead for a few minutes.
Then in studio the rest of the broadcast will be Trevor Loudon, expert on communism, American history related to communism, a brand new book, national security threats that 30 U.S.
senators are opposing.
He's got a brand new book about it.
He's been in our studio today, all day yesterday.
We pre-filmed a bunch of interviews.
Last night we did a show on is America being set up for a Red Dawn invasion.
Gordon Chang has talked about that with me last week.
Others have.
Joshua Phillip with the Ecop Times.
So that's a real threat.
That's, I think, already been posted on my website and on Frank Speech, www.tv.com and frankspeech.com.
All right.
I'm being told in my ear by Logan.
We do now have Marilyn Todd.
Marilyn, shame on you for being late, but glad you could join us.
I got a new phone.
That's good.
Got a new phone.
All right.
Are you doing all right?
Oh, sorry.
Yeah.
No, I'm good.
Are you, were you telling me you got a new phone or are you telling someone else?
Logan.
Oh, Logan.
Yeah.
Well, I need to get a new phone.
My screen's cracked.
Has been for months, but I don't have time to, I don't have time to go deal with that kind of stuff.
So I just, I just stick with it.
People are like, your screen is so cracked.
I'm like, yeah, who's got time to stop and go get a new phone.
I know.
I didn't have a choice.
Yeah, I hear you.
All right, Marilyn.
I'm just teasing you about being late.
We're glad you're with us.
Glad you made it.
We just had on Johnny with votifynow.org.
And now we're going to have you.
Then we're going to have Garland Favorito, Adam Steen.
Busy night.
What do you want to talk about tonight, Marilyn?
So I just want, you know, we've heard a lot about voter suppression.
And, you know, what I wanted to talk about from New Hampshire tonight is poll challenger intimidation.
And basically what transpired in New Hampshire is you know, those national change of address lists that your Mike, Mike and cause of America really helped America get.
And so New Hampshire came back with 94,000 names of people with wrong addresses.
And right.
And that's 11 percent of the voting roll, 11 percent of our voting roll.
Um, and as you know, that only goes back four years.
So imagine if we were to go back 20 years, how many, um, so explain to our audience what that means.
What does that mean when you say we got that many wrong addresses?
So basically there, you know, when you've, uh, so when you move, you fill out a national change of address.
And, um, so it forwards your old address as mail to your new address.
So, um, when, So we took our voting rolls, and then the Cause of America team applied that to the National Change of Address through the USPS.
So this is a government agency, and basically it produces a list of people who are incorrect on your voting rolls with wrong addresses.
And it gives you their old address, and it gives you their address that they moved to.
So this is, like for example, As you all know, I moved and I wanted to see if it would flag me and my husband or just me because I felt one out for my family.
So I just wanted to test it.
So when I got it back, my address was on there.
So this is irrefutable proof.
It's from a government agency.
And so what we planned on doing with this information is we had a team.
Michael, you're the best if you're watching.
We had a team, um, take the roll, take the voting rolls.
And basically what Michael did is he, he dispersed it into 243 towns, 243 lists.
So we were going to give all the poll challengers, um, these lists.
And, and we're saying, if you obtain any votes or voters from this list, they need to be challenged because we have proof that they moved either out of state or out of County.
And, um, this was actually our second time, um, running it through the national change of address.
Cause we did it with the 20, the people who voted in 2020.
And what happened in that Brennan is it came back with 15,000 people who voted in the 2020 election, voted from addresses that they did not live at anymore.
So, you know, this time it hit 94.
So we ran our whole voting list this time.
So it was 94,000.
We broke up the list.
We started dispersing them to the, you know, the poll challengers.
And then all of a sudden there was an email sent out on Friday from the Secretary of State and the AG stating that they were basically saying that they're not allowed to be challenged unless they personally know that that person moved.
And imagine, I mean, think about how many people live in a town that vote.
How can you possibly know Um, personally, no, you know, all these people that are coming and voted to me and so the email is very intimidating.
It basically said that it was, you know, illegal for them.
And it went down seven different areas.
And all we thought about from everybody who's producing.
So now the poll watchers are scared to challenge anybody based on this list.
Somebody else said, well, it can't be used in a court of law.
This information can absolutely be used in a court of law.
This is from a government agency, Brandon.
There's no reason why our poll watchers or our poll challengers should be scared to use this information.
And what is the point of having poll challengers if they can't use a list of from the from the USPS That states that these people don't live in that county, nor do a lot of them live in this state.
So, again, I'm a little confused.
Help me out here.
That many people are not going and breaking the law.
So what's going on?
Is someone voting for them?
Are they registering their address and then voting for them?
What's going on?
So not, I agree with you.
Um, New Hampshire is one of the safest states in the nation.
Um, we typically don't break the law in New Hampshire and I don't know.
I, we've never been able to figure out like what is going on, but basically someone could fill out a ballot for you.
And so I'm assuming that, um, If you want my honest opinion, I don't think this many people would break the law and vote from addresses that they don't live on, live at anymore.
So, um, but it just, you know, as we were canvassing, we already knew that this was happening.
We already knew that people that stated and promised up and down that they did not vote had, had absentee ballots casted in their name.
So, um, you know, based off canvassing, you know, it, it's safe to assume that, you know, All so they're leaving these voters on.
So not only are they not allowing the poll challengers to challenge this list of people, but they're also refusing to take these names off the checklist.
And so in the state of New Hampshire, if if you if you have proof that someone moved, you can go to your supervisor, the checklist, and then what they do is they send you a mailer and you have 30 days to return that to return that piece of mail saying that you still want to be kept on the voting list.
They won't even send out the mailers, Brandon.
So to me, they're literally manipulating the voter rolls on purpose.
It's it's done on purpose.
There's no other reason to keep a voter roll overinflated unless it's intentional, especially when you have this kind of information.
I mean, the the information that comes back from the USPS has latitude and longitude like you.
It gives you the precise location of where they moved to.
It comes with so much information, like when they moved.
And this is it.
And also, you know, what I want to say to the New Hampshire government is that because they're trying to say, oh, well, it could have just been a temporary move.
There's two different forms of change of address forms.
There's temporary and then there's permanent.
These people are filled out a permanent change of address.
And then they tried to say something about the military, but we didn't want to dispute the military.
So we, those 93,000 names, sorry, 94,000 names don't even include any military in there.
We took all the military out because we didn't want to, you know, and plus New Hampshire is so small that it was immaterial anyways.
I got a text last week from a buddy of mine that's running for re-election here in town and it was really interesting because he texted me and said, Hey, I see where your wife and you and your daughter have not voted.
I hope you're going to go vote for me.
And I was like, uh, yeah, I'm voting on election day, but you know, it's kind of weird that someone is able to see that I and my wife and daughter haven't voted.
I mean, should people really be able to see this?
Because my first concern is, well, when people can see this, then how does this keep the machine from voting for me?
So when I walk in to vote, well, you can't vote Mr. House, you already voted.
Well, no, I haven't.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, I, I just think it's done on purpose.
They purposely do things like that, Brennan.
It's, you know, they over-inflate the voting rolls.
And that's why, you know, they call them e-poll books.
And they're really iPads.
So I really wish people would start calling them iPads because that's really what they are.
But that's why it's so scary to go to electronic versions of the voting list.
Is because people will be able to, you know, Joe Vaughn did it on national TV.
He hacked into an e-poll book on national TV.
And, you know, they're going to be able to see in live in live form who voted and who hasn't voted yet.
So they can just check off the names manually.
And we're trying really hard to not have this come into New Hampshire.
But unfortunately, you know, we've They're slowly rolling in and I hope New Hampshire puts an end to that because that's really scary and that's how the machines know how That's how you can also generate for the machines too because someone has if they're a Democrat who voted or a Republican and you know in the state of New Hampshire we have They can rate you so they can rate you by one through five.
So five meaning you're a hard Republican one meaning you're a weak Democrat, right?
So it goes in order from five to one.
And so they really can get an accurate analysis just from the e-poll books and those ratings
and everything else.
So I just think, I just really hope that New Hampshire has a fair election tomorrow.
And I appreciate you letting us come on this show and just exposing New Hampshire
because the email that was sent out by the Secretary of State and the AG was super
inappropriate.
I had people calling me all day today saying, I'm scared to use the list.
Like, are we not are we really not allowed to challenge these people unless we personally know them?
And I told them, listen, you know, a challenge is so basically, I said, all you're doing is saying, hey, I don't believe that these people vote that live here.
They shouldn't be voting.
And so basically the voter just has to sign an affidavit saying that they live there.
So what's the big deal?
And in the primary in the town of Raymond, two people actually walked out because they didn't want to sign that affidavit.
So obviously the affidavit is working.
And I wouldn't mind signing an affidavit if I wasn't lying about where I lived.
So what is the big deal and why is the Secretary of State and the AG Yeah.
Let me show you this headline tonight on Politico.
Because, you know, it was, if you talk about cyber hacking machines, you're crazy.
That's a conspiracy theory.
And yet, you don't have my laptop.
All right, let me see if I can redo that.
Let me get it.
But while you're looking for it, Brendan, I can say that here.
Harry Hurstie made a whole documentary on New Hampshire's machines and how they can be hacked.
He literally used New Hampshire's machines in 2005 on a documentary.
But as you know, the mainstream media has made us out to be crazy for talking like this, and yet here tonight, Politico has this headline.
Six Election Security Threats to Watch for on Election Day.
Subtitled, Hacking Threats!
And disinformation fears loom large as voters head to the polls.
Hacking threats?
What?
There we go.
You're going down here, you get a bullet point.
The voting machine hacking threat you probably haven't heard about.
Wait a minute.
I thought these machines weren't hackable.
Hello?
The voting machines are hackable?
Of course they are.
We've been saying that.
But you get mocked.
Did you go on down a little bit further?
Crashing election office and campaign websites.
Yeah.
Talk about hackers again.
Here's another one.
There it is.
Cyber attacks on voter registration databases.
Huh.
Yeah.
I thought none of this was possible, even though we've been warning about it for the last two years, but we were called crazy, right?
I think they're posting stuff like that now because they're scared and they're intimidated, but you want to know what I'm excited for, Brennan, is that if there is a red wave, which I hope that there is, but what I'm excited about is let the Democrats join this fight, because I would Love nothing more to unify on the fact that we have to fix our elections because even if they're say every Republican candidate in the nation wins, I'm still going to be sitting here just like you are, just like Mike Lindell, just like Garland and everybody else.
We're still going to continue with this election fight and we're going to make it so that there That our elections can't be hacked, that our elections are the real will of the people, because that's the only thing I care about, is if the elections are the will of the people.
Absolutely.
Give your website again, Marilyn.

I owe Pete Santelli one.
I like it.
All right.
Before we get into your topic, I want to show you the headline I just showed Marilyn Todd over at Politico tonight.
Six election security threats to watch for on election day.
Hacking threats.
What?
I thought this was all conspiracy theory, the hacking.
The voting machine hacking threat you probably haven't heard about.
And then you go on down, you scroll on down, and they talk about, uh, database.
Here we go.
Cyber attacks on voter registration databases.
Hackers with access to a voter registration system could sow chaos in two ways.
By tampering with voter data, they could make it more difficult or time-consuming for poll workers to check in voters at polling places.
And by stealing voter data!
That's amazing to me.
targeted a harassment. Wait a minute, I thought there was no cyber hacking in machines in
back, the machines in the elections. And if you talk about you're crazy, and now Politico
Tonight has this headline. What is this about? Are they setting the narrative for saying
a red wave was Russia or or some other group doing this?
That's amazing to me. I mean, when we have the mockingbird media starting to say that
we were right for the last two years. That's pretty interesting.
Isn't it, though?
I just found that when we went on air tonight.
I checked over at a couple of websites I always keep an eye on, and there it was.
Like, what?
Awesome.
All right.
That's great.
That's great.
All right.
What news do you have for us tonight?
We've got breaking news, and not necessarily Voter GA.
This is True the Vote.
Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips were released from prison, a federal prison, today, this afternoon, as near as I can tell.
After a week of incarceration.
And this is just absolutely crazy stuff.
I wanted to just go over.
I spent a lot of time working through the court documents today.
All right.
Wanted to just fill the listeners in.
But first of all, just back up for a minute.
In case anybody doesn't know who True The Vote is and Catherine Engelbert and Greg Phillips.
They're the ones that produced the source data for 2000 mules.
And just in Georgia alone, you know, we had 242 mules and they were operating throughout the metro Atlanta area.
And these were, the mules are ballot traffickers who were dumping counterfeit ballots into unsecure dropbox.
Here we at Voter GA corroborated Truth of Votes evidence with our own video surveillance that we got from Gwinnett County and some of the other counties.
We've shown the ballot traffickers fanning ballots, taking a picture of them so they can get paid.
And most importantly, we had six sworn affidavits from senior poll managers that they handled counterfeit ballots in the Fulton County 2020 election results.
We're still trying to see those ballots, and thanks to the recent Georgia Supreme Court ruling that we talked about on your show a few days ago, we're probably going to get to see those eventually, and then we'll be able to collaborate even further to those evidence.
But tonight, I wanted to give you a little bit of background on this was a completely different topic.
Catherine and Greg, particularly Greg's team, discovered evidence that American poll worker data was sitting on Chinese servers.
A lot of it, and this could be up to 1.8 million records of American citizens.
Of course, all of this violates U.S.
law.
You can't outsource data to foreign companies about U.S.
citizens or, in particular, election workers.
So this server was owned by a company called Connick, which also, as we're finding out now, has many state and federal contracts, including one to the Department of Defense, which is quite scary.
So Catherine and Greg testified at an L.A.
County Grand Jury, and as a result of their testimony about this, the District Attorney's Office in Los Angeles Indicted the CEO of Koenig and his name is Eugene Yu.
He's out of Michigan.
Koenig then turned around and sued Greg and Catherine in U.S.
District Court of Southern Texas where I think at least one if not both of them were located.
And the case was assigned to a judge named Kenneth Hoyer.
And by the way, I forgot to tell Logan he could put the picture of Catherine and And Greg up if he's got it.
So Judge Hoyt immediately entered into an ex parte communications with the Connick's lawyers, which is essentially a significant violation of civil procedure.
So what we mean for the audience, what an ex parte communication is, is that means one side of the attorneys are talking with the judge, Yeah, absolutely.
So, what is it that caused them to get released?
Did some judge overturn them?
Well, yes, yes.
And that's that's Catherine and Greg. Sorry about not getting you that up earlier. But most of you
know who who they are. Yeah, absolutely. So what is it?
What is it that caused him to get released at some judge overturned them? Well, yes, yes. I'll walk
you through it real quick. And we can go to Judge Hoyt. So first of all, I wanted to tell you how
they got into prison in the first place.
So, Judge Hoyt immediately issued, and we can show his picture as well, I think, Logan, but Hoyt immediately issued a temporary restraining order against them for accessing, using, or disclosing Connix-protected computers.
But despite the fact that According to their own mandamus, you know, they never did that.
Neither Catherine nor Greg never did what the temporary restraining order said that they did and they were being restrained from, which was really bad.
In fact, the mandamus that they wrote, which is how they got out, they explicitly stated that the defendants did not provide Chinese service data to anyone.
They didn't even actually access it themselves.
So the judge issued a temporary restraint or normally you're restrained from doing something that you've already done.
So this was completely bizarre that he did this.
But, and then in their mandamus, they explained this very well.
They said, unrebutted testimony shows that defendants did not themselves access the Chinese server data, did not download or copy it, do not otherwise possess it, and had never stated that they would reveal it to anyone.
So what's interesting about this, Brannon, is that these protected Connexus computers are on a backbone called Unicom.
Which Greg Phillips has explained is one of the three backbones of the Chinese internet, which is owned by the Chinese Communist government.
And this server is, because of Connick's contracts, that this is all in their mandamus, because of their contracts with U.S.
counties and states, things like VoteForFairfax.com VoteforBoston.com, which are for, you know, the counties, Fairfax County, of course, is one of the largest counties in Virginia.
Their data was stored in control of the Communist Chinese government.
Now, Greg and Catherine were, they were FBI informants.
So Hoyt Then when they went to court and they had a, well actually Greg and Catherine were not on this particular court case, but prior to them appearing, Hoyt forced the defendant's counsel to reveal one of the people, another FBI informant who showed this data to Catherine and Greg.
So Catherine and Greg had then basically testified Uh, into a grand jury and had gotten an indictment, uh, from the, uh, Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
I forgot to, we've got that.
Um, Logan can actually show that indictment.
Um, Logan, if you want to.
So based on their testimony and their work with the FBI, they were able to indict the, um, Connix, uh, CEO.
For several different charges.
So then, this is where it really turns weird.
Hoyt then tries to get them to release the information about this FBI informant, and then in fact forces them to release the name of the FBI informant, or at least forces their attorney to do that.
And he reluctantly agreed, and he should not have, But then they wanted the other informant who happened to be in the room with Greg.
They refused.
And that is when Judge Hoyt put them in jail.
And they refused on the grounds that it would have put the informant in jeopardy, as it would any informant who's working undercover.
And the judge went on record as saying, I'm not concerned about this man's safety or security.
Now, we're talking about an FBI informant here.
That the judge is not concerned about.
So finally, the judge said, look, I have the highest clearance of anybody in the country, so you can't ask me to agree to keep something confidential.
We found out that that was a lie.
He doesn't have the highest clearance of anybody in the country.
And even if they had revealed it, it had been revealed in open court, and everybody in court doesn't have that kind of a a clearance to hear this kind of information.
So the nutshell of this whole thing, Brandon, is that they refused and then they were subject to an imprisonment that jeopardized their lives.
You throw FBI informants into a federal prison, that's a dangerous situation for both Greg and Catherine.
And it's probably, we believe, to be the first time someone has ever been in prison in a civil trial.
Yes.
And Connick even admitted that they had no reason for these two, Greg and Catherine, to have ever been incarcerated in the first place.
Wow.
So let me ask you this again, just to clarify, did a higher court or judge overrule this judge that did this?
Absolutely.
So then, and then I was getting the basics in and then they They appealed that to the Fifth District, U.S.
District Court of New Orleans, and the court basically overruled the judge, Judge Hoyt.
Do we know anything about this judge who appointed him?
His worldview?
Anything about him?
Well, yeah, I think we do.
So first of all, the judge is a Reagan appointee back in 88.
Really?
Yeah, now that's a long, complicated process.
I was just learning more about that today, whereas when the president appoints various, he points several different individuals as candidates, and it has to be approved by both senators, which would be, at that time, was Lloyd Benson and Phil Graham.
Lloyd Benson a Democrat, Phil Graham was a Republican.
So they approved this guy to the bench, And in regards to his worldview, I think you raise a really interesting question there, because you have to start asking some really strange things here.
Why would he have gone into ex parte communications, which violates civil procedure?
Why would he lie about his security clearance?
And why would he imprison, for probably the first time in history, someone in a civil trial?
And these are patriots and FBI informants endanger their lives.
So you have to ask the question, who benefits from all this?
And I think we should also ask the question, is should there be a federal investigation and possibly this guy be impeached?
Absolutely, Brandon.
We should basically, and I think we should call tonight for the impeachment of Judge Kenneth Hoyt.
Because the only one, the only group that I can see that benefits from these bizarre court decisions and the imprisonment of Catherine and Greg is the Communist Chinese government.
Because again, everything that Greg and Catherine were saying, that got them sued to start with, turned out to be true after the L.A.
District Attorney, who I don't think is any conservative, arrested the CEO of Connick for the very thing that Greg and Catherine were accusing him and the company of, correct?
Exactly to the T. And ironically, this guy, the CEO, Eugene Yu, is out and about right now, and Catherine Thank you for this update.
We want you to keep us posted.
You'll be in studio with us this time tomorrow night.
It's going to be a big night.
What do you think is coming?
part poll worker data.
Yeah.
So all right.
So we're going to thank you for this update.
We want you to keep us posted.
You'll be in studio with us this time tomorrow night.
It's going to be a big night.
What do you think is coming?
If you had to guess, what do you think is coming?
I honestly don't know, Brandon.
You know, it's so unpredictable.
Every time we have an election, we find something bizarre that we didn't know about before.
And that's why we need to be in the studio.
So would you agree with me if there was no fraud, no fraud, there would be a red wave and there'd be a lot of Democrats voting in that red wave?
Well, yeah, I mean, it's obviously I'll go even one step further than that.
The fraud prevented, basically caused a blue wave last time, which
never really existed.
I can really speak, especially for Georgia, that our Senate Judiciary Committee down here
said, subcommittee said that this election should have never been certified.
And they were absolutely right.
We found so much more after that.
VoterGA.org.
VoterGA.org.
Garland Favorito.
Look forward to having you with us in studio tomorrow night and the next night.
Two days of incredible coverage.
Be the best in the conservative market starting 6 p.m.
Central Time until 1 or 2 in the morning for the next two nights Tuesday and Wednesday right here at FranksBeach.com.
Lindell TV.
Thank you, Garland.
Thank you, Brandon.
Garland Favorito of voterGA.org.
All right, folks, don't forget about, again, supporting what we're doing so we can pay for all these specials and
keep this network going.
You are how we support this network.
So please go to mypillow.com, use the promo code L77.
All right, we can let Garland go, guys.
I don't know if you guys are awake with me in the control room there tonight.
All right, let's go to Adam Steen.
He's running against, he's running against Robin Voss as a write-in.
And, well, he joins us now for an update.
I heard, by the way, I got a text with the voice of none other than President Donald J. Trump calling on folks to help support Adam Steen against Robyn Voss.
Is that true, Adam?
That is very true, sir.
Can you hear me?
I can hear you.
When did he record that?
And did that go out as like a phone tree all over your district?
It is.
We sent out robocalls and text messages to every single person we could afford to send it to, sir.
Wow.
Mike also sent us a robocall that we sent out this afternoon.
So we are letting everyone know that's possible.
All right.
What are you hearing on the ground there?
People are excited.
Seriously.
They are absolutely excited that there is change coming.
We're educating voters every single day that a write-in candidate can win this seat, Brandon.
And that, to me, is what's so hopeful.
So hopeful.
And again, when you say write-in, what does that mean?
Do people have to be... Are you going to use the stickers you talked about?
Has that been deemed to be a problem?
Do they have to spell your name correctly?
What's going to happen here?
So when you go into the voting booth, if you pull up the website, we have We have the actual ballot, what it looks like.
What website?
What website do you want me to pull up?
Oh, if you go to steenforus.com, S-T-E-E-N-F-O-R-U-S dot com, you can take a look at.
Okay, there we are.
We have the, yep, right there at the top.
Right at the very top.
It says November the 8th.
So that is what your ballot will look like.
It'll have the legislative district.
It'll have the 63rd Assembly.
And it says, vote for one.
Robin Voss's name is the only name that will appear on the ballot.
And then it will say, write in underneath, and there'll be a blank line.
So writing in Adam Steen and filling in that bubble, we're going to have folks trying to use some other method of delivery other than a felt-tip marker so that they can make sure that they're Right in is actually counted into the physical piece of paper.
So they're writing with a ballpoint pen instead of a felt pen.
And that is going to be the case in the entire 63rd Assembly District, Brandon.
So the most fun part that we've said to all of your voters is that we are going to have a hand count in the 63rd Assembly District.
And that is the right answer.
Are you, um, are you hopeful?
I am extremely hopeful.
You should see the amount of advertisements, door knocking.
He's got the sheriff, we talked about that, Sheriff Smailing, doing interviews and radio ads for him and TV ads so that he can get his message out there.
Somebody told me that when you're not scared at all, you just sit at home, right?
But he's out every single day knocking on doors.
So, to get this straight, Robin Voss, the Speaker of the House of Wisconsin, has been forced to knock on doors to the very last minute.
It is amazing, Brandon.
Absolutely amazing.
Are you getting any reports of how the reception has been for him?
He has actually decided to start lying about me.
He's told people that I am pro-abortion.
He's told them that I am Dropping into this district for government paycheck.
He's pulling some of his tricks out of the primary and bringing them to play here in the general election.
Wait a minute.
What I know about you, and I know people that know you, I've known people that I've known for 25, 30 years that know you.
Everything I know about you is you are a conservative evangelical Christian.
Yes, sir.
I mean, I think you even went to a very conservative school.
I did at the Baptist Bible College, sir.
It's fascinating what I say the left will do, Brandon, but now we know that the left has got no boundaries any longer.
So all of a sudden, this guy that has a conservative track record, raised at a conservative Wisconsin, Christian home, culture, now you're a pro-abort.
Correct.
That's what they're saying about you.
But this is what we're looking at, right, Brandon?
It's like pot calling the kettle black.
Come on.
This is exactly what the left does.
They take anything that they can and twist instantly to try to tell people.
Have you ever had a debate with Robin?
I can't remember.
I asked.
We scheduled three debates in the primary and he never showed up to one debate.
Wow.
Yeah, I would have loved the opportunity to sit down just like this with you and have an interviewer.
Just ask us questions so we could let the people make the decision very clearly that there is a big difference between the two of us.
And I found out the biggest difference, Brandon, is our mindset.
When you look at somebody that's stepping into office and they say, I'm going to stay there for 20 years, they make decisions that will keep them in that office.
And I said that it's up to us to stay there for a set amount of time.
When I ran for Congress, that was six years.
I said, we should stay there for three terms and get our butt back to work.
And I truly believe that that is the biggest difference between the two of us.
That I want to fix our elections.
I want to fix the Second Amendment in the state of Wisconsin and get constitutional carry.
I want to fix the educational system.
He's not been to one board meeting, Brandon.
Not one school board meeting.
I've been to 15 throughout the district in multiple different evenings throughout the last nine months and I've never seen him once.
Wow.
That to me shows So tell me this in regards to the write-in.
When people write in, that's going to force them to have to do a hand count, correct?
Very much so.
So the tabulator will take a scan of the document, it'll see that there's a write-in, and it will spit it out.
And that forces a hand count, because they have to adjudicate them.
Do they have to write down exactly what was on that website?
The intent of the voter is what is being challenged when you have that adjudication process.
So if there's a misspelling, if there's an abbreviation, if there is a K Adam or an Adam S or an Adam Steen or an Adam Stein, the municipal clerk gets to make that decision, Brandon.
Now, what if someone dispels your last name?
Are they going to throw out the ballot?
What are they going to do?
It is supposed to be, the law is written that the intent of the voter is what is most critical.
So, when the voter intends to write in my name, and you can tell that the intent of the voter was to write my name, they have to accept it.
Now, poll watchers tomorrow night to do this, are you going to have a Republican, a Democrat, an Independent?
How many people will be looking at that and making that decision?
There's supposed to be two.
Minimum of two.
One from each party, the Republican and the Democrat, because that's what's on the ticket right now.
So they have the ability to have two people watching.
They have the ability, but will they?
This is why these municipal clerks are so important.
And I trust their judgment, but we have to have people that hold them accountable.
So we have poll workers and we have observers.
Those poll workers need to hold the poll executives, which would be the administrators of the election, the municipal clerks.
The poll workers that are actually being there all day have to hold those clerks accountable.
And that's why we're getting men and women to come volunteer from across the state to descend on the 63rd Assembly.
So your election is likely not going to be decided tomorrow night?
That is very, very true.
There's actually, I got a couple emails today or text messages on my phone, and they're making sure that we know that there are some elections that are going to take a couple days to figure out here in the state of Wisconsin.
So they're already preempting the fact that We might have to figure this out over time, Brandon.
And I mean this so simply.
When we said we could fix our elections in eight words, it wasn't just a talking point.
It's in person, on paper, hand count, one day.
We can do that, but it's going to take A concerted effort to fix the process that we have currently.
That would be amazing.
Would you like to hear, folks, would you like to hear the...
Logan, I just sent you the audio of President Trump.
Would you like for the audience to hear the...
That would be amazing. Absolutely amazing, sir.
Yeah. Did you get that yet, Logan?
Alright, let me know when you got it and we'll play it.
He's going to bring it up.
I just sent it to him.
When did that go out, that voice endorsement?
We received that earlier this weekend, so back on Friday night, Saturday, and we got it sent out as soon as we could on Saturday so people could take a listen to it and hear that the president, he said this from day one.
As soon as we decided to run the write-in, he said he would continue to support us.
All right, here it is.
Listen to this, folks.
Excellent.
Hello, Wisconsin.
This is your favorite president, I hope, Donald J. Trump, calling about a very important election happening in your state's 63rd Assembly District this Tuesday, November 8th.
This is a really, really important one.
A proud small business owner and farmer named Adam Steen is running against a horrendous rhino, Robin Voss, an absolute disaster, and it's going to be a historic write-in campaign Robin Voss has really let you down on voter integrity and just about everything else.
As your next state representative, Adam will work with Janelle Branson, who's an incredible woman, to stop voter fraud in Wisconsin and restore free, fair, and honest elections, something Robin Voss will never, ever do.
They tried, they couldn't get him to do it, and nobody knows why.
Adam Steen will fight hard to grow our economy, protect our undersea Second Amendment, and restore the great American dream.
So this Tuesday, November 8th, send a message to all rhinos out there.
These are real sellouts to our country and to your party.
They're losers by any standard.
You want a true patriot, Adam Steen, to represent the 63rd Assembly District.
You'll see something really happen in this state, because it's so sad when you look at what's happened in the past, and a lot of that is because of Voss.
So go for Adam Steen, get out and vote, and I'll see you soon.
Make sure you write in Adam Steen on November the 8th.
Did he just call Robin Voss a loser?
I'm pretty sure that's what he said.
Now this is the same Robin Voss that wanted to climb on President Trump's plane and get a picture with him, right?
That's exactly what we were facing, Brandon.
He put out a mailer that said, hey, look at me.
And I've got a picture with the president so that he could think he was endorsed and people would make that assumption.
Wow.
Wow.
Wow!
Alright, we're gonna keep you posted.
Give us the website again, Adam.
Steamforus.com.
