I've got a couple of friends down in Florida, and I guess, Brandon, you have an update for us from Florida?

Now we have a truck issue and the guys are pushing the truck out of the bay.

It seemed like the truck was going to catch on fire because it's smoking and we didn't want the station to burn down.
We're now unloading the truck.

I just said, are you OK?

That was the actual fire department's, their building, right?
In Naples, yeah.
And they had to push the fire truck out because the chief said it was smoking.
The fire truck was smoking and they didn't want it catching fire and burned it down the firehouse.

It says, oh yeah, he did.
He says, if 60 mile an hour winds, we are not near the ocean.
This guy is more inland.
So they have 60 mile an hour winds and they're not near the ocean.
So that's why they were concerned for Alfie, Oaks, His businesses are both in jeopardy.

Here is the National Oceanic, National Oceanic, this is I think a government institution.
Here is their latest update on this track of this storm real quick.
Welcome back everyone with your 5 p.m.
update on Hurricane Ian.
Starting with the satellite imagery, you can see that Ian has moved ashore, moved ashore, made landfall earlier today.
It's powerful Category 4.
Hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson scale.
As it moves inland, you'll see the eye start to diminish, but don't let that fool you.
It will still pack a formidable punch as it moves across the state of Florida along the I-4 corridor over the next couple of days.
Look at the radar imagery.
You can see where it made landfall here in and around So Naples is down here.
So just north of Naples, just north of Fort Myers in the Punta Gorda area, and that's where we got the strongest flow of winds and got that, unfortunately, got that storm surge that we were predicting.
Many of you have seen the footage on social media.
It's very sad to see it unfold.
And then it's probably starting to come up here in Fort Myers as well.
So maybe Naples is out of the bullseye for the storm surge.
Water should start to come down, but probably starting to come up pretty quickly in and around the Fort Myers area.
And in fact, you can see that on our tide state.
So this is an instrument that is measuring the height of the ocean.
And look how rapidly it is rising.
And this is going to continue as those winds continue to pile the water into those enclosed areas.
And this is why storm surge is so dangerous.
It's because the water rise is so quick.
And you're seeing that play out on social media with people saying the water came up by so many feet and very, very quickly.
So this is why storm surge is so dangerous.
Remember, now we're getting into, you know, this has probably happened, so this is not so much as a forecast, it's either happened or happening, so I want to draw your attention a little bit up into this portion, because this is the forecast.
This is the forecast that as Ian comes back out over the Atlantic and turns back to the northwest into Georgia and South Carolina, they themselves are going to have a significant storm surge.
Now, these numbers might Wow.
So we're hearing, I mean, as you just heard there, that the surge is really catching a lot of people by surprise.
And of course, that's when people drowned.
Absolutely.

of the coastline is very low and flat and these numbers will be very impactful

I was actually, had a trip scheduled there yesterday and canceled it.
Now, it's been set up, re-set up for, I believe, early next week.
But the only thing is, by the look of that flooding, Brandon, that's not going to go away anytime soon.
No, it sure not.
You know, that's not going to go.
That looks just horrific.
That looks like the whole town, doesn't it?

Well, everybody, tonight, to switch gears, I'll give a quick update on the media attack on myself and then we're going to take calls tonight.
We've got, one of the stories that they keep calling me on is, which actually, I think it must tie into the, well obviously it ties into Colorado and to the FBI thing.
No, everybody, I do not have my phone back.
We sued the government and the FBI, and we sued them because of a violation of First, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Rights that they broke in the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments.
And so, we'll keep you updated on that.
But in the meantime, Brandon, the media has been hitting me all day about It's funny, this Quentin called from Colorado, Quentin Young, and on my phone it says horrible reporter.
You know, I have them all kind of ranked, right?
Terrible reporter, horrible reporter.
Talked to this one, he's a bad reporter.
You know, they're all ranked.
But he had the worst rankings, but I took his call anyway this morning, and I'm just reading the article here.
He didn't even put, let's see, he put Mike Okay, well he did put, she also said that Mike Lindell, the MyPillow CEO and the nationally influential proponent of the big lie.
I thought CNN and them weren't supposed to call it the big lie anymore because it's really the big truth.
You know, so I don't know.
But it says that the 2020 election was stolen from former President Donald Trump, paid for Wood's attorney, an assertion, and I want everyone to listen to this real Uh, as an assertion that Linda on Wednesday disputed.
So this guy called me this morning, Brandon, and, uh, the second reported a call and asked if I had paid for, uh, this resident named Gerald Wood.
Um, that, um, um, that actually, uh, apparently I didn't know his name and, uh, cause I, I maybe I've heard the name before, but I, uh, um, I don't recall that I've ever heard it, but apparently he was at the Cyber Symposium, and he was involved with Tina Peters back when they did the Mesa County backup, and that's what Tina's saying.
Now, it says here that Mike Lindell, they asked me if I'd paid this guy's attorney bills, and I said no, because I know I haven't paid anybody.
I checked into it.
I have paid nobody's attorney bills from there.
I was even misconstrued on Tina's because that's just what I thought.
I thought that I was personally paying them, but well, something got paid.
I guess I checked on it before the show here.
The Lindell Legal Offense Fund did pay a part of this Gerald Woods attorney bill.
Just to clarify that, because it's basically, it says Mike Lindell says Tina Peters misconstrued his ties to impersonation figure, whatever that means.
So anyway, I just wanted to clear that up, because we're full transparency here and full disclosure.
And once again, I've been telling media all day, all the evidence that I have is sitting down, or the big chunk of it is sitting in Nevada.

We're waiting for the judge to lift the gag order so we can put this in the court cases and get rid of all these frivolous lawsuits and this lawfare that has attacked our country and made it so every single reporter is basically in fear of writing the word dominion or writing about that.
Brandon, do you know that Four different left-wing, one of them on the right, I won't say what outlet, but four of them said they have orders they cannot do an article against the machines or bringing up anything against the machines.
They're ordered to, you know, they can put down election fraud, you know, you know, Mike Lindell fighting against election fraud, but they won't put down.
I said to this reporter, and everybody listened to this, I said, I said, this was this guy from the New York Times.
I just got off the phone with him.
He's doing a big story, this Charles guy.
And he was here for all last week, or not all last week, but he was here for a whole day, actually two days.
He was at my pillow and my corporate offices.
And I just told him on the phone, I said, Charlie, I said, you're sitting here and now you're spinning off trying to do a hit piece.
On, on, uh, the Tina Peters in Colorado, who she did her job.
I said, but it did her job as a County clerk.
I said, I said, you think all these people in this country that just, uh, had lives before this, uh, before all of a sudden all this machine fraud and crime has shown its ugly face and, uh, we're trying to save the country.
Well, here I said to him, I said, Charlie, doesn't it matter to you?
That what was exposed, which is right up here on Frank's Beach.
This is what the FBI asked me about.
On Frank's Beach, it says, inside the machines.
Brandon, I want you to pull this up one more time for the public to see.

I said, Charlie, Why don't you go, instead of writing this hit piece on Tina Peters and keep attacking this gold star mom for doing her job, I said, why isn't anybody doing a story on what the actual, what was found inside the machines?
Whether, you know, it's irrelevant.
Whatever they think about that she did her job and did a backup, doesn't anybody care what the backup shows?
And here's what it shows, Brandon.
It shows Dominion and Jenna Griswold, the Secretary of State of Colorado, committed felonies.
They committed crimes against humanity, against the state of Colorado, the United States, all the people of the United States, and quite frankly, against everyone in the world.
What they did, they called it the trusted build, everybody.
They said it was to go in and do maintenance.
Here they come to do maintenance and they sent out to everyone in Colorado, they sent a notice out.
If you don't let us in to do maintenance on your machine, the truss to build, you need to send your machines to the Secretary of State's office and they'll do it there for you.
But it's going to be on your own dime shipping these machines back and forth.
So they did this when they did the maintenance everybody and you can see this on report number three right here on Frank's Beach.
They deleted the 2020 election.
They deleted it.
They deleted all the stuff that they're supposed to preserve.
They deleted it and they deleted another election.
The whole reason that Mesa County was in question was not the 2020 election.
It was a 2021 election.
A board election in Mesa County, a county board election.
So they showed.
So what we have here on Frank's Beach, everybody, and I showed this to Charlie.
I said, Charlie, we took this first to Alan Duke.
And for those of you tuning in, Alan Duke is the biggest trader the United States has ever seen.
He is the fact checker for Facebook.
His company is called Lead Stories.
His partner is Martin, who's over in Belgium, doesn't even live in this country.
And I wish I had the picture or two.

We can see their smiling faces.
But anyway, everybody, let me tell you about these two.
We gave them, we gave them the same thing, report number three.
And we gave them now what you all can see up here, which is what they deleted in Colorado.

The lawyers did all this with Alan Duke.
And Alan Duke said, you know what?
If it's there, I'm going to report it.

You could be the worst traitor this country's ever seen.

You've got Alan Duke, the most corrupt traitor this country's ever seen, covering up everybody's facts.

And then he tried to deny it.
Alan Duke, is there another Facebook fact checker that's called Lead Stories that has a partner named Martin?
You know, and no, there's not.
It was you, Alan.
And so Brandon, so what we did with, and I told this to Charles from the New York Times, I said, you guys, I said, Charles, he goes, you gave this stuff to Alan Duke?
I go, yes!
He had the whole report.
And what did he do when he found out it was all true, Brandon?
What has he done?
He went Fox on us, everybody.
I can't even say that because Fox has now reported twice now.
Tucker's had on twice to talk about what exactly we're doing out here, the Dominion and how the Democrats wanted to get rid of all these machines.
Tucker went, you know, Tucker was absolutely awesome.
In my mind, he's a hero.
He broke through, broke through and talked when no one else will talk.
He broke through the law fair.
You know what?
I'm going to report the news.
I've had it.
But Alan Duke, everybody, Alan Duke and Lead Stories, they didn't say it was false.
They just didn't tell you all that what they found.
So I'm going to tell everybody.
It's like I called Charles from the New York Times.

They don't get their country back because they don't have people over there going, we got to get rid of these machines, they got to go, we have to have a fair election with paper and, and by the way, I was going to have you put on here, there is a lot of countries, everybody, that have banned machines.
We're not, what we're talking about here is not something that hasn't been done.
Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Brandon, the list goes on and on.
They will not use a machine, a computer.

Because they steal their country and they know it.
They said they want elections, not selections.

They were used with these algorithms.

I would like to see the media go to him and say, hey, can you explain why you wouldn't even look at the evidence before you throw out these lawsuits?

Well, the judge supposedly said about her, quote, Powell, the judge is saying here, must allege that Dominion, after filing its suit, performed some act that perverted the judicial process.
Powell's complaint fails to link her abuse of process claim to any act that Dominion has taken other than filing and pursuing its lawsuit.
Dominion did lawfare in this country.
We could, you know what, we could probably show all those citizens that sued Dominion that had to go get home security things.
Man, they were scared for their lives.
This was filed over a year ago, everybody, but the media doesn't tell you that.
Cheryl, Charlie, all you guys out there, Emma Brown, all you guys, why wouldn't you ever have reported that?
Are you afraid to say these citizens sued Dominion?
And he mentions you in here, the article, Nichols previously dismissed a similar countersuit from Lindell against Dominion Voting Systems back in May.

They're trying to beat out the clock.
If we have these machines, and they're still here, and they are going to be here this fall, but we're going to catch them.

And I'm telling you, if these machines are not gone by the 2024 election, if they're still here, and they cheat this fall, and we don't take this seriously and get rid of these machines, it's over!
It don't matter what these lawsuits go, that they go out.

I'm going to give you what actually happened in Idaho, just so everybody knows.
In Idaho, the big lie was that Donald Trump won by 267,000 votes, everybody.
Now remember, Idaho is red, red, red, but it's more red than you think.
Donald Trump really won by 337,000 votes.
That's 60,000 votes more, you know?
And remember, I said, well, why would they do that in Idaho?
Donald Trump won.
It's just like we've said, when you want to take, when you do this, you dilute the whole water.
You don't want to stand out like a sore thumb.
All they did is take, you know, they took 60,000 votes there.
But think of the primaries and the down tickets like you're saying.
All I know is, and I don't have the, I don't know about the cast vote records from Idaho, but I do know if you remember, Idaho, I think, aren't they the one, Brandon, that sent me a $6,000 bill?

That's a pretty big thing.
And remember, the data I have went from the 3rd to the 6th.
There's between the 3rd and the 6th.
So anything that came in after or anything else that was organic cheating, that all would be added in too.
But I will say this, and I don't know what cast vote records we got for Idaho.
But we do go, just so you know, we have over 1,000 cast vote records out of 3,000 some counties in the United States.
And so far, 98% of those counties show 100% computer and machine algorithms.
There's nothing in between.
You don't have a half algorithm.
It's either it was manipulated or not.
In Idaho, we will...
100% Idaho, that person that got on stage, and I'm sorry that he said there was, that they were more, every state, it's funny, every state either says, we're the most corrupt or whatever, the most theft that went on.
I hear that all the time.
This is the first time I've heard someone got on the stage and said, oh, we're better than the others.
Well, any machine crime is bad.
Anything we can't see, anything in an election is bad.
If one vote is gone, it's bad.
