Kurt Olson and then we'll be joined a little bit later by Garland Favorito and then of course tonight I'm gonna try to work in some of your calls.
It's been a while since we've had a chance to talk to some of you guys and I'd like to talk to some of you guys.
You know that's kind of a northern thing you guys.
I've been transferred around the country with the government.
Born and raised in the south for a long time.
But then also up in Minnesota.
You guys used to always get my southern relatives going.
So I'll keep using that.
I like that.
They think that's a northern term.
You guys.
But anyway, whatever.
I like it.
So we're gonna use it.
Or we can say y'all.
That gets used a lot down here.
But anyway.
Speaking of guys, one of my favorite guys to go to on any matter legal is Kurt Olson.
Kurt, welcome back to Lyndell TV.
Thanks for joining us.
Hey, Brandon.
Great to see you again.
Long time.
Yeah, long time.
Do you say you guys or do you say y'all?
Depends on my mood.
Alright, so what do you want to talk about tonight?
I got some exhibits here in front of me that you sent me.
Yeah, I think so.
We're going to talk a little bit about the case that Fulton County, Pennsylvania brought against Dominion for breach of contract in connection with the Dominion voting machines that they purchased that were used in the November 2020 election.
According to the complaint, these are the Dominion ICX image cast ballot marking devices that are the kinds of machines that Professor Halderman talked about in his declaration that we've talked about previously on your show that are the subject of his 25,000 word report that's been under seal in the Northern District of Georgia.
And if you recall, Professor Haldeman, after he had 12 weeks to examine one of those machines, the server, sounded the alarm and said, you know, There are critical vulnerabilities in this system that can be used to quote, steal votes and close quote.
And it affects 16 states, including Pennsylvania.
And so what happened, according to according to the complaint that Fulton County brought in November 2020, They were not able to, and I'll read the allegation and the complaint.
And I think I have, you sent me this, right?
Is this, we'll go through the screen on this, guys, like we can keep up with Kurt if we have it?
Is this it?
Okay, that looks like it.
So yeah, so if you want to go to paragraph 46, which is on page 12.
Okay, there we go.
So paragraph 46 lays out what apparently happened here.
They state, on or after November 2020, Fulton County became aware of severe anomalies in the Dominion voting systems due to the inaccuracy or inability to reconcile voter data with votes actually cast and counted, i.e.
tabulated, by the system in Fulton County.
In other words, the counts didn't match.
And you may recall earlier, we had talked about a similar situation in Williamson County, Tennessee, where an election official who was smart enough to start marking down the ballots as they were being tabulated, the count on post-its, realized that the count didn't match what the machine was putting out and sounded the alarm.
And push came to shove, and there was finally an investigation by the EAC where they found, quote, erroneous code on the machine.
And it was just, I mean, it's just extraordinary.
And the explanation, according to experts that I've talked with, that Dominion gave, just simply does not make sense.
And so the fact that a machine was able to get through certification and had erroneous code in that circumstance, Begs the question, what is certification worth if afterwards they're finding things like, quote, erroneous code?
And that situation is mentioned in this Fulton County complaint as yet another example that's supportive of their claim.
So, Curt, let me ask you, you know, we know that up in Michigan that Matt DiPerno, you know, he gets a judge to agree to let them get a machine and audit the machine and look inside the machine.
How did this happen in Pennsylvania?
Did a judge do the same there?
So, what happened in Pennsylvania, Bolton County is a heavily Republican county, and the officials there took the proverbial bull by the horns and wanted to get to the bottom of what's going on with these machines that they had purchased from Dominion that were supposedly certified that met criteria, and we're going to perform as advertised, and that is to provide an accurate count of the vote, obviously.
They hired in February of 21, I believe, a forensic computer consultant, Wake TSI, who performed an examination of the machines.
And what Wake found is recounted at paragraph 57, There were errors in the ballot scanning.
There was a failure of Dominion voting to meet Commonwealth certification requirements.
There were non-certified database pools installed on the Dominion voting system.
Yeah, okay. There were errors in the ballot scanning. There was a failure of Dominion voting to meet Commonwealth
certification requirements.
There were non-certified database pools installed on the Dominion voting system.
By the way, what I believe they're referring to is Microsoft, uh, my SQL Server Management Studio, which is an
application that was not part of the certified bill.
That particular application has been found not only in Fulton County, it was found in Michigan, it was found in the Mesa County server, and it was found in Maricopa.
And so you had unauthorized software installed on these machines, and at least according to the Mesa report, The expert concluded that that was installed by Dominion.
And I think that's probably likely everywhere.
And the question would be why, if this is being installed by Dominion, why are they installing unauthorized software on their machines that is outside of the certification?
And this isn't just any software.
This is software that makes it easier to change votes on a large scale and also allows, opens up remote access to the machines.
The very question that needs to be followed up on.
Wait TMI also found some other interesting items.
According to the complaint of paragraph 57, there were changes made to the EMS three weeks before the 2020 election.
But when you make changes to the election management system, that gives rise to whether or not the system should be recertified again and go through a certification, which apparently it did not.
And then the final point was there was a lack of Commonwealth logic and accuracy inspections of the Dominion voting systems.
They refer to it as LNA.
You may have heard that logic and accuracy tests are routinely trotted out by the secretaries of state and the voting machine companies as evidencing that these machines are performing their functions accurately, that they're accurately counting and accurately tabulating the votes.
But as, and this is to placate or to assure the public that Hey, these machines are totally secure.
Your vote is secure.
Except that Professor Haldeman testified under oath that he can defeat the logic and accuracy testing associated with these Dominion ICX machines.
And he can defeat the risk-limiting audits that are performed to assure the public.
So these types of tests really are kabuki theater.
They're designed to give people the warm fuzzies that their vote is secure, but without actually doing so.
Wow.
It's just incredible.
I mean, this is an incredible complaint.
What else did you find?
I mean, I'm ready to go to whatever else you have marked up there in your copy.
Sure.
Well, I mean, the whole situation that happened here is quite interesting.
So after Wake TSI did their inspection, found all these anomalies, you would think that the Pennsylvania Secretary of State would be all over this.
Like, these are serious problems with the system.
Bolton County had already said, hey, the machine in the November 2020 election was not accurately tabulating The actual votes.
What did the Secretary of State do in Pennsylvania?
I believe it was Book Bar.
But the Secretary of State decertified Fulton County's system because they had Wake Technologies do a forensic inspection.
So rather than follow up to get to the bottom of what happened, as the Secretary of State should have, in carrying out its duties to the citizens of Pennsylvania, they punished Fulton County.
and decertified their systems did not look any further.
Fulton County then went and sued the Secretary of State and Dominion intervened in that litigation.
And when Fulton County wanted to have one of an expert of their choosing look at this system, another expert, Dominion took it all the way to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court saying, no, no, no, Fulton County cannot have any expert of its choosing to look at this system.
They wanted an expert that would fit the criteria that they chose in order to inspect their system.
And ultimately, they did win at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
It was four to three.
A trial judge in Pennsylvania said, no, Dominion, you don't get to dictate what kind of expert or who Fulton County, which purchased these systems, gets to use to inspect them.
But at the end of the day, Fulton County evidently rehired Speck in forensics.
And it is that report which is dated September 15th, 2022.
Which is also supportive of the complaint here that just has some extraordinary findings.
Even more so than what Wake TSI found.
They apparently had maybe more time with the system.
But if you could put up the first two pages of the Speck in forensics report.
I'd like to go through those key findings.
Okay.
Because they're very extraordinary.
They're extraordinary.
Is that that?
Yep.
Here we go.
I got it right here.
All right.
You tell me where to go.
Okay.
So if you look at the keep going, please.
The key findings start at the bottom of page one.
And the first one states The security measures necessary to harden and secure the machines was not completed.
The last update or security patch to the devices shows to be April 10, 2019, and no patches or updates were performed after this date.
Now, according to the complaint, this system was purchased in August of 2019.
So these systems apparently are prepared before purchase and then sold.
So, as you know, security updates to address viruses and other vulnerabilities are routine.
And none of these updates after April of 2019 apparently had been installed.
And these are critical security vulnerabilities that are designed to prevent malware, a virus from getting in and tampering with the vote, for example, or otherwise harming the system.
If you flip to the next page, the second finding that Speckin found was that there were external USB drives that have been inserted on several occasions.
We are unaware of any current list of approved external devices that could have been used.
Therefore, there is no way to determine if any of the inserted USB drives was from an unauthorized source or if the USB drive further Comprised the data compromise I think is what it means to
say or the system and so that sounds a little bit technical But I think many folks in your audience. Well, I'm sure you
do Remember what was called the Stuxnet fire. Oh, yeah,
absolutely It is really yep implanted on to the Iranian nuclear
facilities and it took down their entire nuclear operation It was so it was just a brilliant operation
And uh, but that Stuxnet virus was reportedly implanted on the system through a USB drive
Mm-hmm.
Yep.
They put that virus on a bunch of those thumb drives and spread them all throughout that part of the world, hoping that someone would pick one up and take it into the facility.
And sure enough, they did.
And when they did, they were able to take control.
And I think they spun up those centrifuges and tore them apart.
Yes.
And so, you know, USB drives or flash drives, these are a A well known vector for implanting malware and viruses on a system.
And so what what Spectre or Speckin rather found was that there were these USB drives have been implanted on the system and there's no way to tell if they were authorized or unauthorized.
So number three.
They note that there have been substantial changes to the drives as seen with the inclusion of over 900 DLL files and links created since the date of installation of the Dominion software.
This DLL additional pathway is a security breach because of the introduction of an unauthorized script.
Now, DLL stands for Dynamic Link Library, and these are pathways that can be used to remote access or to access the system externally.
And you'll see the reference to the introduction of an unauthorized script that will come out in just a few moments.
And so the fact that you had these DLL files that came after the certification, that voids the certification.
You can't have additional files on the system.
The whole point of certification is to assure the public that these systems are secure.
What happened after that certification?
You had additional files installed on them that automatically make the system not secure.
So the certification is out the window.
The comfort that anybody should have, because the system is certified, is basically worthless at this point.
Wow.
You know, laypeople like myself and those watching, When we hear this kind of information, we're just so blown away that judges across the country, and certainly the judge in Mike Lindell's case, doesn't see this and go, oh, yeah, I mean, Mike Lindell's just saying what is actually the case about these machines and their vulnerabilities.
Do these judges, like in the case of Mike Lindell's case, do a lot of these judges just not know this information yet?
You know, I don't know what a lot of the judges know or don't know.
We have pled some of these facts, such as the Williamson County, Tennessee is is a set of facts that we have brought forward to other judges.
And yet, but all these cases have been dismissed on standing.
So judges are really not getting to the merits of the case.
They're relying on standing.
Or the lack thereof to dismiss it.
And just explain that to our lay audience.
Standing means whoever, they're saying whoever brought the case has no authority to bring that case, correct?
What they're saying is essentially that they have not suffered an injury or that they are not the proper party to bring the case.
It might be what's called a generalized grievance where courts have ruled that if the injury affects everybody, then you don't have a case in certain circumstances.
But generally, generally, it means that you haven't suffered an injury.
And for example, we had, you know, the case, the injunction case we brought in Arizona with Kerry Lake, who's running for governor and Mark Fincham, who's running for secretary of state.
The idea that that they are not at least likely or can plead an actual injury through the use of these machines, which we allege are completely insecure.
And we also put forward evidence in that case of actual ballot manipulation in the November 2020 election in Maricopa and Pima counties, and not just in the presidential race, but I believe in Dr. Walter Darley testified about this in 17 races.
So the point being, the courts are just dismissing these cases on standing.
That case is going to be up on appeal, and we think we have very strong grounds for that.
So, but That's really where we're at.
To answer your question, the judges are not addressing the merits of the case in findings like this.
But there's some very extraordinary findings that I do want to get to with you.
Okay.
From the spec and forensics analysis.
Tell me where to go next.
The next one.
The number five.
This is an extraordinary one.
The adjudication workstation has a Python script installed after the certification date of the system.
This should not be added to the drive after a system has already been certified.
This Python script can exploit and create any number of vulnerabilities, including external access to the system, Data export of the tabulations.
That means they can mess with the tabulated vote totals.
Or introduction of other metrics not part of or allowed by the certification process.
So this is an unauthorized script that has no business being on there.
And the question is, is how did it get there?
And then if you turn to the last finding... Number seven?
Related to that Python script that was found that can be used to remote access to hack into the system to manipulate the vote totals.
Here's what they said.
An external IP address that is associated with Canada is found on that same workstation that that Python script was found.
And it says this shows that at least one of the network devices has connected to an external device on an external network.
And then it continues and it verifies.
This is the same device that the post-certification Python script is found.
So you go back, the system had extraordinary, could not accurately count the vote.
That's what Fulton County found in November 2020.
You have an inspection of that system that finds an unauthorized script on there that can be used to manipulate votes.
And you have an IP address on that same system associated that resolves to Canada.
How did they get there?
That means that there was an external device connected to this system.
Now, I believe they say they cannot tell the time and date that that IP address actually connected to the system, but it should never have been.
And that just shows how vulnerable these systems are to hacking.
They basically show that this system had been hacked.
That it had unauthorized software on there that can be used to manipulate votes.
That that unauthorized software was installed after the voting machines were certified.
And again, so everybody has heard time and time again, most secure election in history.
And once again, you see another system with unauthorized software, inexplicable and inexplicable, actually inexplicable reason why they can't count the votes accurately.
It's it just once again, it puts the lie to the idea that these systems are secure.
Yeah, it sure does.
I mean, it's just it's to me, the evidence is absolutely overwhelming.
But of course, I've been living this for a year and a half with you guys and reading the reports and going through it and interviewing you guys.
And it's just, again.
Shocking that we We have a lawsuit of that magnitude against Mike Lindell for speaking what is documented to be true.
Yeah.
But you know what is extraordinary is that people are still fighting because I think the people understand what is at stake.
If we're going to use machines that are not 100 percent secure in reading, recording, and tabulating their votes, we have lost our republic.
And you're seeing time and time and time again of examples where it's discovered that the vote was not correctly read, just as they did in Fulton County, just as they did in the Williamson County example that I gave you, just as they did in Georgia in the primaries when a Democrat candidate realized she got zero votes in her own precinct.
And then when she complained about it and there was an investigation because she knew she voted for herself, she and her husband, she at least got two.
It turned out she went from coming in third place and losing to getting, I think it was an additional 3,000 votes and coming in first place.
And so this begs the question, how many times have the machines failed and it's not been discovered?
You know, we're recounting example after example after example, but those are just the ones, it's kind of, those are just the examples that have been discovered.
It's kind of like, you know, with, you know, the example of drugs pouring across the border.
Yeah, they'll stop how many times I mean, in drugs, I think they estimate that they stop.
I don't even know if it's 10% of all drugs that they discover that are coming across.
So how often are these machines tabulating votes where people don't discover that the count is not accurate?
That really begs the question.
And I do want to say one thing, because this complaint alleges that these are the same machines that Professor Haldeman talked about in Georgia and Pennsylvania is one of the 16 states that that he called out as having machines with the ICX machines that were at critical vulnerabilities that could be used to steal votes.
And I want to remind the audience again, CISA finally did look at these machines and it issued an advisory on June 3rd, 2022.
And it said there are nine critical vulnerabilities affects the entire system, because you can have a virus transfer laterally across the components of a system.
What they said was also that there was no evidence of any exploitation, meaning there was no evidence that any votes had been changed or that the systems had been penetrated, except that there's no evidence that CISA ever looked, nor did they say that they ever looked.
And so once again, you have this kabuki theater by CISA, which is a cybersecurity and infrastructure security agency whose job is to secure the vote.
And they're not doing their job.
Professor Halderman identified vulnerabilities.
They followed up and said, yes, there are vulnerabilities and here are the mitigation steps.
And then they try to placate people and say, hey, nothing to see here.
Not no votes were actually ever tampered with.
Well they didn't look to see if they were.
They're not doing their job.
And you have evidence like this Fulton County P.A.
case that that again show that there is certainly an issue to follow up.
You have alleged failures to miscount the votes.
You have evidence from a forensic examination of unauthorized scripts that can be used to change the boats, and you have an IP address that resolves to Canada from outside the system that has no business being there.
Where is CISA?
Why hasn't CISA come in here and looked at this?
There's no evidence, at least none in the complaint, that CISA has reached out to Fulton County or the attorneys to find out what's going on.
Where are they?
They're sitting back and making statements like, This was the most secure election in history, referring to the November 2020 election or making statements like, you know, there's no evidence of any exploitation when they're never looking for evidence.
I mean, it's just it's extraordinary to me.
To me, this is probably one of the biggest cover ups in our history.
When I look at just repeated evidence of The dysfunction within these machines, and there's always an excuse.
It's always, oh, user error.
But they don't answer, how did unauthorized software get on the machine?
Except when, apparently, in some cases, it's actually installed by Dominion, which raises its own set of questions.
But when you get to this Python script, for example, in Fulton County, how did that get there?
Why isn't CISA all over this?
How is there an IP address?
to resolving to Canada.
And the same thing happened to Michigan, by the way.
In the case that Matt DiPerna brought, there's an expert report by Ben Cotton, where there were IP addresses resolving to Taiwan on the systems over there.
And so where is CISA?
And Kurt, I don't know if you're familiar with this, you want to show this here, guys.
House passes Liz Cheney's Trojan Horse elections bill, allowing or enabling Democrats to take over the ballot box.
If this proceeds and this ends up becoming the federalization of our elections, Fulton County, any state, they're not going to have a chance to fix their problems.
If they can't fix it at the local and state level, what makes us think that this could be fixed at the federal level or that there would be a hearing by a state or a county or precinct once this becomes federalized?
In other words, this is going to be a lot harder to fix once they federalize it, correct?
Well, I mean, you have the same situation as I mentioned before.
CISA, which is the federal agency that is responsible for securing the elections, is completely falling down on their job.
And I think they're misleading the public when they say that there's no evidence of any exploitation, but they don't look.
That's misleading.
When the EAC issues a report, That says, well, there's erroneous code found on a machine that was not counting the votes properly or accurately, with no follow-up as to how it got there, and no follow-up on other systems to see if those systems have erroneous code on them.
There's a failure in this system.
And by the system, I mean in the federal oversight of these machines.
Wow.
Thank you.
I know we got to let you go.
And we might be getting an update from you next week about your hearing in the federal courts in Minneapolis-St.
Paul, right?
The judge just issued a scheduling order a couple of hours ago.
The judge ordered the Department of Justice to respond on October 6.
We have a response that we can file on October 13th or by October 13th to the Department of Justice.
response and then there's a hearing October 19th. So you're gonna keep us

I mean, if we don't have free elections, we don't have a free society, right?
So, great report by Kurt Olson.
I want to get a response from Garland Favorito on this.
I called him today and I said, can you look into what's going on there in Pennsylvania with this case as well?
And he said, absolutely, he can.

Joining me now is Garland Favorito of Voter GA.
Garland, welcome to the broadcast of Lindell Report.
Thanks for joining us, Garland.
Oh, great to be with you, Brandon, as always.
Well, what did you make?
I don't know how much you got to hear of my conversation with Kurt Olson.
Did you get to hear much?
I did.
I got to hear the vast majority of it.
Good.
Go ahead.
What are your thoughts?
I mean, here they are in Fulton County laying out all these vulnerabilities, IP address going into Canada, the ability to, you know, hack into these machines, possibly change votes, certainly not tabulating correct, data not matching up.
What are your thoughts?
Well, I think, first of all, I thought Kurt did a great job at just kind of stepping through the brief that's been filed here.
But I think the one thing that I can add to what Kurt has already said is that virtually everything that you see in this brief, we have already found in Georgia, in Michigan, and in Arizona.
Point by point, that was what stunned me the most in going through this.
And it was just literally a rehash Of everything that we have found and except for the fact that this county had the courage to bring a lawsuit forward and seek justice because the system failed to comply with the law in Pennsylvania and they failed to meet their contract.
I think they're suing them for breach of contract and breach of warranty.
So, I guess, I'll just give you one example.
You know, we were just talking about the IP address that resolves to Canada in the adjudication system, the adjudication module.
What they found also, you know, Ben Cotton in Arizona found that that same adjudication workstation had a, I believe, a duplicate hard drive that resolves to several different states.
I had information on it from several different states, so it was another type of remote access.
We found, to complement this Fulton County lawsuit, he found that the wireless chipsets, you know, they're installed standard on the Dell servers that Dominion use, and he found that the profiles, wireless profiles and wireless drivers, were activated by the Dominion software to use the wireless connectivity, which the CEO claims that they would never do and never have the access to.
So it just goes on and on.
The lack of security, updated security files.
I think Bolton mentioned that we found that in Michigan.
I had just been kind of going through The last few days looking at all the battleground states and what's been found, and then basically it's almost all in this brief that was filed in Fulton County today, Brian.
So, are you a hopeful person in regards to what's happening?
Do you think we're making progress?
Or are you getting frustrated by the lack of progress?
Oh, no.
I think that we're making progress like we've never made before because people are awake that have never been awake before.
So, I mean, as you know, I've been doing this for 20 years.
If I was going to get frustrated, I've been frustrated a long time before now.
I think it's really exciting, particularly with Mike kind of leading this charge and you're all over it as well.
And I'm just really excited.
We're bringing more and more attention that we've never had before.
And as I think I've mentioned before, you know, Voter GA has just grown leaps and bounds.
We have literally People coming out of the woodwork to offer their skill set to do whatever we need done because we have to have honest elections or the country is going to go right down the drain, just as Mike has said many, many times before.
Yeah, absolutely.
Did you hear what he said about the Secretary of State in Pennsylvania?
I mean, all of this stuff is there, and I bet you dollar to doughnuts that Secretary of State in Pennsylvania is a Republican, too.
I believe that that Secretary of State, I think that's Vodka, I believe that she's actually a Democrat.
Really?
I mean, look it up.
Secretary of State.
Yeah, I can check that in just a second here because I have it right here in front of me somewhere.
I'm checking it too.
All right, Secretary of State of Pennsylvania appears to be, oh good grief.
And while you're looking for that, Brannon, I can tell you that she actually, it was Kathy Buchbar, or Bachbar, she actually instructed the counties not to verify signatures on mail-in ballot envelopes in 2020.
So I believe Kathy is a Democrat.
We can double check that.
But so that was just amazing because, you know, the law requires signature verification in Pennsylvania like it does in many other places.
And for her to issue instructions not to do that, it was absolutely amazing.
And we actually have the document that she wrote and we're going to be publishing that Uh, in the coming week, I've been working on a new paper that's entitled, uh, who says there was no 2020 election fraud.
All right.
I'm getting that the, uh, Secretary of State right now acting, acting.
Oh, yes.
Lee Chapman.
Oh, yes.
Yes.
I'm sorry.
You're right.
Kathy was, um, uh, actually, uh, resigned or replaced, um, um, Back a few months ago.
And now I think this is an interim Secretary of State, I believe.
Yeah, it's so acting.
So it looks like, yeah.
And I'm having a hard time figuring out what party.
Well, no, Democrat.
There we go.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And as was Kathy Bockbar.
So, yeah.
And you know, since we're in Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court there illegally allowed mail-in ballots to be received up to three days after the election.
Which was another crazy time.
Well, in Pennsylvania, they have a law that Mike likes to talk about, is you're not allowed to certify an election if you have more votes than voters, and they had that in 2020.
Well, exactly.
They certified it with 700,000 more votes than voters.
How do you do that?
And then they tried to reconcile them after the fact, and there's still 120,000 More votes than voters.
And well, I can't remember what was the margin of so-called victory for Biden, remember?
80,555.
How much?
80,555.
Okay.
And so 120,000, even today, they have 120,000 more votes than voters after they tried to reconcile them for the last six months.
The whole thing is crazy.
Even today, they have 120,000 more votes than voters after they tried to reconcile them
for the last six months.
The whole thing is crazy.
And then you've got the, and of course the ballot traffickers operating out of Philadelphia
County, up to about a thousand of those with 200,000 ballots that were dropped into those
drop boxes.
So it's just really Pennsylvania's mess.
It's great to see Fulton County stepping up there and going point by point through all of the problems that we found and a lot of them in other states.
Another one is the QR code.
It mentions in the brief the QR code Williamson County problem where you have a QR code mismatch and the system puts all of the ballots into provisional status and doesn't count them.
And so they found that out in Williamson County.
The EAC confirmed it.
That's mentioned in the brief as well.
We found the same thing in 2020.
Well, exactly.
And it's just like, you know, in DeKalb County.
all over on the 2022 primary, the same QR code violation or QR code mismatch,
which causes the system to fail to count ballots.
What in full case- So that means that people that voted,
their vote wasn't counted for some folks.
Well, exactly.
And it's just like, you know, in DeKalb County, I think you and Kurt were talking about that earlier,
where the case where the Democrat who didn't even have votes in her own precinct
where she and her husband live, she challenged it.
And as you said earlier, the system had shorted her 3,000 votes, but it also failed to count 1,800 votes.
And that is likely because of the same QR code mismatch that they have found and identified in Fulton.
Wow.
Well, we've got some breaking news here, Garland.
The Federalist is reporting right now.
You guys want to show this?
Flint, Michigan clerk resigns after elections group calls out lopsided number of Democrat poll watchers.
Flint, Michigan's longtime city clerk, is retiring after an election integrity group sent a letter to her office demanding she balance out the number of Democrat and Republican election inspectors.
On September 6th, Pure Integrity Michigan elections An attorney Eric Cardall of the Thomas More Society sent a demand letter to Flint and city clerk Inez Brown threatening legal action if they do not balance out the number of partisan poll watchers before the November general election.
As previously reported during Flint's August 2nd primary, the city had hired 422 Democrats compared to just 27 Republican election inspectors in
direct violation of a Michigan state statue that requires equal representation of party election
inspectors. On September 8th, Brown, after serving as Flint's city clerk for 25 years, abruptly
announced her resignation effective September 30th, roughly one month before the November
election. She gave no reason for her resignation and caught city officials by surprise. Wow.
Yeah, Eric's done some great work.
We really appreciate a lot of stuff that he has done, and it's going to be interesting to see how he backs out of those 422 Democrat poll watchers and then balances the actual stats better.
422?
422 Democrat poll watchers to 27 Republicans.
And we wonder why there's voter fraud, right?
Well, yeah, exactly.
Again, this is another example of something we've had in other states.
We've had a grave imbalance here in Georgia for a long time.
It should be 50-50, but it hasn't been.
So fortunately, we've got all these folks that are standing up on certain issues and for the benefit of all of us.
So it's really, really encouraging.
You know, we're trying to do our part down here in Georgia in certain areas, and it's great to see so many other organizations taking on these little bits of unfair and basically potentially corrupt Before we run out of time, let me have you respond to this.
I brought this to Kurt's attention.
House passes Liz Cheney's Trojan Horse elections bill, enabling Democrat takeover of the ballot box.
Yeah, now this one, Brandon, I have not had a chance to look at.
If it comes from Liz Cheney, I think that speaks for itself.
Well, you remember HR 1 right HR 1 All right
So Cheney's presidential election reform act Became the Democrats answer to their failed effort to overrides
the election laws in HR 1 which Senate Republicans blocked last summer
The legislation carries some of the same provisions of the doomed election bill at the top of Democrats congressional
agenda Just nine Republicans supported the bill all but one of
whom supported President Donald Trump's second impeachment and are either
retiring or have lost their primaries So again, we've got a lot of we've got a lot of rhinos
Apparently trying to again take us down the road of socialism and let the federal government completely run our
elections Well, the good news there, Brandon, is that 90% of them are getting kicked out.
So I like that number.
That's a pretty good percentage of cleaning house.
I think that would qualify for draining the swamp.
Absolutely.
What's your website, Garland?
VoterGA.org, Brandon.
Again, we've got to thank Calista.
They're always helping us out, keeping us alive.
We have five active lawsuits in Georgia right now.
For a variety of things, including the voting system, the Dominion system as one of them.
And we are going to keep pursuing those as far as we have to, whether it's the Georgia Supreme Court or the U.S.
Supreme Court.
So again, thanks to you and your listeners, we are still able to keep everything going.
And I don't take a salary.
I'm just doing this to try to save Georgia, just like Mike's trying to save America.
Wow.
VoterGA.org.
Right?
That is it, Brad.
All right.
Hope you have a great weekend.
Say hi to your lovely wife.
I will certainly do that.
She's right here watching.
Well, tell her I said hello.
Will do.
Thank you, Garland.
Appreciate you.
Bye-bye.
That's Garland Favorito.
Check it in right here on the Lindell Report.
Your host, Mike Lindell, who's at a family function, a family wedding on the West Coast tonight.
We look forward to having him back with us, Lord willing, on Monday.
Tonight, I am going to be joined by Trevor Loudon.
We're going to talk about the threats by Putin.
Threatening nuclear action against the West.
We'll talk with Trevor Loudon about that.
We'll talk to Trevor Loudon about a military official coming out this week and saying China could block trade coming out of Taiwan.
What was that?
I heard my own voice back at me.
How Taiwan could block Uh, trade coming out of Taiwan, which means block, um... chips!
Computer chips!
Do you know what will happen if they block the computer chips coming out of Taiwan?
Maybe you don't want to know, but we're talking big, big problems.
You see, that's the new way of warfare.
Kinetic warfare is bombs, right?
The new way of warfare that they want to carry out is not having to launch any bombs, but let us collapse economically, our border, sending drugs into our country, bioweapons, viruses, blocking so that we don't get critical infrastructure items like computer chips.
So we'll deal with Trevor Loudness on that, along with Annie Cyrus, an update in what's happening in Iran, and then I'll be joined by Sharona Bishop, all that, tonight.
