Time Text
But because they don't like who we voted for.
Matt Finn is tracking the developments in that story tonight.
Matt?
Tucker, Mike Lindell, known as the Pillow Guy, reports on his live stream, Lindell TV, that FBI agents located him, questioned him, showed him their badges, and asked him questions about Colorado and Dominion voting machines, and then provided him with a warrant to seize his cell phone.
And he says, uh, we're FBI.
I said, show me your badges.
So they show one bad.
I said, how about yours?
You know, I don't trust anybody.
Like, you know, there's bad people.
Well, they do that.
And they said, what do you want?
And, uh, he says, we need to talk to you.
So I pull over and, uh, Mike Lindell said he initially told those agents he would not surrender his phone because he does not have a computer and runs all of his businesses off of that phone.
Lindell published on his live stream what he claims was the warrant for that phone.
We do not have Lindell's account confirmed right now, but we will be looking into it and keeping you updated, Tucker.
FBI raiding the pillow guy.
This has got to be peak insanity.
If that's true, at some point, you know, we just can't continue.
Matt Finn, I appreciate it so much.
Thank you.
And now joining us is Mike Lindell here on the Lindell Report.
Mike, thank you for being with us tonight.
Hey, I'm just pulling into my next event here in Idaho.
But I wanted to get on, everybody.
We had a great event last night.
And if Logan, maybe he can play that on the live event thing after he plays, you can watch this event.
Are we going to be streaming it, Brandon, here?
Yes.
Yes, he's working on getting this on the third stream, yes.
On the Clay Clark event I'm going to right now?
Yes.
Okay, awesome.
And then what we'll do, why don't you loop the one from last night, everybody?
Anyway, I wanted to get on, and isn't that something?
We got two things.
Now all of a sudden, I got a rap song going on.
I mean, that's pretty cool.
That guy's a pretty famous rapper, I guess, and that's just awesome.
And it's clean wrap.
Did you hear that, Brad?
Yes, it was clean.
We could air it here on Lyndell TV without breaking the rules.
Yep, yep.
And then everybody's seen the big news.
We got Tucker two nights in a row, everybody, that we're going to have to remove the Shame On Fox shirts.
Maybe.
We'll see what happens.
Remember, Alan Duke was close to getting his shirts put on a shelf, and he came roaring back to be the number one Shame On person in the country.
So, but, you know, this is a big breakthrough, everybody.
Having Fox News report and actually say the word, Dominion, and actually have Kamala Harris there saying, hey, we gotta get rid of the machines.
This is big.
It really is, everybody.
And I, you know, this is what I was praying for, that, you know, even if something, even though something bad happens like this, and, you know, God makes everything for good, or all things are for good, you know.
And this is one thing that came out of there that's been very encouraging.
Maybe people have had it.
They need to hear what's going on out there.
And I've got big news, everybody.
On Tuesday morning, or Tuesday, we'll say sometime Tuesday, we're doing a lawsuit against the United States government and the FBI.
I can't get this other phone open, but it's the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, and I believe the Sixth Amendment.
So all four of those, they broke in.
We're gonna get something.
There's a big surprise coming that day, too.
I'll announce it here on Monday night, everybody.
So tune in to my show Monday night.
We're gonna give all these reporters, they've been just dying to know what's gonna happen, Brandon.
And poor Zachary, he doesn't get to talk to me.
He is now blocked from my phone here.
He was sneaking in because I didn't have contact.
Oh, was he?
Oh yeah, he was sneaking in, but there, you know, the reporters have been pretty darn good.
I must say that they've actually, they put it out there, even the late night talk show hosts.
I mean, it got the word out, everybody.
And you guys, I'm going to have to go here.
I got General Flynn.
Oh, we just lost him.
Sounds like General Flynn was calling in, so he better go and take the call from the General.
All right, Mike Lindell checking in here on the Lindell Report.
For those of you just tuning in, this is his show.
This is his slot.
6 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
I'm just his co-host.
It's his show, and when he's out in the field doing what Mike does so well, Research, investigations, meeting with Secretaries of State, meeting with Attorney Generals, speaking at events, getting out the message, and then we fill in for him and try to grab him along the way, even if it means in a car that's headed toward his next destination.
So we may yet hear from him even again.
But we'll keep moving because we've got a lot of guests tonight.
We've got Jefferson Davis with breaking news out of Wisconsin.
And then after that, we're going to go to Tina Peters.
Tina texted me yesterday with some, I think quite frankly, heartbreaking news related to the fact that Well, a decision by the courts in regards to her ability to visit her son's grave.
Her son's a Navy SEAL that passed away in a tragic accident.
She's a Gold Star mom.
Apparently the courts aren't gonna let her travel to visit her son's grave.
We'll let you hear about that from Tina herself.
Also get Tina's response to what's happened to Mike Lindell and to Doug Frank.
As you know, last night on my show, Doug gave us the first interview.
He had his phone taken by the FBI after he stepped off a plane in Ohio.
And this seems to be all connected to the Mesa County case, the Tina Peters case.
We showed you last night on my show, try to bring it up here tonight as well, the New Yorker magazine had a big piece on Mike Lindell, Tina Peters, Doug Frank, even made cartoons of them.
And they are implying that it was Doug Frank and those guys that kind of roped Tina into this.
Hmm.
We'll get Tina's perspective tonight.
And then we'll be joined by Tamara Scott, one of our broadcasters, and a gentleman who I've never interviewed before, that I'm aware of, Mr. Brown.
He also is an attorney.
We're going to talk about the Convention of the States.
The Convention of the States.
Now, like I expected, we probably would hear from Mike again, and indeed he has re-emerged.
All right, Mike, welcome back.
Well, I'm in the mountains, the hills, down here in Idaho.
Remember, Idaho, everybody, they, I believe this is the state, they sent me a $6,000 bill because they thought my Dennis Montgomery numbers were wrong.
I think they, instead of, I think I said there was 40-some votes out of 500-some in one county that were off.
And they said there was only 11 or something like that.
Okay!
Well, gee, you're only 10% off or 8%.
I mean, these guys sent me a bill for $6,000.
You think I paid it?
No.
I'm here.
If they want to come to this event, I hope they do come to this event.
It would be interesting to the people.
Brandon, can you hear me?
Yes, I can hear you fine.
I can't see you, but I can hear you.
There, you're back.
Yeah.
Well, what's happening is here, because the FBI took the other phone, I mean, I had everything on there, so now I'm helping on this loader phone here.
Um, they, um, they keep calling it.
Who's that?
Who's they?
Who keeps calling it?
So that's the problem I'm having.
Who's the they that keeps calling it?
Well, General, General Flynn keeps calling me for the, they're at the, they're on the stage right now.
And, uh, and Dennis, uh, and Dennis, you can take that.
Dennis Montgomery.
I mean, not Dennis Montgomery, Eric Trump, Eric Trump.
Eric Trump.
Okay, okay.
He keeps blowing my point.
Sorry, I'm on air.
So you're about to go to an event, Clay Clark will carry it on the third channel
with General Flynn, with Eric Trump and many others.
Yeah, absolutely.
But I'm really looking forward, I'm looking forward to tonight,
but I'm very much looking forward to tomorrow, everybody, in Ohio.
I encourage everybody to get out to that rally because they're doing something very special for me.
They put a jumbotron outside of the event in Ohio, so everybody, the doors open at 2, but from 12 to 2, Brandon, I get to do a two-hour show.
Two hours?
A two-hour show.
I got it all lined up.
We're gonna have a ball out there in Ohio.
You know, a lot of times I get to these speaking events, I hear them going to it.
Sometimes they want me to get off the stage too soon.
Now they're giving you a whole two hours.
Holy cow!
Yeah, they're giving me a whole two hours, so it's gonna be a lot of fun.
But we keep breaking up.
Everybody, I'm looking forward to giving everybody a full report Monday night.
Remember, Tuesday is a big day for our country.
We're going to do a lawsuit against the United States government and the FBI.
We're not going to let this happen to our country with all these bashing people's doors down, weaponizing the FBI.
And it's disgusting.
We've got some big surprises we're going to announce Monday night on my show.
And everybody can tune in.
All you journalists that are watching right now, you're going to have to watch Monday night.
This is the most watched show of all the terrible journalists in the United States.
They all watch this show.
Can you believe it?
So, right, you take over the rest of the show and they can, uh, don't, don't do anything I wouldn't do or say anything I wouldn't say, okay?
Okay, that leaves a pretty wide path, you know that, right?
That's right, that's right, okay.
All right, thanks.
All right.
Say hello to, say hello to Gina.
I will, I will.
And that's Mike Lindell checking in tonight, folks, and he's about to speak at Clay Clark's event with Eric Trump, General Flynn, and so many others.
And we're carrying that on the third square, right, Logan?
Is that right?
He's worked, He's working on it.
He said he heard about it right there.
Okay, so he's finding out.
Like so many of us, we find out things while we're on the air.
But Logan can pull it off.
I guarantee you that.
All right, they go to that shot.
Everybody's noticing there's no Delta there.
I think someone's outside playing with her.
She's fine.
All is good.
All is right with the world.
All right, we got to get to it because we've got a lot of guests here tonight.
Let's start out with Jefferson Davis out of Wisconsin.
He has some graphics to show us, some news to report.
Then we're going to go to Tina Peters, then Tamara Scott and Robert Brown.
Joining me now is Jefferson Davis.
Mr. Davis, welcome to the broadcast, the Lindell Report.
Thanks for joining us.
Hey, Brandon.
We've got tons of stuff happening in Wisconsin.
I hope that you and Logan were able to take a peek at it.
And we can blow through it real quick.
I got about 10 minutes, if that's okay.
Yep, that's just fine.
Go right to it.
I'll give you the floor.
Go!
Sure.
So, first of all, a week ago, Wednesday, on September 7th, we had a Waukesha County Circuit Court judge, wonderful rule-of-law-and-order type judge, who said to the Wisconsin Election Commission and all 1,852 clerks in Wisconsin, You can't keep breaking the law by curing the absentee ballots, which means you can't fill in someone's name or address or their signature for the voter or the witness.
Well, of course, the Democrats appealed that.
And on Wednesday, September 14, they asked for a stay in his order.
Well, he refused it.
So now they have said they're going to make this up to the appellate court.
OK, so can I ask you where you are?
Because there's a dude undressing behind you.
Well, that's probably me putting a shirt on.
We're getting ready to do a football game here in Wisconsin.
No, no, there's a dude right behind you taking a shirt off and putting one on.
He's a referee.
Well, I just wanted to make sure he wasn't going to undress anymore on our TV show.
No, no, no, we're good.
That dude is good.
This is a family show.
I didn't know if you were broadcasting from the locker room at the local gym or what.
Okay, so we're good.
We're all good.
Thank you.
So, wow.
Scares me.
The liberal media monitors this show, OK?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Now we're going to be all over.
I bet you Jimmy Kimmel picks this up.
It's probably likely Jimmy Kimmel is going to pick this up.
Well, I apologize.
So real quick, the reason that's so important in Wisconsin is because in 2020, there were two million people that voted by absentee.
And the clerks back in 2020 at the direction of WECC said, that's okay.
Just fix the envelopes, fix the name, fix the address, the witness, the voter.
It doesn't make any difference.
That's 2 million in a state that was won by 20,682.
The second thing that broke out this week is the state of Wisconsin has been using illegal voter registration forms.
And the reason that is so key is because in 2020, We supposedly had nearly 1 million people that registered to vote for the first time in the state of Wisconsin.
Brandon, that doesn't happen, especially if you're using an illegal registration voter form.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, a wonderful conservative organization here in Wisconsin, filed a lawsuit in Waukesha County asking for an emergency injunction for relief.
To make sure that form is not used.
And what it's missing is it's missing a signature page for the clerk to say, yep, I verified all the information.
This person is legit.
They can vote.
It's missing whether or not they've been charged with a felony.
It's missing.
They put in there, what is your race and what is your party affiliation?
Which in Wisconsin, you can't ask, but they've been asking this online at the clerk's office and from their website.
We don't know how long, but we're going to get to the bottom of it.
The third thing that we uncovered this week in Wisconsin is the Attorney General, Josh Call, a Democrat, has been receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars, dark money, from nonprofit big tech billionaires, and they funnel it to the Democrat Party here in Wisconsin, and then they funnel it over to Josh Call.
And they either do it directly or they do it indirectly.
And he has received over $400,000, I think.
I might be off by just a little bit, but he's received tons and tons of money.
And of course, Josh Call said there was no election fraud in the 2020 election.
He said Justice Gableman was an embarrassment to the state of Wisconsin, and he would not enforce any of the subpoenas that were issued for the Wisconsin Five that accepted $8.8 million of the Zuckerberg money.
And then the last and final thing is this.
So we got the voter registration information form.
We've got Josh Call that we've tracked down some money.
This is all in that email that I sent you.
We've got the clearing of the ballots.
You can't do that anymore in Wisconsin.
And then the last thing, there's several, but I only have time for one more, and this is shocking.
We have Zuckerberg 2.0 in Wisconsin.
The mayor of Milwaukee let it slip out this week.
That he's working with even more dark money from the Democrats and the big tech billionaires, going door to door, getting registration, getting absentee ballots.
So when the illegal ballot drop boxes were put down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court on July 8th, the Democrats quickly got together and they said, oh my gosh, how can we cheat this time?
Brannon, as the good Lord is my witness, the city of Milwaukee is now working with another Democrat dark money organization.
They've parachuted into the city of Milwaukee with boots on the ground, and they're literally going door-to-door to register people to vote and give them an absentee ballot.
Who needs the law if we're just going to blatantly and in a very brash manner just break it?
Those are four.
I think there's four more that I sent you, but maybe next week when we have some more time, we can get into it.
And you know what, Brannon?
For your viewers tonight, this is happening in all of the swing states.
Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, North Carolina.
You name the state, the Democrats have figured out a new way to cheat.
Besides the 2020, and now they don't have COVID, so now they have to come up with even more ways to cheat, but we're not going to let them do it.
Do we need to show any graphics here that you sent us?
If we had time, yes, but I've got to get on the field here in just a few minutes.
So I'm just putting it together based on the fact that either you're in prison and you're wearing black and white stripes, or you're about to coach a game.
I'm trying to figure out which one.
It's the second one.
The Democrats want me to be in the first one, but we're going to be on the field here in a few minutes.
I'm so glad.
I didn't know if you were about to re-enact the old 1970s Burt Reynolds prison football game or what you're about to do there.
I didn't know.
The Longest Yard.
Exactly.
I hated that movie as a kid.
I thought it was very depressing.
Very depressing.
Well, we won't throw any flags on you for that.
Okay, thank you.
Well, don't get hurt out there, and thank you for this quick update, and come back when you can give us a longer update.
We can get into the graphics that you sent over the charts.
It's pretty chilling, and your viewers need to know this, and they need to start sniffing around in their states, because the Democrats are doing the same thing in other states.
All right.
By the way, who's playing tonight?
I can't say.
It's two local high school teams.
Oh, okay.
During the greater Milwaukee area.
Yeah, otherwise we'd be involving the school district into politics.
Is that it?
Well, yeah, we got to be very careful.
Yeah.
All right.
All right.
Well, go ref that anonymous game.
All right.
Thanks a lot.
Thank you.
Jefferson Davis checking in, folks, from the locker room.
Scared me.
I saw that guy undressing back there.
I thought, oh boy, we're gonna get more than we paid for.
All right.
Joining me now is Tina Peters.
Tina, welcome back to Lindale TV and the Lindale Report.
Thanks for being with us tonight, Tina.
You know, the fun just never stops, Brennan.
I'll tell you something.
I was putting together some information to send out to some prayer warriors today, and I started listing all the things that have gone on in the last year.
It is just incredible.
So the latest is they have denied my request, and this has to be done five days in advance to the court.
Five days in advance, I have to ask permission to travel out of state.
You knew where I was going this time?
Well, I do, I do, I do.
But you tell our audience.
I was going to see my late son, my Navy SEAL son Remington's grave in Fort Rosecrantz.
I had not been there since this all started.
So they denied it.
And they went on to, in that, I won't bore everybody with reading their reason, non-reason.
But what's interesting right now is when I went back to look at all the things that happened, this was $500,000 bail.
And you know what it was for?
It was a misdemeanor charge where they accused me of recording, I was in the gallery, and recording on my iPad A hearing that my Chief Deputy Belinda was in, and I was there because her husband couldn't be there.
He was ill that day.
And that is what all this is about.
This is not about the indictment yet.
This is about being in a courtroom, being accused of filming something that was on Webex, that anybody at home or was in their office or whatever watching it by Webex could have filmed.
So wait a minute, this was a public meeting, public meeting that more than probably one person was probably recording that for local news stories or whatever, and so because you recorded a public meeting with your iPad, you're being charged.
For contempt of court.
How is that contempt of court to record a public meeting?
Because the judge asked, they made all this furor so that The DA thought he saw me and all this.
They couldn't see me from where they were.
But anyway, they thought they saw me.
They ran up to the judge.
They stopped her proceeding.
Scared me to death because, you know, here I am.
I don't want to get her in more trouble.
But here they are making this big fuss.
The next day I'm at a commissioner's meeting.
They hold the commissioner's meeting while they get this, this arrest warrant.
I walk a block away from the commissioner's meeting.
With five other supporters, we're sitting at a coffee shop, a bagel shop, and they come in with the DA and law enforcement, handcuffed me, accused me of kicking a cop during the handcuff when it took three weeks for the swelling and the bruising to go away.
I thought they'd broken my wrist.
They pulled down and squeezed, and on my left arm, my right leg went out, That's what they threw me in jail for, all of this.
And then they put the bond on there for $500,000 for a misdemeanor accusation of a contempt recording a court proceeding.
And then they get me on all these bond violations.
Then they have this five-day thing where they say I can't travel.
And when I look at the 8th Amendment of the Constitution, it says excessive bail shall not be required Nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted.
Do you think that might be a civil rights violation, what they're doing here?
And this doesn't even have to do with me taking an image.
This is trying to throw me in jail, and throw me in jail again.
Okay, so then I went back, and I'm doing all this.
A friend of mine sent me a So they've already started a grand jury, and I'm sure this is the federal grand jury, and that's why our great Patriot friends, Mike Lindell and Dr. Doug Frank, are involved with Colorado.
So now listen to this.
So they're sending out a questionnaire, right?
And on the questionnaire for potential grand jury jurors, They have, you know, the regular questions, and then at the end, do you have an opinion regarding the investigation and enforcement of legitimate election offenses?
If so, please elaborate.
You think they're trying to go through and see who they want to eliminate and who they want to pick for this grand jury that would have, you know, some real bias here?
Well, I'm not an attorney, nor do I play one on television, but I will say this.
If you're supposed to be judged by a jury of your peers, then I would think that a jury of your peers should be made up of people that have some knowledge about what you're up to, because generally the people you move with, you move in and around, your peers would have knowledge of these issues that apparently they don't want a jury that's educated.
No, not for an indictment.
And so what people don't understand, and I didn't understand it until it affected me, is that an indictment, you know they say, they have that old adage that you can indict a ham sandwich.
Well, an indictment is only the information from the prosecutor's side.
They don't allow two sides in a grand jury.
So they want to indict you.
They want to give them all the dirt, Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
What'd you just say?
the dirt. And so that's what they're doing for the federal grand jury. They're going to try to level
against me. It's pretty obvious this is going to be against me and probably our friends.
Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
What did you just say?
And our friends.
What do you mean by that?
I mean that this looks like this is going to be a federal grand jury.
Are you saying you expect them to indict Doug Frank and Mike Lindell?
You know, that would be my suspicion.
That would be my suspicion is what they're up to.
These are dirty, dirty people.
And you know, from the very beginning, Merrick Garland has been involved back in August of 2021.
You know, when I commissioned someone to do a forensic image.
And then, you know, with Secretary of State Jenna Griswold sending her staff members and Dominion voting system in there, and Judge Barry Robeson unlawfully taking me into office, which way you can remove, am I freezing up?
The only way you can remove an elected official is by recall, right?
But no, she took me out.
And then the commissioners taking over my office.
Getting rid of my chief deputy so that they could say that I was, I was, I vacated my office when they were protecting me 24-7 in Texas.
And then, and then Gerald Wood, you know, that whole thing, him flipping.
That's the only reason I have an indictment.
Do you know what my indictment charges are?
No, I don't.
Talking to a grand jury.
Listen to this.
I'll just read it so you know.
Three counts.
It doesn't have anything to do with doing the forensic image.
Three counts of attempt to influence a public servant.
Two counts of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation.
One count of criminal impersonation.
One count of identity theft.
Now all of those are felonies.
Then three misdemeanors.
One count of first degree official misconduct.
One count of violation of duty.
One count of failure to comply with the requirements So who is this guy?
Is he a plant or who is he?
deleted the 29,000 election records. None of these are for taking the image and
they're all based on the lie of this guy Gerald Wood who was at the cyber
symposium but he didn't know anything about it. He flew back on Mike Liddell's
plane. He didn't know anything about any of this you know and so it's...
So who is this guy? Is he a plant or who is he? What is he?
Well, we're digging more into his past.
It looks like he could have been, but I think he might be just a useful idiot.
Because we found out in February that his attorney is best friends with this corrupt district attorney.
They went to law school together.
So you know he was working on him mentally, telling him he was going to spend 30 years in jail or some foolishness.
But this is What's going on?
I mean, this is the tactics that they're using, and we haven't done anything wrong.
Before we run out of time and go to our next guest, let me go to The New Yorker.
This is The New Yorker, if you guys want to put this on the screen.
This is The New Yorker.
I don't know when this even came out, but look at this, okay?
It's titled, The Election Official Who Tried to Prove Stop the Steal.
Now, check out this subtitle.
How a Group of Conspiracy Theorists ...enlisted a county clerk in Colorado to find evidence that the 2020 vote was rigged.
So I guess they're trying to imply that the conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell, I'm guessing, because there he's pictured, Dr. Doug Frank, Sharona Bishop here in white off to the right.
I'm not sure who the guy is in the cowboy hat, but you can tell me who that is.
You know, I've never even met that guy.
I don't know.
I think it was Code Monkey Z. Oh, that's right.
Code Monkey.
OK.
And there you are sitting at the desk.
But they're trying to apparently say that all of these conspiracy theorists got you all up in this.
But weren't you involved in this before you ever met Mike Lindell or Doug Frank?
I didn't even meet Mike until I got to the symposium.
I never talked to him.
I never met him.
Doug Frank?
And Sharona and those guys came to my office, brought me information.
I checked it out.
You know, I was very open.
I said, if you've got something, bring it to me, you know, we'll check it out.
And I was always with the mindset, Brandon, that you bring it to me, we'll check it out.
But I always believed that, you know, we had stellar elections until, until we did this, until the city council election.
So it wasn't about being a 2020 denier.
It was the 2021 municipal election and then less than one, well, a month later, uh, having the secretary of state be very secretive, very suspicious, not wanting anybody in there in the, in the office when they did this trusted bill that they were going to delete, supposedly a QR code, but that's not all they deleted as we know now.
So nobody, where are the people that should be arresting her?
And how about this recount?
How about that?
Where they stole $256,000 from the people and didn't do a recount the way it's required by law.
Are they not going to refund the money?
Well, they better.
They better.
We're going after them, you know?
And God bless Mike Lindell.
You know, we have got to go right for the belly of this beast.
I mean, we cannot back down on any of this stuff.
We have to be aggressive.
You know, whatever they bring, we're bringing it back.
And you know what?
I was on prayer.
at prayer calls today, we are, you know, God is a mighty force and these people
that are messing with him, you know, hmm.
Wow.
Let me just put it that way.
So here we have another picture of you.
They seem to love putting you guys into cartoons.
So another picture in the New Yorker.
Oh, that doesn't look like my chin, does it?
No, it doesn't.
I noticed that myself.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then, of course, we've got a long article.
There's Dr. Doug Frank.
We showed that last night.
Dr. Doug Frank.
And then, of course, we've got one somewhere here, I think, of Mike Lindell coming up.
There we go.
We got Mike.
Billy!
And so they really love to, this is a guy, I don't know who this dude is, but again...
Billy!
That's Billy!
Oh, okay, that code monkey?
I don't know who that is.
Billy.
Billy.
All right.
Well, there you go.
And I don't know what they're implying there either.
But here it says, a former pro surfer alleged impersonated a Mesa County worker during a Dominion voting system software upgrade.
A former pro surfer.
OK.
There you go.
We're not denying any of that.
We're not denying any of it.
We knew they were going to do a criminal act.
We knew they were.
I mean, we had to have known they were.
They were going to delete a QR code.
So I just want to back up the system.
And if you notice what I said about the indictment, there was nothing on the indictment about what I did.
Because you didn't do anything illegal is what you're saying.
I didn't do anything.
And you know, another thing, Brandon, I can ask the elected official.
I can have whoever I want in the office.
I don't answer the Secretary of State.
I don't answer to another elected official.
She is not my boss.
She acts like she's the queen.
You know, but she's not my boss.
So, we're going to fight it out.
Tina Peters for colorado.com.

That's right.
I'm so sorry, Tina.
Yeah, thank you.
Thank you.

I look forward to interviewing him again.
I've heard a lot of great things about him.
Mr. Brown joins us.
I think his first name is Robert, if I'm not mistaken.
Tamara, Robert, welcome to the broadcast.
Thanks for joining us.
Thanks for having us, Granted.
Thank you.
Tamara, you're on the road.
Where are you on your way to?
St.
Louis to the Eagles 51 Council, and actually I'm supposed to see Steve Bannon tomorrow, if he is there.
All right.
Well, great.
Okay.
So, and Robert, welcome.
Glad you're with us.
Hey, thank you for having me.
All right.
So, let's talk about the issue of the Convention of the States or an Article 5 Convention.
I have been opposed to the idea of a CONCON, a constitutional convention.
I know they want to change the name to Article 5 to avoid the negative reference.
I've been against that for many, many, many years.
I've interviewed Phyllis Schlafly many, many, many times on it.
We have played the audio clips of her warning about it.
She's since passed away.
But we don't want a constitutional convention or article 5 or whatever name they can come up with.
They are under the misconception that they can open up a constitutional convention, get one or two amendments that they want, and the liberals, Nancy Pelosi, George Soros, none of them would ever be able to hijack the convention and put in whatever articles they want.
And strip out articles like, let's see, maybe the Second Amendment, or how about this?
Change the Constitution so they can actually federalize the elections the way Joe Biden wants to do.
HR1?
Well, let's open up an Article 5 convention and give them a chance to open Pandora's box and maybe even change America into a parliamentary system.
My friend the late John Stormer wrote in his book, none dare call it treason, years ago, how many of the RINO Republicans, the George H. Bush Republicans, have wanted to transform America into a parliamentary system so they could further their agenda more quickly, including getting a hold of more aspects of the government based on what party is in power.
We've now learned that this is really a uniparty.
Interesting that so many of them want a parliamentary system and it's being led by many of the globalists with the Republican Party.
So this is what good patriots are trying to fight on the ground to make sure it's a party of the people, not a party of the globalists or a uniparty, but a distinct two different parties.
So now we have Article 5.
We have been strong people against it for years, myself, Tamara Scott, and others.
Now we see, as I interviewed Steve Bannon a few weeks ago at the Springfield Summit, and I said, hey, what do you think of the Article 5 Convention?
I'm opposed to it.
He said, I'm opposed to it as well, but I respect the people that are leading the charge.
And he continued to say, I think it's a distraction, and I am not for it, but I respect the people that are pushing it.
Well, today Steve had on former U.S.
Senator Rick Santorum.
He's working for the Article 5 group, I believe, and I think next week he's going to have on Mark Meckler.
Well, you know what?
Talk TV, talk radio, that's what it's about.
Sometimes we interview people that have ideas we don't agree with.
That's what it's about.
So, we'd love to get Steve and Tamara and Robert Brown Together, to have the other side presented on The War Room.
We'd love to see that.
So we're not being critical of Steve Bannon.
That's what we do on Talk Radio.
We oftentimes interview people, sometimes people we disagree with.
But we would like to present the other side today.
Is that a fair assessment of what we're trying to do here, Tamara?
Absolutely, and Brandon, thanks for taking time out.
I got so many emails and texts and people reaching out to me who watch our show, who watch Bannon's show, and they're just deeply distraught.
And they want to make sure that we get a chance to get Robert Brown on or myself, but somebody who needs to give the opposite or the actual factual view on this because a lot of what Santorum shared today simply isn't true.
And folks, if you just listen to that interview in the beginning, he talks about how you can limit it.
The scope will be limited.
But we have their own attorney, Robert Kelly, talking about how it's broad.
Application is broad on purpose because they want to go in and undo Article 1, Article 2, Article 3, and more.
And those first three articles are all your branches of government.
That's not an amendment.
That's an overhaul.
And so by the end of that interview, Rick Santorum, and this happens so often with the pro-COS crowd, if you let them speak long enough, they'll contradict themselves.
And he said, but we can go in and we could limit the Supreme Court justices to nine on the bench.
We could add in some more things.
Well, right there, you're saying it's not limited.
So if you let them speak long enough, they undo their own argument and they indict themselves by their words.
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, Robert Brown, tell our audience who you are and your expertise in this topic, please.
I'm a nationally known constitutional scholar and lecturer.
I have a lecture series.
It's called The Constitution is the Solution.
It's being marketed through the John Birch Society, and thousands of people have learned the Constitution through that.
But this has become a real charge for me.
Kind of the main thing I'm spending my time in is this warning against the falsehoods that this movement's being pushed on.
Just last year, for example, the Montana Senate leadership formally sent an invitation to Mark Meckler to debate me in their Senate chambers on this topic, so they'd be able to hear both sides back-to-back.
And he flatly refused.
I've ran into him several times since then.
He just says, that'll never happen.
He has no interest of actually going toe-to-toe and let's put evidence versus evidence and see if their claims actually stand up.
So wait a minute, are you telling me, are you telling me that Mark Meckler, Rick Santorum will not debate you?
Absolutely.
They won't debate you.
Okay, so here's my challenge.
I'll gladly bring them on to Brandon House Live, my live show every night, 30 minutes live.
I'll just act as a moderator.
All I do is keep track of the time.
I won't be involved.
Other than that, introducing people, their bios, and giving time.
And I challenge Robert, who's already agreed, to debate Mark Meckler and or Rick Santorum.
In fact, would you agree to let the two of them debate you two-on-one?
Is that fair?
That'd be fine.
I'd invite them to have their partner.
I'll bring a partner as well if they want.
I have a good friend who was actually just on Tamara's show earlier this morning, Sean Meehan, who would be a great debate partner as well.
Okay, so I don't... the fact... if they don't take me up on my challenge, doesn't that speak volumes to you guys?
I sure think so, yes.
Absolutely.
Well, and I've got a photo.
I don't know if Logan has it or not, but we sent out invitations.
Not only Montana did this with a registered letter, But when Meckler was going to be in Iowa last January, we sent this out on Facebook, on their page, on COS page, inviting him to a debate with Robert.
We'd pay for the venue.
He could pick the day.
He could pick the time.
When he was in Iowa, they kept taking it down.
They wouldn't respond to it, but they kept, there you go, but they kept taking down our invitation.
And then I also have a video or a photo I sent to Logan of the video we took in the basement of the Capitol, the Iowa Capitol, having this discussion.
Trying to get Meckler to agree to a debate and he said there's no way.
Absolutely no way will he debate.
We have a video of that.
Logan, can we play that video?
I don't know if you have it today.
We will get it to the Dropbox to Logan and then Meckler went right upstairs and told the crowd Wow.
Is there any proof to the reports that George Soros is also in favor of an Article 5 convention?
If I can answer that for a moment.
As far as I know, he's never made any public statement for or against.
Their side will say, oh look, he's funding these various organizations that have said they're against it.
But he's also funding many organizations that are in favor of it.
So if you just look where his money's flowing, you see him on both sides of the issue.
Okay, so while we don't know what he has had to say about it, you are saying there is proof he has funded both sides?
Correct.
Wow.
What other liberal groups are funding the idea of a convention of the states?
You know, there's one that I would point to, it's movetoamend.org, that they have Hundreds of various liberal organizations signed on and supporting their movement for a convention.
There's Wolfpack that's pushing for a convention as well, which is a Soros-funded organization as well, through the Young Turks.
Those are some of the major ones.
Isn't that a red flag?
Isn't that a red flag when the far left wants a convention of the states or a CONCON or Article 5 convention, whatever you want to call it?
Isn't that a major red flag that they have plans of getting in there and getting control of the situation?
I think the biggest red flag came from The Nation magazine, of course, a very liberal organization, very liberal magazine, in which they endorsed the Convention of States organization, suggesting that liberals should support the Convention of States so that when they get their convention, we can have our ideas on the table and their ideas on the table, and we get to hijack the convention at that point.
Now, I want to point out, if you go to the Convention of States website, you're going to find some people that many of us here know and like That are endorsing it.
So this is not condemning everyone that's in favor of it, because I think there's some good people and we would agree on probably 99.9% of things in the public policy arena.
We don't agree on this one, but we agree with them on so many things.
And some of us are friends with some of these people that are for it.
And what we're trying to do is have open and honest and fair and, you know, civil friendly debates.
So that we can exchange on the ideas and say, oh, wait a minute, I might need to change my position one way or the other.
Maybe you're against it, and you'll be for it.
Maybe you're for it, you'll be against it.
But did we just get a report, Tamara Scott, that Glenn Beck has now changed his mind about it?
Yeah, we did.
And he admits, this is a sacred document.
It's almost like he's listened to Roberts and I's interviews and some of the other folks.
He said, this is a sacred document, and we are not worthy to go in and open this up.
And this is what Robert and I have said.
Listen folks, can you imagine right now if we open this up with the political climate we have today?
Our Founding Fathers took time out to fast and pray before they wrote this document.
It's divinely inspired.
We don't see that happening and I don't trust The Near Godless Society we have today to outdo what God-fearing men did in 1787.
Yeah.
And so, Becks really said about the same thing.
Well, and you know what?
Being that he's a Mormon, self-professed Mormon, I know a lot about Mormonism, and I know because I have speeches by Ezra Taft Benson, who was the head of the Mormon Church for years.
He's now passed away.
But I have I have audio of Ezra Taft Benson talking about what he believes about the U.S.
Constitution, and he pretty much believes it's equal to the Bible.
So, it did shock me when Glenn Beck jumped on the bandwagon of this, because I'm thinking, this would be like saying, we're going to open up the Bible and rewrite the Bible, Because if you're a Mormon and you hold the Mormon theology based on the head of the Mormon church at the time, Ezra Taft Benson, the Constitution is equal to the Bible, really.
I mean, go listen to Ezra Taft Benson's speeches on this.
I don't believe it's divinely inspired, as in God moved with the Holy Spirit to write, you know, the document, but that doesn't mean I don't believe in God's providence to use people to draft documents or to establish governments.
So I think there's a difference between God's providential direction and God inspiring something equal to the Word of God.
There's only the Word of God.
But I do know Mormon theology and many former Mormons will tell me I know more about Mormon theology than most Mormons.
So I'm going to tell you, I'm not kidding because I've spent years studying it and learned it from former Mormons.
So I'm going to tell you the fact that Glenn Beck was ever for it Was shocking because it doesn't jive with Mormon theology to rewrite the Constitution based on how they view it.
You want to comment, Robert?
Yeah, I'm actually a Mormon as well, and I agree with you that you probably know more than most Mormons do about Mormon theology when it comes to the Constitution.
And you're exactly accurate that, no, God didn't write every word of the Constitution, but we do feel like it was divine providence that he was guiding and had those men there that Compromise where they needed to to create really the greatest government document ever created that has created the most prosperous country in the history of the world.
Now, so you know, I didn't know you were Mormon.
I didn't know you were Mormon, but so you can validate.
Have you ever heard that speech by Ezra Taft Benson on the Constitution?
Okay, so you know, so then you know that what I'm saying is true about how he and the Mormon Church views the Constitution.
And that would not cause one to think Glenn Beck would jump on board and say, let's open Pandora's box and rewrite this thing.
Yeah.
But someone got to him.
Someone got to him.
And it may not be some constitutional scholar.
It may have been a Mormon scholar, or it could have been a collection thereof.
Yeah.
I'd be interested to know what happened there.
We all are.
We want to talk to other people about that as well.
But the one thing he said is, when we become that people again, when we become... He quotes Adams, which we've quoted as well.
The Constitution was made for a moral and religious people.
It isn't adequate for any other.
And that is the problem, my friends.
It's not the document.
It's that we have, ourselves, fallen away as a people.
We're no longer moral, and we're no longer religious in so many instances.
And so, Glenn Beck, and I say this with all respect, he says, when we become those people again, then he'll look at opening up a Constitutional Convention.
But my statement to him would be, At the point we become that moral and religious people, according to Adams, the Constitution will be adequate once again because we will follow the law.
How about the argument that you can limit, Mark Levin and many say you can limit the convention.
What would your argument be, Robert?
I'm glad you brought that up because I have a standing $10,000 challenge out there.
Historical and legal precedents show The conventions have not been able to be limited in the past, especially looking at this 1787 convention.
And I will defy anyone out there.
I put this challenge to Mark Meckler, to Michael Ferris, to Robert Nadelson, all their top scholars.
Take me up.
Prove me wrong.
Here's my evidence that the 1787 convention was called as a limited convention and threw off those limits and set a precedent that they knew.
In fact, some of them were a little concerned at the precedent they were setting.
But they said, President, that number one, a convention can be called as a limited power convention and throw off those limits, and that they can then rewrite the ratification process to make it easier to get it passed once they're done.
That is what happened in 1787.
I have $10,000 for anyone that wants to prove me wrong on that one.
It's been out there for about two and a half years now.
And for some reason, they don't want to take me up on it.
I'm not sure why.
Yeah, well, that's because they're gonna lose.
So I have to ask the question.
Either one of you can answer.
There has got to be a lot of money sloshing around in these organizations.
And I'd love to know what some of these people's salaries are.
And how much money is being raised and sloshing around?
What on earth would possess someone to want to push this when there has been such wonderful information presented like from Phyllis Schlafly for so many years ago or Robert or John Stormer so many years ago?
I'd like to know who's funding this and I want to do the old follow the money thing.
I'm not saying that people can't be paid to run an organization.
I'm not saying that but I want to know Are we talking about a lot of money being used to entice people to maybe be involved in something that normally they would not be involved in?
In other words, would they do this for free?
I also would like to say that by having the debate and being nice about it, and I want to be nice about it because I do agree with a lot of these people on public policy issues, then clearly we can convince people.
Glenn Beck's a perfect example.
Let's have the debate.
So Glenn Beck did come out today against it.
Is he on video?
Is he on audio?
It was yesterday he came out.
And Robert, I'll turn this over to you on this, but Robert has a wonderful quote.
And Robert, I'm going to give your quote.
When an honest man figures out he's an error, he either ceases being an error or he stops being honest.
And for that, I commend Glenn Beck for stepping away from conventional states.
Here it is right here, the New American.
Glenn Beck withdraws support for a modern-day constitutional convention.
Well, good for Glenn Beck!
He announced Thursday on his show that he no longer supports an Article 5 convention to amend the Constitution, which is really shocking, because I know he's been greatly influenced by David Barton, and David Barton's in favor of it.
Now, maybe we can get David to change his mind.
I'd love to.
I'd love to, because as you mentioned, we care so many, we agree with so many of these people, we respect so many of these people on other issues, And, you know, Scalia said if you can't separate bad ideas from good people, you need to find another line of work.
And so that's the situation.
And I tell Robert, everybody has the right to be wrong.
And so we allow these people the right to be wrong on this issue.
We've got the Bible verse that talks about the elect being deceived.
That's not just spiritual.
It's our elected and our elites.
It can be wrong, and that's why we have to trust and test and weigh and pray everything out with the world.
Well, in addition to that, you know, this whole idea of opening this convention and limiting it and adding things that will fix the problem, there's nothing, Robert, as a constitutional attorney, there's nothing the Constitution won't fix now.
We're not honoring it now.
What makes them think they could add in some kind of amendment and all of a sudden, woo, magically, everybody's going to obey it?
They're not obeying it now.
There's nothing we can't fix with the Constitution the way it's written now, is there, sir?
I would totally agree with you on that.
In fact, that's the main point of my Constitution lecture series.
The Constitution is the solution.
Not changing the Constitution, but obeying it.
If we actually, for example, follow the limited powers of Congress, what Congress is actually allowed to be involved in, what the federal government is actually allowed to be spending money on, it would trim the federal budget by somewhere around 80%.
We'd have around $2 trillion surplus annually.
We'd begin paying down the national debt rather than ever raising the debt ceiling.
That alone is a massive example of, if we just obeyed the Constitution, how much would be massively reversed and changed.
Absolutely.
So no, we don't need to change it.
The Constitution is not the problem.
The Constitution is the solution.
Okay, so Robert, correct me if I'm wrong, so you're not an attorney, but you're a constitutional scholar?
That's correct.
Okay, all right, got that straight.
So do you have a website that we can promote for you, Robert?
You know, I don't really promote myself in any particular way that way.
A lot of my videos are available online on YouTube.
I produce a lot through the John Birch Society.
So if you go to jbs.org and look up two topics there, the Constitutional Convention topic, you'll see a lot of my material.
And then they have a section called Article 6, not 5.
And a lot of my material there as well.
Because in Article 6 of the Constitution is the oath of office.
If our elected officials swear their oath of office and take it seriously, that solves the problem.
And if we as constituents hold them to their oath of office, that solves the problem.
And some of what I talk about there is how I've done that to my own congressman a few
years ago, where he was only following the Constitution about half the time.
And as we started holding him accountable at every turn, publishing his voting records,
spreading it around his congressional district, he almost overnight began following the Constitution
very strictly.
Just because now we're holding him to it, he instantly changed, and he even thanked
me, publicly, for keeping him honest, knowing that I was the one that led the charge.
Excellent.
We're going to get you back, Tamara.
We're going to cover this.
We're going to stay on this.
Tamara, you're on every day from noon to 1 here on Lyndell TV, right before I come on at 1 o'clock.

Now you know why.
Tamara, Robert, both of you, thank you for being with us.
And let's hope Mark Meckler and Rick Santorum pick up the challenge for me to moderate a debate with you and a partner, and Rick and Mark, To have a debate on Brennan House live for 90 minutes live
All I'll do is keep the time and do the introductions and close out the show
Let's see if they'll pick up the challenge if they think they can defend their position
They ought to have no problem with that challenge. So let's see what happens. Yes. Yes, Tamara
Let's be clear. Our viewers are calling us and letting us know they want this because they love Bannon
