And they're doing this with the encouragement of their mother and of CNN, of the establishment media.
The liberal media love truancy.

And they love it when these kids are going around taking videos of ICE.
Truancy is the thread.

Huge, huge news.
Finally, the culmination of years and years of advocacy, of fighting, of lawfare, of political campaigns.
Trans ideology appears to be in free fall.
There is a chink in the armor of the trans movement.
The first major medical association, followed quickly on its heels by the second major medical association, have come out against transing the kids.
And it seems like such a minor win.
They say it's not even that they've come out all the way against transgenderism.
They're going to ban the surgeries for everyone.
They're going to ban the fake pronouns and putting men in the bathrooms and putting guys on the women's sports teams.
It's not, it's just transing the kids.
And yet, folks, I think it was my very second speaking tour for Young America's Foundation.
Back when conservatives doing the college speaking circuit was like the big hip hot thing, I think it was my second tour was called Men Are Not Women and Other Uncomfortable Truths.
And at that time, this would have been 2017, 2018.
That was shocking, outrageous, controversial.
When did Matt's movie come out?
Matt's movie came out 2020, 2020, was it 2021, 2022?
When that movie came out, that was shocking.
What is a woman?
Oh, you can't question this ideology.
At the time, you could lose your job.
You could be punished in school.
People would threaten to take your kids away from you if you questioned the transgender ideology.
And one of the big arguments made by the pro-trans people was, well, the medical associations say we have to trans the kids.
And it was always this cheat.
It was always a scam because the major medical associations, first of all, are primarily political lobbies more than they are actually research institutions.
These are lobbies, representative trade groups of medical professionals, but that's what it is.
It's a lobby.
They were basing their recommendations, one, on the political fads, and two, on research from the transgender lobby, from groups like WPATH, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, whatever it stands for, WPATH.
And their studies were completely bogus.
And one way we know they're bogus, one, you can look at their methodology, but the main way we know they're bogus is because we know for a fact that men can't be women.
So it was this unbelievable edifice, this architecture of lies.
It's taken so long.
What was that?
When was that speaking to her?
2018?
It's 2026.
Almost a decade in, and we're finally getting the medical associations to come out and say, okay, we're not totally into this.
What are the medical groups here?
Washington Post reporting, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons said doctors should delay gender-related surgeries until age 19, citing insufficient evidence that benefits outweigh risks.
Okay, that's the first one.
Immediately following on the heels of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons is the American Medical Association.
AMA comes out and agrees.
Well, sorry, I'll use their exact words.
They say that they generally agree with the findings of the Plastic Surgery Association.
They don't even say they specifically agree.
They come out, they say, quote, the evidence for gender-affirming surgical intervention is insufficient for us to make a definitive statement, though the AMA says they support other kinds of gender-affirming care for minors, which doesn't make any sense.
Hold on, you support pushing transgenderism on minors.
You say there's enough evidence to change their pronouns, treat them like they're the opposite sex, through psychological therapy, say, affirm them in their delusions, put them in the girls' bathrooms, put them on the girls' swim team, but there's not enough medical evidence to give them the cross-sex hormone or the puberty blockers.
Well, hold on.
Can boys become girls or not?
Can boys become girls or not?
The American Plastic Surgery Association is basically saying maybe not.
So let's not do it to the kids.
The AMA isn't even going that far.
They're saying, well, no, no, no.
Yeah, there is evidence that boys can become girls.
We believe boys can become girls.
So we're going to keep giving them gender-affirming care, but we're not going to do anything too permanent.
We're not going to do anything.
We're not going to do anything that could get us sued.
That's what this is all about.
There was the lawsuit in Westchester, and a detransitioner just won $2 million from doctors who, when she was a minor, affirmed her in her delusion.
That's what this is all about.
This is the AMA and the Washington Post, sorry, the AMA and the Plastic Surgery Association, as being reported in the Washington Post, saying, shoot, we're on the wrong side of the law now.
We don't want to get sued.
We don't want our members to get sued.
Okay, we'll back off.
Now, they're not admitting that.
They're saying, well, we're just following the evidence.
What evidence changed?
What are you following the evidence?
AMA, how are you following the evidence?
You're speaking out of both sides of your mouth.
You're saying things that contradict each other.
You're saying there is no evidence.
There's not enough evidence of transgenderism to do any of the procedures that could get you sued, but there's enough evidence of transgenderism to do the procedures that won't get you sued.
It's so cowardly.
It's so cynical.
You guys are just out there to protect your members and your members' wallets.
At least the Children's Hospital of Minnesota admits this.
Children's Hospital of Minnesota has just come out and said they're going to stop, at least temporarily, prescribing puberty-blocking drugs and hormones to minors, specifically as they seek gender-affirming care because of, quote, an increase in federal actions directed at health systems like ours.
So they're not saying we're following the evidence.
They're not saying we've come to the light.
They're not saying we realize that boys can't be girls.
They're saying we don't want to get sued or we don't want to be prosecuted by the government.
Fine by me.
That's an honest take.
That's the same exact thing the American Medical Association and the Plastic Surgery Association believe.
They just don't want to admit it.
And it's fine by me because here's a key lesson to conservatives.
We need to bring the full weight of the government through prosecutions and through civil suits down on these people.
I know the libertarians don't like the sound of that.
We need to bludgeon these people in courts of law with every statute we can muster, with every civil claim we can muster.
We need to force them to kneel and say uncle.
That's what happened here.
It was not the open marketplace of ideas that convinced the American Medical Association and the Plastic Surgery Association and the Minnesota Children's Hospital to change their behaviors.
It was not open free debate.
Some of the debates maybe played a little role in convincing the normies to turn the public opinion against transgenderism and then to bring the weight of the law down on it.
I guess way, way, way downstream or upstream, I guess, their debate played a role.
But it was not just that the truth prevails in the open marketplace of ideas.
This is the brutal force of government and law.
That's what happened.
And it made these jerks say uncle in the same way that big tech and even some of the entertainment companies, which had been clobbering Trump for years, which had been cheering on as Trump was being censored, deplatformed, almost kicked off a ballot, almost murdered.
They were all cool with that until Trump won again.
And then they show up to the Oval Office and they shine his shoes.
They kneel down.
They kiss the ground he walked on because they were afraid that he would crush them.
And that's good.
That's one of the reasons that we elected Trump.
It's one of the reasons most people elected Trump.
Trump won the popular vote.
I love this.
Do not give the AMA or the Plastic Surgery Association or any of these children's hospitals any credit.
They deserve zero credit.
They are acting entirely out of servile fear, which is fine by me.
Their credibility has been permanently destroyed.
The fact that the American Medical Association ever, even for one second, said that men can become women and especially that little boys can be little girls means that their credibility has been permanently destroyed.
In matters of open, honest conversation, I don't want anyone ever to cite them as an authority or a source.
They don't know anything.
They deserve zero respect.

Did you know most ICE agents don't wear their plates properly?
I've seen it.
You know, the type of ICU nurse I was, I was a cardiac ICU nurse.
And I did a lot of time, lots of hours, holding on a groin that wouldn't stop bleeding.
Let me tell you what.
That femoral artery, those veins in the legs.
I can't remember.
I was late in my shift.
Okay.
I know it.
I'm tired.
Anyway, the vasculature in the leg, it really bleeds.
Bleeds well.
Someone could bleed out very quickly from that.
Probably like a couple of minutes, really.
Okay, so this guy, I guess he's still working as a nurse.
He's still got his stethoscope on.
He says he was an ICU nurse.
Happily, I guess they moved him out of there.
He's telling his fellow nurses to let the ice agents bleed out.
Okay, total lunatic.
What's his name?

He works reportedly at Midwest Express Clinic and Carl Hospital.
That's according to his LinkedIn.
Obviously, he needs to be fired.
He needs to lose whatever license he has.
He needs to never work in that field or anywhere near that field ever again.
Obviously, no question about it.
That has to happen, not merely to keep him a dangerous psychopath away from ICE agents, away from, I don't know, just normal people generally.
If he's willing to murder ICE agents, I don't think he would stop there.
But he has to be fired and people like him have to be fired because his presence in the healthcare system poses an existential threat to the entire American healthcare system.
Do you understand that?
I think probably you do understand that, but there are going to be some libs out there who don't understand that.
There's no hyperbole whatsoever.
The existence of one of those guys working in the healthcare system poses an existential threat to the entire healthcare system because the healthcare system is based on trust, the trust that patients have for the practitioners.
You're in a very vulnerable position.
This is true in other industries.
It's true in food.
It's true in teaching.
It's less true in some industries.
It's less true, I don't know, when you go to the convenience store and you got to pick up a Coca-Cola or a pack of cigarettes or something.
You don't really need to trust that guy all that well.
He just hands you the Coca-Cola, there's the seal on it.
You're fine.
When it comes to the medical industry, when you go there or you bring your loved one there, you bring your kid there, you're saying, okay, I trust you to slice open this person.
I trust you to preserve, maybe save this person's life.
If you have anyone in that system who says, hey, we're going to target ICE agents, we're going to kill them.
We're going to let them bleed out.
The whole system loses credibility.
The whole system loses.
I just talked about how the American Medical Association now has zero credibility, never will have any credibility again.
As long as these people are not immediately fired and seriously punished, and everyone like them immediately fired and seriously punished, the whole system loses credibility.
We talk about the crisis of American healthcare.
This is a much bigger deal than Obamacare premiums going up.
Okay.
Speaking of threats on ICE agents, it's not just from these lunatic random nurses in Chicago.
Jerry Nadler.
Jerry Nadler, who's been a member of Congress since just after the Civil War, I think.
Nadler, stalwart Democrat from New York.
He is now openly encouraging people to murder ICE agents, to shoot them.
But what is really the major problem in this country today is the fascism in our streets.
The attacks on American citizens by masked hoodlums.
If you were attacked by a masked person, you might think you were being kidnapped.
You'd be justified in shooting the person to protect yourself.
If I were apprehended by a masked person, I might think I was being kidnapped and I would be justified in shooting that person, claims Jerry Nadler.
That obviously is not true.
It would depend on who the masked person was.
If the masked person were wearing all black and were speaking to me in some kind of threatening vernacular and were asking me to hand over my wallet or, you know, get him a ransom or something, then I would think maybe I'm being kidnapped.
If the masked person had badges, ICE, law enforcement, an American flag, was there as a representative of the civil authority, which is the legitimate government, the government for which Jerry Nadler works, sadly, if you were that guy, I would not think I was being kidnapped.
I would think that I was being arrested and being put through due process in the American justice system.
Things that have superficial similarities are not necessarily the same.
Marital sex and rape could look somewhat similar.
Could.
Again, I don't want to be too evocative.
You know, it's a family show.
I'm just saying the physical action, the basic physical action that defines those two acts without any of the attendant behaviors that go along with it. are identical.
It's like, you know, I'm not going to spell it out for you, but they're identical actions.
And yet, those two actions are totally dissimilar.
When you describe the context of them, they're totally dissimilar.
The same goes for being apprehended.
It's true.
If someone comes up behind you and grabs you, you could feel like you're being kidnapped unless you're, I don't know, playing flag football or something.
You need the context here.
So Jerry Nadler, maybe he's just dumb as a box of rocks.
Maybe that's, I don't think he is, but maybe he is.
But if he's not, then he's being very cynical here.
And he's making an argument that he doesn't even believe.
And he's saying that you should go shoot cops.
Go out there and shoot cops.
Jerry Nadler is an old guard Democrat.
He's not even an AOC or an Ayana Presley or a Jasmine Crockett.
He's supposed to be the old stodgy one.
This shows you how radical the Democrats have become.
Jerry Nadler, he's of the Pelosi era.
Jerry Nadler is coming out saying, hey, hey, ordinary constituents, go shoot cops.
Go out there.
Hey, go out there and shoot cops.
And you have to ask yourself, why is he doing this?
I guess it could just be stupidity, ignorance, profound vice.
I suspect there is a little bit of a political strategy here.
I think the Democrats want chaos in the streets, and I'll tell you why in just a moment.
Because it doesn't stop.
Oddly enough, Jerry Nadler's calling on people to shoot cops is not the most disturbing video going around right now.

This woman, though, says, do any other moms think this way?

She describes how she plans to murder her children if ICE shows up to her door.
I really pray it doesn't get bad enough.
But being a mom in America, I had to stop walking for this.
I often think that if it gets to the point of knocking on doors.
God, and like to even have these thoughts.
It's like I'm literally separating from reality right now.
If it comes down to me taking out myself and my kids versus us being taken and harmed by ICE, like, God help me.
I did not want to do it.
This is not the life I wanted.
But that is a very dark thought that I've had.
Death would be a easier out than for my children to be taken and harmed by these pedophiles.
Oh, yes, this is going viral on social media and people are really disturbed by this.
This woman says that I guess she's illegal.
Maybe she's illegal.
Maybe she's not illegal.
I don't know.
There's this totally irrational fear of ICE being stoked by people like Jerry Nadler and mainstream Democrats who are calling on them to be killed, comparing them to Nazis.
But in any case, this woman's claim is it would be better to commit suicide and infanticide, to murder her children, than to be arrested by the police.
And a lot of people are shocked by this and horrified.
And I really don't know why.
If you are shocked by this, you've clearly never heard the libs talk about abortion and euthanasia.
I sometimes make the point when people are shocked by the liberals' latest behavior.
Jerry Nadler call on people to shoot cops.
Like, yeah, these people openly advocate slaughtering babies.
Yeah, they're willing to go pretty low, man.
I don't know.
And you know, they do that, right?
You know, they like call on people to shout their abortion and they, you know, they're like pro infanticide.
So yeah, obviously they'll stoop very low.
But that's not even the point I'm making here.
I'm making more of a point on how the libs view life and death and suffering.
Because the basic claim she's making is death is preferable to suffering.
Death is preferable to inconvenience, to a loss of total agency, personal autonomy, and to suffering.
That is what underlies the liberal arguments for abortion and especially for euthanasia, which is a euphemism.
It means a good death.
It's actually the worst kind of death because it's suicide and it just refers to assisted suicide, legal assisted suicide.
But that's the claim we have to interrogate here.
Is death preferable to suffering?
And this is an absurd claim on its face because life entails suffering necessarily.
This is a fallen world.
The very first act that will ever take place as you enter into the world, it involves two acts of suffering.
The suffering of the mother as she gives birth and the suffering of the baby as he meets the shock of the world.
What's the first thing a baby does when he sees the world for the first time?
He cries.
In fact, he has to cry.
If he doesn't cry immediately, something's wrong and the doctor has to spank him and then he cries.
Life necessarily entails suffering.
Best case scenario, you live a really long time and your loved ones die.
You see your loved ones die.
Best case scenario.
But you're going to get headaches.
You're going to get tummy aches.
You're going to suffer setbacks.
You're going to be disappointed.
You're going to desire things that you can't have.
Accidents will befall you.
You will commit sins and you will regret those sins and they'll make your life worse.
You will suffer.
So if we accept the liberal premise that death is preferable to suffering, we should just kill ourselves as quickly as we can.
Or we should kill our babies immediately.
Or the moment at the very least that we're conscious of suffering, we should kill ourselves and encourage our loved ones to kill themselves.
And that is what abortion and euthanasia are.
That's it.
That's just that that's the premise.
And it's horrifying when we hear it in these terms, which are unfamiliar.
Namely, if a cop comes to arrest me, I'm going to slaughter my kids and kill myself.
Everyone's aghast, including the liberals.
Why?
Why are you shocked by this?
These are the premises that you yourselves, in many cases, especially if you're on the left, but even some people on the right who support things like assisted suicide or even in some cases, some kinds of abortion.
These are the premises that you yourself are accepting.
So why are you shocked that she's just taking them to their logical conclusion?
It's a good video.
I mean, it's horrifying, of course, but it's a good video because it shows people how many more horrifying premises they've accepted themselves.

CNN, so thrilled.
CNN writes, these young brothers sacrifice normal teenage life to be full-time ice watchers in Minneapolis and say they won't regret it.
These boys are 16, 17 years old.
They're taking time off school.
They're not actually doing their schoolwork.
And instead, they're following cops around and filming them.
And I love they say, and they 16 and 17 year old boys skip school and they say they won't regret it.
Wow, stop the presses.
Teenage boys want to skip school and they promise it's a good idea.
Oh, wow.
Let's listen to them.
They're probably right.
I've never heard this before.
Can you imagine a teenage boy would want to skip school to go like run around outside and do like crazy kind of dangerous things?
This must be the first time that's ever happened.
And CNN buys it.
Hook line and sinker.
Oh goodness.
I hope the headline writer never becomes a parent.
Certainly not a parent of boys.
That not going to work out well.
His boys are going to run circles around him.
So who are the boys?
Ben and Sam.
He's 17 and 16 year old.
Okay.
I'm not going to read the whole article, just a couple little clips.
The brothers are homeschooled by their mom.
All right.
So they're not in a formal school.
So it's a little easier to skip school when the principal's your mom.
But hold on.
This means that the mom is okay with this.
Audrey, who juggles teaching, child rearing, and advocacy work.
So first of all, I just found the first bit of fake news in this article.
It says the boys are homeschooled by their mom, Audrey, who juggles teaching.
No, she doesn't.
She doesn't teach.
She encourages her kids not to educate themselves.
So she's not teaching.
Child rearing, she's not rearing her children.
She's sending them out to possibly go be shot by the cops.
She's telling them, go, run away, go to a different town, go to a different city.
Just go get out of here.
So she's not, she's a horrible teacher.
She's a horrible child rearer.
I'm sure she does advocacy work.
That part I believe.
That's the only thing she does do.
She's a leftist activist and she has sacrificed her role as teacher and mother to her leftist activism.
No surprises there.

It needs to be said.
Hopefully she can correct it.

They just have to sacrifice it.
All that homework they really want to do.
Instead, they've got to go play around on the streets and film crazy stuff.
But it's a sacrifice they're willing to make.
That doesn't mean they've stopped learning, though, says CNN.
Here, it's been more difficult, but this is almost like an internship, is it?
Internships are usually when you emulate or train in a job.
What is the job here?
Well, I guess the job is leftist agitation, which is a job.
It's pretty lucrative in some places.
We're seeing things that most Americans will never see again in their lives, hopefully, Ben said.
The people we're getting to meet and experiences we're getting and the things you learn through this work is invaluable.
So first of all, poor Ben, because he's been sacrificing all that schoolwork, doesn't know how verbs should agree with nouns.

Just a correction for Ben, since his mom, who's supposed to be his teacher, won't teach him.
You would say are invaluable.

Anyway, pedantic side point.
Audrey and her husband, Andrew, a professor at Wheaton College in Illinois, said they took Sam and Ben to their first no-kings protests and pro-Palestinian walks in the wake of the latest war in Gaza.
Oh my goodness.
So the parents groomed the kids into this.
They encouraged them to do this kind of stuff.
And now the kids are truants who are putting themselves in very dangerous situations.
She added, the mom, as a parent, how could I say no?
How could I say no?
If you were a good mother, that's how you would say no.
How could you say, how could you say yes?
How could I say no?
My kids wanted to skip school to go break the law and obstruct law enforcement and put themselves in a position where they might get shot.
How could I say no?

She said it in the CNN article.
She goes, you know, when Alex Predty got shot, I got these texts.
Where are your boys?
A white man has been shot.
And this woman thought, oh, oh my goodness, I've sent my kids out to be shot by the cops.
And she said she was the only person in America who was relieved to hear that it was Alex Predty who was shot because she thought it was her kid.
And then what did she do the next day?
She sent her kids out again to go do the same thing to maybe get shot again.
All of this to say, the professional left employs child labor.
And it's even worse than that.
It's not just that they employ child labor.
They don't even pay the child labor.
It's not slave labor because they brainwash the kids into doing this and they brainwash the parents into sending their kids to do this.
But this is sick, cultish stuff.
This woman should get a visit from Child Protective Services.
These kids should maybe be removed from her house.
This is extremely negligent.
She is almost certainly violating the law, even when it comes to homeschooling, though there is more leeway on homeschooling practically, but she's telling them, don't do your schoolwork.

Speaking of what young people are learning or not learning in the case of the Ice Watchers, the great Senator Ted Cruz just grilled Netflix and WB CEOs on whether or not Billie Eilish is right in her claim at the Grammys, whether or not America is stolen land.
Are we right now on stolen land?
I have no idea the history of this land, where we're sitting today.
Nor do I, Senator.
So that speaks volumes that neither of you are willing to say, hell no, we're not on stolen land.
And I will say at the Grammys, when you see an entertainer say, nobody is illegal while we're on stolen land, and then you see entertainers leap to their feet, clapping so excitedly at the notion that America's fundamentally illegitimate, it starts to convey that the entertainment world is deeply corrupt.
And I will point out that same singer who says no one is illegal on stolen land promptly went back to her $14 million mansion.
And somehow that stolen land, she wasn't concerned about, just the United States of America.
So why is Ted asking the Netflix and WB CEOs this?
Is this just gratuitous, a way to smack down these guys who are testifying before the Senate?
I don't think so.
The claim was made by a very popular entertainer at one of the big entertainer gallers, trade events of the entire year.
And now you have two of the heads of the entertainment industry come in.
And so it's a perfectly justified question.
And as you may have noticed over the years, Senator Cruz is very, very intelligent.
He's very good at this, very good at drilling down and grilling people.
So he asks some of this because he knows they're not going to answer it.
And their refusal to answer is itself a scandal.
Is this stolen land?
The correct answer is America is not stolen land.
No, we're a country.
We're the greatest country in the history of the world.
And we secured our land in a variety of ways through treaties, through settlement, through wars of conquest, through the consequences of wars, actually, where we get territory from other groups.
But that's what we are.
We're a country.
According to the nation state system, according to the body of international law, according to all rights of land ownership going back to antiquity, no, we're not stolen land.
But these guys can't do that.
They have to say, well, I don't.
They don't want to go all the way and say, yes, this is stolen land.
Give it back to the Comanche.
That's a little too radical and it's totally unjustifiable.
But so what do they have to say?
Oh, shucks.
I don't know.
They have to do the Tim Walz.
I'm just a middle-aged white guy knucklehead.
I don't know.
What's stolen land?
What's a country?
I don't know.
I'm just the head of Netflix.
You're in a major American CEO.
You can't describe what a country is because that's the question.
And so what Senator Cruz is doing here is he's recognizing five years ago, the big question was, what is a woman?
Because five years ago, the big issue that showed the Democrats' impaired judgment was transgenderism.
It's not that guys playing on girls' tennis teams or guys going to the girls' bathroom, it's not that those were the biggest issues.
It's that those were the issues that most clearly showed the impairment of judgment in the Democrats.
If you don't know what a woman is, you don't know anything.
That's why it was such a big issue because it was so crazy.
In 2026, the question is, what is an American?
What is a nation?
In 2026, the issue is not transgenderism, but it's immigration.
That's what largely impelled Trump to a popular vote victory.
That's what's causing the riots in the streets is because most Americans voted for mass deportations, but the Libs don't want to give up their mass migration because they are counting on mass migration to fundamentally alter the demographics and the political order so that they can have a permanent electoral majority.
That's what it's about.
That's all the underlying issues.
And so this is the what is a woman question for 2026.
Is this stolen land?
What is a nation?
What is America?
What is an American?
That's what we're talking about.
And it's a harder question to answer, by the way.
Actually, it's worth pointing out.
What is a woman is a hard question to answer.
I know the answer that some of the people on the right settled on was, it's a biological female or whatever.
It's a human female.
But that doesn't really answer the question because a woman is more than that.
A woman is more than chromosomes.
My answer to that question always was, what is a woman?
I'd say a woman is sugar, spice, and everything nice.
That answer actually is truer.
That gets at more of what a woman is than to say, it's a person with 2X chromosomes or whatever.
It's tricky.
What is a woman?
Is it truly we're just reduced to our bodies?
We're just bags of meat, just a womb.
What about women who have had a hysterectomy?
Isn't a woman more than that?
Does a woman not have a T loss, a purpose, behaviors that go along with being a woman?
Qualities, some of which are ineffable even?
Isn't there more to it than that?
Same thing with what is a nation?
What is America?
What is an American?
What's quite, I don't know what the answer is.
It's not just the Mayflower, though that's a great cigar.
But it's not just the Pilgrims, you know, it's not just Jamestown.
It's not just the American Revolution.
It's not just the Wasps.
What is it?
A little trickier to answer.
And yet we all kind of know it when we see it, right?
Because when the Libs ask this question, they say, how is anyone illegal on stolen land?
They seem much more ridiculous, as proven by the Tongva tribe.
The Tongva tribe just came out and responded to Billie Eilish.
Billie Eilish, who I played it on the show yesterday, she says, no one's illegal on stolen land, which is funny because it's a self-undermining claim.
If no one is illegal on stolen land, then it means that no one has committed a crime, right?
No one's criminal on stolen land.
But if no one's committed a crime and stealing is a crime, then the land is itself not stolen.
If no one's illegal on stolen land, then the land isn't stolen.
I don't, you know, she's not like a professor of logic, so I don't know if that occurred to her.
But the Tongva realized there was another problem with her claim, namely they've never offered, Billie Eilish has never offered the Tongva, whose land it supposedly is, any of her land, never offered her her house, never gave her a single penny.
And furthermore, Billie Eilish never even says who the land was stolen from.
The Tongva tribe, this according to the New York Post, the Tongva tribe confirmed that Eilish's $3 million home does sit on its ancestral land after this 24-year-old gal used her Grammy's acceptance speech to rail against ICE.
The indigenous inhabitants of LA, known as the First Angelinos, known by whom?
I don't know.
I don't call them that, said that they appreciate Eilish's sentiment, but noted that the performer has not contacted them directly and insisted that next time she explicitly referenced them.
But here's the problem.
The reason that she won't explicitly reference them is one, the Libs don't really care.
They don't want to do anything about it.
They certainly don't intend to give even one square inch of their land back to whatever people they say really own it.
But furthermore, the minute you name the people, then you can point to the other people that those people stole it from.
That's one of the big issues.
So you do sometimes see this, especially in academia.
You hear these land acknowledgements.
I recognize that I'm on the ancestral land of the Lakota and the Cheyenne and the Digeridoo or whatever.
But notice, even there, when they say we're on the ancestral land of this tribe, it's usually multiple tribes.
And it has to be multiple tribes, not because they were all living together, kumbayan, some kind of confederacy.
It's multiple tribes because those tribes stole the land from each other.
Or more precisely, took the land, either because of migration or because of wars of conquest or perhaps because of treaties.
Same way America got our land.
So his claims are self-undermining.
That is why, though, you ain't going to get Billie Eilish talking about the Tonga.
And you certainly aren't going to get her to give anything to the Tonga anytime soon.

All of which leads us to the final point.
What is this about?
Why are the liberals, why is that liberal woman going viral for saying that she would murder her kids sooner than be arrested by ICE?
Why are these unhinged white liberals, men and women, going out and getting themselves shot, going out and provoking cops to shoot them on behalf of protecting mass migration?
What is this all about?
Why are mothers and CNN encouraging boys, teenage boys, to skip school to go obstruct law enforcement, put themselves in dangerous situations?
What is the political unrest all about?
Senator Mark Warner, Democrat, just told us on C-SPAN.
I remember back a year ago at this time when people would often ask me when they were seeing the actions of the Trump administration, do you think we'll have free and fair elections in 26 or in 28?
And my response at that point was, you know, I think you're overreacting.
I have deep concerns about the fairness of our elections in 26 and 28 right now.
I have concerns about the elections in primaries in our country.
I have concerns about the elections that may take place in Virginia in terms of a redistricting referendum.
Okay.
And you'll probably be jarred at first because we were told for about five years that anyone who ever questions the legitimacy of elections is a terrible insurrectionist traitor who needs to be thrown in solitary confinement.
And now Mark Warner, based on nothing, is already questioning the legitimacy of the 2026 and 2028 elections, including primaries.
It's very strange, especially because when conservatives raised questions about the election in 2020, it was after the Libs had changed all the election rules, in some cases, illegally and unconstitutionally.
So there was this huge change.
I think it was fair to question the elections in that specific once-in-a-lifetime circumstance where you just change all the election rules, you get rid of a lot of the protections that protect against fraud.
But before 2020, it was basically only the Democrats who questioned elections.
They questioned Bush v. Gore, took that one all the way to the Supreme Court.
They didn't really question 2004 because Bush won it so handily.
Then they won in 2008, 2012.
They questioned 2020.
They changed the election rules in 2020, sorry.
And then already now, we're just after the 2024 election, they're saying 2026, 2028 are going to be rigged.
So it means they're probably not feeling as good about it as they previously did.
And two, they're trying to set the stage for political violence, for political unrest.
That's why these riots are happening now.
Notice the riots weren't happening in the first part of the year with the Trump administration.
You had mass deportations almost immediately.
Wasn't really kicking up then.
It's kicking up now that we're looking ahead to the midterms.
And they probably started it a little too early.
Winter is not the best time to riot, especially when the libs who are, you know, they're sensitive.
They don't like the cold that much.
But that's what this is about.
The reason it's kicking up in 2020, almost basically immediately after 2020 begins, is because this is all about the elections.
They have two objectives here.
One is to create great instability that will allow them to exert more control over their elections, which always opens up the question of fraud.
But then two, they want to make a threat.
And the threat is we're going to keep violently rioting if we don't get our way.
That's what they're after.
It's all about the election, of course.
And we'll see.
As an issue, the immigration matter works for Republicans.
Republicans are totally on the right side of immigration by basically any public opinion poll.
In terms of the political violence, the left might be able to ram their way through.
That remains to be seen.
