[01:18:10]  But there was a very interesting, widely watched, tens of millions of people tuned in on July 17th, 2019, when he appeared before two committees in the House of Representatives to talk about his report.
[01:18:24]  And he was pressed repeatedly in that hearing whether or not he thought that the president had committed a crime.
[01:18:30]  And he said he had no evidence of that.
[01:18:32]  And a lot of people.

[01:20:19]  Mueller was registered Republican in Washington, D.C., and was appointed and reappointed to Senate-confirmed positions by Presidents George Bush, Bill Clinton, George Bush, and Barack Obama.
