All right, we are back.
We are back.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to the stream.
Yeah, I don't know what happened.
Uh literally, the internet just like died on me.
Uh I don't know what the fuck happened there, chat, but we are back, man.
The show ain't over.
We ain't going nowhere.
They could go ahead and try.
I'm not fucking leaving!
The show goes on!
This is my home!
They're gonna need a fucking wrecking ball to take me out of here!
They're gonna need to send in the National Guard or fucking SWAT team!
Because I ain't going no way!
Thank you.
All right.
We're not leaving, chat.
We are not leaving.
So then go ahead and try to get us out of here, but we're still here.
Shadow ban the stream and all this other bullshit, but we are back, guys.
We are back.
Anyway.
Um, okay.
So uh where were we?
I think we were right around uh here.
So John Bowlin, okay, let's go through this again.
All right, John Bowen, okay.
Born November 20, 1940 is an American attorney, uh diplomat, Republican consultant, and political commentator.
Also, if you guys want the stream that you missed from before, it's only on OSS.
I took it down on Kick, took it down on YouTube, took it down on Rumble.
It's only on OSS.
So if you guys want the, you know, Megan Kelly and uh MTG breakdown, that's only on OSS, guys.
So go ahead and uh check it out over there.
Umly ten dollars a month, guys.
That's how you keep the mission going.
It's I'm able to stream on YouTube and uh, you know, all these other platforms despite the fact that I'm de uh demonetized.
So uh yeah, man, OSS is the lifeblood of this movement, man.
So okay.
Anyway.
Um so he served as 25th United States Ambassador United States Nations from uh 2005 to 2006, and as a twenty-six United States National Security Advisor from 2018 to 2019.
And this is where he worked under Trump.
This is a critical component right here.
So roughly one year.
Um Bolton served the United States Assistant Attorney General for President Ronald Reagan from eighty five to eighty nine, he served as the State Department uh served in the State Department as the Assistant Secretary of State for International Organization Affairs from eighty-nine to ninety-three, and the undersecretary of state for arms control and international security affairs from two thousand one to two thousand five.
He was an advocate for the Iraq war as a director of the Project for the New American Century.
Now, Peanut, okay, guys.
Peanut guys.
If you guys are wondering, the Project for New American Century Peanut was a neoconservative think tank.
Based in Washington, D.C., that a focus on United States foreign policy was established is a nonprofit educational organization in 1997 and founded by who?
William Crystal and Robert Kagan.
Yes, chat, every single time.
Every single time.
So when you guys talk about going to war with Iraq, okay.
The people that were involved in getting us into war with Iraq, John Bolton was a big part of it, as well as Robert Kagan, Bill Crystal, Wolfowitz, Douglas Fife, a lot of these guys, man.
Most neoconservatives, let's just be honest here.
A majority of them.
John Bowen is one of the few that was not one of them, but he is a hardcore Zionist, your boy John Bolton.
He is one of the most aggressive warhawks on the Middle East by fucking far.
This guy was telling Trump to bomb Iran back in 2016, bro.
Telling him to bomb back in 2016.
So this is who John Bolton is, just so you guys understand.
Okay.
Yeah.
Anyway.
So he got raided by the FBI.
As you guys know, um, him and Donald Trump don't really like each other like that.
Um, you know, John Bowen has been extremely critical of your boy Donald Trump as of late, especially with his um, you know, views with Russia.
Uh John Bowen, as you guys know, like I said before, is a war hawk, but um, he doesn't really believe in diplomacy, if we're gonna be honest.
Okay, and he does not like Putin at all.
Okay.
He looks at Trump as basically being weak for trying to exercise diplomacy with um Putin, and he's been extremely critical of him.
So uh we're gonna go ahead and cover both CNN and Fox News coverage of this, because you guys know I like to cover both sides of um, you know, media, both left wing and right wing.
So uh let's go into it.
We learned just moments ago, according to a source that the FBI conducted a court authorized search at the which basically means they got a search warrant, and we're gonna talk about that a little bit as well.
Home of John Bolton as part of a national security.
And if I'm not mistaken, this was on Friday morning.
Investigation.
John Bolton, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, former national security advisor under the first Trump administration, a frequent critic of late of President Trump.
A frequent yeah, they don't like each other at all.
And uh, this also came from uh your boy John Bolton releasing a book.
Uh let me actually note, let me read the chat that I missed from before.
Don't think I forgot about you guys.
Let me read the chats.
I got your guys' uh chats right here.
Okay, Kumo says, uh CNG, CJ NG is the worst cartel you should have on Ed Calderon, he's the JRE two days ago.
I don't know who that is.
Martin, you know, Brandon Gao keep cooning for them, boys.
Come on now.
Okay.
Uh Valexia says, is it me or Tatum become way more of an over Israel shill after he appeared on FNF that one time not too long ago?
Just something I've noticed.
Wonder if he got the call.
Probably got the call.
Uh Cub Q says, yo, Myron, kick released a new fucked AI chatbot, which deletes messages pretty aggressively, but I know other streamers have the ability to turn it down.
Check it, please.
Um, I'll have one of the mods do it.
Mods, can you do that?
Uh fuck streamlabs they get.
Yeah, guys, I am done with Streamlabs.
I'm gonna be going over to entropy very soon.
Um, definitely going to entropy very soon.
Uh Bills is gonna look at it tonight, so I should be set up on entropy starting tomorrow, hopefully.
Um, but yeah, entropy is where I'm gonna go, man.
Fuck Stream Labs.
They're fucking garbage, they're pro-censorship.
And honestly, at this point, bro, it's like if you guys are gonna keep fucking being pro-censorship, man, like fuck these pro-censorship organizations, man.
Fucking garbage.
So yeah.
Uh okay, Brian 999 says it's 100% attempted murder on his son.
If no one would have stopped him, he would have probably severely damaged his brain or could have killed him.
Uh oh, he's talking about uh uh Rampage's son.
Okay.
I don't know how all the videos at the French uh and things he said before and after uh how this wouldn't be attempted murder.
Like I said before, I do think that they're gonna try to arrest him, bro.
Uh that's literally I that's what I said earlier.
Um, it says Graper says we don't trust MTG.
Check out what Nick said about it.
Uh well, here's the thing, Graper.
Like I said before, uh OSS Griper.
Um, she's still waking up normies.
You know what I mean?
She's still waking up normies.
So you gotta understand that there's some people that simply won't come to this side of the internet because they don't like us because they look at us as radicals.
So people like um MTG talking about this is a good thing because it's gonna wake up a lot of normies.
I had to, I had to um break it to you, bro.
But the majority of conservatives are old people, boomers that watch Fox News, believe everything Sean Hannity says, think Megan Kelly is based, and um, you know, they're retarded, if we're gonna be honest.
So um, I don't think people's intentions matters as much as long as they're getting the message out.
So I get it.
I know some of you guys are skeptical of MTG.
That's fine.
Um, but my thing is I look at it like she's um waking people up, and that's a W in my eyes.
Because she's talking to people that otherwise would never tune in to people like us, bro.
You know what I mean?
Unfortunately.
There's gonna there like the reality, guys, ugly reality is like there's some people that will just never watch us because they look at it like, oh, these guys are radical.
I don't wanna like these guys are radical.
You know, these guys hate them boys or whatever the fuck excuse they want to use.
So that's fine, man.
As long as the message gets out there, I think that's a W. Some people may or may not agree with me on that, but I think people getting red pilled on this shit, regardless of how they do it, is is a W, in my opinion.
All right.
Uh shout out to you, Myron had to do it for the OSS.
Put a nose up there for Jet Black.
Okay.
Uh Valexia says, I've been uh telling my mom about them boys for years, what's to come and how she'll be affected two to three years later, 2025.
She sees what's happening to Gaza via TikTok.
She's at a point questioning if Top H was right all along.
It lied about it.
Uh now I see why they tried to ban and control TikTok.
Lots of exposed truth on tri on Israel.
Yeah, bro.
Yeah.
And I exposed censorship.
Uh I explained censorship on the last episode only on OSS guys.
Go check it out.
If you're not a member of OSS, you guys need to be on there.
Uh Keon Blake.
Reform the blacks.
No, thanks, bro.
They're not gonna reform, bro.
Uh, man Kelly's a Zionist and a Gaza Holocaust and hour.
Yeah, Meg Kelly's retarded.
Uh Meg Kelly is doing uh limited hangout to control the narrative by saying reforming things like Israel's only democracy or they're our friend and they're defending themselves.
Of course.
Yep.
Uh, just like what trigger trigonometry, you guys want to know what uh a fucking perfect example of a limited hangout?
Uh what trigonometry did with uh with your boy Benjamin Nanyahoo?
Oh man, that is a textbook, textbook limited hangout.
Textbook limited hangout.
And I covered that on this channel.
Last episode I did, I broke down the interview with uh trigonometry and uh Benjamin Nanyahoo.
And he lied to them too.
He told he talked about the beheaded babies and the ovens and shit like that.
They didn't say nothing because uh Constantine Kissen is one of them boys, and he's a retard.
Uh Louis Britad says, I stopped watching Charlie Kirk after the interview with the governor of Cali.
My friends couldn't see how he was lowballing him to questions.
Yeah, it is what it is, bro.
Uh, stop watching Charlie Kirk after the interview with the governor.
Okay, cool.
That's from Lewis Bretad, official slasher.
Completely understand, Myron.
I know debating them is pointless, but it's a lot of fun making them chip out.
I guess.
How about a word from our sponsor from food stamps?
Uh later.
Hey, Pure, next time you debate Officer Tatum, can you check if he has at least from Assad?
I don't think he's gonna do it, chat.
Here, Martin, did you see that Egypt attacked Israel?
I did not see that.
Uh, don't go easy on that knuckle dragon monkey Tatum.
Make him look stupid.
Again, I don't know if he's gonna do the debate, guys.
If he does, awesome, but I don't know if he's gonna do it, bro.
Be honest with y'all.
If I were him, I wouldn't do it.
If I were him, I would not do it.
We'll see, man.
We'll see.
Vocal critic of President Trump and President Trump has been a frequent vocal critic of John Bolton.
Lots of bad blood between these two men.
But again, learning that there is a court authorized FBI search at John Bolton's home this morning.
Let's bring it saying it's Caitlin Pollance for the very latest on this.
We saw pictures of officers around the home of John Bolton.
What's known at this time?
Well, John, we are looking at these pictures of John Bolton's home in Maryland being searched by the FBI or FBI officials going to his door to conduct a search.
And we have confirmed that the FBI conducted that court authorized search, meaning that they would have gone to a court as part of a very likely criminal probe.
Our understanding is this part of a national security investigation.
Exactly what that would be and what sort of It's gonna be the documents, guys.
So for those of you that don't know, your boy John Bolton wrote a book.
It's called The Room Where It Happened, a White House Memoir, okay.
And this book, right, allegedly had classified information in it, right?
And it went through any time you're a former government employee and you write a book that you know might contain stuff that's classified, you have to go through like a review board.
And he had put it through a review board, and they said, Hey, you need to take this stuff out, whatever.
And apparently, the original version, which had some of the classified stuff in it, leaked, right?
And they convened a grand jury about this back in like 2020, and he didn't get indicted, right?
He did not get indicted back in 2020 because of this.
So now, five years later, right, for them to be doing a search is raising quite a bit of questions.
Um reasoning, the Justice Department and the FBI would give the court for conducting that national security search still a huge basically very similar to what Donald Trump himself got raided for uh a couple of years back, if you guys remember at Mar a Lago.
But this is a person that Donald Trump has been very much on the outs with since he wrote a book about his service.
Bro, I guess CNN hires anybody.
Holy at least Fox tries to get somewhat hot girls.
God damn.
What is this creature?
John Bolton was the national security advisor to President Donald Trump.
At that time, Trump was very unhappy that Bolton was talking about things that Trump did that made Trump look very bad.
And it was in the book.
Publicly, ways that Trump himself handled other foreign leaders, national security, classified issues.
And Trump at that time, back in 2020, was saying that John Bolton should face criminal problems for allegedly publishing classified information.
Trump was saying that any conversation with him was classified, and thus none of it should have been able to be revealed in John Bolton's book.
That then led to a grand jury investigation of John Bolton in the District of Columbia's federal court.
It resulted in no charges.
So what tells you that the information was weak, guys, because it's pretty easy to get an indictment, roughly.
So the fact that they did not get a true bill tells you that uh they didn't have that much information.
What this is, is there a link to that situation?
Is this this is official that we know has a lot of classified information over his long tenured service in government?
So John Bolton now being under investigation again after not being in government for several years.
We are going to have a lot of questions going forward.
I've reached out to John Bolton's attorney.
Well, yeah, he's obviously not gonna talk to him.
Handled his issues through the first grand jury investigation, and CNN reached Bolton directly this morning.
Bolton said he was unaware of this FBI activity and was looking into it further, John.
All right, Caitlin Poland's for us digging on this in Washington as this information continues to come in.
One point Caitlin's making there.
John Bolton had high profile lawyers the first time around.
He himself, a very accomplished lawyer as well.
Yeah, I mean, he was the number two at the Department of Justice during the Reagan era, guys.
He was literally Todd Blanche's equivalent today.
Um, just to keep in mind.
And Todd Blanchard, for those of you that don't know, is Trump's uh defense attorney who is now under Pam Bondi uh as the uh deputy attorney general for the United States.
He was the one that actually interviewed uh your girl Glenn Maxwell, which we're gonna talk about that a bit later as well.
And those critics and supporters of him would both, I think, concede that point.
Yeah, and and remember, it was since the since Trump came into office, he also stripped Bolton of a security clearance as well.
This is not the first And he took his Secret Service uh security detail as well.
Time that they have gone after him.
I remember at the time Bolton, I think he kind of laughed about it because it wasn't as if he was looking for any going to be leaning on that anytime soon.
But let's continue covering this breaking news.
Uh Andy McCabe is sticking with us, Megan Hayes, David Urban, Caitlin Poland's here as well.
David, I was just looking back to just last week, um, because John referenced it, which is the president was very unhappy with John Bolton and what he was saying, uh, his take and his analysis of the president's meeting with Putin.
I'm gonna read this for you.
This is what President Trump put out on social media.
This was just a week ago on August 13th.
Very unfair media at work on my meeting with Putin, constantly quoting fired losers and really dumb people like John Bolton.
Who just said that even though the meeting is on American soil, Putin has already won.
What's that all about?
That clearly, John, what it what do you think it is about John Bolton that gets so under Donald Trump's skin?
Well, you know, he he clearly doesn't agree with the president.
He clearly you know attacks him on a wide variety of fronts, some justified, some perhaps not.
But it has been pointed out, this this doesn't stem, I don't believe, from this past week.
I think this stems going back to 2020 when when John Bolton published this book and the manuscript was leaked after the National Security Council told Bolton's lawyers that it was not it could not be published because they had to remove parts of the book.
Now, any time you want to put out a book like this, right?
Of you know, when you worked in government service, you dealt with classified stuff.
You have to, you know, have a review board look at it, then they go through and they see what's you know, possible, you know, to be released and what's not.
So the original manuscript is what got leaked that had the classified stuff in it.
Because it contained classified information, uh, and it was gonna be a problem, and the manuscript leaked you can see the FBI agents walking into the house to different news outlets, and it was a quite quite a kerfuffle if you remember back in 2020, it was a big deal in terms of what was being published and what was it.
Relax, chat.
We're gonna fucking watch the Fox as well.
I know some of you niggas are in here crying, Well I see it then.
Don't worry, we're gonna watch both.
You guys should know this already that I watch, you know, all media.
I watch Israeli media, Al Jazeera, fucking Fox, CNN, MSNBC, we watch it all over here, guys.
So don't worry.
And there was a lot of questions.
And so I think this is you know, a hundred percent about that, and and not so much about the most recent um brush up between John Bolton and the president.
No, but the timing, I think, will be called into question, given, of course, that John Bolton hasn't held a government job in years and years and years.
Yeah, since like 2019.
And it comes following some very public criticism from the president.
Um, Andy McCabe, to you, what exactly does a court authorized search?
Yeah, so shout out to you guys saying, uh, damn, let him do a show.
Now you guys know how I fail, bro.
Shit's annoying, isn't it?
Niggas in here crying no matter what, bro.
Oh, Lee.
I do the fucking Megan Kelly reaction.
Oh, bro, talk about Raja.
It's like, bro, I had just talked about it, man.
I had just talked about it.
And dudes wanna want me to fucking sit here and spend all this time on on that shit, bro.
What are the types of things that are searched for when officers walk into that house?
Okay, so this guy's former FBI, they're gonna go ahead and um ask him uh some questions.
I'm gonna give you guys some commentary on top of what he says.
And any in a normal FBI, in a standard FBI, what hurdles would you have to surmount in order to get to the point where you go to a judge to ask for this warrant?
Sure.
So the the court authorized uh activity or however they're describing it is only one thing.
It means that the FBI has a search warrant, which means that agents who were already conducting an investigation assembled enough evidence together and presented it to a federal judge and convinced that judge that there is probable cause to believe that John Bolton's residence contains some evidence of a crime.
Now we now, I'm gonna be keep it all the way a thousand with you guys.
Remember, okay.
The time that they could have got him was roughly five years ago with the release of this book, um, the room where it happened, okay?
The fact that they couldn't get him five years ago and they're going after him now tells me the only thing that way that they could have got a search warrant into this house, they got a fucking informant.
There's no other way, chat, okay.
Now let's talk about this real fast.
When it comes to search warrants federally, okay, there's a couple of different ways that you could get into a house.
But the way that gets you in, for the most part, especially when it comes to the federal system, is an informant.
Now, why is it gonna be an informant?
The reason why it's gonna be an informant, Chad is because with an informant, right?
The informant's gonna give you real-time information, okay.
In order for you to get a federal search warrant, the war, the probable cause or the PC needs to be fresh.
Now, when it comes to the feds, you typically want 14 days.
That 14 days basically means that the informant or wherever it was in the house or the cooperator, whoever the hell it was, right, saw evidence of the crime within 14 days of the feds coming in and kicking that door in.
Okay.
Because it is not easy, contrary to popular belief, to get a federal search warrant to search someone's house.
Now, on top of that, not only are you searching someone's house, you're searching an attorney's house, you're searching someone who used to have a clearance, someone that used to work for the government.
So whenever the government goes after people like this, right, the affidavit has got to be bulletproof, okay?
Because you know that this individual is gonna have the AUSA knows that this individual's gonna have the means, the resources, and the ability to fight whatever criminal probe comes their way.
So these search warrants need to be tight.
So the fact that they went ahead and they got a search warrant for his house five years after the fact, there's no way.
There's no way that they got in there without an informant.
There's no way.
Okay?
Because remember, they're going in there for documents, which means that someone had to have told them that these documents are there that are classified.
Okay.
Now, the reason why this is bad for your boy John Bolton, if they find anything, which it looks like they took a bunch of shit out when I saw, is because when it comes to classified documents, right?
And this is the problem that Trump had back when they raided Marago, okay.
Here's the problem when it comes to classified documents.
The documents don't actually have to be classified, okay?
And I know you guys are like, wait, what are you talking about, Myron?
All they need to prove, chat, is that the documents are inform uh national defense information or NDI, okay?
Doesn't even have to be classified, whether it's secret, confidential, top secret, top secret SCI, doesn't fucking matter.
If it's national defense information, which means it has anything to do with the armed forces, like it has to do with the military, army, navy, um, air force, et cetera, right?
That's considered national defense information.
That could be considered a violation of the Espionage Act, okay?
And this, to be honest with y'all, is what I was most concerned with when we were going ahead and doing the Trump case.
I told you guys before, anybody that's new here, when I covered the Trump case back on Mar-Lago, what?
This is like two or three years now at this point, when they rated Mar a Lago, remember that?
Trump said, Oh, I declassified the documents?
That doesn't fucking matter.
Because what matters is, did you have national defense information?
If you have national defense information, it doesn't matter what the classification level is because national defense information has to be stored in a certain way.
Cooked, can't have it.
Can't have it.
Okay.
So of all the criminal probes that were against Trump, which to remind you guys, he had four criminal cases.
He had the document case out of South Florida at his Mar-a-Lago home.
He had the New York case for the Stormy Daniels payoff.
He had the um Georgia Rico under Fanny Willis with his lawyers.
And he had the um the insurrection case out of Washington, D.C., okay.
The case that worried me the most, that I knew he was gonna do time with if you went to trial and he would have lost was the document case.
Because when it comes to documents, guys, very fucking standard.
They find it at your house, it's NDI, not supposed to be there, cooked, done.
Violation of 18 USC 793.
Okay, espionage act.
And I'll show it to you guys real quick.
Um you go here.
18 USC 793.
Bam.
Gathering transmitting or losing national defense information.
Okay.
Automatic espionage act.
Triggered.
Cooked.
All right.
So we'll see what happens.
We'll see what happens.
We don't know what that evidence is.
We don't know what the crime is alleged to be.
We don't have any of those facts at this point.
Um, but agents I guarantee y'all it's gonna be um it's it's essay um it's gonna be a 793 case, which is like I told you guys before, the um espionage act.
You can't just go in and say to the judge, hey, I think that this guy has some classified documents around his house because he used to have an important job.
That's not gonna get you there.
Typically, what you want for probable cause to enter a home is you want to be able to cite the testimony of a eyewitness, somebody who's already been in the exactly, aka an informant.
Because with the federal system, it's very difficult to get search warrants if the PC isn't fresh, which typically I told y'all before, 14 days.
Okay.
I'll give you guys an example of how this would work, right?
Uh, like in a drug case.
Let's say I know that a bad guy sells drugs out of his house, right?
I'll have an informant go buy drugs from him at the house.
He goes into the house, gets the stuff, comes back out, sells it to my informant.
We do two buys like that, right?
Now I have probable cause to believe that there's going to be more drugs at the house.
So we do our two drug buys, right?
Some judges, some judges want three, you do your two to three drug buys, you establish that this house is used in the commission of a crime, and you think that you're gonna find evidence of said crime there, aka drug trafficking, because an informant or an undercover bought drugs from that individual at that house, you write up your warrant, and then b-boom, you hit the house in the morning the next day.
Okay.
That's how you would typically get a search warrant for like a drug house.
But for a document case like this, the only thing I could think of is they had to have had him under surveillance and have an informant and know that he would have those documents at his house.
So it was probably a combination of surveillance, maybe they saw him with some classified documents and go to his house, as well as an informant confirming that the documents are at the house.
Who has spoken to the person and has reason to believe that they have documents?
Or in the case of uh many national security cases where people who are in government are thought to be taking improperly materials home, something like that, those people are usually surveilled uh to uh to assemble that sort of evidence to build towards a search warrant.
So agents had to have some evidence here.
We just don't know what that is at this point.
Um do we still have Caitlin Pollants, guys?
Caitlin, real quick, sorry, Caitlin.
Uh lots of moving parts as always.
Um, do we know if this search of John Bolton's home has concluded?
Uh the reporting that we have right now is that the FBI conducted the search.
Okay.
So it could take some time.
Sometimes these these searches do take some time because the FBI collects documents information, especially in a national security probe.
And John and Kate, we do not know again, what this would be about, what the probable cause would be that the court authorized.
I'll be honest with y'all, man.
This doesn't look so good from a timing perspective.
Because just so you guys know, your boy fucking Cash Patel wrote a book called Government Gangsters.
Okay.
Um in this book, government gangsters, uh, Cash Patel, um, I'm almost certain John Bolton is on the list of uh people that he named in the D state that need to get arrested.
So uh this is gonna look like uh political um, you know, like political uh confrontation.
So I don't gotta do Look at this, I'm a broke, I don't got a default payment method.
But anyway.
This search uh for the FBI.
We reached out to the FBI.
They do not have a comment at this time about what is going on here.
But these sorts of things, these sorts of inquiries, national security inquiries like this, where there is a search, it does often have to do with the handling of classified material.
That was the issue central to John Bolton's book publication and the inquiry at that time.
And, you know, there is a question here of are they looking for some sort of records at his home uh that would support some sort of criminal inquiry that the Justice Department is mounting.
But but do not forget that not only is John Bolton somebody who has been around classified information and national security information for a very long time.
Yeah, him and Cash Mattel don't like each other.
And this is why it just optically this could look very bad.
You know what I mean?
Um, like political persecution, which is exactly what you know, we complained about when uh when your boy Donnie got arrested, uh arrested.
Well, he did get arrested, technically he did get indicted, but um when they raided Mar-a Lago.
I'll never forget that shit, bro.
Guys remember that shit?
It wasn't that long ago that this shit happened.
Here, let me show you how ninjas.
Bro, remember this?
Three years ago.
Precedented FBI search at the home of former President Trump at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.
Same exact shit, man.
Documents.
Tonight ABC News has learned that the FBI told the Secret Service just 45 minutes before they arrived.
And then the Secret Service telling Mar-a-Lago staff just moments before those.
Guys, smash that like button by the way on YouTube.
We got uh 600 U ninjas in here.
Smash that fucking like button, support the mission, guys.
Agents arrived.
Sources telling ABC News the search is related to allegations the former president improperly removed documents when he left the White House.
They were brought to Mar-a-Lago, including classified material.
And it wasn't the first time federal agents had been to Mar-a-Lago, their first visit in the spring.
We have learned tonight that it was a staff member at Mar-a-Lago who called Eric Trump and Eric Trump, who then called his father to tell him about the search.
The former president was in New York seen leaving Trump Tower last night, and tonight here the first words from the former president while calling into a political event, saying another August night, 2022.
Remember that chat?
Can't believe it's three years ago when this happened, man.
And I'm not gonna lie to you guys, I was fucking shook.
When when I saw that his house got raided by the FBI, I was like, oh man.
Oh man, oh man, oh man.
Because look, guys, let me tell y'all something, bro.
Okay.
If the feds are raiding your house, that means they got a lot of information.
Okay.
If the feds are raiding your house, that means they got a lot of fucking information, man.
All right.
Let me be clear about this shit.
I've told you guys this before, but I'm gonna say it again.
It takes more probable cause to search your house than it does to arrest your monkey ass.
You guys get that?
It takes more probable cause to search your house than it does to arrest you a lot of the times.
All right.
A lot of the times, when they're doing a search, they have enough to get you.
They're just doing it as a formality so that they can go ahead and have even more information to indict you.
All right.
So when I saw that they had that they raided the house, when they rated Mar-a-Lago, I was like, oh bro, this is not good.
And then what they found there, when they found all those documents there, and people were saying, Oh, yeah, bro.
It doesn't matter.
He declassified the documents.
I was like, that doesn't fucking matter.
That does not matter, bro.
You can't have NDI at your house.
It doesn't matter what the classification level is.
That's why.
That's why the espionage act is so fucking deadly.
Because the classification is fucking irrelevant.
And then they had the recordings, if you guys remember, where he talked about how he uh where where where he talked with this woman talking about like NDI stuff from a document that he had at the House.
And you guys know, like I like Donald Trump, right?
I was a fan of The Apprentice.
I've always liked him, right?
I was a fan of his first before, you know, he became president.
So I've always liked Donald Trump.
Right?
He does shit that pisses me off.
Like, for example, shilling for the Israelis.
I don't like that.
But the reality is you're never gonna get everything you want in your presidential candidate.
I'm sorry.
You're just not, bro.
If you get 50%, you should be happy.
You're never gonna get everything you want in your president.
It is what it is.
Right.
But when they raided his house, I was like, oh man.
And then when I saw what they found, what they found, I was like, oh man.
And then also, just like I fucking predicted, I read the the uh affidavit, right?
And affidavit, guys, clearly it was source information, because half it was redacted.
Guys, remember?
I read the affidavit with uh with Andrew Esquire.
Half the fucking affidavit was redacted, dude.
So again, there were informants in Mar-a-Lago getting it given information to the FBI.
Department of Justice had started a grand jury investigation in May about alleged mishandling of classified information tonight.
And the shit could have been avoided too, man.
He didn't respond to like the National Record Center to give this shit back.
This was it was completely avoidable.
That was another thing, too.
...the armed Secret Service agent to stand guard at the gates of Mar-a-Lago, and this evening, former President Trump issuing a new statement calling the search a horrible thing.
Tonight, what we have now learned about how this unfolded, where they searched, and about pressure mounting on the attorney general Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Ray appointed by former President Trump to somehow explain this highly unprecedented raid.
Dan Abrams is standing by on this, but we begin tonight with our chief Washington correspondent Jonathan Carl leading us off.
We're learning new details about the FBI's extraordinary raid on Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago property in Palm Beach.
Law enforcement sources tell ABC News that 45 minutes before the FBI showed up, the local FBI field office in Miami gave the secret service that's crazy, giving them a heads up 45 minutes before.
That should tell you something.
And it was one squad that ran this case out of Washington DC, by the way.
Nobody knew about this shit.
A heads up.
The sources say the Secret Service agents did not notify anybody on the Mar-a-Lago staff until just as the FBI agents were arriving.
When they did arrive, the FBI agents were escorted into the property by the Secret Service.
Sources close to Trump say the club's general manager then placed a call to Eric Trump, who alerted his father.
Neither Trump nor any members of his family were there at the time.
In his written statement, Trump said the agents, quote, even broke into my safe, which Trump sources say is located in his office at Mar-a-Lago.
Sources say the FBI remained at the property for most of the day.
Other than his written statement, Trump's only public comment was a muted one when he called in for a Sarah Palin campaign event.
Another day in paradise.
ABC News has learned this wasn't the first time federal law enforcement visited Mar-a-Lago on this matter.
A smaller team of agents visited in the spring while Trump was there, met with his lawyers and reviewed some documents.
Since the raid, neither the Justice Department nor the FBI has made any comment.
And the White House press secretary says President Biden knew nothing about it.
The president was not briefed, was not aware of it.
No, no one at the White House was given a heads up.
No, that did not happen.
When asked recently if former presidents are shielded from prosecution, Attorney General Merrick Garland said this.
Well, we know that now.
But before, nobody knew what the fuck was going on.
No person is above the law in this country.
Well, technically, that's why they were able to get Trump off.
Apparently, uh...
Well, under the acting authority of the United States as a president, uh, you are pretty much immune.
Now we know that.
Nothing stops us.
I don't know how to say that again.
No person is above the law in this country.
Republicans, meanwhile, are for the most part rallying around Trump and attacking the DOJ and FBI.
Kevin McCarthy threatening the attorney general that he will be under investigation if Republicans win control of the House.
Fast forward three years.
And a lot of these guys are getting looked at now, man.
A lot of these guys are getting looked at now.
In November.
You should never use the Justice Department on a political rim like this.
And I think that's the real question that we're looking at.
And former vice president Pence criticized the quote, unprecedented search and demanded attorney general garland give a full accounting.
While DOJ has a policy of not commenting on ongoing investigations, Trump was given a copy of the warrant used by the FBI.
And we read that warrant, guys.
A lot of it was redacted for obvious reasons.
Which would explain the reasons for the raid.
The former acting attorney general from the Obama administration called on him to release it.
If you believe this is such an abuse, let us see the warrant and let us decide for ourselves.
Now, I knew this was gonna happen, right?
And I made a tweet about this actually.
So I go here.
Trump's release of the Gallane Maxwell interview and the raid on John Bowl's home both have horrible, terrible optics.
I'm no fan of Bolton since he's a neocon warhog, but raiding his house right after criticized Trump's Alaska summit screams politically motivated investigation.
The timing's suspicious, especially since he dodged indictment nearly five years ago for his book that slammed Trump's foreign policy after being fired.
This feels like deja vu.
It's the same playbook they use against Trump with the Mar-a-Lago raid.
It's starting to look like the beginning of endless lawfare targeting whoever leaves office.
The Democrats kicked this off against Trump, and like it or not, he's coming for retribution.
My take, I'm impartial.
But Democrats take note.
If you went after Trump, he's coming for you before this term ends.
And bro, he is coming after them.
Now, here's the thing.
I knew he was gonna go after them.
I knew at some point I was like, bro, they made this life, this guy's life hell.
I remember when he was running the campaign in 2024, he was a man on a mission.
Because guys, make no mistake about it.
If Trump did not win the presidency of 2024, he would have went to federal fucking prison, bro.
I'm telling y'all.
He wouldn't want to federal prison.
No, no if, ands, or buts about it.
They would have gotten him on the um, they would have gotten him on the uh on the document case by far.
100%.
They would have got him on a document case.
The reason why all the other charges pretty much got dropped is because your boy Jack Smith, the special prosecutor, basically left, right?
He resigned.
And then Fannie Willis dropped the case, and then um he got convicted in New York case.
Right?
So he would have went to prison, guys, if he didn't win the presidency.
So don't forget, man.
I know it was three years ago.
People forget, but they made his life hell, man.
I remember watching him age very quickly during that process.
So he's gonna go after all these people that try to kill him.
Because he would have went, he would have died in prison, bro.
And you guys can see right now, Trump's health is not the best.
His hands are swelling, his ankles are swelling.
They're saying that he has like uh a heart problem.
His health is not good too good right now.
So, yeah.
And in his beginning, it's starting sooner than I thought.
I'll be honest with y'all.
I I didn't think he was gonna start coming going after his political rivals until like maybe the last year.
I I was like predicting like maybe third or fourth year, who's gonna start going after his political rivals and getting revenge on all those that try to uh destroy him three years ago.
But he's starting early, bro.
He's starting early.
And look, I'm not even mad because the Democrats started this shit, bro.
The Democrats started the lawfare.
They started it.
As soon as they raided his house in Mar-a-Lago, they they started it.
So this is what I predict is gonna happen.
He's gonna go after political rivals, right?
Obama, the Bidens potentially, John Bolt, and all these guys.
He's gonna go After them.
And then he's gonna part himself on the way out.
And all of his family to make sure that they can't go after him.
That's what's gonna and he's gonna make sure he uses the proper pen.
That's why I think it's gonna happen, chat.
He's gonna go after all of his political rivals, bro.
Because again, we are operating like on 2020 hindsight now, like you know, we remember, you know, oh yeah, he's he's out, he's good, he's president of the United States now.
But a lot of you guys forget the hell that he was going through three years ago, bro.
Imagine being indicted in four different jurisdictions, bro.
Four different jurisdictions, twice federally, and then two by the state.
The fact that he escaped that in itself is a fucking miracle.
So, yeah.
Uh the the revenge is coming back, man.
He's also someone that Donald Trump as president has very, very publicly uh condemned and gone against.
This is not a friend of the president anymore, even though he served in that first administration.
And we're waiting to hear from the White House itself on this.
We'll try to get it.
Well, you guys also gotta remember that like Donald uh in Donald Trump's first term, uh, he was not number one, he didn't think he was gonna win.
And then number two, the other thing that you guys gotta remember is that um since he did not have connections to Washington DC like that because he wasn't a politician, he was a fucking, you know, TV star, real estate mogul, all of his connects were in New York.
He had to rely upon um people to hire people for him, right?
So this is how you end up with like you know, swamp creatures like John Bolton and Neo Cons in his first administration.
Um obviously Trump has learned better because he wasn't able to get shit done his first term for the first couple years.
Um, so this is why if you look at the cabinet now versus the cabinet before, completely different.
People make jokes.
Hey, like I've I made jokes about it, like you know, Pam Bondy, Christy Noam.
A lot of these people are not fucking qualified.
You know, Cash Patel, um, Robert uh Kennedy, like a lot of these people in his cabinet now.
He he's focusing on putting loyalists in versus people that are gonna be, you know, swamp creatures that might be more qualified for the job because now he can get shit done.
He has less people in his fucking way to get stuff done.
I mean, think about it.
First couple days he was in, how many executive orders did he sign?
How many fucking reforms did he do?
How much has he gotten done?
He's gotten quite a bit done.
As much as you guys may or may not like his policy, he's gotten a lot done being in office like what, eight, nine months.
More than a lot of other presidents.
Regardless of whether you agree with it or not.
That's not what I'm arguing here.
I'm arguing that he got a lot done quickly because he doesn't have people in his fucking way like he did in the first administration.
Comment from them as soon as we can.
Megan Hayes.
I I'm old enough to remember when John Bolton was one of the attorneys on birth versus gore, who was down in Florida trying to dig up documents.
That does make me old.
I'm old enough to remember when he was seen as a pariah by the left.
He still is extraordinarily critical of Democrats' any chances he gets.
I mean, in the last election, he said he wasn't gonna vote for President Trump, but he flat out refused to vote for uh the Democrat in the race.
That that's where he is politically.
But where do you what do you see when you look at this this morning?
What questions do you have?
I I mean, without knowing what this searches for, it seems like it's a very petty act by President Trump.
It looks like it's just more revenge and more retribution on his political enemies.
It's unfortunate to continue to weaponize the DF.
Yeah, and and and this does have very bad optics because it's so far, you know, past.
But again, the Democrats started this shit, bro.
As soon as they rated Marilago, they started this shit.
So I knew this was coming.
I knew he was gonna get revenge on these motherfuckers.
Um, you know, I I had well now I can say it.
Um I had insider information, I knew that he this was gonna come.
I just didn't think it was gonna come this soon.
You know, I know some people that are, you know, linked in with the world with the with the administration.
You know, now I can reveal it.
Right?
Because obviously you guys know how I am.
If someone tells me something in confidence, I'm not gonna say anything, but now that you guys are seeing it, yeah.
I knew this was coming.
I just didn't think it was gonna be this soon, bro.
This is crazy.
That he's going after people now.
He said, fuck it, I'm going fuck y'all diggers.
You guys try to destroy my life, I'm coming after y'all, man.
DOJ and weaponize the FBI.
I mean, they have other things I'm sure that they could be doing um besides raiding his house or uh, you know, executing this search warrant.
So to me it just seems extremely political, extremely petty, and just a really poor use of the the resources of the DOJ and the FBI.
So uh uh You know, I'm not even gonna give this nigga attention, bro.
People are retarded.
Uh dude comes into my chat and says, I know you're shooting real.
I know you're trying really hard, Myron.
However, I'm not sure anyone gives a shit about what you think.
No cap.
Then why are you here, nigga?
Get the fuck out of my chat, bro.
Fucking retarded.
Why are you in here then?
There you go.
Joining us now for fucking idiots.
All right.
All right, now we can go to Fox News.
Since you guys love Fox News.
David Spunt joins us now with more on this breaking news.
Hey, David.
Hey, good morning.
We believe John Bolton was home.
We're told that he is not in custody and he's not under arrest.
Uh the FBI not commenting, the Justice Department not commenting.
But uh two senior government sources say that FBI agents are looking specifically for classified documents, documents that may have been classified.
Now, this is a live look at the street where this is all going down just outside Washington, D.C. in Maryland.
It's unclear how long this raid will take place.
But FBI director Cash Patel put out a cryptic post on social media this morning, and attorney general Pam Bondi uh It's kind of funny because he said no one is above the law, and some community noted it, man.
Let me see if I can find it for you guys.
It's kind of fucking funny.
And they were asking him about that fucking Israeli that got away, as you guys know.
Uh let me find it for you guys real fast.
Uh followed up with it.
He says no one is above the law.
FBI agents on a mission.
Then she followed up uh talking about accountability.
America's safety isn't negotiable.
Justice will be pursued always.
So it's not clear exactly how many documents uh they may be looking for, but we are told Bolton is not in custody.
What's unclear though if he's being cooperative or not?
We know I said this about 20 minutes ago when I was on the air, his security clearances and his security detail that he had, a government subsidized subsidized excuse me, security detail uh was stripped by President Trump.
He said that it was unnecessary.
Bolton says that he is at risk uh from the Iran regime of potential assassination attempts or other sorts of plots.
We've not yet heard from Ambassador Bolton who served as President Trump's uh national security advisor in the first administration, but he's out there.
He's been on TV recently.
He just did an interview on another network a couple of days ago, a couple of weeks ago.
He said on another network that he believes that uh the Justice Department is out for retribution and vengeance, and he believes that he will be a target.
Uh two weeks later, we see the FBI now uh gathering at his home in Bethesda, Maryland.
But I want to point out that you know, this is very early in the process.
We know that a magistrate judge would have had to sign off on this.
The FBI doesn't just unilaterally decide to go into someone's home, then this evidence after it's analyzed will be taken to a grand jury, and a grand jury will decide if there is enough evidence for federal charges, guys.
David, have we seen them come out with anything?
We keep seeing FBI agents going in.
They've been there since seven, so an hour and three minutes.
Have they retrieved anything?
I have not seen anybody come out with anything on camera yet, but we're told, yes, they are inside looking at documents.
They will be all right.
So I found it, but it it doesn't look like I guess they got the community note off, but they did have a community note on there.
Um and then obviously Ian Carroll goes, unless they're a Jewish pedophile, then they're free to go to Israel.
78k likes on that shit.
Because you got 91k on this.
So I would consider this a ratio chat because 19.4 million views, 91k, he got only 1.2 million views on it, but 78k.
That's a ratio, my friends.
That is a ratio.
But um, but I will give credit to the FBI in this case where they've lowered the street crime down.
I'll give them credit for that.
Um, because the thing is is that um Bon Gino and Cash Patel have basically dragged the FBI out.
Because a lot of the times, let's I'll keep it a thousand with you guys.
Someone that used to work with the FBI quite a bit.
A lot of them are lazy.
A lot of them don't go out, they don't hit the fucking streets, they don't do Surveillance, they don't arrest people, they don't do shit.
They're not on task forces.
They're just chilling, fucking beaten off in the back.
Want to be home by five o'clock and shit like that.
A lot of these guys are like just desk agents.
Don't do shit, right?
So what Bon Gino and Cash Battle basically did was he was like, yo, you guys gotta fucking go on do shit, bro.
Like you guys gotta be out making arrests.
You guys gotta do shit.
So um violent crime has gone down quite a bit um because they're they're really targeting street crime and really targeting gangs and putting them on every funk of task force.
So I will say that that's a good thing that Bangino and Patel have done.
Obviously, uh, you know, that's a W on their end.
But the L is that they're um you know Epstein files, bro.
Epstein files, like big black eye for the administration, man.
Big black eye for the administration.
So and it sucks because it overrides all the work that they're doing.
Because I do follow Bon Gino and Patel and I see what they're doing, and I'm like, you know, me being a former agent.
Like I know how useless the FBI used to be.
So seeing that like they're really making them go out there and do shit is good.
But the problem is that no one gives a fuck about none of that stuff or appreciates it, right?
Because they're like, yo, you told us you would declassify this stuff.
Where is it?
So a lot of that work is getting fucking um, you know overrun by the lack of transparency with the Epstein stuff.
Big fucking L, big L. So, you know, it is what it is.
We'll be leaving with boxes.
I just have not personally seen anybody walk out with boxes, but we're told uh yes, they are and yeah, I've seen them take some stuff.
And they may be looking at other uh sites connected to ambassador.
And yo, when they got a doc when they got a uh a search warrant for documents, bro, they can fuck the house up, man.
They're looking for thumb drives, uh computers, laptops, phones.
Uh, as far as any other people that may be targeted today, uh one senior uh official that I spoke to that has been briefed on this, says it does not appear that that is so.
It appears right now, and I want to always couch that it appears as of 803 in the morning, uh, that this is the only person uh that would be involved today, the only target uh involved today.
So that all right, let me uh read some of these chats.
Okay, Waylo says only one hour on YouTube today, WSS for the loser on YouTube.
Yeah, it's like a battle between y'all.
Food stamp says something happens to Nick on Friday, he was off for 30 minutes.
We held the OSS chat down, Myron.
Uh wait, what?
Something happens to Nick on Friday?
He was he was off for 30 minutes.
What do you mean?
His stream went down.
Uh Martin, do you think we could put boots on the ground in Venezuela?
Uh I don't know.
I don't know.
Hey Martin, I've been looking into dogs that can be used protectively.
I came across uh Biersterin.
Ever heard of them?
What do you think about them?
Also, what made you choose a border collier, not a Belgian Malawa or any other dog?
Um, I've never heard of that dog breed that you mentioned.
Uh, but what made me go with the border collie?
Border collars are the smartest.
Border collars are the smartest dogs in the world.
Um, and then uh, yeah, uh Belgian Malawas are ugly, bro.
I ain't gonna lie.
Great dogs, smart dogs, good cop dogs, German shepherds as well, but they're ugly, bro.
They're ugly.
Um, and they're just not as smart as border collies.
Border colliers are handsome and they're smart.
Pause.
Like you guys see Frank?
Frank is literally like a specimen.
Just so you guys know.
I've had Frank uh looked at by like other dog trainers, and they've all conclusively said that Frank is a genius in in in dog world.
He's a genius.
Compared to like um other dogs.
So yeah.
Iron says, uh, Martin, what's a good nigga?
You look what's you looking healthy and hydrated today.
Shout out to the real ninjas.
I appreciate that.
Uh watch it from the UK.
Keep with the great work, bro.
Thank you, British Harry.
Um, Alan says, uh, just watch the clip with that simp boomer.
He was literally making an argument that men should be okay with being at the whims of women and hope for the r best.
Wait, what?
What are you talking about, bro?
What clip is that?
Send me that clip.
Jason Hurst, 50 bucks to debrief.
Thank you, Jason.
Dom Demon goes.
Also, just so you guys know, I am gonna be uh doing uh right now Myron Gaines X is down.
So you guys gotta, you know, donate on uh either Rumble Rants or um OSS, but I am gonna make an entropy account very soon so you guys could donate on there because uh Stream Elements is fucking garbage, and they are pro-censorship controlled by them boys.
So uh I will be on entropy very soon, and I'll put Texas speech on there.
I'm probably gonna make the limit 50 bucks.
But you guys will be able to have TTS as well, because I know a lot of you guys have been asking me for TTS.
So TTS is coming, chat.
It is coming.
Probably gonna make it 50 bucks, though, for TTS.
Uh Grimley says, uh, South Carolina, I have to shoot a report on the University of South Carolina's Columbia campus.
No way.
What?
Bruh.
Nigga.
I'm supposed to be there in like four days.
What?
Hold on, bro.
Yo.
Okay, all clear.
Man, don't scare me like that, chat.
What the fuck, bro?
All Claire University of South Carolina campus, active shooter report sheriff says.
Bruh.
What the fuck, man?
What the fuck, man?
All right, no evidence of active shooter.
All right, good.
Good, good, good.
Nobody's hurt, everybody's good.
All right.
I'll be out there.
No system.
Holy shit, that shit's loud.
My dude just came out the library and said, here's an active shooter.
And if we ran, I tripped in a bush.
This nigga.
You didn't see.
Wow.
Well, I will be there uh this Thursday, guys.
Glad it's it's clear.
Glad nobody's hurt.
So I want to dive into some breaking news, a developing story out of Columbia, South Carolina, on the campus of that university there, the state university is the University of South Carolina under this, an active shooter on campus.
This is a Carolina Alert, their alert system, their emergency surface as a they are asking people to avoid the area, evacuate, barricade, defend yourself as necessary.
Obey officials, check here for more information.
They are identifying an individual of concern there in this active shooter incident, talking about who they are potentially looking for.
The active shooter at Thomas Cooper Library on the Columbia campus.
Subject reported as a white uh male, five feet with black pants.
So, of course, also six feet, excuse me, with white uh with black pants.
So the Carolina Alerts is an active shooter has been reported on the University of South Carolina, Columbia campus at that Thomas Cooper Library.
The suspect is reported, subject reported as a white male with black pants, approximately six feet tall and still in the area.
Avoid the area, evacuate the area, or seek safe shelter and barricade your safe yourself in a safe area as necessary until further notice.
This again coming in on their website.
They say, quote, defend yourself if you encounter the suspect.
Obey public safety officials' commands.
Public safety officials are on the scene.
Additional safety information can be found on their website.
So these are the alerts coming in.
And you can imagine just what is going through the mind of students and parents here as we're just beginning a new fall session.
We saw over the last several days, two different false active shooter reports in Villanova and Philadelphia.
Also one at UT Chad Newgas.
So obviously this is concerning as they are identified a subject, a potential suspect in this active shooter incident there on the campus at South Carolina at USC in that Palmetto State.
They're saying this is taking place at the Thomas Cooper Library on that, the Columbia campus at the heart of the state, and we are not aware of any injury.
So the last I saw, guys, is it seems as though it's all clear now.
But if you guys are wondering, I think right now we're still good.
I will be at the University of Cal uh California.
Uh get tickets now what you guys can.
August 29th, I'm gonna be out there.
It's gonna be lit.
That's gonna be Friday.
Um I'm gonna be out there.
Uh starts at 11 a.m.
Uh and then I'm gonna have a speech at 7 p.m.
Uh Russell House Patio, University of South Carolina, and Russell House Ballroom, where I'm gonna be doing the speech.
Um, this is not ticketed, but this is ticketed.
So go ahead and guys, also here's the website right here, ossarmy.com.
You get the tickets here for August 29th.
Shout out to my guy Brett who runs the website.
He does everything there.
If you guys want to get a discount on the merch right here, join the telegram.
Here's the events.
Uh, I'm gonna be at Vegas in September.
Uh, and then I'm all gonna be in North Carolina September 11th, and they give your tickets here.
So this is the website, guys, OSSarmy.com, where you guys get all the updates on all the stuff.
Um, and then you know, we might as well run our ad.
Why not?
All right, guys, we're gonna be stepping it up with OSS, but only for the guys that are the real active supporters.
So this is how it's gonna go.
We're gonna start giving away merch bundles once a month.
All kinds of merch can be given away to you guys for supporting.
Also, we're gonna be doing call-in parts of the show where members of the OSS Army can go in and call onto the show and give their takes on certain different types of topics, whatever we're talking about on that particular day.
Also, we're gonna start doing shows, guys, where we're gonna do parts that are only OSS members so that we can actually say we want to say, put the memes up on screen that we want to put up and not have to worry about censorship.
Unfortunately, even on regular platforms, we can still get clipped and put out of context and still be labeled for cancellation.
All the uncensored stuff that we want to do, it's gonna be on the OSS members portion only.
Now I know what you guys are wondering.
Oh my god, Mar, no, I can't afford it.
No problem.
It's gonna be only a dollar to get in, guys, for the first month, and it goes to regular Jews price.
So get in there, join us, allow us to be able to continue the fight against censorship because even on free speech platforms, they clip our shit and try to cancel us anyway.
Yeah, man.
Uh, well, we don't have the sale right now.
Sorry, guys, but uh join the army, my friends.
Join the army and uh support the mission.
And yeah, I'll be out there and also with OSS guys.
Uh I'll see you guys there.
I'll definitely meet up with you guys there.
Uh, you gotta be an OSS member, and I'll link up with you guys after.
Um, you know, it probably after the debate in between.
I'll hang out with you guys for a little bit and shoot the shit.
OSS members only.
Uh and Brett will be there with me as well.
So you guys get to meet us, hang out, all that shit.
I'll probably have some dog tags with me as well.
I got some dog tags.
A lot of you guys say you want dog tags, I'll have them with me.
So, yeah.
All right.
Um, all right, we'll keep watching this a little bit and then see.
Sorry, uh, any sort of thing like that at this moment is this is just a breaking developing story taking place there on the eastern portion of the United States.
Again, uh students may be heading back to class tomorrow or very soon.
Orientations taking place.
So so many uh students uh really walking on campus, getting their bearings for the first time.
So this is a frightening thought, a frightening sight uh for those students.
So, of course, we'll continue to provide any updates as they come in, any visuals that we get from the campus or live reporting on what is going on there.
But these are very preliminary reports of an active shooter on the campus of South Carolina.
I think it's clear now, though, chat.
Um I hear I I heard it's clear now from what I see.
Um but yeah, anyway, let's get back to Fox.
That's what we're looking at right now, guys.
So we know that uh you just mentioned that the FBI director, Cash Patel, uh uh what 58 minutes ago put out this.
No one is above the law.
FBI agents on a mission.
And then Dan Bon Junior, the assistant FBI director says uh 10 minutes later, public corruption will not be tolerated.
That's interesting.
Uh and it's retweeting, it's building on Cash Patel's post.
It certainly is.
And I will say that Notably, and it might be a bit of a coincidence, and it's somewhat unrelated, uh probably very unrelated, but President Trump's uh then former President Trump's home when he was former president Mar Lago uh was rated for classified documents, and that was a little bit more than three years ago.
That was August, early August of two thousand twenty-two, uh twenty-two.
And uh he was not home at the time.
We're told Bolton was home today.
But again, I'm told that he's not in any sort of custody or he's not under arrest.
So it's very possible we may see him uh fly to a camera today, talk about this, put out some.
I doubt he'll talk.
I don't think he's gonna talk too much.
He's a lawyer, he knows that saying anything is gonna fuck him up.
Some sort of statement, uh whether it be through his attorney or whether it be through uh whether it be something that he says himself.
So I'm assuming uh you've not seen the search warrant in this case, but you've seen other search warrants in cases like this.
Um the search warrant would include very specific things say you know, outlining these kinds of documents that they're specifically looking for, or in maybe uh computer um or maybe cell phones, things like that.
But it would be very specified.
All right, finish reading the chats here.
When you search up Claudius Sheinbaum calling out Lily Tauss for denouncing her corruption.
you Uh Robin Colby says, uh Marn, you seen the active shooter situation.
Yep, we just covered it.
Alejandro Ameriz Martin, have you heard about the Cabazone California husband and mother who allegedly murdered their seven month old baby Emmanuel Harrow is breaking news everywhere right now?
Would like you to break down on this.
Didn't hear about it.
Uh shout out to um Unhinged Crusader 33.
Appreciate you, my friend.
Thank you very much.
Jay Bear says, Yo, I'm part of the OSS, but can't seem to find your streams reacting to Europa.
Uh there they're down, you got to scroll down.
Um facts.
Frank is one handsome dog.
He is, man.
Well, it says, uh just saw a video on my reels of the NYC tunnels.
Crazy how it was swept away so easily.
Imagine Muslims underground NYC tunnels with blood mattresses.
Yeah, they'd be cooked, bro.
Um no, I did not.
Myron, do we want to take bets that SC shooter is either an SSRI or identifies some part of the alphabet?
It's probably a false alarm, bro.
Hey, if you're a lookup Marvel High School stabbing.
Uh why are these events at USC North Carolina going to be streamed live?
Yes, they're gonna be live.
Yes, it's gonna be live.
It is gonna be live streamed.
For sure.
Probably I'll be honest with you.
I'll probably won't stream all of it on YouTube.
It'll probably be a majority on Rumble and kick, maybe.
Because uh I'm getting away from streaming on um from uh what's it called?
From YouTube.
Because uh YouTube labels everything as pretty much hate speech.
So if we want to get remonetized, we gotta stop streaming on there.
So, yeah.
There would be very specific things listed in that search warrant.
Absolutely, you're a hundred percent right about that.
And um when the FBI agents rated Mar-a-Lago, they had a list, which was eventually made public of what they were looking for.
We will get a list here.
We will see the document at some point of what specifically they're looking for.
We're not gonna see the information if it is indeed classified, but FBI agents are very careful in these situations.
There is a team uh that, you know, with the Washington field office, the local office here, that is painstakingly careful with all of this stuff.
The FBI has to be because it could come and bite the federal Yeah, not only that, but like obviously this is someone that has the capability of defending himself with a real lawyer, right?
AUSA's office is going to make sure that this is, you know, T's are crossed and I's are dotted.
General government, when it comes to an actual court proceeding or a trial proceeding, and they want to win.
They want to win.
If there does indeed become a federal trial out of this, so they have to be very careful, and and they have an actual laundry list, just as you said correctly, of of things that they are specifically looking for.
So it's called probable cause.
They believe they had the probable cause to go inside.
Oh, yeah, judge signed it.
And find uh whatever they are specifically looking for.
Now it's possible when they're in there, They may find other items.
Uh, and it's possible that those items could be.
I would like to read the search warrant, but it's probably not gonna be it's probably under seal right now.
Could be taken uh into custody.
So that's not clear.
Uh that's still early in the process, but certainly it's not just a general we think you have classified documents.
Please let us in.
It doesn't work like that.
Do you do you have a sense of uh when you might be able to get your hands on that document?
Is that something that'll be forthcoming in a week, or does it depend on where the investigation goes?
It could be a little while.
Yeah, it just depends on where the investigation goes.
I remember the Trump documents happened several days later uh when we first found out because this is all is being run through a magistrate judge uh in Maryland, because that's where Ambassador Bolton lives in Maryland.
So it would be a federal court system in Maryland.
We would look at the documents, see what the documents say, when they're posted, there'd be a case number assigned.
This is just still so early in the process because it happened.
So I suspect that, and it it also just depends on the the volume of documents here.
I mean, are we talking 10 pages, 15 pages, or 100 pages?
Um, so it really just depends on the volume.
But I would I would suspect nothing today.
Um, but you know, things can happen very quickly if if people want to make them happen quickly.
But it I would think probably not today.
All right, David, thanks so much.
Uh tell us if anything breaks or or moves.
Let's bring in Fox News Contributor, George Washington University Law Professor, Jonathan Turley.
Uh Jonathan, what do you think they have to have ahead of time in order to make this raid uh something palatable for a judge to sign off on the wellly they need a warrant.
So that judge had to look at whether they had a particular list of uh evidence that they were trying to uh to secure and uh probable cause that a crime might have been committed.
Now that might is very important.
There are plenty of raids that occur and charges do not occur uh as a result.
Uh but for a high visibility rate of this kind, I would think the administration uh waited until they had what they felt was a lead pipe cinch of a of a case for a warrant and a strong case to move forward.
We just don't know.
Uh this is going to be clearly a warrant seeking documents.
And I can tell you, as a criminal defense attorney who's had clients subject to search warrants, uh documents tend to be particularly uh um burdensome for defendants because uh they basically hoover up everything in the house that could uh that because the thing is is that when you're looking for documents, documents can be stored in any way, kind of like drugs.
So and it could be thumb drives.
So small things like that, that gives them the ability to kind of fuck the house up and search wherever they need to.
Contain digital uh or written material that includes thumb drives and computers, laptops, uh um desktops, uh phones, all of those things are ordinarily sought that can have any type of digital memory or storage.
And you are given a copy of the of that warrant, and you're ultimately given an inventory of things that are removed.
And what follows that is a long process of inspection.
Now, in the case of Bolton, there's going to be very sensitive issues there.
One is he's clearly a critic of President Trump.
And so uh there's gonna be concerns whether this is retaliatory, but in the same fashion, there's gonna be material on his computer that he's gonna argue uh is protected speech, maybe even privileged material.
So they might have to create so this is very important what they're talking about with privileged material.
Now we're gonna get into the weeds here.
So privilege material, guys, a lot of times is gonna be material of like you and your defense attorney, right?
So what they're gonna do is, because I've done this before as well, when you do a search warrant, right?
And the FBI's gonna do this where you're gonna have something called like a taint team, okay?
And with a taint team, the way it works is you have the team of the case agent, right?
And he's uh collecting information for his case.
Then you have what's called the taint team.
The taint team typically goes in first.
Anything that might be uh tainted, which is like uh, you know, privilege information like correspondence with his lawyer, any of that other stuff.
The taint team is going to get that stuff, right?
And kind of move it out the way.
And they're gonna separate it from anything that could be real and f real evidence.
And the taint team doesn't give anything to the case agent.
Okay.
So it's gonna be two different teams doing a search.
You've got the taint team that deals with anything that has to do with privilege information, because as you guys know, he already had a case open like this before on him with classified documents.
And the FBI can't use anything that touches the um the defense attorney.
And then you're gonna have the team, the criminal team who are gonna go ahead and get the information that they're trying to get for their criminal case.
So the taint team's job is to make sure that nothing that is tainted, aka uh privileged information doesn't touch the criminal side.
Okay.
So that's how you conduct something like this where it's very touchy and can uh easily muddy the waters, right?
Because obviously they have a criminal case, and from their criminal case, we know that there was another criminal case and those lawyer correspondence on that former criminal case with this book.
Does that make sense?
Give me ones, guys if that makes sense in the chat.
I can explain it further, but give me two of it doesn't make sense, and then tell me why it does it make sense.
All right, I don't really see any twos.
Okay.
Someone said they weren't the FBI warned them.
No, they definitely didn't, bro.
This isn't the Biden FBI, my friend.
They're here to send a message.
These walls that are put up, have separate teams to minimize any intrusion into privileged or protected areas.
Bam, there you go.
And that's the taint team versus the criminal team.
So the guys on the taint team are not going to be testifying, they're not involved in the case.
They're literally there to ensure that the privilege information doesn't touch the information that could be used in a criminal case.
Everything that's correspondence with the lawyers protected can't be used against them.
Yeah, Jonathan, I remember when Mar-a Lago was raided and Melania had said that they even went through her closet, they went through her drawers.
It can be very intrusive, but I know when you're the FBI and you're looking for Oh, yeah, they're gonna go through everything, bro.
They're gonna go through everything.
For any evidence, uh, you have to look look everywhere.
He's and they fuck your house up too.
They fuck your house up too.
So he's been accused of using classified information in his book that he wrote in 2020.
Do you know what was in that book?
What classified information he wasn't supposed to share?
Yeah, that's what is intriguing here because these are long-standing allegations that the book indicated or referenced classified material that he may have acquired when he was in the administration.
We're not clear as to what that is, but it would suggest that it could be national defense information.
The reason that's important is that creates a heightened potential uh penalty.
So you can have penalties that range from five to twenty years.
20 years tends to be the census for concealing information, obstructing justice, uh simply having classified information uh can weigh in at about 10 years, and there are often multiple counts because each of those documents can be charged separately.
So there is a strange uh uh history here.
So you had these allegations coming out as early as the first Trump administration.
Then there was an allegation that the Biden administration essentially scuttled uh uh further look at this case, and now we have this new development.
But we really don't know if there's something that has occurred most recently, whether they uncovered something that they believe is sort of evergreen, that this is still a viable criminal case.
So um I something tells me that the political world is probably going to be weighing in on this uh within a few minutes.
Um but does it kind of going back to what you just said a minute ago, does it uh give some sort of further credence to the Trump administration that They had a lot of questions back before the book came out.
The Trump administration, the first Trump administration had serious concerns about much of what went into that book.
And I think that their concerns were raised after he submitted the book, the room where it happened, uh, to the government to to take a look at some of uh to give basically give uh clearance to some of the passages in there.
Does it give the Trump administration, the current one, any sort of credence uh or or credibility that they that they laid the marker down previously that they had problems with some of these concerns well before uh not not that Bolton hadn't turned on the Trump administration earlier, but well before he turned into the critic that he is today.
Yeah, these books are very messy uh in terms of uh federal law and regulations.
You're supposed to get pre-approval uh if you are relying on the creates a lot of problems for you.
I think he made like two million dollars from this book, though, if I'm not mistaken.
I don't know what occurred in any pre-review that they're gonna release.
They there's certainly they tried to.
Yeah, and so there is obviously a record there of disagreement.
What I'm intrigued about is is why now.
And you know, the other side's gonna say Yeah, the timing looks very bad politically.
Say, look, this guy's personal non grata.
There are few people that Trump dislikes more uh than John Bolton.
He really became a very fervent anti- Hey guys.
Uh smash that fucking like button, bro.
We got almost 2,000 of you guys in here, but we got uh only 719 likes, bro.
We should be a damn near 100% engagement, man.
I don't get paid to be on YouTube.
YouTube fucking sucks.
Got to fucking censor myself while I'm on this godforsaken shitty ass platform.
So do me a favor, guys, smash that fucking like button.
Okay, support the mission.
That's all I ask.
Smash that like button.
And so there's gonna be close scrutiny as to whether there is an independent and legitimate basis to take this step.
We're gonna find out in the coming couple of weeks as to what led them to move on the house to acquire this this evidence.
But as you noted, this has been a long standing bone of contention between uh Bolton and the administration.
Jonathan, uh maybe I've watched too many movies.
What does it look like inside the house when they're having this raid?
I mean, I've we see in the movies, the paper.
See Fox News, they bring the bimbos on, see?
Unlike uh fucking CNN.
They leave a mess.
They usually do leave a mess.
Uh I had a client where they showed up at his house.
He was a scientist at like three in the morning, and the kids were screaming and they were trying to calm the kids while these these uh agents just tore apart the house.
So it can be uh it it it it can truly be traumatic, particularly if you have young children, which is not the case here.
But these FBI agents have a right to go in there.
So uh unless it's a no-knock warrant, which wouldn't be a case I can't imagine.
Very hard to get a no-knock warrant.
You need you need to like display that they're gonna destroy evidence or they're um super violent or something like that to get uh a no-knock.
If you have a no-knock warrant, they can take that door off its hinges because they believe that someone in the house could be a threat to the officers.
There's no reason to suggest that here.
Hey, go on kick.
Thank you for resubscribing, Unhinged Crusader as well.
Shout out to all you guys on kick that are showing love to the mission.
I haven't even really went public that I stream on kick like that.
Um yeah.
We are gonna be focusing a lot more on just kick and rumble.
Streaming.
Slowly segue from YouTube, especially for fresh and fit.
You guys are not on fresh and fit.
Make sure that you guys go kick.com slash fresh and fit.
So normally there's a knock on the door, they do go through de-escalation, they don't want to have a confrontation.
There's a lot of people that have firearms.
Uh Bolton uh may have private security, so you don't want to have any mission.
He definitely does have secure uh private security.
He got his uh Secret Service, I think, revoked from Trump.
Signals here that someone's trying to get into the house of a protected person.
And then once they're inside, they move pretty darn quickly.
And they ask you to step aside.
And you can observe them, but you cannot get in their way.
And often it is very messy.
Now, in a document search of this kind, they're gonna sweep through that house and grab anything that has any storage uh capacity at all.
In some of my clients' case, where they're looking for physical evidence, uh, it can look like your house was hit by a tornado.
I mean, they will take apart mattresses, furniture, and they don't shout out to Mercus with uh gifted sub, appreciate you, my friend.
They they take what they need and they leave.
Remember what they did at Mar a Lago?
They stacked up the documents that they wanted to.
They and they took a picture of it.
That's right.
I remember that.
Uh, and they acted like that Donald Trump left a mess.
No, it was them that left a mess, and they decided to take a picture.
Uh, thanks.
Jonathan, thank you.
Hey everyone, I'm Emily Campano.
Catch me and my co-host Harris Faulkner and holy shit.
San Francisco mob assaults four ice agents in a shocking video.
All right, we'll take a look at that.
Um, all right, let me read some chats here first.
Um, we got here.
Emac James says, uh, what's up, Myron?
I hope you're recovered from Friday because that after hours episode was really annoying, and it really annoyed me how these girls blatantly disrespected you fresh and Chris multiple times.
That panel really showed how much you growed patience over the years.
Yeah, bro.
Um aren't respectful of men.
Can you react to Rampage's son crashing out last night?
I already talked about it, bro.
R1 official.
Uh, hey Marvin, thank you for everything you do.
You've been a huge help with my success.
I have a question.
Could you possibly set up a debate like one verse 20?
Where one person debates 20 feminists on a college campus.
I think that format might be more effective than doing it with women from Miami.
It'd be great to see college educator perspective.
Bro, it doesn't matter, bro.
Do you not get it, man?
Like, these women are retarded no matter what.
We had a girl, a girl that was uh a lawyer, still saying the same stupid shit.
Oh, yeah, uh, you know, uh wage gap myth.
What?
That's me in the future.
I'm from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Shout out to Pittsburgh, man.
But yeah, bro.
Uh, we could try, but it won't matter, bro.
These chicks are retarded no matter what.
Hell, we could do it.
We could try it with uncensored America, but I don't I don't know, man.
And then I don't know if 20 of them would show up.
They'd be scared.
Maryville High School bragged about metal detectors and kids snuck in a four-minute knife and stabbed another student for a gun deal gone wrong.
It's on X Fox, it's on Fox News.
Maryville High School?
What?
Destiny Mars.
Amar, is your tipping page still not working?
No, it's not Destiny, unfortunately.
It is not working.
Uh, but I'll have it up tomorrow, hopefully.
Rwan official.
Hey, Myron, do you think you could possibly do one verse 20 feminists with uncensored America again on college campuses?
Thank you for everything you do.
I'll ask.
I'll see if Sean can do it.
Uh Mr. Clapp Cheeks says, would you ever do a breakdown of Masada and their role in the corruption in Mexico?
Probably not, bro.
I'll be, I'm not gonna lie to you guys about shit.
I'm not gonna do.
Probably not.
Message government bought Pegasus from Israel and use it to go after political candidates against corruption.
Yeah, bro.
Um, everyone uses Pegasus.
A lot of government agencies use Pegasus.
Cell Bright Pegasus, these are all Israeli companies.
Uh, I'm not sure how heavy Israeli influence on cartels was during your time at HSI, but would definitely like your input on Assad in their link to cartels and Mexican government.
Thank you for all that you do.
Bro, they're just corrupt.
It's really not that deep.
You know, I mean, look, I know a lot of you guys want to lift up the rocks and see where them boys are involved.
When it comes to Mexico, they're just corrupt as fuck, man.
It's really that simple.
You know, the simplest explanation tends to be the real explanation, guys.
Right.
And in this case, um, when it comes to Mexico and their drug problem and everything, it's simply corruption, bro.
That's what it is.
Simply corruption.
Uh Berto says, um, three four says, uh, can you talk about Prague or you controversy?
It's a right wing media for kids replacing PBS.
Oh slash business supporter for three years, love your political takes.
So I appreciate that.
I mean, Prager, you I mean, bro.
Prager you all you got to do is look at who runs it you you you you you you you you you Done, bro.
Like, simple as that.
Birdo.
There's there's no real controversy when it comes to Prague or you.
We know who runs that shit, bro.
Right?
Breitbart, Prague or you.
That's what I'm talking about.
That's what I'm trying to tell you guys when I tell you guys that.
Um right wing media is controlled by them boys.
I'm not kidding around, dude.
Uh where were we?
Right here.
Oh no.
Uh oh yeah, we finished this.
Hold on.
Oh, yeah, I want to talk about Venezuela as well.
Okay.
Hold on, let's finish watching the Bolt and stuff.
President Trump offered this reaction as news of the raids on his former National Security Advisor spread.
Take away.
No, I don't know about it.
I saw it on television.
Come on, man.
He had to have known about it.
I'm not a fan of John Ball.
He's uh a real uh sort of low life.
Do you expect uh the DOJ agree on this?
Yeah, they'll be they'll bring me probably today sometime.
And more minister.
I don't want to I tell Pam and I tell the group.
I don't want to know, but just you have to do what you have to do.
I don't want to know about it.
It's not necessarily I could know about it.
I could be the one starting it.
I'm actually the chief law enforcement officer.
Uh but I feel that it's they ran with that one.
They got mad when he said that when he said it's the chief law enforcement officer.
This way.
Here with Reaction, Fox News contributor and former FBI special agent, Nicole Parker, and Fox News legal analyst Greg Jarrett.
Thank you both for joining us this evening.
Um I want to start with you, Nicole.
Could you begin by kind of walking us through the process by which FBI agents obtain a search warrant to go into John Bolton's house this morning?
Absolutely.
First of all, there has to, you know, there's something that the FBI has that would lead them to believe that a crime may have been committed.
And again, they take all of the evidence that they have, and the FBI agent assigned to the investigation will gather that.
They'll come up with an affidavit, a probable cause statement.
Wait, they work with the federal prosecutor or the AUSA and they take all of that information and they go before a magistrate judge.
Yeah, so they're gonna write up an affidavit, and in the affidavit, they're gonna put out all the probable cause, which like I explained to you guys before, that probable cause is gonna probably have to be heavily reliant upon an informant because you're gonna need real-time information that shows that evidence of a crime is going to be located at this residence, and nine out of ten times that's gonna be informant information.
That's why I'm so confident that the reason why they were able to get in there on a case like this, which is kind of old to be honest with y'all.
Um, when it comes to the book, they had to have had timely information based off informants.
Because even if you got him on surveillance, unless they got him on surveillance where they know that he had classified information, and they watched them pick up the classified information and go home and then go to his house with the classified information.
That's another way, but I doubt that uh that that's what they did because that required 24 hours of surveillance, and they would need to know that whatever he has in his hand is a classified document.
That'd be a lot harder to establish.
So what I'm willing to bet is there was an informant involved 100%.
And then the magistrate judge reviews the affidavit, and the FBI agent raises their right hand under oath.
They take uh take an oath, they swear that everything in there is true to the best of their knowledge.
And then the And then the the and then uh the agent signs it and the judge signs it.
The uh judge reviews the information and they determine whether or not they believe that there's probable cause that this information is correct and that a crime was committed.
Well, they don't tell you to raise your hand until they think that that it's enough.
If the if it's enough, then that's when they tell you this.
You could tell this chick didn't really write a lot of affidavits.
Um and uh be honest with y'all, a lot of uh a lot of FBI agents don't.
Uh I've told you guys this before, I'll say it again.
A lot of FBI agents don't make a criminal arrest until five years into their career.
A lot of them don't write an affidavit or a search warrant or a criminal complaint until years into their career.
Um, you know, a typical FBI agent, especially like in a slow field office like a Washington, DC or some shit like that, might not make a criminal arrest until they're years on a job, which is fucking comical.
Because I remember I was making criminal arrests my first fucking week, a few weeks on the border.
And this is the difference between starting your career with HSI on the Southwest border versus like starting your career with the FBI and like a slower interior office somewhere.
Um yeah, you're not raising your hand until the because here okay, let me break it down how it really goes.
When you feel like you got enough information, right?
You're working with your AUSA the whole time, by the way.
There's a criminal case open.
You're you're trying to get the search warrant, you're telling the the AUSA, yo, we got information.
We think that we could get in the house.
Okay, write up an affidavit.
Or in some places, the AUSA writes the affidavit up for you, by the way.
A lot of places A USA writes it up for you.
They just don't even fucking write it because so many agents don't write affidavits themselves.
If we're gonna be all the way a thousand here.
So uh either the agent or the AUSA, depending on their experience level, writes up the affidavit writes up the affidavit.
I used to write all my affidavits.
I would never let her let an AUSA write my affidavit up because I looked at it as a slap in the face if AUSA is writing up my thing.
But in many districts, guys, the AUSA writes the affidavit.
Why?
Because it's technically a legal document, right?
And then most agents are not lawyers.
So I'll write up my own shit and I'll send it to the AUSA.
They make any corrections, anything if they need more probable cause to add it in, whatever, right?
Then once A USA says it's good, they give it to their supervisor.
Their supervisor reviews it, then they send it to the judge.
You're not going to the fucking judge's chambers until it's unless it's going to be signed.
Okay.
Like, because trust me, you got to get it to AOSA.
OSA says it's good, then they give it to their supervisor.
Once their service says it's okay, then they send it to the judge.
Okay.
So once it goes to the judge, you're not showing up to the chambers unless the judge is gonna sign it.
Now, the judge might ask you a few questions, et cetera, right, when you're there, but for the most part, you're you're getting assigned.
The judge has read it before you even show up.
When you show up to the chambers, uh, you know, uh you go to the federal courthouse, because most judges sit at the federal courthouse, you go to the you go to the federal courthouse, you go into the chambers, you know, they're already have read the affidavit a lot of times, they have it printed out, and then you know, they have it ready to go with it to for it to be signed.
You know, they swear you in if they don't have any questions.
Do you swear everything you say to uh everything in this affidavit is true to the best of your knowledge to help you God?
Yes.
Bam, you sign it, then she signs it, they give you uh they file it with the clerk, and then you got your search warrant, you fucking go ahead and hit the house.
Or what I used to do is I would have a team waiting at the house, right?
They'd be like around the corner somewhere.
And then I would go, uh, I'd go, get a sign by the judge, right?
And then I'd call my supervisor, I'd say, All right, uh, warrant signed, I'll send them a uh send them a picture of it or a copy of it, they go fucking hit the house as I'm there at the judge's house.
So we don't waste any fucking time.
All right.
That's how it's done.
Now, again, this chick, I don't know what her experience was like when she was an agent.
Um, but a lot of FBI agents don't do shit, being honest with y'all.
A lot of them don't do anything.
Like you could be a because here's the thing.
The FBI is so big, like you can get assigned to a fucking like a counter intel group.
Bro, counterintel, they're just sitting there following niggas around all day.
Right?
They might not make an arrest.
You could be assigned to the JTTF.
JTF does not make a lot of arrest chat.
They don't.
Okay.
They're thwarting stuff more than actually arresting people.
So depending on what squad you're in, when you get if you're if you become an FBI agent, that's gonna dictate how busy you get.
Potentially, and that the information that the FBI is requesting to search is something that should be searched, and they identify what items will be searched, what they expect to see if found, as well as the locations to be searched.
And so it's a very thorough and you know, delicate process that And then after they do their search chat, what's gonna happen is they're gonna have to leave or they're gonna have to do a return, right?
So um, so after they do a search warrant, they're gonna leave uh like an itinerary, right?
They're gonna leave what they took.
All the items that they took, they leave, they leave it at the at the residence.
So the person who got searched knows exactly what was taken.
Then you're gonna do a return with the judge.
You're gonna go and say, okay, we completed a search.
This is what we took, here's the return, executed, done.
It's taken very seriously.
Uh Greg, you know, it's kind of interesting uh to listen to all of the caterwalling from this very same people over the past 12 hours that were cheering the raid at Mar-a-Lago just a few years ago.
Yeah, obviously the irony should be lost on nobody.
You know, these are potentially serious charges if they are as described.
Very serious, because it's gonna be espionage.
That that's that that's what it is, guys.
This is 100% an espionage case.
They're going after NDI classified information.
So, yeah.
Guys, smash that fucking like button for me, please.
We only got um what what do we got here?
We got 918 likes, we got like 2,000 y'all ninjas in here plus.
Well, between all the different platforms, 1800 on YouTube.
Smash the like button, guys.
I mean, given that Bolton was national security advisor and privy to a stream of classified material on a daily basis, seems to me there are three legal possibilities.
He might have illegally removed and stored national defense documents or classified intel in an unsecured place.
Gee, like a home or office.
Number two, he may have leaked as someone, classified information, or his controversial book back in 2020, uh, may have contained classified material, even though he said it did not.
So, you know, the FBI was searching for incriminating or corroborating documents, such as you know, hard copies, notes, communications, electronic records.
But look, um, you know, it was always foolhardy for Bolton to write this tell all book, and when the government tried to stop him, federal judge admonished Bolton to his face, saying you are gambling with national security, you're causing potential irreparable harm, and sternly warned him you could be criminally prosecuted.
Well, Bolton didn't care.
He went ahead with a book, which seems to me, as a lawyer, a reckless risk.
So Nicole, tell us about uh you did such a good job of explaining how w the agents got to where they were this morning.
What are we what can we expect going forward?
We will eventually see uh a lot of the information, like uh like a list of things that the FBI obtained here, uh it that that may be a matter of weeks.
Ha explain all of that to us.
Okay, so after they're done executing the search warrant and they seize the items that they're going to take, they leave behind what is called an FD597, and that's a property.
Now that's their that's their document, right?
That's that's uh an FBI document, but uh they're also gonna leave um the official um a copy of the search warrant as well and what they took, which is like you know, you could put an inventory list.
But the FBI has their own form uh that they leave.
But uh if you don't have that form, if you're not with the FBI, other agencies just leave the um the search warrant and what what they took, like a list of what they took in the like the inventory.
They sign off on that, they leave it at um Bolton's home in his office wherever they search, along with a copy of the warrant.
And that is up to him if he would like to share that with the Okay, just got word, guys.
Uh so South uh University of South Carolina, it was a false alarm, it was an umbrella.
Okay, so we are still good.
With the public or his attorney would like to share that with the public, but don't expect the FBI to be sharing that information.
They keep their information and investigations confidential.
And one thing I there's a few things I like to note real quick, Charlie.
You know, people keep trying to compare this to the raid at Mar-a-Lago and and other things that have happened in the past.
Let me just tell you some of the differences.
This morning, I didn't see any notification to CNN in advance or Fox News in advance showing up to the raid as we saw at Roger Stone's home.
I did not see that um, you know, there was a throng of SWAT agents there and yes, affidavits are public.
Um, but the the thing is is that um this one is gonna be sealed because the case is still ongoing.
SWAT team there.
I did not see that.
I did not see that there were documents that were staged on the floor with classified documents.
I wonder how long this chick was an agent for.
Let me look her up.
What's her name?
Nicole Parker?
Okay, let's see here.
Okay.
Thank you.
I want to see which office.
Okay, former badger, Miami Division.
Okay, so she came from Miami who received testimony before the uh experience of the FBI Flacton Reported News Outlets.
She joined the FBI in 2011 and served until 2022.
Okay.
Um, so she was there for 10 years.
So Miami is a a busier field office than other places.
I wonder what squad she was in.
Uh so she just left.
12 years server in graduation, junior twenty eleven, departure twenty twenty two gain or service FBI's uh division security fraud and literature.
Okay, so yeah.
Securities fraud, they don't do shit.
Um she went to violent crimes.
Okay.
Now violent crimes, depending on what squad she was in, they they work.
They actually work.
If she was like in a bank robbery squad or whatever, then yeah.
Um she was involved in this.
Okay.
Well yeah, this was a state case though.
Interesting.
All right.
Yeah, securities fraud, they don't do shit, bro.
That's like uh financial crimes, they don't do shit.
Um she might have got some action if she was in the violent crime squad, but it depends on which one.
I did not see that.
Under this FBI, under Cash Patel, they are doing things with the utmost professionalism.
This is not a political thing.
This is actually gathering evidence and presenting it as it should be.
And in the past administration and other FBIs, we have seen where it does appear to be quite political.
Right.
I don't know about you, but I didn't see that today.
Yeah, I I'm so glad you made those very important points.
Uh Greg, um along those lines, uh, you know, w there's no doubt that there was an entire deep state that was pitted against the former president when this happened to him.
Uh do you feel confident that uh John Bolton's rights will be protected in this process?
Oh, I absolutely think so.
Uh I mean I uh Joey Joe, thank you so much for the gifted sub, bro.
Appreciate that greatly.
I do have confidence on kick.
Don't forget to Yeah, I mean they're gonna cross their look, they're they're gonna cross their T's and dot their eyes on this one because like I said before, obviously this is a individual who has money who has access to uh to lawyers.
He's a lawyer himself, he's not stupid.
He's been through this before.
They convene a grand jury against him.
So um the AUSA is an agents on this case are going to be super fucking thorough to ensure that if they do indict them that they got an airtight case.
Um so yeah, they're gonna do everything uh above board here.
They have to.
They have to forget, Charlie, that the FBI and the DOJ were already investigating Bolton back in 2020, but it was apparently then scuttled by Biden's Department of Justice.
So the case may simply be a resurrection uh and today's raid was the next step.
They may already be a grand jury, which doesn't mean he'll be charged, but you know, it doesn't surprise me.
Bolton has always been this verbal flamethrower, uh, you know, with more enemies than friends, fueled by what everybody describes as a superiority complex, and that kind of arrogance tends to put you in legal jeopardy if you cross the line.
And even if Bolton excised classified material from his book, possessing Yo, uh guys, I've already covered Raja, man.
I don't know why the fuck dudes are coming in here, still asking about that shit.
I've already covered it.
I already said what I had to say on it.
That's like, bro, what the fuck, man?
It's original source material in your home or office.
Well, that's that's a felony, and concealing it is obstruction.
And Bolton no longer has security clearance, but even if he did, it's criminal to remove it from secure facilities and store it in your home.
Just ask uh former CIA director David Petraeus, who got nailed criminally for that.
Indeed.
And Trump would have gotten nailed for it as well, but obviously became president of the United States.
To say the very least, John Bolton has become deranged over Donald Trump.
Nicole Parker, Greg Jarrett, thank you so much for that.
Hey, Sean Hannity here.
Hey, click here to subscribe to Fox News YouTube page and catch our hottest interviews and most compelling analysis.
You will not get it anywhere else.
All right.
Uh no, this was from this was from what were they looking for?
Oh, let's uh let's go over to Our guy, real quick.
Um you guys asked about Venezuela.
As you guys know, Maduro's been indicted by the United States for drug trafficking, narco-terrorism, all this crap.
So, um, US sending warships to Venezuela to combat drug cartels.
A ceasefire proposal put forward by uh, what the hell is this nigga doing there?
Bruh.
Both Qatar and uh Egypt.
Hamas accepted it on Monday.
Uh Israel has yet to officially weigh in.
Uh, I'm wondering if the US was at all involved in it, um, if it's supportive of it, and whether or not the president believes Israel should accept it.
I don't think it's a coincidence that Hamas accepted this proposal after the president of the United States posted a very strong statement about this conflict on Truth Social yesterday.
Um, I would refer you back to that statement as for this proposal that Hamas has now accepted.
Um, the United States continues to discuss it, and I'll let the president weigh in on it definitively.
You're welcome.
Sure.
Can you describe the president's perspective on taking a stake in Intel in exchange for federal grants?
And is this a we expecting to see the White House make similar arrangements with other semiconductor companies and manufacturing companies?
Well, the president um he's been very clear about the need to reshore manufacturing that's critical to our national and economic security.
That is especially in regards to chips and semiconductors, which is why um the president has initiated the commerce department to conduct a study on semiconductors, a section 232 investigation, um, so we can ultimately implement tariffs.
Um, and it's why our export license requirements remain in place as well.
Um, as for this 10% government stake deal, the Department of Commerce continues to work on it.
I know Secretary Lutnik um is working on it and ironing out the details, but the president um wants to put America's needs first, um, both from a national security and economic perspective, and it's a creative idea that has never been done before to ensure that we're both re-shoring these critical um supply chains while also gaining something of it for the American taxpayer.
You're welcome.
Emily.
Thanks, Caroline.
I wanted to ask about the three US warships that are being sent to Venezuela, and there's 4,000 Marines on board.
Are you looking at possibility of boots on the ground there?
Um, what I will say with respect to Venezuela, um, President Trump has been very clear and consistent.
He's prepared to use every element of American power to stop drugs from flooding into our country and to bring those responsible uh to justice.
The Maduro regime is not the legitimate government of Venezuela.
It is a narco-terror cartel.
Uh in Maduro, it is the view of this administration is not a legitimate president.
He is a fugitive head of this cartel who has been indicted in the United States for trafficking drugs into the country.
Let's see here.
Um Venezuela government mobilized more than four million militia uh troops seemingly in response to your reports of U.S. naval movements in the region.
And for those of you that don't know, Venezuela uh uh economy is cooked.
Okay, lots of fucking inflation.
And obviously, we kind of crashed their economy quite a bit as well.
We're with Nicolás, we're with the Armonía Estado.
We're with the Vice President.
Vice Presidente.
Lots of uh corruption in Venezuela.
And it's crazy because you know, some people like Maduro and then other people hate him.
Right?
And then he had elections like last year, and um a lot of people said that they weren't legit.
Imagine three massive warships, a stealthy submarine and a fleet of amphibi amphibious ships moving toward the Caribbean waters near Venezuela.
Add thousands of highly trained marines and advanced aircraft.
Yes, Venezuela has quite a bit of oil chat for those of you that don't know.
Um TV says uh or Kumo D says, uh the Israelis have taught Cartel's methods of killing and getting rid of bodies, it goes deeper than you think.
You should have Edo Calderon, he just did JR two days ago.
Now they've been asking for a miss it a minute.
I don't know who Ed Calderone is, bro.
Let me look this guy up real quick.
Former law enforcement, now security consulting, combat instructor born in T1 of Mexico working in the USA has been a guest on podcasts like blah, blah, blah.
Thank you.
He's been on JRE and he's been on Lex Friedman.
Yep.
That worries me, man.
Never people go on mainstream shows like that, bro.
They get scared, chat.
They get scared, bro.
They get scared, bro.
Could try reaching out, but you guys gotta understand, bro, that niggas be terrified, man.
To do shit when you're um controversial like me, bro.
Like it's not um you guys think like it's just like as easy as like just saying, yo, let's collab, bro.
Like, no, man, like niggas will be like, nah, man, this guy's controversial as hell.
He talks about XYZ topics.
You know, that's one of the unfortunate things about being controversial, chat.
Let me see here.
Trying to find a social media.
I don't see it here.
I don't see it here.
I see the Joe Rogan thing, but I don't see him anywhere.
All right.
I'll uh I'll look into it for you guys then.
And bro, the Israelis train treat uh train a lot of people.
The Israelis train a lot of um paramilitary slash law enforcement agencies.
That's nothing new, man.
Hey Hitler, why is the FBI just a bunch of five foot women?
Bro, they hi they got a lot of women at the bureau, bro.
They got a lot.
Um for everyone who doesn't understand my street value.
I'm living proof uh that I'm stronger and better man for myself, my three kids, and my wife, fuck the men.
Appreciate that.
Uh Keith.
Okay, wait, uh A says can't wait for August 29th.
Yeah, it's gonna be a good time.
But yeah, guys, the Israelis train law enforcement and uh military all the time, bro.
This is not might be news to you, but it's it's really not that deep, bro.
It's really not that deep.
They're all they're involved all the time because they teach Krav Magan a bunch of other bullshit that they um claim they started.
So the Israelis are involved in a lot of that shit, man.
It's nothing new bro.
You have a aircraft monitoring the skies and seas, and you have a naval operation that captures attention worldwide.
Today, we break down what's happening, why it matters, and the incredible technology behind this US Navy deployment.
Tensions in the Caribbean have escalated as the U.S. deploys a significant naval presence near Venezuela.
While official statements emphasize operations in international waters.
And Marco Rubio's kind of been on this for a minute too, bro.
They they want they want uh Maduro out of there, and they want to install a public government in Venezuela, because Venezuela has a lot of uh oil, a lot of resources.
So the message is clear.
The United States is signaling readiness and strategic control.
Relations between the two countries have been tense for years, with diplomatic disputes and differing policies contributing to a complex situation.
At the forefront are three R. Lee Burke class guided missile destroyers.
USS Gravely, USS Jason Dunham, and USS Samson.
These multi-mission ships are equipped with the Aegis combat system, capable of tracking hundreds of targets at once.
USS Gravely, a flight I2A variant, advanced radar, and missile defense.
USS Jason Dunham, anti-submarine specialization with stealth features, and the USS Samson, air defense focus, capable of protecting the fleet with long-range interceptors.
Each destroyer carries Tomahawk cruise missiles, standard missiles, harpoon anti-ship missiles, and advanced artillery, giving them a versatile combat profile.
The Los Angeles class attack submarine adds stealth and underwater intelligence.
Hey guys, smash that like button.
We just broke 1000, but we got 1850 of you guys in here, man.
I've been on YouTube for two hours, ninjas.
These bitch ass niggas at JTube don't pay.
So smash that like button.
I'm on here for you guys.
Smash the like button.
We should be at 1500 likes, no problem.
Easy.
Um I will cut to OSS here.
Some point.
We still got to cover Golane Maxwell as well.
So smash the like button, Ninjas.
What are we saying at 1,072?
Guys, we should be at 1500 easy, man.
1500 easy.
These submarines can operate undetected, track surface vessels, and provide a covert monitoring capability that complements the surface fleet.
New details reveal that the deployment also includes the USS Iwo Jima, USS San Antonio, and USS Fort Lauderdale.
The USS Iwo Jima, a wasp class amphibious assault ship capable of launching helicopters, tiltrotor aircraft, and landing craft.
It serves as a central hub for marine operations.
USS San Antonio and USS Fort Lauderdale, San Antonio class amphibious transport docks designed to carry troops, vehicles, and landing crafts for rapid deployment.
Together, these ships form the Iwo Jima Amphibious Ready Group, which is deploying with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit.
This combination provides a flexible and rapid response capability, allowing the US to project power while supporting amphibious and logistical operations.
The fleet's operations are complemented by P-8 Poseidon Maritime Patrol aircraft, capable of long-range surveillance, surface and underwater tracking, and real-time and these uh these ships are old too, chat.
Like it's not like they're like brand new.
These ships are very fucking old.
Intelligence relays.
Additional aircraft include rotary wing helicopters and fixed wing support aircraft operating from the amphibious ships, extending situational awareness across the entire deployment zone.
The deployment is described as a routine mission by U.S. officials.
Yet its scale and composition send a strategic message.
Each element has a purpose.
Destroyers, multi-threat engagement, fleet defense, missile capability, submarine, covert monitoring and underwater operations, amphibious ships, rapid deployment of marines, vehicles, and aircraft.
Uh Naylor says, uh Mark in Iraq to Top H World War One, World War World War II.
Uh, there's no way I'm doing that on YouTube, bro.
No way.
It'd have to be on OSS only.
I won't even do that shit on Rumble.
Bro, if you if you talk about uh top H and you give a different perspective, bro, cooked.
Cooked.
Because they're so pussy nowadays about that shit.
But people are waking up, though.
So that Tucker interview with that with the dude saying that uh the shit about um mustache man and um Stalin and uh um Churchill.
Niggas are waking up by World War II, bro.
R1 official, and I agree with you, Mario.
No matter where you debate these women and normies, they're still gonna be stupid about things that are clearly common sense, so I don't get I just had to clear that up.
I completely agree.
Yeah, I mean, like the thing is, bro, is that like unfortunately, even women that are educated, that like you saw with the lawyer, like they still believe in the feminist propaganda, man.
You know what I mean?
And just so y'all know, a lot of people believe in that fucking propaganda.
I think I dropped a clip earlier of me like debating the fucking simp that always shows up when I'm at the corner.
A lot of guys think like him, bro.
A lot of dudes are simps, man.
So it is what it is.
Craft, surveillance, intelligence, and coordination of naval operations.
Notably, this deployment is and and this was a strategic thing, too, by the way, guys.
The reason why Trump went ahead and named these um like these drug organizations as like narco-terrorist organizations is because now you can utilize and leverage the power of the intelligence community.
You could leverage the power of the military.
Um anytime you use the T-word, you were able to mobilize way more resources to the fight than you would if it was just like a drug case, right?
When you call it narco-terrorism, well, now all of a sudden, other avenues are available to you.
Like for example, with Trender Aguas, they're able to aggressively target them and go after them and deport them and you know, use a whole slew of different um investigative techniques for it.
And I told you guys this before.
When Trump came in and he labeled uh Trenderaguas, whatever the fuck their name is, as a terrorist organization.
I told y'all that they were gonna go out hard on them because when you're labeled terrorist organization, it opens up so many more doors for uh law enforcement for the uh to to utilize military resources, intelligence resources that they otherwise would not be have having access to in a normal criminal investigation.
So um, and and what and just like I expected, they absolutely have been like eradicating them all across the United States, going after them super hard.
So, same exact thing with uh the Venezuelans and Maduro, label them as narco-terrorists, bam.
Now you're able to leverage the power of the U.S. military.
Does not include an aircraft carrier, indicating a focus on flexibility, rapid response, and strategic presence rather than full-scale air operations.
Looking ahead, the U.S. Navy has a variety of other vessels that could be deployed if the situation escalates.
Aircraft carriers, such as those from the Nimitz or Ford classes, could bring unmatched air power to the region, providing a mobile base for fighter jets, surveillance aircraft, and refueling operations.
Cruisers equipped with advanced radar and missile systems could enhance the fleet's air and missile defense capabilities.
Literal combat ships designed for shallow water operations could be used for rapid response missions and coastal monitoring.
Finally, additional submarines or amphibious transport docks could further expand underwater intelligence and troop deployment options.
The presence of these vessels would significantly increase the U.S. Navy's operational flexibility, signaling a strong capability to respond to a wide range of scenarios while maintaining strategic control in the Caribbean.
Arleigh Burke class destroyers feature an array of weapons, including Tomahawk cruise missiles, Yeah, they're definitely gonna get I I think they're gonna absolutely uh get Maduro in custody at some point during this administration.
There's just no way that I don't see that they don't get him.
There's no way he'll be able to stay in power because he's very disliked in Venezuela as well.
At some point, and and they yo, the the the fucking um price to get him.
Look at this, guys.
Look at this.
Something crazy like 30 million or some shit like that.
Let me look here.
So after initially offering a reward of up to 15 million for information leading to the arrest and or a conviction of Maduro in 2020, the Department of State on January 10th, 2025 increased the reward offer to 25 million.
On August 7th, the department announced the further increase of the reward to 50 million.
After the Department of Treasury sanctioned cartel of Sons as a specially designated global terrorist as of July 25th, 2025, as leader of cartel for the Sons of Maduro is the first target in the history of the narcotics reward program with reward exceeding 25 million.
Guys, I don't think Osama even had that high.
Bro, somebody's gonna turn on him, man.
Because Osama...
27, bro.
So Maduro's officially the most expensive reward.
Right?
Now you can make the argument that you know, 2001.
Right, when was this?
2011.
Inflation is shit, but bro, still, it ain't no 50 million.
50 million is crazy.
There's no way he's gonna exist that much longer.
Standard missiles and harpoon anti-ship missiles.
Amphibious ships like the USS San Antonio class are equipped with defensive weapons and can deploy landing crafts, helicopters, and tilt rotor aircraft.
P-8 Poseidons carry sophisticated sensors and radar for maritime surveillance.
And the submarine contributes stealth and underwater tracking capabilities.
The operation includes over 4500 Marines, sailors, and aviators, making it one of the most substantial US naval deployments in the Caribbean in recent years.
The combination of surface ships, amphibious vessels, submarines, and aircraft allows the US Navy to operate across multiple domains simultaneously.
Although the US stresses operations in international waters, the deployment is closely watched in the region.
Venezuela has mobilized defensive forces, highlighting the tension and stakes involved.
The movement of such a sophisticated fleet demonstrates the US capabilities to maintain maritime stability, monitor critical areas, and respond rapidly to potential crises.
This deployment is far more than a routine movement of ships.
It is a carefully orchestrated demonstration of naval strength, technological superiority, and rapid response capability.
The combination of destroyers, amphibious assault ships, transport docks, a submarine, and maritime patrol aircraft shows how the US Navy can coordinate across sea, air, and undersea domains simultaneously.
It highlights not only the ability to defend maritime routes, but also the power to project force anywhere within reach.
Naturally, this raises a critical question.
Does this movement signal preparations for something larger?
Perhaps even the possibility of direct action against Venezuela.
Officially, US leaders frame the deployment as part of broader regional stability operations, focused on international waters and security missions.
However, the sheer scale and composition of the force, complete with thousands of Marines, advanced amphibious ships, and air support cannot help but suggest capabilities that go far beyond surveillance or deterrence.
If Washington truly intended to launch a military intervention, the presence of amphibious ready groups, marines, and precision equipped destroyers would form exactly the kind of foundation needed for such an operation.
At the same time, the absence of an aircraft carrier points to a more calibrated approach, strong enough to send a message and prepare for contingencies, but not yet at the level of full-scale invasion planning.
In the end, whether this is a show of force, a pressure tactic, or a precursor to something bigger, remains uncertain.
What is undeniable is that these moves place Venezuela and the entire Caribbean firmly under the shadow of American naval power.
The world will be watching closely to see whether this deployment stabilizes tension.
Alright, uh Kumo says, uh, just thought it was crazy they're teaching cartels, but here's Ed Cal Rones.
Yeah, bro.
The uh Mossad Shinbety, they train a lot of people, man.
You gotta remember, dude, that they the like the Israelis are very good with technology.
Everyone uses their technology when it comes to Cellbright extracting phones, Pegasus, um, obviously Krav Maga lol, but still it's a form of uh martial arts.
So um the Israelis train a lot of people.
They train a lot of people, bro.
It's very it's the normal man.
Um you just might not be familiar, because like unless you come from like the police or military slash um, you know, combat world, it might be news to you, but bro, they're they're involved a lot.
And their technology especially as well gets them involved.
I messaged them, bro, on Instagram for you, Kumo, but again, don't hold your breath, bro.
Like, these guys, let me tell y'all something, bro.
These guys, these normies, no offense, bro, they're terrified to work with people like me, man.
Like, I'll I'll uh I hit them up, we'll see what happens, but I never hold my breath with people like this.
Uh, and then JG gives a cartel map.
Appreciate that.
Like, the stuff that you guys love me for is precisely why other people are terrified of me.
Unfortunately.
This is the game that you play when you are uh controversial, unfortunately.
Where we talk about certain topics.
So I'm gonna ask for you guys anyway.
You guys asked, I'll make it happen.
I'll make it happen.
Uh, quick word from the sponsors, ninjas.
All right, guys, we're gonna be stepping it up with OSS, but only for the guys that are the real active supporters.
So, this is how it's gonna go.
We're gonna start giving away merch bundles once a month.
All kinds of merch can be given away to you guys for supporting.
Also, we're gonna be doing calling parts of the show where members of the OSS Army can go in and call into the show and give their takes on certain different types of topics, whatever we're talking about on that particular day.
Oh my god, my no, I can't afford it.
No problem.
It's gonna be only a dollar to get in, guys, for the first month, and it goes to regular dues price.
So get in there, join us, allow us to be able to continue the fight against censorship, because even on free speech platforms, they clip our shit and try to cancel us anyway.
All right.
Yeah, man.
So uh, well, it's not running for a dollar now.
We don't have the sale anymore.
Or I don't think we do.
But uh, yeah, guys, jump on in, join the mission.
We are gonna be cutting OSS here in a little bit.
Uh let's go ahead and check out what's going on here with San Francisco.
This is some crazy shit, man.
More on all those stories ahead, but first, another disturbing attack on ICE officers.
A mob assaulting four agents in San Francisco, even threatening their families.
Christina Coleman is live in Los Angeles with more on this.
Christina.
John, dozens of protesters rallied outside of San Francisco's federal court building, waiting for the release of a person who DHS identified as Adrian Guerrero, a US citizen who federal officials say assaulted ICE officers and threatened law enforcement by saying, quote, I'm going to go after your family and I'm going to stab you.
Guerrero, who identifies as a woman and goes by the name Angie, was charged with assault and destruction of What the fuck?
Federal property people are mentally ill, man.
After allegedly slashing the tire of a government vehicle.
DHS says it happened on Wednesday when a group of about 15 to 20 violent anti-ICE rioters in San Francisco assaulted, grabbed, punched, and pepper sprayed ICE agents who were conducting targeted immigration enforcement in San Francisco in there that city.
DHS says they surrounded and assaulted four federal agents.
DHS says, quote, while standing at arm's length from an officer, Guerrero made repeated threats stating, quote, I'm going to F you up.
I'm going to go after your family, and I'm going to stab you.
Yeah, and and the thing is now is like they're not playing with this, bro.
Uh, they're gonna fucking um everybody that's like threatening uh ice agents or like assaulting them whenever they do these immigration stuff, everybody's getting hit with uh with um impeding pretty much.
Everyone's getting it's one uh one-one zero, I think.
If I'm not 18 USC 110, let me look here.
Or one-one.
There we go.
Yeah, salty resisting or repeating certain yeah.
Everybody's getting hit with this, bro.
That resists or gets it or like gets involved.
DHS says Guerrero was also in possession of a black knife and patterned headscarf during this incident.
Guerrero was later granted bell and surrounded by supporters after being released, and had this to say about the situation.
I'm good.
Uh despite the brutality and repression.
Fucking weirdos, man.
That the federal government is placing on this city, my city, the city I was born in.
The attack on law enforcement in San Francisco is yet another example of violence against immigration agents.
DHS says ICE law enforcement are now facing a 1,000% increase in assaults against them as they risk their lives to arrest the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens.
That's just crazy, bro.
Despite all the violence, immigration officials continue to carry out their operations in various cities nationwide.
We're making Los Angeles and California a safer place.
We're gonna continue to do that.
The fact that they brought border patrol up to like help with this shit.
And uh they can take that one to the bank and cash it.
And as for that attack on ICE agents in San Francisco last week, and those allegedly involved, Guerrero now faces a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a fine of up to 100,000 dollars.
So let me uh hold on.
Let me did this guy, what did he?
I'm wondering if he got charged federally.
What was his weirdo's name?
Angie uh Guerrero.
Fucking whack job.
Let's see here.
Okay.
Okay, let's see here.
Okay, so yeah, he got arrested.
I want to look at what he got hit with, though.
Guerrero, transgender.
Oh my god, bro.
Mentally ill, man.
Mentally ill, bro.
What the fuck?
What the fuck?
Hey, can a dramatic scene caught on camera this weekend in San Bernardino.
Immigration agents seen shattering glass windows before an officer fired shots on Saturday.
The people inside that car telling us they drove away in fear.
The incident remains under investigation.
But we were wondering what should people do if DHS tries to make contact with them while they're inside their vehicle.
You have a certain number of rights when you are contacted by law enforcement and you're in a vehicle.
Mark and Michelle, human rights and immigrants' rights groups continue raising concerns about the tactics and actions of federal agencies.
If stopped in a situation like this one, federal immigration officers have targeted people in vehicles.
Over the weekend in Anaheim, they arrived at a home depot, and according to witnesses.
and people were being yanked out of vehicles.
In San Bernardino, a CBP officer fired his gun during another vehicle stop.
In that case, the family says masked officers did not identify themselves before breaking their car windows.
One punches through the glass.
DHS argues the driver struck two officers and that shots were fired in self-defense, which we cannot clearly see in this video.
Yeah, driving off like that and almost hitting them, yeah, they're gonna shoot at you, bro.
Federal agents while in a car.
It is illegal for an ICE agent to forcibly enter private property without uh judicial warrant.
Uh, and individuals that are asked for permission to enter private property, including a vehicle, should not consent.
Attorney Sergio Perez, executive director of the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law says that absent a judicial warrant, federal authorities need reasonable suspicion to stop a car and probable cause to search it.
He says you can ask why you've been stopped and remain silent.
There is no benefit to answering the questions of an ICE or federal official, especially one who is masked and who has not identified themselves as such.
But even if they do identify themselves, the Constitution gives you the right to remain silent.
Peraz also cautions that given cases like this one in San Bernardino, staying calm is also important.
Take stock of the situation that you are in and act accordingly.
Anything that you do can escalate the situation.
Uh, And it's important to be careful about your actions in those moments.
Legal experts say that if an ICE officer has an arrest warrant, they can arrest the person named on the warrant, but that does not give them permission to search the vehicle.
If the officer asks for proof of lawful immigration status and you're not a U.S. citizen, they well, they're gonna search anyway when they inventory it.
Like it's gonna get searched anyway.
Or you know, search incident to arrest, so provide that proof.
If not, you should not provide a foreign ID.
Reporting live in the newsroom, Annabelle Munoz, ABC 7 eyewitness news.
Yeah, this is LA is gotta be LA fucking news right here.
But let me see here if we can.
I'm trying to find the document.
Misdemeanor charges.
Interesting.
All right, might not be worth it then.
It's just a misdemeanor.
This is crazy, bro.
This this uh this whole ice thing is absolutely starting to go fucking nuts right now when it comes to what's going on.
All right, so we're gonna get into our girl uh Glauben Maxwell here in a little bit.
Um before we do that, though.
All right, let me see here.
Okay.
Uh not Nate, subscribe for ten bucks.
Appreciate you, bro.
Welcome to the OSS.
Um, shout out to you.
Uh Mar, would you ever go to the Lotus Eaters?
Opinion on them.
Also, dog intelligence does not always equal a good dog.
I have a wolf dog and she's smart and absolute bastard, but we love her.
Give Frank Patz and face squishes for me.
Okay.
Uh Mr. Clapcheek says if Myron was ice directed, these lames assaulting ERO agents would be cooked and banished.
So shadow home.
Yeah, bro.
I'd everybody go to jail, bro.
Um I don't know what Lotus Eaters are.
Opinions on them.
Also, Doug?
Okay, never heard of it.
Okay.
Oh, here's the truck driver.
They got his ass, bro.
In other news tonight, uh Harjinger Singh, the undocumented truck driver accused of causing a deadly crash on Florida's turnpike earlier this month, is now in the custody of the St. Lucy County Sheriff's Office.
Take a look at this newly released video from the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office.
It shows Singh being walked into the county jail for processing.
The sheriff's office said Singh was extradited from California yesterday.
He faces three counts of vehicular homicide stemming from an August 12th collision that claimed the lives of three South Florida residents during a There was like a big ass petition, bro, to like not so he doesn't get hit with uh with serious charges or serious time, excuse me.
me.
Today in Panama City Beach, Governor Ron DeSantis said all those seeing will face justice here in Florida.
So St. Lucy isn't that far from here.
It's about two hours up on 95 from Miami.
Oh, what the fuck?
Oh, yeah, there's a bunch of drama.
In other news tonight, with Destin in age three and shit like that, too.
...the eyes of three South Florida residents.
During a press conference today in Panama City Beach, Governor Ron DeSantis said although Singh will face justice here in Florida, justice alone isn't enough, and the governor took aim at the company who hired him.
Uh yes, we'll hold him accountable, and he's gonna potentially spend decades in prison.
But uh, why would a That's not me, guys?
That's fucking the press conference fucking video just being trash.
This is a California company.
Why would they put someone behind the wheel of one of those things when this guy can't even communicate and doesn't understand English?
Fucking wild, bro.
The governor commended the Trump administration's decision for revoking the company's operating license.
Singh remains jailed in St. Lucy County, waiting trial.
Federal immigration authorities have issued a detainer, and officials say he will face deportation proceedings following the resolution of his criminal case.
Yeah, I'm surprised they even um an illegal immigrant because they could just remove him right now, chat.
Like we don't even got to put this nigga through the waste of our time, but obviously he killed three people, so they're gonna want him to go to jail.
So, involved in a crash that killed three people is in a Florida jail stay there after a judge denied his bond just hours ago.
The case prompted the White House to act after the suspect obtained his license, despite failing English That's crazy, man.
California is cooked.
And road sign tests.
Madison Scarpino is live with this story.
Hi, Madison.
Hi, Rich.
Twenty-eight-year-old hard gender sing had his first court appearance this morning after that deadly Florida crack.
See, Fox knows what to do, man.
They they hire the hotter girls, bro, unlike CNN, get these fucking whales.
He's facing three counts of vehicular homicide, three countries.
Let's be honest, bro.
Nobody really gives like if a woman's on the news talking, yapping.
You know, it's like, bruh, you're gonna be here, you might as well be attractive.
Fox gets it.
He's not yet entered a plea of guilty or not guilty.
Today's hearing was quick.
Um he there was a translator for Singh interpreting everything the judge was saying.
Like if we gotta listen to their voice, at least don't burn our eyes.
And this is why the judge says Singh cannot have bond.
The defendant is an unauthorized alien.
A substantial play, Chris.
This judge is painful.
Now, all this comes after Singh allegedly killed three people on a Florida highway earlier this react.
It was like, oh shit.
Month video shows Singh making an illegal U-turn in an 18-wheeler while a minivan crashes into the truck.
After the crash, officials say Singh fled back to California, but Thursday he was exactly That's crazy.
He wasn't arrested that day.
How the hell was he not arrested on that day, bro?
What the fuck?
How do you even get to leave?
Extra dieted back to Florida, and Fox got this exclusive video of his arrival.
Singh was escorted by Florida Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins, and Governor Ron DeSantis tells Fox.
All right, this nigga's doing too much.
Bro, you're not a law enforcement officer.
Hands off.
Let the fucking cops deal with it.
This guy trying to send a political message here.
Singh is going to face serious justice.
Now, questions still remain.
Bro, if I was the case detective, I'd be pissed.
I'd be like, bro, get the fuck out of here, man.
You a politician, bro.
Let me deal with the fucking suspect, man.
As to how Singh was issued both a California and a Washington State commercial driver's license.
And all of that is under investigation.
Yeah, they got that boy in a pride private jet, mad.
Investigation.
In the meantime, Governor DeSantis says the federal government is revoking the business license of the trucking company that hired Singh.
Look, things can happen in business.
This is a guy that didn't understand English.
And you're putting him in charge of this massive vehicle?
And obviously the consequences were deadly.
And now Secretary of State Marco Rubio is pausing issuing worker visas for commercial truck drivers altogether.
Madison Scarpino live for us.
Madison, thank you.
Let's bring in former acting ice director, Jonathan Fahy.
Jonathan, thanks for joining us.
Thank you.
Uh Jonathan, this this guy got no like, bro.
There's no this guy has no chin, man.
Just the fat neck uh connected right to the what the hell?
This truck driver's in an awful lot of trouble, huh?
Yeah, and this is such a uh upsetting situation.
And the thing that's so bad about it, it's like we've seen so many of these that it's totally preventable.
He should have never had a license, certainly not a commercial driver's license.
And you do wonder what's going on in California and some of these states that issued licenses to illegal aliens.
If California is cooked, man.
They don't read English, if they don't understand street signs, aren't we all in much more danger?
And I think Marco Rubio is exactly right.
Hey, let's let's suspend this and make sure people that are getting commercial driver's licenses are safe on our roads and also protect American workers to boot.
Yeah, and we're talking about operating an 18-wheeler here.
I mean, it doesn't seem like there's much thought or care into that fact, and what a what a not a weapon, but what a gigantic risk that can be.
Yeah, do you think there would be a high standard for these types of licenses, or certainly a minimal standard where you can read road signs, and it just shows, you know, the is everything, you know, when you think of California, everything seems to be about illegal aliens and making their lives better instead of the American people and their public safety.
You know, uh just up the road here in Maryland, we've got Kilmer Brego Garcia, he's he's home now.
Um, or he's back in in Maryland with his family.
Uh does ICE deport him, do you think?
Because he's still on the hook for a trial for human trafficking in Tennessee, and there's an order to keep him here.
So um they brought him back.
Are they gonna see this process through, do you think?
My guess is he will get deported and he's gonna be a good thing.
Yeah, child.
Last I uh checked, this um this petition got two million fucking signatures, man.
For this guy.
Two million signatures.
May soon be the Ugandan man in a in maybe a matter of days.
But it just shows that there's a couple things that are interesting with this judge releasing him on bond, the Tennessee judge, when you compare that to the Florida judge.
One thing that is almost a non-starter for Bond is somebody has ties to another country, not a citizen, they're detained.
So ICE is gonna, I believe, remove him because it's in the safety of the American people.
And he's on house arrest now, which means he has an ankle monitor, and all you have to do is cut that off and walk out the door, and he could commit another crime.
So I think they will deport him, he'll be gone.
You know, part of all this conversation too is as the administration ramps up uh this illegal immigration enforcement, they've got to find places to put people before they try to deport them.
And alligator Alcatraz down in Florida now had a pretty significant court ruling against it saying that they've got to basically basically hold off for now.
So how much does that hamper what the federal government is trying to do?
And do you think that case could successfully be appealed by Florida and the U.S. government?
I think it will successfully be appealed, and I think it will not stop the Trump administration.
But what's interesting about that case is it was brought by an environmental group, supposedly trying to, you know, save Panthers and storks and things like that.
And you really think, you know, if if your interest is s is making the lives better for Panthers and Storks, then you wouldn't spend so much time trying to keep more illegal aliens in the country.
It's a total big pretense for a lawsuit.
I think everyone knows that.
Yeah, we'll talk about alligator Alcatraz here in a second.
And the whole issue here is this was a state facility, and now they're arguing it's a federal facility, so it has to go through all these federal environmental regulations.
But remember the Panthers and Storks were totally fine when it was an airport, and really they don't care if it's an airport or detention facility, and they're probably better off with less people in their environment anyway.
And you know, you look at what the federal government's trying to do, there are also other avenues that they're trying to explore.
There's the Cornhusker Clink in in Nebraska.
Um but there is uh there is a massive need.
There was a report that ICE is going to be a clink.
Need more airplanes.
I mean, this is a big infrastructure change as well, right?
That the federal government does have a need.
You can't just snap your fingers and deport people.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
They need more detention spaces, more more airlines, more pla ways to get people out of here.
And that's what a lot of these lawsuits are really doing.
As you see, it's not about protecting the wildlife, it's about you know thwarting the Trump administration and their agenda, or at very least slow it down because we know the Democrats' agenda is keeping as many illegal aliens here for one census purposes and other purposes.
So everything they're gonna do, everything Trump does, they're gonna try to check it in court.
But but the good thing is there's a lot of money in that bill for all of these things, and they're gonna do it one way or another.
And this could all speed up now that you have the president saying seven or the defense department according to to Fox and our our our reporters and teams looking into this stuff.
That the documents show 1,700 National Guard troops be brought up for for law enforcement purposes, but also for for immigration enforcement.
So you're probably gonna see a lot more of this, right?
Yeah, exactly.
And and I think a lot of the things with the National Guard, it won't necessarily front line enforcement, but if they could do stuff on the back end, because there's a lot of processing with all of these illegal aliens before they get deported, you know, paperwork and things like that.
So if they could if they could take care of some of that load, then the ICE agents are able to go out there on the ground, get the most serious criminals off the street, arrest them so they can be deported.
And now military prosecutors are going to be working misdemeanor cases here in DC.
Do you think that they're a couple of things?
Oh shit.
To do that?
Yes, I do.
I would, you know, I was an assistant U.S. attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, and we work frequently with you know Jag officers who would prosecute military cases in our district, and they do the same types of cases.
I mean, it might not be identical laws every time, but they're used to the same type of bread and butter cases.
So they're gonna be able to do this, do this very effectively, and also do it quickly because they're already doing it, so it's a lot quicker than sort of ramp.
Interesting.
All right, alligator, Alcatraz, let's look at that.
And guys, we are going to be switching to OSS only here soon.
Time now for our social...
ABC News.
These niggas are so happy.
...social story where we post and you decide what story we dive into.
Oh, it is like a sus.
He chose between Cracker Barrel's rebranding back last, the Menendez brothers bid for freedom, and alligator.
Oh, yeah.
Uh Cracker Barrel re we gotta we gotta talk about Cracker Barrel too.
Uh they fucking changed the the um the emblem and they instantly lost a bunch of stock value.
Crazy, bro.
Alcatraz ordered to shut down, and 53% of you voted for us to follow the latest in the controversial director, friends of the Everglades, Eve Samples, to break this all down.
Eve, thank you for spending some time with us here on this weekend.
Now you say this order is a landmark victory for the friends of the Evergreel Everglades.
Uh tell us why.
That's right.
We filed suit on June 27th with our co-plaintiffs at Center for Biological Diversity, and we were joined by the Mikasuke tribe.
We filed suit under a very common sense federal law called the National Environmental Policy Act.
It requires the government to look before it leaps when it takes action, to and uh to analyze the environmental impacts of its actions, to consider alternatives, and to take public input.
And none of that happened when this mass detention center was built in the heart of the Everglades, surrounded by the country's first national preserve, Big Cypress National Preserve.
So our lawsuit um presented compelling evidence to the judge that harm was occurring, and the judge last Thursday night decided to halt activity at this site.
A preliminary injunction was issued.
So as we sit today, no new detainees can be moved on to the site, no new construction, and within 60 days, the site has to be dismantled in an orderly fashion.
Now, Governor Ron DeSant is already reacting to the ruling saying he will not be deterred by quote an activist judge.
So what do you think is next for alligator Alcatraz?
So the judge's 82-page ruling was extend this is what they do, bro.
They always like uh, you know, judges find a way to stop Trump uh in every angle.
Extremely thorough.
She cited evidence presented in court about 20 acres of new asphalt that was laid at the site with inadequate stormwater systems to protect these sensitive Everglades wetlands from being impacted.
She also pointed to light pollution in the area.
So this high-intensity lighting that has been installed at the site is in the heart of very sensitive habitat for Florida Panthers, an endangered species that happens to be nocturnal.
So I think the evidence in the ruling points out that the people at the highest levels of our government, and people at the highest levels of our government have to comply with environmental laws in this country, and environmental laws stand on equal footing with other laws.
And Eve, the state of Florida has already initiated an appeal of the judge's orders.
So what's their stance, and do they actually have a case here?
That's right.
So the state of Florida filed its notice to appeal almost immediately after this ruling on Thursday night.
Um, we expect the federal government to follow suit.
They indicated they would.
So we are prepared to fight that appeal, and it will head up to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta.
But again, if you read the judge's 82-page ruling, it was very thorough and presented a lot of evidence, articulated the harm that's being caused to the Everglades right now.
These liberals are always able to find a way, man.
...cited President Harry Truman's words when Everglades National Park was dedicated, and she pointed out the fact that every governor of Florida, senators, politicians of all stripes have defended the Everglades for decades, and what's unfolded here over the span of two months really stands to undercut the massive bipartisan investment in Everglades restoration.
All right, Eve Samples.
Thank you for that information.
And then hold on.
All right, so guys, I'm gonna talk about Cracker Barrel.
I'm gonna talk about Glenn Maxwell.
