Making fun of uh anal and leech, as usual.
Um so audio is good.
Cool, the sound effects are bad.
What are you talking about?
That might just be your mic, that sucks, dude.
Uh but yeah, I'm using a different mixer on this one, guys.
I might have to switch headphones actually.
I think that's the only thing I gotta do.
Uh let me see here.
Yeah, I gotta probably switch headphones.
Um sec chat.
I'm switching my headphones because I gotta use the one, I gotta use a different type.
What the fuck?
What the fuck?
Hold on one second.
Wait, what the fuck is this?
Hold on, my bad chat.
What the hell's this shit?

That was for my phone.
My bad.
Okay.
Let me get my headphones real quick, guys.
I got to switch out the headphones.

Let me weave that through.
Cool.
Cool.
Alrighty.
I think we should be good.
Now at least a lot or at least a lot better off.
Um okay, that didn't work.
All right, bear with me guys I Alright.
Yeah, I got some uh some new uh switched up some of the equipment guys, so that's why I'm like uh testing some of this stuff right now as we speak.
So we're gonna get this thing cooking though right now.
Okay, now that I got that all done or out the way, give me ones in the chat if everything is good.
Give me ones in the chat if everything is good with the audio.
I just came literally from the gym.
I was working out, guys, so sorry for a little sweaty and disheveled looking.
Uh literally just got out the gym just now, did a quick workout.
So uh yeah, that was uh that was why.
But give me ones if everything is good.
Give me ones if everything is good.
They said my mic sounds like I'm in a box.
That's how it sounds we can hear you, but audio sounds like something is covering it.
Hmm.
Test test test on let me maybe the gain is high on here.
Maybe the gain.
I don't know.
Um, Mo adjusted this thing for me.
So while I was gone.
Alright.
Sounds like you're underwater.
Sounds boxed.
Okay, let me uh sounds muffled.
All right, let me call um Mo real quick.
I'll call Mo.
Because I think he's the one that tuned this thing up.
Give me one sec, chat.
Man.
God damn it, bro.
Technology always fails.
Yo, Mo, uh, they're saying that the audio sounds like I'm in a box or whatever or muffled.
Uh what should I do?
I don't know if you're listening at the stream right now or listening to it, or they're just trolling.
I don't have a middle gym right now.
You're in the gym right now?
Yeah.
Who adjusted the the P8?
Was it you or Bill's?
It was me, but um it was it was expected from the PA because it's not it is not okay with terms of compatibility.
And I it was a theories that I used basically confirmed for.
Okay, so what what should I do uh here to uh to fix it?
Should I uh I can put you on FaceTime and you tell me what to do.
You want to go back to the focus right?
Go back to the focus right?
Yeah.
Right now.
Bro, if I go to the focus right right now, it's gonna be a pain in the ass.
Is it is it still hooked up and everything the way it should be or no?
It is all right.
Let me still gonna cook it's still gonna give you the quality that you're looking for.
Um in terms of compatibility with well it is known to be compatible with any quality.
Okay, so then I'm gonna have to uh switch it.
Uh do I have to switch anything on OBS to do that?
No, um, we should already be should it's already connected to the computer.
I never never disconnected.
Fuck man.
Okay.
Uh all right, let me uh all right then.
Let me uh let me figure this shit out, right?
Okay.
Alright.
God damn it.
Fuck.
Man, God fucking damn it, bro.
Okay.
Um yeah, I asked him to uh to set it up while I was gone in New York, and I guess maybe it didn't come out optimal.
Um here because yo, this shit is pissing me off, man.
Whenever uh is audio good.
I'll I'll do a poll on YouTube and you guys tell me what you guys think.
Because I can't I could switch it back.
And if you guys are trolling, bro, like honestly, man, I hate y'all niggas, man.
If you guys are trolling.
I just did a poll.
So let's see what you guys did.
I put a poll up on YouTube, see what you guys say.
Because I can't switch it to the focus, right?
Just that, yeah.
Thank you.
Saying it's muffled.
*sniff*
Alright, let me let me try this then.
Let me let me try this.
Actually, no, I don't want to do that.
I don't want to do that.
Yo.
I'm gonna listen to it right now.
It's not it's not even a clarity issue.
It's it's just a little basic.
Um you just have to.
Should I bring the bass down?
Either base down or trouble up.
Okay, cuz let me show you what it looks like.
Because I'm listening because I'm listening to it right now.
It's not a clear this clear.
Okay.
Alright, let me uh let me show you, because I I got it pretty high on base.
Or I think you might have put it high on base.
Should I move it more towards the right towards treble then?
Yes.
Okay, oh, you see where the actually face time.
Here, let me show you.
I'm gonna FaceTime you.
Alright, chat.
We're gonna get this shit fixed.
Oh, what the fuck?
Going on.
This will fix it right now, chat.
Alright, Mo, this is the P8.
Can you see it?
See where it says base and then trouble on the left?
Or sorry, trouble on the right?
Should I move it to the right?
More trouble.
To the right.
Alright.
Um, move it more towards the middle.
All right, is that better?
Yeah.
Okay.
Um to the right.
Slightly so get towards the treble more.
Bit bit break the middle.
A little bit.
A little bit, a little bit.
Okay.
There we go.
That's what I got it at right now.
Uh a tad to the left.
A tad to the left?
Okay, so closer to the middle.
Yeah.
Okay.
What about that?
Can you see that?
No, no, no.
I'm gonna I'm still back to the listening.
Um the chat.
You're not sure much better.
I'm gonna I'm gonna look back in the video right now.
All right.
Um, okay, then.
So cool.
So then I uh anything else I should adjust here on this screen.
Mo And when I talk, you can see the mic moving.
It's damn near.
Yeah.
Is that good now or anything else I should do?
This should be good, right?
This should be good.
Alright, we good.
Yeah, now we I saw you good.
It's like shit.
What was that, Mo?
I'm and I'm listening back to the video right now.
Yeah.
You are 100% more clear.
Alright, then.
I don't need to adjust anything else.
Alright.
I'll leave it as is then.
Alright, Mo, I'm gonna let you go.
Monitoring.
Alright, I'll let you go, bro.
Alright.
Well, good thing he's he's uh he's in the gym working out, guys.
So uh he's he's really bad at it, which is good.
Um, but yeah, guys, that should be uh a big improvement on the audio now.
So give me not no, I'm looking at the chat now.
Give me O slash if it's good now, guys.
Give me O slash if it's good now.
Okay, don't change anything now.
Okay, cool.
I uh now we can finally get into the fucking topic at hand.
Holy shit, man.
Uh it's uh very, very annoying sometimes when uh you know you're trying to fucking make shit lit and then ends up being fucked up, but yeah, I think we figured it out, chat.
Um second talk about today anyway.
You know when you haven't used your computer in a minute, and then uh you gotta like reset shit up or whatever.
So that's kind of what it what I'm doing right now.
I did this yesterday, but I gotta add this in.
Okay, all right.
Now that we're done with this crap, um we are gonna get into the topic at hand.
Bear with me one more second, chat.
As you guys know, I'm a stickler for quality.
You know, I hate when audio is bad.
Very, I'm very, very anal about that pause.
Because people will make pro tip when it comes to you know doing podcasts or doing any type of content.
People will tolerate bad video to a degree, but they will not tolerate bad audio.
So anytime people say that the audio is bad, um I guess call it a weakness or call it a uh a bad habit of mine, but I immediately stop what I'm doing because if the audio is bad, guys, the show's cooked.
Literally, the show's cooked if the audio is bad.
So it is what it is.
Some people don't like that.
Oh my you pay too much attention to to the weirdos that say that shit, but it's like nah bro, because we we need the uh the quality up high as much as possible.
And uh yeah, but I think it's good now.
I think it is good now.
We should be good to go.
I got these.
Yeah, that I think the sound effects are alright now.
So we should be good.
All right.
Welcome to the stream, guys.
Today we're gonna be talking about um the Diddy case, okay, and we're gonna be talking about um what's going on when it comes to um them boys are starting to try to censor people, okay?
They're trying to start to censor people.
There's some crazy stuff going on.
The channel's been doing great.
We've been growing at a great rate.
You guys have been enjoying the um the Diddy streams.
Uh for those of you that don't know, uh, I was in New York City for the past almost two weeks.
I got there Sunday of the week prior, not this past Sunday, but like the week prior, so I was there for almost two weeks.
Um I was basically there to document the Diddy case.
And while I was there, uh a couple big YouTubers were there um that I had never heard about before, but they were there.
Uh some chick named uh Ryan Mango, um, some like Asian girl.
Uh uh Armand was there, who's you know, uh hip hop blogger.
Uh Atisa Tales, uh myself and uh Lawn Crime were there as well.
Those are the five biggest YouTubers I know that were there.
I know Lawn Crime got like six or seven million.
Um the mango check out like five million, uh I got 1.5, Tisa got like 500k, and and uh Armand got like 200k.
So um those are some of the biggest YouTubers that were there in court every day uh when I was there.
Now, this case is so big, guys, that they have like literally hundreds of reporters there.
When I was there, when you want to try to get into the courthouse, the courthouse is uh located here, and I'm gonna share this screen with you guys real quick so you guys like kind of are able to explore.
I mean, I'm so happy I finally got um back my computer so I can like start screen sharing with you guys again.
So here's the federal courthouse, right?
Um so here it is.
This is this is the uh the courthouse, right?
Uh bruh.
Alright, so here's the courthouse right here, right?
And uh what I would do is I'd get here every day.
So I I stayed at a hotel nearby, right?
And I'd get here every day, and there'd be a line chat, literally going all the way, like the first day I got in, so you come in through here, right?
They have these barricades.
You come into the courthouse through here.
But there's a line that formulates from here all the way down the block, bro, to like here, okay.
The first day I got there, there was a bunch of reporters.
It was going all the way back to like the end of the block, damn near.
Okay.
So I was like, oh wow, how the hell are we all gonna get in the courtroom?
So um at this point, you know, I was like, here we go.
Like uh, or like am I even gonna be able to get in?
What's going on?
And that's when I kind of figured out, um, look at my brother.
You have to get rid of those high heels and undersized jeans, big bro.
Come on, uh stop by I was like you right with some kicks and bag your jeans.
Shut up, nigga.
Seriously, just like a bad bitch.
This nigga mad as hell, man.
Hey, bro, don't be mad at me because you black as hell, man.
All right, I'm I'm the I'm the uh I'm the uh better brother.
This nigga over here coming on my stream talking shit, man.
You should only donate a dollar, you fucking cheapskate man, aka Riot uh Riadstein.
Cheap ass nigga.
Uh it's probably my money you sent anyway.
So anyway.
So um, so yeah, so there would be a line here out the fucking wooza.
So the first day I show up, I'm like over here somewhere.
I'm over here.
I'm like, all right, this is gonna be tough.
I might not get in, right?
Because remember, guys, I'm going in blind, I'm going by myself.
As I'm about to get in line, a bunch of people recognize me.
And like, hey, Omar, what's up, bruh, blah, blah, blah.
And I met this guy um who is like a YouTuber that like broadcasts um, he like broadcasts uh, what's it called?
He brought he he basically talks about public transportation in New York.
That's like his channel niche, right?
And he also does like line sitting for big cases like this, where he basically sits in line, you pay him a fee, and then he'll stay there all night, and then you come in in the morning and uh, you know, you take the spot.
So I met him, um, and basically, you know, forged some some uh some relationships, right?
Pause.
So the first day I get in, I don't get into the main courtroom, and I kind of find out how they have the layout.
So the way they do it is if you don't make it in the first like 15 to if you're not in like the first, let's say 30 to 40 people, right?
You're not gonna get into the main courtroom.
The main courtroom is always packed.
21 spots for press um and about 14 spots for the public.
Youtubers fall into the public if they don't have a press pass, okay.
So um what ended up happening was the first day I got in, uh, I didn't have a press pass, and I was obviously at the line, so I had to go into what they call an overflow flow room.
And when you go into these overflow rooms, guys, basically there's like 26 floors in this uh in this courthouse, right?
It's a big ass courthouse.
This is like this is the entry right here, but this is actually the where the courthouses is, right?
And it has a really nice view.
You can see the Brooklyn Bridge and everything else like that.
So this is where it actually is, but this is like the entry when you come in, but this is where the actual all the courtrooms are at.
So, and they take your phone away.
So the first day I was sitting in one of the overflow rooms.
So you the way they do it is you go in, and then they have the main courtroom was in 26B, if I'm not mistaken, right?
But since they know that everyone can't fit, they put people in like 26A, they put people in 25A, 25B, 24B, 25A, and so on, right?
Because there's two courtrooms per floor.
So they basically have these overflow rooms where there's a bunch of journalists in there taking notes.
And what and since it's federal court, you can't bring your phone in.
So the only thing you can do is you have to basically um they they have a monitor there, and you just like take notes and you watch what's going on.
And on the screen, when you're in there, it shows the witness stand and it shows the table of the AUSAs and Diddy.
It doesn't show the jury, doesn't show the people in the audience, only shows you the witness that's sitting on the stand, a front view, uh a front viewing camera on them, and then uh camera on the AUSAs, the prosecute uh the A USA's aka the prosecutors, the defense team, and Diddy, right?
You can't even see the judge, okay?
Uh so that first day I went in overflow room.
Then I met a guy, his name is Mel.
Shout out to him, watching the world.
You guys know I shouted out a few times.
He hooked me up and he got me into the main courtroom a few times.
He basically paid a sitter on my behalf so that I can be what I show up at like seven o'clock in the morning or whatever, 6:30, um, and I take the spot from the sitter, and then I'm able to go ahead and get in to the main courtroom.
And you set that up for me a few times.
So um on some of the biggest days, especially with the Cassie testimony, I was actually in the main courtroom.
I was feet away from Diddy.
Uh worth it.
But uh, but you know, it is what it is.
Uh bear with me real quick, guys.
Let's see, what is this?
Um, so yeah, a lot of the times it was not worth worth the headache.
So the last few days, I didn't go in after Cassie's testimony.
I didn't really bother too too much to um you know to get into the main courtroom because a lot of times it's more trouble than it's worth.
People are fighting for the spots in a line, it's absolutely nuts, dude.
Absolutely nuts.
So uh I wasn't too focused on that.
Uh for certain reasons, obviously.
Um what is this?
All right, Rumble's acting fucking crazy.
All right.
So that's what ended up happening, right?
Um now.
Uh I was there from the Monday prior, not this past Monday, but the Monday prior, right?
So I basically observed two weeks of testimony, okay?
Um, nine days total, because today they they're not going to court, guys.
It's uh Memorial Day weekend, so they're off.
They're not going to court today.
So basically, what's going on is uh you know what?
Okay.
So basically what's going on is they're gonna take the weekend off.
No court today, no court Monday for uh for the uh for the trial.
All right, let me read chats, and I'm gonna get into um the actual summary because what I got for you guys next is gonna be lit.
All right, let me read these chats, then we're gonna get into the actual meet and bones stuff here in a second.
So, okay, my brother made that stupid comment.
All right, we got here.
Um Drill says audio is literally fine.
These guys are probably listening on dollar store headphones.
Potentially, that might be it.
Um let me look at the rumble rants real quick.
Uh okay.
We got Leon Phelps, uh, 20 bucks.
Appreciate that.
W my, can you react to this timestamp 233?
But you may want to see the whole thing.
Uh Leon, what's it about?
Uh, where the video on Anil and Leach.
I dropped it in the chat.
Sound like Diddy uh uh directing again.
Uh Myron, little to the left.
Take that.
Okay, fair enough.
All right, fair enough, man.
Uh let me see what this video is here that you got.
I'll put it on the side for you guys.
And um, I don't know what this video is, but if it's not on topic, bro, I might not have time to get to it.
So let me look here.
Uh bro.
That has nothing to do with our topic, bro.
That has nothing to do with our topic today.
Okay.
So okay.
Let's go into the main stuff.
I'm going to get some water and we're going to start cooking.
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right.
All right, guys.
So let's go ahead and get into some of the most important stuff.
We're gonna talk about the testimony from the witnesses.
So, and I'm gonna go line by line, each witness who they are, etc.
And before I do this, real quick, I want you guys to kind of get a layout of how the courtroom looks.
Because I was not able to really do this on the other streams because it was a little difficult.
So let me go ahead and um do that for you guys real fast.
So the courtroom guys basically look like this, okay.
Here is the courtroom, right?
Yeah, that nice ass camera that you guys can see.
So the judge, guys, is sitting right there, okay?
And then behind the right in front of the judge, you got the AUSA table, right?
Uh front.
Uh hold on, let me go from here.
Yeah, there we go.
So you got the AUSA table right here, okay?
Then behind the AUSA table, You got the defense table right here.
Then behind that, you got the second defense table right here where Diddy's actually sitting.
Okay.
So this is kind of a weird setup because what's going on here is you got the AUSA's table first, six AUSAs to be exact.
Then you got a couple of defense attorneys.
Then the case agent for HSI sits right here.
Okay.
I think his name is like Sean Quinn.
His name came up a couple times in trial.
Then the last one right here, Diddy's sitting in the middle and he is surrounded by his attorneys.
Okay.
Then there's two marshals on the side and two marshals behind Diddy.
Okay, Diddy's sitting right around here, right?
And then there's a legal aid right here for the defense as well.
So there's a legal aid, two marshals, then another two marshals behind Diddy.
Then you have that separation.
You know, you guys ever been in a courtroom, they have the little swinging door, right?
Then you have the separation.
Behind Diddy, uh the first row behind Diddy, right, of the spectators is an artist.
And this artist is drawing the art that you guys see that's often broadcasted on television, right?
So that's what they're doing.
And not only are they in the um in the front row on the left side, but they're also on the front row on the back side.
Let me bring this thing to focus a little bit.
Okay, right.
So they control both the first the first rows on the left and on the right.
Then behind them is Diddy's family.
So his sons, um, uh his mom, a couple other people sit there in the first two rows, okay?
He has his publicist there.
I spoke to her a little bit, um, his friends, family, they're all in these set second, this row two and row three.
Then behind that is basically the public.
There's uh roughly 14 seats, 14 to 21 seats for the public.
A lot of the times this third row though was empty, guys.
I'm not, I'm gonna be honest with y'all.
They're just leaving for like press, I think.
I don't know what it was, but it was empty a lot of the times.
Then, right?
And let me go ahead and give me one sec, chat.
Oh, fuck.
Sorry.
Turn the camera back on.
My bad.
Oh, camera.
All right, we should be good now.
Okay.
Then, right, on the other side, right?
You have the artists again.
No, do it from this side.
You have the artists again, right here, covering a whole row by themselves.
They just sit there by themselves.
Then you have the AUSA's assistants.
You have a couple of AUSAs and paralegals sitting in the second row, basically passing documents or helping out the AUSAs with whatever they need.
I saw them passing documents over to the A USAs.
Then behind them is the family of the victim or uh legal counsel.
So, for example, when Cassie was here, her brother, her husband, her lawyer, and other family members would sit here, right?
Then behind that is three rows for press.
Okay.
Um that's where Mango and uh law and crime were always sitting at.
And Fox News, uh CBS, I went literally uh TMZ was there.
Every big media outlet was sitting in these three, had a representative in these three rows.
Then behind them, you had folded chairs.
That's where the HSI agents were sitting.
And the reason why HSI agents were there is because they were basically bringing the witnesses to and from the witness stand.
So anytime the witness was getting off the stand, HSI agents would escort them in and escort them out.
Uh, because obviously they're government witnesses and H size lead agency.
Then you got the jury box up here, and you got the the um basically the cross examination or the direct examination box.
This is where the prosecutor or the defense attorney would sit as they're asking witnesses questions in the witness box.
Okay.
So this is what the courtroom looks like, guys.
This is how it's set up.
It's a bit unorthodox because the defense is sitting behind the prosecutors uh when it's typically supposed to be side by side, right?
As you guys can see from the seating arrangement here, it should be this way, but in this case, the uh courtroom is a bit unorthodox.
And there's 18 jurors, chat.
18 jurors to be exact.
Okay.
So give me ones if that all makes sense for you guys.
And then we're gonna get into the actual testimony.
But I want you guys, I feel like I want to bring you guys there, right?
I want you guys to feel as if you're in the courtroom with me, right?
And then this is the courthouse right here.
Want to give y'all an immersive experience.
Pause.
Give me one if all of that makes sense.
Thank you.
The male to female ratio is um, it's almost 50%.
It's almost 50%.
It's very diverse.
Black men, um, black women, white men, um, Latino women, it's very diverse.
Very, very diverse.
Uh Davidal says, So, uh, do you think all the talk about Diddy smash the male rappers and blackmailing them were all lies and rumors?
Is it possible it might be in a separate case?
I'll be so disappointed.
Oh, that was a lie, by the way.
Diddy would have loved your boots on you.
All right, bro, good one.
Um, yeah, a lot of it was a lie, bro.
The the the Diddy parties and all that stuff, these freak-offs had nothing to do with that, which I'm gonna talk about that in detail here in a second.
You know, going to the trial really revealed a lot of um uh a lot of uh a lot of things.
I'll say that.
Definitely revealed a lot of things.
So um cool.
Okay, now that you guys understand, let's get into the testimony.
And guys, what I'm about to do now is I'm going to go through every single witness's testimony and summarize it for you guys, okay?
This is gonna be the best summarization on YouTube because unlike a lot of these other YouTubers, number one, I was actually there.
Number two, I took meticulous notes.
Uh number three, I've done this job before, uh, with you know, work with sign doing human trafficking cases.
And then number four, uh, we're just the best over here.
So anyway, so let's go into it, right?
So, so far, guys, the government has had sixteen, okay?
Sixteen witnesses.
They are Israel Flores, Daniel Phillip, Cassie, um, especially Yassin Vinda, Don Richard, Kerry Morgan, David James, Regina Ventura, Sharae Hayes, Gerard Gannon, Donnie Hughes, George Kaplan, Kid Cudi, Milo Morales, Frederick Seymour, and Joshua Croft.
These are the sixty sixteen witnesses that have testified so far.
I was there every single day.
So I saw each of both their um examination on direct and on cross.
Direct examination was the prosecution asked them questions directly because they are a government witness, and then uh cross-examinations when the defense asked questions of the government witness to, you know, poke holes in it, damage their credibility, etc.
So let's go ahead and go through each of these witnesses, and I'm gonna summarize each of their testimony for you guys, all right?
Both on cross and on direct.
So the first witness was a guy named Israel Flores.
Israel Flores, guys, is a security guard that worked at the Intercontinental Hotel when this happened right here.
If you guys remember, this is the infamous hotel video from Intercontinental Hotel.
OK, I'll play a portion of it for you guys right now.
The famous CNN video that leaked a year ago before the trial.
You're gonna show us the video, but first give us some context on what we're about to see.
Yes, Jake, this is incredibly disturbing footage.
So I do want to warn our viewers as you did.
But as you said, Cassie's lawsuit, which was filed in November of 2023 and then was quickly settled overnight.
It did open the floodgates, but in that complaint.
Also, very important for you guys to know, as I was sitting in trial, this investigation was initiated on or about November 23rd, um excuse me, November 17, 2023.
Okay.
And if you guys look, right, if we Google this real quick and we say, um, date of Cassie Lawsuit.
So let's see here.
She filed her lawsuit against Diddy on November 16, 2023, right?
Diddy settled the next day within 24 hours.
The investigation was initiated November 17th, 2023.
So damn near the next day.
They started the case.
So pretty much after she settled, she went to the government, more than likely.
Very important uh detail.
Jake, she details an incident that she alleged happened in March of 2016 at a hotel in Los Angeles.
She claimed in her lawsuit that she was How's the audio, by the way, guys, on the um on the video?
Is it good?
Let me give me ones if the audio is here, is good.
I got it at 210 cranked on the on the master volume, but you might not need it with this mixer.
Who knows?
Physically assaulted by Diddy.
Now our team in the LA Bureau, we have got our hands on that surveillance footage, and it appears to corroborate Cassie's claims identically.
Really, Jake, the lawsuit lines up with exactly what we are seeing.
So let's take a look.
New surveillance footage obtained exclusively by CNN appears to be.
Now, this is HSI evidence, guys, so I know they were pissed when this leaked.
This leaked almost uh this leaked over a year ago, chat.
Um, so this is a big deal.
Um, and this was a big part of the evidence that came into the case.
To corroborate some of the allegations of abuse against music mogul, Sean Diddy Calm.
And we're gonna talk about what was going on here in a second when this video happened.
The video Captured on multiple cameras shows Combs wearing only a towel, assaulting his then girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in a hallway at a Los Angeles hotel in March 2016.
A lawsuit filed by Ventura in November last year and settled the next day, referenced actions that seemed to match those seen in this video.
There is no audio.
According to the complaint, Combs became extremely intoxicated and punched Miss Ventura in the face, giving her a black eye, which according to the lawsuit prompted Ventura to try and leave the hotel room.
The surveillance video obtained by CNN begins as she enters the hallway.
The complaint says as she exited, Mr. Combs awoke and began screaming at Miss Ventura.
He followed her into the hallway of the hotel while yelling at her.
The complaint goes on to say he grabbed her and then took glass vases in the hallway and threw them at her.
In the surveillance video, Combs can be seen grabbing Ventura and throwing her to the ground.
As Ventura lies on the ground, Combs then kicks her twice and attempts to drag her on the floor back to the hotel room.
Ventura is seen picking up a hotel phone.
Combs seems to walk back to the hotel room, then returns and appears to shove her in a corner.
Moments later, he can then be seen throwing an object in her direction.
That was a vase, I think.
According to Ventura's now settled lawsuit, the pair began dating several years after they met in two.
Okay, so now you guys got the video.
So let's go back to the first witness.
The first witness, again, like I said before, was Israel Flores, okay?
He's now uh LAPD officer, but back then in 2016, he was a security guard for um the Intercontinental Hotel.
And his testimony summarizes basically this.
He got a call through the hotel that there was a woman that was in distress.
He went upstairs to investigate and he observed Diddy there um with Cassie, and he had what he called devilish eyes uh when he saw him.
And uh basically they had clearly had just been in an argument, and Cassie said that she wanted to leave.
Then he said that Cat then he said Diddy told her, Oh, you're not gonna leave.
So him clearly understanding that there's some kind of situation here, and he sees the broken vase, he tells Diddy, look, you got you broke the vase, you're gonna have to pay for that, but let's go ahead and you know de-escalate the situation um and and deal with this.
Now, as you guys can see in the video, what does Diddy do?
I'll show you guys this one more time, and we can watch this on a closer inspection.
So when Diddy comes in here, but we are safe again in the hallway at a Los Angeles.
So what does he do?
He runs up behind her, right?
As he runs up behind her, you see she has a bag here.
Multiple cameras, shows she has her purse and a bag.
Combs wearing orange throws her down assaulting his then girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in a hallway at a Los Angeles hook.
So he takes her bag and he takes her purse in March 2016.
A lawsuit filed.
Now, what he did was he took that bag and that purse back to the hotel room.
Okay.
So when the security guy showed up that I'm telling you about Israel Flores, Cassie was saying, Look, I need to get my stuff.
He put it back in the room.
He was like, Okay, cool.
I'll help you leave.
We'll we'll deal with this.
So he goes back with Cass, he goes back to with uh Diddy and Cassie to the room.
As he opens the door, he says that he observed another male in there.
We're gonna talk about that here in a little bit.
And uh, and he was like sitting on the bed or on the couch or whatever it was that was in there.
So he's basically there, kind of has the door wedged open so he can kind of see what's going on, but he's not necessarily all the way in there.
Cassie gets her stuff and she leaves.
Now, he writes an incident report about this, okay, for Intercontinental Hotel.
But he left a couple of things out.
What he left out was he left out that he saw a man in the room, he left out that he saw a black eye on Cassie, and he left out um that uh what else?
There was one other thing.
Oh, he also left out that Diddy said for her to stay.
Okay?
So three things.
First, when he said, hey, um, we're gonna she said, I want to go when she when he shows up.
Tiddy says, You're not going anywhere, right?
That's what he said on testimony.
But in the report that he wrote, okay, which was on the same day of this incident, March 6, 2016, he did not put that.
He put Diddy actually said, leave.
Okay?
So you can see the discrepancy.
Now Brian Steele, the defense attorney who did the young thug case, caught him on this.
Okay.
So on direct, these are the facts that he gave.
Basically saw a black eye on Cassie.
He was he went in there to help her get her stuff.
As he upped her get her stuff, he took her downstairs, some individual pulled up in a car and took her home, right?
And he wrote a report on that day.
Now when Brian Steele comes in and cross-examines him, he says, Hey, look, I got your report here that you wrote.
Why did you put that she had a black eye in here?
And why did you put that Diddy told her to leave?
But in your testimony, you're saying that Diddy told her she can't leave, right?
So right then and there, punt Brian Steele was a fantastic lawyer.
And for those of you that don't know who he is, let me show you guys real fast who he is, okay.
This guy.
This guy right here.
Um the guy that was uh with Young Thug right here.
That's him on the right, right?
He was able to get Young Doug, I think 15 years uh probation or whatever.
But good lawyer.
So when he cross-examined this guy, he attacked him on those points.
In your report, you didn't say that she had a black eye.
In your report, you didn't say that you saw a man in the room.
And in your report, you didn't say that um that Diddy said for her to stay.
Rather, you said in your report that Diddy told her to leave, okay?
And then when he was questioned about this stuff, he said, Look, you know, things were fluctuating.
He changed first he said she can't leave, then she's then he said for her to leave.
So obviously I put that he told her to leave because that's what it ended on.
He tried to basically, you know, when the government came back and put him on uh redirect, he kind of explained some of these discrepancies.
But it's important to put that Brian Steele kind of cornered him on this and he said, Hey, look, you know, if you're the like the second in command for security at um Intercontinental Hotel, why would you not document that one of your guests had a black eye?
Isn't that a liability?
So he did a good job of cross-examining him and making him look a little crazy.
Um, but that's what happened, right?
So that is the Israel Flores testimony.
Give me ones in the chat if that makes sense.
We're gonna move on to the next person.
I'm telling you, we're gonna give the best fucking breakdown on this shit.
You want to say that all makes sense.
And if you got questions, guys, put them in now.
Put your questions in now.
I'm gonna try to go through this as systematically as I can.
Um, but get your questions in now so I can like um have them saved.
And if you ask a question pertinent to the witness, I'll answer it.
All right, perfect.
Okay, let's get into the second uh witness.
And it's very important, guys, that all 16 of these witnesses that I'm talking to you guys about are government witnesses.
None of these are defense witnesses, okay?
So Daniel Phillip is the second witness.
This guy was an exotic dancer slash um escort that ended up, you know, having sex with Cassie for a couple of years for Diddy.
Now, you guys are probably saying, Well, what the fuck?
Mire, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on.
What?
Okay, let me explain.
So this investigation or this case hinges around something called a freak-off.
A freak-off, guys, is basically where Diddy takes Cassie, has her in a hotel room, and he has male escorts have sex with her as he watches in the back, watching.
In other words, he's a cuck.
Many of the times he's masturbating, directing them, telling them what to do.
He has the room set in a certain way, with candles, lights, um, baby o's all over the place, astroglide, etc.
And the rooms were set up like this uh by his assistants, which we will talk about that testimony later on as well.
But the point that you guys need to know for the purpose of what I'm gonna talk about next with um Daniel Phillips is Daniel Phillips was one of these escorts that was employed basically by Diddy and Cassie to have sex with her and perform sex acts as Diddy watched and gooned.
Okay, so this is what this guy was.
Now, you're probably wondering, well, Myron, how many of these guys were there?
Well, roughly during the course of the trial, I think I there was like 15 that we that they identified just in trial, but there were probably more, okay.
And this guy, Daniel Phillips was one of them.
Now you're probably wondering, okay, if they had so many of these escorts, why did they bring this guy?
Well, that's where we get into the story that he's gonna tell.
So basically, he he gave a story where he was saying he can't basically got recruited this way.
He was given a call by his um company, his uh male stripper company, saying that a woman was requesting uh stripper for a bachelor party.
So he shows up to the to a hotel in New York City, I think it was the Gramercy Hotel.
He shows up there and a woman greets him at the door.
This woman, later identified as Cassie, tells him, Hey, look, uh, you know, I don't have a bachelorette party.
Rather, I kind of just want to have you uh, you know, we do some things, and my husband watches something that we like to do.
Whatever.
And next thing you know, he's having sex with her, hooking up with her, blah, blah, blah all this other stuff, right?
And they start to develop almost like uh a relationship where um Diddy and Cassie would call him whenever they wanted to do these freak-offs.
And these freak-offs would last somewhere between 24 hours, guys, all the way up to four days.
And multiple of these escorts would be utilized to do this, okay?
Now, when it comes to this guy, Phillips, why they put him on the stand is because he observed an act of violence.
So basically, when they're having the these freak-offs, there's sessions within the freak-offs.
Okay, I know.
This is fucking crazy.
I know.
But basically, there'd be sessions in these freak-offs.
And the way it would work is the escort would have sex with Cassie after he has sex with Cassie and he finishes.
Um, Cassie and Diddy would go into another room.
And as they go in the other room, the escort sits there just kind of waiting until he's directed to do another session or he can leave.
So he would sit there, and on one of these freak-off sessions, um, after it was completed, he's sitting there on the couch just chilling, you know, hanging out, waiting until they want him to do another session.
And Cassie comes out the room.
As she comes out the room, she goes to her computer and she's working on some things.
Diddy's in the room, right?
This is, I think, at her apartment at, or one of the hotels.
As he's sitting there, chilling, Cassie's on a computer, diddy calls to Diddy.
It's Diddy calls to Cassie.
Hey, come over here.
Cassie says, okay, give me one second, my private information's on the screen, right?
Maybe she was buying something, checking out, who knows.
This is a roughly like 10 years ago, by the way, like 2013, it's 2014-ish, whatever.
So Diddy, out of a fit of rage, starts yelling, and next thing you know, he takes a uh uh alcohol bottle and he tosses at Cassie.
It misses her, but he smashes on the wall.
Then he observes Diddy walk towards her, grab her, and drag her by her hair into the room.
As he drags her into the room, he didn't see, but he heard smacking noises, okay?
So obviously he can infer that he was Diddy was potentially assaulting her, right?
And what he said was after he witnessed this assault, or in this case heard it, he had a very difficult time getting erections whenever he hung out with Cassie and he developed he liked her, right?
He wanted to date her, he started developing feelings for her, and you couldn't get hard when they would do the freak-offs from that point forward.
He got really hard for him to do it.
So Diddy and Cassie basically stopped using him.
But he was a witness to this to this to this violence.
Okay, that's why they brought him in.
Okay, give me what's a chat if that makes sense.
Then we're gonna go on to the next witness who's gonna be Cassie.
Cassie was witness, government witness three.
Okay.
All right, let's move into Cassie.
So Cassie, as you guys know, was a government star witness.
And a couple things I want to note here before uh we talk about Cassie, okay?
So, two things.
Number one, Diddy originally requested a speedy trial.
And the reason why he requested a speedy trial chat is because he was not getting bonded.
Normally, when defendants don't get bonded, they have to sit in jail.
And when they have to sit in jail, that sucks because it's like they gotta sit there the whole time as they wait for their trial to happen.
So he said, you know what?
If I'm gonna be sitting in jail and they're not gonna give me a bond, I want a speedy trial.
Kind of a mistake, though, because what his defense team later learned was that Cassie was actually pregnant.
And they tried to push the trial back after finding this out, but the judge said, you know what, no, we're just gonna run it because we've already got the kind of got things going on.
We've already pushed for a speedy trial, so let's make it happen.
So the defense did not want to uh have Cassie come in while she was pregnant.
And the reason why is because they didn't want the the jury to kind of look at that as like she's a victim automatically.
Does that make sense?
So when Cassie would come in on the first day that she came in, she was damn near gonna explode.
She's like seven, eight months pregnant, chat.
Okay.
And the reason why the government put her up front as one of the first witnesses is because of her being pregnant, right?
And they made a uh they made a big point about it to basically give her a couple of days of testimony and get her out uh not this Friday, but the Friday prior.
So she started testifying around Tuesday.
Um they wanted her out of there by Friday.
So she ends up, you know, taking a stand, waddling in or whatever.
Um, and uh, and another thing that I want to mention to you guys as well that's very important is one of the things that the lawyers would argue about, right?
And they would do this often before the jury was seated, right?
So when you come into the courtroom and you're sitting there, they would typically bring the jury in right around 9:30.
Prior to the jury coming in, the lawyers, both sides are arguing.
One of the main things that they argued, especially the prosecution, was something called rule 412.
Okay, and now that I'm on a computer, finally I could talk to you guys about this crap because I wasn't able to talk about it as effectively.
So rule 412, guys, right, is sex offense cases, the victim, okay, prohibited use of the following evidence is not admissible in a civil or criminal proceeding involving alleged sexual misconduct.
Evidence offered to prove that a victim engaged other sexual behavior, or evidence offered to prove the victim's sexual predisposition.
Okay.
So basically, you can't bring in evidence that's gonna make her look like a whore, okay?
Because what ends up happening is you got these basically these rape shield laws that prohibit the defense from attacking the woman from the perspective of her promiscuity, et cetera.
So the defense had to kind of walk a very thin line where they had to show that she was predisposed to some of this behavior, that it was consensual, but they also had to do it in a way where the prosecution wouldn't, you know, constantly interject and say objection, objection 412, objection of direction 412.
And there's other statutes as well that protect the victims of uh of rape shield.
But basically, this was one of the biggest obstacles that the defense had to deal with when cross-examining Cassie.
Okay.
So her pregnancy, 412, and then getting her off the stand quickly were three of the things that the defense and the prosecution argued about every single fucking day before she testified.
Okay.
Now, let's get into her testimony.
So basically, she met him in the early 2000s, right?
Uh, and she got signed to Bad Boy.
She released this song right here, okay, which I'll play a little bit of it for you guys, so you guys know what I'm talking about here.
All right.
Because I really want to bring you guys in and know who this woman is, Cassie.
This is like one of her main hits right here.
You guys are gonna, as soon as you hear it, you're gonna remember this.
I'm bringing a blast to the past for you ninjas.
I'm bringing a blast to the past for you.
You guys remember that?
So this was uh from this was released in like 2006, me and you, right?
Hold on.
Um, now that you guys know who I'm talking about in the song, um, this is this uh so she uh gets signed to Bad Boy right around 2006, 2005, right?
On her 21st birthday, her and Diddy had the first hookup, okay?
Um they were in Vegas, they were there partying, and Diddy kissed her at her hotel, or she kissed, or he kissed her at uh at his or her hotel in Vegas.
That's the first time that they like had some type of romance.
After they kissed each other, Cassie started secretly meeting up with him at hotels all across New York City, right?
Now, they were the reason why she was doing this is because she was dating a guy named Ryan Leslie at the time, who's Ryan Leslie, this dude right here.
Okay.
She was seeing Ryan Leslie at the time.
And they were dating for three years, okay?
And it was actually Ryan Leslie that introduced her to Diddy.
So after this Vegas hookup and her seeing Diddy all the time, they had not had sex yet.
They had gone down on each other and stuff like that.
But apparently she tells one story where, you know, Diddy went down on her, he didn't, she didn't go down on him and it pissed him off or whatever.
So he keeps pushing, right?
And eventually he convinces her to come down to Miami and hang out with him, right?
And what they did was they um they had this uh, they they they organized a like a club showing or a club event that she would go to where she would perform, and there was flyers passed out.
I think this was done in a perspective to kind of like shield why Cassie was really going to Miami from Ryan, that she had this performance.
But long story short is Diddy gets a boat and they have sex on the boat, right?
And from that point forward, they started dating.
Now, the defen the prosecution showed an enormous amount of text messages and a defense uh between Cassie and Diddy, where they were, you know, lovey W and all this other stuff in uh, you know, 2007, all the way up until 2017, I think is when they stopped dating, right?
And then their last interaction was roughly 2018.
So let's go through this.
So they show these text messages and everything else like that.
And Cassie basically says that Diddy introduced her to freakoffs uh early in their relationship within the first year or so, right?
And I explained to you guys earlier what a freak-off is.
And what quickly happened was these freak-offs started to become an every week thing, and they would last days at a time.
So what ended up happening was Diddy put her career on a back seat because she was signed a bad boy at the time and she only released one album, and she was focusing more on doing freakoffs and making him happy.
When the prosecution asked her, why did you do the all these freak-offs?
She said she did it because she she wanted to make him happy and they she loved him and all this other stuff, right?
So they're doing these freak-offs, right?
Every week he's Requesting it.
He, you know, and the way it would go is he'd tell her, hey, let's do a freak-off on XYZ day.
So she would go ahead and she'd go to the sex store, she'd get lingerie, she'd buy certain heels because he liked her to dress a certain way and look a certain way.
She would get a wig, maybe mass uh masquerade masks, um, right?
She would get uh, you know, the baby oil, the lube, the lighting, all this crap.
Um, reserved the hotel, whether it be her or his um assistants, and you know, she would basically do these freak-offs.
Uh, she said she was doing them almost once a week for years.
And they would last anywhere between 24 hours all the way up until four days.
So she said that her ability to make music was significantly hindered during this period of time.
And then she also said they would use drugs as they were doing these freak-offs.
Molly, GHB, ecstasy, um, MDMA, uh, cocaine, uh, oxycodin, like uh, they were using opiates, all types of drugs, right?
So we also got to get an insight into um Diddy and Cassie's drug abuse, okay.
They were partying all the time, they're doing drugs, and they were drinking all the time, right?
So a lot of this stuff that was happening, these freak-offs, kind of occurred in a hazy place for both of them, okay.
So she went into uh into that and she talked about all the times that um Diddy assaulted her, okay.
One of the most important times that they talked about Diddy assaulting her was um this situation at the hotel that I told you guys about at uh on uh March 6th, uh 2016.
And she just and she talked about how when she was there, right?
Because now we all saw the video, but none of us really knew what transpired prior.
So this is her what she said, basically.
They were conducting a freak-off, and there was one of their trusted escorts there, a guy named Jules.
They were doing the freak off, and during the course of the freak-off, Diddy saw something on her phone that pissed him off, and he punched her, or he had or he hit her, basically.
After he hit her, Cassie said, Fuck this, I'm leaving.
She took her stuff and she ran out, and that's when we saw what we saw.
Um and after that, he actually went to her house after this happened.
Um, and Cassie went to her apartment.
This happened in LA.
So after this happened, she went up and met up with her friend uh Carrie Morgan, who we're gonna talk about Karen Morgan as well later on as well.
That's her best friend, right?
So she talked about this event.
She talked about other events where he beat her up.
She also talked about how um she was hooking up with Kit Cuddy, right?
And we're gonna talk about the Kid Cuddy testimony here uh today as well.
He went on the stand yesterday.
She talked about how she was dating Kid Cuddy and how Kit Cuddy um got his car bombed pretty much for being with her, and that Diddy more than likely had a stake in it, right?
Um and then she also talked about a time how she talked to Diddy after the allegations of her being with Kikudi, and he, you know, basically gave her a fucking Spartan kick, right?
Spartan and he fucking kicked her in the ass, and she got a bruise.
And her mom, um, and this was in December of 2011, and when she got this bruise, her mom documented it, which we're gonna talk about that also when I talk about Cassie Montura's mom's testimony.
You guys see how everything is starting to weave together here?
So she mentioned all these instances of violence.
Then, and this is very important.
She talked about how she was raped by Diddy uh in August of 2018.
So by August 2018, they had been going back and forth, they had been broken up, stayed together, broken up, stayed together, broken up, get back together, blah, blah, blah.
They had done this for many years, right?
And after she had broken up with Diddy on this last time, she ended up starting to date her current husband, this guy named Alex, who was a for personal trainer of hers, uh, that I think Diddy actually employed for her.
So she's seeing this guy, Alex, but Diddy reaches back out to her, and they have dinner at a uh Italian restaurant in Malibu, California.
After they have this dinner, Diddy takes her home, and she claims according to her, that Diddy came inside the house with her, and then he graped her in her living room.
Right.
So this is kind of what the story was with with her.
Now, when defense comes in, and again, guys, a big part of Cassie's testimony was based upon text messages and images of her getting hit, right?
She also told another story of where she had a gash in her eye, and she showed pictures of that as well.
Now, all of these pictures of her getting beat up were shown to the jury and to us, right?
Bruises, cuts, mark scrapes, all this stuff.
Her wearing glasses to cover up her injuries, busted lips.
We saw all the pictures.
Okay.
So there's no doubt, there's no doubt at all that Diddy absolutely did beat her.
Now, I do also want to say that Cassie initiated some of the attacks, and one attack in particular in 2009, September, if I'm not mistaken, Diddy and her were at a club.
She was talking to this guy, and Diddy didn't like Danny called her a whore.
So when they got outside, Cassie and Bearst literally hits him with the fucking cocoa punch.
And this enraged Diddy.
And when they got into their SUV, he started beating on her and stomping on her.
Okay?
And she ended up getting a bunch of scrapes and bruises, and um she had to stay at a hotel for a couple of days because of that.
And that's another theme of Cassie's testimony where she would get hit by Diddy, and what Diddy would do is he would hire like maybe a plastic surgeon or a doctor to look at her after the beating, and then he'd make sure that his security put her in a hotel somewhere for a few days, so no one ever saw her marked up face.
Or if she did go outside, she'd put on makeup or anything else like that, right?
So these are some of the elements of Cassie's testimony.
Now, on a cross-examination, what the defense focused on was the same text messages, but showing the other side of them.
How she said that she loved the freak-offs, how she showed that, hey, I want you to put your big D in front of on me.
I want I'm so ready for another freak-off or whatever.
So it's interesting because both the defense and the prosecution had the same set of text messages, but both parties were interpreting it differently to make their arguments.
So the defense was making the argument of look, this was consensual sex, and Cassie needs to take a little bit of accountability here to her sexual behavior, um, like our client, Sean Combs has, right?
Uh, versus the prosecution was arguing that this was all manipulation by Diddy and coercion and utilizes power and his status to be able to um basically have this leverage over Cassie because he was dominant, he he controlled her through her career, controlled her through finances, controlled her through um the age gap, all this other stuff.
So when the defense started cross-examining Cassie, a couple of bombshells got dropped.
One of the biggest bombshells was the rape that I told you guys about before in August.
So what the defense focused on when they talked about the rape that occurred in August was they said, Look, you make this allegation that Diddy, you know, graped you in August of 2018.
But what about this?
And they showed text message conversations, right, between Cassie and Diddy.
And I want to show you guys one of the texts that she sent to Diddy right after or the day after the alleged um rape.
And I have it written down here, verbatim.
Can you guys see that?
Okay, let me let me focus in on it for you guys because I really do want you guys to see this.
Can you guys see that?
Okay, it's because it's purple.
But what it says here, hit me when you can.
Heart emoji.
Okay.
She said that to Diddy.
This is like the day after this alleged grape.
And then Diddy responds, okay, I'm in an investor conference.
Then she responds, I'm calling uh uh it went to voicemail.
Then she says thank you.
And then Diddy says, I know I look bad to you, I could tell you weren't forced, uh, you weren't turned on.
I fell off, I'll get my shit together, right?
Referring to them having sex the day before.
So basically, after this conversation, they continued to maintain contact.
And they ended up seeing each other at a friend's uh mutual friend's birthday party, and then after that, they ended up having consensual sex on September 27th, 2018.
So she gets assaulted on or about August 20th, they continue to have contact, and then she has consensual sex with them on uh September 27th.
Now, the reason why this is crazy, guys, is because when she was in bed with Diddy, she got a call, FaceTime call from her now husband, Alex.
And when this fucking came out in court, everyone's like, holy shit, right?
And again, this is the defense, they have to dance around this because of the rule 412 that I explained to you guys before.
So what they were able to establish was like, okay, Diddy really grape you if you spend a significant amount of time talking to him and then meeting with him on two separate occasions after the alleged assault, right?
So I think the defense did a really good job there of kind of the debunking the rape claim, right?
Uh that they made that she had made against him.
So let's see here.
And there was a bunch of other stuff that went down.
Oh, another bombshell that they dropped when they were cross-examining Cassie was that she settled.
Well, she sent a demand to the Intercontinental Hotel and she made 10 million dollars, chat, okay.
So she made a whole bunch of money with this whole situation.
So she settled with Diddy, she sued him, I think, for 33 million, she settled for 20 million.
Then she ended up sending a demand to the Intercontinental Hotel, which is not a lawsuit, by the way, because the defense asked her, hey, are you currently in any other litigation during this case?
And she said no.
And it said, okay, well, is it not right?
Is it not true that you settled on a demand with Intercontinental Hotel?
And she was like, Yes, because she can't lie, she's under oath.
And it said, and what was the amount that you settled for?
Obviously, the government's objecting, blah, blah, blah, right?
And she's like 10 million.
So basically she made 30 million on this situation, right?
With with the whole Diddy stuff.
So she sues him in 2023.
Then she gets another 10 million.
And guys, what's craziest, right?
Is that she got this 10 million right around the time that this trial was going on.
So for the defense to drop that fucking bombshell on her, right, during cross-examination, and she had just got the fucking money, tells me that they had an investigator really looking into this situation, and they were able to dig that up that she made 10 million on the Intercontinental Hotel.
Absolutely crazy.
So that is a summary of the Cassie testimony.
She spent the most time on the stand by far, which is why I'm like, obviously, your summary is going to take in the most.
But that's basically what it is.
Okay.
Um the prosecution focused more on the times that she was beat, and they showed a lot of the scarring and the and the injuries, right?
And then the defense focused more on the loving messages that she sent to Diddy and um debunking a rape accusation and then the money that she received from you know uh doing this uh from participating in this whole scenario situation.
So give me ones in the chat if that all makes sense, guys.
We've covered three witnesses so far.
And then these next witnesses aren't as long, so I'll be able to kind of fly through these.
And we got uh about 3,000 of you guys in here watching, man.
So do me a favor, guys, like the video for me.
Subscribe to the channel if you haven't already.
Giving you guys the best breakdown on this thing by far.
I'm going witness by fucking witness.
And I'm gonna go ahead and um put this into a video for you guys and uh make make it a you know uh clip.
All right, perfect.
Let's keep cooking, chat.
Let's keep cooking, all right.
So the next witness was uh special agent Yassin uh no Yasin Vinda, female, okay.
She had been on the job for about five five years, um, newer agent out of H Sign New York.
The reason why they brought her in as a uh witness, guys, is because after Diddy was arrested in November of 2014, if you guys remember, I think it would uh I think it was like I said 2014, 2024.
If I'm not mistaken, he was arrested uh on or about uh November 17th or 19th or something like that of 2024.
He was arrested in November.
That's what matters.
The day that he was arrested in November in 2024, they ran a search warrant at his hotel, okay?
And basically, this agent, uh Vinda, she was the one that coordinated the search at the house.
She was the lead case agent on the house.
And I want to make this clear for you guys.
So so you this all makes sense.
When it comes to federal investigations, right?
There's somebody called a case agent.
The case agent is the guy that has the overall case.
He's the one that I told you guys before that was sitting at the table, um, that's giving the AUSAs whatever they need.
He's probably the guy that writes out most of the search warrants, writes all the reports, controls the informants, uh, dictates where the witnesses are and all this other stuff.
He's coordinating everything.
He's a case agent, right?
As a case agent, especially on a big investigation, you essentially become a manager.
You're managing the case and resources allotted to you.
So he's a case agent, but what he did was when they did the search on Diddy's residence, he delegated that to Vinda.
And Vinda is in the human trafficking group of New York.
And uh, this guy that um is running the case, Sean Quinn, he's also in the human trafficking group in New York, and he delegated her to run the search warrant at his house because he was more than likely on the arrest team with Diddy to try to get a uh to try to get a statement from him, and she was running the search, right?
So now that you guys understand, let's get into what her role was.
So her job was to oversee the search warrant and collect all the evidence.
So as agents go in, right?
And she described all of this in her testimony, but I'm summarizing it for you guys.
They described how search warrants work.
Basically, um they secure the room, they secure the room, they go and they you know do their tactical thing, make sure each room is clear.
After that, they begin to search and they assign two agents to every room, and then they label each room as A, B, C, D, etc.
So if any evidence is found, let's say you find baby oil in room C, the bathroom.
They're gonna go ahead and say, two bottles of baby oil from room C, and they're gonna document this in their uh reports and also in the um what's called the 6051, which is a chain of custody form that HSI uses or DHS, all of them use.
So when they went to the house, they seized three main things, or when they went to, excuse me, the apartment, they seized three main things.
They seized a bunch of baby oil, $9,000 in cash, and they seized um some lights and some ketamine that they found.
Pink ketamine.
Um I think there might have been some other stuff that they encountered when they were there, but for the purposes of me summarizing this for you guys, that's what they took.
Now, pretty much her testimony was smooth.
Uh, the government has her on direct, and then the the defense comes in on redirect.
And the only thing where place where Vinda fucked up is the defense started asking her, Well, you found $9,000 in there.
Why did you take the $9,000?
And she was like, Well, we took it, we seized it because um, you know, it could be evidence of a crime.
And they're like, Okay, what violation?
And she said, Oh, ballcast smuggling.
Now, that was a big fucking mistake uh for her as a rookie.
Because ball cast smuggling typically occurs, you know, when people are trying to smuggle money out, or they're involved in a nefarious activity or they're doing it for profit, maybe a drug trafficker, a scammer, something like that.
But Diddy um is a legitimate billionaire.
He has legitimate businesses.
He's a music artist, he sells liquor, etc.
His money is legitimate.
So by her seizing the money and saying it could have been for a criminal activity, um, I was kind of cringing in the courthouse because I was like, oh my God, this girl's a fucking newbie.
Um and then they kind of beat her up on that.
Like, hey, why'd you seize that money?
Blah, blah, blah.
What's the violation?
And the government had to object multiple times to kind of start stop that line of questioning.
Um, and eventually they were able to, you know, sort it out or whatever, but had she not taken that money, she would have been on and off the stand in 20 minutes, right?
Because when they bring on agents a lot of times, um, it's very matter of fact when they bring you on.
Like you're you're you're coming in, you're testifying, and I could tell you guys this from my experience because I was an agent for many years.
You're just testifying to the facts, what you found during your search, procedure, how things happen, your background, your training experience, and you pretty much get off the stand.
But the fact that she took that money from someone who's a fucking billionaire and clearly is not doing these crimes for profit, like other cr criminals do, um, it opened the wedge for the defense to kind of attack her.
And she could have avoided that by not taking the money.
Um, if I was a kid, if I was a search age uh, like let's say if I was the um the agent on scene that was running that search warrant and I found that $9,000.
What I would have done or what she should have done was she should have obviously seized it like she did with the 6051 S, 6051 seized, sees it, document it, et cetera.
Then after the arrest team arrested Diddy, because keep in mind, guys, they're doing the search warrant as Diddy's getting arrested.
This is all happening simultaneously.
Diddy's getting arrested, and then bam, they're hitting his front door at the hotel.
All this happening at the same time.
So what I would do is as I encounter the money, I would obviously seize it, put it in the bag, whatever, right, seal it up, et cetera.
Then, once Diddy got arrested, it gets put to given to the marshals, because when you're arrested federally, you always get turned over to the marshals, right?
Whether you're arrested by FBI, D E A, whatever.
Then I would meet him at the Marshall's uh jail, and I say, look, we're gonna go ahead and give you back this money, okay?
Um, and I would have given him what's called the 6051 R. And the 6051 R guys is a 6051 return.
And I would have had them sign it, count the money in front of them with another agent as my witness, count in front of him, okay.
Here's your money.
Boom, stays with you here at the Marshalls, I'm out.
And that's what I would have done to cover my uh to cover my tracks and ensure because the evidence that they have to justify seizing the money isn't strong.
And then the fact that he's a self-made billionaire, it's gonna be very difficult for the government to prove that that's illicit proceeds.
Does that make sense, chat?
So that is what Agent Vinda did.
She ran the search there.
She wasn't on the stand long.
Next witness, Don Richard.
Now, Don Rashardgar is, guys, is this woman right here.
And she is witness number five.
Thank you.
Hold on, I'm gonna pull her up for you guys so you guys have a have a uh an image to the face.
Here we go.
Or Don Richard, whatever it's called.
She pronounces it Richard.
Let's start right here.
Okay, she was a member of uh Diddy Dirty Money, and she was also a member of Danny D Kane back in the day, which Danny Decain, guys, was uh uh was found through uh, you know, old MTV show called um Making a Band.
And uh they had another one kind of similar to that where they were looking for singers.
Anyway, all stuff aside, basically where her testimony, guys.
So her big piece of testimony was she said uh back in roughly 2009, if I'm not mistaken, she was at the house, Diddy's house in LA.
And what she said was she said she observed Diddy on testimony, come downstairs, yell at Cassie, say, You useless fucking bitch, and yell explosives at her, and say, Where the fuck are my eggs?
Right.
And Cassie was in the kitchen uh cooling some eggs for Diddy.
So he comes down yelling about these eggs, and according to her on testimony, he picked up a skillet and he hit her with the skillet, okay?
Um, or he or or like he, yeah, he hit her with the skillet, I think is what she testified to.
And after she got hit, she kind of cleaned down in a fetal position.
Um and he was kicking her and punching her, and then he dragged her upstairs to where they heard um windows clashing and arguing and yelling, right?
That's her testimony.
Then the following day, what happened was Diddy brought her and her partner in uh from because they had the the uh the music group uh Diddy Dirty Money, right?
Let me see here.
This is the group, right?
You can see here these three.
Richard uh basically clockwise Richard Harper and Combs performing in December 2010, right?
So and this is her right here, and then here's Harper, the other girl, and then Diddy.
And it was basically like an electoral soul band that they had.
And that's what they were working on.
So the next day after this happens, Diddy brings him to the studio at his house in LA, closed the door behind him.
He says, Look, guys, what you guys observed yesterday between me and Cassie, that's that's our relationship, that's passion.
You know, um, you know, listen let's make sure this never gets out.
I'm gonna take y'all to the top.
We don't need controversy.
Um, and you know, if people come forward to talk about stuff like this, you know, people can go missing, right?
And then he gives them flowers.
So basically it makes this like very dry threat, right?
To Dawn and the other girl.
And she looked at this as like a threat, kind of.
Now, this was the and that was the main thing that uh the main piece of evidence that was important for the for the prosecution.
Now on cross-examination, and this is crazy because the person that cross-examined this girl was this black lawyer.
Uh, let me see if I can find her, bro.
She she did a really fucking good job.
Um, Nicole Westmoreland, right?
Let me see here.
Okay, here she is.
So this woman right here, right?
This woman right here, um, cross-examined uh Don Richard, right?
Let's put both both of them on the screen so you guys can really get a picture here of what the fuck I'm talking about.
So, like I said before, so here's Dawn, right from Danny Kane.
And then this was the attorney that cross-examined her.
And it was hilarious because when she came in for cross-examination, she had her hair tied back and she was ready to cook, right?
And uh, I gotta give credit to her.
She did a really good job.
And and I'll explain why she did a good job on cross.
So basically, and also Diddy's team, just so you guys want I want to let you guys know, um, Diddy's team, whenever there was a female witness, a female attorney would cross-examine them.
That's also something I noticed when I was in the trial.
A female attorney would always cross-examine the females, and then typically uh a male attorney would cross-examine the men.
And uh Diddy had a team of like seven, eight lawyers.
So here you can see her right here, Nicole Warsaw Merlin and Brian Steele, right?
After the trial.
So on cross-examination, right?
She says, okay, well, you're saying on testimony that Diddy hit her with a skillet.
But when I looked at your complaint and I looked at other reports and other statements that you gave to the government, you said that you didn't see him hit her with a skillet, rather, you saw or heard the skillet hit the wall, and then you saw Diddy grab her and bring her upstairs, right?
And basically, let me let me let me go ahead and make sure, because I really want to make sure I get this for you guys accurately.
Um, because this was a Very important cross-examination here.
When when uh when they did this because she basically she gave multiple different stories as to what happened with the skillet, right?
So first it was she threw eggs.
Uh the first story that she gave, and and I'm telling you guys this, she gave multiple stories to the government and her complaint.
That's that's why Nicole Westmoreland, this lawyer here, could was c uh was basically attacking her on this.
So one of the stories was throw eggs and put the pan down.
Second story was he hit her with the pan.
Third story is he was attempting to hit her with the pan.
Um, and the fourth one was uh the pan hit the wall and he threw it at her.
Okay.
So there isn't really a clear um story here with how this pan hit Cassie, right?
So one of them, pan hits the wall, one of them, he tried to hit her and miss.
Another one of them, he hit her, um, and then another one is like he tried to hit her and miss, and then he put the pan down and threw eggs at her or something like that.
So there's multiple different stories on how this happened.
Then another thing that she um went after her for was saying, like, look, you're claiming that you're so scared of Diddy because during her testimony, she said the reason why she never came forward or said anything is because she was scared of Diddy.
And uh this attorney said, Okay, well, if you're so scared of Diddy, why did you reach out to him to work with him multiple times after the fact, right?
Why did you reach out to him?
And uh for that she was saying, Oh, well, you know, she gave some kind of excuse about how she wanted to just get on on a on a panel for making a band or whatever, maybe something like that.
Um, and she was trying to explain it.
But she did do a good job of could uh showing that there was multiple different um reasons uh stories that she gave.
The other thing that she also attacked uh her on was why are you suing Diddy?
Because guys, she has a lawsuit right now in place with Diddy.
And she said, Oh, I want compensation.
And she was like, Okay, what is that compensation?
Money, right?
And she was like, Yes.
So basically, this lawyer did a good job of number one showing that she told multiple versions of the story with the skillets incident.
And then number two, how are you so scared of Diddy when he makes these this thread about you know, people go missing for this stuff?
Because that you said yourself that you were scared for your life, but then you're contacting him after the fact and trying to work with him later on in the future.
So uh she made a lot of these points.
And another thing that also came up during this uh situation was Dawn said that she also witnessed Diddy um punch Cassie um at a Central Park event.
Um and she got a black eye, and when she got the black eye, um, you know, they were shocked by that, and that they all wore sunglasses in solidarity that day.
And then the government showed pictures of um Cassie and the two girls from the this band that I mentioned before, uh wearing sunglasses.
So, okay, that wraps up, I think Dawn's testimony.
Let me get a quick give me one sec, guys, give get a quick protein shake, and we're gonna keep cooking here.
Um give me what's the next the next witness is gonna be Carrie Morgan.
All right, Emo and Sec Chat.
All right.
All right.
Some dude said, El skinny boy needing protein.
Shut the fuck up, Vejero Santos.
This is why you don't even lift, you fat fuck.
Probably talking shit with triple chin.
Anyway, only thing you lift are cheeseburgers, you fat fuck.
All right, let's get into the next witness, which is going to be Carrie Morgan.
Now, you guys are probably wondering who the fuck is Carrie Morgan.
Carrie Morgan is Cassie's best friend.
They were best friends for roughly 17 years.
They met um during a photo shoot in the earlier 2000s.
I think since like 2001s, they've been they've been friends.
Um, because before this guy's Cassie was uh was a model before she became a musician.
So basically, the big thing with her is um she was there um when Cassie was getting abused.
She was there the day that Cassie got hit on March 5th, 2016, when Cassie remember I told you guys that they were doing a freak off that went bad, and then Cassie came home.
Well, uh Carrie Morgan was home when Cassie eventually came back.
And what she said was when Cassie came back, Diddy showed up and he was knocking on a door and they didn't open a door for him, right?
Because he was trying to find Cassie after all this happened.
Another story that she told that was, and you guys can see here that things are weaving together.
Another story that she told was that her and Cassie were listening to her music one day at the apartment, and Diddy, who had bought her this apartment and had a key, he walks in one day yelling at Cassie.
And when he's yelling at Cassie, Cassie's like kind of uh in the bathroom, and she just locks herself in.
And he grabbed Carrie, according to her, he grabbed Carrie by the throat and kind of like threw on the floor and then hit her in the head with a clothes hanger, right?
And Carrie claims that she got a concussion from this, and she went to the doctor, and after you know, getting the concussion and everything else like that, she wanted to go ahead and uh initiate a lawsuit.
And when she was pushing to initiate this lawsuit, um, Cassie ended up meeting with her at a pizza shop later on informally and said, Look, you're overreacting, it's not that serious.
You're being traumatic about this.
Um DA and you're gonna get paid 30,000.
Right?
And this is in uh roughly 2018, if I'm not mistaken.
So Carrie, you know, signs the NDA.
And let me see if I can find a picture of her for you guys.
Okay, yeah, here she is right here.
This is the day she testified.
You guys can see her.
She got agents around her and shit like that.
So this is her.
Right?
So this is Cassie's best friend, like I said before.
So what she said was after um after she got hit with that thing and Diddy and and um and Cassie told gave her that not NDA to sign, uh her and Cassie's friendship was trained and never they haven't talked since.
They haven't talked since.
Now, she also documented how like she was always around Diddy.
Uh they went to Burning Man a couple of years together, which Burning Man, I guess is like a EDM music festival where you camp out in the desert in Vegas or some shit like that.
They went to that together.
They showed pictures of them hanging out.
Carrie was very involved in Cassie's life and was always there when they went and traveled and stuff like that.
They went to Italy, they went to different places.
So that's kind of what why they brought Carrie in, was to kind of establish you know that they had this lifestyle, but there was a dark side behind it because Carrie was witness of some of the violent acts or uh aftermath of it as as uh Cassie's best friend.
Another thing that they asked her about was hey, you know, I'm sure you and Cassie talked quite a bit about Diddy.
Why did you not um why did Cassie stay with him?
Um despite, and you know, Carrie was saying that Cassie stayed because you know he was paying her bills, he'd take care of her, she didn't want to ruin her music career, she loved him, blah, blah, blah, all this shit.
So that's where Carrie came in.
Also, another important thing for you guys to know, they subpoenaed Carrie.
They subpoenaed her, which means they basically forced her to show up to court and testify.
She did not want to um show up.
Um now, I think she's like 38, 39.
She's uh a personal assistant for somebody out in LA.
She's originally from Buffalo, New York.
So she didn't want to testify, but she got subpoenaed.
And there was a couple of witnesses that got subpoenaed that didn't want to testify.
So that's what happened with Carrie.
All right, let's see here.
All right, guys, we got uh, let's see here.
We got uh 3,000, we got like 4,000 ninjas in here.
Do me a sad, guys, like the video.
Like the video.
Okay, we got only 1,100 likes.
We got 3,000 plus around 3,000 of you guys here on YouTube, and then we got another what do we got here?
Give me once, guys, if this testimony all makes sense so far.
And I'm gonna go ahead and drop a video on this, by the way.
Um uh a clip on this that goes over each of the testimony, nice and edited for y'all.
Because I don't think anyone's went line by line with each of the different witnesses.
Hollow Man said the soundboard audio is bad.
Also, when you play the Cassie video, the audio is bad.
Your mic is good.
Bro, nigga.
Everybody said that the audio was good, man, when I play the video.
Some of you guys are trolling, some of you guys are not trolling, it's fucking annoying.
All right, let's see here.
Um, Most of you guys got ones in the chat.
All right, sweet, sweet.
All right.
So now we're gonna get into video.
My bad.
All right, now we're gonna go ahead and get into uh the next topic, which is going to be the next witness who was uh David James.
Okay.
So David James, guys, is basically he was a personal assistant of Diddy from 2000, I think seven to about two thousand nine-ish, uh, one of the earlier assistants, and basically, you know, he was talking about how as an assistant, you know, he's getting work to the bone, he's working 20 hours plus a day sometimes.
Um he was coordinating a lot of the stuff that did he wanted, his trips to Saint Tropez, getting him yachts, ensuring that anywhere that he went, he had the supplies and stuff that he needed to have a comfortable stay wherever he went.
He was responsible for procuring the baby oil, setting up the hotel rooms for Diddy in this era.
Uh the mo the biggest thing that stands out in his testimony, and this guy was actually kind of funny.
Um, but the biggest thing that stands out in his testimony that was a big point of contention was he gave a story how Diddy um basically had three guns on his lap and they went around uh in LA searching for Suge Knight.
Now the Suge Knight story also came up during Cassie's testimony as well, where she said that they were in the middle of a freak-off, and Diddy uh was told by D Rock that um Shook Knight was at Mel's Diner, and you know, they stopped what they were doing and they ran over there to try to find him.
They grabbed some masks and guns and they went over there to try to find him.
But this guy is saying uh whether it's the same incident or not, I'm not sure exactly, but he said that there was an incident as well where um Diddy, his security guard D-Rock, et cetera, um, went to go try to find Shook Knight at this diner.
I think it's called Mel's Diner in LA.
Um, and Diddy had three guns on his lap, and it was D-Rock, this guy, David James, um, and uh Diddy looking for Shook Knight.
And this was a big part of his of his testimony.
Um some other funny things that they talked about was how uh and the defense on cross-examination um said, Hey, you know, is it not true that you brought hookers to Diddy's house?
And he said, uh, well, I didn't know she was a hooker at the time.
Uh when I brought her in, you know, they had sex with her at the house, and Diddy wasn't there.
Um, and him and the D-Rock brought these two girls from the hotel back and they had sex, and then the girl asked him, hey, I want 200 bucks, and Dave, uh Dave James here, he didn't want to give the money.
He was like, What the hell?
These girls are escorts is bullshit, because I guess D-Rock had brought them back.
Um, and D-Rock said, bro, just pay the money because you know, we don't want to deal with no scandals or anything like that.
And, you know, he ended up paying her the 200 bucks, and then the girl said, Hey, can I use a shower?
And he said, 'Yeah, it's gonna cost you 200 bucks,' which the fucking courtroom erupted when he said that she was hilarious.
But the point I'm trying to make is uh the point I'm trying to make is that this guy also was another witness that uh did not want to testify.
This guy was one of Diddy's early assistants.
Um and the defense was trying to, you know, hurt his credibility.
Another thing that the defense hit him on was that Diddy had asked him to go make a police report.
Um, and this guy uh said that he didn't do it.
He lied, he's saying, even though he said that he did do it because uh he came home one day and Diddy said, Hey, go write a go file a police report that the chef assaulted me, this woman named Jordane, who was one of his chefs.
That apparently they got an argument or altercation or whatever, and Diddy wanted the this guy to go and make a complaint against her on Diddy's behalf, and he never did it.
So that's what ended up happening there with this David James guy.
That's that's his testimony.
Summarized.
Um the next witness was uh Regina Ventura.
So Regina Ventura, this is Cassie Ventura's mom, aka you know, Cassie.
Uh Cassie's real name is Cassandra Ventura and her mom, obviously, as you guys know, is um Um Regina.
Uh they're from New New London, Connecticut, and the two biggest things with uh Regina was she talked about how back in roughly 2016, Diddy took Cassie's phone, and Cassie also talked about this as well.
So the story is basically this because Cassie brought this up in her testimony, and so did Regina to corroborate.
And this is why I think they brought Regina in.
The story goes like this.
In 2016, Cassie was talking to an NFL player.
Diddy found out about this, and when they were hanging out one day, He basically said, Hey, text your mom and tell her you're okay.
Um, and uh and send her this message.
And when Cassie was doing this and she unlocked her iPhone to tell her mom this this message, Diddy snatched the phone and ran away.
Dude basically turned into fucking uh Goku.
And Cassie, obviously she couldn't chase him, um, and he got away.
And he held the phone for hours.
So Cassie goes home to her mom, and her mom basically um gets pissed off and says, What the fuck?
He stole your phone from here.
She's like, Yeah.
So she calls the police.
Um, and I don't know what ended up happening with the police or whatever, but long story short, Diddy ends up coming by Cassie's house later.
And Cassie's mom confronts him.
Cassie was living in this like high-rise apartment at the time in LA.
So Cassie's upstairs on like the 17th floor.
I think that's where her apartment was.
And the mom comes downstairs to confront Diddy.
And she says, Hey, what the fuck?
Give my daughter back her phone.
And she ends up like trying to fucking fight him.
Fuck him.
She literally tries to hit him.
And, you know, in her testimony, she says that she um she didn't land any hits, right?
Like she tried to hit him and she couldn't do it.
And you know, I could imagine I could just imagine.
Could you imagine?
Like this old lady is trying to fucking hit Diddy, and he's just like, oh, take that.
Yeah.
Ooh, you can't.
Oh, you missed.
Oh, too bad.
Oh, yep, I'm holding this phone, dumb bitch.
Oh, yeah, you too old.
Oh, yeah.
He's like, all I'm shaking on her and shit like that.
So as she was like telling this story in my head, I'm like, bro, no fucking way.
This fucking old lady's trying to fucking hit Diddy in front of a uh a luxury apartment complex saying, give me back my daughter's fucking phone and shit.
Like crazy.
Craziness, man.
So um, funny shit.
So long story short, he ends up giving the phone back to her, right?
Ends up giving the phone back to the mom.
And, you know, it kind of ends there.
Also, what the mom talked about was how um back in late 2011, Cassie, as you guys know, was dating Kid Cuddy.
And when Diddy found out about this, he gave her this fucking sparring kick that I mentioned before.
And shortly thereafter, she was kicked, um, Cassie went home to Connecticut to send to spend Christmas with her family.
When she went to go spend Christmas with her family in New London, Connecticut, she had bruising.
And her mom took the Polaroid pictures of the bruising.
She had a mark on her lower back, and she had a marks on her uh on her uh her front quad and I think on her arm.
And the mom documented all this and took pictures.
That's another reason why they brought her in as a witness.
And she also testified that Kid Cuddy came with Cassie when Cassie came with uh Cassie came back home for Christmas.
So that's another important thing as well.
So that's kind of what Cassie's mom brought um to the table.
Um then the the defense did not cross-examine her.
So I remember that.
I wrote in my notes that the defense actually said no questions for Miss Ventura.
So I thought that was kind of interesting how the um defense didn't even bother to cross-examine her.
Um the other thing as well that I want to mention to you guys, which, you know, before I forget here, and it's coming back to me now.
Another thing that the defense did when they cross-examined Cassie was they asked her about her motives or financial motives.
And what they basically said, hey, is it not true that prior to you filing this lawsuit, you and your husband Matt, uh Alex moved back to your home in New London.
And she was like, Yes.
And she was like, Well, you know, were you having financial problems?
And she was, you know, kind of trying to avoid the question saying that she didn't have financial problems.
Um, because the defense was trying to allege, like, hey, you did this for money.
And what what they asked her was, Didn't she, did you uh didn't you have a music tour set up um last year?
And she said, yes.
She was supposed to go on like this big international tour, 60 cities, whatever it may be, and she was gonna go with some other artists and you know, kind of be a tag one.
And she had been preparing for it.
But when she won the lawsuit, she backed out of the she backed out of this this um this tour.
And it said, Well, why did you back out the tour, right?
Like you, you know, you get this lawsuit and then you get this money, now you back out.
Why'd you do that?
And she said basically she wanted to spend more time with her kids, and she had been drained from the lawsuit uh ordeal.
That was her excuse.
But the defense kind of tried to frame it like you move back to your parents' house in New London, a very modest house, compared to you living with Diddy, um, having these homes and lavish experience, going on jets or whatever, because Cassie did talk a lot about how they lived a certain type of lifestyle where you know they were traveling a lot, they had a bunch of money doing whatever it is.
So that's something also that the defense wanted to bring up that she had financial motives for this.
And it just came back to me as I was describing to you guys that Cassie went home for Christmas, only for Christmas in 2011 to go see her mom.
But then later on, I think like in 2022 or 2023, she moved back in with her mom with her husband Alex.
Okay, uh, Next witness is okay, Sharay Hayes.
Okay, this shit is crazy.
So Sharay Hayes, aka the fucking punisher, okay, and I kid you not, the guy's name is Literally the Punisher, and he has a website called getPunished.com, which I'm not gonna fucking try to pull up on here.
I think it's an escort service or how do you book a stripper service.
But this guy basically was um very similar to uh witness number two, Daniel Phillips.
He also was a male stripper that was hired by Cassie under the pretense of being um a dancer for a bachelorette party.
And what ended up happening was when he shows up, Cassie is there um with a towel, and there's no fucking bachelorettes.
And he's like, uh, okay.
So he walks in, and um he was supposed to get paid 200 bucks for this thing.
The way he described it is he typically gets paid about 200 for 30 to 45 minutes where he does a little strip tease act and he gets the fuck out of there, right?
So he shows up, Cassie greets him.
I think she had a wig on when they first met.
And another important fact for you guys whenever an escort would come the first time, uh Cassie would typically either wear a mask or wear a wig to disguise her appearance, and then he would wear a bandana to cover his face or a veil, which we're gonna talk about here in this story.
So he goes and he meets her at the at the Trump Hotel right by Central Park.
And when he's there, um she lets him in and she pays him 800 bucks.
And she says, Okay, go in the bathroom and change.
And just so you know, it's not a bachelor party, but my husband's gonna kind of just watch us, you know, do our thing.
We're gonna create a sexy scene.
We're gonna recreate a sexy scene, is what Cassie told him.
So he goes into the bathroom and basically gets naked and puts himself uh in a towel.
He comes back out.
As he comes back out, he observes, you know, little like bowls of of um a baby oil, right?
He's like, oh, that's kind of weird.
So Cassie instructs him to kind of like rub the baby on him and her and you know, whatever.
Now, as he's doing this, he sees a a dark male figure in the background slowly walk into the room.
And the individual is naked, according to him in his testimony.
And the individual is wearing a veil, okay?
Like, you know, like what the fucking uh basically it was bro, nigga was wearing one of these goddamn things right here.
Hello.
I'm going to show you guys what it looks like.
I'm going to show you guys what it looks like.
He was wearing like one of these, right?
Like a burqa.
Okay.
So he's sitting there, right?
With Cassie.
Yeah, I know.
I know y'all niggas are like, what the fuck is going on here?
So he said there with Cassie.
And he's rubbing baby on himself stuff uh on himself and shit like that, and his fucking figures walking in the fucking back.
Mind you, the room is dimly lit.
There's candles, there's baby oil all over the place, right?
Because as you guys know, did he like the hotel room to be in a certain way with certain types of candles and lights and all this other shit?
So he's in there and he sees some nigga in the background.
He's like, what the fuck?
So he's like, what the you know, and obviously he's trying not to be awkward, so he's just like keep rubbing himself.
And the dude like kind of sits down and uh just sits in the back and just chills, and he has his veil on.
So he's like, what the fuck?
And then the guy starts giving instructions.
Okay, he starts giving Cassie instructions.
He didn't really talk to him too much.
He was talking more to Cassie, like, hey, move that candle over there.
Okay, do this.
Okay, rub yourself a little bit more here, blah, blah, blah.
All this shit.
And he was whacking off, chat.
He was whacking off in the back.
As this is all going on.
So after that, um, Cassie basically asks him, Hey, do you want to finish?
And he's like, uh, no.
Um, I'm gonna just I think I'm just gonna go home, right?
And uh and you know, because he was weirded out.
And she was like, okay, that's fine.
And she gives him um 1,200 bucks, right?
So she gave him 800 up front when he came, and then she gave him another 1200 at the end.
So he goes to the elevator and he counts everything, he made like 2,000 bucks, right?
So at this point, he didn't know who they were, right?
It wasn't until a subsequent visit where he goes into the hotel room and he sees the TV and it says, Welcome, Sean Combs, right?
That's when he put two and two together, like, oh shit, this is like Diddy and stuff.
And then at that point, did he stop wearing masks and stuff because once they started getting more comfortable with him, they you know, they uh started to trust him more and stuff like that.
And I think this guy was doing working with them for like two years or so, right?
You know, sporadically.
They'd call him, he'd, you know, get involved, they'd do a freak-off, whatever.
So now let's fast forward a bit.
To how he got fired.
So basically what ends up happen-oh, he also tells this other story.
He said he told one story where he was having sex with Cassie, and I guess Diddy got so excited he ran into the room and he like, or he was already there, and he fucking like throws a bunch of fucking money at him and uh Cass and Cassie even looked back, sort of like, what the are you okay?
He was like, No, I'm good.
I'm just having fun.
Right.
So he really enjoyed this fucking shit, bro.
He really did, man.
So Boombuka.
Hey, I guess different strokes for different folks, quite literally.
So uh now to fast forward um to the main thing.
So what ended up happening was he ended up getting fired.
And the way the reason why he got fired was he describes on their last interaction, he was there, you know, getting ready to do a freak off.
They did their baby oil shit, all this other stuff, and he was, you know, performing oral sex on Cassie.
And I guess Diddy was really excited by this, and you know, as as he was watching this, and he got up, he stuck, he stood up and he like you know, pulled out two condoms and he just threw them at this guy and Cassie.
This guy's name is the Punisher, by the way.
And you know, that threw both that kind of threw him off because he was like, oh shit, because he'd typically been having sex with Cassie Raw, right?
He's been having unprotected sex with her.
And this guy, and he kind of goes into this in detail in the um in his testimony, he's had erectile dysfunction his whole life.
Um guys, I don't I know some of y'all niggas are like, what the fuck is Byron talking about?
Guys, I kid you not, I kid you not, bro.
And then they ask him questions like, did you not release a book?
And he says, Yeah, I released a book about erectile dysfunction and how I conquered it.
And they asked him, What was the name of the book?
and a nigga says, in search of freezer meat.
And uh bro, like this is the book.
Guys, it's real.
It was not capped.
This is the book right here.
Okay.
Uh this is the fucking in search of freezer meat.
Where's my meat?
A story of the male mental health crisis caused by erectile dysfunction.
The only true cure is uh no one is talking about a penis implant.
Like, yes, yes, chat.
I know.
I know y'all niggas are like, what the fuck is going on here?
Right?
And this is the the cover of the book.
Some niggas is chat the flaccid punisher.
So um, yeah, dude.
Uh I don't really know what to say more than that.
The guys, as you can see here, Sharay Hayes.
Um, she got five stars.
He's probably got crazy book sales right now, bro.
This nigga.
So yeah.
Anyway, um, yeah, bro.
I I chat, I don't know either.
I don't know either.
What the fuck is going on?
I I I I felt as though I was in a fucking bizarre world when when this was going on.
And and then the def I'll never forget this.
The defense asked him, why is it called in search of freezer meat?
And he said, because you know, I want my meat to be hard, you know, frozen meat is hard.
And I was like, bro.
Boom book.
What is this trial?
What is this trial?
Right?
We're all sitting there, like looking at each other, laughing, like, what the fuck is going on?
So, uh, what's up?
I need to deal with something real quick, but just continue.
All right.
So, you know, we're just sitting there laughing at this shit, and it was just ridiculous.
So, anyway, yeah, in search of freezer meat.
I'm not kidding around, it's on fucking Amazon, guys.
He literally has a book on him getting a penis implant and how he had a hard time with all this stuff.
But yes, the long story short is when Diddy threw this these condoms at him and said, Okay, I want to watch you fucker, and he was all excited.
He couldn't get an erection because number one, he was using condom, and he's always had this erectile dysfunction.
So that's kind of how we got into this whole situation and this whole story.
So, yeah.
Um, so yeah, that concludes um that concludes Sheree Hayes.
And I think this nigga went on Pierce Morgan, bro, if I'm not mistaken.
Let me let me look here real quick.
He goes by the name The Punisher, and his website's called Get Punished.
Let me.
I shit you not, guys.
Let me let me look this up real quick.
We'll watch a little bit of it.
And then we'll get back to the next witnesses.
Um whatever works best for you.
Alright, so that's him.
This is this is him here, this guy.
You'd like to be called the Punisher.
Whatever works best for you.
The center of this, it seems to me, is gonna be the issue of consent.
What is your view?
I mean, do you believe this was all consensual?
Are you a hundred percent convinced that your son did not commit the shooting for which he's serving this sentence?
I'm absolutely convinced.
I've always been convinced.
There's been so much foul play.
And I'm not just saying this is some sort of pissed off parent.
Evidence as of right now is showing that there are no bullet fragments that have been presented, which I'll let people assume what they were not.
Exotic dancer Shore Hayes, better known as the Punisher, testified at Diddy's trial in Manhattan yesterday.
He's also the author of a new book called In Search of Freezer Meat, and he joins me now.
Um, welcome to Uncensored, Mr. Hayes.
How do I call you?
It's Mr. Hayes how you'd like to be called, or would you like to be called The Punisher?
Hayes, Sheree, um, whatever works best for you.
I'm uh I I believe it or not, he called the Punisher more than I could called my government name, so I'm fine with fever one.
First of all, how are you dealing with the fact that you know you were pretty well unknown before this?
Now everybody knows you as the punisher.
It's a weird thing to happen to you in your life.
How are you dealing with that?
Um, believe it or not, locally, it's it's pretty still consistent.
Um in the New York City area, I've been dancing, like I testified to for 30 years, and I did reach a decent degree of local popularity.
So it's it's pretty much still the same scenario for me in terms of interacting and people knowing me uh for being an anxiety dancer.
I think the part of it that's difficult is not the punisher thing.
It's uh I went from a dancer to male prostitute, possible escort based on this scenario, which is not actually uh accurate.
The court heard that you estimated you but you took part in eight to ten of the Diddy freak-offs these sex parties, uh, which took place exclusively in New York.
Uh sometimes they took multiple days, they would begin sometimes at 2 a.m. or 3 a.m. on the stand.
We'll play a little bit about the for this uh uh we'll play a little of this uh for you guys.
I'm gonna take a quick pace while you play this.
I know all this testimony, but yeah, now you guys can put a face to name.
This nigga really got a book called In Search of Freezer Meat.
Cassie Ventura detailed graphic sexual scenarios or freak-offs with Sean Diddy Combs.
She dropped allegations of drug usage, violence, blackmail, even rape.
Um, you know, at the center of this, it seems to me, is gonna be the issue of consent as to whether she was consenting to all this as a willing participant in this.
What is your view?
I mean, do you believe this was all consensual?
Or do you think that as the prosecution want the jury to believe this was all coercion, control, and criminal.
Um, well, I mean, obviously, I'm only privy to the the circumstances that I was a part of.
And uh similar to I testified to I didn't uh get any cues, uh didn't have any uh thing that would lead me to believe in the moment that uh she was under any duress or any forced scenario.
It was presented to me that uh this was something that uh she wanted to create for a husband, you know, for the majority of the time I interacted with them.
I believe they were a married couple, and I believed based on me following them on Instagram and uh whatever interactions that I seen, although minimally it seemed like a uh uh normal situation.
I I didn't get any cues to it being a distressful environment.
I mean, people, you know, you say normal.
A lot of people have been pretty shocked by the details coming out of this court case.
For most people, I would argue this is not normal sexual behavior to call.
Guys, do me a solid two, guys.
Uh, we got 3100 of you guys In here just on YouTube alone, and then we got another 1,000 plus on Rumble.
So, guys, do me a solid like the video on YouTube.
Let's get to 2,000 likes, guys.
Let's get to 2,000 likes.
I'm giving y'all the sauce.
I'll watch a little bit more of this with you guys, and then we're going to go and continue on with the witnesses.
All in and pay somebody like you, in Diddy's case, to come on and have sex with his girlfriend as he watches.
Most people don't view that as normal.
Other people might, right?
So I'm not here to judge the normality or otherwise of it.
But was there anything about what happened when you were there, which unsettled you?
Um, I mean, so I I agree with you about normal.
When I when I when I used the word nor normal, I was talking about the interactions between him and her, just as far as their um scenarios, I didn't get any cues that there was some tension or or an intense environment.
As far as the sexual scenario, even with me being uh in the exotic dancer business for many years, that environment was very uncomfortable for me.
Uh, funny thing.
Also, he uh he's like on his 30th anniversary of being a stripper, and uh the defense story was like, Oh, congratulations on your anniversary.
That was another funny thing during the fucking uh trial.
It was something I was not used to.
Uh something that I'd never um took part of in any type of um extensive scenario.
So it it was definitely uncomfortable, but it didn't, at the same time, it still didn't appear other than us trying to create this scene and and some of the direction that I did since uh some uh frustration.
I said in my testimony, I saw her sigh at times and and look frustrated at the cues and the direction I was given.
Other than that stuff, I I didn't see anything that was off.
And again, even me mentioning it um in trial, it was in hindsight because if there were no allegations, I might not have read into it at all.
The first time you met them both was at a hotel room in Trump Tower, owned of course by the now president of the United States.
It's on Central Park West.
I've stayed there myself when I did The Apprentice um years ago.
Um, I believe Cassie Ventura, you testified, greeted you at the door in a bathrobe, and you were specifically told not to acknowledge Sean Diddy Combs, who was sitting in the corner.
Uh he was wearing a veil over his face, but you knew it was him, I presume.
I did not.
Oh, you didn't notice him?
Uh I did not know I did not recognize her.
And again, he his face was completely covered to the degree where you could only see his eyes.
So that's the Burka shit I told you guys about.
Oh, I I was totally unaware of who they were.
Actually, leaving, I tried to do some Google searches because obviously I I understood that this was uh some sort of a prominent couple, but because she um initially said they also in his book, he did dedicate a portion of the Diddy stuff to his in his book, but they didn't he didn't mention it by name.
He just said an affluent couple went in his book.
He didn't want to and he he testified and said that he didn't want it to, you know, hurt their reputation and shit.
So he didn't want to dox them.
We were married.
I I recall searching married couples, married couples, married couples, and I was gonna draw a blank because uh they were in fact not married.
You testified that the man was nude wearing a Muslim-like face covering, um, and that uh he was masturbating in the corner while he watched you with his girlfriend.
Um said that Cassie and this man then left the room after about half an hour when she came back.
She asked you whether you wanted to finish.
This was the quote used, and you declined.
Uh, you were then paid an additional twelve hundred dollars and left the hotel.
So at what point did you realize this was Diddy, one of the most famous rappers in the world?
I mean, uh embarrassingly, I have to say, if this this duration of these uh meetups went on from 2012 to 2015, and it might have been well over a year into interacting with them before I figured it out.
Um and I never figured it out uh visually.
Um, I think you guys get the idea here.
But yes, this is the punisher right here, aka the the flaccid punisher.
Um let's get into the next witness, okay?
Uh the next witness on his case was uh Gerard Gannon, okay.
And Gerard Gannon, guys, was the special agent that ran the Miami search warrant.
Remember how I told you guys before Brenda um Yasin Vinda ran the New York search warrant after they arrested Diddy.
Well, on March 25th, if I'm not mistaken, 2024, last year, they did the search warrant at his house.
So if you guys remember right here, just again, show you guys a visualization.
So if you guys remember right here, just click on the "Sign" button.
Hi there, Michael and Judge Ashley.
Court has ended for the day in Lower Manhattan.
Today we did hear from four witnesses, a personal assistant of Sean Combs, Cassie Ventura's mother, also a male escort who took part in those freak-offs.
Well, I just described for you guys all just a second ago.
Then the day wrapped up with a special agent from the human trafficking division of the Homeland Security Department.
Funny story.
He's from HSI Miami, guys.
So he literally came from the same office I did and came from the human trafficking group.
...who was on the stand.
And when his testimony was wrapping up, he actually walked over to the jury, and he was showing them two AR-15s that had been disassembled.
These were weapons that were seized from Sean Combs Miami mansion.
And you guys remember when they had these uh when they did these searches here.
And I showed you guys the case number here as well.
We went over that.
Also, just as court was wrapping up, he was beginning to open up a bag, but he was stopped inside that bag.
Okay, so this right here, this is Tony, guys.
Uh this is uh Tony Anthony Salisbury.
He was the special agent in charge when I was over at HSI.
He was the one that that brought me in and said, Hey man, you gotta pick one.
So he is now I think if I'm not mistaken, he's like a direct um he works directly for Trump now, uh, over at DHS as an advisor.
Um so I think he I don't think he works for HSI anymore, particularly, but he was a special agent in charge when I was there from 2018 to 2020.
Um I I don't have any uh animosity towards the guy.
You know what I mean?
He th obviously when they brought me in, they were like, dude, you know, you're a great agent, you know, you you got a big case.
Like, you know, doing this stuff on YouTube is gonna, you know, hurt you when you testify in court.
Like is, you know, it's gonna hurt people are gonna bring that shit up.
And I was like, well, you know, I got employees at this point, I can't really leave.
Uh you know, it was it was a civil conversation, right?
Uh there's no bad blood.
I wish him the best.
Um, but you know, this kind of just sucked because at that point I had um I had employees and shit like that.
But yeah, this is him right here, Tony Tony Salisbury.
Uh nice guy.
You know, I don't have any animosity towards him.
Uh, but he was the special agent in charge of Miami when I was there, and you can see he's he was still the sack because he was obviously here on site as they were doing the search warrant.
Um, but I think now if I'm not mistaken, he works directly for Trump when it comes to uh providing info uh um providing guidance when it comes to DHS.
Or high heeled platform shoes.
And so at that point, court ended, decided the judge decided that court is gonna end for the day.
So we'll have more of that tomorrow when he's probably going to begin with his testimony and then eventually be pulling out those high heeled platform shoes.
So why don't we talk about some of the other things that took place today?
So when that special agent was on the stand talking about that Miami mansion raid, this was back in March of 2024, and we do have some video of that we can show our viewers.
And so how the agent was describing this raid, 80 plus SRT, this is the special response team, guys.
Uh HSI Miami has this, and all the big field offices have this.
They're basically their their their SWAT team.
Um anytime you're executing warrants.
Now, the other thing that's important for you guys to realize, they did the warrant in the middle of the day.
If you guys remember when this news broke, it was in the middle of the day around three PM or so that they hit the houses.
And the reason why is because they had information that Diddy actually was um going to be leaving the country.
So what they did was they waited until he left the country with his family, then they hit the houses so that they wouldn't uh you know there wouldn't be a chance of uh evidence being destroyed or whatever, maybe.
Plus agents stormed Sean Combs' home.
They used an armored vehicle to make their way through the And they smashed the gate when they broke in.
The gates of his Miami mansion out there on Star Island.
And once inside, they seized baby oil as well as Astro Glide as well as weapons.
And so the jury was shooting two AR-15s with the serial numbers scratched off.
Shown some photographs and he he had that in the courtroom.
Now, before the special agent, we did hear from a male escort, his name, the Punisher.
He testified that he took part in eight to twelve freak-offs.
And he described let me see if I could get the actual coverage for you guys when they were doing the actual search.
Oh, here we go.
Nope, just the uh just these uh this is when this originally broke.
This was on what day?
Probably March, yeah, March 25th, 2024.
I remember this shit when this news broke originally.
The guys on the ground down there, the the heavily armed uh officers that made their way inside, they actually are kind of just milling about or holding the perimeter as it would be the non-essential, or you can see them making their way back over to these armored vehicles, probably doing a little debrief about what they saw.
In in any type of these situations, it really is, you know, you've got these armored officers that go in first, but I would venture to say the investigators or the people that are know what they're looking for, probably still out there on the streets and they're waiting for that all clear to make sure that there is absolutely nobody on this property.
And again, this is just uh a precaution.
They don't want to have obviously this was a big search warrant, guys.
We're talking about this house is about 20,000 square feet.
If I'm not mistaken, from what the agent said on testimony, it's a big fucking villa.
So um basically let's go through a testimony real quick.
So he showed some of the evidence that they did, um, how they went ahead and did the search warrant.
Obviously, once they had the search warrant signed, um, the agent himself said he didn't know that they were going to do the search warrant until about seven or eight days prior.
Um, you know, obviously H signed UR kept everything kind of close to their chest.
Um, but when they executed the search warrant, they used armored truck broke in.
Um, which you're obviously it's legal to do that, and then the SRT team went in to clear the house.
Once they cleared the house, the SWAT team I showed you guys before the regular agents went in to actually conduct the search, you know, with the labeling the rooms, two guys for a room, three guys to room, four guys to room, depending on how big it was, seizing evidence, whatever they see high heels, Astroglide, um, lube, the AR-15s, etc.
So that's what he testified to because he was the one that ran this search warrant that I'm currently showing you guys right now.
He was lead agent on that.
Any kind of issues, maybe somebody's hiding still.
That's why he testified.
Maybe just scared.
And it you know, it doesn't have to be nefarious, uh, in just because they don't know what's going on and they just don't want to have somebody pop out of a a closet or a bathroom or any any one of these rooms.
Yeah, so when they do the first run, guys, the first thing they're doing is clearing the house, making sure no one's in there.
They detain everyone that they came across um during his testimony.
They agent said that they did um they did detain something like um six people um uh just uh while they were doing the search.
While they're doing that investigation, and then other problems can ensue.
So that's basically why we're seeing that large sentence they keep watching.
Now, and when they said eighty to ninety agents were involved in a search, that's total.
That doesn't mean that they there were eighty to ninety agents on the scene the whole time.
Um the SWAT team itself is about twenty-four guys, two teams of twelve.
So roughly that leaves you know sixty six, sixty plus seventy agents um to run the actual search.
So, you know, I mean, that's not crazy for a house this big, guys, they they have to search the entire premises.
Walking through there, and like you mentioned, this is an extremely large home, and probably with many rooms and a little secret area.
So they want to make sure that everything is cleared before they allow those investigators in to start doing that investigation, whatever it is that they're looking for.
But you can see a number of those officers making their way back into that major.
This is the big main house, as it would be.
Yeah, so right here, more than likely, just from how I'm seeing them stack on this, this is the uh secondary search.
Making their way so they did the first search, cleared it.
Now they're doing one more just to make sure, and then the the regular agents are gonna go in and do their searches.
And you can see here, these agents here are more than likely.
You can see they're wearing like panters and shit.
These this is management right here.
These guys are probably supervisors and ASACs.
And I would venture to say that they're gonna just go through every one of those rooms and make sure that there is nobody in there.
I don't think they're those those guys that we're seeing, guys and gals that we're seeing in those heavily armored uh gear and equipment.
I don't think they're actually searching for any items that could connect uh uh whatever the investigation is.
I would venture to say that those are gonna be the guys that you're seeing right there, and they're waiting for that all clear.
And then this group that you see there, those are the ones that are actually gonna go inside.
They probably have, like you said, they probably have ideas where what they're looking for, where they might be.
So, but right now it is still a wait the waiting game To make sure that everybody is out of this building and that it is secure for the uh for the investigators to make their way in and actually start that search.
And we should mention, thank you, Stu, that uh if this is in fact involving a sex trafficking investigation, we do know that according to Diddy's attorneys and the rapper himself, he has denied And this is the first time that we realized that they actually had an actively investigation.
Remember, guys, so the case began in November of 2023.
They did the search warrant in March of 2024, and then he got arrested in November of 2024.
So we're talking about this case.
Um by the time it's all said and done, it's gonna be a two-year thing.
Any wrongdoing in any of all this, so uh there are two sides, of course, to this as this all plays out, but it is interesting that these raids happening at the same time, according to TMZ.
A raid of his Miami home is happening right now, as well as now we're looking at the live pictures of house in LA as well, guys.
Going on in Homebey Hills at this mansion right here, all connected to Sean Combs.
So again, until we find out further work.
Now, I will say that I didn't hear anything about an HSI agent from LA testifying.
They might have not found any evidence in the LA home Because the LA home he doesn't actually own guys, he was renting it.
So we'll see.
As to what exactly they're searching for and why uh we continue to look at the procedures taking place regarding this raid that's being conducted by Homeland Security.
You have support from local law enforcement officials as well.
We saw from the ground shots you see that's the truck that they used to bear the break down the gate.
A part of all of this, and uh they have a number of resources on hand with a drone flying up top as well.
Oh, the reason why, guys, uh they hit it so hard.
I know some of you guys saying, you know, this unnecessary the reason why they hit it this way, guys, is because um his security uh are they're all armed.
And obviously they knew about the Sugnight stuff.
Remember that story I told you guys about Sugnight and them trying to chase him down and they knew that Diddy had guns.
So that's why they now that we you were seeing the trial, we're seeing why they came the way that they did.
Um, because they had this information on a security team always carrying guns.
Well, as they had ladders taking uh a closer look at the case.
And when they get info like that, they're obviously always gonna send in the SRT.
Certain parts of the property.
And so they are looking at every nook and cranny they need to in terms of why they're investigating uh this home and property.
So clearly this is gonna take a while.
And as Haley mentioned, with her shot down on the ground right there, more people are coming to your area, Haley.
Yeah, I would say it's mostly media at this point.
We were uh the first ones here on scene.
But yeah, since there's probably a dozen different uh media agencies, yeah, it looks like his uh his homes on both coasts are being raided.
We still have not gotten word on exactly where P. Diddy is, if he is in fact in New York right now or in Los Angeles.
The reason why they did this, guys, they simultaneously raided it is to make sure that, you know, evidence doesn't get destroyed.
And, of course, we haven't seen him here in Holmby Hills.
This is right off of Sunset and Beverly Glen.
And it all unfolded, I'd say, about 30 minutes ago.
They're at his home here.
They're also at his home in Miami.
Of course, uh Yeah, I think this is the LA house here that we're looking at, Chad.
It's a l it's a little bit calmer, I would say, than it was about 20 minutes ago when it all happened.
Uh the the guns that were drawn earlier have been since put away.
They looks like they just put away their drone, but of course, doing a thorough job of checking the home for any kind of details that they can come up with related to this uh these allegations against such a crazy.
I didn't know they had a drone.
As you said, Sandra, there's several lawsuits against him for uh these allegations, all which he has denied.
Uh so we will have to wait and see.
Of course, uh, and everybody's interested in the details of of what um uh how he's connected um to to these latest allegations.
And from your very latest, it's seems I'm sorry.
Yeah, from your vantage point, Haley.
Does it look like some authorities are leaving this the scene right now?
They're they're done, or not is that not the case?
No, it looks like more are coming.
Um I think what you're seeing is just the vehicles moving to a different location.
We're kind of at the bottom of the hill.
But if you go up a little bit farther, some of the vehicles that you saw down here earlier have since uh kind of gone to the other side of the hill.
This is obviously a very prestigious neighborhood.
Uh I said earlier, Humphrey Bogart's former house, I think it's next door to P. Diddy's uh in the 200 block here of Mapleton and Holmby Hills off of Sunset near uh Beverly Glenn.
Um so the vehicles have basically just moved forward.
You're seeing a lot more of those uh law enforcement officers from the Department of Homeland Security, though, back here on the street in Mapleton since uh they've come out of the home after Yeah, 200 Mapleton is the uh is the LA house, 200 Mapleton.
I remember that came up on on trial a bunch of times.
They've done their thorough investigating inside um that beautiful home belonging to P. Diddy to Sean Combs.
So I don't think they have any intention, Sandra on going anywhere anytime soon.
And overhead you can see uh law enforcement helicopters and of course Sue up there in Sky Fox.
Thank you so much, Haley, for that perspective on the ground right there in front of that Holmby Hills mansion.
Stu up in Sky Five said looks like, yes, there are some more law enforcement but in different attire.
I shall should I say suits in instead of body armor.
Definitely Yeah, that's the management guys.
All right.
So now that you guys know uh the search warrants, let's go ahead and get into the next witness.
We're gonna get into Don Hughes.
So Don Hughes, guys, is a psychiatrist that came in to testify.
Her expertise is on domestic violence and um, you know, interpersonal viol relationships violence.
Um she basically was testifying um that you know, a lot of the times people when they're being, you know, abused, it's very difficult for them to leave a relationship because you know there might be some financial pressure where they can't leave, or you know, they have a bunch of things that are kind of keeping them.
Um and they were basically saying that like as they're being abused by their um abuser, um it makes it harder and harder to leave sometimes because what they're looking for is like almost like a slot sheen machine type of excitement and validation where you know they love bomb them, then they treat them bad, then they love bomb them, or they get this one instance of where they get a bunch of affection and they're constantly chasing that affection from their abuser, and that's what drives them to stay there longer.
So that's what she was doing.
Now, I do want to note that they brought her in as what's called an SME or a subject matter expert.
So her job was to come in and kind of testify as an expert when it comes to abuse and how that goes.
And she was also labeled a blind witness.
Okay, what that means is is that uh as a blind witness, she's supposed to come in and just give testimony from her expertise.
Um she doesn't know any of the facts of the case in particular, she doesn't know who the victims are, who the perpetrators are, she doesn't know the facts and circumstances on the case on as far as like what the evidence is.
So she doesn't know any of that stuff.
She's supposed to kind of come in and uh come in as a as a blind witness.
Now, um and she kind of described all this for the prosecution.
Now on Cross, though, uh the defense team did a pretty good job of um attacking her biases and credibility to a degree because they're like, Look, you know, we are aware that you're uh a psychiatrist, psychologist, whatever it may be, but you know, where do you make a majority of your money?
And when they told her this, she was like, Oh, um, you know, you know, I make uh I don't make a majority of my money from testifying, but then the defense was like, Well, roughly sixty percent of the money that you make is from uh testifying as a professional witness, right?
And she was like, Yes.
So she's like, Yeah, so that's a majority.
Um basically she was getting paid six hundred bucks an hour to be there, and she made six thousand dollars on that day of testimony chat.
And then the defense also attacked how she had met with prosecutors somewhere between six to eight different times to prepare them or to be prepared for the trial.
Now the defense was basically being skeptical and they were questioning like, look, if you're supposed to come in here as a professional blind witness, why would you be meeting with the government six, eight different times to prepare for your testimony?
That's a little off.
Um so that's kind of where they were attacking her versus the prosecution was more focused on her accolades.
Um, you know, she's a board certified psychiatrist.
She has a lot of experience.
She has like 30 years in it.
Um Yale graduate court she you know advises for the Carnell Cornell board of psychiatry.
So um the prosecution focused on her credentials and her expertise versus the defense was kind of uh criticizing her, saying that she's biased.
Um and that their her meeting with the government, all these on all these different instances, uh, might impede her ability to be up line witness.
So that's kind of what went down with Don Hughes, Dr. Don Hughes.
That was the psychiatrist I was telling you guys about before.
The next witness was um George Kaplan.
And George Kaplan, guys, was uh another one of Diddy's assistants.
He uh very similar to Andrew James, worked for Diddy from 2013 to 2015, if I'm not mistaken, roughly two years, just like Andrew.
And um his thing was he did a lot of the same things that Andrew James did, where he would basically focus on making sure Diddy whatever had whatever he needed.
He had all the supplies whenever he was traveling, um, whenever Diddy wanted drugs or whatever, he would go out and purchase a drugs for Diddy, get them for Diddy.
Um another unique thing that this guy did was uh whenever Diddy was staying at hotels, this guy would kind of go in and clean the hotel up after Diddy did what he had it to do.
And the the reason for that is is he claimed um he was doing that to protect Diddy's image.
And he was saying that at the time, um tabloids and magazines and gossip channels, et cetera, would uh would basically pay for photos from celebrities of uh, you know, their hotel room aftermaths, right?
So basically there was this thing going on where hotel staff would sell pictures and video to the media to embarrass celebrities.
So him knowing this, he kind of took it upon himself to make sure that he went to every single hotel after Diddy was done with doing whatever he did and cleaning it up, right?
In one case he mentioned how he had to remove a powdery substance uh that he didn't know what it was.
He would remove the baby oil, he removed anything that might be embarrassing and hurt Diddy's image.
And that's kind of the the um the the the underlying tone of this investigation, guys.
Diddy's but the reason why this trial is so shocking is because Diddy's done a very good job of be basically keeping this from the public eye for so long.
We're talking about the better part of you know, 30 plus years.
He's been able to kind of do these freak-offs and you know, have these perverted, you know, orgies, and uh not necessarily have to, you know, he didn't get caught, right?
Nobody knew about it because he did a good job of having a cleanup crew.
He had a very diverse staff that would secure all this stuff, and this guy Kaplan was one of those guys that did that.
Um, what what the the other testimony that was very important for Kaplan was um he gave two instances where he saw violence from Diddy and that made him leave.
And the instance he gave was on one instance, uh, this woman named Gina, who Diddy had been dating on and off for a while that actually led to Diddy breaking up with Cassie because Cassie saw a video of him uh, you know, with her at an award show while she was in South Africa filming a movie.
That's Cassie's perspective.
The other thing that that that made the thing that made George leave was that he witnessed um Diddy at his house in Miami throwing apples or you know, replicas of apples, whatever it may be, at this woman uh named Gina.
And as he was throwing apples at Gina, he was hurling them.
Like he wasn't just throwing them, he was like hurling them trying to hurt her after they got an argument.
And that kind of like made him concerned.
And then another situation was he witnessed on a on a plane um Diddy uh basically throwing things at Cassie.
Uh and that was made where it made him say, you know what, man, I'm I'm good.
And he told Diddy's chief of staff a girl named Christy Corum.
This woman right here, I'll show you guys real fast.
Thank you.
Here she is.
She was like Diddy's main assistant.
And I'm I'll be honest with you guys, I am shocked that she didn't um like get arrested or anything.
But yeah, this is her.
Christina Christina Quorum, aka K K, right?
That's her.
So um, so he talked about, you know, he told Christina, KK, hey, look, um, you know, I can't I can't really stand for this uh seeing this violence and being victim to uh being witness to this, so I'm gonna I'm gonna leave.
So um that's kind of George Kaplan's testimony.
He also said that he was being forced to be there through subpoena.
He didn't want to testify against Diddy.
Um though he didn't enjoy all of his time hanging out with Diddy and stuff like that, he did give Diddy his credit and say that he's, you know, very inspirational.
Um he helped him become a man.
And uh, you know, though it was very difficult working for him, he did admire um that, you know, Diddy be made him a stronger individual.
The other story that he gave was how Diddy um he did he was very demanding.
So apparently Diddy told him, hey, um, I need you to get me some water from Whole Foods, right?
Some I guess BPA free water, some shit like that.
So, and I want a gallon of it.
So he went to the Whole Foods and they didn't have a gallon, but they did have two half gallons.
So what he did was he went and bought these two half gallons and then brought them back to Diddy, and Diddy yelled at him, got in his face, said, Hey, you motherfucker, like if you ever do this again, you're gonna get fired.
And he made a big stink about it of him not bringing him exactly what he wanted.
Um, and again, during the this trial, the theme basically was, and let me see if I could get a picture of this George Kaplan guy.
Oh, yeah, this is him.
Yep.
This is him walking out the courthouse on day after day one.
You can see look, you can see the little pin right here.
HSI agents escorted him out.
So uh and that's what they were doing the whole time.
And then this is him on the second day of trial with the green jacket.
I remember seeing him wearing this.
So this was day one when he showed up.
Um, and then uh day two in the green jacket.
So he uh, you know, he didn't want to testify this guy.
He definitely didn't want to testify.
Did they let me see here?
Did he give an interview?
Let me see if I can find it.
Looks like he might have given an interview.
A former assistant to Sean Diddy Combs was on the stand earlier today in the music producer's sex trafficking trial.
Reporter Michelle Brass is live in New York City.
and Michelle, tell us about those highlights in court yet again today.
Caroline Rashi, taking up most of today's testimony was a clinical and forensic psychologist named Dr. Dawn Hughes.
And she testified as to why people stay in abusive relationships.
That's what I was describing for you guys before.
Dr. Hughes also revealed Okay, there she is.
That's her.
And you can see here she's being escorted by HSI agents.
Uh I saw this guy when I was in the courtroom.
So with all the government witnesses, the agents would always escort them out, right?
Make sure they don't get overrun by fucking tablets and shit.
I can tell this guy's a newer guy, young dude.
Um, how much she makes.
She's paid $600 per hour for her work, and for one day of testimony, $6,000.
That's crazy, bruh.
She testified in other high-profile cases, like the the defamation trial with Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, singer R. Kelly, and Nixium founder Keith Rainier.
She dug into four main topics.
Yeah, see, here's an H Sai guy here.
They were they're probably running Mort Kid.
I saw this guy actually when I was getting lunch, I saw him and another guy, so they were probably running the witnesses to and from court.
Why people stay in these types of relationships, how they cope, how and when they reveal what happened.
Now, whenever you're running a trial, guys, and you got your witnesses, the marshals aren't gonna deal with this.
The HSI has to deal with this because it's their case, so they gotta, you know, take their witnesses to and from the courthouse, make sure they're good, make sure they're safe.
She explained that abusive relationships do have love, and trauma bonding can make it harder to leave, and taking illegal substances can numb the pain of it all.
Now the last witness to take the stand was George Kaplan, a former assistant to Sean Combs, who says one of his responsibilities was to set up Diddy's hotel rooms.
The first time he unpacked his bag, he said he found baby oil, astroglide, candles, and liquor.
The other times he'd have to buy the items on his corporate card.
He also had to make sure the rooms were in polished shape before checkout to protect Diddy's image, and often threw out empty baby oil bottles, and once threw out a powdery crystal substance.
What I just told you guys before.
And he said he was instructed by Diddy to pick up drugs two times.
Both times he testified, Diddy gave him cash to pay for it and gave him a number to call someone to pick it up.
Yeah, um, basically the two times, once in LA and once in Miami, if I'm not mistaken, when it was in uh Miami, oh, I think it was like for cocaine, and then when it was in LA, it was pills, and he wasn't sure what it was what it was for.
But Diddy gave him the cash, he'd go meet the guy.
Diddy gave him the cash, gave him a phone number, told him go meet this guy, he'd go get the stuff, bring it back.
Now tomorrow we'll continue with his testimony with George Kaplan's testimony, but after Kaplan, we expect to see rapper Kid Cuddy on the stand.
Now that will bring us right here to Kid Cuddy.
So um, and here's Kid Cuddy.
Let's see if we can get him coming into the courtroom as well.
And I'll give you guys a summary of his of his stuff.
Day nine was a wild one in the criminal case against Seanley.
He told the court that he started dating Cassie around 2011, and in December of that year, Cassie told him Diddy had found out.
Yeah, he wore a leather jacket, white shirt, and that's what he wore in the courtroom.
About us.
The same day, he said that he got a call from a Diddy employee who told him that Diddy was at his house.
Okay, let me give you guys more detail than this.
Basically, this is what happened, right?
So late uh 2011.
So Diddy introduced uh introduced Cassie to your boy Kid Cuddy here.
And for those of you that don't know, oh what the hell?
My bad.
Um, real quick, just I know some of you guys are not inclined.
Yes, that's him.
This is his song.
I love the peace.
See ya don't tank.
This is who Kit Cuddy is, right?
So now that you guys got an idea of who he is with the music, let's get into the testimony.
So, anyway.
And he also came out with, you know, the this fucking shit right here.
Um, 15 years ago?
Okay.
Now I think you guys know who the fuck I'm talking about, okay?
So Kid Cuddy, right?
Basically, because back in the and the reason why I'm showing you guys this music, this music is because 15 years ago, Kid Cuddy was fucking a very hot artist, right?
Very popular.
So Diddy wanted to put Cassie alongside him to uh make music.
So he actually introduced Cassie to Cuddy.
So Cuddy and Cassie hung out for like the better part of a year, ended up becoming friends, and then they started dating by the end of 2011.
One day, Cassie gets into an argument with Diddy, and she revealed this during her testimony.
But Cuddy didn't know this.
So now I'm painting, I'm weaving both of them together for you.
So when uh so she gets into our an argument with Diddy.
She calls Cuddy.
Hey, Cuddy, can you come pick me up?
I need your help.
He's like, okay, no problem.
Where are you at?
He goes, he picks her up in his Porsche.
He picks her up, and you know, Cassie tells him, hey, just so you know, um, you know, I got a fight with Diddy, and I told him your address.
I told him where you live.
He's like, what the fuck?
So, you know, at this point, he's like, all right, I know a place we can go.
So he takes her to the Marquee Hotel in Los Angeles, takes her there.
As they're at the hotel, right?
Cassie's friend and his friend, a woman named Capricorn, who works for Diddy, calls them.
And when she calls them, Diddy, Cuddy puts the phone on on speaker.
And basically she calls him and it seems like she's crying, saying, Hey, look, Cuddy, I'm at your house.
Diddy and one of his associates is in your house right now.
Okay.
Um, I didn't want to come, but they forced me here, and they're they're inside right now.
So Cuddy says, What the fuck?
And he jumps in his car and he runs back, drives to his house.
He calls Diddy, hey, motherfucker, are you in my house?
And Cuddy's like, and Diddy basically said, All right, let's talk.
So, and he's like, All right, well, I'm on my way.
So Cuddy goes to his house.
Once he gets to his house, he sees that the surveillance cameras are kind of pointed down, right?
And uh he walks in.
When he walks in, he sees that his Christmas gifts, remember this is late 2011, his Christmas gifts, which were like from Chanel or whatever, they were all opened.
And then he notices that his dog is nowhere to be seen.
So he looks and he finds looks for his dog, and he finds the dog is locked in the bathroom.
No other damage to the house, whatever, right?
He calls, he he um, you know, he calls Diddy, like, what the fuck?
Like, yo, where are you at?
You know, you came to my house, what the fuck?
Uh, you know, he wanted to fight Diddy.
Diddy's like, I'm on my way.
So at that point, you know, he starts to kind of uh reevaluate.
All right, I don't know who he's with, I don't know if he has a weapon.
Let me call the cops.
So he calls the police.
Police show up, he gives a police report, etc.
Whatever.
Fast forward, um, and so then after that, him and Cassie go to see her family in Connecticut.
As you guys know, I've told you from both Cassie confirmed this in her testimony and Cassie's mom.
Then Cuddy also said, Yeah, I went over there for Christmas, spent time with her family, etc.
After they had their little Christmas trip, him and Cassie stopped talking.
Now, the reason why he didn't mention this on his on his testimony because he didn't know this, but Cassie did.
She said after the she spent time with Cuddy at her house, Diddy reached back out to her and she went to Arizona to go see him.
She lied to her family and said that she actually went to California, but the reality is she went to Arizona to go see Diddy and they rekindled things.
This is early 2012 now.
Once they rekindled things, Cassie stopped talking to Cuddy.
Basically cut him off.
So Cuddy realizes that they're not talking anymore.
It is what it is.
January 9th, 2012.
He gets a phone call from his babysitter, his dog babysitter, saying, Hey, your car's on fire.
Remember that porch that I told you guys about before?
It's a fucking fire, right?
And he's like, what the fuck?
So he's at his girlfriend's house, uh, girlfriend's sister's house, like 40 minutes away.
He comes driving back.
As he's driving back, he tells his friend Chip, hey, I need you to go check out my house.
My car's on fire.
Or some shit.
So his buddy Chip goes there and takes pictures of what's going on.
Now, at this point, obviously the police are called and they extinguish the fire, whatever.
So by the time Cuddy gets there on the scene, right?
There's law enforcement there and uh his friends are there, the babysitter, all these people.
So he inspects the car and he sees that there was a cut at the top of the porch.
And um, there was a Maltov cocktail to the side of the car.
And when he spoke with the police, the police basically said, look, somebody cut a hole into the top of your car and threw a Moltoff cocktail in there, and if, you know, basically destroyed the vehicle.
And then the photos that I saw, because they showed the photos in the exhibits, the car was basically like charred, right?
Completely destroyed.
And to him, he was like, okay, now shit's starting to get serious.
I'm not even talking to Cassie anymore.
My car just got fucking firebombed.
So he calls Diddy and says, yo, let's have that meeting.
Because mind you, Diddy wanted to talk to him before when they were in in Connecticut.
Um, Diddy had tried to contact him and say, yo, we need to sit down and talk.
We need to sit down and talk.
And Cuddy said, No, I don't want to talk to you.
You came to my house, you put my dog in a car, fuck you.
I don't want to talk to you.
Then a couple weeks later, his car gets firebombed.
So he decides to go and have a discussion with Diddy, right?
So basically the meeting is organized for him to meet Diddy at this place called the Soho House in Los Angeles.
And he said that his manager coordinated with Diddy's security, a guy named D-Rock, right?
Which this is another name that was mentioned a bunch of times in the in the trial.
And he shows up at the Soho House.
And the Soul House is kind of like a hotel guy, that uh hotelslash social club that you have to have a membership for in LA.
So he walks into the room, and in the room, there's like a full window, right?
Or sorry, a full wall that's just glass that shows um Beverly Hills.
You can overlook it.
And he what one of the things he said on testimony, which was funny, he said he walked in and he said Diddy was standing there, right, looking at the glass, you know, with his hands behind his back like a Marvel super villain, right?
Which is fucking hilarious.
They described it that way.
Uh but the long story short is they had a discussion, and basically they both figured out that Cassie was playing both of them, right?
Cuddy did not know that Cassie was still seeing Diddy, and vice versa.
He had a suspicion, but he didn't know Diddy had a suspicion that she was seeing him, but he didn't know for sure.
So Diddy basically didn't confirm or deny anything, but you know, basically they both kind of figured out that Cassie was playing both of them.
And the thing that sticks out is Cudi, right?
Him and Diddy made up and it was cool, and they shook hands.
And Cuddy said that when he shook Diddy's hand, um, right, he asked him, what about my car?
And Diddy responded, I don't know anything about that.
And um basically he did not, you know, confirm or deny anything when it canceled the car either.
And obviously, Cuddy, you know, when asked on crowd on the examination when he was uh questioned, um, you know, did you believe Diddy?
And he said no.
Now, what do I think about this testimony?
I think honestly, it's probably one of the most honest testimony, and I'll tell you guys why.
As a rapper, you guys know that your career um can really be impacted negatively by cooperating with the police.
So for him to, you know, not only cooperate with the police, but testify in a trial, a federal trial, um, he's taking, he's putting himself at great um professional and personal risks doing so.
So I think that, you know, I I believe this testimony.
I think I think it was pretty pretty honest.
Now, the other thing I want to let you guys know when it comes to this, this uh this testimony on cross-examination, Brian Steele came across examined him.
And one of the things that Brian asked him was like, hey, are you aware of the fact that they collected DNA from your car after the firebombing, the Molotov cocktail attack, and that female DNA was found?
And obviously the government objected right away, but it did bring up a little air, like, okay, maybe maybe someone else did throw the firebomb in.
Now, does that mean that Diddy himself did it or he hired someone else?
That obviously could be the situation as well.
Um, and then Cudi did also say that Diddy apologized to him uh a couple years later, but not for what?
He just said, hey man, sorry for all the stuff from before.
Um, but he didn't like specify why.
Diddy was smart enough to not like, you know, actually incriminate himself and say, hey, I was the one that burned your car, or I was the one that broke into your house.
They still don't know.
And the only reason he even knows it was Diddy is because this woman named Capricorn, aka, like I said before, Cassie and his friend, said, Oh, I um, you know, I'm here at the house.
And I saw, you know, I'm I'm seeing them in in the house.
So that was Cuddy's testimony summed up.
Um the next witness was Milo Morales.
And Milo Morales, guys, was Cassie's makeup artist.
Let me see if I can find her Instagram profile for you guys real quick.
Thank you.
All right, so here she is.
This is uh Milo Morales.
Here's her Instagram.
Um, and you can see her, she's using she's got this picture.
Oh my god, of Cassie here when she did her makeup and stuff like that.
Um and she testified as well.
This is her.
She looked kind of crazy.
I ain't gonna lie.
Anyway, so Milo Morales took the stand, and she gave, and the reason why they brought her in is because she told a story of back in 2010 that Prince had a private party that was hosting where he was gonna perform.
Grammy Weekend, 2010.
So, and Cassie actually talked about this in her testimony as well.
How they went to go see Prince perform in 2010.
Now, in Cassie's testimony, and again, I'm weaving everything together for you guys.
In Cassie's testimony, she said that she did not ask Diddy for permission to go to this event, but she went anyway with her best friend Carrie Morgan, the blonde I showed you guys before.
So when they go, Diddy was calling her and she didn't answer the phone.
Diddy gets very angry when Cassie doesn't answer the phone.
He'll either have a staff caller, he keeps calling her, or he goes looking for her.
So in this case, she went to this event, and then as she's there, she sees Diddy's there, and she immediately left the venue.
Now, from Cassie's testimony, kind of ended there, but then Milo Morales built gives a bit more insight.
And this is basically what happened.
Milo had been doing Cassie's makeup earlier that day, and she was staying with her at her hotel in her suite.
I guess Cassie went out.
Milo was asleep on the couch.
She fell asleep on the couch.
She said that she woke up to commotion.
And as she woke up to the commotion, she saw Cassie come into the uh to the room, quickly followed by Diddy.
As Diddy came in, he said, yo, where the fuck is that bitch?
And she was like, I don't know.
And then Cassie was in her bedroom.
So Diddy follows her into the bedroom and they close the door.
She hears a bunch of arguing, screaming, whatever it may be.
After Diddy Diddy emerges from the room and leaves.
Milo goes into the room to talk to Cassie.
And when she went in, she observed that she had uh a swollen eye, knots on her head, and a busted lip.
So she's like, holy shit, what the fuck's going on?
So she takes Cassie and she takes her to her house about 10 minutes up the road.
Milo did, right?
This woman right here.
She takes uh Cassie uh home.
Right.
And as she takes Cassie home, she um calls one of her friends who's a medical doctor.
The medical doctor comes and looks at Cassie.
And um the doctor, you know, looks at her bruises, whatever it may be, renders some aid and tells her, look, you should probably go to the emergency room.
Cassie refuses.
Umla says, hey, should we call the police?
Cassie refuses.
So did they, and they also even spoke to uh to a lawyer, one of Milo's friends, who's a lawyer up in San Fran.
Basically, though they made all these phone calls or whatever, nothing ended up happening.
Um, and Cassie didn't go to the police and she didn't report it, and then ever since that attack, they never talked about it again.
Now, on cross, the defense brought up that Mila had done a bunch of interviews and she had made a thousand bucks from selling the rights from Kim Porter's photos.
Kim Porter is uh Diddy's ex-wife, who, by the way, just so you guys know, the defense also talked about Kim Porter quite a bit.
And in Cassie's testimony, Cassie admitted how she was jealous of Kim Porter.
Um, this woman right here.
just to bring more Here's Kim Porter.
Uh, she is the mother of a couple of Diddy's children.
Um, to include, yeah, this one, this is his mom.
So yeah, this is Kim Porter here.
And basically, what you know, through the testimony from a couple of assistants as well, they admitted that um the way Diddy treated Kim Porter way different than the other girls.
He, and I think George Kaplan said this.
He said that um Cassie and Gina were just Diddy's girlfriends versus uh Kim Porter was something very special, someone's very special to him.
And this kind of burned Cassie.
The defense kind of harped in on this about how Cassie was very jealous of Kim Porter, how she got different energy and treatment from Diddy that Cassie never got.
Um she ended up dying a couple of years ago.
I think she died in 2018, and this is uh, and Cassie showed actually showed up to the to the um to the uh funeral for Kim Porter.
So um that that that's what ended up happening.
So what Milo go bringing it back to you guys so you guys make sense of it.
Mila had some photos of Kim Porter from before that she had sold for a thousand bucks in the defense crossed her on that um the rights to it.
And then they also uh attacked her on that.
She had done multiple interviews talking about this incident back in 2010 with the Grammys.
And um they asked her, Did you get paid for any of these interviews?
She said no.
And uh basically that's what happened.
So they brought her in for that.
You know, defense trying to beat her up on her doing these interviews on the side.
Um, next witness was um a guy named Frederick Seymour.
This one's simple, Frederick Seymour.
He was basically a um, he's basically a uh a manager at the one of the Beverly Hills hotels.
I think it was called like the Lamage or some shit like that.
Let me let me look it up for you guys real fast.
Um let me see here.
Lormitage, maybe this is it.
Bruh.
Um, Yeah, I think this is the hotel right here.
let me go back.
You guys can see it's a very nice point.
Yeah.
Okay.
So yeah, so the hotel manager um testified as well.
Yeah, so it was Lermitage.
Okay, Frederick Zamore.
Okay, so he came in, right?
Basically, um, I'll summarize for you guys what he said.
So they brought him because he talked about a database or a system that they use called Opera.
And this system opera basically tracks the reservations and the personal information of everyone that um, you know, res reserves the room.
And the reason why his testimony was important to the government was because um the the account was made in roughly 2006, and there are multiple names on the account to include um Frank Black, Frank White, Jackie Starr, which Jackie Starr was a nickname that Cassie used when she would organize these freak-offs when she would book the hotels, and another one was Ryan Lopez, right?
And over the years, the um names on the reservation changed, because as you guys know, Diddy liked to use different names so people wouldn't know.
One of his main uh monikers was uh Frank Black and Frank White.
And also the other reason too why this is important, when HSI uh searched his apart as uh hotel, uh Vinda testified to this agent agent Vinda, when they searched his um hotel in New York, he had medication, the drugs was in a medication called Frank Black.
So he would use this alias to procure certain things to include hotel reservations.
So this guy testified to the different names being switched on the reservation account.
Also, he talked about how when uh Diddy would um and again they were using like documents to prove all this stuff.
He also talked about when Diddy would reserve these rooms, there, you know, there'd often be uh candle wax, or he talked about one incident where there was candle wax everywhere and the room was completely destroyed.
And then he gave another situation where um KK Christy Corum, that woman that I told you guys about before that was the chief of staff, she had the Amex Black, that same Amex Black that George Kaplan talked about in Andy uh and um Jordan uh uh the other assistant.
That MX Black, they are they had a thousand dollars pretty much allotted there for any type of damages to the room because they already knew it was almost like a given whenever we would do these freak-offs.
So this hotel actually had that in their records that they were authorized a thousand bucks for damages whenever he stayed because of the candle situation before and the many different names.
So um he came in just to kind of testify about that.
Defense did not cross-examine him because it was pretty airtight.
All he did was come in.
Hey, these are the records when it comes to Diddy.
These are records that we should have here, these are all of his stays.
Um, this is the other aliases that he used.
Can't really, you know, debunk that.
It's all factual.
They showed the records.
That's he came basically to testify about that.
Authenticate those records.
That's why he came in.
Um, and then the last witness that they played, right?
That they showed was a guy named uh Joshua Croft.
And Joshua Croft's job, he is a uh specialist with HSI thing out of New York.
He is a what's called the CFA or certified forensic agent.
So his job was to extract data from three laptops that Cassie provided to the government.
As you guys know, the freak-off videos um that Cassie was so terrified about actually came from Cassie.
They didn't come from Diddy.
And this is something also that the defense attacked uh Cassie on and with these uh with with the CFA, he described how you know how he was able to extract the data using two databases called TX1 and um TX1 and what was the other one?
Uh digital collector.
These are the software that they that the agent used, and then he would extract the data from these laptops and then he'd put them into something called an action report.
And the action report made it where it would be um easier for someone to analyze the information.
So basically Agent Quinn, the case agent from New York, met up with Cassie, got a consent to search for him and the three laptops.
He gave the laptops to this guy, Joshua Croft, who is the forensic agent out of New York.
He extracted the stuff.
And then while going through one of the laptops, he found that there was two different IDs on it.
One said guest and the other one said Frank Black.
Upon finding this, he notified the agent, Quinn, hey, bro, just so you know, this Frank Black is here.
Um, I don't know who that is, whatever.
So obviously the case agent, knowing that Frank Black is one of Diddy's aliases, he goes and gets a search warrant.
He gets a search warrant, then they're able to search it, and that's where a lot of this digital evidence came from.
Because for you guys to kind of understand, since the freakoffs are a central part of this video of this of this case, they showed some of the freak-off images in trial.
Now, the public and the press did not get to see it.
Only the jury was able to see the images from the the stale images, uh, not the video.
They took still images from the videos that were extracted from these laptops.
So that is why this agent came in to testify because he had to authenticate the laptops from which that evidence that the government used was extracted from.
Does that make sense, guys?
So oftentimes when you get records or you get like, you know, um evidence that was taken from a scene or whatever, you have to bring in the agent or you have to bring in the individual to authenticate that evidence.
Does that make sense?
This is why they brought in Gerard Gannon from HSI Miami to authenticate the AR-15s in the baby all.
This is why they had to bring in special agent Vinda to authenticate the baby all that they found in the cache and everything else from the hotel.
This is why they had to bring in um, you know, Seymour from the La Ermitage Beverly Hills to authenticate those records, and that's why they had to bring in this guy, Joshua Croft from HSI, because he was the CFA that extracted the data.
Now I do think it's important uh for you guys to know that on Cross, they didn't really have much for him because his job wasn't to actually go through the data.
His job was to extract the data from the devices, and then he gave it back to Sean Quinn and his people, and then they analyze the data.
Okay.
So, guys, that is a complete summary of the Diddy trial over the past two weeks.
Give me ones if that makes sense for all of you guys.
You guys now officially are completely up.
If you watched the whole broadcast so far, and you've been watching me go from one to all the way 16, you guys officially know more about the Diddy case than 99% of Americans.
And I went through each witness, their testimony and summarized it for you guys.
Give me ones if that all makes sense.
And uh, I'm gonna go ahead and answer questions now.
On that, then we're gonna transition to the Zionist stuff.
And I'm gonna talk to my um my editor.
I'm gonna tell him to edit all this stuff for you guys and put um make a video on this so that we have one standalone video that shows all this stuff and you know cuts out all the all the you know downtime and all other stuff.
Okay, Earl Stevens says, hey Myron, uh, when the government subpoenas the uh California Security Guard to the NY courthouse, do they cover travel expenses?
Yes, they do.
Uh the AUSA's office covers it.
Uh With Go says, I can't believe the prosecution would use the same chick that was made to look like a fool during the depth her trial, probably because they knew she is heavily biased against men, potentially.
And and she has the most, uh she's one of the most prominent.
But yeah, the defense kind of beat her up saying, like, this is your main job.
They didn't attack her on the Johnny Depp thing, actually.
And I didn't even know that she testified in the depth trial.
Ethan Hunt says, Mr. Gaines, your mission should be to uh choose to accept is to grab a protein shake shake silence 304s and after hours of watching my movie The Final Reckoning, the fate of the Red Pill Universe depends on you.
The message will self-destruct in five seconds.
Okay.
Um Matt Murdoch says, uh, one of my friends, Clinton Barton, was one of uh at one of Diddler's parties.
Is he cooked?
No, because the parties is not where the freak-offs happened.
That is a myth, chat.
It is a complete myth.
So, yeah.
Uh, let's see here.
What other chats do we have?
Guys, get your questions in now.
If you got questions on the Diddy case, speak now or forever hold your peace, man.
Speak now or forever hold your peace.
Speak now.
And I did that off the top, by the way, guys.
I didn't even take notes.
Like, look, all I did was put the names of each witness, briefly say where they're from and shit, and then I just gave you all of you guys that off the top.
Pause.
Pause, pause.
So your boy Myle was in there cooking.
I was literally in there writing notes.
Shit was on fire.
Guys, look at how much I fucking wrote.
So this notebook when I got it was brand new.
This is all the shit I wrote.
All this from the 10 days of trial that I watched.
Or nine days in this case.
Nine days exactly.
I took so much fucking notes, man.
I don't think anyone has a better understanding on this case than I do right now at this point, bro.
Um let's see what else we got here.
Soundboard audio sounds bad, not trolling.
It doesn't sound like it's fully coming through.
Okay.
I will have to fix the USB on that...
...somehow.
Does this make it better?
Does it sound better now?
Let me know if that makes it better.
Umbo A says, if Diddy beats this case, uh Brian Steele will go down as a new Johnny Cochrane.
Also, if he wins, this will go, uh, this will be close to the end of Believe All Women Movement, in my opinion.
Diddy is a sick degenerate, but I think he has a decent chance of beating this.
I mean, yeah, I look, look.
I I think um the defense came out swinging.
I I think the defense uh, you know, came out and you know, made a couple of the witnesses look pretty bad.
Um Jackson Left says, Will you ever get Dr. Steven Greer on the show?
It's been two years since you said you would.
If you can't get him to come on, you can also look into Jeremy Corbell, Bob Lazar, or George Knapp.
Stephen Girl's also on Rumble, so you guys can connect on that.
Bro, I I try I can't reach out to him, dude.
I tried reaching out to him.
My Instagram account got fucking banned.
Uh I can't get a hold of him.
So I don't know how to reach out to him.
These are these older guys are difficult to get a hold of.
So if you can find a way, maybe get some contact info from me or some shit like that, dude.
Let me know.
But yeah, I'd like to have him on, but I can't fucking get a hold of him.
Um Diddle Bob says, so do you think all the talk about Diddy Smashing Mail rappers and black mail?
Okay, we caught that.
Yeah, I think it's fake.
Um, I know little Rod made some comments about this stuff when it comes to him smashing other rappers, what, but we'll have to see.
Oh, fun fact for you guys as well.
A majority of the information that came that the HSI was able to use for these search warrants, by the way, it came from Little Rod.
And if you guys are wondering who a little rod is, this guy right here.
Okay, little Rod.
He is the one that um basically gave a majority of the probable cause that the um government used to get search warrants.
This guy kind of sus.
I ain't gonna lie.
Um to get search warrants on his house.
And he had he also sued Diddy as well.
Get some images here.
Here he is.
This is him.
So yeah, I got that information while I was at the courthouse as well.
He was the one that provided them the sketches and the images and got a majority of the info that Homeland Security relied upon to um to get the search warrant signed.
So that's what it was.
Uh Mr. B93 says, I said this yesterday, but you had to travel.
Now that we're on design of the subject, do you believe that uh the kill may have been organized by Zionists to justify World War III?
Uh did there's something similar by killing that Austrian royalty to spark World War II back in the day.
I'm just wondering.
It could be, man.
We don't know.
209 says, do you think Aubrey O'Day or Fawnsworth will make an appearance?
Probably not.
Earl Stephen says, hey, Martin, when the government subpoenas the California.
Oh, uh, yeah, I read that before.
Did I miss anything here else?
Hold on.
Let me make sure I didn't miss any of your guys' chats on Rumble because I know I saw a couple of them come through that I didn't get a chance to read.
Um says, where'd the video on anal and leech?
Uh Cute Man says, sounds like Diddy directing again, Martin.
Uh a little to the left.
Take that.
Okay.
Uh Earl Stevens says, hey Mark, when the government subpoenas the California Security Guard to a New York courthouse, do they cover trial expenses?
I've read that before.
I think TPC Films said something too.
I can't find it.
Let me see here.
Let me look on Castle Club.
So Leon Phelps gave me a YouTube video here.
Um, not gonna react to that because we don't got time for that.
Yemen killed two of their Israeli targets yesterday.
Didn't hear about that.
TPC Fums.
If Pete Diddy Beast's case, but still gets a domestic violence charge and being cooked from ever owning a farm or being near a firearm of his knowledge due to him being a felony.
Will he still be able to hire armed security guards to uh due to felons being near or around farms?
Blah blah.
Um, yeah, he'll be able to hire his own security, but remember, they're not charging him with domestic violence.
They're not they're charging him with straight up sex trafficking.
That'd have to be the state that handles that one.
Uh Let's see here.
All right, I think we're caught up.
We are caught up.
Alright, cool.
So chat, I'm gonna take a quick piss and then we're gonna get into the next chapter of this stream.
Um, and then we're gonna have a we're gonna do some fresh and fit.
We're gonna do um a sabbaton with you ninjas.
So that's gonna be a good time.
I'm gonna be on all night.
Pause.
uh so give me one sec and then we're gonna get into this topic you you you you you you you
you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you
you you you you Thank you.
all right Frank, you want to say what's up to the people?
It's been a while since you guys have seen Frank, right?
Frank's one year old, uh, one year old, by the way, guys.
Now, his birthday was on May 21st.
So he's officially one year old.
Angie threw a little party for him.
She got him a little hat and um she got him a little hat and she got him uh what's it called?
Uh uh like a little cake.
He's wagging his tail.
How you doing, Frank?
I miss you, buddy.
You're officially year old, man.
How does it feel?
How does it feel?
He's a very handsome guy, as you guys can see here.
He's getting big too, guys.
He's like 50 pounds now, man.
This guy.
What do you want to throw an old slash?
What do you want to throw an old slash?
Frank.
Why are you sad, man?
You tired?
You shy?
You shy, buddy?
Say what's up to the people real quick.
Give them uh give them a wave.
Come on, Frank.
Say hi.
Be friendly.
Give them a give them a wave, bro.
Give them a wave.
I love you too.
Bye.
All right.
That's my dog Frank.
I took it, he was with me in New York for a few days when I first brought Angie.
So um, yeah, Angie wants to breed him.
I know some of you guys are saying, are we gonna breed him?
I think Angie wants to breed him.
He's very handsome, man.
This guy's like fucking green, blah, blah, he's like greenish, brownish eyes.
He's uh Merly border core Merlay border collie, so he has like the um the brown and the white fur.
Very fucking smart as you guys know.
He knows a bunch of tricks.
I walk him without a leash.
It's actually scary how intelligent he is.
When Angie's locked out of her apartment, he opens the door for her.
I kid you not, chat.
If she's locked out of her apartment, this nigga opens the door for her.
I don't know what to say.
He goes, he can open up the door to come into my spot too.
I just like tap the door handle and he'll open it up.
I think uh Angie posted it one time on Instagram.
But yeah, bro, incredible how smart this guy is.
He's he's um like if we're like to compare him, like from a human perspective, he's like uh he's like a human genius.
So anyway, let's get into um this uh shooting, guys that happened a couple of days ago.
Uh this is a big fucking deal.
Um, and let's just kind of get into it.
Two Israeli embassy employees got killed, guys.
Uh obviously tragic.
Let's play this.
Also, guys, how is the audio?
Does it is it fine?
Right now I got it at 200.
I'm gonna bring it back to 100 because that's what it normally is.
Like, how's this audio?
Give me ones if it's good, give me two if I need to turn it up.
One if it's good, two if it needs to go up to the episode.
You guys can't hear the video?
Bro.
Thank you.
Muted.
Thank you.
Okay, I'm gonna look at Castle Club, man.
You niggas in the chat are fucking retards.
Okay, Castle Club niggas.
Uh, is the audio fine?
Is the playback fine on here?
They're saying there's no audio on this video.
How's that even fucking possible?
You guys can't hear the video.
Okay, let me let me fix this right now then.
This is a horrific crime.
All right, let me play it from the beginning.
All right.
Tell me if this is uh.
Yeah, I'm talking about the video, guys.
I'm gonna play it again.
Give me ones if it's good, give me twos if it's bad.
One if the audio is good from the video, two if it's bad.
All right, some serious news.
I'm adjusting it right now.
I know you guys said my mic is perfect.
Great.
Now I'm going to adjust the USB sound to make sure it's good.
The man accused of killing two Israeli embassy staffers in Washington, D.C., could face the death penalty for what the Justice Department is calling an act of terrorism.
Mm-hmm.
Madeline Rivera joins us now from outside the Capitol.
All right, it's fine, it's perfect.
No problem.
All right, audio's excellent on Rumble.
All right, perfect.
All right, we're good.
So I don't need to I don't need to adjust it with this uh thing that I got here.
As you guys can see, look, I got this um master volume thing, this volume master where I can increase the volume.
So I don't need to use this shit anymore, do I?
We're good.
We're good.
Thank you.
It's good on good.
All right, sound effects are muted.
mean?
Stupid!
Thank you.
you Thank you.
You guys can't hear all those sound effects?
Is that what you guys are telling me?
You guys can't hear all that shit I just played just now?
You guys couldn't hear all that?
Little Jewish Museum with the latest, not a lot.
Yeah, I got the master volume on standby.
Good morning, guys.
Investigators say the charges they okay.
Sound effects don't work?
Fuck.
All right.
Let me mute myself while I try to fix this shit.
They brought against a suspect yesterday or only the beginning, and there could be more coming depending on the evidence.
This is a horrific crime, and these crimes are not gonna be tolerated by me and by this office.
Antisemitism will not be tolerated, especially in the nation's capital.
We're gonna continue to investigate this as a hate crime and a crime of terrorism.
So for now, 31-year-old Elias Rodriguez is facing two counts of first degree murder along with firearm charges.
Court papers present the shooting as calculated.
Authorities say Rodriguez flew to DC from Chicago on May 20th with a gun.
He told police he had bought a ticket for the event at the Capitol Jewish Museum three hours before it began on Wednesday.
Surveillance video showed Rodriguez shooting the victims.
26-year-old Sarah Milgram and 30-year-old Yaron Lashinsky, both staffers for the Israeli embassy.
As Milgram tried to crawl away, Rodriguez approached her and fired.
Okay, I listened to the sound effects, guys.
I'm gonna send this to Mo so that he could fix this shit.
So I I uh I listened back to it.
I see what you mean, guys mean when you guys say it's distorted.
I'll keep playing this for you guys.
...at her again, emptying out more than 20 rounds in total in the attack.
He allegedly told police...
I did it for Palestine, I did it for Gaza.
I am unarmed.
Rodriguez was holding a red scarf identified by one witness as a cafe, and his officers were escorting Rodriguez from the museum.
He shouted free Palestine.
Moving forward, police will be speaking to the people who knew Rodriguez, trying to learn more about him.
They'll be combing through his social media accounts and going through writings that are believed to have been published by him.
They're also asking for the public's help to help fill in the gaps between May 20th, when the suspect arrived here in DC and May 21st when that shooting happened at the Capitol Jewish Museum behind me.
Guys, back to you.
Thanks, Matt.
Thanks, Matty.
I just got to say this guy.
And I got the criminal complaint as well, guys, which we're going to read here in a little bit, because they're obviously taking this very seriously.
As a coward because he shot him in the back execution style.
That's why he's getting charged with first degree murder.
Probably is going to get the death penalty.
Has a manifesto that is out.
But he targeted people that were directly trying to get aid to Gaza.
So I mean, if i if you have been condemning the Israeli government and and and you don't like the way that they're conducting the work, you don't like about the foreign aid.
This group, these diplomats were trying to get aid there, and you executed them.
Yeah, that's this guy's a fucking idiot for that.
But also, you know, uh with all this condemnation towards Israel, what is the appropriate response to a 9-11 type attack, which is what Israel suffered?
What is the appropriate response?
I mean, you look at just the first Yeah, that's debatable.
I mean, you can make the argument that then you Nan Yahoo let it happen or whatever, but eh.
Six months after 9-11 here.
We dropped uh 1,220.
Shout out to Dell Cloud says, uh, shout out to the one-year-old Frank, uh, the border mutt uh W stream Shill the weekend.
Hey, Frank is a hundred percent nigga.
Don't insult him like that ever again.
Also, guys, if you guys want to get involved in the show, rumble rant in or send in a tip on MyronGainesX.com.
It's how we keep the show going.
Um, as you guys know, I am demonetized on YouTube because uh so fucking annoying and bullshit reasons.
But um, but yeah.
Go ahead and um support the show, MyronGainesX.com or Rumble Rants.
Uh and then we're gonna have a subathon today, guys.
So make sure to definitely tune in to that and get involved in the subathon.
On Afghanistan, you saw a huge displacement of people as a result.
So, what is the appropriate response when you have your women killed, when you have your children killed, when you have your people taken hostage?
Like, what is the appropriate response for the people condemning Israel?
Yeah, and not just Israel's response to Hamas, but uh Americans' response here, or some are Americans a lot aren't, uh, to what Israel is doing has turned into all these pro-Palestinian, uh which are now pro-Hamas, uh, protests on universities where they're literally almost physically attacking Jewish students.
Well, Trump administration says no more.
Secretary no more's that universities need to get your act together, and the Trump administration has terminated Harvard student visas.
Now we're gonna talk about that here uh right now, because what we see got going on, guys, is there is going to be a massive response to this, okay?
So here's Christy Noam talking with Fox News about terminating um visas here for students.
And I'm gonna kind of give you guys a monologue on all this stuff, but I kind of want to let you guys know kind of what the temperature in the room is right now when it comes to you know what they call anti-Semitism in the United States.
Madam Secretary, you say it is a privilege, not a right, for American schools to be able to host a And this is Christy Noam, uh, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
I ain't gonna lie to you guys, she's a fucking bimbo.
Yeah, I should I showed you guys the video of how she likes to dress up and do all this other shit, but yeah, and how she pointed a rifle at an ice fucking ERO officer.
Yes, that's exactly right.
And this program has been in place for a very long time.
These policies have been in place for a long time, and Harvard brought these consequences upon themselves.
They have promoted and allowed uh violent activity on campus.
Uh, they have allowed anti-Semitism participation with CCP uh and Chinese infiltration and uh influence on their campus, and they haven't protected their students.
Uh so Yeah, but there's a big difference.
You guys didn't give a fuck when they talked about the CP C C P stuff.
It wasn't until the criticism of Israel and this anti-Semitism that you guys decided to take action.
That's the big difference.
We have given them multiple opportunities to share criminal activity with us, uh, backgrounds on these students to let us conduct the oversight into this program that is our responsibility, and they have refused to do so.
So today I sent them a letter that said they will no longer be allowed to participate in this student exchange visitor program.
Now that's huge, guys.
See this student exchange visitor information system, uh basically the program that DHS runs to allow foreign students to come to the United States.
She pulled them from CBAS.
So this is huge because Harvard guys, a lot of their student body, something like twenty percent of their student body is foreign students.
Program, and that's up to the as with many um private schools, a lot of them have a lot a big foreign student population.
Twenty-seven percent of their enrolled students, so it's significant.
Uh anyway it's like twenty-seven percent.
Any foreign student that wishes to get an education in this country that is attending Harvard and not participating in this criminal activity, they will have to find another university to go to because Harvard has chosen instead to not protect their students and to allow this kind of violent and discriminatory action continue.
So, as you mentioned, uh eighteen percent of Harvard's uh freshman class this year is are foreign.
They're foreigners here on student visas.
What happens?
Where do they go now?
What do they do?
Yeah, we have given Harvard multiple opportunities to give us the documentation that we've requested to conduct oversight.
We've asked them for the backgrounds on students that attend their university, their criminal activity on campus, off of campus, uh any video or audio footage they have of this violent activity for um and they have just simply not complied.
Uh, this is something that they need to do in order to comply with this program as it was established.
And so unfortunately, all of their foreign students uh will face the consequences of Harvard's lack of protecting uh the individuals that go there.
So 27% of their students are foreign students, and they will have to find some other university to go to, and hopefully they find one that cares about them and provides a safe environment.
Um, does that mean that the student visa of this freshman class won't be revoked?
It will just be revoked for them to attend Harvard specifically.
Is that right?
I want to make sure I'm understanding the process.
Yeah, the decision that's made today based on what Harvard has done uh is specifically applying to that university, not to the individual student.
And Harvard is fighting back because they're saying that this is a violation of freedom of speech.
Uh and that's why they're not kind of budging with the with the US government.
The university will no longer be able to participate in this program.
They will not be allowed to have foreign students uh because we have gone back to them multiple times, asked them to disclose this information, which other universities have and need to do in order to participate in the student in exchange visitor program, and Harvard simply has not done it.
Harvard has a history of the U.S. Uh A H O T says he called out the sound effects.
Uh, he said, Can you get get unmuted?
Yeah, Moss, can you unmute him on uh YouTube, please?
Where students were assaulted, they were discriminated against, uh, they were verbally abused, and they've even facilitated a a training for a paramilitary group that affiliated with the C C P. So it's not just uh pro Hamas activities that they have allowed to have this uh happen on their campus.
They've also allowed participation with communist China, who considers the United States one of their greatest enemies.
Uh this is something we're not gonna continue to allow to have happen.
This is something I'm responsible for to provide this type of oversight, and we're going to ensure that every university protects every single one of their students on their campuses, whether they're from the United States or another country, they need to be safe.
They are don't deserve to have this kind of anti-semitic or uh any other kind of discrimination.
Yeah, but they only care about the anti-Semitic stuff.
They didn't care about the C C P stuff until now.
So Israel's consul general here in New York joined uh our air a short while ago.
He really can't.
Someone asked a good question.
Does uh does foreign include Israel?
I guess so.
Yeah.
Even Israelis now can't go to Harvard, bro.
This is anti-Submitville.
Good point, bro.
Unless they're a dual citizen.
But most Israelis are dual citizens, so it probably won't be a big deal.
A lot of them are Americans.
Hammered home, the his case, which is that he says the Qataris are at fault here.
They are the ones exporting anti-Israel thought and rot to colleges across the United States.
Um how do you see that?
What's your reaction to that?
I think it was very interesting to listen to the Israeli ambassador to the UN this morning as well that was doing several interviews where he talked about it.
He felt like a lot of the anti-Semitism that we saw across the country in the last year or two started on these college campuses.
And I really do believe that what these colleges Have done by facilitating an environment that allows this kind of hatred to grow and to spread and misinformation uh to continue to be proliferated among these students is wrong.
And it's created a situation now where we have racism and violence and assaults happening.
And this student program was intended for students who wanted to come here and learn in America.
Wondered uh appreciated the wonderful opportunity that it provided.
And it's morphed into this terrible situation where people are really victims, victims of the system.
So we're bringing the oversight that the last administration did not bring, and we're gonna make sure that this student in exchange program provides an environment where students can learn and not be discriminated against.
Translation, if you continue to harbor students that are critical of Israel and uh pr promote um, you know, pro-Palestine marches on college campuses.
We are going to continue to fuck with you and fuck with your money, fuck with your ability to get m aid, and we're going to go ahead and ensure that we're gonna ostracize a portion of your student body so that you don't get tuition money from them, namely foreign international students.
But do you believe, madam secretary, that the Qataris in particular are behind a lot of the anti-Semitism you just described?
Are they providing fuel that creates this fire?
You know, I'm I'm not an expert in this area.
I think that there's validity.
Definitely not an expert on this.
She didn't even know what habeas corpus is, guys.
Habeas corpus.
I'll I'll show you guys the fucking thing real quick.
That we've got a lot of influences here, and we've got a lot of people that have facilitated this.
Um of these universities have even barred law enforcement officers from coming on campus uh and haven't even allowed there to be basic law and order uh on on the areas that they're responsible for.
So uh we're gonna continue to do our investigations and make sure that what the Department of Homeland Security is responsible for, it will be done with integrity for the way that Congress laid out that programs should work and the opportunities that we have to allow people to come into this country, learn and to be a part of a country that promotes freedom and liberty and that everybody is equal.
Uh that's not what Harvard is doing, and that's not what we're seeing in some of these college campuses.
Could you foresee, or are you now considering similar moves with other universities?
Look, these left tarts pissed me off too, but freedom of speech is freedom of speech, man.
To go ahead and arrest students for criticizing a foreign country when they can come in and criticize America, no problem, is fucking wild.
Right?
Absolutely wild.
And here she is uh testifying.
Land Security Secretary Christie No made headlines during her testimony to the Senate Homeland Security Committee Tuesday, when she incorrectly answered what the fundamental U.S. right known as habeas corpus means.
That's fucking crazy.
Guys, it's basically the government needs to be able to bring you in front of a judge so that you can get your charges read out to you and know what the fuck you're facing, right?
This is how you avoid being kidnapped at night by law enforcement and no one knows what happened to you, what you're and you and you not knowing what you're being charged for.
This is what they do in literally like you know, uh, rogue nations where they just kidnap you and arrest you and take your freedom away, and you have no idea fucking why, and you get no fucking due process.
The fact that Christy Nolf doesn't know this as the Secretary of Homeland Security is fucking wild.
So, Secretary Noam, what is habeas corpus?
Well, habeas corpus is a constitutional right that the president has to be able to remove people from this country.
Oh God.
Oh, God.
Ah, the liberals are fucking losing their minds over this shit.
This dumbass bitch has a Ukraine flag on her thing, dude.
Like, come on, man.
Or it looks like I could barely see that.
Is that a Ukraine flag?
Let me stop and spend their own.
Habeas corpus, excuse me.
That's that's incorrect.
The concept of habeas corpus dates back to the Magna Carta.
It is the right of prisoners to challenge their imprisonment, allowing them to ask a judge to issue a writ of habeas corpus, essentially a court order, demanding that's a good idea.
Yeah, it is a Ukraine flag.
Okay, I couldn't see.
Um, yeah, dude, like, yeah, this is basically like you being able to know what the fuck you're being charged for.
So you don't get kidnapped by the cops at night and not know.
And whoever is detaining them, prove in court that their detention is lawful.
If a judge finds that it's not the case, a prisoner must be free.
This right is a good idea.
Yeah, guys, sorry, my vision is really bad, especially from like a distance.
So, like, uh God.
I kind of noticed this when I was in the courtroom during the whole, like um during the Diddy thing, I had to sit right up front to the monitor to be able to see because I don't like wearing my glasses.
Explicitly granted in the first article of the constitution saying, quote, the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it.
And that's what Trump is trying to potentially he was talking about potentially suspending habeas corpus.
And I talked about this actually on Timcast, Uh with them suspending habeas corpus for the some of these illegal aliens that they're arresting.
The Supreme Court has consistently upheld this right and says it extends to both citizens and non-citizens.
For example, activist Mahmoud Halel, a lawful permanent resident whose status has been revoked by the government because he took part in pro-Palestinian protests.
Guys, do me a favor.
We only got 1911 likes, but we got almost 3,000 of you guys in here.
Do me a sod, man.
Like the fucking video.
Falcone.
I just gave you guys a fire summary of the Diddy case and all the witnesses.
So please do me a favor and like the video.
And is currently detained by immigration and customs enforcement, filed a habeas corpus petition challenging his detention.
In 2008, the Supreme Court And Mods, do me a favor.
When uh Jacob, whoever's doing the timestamps, when you do the timestamps for this video, please, when you do the part where we're covering each witness for the Diddy case, name each witness in the timestamps so the people know.
Um I'm gonna get my guy to uh clip it as well and make it into a video for y'all.
Supreme Court also extended this right to non-citizens to tain at Guatanamo Bay.
The protection has only been suspended legally four times in American history, and only with congressional approval, according to the National Constitution Center.
During the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln suspended it throughout the United States, and Congress later passed a law legalizing Lincoln's decision.
Congress authorized the president at the time to suspend habeas corpus three other times during reconstruction in certain parts of South Carolina, during a 1905 insurrection attempt in the Philippines, and after the bombing of Pearl Harbor in Hawaii in 1941.
The Supreme Court has ruled that migrants detained as part of the Trump administration's deportation efforts, are allowed to challenge their deportation using a habeas corpus petition.
The Trump administration is quote actively looking at the possibility of suspending habeas corpus, according to White House Deputy Chief of Staff Steve.
Yeah, so uh yeah, so anyway, Christy Noam's retarded.
So this is our talking about the Harvard stuff.
Now, also, um, let's keep finish watching this, and I'm gonna go over and explain to you guys what's going on.
We're talking about uh with the uh with the whole situation of um this uh shooter, El S Rodriguez killing these two Israeli um embassy employees.
According to the data that they have, 27% of their population.
I I want to know why they're having 27% of international students when it's so competitive to get into this school.
A lot of Americans want to go there.
But all they've asked the Harvard to do is turn over the video camera of all these protests and what was going on.
Treat the Jewish population as you would treat any other uh population.
Stop the blocking of the Jews from going to the class, and Harvard does not want to buckle, and this is just another Bruh.
That this whole blocking of the students to go to class is is fucking catman.
That's like that comes from like one kid out of Columbia that um was like agitating the protesters because he's a hardcore Zionist and they were like fucking with him.
But dude, nobody's really holding kids from going to class, bro, that are Jewish specifically.
This is more made-up propaganda bullshit.
Well, a lot of matter of fact, a lot of these people that are protesting are actually Jewish kids, FYI, dude.
Like this dude is stupid.
Bruh, a lot of these protests are actually Jewish.
So, you know, I I just love common sense, right?
And and if you're a country that wants to do harm to the United States, would you not use our universities as a way to try to do harm to the country?
And and look, over the past four years under the Biden administration, we talked a lot about illegal immigration and clearly everyone's seeing the impact on the.
Hey guys, we just said 2K likes.
Nice.
Let's get to 2500 likes, guys.
Let's get to almost 100% engagement, man.
It helps a lot with the stream.
We're back in Miami.
I can finally, you know, give you guys higher quality streams now and not have to worry about lag and all this other bullshit.
I can use a computer.
We can actually react to stuff real time.
I can show you guys pictures, like uh when I did the you know, stuff with the witnesses, showing you guys pictures, bringing you guys there.
I wanted you guys to feel what it was like to be in court.
Hopefully, I did a good job of of doing that for you guys.
So, guys, like the video.
See what's 2500.
The streams are gonna be even better.
Um, now that I'm back, so uh let's keep cooking.
And also that playing out a role in the uh election with immigration being the second most important issue to voters.
But now we need to have a conversation about legal immigration and who are we letting into this country and what is that vetting process look like for some of these visas to allow some of these individuals to come to the United States who by the way hate us, hate our values, hate what we believe here.
And why are we letting them into the United States, Joey?
Yeah, I don't think the Trump administration is gonna tolerate it much anymore.
These are some of the things that they're doing to put universities in check so that they actually care about this country.
They they've revoked the authorization to enroll international students.
They've suspended 2.7 billion dollars worth of grants and a billion dollars for research partners, uh, launched uh at least eight investigations, asked the IRS to revoke the university's tax exempt status.
Now, understand that most of these universities, especially the IV.
I went to Georgetown.
They have a multi-billion dollar trust.
It's not like these uh endowments.
It's not like these universities are gonna be bankrupt and can't uh provide scholarships.
It's that they're gonna have to be more diligent in who they provide scholarships to, and they're gonna have to dig into some of that money that's just actually ironically working in a capitalist system to earn more money for them, which is what they're doing with those endowments as opposed to taxpayer dollars.
The the message is very simple.
It's coming from the president, it's coming from the DHS secretary.
Get your act together.
Yeah.
All right.
Um, now let's watch um Nanya who condemned and just you guys know, basically, long story short, this guy Elias, um, Rodriguez, far leftist, shot and killed two Israeli embassy employees in Washington, D.C. in cold blood uh two days ago, uh, two nights ago.
I'm Austin Westfall.
Uh this is a statement.
And obviously, you know, they're going to use this guy's to launch a brigade on anti-Semitism legislation.
Okay, Nanyahu obviously immediately made a statement right after.
Let's see what he's got to say.
Prime Minister of Israel.
We're hearing from Benjamin Netanyahu.
He's reacting to what he calls uh the horrific killing of two Israeli embassy staffers in DC.
He says a brutal terrorist shot in cold blood, a young, beautiful couple.
Yaren Leshinsky and Sarah Milgram.
Yaron had just bought an engagement ring for Sarah.
He says he was planning to give it to her in Jerusalem next week.
That's something we learned at the press conference last night as well from DC officials.
Attached to this, Netanyahu posted a lengthy video statement on social media.
I want to play this out.
We saw that it was posted a few hours ago.
Here's Netanyahu's statement.
We're gonna play it in full.
Last night in Washington, something horrific happened.
A brutal terrorist.
Hey guys, again, like the video, man.
We're at 22,000 six uh 2064.
Let's get to 2500, man.
Let's get to 2500.
Shot in cold blood, a young, beautiful couple.
Yaron Ishinski and Sarah Milgram.
Yaron had just bought an engagement ring for Sarah.
He was planning to give it to her in Jerusalem next week.
They were planning to start a new and happy life together.
Well, that tragically did not happen.
Yaron and Sarah weren't the victims of a random crime.
And just so you guys know, these two, if I'm not mistaken, are not actually Jewish, they're Christians.
The terrorists who cruelly gunned them down, did so for one reason and one reason alone.
I know the guy himself is Christian.
I know he's Christian.
He wanted to kill Jews.
And as he was see, see what Nan see what Nanyao's doing, chat.
See what he's doing.
He's making this an attack on Jewish people, right?
I knew they were gonna do this.
And we're gonna show what the ADL is doing as well with this.
Again, I'm showing you guys this video so you guys can see where we're going with this.
He was taken away.
He chanted free Palestine.
This is exactly the same chant we heard on October 7th.
On that day, thousands of terrorists stormed into Israel from Gaza.
They beheaded men, they raped women, they burned babies alive, they butchered 1200 innocent people and took 251 innocent people hostage to the dungeons of Gaza.
A short time afterwards, John Sor Schultz of Germany visited Israel.
And after he saw the horrors, he said to me, these Hamas teras are exactly like the Nazis.
He was right.
And if they could get away with it, these Khamasters would have slaughtered every last Jew on Earth.
For these neo-Nazis, free Palestine is just today's version of High Hitler.
They don't want a Palestinian state.
See?
There we go.
They want to destroy the Jewish state.
They want to annihilate the Jewish people who've been in the land of Israel for 3500 years.
I could never understand how this simple truth invades the leaders of France, Britain, Canada, and others.
They're now proposing to establish a Palestinian state and reward these murders with the ultimate prize.
Well, for 18 years, we had a de facto Palestinian state.
It's called Gaza.
And what did we get?
Peace?
No.
We got the most savage slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust.
You won't be surprised to learn that Hamas thanked President Macron and Prime Minister Starmer and Carney for demanding that Israel end its war in Gaza immediately.
Hamas was right to thank them.
Because by issuing their demand, replete with a threat of sanctions against Israel, against Israel, not Hamas.
These three leaders effectively said they want Hamas to remain in power.
They want Israel to stand down and accept that Hamas's army of mass murderers will survive, rebuild, and repeat the October 7th massacre again and again and again, because that's what Hamas is about to do.
I say to President Macron, Prime Minister Carney, and Prime Minister Starmer, when mass murderers, rapists, baby killers, and kidnappers, thank you, you're on the wrong side of justice.
You're on the wrong side of humanity, and you're on the wrong side of history.
Now these leaders may think that they're advancing peace.
They're not.
They're emboldening Hamas to continue fighting forever.
And they give them hope to establish a second Palestinian state, from which Hamas will again seek to destroy the Jewish state.
And mind you, it's not going to be a state free of Hamas.
When you establish a Palestinian state, we've seen it.
The radicals take over.
Iran sends them in and they take over.
So don't give us this talk.
It'll be a peaceful Palestinian state.
It won't be.
But the hypocrisy doesn't stop there.
These and other leaders have bought into Hamas's problem.
Yeah, so he's denouncing France and stuff because he's currently running Operation uh Judean Chariots, which they're doing a new bomb campaign.
They're invading Gaza again, and they're literally going to occupy it.
So, as you guys know, and I did a whole video on this, right?
Where I broke this down in detail for you guys, actually, matter of fact.
So if you guys go on my channel, right?
You go go, you just go right here.
Myron Gaines, boom.
Come on over.
I dropped this clip earlier today.
Uh, where's it at?
Right here.
Uh right here.
How Israel is trying to get us into war with Iran.
In this video, I give you guys an update of what's going on right now in um in Gaza.
Okay.
Uh, and I talk about Trump's visit to the Middle East.
I'm dropping the link right here for you guys.
Okay.
So here, I'll play a little bit of it for you guys.
Man, it feels good to be back home, man.
Israel's putting an enormous amount of pressure on the United States to put pressure on Iran to basically stop their nuclear program.
I understand that foreign policy is very tough, but the Iranians don't trust the Trump administration because they're so in bed with the Israelis.
And the Israelis have also threatened that they're going to attack Iran regardless.
We're talking about serious economic problems.
We're talking about a regional war in the Middle East.
We're talking about dead American soldiers.
For what?
For Israel?
Because they don't want them to have nuclear capability.
Yeah, so basically things have heightened, guys, because Israel has re-engaged with the strip and they're running, like I said before, Gideon's Operation Gideon's Chariots, where they're doing a new renewed Kibami campaign.
They got more soldiers going in.
The ceasefire basically gave them the ability to replenish, recover, and now they're going back in again, and they are going to permanently occupy the Gaza Strip.
And basically they're trying to find a way to move a million Gazans out of the Gaza Strip into either Libya, Egypt, Jordan, you know, a couple of different Arab countries that they're talking about moving them to.
And uh the nuclear deal, you know, might end up not happening because the United States wants um Iran to give up their nuclear program completely, not even do civilian nuclear program for energy anymore.
They want them to get rid of it completely, and that's a non-starter for Iran.
So on top of that, the people that wrote this stuff to, you know, formulate this deal alongside with you know Steve Whitkop, they're members from APAC.
So they don't want a deal with Iran.
They just want to attack them.
And what does Nanyahoo do?
Boom, he takes this murder, and now he's using this murder to say, look, they're killing Jews, they hate Jews, right?
This isn't an anti-Israel thing, this is an anti-Jewish thing.
So that's what he's doing here.
Um, even though, despite the fact that I know for sure the man was Christian, I don't know if the woman was Christian as well.
They're saying that she is as she is as well.
But he's flame, he's he's framing this as anti-Jewish, and this is what they need to do to be able to get this anti-Semitism stuff up.
That's what they're doing, guys.
They want to go to war with Iran, and any ability that they can to do so is um what it is.
I mean, hell, some people are even saying that this Elias Rodriguez guy is uh is what was a agitator, a paid agitator, right?
SIOP.
Propaganda that says Israel is starving Palestinian children.
This is true.
And not only is Hamas putting out this lie.
A few uh days ago, a top UN official said that 14,000 Palestinian babies would die in 48 hours.
You see, many international institutions are complicit in spreading this lie.
The press repeats it, the mob believed it, and a young couple is then brutally gunned down in Washington.
So here are the facts.
Notice how we didn't address, let's see if he addresses.
He said here's the fact.
Since October 7th, Israel has sent 92,000 A trucks into Gaza.
That's right.
92,000 A trucks.
That includes 1.8 million tons of aid.
1.8 million tons of aid.
More than enough food to feed everyone in Gaza.
Yet as we had let the aid come in, Hamas stole it.
They took a huge chunk for themselves.
The rest they sold at exorbitant prices to the Palestinian population.
Of course.
And then they use the money they stole to recruit new terrorists to continue their war against Israel.
No, they recruit new terrorists because you kill their brothers and sisters, and it's easy for them to go ahead and pick up an A can't say fuck Israel.
That is why.
Even Elon Musk said this shit a year or two ago.
For every innocent person you kill, you create another Hamas terrorist, an angry family family member grieving over their lost family member.
They're like, fuck this, I'm gonna go ahead and join.
And you guys are making it easy for them to do so.
Our goal from the start was to get food to Palestinian civilians, not to Palestinian terrorists.
So we consulted with our American allies.
What do we do to prevent Hamas from doing the aid?
Well, together we devised a mechanism to achieve this goal.
American companies will distribute the food directly to Palestinian families.
They'll do so in safe zone secured by our military.
And this will allow us to complete our goal of destroying Hamas while enabling aid to reach the civilian population.
They haven't let aid come in for like 70 days.
He's lying about that.
He's totally lying about that.
Like, this is why this is a big reason why Trump actually went to the Middle East.
Like, oh, 92,000.
Okay, what about this year, though?
You guys have not let aid come in since fucking March.
That's what he's not saying.
92,000 trucks, cool.
There's two million people over there, bro.
Two million people, two million plus.
So that's nothing.
And the other thing, too, is that again, they have not allowed food to come in pretty much since the ceasefire ended in March.
We'll complete the construction of the first uh distribution zones in the coming days.
Ultimately, we intend to have large safe zones in the south of Gaza, and the Palestinian population will move there for their own safety while we conduct combat in other zones and receive humanitarian aid there without Hamas interference.
In the meantime, we authorized letting trucks enter Gaza to provide for immediate needs.
Yesterday, I think a hundred uh more than a hundred trucks went in, more will come in today.
I tell you this.
No army in the world has ever gone to such lengths to provide aid to the civilian population.
A hundred trucks is nothing, dude.
In the midst of intent for that population, it's combat.
And Hamas, of course, opposes this.
It shoots Palestinian civilians who want to leave for safe zones, and it shoots Palestinian civilians who want to prevent Hamas terrorist from looting the A-trucks intended for them.
As for the hostages, we'll do every effort to secure them.
I'm ready for a temporary ceasefire to get more out.
But we demand, and you're All right, those trocer says, Martin, the two Israelis were ethnic Jews, but their religion was Messianic Judaism.
Messianic Judaism is basically Jews who believe that Jesus is the Messiah, but practice Jewish religious rituals.
No, the guy was actually Christian.
Maybe that maybe the girl, but I know for a fact that the guy was Christian.
I'll show you what I mean.
Um Neon said, uh, next time you go on Morgan's show, you could say, I want to see the tens of thousands people going to jail for the war crimes of Gaza, just like the Germans after World War II.
Yeah, bro, it's not happening.
You already know they're not gonna Israel never gets held accountable for their war crimes.
Um I know you know it, but we have some normies coming in all the time.
I wanted to specify that you could be a Christian Jewish person, and that's my biggest fear.
People confuse Jew, the religion, and the people Zionists are the issue, and the majority are Christian and atheists, not even religious.
Fuck them, Zayos.
Yeah, I see what you mean.
Yeah, yeah, it's it's an ethnoligion.
You can be Jewish and be an atheist, you can be Jewish, you can be a Christian, you can be Jewish, you can be Muslim.
It's a group of people.
Um, but I don't know if this guy was ethnically Jewish, the guy at least.
I the girl I know she was.
I don't know if the guy was, but I know that for a fact he was Christian.
I'll show you guys what I mean by that.
You should demand that all of our hostages be released and released immediately.
And so should every civilized country demand this.
We're in intense seven front war that was launched against us by Iran and its proxies.
Sometimes in war, accidents happen.
One such uh incident happened the other day in Janin, and thankfully no one was hurt.
Our military has expressed its regret over the event because we don't target civilians or diplomats.
What?
Brah.
I can't believe he said that with a straight face.
I don't even think you can say that with straight face.
Come on.
Our military has expressed its regret over the event because we don't target civilians or diplomats.
We target terrorists.
Exactly.
Bro, he can't even say that shit with a straight face chat.
Look at Look at his eyes.
Look how much he's blinking and he's saying this shit.
We don't target civilians.
Look at look at his shit.
Our military has expressed its regret over the event because we don't target civilians or diplomats.
We target terrorists.
Exactly the opposite of Hamas.
They target civilians, ours, and they hide behind civilians.
Theirs.
They use them as human shields.
That's a double war crime.
But I don't hear that coming from anyone of those countries that criticize Israel.
Yeah, so here we go.
Um, so this comes from Jake Shields.
He posted this.
Shout out to my guy Jake Shields.
Um, Shaval Ronin says, um, beloved Yarn Lashansky was my student at the Agar Aragaman Institute, a graduate of the Exodus program, a Christian who served in the IDF and dedicated his life to Israel and Zionism.
Okay.
So he he was a Christian chat.
Maybe his wife was a Messianic Jew, but he is um he was a Christian chat.
Well, those who say that Israel stands alone, I say we're not alone.
Justice stands with us.
The truth stands with us.
I don't know about the truth, my friend.
History stands with us.
And so do countless people around the world who could tell the difference between right and wrong between good and evil.
I want to thank all of them.
And I especially want to thank President Trump and the American people for their forthright stand with Israel and with the Jewish people.
Together we stand, together we'll triumph, and we'll see the victory of civilization over barbarism.
So, as you guys could see here, they're using this attack to say anti-Semitism is on the rise, and obviously to substantiate their aggression in the Gaza Strip.
Now, let's see what the ADL is doing.
This is Jonathan Greenblatt, aka the fucking biggest scumbag on the internet.
Um, is the CEO and national director of the anti-defamation league, Jonathan Greenblatt.
Jonathan.
And this comes from the ADL.
Of course, they posted this a couple days ago.
Let me see if I can find ADL CNN like better quality, because that quality sucks, guys.
Hold on.
Hold on.
I'm trying to find a better version of it for you guys, higher quality.
Thank you.
They can't even upload videos correctly, these retards.
Damn.
See the CNN have it.
Let me try.
Oh, look, he visited the...
I'm here outside the Capitol Jewish Museum.
Where we know a terrible tragedy happened last night.
Where two young staff in Israeli and Sid were gunned down.
Our friends, the American Jewish Committee, were hosting this very special event.
One would think they would be safe.
But the reality is all Jews live with the lack of safety today.
All right, so it looks like I gotta pull it from here because this is the only one being here.
But I mean, what what do you do with this?
It is just horrific.
Sorry for the quality, guys.
I can't find the actual CNN version, so I gotta come off the ADL version, which is in 360p.
This guy can't even properly rip a video.
Look, first of all, I think all of our hearts break for the young couple who was killed for everyone in the Washington, D.C. community.
I mean, think about it.
These people, their only offense was going to a the Jewish museum.
They were killed because they attended a Jewish event.
I mean, hey, uh, Goku, this fucking retard says, no, the guy was not Christian, he converted to Judaism.
Get your facts straight before you absolutely confidently about something.
The info isn't hard to get.
Shut the fuck up, dude.
Who the fuck do you think you are coming on my stream telling me some stupid shit like that?
Oh, well, actually, show me your proof.
Where's your source that he converted to Judaism?
And even if he did, let's say he did convert to Judaism.
Either way, he was a Christian.
And we all know also that it's very difficult to convert to Judaism.
It takes years.
So what the fuck are you talking about?
Not probable, my friend.
Not probable.
It's probably fucking the black Goku kid from California, that retard.
All right, Samuel, I'll fix the soundboard.
I gotta say, Kate, in many ways, this was inevitable.
I mean, think about the data.
We've talked about it before.
ADL systematically tracks anti-Semitic incidents.
We have seen a historic rise.
Five out of the last six years, we've reached record numbers.
And look, six weeks ago, a man firebombed the governor's mansion in Philadelphia uh in Harrisburg and tried to kill Josh Puro and his family.
And that was six weeks ago.
Six months ago, the FBI detained a man with explosives in his car in Gainesville, Florida.
He was going to head down to the APAC office to murder people.
I mean, look, this happened just a few blocks from the US Capitol.
I mean, this is terrifying, and it's just gotta stop.
I mean, what does it you talk about the record number of incidents and you put out this report?
It's the highest number of anti-Semitic incidents that you put that you guys have seen since in what is it, the 46 years that ADL has even been tracking anti-Semitic incidents.
But is are they also becoming more violent?
I mean, we do are two people are dead this morning.
That's a great point.
So yes, they are becoming more violent.
We've seen a rise in harassment and vandalism, but is the violence that it almost seems inevitable, Kate.
Like, look, I'm angry today.
I'm angry because we have been saying this.
You know, when people scream lies or protesters about the Jewish people or the Jewish state, accuse us of being Zionists and committing genocide, these lies have consequences.
And repeating them and normalizing them.
Those who tell us that anti-Zionism is a legitimate political ideology, it's not.
Those who say that chanting intifada revolution is legitimate, it's not.
And so when you call for violence, we shouldn't be surprised when violence actually ensues.
And now we've lost See how he's framing this that anyone that's critical of Israel is like pretty much calling for violence or being anti-Zionist is also being like and is being like pro-violence.
See how he's see.
Look, this is what these people want.
I'm just gonna go ahead and talk about this shit now.
I talked about this yesterday, but I gotta say this again because I had some idiots in the chat saying that, you know, you know, what are we gonna do, right?
We you know, enough is enough, right?
Look, guys, violence is never the answer.
I hate that I even had to say this shit, but violence is not gonna get anything done.
Because the reality is when you conduct acts of violence, what ends up happening is you not only put yourself in a situation because now you're gonna get arrested and targeted by both the feds and the police, you now have basically went to jail, ruined your life, and don't have the ability to continue to speak about these atrocities.
If you want to be an asset, right, and be able to provide awareness to people about what's going on, whether it's the genocide going on and the ethnic cleansing that they're currently trying to do in Gaza, or it's the occupation of our government by a foreign land that doesn't necessarily have American interests at heart and is trying to drag us into war, whatever your reasoning is behind it, okay.
You need to do it peacefully and use your voice, use your platform, use your dollars, or for lack of better term, not use your dollars by boycotting, withdrawing your wallet.
This is how we actually affect change.
Because they want violence.
Do you guys notice that all of these different personalities, Jonathan Greenblack, Christy Noam, Benjamin Nanyahoo, um, they're all coming out, pay a body, whatever, um, you know, talking about how this is terrible and all this other stuff.
And they're using this almost as a way like, hey, we're gonna combat anti-Semitism, we're gonna combat anti-Semitism.
If you conduct acts of violence, you do stupid shit like that.
What's up happening is you're going to set the agenda back, okay?
The peaceful protest, the um the boycotts, the things that are working, right?
Influencers coming out and talking about this and how this is an issue.
You set everything backwards when you do this shit.
Violence is never the answer, and you're actually giving them what they want.
Because let me tell you guys this as well.
We know that the Israeli government doesn't care about their people.
We know this, okay?
The Hannibal Directive was activated on October 7th, that's a fact.
You have Golan confirmed this.
They um right now they're running a second campaign, Gideon's chariots, like I've told you guys before, where they're doing even more advanced bombing, more serious bombing.
More than likely, a lot of these hostages might not be able to get out alive.
So we know that the Israeli government doesn't care about their people, and they're willing to expend Israeli lives so that they can go ahead and justify or say we need to go ahead and, you know, never again, or we need to go to war with Iran, or we need to have aggressive anti-Semitism laws in place, or we need to go ahead and deport people that are critical of Israel.
All that the violence does is it allows them to create more restrictive legislation, allows them to create more censorship, it allows them to stifle the voices of people that are trying to make a change, and it sets everybody back.
So we're gonna we're not gonna fight this war through violence, guys.
We're gonna fight this war with our fucking brains.
We're gonna fight this war with our platforms, our voice, withdrawing our wallets, and making more people aware.
And here's the thing.
When you got the truth on your side, chat, you don't have to use violence.
I'm gonna say that again.
When you have the truth on your side, you don't need violence.
You need time and you need enough people to figure out the truth.
That's all you need.
That's why they're scrambling now, and they're taking this horrendous murder and using it to push their political agenda.
Not even 24 hours.
And Jonathan Greenblatt's on fucking CNN.
Not even 24 hours.
Nanya was saying never again.
And this and anti-Semitism, and we gotta continue the war on all the people that want to end us.
They're using this murder, this double murder, to push their political agenda.
And that political agenda is going to restrict your free speech.
It's gonna restrict our ability to speak about this problem, it's gonna restrict your ability to travel, right?
You got you go when you come back in the United States, they detain Hassan at the fucking airport, right?
So, and it could put you in jail.
Worst part, it could put you in jail.
So, guys, we gotta be intelligent about this.
We gotta be intelligent about this.
We win this through debate, not bullets, not violence.
All right.
But um, I have seen some very destructive rhetoric come across my feed on people saying, like, oh yeah, like fuck this, we gotta go ahead and use use uh you know, force whatever no, man.
Fuck no.
And here's the other thing, too.
Just because the Israelis are killing innocent people doesn't mean that we need to go down to their fucking level.
We're not gonna fucking go down and play their game.
We're not gonna do that.
You got the tr we got the truth on our side, chat.
That's what I'm trying to explain to you.
When you have the truth on your side, it's just a matter of time.
It's not a matter of if, it's just a matter of when.
Let's keep watching this uh motherfucker.
Yep.
Guys, also like the video, man, let's get the 2500 likes.
No violence, guys.
We're gonna beat them with our heads, pause and our brains and our abilities to convince the people.
Trust me, people are waking up, man.
People are waking up.
Lost two beautiful young people as a result, and it's it's it's a tragedy for the whole country.
There is a question if there was any security failure, if this person was on anyone's radar.
That I don't think is yet to know unless you've heard anything.
But what do you think?
I mean, have you heard anything?
Well, look, the ADL Center on Extremism monitors extremist groups like the Party of Socialism and Liberation, or PSL, that this man was associated with.
He was associated with another and that is an anti-capitalist, anti-Western, and anti-Zionist group, which regularly employs anti-Semitic rhetoric.
So I've told you guys this before, I'll say it again.
The far left is far more likely to use violence than the right, man.
And this fucking guy, Elias Rodriguez, everybody should be denouncing him for this.
Just so you guys know, I read the criminal complaint in this criminal complaint right here, right?
As you guys can see here, the FBI went ahead and got arrested immediately.
He's being charged with uh murder foreign officials causing the death of a person through the use of firearm, discharge of firearm during a crime of violence, first degree murder.
And the reason why the feds are coming in is because he killed two foreign officials, right?
So the agent, um, Christina Hagenbaugh, which actually, you know, she that's a Jewish last name.
She's probably Jewish herself.
Um, FBI, right?
I want to bring you guys to this.
Look at this.
In the um complaint.
Okay.
So during an interview, MPD detectives after being advised of his Miranda rights and after waving them, Rodriguez expressed admiration for the actions of an individual who self-amulated in front of the Israeli embassy in December uh Washington DC on February 25th, 2017 4, as a form of protest intends to draw attention to the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Rodriguez described this person's actions as courageous and labeled him a martyr.
Rodriguez also uh stated that he had purchased a ticket to the vet in the museum approximately three hours prior to its commencement.
So let me show you guys this.
So he was inspired by some by someone.
Umce the let me read the whole foot paragraph.
On scene, MPD officers were able to review surveillance video from immediate uh from immediately before and during the shooting that captured the exterior of the museum.
Can you guys all see that?
All right, cool.
In summary, the video slows shows a slim built person wearing a blue jacket with a hood, a large dark colored backpack, blue pants, and light colored shoes, consistent with the coloring worn by Rodriguez walking across F Street Northwest in the direction of the museum.
And where the decidents were uh decedents were standing, preparing to enter the crosswalk.
Once Rodriguez walked past the decedents and two witnesses, he turned to face their backs and brand is a firearm from the area of his waistband.
Rodriguez a capture on the video, extending both his arms in the direction of the decided uh decedents and firing several times is indicated by the muzzle flashes.
Once they fell to the ground, Rodriguez is captured on the video, advancing closer to them, leaning over with them with his arms extended and firing several more times.
As the Senate one attempted to crawl away, this was the woman, by the way, from Rodriguez, he followed behind her and fired again.
After a brief moment, Rodriguez appeared to reload his firearm.
At that time, uh Decent One sat up.
Once he reloaded, Rodriguez fired several times at decedent one.
Rodriguez is then captured, jogging back in the direction of the third street, northwest and southbound in direction of where the entrance of the museum is located.
So why do I show this to you guys?
This guy didn't just kill them, he fucking executed them.
One of them was crawling away and he kept shooting at them, bro.
We can't stand by this type of shit.
This is completely unacceptable.
Completely unfucking acceptable.
So not only does it did he destroy his own life, but he went ahead and took these two people's lives, who actually, from what they're saying, were trying to actually get Aiden to Gaza.
Incredible, dude.
Incredible.
Straight up execution style.
Crawling away.
Crawling away.
And this was the woman that he did this to, by the way.
The scene at one was was the woman.
She tried to crawl away and he fucking kept shooting her.
Unacceptable, man.
Completely fucked.
But again, like I said before, they are going to use this heinous act to paint a narrative to restrict your free speech, to restrict your ability to criticize Israel, to restrict your ability to bring awareness to this, you know, monstrous stuff.
And then the fact that he said free Palestine before he did this makes it even worse.
We need to condemn this type of behavior, guys.
No fucking violence, man.
Guy fucking executed this woman.
Scumbag!
There.
So we know PSL.
And look, there are extremists on all sides.
The fringes seem to be incredibly empowered today.
But all of us need to call it out.
I'm thinking about the New York Times.
Yeah, and mods, anybody in the chat that's like encouraging this type of behavior, kick them the fuck out of here.
I don't even want them in our chat.
Look, if you endorse violence and you know you don't give a fuck, you are no better than the perpetrators.
You guys want to sit there and talk about, you know.
Chimp behavior, acting out, you know, chimping out whatever, you know, when we talk about that certain group, you know, the Tyrones and the Chneek was using violence or whatever, you are no better by fucking applauding this fucking deplorable behavior.
You're no better.
You're no fucking better.
No violence.
We're above that shit.
Doing a gauzey.
So yeah, get them niggas the fuck up out of here.
Anybody in here that's all gonna like praising this attack, get them the fuck out of here, bro.
Banned for life.
And that's not freedom of speech, by The way pushing for violence against people is not freedom of speech.
Get the fuck out of my shit.
Profile a few weeks ago of this gamer Hassan Piker who regularly employs awful genocidal rhetoric against Jewish people in the Jewish state.
Like the extremist.
Yes, I'll fix my soundboard, guys.
I'll get what Mo and we'll fix the soundboard.
Should not be empowered.
People who spout prejudice.
Yeah, but mods, anyone that's fucking, you know, condoning this behavior, like cheering for these people, these two innocent people that got their fucking lives taken from them, get them the fuck out of my chat immediately, mods.
You got full authority, ban them for life.
Fuck out of here.
Should not be platformed.
This is a moment when we need to look ourselves in the mirror and say, we've got to stop this because the consequences are deadly.
And I guess that's one thing me and Jonathan fucking retard black can agree on is that violence is never the answer.
Probably the only thing we're gonna agree on.
Jewish institutions, synagogues all over the place.
If you go into a synagogue, you are going through the case.
And of course he blames Hassan for this shit.
You're going through magnetometer and you're walking past police, which we always thank them.
See what I mean, guys?
And just so you guys know, Jonathan Greenblad has been going at Hassan all fucking year.
For like the past year, he's been going after him saying he's a violent anti-Semite's been going after Candace Owens, etc.
Like, look how he's using this shooting to push his agenda.
This is what I'm trying to explain to you guys.
Literally, he's had a problem with Hassan for a very long time.
And as soon as the shooting happens, look, this is Hassan's fault.
This is what I'm trying to explain to you guys.
When I say that they're going to use any type of acts of violence to rationalize or justify legislation, stuff that's going to restrict your freedoms as an American.
I am not kidding around, guys.
Less than 24 hours, this guy's on fucking CNN saying Hassan Piker is the for reason for this.
This Elias Rodriguez, guys, might not this this fucking weirdo might not even know who signed who Hassan is.
But what does Jonathan do?
Greenblatt, he goes on one of the biggest left-wing media organization news news uh channels and says Hassan did this.
See what I mean, chat?
See what I mean?
They want this.
They want this.
It helps them justify their positions.
The ADL only exists because of anti-Semitism.
So they need to go ahead and continue to perpetrate this fucking bullshit and push this propaganda to continue to have their organization.
For the time.
How more how much more secure are the are all these Jewish institutions going to have to get?
Think about that.
Last year we had more than 1700 incidents at Jewish institutions, Kate.
More than 1,700.
Every Jewish institution has metal detectors, bulletproof glass, like police presence.
It's not normal.
We shouldn't normalize it.
We've got to do something before it gets even worse.
And it's it's horrible today because two people are dead.
Jonathan, thank you for your time.
Thanks.
Yeah.
And obviously, I'm fucking horrified by this retard, Elias Rodriguez, because him saying free Palestine and shooting these people is not the way to get change.
Fucking dumbass.
Um B-side says, and the way that he did it in cold blood, where he they were crawling away, bro.
Could you imagine they're pleading for their life, please don't kill me, and then you fucking shoot them?
In fucking credible, man.
The guy deserves the death penalty.
Um side says the fact that no DC blacks came in to jump in front of those bullets to anti-Semitic.
Okay, Eric says, You think uh they put uh beener in place to go ahead and put in place laws that they want to pass?
Who knows?
Who knows?
I mean, this guy clearly is a fucking weirdo.
Uh like they are set in fire, like the guy who set himself on fire, waste.
Yeah, I mean, you're better off like speaking about these issues, man, keeping yourself alive and being a competent voice in the movement.
If you're allowed to ask what question in the White House press room, what would it be?
And how would you follow up the answer, uh, the answer that could potentially be uh said?
I'll say, why do we keep Israel?
I was I would literally say, why do we keep giving Israel aid?
They they provide zero strategic benefit to us.
Why why do we keep giving them so much aid?
We can take that money and put it into uh, you know, health care, for example.
Like the insurance companies are literally um bloodthirsty for-profit juggernauts that want to destroy families' ability to get care.
Like, why don't we take that foreign eight and like allow and provide that money to our citizens that can't even fucking get coverage?
They can't go see a doctor, can't get their chemotherapy, can't get their insulin, can't get whatever they need.
Right?
We got some serious problems here at home.
That's why they're praising Luigi Magioni, right?
Luigi Magioni, also another guy that shouldn't be getting any type of praise.
Right?
He says the problem instead of dealing with the problem or trying to find a way to argue against the insurance companies that are literally like mafia middlemen that extort you for your money and still don't cover you.
What do you do?
He shot the fucking healthcare CEO.
How does that help anything?
They just replace him with another greedy fucking guy.
And it continues on.
And now he ruined his life in the process.
He probably could have been a good voice in the in the movement.
He's a he's, I think he went to UPen.
He's a he's an Ivy League graduate.
Threw his life away like a retard.
For no reason.
Mario, what's your actual stance on the Israel issue within the U.S.?
I think that the biggest problem is the detriment of people in other countries to pay for the flourishment of their race in country.
There's so many different problems, yes, sir.
I've talked about it in detail.
Kumo DTV, you inspired me to start making content and spreading the word.
I've only posted news so far.
I already have people supporting violence in my comments.
Should I make a video condemning this behavior?
Yeah, bro.
Like, you don't want that type of audience, bro.
Messianic Judaism is considered a branch of Christianity.
I don't know about that, bro.
I don't know about that.
I'll have to ask someone that's uh a devout Christian.
I've never heard of Messianic Jews being considered Christians.
My thoughts are they hired this guy to do this to push their agenda.
What do you think?
I mean that I wouldn't that I wouldn't um put it past them, bro.
False flags is the Israeli game.
You're an idiot to guy's innocent converted and moved or moved to Israel to join the IDF.
He is an Israel official.
You either haven't done the research you need, or you're purposely being disingenuous, and he has converted and moved to Israel.
Um here's the thing, my friend.
Um, he's not in Gaza shooting people, number one.
Uh number two, from what I understand, him and his well, wife that he wanted to marry, were trying to organize aid into Gaza.
So shooting those two probably weren't the two that you know that should have been targeted.
All right, Goku.
So you're a low IQ retard that clearly justifies violence.
So, yeah, bro.
You're you're just a retard, honestly.
You're a fucking dumbass.
Anyone that advocates for violence is a fucking retard.
You guys are literally scum of the earth.
And you guys, and you uh all you guys do is like fuck up everything else for everybody else.
The fact that I even have to say this shit is fucking crazy, bro.
The fact that I have to say, like, yeah, killing innocent people probably isn't a good idea.
Fucking idiots like this guy in here saying, oh yeah, he served in the IDF.
He lived in Israel.
Fucking retard, dude.
Absolute fucking retard.
Uh Jimmy talks says, hey man, any advice would help?
YouTube demonetized me when I slightly hinted at being uh anti-Zionist channel, got 4K subs three months for when I started any advice besides a Patreon Asker BTC.
Yeah, this is why you can't depend on AdSense revenue, bro.
You that's why you you should never depend on YouTube AdSense Revenue, bro.
They could take that shit from you anytime for any fucking reason.
So yeah, always have backups.
Thank you.
Yeah, this Goku nigga is a retard.
Complete fucking retard.
Nigga's an embarrassment to the real Goku.
Um give me one sec, chat.
Let me make sure.
Let me see what's going on with the team.
I think they might be here.
Give me one sec.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You don't know where he's already 905.
Yeah, it's only 906.
Come on, Frank.
I'll stay on stream a bit longer.
All right.
Um, so I think we're gonna have fresh uh talk to a speech therapist on scream, guys.
I see you guys are frying Goku in the chat.
Niggas is calling him gay cool.
Uh man, it's always funny when you guys fry these idiots on in the chat, man.
Uh let's see here.
Yeah, so guys, no violence.
We're gonna use our brains, we're gonna inspire people to change and go from there.
Uh I could that's got swatted, bro.
Y'all were talking about this.
Uh reported as somebody was shot in a house.
Bruh.
So, um yeah.
That shit's crazy.
I gotta take the edge off, man.
That nigga's trying to get me shot.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
This is it right here.
Look.
Don't look at my house, you bitch ass niggas.
Don't worry, I'm gonna still be here.
Oh shit.
This this is I wish it was.
Fish out at me.
Fish out at me.
oh What the fuck?
Uh Cedric says, uh, they find both sides of World One of World War II, which killed 300,000 Americans and funded the Russian Revolution.
Yeah, I know, Cedric.
Um, I doubt Jonathan Greenblack is actually in full agreement with you.
He only thinks violence is never the answer with the them boys.
Yep, that's true.
You're mine.
Welcome back home.
Um, can you tell uh Morgan to pull footage of Gaza while you were debating and say take a hard look?
90% of the buildings are gone, please, Myron.
Bro, he's not going to do that.
We got a lot of sleep on the spot.
We got a lot of sleep on the spot.
Hey, this is blurry side.
They didn't put me cups like um, I was like That's crazy, bro.
They swatted him like that.
What the fuck is wrong with people, man?
What the fuck is going on, man?
What the fuck is going on?
Let me see here.
Because we're supposed to be having fresh with his speech therapist, but I don't know what the fuck is going on here, man.
Bro, everybody's on nigga time.
Bro, everybody's on nigga.
Yeah, yeah, I could find now, chat.
I can't find now.
Let's see here.
We have a little bit of downtime, so let's see what we got here.
Prominent theologists, thinkers, and and otherwise.
And so I think it's very likely that someone like him is gonna be like, oh wow, you know, I didn't consider that.
Maybe you're right, and then go to church.
Yeah, I came back to faith after years of thinking I was an atheist.
And then I realized I was actually grieving the loss of faith.
And I could no longer stare into the black void of nothingness.
And I was like, oh, I guess I better go back to church.
It's in a minute.
Well, there's an interesting intersection between um many members of the faith community, myself included, um, and how much our worldview is tied to that hope of a future.
If you truly believe that all there is is what we have here on this literally at some point, God forsaken Earth, then I can understand why there's so many people who are far radical left who will denounce any notion of there being a higher power.
So for them, this has to be all there is.
So basically, anarchy should rule, chaos should reign supreme because there's nothing else to look forward to.
But you know, I believe the Bible says be ready to give an answer for The hope that lies within you.
So if I'm ready with that answer, that just transcends even religion.
It goes even back to my discussion with people on politics.
I have to be ready.
Tim has to be ready.
James, you have to be ready.
We all have to be ready to give an answer for what we believe.
And that ties in intersect sometimes with our faith.
And it's when it does, it's a beautiful thing.
I agree.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's true.
But this is just part of a bigger trend in more and more people are going to church.
It's like the church revival, I guess.
It also churches have been getting like I I used to go to a church in Brooklyn that was just very it was a sad church.
I really liked the priest.
I liked the people that I knew there, but it was a it was an aging church.
And the church I go to now in West Virginia, there's babies and there's families, you know, and what do they say about church if it ain't if it ain't crying, it's dying.
You know?
And so I I love it.
And the kid will like look at you over the pew and be like, huh, it's you know life affirming and good how it should be.
I look at it like uh what what do what what you know, Alice and I have talked about it.
What do we want for our daughter?
And we are not we're lapsed Catholics, and we don't you should come to my church.
We don't follow scripture or anything, but we do understand that the teachings of the church are good and were good for us.
There's just a difference between understanding the logical good that comes from this belief structure and actually believing in the faith, and and we don't have that.
But then it's an issue of like, well, I don't want to go to church for that reason.
It feels disingenuous, but at the same time, we really don't want our daughter to grow up influenced by the other lunatics.
And the other thing too is you start you and's like just go, nobody cares.
Yeah, also go and say you don't believe.
We don't care, we want you there.
Also, it's like yeah, guys, Mo's back so that I go to it's Mo's gonna fix the soundboard real quick for you, ninjas.
So vibrant, it's obviously matter, like it's do they do a potluck afterwards?
They sometimes do.
You gotta do it every time.
You don't have to go, but there's so many good community aspects.
Like my son has a lot of friends at church, yeah, and so we'll go, and then after mass, I can't find them because he's going to talk to his friends.
And I'm like, I'll sit here for hours if you want to go talk to your friends at church.
Like I'll just do that.
You know what's what's what's what's funny is that these liberals tried creating this idea that if there was going to be a Christian nation, that it would be the the handmaid's tale or whatever.
And it's just literally nothing like that because this country had been a Christian nation before, and those values brought it to where it is now, much to the detriment of the Christians who tolerate and allow bad people to do these things.
And the left has created the handmaid's tale with surrogacy.
That is the tale.
Yeah, I mean, all of this stuff, polyamory.
I mean, they're the ones who are creating the conditions of that Atwood novel.
The handmaid's tale, it dramatizes what can happen when you pervert what the intent of religion or spiritual could be, right?
Because be an individual who is in a quote unquote extremist.
People say that you know certain religions are the quote unquote religion of peace, but it seems very antithetical to what you see on the news if you're looking at certain stories about oh, well, what was the common denominator here, right?
But actually, I'm gonna use y'all as a I'm gonna use you as uh uh guinea pigs, bruh.
I want to see something real quick.
Y'all, the Marco.
How how cooked was how cooked was that?
Um you yeah, because what I'm doing, I'm checking out the sound board right now, and I'm making sure that is working straight.
How well did y'all hear that, Don DeMarco?
Don DeMarco Y'all really heard that Don DeMarco well?
No, y'all lying.
Word.
Okay, what about stupid was that's y'all heard all those good?
Loud and proud, very well.
All right.
Word.
Word.
There was something else I was gonna mean to do anyway.
No, bad.
Oh.
Okay.
Okay.
Alright.
Good.
That means there's probably how about you what?
How did y'all hear that?
Oh, the other one that we got.
How did y'all hear that?
Make sure.
It's a stream.
It's good now.
Those are legit.
Quelcomb punch.
Hello!
BOMBO CARD!
*Mario* Dom de Marco!
*Pink* *Pink* *Pink*
Y'all hear y'all hear these good.
Okay.
Alright.
So what was it?
Yeah.
Okay.
Alright.
Good looks.
Good looks.
Perfect.
Okay.
Even okay.
I see y'all.
I even the mods.
Okay.
The mods with me.
The hate is with me.
All good.
Alright.
Well, comfort zone.
Alright, guys.
Thank you guys so much.
That was all I need to do.
Let me let's get back to the video.
It's what's interesting is now with the left, they're trying to create religion as if that is the thing we should be rallying.
Yeah, exactly.
And the longer they're allowed to do that, the more honestly you're seeing people who are maybe counterculture saying maybe I should check out what the church is talking about.
Maybe it isn't all bad.
Maybe it's not gonna be the end all be all the all my problems, but it's better than the alternative.
And there's ancient traditions that are so cool.
You know, I mean, what better way to like understand or at least attempt to understand?
Shout out to uh to Mo.
I think Mo fixed the chat.
So these sound effects, you guys should hear them.
Damn, son.
Where'd you find there?
We already tested it with them, right?
Yeah.
Okay, so I think we're good now, guys.
So Mo fixed it.
I'm back.
Uh we're gonna be doing we're gonna be raiding fresh air soon, guys.
Uh on Fresh of Fit.
He's gonna be doing uh he's gonna do a stream with his um speech therapist, as you guys know.
What you know we we're we're honoring our word here, so it's gonna be uh a good time.
At least video 20 seconds.
I mean he was his undercover videos were amazing.
Incredible.
And then he got ousted at uh Project Veritas, right?
And then what I wonder what happened there.
Like I'd like to know what the story there is because there's no official story.
The guy who releases everything.
Why wouldn't he release that?
That was actually Wednesday.
And then like an hour later, I released the but yeah, I mean it's like you know, what you were just talking about spirituality.
That was it was just so good.
I mean, you saw the So here.
I I I pulled this is Oh, there it is.
Oh, this is it.
James O'Keefe just released Hey guys, we're at uh 2300 likes.
Let's get to 100%, man.
Let's get to uh 2500 likes then just video of Epstein's library, right?
I mean, he was his undercover videos were amazing.
Incredible.
And then he got ousted at uh Project Veritas, right?
And then went on.
I wonder what happened there.
Like I'd like to know what the story there is because I mean Joe can just have you on his show.
Right?
I don't understand.
Let me uh let me see what else is going on here.
Shout out to Mo for helping out with uh with this, making this stuff good.
I think I'm just gonna stick with the P8 chat.
Um, I'll like keep refining the sound on this mixer and make it better for you guys, but I'm just gonna stick with this.
I gotta focus right as well.
Um Josie for having me buy this fucking this is the mixer I had Before this Newman MT48, but it doesn't work with OBS, man.
Mo and Bills tried everything and they couldn't get it to work with OBS, so it doesn't work.
So Josie L, gotta make fun of you for that one.
She told me to buy this thing, and it doesn't, it's not compatible with OBS, man.
So I can't do shit with it.
Fucking annoying.
Um so yeah, I'm just gonna keep using the Zoom PA here that I have.
So it is what it is.
Um yeah, also, I guess since we got a little bit of downtime here until fresh starts.
Another interesting thing, um, Paulina, Anna Paulina is reopening interest in the Tory Lane's case.
Okay.
Um, you as you guys know, some bombshell information came out a couple of days ago where um someone testified uh saying that uh Tory did not shoot Meg the Stein.
So let's go ahead and cover this real quick.
We got a little bit of time, so I might as well cover it.
Here's the story.
And I told you guys this for a minute that Tory Lane's was innocent.
I've been told you guys this that he did not shoot that bitch.
It does not make sense.
I personally think that her friend.
Um her friend did it.
They're at the party, after the party to get into an argument.
Lane's tells Megan the Stalin, dance and shoots at her feet like a cowboy movie, hits her.
Proof.
Testimony of Megan the Stallion, her friend Kelsey Harris, and DNA evidence on the weapon that convinced jurors to convict.
Pretty simple, right?
Maybe not.
Turns out that DNA, only a point zero one percent chance that the DNA is from lanes.
He's always maintained his innocence.
He was can you react to Alex Jones and Nick Fuentes' interview?
They went hard talking about pending World War III.
Uh, I'll take a look at it.
I'll take a look at it.
Sentenced to 10 years.
So this is really about the testimony.
Lanes.
So what happens?
So he goes away, recently stabbed 14 times in prison.
Many say it was a hit, okay?
Because new evidence is about to come out.
All right, a little conspiratorial, but he was definitely stabbed.
Lane's supporters believe that the media doesn't care because Megan the Stallion is represented by Jay-Z's rock nation.
Now I could give a damn about Jay-Z or his company.
This just wasn't a case on my radar until now.
Why?
Anna Paulina Luna.
She is a representative from Florida.
You see here on a regular basis.
She says she's got new evidence.
Guys, we're at 2329.
Let's get to 2500, guys.
Smash that like button, guys.
Now that you guys can hear the sound effects.
Smash that like button.
Says it wasn't him.
And she joins us now.
Representative APL.
It's good to have you.
Thanks, Chris.
Happy to be back on.
And thanks for taking a look at this case.
No, no, listen, you tell me to look a look at it.
I'll look at it.
But she had 304.
I ain't gonna lie, y'all.
She used to be a stripper, by the way.
People don't talk about that, but she actually used to be a stripper.
Uh Myron, we all know that women are leaders.
Why do you trust one with the audio?
Just kidding, L Josie, but she's rare that she has uh that she has an average of W's.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's fine.
She's normally pretty good, but yeah, she fucked up on that one.
But why did you She just doesn't know, I guess that OBS is not really compatible with this mixer, so I'm gonna have to return it.
You look at it.
I mean, this isn't your jurisdiction.
I don't know you to have any connection to any of these people.
Yeah, so as you know, we are on um oversight and accountability, and so this case was actually initially flagged for me by Amber Rose.
And the reason why I took a particular interest in it is Oh shit.
Oh, Amber, the oh, the th the super thought.
Because of the fact so another thought aware the government thought.
Okay, makes sense.
That they actually had evidence that they presented to me in my office that actually disproved the conviction.
So as you stated earlier, that point zero one percent of DNA, they actually found four people's DNA on that firearm, none of which was Tories.
Not Yeah, that's a big piece of exculpatory evidence, man.
And the doctor originally said that the wounds on Meg the Stein's feet did not come from gunshot wounds, they came from broken glass.
Remember, guys, I broke that story literally years ago.
Not to mention there's zero fingerprints on the actual magazine, and also too, as you said, point zero one percent chance.
I mean, that evidence in itself should pretty much speak for itself.
Um, also, there's been ring footage that's been obtained that actually disproves the whole dance megan.
And so what we're saying is really there was a case of he said she said the evidence wasn't actually respected and properly uh adhered to actually in the trial, and then they also were doing something that I would find pretty wild and egregious.
They're actually submitting his lyrics for rap as evidence to the crime.
So look.
And you guys know in America, First Amendment, right?
Like, unless they can like confirm that the lyrics are re are actually true to a criminal event, it's protected under the First Amendment.
First and foremost, you have to have a free and fair society.
That means we need to respect and uphold the justice system.
So I actually reached out today to Gavin Newsom's office, and we are requesting an emergency meeting.
We're also working with other Democrats, specifically to the California delegation.
But I think that this is something that's pretty um pretty egregious that the way that this was handled the way that it was.
I think that it was largely driven by headlines.
And aside from the people involved in the parties.
And believe our women, bunch of bullshit.
It makes no sense that Tori would shoot her when she was fighting with her best friend that night.
Um they're fist fighting.
That's why I like they actually stopped at a place and I talked about this guy.
I break this all down on Fed Reacts on another episode.
Which um, here, you guys are wondering.
Just searching Fed Reacts.
Tory lanes.
Right.
Or maybe he might have even been fed it.
Thank you.
Damn, it was that long ago.
Okay.
Now I'm just gonna have to go with my thing.
Can't even find it myself, man.
God damn, these niggas got me shadow banning these haters.
All right, so you come here to infamous cases on a serial killers, boom.
There we go.
Here.
Boom.
I explained all this right here for you guys.
So go ahead and uh feel free to check it out.
This is uh this is OG shit right here, man.
Oh, speaking of which, guys, look at this video.
Uh this shit's got a funny.
Look at this this short.
If Myron says you're gay, that's how you know you straight.
These guys don't love women.
They like men spending more time with men.
They do the most so shit behind closed doors.
You had a prostate orgasm?
Tell me more about it.
Were you milked?
What had to happen?
The position you have to get in to get milk to get on your knees.
And then, you know, she's behind that and she can do that thing.
I can count.
If Myron says you gay, that's how you're Yeah, tell me when to raid.
So two minutes.
Oh, man.
Yeah, I'll drop this video for you to just yo, go like this shit, man.
Go watch this shit.
The infamous milking, bro.
These niggas mad.
Bro, these two, the sodomite, bro, ABBA.
Niggas be talking shit, bro.
Ah, man.
I think actually, he might have done.
Let me see.
I think he made another one.
So Fresh is live right now on Fresh of Fit.
We're gonna raid it here in a second.
Um, but while I'm here.
Hold on.
I think this nigga dropped the short on here as well.
Oh, look at this shit.
I'll be doing no bending over here.
That shit gay.
These guys don't love women.
They don't like women, they like men better than any like women.
They like spending more time with men than they like with women.
Do you have a prostate orgasm?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't be doing no bending over here.
That shit gay.
These guys don't love women.
They don't like women, they like men better than any like women.
They like spending more time with men than they like with women.
Do you see the crosshack orgasm?
I don't be doing no uh shit, man.
Let's go, baby.
We'll be cooking these niggas, bro.
Look, we can play that game too, ADS and reach.
We could go ahead and cut shit and you know, do all the clown shit as well.
And honestly, that I think that's how we're gonna have to approach these bitch ass niggas.
Because the thing is that they're not gonna debate, they're not gonna box, whatever.
It is what it is.
At least ABBA isn't.
So we're just gonna have to we're just gonna have to cook them back.
That's honestly the only way to deal with these bitch ass niggas, bro.
So it's funny to me how they say all this shit about all these guys are gay.
Okay, bro.
What the fuck is this shit right here, man?
Anyway, yeah, here's uh guys, go ahead and check that video out too.
I'll drop the link for you guys in here if you guys want it.
But yeah, we're gonna keep roasting these niggas, bro.
That's how you deal with these guys.
I don't need even a dedicated.
They go ahead and make dedicate a bunch of videos to us, like talking 20, 30 minutes talking shit about us.
We'll just take like 45 second clips and just cook these niggas all day.
That's what we'll do.
That's how we deal with fucking anus and reach.
Mr. Milker.
Bitch ass nigga fat fuck.
Um anyway, back to the stuff.
He's involved.
Obviously, I take domestic violence.
I take this very seriously, Chris.
But I also take very seriously the fact that I do believe based on the evidence that I've seen that Tori's innocent.
And I think that it sets a really bad message when you have someone of his stature and also to someone that is as influential as he is, it's being wrongfully incarcerated.
And that's exactly why we wanted to use our megaphone for the for a good reason and help get him his part in, which I think he'll get.
So Luna, who did it?
I mean, she says and her friends say uh that he did it.
And who else would have done it?
And what proof do you have to support that?
I get maybe they didn't make the case the right way with the weapon, but who did it?
You know, Chris, that's not for me to weigh in, and that's definitely for the judge and the jury.
But what I will tell you is based on the evidence that we have, the evidence that we have says that he wasn't the guy.
And so I do think that Gavin Newsom has some great attorneys that will look at this, but I'd also like to point out that the prosecutor specifically on this case that initially brought the charges is a very interesting um prosecutor.
Look into who ran him.
And at the end of the day, you know, I think Hollywood, as you know, Chris in politics does overlap, and there's a lot of interesting stuff that happened there.
So look, look at the evidence for yourself.
We've posted it for the entire world to see to determine for themselves.
And I know that Tori's legal team actually has an incredible case.
And so we are calling on Gavin Newsom to issue that pardon immediately.
And also remember, he was almost killed in jail.
I actually talked to him today on the phone, and he said that once he does get out, once he does get this pardon, which I do feel confident that he'll be getting, um, he's gonna work extensively in prison reform because this should never happen to anyone.
Anna Paulina Luna.
This is uh this is uh I'm glad that he's getting another chance, man.
I I really am, bro.
Uh bro, he almost got killed in prison because he got put in there when he shouldn't have been in there in the first place.
Like I told you before, the evidence just doesn't add up.
The main witness that got him put into jail was this fucking guy that said that he saw a short black man shooting at uh Meg the Stallion.
It was dark at night.
Just doesn't make sense, man.
Doesn't make sense that he would be the one to shoot Meg the Stallion when it was Meg that was fighting with her best friend uh right before the shots were fired.
So it is what it is.
Um rare W for a stripper, Anna Paulina, but hopefully he's able to get that part in, man.
Hopefully.
But yeah, we smoking on that ABBA pack, baby.
We are smoking on that ABBA pack.
Oh, so who put this shit on subscriber mode only?
Bro, don't put the shit on subscriber mode.
Who did that?
You should repost Tori Lane's breakdown.
I might I might go ahead and uh and do that for you guys.
I might I might do another episode.
TO says to do a Tory Lane's breakdown.
I might do another one for you guys, just to bring you guys aware of all the facts and shit like that again.
Um yeah.
Okay.
Um let's go ahead and raid um our boy.
Yeah, I don't I didn't I did not put it to subscriber mode chat.
I don't know what's going on here.
Let me see if I can fix this.
Maybe Josie did it.
Bruh.
I do not know how that happened.
I never make it.
I never make it.
I don't even know how to put it off that shit.
Take it off that.
All right, whatever.
All right, I rated it on Rumble.
Uh let's go ahead and rate it on YouTube as well.
Okay.
I think Josie turned it off.
All right.
Um.
Yeah, let's go ahead and get this.
Let's go ahead and move on, everybody, over to Fresher Fit.
Let's go ahead and move on.
We rate it on Rumble.
