I think we're live guys.
I think we're live.
I don't know why this shit always does that.
But welcome to the stream, ninjas.
I'm just checking out.
You guys can enjoy that nice little New York view right there.
Give me one sec, guys.
Let's see if we are live on all the platforms.
I think we're live, guys.
I think we're live.
All right, let's see here.
Cool.
All right.
Give me O slash in the chat.
You guys can hear me.
Give me O slash in the chat if you guys can hear me.
Give me O slashes in the chat if you guys can hear me.
Give me O slashes.
All right, perfect.
Yeah, no, I'm not academic studio, guys, because his assistant just got back to me just now.
I know it's a little bit dark, but hey, you know what, man?
I figured you guys would probably see the view rather see the view than see me anyway, so it don't matter, right?
Let me get my notebook and we're going to start going over this stuff.
Where the hell did I put it, though?
All right, here it is.
So welcome to the stream, Ninjas.
All right.
Yeah.
It's not too bad.
You guys can still see me, kind of.
I got this light.
I'll put this light on me like this so you guys could still somewhat see me and shit.
But anyway.
Okay.
So we got a lot to talk about today, my friends.
We got a lot to talk about today.
I'm going to look at the chat real quick and then we're going to really get into this thing.
Quality of the stream should be good as well.
You guys should be able to see everything good.
Yeah, guys.
Yeah.
The reason why I'm not in the studio chat is because I didn't get a hold of Axe person until like literally just now.
So I'll go tomorrow.
It's cool.
I'm going to go tomorrow.
I can't stay on stream long anyway today because he has like a little event that he's doing.
So I'm going to go to that.
It's at 7 p.m.
So I'll be on for hour, hour and a half, whatever, stream with y'all, talk about this stuff, and go and go from there.
And let's see here.
Let's see.
Actually, let me move this way so I don't.
I think you can see the Empire State Building in the back over there.
So I'll move out the way so y'all can see that a little bit.
Let's see here.
So, okay, just making sure everything is good, making sure everything is good.
I'll go on Rumble Studio right now on monitor as well.
Matter of fact, I won't even do that because I don't want to fuck nothing up.
Okay.
Cool, cool, cool.
All right, so one more time, guys.
Give me O slashes in the chat if everything is good.
Video, audio, give me O slashes if everything is good, chat.
Give me O slashes if everything is good.
And if it is, then I am going to start getting start going on this thing.
Yeah, I know the lights on, ninjas.
I'm about to throw it on myself.
Yeah, I know my flash is on.
I got it on purpose.
The audience can see me because I'm because it's so fucking dark with the backlighting.
But I figured you guys might want to see the view instead of just seeing my mug because you guys see me all the time.
Okay, so let's go through.
All right.
Let me crack open this Red Bull, guys.
I ain't going to lie, guys.
It's been very, I've been grinding, bro.
I've been grinding, guys.
My schedule's been crazy.
Right now, chat, what I'm doing is I'm basically waking up every day at like six in the morning.
I walk down to the courthouse.
It's about 10 minutes from here.
I'm down here in Manhattan.
I walk over there.
I wait in line.
I get in the line.
My guy hooks me up, gets me in there.
I'm at the front of the line.
And then we wait until like 8.45-ish, right?
Because I get there around 7, right?
7.15-ish.
I get there.
So I get up at like 6, get ready, get there by like 7 o'clock ish, 7.15-ish.
Then we wait outside.
Then we get inside.
Then once we get inside, they make us wait like another 40 minutes or so.
Then we finally get upstairs and then we get into the courtroom.
And then we sit and then we'll wait for the judge to come out with the jury, et cetera.
We get court going by the actual proceedings begin around 9.30.
But the judges and the prosecutors and shit like that talk for a while, which I'm going to talk about that here a bit because they had some arguments that they were going through this morning.
They went for almost 45 minutes arguing this morning about some shit.
I'll tell you guys about that.
What else?
And yeah.
Yeah.
So it's been, and then I come back home and then I come back, I stream with you guys.
Then I literally go get something to eat and then I come right back to sleep.
I've been getting like maybe five, six hours of sleep this whole week.
Really tired, but I keep doing it for you guys because this stuff is important.
So first and foremost, I told you guys what the courtroom looks like.
So what I actually did for you guys was I drew a diagram.
Okay.
I drew a diagram of what the courtroom looks like for you guys, right?
So the courtroom, guys, looks like this.
Okay.
And you guys can see here, okay, from this diagram, U.S. district judge right here, right?
So it's right there.
Then you guys are going to notice that this courtroom is a lot different and I labeled it in different ways.
Okay.
So the AUSA table, there's six AUSAs.
The lead AUSA is at the top over here.
Okay.
And then it works down to six.
Then behind them is the first defense table.
There's four attorneys here.
Then the case agent, I think somebody else is here next to him, which is weird that the case agent sits at the same table as the defense, but he sits at the edge.
Then, and as you guys know, it's HSI running this thing, right?
Then you got the defense table.
You got the lead attorney right here for Diddy.
Then you got another attorney, and then you got Diddy in the middle, and then another three attorneys on the side.
So, sorry, no, two attorneys and then Diddy, and then three attorneys over here.
Okay.
Then the jury box is over here.
And then when they do the director cross-examination, it's right here, this box, right?
So they're right next to the jury as they ask the witness questions.
So the witness is next to the judge.
The box to ask the questions from is here, whether it's direct or cross-examination.
Then you, the line, right?
So that now you get into the audience area.
And there's two marshals that sit behind Diddy, and then there's two marshals that sit on the side of Diddy.
Okay.
Then you got the first row, there's artists there.
You guys know in the federal court, there's no cameras allowed, and they have those like art paintings and stuff like that.
There's two artists that do that, okay?
And they're right there.
Then you got on this side, Diddy's family sits on the second row, and then his friends sit in this row.
So his friends and family are in these rows.
Then the public sits in these.
Okay, I was right here, okay?
Second to last row in the middle.
That's where I was sitting the past two days.
Because I was in the courtroom today as well.
And then on this side, another artist.
And then here is AUSA assistants.
Okay.
And then right here, this is all press, all press.
And then here, I notice our HSI agents and they're sitting there in folded chairs.
Okay, these aren't, they're not on the bench.
And then there's a bunch of marshals in the back.
But that's what the courtroom looks like, chat.
So now, y'all, because I kind of wanted one more time.
This is the diagram for you guys.
Okay, judge up here, witness up here, AUSA table, defense table.
Case agent sits at the far end away from them.
Then the defense table, Diddy sits right in the middle.
Two marshals behind him, two marshals to the side over here.
Then you got artists over here, artists here.
These two benches are pretty much empty.
Diddy family, Diddy family, and friends.
Then the public, these last three over here, then these three in the bottom are pressed.
And then this is Cassie's family.
I saw, sorry, I forgot to mention that.
Cassie's family sits here, and then the AUSA's assistant sits here, like paralegals and shit.
And then the jury's over here.
Okay.
So that's what it looks like, chat.
So now you guys have an idea because I wanted you guys to be able to visualize this is what the courtroom looks like, which is weird because it should be the AUSA on this side and then the defense on this side.
But since the court is so narrow, this is what it looks like, chat.
Give you guys one more look at that.
Okay.
That is what it looks like.
And I'll hold that up for you guys so you can see it one time.
Thank you.
And I'm honoring this shit.
Cool.
All right.
Awesome.
So you guys can freeze frame that, zoom in, whatever y'all need to do.
So now you guys know how the courtroom is set up, right?
Okay, so let's get into it as I put this light on my face.
So, um, all right, so day four, Diddy trial, 8:45 a.m.
I uh, the judge walks in.
Diddy was wearing a light brown sweater with uh with a white dress shirt underneath um and gray slacks, okay.
Um, hold on one sec, chat.
Just make it okay, cool.
Um, and then they went over the 412 stuff.
As we mentioned before, guys, yesterday they spent about 45 minutes arguing about 412.
412 is the rules of federal law.
Basically, 412 is when it comes to sex crimes and victims, okay?
So they wanted to make sure that certain things weren't brought in on cross-examination because today, guys, the defense cross-examined Cassie.
And that they did, my friends.
We're going to go over everything that went down.
I took very detailed notes on this one because cross-examination is super important.
Cassie is their star witness, okay?
Since she is their star witness, obviously this matters a lot a lot, not just for the government on the direct examination, but it matters a lot for the defense on cross-examination.
And it's cross-examination, I've explained before, guys.
That is the process where the defense questions the government witness.
And in this case, Cassie is the star witness in this case.
So, interesting background I want to share with you guys also.
So, while I was downstairs, I spoke with someone.
I'm not going to say who I spoke to, but I found out, remember how I told you guys that Diddy's houses being raided meant that somebody very close to him provided that information.
I find out that it was Lil Rod pretty much that provided that the probable cause that was used to get into the homes and do the search warrants on both of Diddy's houses, one in Miami and then one in LA.
It was Little Rod that provided that PC.
Cassie also provided probable cause, but the problem is that her PC was stale because I knew, and I talked about this on Fed Reacts, that I knew someone close to him provided that information on his home so they can get the probable cause to do the search warrant because federal search warrants are very hard to get.
But, you know, I was reluctant with Cassie because I knew that they hadn't been together for a while.
So I was trying to figure out who gave them that PC.
I suspected it was right in the back of my mind, but I confirmed it today that it was in fact Rod that it gave a majority of the probable cause of the feds used to search his house.
That's an interesting thing.
Also, Diddy wanted a speedy trial, guys.
So he asked for a speedy trial.
And, you know, they set the date for like early May, right?
As you guys know.
But the problem is that Cassie, guys, is extremely pregnant right now.
She's like seven, eight months pregnant.
She's going to burst any moment, right?
So, and the defense, I think, wanted more time because they wanted her to not be pregnant on the stand because, you know, obviously it could, you know, look bad them beating up on her on the stand while she's pregnant.
You know, she's waddling in.
You know, she's taking her time when she sits down.
This might look bad to the jury.
You know what I'm saying?
So they didn't want her to be pregnant, but, you know, the judge said, you know what?
Look, you guys asked for a speedy trial.
Y'all got the speedy trial.
We're not going to push it back now.
So they got to make due.
The other thing I want to say is that the defense is kind of not happy right now because they want to get Cassie off the stand by Friday.
So they want to have their direct examination done by the defense.
Excuse me.
They finish direct examination by the government.
Then they want their cross-examination done by the defense by lunchtime tomorrow.
And that they want the government to be able to do their redirect after the defense does their cross-examination.
And they want her out of there by Friday.
The defense alluded to possibly bringing her on Monday and that pissed the judge off because obviously she's pregnant, whatever.
But in my mind, I'm like, bro, Diddy's fighting for his life.
Fuck that bitch.
Like, if she's got to come in on Monday so that they can do what they got to do, then I think that's fair.
We're not going to violate Diddy's due process because of the inconvenience of a witness, in my opinion.
I looked at it like this is ridiculous.
Like, I get it.
The witness is important.
And, you know, you guys want to ensure that you can get her in and out timely.
But at the same time, like, I think Diddy's defense team has every right to be able to question her as long as they need to to mount the defense.
We're talking about a life sentence for Diddy here, guys, if he, if he gets convicted of this.
So I found it a little weird that the judge and the prosecution was pushing so hard to get her out by Friday and like not kind of giving a bit more leniency to the defense to be able to take their time on cross-examination as much as they want.
Because at the end of the day, bro, the defense is already fighting an uphill battle.
And I think violating someone's due process and, you know, trying to kind of rush them through it is not the way to go.
Now, with that said, let me also say this to be impartial here.
The defense was very sloppy with getting their shit together and making sure that they had stuff in line before they did the cross-examination.
They spent 45 minutes arguing this shit in the beginning of the situation before Cassie walked in or the jurors.
They spent time going over this.
And this is shit that should have been handled a long time ago.
So I can see why the judge is also frustrated from that perspective.
But with that said, I do think that Diddy's ability to get full due process, full ability to cross-examine his witness against him.
I think that takes precedence over convenience, the witness's convenience, even hell, her pregnancy.
And I can see why his defense wanted to do the trial later, but they're the ones that asked for the speedy trial in the first place.
Because keep in mind, guys, Diddy asked for the speedy trial because he knew he wasn't going to get bonded.
So since he knew he wasn't going to get bonded, he said, I want a speedy trial, which is common anytime you don't get bonded.
So that's what ended up happening.
So like the video for me, guys, like the video.
We got already 4.5 K Yanja's in here.
So welcome to the stream.
Okay.
And the quality looks good.
So this is awesome.
Bear with me real quick, guys.
Let me pin this to the profile.
Okay.
So anyway.
Yeah.
And again, you guys know me, man.
Even if I don't like something or I disagree with it, I think the Constitution needs to be protected and his right to due process is very important.
So I did find it a little ridiculous that they were trying to rush getting Cassie off the stand for her convenience over Diddy's ability to get full due process.
Okay, now that we went over those interesting facts, so we know now that Rod was the majority of the probable causes of the feds used to get the search warrant.
We know that Diddy wanted a speedy trial at first because he couldn't get Bond, but then he realized Cassie's super pregnant and they wanted to rush it.
So, and also it might look bad for Diddy's case that Cassie's on the stand pregnant.
It makes her look more vulnerable and more like a victim.
So Cassie walks in.
She's wearing a black jacket, blue blouse shirt.
Kind of weird.
She was wearing this outfit where one was like shorts.
One leg was shorts and the other leg was pants.
I don't really know, chat.
Like, is that like a new, is that like a new thing?
Is that like a trend?
Is that like what's fashionable?
Let me let me look in here and see what you ninja seeing here.
Let's see here.
Let me see here.
I'm looking here at what you ninja say.
Yeah, I'm lighting myself up a little bit with the phone, chat.
Is that fashionable, chat?
Help a ninja out, man.
Anyway, she a fashion icon.
All right, whatever.
No, but she had a suit jacket on too, chat.
So she had a blouse, suit jacket over that, like a long trench coat, suit jacket, and then like pants and like one pant, one pant leg was a shorts, and then one pant leg was like full-on pants.
It was really weird.
I don't know.
If that's what's cool nowadays, I guess whatever.
Let's see here.
But no, she was dressed very modestly, chat.
Remember, she's very pregnant.
Okay, so they go into the cross-examination.
Cassie called him Sean, and they had a special relationship.
She saw another side of Sean that no one saw.
Now, guys, mind you, I'm summarizing here questions and answers.
I'll tell you if it's explicitly a quote that she said.
But in general, here, I'm going to kind of summarize what was said.
And I'm going in order of how the lawyer questioned her.
So one of the, the lawyer that questioned her from the defense team was a female.
I think the last name was like Garagos or something like that, was the attorney that questioned her.
So basically, they go into the cross-examination.
So Cassie called him Sean.
They had a special relationship.
She saw another side of Sean that nobody saw.
She sometimes knew he was, she sometimes knew she was special to him.
It hurt her that he cheated.
Okay.
And she was jealous.
So she did admit that he cheated on her and that made her jealous and it hurt her.
They were together for 11 years on and off.
They kept getting back with each other because she loved him.
She put up with the cheating because she believed he loved her.
She fell in love quickly after her first 20, after her 21st birthday.
Lots of love and passion in the beginning of the relationship.
And just so you guys know, if you missed the other days, they got together roughly 2007.
She and they kind of go into that here.
So they saw a text message shown to Cassie.
Okay.
The government objects.
So today, guys, they spent a lot of time showing text messages to Cassie of her and Diddy talking to each other.
And it's going to establish what I told you guys yesterday.
They're going to try to establish that she's promiscuous.
They're going to try to establish that she organized the freak offs.
They're going to try to establish that she was cheating.
They're going to try to establish that she was a drug user, et cetera.
And all of that came out today.
All of that came out today.
Okay.
Crazy stuff.
They exposed her wild, right?
But I knew that that was going to happen.
I told you guys this already.
So they show a text message to Cassie.
Now, mind you guys, when they get evidence, right, what ends up happening is they show the evidence to the witness, then they show it.
Then they kind of show it to the jury.
Then they say, okay, we're going to put it into evidence.
And then the government can object or not, right?
Or when the government puts in evidence, the defense can object or not.
So in this case, when they said, okay, we want to show this text message, the government immediately objected.
And they objected to a lot of stuff today because obviously they're trying to protect their witness from being slandered as like a 304.
Okay.
So as soon as they show this text message to Cassie and they say, okay, we want to put it up, the government objects.
Okay.
And the objection basically is like, no, we don't want that to happen.
objecting because there's some basis that they're violating the law by doing this right when they do objection um so we did not see it when she objected right then the defense asks her why she sent this message and asks her what was going on in the relationship at the time she sent the message cassie says this was early on in the relationship then finally they published the message diddy messaged her it makes me happy you fly out to atlanta to see me She responds,
I'm a lucky woman.
I'll fly to you whenever I love you.
Okay.
So that was like the first admission.
Then the second admission, and we got like 25 of these admissions, by the way, that came through.
Okay.
Most of them were messages between the two.
All right.
So now we're on admission two.
And I documented all of them for you niggas.
So I need you guys to like the goddamn video because I took meticulous notes on this one.
Meticulous notes.
All right, niggas.
And we got this thing.
Super high quality.
We got 5,000 plus of you guys in here.
Like the fucking video, smash the like button.
So admission number two, they showed an email between her and Diddy in August 12th of 2009.
Okay.
So they went back.
Okay.
These were emails and Blackberry Messenger, by the way.
They were fucking talking on BBM and email back then in 2009.
So the government, again, objects to this, right?
Immediately, objects.
And then they get it through anyway.
And then it goes, so they're talking on, in this case, this was Blackberry, I think.
And he refers to her as baby girl in this message.
So the defense turned he says, hey, what does BG mean?
And she says, that means baby girl.
What's baby girl?
And then she says, that's what Diddy called her when they were using Blackberries back in 2009.
So the messages go something like this.
Diddy, I love you so much.
Her, you hungry?
Him?
No, thank you.
Okay.
Then admission number four, it shows loving messages between her and Diddy.
And this was on April 4th, 2010.
Message between them showing how much they're in love.
Really fucking cheesy, by the way.
Okay.
I put here in parentheses, cheesy as fuck.
It's like they're like writing poems to each other, how much they love each other, whatever.
Mind you guys, they have been in a relationship for about two years now at this point.
They got together in 2007.
Okay.
So two and a half years together at this point.
So this was on April 4th, 2010.
And the reason why the attorneys were showing this was to show that these guys were in love.
Okay.
Then admission five, August 13, 2009.
Cassie, I love you so much.
I can't wait until we don't care anymore.
Okay.
And they asked her, what do you mean by we don't care anymore?
Okay.
Alluding to the freak offs.
Then she says, oh my God, Pop-Pop.
Remember, guys, Pop-Pop is the nickname that she gave for Diddy, which was also her grandfather's nickname, which is a little weird, but that's what Diddy wanted her to call him.
That's a whole other situation.
And so she goes, I love you so much.
I can't wait until we don't care anymore.
Then she says, oh my God, Pop-Pop, can I respond or write something about my man?
Pop-pop, I really miss you.
Okay.
And this is August 13, 2009.
Then the defense asked her, you know, Diddy was traveling a lot like this.
He might, you know, what was the relationship like?
She said he traveled a lot.
He's very busy.
He frequently travels and she traveled as well.
And she would sometimes travel to go see him.
Right.
Now, admission number six, April 22nd, 2010.
Says a message that she wants more time.
So she sends this long ass message to Diddy, right?
In 2010, saying that she wants more time with him.
She wants more attention.
She didn't care about his money.
And she was basically complaining because she says, quote, you can't take three minutes of your day to talk to me.
Okay.
So we're starting to see the jealousy kind of start to come in now a bit and a bit of her wanting more attention and time.
Okay.
Now, this is roughly three years into the relationship.
Cassie says she said this because, and then the defense asked her, why do you say this?
And then she says, she said this because he was larger than life and busy and she wanted more time with him.
So she was very attracted to him now in 2010.
She says she fell in love with him because he was sweet and attentive.
And she says she was in love with Diddy and didn't want to disappoint him, just wanted him to be happy.
And that's why she did the freak off.
So the defense asked her, you know, why did you do the freak offs?
And she says she was in love with him.
She didn't want to disappoint him.
And she just wanted him to be happy.
That's why she did the freak offs.
So the defense brings up testimony that she gave yesterday on direct.
As you guys know, she had roughly a day and a half or so of testimony where the government asked her questions.
So the defense would often bring up testimony.
They would often bring up testimony that she gave the day prior.
Okay.
So in this case, they go, defense brings up testimony from yesterday on direct.
Defense brings up a text where Cassie said, I love you so much.
You make me a better woman.
I love, I love you.
I can't wait until we have our own baby.
Happy Father's Day.
And what did I tell you guys yesterday?
If you watched my stream yesterday, I literally told y'all that they were going to attack her on this text.
Okay, for those of you that didn't see yesterday, the prosecution, when they were going through her text messages, they were showing in there the freak offs and stuff like that.
But in the middle of the freak offs, there was a text message she sent to Diddy saying, Happy Father's Day!
You're such a great man, you're such a great father.
We're going to have our own kids one day, blah, blah, blah.
All this lovey W, right?
And the government actually brought up that text message.
Why did she send it?
And she said that she said it because it was like Father's Day or whatever.
So today, as I predicted, the defense on cross-examination brings up that text message, right?
And you're going to see a pattern here, guys.
They're using the government's own exhibits against them and against Cassie because within these text messages from 2007 all the way to 2018 plus, okay, there's text messages in there of them setting up freak offs, them talking to each other, etc.
So everything is there, guys.
We're talking about 10 years plus of communication between Diddy and Cassie.
Okay.
And a lot of that was filled with stuff that actually makes Diddy look like a good guy.
Okay.
So something very important to keep in mind.
Like the video, guys.
We got 6,000 plus you guys in here.
Like the video.
Okay.
All right.
So, um, so the defense brings this up, right?
Um, and then the defense says, uh, they bring up also that she said she was in a fun, exciting, uh, she was with a fun and exciting guy, and she was his shadow for a while.
Because as you guys know, early on in her career, she basically followed Diddy everywhere.
Okay, and then uh, Diddy trusted her with it with his secrets, and she wanted to keep it to keep him happy.
You agreed to the freak offs, is what they asked her.
Uh, and then she says, No, there's more than more to it than that.
And then the defense says, No, don't worry, we'll get there.
Quote: So, admission number seven, August 5th, 2009, text messages.
Remember, guys, every admission I talk about, most of them are going to be text messages.
August 5th, 2009.
Cassie says, I'm always ready to freak off to Diddy.
Okay, repeat that for y'all.
She tells Diddy, I'm always ready to freak off.
August 5th, 2009.
Diddy asked for her availability.
She suggests Friday, but says, Middle of the week is fine, doesn't matter to me.
Why did the defense bring this?
The defense brought this up, guys, to show that not only does she know about these freak offs and engage in them, she was actively interested in getting engaging in them, right?
So these text messages show another sign, okay?
Um, let's see here.
So it shows doesn't matter to me.
What do I always tell you guys?
Red pill.
When a woman likes you, she's going to make herself available.
So she said, Even if it's in the middle of the week, it's fine for me.
Um, so did he suggest Jules?
As you guys know, Jules, name that you're going to get used to familiar with in this in this thing, this was one of their main escorts that they use, this guy named Jules.
Okay, um, so Diddy asks her to did he suggest Jules for their freak off.
Um, and he asked Cassie to call him.
Cassie says she will.
So, August 5th, 2009, Cassie says, I'm always ready to freak off to Diddy.
Diddy asked for availability.
She says, Friday, but she says, Middle of the week is fine, doesn't matter to me.
Diddy responds and suggests that they call Jules to do their freak offs.
And then Cassie, uh, and then asks Cassie to call him, and Cassie says she will.
Now, for those of you that aren't aware, I'll go through this real quick.
What is a freak off?
A freak off is basically a sexual escapade where Diddy hires escorts for him and Cassie to engage in sexual conduct with the escort.
Basically, he has sex with Cassie while Diddy watches in the corner gooning basically.
Um, and sometimes he might go into this situation, tell the escort to get off, and then he'll get in, or he'll bring another escort in.
But basically, once the escort finishes his business, Cassie and Diddy go into another room where he takes the milk.
Uh, we're on YouTube, he takes the milk and he kind of smears it on his nipples, as shown in other testimony.
Um, and then they take a break and then they go back and they do it again, maybe with another S4 or with escort that's there.
Sometimes during an entire freak off, it lasts somewhere between 24 hours all the way up to like four to five days.
I think Cassie said was the longest one, and there might be multiple escorts involved.
They use something like you know, 20 plus different escorts.
They had a couple of mains, a guy named David, a guy named Jules, but um, that's basically how it went.
So, freak off is the longer long, the long, you know, sex marathon.
And then there were sessions in between, and in those sessions, basically, it would end when the escort did what he needed to do.
And Diddy would watch.
And also, while Diddy was watching, he would be directing them, telling them what to do, rubbing baby oil on themselves.
He wanted them always glistening.
He'd provide them with lube.
They always made sure that the room was ready prior to them doing it.
They always did this at hotels.
So that's kind of how the scheme worked.
Okay.
Give me a ones in the chat if that all makes sense.
Give me ones in the chat.
That all makes sense because I want you guys to understand what the freak offs are so that I don't have to go through it again and it makes sense because you guys might not know how the freak offs work, but that's how it goes.
The freak off is the big session, is the big marathon of sex where there's multiple escorts involved with Cassie and Diddy.
And then the session is where the escort is having sex for Cassie.
Diddy watches after that session is done, is the escort ejaculates, whether in her or on her, her and Diddy go into another private room.
She smears the thing on them.
They hang out for a bit.
They take a break.
Then they come back out and then they do another session of the freak off.
And this can last for hours to days.
Yes, I know.
It's very disturbing, chat, but at least you guys know now.
But that's why he had all that baby oil, guys.
That's why he had all that baby oil.
Also, guys, smash that like button.
Let's get to 10K.
All right.
Smash that like button.
And just okay.
And I'm going to read chats at the end, guys.
I'll read super chats at the end.
So get your questions in now.
I have access to Myron Gaines X and I got access to Myron Gaines X and MyronGainsX.com.
And I also got access to the Rumble chat.
So whatever you guys want to donate and Castle Club.
So donate wherever you guys want.
I'll be able to get access to it.
Okay.
All right.
Let's keep going.
So, okay.
So next message number eight, August 7th, 2009.
Cassie sends explicit messages to Diddy.
Okay.
And then Diddy says, I can't wait to watch you.
Cassie says, I can't wait for it to be uncontrollable.
And then Cassie says, I want that dick.
So explicit messages.
This was August 7, 2009.
And there was even more explicit messages.
The attorney didn't even want to read them, guys.
I saw them.
I could barely make it out, but it was a lot of explicit messages she sent Diddy.
And that's why he responded, I can't wait to watch you.
So admission number nine, August 7, 2009.
She tells Cassie sends it, tells Diddy, I can't wait to have my legs cocked behind my head to feel big dick, big cocked raw in my pussy.
August 7, 2009.
She told, she sent this to Diddy.
I can't wait to have my legs cocked back behind my head to feel big dick raw or big cocked raw in my pussy.
Anyway, next text message, August 7, 2009, again.
I'm thinking about licking those dicks from the balls to the head, then slowly lowering my mouth down on it.
Okay.
Then next piece of message number 11, August 7th, 2009, again, Diddy says, I'm so horny.
She responds, Oh my God, I was about to text you the same thing.
Diddy says, How you doing?
You're supposed to be seducing me all day because she didn't like respond as quickly as you wanted.
And then Cassie says, Sorry, LOL nervous.
I want to fuck.
Continuing on, August 7th, 2009.
Diddy, I'm so horny, I can't concentrate.
Cassie, so what do I do?
Going to Dwayne Reed for candles, take vitamins, eat, and set up the room.
So basically, she was getting ready to do a freak off with him on August 7, 2009.
Right?
They're going back and forth, messaging each other.
Message 12, August 18, 2009.
Cassie, I just deleted our little vid to this off my camera.
It was so dope.
Referring to a sex video that they made during their freak off.
Diddy says, I'm going to do it again.
Cassie says, Do you have any more pills on you?
Now, she didn't know the defense asked her about this.
What pills are you talking about?
She couldn't recall because this was 2009.
But it could have been anything, maybe ecstasy.
Message 13, December of 2009.
Diddy, dirty talking, all right?
Sending her this long-ass dirty talk message.
I couldn't even write it all down, chat.
And then Cassie says, I like that.
I need to trust you.
I need to feel like it's my man that sees this aggressive sexual side of me.
So, so Diddy sends her a long message, right?
That's all sex talk.
This is December of 2009.
And then Cassie responds, I like that, but I need to trust you.
I need to feel like it's my man that I'm having this aggressive sexual side of.
Because, guys, keep in mind, at this point, they're doing freak offs.
They're doing all kinds of shit.
So, like, to Cassie, she's like, okay, this is where things start to shift, chat, where she doesn't want to be seen as a side chick.
And you guys are going to see here in the next messages coming up kind of where she's going with this.
Okay.
Because he still has a wife at this point.
I think he's with Kim Porter at this point.
So she just doesn't want to be an eternal sexual object side chick for Diddy.
Okay.
So let's see here.
And she also had a concern because she didn't want to be used just for sex and be objectified.
So she, so Cassie says she had a concern of being used for sex.
The defense says, were you sad that you weren't being a real girlfriend?
She says yes.
Cassie says freak offs were an integral part of their relationship and wanted it to develop more.
So Cassie on her 21st birthday, she says that Britney Spears, Dallas, Austin, showed up in Vegas.
Diddy invited them.
By 21, she had put out her first album.
She was modeling.
And then the defense attorney tells her that she's beautiful and charming, which, you know, whatever.
Because Cassie's kind of trying to be humble in the courtroom about, you know, her success when she was 21.
Then the defense asked her about her manager.
She says her manager was a guy named Ed Woods at 21.
She worked for Casablanca Records, run by Tommy Mattola.
Her finances at 21 were after her album release.
She had an apartment in New York and she paid for her own stuff.
So she's making good money at this point because her first album, self-entitled Cassie, was out at this point.
Cassie said that she met Diddy through Ryan Leslie.
They dated three years when she moved to New York City.
Now, this is the first time that Ryan Leslie has been mentioned in the trial.
For those of you that are unaware, Ryan Leslie, very popular, I think, producer, if I'm not mistaken, chat.
Music niggas, if you guys can help me out, I think is a producer/slash manager.
She was dating him for three years when she had been in because she was modeling in New York City and she met him in New York City.
But she met Diddy through Ryan Leslie, which is crazy.
So when she first met Diddy, it was a platonic relationship.
And she recalled how she had a bad performance on 106 in Park.
Remember that show, guys?
106 in Park, AJ and Free?
Holy, bro.
She recalled how she had a bad performance at 106 and Park.
The sound was fucked up.
I guess the choreography, the choreography was bad.
And Diddy had her back through that experience because she got made fun of for that performance and criticized.
And she really respected and liked that Diddy had her back for that.
So she couldn't hear herself.
The music was bad.
So Leslie, Ryan Leslie is about 10 years older than her.
She was dating him at 18 or 19.
And then while she was dating Ryan Leslie, this is where shit gets crazy, chat.
And the defense, I know what they're doing here.
They're trying to paint her as a whore, right?
So they ask her, were you seeing Ryan Leslie at the time where you were seeing Diddy?
And this is where we get into.
So she took a trip to Miami after her 21st birthday.
For those of you who remember, Diddy kissed her for the first time on her 21st birthday weekend in Las Vegas.
After he kissed her, they had meetups at hotels.
Okay.
They never had sex, but Diddy went down on her a few times and she didn't reciprocate and that pissed Diddy off.
So after all that, she takes a trip out to Miami for a club event.
Okay.
There was a flyer put out, club appearance, and mentioned, etc.
So she went out to Miami to do this club performance with her friend Carrie Morgan, our best friend, Carrie Morgan.
But Diddy was there as well.
Okay.
She also went there.
And that's where they first had sex in Miami.
Then the defense attorney asked her, Hey, didn't you have a tattoo of Ryan Leslie?
And she said, yes.
And she had another tattoo.
So the defense asked her, How many tattoos do you have?
She said two to three tats.
And then they mentioned, hey, what's the tattoo on your arm?
And she has a tattoo on her arm that says no regrets.
Oh, man.
The defense was diabolical, bro.
The defense was diabolical because it was a woman asking me these questions.
And she was doing it like in a very polite and nice way.
But I could see why they were doing this.
They were slowly, you know, dragging her, right?
For being a whore.
Sorry, guys.
Here's some more.
So, crazy shit, man.
So anyway, right?
Let me check the battery, make sure that we're not going to phony in a dying shit on us, man.
Because we're cooking right now.
Alright.
We're good for now.
Alright.
So.
So let's see here.
So Edwards was her manager at 21.
Nope, sorry.
So she had that tattoo of Ryan Leslie.
So she admits here that she first had sex with Diddy in Miami.
Diddy introduced her to Oral Sex before that.
And she met him at hotels.
because she was still in a relationship with Ryan.
So after he kissed her in Vegas and she was 21, she was in a relationship with Ryan Leslie.
And after that, she would meet him at a hotel secretly.
And then eventually she went down to Miami to do this performance.
And she also had sex with Diddy while she was down there.
And she was with Ryan the whole time in the relationship.
And the defense made sure to point that out.
And she knew that the meetups were going to be romantic and sexual.
So let's move on to the next text message, October 14, 2007, number 14 text.
The message talks about how sweet Diddy was and how she feels protected with him, how she fell fast for him.
He doesn't, but he doesn't trust her.
And Carrie being that and him liking Carrie, her best friend instead.
And then she also talks about how she can be malicious and sneaky and she doesn't feel like the right one.
And she wants to be with him and how she wants to have a future with him.
And she could sometimes be a brat.
And it's interesting because when she sent this text message on October 14, 2007, right, when the attorney put this up on the screen, Cassie actually chuckled while she was reading this because it was so cringe.
It was like she wrote this long ass fucking like journal entry almost about how much she liked Diddy and how she fell fast for him and all this other bullshit.
So and then the defense attorney asks her, hey, so what about this sneaky thing?
Was it because of her cheating on Ryan?
And Cassie responds, it could be.
So you guys going to notice this where the defense takes like, you know, jabs at her during this testimony to show that she's, you know, a 304.
So then they get into the freak offs.
Okay.
They get into more detail with the freak offs.
So Cassie says that she disguised her appearance with wigs, masquerade masks, to be discreet since they were famous and the encounters were crazy, quote unquote, according to her.
They didn't want anyone to know.
She feared for her career if the tapes were released and Diddy was in them.
But Diddy also didn't want people to know either.
And they made sure to know that.
So like they were like, hey, so you didn't want the tapes released because you were in them.
She was like, yes.
And well, Diddy didn't want the, did he want to, Diddy didn't want anyone to know about these freak offs either, right?
And she said yes, which kind of defeats her argument that he would release the tapes because he was on them.
Does that make sense, Chad?
That's why the defense asked that.
So then they asked her, what happened to Diddy's career after her lawsuit in 2023?
Which I thought that was kind of crazy.
But as soon as they said that, objection, like objection.
And they objected like four different times because they tried to rephrase the question multiple times where they asked, what happened to Diddy's career after you filed that lawsuit in November 2023?
Eventually she answered and she said she understood it was ruined.
Then they go back to the text messages.
This is message number 15 now.
July 29, 2012.
Her and Diddy discussing Valium, her period, how he's horny and how she's horny.
They go into explicit messaging about how they moan during sex.
There was a mention of Jules and doing a freak off and blindfolding when Jules has sex with her.
And she, remember, guys, Jules is one of the escorts and about how she loves making love with Diddy after freak offs.
Again, as you guys know, I see that we gained another like thousand people, but again, freak offs go like this.
Diddy's in the corner watching as the escort has sex with Cassie.
After that escort ejaculates, right, they had two main ones, a guy named Jules and a guy named Dave.
Remember those two escort names?
The two main ones.
After the guy ejaculates, her and Diddy go into a room privately together, okay?
Another room where she puts the semen on him.
And then they have sex there and they spend time together, whatever, their romantic time.
And this is what Cassie said that she enjoyed the most because they spent this one-on-one time together.
So, but yeah.
But yeah, that's why Cassie says she loves making love with Diddy after the freak off.
So the freak off happens.
The session is complete.
Then they go and they have the little private time.
Then they come back out and do another session with the escort whenever they're ready.
Okay?
That's how it went down.
That's how these freak offs go.
Anyway, then Diddy asked her about her period to see when they can have sex.
She says she's skipping her period.
And again, they show this.
They did this to show that Diddy, you know, doesn't just force himself on him.
That's what the defense was trying to do here.
And then they asked her, Cassie, have you ever watched Diddy have sex with other women?
And she said, not often.
He only had sex with two to three other women.
Sorry, he only had sex where she was watching two to three times.
So in the 10 years that they were together, they did hundreds of freak offs.
He only had sex with other women two to three times, which is kind of crazy, isn't it?
You would think, you know, during these freak offs, it'd be a bunch of chicks and like her.
But the reality is during these freak offs, it was him directing and fapping in the back while she has sex with male escorts when you would think it would be the other way around.
So in the hundreds of times that he had male escorts hooking up with Cassie, he only hooked up with another woman two to three times in that 10 years.
Very interesting.
They never told the staff about freak offs.
The staff knew about the freak offs.
They were supplied dorms and everything, but they never went in and actually saw it.
Message number 16, July 14, 2012.
She says she tip the cleaning ladies, she's horny and bored, and I need your dick.
I'm dying.
This is what she sent to Diddy.
July 16th, 2012.
They text each other.
They love each other.
And Cassie sends photos of them on a private jet hugging each other.
Again, defense showing pictures and text messages showing how much they were in love.
Message number 17: Cassie says a lot of dicks, a lot of partying.
She messages that to Diddy after a freak off.
Diddy says, You sick?
Sorry.
And then Cassie says, Why are you sorry?
So the defense asked her, Why did you say why you sorry?
And Cassie says, She asked that because he never said sorry before.
And that was the running theme here.
Also, you're going to notice chat.
One thing that Cassie like harked on a lot is that like she felt like whenever Diddy would wrong her, he wouldn't apologize.
He never said sorry.
That was one of the things that she mentioned.
Next, Cassie asked that because, oh no, okay.
So they had more text messages of love and affection together.
Cassie says, Diddy put her down, but he also uplifted her a lot, telling her she's a queen and a better woman.
And, you know, and he sends her a lot of positive messages.
The defense basically asked her, because, you know, during her direct examination, Cassie said that Diddy used to put her down.
But then the defense on cross-examine today said, well, you know, I know you said yesterday that Diddy put you down, but you know, he also uplifted you a lot.
They showed text messages where Diddy would tell her she's a queen, he loves her, you know, he'll do anything for her.
And she's, he's going to make her, and she, and she would say how he's making her a better woman and shit like that.
And then the defense asked, what other ways did Diddy build her up?
She says, with his positive words and with his energy.
Then, so then the defense asked her, what would trigger Diddy's incessant calling?
Now, why am I talking about incessant calling?
During Cassie's direct examination, guys, she talked a lot about how Diddy would often call her.
And if she didn't answer, he would call her over and over and over again.
And if she didn't answer, he would either go to her house or security would go to her house.
So the defense asked her, why would he do that?
And she said it's because she wouldn't say where she was and it would anger him.
And then why would he care about not knowing where you were?
And then Cassie says, you know, because he suspected her of cheating.
Cassie sent photos of clothes of herself for his approval.
And because the defense asked her, hey, you would often send photos of yourself to Diddy of your clothes and everything else like that.
Why?
And then she said, because Diddy impacted fashion, culture, music.
He has successful clothing brand Sean John.
Cassie consulted with Diddy on her look a few times.
Many people respected his perspective on their look.
And then she said, Diddy was very busy during freak offs.
Both of them were consuming drugs.
They both needed to recover.
She also said, they also said, and now I'm going to summarize some things that were said during the cross-examination.
Diddy was still working at this time, despite being addicted to drugs.
Diddy was addicted to opiates.
She saw him taking them.
They went into withdrawals, what it's like withdrawing from opiates.
She said you get sick, nauseous, stomach issues, makes you get agitated.
She witnessed Diddy go through opiate withdrawals.
She said during withdrawals, Diddy would be very agitated.
She said that Diddy did ecstasy, MDMA, cocaine, GHB in her presence.
She also, they asked her about NDMA and ecstasy, why she did it.
Cassie said she got you 4-8 when she took it to be high during the freak offs.
Let's see here.
So I talked about, okay, so I talked about why.
So then I think they let Cassie get off the stand and we're getting ready to go to lunch.
And then that's where they started like arguing about getting Cassie off the stand by Friday, as I described to you guys earlier with the defense.
and the prosecution.
They got in a pretty heated discussion about this.
And then the defense actually made a good point.
They said, hey, if Friday was a hard deadline, why did we put two witnesses before Cassie?
Which is kind of a good point.
Remember, guys, on day one, they put the security officer and the stripper.
And then day two, the stripper went again.
Then Cassie came in on the second part of day two or day three, I think it was.
So then now we get into part two.
This was after lunch.
And at this point, let's see here.

You got the judge right here.
Witness box right next to him, obviously.
AUSA table, all six at USA's right here.
Then below them, sorry, behind them, you have the defense attorneys.
You got three of the attorneys right here.
Case agent was at the second table at the foreign by himself.
Then you got the second table.
You got the lead attorney here, another attorney here, and then Diddy in the middle, and then another two to three attorneys here.
Okay.
Then this is where the cross-examination and direct examination was done.
Let me bring it close.
Then the jury box is right here.
18 jurors are here, guys.
Six alternates, 12 main.
Then two marshals sit behind Diddy and then another two sit on the side over here.
Then you got this whole role right here is completely empty, both these rows, because the artist is there drawing.
Then behind the artist on the left-hand side, you got Diddy's family.
Then you got his friends and family here as well.
These two rows.
Then this is where the public can sit.
I sat right here second from last.
Okay.
Then on this side, the last three rows are press.
Every single news organization is there.
Then you got a bunch of fold chairs here, not benches.
These are HSI agents that are sitting here.
Like five, like six of them were there when I saw.
And then here, you got the AUSA's assistants, paralegals, et cetera.
Then here, you got Cassie's family, her husband, her brother, her mom, her lawyer.
They're all sitting in this row right here.
And yeah, that's what the court setup looks like, guys.
Okay.
So public on this side, press on this side.
Diddy family left-hand side.
Cassie's family on the right-hand side.
Cassie's family has one bench.
Diddy's family has two benches.
And then Diddy's right here in the middle of the third table in the back.
Very awkward setup.
The AUSA sit up front, right in front of the judge.
Then the defense is table two and table three.
And then the jury box here, etc.
So you guys know what the courtroom actually looks like.
Here's the layout.
Okay.
Are we at 4,000?
Niggas, we're at 3.4.

All right, we hit the four.
Let's go.
Okay, I wish I had a Dona Marco button.
Okay.
So, all right, so let's get it.
So, yes, I met the case agent today.
Nice guy.
He was really, he was kind of standoffish because when I walked up to him, I was like, hey, what's up, bro?
And I can tell that he wanted to walk away.
I was like, hey, man, I was former HSI, and he was like, oh, shit.
And then he turned back, shook my hand.
You know, I can tell, guys, this case, since I got so much notoriety, I don't think they want the agents are really apprehensive to talk to the public because obviously they don't want to talk to the press.
They don't want to talk to the public because this case shit has been leaked.
As you guys know, the video of Diddy chasing her down at the hotel, they got leaked.
Information from the case got leaked, so they don't want to talk to anybody.
So the guy was reluctant.
Then when I told him, hey, I was on the job, he's like, oh, shit, okay.
But he's a new, he's a newer guy.
He's been on the job for like maybe five years.
Nice guy.
I can tell he's a little bit of an introvert, but obviously he doesn't want to talk to the press either because, you know, just the notoriety of the case.
So I totally understand it.
You know, I didn't take offense to it.
But I congratulate him.
I said, bro, this is a great case.
You know, big case.
You know, as a case agent, you know, they never get credit, right?
The AUSAs always get credit.
The agency might get credit, but the case agent that actually put it all together, you know, that did the hundreds of interviews, that wrote all the reports, that, you know, was the affiant on all the search warrants, et cetera.
Like, I've been there, so I know exactly how hard it is to put a federal investigation together, a complex one, and to get a RICO approved.
Guys, many of you guys don't know this, but like to get a RICO case approved, you got to send it to DOJ Main, and then DOJ Main's got to approve the case as a RICO case, and then you can go ahead and prosecute it that way.
So it's a lot of work to put these cases together, guys, especially cases like that.
So, you know, I gave the guys props and he really appreciated that because I guarantee you, nobody even knew, like, nobody, number one, nobody knows what a case agent is.
Number two, people don't understand how that's the heart.
That's literally the person that put the case together, and they never get their shine.
And I remember when I was on the job, you know, you would rarely get recognized or get or get support outside of like the agency, right?
Like most people don't even know like what a case agent is or whatever.
So he was like shocked that like I found, you know, because I made it a mission to find out who the case agent was and talk to him because I spoken with, because yesterday when I was there, a couple agents came up to me and said, hey, bro, what's up, man?
You know, we know you, blah, blah, blah.
We know you're the guy that like left to do podcasting because, you know, I got to run the agency, guys.
It's a small agency.
We've got a couple thousand agents all across the country.
But like when someone resigns from the government, bro, it's a big deal, chat.
No one leaves, you know, a six-figure job, take-home car, great career, you know, fucking all these benefits.
Nobody leaves that shit to be an entrepreneur.
I'm like one of the only crazy people that did that shit.
So anytime someone leaves the agency, like willingly, even if they get fired, it becomes a talk of the fucking, you know, of the agency.
So everyone knew I left.
A bunch of people like, you know, knew who I was and shit like that.
Because mind you guys, don't forget when I was on the job, like I had a bunch of big cases.
So I was like going to DC.
I was meeting people.
I had a director's award.
I was traveling.
I had been up to New York a few times to do to do a case up here.
So some of them recognized me.
I knew who I was.
So like when they saw me in the courtroom, they're like, what the fuck?
So, and this was yesterday.
So I was asking around, bro, who's the case agent or whatever?
And they're like, yeah, that's that's the case agent there.
And like I showed y'all, like the diagram, like, you know, this is weird.
You know, you don't normally, and just against you guys, just kind of like understand where I'm coming from here.
Like, normally, guys, so here's the diagram again.
Normally, the case agent is supposed to sit right next to the AUSAs.
Dude, he was sitting back here, like at the defense table.
I was like, what the fuck?
So it took me a little bit to figure out who he was.
But, you know, I had to obviously show my love.
But yeah, they're going to be apprehensive because just because so much shit has leaked on his case and they don't want to talk to the press.
But once he found out, I used to be on the job.
He, you know, we chatted up a little bit.
So he's a newer guy, been on the job for five years, which, you know, the fact that he has a case this big, only being on the job for five years is definitely something to very impressive.
Anyway, let me get my law enforcement nerd hat off.
You guys know I could talk about this shit all day.
I used to, you know, you guys know I love this shit.
Okay, let's get into the part two now.
So, all right, so now we're going to get into message 18.
Okay.
So on March 18th, 2018, Cassie says, I love our freak offs.
Diddy says, I want to freak off right now.
She says, LOL me too.
I want to have fun with you.
Be with you.
And then Diddy says, Let me know if you want.
Jules is available.
It could be us.
It could be just us two if you're not into it.
No problem.
So the defense made sure to show this chat because it's showing that, you know, Cassie said she loves the freak offs.
Diddy said he wanted to freak off right now.
He says, Hey, the escort Jules is around, but it could just be us two if you want.
No problem.
And then Cassie says, I love you.
Diddy says, You didn't give me an answer.
And then she says, Love you, pop up.
So I don't know if they ended up doing a freak off after this, but the defense showed this to show this part of the messaging, obviously, to show the other stuff to show that she's not getting forced.
Because remember, guys, Cassie and the government is trying to say that Diddy Peter, he coerced her into these freak offs.
That's very important, chat.
Okay, let me let me make sure that you guys understand in the indictment that they claimed that Diddy used his influence and his power to coerce his influence, his power, and violence to coerce Cassie and this other woman, Jane, who's going to come in and hit the stand later, into having these freak offs.
Okay.
So the defense showing these text messages showing how Cassie's saying, I love these freak offs and all this other shit.
It's very important for the defense.
That's why they're showing this stuff.
Anyway, let's keep going.
So message number 19: Diddy, I want us to have our night.
Do I have your permission to set it up?
So Diddy asks her, I want to have our night, freaky fun.
Do I have your permission to set it up?
And she goes, Cassie says, I'm ovulating.
Diddy says, that's good.
We just be extra careful.
Did he say, if you're not horny, what the fuck?
Cassie says, of course I am.
And then I don't know if they actually ended up doing a freak off there, but again, defense showing more text messages show that she was into it.
Then May 16, 2016, next message.
Cassie says, I can go to Pleasure Chest.
What is Pleasure Chest?
Pleasure Chest is a sex supply store where she also has outfits.
For those of you that don't know, when they did these freak offs, Diddy would want her to dress up.
She would wear heels, sometimes masquerade masks, lingerie, etc.
He had like this whole thing of how he wanted her to dress when they would do these freak offs.
Let's see here.
Then Diddy says, so she says, I can go to Pleasure Chest, right?
On May 16, 2016.
Diddy says, that's so far.
I can go if you want.
And then there were times that Diddy went and got supplies and contacted escorts on behalf of Cassie.
They went back and forth on who gets the supplies.
Diddy says, Can we kiss a lot tonight?
Cassie says, Yes.
Diddy says, What are you doing?
Where are you at?
She says, Trying to find something to impress you.
He says, Go to the hotel.
She says, How long are you going to be?
He says, 20 minutes.
She says, I left the iPad home.
Okay.
Now, this is important.
She says, shit, I left the iPad home.
Why did she want?
Why did she want the iPad?
The iPad, guys, is how they recorded themselves doing these freak offs.
So Cassie says, shit, I left the iPad, which means she wanted to bring it, but forgot.
And then she says, she tells Diddy, sorry it was hidden.
I forgot to get it.
Diddy says, meet you at the hotel.
Cassie says, took a while to check out, referring to the store, pleasure chest.
And then Diddy asks about pizza.
And then Cassie says, I'm too excited.
Okay.
June 2017.
Next message.
Cassie says, I was away all week now.
I'm back.
You want to see me tonight?
I'll be there right after my premiere.
And this is after they had an argument.
Okay.
And then next message, Cassie to Diddy, she says, they were playing some kind of game.
A friend told, okay, so, all right.
So Cassie, let me explain this text message because this is where it gets a little confusing.
So Cassie sends this text message to Diddy that says, you're not going to be Sean.
I'm not going to be Cassie.
We're going to be different people, different energy, blah, blah, blah.
And it was really weird and awkward, right?
So the defense asked her about this text message.
And then Cassie explains that her friend had told her about it, right?
And it was something that they, it was a technique that she utilized to kind of rekindle the relationship because they had had an argument prior to her sending this text.
Okay.
Does that make sense, chat?
So this is relevant because it goes to show that she went out of her way, even when they had arguments to kind of fix things.
And she contacted him.
So then Diddy says he's on the same page because they talked about meeting up for sex after she sent this like kinky text message of them being different people.
And then he suggests that they go to a sex club.
Cassie agrees.
What's a sex club?
For those of you that didn't tune in yesterday, a sex club, guys, is a club where they have certain rooms in there where you literally can just like have sex.
And swingers freak with them all the time.
This is something that Cassie and Diddy used to do together on direct examination yesterday.
Cassie outlined the sex clubs.
She claimed that she didn't like it.
But what do we have here?
We got text messages between her and Diddy where she initiates a conversation, says, I'm not Cassie.
You're not Sean, blah, blah, blah.
And like an attempt to rekindle it, it turns Diddy on.
He says he's on the same page.
And then he suggests, let's go to a sex club.
She agrees.
Diddy says, Are you sure I got plans?
And then he sends another message, tell me if you want me to stop.
Cassie says, No, getting my lashes and brows done at eight, I just finished.
So I'm not sure if they met up after that, but again, the defense put this message out there to show that they were actively going back and forth, contrary to what she says about how she didn't want to go to these sex clubs or whatever.
She claimed she didn't want to do these sex clubs.
But here we go, where she agrees to it.
So the defense asks her, Were you jealous of Kim Porter?
And she says yes.
Kim Porter, for those of you guys that don't know, was Diddy's ex-wife.
Or I don't know if they were formally married, but it was a woman that he was in a long-term relationship with.
She had a child with him.
And the sons actually were in the courtroom, by the way, guys, one of the sons.
And she admits that she was jealous of Kim Porter.
And Cassie was upset that Diddy spent time with Porter during the holidays and not her.
So Christmas, Thanksgiving, all the family holidays, he always spent it with him and not her.
And that pissed her off.
And then they asked her, Did Diddy have relationships with other women?
She says yes.
How did Cassie find out about Gina, who was a woman that she didn't like?
She says social media.
What was Diddy's response to Gina?
She says she doesn't remember.
Diddy lied about Gina and they got back together multiple times.
So basically, there was this woman that Cassie really didn't like named Gina.
And Diddy lied about being in a relationship with her multiple times and they kept getting back together.
And she found out one time that Diddy was with her, I think in like 2015 or 2016.
And we're going to talk about that a little bit later, what ended up happening after that.
He also got other women and this led to a lot of arguments between them.
Okay.
A lot of arguments between Cassie and Diddy off of him being with other women.
Diddy also suspected her of cheating.
So lots of it.
She says, she goes, there was lots of arguing.
Some of it was fuzzy to her.
She was doing a lot of drugs at the time.
Okay.
Text number two, Cassie says, let's do something different.
Diddy says, let's do Broadway play.
Diddy says, Dave hit me.
Cassie says, me too.
Dave, you guys remember, was one of the main escorts that they used.
Diddy then says, I'm horny.
Cassie sends them an explicit message back to back of her wanting to get fucked and stuff like that.
Two messages.
Then Cassie sends him an image of a sex club location.
Again, why is this important?
Because the day prior, Cassie said how much she hated the sex clubs.
And she said how she never wanted to go to them.
But what is she doing here?
Sending Diddy sexual messages and sending him the location of a sex club.
Okay.
So, you know, this is the defense kind of like, you know, kind of unraveling, like unraveling her narrative, chat.
Diddy says, you ready?
Cassie says, I just got to get some stuff.
And then it looks like they might have gone to the sex club after that.
We don't know.
But she sent him the image of the sex club and he said, you ready?
And then she said, she said, Cassie, I just got to get some stuff.
Fast forward, October.
So now she shows another message, October 19, 2012.
Cassie says, I missed you.
I missed that dick.
I missed our sessions in the day.
Diddy says, you horny or sleepy?
She says, I'm both.
I thought you would lay, I thought we would lay up together.
If so, I'll cancel my plans.
Diddy says we can do that.
She said, Don't cast your plans.
We'll hang out tomorrow.
Next message.
Cassie says, I'm going to go to the pool.
Wish we could have a freak off before you left.
Cassie then says, as much as you think you're Bruce Willis, you aren't.
And then she sends this long ass message about him cheating and having the second life and you know not making her the main girl and that really pissed her off.
And she goes into this whole tirade.
And then the and then the defense asked her about this and she says that you know it bothered her that Kim was in the family.
Like she was the main girl and Cassie wasn't.
She didn't just want to be a sex object to Diddy.
And now this is about seven years in, guys.
This was in 2014 where she sends him this long message pissed off.
Next Cowboys was in July of 2012.
Cassie, Cassie, they asked her about a woman named Ruth in July 2012.
Cassie couldn't remember, so I'll move forward.
Then Diddy denied.
Okay, so Diddy denied the relationship with Gina and it bothered Cassie as we discussed before in 2013.
Text message number 26.
Diddy says, What's wrong with a picture?
Because she had caught him with it with Gina in a picture in 2013.
Cassie says, You're making me look like a side piece.
I'm not some okie doke.
It's 2013.
I'll be happy no matter what.
I'll treat you like a king no matter what.
So this is in response to Cassie getting a photo of Diddy with Gina, remember, the girl that she doesn't like.
So she gets this picture and she sends it to Diddy and says, Yo, you're making me look like a side piece.
You know, I'm not just some oakie doke.
I'll be happy no matter what.
I'll treat you like a king no matter what.
So we're seeing that jealousy come back in.
So now we're going to get into infidelity and Kid Cuddy.
Okay.
So, um, and we're at 4.4k likes, guys.
Let's get to 5,000.
I don't want to stop the show.
So, um, she found it hypocritical that Diddy was with other women when she was monogamous on her end, besides the freak-offs of her having sex with other guys, of course.
Um, Diddy was even more jealous of her and did not like if she was with other men and had a bad temper.
Um, did he suspect that she was in a relationship with someone in the music industry, Kid Cuddy?
Um, if she got with Cuddy, it would have uh it would be good for her career.
So, so, okay, so now we get into Kid Cuddy, right?
So, basically, Diddy introduced her to Cuddy, which is crazy because I didn't know that.
I don't know, Chad, if you knew that, uh, but Diddy was the one that introduced her to Kid Cuddy and he put her in touch with Kid Cuddy because he kind of wanted to get her, you know, get her going in the music industry again, right?
Guess a buzz.
And if you guys don't know, back in 2011, Kid Cuddy was really popular, right?
He made it a song he made, um, you know, memories.
Remember, guys, that you know, uh, you know, uh, I forget how it goes, you know, you know, it goes, hey, hey, hey, hey, remember that shit?
Uh, man, I don't play a portion of free ninjas.
Hold on, one sec, bro.
I got y'all niggas right now because Kid Cuddy was popping back in the day.
I think it was called Memories Memories, Kid Cuddy.
When did this shit come out, bro?
God damn.
Hold on.
Yeah, 2010.
Came out.
The music video came out in February 2010.
But this shit was a banger.
Remember this, guys?
Yeah.
Okay, there you guys go.
That's that.
That's the Nessa song.
He's that guy.
For those of you that are not musically inclined.
Anyway, let's get back to it.
I remember fucking all the, bro, when I was at Northeastern, the fucking white people love that song, dude.
It's fucking wild how much they love that song.
Dude, this fuck is so sick.
Bro, every fucking time I went to someone's dorm or some shit, they were playing that shit on blast, bro.
They love that shit.
You know, any pregame or whatever, you guys know I didn't drink like that, but yo, they were always playing that shit.
All right, hold on one sec, chat.
Let me make sure what the battery is.
Oh, man, we're at 8%.
Okay, chat, we might have to do a quick little switcheroo.
Give me one sec, chat.
We might honestly have to do a quick little switcheroo.
All right.
Now we're going to get into the Kid Cuddy shit.
Let me do a quick switcheroo.
All right.
Give me one second, chat.
Give me one second as I do this quick switcheroo.
Okay.
Give me one sec.
Give me one sec.
Give me one sec.
All right, ninjas.
Hold on one sec.
We're getting this thing back up.
This is the benefits of having two phones.
Okay.
Let me make sure that we're good to go.
I think we successfully switched through.
Did the switcheroo?
Hold on.
Let me make sure my shit is good.
Give me one sec, chat.
Give me O slash in the chat if we're good to go.
Give me O slash in the chat if we're good to go, chat.
Give me O slashes and we're going to continue on.
All right.
Hold on.
Let me make sure.
Give me O slashes if we are good to go, chat.
Give me O slashes.
I'm looking at you right now.
All right.
All right.
I see O slashes.
Sweet.
Okay.
Awesome, awesome.
Let me clean this lens real quick.
Give me one sec, guys.
I'm going to clean this lens.
Let me make sure this shit is all good.
All right.
Cool.
All right.
Okay.
Back on it.
Sorry about that.
So now we're at Kid Cuddy.
Okay.
So Diddy put her in touch with Kid Cuddy.
Okay.
That's number one.
And if she got with good Cuddy, and the reason why Diddy put her in touch with Kid Cuddy, guys, was because it was for her career, career advancement.
As you guys know, back in 2011, when he introduced her to Kid Cuddy, he was a very popping artist.
So they went to the studio together multiple times.
First time in 2011, fall of 2011, Cassie lived in New York City.
Cassie had her burner phone to talk to him.
Guys, they were in a relationship for like only a month, but she went and got a burner phone for him.
Okay.
She got the phone for Kid Cuddy specifically, saw him less than a month, but had the burner.
Her and Diddy were not in the best place at the time.
They had relations because she liked him.
Her and Diddy were on a break at the time.
Diddy found out during the freak off, even though they were on a break.
So check this out.
She says that her and Diddy were on a break.
However, what ends up happening is that she was still doing freak offs with Diddy.
So while she was doing this freak off with Diddy, he got a hold of her phone.
He saw a message between Cassie and a woman in Capricorn, one of his assistants, and that's how he found out that she was fucking with Kid Cuddy.
And this is what made him go nuts.
And when he finds out, I told you guys yesterday, he got like a bottle, like a corkscrew, and put it on his fist and he chased her and she ran out the freak off.
Okay.
So she said that they were on a break, but they were still doing freak offs together.
And she had this burner phone specifically for Kid Cuddy when they were only dealing with each other for less than a month.
And the defense made sure to point all this stuff out.
Let's see here.
So she still used the burner phone despite them being on break.
That's another thing that's important that the defense mentioned.
So you're on break.
Why are you using a burner?
You guys aren't together, right?
So that's where, did you feel, so that's basically where she wasn't telling Diddy everything.
Not, and then the defense says, well, if you're on a break, why are you using a burner phone?
And they said, did you tell Diddy that you were dealing with Cuddy?
She said, no.
So she was like, well, would it be fair to assume that Diddy thought you guys were still in a relationship?
And she said, yeah, because she didn't know if Diddy knew that they were on a break.
Okay.
And then they asked her, did you feel justified cheating says Diddy did?
And she said, could be possible.
We know that means yes.
So Diddy found out by going through her phone.
I told you guys about that before.
So after this incident with Cuddy, where he found out about the Cuddy situation, she met up with Diddy after and his staff and security were present.
Capricorn brought her in.
And this is where Diddy kicked her in the back when she left.
Remember when he gave her that fucking sparring kick bottom?
This is when he did that shit.
She went to her hotel and then flew back to Connecticut.
She met up with him in Arizona after that in early 2012 after New Year's.
Their relationship, Cuddy, so their relationship, Cassie's relationship with Cuddy really pissed Diddy off because Cuddy is a star in the industry and he has status.
Also because Diddy introduced her to Cuddy.
So those two things pissed him off the most.
Number one, that he was a star.
Number two, because he introduced her.
So the thing also that I'm noticing with Diddy guys is like, he doesn't care if people fuck his girl.
He cares if people find out about it and if they're celebrities.
So Diddy and Cassie often fought.
And whenever they fought, Diddy would always bring up that she cheated on him with Kid Cuddy.
He would always bring that up.
It would be like his main thing that he brought up.
And then on her end, she said it pissed her off that she could have spent holidays with Diddy.
She got used to it at later.
They spent New Year's together in 2018, though.
Never on Christmas.
She spent two months filming a movie in South Africa.
She had her friends with her.
She broke off the relationship with Diddy while she was in South Africa filming because she found out that he was dating Gina.
And someone sent her a video or no, someone sent her a picture of Diddy and a girl that of Diddy and her girl.
The front thought it was Cassie.
Cassie said, no, that's not me.
I'm in South Africa.
That's how she found out.
Then someone sent her a video.
And that's how she found out that Diddy was with Gina again.
So I think this was like in 2015 or 2016.
So after seeing the video, she was mad and she broke up with Diddy right then and there.
She sends him a message that they're done.
She blocked him and then she focused on the movie.
Diddy suspected she began a relationship with Michael B. Jordan.
So Michael B. Jordan's name got fucking put into this fucking trial.
So she didn't confirm or deny it though in court.
And just so you guys know, I was looking at her husband during all this shit, bro.
Yo, that nigga was, man.
Yo, I feel bad for her husband, bro.
He was turning bright red at some points during this stuff.
So she broke up with Diddy.
When she broke up with him for the Gina situation, she sent him a video, him and all the staff, him, D-Rock, and a couple other members of the staff, because she felt like they betrayed her because they all knew that he was seeing Gina and he had lied about Gina so many times and she didn't like Gina.
So she said this saying like, you guys all fucking betrayed me, right?
And broke up with Diddy.
Her parents found out about the physical abuse in late 2011.
And then they ended up getting back together, obviously, after that, but you know, whatever.
So going backwards here, and I'm going in the order, guys, that the defense attorney asked her the question.
So her parents found out about the physical abuse in late 2011.
Diddy went to Connecticut to talk to her parents.
Friends and brother knew about the physical abuse.
Then we went into the Uvio story, as I mentioned with you guys before, the Uvio story.
So basically, she went to a club called Abby during the day.
She drank and she came home and she slept.
When she didn't answer her phone, when Diddy was calling, he showed up at the house.
She was supposedly packing for ObioFest, but instead she was asleep and he didn't answer her phone.
So he ended up getting into the house and like getting like, you know, assaulting her.
And this is when she got the gash in her eye, right?
Then the attorney asked her, hey, was Diddy drunk when he showed up?
She said she wasn't sure.
Then they asked her, did you ever see Diddy drunk?
She said yes.
Her and Diddy discussed quitting drugs.
They tried doing it without assistance and rehab, but they would always relapse.
Both were addicts at the time.
So now we start to get into Diddy and her drug use, okay?
They experimented with many drugs and went to the Burning Man with doing drugs.
Burning Man, I think, is a festival that's out there in Las Vegas.
They were get high partners, in her words.
In 2016, Cassie was hanging out with Bona.
Cassie did drugs for her.
Bona provided Cassie with opiates and Cassie was addicted to the opiates.
Diddy, despite the fact that he was using drugs, he wasn't happy about her opiate addiction.
And then this bonnet chick did cocaine.
Cassie thinks he only wanted her to get high with him and not with other people.
Diddy would be explosive if he found she was doing drugs or stole drugs from him.
In 2016, she came out and saw him dangling Bona over the balcony.
And then he threw her into some furniture after.
And I think this was because he showed up and he saw that she was hanging out with Bona and that infuriated him.
So that's why she was dangling around off the balcony.
This little Asian girl, by the way, blue-haired Asian girl.
Cassie had her drug use in 2016, 2017.
She got a life coach to help her, but they didn't really do too much.
There were regular side effects to the drug use.
Diddy noticed.
Diddy recommended doctors after seeing the side effects.
He was not aware of all the drugs she was using.
Then she took a trip to Khan.
I don't know what that means.
I don't know if that means Congress or some other place, but they went somewhere called Khan.
And then Diddy suspected she stole drugs from him.
And he went to a fit of rage.
He squeezed her legs in a theater and did other things to him.
Or she did.
He did other things to her.
But she still wanted to be with him.
Diddy OD one time.
She mentioned how Diddy actually overdosed one time.
It was at a club in San Bernardino, California.
She went home.
Diddy went to Playboy.
He went to, when he was there at Playboy, hanging out partying, he took a lot of opiates and he actually overdosed from painkillers.
This is information that never got out there publicly.
I'll tell you guys one thing.
One thing I'll give Diddy credit for.
This guy did a fantastic job of fucking holding, like keeping all this shit secret, guys.
These free coughs, these drug use, these overdoses, the violent assaults on Cassie were beating the shit out of her.
Like none of this ever hit the press chat ever.
So that tells me that Diddy had like a very good cleanup crew and he took quite a bit of effort to make sure that his image was always was always clean.
It took the feds to figure this shit out and finally bring it to light.
But he did a good job of hiding a lot of this shit.
That's why all this stuff is so shocking in this trial because he held this stuff in for like damn near 20 years.
So anyway, someone in the chat said she wanted a bad boy.
Yeah, she got it.
She got the CEO of Bad Boy Records.
Guys, like the video.
Let's get to 5,000 likes.
We got 8,000 of you guys watching on YouTube.
We got another 117 on Rumble.
We got over 10,000 of you guys in here, man.
Welcome to the stream.
Got thousands of you guys watching on Twitter.
So yeah.
Let's see here.
So she said her and Diddy went to Mexico to get to get a natural remedy that was illegal in the United States.
It temporarily helped them with their drug problem, with their relapse within a few months.
D-Rock and Diddy went to confront.
Okay, so now we're going to talk about Shibnite.
So D-Rock and Diddy went to go confront Shibnight at Mel's Diner in Los Angeles.
Now, then the defense attorney says, well, on June 6th, 2024, you met up with agents and attorneys and you said that you also went with them reluctantly and you were crying.
She denied that.
Now, little side thing, as the attorney was talking about this, I was looking at her screen.
Okay.
It was hard for me to see, but I was looking at her screen.
I could see that she had an HSI report of investigation ROI on her screen.
It was hard for me to see, but I could see from the way that the document looked, it looked like an HSI ROI.
So basically what they were trying to do here is like, hey, you told agents one thing, but your testimony yesterday says something else.
And she was using an HSI report to do that.
But they did not show the report in court, which was interesting.
Next, she came in.
So next story is, so she came in one time and she saw Karen.
So Diddy came in one time and saw Carrie Morgan, her best friend, and Cassie with drugs on the table.
And Diddy went into a fit of rage and he took a wooden clotheshanger and hit her side to head.
The defense attorney said, hey, did you see this or not?
Because the defense attorney said that.
So Cassie said she didn't actually see it.
She just heard it.
But the defense attorney said, well, you said to the agents that you saw it.
So there was a little bit of discrepancy there.
And then she also said that back then, when this happened with the clotheshanger, her and her husband were dating back then.
So what does that mean, guys?
Her and her husband, the guy that she's with now, were dating when she was still fucking with Diddy.
Okay.
But she did not tell Diddy that she was with Alex, her current husband now.
So she was cheating, I guess, with Alex on, but basically was cheating on both of them because they didn't know about each other.
Or I don't think they, well, at least Diddy didn't know about Alex.
So she was at least cheating on Diddy.
I don't know if Alex knew about Diddy.
Okay, text number seven now, 27 now.
So Cassie goes into and says she messages Diddy saying, I don't want to mess up my body before a premiere and do a freak off, but she proposed it to get ahead of it because the attorney asked her, hey, you proposed a freak off in March of 2016.
Why did you do that?
And she said that she did it to get ahead of it.
Text 28.
This was on March 3rd, 2016.
Guys, this is three days before the infamous hotel beating.
Let me show you guys this hotel meeting real quick so you guys know exactly what I'm talking about.
Okay, let me let me just show you guys this on camera because this is a centerpiece of the evidence, okay?
this is centerpiece of evidence show you this real quick guys So we turn on this brightness.
So this is her coming to the, she's in the Intercontinental Hotel in LA.
Okay, she's leaving a freak off, guys.
They were in the middle of a freak off at this point.
Now, she initiated this freak off, by the way, chat.
This was on March 6th, 2016.
Now, you see, Diddy come out in the towel, he grabs her, throws her down, kicks her, even though he kind of misses.
And then he takes her bag and her purse.
And then he kicks her again, and then he tries to drag her to the room.
Okay, now this is a critical piece of evidence that the government's been using, chat.
Okay, and this is her after she calls security, he comes back, okay?
He comes back, he smashes a vase.
He said he's gonna like he goes to the room and then he comes back again.
So he goes, he puts her stuff in the room, comes out, she tries to like get away from him, and then he takes the vase and he throws it.
You can see him smash it in the back.
But anyway, that's the main that's that's the main thing that you guys need to see.
So the reason why this is important, guys, is because this happened on March 6th, 2016.
But she sent this message to initiate this freak off on March 3rd, 2016.
Okay.
And then, mind you guys, she had a movie premiere a couple of days after that, okay?
On the following week.
So she initiated, she claims she initiated this freak off so that she could get ahead of it and not do too much drugs and not to be fucked up.
So when she does the premiere, she's recovered in a good state.
That's what she said.
Okay.
So the defense really honed in on this.
And this is kind of where we end.
Okay.
Because the defense spent like an hour plus going into this.
So I'm going to read you guys some of the messages.
Hold on one sec, chat.
Let me make sure that we're still good here.
Okay.
So March 3rd, 2016, before hotel beating on March 6th, implicit messages sent to Diddy.
So she sent a lot of sexual messages to Diddy on March 3rd, three days before the beating.
She was talking about her premiere and how they can't hook up because she's busy.
Her messages are typically about wanting Dick to so yeah.
So she sent a bunch of explicit messages about wanting to get fucked and all this other shit.
And then she said, oh my God, but I got my premiere, blah, blah, blah.
So she sent all this shit to him, right?
So and then Diddy messaged her saying, yeah, like, you know, I'm kind of sick at this time, right?
Because he was going through a withdrawal potentially.
And then she thanks Diddy for going to one of her luncheons prior to the premiere.
This was the new information.
And then Cassie says, I'm not a going out person.
Oh, she said this in court.
So she tells the defense that she's not a going-out person.
And the defense says, What the fuck?
And it said, Wait, what do you mean you're not a going-out person?
You were paid for going out all the time and you partied all the time, which I thought was kind of funny.
It was a red pill moment because the defense attorney is a woman.
So as soon as Cassie said on open court, oh, yeah, I'm not a going-out kind of person, because she kind of just like said it.
The defense was like, Wait, what are you talking about?
You're not a going-out person.
Like, all you fucking do is party and go out.
What are you talking about?
So I found that hilarious how the female defense attorney didn't let that pass by.
And she like called her out on that shit.
Anyway, carrying on.
Cassie says, So Cassie says, I want to freak off so bad, but I don't want to fuck myself up.
What do I do?
Diddy responds, what do you want to do?
She goes, gonna see someone and then we can have fun.
Don't want you to think I don't want to do it.
Okay, this is March 3rd, by the way, chat.
These messages.
Then Cassie says, so let's do it.
Then they arrange to do a shorter freak off, right?
Because she has this premiere that she's got to do in a couple of days.
And she contacts Garen.
Garen, for you guys that are wondering, is a guy that works for Angels and Cowboy, Cowboys and Angels, which is an escort service/slash stripper service that Diddy and Cassie utilize to get escorts.
Okay, so she contacts Garen because that's normally what she would do.
She arranges to get Xanax and sex supplies.
And they basically, her and Diddy orchestrate doing this freak off, kind of getting it out the way.
And they could spend the rest of the weekend recovering so that she could do her premiere on the following Monday.
And then Diddy said that he didn't want to be caught in a matrix, which means being too high for sex.
Both of them didn't want to be too high for the sex.
So she suggests doing the freak off at a hotel.
Diddy books the hotel.
This is at the Intercontinental, which I just showed you.
Garen sends a photo of a guy, right?
Because Diddy wanted a new escort.
So Garrett sends him a new guy.
And, you know, Cassie says, no, I'm not really feeling that.
That guy.
Did he say, okay, no problem.
You want regular, whatever you want.
Cassie refused to use that guy.
Diddy says, and then they basically settle on Johnny, I think it was.
But Cassie says, not really.
Diddy says, never mind.
Cassie says, Skylar or Jules.
Because this guy, Johnny, was Diddy suggest Johnny.
So first, Diddy wanted a new guy.
Cassie says she wasn't feeling that.
Then he says, okay, well, whatever you want.
Then Diddy suggests, what about Johnny?
She says, nah, not really.
So Diddy says, okay, never mind.
What about Skylar or Jules?
Skyler or Jules are more regulars that she uses, but Jules is the main guy.
Cassie says she wants fresh energy, like as in, like, you know, because they had an argument before that.
Because mind you guys, they're always having arguments, whatever.
Diddy says, if you don't want to do it, just say no.
Cassie says, no, she wants to do it.
You know, she just wants to have relaxed fun and have a good day.
She doesn't want to fuck up her mood.
Then Diddy suggests, okay, well, you know, if you want, we can just watch Johnny and be with each other, which, you know, I guess they wanted because Johnny was a stripper as well.
So I guess they would watch Johnny Striptease.
And her and Diddy, you know, started kind of going back and forth talking about timing and coordination.
And they kind of ended there because it hit 5 p.m.
So, you know, at that point, they had to end the court situation.
And then they went ahead and started arguing about the next day and what I told you guys about before, trying to get Cassie off the stage.
So let's read some super chats, guys.
Let's read some super chats.
I'm going to go into a Rumble studio right now and we're going to read some of these chats.
And then I'm...
Thank you.
Thank you.
Sorry about that.
I don't know what the fuck happened.
Why the fuck that happened?
All right.
Sorry about that, chat.
We should be back up, though.
We should be back up, niggas.
All right, we should be back up.
Uh Okay.
Let me check stream labs.
I don't see anything on yo, mods.
Can you guys do me a favor?
Can you send the Castle Club chats and the Telegram and the chats?
Castle Club and Rance and the Telegram for me, guys, please.
Can you guys do that for me?
Because I fucking can't access the Rumble chats for some odd reason right now.
Super fucking annoying.
Jacob, Josie, all you guys in the chat, send me a Telegram or on the Twitter chat images of the Castle Club chats because I can't see them right now for some odd reasons.
I'm using two different phones.
So annoying.
Okay, so while I answer these questions, okay, so Jacoby says, why do you think the trial won't be televised?
It's federal.
You can't televise federal cases, guys.
Zion says, hold on one sec, chat.
Okay.
So yeah, Jacoby is not televised because it's federal.
Zion says, if Diddy loved her, why would he want another man to have sex with her?
This is peak degeneracy.
Yeah, I know, bro.
I know.
I agree.
Zion says, read that one.
A-A-H-H says, also, Diddy wasn't her first older man.
Nope, he wasn't.
Uh, Christian Everas, free Tori, fuck these modern-day hosts.
Bro, I'm telling you, man, Tori was innocent.
I told y'all for years that he was innocent.
Uh, Zion says, read that one.
Matt Murdoch says, Fray for attorney at law here, Myron.
I'm sure you saw the new information adding more proof.
Tori Lane's innocent and Meg Glyde.
Do you think in the future people ever stop taking women's words gospel?
I hope so, bro.
It's just starting to get crazy.
I mean, even today, like with Cassie, bro, like, I'll be honest with y'all.
Like, at this point, the evidence that I've seen up until this moment, obviously, the government has a lot more evidence.
They wouldn't bring this thing forward if they didn't.
But right now, if I was able to look, if I'm just going off of what I've heard Cassie say, and the strippers and shit, bro, this is just like a degenerate couple that does drugs together and has sex.
And that's really what it comes off to me as at this moment.
Obviously, I know the government's going to have more evidence, but right now, at this point, at this moment in the trial, from what the testimony I've heard, it's just basically two degenerates having sex all the time on drugs.
And one got mad.
Let's see here.
Talk about showing potential.
No, I talked about that yesterday.
Master of mine said Cassie's husband should have watched Evan Before Mary.
I'm telling you, bro.
We could have saved that nigga, bro.
Okay, I think.
Okay, that's cool.
I got all the chats there.
Let me check Telegram.
Manza, I hope you hook a brother up.
god damn it all right let me look at my chat here Jacob, Josie, help a ninja out.
God damn it.
Okay.
Yeah, I can't pull up the chats, man.
Well, I pulled up the Rumble Rants.
I can't pull up for some odd reason.
Okay, Plasma Stream says, did the front of Diddy's ball slap off the back of Cheek Meatmill's boss?
Bro, y'all are fucking stupid, bro.
At this point, to me, it looks like Diddy is a bisexual, bisexual pervert for sure.
Definitely a bisexual pervert, Sean.
Okay, guys.
We've been going now for I think roughly two hours or an hour 45.
I told academics I will go to his thing.
So I'm going to wrap up here very soon, chat.
I'm going to wrap up very soon.
I don't know if my mods can send me some stuff.
I don't know if they're here.
Okay, cool.
Jacob is sending me them.
So Carnell says, Kane's Film Festival, they show independent movies there so studios can buy them.
Okay.
Sublime says, Myron, are there any more testimonies left in the trial?
If there are, how many each sides?
Who do you think has the upper hand so far if there are enough evidence that testimonies present on both sides?
I think there's 17 witnesses, chat, altogether.
I think there's 17 witnesses.
Nightly Wisdom says, Myron, thank you for taking the time to help us understand this true value.
Let's be honest, though.
Would you have kept your composure had you been there as a judge or jury reading and seeing all the explicit stuff and responding?
Also, do you think today she still might be in love with him and could even cheat on her cook Cuckbin?
I see what you mean.
Instead of husband Cuckbind, despite her current situation, to be submissive to him again, not trying to justify anything that he did, LLNOPANTENA, but trying to confirm that hyperstophilia.
I don't know, bro.
I think she's over him at this point, bro.
She's 38.
She got kids now.
She's like nine months pregnant.
I think she's over him at this point.
But definitely a three or four.
Bro, she was fucking people to get her crib.
She was fucking Ryan Leslie.
Then she found Diddy.
Then she got Kid Cuddy.
Then, you know, Michael B. Jordan potentially.
Fuck you, Sandiga.
All right, Bruski.
Awesome, dude.
All you do is bitch, man.
Let's see here.
Is there bisexual for men or just gay?
I agree.
It's just gay.
Myron, please don't forget to say pause.
Them messages are weird as fuck.
Feel sorry for any guys that had to read them.
However, thanks for reporting this for us.
I got you, Mr. B. Jay.
Luke says, Yo, Myron, not sure about the legality.
And this is all from Castle Club.
Love you, Castle Club, guys.
Not sure about the legality when it comes to AI and the whole trial process.
Meaning, can lawyers and others in justice utilize AI somehow in saving time to find angles to use for presenting stronger cases for their side of the evidence that was presented?
Or is it not really a thing that exists in the court systems?
I don't think it's a thing yet.
I don't think it's a thing yet.
I think we got most of the chats here.
I'm going to wait for Jacob to send me any more stuff.
Give me another minute, guys.
But we are going to wrap up here soon because I got to get going here because I should have been at this thing at 7 p.m., but I wanted to make sure the stream gave you all this sauce.
Jacob, is there anything else left?
Okay, that's all Jacob found.
All right, guys.
Hope you guys enjoyed the stream.
This one was a short and sweet one.
Covered everything.
Time steps are going to be up.
We're going over the messages.
Tomorrow's going to be day two of the cross-examination.
Lots of text messages here that kind of revealed Cassidy via 304 between her cheating on Diddy, you know, having this relationship with Ryan Leslie, cheating on him, then cheating on Diddy with Kid Cuddy, and then potentially having a relationship with Michael B. Jordan.
Crazy stuff all around, man.
Showing these text messages, showing that she set up these freak offs.
She wanted to do these freak offs.
She initiated these freakoffs.
She inestiated these sex club situations.
They were using drugs crazy.
She was addicted to drugs.
He was addicted to drugs.
They tried to, you know, get off.
They couldn't get off.
Crazy stuff today, man.
Lots of stuff that showed Cassie off to be kind of a liar and a degenerate drug using slut, dude.
If I'm going to be honest with you guys, which is precisely why the government was so concerned about today.
So they definitely attacked her credibility quite a bit, but we'll see what happens tomorrow.
And I'll be there, guys.
Anyway, love y'all and just going to go over Linkable Act, see what's going on over there.
Gonna try to go to bed early, guys, so you know, have more energy for you guys tomorrow.
Tomorrow, I'll probably give you guys a longer stream.
And I might do a collab with some of the other creators that are here doing this stuff.
