	When I was an agent in Homeland Security, we would have guys from the National Guard that would help us, right?
	There were two program areas that HSI investigates that the National Guard was allowed to assist us, okay?
	It was something under the hero program for child exploitation and then counter drug, right?
	As you guys know, Homeland Security Investigation is the former agency I used to work for.
	They investigated a multitude of crimes.
	Two crimes that HSI investigates are obviously drug trafficking, violations of Title 21, and child exploitation, whether it's, you know, CP, interstate transport, all that stuff, like basically abusing minors.
	So what we would, since these are pretty important initiatives, we would get National Guard guys to sit in the office and assist us with these two types of cases.
	When I was at HSI, like in the New Haven office, there was a guy.
	When I was in Miami, there were a couple of hero National Guard guys.
	It's a very coveted position in the military if you work for the National Guard to be attached to one of these agencies.
	And what they do is, let's say you're going to do a raid.
	You're going to do anything like that.
	They can't actually enforce anything.
	They can't carry a gun.
	They can't actually enforce nothing.
	They're there more from a support perspective where they help you with doing database checks.
	They help you with gathering items.
	Like their support staff for the case agent.
	As a case agent, your job is to make the case, contact the AUSA, deal with, you know, with writing reports, controlling informants, et cetera.
	The counter-drug guy, his job is to assist you, but their main, you know, modus operandi is to assist in child exploitation and drugs.
	And the National Guard actually gets congressional funding for this program to counter drugs and to counter child exploitation.
	But those are two crimes where they kind of, you know, dibble and dabble with the Posi Camatas Act, but they're never actually like doing the enforcement portion.
	So yes, sir, you're 100% absolutely correct.
	The military cannot assist law enforcement in enforcement actions.
	However, right, the way they get around that is they assist in certain programmatic crime areas.

	So as you guys know, I've known Destiny for a few years now at this point, right?
	I wouldn't say like we're like best friends or anything like that, but there is mutual respect, right?
	He's come on the podcast a bunch of times, debated, et cetera.
	And I have nothing but the utmost respect for him because he's the only Democrat I know that actively goes into opposition's territory and debates.
	It's like one of the few, right?
	There's not many of them on YouTube.
	Like him, Luke Beasley, et cetera.
	So most of them are cowards.
	There's a reason why Hassan will never debate me, right?

	So Destiny, that's something I have real respect about him.

	So these girls, knowing his political stances and agreeing with him, they've kind of put themselves in his orbit.
	And, you know, I kind of called this out before, like, yo, I definitely know Destiny smashing these 304s.

	He was always very punctual and obviously he wanted to keep like their privacy private.
	But I knew that he was smashing these chicks.

	A guy from our community was able to pretty much conclusively say, yeah, bro, this pretty much means she did an elective abortion.

	And she used that lie to propel herself to get on certain podcasts to talk about Fresh.
	She used it to get on H3.
	She used it to work with Anus and Reach.
	She used it to go on some other opposing podcasts to work with opposing creators that have had an axe to grind with us for fucking years.

	The individual wounded two other students, one of them fatally, before shooting and killing himself.

	Another student, a male, suffered injuries, but it wasn't a gunshot wound.
	Police say they don't know the shooter's motive.
	The school in Nashville's Antioch neighborhood is home to about 2,000 students.
	Like just hours after the shooting on Hope unfolded, city leaders organized a vigil for residents to gather and grieve tonight.
	That's happening at the Hamilton United Methodist Church in Antioch.

	Everyone was very quick to get back to him and plan this all out immediately after the aftermath of the shooting at around 11 o'clock this morning at Antioch High School.
	The pastor tells me they're still not sure exactly if any of the people who come to the church are Antioch High School students or family members, but that doesn't matter.
	That's not the point of tonight.
	As he told me, it doesn't matter your religion.
	This is a Christian church.
	It doesn't matter if you're Christian.
	Everyone and anyone is welcome to come in here and mourn, scream, yell, he said, sit down at the pew and just pray and just let out the emotion of today.
	And he talked to me just a moment ago about putting all this together and why it was so important for them to do it this same day.
	This is what Jesus modeled.
	He modeled community.
	So we didn't want to waste time.
	Our team here at the church has always been ready for what good or bad.
	So this is what they do 365 days of the year to be ready to do ministry.
	Also, guys, and speaking of community, Pastor Quentin told me that this church is actually going to be celebrating its 200th year in this location along Murfreesboro Pike this summer.
	So this is a church that's built around community and that's gonna be on full display inside this church tonight starting at 630.
	Mayor O'Connell is gonna be here.
	He's gonna be one of the last people to speak along with a lot of other community leaders, the pastor himself.

	Today, we lost students in a tragic incident.

	Officials tell CNN that the U.S. military is sending thousands of additional troops to the southern U.S. border.
	This comes just two days after President Trump ordered the military to step up its presence there.
	About 2,200 active duty forces are already at the border as part of Joint Task Force North.
	They're mostly performing support roles for customs and border patrol.
	Officials say the new arrivals will be doing much of the same as they're not authorized to perform any sort of law enforcement.
	And we talked about that with Operation Comitas.
	And a border patrol agent got killed, guys.
	Literally, like yesterday, or the day Trump got sworn in, a border patrol agent got killed.

	So they're primarily going to be, you know, doing things like data entry, transportation of migrants around different facilities, intelligence support, as well as some additional support in air operations.
	But they're not going to be engaging extensively in the day-to-day with migrants.
	But still, this is significant because it does make good on President Trump's promise just earlier this week that he is going— Yeah, they can use military resources.
	So like you can use the National Guard to like help you with like, you know, resources, planes, shit like that, air support.
	They help with that a lot.
	To augment the presence of the U.S. military at the border.
	Now, as you said, there are roughly 2,200 active duty troops already at the border and they're supported by Texas National Guard.

	And he has said, you know, in an executive order issued Monday that if within 90 days he and the Secretary of Defense determine that the border is not under control and that more resources need to be used to control the flow of migrants across the border, then he can invoke the Insurrection Act, which would then allow the U.S. military to perform those law enforcement functions like arrests, searches, and seizures, as well as seizing drugs.
	And so this is something that we need to watch for.
	But for now, this is really just President Trump and the Department of Defense making good on their promise to augment, you know, Customs and Border Patrol as well as DHS more broadly, their resources at the southern border as they have been stretched thin in recent years with the ongoing flow of migrants across the U.S.-Mexico border Zane.

	Tom Homan told Fox News earlier that ICE agents arrested 308 serious criminals.
	Yeah, so a lot of people were wondering if they actually did some of these raids.

	So, ICE isn't going to go out there and do the massive raids that they had planned in, like, places like Chicago, or at least do it with the same full force, because people know.
	Like, literally, there were like people tweeting saying, oh, do this when ICE shows up, blah, blah, blah.
	So, ICE obviously had to probably postpone or readjust their strategy because a lot of people don't know this, but I'll give you guys some game right now, okay?

	Immigration law, right?
	ICE ERO, enforcement removal operations officers don't have the authority to break into your house.

	A lot of y'all probably don't know that.
	So when you come in and you have a warrant for deportation to deport an illegal alien, you do not have the right to go into the house.
	You need consent until you see them.
	So if you don't see them, like let's say someone answers the door and you believe that they're harboring an illegal alien, you can't go in there.
	An immigration warrant does not allow you to go in.
	So since they're limited, and a lot of people don't know this, they obviously had to postpone the operation because they would need a federal search warrant to actually go looking for the guy.
	Like I told you guys before, criminal case and immigration cases are completely different.
	Different world.
	So yes, they had to probably postpone the operation because it leaked and everyone in America knew that there were going to be raids all over the place on day one, especially in blue cities with Trump in.
	So they have to push it back.

	That's why they couldn't execute the mass deportations that they wanted.
	It's a serious law enforcement risk.

	The president says that ICE agents can now make arrests at churches and at schools, which were previously considered off-limits because they are sensitive places.

	So it raises a lot of questions of what will happen to these people.
	He said to us, since 2021, once the remaining Mexico policy was lifted and migrants started to be able to stay in the United States while they waited for their date in court, they have been key to helping about 400,000 people to get on the way in the United States to make it to their date in court.
	And now, where will they go?
	Will they be held in detention centers here in the United States?
	Will they be dropped off in these cities across the U.S. border to be on their own?
	Or will they be told to stay in Mexico?
	All of this just adding to the uncertainty that we're feeling here at the U.S.-Mexico border.
	President Donald Trump's promise of mass deportations in the U.S. is causing panic and anxiety among immigrant communities.
	His administration issuing new directives, including one that allows immigration authorities to arrest people near and inside places previously considered off-limits.
	And that includes schools and churches.
